- 1:05Speaker 1: And let me share something with you about blackout coffee
- 1:09Speaker 1: real fast that I just got yesterday from a wonderful
- 1:12Speaker 1: Navy veteran. His name's Peter. Peter writes him and he
- 1:18Speaker 1: says the following, Vince, I listen to your show every day.
- 1:21Speaker 1: And after hearing your blackout coffee promos for quite some time,
- 1:24Speaker 1: I finally ordered some. And as you have quite aptly stated,
- 1:28Speaker 1: blackout coffee is most certainly very delicious and smooth. I'm
- 1:33Speaker 1: a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer. Coffee was a
- 1:36Speaker 1: big part of my life during my 20-year career, so
- 1:39Speaker 1: much so that it would have been impossible at times
- 1:41Speaker 1: to make it through the long days that I had
- 1:43Speaker 1: to work all night watches aboard ships, combat exercises at sea,
- 1:47Speaker 1: 12 on, 12 off work shifts involving aircraft maintenance. Coffee
- 1:52Speaker 1: wasn't just a nicety, it was a necessity. I thoroughly
- 1:55Speaker 1: enjoyed the first shipment of Blackout Coffee, and I am
- 1:58Speaker 1: proud to say I have now subscribed with them, and
- 2:01Speaker 1: I look forward to enjoying more of their tasty flavors.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Thank you so much for your awesome show and letting
- 2:07Speaker 1: me know about Blackout Coffee respectfully. And then he gives
- 2:10Speaker 1: me his full name, U.S. Navy, retired. Go Navy, he writes.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Isn't that wonderful? What a nice message and encouragement to
- 2:20Speaker 1: join him on this adventure of Blackout Coffee. It is
- 2:23Speaker 1: so good. I love it. I do it every day.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Go to blackoutcoffee.com slash Vince. Use the code Vince, get
- 2:29Speaker 1: 20% off your first order. That's blackoutcoffee.com slash Vince. Try
- 2:33Speaker 1: Blackout Coffee. Start your morning with something you can feel
- 2:36Speaker 1: very good about.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Boom.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Blackout. All right. Let's see. I've got
- 2:46Speaker 1: some amazing news to start with you today, and it
- 2:50Speaker 1: involves the crime rate bottoming out in the United States
- 2:53Speaker 1: of America, which is a wonderful thing that you'd like
- 2:56Speaker 1: to see happen. And this comes to us from the
- 2:59Speaker 1: data guy, John Lott, the data and the crime guy.
- 3:03Speaker 1: He's at the Crime Prevention Research Institute. He's really, really great.
- 3:08Speaker 1: And I chatted with him yesterday, actually, on the big
- 3:10Speaker 1: national radio show about this subject. And you should know
- 3:13Speaker 1: about it here. Go figure. Arrests, prosecutions and deportations fuel
- 3:19Speaker 1: record drop in crime. record drop in crime. Now, you've known,
- 3:24Speaker 1: we've had other data that's indicated that the crime rate
- 3:27Speaker 1: has dropped big time, but there is a specific study
- 3:32Speaker 1: that is one of the absolute best at capturing the statistics,
- 3:36Speaker 1: and that study is referred to as the, what is it,
- 3:41Speaker 1: the victimization survey. That's the National Crime Victimization Survey. In
- 3:46Speaker 1: other words, it's one thing to have Police departments report
- 3:50Speaker 1: on what kind of crimes they're encountering or prosecutors and
- 3:54Speaker 1: the court system to give you data on the kinds
- 3:56Speaker 1: of crimes that have come through and the convictions they've secured.
- 3:59Speaker 1: But the crime victimization survey is the biggest, most robust,
- 4:04Speaker 1: and most accurate piece of data because it involves Americans
- 4:09Speaker 1: just saying, here's what happened to me. Whether or not
- 4:12Speaker 1: a bad guy actually gets caught, they come in the report,
- 4:16Speaker 1: this is the violent crime, this is the kind of
- 4:18Speaker 1: crime that was committed against me. So there's a national
- 4:21Speaker 1: crime victimization survey that keeps data on self-reporting from American
- 4:26Speaker 1: citizens about the crimes that have affected them, okay? Does
- 4:28Speaker 1: that make sense? It should. And so in other words,
- 4:31Speaker 1: we've got this massive, massive pool of data that we
- 4:34Speaker 1: can draw from. And the numbers under the Trump administration,
- 4:38Speaker 1: they're historic. They look incredible. Look at what John Lott
- 4:42Speaker 1: has discovered. And this data just came out yesterday. And
- 4:45Speaker 1: he pulls the charts here. The changes in felony violent
- 4:49Speaker 1: crime and property crime by presidential administration, okay? And in
- 4:53Speaker 1: the data here, he finds that felony violent crime went
- 4:57Speaker 1: up under Biden. Under Biden's four years, it went up
- 5:00Speaker 1: by 59%. Violent, felonious crimes skyrocketed under Joe Biden. Under Trump,
- 5:11Speaker 1: in one year, they're down by 25%. Again, how are
- 5:19Speaker 1: you against this? For the black pillars, the stupid pillars,
- 5:24Speaker 1: how are you against this? Look at the data here.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Over four years under Joe Biden, rape, look at this,
- 5:32Speaker 1: the so-called party of women, rape went up 67% under Biden.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Under Trump, in one year's time, rape has gone down
- 5:43Speaker 1: in the United States by 13%. And that number will
- 5:50Speaker 1: keep improving. Robbery numbers up under Biden, four years, 29%.
- 5:56Speaker 1: You were more likely to be robbed when Joe Biden
- 5:59Speaker 1: was in the Oval Office. Under Trump, in a single year,
- 6:03Speaker 1: not four years, in a single years, robbery has gone
- 6:07Speaker 1: down 27%, nearly as much as it went up in
- 6:11Speaker 1: four years under Biden. Go ahead, go ahead. If you're
- 6:16Speaker 1: watching this on Rumble, you can screen grab it. Go ahead.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Take a screen grab. Tell your friends. That's exactly right.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Let them know. How about this? Aggravated assault. Up 74%
- 6:26Speaker 1: under Biden in four years. Down 31% under Trump in
- 6:30Speaker 1: one year. Property crime. Oh, man. Property crime. Check this out.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Look at this number. Under Biden, property crime went up
- 6:40Speaker 1: 8% over four years. Under Trump, it's down 19%. 19%. Now,
- 6:51Speaker 1: this is, again, this is the National Crime Victimization Survey.
- 6:54Speaker 1: So this is people self-reporting what occurred to them. If
- 6:57Speaker 1: you get murdered, a little hard to give that detail,
- 6:59Speaker 1: isn't it? Because you're dead. That's usually how that works.
- 7:03Speaker 1: So on that data, on the murder front, because you're
- 7:06Speaker 1: probably wondering, where's murder on this? Here's the murder assessment,
- 7:08Speaker 1: and John Lott's got that too. Murder also declined sharply
- 7:12Speaker 1: last year. The U.S. recorded about 4.1 murders per 100,000
- 7:18Speaker 1: people in 2025. A record low. That's down from roughly 5.1
- 7:25Speaker 1: per 100,000 in 2024. So a massive drop in the
- 7:31Speaker 1: homicide rate. The murder rate has continued to drop. If
- 7:33Speaker 1: preliminary FBI data showing an additional 18.4% decline during the
- 7:36Speaker 1: first seven months of 2026 holds for the full year,
- 7:41Speaker 1: the murder rate would fall to approximately 3.36 per 100,000 people.
- 7:48Speaker 1: A professor called Carl Moody, a crime researcher at the
- 7:51Speaker 1: College of William and Mary, telling John Lott in his
- 7:54Speaker 1: excellent piece for Real Clear Investigations, quote, we are witnessing
- 7:58Speaker 1: an historic plunge in crime to levels never seen before
- 8:03Speaker 1: in the United States. Levels never seen before. As a result,
- 8:09Speaker 1: We are all safer in our communities than we ever
- 8:12Speaker 1: have been, ever. We should all thank our law enforcement professionals.
- 8:19Speaker 1: This is huge. The numbers, to be clear, are the
- 8:23Speaker 1: single largest drop in felony violent crime in recorded American history.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Ever since this data started being gathered decades ago, in
- 8:34Speaker 1: the 1950s, we now have the lowest levels we have
- 8:38Speaker 1: seen Ever. Data collection, well, data collection actually began 53
- 8:42Speaker 1: years ago. Let me correct that. It wasn't the 1950s.
- 8:46Speaker 1: It was 53 years ago is when this data collection began.
- 8:49Speaker 1: This is the lowest levels we have seen. The largest
- 8:54Speaker 1: one-year reductions since this data has been kept for 53 years.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Come on, ladies and gentlemen. Find the freaking energy to
- 9:04Speaker 1: keep that going. Now, one of the problems here, of course,
- 9:07Speaker 1: is that the media have not been telling this story.
