[SPEAKER_00]: It's not about how hard you work.
0:01
[SPEAKER_00]: It's about how you're able to communicate the value from a business owner and what they share about, which is money and time.
0:10
[SPEAKER_00]: It took me two months to go from help desk to 135,000 dollars a year, almost triple my income.
0:17
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, wait a minute, let me learn more skills.
0:20
[SPEAKER_01]: We were raised to believe, work hard, be loyal, become valuable, and the company is gonna reward us.
0:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Are you saying that employee loyalty is like a, a financially outdated business model?
0:32
[SPEAKER_00]: The main problem for me was in my debt.
0:35
[SPEAKER_00]: The main problem was my income potential.
0:38
[SPEAKER_00]: I went from there all the way to 480,000,000 years just by learning high income leverage skills.
0:46
[SPEAKER_01]: AI is coming for your job, AI is coming for your job.
0:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Your position is almost the opposite of that.
0:51
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't look at the tree, look at the root, the root is skills.
0:55
[SPEAKER_00]: AI is a tool.
0:56
[SPEAKER_00]: And with the right skill set, cloud engineering, you can become extremely, extremely more valuable.
1:03
[SPEAKER_00]: The minimum amount that you will ever make ever moving forward is 500,000 dollars a year.
1:12
[SPEAKER_01]: I know y'all want to watch the next episode, but listen if you're an entrepreneur business coach, business consultant or small business owner who has a story and wants to learn how to create multiple streams of income from that story, I need your text me right now, text me my book to 646-687-4152, that's my personal number.
1:30
[SPEAKER_01]: I've been an author and publisher for over 15 years.
1:33
[SPEAKER_01]: I've written over 40 books.
1:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Seven of them have been bestseller and I sold over 250,000 copies.
1:39
[SPEAKER_01]: But listen, I also help a lot of my clients take their expertise and put it into a story that creates multiple streams of income from that.
1:48
[SPEAKER_01]: So I want to help you do the same thing.
1:50
[SPEAKER_01]: So text me, my book, to 646-687-4152.
1:52
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, all right, let's get back to the show.
2:12
[SPEAKER_01]: So welcome to another awesome episode of Inside The Vault with Ash Cash, the greatest money mindset show on the planet.
2:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Today's guests went from making about 55,000 a year working a help desk job carrying 70,000 in debt with a credit score around 530 to building a cloud engineering career that paid him as much as 489,000 dollars in a single year.
2:41
[SPEAKER_01]: But here's what makes his story important.
2:44
[SPEAKER_01]: He says the breakthrough wasn't simply learning more skills.
2:49
[SPEAKER_01]: It was learning how to position himself differently.
2:53
[SPEAKER_01]: He retired from corporate America at just 28 years old.
2:57
[SPEAKER_01]: He built the 1% university and has now helped more than 100 tech professionals into making more than six figures in cloud roles with more than $20 million in documented
3:14
[SPEAKER_01]: And today, we're getting into the game most employees never are taught how to increase your earning power while loyalty could actually be costing you money what AI is really doing to the job market and how to turn a high income.
3:33
[SPEAKER_01]: into actual freedom.
3:36
[SPEAKER_01]: This is not just a conversation about tech.
3:39
[SPEAKER_01]: This is a conversation about income, leverage, positioning, and ownership.
3:46
[SPEAKER_01]: Ladies and gentlemen, round of applause, all of my insiders, welcome!
3:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Thai or Lucy, to the people, the ones I'm sorry.
3:53
[SPEAKER_01]: How you doing, man?
3:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Pretty good, man.
3:54
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't complain.
3:55
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm excited about this episode because I think that especially now when we think about, you know, the world that we live in, everybody wants to be an entrepreneur, everybody is almost like ditching, notifies if you will.
4:11
[SPEAKER_01]: But then even when you start adding AI, people are like afraid what AI is going to do.
4:17
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm excited to have the conversation, especially, you know, normal when you started 55,000, 70,000 in debt, 530 credit score.
4:24
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm going to get into all of that.
4:27
[SPEAKER_01]: But before we start, for those who don't know,
4:30
[SPEAKER_00]: Who is Tile Lucy?
4:32
[SPEAKER_00]: So for those who don't know, you know, my phone name is Adatile, I'd be German Lucy, but I go by Tile Lucy for short.
4:38
[SPEAKER_00]: And I graduated college December 2019.
4:44
[SPEAKER_00]: I was struggling to get a job in tech, right?
4:46
[SPEAKER_00]: I got an IT degree, people say, oh, go to school, get a, you know, get your degree, you know, I got my degree.
4:52
[SPEAKER_00]: I was driving with the breeds, you know?
4:54
[SPEAKER_00]: They were like, oh, you need your certification.
4:56
[SPEAKER_00]: You need your security plus.
4:58
[SPEAKER_00]: Gamma security plus I got my A plus I got my A to be a certifications and The reward was, you know, sneaking with Donald's fries.
5:07
[SPEAKER_00]: No people's orders.
5:08
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, he's still a little
5:14
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a little light right there.
5:17
[SPEAKER_00]: But it was 10,000 hours in this crazy.
5:19
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, yo, I feel like I just got it like, scammed by what people was what the norm is.
5:25
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, you know, it's a long story.
5:28
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll share with it throughout this video.
5:31
[SPEAKER_00]: But it's just crazy because I went from, it really was 35,000 dollars a year because I got a tech job, I was an IT technician.
5:40
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's a step below help this.
5:43
[SPEAKER_00]: and I went from there, all the way to 489,000 miles a year, just by learning high-income leverage skills, right, and that was cloud engineering, and I was able to job stack ethically and legally to actually get to that 489,000 miles a year, which is $25,000 a month.
6:01
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, you know, I took that money, I invested that money, you know, for a, you know, decent amount of time and I was living with my parents, you know, I graduated college like who back then I was investing 90 95% of my income don't have any kids.
6:14
[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, not not the much risk right.
6:17
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, you know, I just did that stay down.
6:20
[SPEAKER_00]: It was crazy, but you know, now we're here.
6:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, and I love that.
6:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Take me back to the version of Tio who's making 55,000.
6:30
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so that's like 3,000 a month.
6:33
[SPEAKER_01]: You got $70,000 in debt.
6:36
[SPEAKER_01]: You have a credit score of 530.
6:39
[SPEAKER_01]: What did your life actually feel like at that point?
6:42
[SPEAKER_00]: So I felt like it was like a could breathe.
6:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know,
6:48
[SPEAKER_00]: I had this big ambition of like, like helping a lot of people, you know, in Nigeria, you know, I wanted to give back to where I'm from.
6:58
[SPEAKER_00]: I was born in United States, but you know, my family, you know, we're Nigerian, and so, you know, I'm like, I want to help so many people, but I felt like
7:05
[SPEAKER_00]: you know, I'm in this box.
7:07
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like I wanted to fly and help a lot of people, but I'm in this cage.
7:10
[SPEAKER_00]: And so the debt was crazy, you know, the, you know, I did a debt consolidation program so that it messed up my credit.
7:18
[SPEAKER_00]: And so I was just like, you know, I need to find a way.
7:20
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
7:21
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, you know, I remember praying.
7:23
[SPEAKER_00]: It was like two, three a.m. and I was praying.
7:25
[SPEAKER_00]: And I remember I saw a video of my first mentor Jessica Lane.
7:35
[SPEAKER_00]: It was like, you know, when you see the suggestions, when you're watching the video, it was just highlighted, like it was like God would just show me that.
7:42
[SPEAKER_00]: So I clicked on the video and it was with David Shans and Jessica Lane.
7:46
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I think it was with Ernie Leedre actually just been Jessica Lane.
7:49
[SPEAKER_00]: I think I watched both to be alright.
7:50
[SPEAKER_00]: And so I was just consuming, consuming the content and I was like, are cool.
7:54
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a trust this pathway and that's when I started investing in myself.
7:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
7:59
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it felt like I was trapped, but when I prayed, it was a glimpse of hope, and I had to make the decision to step forward and take that action, and now it led to a new world of investing in myself and gathering skillsets that I used to this day.
8:19
[SPEAKER_01]: Talk a little bit about like getting out of the debt, right?
8:24
[SPEAKER_01]: Because like most financial advice tells you, you know, cut your expenses, fix your credit, and pay off your debt.
8:30
[SPEAKER_01]: You took a different approach.
8:31
[SPEAKER_01]: You attacked it the income side and said, why'd you go to that round?
