- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Say what you want about Europe, but there is no better place to spend your money in a world-class lifestyle.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: Classical cities, amazing landscape, unrivaled cultural gems.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: All money Europeans cracked the lifestyle code long time ago.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: For sure they know how to spend their money and their time in the top quality lifestyle.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: So, what's the point of having so much money if you cannot enjoy the highest standard in lifestyle?
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: Spend your money and time in what you like to do, like going into the best key resort, going to the seaside, and living in a city that offers both professional and business opportunity and also leisure entertainment, good international connection and infrastructure.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for example, I have a friend in Italy who lives in Milan during the week because he has his business there and his kids go to an international school there in Milan.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: And then in the winter, if he wants during the weekend, he goes to his house in Chalet in Val de Ost in Curmayor, which is one of the top-rated ski resorts in the European Alps.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: And then during the summer, he goes to his house in Portofino, enjoy the Ligurian Riviera, all within 90 minutes driving from his home in Milan.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: And that is, in my opinion, the core of a quality lifestyle.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: Living in a place that gives you opportunities during the week with business and also high-quality education for your children.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: And in the weekends, when you want to get out, just 90 minutes car driving from a good ski resort or a very nice warm water riviera and seaside.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: Here is how to access what I like to call the European elite ski-to-sea to city lifestyle.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: We did a little bit of research and we actually found out that there are only four places that meet these three criteria.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: So big city, at least one million people, less than two hours from world-class ski resort, and less than two hours driving from world-class beachfront seaside.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: And these places are actually all placed in southern Europe.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: And these are Barcelona in Spain, which is on the sea, on the Mediterranean Sea, and is just 90 minutes from the Pyrenees.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: Nice in France, which is already on the French Riviera on the Mediterranean Sea, and is also 90 minutes from the French Alps.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Then there are two cities in Italy, which are Turing, which is less than one hour driving from the Alps, and 90 minutes driving from Liguria, Ligurian Riviera.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: And then Milan, which is 90 minutes from the Alps and 90 minutes from Ligurian Riviera.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: So the problem is that in order to get to this lifestyle, you need residency permits in one of these places.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: And all these places are located in notoriously high-tax countries.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: But what if I told you that now you can get an Italian golden visa, so a residency permit in Italy in under 90 days and also get a low tax regime?
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: For example, the lump sum tax regime, which is 200,000 euros per year lump sum that exempt you from any income that you make outside of Italy.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: It's a pretty good deal and perfect for high network individuals that want to live the ski to sea to see lifestyle.
