- 0:00Misty Celli: I want to start today with something a little different.
- 0:03Misty Celli: I want to start with a question and I want you to actually feel it before you answer it in your head.
- 0:08Misty Celli: When was the last time you did something, anything, purely because you needed it?
- 0:13Misty Celli: Not because it made you a better mom, not because it helped you show up for your family, not because you could justify it on some list of reasons it was actually for everyone else.
- 0:23Misty Celli: Something simply because you needed it, because you are a human being with needs that exist independently of what they produce for the people around you.
- 0:32Misty Celli: Take a second with that.
- 0:33Misty Celli: If that question made you uncomfortable, if your first instinct was to start making a list of exceptions or to feel a little flash of guilt just for considering it, this episode is for you.
- 0:44Misty Celli: This one is specifically for the woman who's been running on empty for so long she's forgotten what full feels like.
- 0:50Misty Celli: The woman who can tell you exactly what everyone in her family needs today and cannot tell you the last time she asked herself the same question.
- 0:57Misty Celli: The woman who loves deeply and gives completely and somewhere in all of that giving lost the thread back to herself.
- 1:04Misty Celli: I'm going to tell you something today that might make you a little uncomfortable before it makes you feel free because I'm going to name the belief that has been quietly running your life and show you exactly what it's been costing you.
- 1:16Misty Celli: Not in a vague, feel good way, but in a specific this is what's happened to me way.
- 1:22Misty Celli: I'm going to tell you about a moment I had with my family, a completely ordinary moment, nothing dramatic about it, that cracked something open in me that had been keeping sealed for years.
- 1:32Misty Celli: A moment where I understood exactly how invisible I had become and exactly how I had let it happen.
- 1:39Misty Celli: But before we go anywhere, I want you to check in with yourself for just a second, not in a clinic way.
- 1:44Misty Celli: Just where are you right now?
- 1:46Misty Celli: Are you in the car?
- 1:47Misty Celli: Are you folding laundry?
- 1:48Misty Celli: Are you hiding in the bathroom for five minutes of quiet?
- 1:51Misty Celli: Wherever you are, I want you to know that the fact that you were here listening to this means something.
- 1:57Misty Celli: It means some part of you is still reaching, still looking, still not willing to accept that half-life is all there is.
- 2:06Misty Celli: That part of you is the reason that we are here today.
- 2:09Misty Celli: You've been showing up for everyone.
- 2:11Misty Celli: The kids, the job, the relationship, the to-do list that never ends.
- 2:16Misty Celli: And somewhere in all of that, you looked up and realized you had no idea who you were anymore.
- 2:21Misty Celli: Not the roles, not the titles.
- 2:23Misty Celli: You.
- 2:23Misty Celli: That quiet thought, is this all there is, isn't ingratitude.
- 2:27Misty Celli: It's a signal.
- 2:28Misty Celli: It means the woman you were made to be is still in there, waiting to be heard.
- 2:32Misty Celli: I'm Misty Celly, Identity and Self-Leadership Coach for Ambitious Mothers, and this is your Most Life podcast.
- 2:38Misty Celli: Every episode, we do real work, not inspiration you forget by the time you start the car.
- 2:43Misty Celli: Real tools to reclaim your identity, protect your time, and start living a life that feels like yours, built by design, not by default.
- 2:51Misty Celli: If you're ready to stop disappearing and start becoming, you're in the right place.
- 2:56Misty Celli: You know the look.
- 2:57Misty Celli: You've caught it in the mirror when you weren't expecting it.
- 3:00Misty Celli: Not the tired eyes, not the undone hair, something behind all of that.
- 3:04Misty Celli: A woman who is going through the motions of her own life, present in every room, absent from herself.
- 3:11Misty Celli: You recognize her, you just don't always know what to do with her.
- 3:15Misty Celli: There is a specific weight that comes with this.
