- 0:00Hello, everyone, and thank you for joining me today, and welcome to the Haunted
- 0:05and Waiting Podcast and my premiere show on the fitting day of October 31st, Halloween.
- 0:13My name is Anne Lund, and while I'm your typical person with a day job,
- 0:18hobbies, and a love for storytelling, and more importantly, ghost stories,
- 0:22I'd like to share my experiences with you.
- 0:26But before I get started, I want to thank the Eye Opener Society for allowing
- 0:30me to share what I have on this venue.
- 0:33I've been lucky to have spoken on their podcast before, but this is my first
- 0:38time presenting on my own.
- 0:39So bear with me, as I'm not as savvy as Gary and Hannah are.
- 0:45But back to me. Quick introduction. I write a blog called hauntedandwaiting.blog,
- 0:52am currently writing a book.
- 0:55Which hopefully will be published next year. And you can also find me on my
- 1:00small Facebook group, also called Haunted and Weeding.

- 1:08and share your own story.
- 1:09But remember, it is a bully-free zone. And although I'm a very kind and understanding
- 1:15person, bullying will not be tolerated.
- 1:18So if your intent is to come and make fun of our guests, please don't come. and peace to you.
- 1:25Find someplace else to go. But if you are a believer or curious, please join us.
- 1:31I would love to have you and have you meet our group.
- 1:36You can share your own stories, share pictures, share videos,
- 1:40audio, whatever you like, as long as it pertains to the paranormal,
- 1:44more specifically ghosts, I'd love to hear it.
- 1:48So let's begin. But where to begin?
- 1:51Well, Well, there's one thing I've been grappling with for some time right now.
- 1:56You see, I don't believe in the idea of psychic abilities in the traditional sense.
- 2:03Although I do think there are some people that are a little more intuitive than others,
- 2:09I do believe that everybody has a sensitivity to things beyond our everyday perception. So...
- 2:20In terms of what you can perceive by sight, by hearing, by smelling,
- 2:27by tasting, by touch, there is more than what you're perceiving in the everyday.
- 2:35The problem is some people suppress that extra sensitivity that they have.
- 2:43And that happens because of a social filter that has been placed upon us as we grow up.
- 2:50We're taught to ignore those things and dismiss them for anything that cannot
- 2:57be logically explained through scientific means or measured through scientific
- 3:02means basically means it doesn't exist.
- 3:06Well, I think that's silly because if you think about generations past,
- 3:12there were things we didn't understand.
- 3:14And at that time you know they
- 3:17would say it was paranormal but we know
- 3:20now that seasons happen because they happen even though they couldn't explain
- 3:24it at the time so let me go on if you've listened to the haunted and waiting
- 3:30episode on the eye opener society you might have learned about the house that
- 3:34i grew up in new york city and the hauntings that i had to endure as a child in that house.
- 3:41Gary from the EyeOpener Society can attune to the fact that he experienced some
- 3:47of the things that happened there as well.
- 3:49But as a quick recap, I was about nine years old when I experienced my first haunting.
- 3:55And it was a summer night and I was sleeping and it was about three o'clock,
- 4:02wink, wink, three o'clock when I woke up.
- 4:06Nothing woke me up. So it wasn't, I heard a noise outside, a car horn.
- 4:11It wasn't anything that rattled me out of my sleep. I just found myself waking up.
- 4:17And for those of you that are into the paranormal, you might know that at three
- 4:23o'clock, your REM state of sleep is at its highest.
- 4:28And so that's when all the social filters are thrown out of your mind and your
- 4:32subconscious is working at its fullest.
- 4:34And it is at that time that you are in tuned to extra senses.
- 4:41And I think that's why people wake up at three in the morning.
- 4:45I think that they're realizing that there are things around them, spirits or whatever.
- 4:50They're always there. But during that REM sleep, I think you're heightened.
- 4:56Your awareness is heightened.
- 4:57And I think that's what happened to me that night.
- 5:00And I got up out of bed. I figured I'm up. Let me use the bathroom.
- 5:06So the way my house was situated, there was a hallway to get to the bathroom
- 5:10from my room. My room was in the corner of the house by itself.
- 5:13Go down the hallway into the bathroom.
- 5:16And I got this sense to go peek into the next room, which was at the time a
- 5:23living room, which is now a dining room, and just go in there.
- 5:27I can't explain what told me to go in there.
- 5:30It's not like I heard anything. It was just, I sensed to go take a peek.
