- 0:48Speaker 3: Bunning's trade.
- 0:53Speaker 4: And I'll tell you what you might think that it's
- 0:56Speaker 4: pretty chaotic scenes here with the Drive Show doing the
- 1:00Speaker 4: Breakfast Show. You'd think maybe we're all over the place,
- 1:04Speaker 4: not used to this hour of the day, et cetera. Jeez,
- 1:08Speaker 4: I gotta say, keasy, you're looking good.
- 1:12Speaker 5: Brother, morning Jason, morning, Pugs, hey man, how are you?
- 1:18Speaker 5: Good morning New Zealand. Can I just say what an
- 1:20Speaker 5: honor it is to be here, What an opportunity this
- 1:23Speaker 5: is for the Big Show, A unique one. It is
- 1:25Speaker 5: a unique one. We're going to be doing breakfast today
- 1:27Speaker 5: and tomorrow as well.
- 1:29Speaker 4: Are we doing tomorrow?
- 1:29Speaker 5: Are we well? I am yeah, we are well, I
- 1:33Speaker 5: am Pugs, I'll be here yet. Have you not been told? Well?
- 1:37Speaker 4: I probably, I just wasn't paying attention.
- 1:39Speaker 5: Well, I think it's based on how today's show goes.
- 1:41Speaker 4: Right, okay, because with you I can't really be doing
- 1:44Speaker 4: it two days in the row.
- 1:46Speaker 5: Yeah, it's so hard, isn't it?
- 1:47Speaker 4: Having source it already? What is it? It's four minutes
- 1:50Speaker 4: in for god's say.
- 1:51Speaker 5: Four minutes past six in the morning, usually because our
- 1:54Speaker 5: host drive I've only just gone to bed, you know.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, you've been out all night.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Man.
- 1:58Speaker 6: Can I just say fellas, great show so far?
- 2:02Speaker 5: Thanks man, it's natural.
- 2:05Speaker 4: Hey, you're looking at a bit of a shambles, pag sit.
- 2:09Speaker 4: There's nothing new there, mate, you because I know that
- 2:12Speaker 4: you were very anxious about getting up this morning, you know,
- 2:14Speaker 4: because you take your job very seriously, Parks, as you should.
- 2:18Speaker 6: Well, I take my job very seriously.
- 2:19Speaker 3: But also because this is breakfast radio, jas yes, I
- 2:23Speaker 3: take it even more seriously. And so sure had a
- 2:27Speaker 3: bit of a rough sleep just thinking about the unique
- 2:31Speaker 3: opportunity we've got here.
- 2:32Speaker 4: Oh look, it's a massively unique opportunity. I'll tell you what,
- 2:35Speaker 4: there's going to be a big show though. We've got
- 2:38Speaker 4: that legend Ryan Fox coming and I'm very excited about that.
- 2:41Speaker 5: Feely he's coming until he's not just calling it.
- 2:44Speaker 4: He's in here any and we can talk gold for
- 2:46Speaker 4: like four hours.
- 2:48Speaker 5: I did give him a heads up. I was like,
- 2:49Speaker 5: Jase is probably going to want to talk to you
- 2:51Speaker 5: about him and I are playing at Waittuckety Golf Course
- 2:53Speaker 5: and shooting in the hundreds.
- 2:55Speaker 4: Absolutely hey, but there's plenty ahead. But let's kick off
- 3:00Speaker 4: the bit of you two say today feel free three
- 3:02Speaker 4: four eight three, let us know how you're doing this
- 3:04Speaker 4: Thursday Morning, The.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Hold Aching Big Show with Jon, Mike and Kezy. Tune
- 3:11Speaker 1: in week days at four on Radio Hodachi.
- 3:14Speaker 4: One of the things I've noticed straight off the bat
- 3:17Speaker 4: Fellers with Breakfast, there's a lot of admin helps. I'm saying,
- 3:22Speaker 4: like we just had to wing it on the Drive show.
- 3:24Speaker 4: But and Breakfast, there's all these things you've got to do. God,
- 3:27Speaker 4: it's annoying.
- 3:28Speaker 5: Well, these are things are called sponsorship commitments, right okay,
- 3:30Speaker 5: And if our show wasn't such a a shambles, we
- 3:32Speaker 5: probably have more of them as well.
- 3:34Speaker 3: We have stuff we have to do though, like what's
- 3:36Speaker 3: on the dinner Oh yeah, with and meet Patty Nips
- 3:39Speaker 3: sixty nine at gmail dot com, which is our vice
- 3:42Speaker 3: segment via email.
- 3:43Speaker 5: But those aren't like sponsors segments. Those ones we've just
- 3:45Speaker 5: made up and then you sort of insist on doing,
- 3:48Speaker 5: whereas these ones here like for example, up next to
- 3:50Speaker 5: us today tomorrow timrou oh, how good, which is where
- 3:54Speaker 5: we sort of go through things that have happened on
- 3:56Speaker 5: this day in history. Oh, so that's something we've got
- 3:59Speaker 5: to do. We've got to do like an expert ultra
- 4:01Speaker 5: sports report thing every hour. We've got the Hducky Breakfast
- 4:05Speaker 5: Mastermind a little later on.
- 4:06Speaker 4: The show's fizzing about that.
- 4:10Speaker 5: The prize money for that has gone up to two
- 4:13Speaker 5: hundred dollars for thee. And also just on that when
- 4:16Speaker 5: it comes to the Hdaky Breakfast Mastermind, last time we
- 4:18Speaker 5: did it, yes, we're accused of taking the person giving
- 4:21Speaker 5: away the cash. So today I just want to say
- 4:23Speaker 5: we will not doing that. Okay, I've written five very
- 4:27Speaker 5: tough questions on a theme, yes, and that will be
- 4:30Speaker 5: happening after seven am.
- 4:32Speaker 4: How good. Now, I believe we've got some texts there
- 4:34Speaker 4: on three four eight three. Feelers we certainly do.
- 4:37Speaker 5: First text through on three four eight three. Haha, Hoody
- 4:39Speaker 5: Jay's voice needs a bit of warming up.
- 4:42Speaker 4: I thought it was sounding really hot.
- 4:44Speaker 5: Yeah, no, I agree, it sounds great.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Can you imagine? I mean, my wife has the absolute
- 4:51Speaker 4: pleasure of waking up to this voice every morning.
- 4:54Speaker 5: You were saying privilege.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, the privilege not a right? It's like good
- 4:58Speaker 4: eight baby? How was your sleep? You know what I mean?
- 5:02Speaker 4: And then I hack out about three leaders at fleem
- 5:04Speaker 4: and get up.
- 5:05Speaker 5: Hell yeah, and then she says, shut up.
- 5:07Speaker 4: It's I've gotta be honest with you actually, because I
- 5:10Speaker 4: don't smoke anymore. It was really hard getting up this
- 5:13Speaker 4: morning and not having a dirry.
- 5:15Speaker 6: What do you do?
- 5:15Speaker 5: Have a vapency?
- 5:16Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 5:16Speaker 4: I just vaked my ass off and punched a couple
- 5:19Speaker 4: of coffee.
- 5:20Speaker 5: More texta on three four eight three. What about this
- 5:23Speaker 5: hamish here? Wanaka? Is bloody fired up to hear Hoody
- 5:26Speaker 5: Jay in the morning?
- 5:26Speaker 4: Yeah? Good stuff man?
- 5:27Speaker 5: And then cook them in. Ah, my morning is better now.
- 5:33Speaker 5: After hearing your arousal voice? Was that you're a rousal voice?
- 5:36Speaker 4: Yeah? Well, you know, I like to get people off
- 5:38Speaker 4: to a good start feelings. You know what I mean.
- 5:42Speaker 4: There'll be a lot of people actually getting out of
- 5:44Speaker 4: bed today feeling very frisky, you know what I'm saying, right, And.
- 5:49Speaker 5: You want to sort of get them there. You want
- 5:51Speaker 5: to get well, I.
- 5:52Speaker 4: Don't want to get you know, I don't want to
- 5:54Speaker 4: get them there, kis he? I just I just want
- 5:56Speaker 4: to put them in a mood of feeling good.
- 5:59Speaker 5: So you want to sort of just take them by
- 6:01Speaker 5: the hand and move them slowly towards the destination.
- 6:04Speaker 4: Yeah, slowly towards you see, this is your problem, and
- 6:07Speaker 4: you see you just want to get to the destination.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Hoody Ja takes them.
- 6:11Speaker 5: There, right, but you don't finish it though. You don't
- 6:14Speaker 5: turn to the destination.
- 6:15Speaker 4: I'm usually gone by that stage.
- 6:16Speaker 5: So you're given the entire nation blue balls.
- 6:19Speaker 1: The Hiarchy big show was Jas, Mike and Kyzy tune
- 6:23Speaker 1: in on Radio Hucky.
- 6:25Speaker 4: So it's time for the history of yesterday, today, tomorrow.
- 6:30Speaker 4: Jim Moru.
- 6:32Speaker 5: That's right, Jas, And on this day in history, puppeteer
- 6:36Speaker 5: from the USA Jim Henson was icon legend big puppet
- 6:41Speaker 5: guy Jace.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Yeah really am I meant to discuss more about that
- 6:47Speaker 4: or what.
- 6:47Speaker 6: I have no idea.
- 6:48Speaker 4: I don't know how this works.
- 6:49Speaker 5: No, I'm asking you genuinely, are you a big puppet guy?
- 6:51Speaker 5: And you just said yes.
- 6:52Speaker 4: I've got to be honest with you. The Muppets used
- 6:54Speaker 4: to freak me out a little bit.
- 6:55Speaker 5: Why is that?
- 6:56Speaker 4: I don't know. They just scared me.
- 6:58Speaker 6: I saw yourself and them a little bit.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Wow.
- 6:59Speaker 4: No, it was just had weird faces and stuff. I'm
- 7:02Speaker 4: not a big puppet fan, to be honest, but I
- 7:04Speaker 4: think what he did was remarkable.
- 7:07Speaker 5: What's the blue one with the giant sausage note, Gonzo?
- 7:12Speaker 5: Thank you that just for some reason, he just popped
- 7:16Speaker 5: into my mind there on this day. In nineteen ninety one,
- 7:19Speaker 5: American alternative rock group Nirvana released its breakthrough album never
- 7:23Speaker 5: Mind Yes, which helped make grunge and international phenomenon and
- 7:26Speaker 5: gave voice the generation X. Your big Nevermind guy, Jason.
- 7:29Speaker 4: Yeah, very much so.