- 3:18Misty Celli: It's not sadness exactly, it's a heavier sadness.
- 3:22Misty Celli: It's quieter than sadness.
- 3:24Misty Celli: It's the weight of being needed by everyone and known by no one, of carrying everything for everybody and having nobody ask how you're carrying it.
- 3:34Misty Celli: It sits somewhere between your chest and your shoulders and it never fully lifts.
- 3:39Misty Celli: You wake up with it, you go to bed with it.
- 3:42Misty Celli: Some days you don't even notice it anymore because it's just there so long, it just feels like you.
- 3:48Misty Celli: There is a voice you have gotten very good at not hearing.
- 3:52Misty Celli: It comes when everything gets quiet, which is why you keep things loud.
- 3:57Misty Celli: It comes at night, which is why you stay on your phone until you're too tired to think.
- 4:03Misty Celli: It comes in the middle of a family dinner, in the middle of a perfectly normal moment, and it says something you're not ready to say out loud.
- 4:12Misty Celli: Something that feels like betrayal of everyone you love just for thinking it.
- 4:17Misty Celli: You have gotten so good at pushing that voice down, at keeping the peace, at smoothing it over, at telling yourself it's not that bad, you're fine, other people have it harder.
- 4:28Misty Celli: And every time you push it down, it changes you a little.
- 4:31Misty Celli: How you see yourself, what you believe is possible for you, what you think you deserve.
- 4:37Misty Celli: I want to say this clearly before we go any further.
- 4:40Misty Celli: The fact that you have needs is not a character flaw.
- 4:44Misty Celli: The fact that you have felt invisible is not ingratitude.
- 4:49Misty Celli: And the fact that you have been pushing that voice down for years, that is not strength.
- 4:54Misty Celli: That is what happens to a woman who has been taught in a thousand small ways that her needs don't matter.
- 5:01Misty Celli: That is conditioning, and conditioning can be undone.
- 5:05Misty Celli: Let me tell you what I think is running in the back of your mind right now.
- 5:09Misty Celli: It's not a grand philosophical statement.
- 5:12Misty Celli: It's something quieter than that.
- 5:14Misty Celli: Something you probably haven't said out loud, maybe ever.
- 5:18Misty Celli: It sounds something like, I don't even know what I need anymore.
- 5:23Misty Celli: And honestly, it doesn't really matter.
- 5:25Misty Celli: Everyone else's needs are more urgent, more real, more legitimate than mine.
- 5:30Misty Celli: If I'm being honest, my needs have never really been the priority, and I'm not sure they should be.
- 5:37Misty Celli: That's the belief.
- 5:39Misty Celli: Not always those exact words, but that shape, the weight, that quiet, automatic assumption that your needs sit at the bottom of every list, including your own.
- 5:50Misty Celli: And here's what makes it so hard to see.
- 5:53Misty Celli: It doesn't feel like a belief.
- 5:55Misty Celli: It feels like love.
- 5:57Misty Celli: It feels like the right thing to do.
- 6:00Misty Celli: It feels like what a good mother does, what a good wife does, what a good woman does.
- 6:05Misty Celli: It got dressed up in a devotion so long ago that you stopped being able to see it for what it actually is.
- 6:13Misty Celli: You've probably tried things.
- 6:15Misty Celli: You've probably had a few moments where you attempted to take your care of yourself in a class, a morning routine, a boundary you tried to hold, and within days, weeks at the most, you were back where you started.
- 6:28Misty Celli: Feeling guilty for trying, feeling selfish for wanting, feeling like wanting more for yourself means you don't appreciate what you have.
- 6:36Misty Celli: And so you push it down.
- 6:38Misty Celli: You keep the peace, you tell yourself you'll figure it out later when things calm down, when the kids are older, when there's more time.
- 6:45Misty Celli: There is never more time.
- 6:47Misty Celli: The calm season doesn't come on its own.