- 5:36So I went in, peeked around the corner and lo and behold, there was a man standing there.
- 5:44Maybe in his 40s. He was an older gentleman. And he was there.
- 5:50He was three-dimensional. It was as if he walked off the street,
- 5:54came into my house, and decided to just stand in the corner of the living room,
- 5:59which made no sense whatsoever.
- 6:02And I knew that at that time.
- 6:05He was, like I said, three-dimensional. He was not see-through. He wasn't a shadow.
- 6:11He wasn't floating off the ground. He wasn't missing half of his body.
- 6:16He wasn't disheveled, blood on his face or anything like that. He seemed clean cut.
- 6:22He wasn't shrouded in a mist. He was just a guy standing there.
- 6:27And what struck me as odd at that time was he didn't look like he was from the
- 6:3380s, which is when this happened.
- 6:35He was from a different time, it seemed, from his clothing. thing.
- 6:40He wasn't wearing jeans and sneakers is what most people wore at that time, gentlemen.
- 6:46He had brown pants. They looked like they might've been work pants.
- 6:50He had boots, which were odd because they were knee high.
- 6:56So I remember that. That stood out to me.
- 7:00He had like, I guess, a regular white shirt. I don't really recall the details,
- 7:04but I do I do remember his face, I can see it right now, and his hair was not
- 7:08the typical hairstyle that you would see at the time.
- 7:13It wasn't like a mullet or anything like that. He didn't have feathered hair. It was just different.
- 7:20And the freaky part besides that
- 7:24he just didn't look like he was an Indies person was he was staring at me.
- 7:28He acknowledged me. He saw me and I saw him and the look on his face was shock.
- 7:36His face mirrored what I felt.
- 7:40And I was frozen, which seemed like a minute, but it was probably only 15 seconds,
- 7:46if even that, because at that point, I had a decision to make.
- 7:51I could have either screamed, and you have to understand my mother,
- 7:55that would have, my mother would have, no, I would have been punished for that.
- 8:01I could have run to her bedroom, which would have meant I would have had to
- 8:05cross the room, cross him.
- 8:07That was even a more distasteful situation because had I done that,
- 8:13maybe he'd come after me and then maybe gotten to my mother's,
- 8:17she would have punished me for sure if I had woken her up out of sleep, for sure.
- 8:23It was terrifying to her at that time.
- 8:25Or I could have run back to my room, closed the door and just waited for him to leave.
- 8:32And so that's what I chose to do. I went back to my room, shut the door.
- 8:36I had a lock at the time and locked it. And I just went to my bedroom and just went there.
- 8:42I don't remember if I stayed up.
- 8:45I don't remember. I do remember I fell asleep at some point.
- 8:49And in the morning I woke up and first thing I did was walk out of my room.
- 8:55And obviously the guy was gone and my mom was in the kitchen and I asked her
- 9:01like, was there a guy here last night?
- 9:03Of which she became furious and I did get punished. I knew that was going to happen.
- 9:08So I didn't say anything.
- 9:11Later that day, I spoke to my sibling about it and that sibling's reaction action
- 9:19was to laugh at me and poke fun at me and say I made it up.
- 9:24And to this day, if it ever comes up, I get ridiculed about it.
- 9:29Now, the funny thing about this situation is the people living in my house,
- 9:34as well as the friends that came in and out of my house, I had a lot of friends
- 9:38at the time, this was New York City.
- 9:40So if you lived in the city, there were always neighborhood kids.
- 9:44We were lucky that way. So easy 20, 30 kids in my house, you know, throughout the year.
- 9:51And I would say it was a 50-50 split.
- 9:54With the family, half of us had experiences. This was the first one,
- 9:59but then there were more afterwards.
- 10:01And half of us did not.
- 10:04And with the friends, it was the same thing. Half of us had experiences and
- 10:09were terrified of my house.
- 10:10Gary of Eye Opener Society was one of them that I would say was scared of my house.
- 10:16And then there were others that did not.
- 10:19So why this or half of us psychic and half of us not? I don't think so.
- 10:24I think the other half did have experiences, but they shut them out.
- 10:29They tried to explain them in some way.
- 10:33But that's kind of what happened and where it brings me on more with this podcast.
- 10:39Here's the worst part about having an experience like this or being in tuned
- 10:44to experiences like this.
- 10:46It's not the experience. The experience is one thing. It happens and then it's over.
- 10:52The worst part about it is the not being able to tell people about it.