- 7:30Speaker 8: Man.
- 7:30Speaker 4: It changed the history of rock music. I remember Bono
- 7:34Speaker 4: from you two actually chatting about it and saying the
- 7:37Speaker 4: first time he heard Nirvana and he was like, what
- 7:40Speaker 4: is this? It like changed the whole landscape of music.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Was he chatting to you about it?
- 7:48Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 7:48Speaker 4: Yeah, Well, the edge had come around for a barbie,
- 7:52Speaker 4: and then Bono popped in.
- 7:54Speaker 5: Really yeah, yeah, so you've invited you two to your
- 7:56Speaker 5: house for a barbie but not the big show.
- 7:58Speaker 4: Yeah, well this is a this is a wild back.
- 8:01Speaker 7: I was okay.
- 8:02Speaker 4: This is the thing about Bono Vox that you wouldn't know.
- 8:04Speaker 4: He's very good with marinades Hey.
- 8:08Speaker 5: On this day in nineteen ninety five, the BBC mini
- 8:11Speaker 5: series Pride and Prejudice, starring Colin Firth and Jennifer at
- 8:16Speaker 5: debut on British television Jennifer. It became one of the
- 8:19Speaker 5: most acclaimed adaptations of Jane Austen's classic novel.
- 8:23Speaker 4: Yeah, it was very soucy. I remember the Pride and Prejator.
- 8:26Speaker 4: So it was a good reminder on three four eight three.
- 8:29Speaker 4: By the way, Fellers and especially you Keasy that this
- 8:32Speaker 4: time of day people who have got kids in the car, right,
- 8:34Speaker 4: So just keep your filth to a minimum, would you.
- 8:37Speaker 5: Yeah, one hundred percent, I will do. Did you watch
- 8:39Speaker 5: that original Pride and Prejudice?
- 8:40Speaker 4: Oh yeah, you loved it?
- 8:42Speaker 5: Oh yeah, right, okay, because you were saying off here
- 8:45Speaker 5: that you you hated the Pride part but loved the prejudice.
- 8:52Speaker 7: Whatever.
- 8:52Speaker 5: It is today tomorrow to marou on the twenty fifth
- 8:54Speaker 5: of September on the I Don't Know Breakfast.
- 8:59Speaker 1: The Hold I Keep show week days from four on
- 9:02Speaker 1: Radio Hodarkey.
- 9:03Speaker 4: Got to be honest with your fellows. I'm grateful to
- 9:05Speaker 4: be alive. Of course, yesterday was the big rapture, now, Caez,
- 9:10Speaker 4: he talked me through that, mate, because what the hell
- 9:12Speaker 4: were people banging on about?
- 9:14Speaker 5: So basically Chase, a South African pastor named Joshua Mlukella
- 9:19Speaker 5: Joshua Malukela. He He's released a video on YouTube saying
- 9:25Speaker 5: that he had had a dream and he had a
- 9:26Speaker 5: vision that the rapture was indeed happening on today's date.
- 9:30Speaker 5: When I say today, I mean overnight. Yeah, you know
- 9:33Speaker 5: South Africa. And yeah, it massively went viral on TikTok
- 9:36Speaker 5: with the hashtag rapture tok and then TikTok has kind
- 9:40Speaker 5: of took it and ran with it and people started
- 9:42Speaker 5: to believe it, yeah, which is pretty standard for this
- 9:44Speaker 5: day and age.
- 9:45Speaker 4: Well, my daughter came out last night while I was
- 9:47Speaker 4: just lying on the couch there saying you prepared for
- 9:50Speaker 4: the rapture? Dad? And I said, what the hell are
- 9:51Speaker 4: you banging on about she said, we're all going to
- 9:53Speaker 4: die tonight, and then what did you say? I went sweet?
- 9:58Speaker 5: So obviously we asked, still here doing the hockey break
- 10:01Speaker 5: for show this morning?
- 10:01Speaker 2: Are we?
- 10:02Speaker 5: I'm pretty sure?
- 10:03Speaker 2: Man?
- 10:04Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 10:04Speaker 5: It feels like we're here like this doesn't feel like
- 10:07Speaker 5: the afterlife. This feels too similar to my regular life.
- 10:10Speaker 5: Yeah we're on breakfast man. Yeah, you're right, so heaven
- 10:14Speaker 5: for me is just my regular life, except for I'm
- 10:16Speaker 5: now on breaking with pugs and holiday.
- 10:20Speaker 4: After the show to enjoy me drinking your foul instant coffee.
- 10:23Speaker 5: It's delicious. It's get to be through this show, that's
- 10:25Speaker 5: for sure. What would you guys do if the rapture
- 10:28Speaker 5: was coming? So if I said to you, you've got
- 10:30Speaker 5: a week or even two days, You've got two days
- 10:32Speaker 5: and then the rapture will be here at five pm,
- 10:34Speaker 5: let's say, yes, Saturday afternoon, what would you do?
- 10:37Speaker 4: I'm amazed that you even need to ask me that question, actually, Kisie,
- 10:40Speaker 4: because you know what I'd be doing?
- 10:42Speaker 3: Right?
- 10:43Speaker 5: Is it the sort of thing you can't go into
- 10:44Speaker 5: because we're on the breakfast.
- 10:46Speaker 4: Those lines, it's just want to do I recently had
- 10:49Speaker 4: a two day holiday, ah, and there was a lot
- 10:53Speaker 4: of what I would be doing in the rapture going
- 10:55Speaker 4: on in that two day holiday. Look, I don't mind
- 10:57Speaker 4: admitting and people will be surprised by it. There's some
- 11:00Speaker 4: fitting for rile Man, and there's certain things I like
- 11:03Speaker 4: to do when I have time off, and certainly if
- 11:06Speaker 4: there was a rapture coming, I'd been making love frequently.
- 11:09Speaker 6: So he gave you a week warning.
- 11:11Speaker 3: What would you be doing for the other six days
- 11:13Speaker 3: twenty three hours and fifty nine minutes?
- 11:16Speaker 8: Did?
- 11:18Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 11:18Speaker 5: Man, it's good one minute every week, is it? Jason
- 11:21Speaker 5: didn't know that about you?
- 11:22Speaker 4: Yeah? Yeah, might at best.
- 11:24Speaker 5: I want to be honest mine, with the rapture coming,
- 11:26Speaker 5: I don't think that particular pastime would even come into
- 11:29Speaker 5: equation for me. I think I'd be too worried about
- 11:32Speaker 5: the rapture, so, you know, hard to you know when
- 11:35Speaker 5: there's a rapture coming. And mine would mostly be food based.
- 11:39Speaker 5: I think I would drive around. I'd get all of
- 11:41Speaker 5: my favorite foods from all my favorite restaurants, court stopping
- 11:44Speaker 5: mostly at Reburger and Bunning's Trade for a snack, and
- 11:50Speaker 5: they're just assembled just the all time buffet of my
- 11:52Speaker 5: favorite foods and then just go to town.
- 11:53Speaker 4: Look, I've got to be if I'm being really honest
- 11:55Speaker 4: about it would be very hard for me not to
- 11:57Speaker 4: be completely steamed the whole time.
- 12:00Speaker 5: Because I feel like you'd freak out of even as well.
- 12:02Speaker 4: And actually, you know what I'd do if there was
- 12:04Speaker 4: like two or three days of the rapture, I'd get
- 12:06Speaker 4: the fellows over to my house.
- 12:08Speaker 5: No, you would take the world ending to get us
- 12:11Speaker 5: over for dinner. Finally, we you know, we.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Could all go out together. How good would that be?
- 12:16Speaker 5: Can I bring my wife?
- 12:17Speaker 4: Hell?
- 12:18Speaker 5: Yes, we're not in that way. I don't want to
- 12:21Speaker 5: come anymore. Gods is a chune? What would you do?
- 12:24Speaker 5: Usually only give us a text? On three four eight
- 12:25Speaker 5: three Heap surprises to be. One says here that we've
- 12:27Speaker 5: got seventeen wheelbarrows from Bunning's trade to give away and
- 12:30Speaker 5: a garden.
- 12:31Speaker 6: Shit, it's a landscape as well.
- 12:32Speaker 4: Up for Grand three or four new hose here I
- 12:36Speaker 4: see Huh.
- 12:39Speaker 1: The Wold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy
- 12:42Speaker 1: tune in week days at four on Radio Hodakey.
- 12:45Speaker 5: It's time for your letters. Sport headlines thanks to Export
- 12:47Speaker 5: Ultra with the beer for here, the silver Ferns have one.
- 12:57Speaker 4: Nick Nase, why are you putting on that weird for?
- 13:00Speaker 5: What's the newsreader voice? Chase?
- 13:01Speaker 4: Well, you don't have to put on a separate You
- 13:02Speaker 4: can still be keasy with your sort of squeaky voice.
- 13:05Speaker 4: You don't have to try and put on a.
- 13:06Speaker 5: What do you mean with a squeaky voice?
- 13:08Speaker 4: You don't have to put on a special broadcasting voice, Keezy.
- 13:11Speaker 5: Well, like you're not doing that right now.
- 13:12Speaker 4: I'm certainly not, mate. This is how I speak all
- 13:15Speaker 4: the time.
- 13:16Speaker 6: Ahm.
- 13:17Speaker 5: The silver word, the silver worms? Are you kidding me?
- 13:22Speaker 4: Oh god?
- 13:24Speaker 5: Okay, guys, just let me try and.
- 13:25Speaker 4: Do this all right? Okay, you do it man, because it's.
- 13:27Speaker 5: Six thirty four and my brain is not running on
- 13:29Speaker 5: all cylinders. The Silver Ferns of one Netball's Tiny Jamison
- 13:32Speaker 5: Trophy beating South Africa seventy to fifty eight and the
- 13:34Speaker 5: second Test at Napier. The visitors took a fifteen to
- 13:37Speaker 5: fourteen first quarter lead before the host recovery began. Good South, Keezy,
- 13:44Speaker 5: thanks mate. Former All White Clayton Lewis's escaped conviction for
- 13:48Speaker 5: football corruption as part of an alleged A league spot
- 13:51Speaker 5: fixing operation in conjunction with South American crime syndicates. He's
- 13:54Speaker 5: been sentenced to two years of community service in Sydney.