- 6:50Misty Celli: And every time you push it down, something shifts, not dramatically, just quietly.
- 6:56Misty Celli: The way you see yourself, the way you see your future, the way you measure what you deserve.
- 7:02Misty Celli: And somewhere underneath all of it, underneath the tiredness and the guilt and pushing it down, there's something you've probably never said out loud.
- 7:11Misty Celli: My needs don't matter.
- 7:13Misty Celli: And the shadow belief underneath it, wanting more for myself, makes me selfish.
- 7:19Misty Celli: You've been operating from these two beliefs probably for a very long time, maybe since you became a mother, maybe since long before that.
- 7:27Misty Celli: And they have felt like virtue, they have felt like love, they have felt like exactly what a good mother is supposed to do, a good woman is supposed to believe.
- 7:37Misty Celli: And I understand why.
- 7:39Misty Celli: When you love people the way you love your family, with everything, without limit, without condition, putting yourself first can feel like betrayal of that love.
- 7:49Misty Celli: Like you're taking something from them, like the amount of care you give yourself is the amount you're withholding from them.
- 7:56Misty Celli: That is not a character flaw.
- 7:58Misty Celli: That is a woman who loves deeply and has been taught that love and self-sacrifice are the same thing.
- 8:05Misty Celli: And I understand that.
- 8:06Misty Celli: And I'm not here to make you feel bad about it, but I need you to look at what that belief is doing to you right now, today.
- 8:15Misty Celli: It is costing you the truth of your own existence.
- 8:18Misty Celli: When you operate from my needs don't matter, you stop being a full human being in your own life.
- 8:26Misty Celli: You become a function, a role, a service.
- 8:30Misty Celli: You are a mom, you are a wife, you are the one who handles it.
- 8:35Misty Celli: And the woman underneath all of those roles, the one with her own thoughts, desires, her own rhythm, she gets quieter and quieter until one day you were sitting in the middle of your family and you think, they won't even notice if I wasn't here.
- 8:50Misty Celli: That thought, the one you've probably had and immediately felt guilty for having, that is not ingratitude.
- 8:58Misty Celli: That is a woman who has made herself so invisible, so consistently, so completely, that even the people who love her most have stopped seeing her because she's stopped letting herself be seen.
- 9:10Misty Celli: But here's the cost I don't think you've fully connected yet.
- 9:14Misty Celli: Every time you push down a need, every time you smooth it over, keep the peace, tell yourself you're fine, you are sending yourself a message, and that message compounds.
- 9:25Misty Celli: You are not worth the disruption.
- 9:27Misty Celli: Your comfort is less important than their comfort.
- 9:30Misty Celli: Your needs are an inconvenience.
- 9:33Misty Celli: You don't think those words consciously, but your nervous system hears them.
- 9:38Misty Celli: Your sense of self hears them.
- 9:40Misty Celli: And over months, over years, over decades of pushing it down, you start to believe them, not as thoughts, but as facts, as the truth of who you are and what you deserve.
- 9:53Misty Celli: That is not love.
- 9:54Misty Celli: That is erasure.
- 9:56Misty Celli: And the devastating part is that you have been doing it yourself.
- 10:40Misty Celli: And I want to take you somewhere uncomfortable for just a moment because I think you need to feel this one.
- 10:47Misty Celli: Picture yourself 10 years from now.
- 10:49Misty Celli: Your kids are older, the house is quieter, you have more time.
- 10:53Misty Celli: The time you kept telling yourself you were waiting for, and you look up and you realize you don't know who you are.
- 11:00Misty Celli: Not because life took something from you, because you spent 10 years systematically making yourself invisible and you got very, very good at it.
- 11:11Misty Celli: And now the house is quiet and you are still pressed against the wall.
- 11:15Misty Celli: Not because anyone is pushing you there anymore, but because you forgot that you were allowed to take up space.
- 11:22Misty Celli: That is the trajectory of this belief left unchanged.