8:36
[SPEAKER_00]: So my brother loved Abraham's.
8:39
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
8:40
[SPEAKER_00]: Good luck.
8:40
[SPEAKER_00]: And I like him too, don't get me wrong.
8:42
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
8:42
[SPEAKER_00]: And he's he has, you know, sound advice for the masses.
8:49
[SPEAKER_00]: He was like, you know, I like, I like rice and beans and steak.
8:53
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know what I mean?
8:53
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
9:16
[SPEAKER_00]: And so I'm loud, I don't got no kids, I'm not paying rent or mortgage, I'm gonna take this money and just invest it and even if it don't work out, I'm just keep on going because the main problem for me was in my debt.
9:30
[SPEAKER_00]: The main problem was my income potential, right?
9:34
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, Myron Golden always talks about, you know, the problem is not that you're making $100,000 a year.
9:40
[SPEAKER_00]: The problem is that you're making $100,000 a year.
9:43
[SPEAKER_00]: or you make a money too slow, right?
9:45
[SPEAKER_00]: And so I needed to find a way to increase my income, but the core, the root of that, was actually the skills that I possess.
9:53
[SPEAKER_00]: It's always tell this to my students, but like the market is always going to pay you based on the skills that you have.
9:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
9:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Offer to the market.
9:59
[SPEAKER_00]: I think teachers should be paying a lot more.
10:02
[SPEAKER_00]: But the market don't think that.
10:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
10:04
[SPEAKER_00]: So I was okay.
10:04
[SPEAKER_00]: Let me look at it from a market perspective.
10:07
[SPEAKER_00]: What skill sets has a high income?
10:10
[SPEAKER_00]: that I, what, if I have this skill set, how can I be compensated for that income?
10:14
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
10:14
[SPEAKER_00]: But then I learned from another mentor.
10:15
[SPEAKER_00]: He's not really a mentor, but I read this book.
10:17
[SPEAKER_00]: So he's my mentor.
10:18
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm learning from his brain.
10:20
[SPEAKER_00]: But um, Robah Kielsaki.
10:22
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
10:22
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
10:22
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
10:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and it's not reached that poor dad.
10:25
[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people know about that book.
10:26
[SPEAKER_00]: But they have other book, retiree, young retiree rich.
10:28
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
10:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
10:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
10:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
10:29
[SPEAKER_00]: So we talked about wealthy people understand this one word and it's called leverage.
10:33
[SPEAKER_00]: He says let's keep it simple make for money work less tax.
10:36
[SPEAKER_00]: I like that.
10:36
[SPEAKER_00]: I like that too That yeah, so I was like, okay, what's a high income leverage skill set?
10:41
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm we're all blessed.
10:43
[SPEAKER_00]: We live in a world where we could just not even just Google it But we have AI to tell us now.
10:46
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
10:47
[SPEAKER_00]: And so I looked it up.
10:48
[SPEAKER_00]: It was like cloud engineer.
10:49
[SPEAKER_00]: So I said that I locked in You know, it took me two months and but I was doing it like every day of mikes Almost every day
10:59
[SPEAKER_00]: All day, but it took me two months to go from help desk to 135,000 dollars a year, almost tripled my income.
11:07
[SPEAKER_00]: And it was like, I was like, dang, I have so much money.
11:11
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't even spend everything.
11:12
[SPEAKER_00]: So like now I'm making, I'm not making 3000 of them up.
11:16
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm making 7,600 a month after tax.
11:18
[SPEAKER_00]: And now I'm like, okay, now I have more breathing room to handle my debt.
11:22
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm like, I'll eat a minute.
11:24
[SPEAKER_00]: Let me learn more skills, you know what I'm saying.
11:27
[SPEAKER_00]: I was already invested, you know, in just a good lane to like day trade And I wasn't successful at the time, but then I was okay.
11:33
[SPEAKER_00]: Let me take this money and let me just swing trade.
11:36
[SPEAKER_00]: It was like easier Team more success, you know, let's psychological stuff and then I was like, you know, it was one of my mentors
11:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, he has said, uh, tie on Friday, I want you to, I want you to come to this meetle with me.
11:54
[SPEAKER_00]: And I want you to tell me how much money you want to make.
11:56
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, all right, cool.
11:58
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, let me even meet you.
11:59
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
12:00
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to say something that's going to like surprise with people, but like, damn.
12:03
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, I was like, I'm, I'm a show to the meet.
12:07
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to say, I want to make a quarter million dollars.
12:10
[SPEAKER_00]: It just sounded cool, and I was at $250, you know what I was like, and I was like, this man smoking cracker's up, he was crazy.
12:17
[SPEAKER_00]: But I was like, you want me to make a half a million dollars.
12:39
[SPEAKER_00]: and I was like, he's my mentor.
12:41
[SPEAKER_00]: I trust him.
12:41
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
12:42
[SPEAKER_00]: He said, I'll believe that you already have that.
12:44
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
12:45
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm making $500,000 a year.
12:48
[SPEAKER_00]: He's believe it.
12:48
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
12:49
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
12:49
[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, you have to know how to do it.
12:51
[SPEAKER_00]: But it was crazy because now two weeks after saying that consistently in myself,
12:57
[SPEAKER_00]: I literally started to see opportunities where I can make $500,000 a year.
13:02
[SPEAKER_00]: And I already had the skill set cloud engineering as high leverage.
13:05
[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't working eight hours a day for my job, right?
13:08
[SPEAKER_00]: And so because of the nature of cloud engineering, I'm not working all day, right?
13:13
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm in the government, right?
13:16
[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm able to now use the skill set to get more contracts.
13:20
[SPEAKER_00]: So now I can actually drop stack at the clean legally, and so it was, I think, two to three months after I had that conversation, but I had back to back-to-back awful letters.
13:32
[SPEAKER_00]: I declined one offer because it was a comfort of interest, but I had scaled my income to $480,000 a year, and I literally could not believe it.
13:41
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, it was crazy.
13:43
[SPEAKER_00]: It was like, like, woof.
13:48
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you mentioned jobs stacking.
13:51
[SPEAKER_00]: What is that?
13:52
[SPEAKER_00]: So in the IT like industry jobs stacking is just doing multiple jobs.
13:56
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
13:56
[SPEAKER_00]: And the normal way is like you'll get multiple jobs and like keep it under the radar.
14:02
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
14:02
[SPEAKER_00]: You can kind of, you got to be careful to own that because you can be blacklisted, especially like if you're doing like.
14:07
[SPEAKER_00]: working at McDonald's in Burger King.
14:09
[SPEAKER_00]: Just just an example.
14:09
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't have a call for the venture, right?
14:12
[SPEAKER_00]: Pepsi and Coke and so there's a way to actually do this ethically and legally and that's with having your own cloud consulting company and doing C to C. So C to C stands for Corp to Corp.
14:22
[SPEAKER_00]: It just means like your business is working with another business.
14:27
[SPEAKER_01]: They're not hiring, they're not hiring.
14:29
[SPEAKER_01]: Tio.
14:29
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the hiring, your company is a company in a, okay, that makes sense.
14:34
[SPEAKER_00]: And no, no, it's even more leverage because I can hire.
14:37
[SPEAKER_00]: you know people throughout engineers to do their work for me copy so I'm at that point I'm just a broker, but you know it's still within my company.
14:46
[SPEAKER_00]: So now I'm able to have more leverage and get like C to C contracts to actually you know scale mine comes up about a thousand dollars a year.
14:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Well it was born in eight and a thousand dollars a year ethically and legally.
14:58
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
14:59
[SPEAKER_00]: And so most people just do W2 so you can get jobs
15:06
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and you think that because I could hear somebody right now who has a skill set, who is working their job, saying to themselves, well, working W2 comes with certain levels of security, right?
15:23
[SPEAKER_01]: a pension, I get healthcare, I get, you know, I get a guarantee salary, what's the difference between the jobs that I'm going to see to see corp the corp as it relates to W2?
15:36
[SPEAKER_00]: So I was working helped us and there was one of my coworkers and we all got hired at the same time and they were going to sponsor us to get our secret clearance.
15:48
[SPEAKER_00]: And he was so happy.
15:50
[SPEAKER_00]: He was like, yo, we set for life.
15:51
[SPEAKER_00]: We're gonna be set for life in my head.
15:54
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like I'm not gonna be in corporate for that long.
15:58
[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
15:58
[SPEAKER_00]: So like there's no wrong paths.