- 9:10Speaker 1: I love I shared this yesterday on X and I
- 9:12Speaker 1: posted it. People like, how come I've never seen this anywhere?
- 9:15Speaker 1: How come this isn't available anyway? Why am I just
- 9:18Speaker 1: seeing it on little old Vince's X account? How come
- 9:22Speaker 1: it's not all over the freaking place? The answer to
- 9:24Speaker 1: that is the stranglehold that the left wing media continues
- 9:28Speaker 1: to try and hold on the American mind. They really
- 9:30Speaker 1: just do not want you to know this story. And
- 9:33Speaker 1: to the extent that you get close to knowing this story,
- 9:37Speaker 1: they try and invert these things. It's what 60 Minutes
- 9:39Speaker 1: did for the last two weeks. Have you seen these
- 9:41Speaker 1: 60 Minutes segments? If you haven't, your life is probably
- 9:43Speaker 1: better for it. But over the last two weeks, they've
- 9:46Speaker 1: run segments on election integrity, accusing President Trump of trying
- 9:51Speaker 1: to defraud Americans and steal the election, despite the fact
- 9:54Speaker 1: that it's President Trump who's trying to secure the election.
- 9:57Speaker 1: So there's an active propaganda war going on. There's a
- 10:00Speaker 1: war for your mind going on. And stuff like this,
- 10:02Speaker 1: this is good news, great news, is often precluded from
- 10:06Speaker 1: getting to you by the institutions that control the flow
- 10:09Speaker 1: of information. This is why I'm so glad that we
- 10:11Speaker 1: can do this show in this capacity, in an environment
- 10:14Speaker 1: like Rumble, where I can express these things to you.
- 10:16Speaker 1: without fear that it's going to be suppressed or censored
- 10:19Speaker 1: or kept from you. It's a great piece of data.
- 10:23Speaker 1: It's the kind of thing you should celebrate. And one
- 10:25Speaker 1: more thing on this, you deserve credit for this. If
- 10:29Speaker 1: you voted for Donald Trump to get back into the
- 10:33Speaker 1: Oval Office, then give yourself a pat on the back,
- 10:36Speaker 1: a round of applause, whatever, whatever it is that makes
- 10:39Speaker 1: you happy. Just celebrate on this one that you played
- 10:42Speaker 1: a role in achieving this. This goes back to the
- 10:45Speaker 1: role that the FBI has played. It's not a mistake,
- 10:48Speaker 1: by the way, that this is a nationwide trend. John
- 10:51Speaker 1: Lott points to a bunch of things, and he pointed
- 10:53Speaker 1: to it in his headline, too. But this has to
- 10:56Speaker 1: do with arrests, that would be criminals being arrested, prosecutions,
- 11:02Speaker 1: that would be government prosecutors actually seeing these prosecutions through
- 11:06Speaker 1: to conviction, and deportations. Here's a detail that a lot
- 11:12Speaker 1: of people do not think about and that John Lott
- 11:14Speaker 1: told me about yesterday. Illegal aliens, of course, commit a
- 11:20Speaker 1: lot of crimes in the United States, a lot, a lot.
- 11:25Speaker 1: And in so doing with all these crimes that they're committing,
- 11:31Speaker 1: what's happened under Trump, in addition to the FBI cooperating
- 11:34Speaker 1: with all these local police departments to get bad guys
- 11:38Speaker 1: off the streets, especially because the FBI is not at
- 11:41Speaker 1: all concerned about which agency gets the credit for the arrest.
- 11:44Speaker 1: The FBI offers support. The locals can pick these guys up.
- 11:48Speaker 1: It's a wonderful relationship. The media is trying to distort
- 11:50Speaker 1: that to pretend like, oh, the FBI is not making
- 11:52Speaker 1: these arrests. It's just all nonsense. Just don't listen to
- 11:55Speaker 1: these idiots. The other piece of this is because the
- 11:59Speaker 1: Trump administration has been so aggressive with deportations, it's a
- 12:03Speaker 1: disincentive for illegal aliens to commit crimes in the United
- 12:07Speaker 1: States while they are still here. Let me just put
- 12:11Speaker 1: it more bluntly. If you're an illegal alien who's in
- 12:13Speaker 1: the United States right now trying to lay low, how
- 12:16Speaker 1: do you stay off the government's radar? Don't commit other crimes.
- 12:22Speaker 1: John says that one of the impacts of the deportations
- 12:26Speaker 1: right now is that violent crime is going down, not
- 12:29Speaker 1: just because we're deporting violent criminals, but because would-be violent
- 12:33Speaker 1: criminals are trying to stop from getting deported. They don't
- 12:36Speaker 1: want to be discovered in the United States. So there
- 12:39Speaker 1: are fewer crimes being committed by the illegal aliens who
- 12:42Speaker 1: are still here. In the previous administration, they would commit
- 12:47Speaker 1: violent crimes and chances are they'd either be released by
- 12:50Speaker 1: a Soros-funded prosecutor or the Biden administration wouldn't actually deport
- 12:54Speaker 1: them despite the fact that they were committing violent felonies
- 12:57Speaker 1: against Americans. So that's what's happening here. And this is,
- 13:04Speaker 1: I'm telling you, I'm telling you, if you know anybody
- 13:08Speaker 1: in your life who's at all like, I don't know,
- 13:10Speaker 1: I'm not sure if I can vote for the Republicans
- 13:13Speaker 1: and support Trump this time. grab them by the shirt collars,
- 13:18Speaker 1: metaphorically at least, shake their freaking heads and say, check
- 13:22Speaker 1: these numbers out. Do you see what you've achieved? Let's
- 13:26Speaker 1: keep that energy going. Let's keep that energy going. Do
- 13:30Speaker 1: I have to reel off the list of all the
- 13:31Speaker 1: other successes? Is that important? The border is locked down tight.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Over 3 million illegals deported. 300,000 federal government employees have
- 13:38Speaker 1: been given pink slips. Go get a job in the
- 13:40Speaker 1: real job market. Get off the government payroll. That's been
- 13:44Speaker 1: a massive thing. Household incomes are at record highs. Childhood
- 13:48Speaker 1: poverty at record lows. All poverty at record lows right
- 13:52Speaker 1: here in the United States of America. More Americans employed
- 13:54Speaker 1: than at any other time in American history. Do we
- 13:57Speaker 1: have to keep doing this? Fentanyl deaths are falling off
- 13:59Speaker 1: the cliff. That's wonderful. They're plummeting. Crime rates, record lows.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Homicide rates, record lows. Crime victimization dropping by the biggest
- 14:11Speaker 1: level in over half a century. What the hell am
- 14:14Speaker 1: I missing? Exactly. It's amazing. It's just amazing. It's Tuesday,
- 14:24Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen. Tuesday. We've got a week before these midterms.
- 14:31Speaker 1: The election season concludes for most states next week, Tuesday. California,
- 14:36Speaker 1: we'll put an asterisk on that. But for the rest
- 14:39Speaker 1: of us, it should end next week, Tuesday. And when
- 14:42Speaker 1: it ends, will your vote be in? Will you enthusiastically
- 14:49Speaker 1: be trying to achieve these kinds of victories going forward?
- 14:53Speaker 1: Are you going to sit on your ass and mope?
- 14:56Speaker 1: Those are the questions. Nobody's voting for Democrats. Come on.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I mean, the real question is, do Republicans show up?
- 15:05Speaker 1: Do Republicans show up? Man, you showed up before. Look
- 15:09Speaker 1: what you achieved. Look what you achieved. You want to
- 15:13Speaker 1: do more of that? Now's your chance. Now's your chance.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Because the left, they're out for blood. They're out for blood.
- 15:22Speaker 1: They have sinister intentions. You know, we know what it
- 15:25Speaker 1: looks like. Thank you. By the way, so many in
- 15:27Speaker 1: the chat are telling me they've already voted. God bless you.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Thank you. Lock your vote in. Look, the left is
- 15:36Speaker 1: really clear about its intentions. We've seen it before. When
- 15:40Speaker 1: they have control of the levers of power, they wield
- 15:43Speaker 1: them tyrannically. They violate the Constitution. They hurt American citizens.