- 13:58Speaker 5: The all Black side task with responding to the heaviest
- 14:01Speaker 5: defeat at the hands of the spring Box will be
- 14:02Speaker 5: named at lunchtime for Saturday's butters Low Cup Test against
- 14:05Speaker 5: the Wallabies in Auckland and Broadcos. Half back Adam Reynolds
- 14:09Speaker 5: is relieved to have a chance to impact Sunday's NRAL
- 14:12Speaker 5: preliminary final against the Panthers and Brisbane. The thirty five
- 14:15Speaker 5: year old returns to captain's side that won all five
- 14:18Speaker 5: games while he was out with a hamstring injury. Reynolds
- 14:22Speaker 5: acknowledges the team's performed mightily in his absence. That is
- 14:25Speaker 5: the end of your sports headline.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Oh how good man. I'll tell you what I'm actually
- 14:28Speaker 4: fitting about the Bledisloe Cup. I'm still I've got to
- 14:31Speaker 4: be honest, recovering from that absolute hiding we got from
- 14:34Speaker 4: the South Africans. Yeah, and actually we were with Kieran
- 14:38Speaker 4: Reed last week, weren't we fellows on the beach there
- 14:40Speaker 4: at Mount Monganui and he was talking about how that
- 14:43Speaker 4: seriously that kind of loss is massively damaging to a team.
- 14:46Speaker 5: Yeah, massively damaging. But I'm sure they'll bounce back, howdy,
- 14:49Speaker 5: j Yeah, it's not like the rapture has happened or anything.
- 14:53Speaker 4: Well, no, it's not the end of the world.
- 14:54Speaker 5: No, it's not, Jason, just on the end of the world.
- 14:56Speaker 5: Keep those texts coming on three four eight three what
- 14:58Speaker 5: you would do if the rapture was coming, And we'll
- 15:00Speaker 5: be getting into that next.
- 15:03Speaker 1: The Hierarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio Hidarchy.
- 15:07Speaker 4: Now, we were talking about the rapture which was meant
- 15:10Speaker 4: to happen last night, Fellers, and it could very well
- 15:12Speaker 4: be that all of us did at the moment, we
- 15:14Speaker 4: just don't know it.
- 15:15Speaker 5: Well, if that's the case, then that's great, yeah, because
- 15:17Speaker 5: we just sort of carry on.
- 15:18Speaker 4: I'll be honest, if you know, when I think about Heaven,
- 15:20Speaker 4: this probably wasn't what I was thinking about.
- 15:23Speaker 5: Really, I don't want to know.
- 15:24Speaker 4: Actually, no, it wasn't anything that fell through anything. I
- 15:28Speaker 4: just didn't imagine it would be me, you and Pugs,
- 15:31Speaker 4: you know, doing the breakfast show.
- 15:33Speaker 5: Well, that sounds great to me.
- 15:34Speaker 6: Man.
- 15:35Speaker 5: A lot of people have some great ideas for when
- 15:37Speaker 5: the rapture does hit. If you're wondering why the rapture
- 15:39Speaker 5: is going to hit or who predicted it, it's gone
- 15:41Speaker 5: viral on TikTok.
- 15:42Speaker 6: Who was out there predict it?
- 15:43Speaker 4: So it must be true.
- 15:44Speaker 5: It must be true. The guy that predicted it predicted
- 15:46Speaker 5: it was a guy called josh Lukella from South Africa? Right, Yeah?
- 15:51Speaker 5: Why do I have to keep repeating that to you pugs?
- 15:53Speaker 4: I don't know. I just went what was his name.
- 15:56Speaker 5: Again, Joshua Lakella. Lots of texts coming through on three
- 16:00Speaker 5: four eight three, and keep them coming. We've got heaps
- 16:02Speaker 5: of bunning stuff to give away. We're giving away a trailer.
- 16:05Speaker 4: Yeah, and I was. I was very excited to come
- 16:08Speaker 4: in here and see that they've got three or four
- 16:10Speaker 4: hoes in the and studio. Be because I need a
- 16:13Speaker 4: hoe at the moment.
- 16:14Speaker 5: Oh for the garden, Yeah, for the obviously, here's a
- 16:19Speaker 5: good text on three for eight three. I'd play with
- 16:21Speaker 5: my downstairs and smoke a dooby.
- 16:23Speaker 6: That's what I'm doing.
- 16:27Speaker 4: How good?
- 16:27Speaker 5: Actually this jakes like a picture you doing this drive
- 16:30Speaker 5: around town doing laps on magic mushrooms. Well, listening to
- 16:32Speaker 5: pil Jam for two days straight, Jam, go to the batch.
- 16:39Speaker 4: I Actually I probably would go to the batch.
- 16:41Speaker 6: You would.
- 16:41Speaker 4: I just chill out and look at the ocean, do
- 16:43Speaker 4: a bit of fishing.
- 16:44Speaker 6: What if somebody had already booked it?
- 16:46Speaker 4: Yeah, that'd be a bastard.
- 16:47Speaker 7: Well.
- 16:47Speaker 5: Also, it's not your batch, right, So wouldn't the people
- 16:49Speaker 5: who owned the batch go to the batch?
- 16:51Speaker 4: Quite possibly?
- 16:52Speaker 5: Would you go to the batch if they were there?
- 16:53Speaker 4: Nah?
- 16:55Speaker 5: Keep those ticks coming in. On three four eight three,
- 16:57Speaker 5: here's a question. Is Jeremy Well's really in Portugal for
- 17:00Speaker 5: the annual helmet blessing festival? Yes? He one percent. He
- 17:04Speaker 5: goes every year. I don't know what kind of helmets like.
- 17:10Speaker 5: I think they might be army helmets or war helmets. Yeah, yeah,
- 17:14Speaker 5: yeah yeah.
- 17:15Speaker 1: The hold Arching Big Show with Jace, Mike and Kezy
- 17:18Speaker 1: tune in week days at four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 17:21Speaker 5: We're discussing the rapture that was supposed to happen overnight
- 17:25Speaker 5: when viral on TikTok after a priest in South Africa
- 17:28Speaker 5: Joshua luck Gella had a dream had a vision about it,
- 17:33Speaker 5: went viral on TikTok. Everyone fell for it. I don't
- 17:35Speaker 5: know if they did or if they were just taking
- 17:37Speaker 5: the purse, but it didn't happen overnight, which is great.
- 17:39Speaker 4: Yeah, well a lot of people love this sort of
- 17:41Speaker 4: rapture chat though, Kizy, you know what I mean, There's
- 17:44Speaker 4: been a lot throughout history.
- 17:45Speaker 5: Well how to present, there has been, Jason, And I've
- 17:48Speaker 5: actually got a little list here of some things notable
- 17:51Speaker 5: raptures that were predicted across history. Who could forget of
- 17:54Speaker 5: course y two k there was a type of rapture,
- 18:00Speaker 5: not an endo the world one, but it was a
- 18:01Speaker 5: prediction that all of the basically all the technology would
- 18:04Speaker 5: crap itself as soon as the clocks all went to
- 18:06Speaker 5: two thousand.
- 18:07Speaker 4: I remember you guys telling me about that, and you
- 18:09Speaker 4: guys were freaking out because of course you were massive
- 18:12Speaker 4: gamers yea. And the idea that you couldn't like did
- 18:15Speaker 4: doo doo should play your little games there's freaking you out.
- 18:19Speaker 4: I mean, you didn't care if you died as long
- 18:20Speaker 4: as you could play games.
- 18:21Speaker 5: And what I said was I'd rather die then not
- 18:24Speaker 5: be able to play my little games.
- 18:25Speaker 6: Yeah it was four, so I don't really care, Jason.
- 18:28Speaker 5: Four what pugs pathetic? Harold Camping in twenty eleven. It
- 18:35Speaker 5: was an American radio preacher. He founded Family Radio. He
- 18:39Speaker 5: basically convinced they were a very wealthy media church, basically
- 18:45Speaker 5: convinced a lot of his followers that the raptor was
- 18:47Speaker 5: going to happen May twenty first, two thousand and eleven.
- 18:50Speaker 5: Heaps of them quit their jobs, donated their life savings,
- 18:53Speaker 5: got rid of everything, and then nothing happened, and then
- 18:56Speaker 5: Harold had to apologize to everyone, and then the church
- 18:58Speaker 5: lost a lot of it sort of credibility.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Actually, that's a great opportunity for us, now that I'm
- 19:02Speaker 4: thinking about it, Fellers, Maybe we could create our own
- 19:05Speaker 4: rapture and get people to donate to us well, and
- 19:08Speaker 4: then when it doesn't happen, just go tough teddies, just.
- 19:11Speaker 5: Say tough titties, thanks for the cats.
- 19:13Speaker 4: Yeah, totally.
- 19:14Speaker 5: The Mayan calendar, of course, I remember that one twenty twelve.
- 19:17Speaker 5: It ended in twenty twelve. The ancient Mayans or Mayans
- 19:20Speaker 5: from the South America region. Of course, they just didn't
- 19:23Speaker 5: want to plan that far in advance, so their calendars
- 19:25Speaker 5: stopped in twenty twelve. Everyone thought that was going to
- 19:27Speaker 5: be the end of the world. And really interesting one though.
- 19:30Speaker 5: I think it might have been William Miller, who was
- 19:35Speaker 5: a preacher in the US in the early eighteen hundreds.
- 19:37Speaker 5: I remember hearing a story about this. We need a
- 19:39Speaker 5: fact check it, but basically one of the first raptures
- 19:42Speaker 5: in that early sort of the start of the USA,
- 19:46Speaker 5: and he was so convinced that at exactly midnight or something,
- 19:49Speaker 5: he jumped off the roof of his barn completely naked
- 19:52Speaker 5: because he knew it was going to get swept up
- 19:53Speaker 5: into heaven. And then that didn't happen, and he just
- 19:55Speaker 5: sort of landed on the ground and broke both of
- 19:57Speaker 5: his legs right, and then everyone was like, oh, maybe
- 19:59Speaker 5: it's not going to happened. He's like, yeah, I don't
- 20:01Speaker 5: think so. So the raptors can really make people do
- 20:04Speaker 5: kind of stupid stuff. Yeah, but if the rapture did happen, Fellas,
- 20:07Speaker 5: you know where, I'd like to be Fiji with you guys.
- 20:11Speaker 1: To join the Fellas in Fiji, call o eight hundred hoadachi.
- 20:17Speaker 5: In Fiji. Basically, we are going to Fiji. We're playing
- 20:19Speaker 5: golf and if you would like to join us, give
- 20:21Speaker 5: us a call now eight hundred haadarchy because we are
- 20:23Speaker 5: drawing the sucker on Monday.
- 20:25Speaker 4: How good. Here's David Bowie, the Hiarchy.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Big show was jas, Mike and Kyzy tune in four
- 20:33Speaker 1: on Radio Hoarchy.