- 11:00That's the worst part. See, because there's two types of individuals when it
- 11:05comes to the paranormal, and that's anything, UFOs, ghosts, anything really.
- 11:11There are people that believe, and then there are non-believers.
- 11:16But what I could say when it comes to ghosts in particular, even non-believers
- 11:22when it comes to ghosts have had an experience.
- 11:27And that's what annoys me about the non-believers when it comes to ghosts.
- 11:33And I don't know if that's true with UFOs or other cryptids or things like that. I think...
- 11:43They'll say, you know, I've never seen one or they've never seen a UFO.
- 11:47But I think when it comes to ghosts, I think everybody's had an experience.
- 11:51And I really do. And these non-believers have.
- 11:55And oftentimes with these people, they'll say, this was the experience I had.
- 12:01And then it's as if ghosts don't exist. But yet this one time when they had
- 12:06the experience with it, it did.
- 12:08And that's, I think, what annoys me with the non-believers.
- 12:14So it's like a topic of taboo they'll tell you the story but then they won't go on,
- 12:18the conversation more to hear your side or your
- 12:21stories because see it happened to them but
- 12:25you know it didn't happen to you or you're making it up and that's my experience
- 12:28I've had with non-believers I don't know if your experience has been the same
- 12:31and it frustrates me so over the years I learned to keep a lot of these situations
- 12:37to myself and I too shrugged many of them off as having some sort of logical explanation,
- 12:43but honestly, many just did not.
- 12:46And with that, I decided to jot down anything odd that happened throughout the
- 12:53days or weeks so that I wasn't allowing the social filter that others had imposed on me to take over.
- 13:01Because you see, young children, they don't have the filter,
- 13:05and yet they have a lot of these experiences.
- 13:08And ghosts exist in every culture, every religion throughout the centuries.
- 13:16So there must be something there.
- 13:20So I began to, like I said, jot these things down in a notebook,
- 13:24no matter how small it was.
- 13:26I found a penny on the floor. After mopping the floor, jot it down in the notebook.
- 13:30Hear a noise, jot it down in the notebook.
- 13:33And when I started doing that, memories began flooding in of things that had happened in the past.
- 13:40And I'd say, oh, geez, I totally forgot about that. And I'd start jotting that down.
- 13:47And I would say in about a year's time, this marble notebook was filled with experiences.
- 13:53And I would bet if you did that, you would have the same experiences as well.
- 14:00You would notice that it's very common and not as as uncommon as you think it would be.
- 14:06And I think your sense of awareness would become heightened as mine has over the years.
- 14:14So let me go on with two stories besides the one that happened to me as a child.
- 14:22Two stories that happened to me afterwards. They are related and yet they are
- 14:27not related at the same time.
- 14:28Neither of have anything to do with my haunting growing up.
- 14:34In my New York City house. Okay, that was something separate.
- 14:37And if you want to read that, you can go to my blog and under the tab that says
- 14:43My Bronx Haunting in the web page,
- 14:48that is hauntedandwaiting.blog, you can read about my house.
- 14:52But these two stories have nothing to do with that.
- 14:56The first one happened about a month ago, and it was really odd.
- 15:01Something I probably, again would burst aside and never thought about,
- 15:04but because now I refuse to do that, I've decided to tell that story.
- 15:09I had been hiking with my friend, and I'm going to preface this by saying she is a non-believer.
- 15:15So I don't have these conversations with her, but I will say she has had experience.
- 15:21Wink, wink. For another podcast, probably.
- 15:25But I had been hiking with her and I am an avid hiker. It's one of my hobbies.
- 15:30I go into the woods and I love the woods. I love the forest. I love nature.
- 15:35And I've been hiking for decades. And over the years, I have learned to really
- 15:44pay attention to my surroundings, specifically because sometimes I hike by myself.
- 15:51And you have to do that when you hike by yourself. You're in the middle of the woods.
- 15:55There's nobody around sometimes you could be walking
- 15:58for miles and not come across another person and
- 16:02so if something were to happen because you weren't paying attention you are
- 16:06in deep trouble so i've learned to focus all my senses smell obviously sight
- 16:14my sense of hearing for For things like snakes, ticks,
- 16:20deer, coyote, bears,
- 16:24wolves when I'm out west, bobcats when I'm out west.
- 16:28If you don't pay attention, even the smallest thing like a twig,
- 16:32you can find yourself coming across trouble.
- 16:35So my sense of awareness when I'm in the woods is heightened.