- 15:46Speaker 1: They attack the people who oppose them politically. That's the
- 15:49Speaker 1: way they conduct their affairs. And this week, we just
- 15:52Speaker 1: got another epic update on one of those corrupt individuals
- 15:57Speaker 1: being charged yet again. In fact, just last night, we
- 16:01Speaker 1: found out. that James Comey has once again been prosecuted
- 16:06Speaker 1: by the United States Department of Justice. And if I
- 16:10Speaker 1: hear one more person say nobody's ever prosecuted, I'm going
- 16:13Speaker 1: to smash your face through play class window. And then
- 16:16Speaker 1: I'm going to show you James Comey. Like, dude, James
- 16:20Speaker 1: Comey keeps being prosecuted. How many prosecutions can they drop
- 16:23Speaker 1: against this guy? Listen to me. Listen to me. James
- 16:27Speaker 1: Comey just got prosecuted for leaking government secrets. Last night,
- 16:34Speaker 1: here's the update for you. SCOTUS Wire, one of many
- 16:37Speaker 1: outlets pushing this last night. James Comey, former FBI director
- 16:41Speaker 1: James Comey, has been charged with violating the espionage act
- 16:45Speaker 1: for allegedly directing the disclosure of national defense information to
- 16:49Speaker 1: a reporter in 2016. That's important, ladies and gentlemen. 2016
- 16:53Speaker 1: is the date. There's a more specific date here. I'll
- 16:56Speaker 1: get to that in a moment. The case is assigned
- 16:59Speaker 1: to Judge Trevor McFadden in Washington, D.C. Okay, so we've
- 17:04Speaker 1: got a case. We've got another case against James Comey. Now, Comey,
- 17:09Speaker 1: to be clear, immediately is insisting, I didn't do nothing.
- 17:15Speaker 1: I didn't do nothing. It wasn't me. Stop coming after me.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Here they come again. Here's James Comey. I'm still innocent.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I'm still innocent. Watch, cut one.
- 17:24Speaker 3: Well, they're back again. It would almost be funny if
- 17:27Speaker 3: it weren't such an appalling abuse of the Department of Justice,
- 17:31Speaker 3: one that we cannot become numb to. Nothing's changed with me.
- 17:35Speaker 3: I'm still innocent. I'm still not afraid of these people.
- 17:37Speaker 3: And I still believe in the independent federal judiciary. And
- 17:41Speaker 3: I'm still lucky to have an amazing family and an
- 17:44Speaker 3: incredible group of lawyers. And we'll stand up in court
- 17:46Speaker 3: and fight the latest and whatever comes after this. The
- 17:50Speaker 3: next couple of years are going to be hard for
- 17:52Speaker 3: all of us. It's really important that we stand straight
- 17:56Speaker 3: And keep the faith in America.
- 17:58Speaker 1: He's so full of shit. He's so full of shit.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Just listen to this guy. Oh, it's really important that
- 18:04Speaker 1: we keep the faith and that we all stand together
- 18:07Speaker 1: and we fight back. As if this guy is upholding
- 18:10Speaker 1: the Constitution, standing up for the United States, saluting the flag.
- 18:14Speaker 1: This whack job. Him and his shell art where he's
- 18:18Speaker 1: calling for eliminating the President of the United States, 86-47.
- 18:23Speaker 1: He's rambling on his little selfie videos on Instagram about
- 18:26Speaker 1: his obsession with Taylor Swift. Isn't that creepy? What an
- 18:29Speaker 1: overgrown whack job that guy is. And then this guy,
- 18:32Speaker 1: I mean, talk about a chameleon. Here's Comey chameleon. Here's
- 18:35Speaker 1: what he said in January of 2021 about how he
- 18:39Speaker 1: wanted the government to be weaponized further against Donald Trump.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Watch this guy. Mays Moore gave us this. Cut to.
- 18:46Speaker 4: Convict him, bar him from future service, have the prosecutors,
- 18:50Speaker 4: the local prosecutors in New York pursue him. for the
- 18:53Speaker 4: fraudster that he was before he ever became president. Lock
- 18:57Speaker 4: him up for the garden-variety frauds he did there. But
- 19:00Speaker 4: don't give him that center stage, that dominant role in
- 19:04Speaker 4: our national life just down the street where Joe Biden
- 19:08Speaker 4: is trying to heal this nation.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Heal the nation. What the hell is he even talking about?
- 19:16Speaker 1: Biden kicked the borders wide open. The whole country became
- 19:20Speaker 1: more chaotic. Every American became poorer as a result of Mr.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Heal the nation. Joe Biden couldn't even complete a sentence
- 19:29Speaker 1: in English. And this guy's pretending like he was going
- 19:32Speaker 1: to be the guy to save America. That was James Comey.
- 19:36Speaker 1: And then Comey's position is, don't you ever ever let
- 19:38Speaker 1: Trump get back to the Oval Office. I got news
- 19:41Speaker 1: for you, sweetheart. He got back, and now you're being
- 19:43Speaker 1: prosecuted again for crimes you actually committed. Crimes you committed. Now,
- 19:50Speaker 1: he's insistent. I'm innocent. I didn't do anything. I'm innocent.
- 19:54Speaker 1: But we've got the details on the charges. I'm going
- 19:56Speaker 1: to share those with you in just a moment. That date, remember,
- 19:59Speaker 1: that's 2016.
- 19:59Speaker 2: 2016.
- 19:59Speaker 1: This predates even his.
- 20:06Speaker 1: You know, random meetings with Trump and keeping notes on
- 20:09Speaker 1: his conversation and leaking it to the New York Times
- 20:12Speaker 1: via Daniel Richman. Oh, we've got all that too, but
- 20:15Speaker 1: this is a 2016 date. I'll share the specifics with
- 20:18Speaker 1: you in just a moment. More ahead on this edition
- 20:22Speaker 1: of Vince. But first, I want to tell you about

- 21:38Speaker 1: love fast-growing trees. And now back to that overgrown moron,
- 21:42Speaker 1: James Comey. James Comey. is implicated in, according to this indictment,
- 21:48Speaker 1: this prosecution, pretty obvious what they're talking about, they lay
- 21:51Speaker 1: out the date of October 5th of 2016. And that, coincidentally,
- 21:57Speaker 1: is the very date that the New York Times ran
- 22:00Speaker 1: a piece called Yahoo said to have aided U.S. email
- 22:04Speaker 1: surveillance by adapting spam filter. That was the New York
- 22:08Speaker 1: Times piece. So this appears to be the piece in question.
- 22:12Speaker 1: This is an October 2016 date. Yahoo aided American email surveillance.
- 22:19Speaker 1: And what is it about? Well, it's written by two authors,
- 22:22Speaker 1: Charlie Savage and Nicole Perlroth. A system intended to scan
- 22:26Speaker 1: emails for child porn and spam helped Yahoo satisfy a
- 22:31Speaker 1: secret court order requiring it to search for messages containing
- 22:36Speaker 1: a computer signature tied to the communications of a state-sponsored
- 22:41Speaker 1: terrorist organization. several people familiar with the matter said Wednesday.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Two government officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity,
- 22:51Speaker 1: two government officials, anonymous, said the Justice Department obtained an
- 22:58Speaker 1: individualized order from a judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance
- 23:02Speaker 1: Court last year. Yahoo was barred from disclosing the matter. Okay,
- 23:10Speaker 1: so basically what this is about is, Government officials, anonymous
- 23:16Speaker 1: government officials, James Comey perhaps, revealed to the New York
- 23:20Speaker 1: Times that our government was secretly surveilling a terrorist organization. Now,
- 23:29Speaker 1: why the hell would the FBI director either reveal or
- 23:34Speaker 1: authorize that to be revealed to the New York Times?
- 23:37Speaker 1: Why the hell would you do that? In fact, you're
- 23:40Speaker 1: disclosing state secrets. There's a reason that the court intends
- 23:45Speaker 1: to keep this secret. It's meant, it's supposed to be,
- 23:49Speaker 1: for the national security of the United States. We're surveilling
- 23:52Speaker 1: a terrorist organization. Why would that be publicly disclosed? Why
- 23:56Speaker 1: would you create an environment where the terrorist groups think, well,
- 23:59Speaker 1: maybe we shouldn't use Yahoo to communicate anymore so we
- 24:01Speaker 1: can conduct terrorist attacks on the United States out of
- 24:04Speaker 1: sight of their ability to see that? Do you see
- 24:08Speaker 1: what I'm saying? This is a betrayal of the United
- 24:11Speaker 1: States of America being done by government officials and James
- 24:16Speaker 1: Comey now stands charged with doing that very thing. That
- 24:21Speaker 1: appears to be what this is all about. Now James
- 24:24Speaker 1: Comey is well documented as a leaker. The guy's leaked
- 24:28Speaker 1: like crazy. Remember the grand conspiracy case that's going on
- 24:33Speaker 1: in South Florida, they've been soliciting information about James Comey's leaks.
- 24:37Speaker 1: The Justice Department issued a grand jury subpoena to Daniel Richman.
- 24:43Speaker 1: That's James Comey's leaker guy. That was earlier this year,
- 24:47Speaker 1: August 31st. Remember this. Here's that, here's that, nothing ever happens. Yeah, okay,
- 24:52Speaker 1: shut up. Federal prosecutors have issued a grand jury subpoena
- 24:55Speaker 1: demanding testimony from Daniel Richman Close confidant James Comey, the
- 24:59Speaker 1: former FBI director and one of President Trump's most reviled
- 25:01Speaker 1: political adversaries, according to a person familiar with the matter. Remember,
- 25:04Speaker 1: we talked about this when this news broke earlier this year.