- 20:34Speaker 4: How good eight fellows, A bit of golf, a bit
- 20:36Speaker 4: of Fiji action, a bit of breakfast buffet, a bit
- 20:40Speaker 4: of message woman, a bit of snorklan. Hey, just on
- 20:44Speaker 4: the golf front. By the way, We've got Ryan Fox
- 20:47Speaker 4: coming in later and the show looking forward to that,
- 20:49Speaker 4: having a bit of a chin wag about the old golf.
- 20:51Speaker 5: Yeah, the big deal having Ryan Fox come into the
- 20:54Speaker 5: studio and actually chat with you in person. Lovely guy.
- 20:57Speaker 5: But of course, Jace myself, you pugs over here in
- 21:00Speaker 5: old Meg. You're all going to Fiji. We are playing golf.
- 21:02Speaker 5: We are staying at the Intercontinental Golf Resort and Spa.
- 21:07Speaker 5: We're playing a championship level course designed by VJ. Singh.
- 21:11Speaker 4: A lot.
- 21:11Speaker 5: It's a long weekend filled with all that stuff you
- 21:14Speaker 5: just mentioned earlier, and we need people to come with us.
- 21:16Speaker 4: Can't wait, mate, can't wait. Get a tresh house the morning.
- 21:18Speaker 4: Treating you Hi, very good, thank you. It's got to
- 21:21Speaker 4: see you're a finance mana drama but short of funds.

- 21:26Speaker 8: I can't help myself, right.
- 21:29Speaker 5: Okay, Traush have you had a coffee this morning?
- 21:32Speaker 1: No, not yet.
- 21:33Speaker 5: Wow, you've got great energy. Great.
- 21:36Speaker 7: I'm working a school and I'm a fifty two week
- 21:39Speaker 7: which means I don't get the holidays off. I have
- 21:40Speaker 7: taken a couple of days off, so I've got my
- 21:42Speaker 7: day off today.
- 21:44Speaker 4: What are you going to do with your day there?
- 21:46Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm painting, ah, like a fruit bowl or something like.
- 21:52Speaker 8: A dining table, a.
- 21:55Speaker 5: Sorry, painting of a dining table, or like you're painting
- 21:58Speaker 5: your dining table.
- 21:59Speaker 8: Painting d dining table.
- 22:00Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, it's weird.
- 22:02Speaker 4: It feels like a bit of a waste of a
- 22:03Speaker 4: day off. But no, that's fantastic.
- 22:05Speaker 6: Trash.
- 22:06Speaker 5: Do you like golf, Trish?
- 22:08Speaker 7: I'm all right.
- 22:11Speaker 4: You like like Fiji?
- 22:15Speaker 5: Fair enough? Who would you bring with you a Trish
- 22:18Speaker 5: if you won?
- 22:20Speaker 8: Probably my partner Craig.
- 22:22Speaker 5: Does he like golf?
- 22:24Speaker 2: No?
- 22:24Speaker 5: I don't think he's ever played at all.
- 22:25Speaker 4: It's just working out really well for all of us.
- 22:30Speaker 6: Good on you, Trish, that's all good.

- 22:58Speaker 6: And Jase, you've got to wait at least an hour
- 23:00Speaker 6: after you wake up.

- 23:28Speaker 7: I'm a drain layer.

- 23:32Speaker 4: It is actually massive backbone work.
- 23:34Speaker 5: Actually, I think they have drains over in Fiji, Daniel. Man,
- 23:38Speaker 5: so that's a little bonus for you.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Oh perfect?
- 23:41Speaker 4: Yeah. Cool.
- 23:41Speaker 5: And I'm not saying that you're definitely gonna win, but

- 25:31Speaker 5: Well, gardening gloves, that says here, and then we've only

- 25:39Speaker 4: That'd be stupid.
- 25:41Speaker 5: Well, hang on, Also, garden hose question here on three

- 26:00Speaker 5: As a garden hose.
- 26:01Speaker 4: There's not a hose as in water. Oh no, I'm
- 26:04Speaker 4: sure if we wrung them up, they'd probably give us
- 26:06Speaker 4: a garden hose to give away.
- 26:08Speaker 5: Well, they probably would, but they'd also be like, why
- 26:10Speaker 5: are you calling us and asking for a hose?
- 26:11Speaker 4: Okay, so it's a hoe, Yeah, garden hose.
- 26:14Speaker 5: Got four of them, that's the hose.
- 26:16Speaker 4: Cool?
- 26:16Speaker 5: And do they want us to give all four of
- 26:18Speaker 5: them to one winner?
- 26:19Speaker 4: Well, no, they can go sip. I mean, who wants
- 26:22Speaker 4: four hose?

- 31:16Speaker 5: peanut butter toast and a cucumber.
- 31:19Speaker 4: I just feel like they're taking the purse. I think
- 31:22Speaker 4: they put it out stupid.
- 31:23Speaker 5: I feel like putting their slice in the cumber, putting
- 31:25Speaker 5: it on the peanut butter toast. I think that would
- 31:26Speaker 5: be quite nice would they do with the cucumber? Good
- 31:31Speaker 5: a guys, marmite on toast with an Irish coffee.

- 31:57Speaker 4: like in my lunch box, if I got one of
- 31:59Speaker 4: those raisin packets, I'd be filthy, you know what I mean.
- 32:03Speaker 5: I love them because you eat all the raisins out,
- 32:05Speaker 5: and I was the kind of kid that woul grabbed
- 32:06Speaker 5: them all out, separate them all because they come in chunks.
- 32:08Speaker 5: I'd like to separate them all out so they were
- 32:10Speaker 5: just individual raisins.
- 32:12Speaker 9: You were sore amasively wait finish, eat them all individually,
- 32:18Speaker 9: and then use the raisin box as a whistle because
- 32:21Speaker 9: you can blow into it and it makes a whistling noise.
- 32:24Speaker 4: Man, you are such a cool kid, Keezy.
- 32:26Speaker 5: They'd call me raisin whistle Keezy. Gooday, guys, having an
- 32:31Speaker 5: extra long rip on the vapor and a coffee. Then
- 32:33Speaker 5: I'll be off to drive the digger. Yeah, nice backbone stuff.
- 32:37Speaker 5: One more, of course I pick my favorite one. One
- 32:41Speaker 5: large sausage, one large fish and a cup of tea.
- 32:45Speaker 5: A fish and a sausage for breakfast.
- 32:47Speaker 4: That's the most random I've heard.
- 32:49Speaker 6: I think fishing coffee.
- 32:51Speaker 5: Fishing coffee is discussing.
- 32:52Speaker 4: Yeah, that's foul.
- 32:55Speaker 5: You're a backbone and you're officially in the drawer when
- 32:57Speaker 5: that cement mixer two? So well done? Sorry email from

- 33:08Speaker 1: The Hierarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio Hdarchy.
- 33:12Speaker 4: Let's get into a bit of Mastermind.
- 33:20Speaker 5: That's right, and to celebrate the fact that on this

- 33:44Speaker 8: I haven't had bricking yet. I've just been bloody sorting
- 33:46Speaker 8: out my fifteen months old. But he's doing a good
- 33:49Speaker 8: impression of the the hungry catapill hee heid a nigg
- 33:52Speaker 8: quee fruit in a banana and he's still looking at
- 33:54Speaker 8: me like you want some more.
- 33:55Speaker 5: Wow, that's great. It'll be a butterfly soon. That's bloody exciting.
- 34:00Speaker 5: Today's topic, Andrew is British TV. Do you know a
- 34:04Speaker 5: lot about British TV.
- 34:07Speaker 8: I'm just going to say I've watched a little bit
- 34:08Speaker 8: a Leader my time perfect a Downtown Abby fan you know.
- 34:12Speaker 4: Ah, yeah, I hate that show, Big Maggie Smith, Guy,
- 34:16Speaker 4: I am are you?
- 34:17Speaker 7: Yeah? I think so?
- 34:18Speaker 5: Professor Mcgonagah, absolutely, you were saying she's so mean. I
- 34:21Speaker 5: didn't say that, yeah, Chris on here. All right, Andrew, Look,
- 34:25Speaker 5: this is the first time we've run the Hudaky masterminds
- 34:28Speaker 5: me and Jace, so we're just going to have a
- 34:29Speaker 5: crack at it. I understand you've got how long is it,
- 34:31Speaker 5: pugs forty five second? Yeah, and of course I'm going
- 34:34Speaker 5: to do my best to read out the questions so
- 34:36Speaker 5: to give you the best chance possible. All right, Andrew,
- 34:38Speaker 5: are you ready?
- 34:39Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 34:40Speaker 4: Mate, go for it?
- 34:40Speaker 5: All right? Mastermind begins Question number one. What does BBC stand.
- 34:45Speaker 8: For British Broadcasting corporation.
- 34:49Speaker 5: Which British actress played the lead role in the Vicar
- 34:52Speaker 5: of Dibley John Bridge, which decade did Coronation Street first
- 34:57Speaker 5: debut nineteen sixty Correct?
- 35:02Speaker 6: What the hell are you kidding me?
- 35:04Speaker 4: Jets?
- 35:05Speaker 5: Andrew? You've just won yourself to our of bucks. Mate,
- 35:08Speaker 5: go too easy?
- 35:09Speaker 8: Are you gonna give me the other questions?
- 35:10Speaker 4: Mate?
- 35:11Speaker 5: Okay, I don't know how this works. Okay, who is
- 35:12Speaker 5: the third member of this top gear trio? Jeremy Clarks
- 35:14Speaker 5: and Richard Hammond?
- 35:17Speaker 8: Ah see, now I don't know who it is. Definitely
- 35:21Speaker 8: not old mate May.
- 35:22Speaker 5: James May is correct?
- 35:24Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 35:24Speaker 5: And how many seasons of Faulty Towers were there?
- 35:27Speaker 8: Oh? They definitely wasn't two too?
- 35:29Speaker 5: Is correct? Oh my god, are you serious? Andrews? All
- 35:32Speaker 5: you do is watch UK TV.
- 35:35Speaker 3: When you said down to Nebby, I was like, maybe
- 35:36Speaker 3: you won't have the best o the older stuff.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:40Speaker 4: Well, here's here's my concern, Andrew, is that the breakfast
- 35:44Speaker 4: boys are going to give us grief again because we've
- 35:46Speaker 4: given them money away and they'll go it was too easy.
- 35:48Speaker 4: But you nailed that, mate.