- 11:26Misty Celli: I'm not saying that to frighten you.
- 11:28Misty Celli: I'm saying it because you deserve to see it clearly.
- 11:31Misty Celli: And because you are not that woman yet, you are listening to this right now, which means something in you is still reaching, still refusing to accept that this is all there is.
- 11:42Misty Celli: That woman, the one still reaching, she deserves to be heard.
- 11:47Misty Celli: Your needs are not the enemy of your love.
- 11:50Misty Celli: They are the foundation of it.
- 11:53Misty Celli: A woman who has nothing left does not give generously.
- 11:57Misty Celli: She gives from depletion.
- 11:59Misty Celli: And depletion masquerades is devotion for a very long time before it starts showing up as resentment, as absence, as a hollow feeling she cannot explain to anyone.
- 12:09Misty Celli: The woman who learns to take up her full space, who fills herself up, who honors her own needs, that woman gives from overflow, and everyone around her feels the difference.
- 12:21Misty Celli: Your needs don't compete with your love, they protect it.
- 12:25Misty Celli: And here's the other thing: the thing that changes the guilt.
- 12:28Misty Celli: The guilt that fires when you try to take care of yourself is not your conscience, it's your conditioning.
- 12:33Misty Celli: Your conscience tells you right from wrong.
- 12:35Misty Celli: Your conditioning tells you to stay small.
- 12:38Misty Celli: Those are not the same voice, and you are allowed to stop obeying the second one.
- 12:42Misty Celli: I want to share something with you, something I haven't talked about much, because it's the kind of thing you push down and keep the peace about and don't say at dinner.
- 12:51Misty Celli: What I've been describing today, this slow, quiet process of a woman making herself invisible, I call it the identity eraser effect.
- 13:00Misty Celli: It doesn't happen overnight.
- 13:01Misty Celli: It doesn't happen because you failed or because you weren't paying attention.
- 13:06Misty Celli: It happens because you loved.
- 13:08Misty Celli: You showed up so completely for everyone else, you set aside your own needs so consistently that over time your own voice got quieter and quieter as everything else got louder.
- 13:20Misty Celli: And the most devastating part of the identity eraser effect is not the invisibility, it's the moment you realize it and push it down anyway.
- 13:30Misty Celli: Because the cost of being seen feels higher than the cost of disappearing.
- 13:34Misty Celli: I know that moment because I've lived it.
- 13:37Misty Celli: I had a good life, and I want to be clear about that because the story is not about dramatic circumstances or obvious suffering.
- 13:44Misty Celli: My family loved me.
- 13:46Misty Celli: We were together, we did things together, and I was present for all of it, showing up, handling it, keeping things running, being the person everyone needed me to be.
- 13:54Misty Celli: And somewhere in all of that, I had a quietly, completely disappeared.
- 13:59Misty Celli: What I wanted underneath all of it, underneath the schedule and the roles and the getting it all done was something I couldn't fully articulate.
- 14:09Misty Celli: I just wanted to feel like myself again.
- 14:12Misty Celli: I wanted to walk into a room and feel like I belonged in it.
- 14:15Misty Celli: Not because of what I was doing for everyone else, but just because I was there.
- 14:20Misty Celli: Because I existed, because I mattered in my own right.
- 14:24Misty Celli: But every time that want surfaced, every time I felt it, I pushed it down.
- 14:29Misty Celli: Because it felt selfish, because everyone else's needs were right there, immediate and real.
- 14:35Misty Celli: Because keeping the peace felt more loving than making space for myself.
- 14:39Misty Celli: Because I had learned in a thousand small ways that my needs were the ones that could wait, that could be postponed, that didn't count the same way.
- 14:48Misty Celli: And then one ordinary evening, nothing special about it, nothing dramatic, I was sitting in a booth at a restaurant with my family, and I was pressed against the wall.
- 14:57Misty Celli: Not because anyone had pushed me there, because I had moved myself there.