- 25:09Speaker 1: It was August 31st of this year that that grand
- 25:12Speaker 1: jury continues its operations down in South Florida and has
- 25:15Speaker 1: drawn Daniel Richman in, in light of the fact that
- 25:18Speaker 1: he keeps handling James Comey's leaks. Another one, remember this,
- 25:22Speaker 1: August of 2025, James Comey's media mole, Just the News
- 25:26Speaker 1: had this report, told the FBI that he was shaping
- 25:29Speaker 1: the Russia narrative and needed, quote, a discount to deny
- 25:34Speaker 1: leaking intel. This was all related to something called Arctic Haze,
- 25:40Speaker 1: that government-run operation, James Comey in charge, where they were
- 25:45Speaker 1: leaking classified intel amid all of the anti-Trump, Trump-Russia collusion hysteria.
- 25:51Speaker 1: So is there a track record here, a pattern of
- 25:53Speaker 1: James Comey leaking? Yes, over and over and over. It's
- 25:57Speaker 1: actually long past time that this guy gets charged for
- 26:00Speaker 1: this particular thing, in addition to all of the other
- 26:02Speaker 1: charges that he's been facing. The FBI had determined that
- 26:08Speaker 1: classified information was being leaked to the New York Times,
- 26:11Speaker 1: the Washington Post, and the Wall Street Journal in that
- 26:14Speaker 1: Arctic Haze investigation. Where was it coming from? Come on.
- 26:19Speaker 1: From the top. From the top. And Comey has admitted
- 26:23Speaker 1: to orchestrating leaks to the New York Times. Here he is.
- 26:26Speaker 1: This was 2017. He admitted as much. Former FBI Director
- 26:33Speaker 1: James Comey, I'm quoting from the Daily Caller now, acknowledged
- 26:36Speaker 1: that he orchestrated the leak of a memorandum detailing his
- 26:38Speaker 1: private interactions with President Donald Trump during testimony before the
- 26:42Speaker 1: Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Thursday morning. Quote, I asked
- 26:47Speaker 1: a friend of mine to share the content of the
- 26:48Speaker 1: memo with a reporter. I didn't do it myself for
- 26:51Speaker 1: a variety of reasons. What do you mean you didn't
- 26:54Speaker 1: do it yourself? One of the reasons is that you
- 26:56Speaker 1: were trying to keep your fingerprints off of it as
- 26:58Speaker 1: you were orchestrating a leak of government documents that you
- 27:02Speaker 1: had no right to leak. That's what James Comey did.
- 27:06Speaker 1: James Comey did that very thing. Now, I have one
- 27:09Speaker 1: more piece of information for you to think about as
- 27:11Speaker 1: we contextualize all of this. So James Comey is being
- 27:14Speaker 1: prosecuted yet again, yet again. And this news of his
- 27:22Speaker 1: prosecution comes right after we got an update on Friday
- 27:27Speaker 1: that two former FBI officials were busted for meddling in
- 27:30Speaker 1: the 2020 election. FBI officials who were covering up Hunter
- 27:35Speaker 1: Biden's laptop and their knowledge of it were just charged
- 27:39Speaker 1: with lying to Congress. The New York Post reported on Friday,
- 27:45Speaker 1: FBI officials who covered up Hunter Biden laptop charged with
- 27:47Speaker 1: lying to Congress. Two ex-FBI officials who helped shape the
- 27:52Speaker 1: public narrative on Hunter Biden's infamous laptop were charged on
- 27:55Speaker 1: Friday for lying to Congress about their involvement, discrediting stories
- 28:00Speaker 1: about the troubled first son, according to federal authorities. Nikki
- 28:03Speaker 1: Flores and Bradley Benavides, those are the names, self-surrendered and
- 28:08Speaker 1: they face up to five years in prison each upon conviction.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Through their lawyers, the former senior officials on the FBI's FIDF,
- 28:15Speaker 1: the Foreign Influence Task Force, denied wrongdoing. Now, I need
- 28:21Speaker 1: to remind you of something about these two guys. Flores
- 28:24Speaker 1: and Benavides were the very same FBI officials who gave
- 28:29Speaker 1: Ron Johnson, as well as Chuck Grassley, a fake briefing
- 28:36Speaker 1: about the Russia influence operation. They did that. That was
- 28:41Speaker 1: in 2020. That was in the lead up to the election.
- 28:45Speaker 1: And Johnson and Grassley were like, what the hell is this?
- 28:48Speaker 1: Why did they even give us this briefing? And then subsequently,
- 28:51Speaker 1: the news of the briefing was leaked directly to the
- 28:55Speaker 1: media to make it appear that Ron Johnson and Chuck
- 28:59Speaker 1: Grassley were falling for a Russian disinformation op by being
- 29:02Speaker 1: concerned about Hunter Biden's laptop. You see what I'm saying?
- 29:07Speaker 1: These guys are now being prosecuted for this. This is
- 29:10Speaker 1: the key. This is the key. So yes, are there
- 29:14Speaker 1: consequences coming for these people?
- 29:15Speaker 5: Yes.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Has this been a deliberative process? Undoubtedly. And I want
- 29:22Speaker 1: to remind people, for anybody who's like, well, look, it's
- 29:24Speaker 1: not enough. I want them, I'm seeing it right now,
- 29:26Speaker 1: like five, we need more than five years. We need
- 29:28Speaker 1: to throw the key away. I totally get it. I'm
- 29:30Speaker 1: with you 100%. But I want accountability at all is
- 29:35Speaker 1: what I want. And part of the problem, we've been
- 29:37Speaker 1: through this a million times, but I'll give you the
- 29:39Speaker 1: CliffsNotes version. Part of the problem that the Trump administration
- 29:41Speaker 1: is facing is they have corrupt U.S. attorneys across the
- 29:44Speaker 1: country who are not fully on board. Some are great.
- 29:47Speaker 1: There's some great ones out there. Bill Asseli in Los Angeles,
- 29:51Speaker 1: Jeanine Pirro in New York, rather. I mean, my goodness, Washington, D.C.,
- 29:56Speaker 1: There's no question. But there are still problem U.S. attorneys
- 29:59Speaker 1: who need to be replaced. And the way to replace
- 30:01Speaker 1: them is to get rid of the Senate blue slip.
- 30:03Speaker 1: And right now, unfortunately, Chuck Grassley, the aforementioned Chuck Grassley,
- 30:06Speaker 1: continues to stand in the way. The other thing is
- 30:08Speaker 1: we need to get rid of the blue slip so
- 30:09Speaker 1: we get good federal judges in place. And Chuck Grassley, again,
- 30:13Speaker 1: stands in the way of that very thing. One of
- 30:16Speaker 1: the things that we can overcome by virtue of these
- 30:18Speaker 1: midterm votes is we can get Mike Lee in position.
- 30:21Speaker 1: If Republicans keep the majority, Mike Lee takes over the
- 30:25Speaker 1: Senate Judiciary Committee, and he can open up the floodgates
- 30:27Speaker 1: to get good people in all of these positions, U.S.
- 30:30Speaker 1: attorney positions, federal judge positions. We need the justice system
- 30:34Speaker 1: working at all levels in every jurisdiction in the United
- 30:37Speaker 1: States in order to secure the justice that these people
- 30:40Speaker 1: so richly deserve and that you so richly desire. Do
- 30:42Speaker 1: you understand what I'm saying? So if you're looking at
- 30:44Speaker 1: the rest of this and be like, well, Vince, I'm
- 30:46Speaker 1: just upset that this is not happening on my timetable. Yeah,
- 30:49Speaker 1: me too. But guess what? I have agency and so
- 30:52Speaker 1: do you. We can do something about this. We put
- 30:55Speaker 1: Donald Trump and his Justice Department in position to begin
- 30:58Speaker 1: the process of bringing these people to justice. But we
- 31:02Speaker 1: can't stick the landing unless the whole justice system is working.
- 31:05Speaker 1: And you know how you get that? You freaking vote.
- 31:08Speaker 1: You make it too big to rig, and we dominate
- 31:11Speaker 1: next week in the midterms. That's the answer to this.
- 31:15Speaker 1: You have agency. If you for a moment throw your
- 31:19Speaker 1: hands up and you're like, well, everybody else is hurting me.
- 31:22Speaker 1: They're screwing me over. Then you have lost the plot.
- 31:25Speaker 1: It is up to you and to me to save
- 31:28Speaker 1: this country in which we live and that we'd like
- 31:30Speaker 1: to hand our children off a better place. Fight, fight,
- 31:36Speaker 1: fight is the message. Stay in the freaking fight. And
- 31:46Speaker 1: these people are being busted, baby. That's good news. And
- 31:51Speaker 1: these two stooges, the ones who were involved in rigging
- 31:54Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop story, that's only the beginning. In
- 31:57Speaker 1: addition to the James Comey stuff, in addition to the
- 31:59Speaker 1: grand conspiracy case down in South Florida, in addition to
- 32:02Speaker 1: John Brennan getting his ass hauled into that room, in
- 32:05Speaker 1: addition to all of that, this is just the beginning.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Let's keep it going. What, are you going to tap out?