- 35:50Speaker 8: Well you can say that, then I'll do double or nothing.
- 35:53Speaker 8: So that's the case.
- 35:55Speaker 5: Really, okay, is that a thing we do?
- 35:59Speaker 8: We can make it a thing.
- 36:00Speaker 5: We're back on tomorrow, so Andrew again. Yeah, you know
- 36:04Speaker 5: in this case, Andrew, if the boys are back tomorrow,
- 36:06Speaker 5: we'd say yeares however, we are back tomorrow, so we'll
- 36:08Speaker 5: just give you your Turner bucks cash. Right, you can
- 36:10Speaker 5: just walk away, brother.
- 36:12Speaker 4: How good?
- 36:12Speaker 8: I have to go to the cash and put it
- 36:13Speaker 8: on black then.
- 36:16Speaker 4: Of the nile.
- 36:17Speaker 5: Yeah, either or a great option, especially at like what
- 36:20Speaker 5: seven forty in the morning. Thanks very much, Andrew, How
- 36:22Speaker 5: do you have it his own? And she'll take care
- 36:23Speaker 5: of your mate?
- 36:24Speaker 7: Al right?
- 36:25Speaker 5: She is beautiful?
- 36:27Speaker 7: How good? Eh?
- 36:28Speaker 5: Plenty coming up, Jason, the show is including I'm very
- 36:31Speaker 5: very excited Ryan Fox is coming in.
- 36:33Speaker 4: So oh yeah. I can't wait to have a bit
- 36:34Speaker 4: of chitty chat about goal.
- 36:36Speaker 5: As long as you don't punish him about our golf.
- 36:38Speaker 4: No, I wouldn't do that, man fur.
- 36:42Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune
- 36:45Speaker 1: in on Radio HOLUK last night.
- 36:49Speaker 4: On the show Park Sound, you were talking about the
- 36:51Speaker 4: fact you were very consumed you had a mate coming over. Yeah.
- 36:54Speaker 3: I had some plans that I made with them last
- 36:56Speaker 3: week from to pop round for dinner, have a little ketchup,
- 36:58Speaker 3: he a beer maybe, and and then we decided that
- 37:05Speaker 3: we were going to do breakfast today and tomorrow. And
- 37:07Speaker 3: then I was very warrey of the fact that I
- 37:09Speaker 3: needed an early bed time, but he was still coming around.
- 37:11Speaker 3: I didn't want to cancel that's but be a mate,
- 37:13Speaker 3: you know, come around for a beer. But I needed
- 37:15Speaker 3: to figure out how to kind of dance around the
- 37:18Speaker 3: fact that it couldn't be a long one.
- 37:19Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 37:20Speaker 6: I needed to get him out of there at a
- 37:21Speaker 6: certain point so I could pop off to bed.
- 37:22Speaker 3: And you guys gave me a little coaching session yesterday
- 37:25Speaker 3: which ended in you suggesting that I what what did
- 37:29Speaker 3: you say?
- 37:29Speaker 5: I don't remember what. I don't know what you're talking about?
- 37:32Speaker 6: What got them away? I think.
- 37:37Speaker 5: That was ages ago. How the hell am I supposed
- 37:39Speaker 5: to remember what we talked about last night on the show.
- 37:42Speaker 5: It's funny though, because now I was thinking about this
- 37:43Speaker 5: over night Pokes, and I was like, you could literally
- 37:46Speaker 5: just do what you usually do, which is like make
- 37:48Speaker 5: a tofu dish and then put some like vinyl vinyl
- 37:52Speaker 5: on of some bautists no one's ever heard of, and
- 37:55Speaker 5: then like put something you know what I mean, Like,
- 37:57Speaker 5: just do the usual.
- 37:58Speaker 4: Yeah, put you put on your really weird cap with
- 38:01Speaker 4: the cord on it.
- 38:02Speaker 3: Okay, and you're saying all of the stuff to get
- 38:04Speaker 3: them out of the house is what I should.
- 38:06Speaker 4: Well, I'd be out of there as quick as I could.
- 38:08Speaker 5: Yea one hundred percent. Or you could do what Jace
- 38:11Speaker 5: would do in the situation, because I'll be interested to
- 38:13Speaker 5: know jas Actually, if you're in the situation you had
- 38:15Speaker 5: to get someone out of your house, how would you
- 38:16Speaker 5: do it?
- 38:17Speaker 4: Well, you see, I'm never in that situation because I
- 38:19Speaker 4: don't invite people to my house.
- 38:21Speaker 5: Okay hypothetically, Yes, you've finally invited the big show round
- 38:24Speaker 5: to your house for dinner after almost five years of being.
- 38:28Speaker 6: Not even rypothetical. We've got a book down, we've got
- 38:30Speaker 6: a countain.
- 38:31Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, yeah, you.
- 38:32Speaker 5: Know we've been there for how long? It's too long
- 38:34Speaker 5: for us to be there? Oh you too?
- 38:37Speaker 4: Specifically? Yeah, well, like if you came over it, see
- 38:40Speaker 4: when i'd want you out of there?
- 38:41Speaker 5: Court to eight, right, let's say it's twenty to eight.
- 38:45Speaker 5: Would you try to wrap us up and get us
- 38:47Speaker 5: out of there? What would you do?
- 38:49Speaker 4: I'd do the mogi right in no sort of situations.
- 38:52Speaker 4: I think you've just got to be very blunt. So
- 38:56Speaker 4: quarters to or eight comes around, fowlers, it's time for
- 38:58Speaker 4: you to pass.
- 38:59Speaker 5: Off, right, And that's doing a Mogi yeah approach.
- 39:02Speaker 4: You know what Mogi is like, He's like, I'm going
- 39:04Speaker 4: to go to bed now. Everyone needs to leave everyone
- 39:07Speaker 4: if off whereas as Pugs is all sort of, oh,
- 39:11Speaker 4: I do want to offend, yeah, you know what I mean.
- 39:14Speaker 4: I don't want to upset as feelings or anything like that,
- 39:17Speaker 4: even though I'm serving him gross tofu and all that sort.
- 39:20Speaker 6: I didn't cut.
- 39:21Speaker 5: But the thing is, Jason, not everyone is so okay
- 39:24Speaker 5: with offending heaps. People like you are, like you almost
- 39:27Speaker 5: get off on it, right, We do get off on it.
- 39:29Speaker 5: Whereas Pugs and I we're we're you know, we're on
- 39:31Speaker 5: the radio. We don't want to jeopardize our careers, so
- 39:33Speaker 5: we try not to offend people and in regular life too. Pugs,
- 39:36Speaker 5: you don't want to offend your mate, No, absolutely not,
- 39:38Speaker 5: not people I care about especially you know, what did
- 39:40Speaker 5: you do in the end.
- 39:42Speaker 3: We were having a beer and we had something on
- 39:44Speaker 3: the telly, yeah, and we were watching it and we
- 39:47Speaker 3: had some pizza and stuff.
- 39:48Speaker 6: It was actually really lovely.
- 39:50Speaker 3: And then he yawned, right, and I saw my ultimate opportunity,
- 39:56Speaker 3: all right, So you say he yawned, and I went, oh,
- 40:00Speaker 3: I don't feel like you got to like hang around
- 40:02Speaker 3: and watch the rest of this man, like if you
- 40:04Speaker 3: if you're getting tired kind of thing.
- 40:06Speaker 6: Yeah, And I was like, oh, yeah, I might hit
- 40:09Speaker 6: the road. I was like, sweet ass man.
- 40:11Speaker 4: When you said I saw my opportunity, I thought he
- 40:14Speaker 4: was in a jump in the sack with you.
- 40:16Speaker 6: Oh, like, what Chris did you?
- 40:17Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 40:18Speaker 5: I don't know. I'm talking about what see? That was
- 40:20Speaker 5: clever from you. What did you put on the TV?
- 40:21Speaker 5: Was it like highlights of yours and Jason's show while
- 40:23Speaker 5: I was in Europe?
- 40:24Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 40:24Speaker 5: Man, I don't know. I can't remember. God, this is
- 40:28Speaker 5: a show, Jason. Have you heard this before?
- 40:30Speaker 4: I'm not talking to your keysy.
- 40:31Speaker 1: At the moment, The Hierarchy Big Show week days from
- 40:36Speaker 1: four on Radio Hdarchy.
- 40:38Speaker 4: You're listening to the Big Show doing the Breakfast show
- 40:42Speaker 4: this Thursday morning. The time is eight oh two, and
- 40:46Speaker 4: I mean that you've had a great start of the day.
- 40:48Speaker 4: Is you had to work or maybe you're just chilling
- 40:52Speaker 4: at home, but to take a little time out of
- 40:56Speaker 4: your schedule and listen to the fields.
- 40:59Speaker 5: Hey, Jay's Yeah, what's the hurdak? Your breakfast show? Brought
- 41:03Speaker 5: to you by.
- 41:05Speaker 3: Bumming's Trade man load up on landscaping with Bunning's Trade.
- 41:11Speaker 6: It's Bunnings trolled.
- 41:14Speaker 5: Just had another email from Bunnings. By the way, how
- 41:16Speaker 5: good stoked on the stings? They stoked on the stings.
- 41:19Speaker 5: I said, it's actually the subject line is stoked on
- 41:22Speaker 5: the stings. And then it goes on to discuss Hey
- 41:26Speaker 5: guys first, and we'll just want to say stoked on
- 41:28Speaker 5: the stings. Yeah, which of those little funny high pitch
- 41:31Speaker 5: things we just played just then? Also, we've just heard
- 41:34Speaker 5: that you guys have been giving away a concrete mixer.
- 41:37Speaker 5: I can confirm that is not available to give away. However,
- 41:41Speaker 5: we can send out Bunning snags. Oh so, I guess
- 41:45Speaker 5: what we'll do is for every single person that's texting
- 41:47Speaker 5: on the show today, which is about I don't know,
- 41:48Speaker 5: one hundred and fifty people fifty sorry, one hundred fifty
- 41:53Speaker 5: thousand people, we'll just get pigs. If it's all good
- 41:56Speaker 5: with your maail, would you be happy just to send
- 41:57Speaker 5: out the bunning snags me. So I guess they'll send
- 42:01Speaker 5: us the sauces. We'll cook them up, we'll put them
- 42:03Speaker 5: in the bread, put the sauce on the onion.
- 42:06Speaker 4: Sauce, squirt and musty.
- 42:08Speaker 3: Don't we need like the combo that everybody's kind of
- 42:10Speaker 3: going for. If they want onions, if they want tomatoes,
- 42:14Speaker 3: they want.