16:01
[SPEAKER_00]: It's no wrong answers, but I would say start
16:04
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, the person that's like, oh, W2 has like more security has like the insurance, just nothing with that's true.
16:09
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
16:09
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
16:09
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
16:10
[SPEAKER_00]: If you do have a C to C, right, you actually have the pay for your own insurance.
16:13
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you have to take your taxes, things like that.
16:16
[SPEAKER_00]: But for me, you know, I will say whoever is in that position or that's considering C to C. I would say first, start with what you want.
16:24
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
16:25
[SPEAKER_00]: For me, I wanted to retire early, right?
16:27
[SPEAKER_00]: Retire young retired rich by barbecue of soccer.
16:30
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, for me, I was like, I'm not looking at clearance.
16:35
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not looking at security because for me I thought it was a trap.
16:38
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
16:38
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm looking so, I don't, you know, I can pay for health insurance myself.
16:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
16:43
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I don't need another company to give me a fish.
16:46
[SPEAKER_00]: I can fish for myself.
16:47
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
16:47
[SPEAKER_00]: I can have that freedom.
16:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
16:49
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, that's what I wanted.
16:51
[SPEAKER_00]: But even if you want that W2 that security from, you know, no, from a job, there's nothing wrong with that.
16:56
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
16:56
[SPEAKER_00]: But it starts with which you want.
17:00
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
17:02
[SPEAKER_01]: There's people right now who are watching this, they're making 60,000, 80,000, 150,000.
17:10
[SPEAKER_01]: And they feel like they're job, like they employ or the ones that determine their worth, like because they got, this is what they, this is what they're paying me, they determine your worth, their worth.
17:23
[SPEAKER_00]: uh... went when did you realize that the marketplace could uh... could value you completely different differently than your current employer so it was when terms of is not about how hard you work it's about how you're able to communicate the value from a business owner and what they share about which is money and time yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah and so that's what i mean about positioning yeah so that's all i i hear that and i like that a lot
17:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but let me challenge that for a second, right, because, you know, we were raised to believe, you know, work hard, be loyal, become valuable, and the company is going to reward us.
18:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So what I'm hearing you say, like, are you saying that employee loyalty is like a, a financially outdated business model?
18:10
[SPEAKER_01]: So I think I think that may be worked in the past.
18:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
18:13
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know because I've never lived in that area.
18:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
18:16
[SPEAKER_00]: But.
18:17
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, like for me, it's just like about freedom and independence and instead of giving that power to employers, you give that power back to yourself in terms of the goes back to learning skills.
18:31
[SPEAKER_00]: Learning how to position yourself on your resume, on your LinkedIn, to show that you have value that they need.
18:36
[SPEAKER_00]: They literally need people that know how to actually implement some of these projects that typically teach.
18:41
[SPEAKER_00]: A cloud migration project, how to containerize applications.
18:45
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I don't want to go, you know, lose you with the terminology, but it's just like knowing how to position yourself.
18:51
[SPEAKER_00]: Know how to communicate it gets a skill set, but it gives you back that power.
18:55
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
18:56
[SPEAKER_00]: But the old way is like, okay, let me work hard.
18:58
[SPEAKER_00]: Let me work hard and get a 3% raise as opposed to positioning yourself.
19:02
[SPEAKER_00]: I went from 55 K to 135.
19:04
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know, that's not a 3% raise, but it's because I learned a skill set and I also knew how to position myself in a marketplace that shows that I'm I'm I'm I'm the solution to their problem.
19:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Does does positioning work when an employer already sort of having their mind.
19:23
[SPEAKER_01]: What they're budgeting, right?
19:24
[SPEAKER_01]: So like, you know, my background is a banker, right?
19:26
[SPEAKER_01]: So my background is banking.
19:28
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, I would, you know, hire a bunch of people at sales people all that stuff.
19:34
[SPEAKER_01]: So when I was looking at my P&L, I looked at my budget, there was like a range, like, hey, I could hire somebody from this range to that range.
19:42
[SPEAKER_01]: So even when they come in and say somebody's telling me, hey, I can make you this or make you that.
19:49
[SPEAKER_01]: For me, I'm like, nah, like, like, I'm not gonna hire you.
19:54
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're asking me for 200,000,
19:57
[SPEAKER_01]: where, you know, my guidelines say I can only pay up to 40,000, let's just say, but you, you, you teach something called a high income leverage skill, right?
20:07
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, what qualifies a skill as high leverage?
20:12
[SPEAKER_01]: And what skills would you be looking at right now?
20:15
[SPEAKER_00]: So, in my community, I have a business called the 1% university, but it's also community.
20:23
[SPEAKER_00]: And some of the mindset, so it's, in anything that you know, I teach my students, there's always mindset in skillset.
20:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Mindset is 95% of everything.
20:32
[SPEAKER_00]: So, I tell them the minimum amount that you will ever make ever moving forward is 500,000 dollars a year, which is 25,000 dollars a month.
20:41
[SPEAKER_00]: wealthy people, they just have high standards, they have goals, but they have high standards.
20:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
20:49
[SPEAKER_00]: I told them that it's the same way how you hear all the time.
20:56
[SPEAKER_00]: A thousand dollars, emergency fund.
20:59
[SPEAKER_00]: At least a thousand.
20:59
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
21:01
[SPEAKER_00]: For the 1% or my community, it's a hundred thousand.
21:05
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not a thousand.
21:07
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a hundred thousand.
21:08
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
21:12
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm pretty sure, everybody else watching this, you've brushed your teeth one time at like at least once a day, but if your goal is to go for three times a day and you don't hit your goal, you're going to always default to your standard, which is one today.
21:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Hopefully, hopefully you've got your teeth.
21:25
[SPEAKER_00]: It's so like, but if your standard is two times a day, three or say three times a day, and now you want to do five times, you're always going to default to your standard.
21:34
[SPEAKER_00]: So my main point is, you know,
21:38
[SPEAKER_00]: For a high income leverage skill set, for us, it's minimum amount is 500,000 dollars a year.
21:45
[SPEAKER_00]: That's the mindset first.
21:46
[SPEAKER_00]: But then you have to know how to do it, you have to know the skill set.
21:53
[SPEAKER_00]: right so that's cloud engineering yeah and cloud engineering isn't the only way there's a lot of different ways to find a make 25 dollars a month in the career but for me it was just the one that I was able to make more money and more class and when I got my first job I was not working eight hours a day I was not working even four hours a day yeah I honestly was scared I thought it was going to fire me because we weren't doing anything
22:18
[SPEAKER_00]: So it was a, for, that is what I qualify as a high income leverage skill.
22:24
[SPEAKER_00]: It is something where you're making $25 a month.
22:27
[SPEAKER_00]: And you're not working, you know, I would say that you're working realistically anywhere from like three to four hours a day on average.
22:34
[SPEAKER_01]: I love that.
22:36
[SPEAKER_01]: I found this interesting, right?
22:38
[SPEAKER_01]: One of your students had reportedly submitted over 10,000 job applications, got nowhere.
22:46
[SPEAKER_01]: And then after changing his positioning, he was able to accumulate $1.5 million in offers, you know, roughly in six months.
22:57
[SPEAKER_01]: This is the same person.
22:58
[SPEAKER_00]: I same human being what what changed so it was so it was like it's like talking to a girl and your breath thing We just gave some breath minutes right right now, but we we so I want to be very clear and transparent
23:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, he received 1.5 million dollars an offer.
23:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Let us, but he's not making 1.5 million dollars, but you have to decline some conflict of interest, right?
23:22
[SPEAKER_00]: But he's at that 500,000 dollar range.
23:24
[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
23:24
[SPEAKER_00]: And so what we did was we first looked at his resume.
23:29
[SPEAKER_00]: It was, it was all over, like he had onions,
23:33
[SPEAKER_00]: for dinner like his breath was fucking right right right but we looked at you know when you you have to know how to communicate to the market you got to know how to talk to the girl you know you gotta you know you gotta know how to get here to come to you right you gotta go to the gym get a little muscle right right right right right but hey that's right
23:52
[SPEAKER_00]: But it really is the same way, right, how can you actually communicate to the marketplace that you are the solution to their problem?
23:59
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, right, and I actually talk to like my students about this and I use the girl analogy You know as a man imagine you're trying to talk to like a hundred girls, right a woman, right?
24:09
[SPEAKER_00]: They're very selective so you're your success right as low
24:12
[SPEAKER_00]: But what if you went to the gym?