- 32:10Speaker 5: No.
- 32:11Speaker 1: I know this audience won't. I know this audience won't.
- 32:16Speaker 1: All right, we've got a lot more to get to.
- 32:18Speaker 1: We've got a great guest coming up in just a moment.
- 32:20Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about one of the
- 32:21Speaker 1: other great wins that's going on in America right now,
- 32:23Speaker 1: and it's the fact that the country's getting healthier. You
- 32:26Speaker 1: heard about this? You know this? The country's getting healthier.
- 32:29Speaker 1: We'll get to the details in just a moment. Great
- 32:32Speaker 1: guest coming up. We've got Miles from BrickHouse Nutrition. We'll
- 32:34Speaker 1: chat with him about that subject. Before we get there, though,
- 32:37Speaker 1: I want to thank two of our fine sponsors today
- 32:39Speaker 1: who make today's show possible. First is sheath. We love sheath, guys.

- 34:53Speaker 1: or prevent any disease. We love BrickCast Nutrition. We love
- 34:57Speaker 1: it so much that I'm super happy to have joining
- 34:59Speaker 1: us right now, Myles Grimard. He is the founder of
- 35:02Speaker 1: BrickCast Nutrition and a big advocate for the health of
- 35:04Speaker 1: American citizens. Man, great to see you today, Myles. Thanks
- 35:07Speaker 1: for being on with us, brother. Oh, thanks for having me.
- 35:09Speaker 2: Good to see you again.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Tell me, let's talk about health. You know, how have
- 35:14Speaker 1: you seen things change in the country? You know, especially,
- 35:17Speaker 1: you know, as President Trump was elected on this MAHA agenda,
- 35:20Speaker 1: so many Americans actually voted for him because they looked
- 35:23Speaker 1: around like, man, we're not as healthy as we could be.
- 35:26Speaker 1: And the government's played a big role in actually making
- 35:28Speaker 1: Americans unhealthy. We've got to fix that. How have you
- 35:30Speaker 1: seen things change?
- 35:32Speaker 2: Yeah, so the Maha movement really, it kind of focuses
- 35:36Speaker 2: on chronic disease, especially in America and how bad that's been.
- 35:39Speaker 2: It's been like the underlying thing of the Maha movement
- 35:41Speaker 2: and how we can fix from and make the switch
- 35:44Speaker 2: from how do we manage these chronic diseases in America
- 35:48Speaker 2: that are so rampant versus how do we get to
- 35:50Speaker 2: the root cause? And some of the biggest things have
- 35:53Speaker 2: been You always hear him talking about the whole foods,
- 35:56Speaker 2: the lifestyle, the red dyes, and getting to the things
- 36:00Speaker 2: like that, rather than just managing it through pharmaceuticals and
- 36:05Speaker 2: the things that the big companies want you to ingest
- 36:08Speaker 2: in your body.
- 36:09Speaker 5: Yes.
- 36:10Speaker 1: So rather than maintaining your symptoms and your disease, Americans
- 36:15Speaker 1: are getting healthier. What have you seen at the FDA
- 36:19Speaker 1: and these various agencies that has given you cause for hope?
- 36:23Speaker 2: So the agencies that we've been working with recently, they've
- 36:27Speaker 2: been really helping us in terms of people can now
- 36:30Speaker 2: choose Whole Foods. And so they can work with their
- 36:33Speaker 2: dollars more than just relying on the pharmaceuticals. So like
- 36:35Speaker 2: right now we can accept people's health insurance to pay
- 36:38Speaker 2: for things like our Whole Foods product, the Field of Greens.
- 36:41Speaker 2: And also, you know, we also do our own manufacturing.
- 36:45Speaker 2: And so the more that they stay off our backs
- 36:47Speaker 2: is we're trying to innovate as entrepreneurs when.
- 36:49Speaker 1: You know, if they say, hey, Whole Foods is better
- 36:51Speaker 1: for you.
- 36:52Speaker 2: We can come up with new products quicker and give
- 36:54Speaker 2: people more options to vote with their wallets. And when
- 36:57Speaker 2: the FDA, you know, you want clear labels and stuff
- 36:59Speaker 2: like that. But when they kind of get off your
- 37:02Speaker 2: backs and allow small entrepreneurs to innovate and come up
- 37:05Speaker 2: with things that can help people's health quicker than the
- 37:07Speaker 2: big companies or years and billions of dollars for a
- 37:11Speaker 2: next pill, it's a great option for the consumers.
- 37:15Speaker 1: So I'm sorry, can you give me more detail on
- 37:17Speaker 1: the way that the health insurance arrangement has changed? So
- 37:19Speaker 1: you said that now people can use their health insurance
- 37:21Speaker 1: to get Field of Greens, for instance.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:24Speaker 1: That's a change of pace? Yeah.
- 37:27Speaker 2: And so it's really easy for customers now. We actually
- 37:29Speaker 2: have a whole link process on our website, which allows
- 37:32Speaker 2: you to go on there and use your HSA or
- 37:34Speaker 2: FSA account. And everything on our site has been approved,
- 37:38Speaker 2: which is amazing.
- 37:40Speaker 1: That is amazing. And that's the product of the Trump
- 37:43Speaker 1: administration changing that?
- 37:44Speaker 2: Yeah, that happened two or three years ago, I believe.
- 37:48Speaker 2: And so, yeah, I don't know when it was fully
- 37:51Speaker 2: first implemented, but it's been, our customers love it.
- 37:54Speaker 1: That's wonderful news. That's wonderful news. Do you get the
- 37:57Speaker 1: sense that Americans are getting healthier? It seems like, you know,
- 37:59Speaker 1: I was like, I was watching, what was I watching?
- 38:02Speaker 1: I was watching an old Jim Gaffigan special the other day,
- 38:04Speaker 1: and he was joking about how everybody's fat. And he's like,
- 38:07Speaker 1: his whole bit's like, you know, like eating like disgusting
- 38:09Speaker 1: food and how much he loves it. But that was
- 38:11Speaker 1: from like the early 2000s. I'm watching that. And I
- 38:13Speaker 1: was thinking, I feel like America's changed quite a bit
- 38:15Speaker 1: over the last 20 years that people are much more
- 38:18Speaker 1: conscious of what they're ingesting and the impact it's having
- 38:22Speaker 1: on their health.
- 38:24Speaker 5: Definitely.
- 38:24Speaker 2: And it's all the, I think the Maha did put
- 38:27Speaker 2: a huge magnifying glass on that because people are starting
- 38:30Speaker 2: to learn that you do need to take your health seriously.
- 38:33Speaker 2: And it's not just, don't leave it up to the
- 38:35Speaker 2: government to tell you what to put in your body,
- 38:38Speaker 2: but you have to kind of go out there and
- 38:39Speaker 2: make your own decisions. And there's some, I mean, Every
- 38:42Speaker 2: year there's new stuff coming around. These peptides are a
- 38:44Speaker 2: huge thing now. People are getting on TRT. People are
- 38:46Speaker 2: starting to put their health and I'm wearing an aura
- 38:49Speaker 2: ring right now. There's so many things out there. People
- 38:51Speaker 2: are trying to, they're figuring out that health is kind
- 38:54Speaker 2: of wealth these days. And, you know, people are working
- 38:58Speaker 2: real hard at the office, but what's the, you know,
- 39:00Speaker 2: what's it all worth if you are dying young from
- 39:03Speaker 2: a chronic illness or you don't get to live the
- 39:04Speaker 2: fullness of your life out of just being overweight and sick.
- 39:08Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 39:10Speaker 1: Do you think that stuff matters? Like, so a lot
- 39:12Speaker 1: of people are going for like 10,000 steps a day.
- 39:14Speaker 1: They're like, I get my 10,000 steps in. Is that,
- 39:16Speaker 1: is that legit? Or is that just like, you know,
- 39:18Speaker 1: nonsense game stuff?
- 39:20Speaker 2: Well, definitely your steps in, but there's all, there's so
- 39:23Speaker 2: much that goes into the health and wellness, but if
- 39:24Speaker 2: you're going to get your steps in, get it right
- 39:26Speaker 2: after you eat your meal. But yeah, anything you can
- 39:28Speaker 2: do is going to help more than just sitting around
- 39:32Speaker 2: and being slow. Get out there and Touch dirt and
- 39:36Speaker 2: have fun out there.