- 42:14Speaker 6: But bread.
- 42:17Speaker 4: Is making a really good point, right because some people
- 42:20Speaker 4: would want to squirter tomatoes. Some people might not want onions.
- 42:24Speaker 4: People have mustard with no sauce.
- 42:27Speaker 6: Fan, but I'm not everyone.
- 42:28Speaker 5: Okay, So what we'll do then is if you've text
- 42:30Speaker 5: in texting again with what your first text was, so
- 42:34Speaker 5: we can link it up to your order and then
- 42:37Speaker 5: say how you'd like your bunning snag, and then so
- 42:39Speaker 5: you'd come here, you'll make them up and then I
- 42:41Speaker 5: guess you just pop them in courier bags and fire
- 42:44Speaker 5: them out.
- 42:44Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, Well, I mean, because this is the
- 42:47Speaker 3: breakfast show, they've got their own producers.
- 42:54Speaker 4: Okay, so you've got time gugs just on that front.
- 42:58Speaker 4: By the way, no more hoes. What do you mean
- 43:02Speaker 4: We're given away all the garden hose, all the four
- 43:04Speaker 4: of them. Yeah, so don't be asking about those anymore.
- 43:06Speaker 6: They're gone for do I need to send them off
- 43:08Speaker 6: as well?
- 43:09Speaker 5: I just saw Zoe. She was sort of stuffing one
- 43:11Speaker 5: of them into a courier bag, so I think she's
- 43:14Speaker 5: taking care of it.
- 43:15Speaker 4: Yeah, good stuff, man, is.
- 43:20Speaker 5: Ever clear.
- 43:23Speaker 1: The hiliarchy big show was Jason, Mike and Kezy tune
- 43:26Speaker 1: in on Radio.
- 43:28Speaker 4: Hoky, No, you're sadly On the show Fellers, we were
- 43:30Speaker 4: talking about work.
- 43:32Speaker 5: Wives, that's right. The concept of having someone at your
- 43:36Speaker 5: work who is the opposite six to you. They're your
- 43:38Speaker 5: work spouse, and you kind of have a what is
- 43:41Speaker 5: that a platonic relationship?
- 43:43Speaker 8: Oh?
- 43:44Speaker 5: Non platonic?
- 43:45Speaker 8: What is it? Yeah, no, it is.
- 43:46Speaker 6: I think it's supposed to be platonic.
- 43:48Speaker 4: Basically suck are you? You know what I mean? In
- 43:51Speaker 4: the sense that they support you emotionally, you know, when
- 43:55Speaker 4: you're feeling a bit down, like, for example, Kezi, when
- 43:57Speaker 4: you've had a shocker of a show, they should I
- 44:00Speaker 4: know you were that bad, Kiezy. Yeah, they get me
- 44:02Speaker 4: a bit of a cuddle and they just boost you up,
- 44:04Speaker 4: you know what I mean?
- 44:05Speaker 5: Yeah, which is most days.
- 44:07Speaker 4: And we and we realized, actually we came to the
- 44:09Speaker 4: conclusion on that front that old pugsn Hello was our
- 44:14Speaker 4: work mum, even though he's not on the seat.
- 44:16Speaker 6: You've done it again. You did this yesterday.
- 44:17Speaker 3: I learned a little bit about you, jas because there's
- 44:21Speaker 3: work wives and then you use the term work mummy
- 44:24Speaker 3: and the fact that you're getting your work spouse and
- 44:26Speaker 3: your work mother confused.
- 44:27Speaker 6: Is a lot about you, do I say that, But
- 44:30Speaker 6: just on.
- 44:30Speaker 5: The back of that though, Jays, Yeah, these clear, these
- 44:33Speaker 5: clear things we're learning about you. What what did you
- 44:36Speaker 5: want to chat about?
- 44:37Speaker 4: Well, it just made me think about you know, there's
- 44:41Speaker 4: a lot of stuff coming up in my life, and
- 44:43Speaker 4: I got a little bit nostalgia. I don't know if
- 44:45Speaker 4: you guys know this about me. I used to be
- 44:47Speaker 4: a stay at home dad.
- 44:49Speaker 5: Did you really yeah, man, when you say sat at
- 44:51Speaker 5: home dad, was that like you made a conscious choice
- 44:53Speaker 5: to be at home with your kids or.
- 44:55Speaker 4: You were on the doll just no one would hire me?
- 44:58Speaker 4: Ah right, you know, and I go to acting gigs
- 45:00Speaker 4: and just die on my arm.
- 45:02Speaker 6: Sugar and spice just sort of fell off.
- 45:04Speaker 4: Well it's just sort of foul. Well, I do a
- 45:05Speaker 4: bit of sugar and spice, but that was at night
- 45:07Speaker 4: when my wife was at home.
- 45:08Speaker 5: Can I just confirm sugar and you're saying you did
- 45:11Speaker 5: a little bit of sugar and spice. That's your old comedy,
- 45:13Speaker 5: true ti old comedy. Wasn't it weird? That sounds like
- 45:16Speaker 5: you did a lot of drugs?
- 45:17Speaker 4: Oh that as well responsibly though, But you've got though.
- 45:21Speaker 5: So you want to be a stay at home dead?
- 45:23Speaker 4: Yes?
- 45:24Speaker 5: How old is your youngest daughter?
- 45:25Speaker 4: She's seventeen and she's he had all my other girls.
- 45:29Speaker 4: My other three girls are all overseas now living their lives.
- 45:32Speaker 4: And to be honest with you, my seventeen year old,
- 45:34Speaker 4: you know, she's pretty much living her own life now.
- 45:37Speaker 4: So you know, I don't know if I can get
- 45:39Speaker 4: away with a monica of stay at home dead. I mean,
- 45:42Speaker 4: technically speaking, i'd be staying at home and you're a
- 45:46Speaker 4: dead and I'm a dad. So can I still run
- 45:49Speaker 4: with I'm a stay at home dad?
- 45:52Speaker 5: I think so, because what you're doing is you're going
- 45:54Speaker 5: above and beyond what other stay at home dads do, right,
- 45:56Speaker 5: They stay at home while the kids are young, you know,
- 45:59Speaker 5: they help look up, have to keep the household running.
- 46:01Speaker 4: Sure, and then what you're off at dinners, they you know,
- 46:04Speaker 4: whatever what floors not just that stuff. They I didn't
- 46:08Speaker 4: do that. I just spent most of my time having
- 46:10Speaker 4: a go up. But yeah, well now is my chance.
- 46:13Speaker 5: So like the most stay at home days, they also
- 46:15Speaker 5: just it saves on childcare.
- 46:17Speaker 4: Right.
- 46:17Speaker 5: So you you say and stay at home, I'm the same.
- 46:19Speaker 5: You sacrifice your career to raise the kids at home,
- 46:23Speaker 5: whereas what you're doing is going a step further. Like
- 46:25Speaker 5: that's that's backbone stuff what I'm just talking about. However,
- 46:28Speaker 5: staying at home after the kids have left, just in
- 46:30Speaker 5: case they need to come back, waiting by the phone
- 46:33Speaker 5: in case one of them needs to get in touch
- 46:35Speaker 5: with you. Pretty much, man, that's backbone stuff.
- 46:37Speaker 2: Man.
- 46:38Speaker 4: And I just say I'm here if you need me,
- 46:41Speaker 4: that's right, you know. And then I just go and
- 46:42Speaker 4: watch movies and stuff like that, maybe a bit a
- 46:45Speaker 4: bit of golf.
- 46:45Speaker 5: Yeah, when was the last time one of your daughters
- 46:47Speaker 5: actually called you and needed you?
- 46:49Speaker 4: To be honest? That the last time one of my
- 46:52Speaker 4: and this is true, one of my daughters messaged me
- 46:56Speaker 4: because she found online the big show outro Pegging Special
- 47:02Speaker 4: and she was quite disturbed by that.
- 47:04Speaker 5: That's right, but that's more of a I need you
- 47:06Speaker 5: to just.
- 47:09Speaker 4: Ac humiliating the family.
- 47:10Speaker 5: Yeah, I think you should do it, Jasment.
- 47:12Speaker 4: Yeah, you guys would support me. I mean it would
- 47:14Speaker 4: be a big loss to the show on.
- 47:18Speaker 6: You go ahead, brother, you go.
- 47:20Speaker 5: We'll be sweet as mate. For example, Look, how hard
- 47:23Speaker 5: is this? Oh, here's oasis on Hodarky.
- 47:26Speaker 3: Maybe you can't get into your gaming while you're hanging
- 47:28Speaker 3: at home, Jess.
- 47:29Speaker 4: I'm not a complete loser. Touchdown.
- 47:31Speaker 5: This is oasis, by the way. Ryan Fox up next The.
- 47:35Speaker 1: Hold Arching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keyzy. Tune
- 47:38Speaker 1: in week days at four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 47:41Speaker 4: A lot of people that listen to the Drive show
- 47:42Speaker 4: will know that Old Keyesy and I are obsessed by
- 47:45Speaker 4: our golf and we've got a very very special guest
- 47:49Speaker 4: in that regard in the studio with us. I'm talking
- 47:52Speaker 4: about golfing legend Ryan Fox and Ryan your man Barstard.
- 47:57Speaker 7: How's life good boys? Thanks for having me in this morning.
- 48:00Speaker 4: Yeah, it's an absolute pleasure. Kezy and I Ryan, you
- 48:03Speaker 4: won't know this. We've got into golf just recently, so
- 48:07Speaker 4: we're going to take the opportunity to really know rack
- 48:10Speaker 4: your brains and get some tips from you. If that's
- 48:11Speaker 4: all right.
- 48:12Speaker 7: I heard I was going to get grilled this morning,
- 48:13Speaker 7: so yeah, I'm expecting it.
- 48:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 48:15Speaker 5: Well, I actually had a little conversation out in the office,
- 48:18Speaker 5: so I was like, we're probably going to start the
- 48:19Speaker 5: arm with Jason and I talking about how we've been
- 48:21Speaker 5: going at golf. Yeah, pretty much, and then very quickly
- 48:24Speaker 5: at the end, we'll ask you how you've been going.
- 48:26Speaker 5: Oh that's fine, Yeah, yeah, we're How old were you
- 48:28Speaker 5: when you started out? Were you thirty three?
- 48:30Speaker 2: Like I was?
- 48:31Speaker 3: No.