24:14
[SPEAKER_00]: What if you actually became more high-value as a man?
24:17
[SPEAKER_00]: What if you actually got what they want, which is security emotionally and financially, then physically?
24:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
24:25
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, you position yourself in the marketplace.
24:27
[SPEAKER_00]: You show up.
24:28
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you take some pictures.
24:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you do it in a way that is, in a way that has, have women come to you.
24:34
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
24:35
[SPEAKER_00]: It's the same thing with resumes.
24:37
[SPEAKER_00]: On your resume, are you showing, you know,
24:42
[SPEAKER_00]: Anybody in tech watching this?
24:43
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, I've used Terraform to build out infrastructure.
24:46
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, okay Why is that important?
24:49
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, or what business impact did that solve?
24:52
[SPEAKER_00]: What problem did that solve?
24:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Did you business care about do you help us make more money?
24:58
[SPEAKER_00]: in the same time, so don't forget the numeric metric at the end of that bullet point statement which is where a lot of people miss out.
25:05
[SPEAKER_00]: Also, you know, how are you communicating yourself only into as well?
25:10
[SPEAKER_00]: How are you actually not just telling them but showing them right through different posts?
25:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Showing them the, hey, this is what I've done.
25:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Here's my GitHub repo.
25:19
[SPEAKER_00]: Here's X, Y, and Z, and it's literally the solution to their problem.
25:22
[SPEAKER_00]: On the job description, it's like you're literally posting the solution.
25:27
[SPEAKER_00]: And so it's like, dang, let me go reach out to this person and even when they reach out to you, when a girl come to you, it's different, you know, so even how the recruiter talks, they're giving you the answer to the tell us.
25:50
[SPEAKER_01]: You mentioned Miren Golden, you know, you know, earlier, and it's something that, you know, Y'all was in his mentorship for a few years.
26:00
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was something that he always mentioned.
26:01
[SPEAKER_01]: He was like, the people that are going to pay you, they already want.
26:08
[SPEAKER_01]: uh... what you offer you just have to make yourself findable uh... and that's what i'm hearing and i'm and i love that positioning because um... this also and i guess i guess like you like you call it right high income leveraging it's it's all about leverage right even
26:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, when, you know, you know, if I'm going after a client, the leveraging is different when I'm the one that's pursuing them compared to when they come to me, right, when when I'm going to them, it almost feels like I'm trying to convince you that I can help you have a better life.
26:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I'm trying to convince you, I'm saying, oh, you know, you should work with me.
26:45
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to help you do this, but my clients that are the best clients,
26:50
[SPEAKER_01]: are the ones where I, and you mentioned that marketing right, I increase my visibility, I increase who I am, I increase, I talk a lot about what I could actually do to the point where
27:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, it, you know, becomes a, a no brainer to them, like, yo, I got to work with ask, and when they come to me, and they say, ask, you know, like the positioning is different, right, the leverage is different.
27:15
[SPEAKER_01]: They listen to me, because they came to me, right?
27:18
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm hearing you say that, and it's like a light bulb, right?
27:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Because it's like, it's like, it's the difference between, um, applying for a job.
27:27
[SPEAKER_00]: and or apply for opportunity in having to convince that person but or that person already like needs what you offer you position it now they come to you right you have a lot a lot leverage and at the same time like we actually you know for example for my students before they become a student we have a qualification so we don't just accept anybody okay I know saying because like
27:50
[SPEAKER_00]: If somebody, let's just say somebody pays me, and they're not a good fit, and they don't get the results, that's a bad experience.
27:55
[SPEAKER_00]: For both our aim, because we have a lot of, a lot that goes into getting people results from being my team.
28:01
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
28:02
[SPEAKER_00]: And so we actually work harder, and the business is less productive if it's a wrong fit.
28:07
[SPEAKER_00]: So we look for certain characteristics in a person before they even, you know, join the program.
28:12
[SPEAKER_00]: But even from a,
28:13
[SPEAKER_00]: of recruiting perspective, like when a student is looking for a job, how you're positioning yourself where it's like, sometimes if a recruiter will say, hey, do you have any other opportunities lined up, right?
28:27
[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, they are.
28:28
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
28:29
[SPEAKER_00]: So kind of becoming unavailable.
28:31
[SPEAKER_00]: Not to, oh, yeah, I'm available.
28:33
[SPEAKER_00]: It lowers your status.
28:35
[SPEAKER_00]: It lowers your value.
28:36
[SPEAKER_00]: And so they treat you differently when they come to you, like you said.
28:40
[SPEAKER_00]: But then also knowing that,
28:42
[SPEAKER_00]: like your value is scarce.
28:46
[SPEAKER_00]: It's crazy, I'm scared to see it.
28:48
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it's like, you said it's like the example you gave about trying to get a woman, right?
28:52
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the same thing.
28:53
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, if you look to thirsty, if you look like, go, you're just saying, like, like, she's actually repelled by that, it's just like, you know what I'm saying?
29:01
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's funny because, you know, when, you know, I'm a married man now, but when I was a single man, like, that was the easiest way to get girls in.
29:08
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, like, I'm not interested.
29:09
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
29:10
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm saying like to act like I'm an interesting act like I'm unavailable because they will come to you because because in their mind it's so used to people kind of coming to them coming to them what in that opportunity to date them when they see a guy and they like wait why why he not doing this like you don't say so that's gives me matters and so I guess that that that that leads to my next questions from like
29:31
[SPEAKER_01]: like percentage wise right when it comes to making significantly more money how much is actual skill and how much is positioning, packaging, negotiate and perception?
29:43
[SPEAKER_00]: I think everything that you just said positioning, packaging, negotiation, that's all skills.
29:47
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
29:48
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, yeah, it's all skills.
29:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, um, but I would say I don't know like whenever I look at money I look at skills.
29:55
[SPEAKER_00]: I look at but also leverage because I don't want to just make six figures Imagine working hours.
29:59
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to make six figures and work like two hours.
30:01
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
30:02
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
30:02
[SPEAKER_00]: So, but back to what you were saying I think is a hundred percent skills.
30:05
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, but Rich that poor that he said you got to learn but learn the right things.
30:09
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
30:09
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
30:10
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
30:10
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
30:10
[SPEAKER_00]: And so like like if you're if you're like okay.
30:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Tio, I hear you, I'm watching this, I'm watching this right now, and you're saying learn, you know, I want to, you know, this how to make money.
30:21
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't look at the tree, look at the root, the root is skills, right?
30:27
[SPEAKER_00]: And you can literally just ask AI, you don't have to do cloud engineering, but look at the root.
30:31
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
30:32
[SPEAKER_00]: The surface level is cloud engineering, 480,000 miles a year, right?
30:36
[SPEAKER_00]: That's the surface level.
30:37
[SPEAKER_00]: The course, the root, search up, you know,
30:41
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's just say you want to make $300,000 a year and you want to work for hours a day.
30:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Go to clod.au or charge your BT whatever you use.
30:48
[SPEAKER_00]: Clod is better right now.
30:50
[SPEAKER_00]: But you will say clod, what is a high income leverage skill that I can learn in six to 12 months?
31:00
[SPEAKER_00]: and that can earn me $300,000 a year and work for hours a day.
31:02
[SPEAKER_00]: And what is the mindset that I need to acquire in a adopt that that's attached with that skill.
31:06
[SPEAKER_00]: So that's what I would do with that.
31:07
[SPEAKER_00]: That's, that's good.
31:08
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
31:21
[SPEAKER_01]: All I hear, and everybody else, and I just not me, is that AI is coming for your job, AI is coming for your job, your position is almost the opposite of that.
31:32
[SPEAKER_01]: You believe AI is actually creating another opportunity for people who understand infrastructure, explain that.
31:47
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, that's actually what that segment was about, right?
31:51
[SPEAKER_00]: It was about how we're using AI to actually create more jobs, you know, you know, as cloud engineers, creating more cloud engineers, right?
31:59
[SPEAKER_00]: And so now it is true that AI is replacing jobs.
32:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, like, I've used AI to replace jobs too as well.
32:07
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what they're my own company, right?
32:10
[SPEAKER_00]: But the people that were placed like they worked somewhere else in my company.
32:13
[SPEAKER_00]: But for cloud engineers, you know, for example, you know, I used AI to create a software for my students to automatically apply to jobs.
32:26
[SPEAKER_00]: Also within the program, I show people how to use AI to expedite their learning process.