- 39:37Speaker 1: Touch grass, baby. Dan Bongino told me that grounding's a
- 39:41Speaker 1: real thing. Is that a real thing, where you take
- 39:42Speaker 1: your bare feet and put it on the grass and
- 39:44Speaker 1: it has some sort of health impact?
- 39:45Speaker 2: It is supposed to be very beneficial. There's even people,
- 39:49Speaker 2: you know, a lot of people I know also have
- 39:51Speaker 2: the blankets where it helps you ground as well. But
- 39:54Speaker 2: it is nice to step outside and get a touch
- 39:56Speaker 2: of grass.
- 39:56Speaker 1: It feels good, especially when your grass is nice and lush.
- 39:59Speaker 1: It's perfect. Talk to me about the business environment with
- 40:02Speaker 1: Donald Trump in office, because... As a business owner, you
- 40:06Speaker 1: know this firsthand, what it's like to see what you're
- 40:09Speaker 1: paying in taxes every year and whether or not you
- 40:11Speaker 1: can achieve the things that you dream up. How have
- 40:14Speaker 1: things changed with Donald Trump back in office?
- 40:16Speaker 2: Yeah, well, especially during the Biden inflation, that was crazy
- 40:19Speaker 2: because we try to put things out at the best
- 40:23Speaker 2: prices possible. But during inflation, it was insane. We had
- 40:27Speaker 2: to increase prices, not just because of the inflation, but
- 40:31Speaker 2: also- getting products to us could cost a ton more.
- 40:36Speaker 2: And so we haven't had increased prices since Trump was
- 40:39Speaker 2: back in office. And yeah, taxes is one of the
- 40:41Speaker 2: biggest things. You know, as a business owner, you're always
- 40:44Speaker 2: trying to figure out ways to mitigate those taxes and
- 40:48Speaker 2: invest back into the company. And, you know, with lower
- 40:51Speaker 2: corporate taxes and everything like that, it helps a lot.
- 40:53Speaker 2: But yeah, we're always trying to take all, we're not
- 40:54Speaker 2: just hoarding any profits of ours. We're always putting it
- 40:57Speaker 2: back into building the company, getting the best doctors available and, and,
- 41:01Speaker 2: Trying to put the best products out there.
- 41:03Speaker 1: But you've been able to breathe easier with Donald Trump
- 41:05Speaker 1: in office? Oh, yeah. It's night and day.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Regulations are back, and it allows us to.
- 41:12Speaker 3: Work with a lot less friction.
- 41:14Speaker 1: That's a big deal. So the midterms, of course, are
- 41:17Speaker 1: now just a week away. And I love when RFK Jr.
- 41:21Speaker 1: goes before the Senate, and then he's talking to people
- 41:23Speaker 1: like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, pretending like they have
- 41:26Speaker 1: the people's interests at heart. And then he points out, actually,
- 41:29Speaker 1: you're owned by the pharmaceutical companies. You're taking a ton
- 41:31Speaker 1: of money from big pharma. And as a result, these
- 41:35Speaker 1: Washington legislators, to include Bernie and Elizabeth Warren, are creating
- 41:40Speaker 1: a very corrupt environment in Washington that doesn't actually serve
- 41:43Speaker 1: Americans and their health very well at all. What are
- 41:45Speaker 1: the stakes, you think, for American health in our elections?
- 41:48Speaker 1: Do you think that's measurable?
- 41:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I think there's, right now, it's the difference between
- 41:53Speaker 2: keeping up the momentum of what the Maha movement has created,
- 41:57Speaker 2: or falling back because Congress does, you know, the maha
- 42:01Speaker 2: can be controlled a lot by the executive branch, but
- 42:04Speaker 2: it's Congress that controls whether certain things get funded or
- 42:07Speaker 2: slowed down. And so hopefully it continues with the momentum
- 42:11Speaker 2: of going forward, get Americans healthy again, and don't fall
- 42:14Speaker 2: back to relying on pharmaceutical companies.
- 42:18Speaker 1: Yeah, for years, Washington's been very comfortable with letting food
- 42:21Speaker 1: stamps pay for soda. which is insane. Like what? I
- 42:25Speaker 1: thought food stamps, they call it a supplemental nutrition assistance program.
- 42:31Speaker 1: Where's the nutrition part in having a crony relationship with
- 42:36Speaker 1: the soda companies where they take tax dollars and Americans
- 42:39Speaker 1: don't get healthier from it. I like a soda like
- 42:41Speaker 1: every so often. In fact, I actually don't drink soda
- 42:43Speaker 1: at all. I'm kind of making that up. But I
- 42:45Speaker 1: used to drink it and I liked it. But my
- 42:48Speaker 1: tax dollars shouldn't be paying to put it into people.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Yeah, and there's even healthy sodas out there right now
- 42:54Speaker 2: as an option. There's so many new soda companies that
- 42:57Speaker 2: are just coming up with healthy protein sodas. You don't
- 43:00Speaker 2: have to drink these sugar bombs anymore. The fact that
- 43:02Speaker 2: the taxpayer was shouldering that bill for people was insane.
- 43:08Speaker 1: It's a huge deal. All right, Miles, tell people what
- 43:11Speaker 1: they need to know about what you're up to at
- 43:12Speaker 1: BrickHast Nutrition right now before we say goodbye. I appreciate
- 43:15Speaker 1: you being here with me, brother, and giving.
- 43:17Speaker 5: Us this info.
- 43:17Speaker 1: Oh, thank you.
- 43:18Speaker 2: Thank you so much for having me on.
- 43:19Speaker 1: BrickHouseNutrition.com. Please use the code Vince.
- 43:22Speaker 2: We're always innovating and putting out new clinical studies on
- 43:26Speaker 2: our products and showing that whole food nutrition is a
- 43:29Speaker 2: great way to go rather than sticking with pharmaceuticals.
- 43:32Speaker 1: At least try it. Let your body feel the difference. Yeah,
- 43:36Speaker 1: and your body will feel the difference. Thank you. Miles,
- 43:38Speaker 1: thank you so much. Appreciate you for coming on, man.
- 43:40Speaker 2: Thanks for having me, Vince. I really appreciate it.
- 43:42Speaker 1: My pleasure. We'll see you again soon. There's Miles Grimard.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Great Great man. He's got a great operation, Brickast Nutrition,
- 43:48Speaker 1: and they're wonderful. And also, we've had a great relationship
- 43:52Speaker 1: with them for years. So appreciate him for that reason
- 43:55Speaker 1: and so much more. We've got a lot more to
- 43:58Speaker 1: get to here today. I want to tell you about
- 44:00Speaker 1: non-citizens interfering in our elections. You just heard from Miles
- 44:04Speaker 1: talking about how important it is that we keep this
- 44:05Speaker 1: momentum going. But if it's up to the corrupt left,
- 44:08Speaker 1: they're going to try and rob us of that. And
- 44:10Speaker 1: they might use illegal aliens to do it. Let me
- 44:13Speaker 1: bring you to Washington State now, which is a state
- 44:18Speaker 1: that's run by libs, like the Democrats run Washington State.
- 44:21Speaker 1: They also run, well, they'd run Washington, D.C. until President
- 44:26Speaker 1: Trump grabbed the reins. Here is an update. This comes
- 44:29Speaker 1: to us from Jason Rance. Jason Rance is out there
- 44:32Speaker 1: in Washington, and he's got a piece up today. He says,
- 44:35Speaker 1: Feds catch at least 405 non-citizens... Voting in Washington. Now
- 44:41Speaker 1: pay attention to that phrase, at least. At least 405
- 44:45Speaker 1: non-citizens voted in Washington state. Some have cast ballots several
- 44:51Speaker 1: dozen times. What? Yeah, I know. Well, it's not shocking,
- 44:57Speaker 1: but it is appalling. Here's the U.S. attorney in the
- 45:00Speaker 1: Washington state area describing yesterday the unfortunate and breaking news.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Cut three. Here we go.
- 45:07Speaker 6: Through our investigation... we have confirmed with high confidence that
- 45:11Speaker 6: non-citizens are voting in the state of Washington in federal
- 45:16Speaker 6: and state elections. Thus far, we have identified over 400
- 45:19Speaker 6: non-citizens who have voted in Washington, and many of them
- 45:24Speaker 6: have voted multiple times. That means we have identified over 1,500
- 45:29Speaker 6: ballots illegally cast.
- 45:31Speaker 1: This is not the full number.
- 45:33Speaker 6: Of non-citizens who have been voting in Washington. This is
- 45:37Speaker 6: only the tip of the iceberg With a small sample
- 45:40Speaker 6: that we have collected so far, I'm confident that we
- 45:43Speaker 6: are looking at thousands of non-citizens who have been voting
- 45:47Speaker 6: in Washington. Because of the limitations the state has placed
- 45:51Speaker 6: on our investigation, we have only been able to uncover
- 45:54Speaker 6: a fraction of the total number. Washington has refused to
- 45:58Speaker 6: share the complete list of registered voters with identifying information.