- 48:32Speaker 7: I always had clubs as a kid. Yeah right. Dad
- 48:35Speaker 7: always played and dad's played off like four or five
- 48:38Speaker 7: since I can remember. Yeah, whatever, And like I I
- 48:43Speaker 7: used to play the old corporate day with him when
- 48:45Speaker 7: I was like eighteen, and I first joined a club
- 48:47Speaker 7: at thirteen, yeah right, and then didn't I didn't play
- 48:49Speaker 7: any tournament golf I was eighteen.
- 48:50Speaker 5: Yeah right. And at the moment, in terms of how
- 48:52Speaker 5: your life's going, is this the best years of your life?
- 48:55Speaker 5: You reckon right now?
- 48:56Speaker 7: Yeah, it's pretty good. This year's I can't complain much
- 48:58Speaker 7: about what happened this year.
- 49:00Speaker 4: Foxy. I've got to take your back, mate, because you've
- 49:03Speaker 4: had two PGA wins this year. How good is that?
- 49:06Speaker 4: First and foremost. But take me back to the Canadian Open.
- 49:10Speaker 4: There that shot. I was perched in my undies on
- 49:15Speaker 4: my couch there. You get a sucking hard on my
- 49:18Speaker 4: vaight there watching you in that playoff that shot, mate,
- 49:22Speaker 4: Because I know that you and your caddy have been
- 49:25Speaker 4: having a bit of to and fro about whether you
- 49:27Speaker 4: go for it or not. Talk me through that shot.
- 49:30Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean it's probably the best shot I've ever
- 49:32Speaker 7: hit in my life, magnificence. And I wouldn't say it
- 49:36Speaker 7: was to and fro about going for it. It was
- 49:37Speaker 7: to and fro about what club?
- 49:39Speaker 4: All right?
- 49:40Speaker 7: It was for memory, like two two thirty something, two
- 49:45Speaker 7: thirty nine meters or something like that, A little bit
- 49:47Speaker 7: under the wind, and I had two twenty to cover
- 49:50Speaker 7: the water and we're tossing up going is at two,
- 49:53Speaker 7: one is at three wood, and he goes, mate, you
- 49:54Speaker 7: got to hit three wood, Like if you hit it long,
- 49:56Speaker 7: it's fine. And I was like, wow, I've got to
- 49:58Speaker 7: take a little bit off it at a little cart.
- 50:01Speaker 7: It's not often in those kinds of situations you hit
- 50:03Speaker 7: the exact shot that you wanted to hit.
- 50:06Speaker 4: I've found I've never hit the exact shot.
- 50:08Speaker 7: I want to hit, It'll happen at some point.
- 50:10Speaker 5: At some point, you're just gonna keep plugging away, jays Ryan,
- 50:13Speaker 5: how hard is it in that situation? You obviously have
- 50:15Speaker 5: to have complete similar to radio studio, I've got complete
- 50:18Speaker 5: trust in Jace to say and do the right thing.
- 50:21Speaker 5: You have to completely trust your caddy when he says
- 50:23Speaker 5: I think you should do this.
- 50:25Speaker 7: Yeah. Look, it's it's a funny relationship player and caddy.
- 50:29Speaker 7: It's like I've got to trust him, but ultimately, like, yes,
- 50:33Speaker 7: you've got to play the shot. Like I can't hit
- 50:36Speaker 7: a shot that I'm uncomfortable with. Yeah, right, So at
- 50:40Speaker 7: that point when he goes, look mate, it's you got
- 50:42Speaker 7: to hit three where there's enough win there, it's like okay,
- 50:44Speaker 7: Like I'm kind of in between and his just his
- 50:47Speaker 7: thoughts kind of sway me and make me believe it's
- 50:50Speaker 7: the right shot. Yes, right, Like yeah, caddies are a
- 50:55Speaker 7: good caddy's amazing, a bad caddy's frustrating, And it's like
- 50:59Speaker 7: they've got a hard job. I've got no job security.
- 51:03Speaker 7: Like they've got to walk the line between knowing when
- 51:05Speaker 7: to say something and knowing when to shut up, and
- 51:08Speaker 7: you know, kind of an encore psychologist all of that
- 51:11Speaker 7: kind of stuff, along with like Mike Eddie, He's South
- 51:14Speaker 7: African unfortunately, so I've got copped a fear of a stick,
- 51:20Speaker 7: not just this year unfortunately, but like he'll know when
- 51:25Speaker 7: to distract me, when to talk about rugby or cricket
- 51:28Speaker 7: or something else. And that's like, that's a big part
- 51:31Speaker 7: of it. Just knowing you're out there for a long time.
- 51:33Speaker 5: That's hard, right because when jas because when we play,
- 51:35Speaker 5: Jase gets in a hoo of a mood after his
- 51:37Speaker 5: first shot and I don't know whether I should get
- 51:39Speaker 5: around him or give him a river up.
- 51:40Speaker 2: You know.
- 51:40Speaker 4: I tend to inf and Jeff a little bit on
- 51:42Speaker 4: the course there, Foxy, you strike me. Actually, it's pretty
- 51:45Speaker 4: calm kind of carry. You don't seem to get too
- 51:48Speaker 4: emotional either way.
- 51:50Speaker 7: I just hide it.
- 51:51Speaker 4: Well, yeah, yeah, there's like a rage burning inside you.
- 51:54Speaker 4: Is that what you know? Then you get into the
- 51:56Speaker 4: clubrooms and smack the crap out of it.
- 51:59Speaker 7: No, I just swear it myself under my breath basically.
- 52:02Speaker 7: But I mean, anyone that's played golfers you got angry
- 52:05Speaker 7: with themselves. And I've been doing it for a long
- 52:07Speaker 7: long time now, so it's there. I mean, I'm not
- 52:09Speaker 7: Terroll Hatton or anyone like that. I can certainly certainly
- 52:13Speaker 7: break myself.
- 52:14Speaker 5: Yeah. Well, I think Jason's trying to find a kind
- 52:16Speaker 5: spirit there because he really breaks himself out loud.
- 52:19Speaker 7: Just watch Terrol Hatton, ter Hans, you may do.
- 52:22Speaker 4: I'll tell you what. Fox. Yeah, I'll just hold you there, mate.
- 52:25Speaker 4: We'll go to a tune and we'll come back with
- 52:27Speaker 4: some golf chat.
- 52:31Speaker 1: The hold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 52:34Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio Hodakey.
- 52:37Speaker 4: Yeah, welcome back to your massive backbones. We're talking to
- 52:40Speaker 4: golfing legend Ryan Fox.
- 52:41Speaker 5: That's trying to go the big show on Brickey.
- 52:43Speaker 8: Here.
- 52:43Speaker 5: By the way, Ryan, of course is he's into chat
- 52:46Speaker 5: about the return of Manuka Feels chasing the Fox. But
- 52:50Speaker 5: before we get to that, Jace, it's been a massive
- 52:52Speaker 5: year for Ryan fox Man. He's been all over the show.
- 52:55Speaker 4: European or PGA. I mean, I'll see the PGA is
- 53:01Speaker 4: a pinnacle golf wise. But where do you prefer to play?
- 53:07Speaker 7: Ah, I mean I enjoy it more in Europe, but
- 53:10Speaker 7: I've been out there for a long time. You know,
- 53:11Speaker 7: I played full time there since twenty fifteen on challenge
- 53:15Speaker 7: to us. So like, I've got really good mates out there,
- 53:17Speaker 7: the PGAs, but everyone's a bit more selfish is probably
- 53:21Speaker 7: the right word. But it's a bit more isolated. It's
- 53:23Speaker 7: all of themselves, yeah, a little bit. But you have
- 53:26Speaker 7: you You've also you're playing at the top level. You've
- 53:29Speaker 7: kind of got to be that to an extent, and
- 53:32Speaker 7: it's just harder to break into the social circles over there,
- 53:35Speaker 7: whereas Europe's a bit more fun. You're not playing for
- 53:37Speaker 7: as much money, so guys potentially don't take it quite
- 53:41Speaker 7: as seriously either. Yeah.
- 53:42Speaker 5: The reason you hear Ryan Fox, of course is because
- 53:44Speaker 5: and there was massively successful last year the Manuca fuel
- 53:47Speaker 5: Chasing the Foxes returning. I went out to there. It
- 53:50Speaker 5: was it was the same day as the Hdochey Christmas party.
- 53:52Speaker 5: You got so Sam, come on, man, not in front
- 53:54Speaker 5: of Ryan Fox.
- 53:56Speaker 7: And then I'm all for it.
- 53:57Speaker 4: Yeah, Bed responsibly of course.
- 54:00Speaker 5: Spent the day at the pub doing that, you know,
- 54:01Speaker 5: the whole Hurdarcky Christmas party, and it was like we're
- 54:03Speaker 5: going out to chasing the Foxes. Oh a bit far
- 54:05Speaker 5: to go, blah blah blah. Got out there. That event
- 54:08Speaker 5: absolutely rules. You know, you've got team media. It was
- 54:11Speaker 5: Mark Richardson, Die Heindwood and Jeremy Welles from Hurdarcky. They
- 54:15Speaker 5: were playing up against you know, John Key, mex Key.
- 54:18Speaker 5: You you were there. Obviously it's going to be broadcast
- 54:21Speaker 5: live and free on TV and ZID one and TV
- 54:23Speaker 5: and ZID plus front of the twelfth of December. I
- 54:26Speaker 5: understand they're changing it this year, so it's you and
- 54:29Speaker 5: a mate or something like that.
- 54:30Speaker 7: Yep, yep. So you know we've this is our fourth
- 54:34Speaker 7: year this year. Yeah, and we kind of worked out
- 54:37Speaker 7: in the last couple of years that playing your own
- 54:38Speaker 7: ball against three guys playing ambros is quite hard, yes,
- 54:43Speaker 7: you know, especially six holes. You know, you don't have
- 54:45Speaker 7: much time to get into it and if you you know,
- 54:47Speaker 7: if you missed a couple of parts earlier out of it.
- 54:49Speaker 7: So we decided to change it up a little bit
- 54:52Speaker 7: this year, try to make it a bit more competitive,
- 54:54Speaker 7: but also you know, try to add something else to
- 54:57Speaker 7: the event. So we're still in the proceed of working
- 55:00Speaker 7: out the professional teams, but it's hopefully going to be
- 55:06Speaker 7: bigger and better this year.
- 55:07Speaker 5: And when you spend so much time doing like, you know,
- 55:09Speaker 5: the top level of your sport. Is it quite nice
- 55:11Speaker 5: to come home to your home country and have something
- 55:13Speaker 5: like this at the back of the year where you
- 55:14Speaker 5: get to hang out and you know, have a bit
- 55:16Speaker 5: of fun with your day job.