- 16:40And I think if I were to give a scientific explanation as to why I feel the
- 16:45woods are the most haunted places, for me, it's because my senses of awareness
- 16:50are super focused when I'm there.
- 16:54And I'm telling you, the woods are haunted. I am telling you.
- 16:58So this particular day, I'd hiked with my friend, again, a non-believer.
- 17:02We had finished our hike, which was about five miles. Nothing special about
- 17:06the day. It was a beautiful day.
- 17:09When we got to the parking lot, she...
- 17:12Was fumbling with her stuff. So she was collapsing her poles.
- 17:16She might've been taking off. She had a habit of taking off her boots and putting
- 17:19on more comfortable running shoes.
- 17:22She was maybe rummaging in her... I don't remember what she was doing,
- 17:26but she was doing something.
- 17:28She might've been on her phone. I don't remember, but she was busy doing her thing.
- 17:32I had gone to the edge of the parking lot because the way this parking lot was
- 17:37situated was it overlooked a lake and the lake had a path going around it.
- 17:44And the path around it was an open path and there were no trees.
- 17:48It was grassed. It was mowed. So it was an open area around,
- 17:54I would say maybe a three mile perimeter.
- 17:57And it was very common to see people walking around this path or jogging or whatever.
- 18:02It was a beautiful day and I was looking at the water and there were ducks in
- 18:06the water. I think there might have been a swan.
- 18:08I was just, the sun was glimmering off.
- 18:11It was silvery on top of the water. It was just a beautiful day. I was taking it all in.
- 18:16When I saw this woman jogging, classic jogger.
- 18:21She was tall, good looking, thin, blonde hair, ponytail, and a baseball cap.
- 18:27And behind her off lead was this stunning German shepherd. And it was running after her.
- 18:33And I was just watching them. I thought, wow, they're really beautiful. It's beautiful.
- 18:37To see them together, like together as one unit.
- 18:42Like I said, the dog was off lead and following, its tongue was dangling out. It was happy.
- 18:47She stopped because she was coming near the parking lot area and she stopped
- 18:53and she bent over like she was stretching her back.
- 18:56Her hands were on her knees. She looked like she was catching her breath.
- 18:59And the dog stopped with her,
- 19:02And it was like running circles around her, you know, and she was like paying it no mind.
- 19:06And, you know, I was watching and I was in awe because this dog was really beautiful. Big dog.
- 19:13And then at some point they came out of view because like I said,
- 19:18the way the parking lot was situated, it was higher than the lake.
- 19:23So the closer you got to the parking lot before you were in the parking lot,
- 19:26there was like a blind spot.
- 19:27So she came out of view as she was in that blind spot. but then she
- 19:31came up to the parking lot and she passed me
- 19:34and as happens if you hike and
- 19:37you know when you go out there common courtesy is you acknowledge each other
- 19:39maybe a nod of the head sometimes there's small talk nice day that sort of thing
- 19:44and that's what happened that day with her and I while I was waiting for my
- 19:46friend we exchanged some small talk probably about the weather I don't remember
- 19:51but the one thing that I do remember was I said to her you have a beautiful dog.
- 19:57And all of a sudden, the expression on her face changed.
- 20:02I can't explain it. She just kind of went white and she said, what dog?
- 20:08And I was still in the conversation. I went, your German shepherd,
- 20:11the one that was following you. I saw her running after you.
- 20:15And then I looked and there was no German shepherd.
- 20:19I walked over to the edge of the parking lot and I looked down at the path,
- 20:24thinking maybe the dog was on its way up or in the blind spot,
- 20:28but I didn't see the dog. And...
- 20:32Path was clear and there was grass and the dog wasn't in the grass.
- 20:36There were no woods around the path.
- 20:38So the dog would either have had to jump in the water or be on the path,
- 20:41which I would be able to see. And there was no dog. It was like, it just vanished.
- 20:46And she looked at me and she said, I had a German shepherd, but that was years ago.
- 20:52Did you see us running at another time? time. She said something to the effect
- 20:58of, had I seen them before?
- 21:01That's when I realized, oh crap, I'm not going to go there with this woman.
- 21:06I'm not going to go there.
- 21:08And at that point, I looked over and there was a guy walking his dog.
- 21:13It was not a German Shepherd. It was a big white dog. It was on lead.
- 21:17And I was like, great, this is my out. So I turned to the woman to change the
- 21:21subject and said, oh, oh no, forget it. It's that dog.
- 21:25She's walking with that guy. I thought that dog was with you.