- 46:03Speaker 6: We are having to do this essentially one person at
- 46:05Speaker 6: a time.
- 46:09Speaker 1: Hundreds of non-citizens caught voting in the state of Washington.
- 46:13Speaker 1: That group alone has cast thousands of illegal ballots and
- 46:18Speaker 1: they have barely begun scratching the surface on the number
- 46:21Speaker 1: of non-citizens who are interfering in American elections. You know
- 46:25Speaker 1: what this means? That thing that never happens, it just
- 46:29Speaker 1: happened again. That thing that never happens, it just happened again.
- 46:33Speaker 4: That thing that never happens, it just happened again.
- 46:36Speaker 1: That thing that never happens, it just happened again.
- 46:39Speaker 5: That thing that never happens, it just happened again.
- 46:44Speaker 1: That thing that never happens, it just happens.
- 46:51Speaker 5: That thing that never happens, it just happened again.
- 46:55Speaker 1: Yeah. That thing that never happens, it just happened again.
- 46:58Speaker 4: That thing that never.
- 46:59Speaker 2: Happens, it just happened again.
- 47:01Speaker 1: That thing that never happens, it.
- 47:02Speaker 5: Just happened again.
- 47:03Speaker 1: Yeah. That thing that never happens, it just happened again.
- 47:06Speaker 1: That thing that never happens, it just happened again.
- 47:08Speaker 4: You can clap along.
- 47:09Speaker 1: That thing that never happens, it just happened again.
- 47:14Speaker 5: One more.
- 47:15Speaker 1: That thing that never happens, it just happened again. Yeah. Yeah,
- 47:22Speaker 1: it just keeps on happening. Sorry, I had to go
- 47:25Speaker 1: the distance on that song. It just keeps freaking happening
- 47:30Speaker 1: over and over and over. It's like, well, here's another
- 47:32Speaker 1: state where hundreds of non-citizens are documented as interfering in
- 47:37Speaker 1: our elections. They've cast thousands upon thousands of votes. I
- 47:40Speaker 1: didn't know they just sent me a ballot. That, by
- 47:42Speaker 1: the way, that is the claim that's being made. I
- 47:46Speaker 1: just received a ballot, so I thought I could vote. No, no.
- 47:51Speaker 1: You're breaking the law. And so we got another U.S.
- 47:54Speaker 1: attorney in another Democrat-run state revealing yet again that non-citizens
- 47:58Speaker 1: are voting at scale. Meanwhile, Leslie Stahl is too stupid
- 48:01Speaker 1: to understand that this is a massive problem. The media
- 48:04Speaker 1: is going out of its way to tell you over
- 48:06Speaker 1: and over that it's not happening at any measurable level.
- 48:08Speaker 1: It couldn't actually impact an election. Are you serious? 405
- 48:11Speaker 1: non-citizens casting thousands of ballots over the course of these years?
- 48:15Speaker 1: That doesn't impact any elections?
- 48:16Speaker 7: Bull.
- 48:18Speaker 1: Utter bull. And that's just the ones we know. The U.S.
- 48:22Speaker 1: Attorney's Office there in Washington is saying there are thousands
- 48:24Speaker 1: upon thousands upon thousands of people who are doing this.
- 48:27Speaker 1: We know it, and we're just trying to get this
- 48:29Speaker 1: information from the state of Washington, and they refuse to
- 48:31Speaker 1: give it to us. Why do they refuse? Because it's
- 48:34Speaker 1: a cover-up. It's a cover-up. They're trying to prevent you
- 48:37Speaker 1: from getting this information. They don't want you to know
- 48:42Speaker 1: the scale of the fraud. It's amazing. God bless President
- 48:48Speaker 1: Trump for staying on this issue for years. The media
- 48:51Speaker 1: tried to get him off of it. Stop talking about it.
- 48:54Speaker 1: No evidence. No evidence. They'll say stuff like his false
- 49:00Speaker 1: claims about voter fraud. They'll just assert it outright. They
- 49:03Speaker 1: won't qualify it.
- 49:03Speaker 5: Nothing.
- 49:05Speaker 1: And I'm like, wait a second. Mikey Sherrill revealed it
- 49:07Speaker 1: in New Jersey. She had hundreds of non-citizens on the
- 49:11Speaker 1: voting rolls. Actually, excuse me, thousands. Thousands of non-citizens on
- 49:16Speaker 1: the voting rolls that she revealed. That was a Democrat
- 49:18Speaker 1: governor revealed that. What isn't she telling us? She said
- 49:23Speaker 1: among those thousands, hundreds of them had cast ballots, hundreds.
- 49:28Speaker 1: Over the course of several elections, no doubt thousands of
- 49:30Speaker 1: ballots being submitted. Same as in Washington. What aren't they
- 49:35Speaker 1: telling us? How big is the problem? In California, 20,000.
- 49:39Speaker 1: They're battling right now in court in order to protect 20,000
- 49:43Speaker 1: non-citizens who are on the voting rolls in the state.
- 49:47Speaker 1: The Trump administration says with a high degree of confidence
- 49:49Speaker 1: that these people are not citizens of the United States
- 49:51Speaker 1: of America. They're on our ballot. They're on our voting rolls.
- 49:55Speaker 1: They're on our voting rolls. This is a late, okay, hello,
- 49:57Speaker 1: we got a week. One more, here we go. We
- 50:01Speaker 1: got another, actually one more, one more, here we go.
- 50:03Speaker 1: We got a week. The Save America Act is on
- 50:06Speaker 1: the line. You want the Save America Act? Get the
- 50:09Speaker 1: Senate to have sensible people inside of its body. You
- 50:14Speaker 1: can do that this week in this election season. Everything's
- 50:20Speaker 1: on the line.
- 50:22Speaker 7: Everything.
- 50:22Speaker 1: I feel like I'm like really getting animated today. I'm
- 50:24Speaker 1: just telling you, baby, we got a week to go.
- 50:27Speaker 1: Make it a big victory. And again, I'm I know
- 50:32Speaker 1: I'm preaching in a way to the choir because this
- 50:33Speaker 1: audience is locked in. I've got everybody already voted early.
- 50:36Speaker 1: I know you're locked in. But now we take it
- 50:38Speaker 1: to the next level. Now we bug every single person
- 50:40Speaker 1: we know, anybody with two brain cells to rub together
- 50:42Speaker 1: who knows that they need to make a better country
- 50:45Speaker 1: for their family and for their friends and for everybody
- 50:48Speaker 1: around them, their community. Got to get out and vote.
- 50:51Speaker 1: You got to vote. Get these Republicans in. His Grace
- 50:56Speaker 1: 67 says it right. One ballot can decide an election.
- 50:59Speaker 1: One ballot. And so that lesson from his grace is
- 51:02Speaker 1: right in this sense, in two ways. One, the impact
- 51:06Speaker 1: it has when illegal aliens interfere, when non-citizens interfere in
- 51:10Speaker 1: our elections, that can tilt an election away from the
- 51:12Speaker 1: will of the American people. And two, one ballot can
- 51:17Speaker 1: win an election, yeah, from an American citizen who loves
- 51:22Speaker 1: their country, who shows up and casts a ballot, maybe
- 51:25Speaker 1: was thinking about not doing it, now's your chance. that
- 51:28Speaker 1: one ballot could decide the election. There's plenty of elections
- 51:30Speaker 1: in our country, by the way, that have been decided
- 51:32Speaker 1: by one or just a couple of ballots. There have
- 51:35Speaker 1: been dead heat. There have been elections that have, in
- 51:38Speaker 1: Virginia a couple of years ago, the control of the
- 51:40Speaker 1: state legislature was decided by coin toss because the votes
- 51:44Speaker 1: were perfectly even in the Commonwealth of Virginia. One vote,
- 51:51Speaker 1: one non-citizen, one American citizen, whoever puts that ballot in,
- 51:55Speaker 1: if that ballot's accepted, under corrupt circumstances or not, you
- 51:59Speaker 1: see what happens. It affects the future of our country.
- 52:04Speaker 1: Make it too big to rig. That's the message. That's
- 52:08Speaker 1: the message. Now, the President wants your assistance in this,
- 52:12Speaker 1: in tracking down voter fraud. We've got the President of
- 52:16Speaker 1: the United States has offered a reward for anybody who
- 52:21Speaker 1: finds prosecutable voter fraud in the United States. Here is
- 52:26Speaker 1: his statement. He just posted this to Truth Social last night,
- 52:29Speaker 1: yesterday afternoon. Anybody reporting voter fraud from the past elections
- 52:35Speaker 1: or the upcoming 2026 midterm election will be paid $ 1 million.