32:32
[SPEAKER_00]: Also, when they do get the job, I show them how to become so much more valuable, like almost irreplaceable, because they're using AI to get the outcome of what they're supposed to do on the job in a shorter amount of time.
32:46
[SPEAKER_00]: But my main point is,
32:48
[SPEAKER_00]: AI is a tool.
32:51
[SPEAKER_00]: And with the right skill set, like Cloud Engineering, you can become extremely extremely more valuable.
32:58
[SPEAKER_00]: If it takes me two months to, let's say I'll come to your company and you hire somebody, my, hey, it's going to take me two months to do this thing.
33:05
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, cool, that's amazing.
33:07
[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, 10,000?
33:08
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, cool, here you go.
33:10
[SPEAKER_00]: But then you have somebody else, he's heavy in AI, and then he has the same skill set of what you just hired.
33:16
[SPEAKER_00]: And he said, hey, I can give this to you in 24 hours.
33:20
[SPEAKER_00]: Because he can get that result in the shorter amount of time, he is more valuable than the first person that's not using AI.
33:29
[SPEAKER_00]: So AI is just a tool that creates more value.
33:32
[SPEAKER_00]: But the way that we're using that to,
33:37
[SPEAKER_00]: I will say create more jobs or have more students get more jobs is they're using it in different aspects of like my program AI to learn a lot more faster and then once they actually get the job I give them a specific tool because I don't want them to have the tool when they learn it because they're not going to learn anything because that AI literally does everything so far but you have to have the context like how to be nearing to actually prompt the AI to get the solution.
34:01
[SPEAKER_00]: Right, so this was something I did at my old job when I was working.
34:04
[SPEAKER_00]: It took it would have took me two weeks to do that one task I did it in two minutes, right, and I was chilling for the rest of the time But but essentially I'm more valuable because I got the solution a lot faster.
34:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, would you say Learn how to code is like I'll date a device in 2026.
34:21
[SPEAKER_00]: I hate coding with the passion it's funny because I'm a cloud engineer.
34:23
[SPEAKER_00]: You have to know cut.
34:24
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so I think
34:28
[SPEAKER_00]: coding.
34:29
[SPEAKER_00]: I think that you need to, so even with my students, I do teach them coding.
34:36
[SPEAKER_00]: But I don't teach them like, I teach them like, okay, it's like I teach some Spanish.
34:40
[SPEAKER_00]: I come and start some more again.
34:41
[SPEAKER_00]: I teach them the basics.
34:43
[SPEAKER_00]: But like you're not speaking Spanish.
34:44
[SPEAKER_00]: We're speaking English is something that we understand.
34:47
[SPEAKER_00]: So when you're prompting the AI, you're speaking your prompting it in English.
34:51
[SPEAKER_00]: And
34:51
[SPEAKER_00]: But you have, you know, the basics of coding so you understand like, oh, about variables, you know, about data types, like you can understand certain things to prompt the AI.
35:01
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
35:01
[SPEAKER_00]: So, but you just need to know the basics.
35:03
[SPEAKER_00]: But I think that in 2026, if you have a basic understanding of coding, it can take you a long way because of the type of solutions you can build.
35:20
[SPEAKER_00]: and utilize AI to create value in the marketplace.
35:23
[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I think.
35:24
[SPEAKER_01]: If a 22-year-old right now came to you today and said, you know, Taiyo, I want to make $200,000 in tech, where would you point them?
35:36
[SPEAKER_00]: So I would point them to themselves.
35:37
[SPEAKER_00]: First, I would say you need to double it.
35:40
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I would do the same thing when I went through it.
35:42
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because your goal is too small.
35:49
[SPEAKER_00]: I would tell them this, if you're, let's say you're watching this video and you're saying, hey, I want to make $200,000 a year right now, it doesn't have, it does not have to be cloud engineering.
36:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Actress of how many hours do I want to work per day to make this $200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,
36:32
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to make $200,000 a year and work for hours a day.
36:35
[SPEAKER_00]: I want you to teach me or I want you to give me a list of all of the high-income leverage skills that I can learn, right?
36:44
[SPEAKER_00]: And so literally, if you see this mic, somebody had to set this up.
36:48
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how to set this up because I don't have that skill.
36:50
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's probably basic, but you know, I'm not that smart.
36:54
[SPEAKER_00]: But it's a skill set, right?
36:55
[SPEAKER_00]: Set up these cameras, it's a skill set.
36:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Right, so you all you need to do is learn a high income leverage skill set that can give you that money and time that you literally just act to give you and so the AI is going to list you all those things and then you pick one you block out everything else and you tell AI give me a six to 12 month plan where
37:23
[SPEAKER_00]: You will teach me everything that I need to know about this one skill set and you want to do it in segments.
37:29
[SPEAKER_00]: You don't want to have the, yeah, give it to you all at once.
37:31
[SPEAKER_00]: You say, give me one prompt that, give me, give, give a prompt, give it to me one section at a time, all right, and then do that one section and then go into detail to again with that one section.
37:44
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like different bullet points, whatever.
37:45
[SPEAKER_00]: Like section one, it's like 10 different points on that one point learn everything about it Second point learn everything about it, and then try to try to learn it and then implement and then you're gonna do this for six months, six to twelve months And I promise you I'm not gonna promise you like you'll make $200,000 a year, but I can promise you you'll be close Yeah, you'll be closer than when you started
38:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
38:06
[SPEAKER_01]: What about what about the 40-year-old Washington's right now?
38:10
[SPEAKER_01]: Who isn't starting right?
38:11
[SPEAKER_01]: The 22-year-old could take that risk, right?
38:14
[SPEAKER_01]: 40-year-old, you know, just starting out right now.
38:18
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, they, they already have a career.
38:21
[SPEAKER_01]: They have responsibilities.
38:22
[SPEAKER_01]: They have a family.
38:24
[SPEAKER_01]: Can they realistically reposition themselves into this economy without going back to college?
38:30
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, I think it just depends on what you want.
38:32
[SPEAKER_00]: I guess, I'll say yes.
38:33
[SPEAKER_00]: I have students that have a student is 42 years old.
38:36
[SPEAKER_00]: He just got an offer for 135, um, I have another student he has three kids.
38:42
[SPEAKER_00]: He has a wife, right?
38:44
[SPEAKER_00]: He did not have that much risk to take, right?
38:47
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, but he saw something I said online.
38:51
[SPEAKER_00]: It was like a free coaching Sunday coaching call that I have every Sunday.
38:55
[SPEAKER_00]: But he saw it and he heard me say, hey, imagine that, you know, somebody you love got kidnapped and, you know, if you don't come up with like 20,000 dollars and 24 hours, you know, they'll, you won't see them again, right?
39:10
[SPEAKER_00]: Are you going to say you don't have the money?
39:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
39:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
39:14
[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
39:14
[SPEAKER_00]: Or somebody say you've got to get a job in two months, or you're not going to see your family again, or you're going to say, oh, I'm sorry, I can't do it, all right?
39:22
[SPEAKER_00]: So, but that's an extreme, but I said there's two elements that I'm taking from that that you need to be successful.
39:30
[SPEAKER_00]: It's urgent.
39:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
39:32
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's a priority.
39:34
[SPEAKER_00]: And that person, right, he came back to me and said, I saw, he said, I got the ransom money.
39:39
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, what you talking about?
39:40
[SPEAKER_00]: Because I forgot he saw was like, we saw him.
39:43
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, he was like, yeah, I saw the video.
39:44
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, what a look.
39:45
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
39:46
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know you talking about that.
39:49
[SPEAKER_00]: But, you know, we ended up joining my program and he didn't have the money.
39:53
[SPEAKER_00]: He found it, but then now he got a job six feet.
39:57
[SPEAKER_00]: No, he got three jobs now actually, right?
40:04
[SPEAKER_00]: He did not have the money, but now he has more money and more time to spend with his kids.
40:09
[SPEAKER_00]: And he came to me and said, hey, my kids are getting older to go on a fast, and I'm working on this time.
40:14
[SPEAKER_00]: It's crazy.
40:15
[SPEAKER_00]: But he wants to be more present, and now that he now, he is.
40:18
[SPEAKER_00]: So I would say for the people that's 40, you know, you just have to actually so what you really want and is it a priority and is an urgent, and it's not a bad thing if it isn't, but just be clear with yourself.
40:32
[SPEAKER_01]: With AI changing entry-level work, what job or text skills, would you not spend the next 12 months lying?