- 21:28And she just stared at me because you could see the gig was up. She was freaked out.
- 21:35I was freaked out, but I wasn't going to say to her, oh, I saw your dead dog.
- 21:40I was just not going to go there. I left it at that.
- 21:43And I just was like, well, have a great day. And I just went and refused to
- 21:49turn around and look at her.
- 21:50I don't know what she did. She must've gone back to her car.
- 21:52I was like, not going to engage with her anymore.
- 21:55It never ends up well with a situation like that. So I just let it go.
- 22:00Got in the car with my friend. My friend noticed on my face that something wasn't
- 22:03right, that I was upset, thinking about something else, but I wasn't going to share with her.
- 22:08And this is the part that really annoys me and why I started that Facebook group.
- 22:12So I got in the car with her. I didn't tell her anything. And we were driving.
- 22:18The drive home was about 30, 40 minutes and just quiet. And we were listening to the radio, whatever.
- 22:25And it was then that I remembered story number two. And this is something story
- 22:31I'm going to tell you today.
- 22:33This was a story of something I had forgotten that had happened decades earlier when I was in college.
- 22:40I had forgotten about it again. And it was that journal that I decided to keep,
- 22:44where when I was writing one day, I remembered this story that had been tucked
- 22:48away in my subconscious and it came out and I jotted it down.
- 22:52Had I not had that notebook, I would have forgotten about this story too.
- 22:55But I relate this story to the other story. Again, this dog story and the story
- 23:01I'm going to start telling you now are not related, but they are in one way and you'll see.
- 23:07So let me take you back when I was in college decades ago.
- 23:13At the time, I was working at a public garden in New York City.
- 23:18The public garden's ground were free, so you could come into the gardens and
- 23:23walk the gardens without paying anything.
- 23:27I, on the other hand, was always positioned at a smaller garden within the garden that had a fee.
- 23:34So although you could walk the gardens for free, if you wanted to go to my garden,
- 23:38where I was, it wasn't my garden, but where I was placed, you had to pay a fee.
- 23:42I think it was like a dollar to see this smaller garden, which was beautiful, by the way.
- 23:47Now, a lot of locals would come in because, again, it was free.
- 23:52And the way this garden was situated was, it was between neighborhoods.
- 23:56So if you wanted to walk to the next neighborhood, let's say to go shopping,
- 24:00rather than walk a busy street sidewalk, you could cut through the gardens.
- 24:05And rather than go through buildings and whatever, sidewalks and Johnny pumps,
- 24:11you could go through the gardens and walk through beautiful manicured lawns
- 24:17and beautiful pine trees and flowers and what have you.
- 24:20So a lot of the locals did this and so there were a lot of familiar faces in
- 24:26the garden that i would see a lot of there were people that i would see all
- 24:29the time and of those people there was this older couple adorable older couple
- 24:34they were european they did not speak a word of english,
- 24:38i want to say they were in their 70s or 80s um the gentleman um would wear like a black black pantsuit.
- 24:47He always had black shoes and white socks. I don't know why that stands out to me, but he did.
- 24:52The old woman was always with him. They were always arm in arm.
- 24:57He had a cane, but she would hold onto his arm, I guess, to help her walk.
- 25:01They were cuter as can be.
- 25:03She always wore a dress and she had her head in a handkerchief tied in a bow.
- 25:10Very cute. and she often had a little shopping bag and you could see she had groceries in there.
- 25:17So I think what they used to do was they would walk through the gardens,
- 25:20do their shopping and then walk back to get to their house.
- 25:26They did not speak a word of English, but every now and then when it was a beautiful
- 25:30day and they would pass the gardens where I work, where there was a fee,
- 25:36they would enter, they wouldn't make eye contact.
- 25:40And I think they were trying to get into the garden for free.
- 25:43And they figured if they didn't look at me, I would let them go.
- 25:46And that's exactly what I would do. I would just let them go in.
- 25:49I wouldn't charge them. They were old.
- 25:52I was like, the gardens doesn't need their $2. And I would just kind of turn
- 25:55a blind eye and let them go. They never looked at me.
- 25:58Never. They just kind of would walk in, do their little rounds in the garden,
- 26:02then they'd walk out. They were just the cutest couple. So.
- 26:06And like I said, I saw them, I think, literally every day I was there.
- 26:10So then I was there one day and I realized I hadn't seen them for like, it seemed like a month.
- 26:18It was like a long time I hadn't seen them. And so I would go to work and like,
- 26:22is this the day I'm going to see them?