- 15:01Misty Celli: I had given the space to everyone else and flattened myself into the corner without even thinking about it.
- 15:07Misty Celli: And I looked around at the table and I saw my family, the people I loved most in the world, laughing, talking, and living, and the thought that came, quiet and clear and completely devastating, was this.
- 15:18Misty Celli: They wouldn't even notice if I wasn't here.
- 15:20Misty Celli: Not as a cry for help, not as a dramatic realization, just as a fact.
- 15:25Misty Celli: A quiet, terrible fact.
- 15:27Misty Celli: I had made myself so invisible for so long, so completely, that even in the middle of the people who loved me, I was gone.
- 15:34Misty Celli: And the table would have looked exactly the same without me.
- 15:38Misty Celli: Nobody saw it, nobody recognized it, nobody recognized me.
- 15:42Misty Celli: And I kept the peace, I smiled, I passed the bread, I drove home and I put the kids to bed and I went to sleep.
- 15:48Misty Celli: And something shifted in me that night that I didn't have words for yet.
- 15:52Misty Celli: Not a breakthrough, not at first.
- 15:54Misty Celli: Something quieter than that, like a door that had been sealed very tightly had cracked just slightly, and through the crack came one question I couldn't push back down.
- 16:05Misty Celli: How long have I been pressing myself against the wall?
- 16:08Misty Celli: Not just in the booth, but everywhere, in every room, in every conversation, in every moment where my needs bumped up against someone else's comfort, and I automatically, without thinking, made myself smaller.
- 16:21Misty Celli: The answer was years.
- 16:23Misty Celli: The answer was so long I didn't know what taking up my full space even felt like anymore.
- 16:30Misty Celli: That moment didn't fix everything.
- 16:32Misty Celli: I just want to be honest about that.
- 16:33Misty Celli: Pushing it down had changed me, how I felt about myself, how I saw my future, what I believe I deserved, and undoing that took real work, real intentional work on my identity, on my worth, on learning to hear my own voice again underneath everything else.
- 16:51Misty Celli: But what I found on the other side of that work, what I want for you, is this.
- 16:57Misty Celli: I walk into rooms differently now.
- 16:59Misty Celli: I take up my seat, I say what I need, not loudly, not dramatically, just as a woman who knows she is allowed to exist fully in her own life, who knows her needs are not an inconvenience, who knows the guilt is conditioning, not conscience.
- 17:17Misty Celli: Same family, same love, a different woman standing in the middle of it, one who is seen because she stopped making herself invisible.
- 17:26Misty Celli: What I found was this the people who love you don't need you to disappear.
- 17:30Misty Celli: They need you to be there fully with your voice and your needs and your presence intact.
- 17:36Misty Celli: Your invisibility does not protect them, it deprives them of the real you, the whole you, the utmost woman who has been pressed against the wall long enough.
- 17:47Misty Celli: She is not gone.
- 17:48Misty Celli: She is waiting for you to stop pushing her down.
- 17:52Misty Celli: Because I have been there, I know what's coming up for you right now, and I want to name it before it gets loud.
- 17:58Misty Celli: You're saying to yourself, but my family does need me.
- 18:02Misty Celli: I just can't start putting myself first.
- 18:05Misty Celli: Here's what's true: your family needs you present.
- 18:10Misty Celli: They need you whole.
- 18:11Misty Celli: They need the version of you that has something left to give, not the version that has been running unempty for years and is held together by routine and willpower.
- 18:21Misty Celli: Taking care of yourself is not taking from them.
- 18:24Misty Celli: It is the only way to sustain your ability to continue.
- 18:28Misty Celli: You've heard it a million times.
- 18:30Misty Celli: You cannot pour from an empty vessel.
- 18:32Misty Celli: You've heard it because it holds truth.
- 18:34Misty Celli: And I need you to finally let it land.