40:42
[SPEAKER_00]: Software engineering.
40:43
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
40:44
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because there's, I mean, it's proven already.
40:46
[SPEAKER_00]: I think, for God which company, I don't want to say Microsoft was, but it was, it was come with a lay off a lot of people, a lot of software engineers.
40:52
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, because realistically in this industry, you don't, you could have, instead of fit, instead of 20 software engineers, you can have one.
41:01
[SPEAKER_00]: And sovereign genera plus AI.
41:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
41:04
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
41:04
[SPEAKER_00]: And going to have more output than 20 sovereign genera's without AI.
41:07
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
41:07
[SPEAKER_00]: And then you save a lot of money.
41:08
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
41:08
[SPEAKER_00]: Like the business is going to save a lot of money.
41:10
[SPEAKER_00]: But you want to find a skill set where it's like, let me put it like this.
41:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Even if you were to be a sovereign genera, you could still make money.
41:22
[SPEAKER_00]: You just had to be, you have to just create value.
41:26
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're able to create value with your skillset and AI and know how to position yourself in the marketplace where they're coming to you and it's like, yo, I need you.
41:35
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not like I want I need it.
41:36
[SPEAKER_00]: If I don't, I'm gonna fill this pain.
41:39
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna pay 500,000 dollars a year.
41:40
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
41:41
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, I would say, you know,
41:44
[SPEAKER_00]: I would still stay away from software engineers because it's like it's going to be harder yeah um um there's not any other ones that I've that's I've heard recently but I will stay with software engineers is you can I can build something in life yeah it's going to be obviously it's like I like I I know I use a lovable dive dive like and I've been able to dish out
42:05
[SPEAKER_01]: apps, it like minutes.
42:08
[SPEAKER_01]: You're not a software engineer, you're like prompting, and I'm, and I got just only imagine how much better prompting an AI agent and all this stuff is going to get.
42:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Think about where AI was three years ago.
42:19
[SPEAKER_00]: There is no.
42:20
[SPEAKER_00]: Another three years.
42:21
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, it's
42:22
[SPEAKER_01]: I think I was watching a John Hope Bryant, and then he was saying that what we've seen happen in 50 years is probably gonna happen in five years, right?
42:33
[SPEAKER_01]: So we think about, you know, I don't know, anywhere from, you know, into any 50 year period.
42:40
[SPEAKER_01]: between 20, 25 and 20, 30, all of that is about to happen.
42:43
[SPEAKER_00]: Just think about like how video games used to look in the 99th.
42:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Has a fact?
42:47
[SPEAKER_00]: No.
42:47
[SPEAKER_01]: Not even like real.
42:49
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's not none.
42:50
[SPEAKER_00]: You win the game.
42:51
[SPEAKER_00]: Right, right.
42:51
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's not the game, yeah, it's the fact.
42:53
[SPEAKER_00]: Call me, but it do look real.
42:54
[SPEAKER_00]: But now you literally end the game.
42:56
[SPEAKER_00]: That's crazy.
42:57
[SPEAKER_01]: you know, so yeah, agree.
42:59
[SPEAKER_01]: What would you say people misunderstand about salary negotiation, right?
43:03
[SPEAKER_01]: So somebody gets 150,000 of an offer tomorrow.
43:08
[SPEAKER_01]: What should happen before they say yes?
43:12
[SPEAKER_00]: So it's on my Instagram highlight.
43:13
[SPEAKER_00]: So I post like my students' Instagram, they're off a letter.
43:17
[SPEAKER_00]: See all my Instagram highlights.
43:19
[SPEAKER_00]: But it's a guy named Christopher, so Christopher got seven off of lettuce in six months, 1.1 million dollars in off of lettuce.
43:24
[SPEAKER_00]: Does it mean he's making 1.1, he's on that 5, 100, 600,000 range for just 25,000 else month.
43:29
[SPEAKER_00]: But in one of those offers, you're going to pay him, it was, I can't remember, it's on there.
43:36
[SPEAKER_00]: But it's around like 62 or something like that.
43:39
[SPEAKER_00]: they literally like almost doubled it when he said like nah wow he almost doubled it but there's it so if you want more money you always want to ask this question what is the low end in the high end that's been allocated for this position right a company is always going to have a conversation with H HR and HR is going to based on the title actually they have a budget for that title they already know the budget they already know how much they can pay you and so
44:09
[SPEAKER_00]: If you ask that question they already know the budget.
44:12
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they're just they're gonna actually How much do you want and you're gonna shoot yourself in the foot right?
44:16
[SPEAKER_00]: So they say hey the budget is from 150 to 220 for me I say okay based on everything that we spoke to bone interview and you guys want me Because you know I got the off a letter.
44:26
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, um, you know I'm gonna go for 2015
44:30
[SPEAKER_00]: Right, so I'm gonna go for the high end.
44:32
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's just say I go for a 230.
44:33
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
44:34
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh uh, uh uh, uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh
44:51
[SPEAKER_01]: Full transparency though, because I've done that, not done it, but I've been, you know, on job interviews and I put your jobs against each other.
45:02
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, it's like this, this, it's like nerve wrecking, it's almost like,
45:08
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, do I even want to lose this?
45:10
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to risk it?
45:10
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to risk this?
45:11
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to lose this?
45:11
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to lose this?
45:12
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:13
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to lose this?
45:13
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:14
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to lose this?
45:15
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:15
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to risk this?
45:16
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to risk this?
45:17
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to risk this?
45:17
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to risk this?
45:18
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to risk this?
45:19
[SPEAKER_01]: You want to risk this?
45:19
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:20
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:21
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:22
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:23
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:24
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:24
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:25
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:25
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:26
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:27
[SPEAKER_00]: You want to risk this?
45:27
[SPEAKER_00]: You want
45:28
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll take it, but what's you get to that six figure range and you know you're worth an old copy because now you have a lot of people reaching out to you for six big remote positions.
45:40
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like we can you like the light skin girl on the block like you could you actually, you know, so they're gonna eat you up in the comment for that.
45:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, go ahead, eat you.
45:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Look, I mean, when I was editing it, cut that out, if you got it, eat you up in the car.
45:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Now we're gonna leave, they're gonna leave.
45:56
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, pause obviously, but not it's a, I tell my students that all that's okay.
46:02
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's funny because my students, they be posting in a Slack channel, oh yeah, I'm the Lyskick girl to block.
46:09
[SPEAKER_00]: But not it's a, it's, it's, well, pause number one.
46:13
[SPEAKER_00]: But number two, it's crazy because like,
46:17
[SPEAKER_00]: You, you, you now feel like you're not in like scarcity, no more.
46:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
46:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
46:24
[SPEAKER_00]: Like I used to work a job and I'm like, yeah, I got to take this BS.
46:27
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
46:27
[SPEAKER_00]: Because I got no, I got no options.
46:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
46:29
[SPEAKER_00]: But now it's like, I got options.
46:31
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't, I didn't, I didn't.
46:33
[SPEAKER_00]: My mentor, one of my first mentors, he was like, he was doing a cloud.
46:36
[SPEAKER_00]: He was like, yeah, they sent me an email.
46:39
[SPEAKER_00]: I ain't like it two weeks.
46:40
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, he put in his two weeks, because he ain't like an email.
46:44
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry.
46:44
[SPEAKER_00]: And it was like, once he's having you, yeah, yeah, yeah.
46:47
[SPEAKER_00]: And it was like, yeah, three weeks later, he got an offer.
46:48
[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
46:49
[SPEAKER_00]: Because he had the skill.
46:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
46:51
[SPEAKER_00]: But it's not just like,
46:53
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a one thing like hearing this, like all this information on this video, but when you have this skill set and you experience it, your belief system changed.
47:01
[SPEAKER_00]: And now you start to move different.
47:03
[SPEAKER_00]: You start to act different, like that's not a delusion.
47:05
[SPEAKER_00]: You're not, you're not tricking yourself to say that you're worth that.
47:08
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you were some realities.
47:09
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it was like my student, he got to offer for one for Christopher.
47:13
[SPEAKER_00]: He got to offer for, well, he was like damn, they only trying to pay me 140, like 20 can't stocks.
47:18
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if I want to take it.
47:20
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like,
47:21
[SPEAKER_01]: I said, that's a good way to get you.
47:24
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, you know, here's what separates the high income from wealth.
47:31
[SPEAKER_01]: When somebody makes 400,000 and they're still broke.
47:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Right?
47:36
[SPEAKER_01]: When did your focus change from how much can I make to how much can I own?
47:41
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, before I started making money.
47:43
[SPEAKER_00]: So, the one percent university is a step by step method of making your first million dollars net worth.
47:48
[SPEAKER_00]: Fresh me here is how to never lift the paycheck ever again, how to get richer and richer, automatically with automations, right?
47:57
[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's the foundation of the pyramid, that's the foundation of your house because I could teach you how to make six figures and you didn't pay to the paycheck.
48:03
[SPEAKER_00]: And so literally you don't have, you just set it up one time, right?
48:08
[SPEAKER_00]: You have your spending money, your bills, your investment account,
48:14
[SPEAKER_00]: and you set it up where and you get paid and it goes into those accounts.
48:19
[SPEAKER_00]: You have automations and so every month your net worth is increasing.
48:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Then sophomore year, which is cloud engineer.
48:25
[SPEAKER_00]: So you have to make more money.
48:27
[SPEAKER_00]: So I just taught you how to manage money.
48:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, look, you automate it.
48:31
[SPEAKER_00]: So you only have to think about it.
48:32
[SPEAKER_00]: So you're more likely going to make more money.
48:34
[SPEAKER_00]: And so now I teach how to make more money which is cloud engineering minimum, remember $500,000 a year, $25,000 a month after tax.
48:43
[SPEAKER_00]: So now you're getting richer and richer faster.
48:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
48:46
[SPEAKER_00]: And then junior year I show you how to use money to make money.
48:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Right, I was able to retire at age 28 because I invested 90 to 95% of my income right for it while living with my parents I didn't buy my house.
48:58
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't buy the Porsche right.
48:59
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I haven't now but like I did that when I was secured.
49:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, right I was making money, but I was like, no, like I got a secured a bag
49:09
[SPEAKER_00]: And so now senior year, when you make a 500,000 years in the state of Maryland, the IRS is taxing 190,000 dollars.
49:16
[SPEAKER_00]: Sheesh.
49:16
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, sheesh.
49:17
[SPEAKER_00]: And so let's not give them, you know, let's not give them like A, A, a bonus.
49:22
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like a second.
49:23
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like a second.
49:24
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
49:24
[SPEAKER_00]: It's silent, partying.
49:25
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
49:26
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, you know, the 1% university, if we go back to what we've been talking about, not the, not the tree, what you see, but the root.
49:36
[SPEAKER_00]: skills.
49:36
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
49:37
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
49:37
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
49:37
[SPEAKER_00]: So this is skills that you learn in each phase that's in it is intentionally designed for first you do this manage money.
49:44
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
49:44
[SPEAKER_00]: Then you make more money than you invest in money.
49:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
49:46
[SPEAKER_00]: And then you save the money from thousands.
49:48
[SPEAKER_01]: I love that.
49:49
[SPEAKER_01]: You're deliberately trying to build a business that only requires one to three hours of your day.
49:56
[SPEAKER_01]: What does AI do inside of your company today and what does what do human beings still need to do?
50:02
[SPEAKER_00]: So, if I don't work my business, like if I don't do any, so I do two Sunday coaching calls a month, right, I have a teacher, like he's incredibly good, like honestly better than me now, I have AI, it's able to do a lot of the heavy lifting, it's like I'm going
50:31
[SPEAKER_01]: And I got, I'm, oh, it is light.
50:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Right, right, right, right, yeah, yeah.
50:34
[SPEAKER_00]: And so I was doing a lot of the heavy lifting.
50:36
[SPEAKER_00]: And the way that I look at this, and I got this from my mentor, my other mentor, it's like first we are a media company.
50:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
50:43
[SPEAKER_00]: And then we're an AI company, right?
50:45
[SPEAKER_00]: And then we just have the product, right, which is step by step, making 500,000 laws a year.
50:51
[SPEAKER_00]: So AI is like doing all the heavy lifting tasks, the manual tasks, and it's able to make the business more efficient, which is not only from a revenue and cash perspective, but also an impact perspective.
51:08
[SPEAKER_00]: The mission statement of the business is to impact millions of lives on the global scale.
51:20
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
51:20
[SPEAKER_00]: So one of the things I want to do by the end of this year is actually established my first non-profit in Nigeria where we have a little location We're teaching the one percent university, but we're able to do that because of AI because we're expediting how fast we can get things done.
51:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, I love and then that's your explain it though.
51:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I love your
51:40
[SPEAKER_01]: business model, I love your mission.
51:41
[SPEAKER_01]: I love how you're changing the mindset because first of all that mindset immediately look, you're never going to make less than 500,000 again.
51:51
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a game change.
51:53
[SPEAKER_01]: Number two, we're building a net worth to a million dollars.
51:56
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a game changer because again,
51:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Our community focuses so much on income income income and not well that getting that space to build that, you know, a million on that, where if people don't really think about that, but then lastly, you're using something that people all need, meaning that, or not people all need, but you're using your skill set that people, everyone has a skill set, and if you don't have one, you can develop a skill set, and you're using that to not say,
52:28
[SPEAKER_01]: start your own business right because technically you are but you're not right don't start your own business get that skill set find somebody who has already you know you know you know who already needs it and provide that to them that's like a no-brainer what's the
52:46
[SPEAKER_01]: What's the most difficult part of that?
52:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Like what I just broke down, seems logical, it seems obvious, right?
52:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Once you hear it, it seems obvious.
52:55
[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't know what you don't know,
52:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Is there any difficult, what's the most difficult part of that business model that I just laid out in terms of just like getting the skills and just in general right like if I'm somebody watching right now who number one is making less than 500,000 a year number two it has debt you know doesn't doesn't have a positive net worth number three
53:23
[SPEAKER_01]: has, you know, drank the cool lady, if you will.
53:26
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, I'm gonna start a business, you know?
53:29
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, what's the, like, all of what you just said is, it just seems like somebody's watching this, you, I just gave you the answer to, to all of your problems.
53:37
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's like, sorry, it's like a bird, not flying because he does he thinks he doesn't believe in a fly.
53:48
[SPEAKER_00]: Like it's just, it's mindset, right, that's right.
53:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, because I can, I could tell you what, like on honestly, you can go to chat GBT or a cloud and literally, like, what I said early, right, teaching me just going to literally tell you, yeah, my, but majority of people are not going to do that, not because they can't, right, right, but it's because of, like, how they think it's because of their belief, like we operate based on our belief systems.
54:12
[SPEAKER_00]: Like if a bird sees other birds flying he could see that the bird can fly right but he does like he doesn't believe it So he's not even want to try it.
54:20
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
54:21
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like yeah, it's so like the hardest part is not like Oh first step do this first the second step do this like you could literally just actually I can do it for you right But
54:34
[SPEAKER_00]: it's just it really like 95% of everything is mine and I used to hate people talking about mine and I'm like oh show me the song and it will show to me and I wouldn't do that but it's really just like yo okay
54:48
[SPEAKER_00]: If I'm listening to this guy, first let me do my due diligence and see if he's, you know, if he's credible, you can go to my Instagram, you can go to my YouTube, you can look anywhere you can see what I'm saying is everything is documented, but then, but still do you do the due diligence, and then, okay, he's telling me, I need to learn high income skills, okay, the person that actually learns the high income skill, okay, the person that actually learns the high income skill, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay,
55:11
[SPEAKER_00]: And then they're at 500,000 miles a year.
55:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, these companies, they're really your investors if you want to start a business, right?
55:22
[SPEAKER_00]: Because you're getting money, you're not borrowing money, right?
55:25
[SPEAKER_00]: You have a skill set, you're getting money, let me essentially ask what I did.
55:28
[SPEAKER_00]: but I was taking the money and investing it to inside my wealth, my little wealth system.
55:34
[SPEAKER_00]: And so it's like you don't want to first start the business, I mean you can, don't get me wrong.
55:39
[SPEAKER_00]: But like for me it was more secure, security to now learn a skillset, get money,
55:45
[SPEAKER_00]: And I could have bought a property 20 bans $1,000 every month in fail right my my deposit 20,000 is gone Yeah next month is 25,000 right, you know, I could have made a 20,000 investment in the stock market and lose it every month in school before I have 5,000 left
56:04
[SPEAKER_00]: No, so I have more wiggle room.
56:05
[SPEAKER_00]: So it was like for me it made the most sense to learn that skill set so I can increase my income potential per month and then I have more room to fail.
56:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah And so and so but I didn't I didn't just get the money.
56:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, let me just invest in real estate or in stocks.
56:19
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I invested into the knowledge how to do the thing and then I did the thing in terms of the vehicle the investment vehicle
56:26
[SPEAKER_00]: So I think the hardest part for people was just like changing how they think in terms of let me let me first get the skill set because that's the root of the tree Yeah, and then now that I got that skill set Now I see I'm making more money.
56:39
[SPEAKER_00]: Let me go ahead and just learn more high income leverage skills So for me, it was just cloud engineering and investing.
56:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, I love that
56:46
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, you give us a lot of game, right?
56:48
[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of game, a lot of game, uh, somebody right now, um, is interested in, uh, joining us Sunday call, uh, their interested in, uh, learning how they could get into the 1% with what's their first step.
57:03
[SPEAKER_00]: we do not just accept anybody.
57:06
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're somebody that's like, okay, I'm looking to make $500,000 a year and like in two months, right, or in a month, right, this program is not for you.
57:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
57:14
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, there are people, it's rare, right?
57:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Christopher Gray, they made $300,000 in a month and 21 days.
57:21
[SPEAKER_00]: Greg did that and Christopher did, no, Christopher, yeah, Greg did it in one month and 21 days.
57:27
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
57:28
[SPEAKER_00]: 300,000,000 a year.
57:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Christopher did a month and 24 days, 293,000 years, it's all in my Instagram, highlights, right?
57:36
[SPEAKER_00]: And there's people that crush it, stormy, right?
57:39
[SPEAKER_00]: No degree, no certification.
57:41
[SPEAKER_00]: He still has a high school diploma.
57:43
[SPEAKER_00]: He didn't even know what an IP address was.
57:45
[SPEAKER_00]: He's making 354,000 years right now.
57:48
[SPEAKER_00]: But he didn't know anything in tech.
57:50
[SPEAKER_00]: All he knew how to do was open up a computer and search something up in Google.
57:54
[SPEAKER_00]: But he put in the work.
57:55
[SPEAKER_00]: They all put in the work.
57:57
[SPEAKER_00]: If you think this is going to be easy, this is not for you, in terms of putting in the work and being consistent, if you think this is going to happen overnight, this is not for you.
58:04
[SPEAKER_00]: But if you're interested, we do qualify people.
58:06
[SPEAKER_00]: You can go ahead and imply down below, this is going to be an application somewhere.
58:10
[SPEAKER_00]: Go ahead and imply me and my team are going to reach out to you, and we're going to see if we can help you.
58:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, no, I love that.
58:16
[SPEAKER_01]: I love that.
58:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Is there anything on this interview?
58:19
[SPEAKER_01]: Any question that you like ask?
58:21
[SPEAKER_01]: I wish you would ask me this.
58:23
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a good question.
58:24
[SPEAKER_01]: Or a gem that you want to leave, you know, with all insiders.
58:31
[SPEAKER_00]: Tile.
58:34
[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know step by step how to make 500,000.
58:36
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll see you time.
58:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Let me know step by step.
58:40
[SPEAKER_01]: How to make 500,000.
58:41
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll see you all right.
58:43
[SPEAKER_01]: So so step one.
58:46
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm going to do this the cloud engineer edition step number one.
58:51
[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to go to Google.com and type in AWS cloud engineer.
58:56
[SPEAKER_00]: remote jobs.
58:58
[SPEAKER_00]: And then you're going to see a lot of jobs that comes up, right?
59:01
[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to click the arrow is going to like expand.
59:03
[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to click those jobs and copy and paste 20 job descriptions and paste them in a Google Doc.
59:11
[SPEAKER_00]: That's the one.
59:11
[SPEAKER_00]: Step number two.
59:13
[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to put that Google Doc.
59:15
[SPEAKER_00]: in claw.ai.
59:17
[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to put it inside some type of AI tool that you use and you're going to say, I want you to take this Google Doc and it literally has to answer to the test.
59:25
[SPEAKER_00]: It tells you what these companies are looking for, but you're going to say, hey, AI take this Google Doc and do external research online on how to be a 1% cloud engineer.
59:36
[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know everything that I need to know and all of the hands on experience that I need to gain.
59:44
[SPEAKER_00]: and it will literally give you a curriculum.
59:47
[SPEAKER_00]: Step number three.
59:49
[SPEAKER_00]: One by one you're going to learn everything that the AI told you but here's here's a little trick.
59:56
[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to learn that thing like your life depends on it.
59:59
[SPEAKER_00]: That's the mindset thing.
1:00:01
[SPEAKER_00]: Most people are not going to do this.
1:00:03
[SPEAKER_00]: But if you're like, hey, I'm going to treat this like this very urgent and it's a priority.
1:00:07
[SPEAKER_00]: And if it isn't your life, then you will actually do it.
1:00:10
[SPEAKER_00]: Then that is how to actually learn the information and learn the skill set.
1:00:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Step number four.
1:00:16
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to give them some bonuses.
1:00:17
[SPEAKER_00]: There's God.
1:00:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Step number four.
1:00:19
[SPEAKER_00]: Now that you learn the skill set, you need to people have to know about you.
1:00:24
[SPEAKER_00]: right, you have the solution, you have an offer that you can offer to companies, people just have to know about you.
1:00:30
[SPEAKER_00]: So you need to know how to brand yourself.
1:00:32
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, you're going to go on LinkedIn, okay?
1:00:35
[SPEAKER_00]: So even before that, the experience, the things that you've learned, the things that you've done, go to go to that AI and say, hey, this is everything that I've learned, go ahead and make an SEO optimized resume.
1:00:50
[SPEAKER_00]: that has a numeric business impact at the end of each bullet point and make it where recruiters are going to reach out to me because of the SEO, the specific SEO words that they look for for cloud engineers.
1:01:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Then it's going to spit you out the resume.
1:01:05
[SPEAKER_00]: Then you take that resume, you go to LinkedIn, you create your account and you make sure that the resume is only
1:01:12
[SPEAKER_00]: And LinkedIn is a search engine, too, recruited search people on LinkedIn.
1:01:17
[SPEAKER_00]: And so now that you're gonna be more findable because of the stuff that's on your resume and your LinkedIn, then I'm gonna give them a lot.
1:01:26
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
1:01:27
[SPEAKER_00]: And then so now you're now going to be posting on LinkedIn, post about some of the stuff that you've done on your side projects to as well be active.
1:01:36
[SPEAKER_00]: You're actually going to increase your findable rate if you're more active on LinkedIn.
1:01:41
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, now that you're more active, recruiters are going to start reaching out to you.
1:01:44
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, then the last thing you're going to do, you're going to now practice communicating, right, the experience that you've gained, you want to practice it like a lot of reps, like you practice in the free throw.
1:01:59
[SPEAKER_00]: practice communication, practicing communicating the technical value that you've done, because you can be the best cloud engineer, but if you don't know how to talk, if you're stuttering, or if you're like, you know, you can't really communicate like, you know, it needs to be clear on the value that you can provide.
1:02:15
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, if you do all those things, right, I cannot promise you an awful letter, even my students when they join my program, I say, I have no idea if we're going to get an awful letter, but I know if you do this stuff, you're going to get the skill, and these are the people who got the skill, and these are their awful letters, there's a lot of them, right?
1:02:33
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if you're actually going to do the work, but if you do those things that I just explained, I can promise you you will get closer to actually getting the skill, right?
1:02:43
[SPEAKER_01]: how for y'all.
1:02:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Y'all got to clip that up, watch that, pause it as you're doing it, apply to be part of his community.
1:02:52
[SPEAKER_01]: If people want to find you, man, where can they connect with you?
1:02:55
[SPEAKER_00]: So YouTube is gonna be the main platform as tech with Tile.
1:02:59
[SPEAKER_00]: Instagram is Tile Lucy, LinkedIn is Tile Lucy.
1:03:04
[SPEAKER_00]: Pretty much all other social media platform is gonna be Tile Lucy.
1:03:07
[SPEAKER_00]: So,
1:03:08
[SPEAKER_00]: Once again, I just want to thank you for having me on the show.
1:03:11
[SPEAKER_00]: I see you've built an amazing platform for yourself and you know, for what you're providing for, you know, people that's watching this and, you know, the mission statement of, you know, the business and in terms of what I do is just to impact millions of lives on a global scale at one life at a time.
