- 1:08Speaker 2: dogs back in the day, so I got all.
- 1:09Speaker 1: You got to pay. Yeah, the best thing about this
- 1:13Speaker 1: is me. He's a little bit new with to the

- 1:16Speaker 1: he been locked in last couple of years to be
- 1:18Speaker 1: the acne mom.
- 1:18Speaker 4: So for about this, he's definitely tapped it for sure.
- 1:22Speaker 5: I always remember you from back in the day that
- 1:24Speaker 5: show because it was back.
- 1:27Speaker 4: Legend for sure, for sure.
- 1:28Speaker 1: To my right, we got my dog young Nato Fatigue
- 1:30Speaker 1: the restlers of in the building.
- 1:32Speaker 3: How you feeling, I'm geek y'all know this is one

- 1:36Speaker 4: So to have him in the building and sit down.
- 1:37Speaker 1: With us, yeah, excited now listen, man, know but I
- 1:40Speaker 1: know I keep it very professional on the show, but
- 1:41Speaker 1: today I am not doing none of that.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Ship Man. We got my favorite rest of all time.
- 1:45Speaker 1: The reason why I got in trouble in middle school,
- 1:47Speaker 1: the reason why I thought I could practice wrestling moves.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Ah, my friends, man HBK.
- 1:51Speaker 1: One of the best champions of all time, Sean Michael's
- 1:54Speaker 1: in the build a big dog.
- 1:55Speaker 4: We appreciate you having this, man.
- 1:56Speaker 5: I thank you guys.
- 1:57Speaker 6: Very much for having me, and I'm honored to have
- 1:59Speaker 6: contribute to your delinquencies.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Come on, listen, do you need this right right here?
- 2:04Speaker 1: This caused the wave right here? This was middle school times.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Everybody walking down the hallway with this. We had no
- 2:09Speaker 1: business doing that at eleven twelve years old. And I
- 2:11Speaker 1: know while we got in trouble for it, I don't
- 2:13Speaker 1: care anyway.
- 2:14Speaker 4: Man. We got a lot to talk about with you.
- 2:15Speaker 1: But what's that moment like when y'all had some of
- 2:17Speaker 1: the craziest merch ones of all time that was pre
- 2:19Speaker 1: social media.
- 2:20Speaker 4: To be in the crowd and see all the d
- 2:22Speaker 4: x rs, what was that like?
- 2:23Speaker 6: Well, again, for us, back back then, you didn't really
- 2:27Speaker 6: mark sales.
- 2:28Speaker 5: I mean they were a big part of me.
- 2:29Speaker 6: You didn't focus on that. It was just something that
- 2:33Speaker 6: they kind of made shirts here and there. But we
- 2:36Speaker 6: just knew we were onto something special with the dx
- 2:40Speaker 6: you know, sort of attitude era in general, and it
- 2:44Speaker 6: was it was all derived out of very much you know,
- 2:48Speaker 6: kind of anger and bitterness and yeah, you know, bucking
- 2:51Speaker 6: the system, so to speak. And it turned out obviously
- 2:54Speaker 6: in a very positive way for us. But at the beginning,
- 2:57Speaker 6: if it makes feel any better, we were getting in a.
- 2:59Speaker 5: Lot of trouble to his left shows.
- 3:01Speaker 6: Stuff we were doing was not technically okayd Before we
- 3:05Speaker 6: went out, we just did it anyway because it was
- 3:07Speaker 6: live television and it was much easier to come back
- 3:10Speaker 6: and say, oh sorry that it was to ask for permission.
- 3:14Speaker 1: That legendary song man and used to ring out in
- 3:16Speaker 1: the halls, But it was the light hearing that growing
- 3:17Speaker 1: up and see Shaw Michael now Mann, this.
- 3:20Speaker 2: Is crazy to really just sitting next to you, man,
- 3:22Speaker 2: I really discovered you. You defeated my dog, British Bulldog
- 3:25Speaker 2: in the match back in the day.
- 3:27Speaker 5: You kicked his ass.
- 3:28Speaker 6: Man, Well, Yigga's ass might be a little a little loose.
- 3:33Speaker 6: Fortunate enough to again to get to work with Davy,
- 3:36Speaker 6: who was an unbelievably talent dude. Yeah, he and I
- 3:40Speaker 6: actually were on live events.
- 3:42Speaker 5: He and I were married to each other for years.
- 3:44Speaker 6: For having sakes, and he was always just a fantastic
- 3:48Speaker 6: dude to work with. Fortunately, one of the guys that
- 3:51Speaker 6: helped me begin to you know, ascend the rosters, so
- 3:54Speaker 6: to speak.