- 18:38Misty Celli: You need to let it land.
- 18:40Misty Celli: No, more than that, your family and your future need you to actually embrace it.
- 18:47Misty Celli: The voice running in your head is also saying, every time I try to do something for myself, I feel so guilty I can't enjoy it.
- 18:55Misty Celli: That guilt is real, and I am not dismissing it, but I need you to understand where it comes from.
- 19:02Misty Celli: It is not coming from your love for your family.
- 19:05Misty Celli: It is coming from years of conditioning that told you that your needs are less important.
- 19:11Misty Celli: That guilt is not your compass, it is your cage.
- 19:16Misty Celli: And the question to ask is this, every single time, is this true or is this just what I was taught?
- 19:25Misty Celli: Nine times out of ten, you will find it to be the second one.
- 19:29Misty Celli: Another feeling you have is probably, I genuinely don't have time to focus on myself right now.
- 19:35Misty Celli: Time will not appear on its own.
- 19:37Misty Celli: The season will not calm down and hand you back your life.
- 19:41Misty Celli: Time is made by a woman who has decided she is worth making it for.
- 19:46Misty Celli: That is not a schedule problem.
- 19:48Misty Celli: That is a worth problem.
- 19:50Misty Celli: And worth is exactly what we work on first.
- 19:53Misty Celli: Here's the thing I need to hear about urgency.
- 19:56Misty Celli: Every day this belief goes unchallenged.
- 20:00Misty Celli: Every day you push down the voice, keep the peace, press yourself against the wall, it changes you a little more.
- 20:07Misty Celli: The compounding is slow, but it is real.
- 20:10Misty Celli: And the woman you are becoming under the weight of this belief is not the woman you were made to be.
- 20:16Misty Celli: You don't have to fix everything today, but you have to start somewhere.
- 20:22Misty Celli: And the somewhere is naming out loud for the first time that your needs matter, that you matter, that the guilt is conditioning, and that you are allowed to put it down.
- 20:35Misty Celli: Before I paint a picture, I need to say something directly to you.
- 20:39Misty Celli: You are allowed to want this, the full version of yourself, the version that takes up her seat, the version that knows her needs are real and legitimate and worth protecting.
- 20:50Misty Celli: You do not have to earn this.
- 20:52Misty Celli: You do not have to suffer enough first.
- 20:55Misty Celli: You do not have to wait until everyone else is okay.
- 20:59Misty Celli: You are allowed to want to be seen.
- 21:02Misty Celli: That is not selfish.
- 21:03Misty Celli: That is the most fundamental human need there is.
- 21:06Misty Celli: Right now, today, you move through your day giving everything you have to everyone who needs it.
- 21:12Misty Celli: And somewhere in the middle of all that giving, you disappear.
- 21:15Misty Celli: You are present in every room, absent from yourself.
- 21:18Misty Celli: And at the end of the day, when the house is quiet and everyone is asleep, you sit with that hollow feeling you cannot name, cannot fix, and cannot explain to anyone who hasn't felt it.
- 21:28Misty Celli: Now, picture a different Tuesday.
- 21:31Misty Celli: Same house, same family, same life.
- 21:35Misty Celli: You wake up and you know who you are before anyone asks anything of you.
- 21:40Misty Celli: There is a steadiness in your chest that was not there before.
- 21:44Misty Celli: Not because everything is perfect, but because you are present in your own life.
- 21:49Misty Celli: You can see it in how you move through your day.
- 21:52Misty Celli: Not smaller than you need to be, not pressed into a corner.
- 21:56Misty Celli: You take up your full seat at the table, literally in every room.
- 22:00Misty Celli: You are there fully, and the people who love you feel the difference.
- 22:05Misty Celli: Not because you are doing more for them, but because you are actually present with them in a way that you haven't been in years.
- 22:13Misty Celli: You can hear your own voice.
- 22:15Misty Celli: Not the voice that manages and schedules and keeps the peace, but your voice.