- 55:18Speaker 7: Yeah, look, it's it's really fun. That's also like I
- 55:22Speaker 7: feel almost more pressure to play well because your names
- 55:25Speaker 7: and the title. Yeah, yeah, you know, you go up
- 55:28Speaker 7: and make a couple of bugs and you're like, oh god, basically,
- 55:32Speaker 7: but like, it's it's amazing to have an event where
- 55:36Speaker 7: you know, so many iconic New Zealanders play and it's
- 55:38Speaker 7: got my name on it. Like that's kind of strange.
- 55:41Speaker 7: And you know, to be able to walk down the
- 55:43Speaker 7: fairways with those guys and then you know, the crowd
- 55:46Speaker 7: there has accessed, like there's not many other places that
- 55:50Speaker 7: you can get so close, and guys are signing autographs
- 55:52Speaker 7: going down the fairway and there's at of banter and stuff.
- 55:55Speaker 7: It's great.
- 55:55Speaker 4: I remember Jeremy Wells because he competed last year and
- 55:58Speaker 4: he was saying it was the most here rifying moment
- 56:00Speaker 4: of his life stepping up to the t in front
- 56:02Speaker 4: of all those people and and it being televised Yeah,
- 56:05Speaker 4: imagine you doing that keezy, bloody shambolic right, you get
- 56:10Speaker 4: up there, you get smack it straight in the bush.
- 56:12Speaker 5: Thanks man, thank you.
- 56:13Speaker 7: It's better than a lawsuit hitting someone in the head.
- 56:15Speaker 5: Yeah, wow, that's true.
- 56:16Speaker 4: Thanks.
- 56:17Speaker 5: I couldn't hit someone in the head, not even if
- 56:18Speaker 5: I tried. Look, Ryan, thank you so much for coming
- 56:22Speaker 5: into this year and having a yarn man. It's been
- 56:23Speaker 5: an absolute joy watching you go to work over the
- 56:26Speaker 5: last wee while. And if you do want to come
- 56:28Speaker 5: see Ryan play in person, tickets are available at Chasing
- 56:32Speaker 5: the Fox dot co dot m ZID and tickets actually
- 56:35Speaker 5: go on sale from the first of October if you're
- 56:37Speaker 5: in corporate or the twenty ninth for general sales.
- 56:40Speaker 7: Thanks guys, thanks for having me.
- 56:41Speaker 4: It's been a pleasure.
- 56:42Speaker 7: Mate.
- 56:42Speaker 4: Now about my slice, No out of time.
- 56:45Speaker 6: We do not have time.
- 56:46Speaker 7: You better fix it before you go to Fiji. That's
- 56:48Speaker 7: all I know.
- 56:51Speaker 1: The Hdarchy big show was Jase, Mike and Kezy.
- 56:54Speaker 5: Tune in on Radio Hoky. It's time now for your
- 56:57Speaker 5: letters sport headlines. Thanks to Export Ultra the beer for here.
- 57:06Speaker 4: Sorry, what before you start?
- 57:09Speaker 5: When they say I've already started?
- 57:11Speaker 4: When they say the beer for here. Are they saying
- 57:14Speaker 4: that when you drink a beer there, beer you get.
- 57:16Speaker 5: Here, it helps you grow your here one hundred percent?
- 57:19Speaker 5: That is correct. Okay, cool, okay, time for you later

- 57:42Speaker 5: defeat will be named at lunchtime for Saturday's But.
- 57:47Speaker 7: What you said, we're far responding.
- 57:50Speaker 5: The all black Side tasked with responding to the heavious
- 57:53Speaker 5: defeat will be named at lunchtime for Saturdays. But it
- 57:56Speaker 5: is low cap taste against the Wallabies in Auckland, So
- 58:00Speaker 5: moody about it, Jason Man. The Silver Ferns have won
- 58:04Speaker 5: Netball's Tiny Jamison Trophy, beating South Africa seventy to fifty
- 58:08Speaker 5: eight in the second match of the three Test series
- 58:10Speaker 5: at Napier to take an unassailable two lead. A bit
- 58:12Speaker 5: of a stata there, Jays single sculler Logan Olrick is
- 58:17Speaker 5: through to the semi finals at the Rowing World Championships
- 58:20Speaker 5: in Shanghai. And former All White Clayton Lewis's escaped conviction
- 58:26Speaker 5: for football corruption. He was arrested in May last year
- 58:29Speaker 5: for an alleged a league spot mixing spot fixing operation
- 58:32Speaker 5: in conjunction with South America. And there's a South American
- 58:36Speaker 5: crimes and he's been sentenced to two years of community
- 58:40Speaker 5: service in Sydney, which is like picking up rubbish and stuff.
- 58:42Speaker 5: And those were your sports headlines brought to you by
- 58:45Speaker 5: Export Ultra the Bear for hair.
- 58:46Speaker 4: I tell you what what For a moment there I
- 58:48Speaker 4: thought you had a future as a newsreader and then.
- 58:51Speaker 5: You butchered it up. Next to the Montreal Snow Report.
- 58:55Speaker 1: The Archy Big Show week days from four on Radio
- 58:59Speaker 1: Hdarchy the hole Achy Brick for Ski Report, thanks to
- 59:02Speaker 1: Mon's Royale for Reno performance, Apperil from one Acre.
- 59:06Speaker 5: That's right it is our weekly snow report all thanks
- 59:09Speaker 5: to Mon's Royale and joining us on the line right
- 59:11Speaker 5: now is the voice of snow sport in New Zealand.
- 59:14Speaker 5: And how's the powder look in this week? Brother?
- 59:17Speaker 2: Oh there is so much powder?
- 59:20Speaker 7: Yes, hell good.
- 59:23Speaker 8: We've had a battle.
- 59:24Speaker 2: Royale over the last two weeks between spring and winter,
- 59:28Speaker 2: and there is it was. It was hanging in the
- 59:31Speaker 2: balance the last five days or so, but there is
- 59:33Speaker 2: no doubt now that Windborough has won. It has murdered
- 59:36Speaker 2: springs savagely in the southern Lakes.
- 59:40Speaker 8: I think on the North Island the battle's still raging.
- 59:44Speaker 2: My spies up there told me that there was a
- 59:46Speaker 2: bit of rain down at the bottom, but plenty of
- 59:48Speaker 2: snows still up at the top. So yeah, it's been
- 59:51Speaker 2: a funny one. The northwester he's just been ramping through
- 59:54Speaker 2: and it refuses to back off. But there is a
- 59:57Speaker 2: little bit of a chink of light at the end
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: of the tunnel. Looks like we're going to get some
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: settled weather next week for the most of the ski
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: fields last week, so we have got a little bit
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: of hope.
- 1:00:09Speaker 5: Bloody awesome. And also while we've got here, man, I
- 1:00:12Speaker 5: understand that you're actually on a bit of a holiday.
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: Part one is for your birthday, but also you've got
- 1:00:17Speaker 5: our very own Jerry Wells with you. Is that corect
- 1:00:20Speaker 5: I have We've.
- 1:00:22Speaker 8: We've decided that the mountain.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: We've looked at the forecast for TC and Codrona today
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: and it is getting better later. Yeah, but we've decided
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: that a sauna is the better.
- 1:00:31Speaker 7: Part of valor this morning.
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, things up, you poor, bastarded and jizzy there.
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: I mean, god, just having your recline. Maybe have a
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: couple of heated up COGNACX, maybe have a sauna. A
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: bit of a message. Don't overdo it, man, I mean,
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: I don't want you to pull a hemy or anything.
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: Well, that's the thing you've now got to prepare because
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: this weekend is TC closing day. This is a legendary
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: day and it's rated.
- 1:00:59Speaker 8: Our eighteen as far as days go.
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: There's a severe likelihood of a diminished concept of reality
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: up there, so you you've got to play that one carefully.
- 1:01:10Speaker 7: Right.
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: Forecast looks a little bit changeable as well. But if
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: if you're in the market for something a little more PG,
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: then Kadrona is offering the Pingu Birthday Party, which will
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: be at the other end of the spectrum.
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: Actually that would actually suit your style of skiing.
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: What Pingu's birthday parting?
- 1:01:31Speaker 4: Get it right? Man? What did so?
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: He's saying, I ski like a little clamation penguin.
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: Yeah, pretty much, man?
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: And what else is going on the what about Temple Basin.
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: Temple have got the fire and ice party, think, I mean,
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: I've never been to it, but instantly I'm thinking some
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: kind of Game of Thrones on snow, like walkers and
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: rampant orgy, so I'm not sure if that's the reality.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: And then Toroa, I've got the retro party coming down.
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: So up on the mountain think neon and side cutless skis,
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: and then down intown. I'm intrigued by this one. I
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: haven't been, but there's a chocolate clare eating contest.
- 1:02:11Speaker 5: Right, so just just to clarify, You've got like a
- 1:02:14Speaker 5: Game of Thrones augy type situation. You've got a chocolate
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: a clear eating situation. You've got Pengu's birthday going on
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: as well. Hung pengu one hundred percent. This it just seems.
- 1:02:26Speaker 5: Is this like a pretty standard of fear to have
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: on a weekend, whether it comes to people that are
- 1:02:30Speaker 5: into the snow.
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: Yeah, this is it's nothing if not eclectic. We can
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: offer a variety of social and sporting occasions every week,
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: but we are we are coming up to the end
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: of the season. PC's closing. That is it's a sad one,
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: but it's been It's been a really good winter, like
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: surprisingly good considering we haven't had that much snow. But
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: there's a week left. If you want to get stuck
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: in spring is actually spring. Pass up at to row
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: three hundred bucks and they've still got another four weeks.
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: While they start late, they finish late, right, that's worth
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: a sniff.
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: That's great stuff for Ed. Sign me up for the orgy.
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: Thanks for that, mate. You take care of Jeszy all right,
- 1:03:10Speaker 4: because this this breakfast radio lark, I'm not keen.
- 1:03:16Speaker 8: Okay, I'll get the cognac warned.
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: Yeah, good on you.
- 1:03:19Speaker 5: It's a big shout out to Mons Royale as well
- 1:03:21Speaker 5: for making that all possible.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: The Hiarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy tune
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: in four on Radio Holcky.

- 1:03:56Speaker 5: move them around. Things of that nature. Sure, and then
- 1:03:59Speaker 5: my wife and I'll be having soup for lunch with