- 3:55Speaker 5: Yeah, for sure, for sure.
- 3:56Speaker 4: I never would have known to be here with her.
- 3:57Speaker 4: Was a British bulldog fan.
- 3:59Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, I told you early.
- 4:01Speaker 2: On, I was like, y'all, yeah, it took me to
- 4:03Speaker 2: about eleven or twelve to you know what I mean.
- 4:06Speaker 5: Switch over just a little bit.
- 4:07Speaker 3: As I'm a huge wrestling fan, so I know pretty
- 4:11Speaker 3: much everything. I know your story from day one, But
- 4:14Speaker 3: I want to talk about when you was with the
- 4:15Speaker 3: Marty Jeanetti and y'all was a tag team. But that
- 4:18Speaker 3: moment where you were able to go solo, you threw
- 4:20Speaker 3: them through the glass, messed him up, hit him with
- 4:23Speaker 3: the sweecham music, all that good stuff.
- 4:25Speaker 4: Like, what was that moment for you like in your career, Like, well, you.
- 4:28Speaker 6: Certainly at the time, we never everything was so in
- 4:33Speaker 6: the moment and.
- 4:36Speaker 5: You weren't thinking about the future.
- 4:38Speaker 6: You were never thinking about anything from the standpoint of
- 4:43Speaker 6: I hope this is something that's memorable, will go down
- 4:46Speaker 6: in history, is one of the greatest turns ever.
- 4:48Speaker 5: You never certainly didn't.
- 4:50Speaker 6: I didn't have the mental capacity to think about things
- 4:54Speaker 6: from the perspective of a sixty year old man I
- 4:57Speaker 6: was at.
- 4:57Speaker 5: That time in my life.
- 4:58Speaker 6: I never thought I'd even lived a sit so but
- 5:03Speaker 6: it was an idea, really, it was an idea that
- 5:05Speaker 6: I had for both Marty and I as the.
- 5:08Speaker 5: Rockers, to do with the Nasty Boys.
- 5:11Speaker 6: That was a whole idea that I was going to
- 5:13Speaker 6: try to pitch, you know, to Pat Patterson Vince McMahon
- 5:17Speaker 6: at the time for a storyline because we were just
- 5:20Speaker 6: kind of existing the Rockers, you know, we kind of
- 5:24Speaker 6: had had our peak and we're just kind of plateauing
- 5:26Speaker 6: at that time.
- 5:27Speaker 5: So I was just trying to think of different ideas
- 5:29Speaker 5: for storylines.
- 5:30Speaker 6: And then the opportunity, you know, came up to go singles,
- 5:37Speaker 6: and I just shifted the idea to doing it with
- 5:40Speaker 6: Marty and I and now all these years later has
- 5:44Speaker 6: become one of these iconic terms turns. And also I
- 5:50Speaker 6: knew that the glass shattering was going to be a
- 5:53Speaker 6: big impact moment.
- 5:54Speaker 5: I mean, the turn and everything.
- 5:56Speaker 6: Was special, but at that time tag team, and it's
- 6:01Speaker 6: not like Marty and.
- 6:01Speaker 5: I were the main tag team or anything.
- 6:04Speaker 6: So to do and angle that serious and that impactful
- 6:08Speaker 6: at the time, was a big deal.
- 6:10Speaker 5: He you know, he.
- 6:11Speaker 6: Bled and everything else said for us to be able
- 6:14Speaker 6: to have that kind of moment on television just highlighted
- 6:17Speaker 6: for us turned out to be much bigger, I think
- 6:19Speaker 6: than both of us ever imagined.
- 6:21Speaker 3: No, definitely one of my best hill of times. I
- 6:24Speaker 3: would say johnsena recently turned the hill. I was like,
- 6:29Speaker 3: Johnson is like, but sure number one for me, Like
- 6:32Speaker 3: that moment was crazy.
- 6:33Speaker 6: Well, it's like again that that is something that I
- 6:36Speaker 6: think over time has really gotten more special. And to
- 6:40Speaker 6: be honest, yeah, because you do you realize how impactful
- 6:43Speaker 6: it was, and my career was, you know, has just
- 6:47Speaker 6: been so fortunate then to be a part of some
- 6:51Speaker 6: really big moments. To be a part of the first
- 6:52Speaker 6: Ladder match, and you know, you know, the first Iron
- 6:56Speaker 6: Man match, the first tell in a sound match. There
- 6:58Speaker 6: were so many aspects in my career that I'm very
- 7:01Speaker 6: fortunate to have been involved in. The degeneration next come
- 7:05Speaker 6: on man, you know, collaboration with all of us. Those
- 7:08Speaker 6: things are just absolutely huge things in the in the
- 7:11Speaker 6: scope of the ww.