- 52:43Speaker 1: Let's do $ 1 million upon the arrest and conviction of
- 52:50Speaker 1: those that created the fraud. Thank you for your attention
- 52:54Speaker 1: to this matter President Donald J. Trump. So if you
- 52:59Speaker 1: bring actionable voter fraud to the president of the United States,
- 53:03Speaker 1: if you report actionable voter fraud to the government and
- 53:08Speaker 1: they can prosecute and convict the people who are behind it,
- 53:13Speaker 1: you can win $ 1 million. $ 1 million, not a small
- 53:19Speaker 1: amount of money. That's a massive amount of money. The
- 53:23Speaker 1: game is on, baby. Hunt down the fraudsters. Share it.
- 53:27Speaker 1: The president says a million dollars is on the line.
- 53:29Speaker 1: That's fantastic news. I love that. I love that. Have
- 53:34Speaker 1: you noticed all the reward programs he's been creating lately
- 53:36Speaker 1: to get rid of fraud? A million dollar prize to
- 53:38Speaker 1: catch the fraudsters in the country. And also, you know,
- 53:42Speaker 1: finders fees for anybody who reports the theft of taxpayer dollars. J.D.
- 53:47Speaker 1: Vance and Company just announced that. this past week. What
- 53:50Speaker 1: a brilliant idea. I absolutely love that. I love that.
- 53:55Speaker 1: So we've got, the president's got a good team around him.
- 53:57Speaker 1: That's a really good operation they've got going on. Also,
- 54:00Speaker 1: you know who I like in the administration? Treasury Secretary
- 54:03Speaker 1: Scott Besson is a hoot. That guy is super funny. Yesterday,
- 54:07Speaker 1: he was reacting to Barack Hussein Obama's like stupid joke
- 54:12Speaker 1: from over the weekend when he was, Barack was campaigning
- 54:15Speaker 1: with Abdul in Michigan this weekend. And Barack made some
- 54:19Speaker 1: crack that President Trump is turning the White House into
- 54:24Speaker 1: something like Saddam Hussein decorated like a cheesecake factory. It
- 54:29Speaker 1: was Obama. And the crowd gave him a pity laugh,
- 54:34Speaker 1: a courtesy laugh. They tried to pretend like it was
- 54:37Speaker 1: a really funny joke to make him feel better about it.
- 54:39Speaker 1: It wasn't very good. It also demonstrated to me that
- 54:41Speaker 1: the guy's completely freaking out of touch. Has he ever
- 54:43Speaker 1: been to a cheesecake factory? I don't think so. I
- 54:46Speaker 1: don't think Obama's ever been to a cheesecake factory. But
- 54:49Speaker 1: Scott Besson, who actually is richer than Obama, apparently he
- 54:53Speaker 1: does go to Cheesecake Factory. And it makes a lot
- 54:55Speaker 1: of sense, actually, because I checked this yesterday. The Cheesecake
- 54:59Speaker 1: Factory is right across the street from the Treasury Department.
- 55:01Speaker 1: I guess I had realized it, but I'd walked past
- 55:04Speaker 1: it so many times I just didn't put two and
- 55:06Speaker 1: two together. Scott Besson has. Scott Besson goes there. Scott
- 55:09Speaker 1: Besson goes to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch. It's right
- 55:12Speaker 1: next to his office. So why not? It's a good option.
- 55:14Speaker 1: So he goes to the Cheesecake Factory. And yesterday, I
- 55:18Speaker 1: guess somebody alerted the media that Scott Bassett was there.
- 55:21Speaker 1: They were waiting for him as he left. And candidly,
- 55:25Speaker 1: I have order envy when I heard what he ordered
- 55:27Speaker 1: for lunch. Listen to Scott Bassett tell you about his
- 55:30Speaker 1: lunch order and then dunking on Barack Hussein Obama. Cut
- 55:32Speaker 1: for it. Hi, Mr.
- 55:34Speaker 5: Secretary.
- 55:35Speaker 8: It's an interesting lunch choice today.
- 55:36Speaker 1: What did you order for the Cheesecake Factory? Oh, I
- 55:39Speaker 1: have what I always have, the cheesecakes. French dip cheeseburger.
- 55:43Speaker 2: Excellent.
- 55:43Speaker 8: And so, recent news, we've got former President Obama comparing
- 55:47Speaker 8: White House decorations or construction to the Cheesecake Factory, saying
- 55:51Speaker 8: it looks like Saddam Hussein opened the Cheesecake Factory.
- 55:54Speaker 4: Any reaction to that?
- 55:54Speaker 1: Well, two things. This is the man who built the museum.
- 55:58Speaker 1: It looks like Darth Vader's tomb. And I would just
- 56:02Speaker 1: tell the, I eat a great meal, always have a
- 56:05Speaker 1: great meal, and I would tell the Martha's Vineyard set
- 56:09Speaker 1: to give it a try. Okay.
- 56:11Speaker 8: And what are your thoughts on the midterms thus far
- 56:13Speaker 8: and how Republicans are faring?
- 56:16Speaker 6: I've been out on the campaign trail with the president,
- 56:19Speaker 6: and there's great enthusiasm.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Excellent.
- 56:21Speaker 2: Thank you so much.
- 56:22Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 56:22Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 56:24Speaker 1: Okay. The French dip cheeseburger? Let me start there before
- 56:29Speaker 1: I get to him dunking on Obama. That sounds like
- 56:32Speaker 1: a phenomenal sandwich. Listen to this. Wait, I just looked
- 56:35Speaker 1: it up. The French dip cheeseburger at the Cheesecake Factory.
- 56:39Speaker 1: It's a charbroiled cheeseburger served on a toasted brioche roll,
- 56:42Speaker 1: topped with grilled onions and sriracha mayo, and served with
- 56:45Speaker 1: a side of au jus for dipping. Au jus, beef broth.
- 56:50Speaker 5: What?
- 56:53Speaker 1: That sounds incredible. Dude, I do have order envy. What
- 56:55Speaker 1: an amazing order. I've got to try that, whether it's
- 56:58Speaker 1: at the Cheesecake Factory or trying to figure out a
- 57:00Speaker 1: way to make it at home or something. Just make
- 57:01Speaker 1: a cheeseburger and then dip it in beef broth. That
- 57:05Speaker 1: is it. What a move. That's an incredible move. I
- 57:08Speaker 1: didn't know they had it either. You know, you think
- 57:10Speaker 1: cheesecake factory, you think cheesecake, but you're like, dude, they're
- 57:13Speaker 1: crushing it on the burger option. That's an amazing.
- 57:17Speaker 5: I did.
- 57:17Speaker 1: You know what though? You know, sometimes I see the
- 57:19Speaker 1: French dip sandwich on a menu and then I'm like,
- 57:21Speaker 1: I got to get the French dip. That sounds incredible.
- 57:23Speaker 1: I'm going to get the French dip. But if I'm
- 57:25Speaker 1: between the burger and the French dip, then I find
- 57:27Speaker 1: out they've got an order on the, like they actually
- 57:29Speaker 1: have a menu item. That's both of them. Of course
- 57:31Speaker 1: I'm going for both of them at once. Are you serious? Wow.
- 57:35Speaker 1: What an order.
- 57:35Speaker 5: All right.
- 57:35Speaker 1: So Scott Besson knows what he's doing. He does know
- 57:38Speaker 1: what he's doing. And I wouldn't even be ashamed if
- 57:40Speaker 1: I was at that table and he ordered that. I'd
- 57:42Speaker 1: be like, all right, I'll have what he's having. He
- 57:44Speaker 1: nailed that. That was a great order. So there's that.
- 57:48Speaker 1: And then he's like, he's pointing out like Obama's full
- 57:50Speaker 1: of crap. This idea that he can give anybody design
- 57:53Speaker 1: tips when he built the Fortress of Doom in the
- 57:56Speaker 1: middle of Chicago. It's like, come on, please. That disgusting building.
- 58:01Speaker 1: that sucks the soul out of you as you drive
- 58:04Speaker 1: past it. You don't even have to step foot in it.
- 58:05Speaker 1: You look at it. I see it from afar. I
- 58:07Speaker 1: see it on the internet. I look at this thing
- 58:09Speaker 1: and I get sad. I'm depressed by staring at this thing. Yeah, Obama,
- 58:13Speaker 1: the destroyer, giving everybody else design tips on how to
- 58:16Speaker 1: improve the quality of the White House. How about you
- 58:18Speaker 1: shut the hell up? And stuff your face with a
- 58:22Speaker 1: French dip cheeseburger. Actually go to Cheesecake Factory. It might
- 58:26Speaker 1: be good. That's pretty funny. Sharon in Florida asks, who
- 58:29Speaker 1: wants to be a millionaire?
- 58:31Speaker 7: Yeah, baby.
- 58:32Speaker 1: You can do it. You track down some fraud, you
- 58:35Speaker 1: too can be a millionaire. You too can be a millionaire.
- 58:38Speaker 1: And then you can have all the French dip cheeseburgers
- 58:39Speaker 1: you want. Thank you, Sharon. Thank you to everybody for