- 26:23And it was easy, a month had passed and I hadn't seen them.
- 26:27And I got sad because I thought, you know, maybe one of them passed away.
- 26:32Maybe the husband died and the wife doesn't want to walk by herself or the wife
- 26:37died and the husband doesn't want to go by himself.
- 26:40Maybe he moved, went to live with his kids.
- 26:44I just didn't see them. And I know it was at least a month that I didn't see
- 26:49them. And that's what I thought happened.
- 26:51And it made me sad. but one day
- 26:54I was so happy because all of
- 26:57a sudden I saw them I was
- 27:00like oh my gosh they're here yay they're here this is great and it was again
- 27:05a beautiful day and they did their path where they walked the gardens and they
- 27:10decided to come in and they came in and this was what was different about this particular day.
- 27:18The old man looked up at me, made eye contact, smiled.
- 27:24I smiled back and then they went into the garden, made their walk, came back out again.
- 27:32The old man looked at me, smiled, and then they walked out.
- 27:37She never looked at me. She just kept walking straight ahead,
- 27:41which is typical for both of them actually, which was odd. But that I do remember.
- 27:46And then they kind of left. So everything's fine. I'm like, okay,
- 27:51they're great. Maybe one of them was sick and now they're better.
- 27:54So maybe it was like a day or two later. It was very recent to that.
- 27:59That particular day I had come in and they had placed me at the main gate.
- 28:05Now the main gate was where you would work and collect fees from parking for
- 28:12people that would be coming by car.
- 28:14And although the gardens themselves were free and anybody could walk in and
- 28:18out without paying, the parking was not.
- 28:21So we had to collect a parking fee.
- 28:24And so there were always two girls at that gate. And I guess they did that for safety reasons.
- 28:29I'm not really sure, but there was always two girls where when I was at the
- 28:33smaller garden, it was It was always just me by myself.
- 28:36So here I am at the main gate with another girl and I'm collecting money from a car.
- 28:45And as I'm collecting money from a car, I look over and I see the old lady.
- 28:51But she doesn't have the man with her. She's by herself. It was odd because
- 28:56I had never seen her by herself.
- 28:58They were always together. I never
- 28:59saw him by himself. I never saw her by herself, but she was by herself.
- 29:03I really didn't think much of it. It just struck me as odd. She kind of walked
- 29:07in and she was kind of just walking really slow. Like I said, she was old.
- 29:12And after I finished the transaction with the car, I turned to the girl I was
- 29:16working with, who I was friendly with.
- 29:18And I said, oh, she's here by herself today.
- 29:21And the girl said, yeah, it's really sad.
- 29:24And I'm like, yeah. I was like, I noticed I didn't see them for a while,
- 29:28but then I saw the two of them together the other day. I was worried,
- 29:32but I guess they're okay. I'm like, maybe he's sick again.
- 29:36And she goes, what do you mean you saw him the other day? I'm like,
- 29:39I saw him like, I don't remember if I said two days or three days or last week,
- 29:43But whatever it was that I said, she got that look on her face,
- 29:47this pale look. And she goes, he died.
- 29:51I was like, what? She's like, he died. He died a month ago. I'm like,
- 29:57how do you know? She told me.
- 30:00And I should have told you this. Whatever language they spoke,
- 30:05this girl spoke. That's why I'm thinking it might have been Albanian.
- 30:08The neighborhood had a lot of Albanian people in it. And so she claims she spoke with her.
- 30:15And I'm like, really? Like, yeah, he died. I don't remember what he died on.
- 30:20And I'm like, how long ago? Are you sure? She was like, yeah, it was a month ago.
- 30:25And then again, like, what do you say? You know, do you tell your coworker,
- 30:29I just saw this guy two days ago?
- 30:33You know? No, you don't.
- 30:37Because you just don't.
- 30:39So that was the situation back then. So those are my stories.
- 30:45I don't know what you think. What do you think happened?
- 30:50Does it sound real? Does it sound real? Who were they?
- 30:53Who was that dog? Who was that old man? Was I imagining it? Were they ghosts?
- 31:01Were they guardian angels maybe following the jogger and the old lady to let them know they're okay?
- 31:10Was it the jogger's memory kind of playing itself out and the old lady's memory playing itself out?
- 31:18And I was able to see that? Or were they ghosts?
- 31:23What were they? I don't know. And I hope you liked my stories,
- 31:29but those are what they are.