- 7:13Speaker 5: And I was fortunate to be a part of a
- 7:14Speaker 5: lot of them.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Now I know we are wrestle may I want to
- 7:16Speaker 1: ask you this question two times back to back, Royal
- 7:19Speaker 1: Rumble winner, what was more funck you?
- 7:20Speaker 4: Royal Rumble or Medium?
- 7:23Speaker 6: So from a pure fun standpoint, the Rumble is more
- 7:30Speaker 6: fun because it's not as pressure filled and one focused
- 7:37Speaker 6: on you. It's more about the entire match and just
- 7:41Speaker 6: the idea. I'm very happy. I feel like the Rumble
- 7:44Speaker 6: has gotten bigger than it was in our day. I
- 7:48Speaker 6: think it's become so much more special over time, and
- 7:50Speaker 6: people have really began to appreciate the Rumble and everything
- 7:55Speaker 6: that goes on with them.
- 7:57Speaker 5: But at that time it was.
- 7:58Speaker 6: Certainly I think from a guy, if you're working in
- 8:02Speaker 6: the ring and you look at it and you go,
- 8:04Speaker 6: that's an easier thing to have to do because you're
- 8:08Speaker 6: part of a much bigger segment, so to speak. When
- 8:12Speaker 6: it's one on you, I get is at WrestleMania, that's
- 8:16Speaker 6: when the doing of the stress, the anxiety, pressure of
- 8:20Speaker 6: making sure you go out there and deliver, and as
- 8:23Speaker 6: you go up in the card and then you're foolish
- 8:26Speaker 6: enough to call yourself mister WrestleMania after a while, then
- 8:28Speaker 6: the spotlight really gets focused on you and as enjoyable
- 8:33Speaker 6: as that can be. On one hand, that means everybody's
- 8:37Speaker 6: going to be looking at you, and the minute you
- 8:40Speaker 6: don't perform at a really high level, you're kind of screwed.
- 8:44Speaker 6: But fortunately for me, that was something that I was,
- 8:49Speaker 6: nine times out of ten pretty dark capable of living
- 8:52Speaker 6: up to.
- 8:52Speaker 5: The name, and I was good about it.
- 8:55Speaker 6: I always do look at I see things by Michael Jordan,
- 8:58Speaker 6: and he was so com competitive, and he was somebody
- 9:03Speaker 6: with very little time on the clock. He wanted the pressure,
- 9:06Speaker 6: he wanted the moment, and that's something that I realized
- 9:10Speaker 6: back then that I had in common from that standpoint.
- 9:13Speaker 6: It was it was even though it drove me crazy
- 9:17Speaker 6: from a stress and anxiety standpoint, I wanted that kind
- 9:21Speaker 6: of pressure because I felt like that's without those kinds
- 9:24Speaker 6: of things on me, I'm not motivated enough to do
- 9:29Speaker 6: it just on my own.
- 9:30Speaker 4: There's dope and obviously it makes sense. Oh yeah, it
- 9:32Speaker 4: makes a lot of sense. Shout outs to the dude
- 9:34Speaker 4: documentary lovel pakout right now.
- 9:35Speaker 1: I'll watched that before here, so to see like how
- 9:38Speaker 1: you perform and like how you balance what was.
- 9:40Speaker 4: Going on your personal life. It's a still get out
- 9:42Speaker 4: there and do what you did.
- 9:43Speaker 1: There's nothing but respect because obviously you had a hell
- 9:45Speaker 1: of a work like balance, but you got out there
- 9:46Speaker 1: every night and put it on the line. Memorable moments
- 9:48Speaker 1: for everybody. And it's funny because he's been taped back
- 9:51Speaker 1: in to wrestling recently and the first thing we went
- 9:52Speaker 1: to was Roy Rump. Yeah, that was gonna He was
- 9:55Speaker 1: just like, it's a huge difference, but it was, like
- 9:57Speaker 1: you said, the two different types of pressure between us
- 9:59Speaker 1: two was real.
- 10:00Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 10:01Speaker 5: Well, and you know, obviously.
- 10:05Speaker 6: I don't know. It's it's very strange for me at
- 10:09Speaker 6: the time. All these years later, I think everybody looks
- 10:12Speaker 6: at it as if it was it was always going
- 10:16Speaker 6: to happen.