- 22:21Misty Celli: The one that knows what you need, the one that has been whispering in the quiet moments for years.
- 22:27Misty Celli: You can hear her now.
- 22:29Misty Celli: And when she speaks, you don't push her down.
- 22:32Misty Celli: You listen.
- 22:33Misty Celli: You feel your own weight in the room, not heavy, just real, present, grounded.
- 22:40Misty Celli: Like a woman who belongs to herself and is not apologizing for it.
- 22:44Misty Celli: Your daughter watches you from across the room.
- 22:47Misty Celli: She is watching a woman who knows her own worth, who takes up her own space, who is teaching her without a word what it looks like to live fully and on purpose.
- 22:56Misty Celli: That is not a fantasy version of your life.
- 22:59Misty Celli: That is this life.
- 23:00Misty Celli: With a woman who stopped pressing herself against the wall and started living in the full width of it, she has been there the whole time.
- 23:08Misty Celli: She just needed someone to stop pushing her down.
- 23:11Misty Celli: The guilt you've been calling conscience.
- 23:13Misty Celli: It's not.
- 23:14Misty Celli: And now you know the difference.
- 23:16Misty Celli: The belief that your needs don't matter.
- 23:18Misty Celli: Wanting more for yourself makes you selfish is not love.
- 23:22Misty Celli: It is conditioning.
- 23:23Misty Celli: It got dressed up as a devotion so long ago that you stopped being able to see it for what it actually is and what it has been costing you, your sense of self, your future, your ability to be fully present in your own life.
- 23:37Misty Celli: The guilt that fires when you try to take care of yourself is not your conscience, it's your cage.
- 23:42Misty Celli: And the question to ask it every time is, is this true or is it just what I was taught?
- 23:49Misty Celli: Your needs are not the enemy of your love.
- 23:52Misty Celli: They are the foundation of it.
- 23:54Misty Celli: One thing before we go, I want to leave you with something to carry.
- 23:58Misty Celli: Say this or just let it land.
- 24:01Misty Celli: I am a woman whose needs are real.
- 24:04Misty Celli: My needs are not inconveniences, my needs are not selfish, they are the foundation of everything I give to everyone I love.
- 24:12Misty Celli: I am allowed to take up my full seat.
- 24:15Misty Celli: I am allowed to be seen, and I am done pressing myself against the wall.
- 24:20Misty Celli: When you close this episode, maybe in the next hour, maybe sooner, a voice is going to tell you that was nice, but nothing is going to change, that you've felt this before and it didn't stick.
- 24:32Misty Celli: Answer it with this.
- 24:34Misty Celli: I am not the same woman who pushed it down last time.
- 24:37Misty Celli: I know what the guilt is now and knowing changes everything.
- 24:42Misty Celli: If today's episode met you somewhere real today, if something cracked open, will you leave a review?
- 24:47Misty Celli: 30 seconds.
- 24:48Misty Celli: It helps another woman who has pressed herself against the wall find her way here.
- 24:53Misty Celli: She is out there right now.
- 24:54Misty Celli: Your review is how she finds this.
- 24:57Misty Celli: And if you know her, the woman in your life who is invisible in the middle of her own family and doesn't have the words for it, send her this episode.
- 25:05Misty Celli: You don't have to explain it.
- 25:07Misty Celli: She'll know.
- 25:08Misty Celli: Next week we're going deeper.
- 25:09Misty Celli: We're talking about the hidden price of I'm fine.
- 25:12Misty Celli: The two words that sound like coping and functioning like a slow disappearing act.
- 25:18Misty Celli: That one is coming next week, and you do not want to miss it.
- 25:20Misty Celli: So subscribe if you have not already.
- 25:23Misty Celli: And remember, you are more than everyone's everything.
- 25:26Misty Celli: You are someone.
- 25:28Misty Celli: I'll see you next week.