- 10:16Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:17Speaker 6: Very early on, I was just always thinking to myself,
- 10:20Speaker 6: if I don't do well each and every time I
- 10:24Speaker 6: go out there, I'm going.
- 10:25Speaker 5: To lose my spot.
- 10:28Speaker 6: I was at somebody that the company kind of looked
- 10:32Speaker 6: at and said, hey, let's go with him. It was
- 10:35Speaker 6: something that sort of fell into my lap. Fortunately, and
- 10:39Speaker 6: then after that I just felt like at any moment
- 10:43Speaker 6: it could be taken away.
- 10:44Speaker 5: So it made me just make sure even a live
- 10:47Speaker 5: events I didn't take.
- 10:48Speaker 6: I didn't take many nights off live events, because I
- 10:52Speaker 6: just it was something that I felt like if I
- 10:54Speaker 6: slipped at any time, I was going to lose that opportunity,
- 10:58Speaker 6: And again, probably put way more pressure on myself early
- 11:02Speaker 6: on than I needed to, And then as I got over,
- 11:05Speaker 6: I was able to balance it in a much more
- 11:07Speaker 6: positive way.
- 11:08Speaker 5: Now And how did you even join the sport wrestling mass?
- 11:11Speaker 6: So I again, I watched it when I was twelve
- 11:14Speaker 6: years old, way back San Antonio, Texas. At twelve o'clock
- 11:17Speaker 6: on Saturday night, Southwest Championship Wrestling was on, and just
- 11:22Speaker 6: the montage at the beginning of the show, you know,
- 11:24Speaker 6: you see everybody jumping off the ropes and doing all
- 11:27Speaker 6: this cool stuff, and I was just, oh my god,
- 11:29Speaker 6: this is the coolest stuff ever. And it was McDaniels, Tully, Blanchard,
- 11:35Speaker 6: Gino Hernandez, Andie Mansfield, Scott Casey. Every now and then
- 11:39Speaker 6: Nick Bockwinkle or Bruise and Brodie would come through, and
- 11:43Speaker 6: it just I just thought it was the coolest thing
- 11:45Speaker 6: in the world. And then talk about age and yourself.
- 11:48Speaker 6: Then cable television camera and then you're exposed to world
- 11:53Speaker 6: class wrestling and ron ericson the Freebirds and then WTBS
- 11:58Speaker 6: with Rick Flair and so many other people, Harley Race,
- 12:02Speaker 6: w o R t V in New York back then
- 12:06Speaker 6: Jimmy super Fly snooker diving.
- 12:07Speaker 4: Off the cage on a legend.
- 12:09Speaker 6: And so it was just captivating. It was absolutely the
- 12:12Speaker 6: coolest thing I'd ever seen. And it looked like a
- 12:15Speaker 6: job that took a lot of athleticism. And I was
- 12:19Speaker 6: an athlete, you know, my entire young life. The linebacker, right, Yeah,
- 12:23Speaker 6: I was. I went to a y you know, I
- 12:26Speaker 6: was on the base. It was in a high school.
- 12:28Speaker 6: It is a small school, so I never got off
- 12:30Speaker 6: the field. I was an offensive tackle and an outside
- 12:33Speaker 6: linebacker on d Yeah, well I was.
- 12:38Speaker 5: I was.
- 12:39Speaker 6: For me, I was a chubby kid. Ah so I
- 12:43Speaker 6: was two hundred pounds in our school.
- 12:45Speaker 5: That was big. So I was, Yeah, I was. I was.
- 12:48Speaker 6: I was a right tackle and like I said, an
- 12:51Speaker 6: outside linebacker. You know for sure, stuff like that, you know,
- 12:56Speaker 6: to give you on the kickoff teams, return team.
- 12:58Speaker 5: Everybody, yeah, almost everybody played this said it didn't come
- 13:02Speaker 5: out of the field though.
- 13:03Speaker 4: I guess who's out about Travis Hunter Corner.
- 13:08Speaker 6: I think they had I want to say, eighteen to
- 13:12Speaker 6: twenty two guys on the team.
- 13:13Speaker 5: Wow, so you had to play.
- 13:18Speaker 6: We fluctuated between two A and three A focal time.
- 13:23Speaker 6: So and that's when five A was I think the biggest.
- 13:25Speaker 6: So there was a small school. So yeah, you never
- 13:27Speaker 6: got off the creeld man.
- 13:29Speaker 5: That line backer background makes sense now, no what I guess,
- 13:34Speaker 5: believe it or not. I was.
- 13:35Speaker 4: I was.
- 13:36Speaker 5: I had footwork.
- 13:37Speaker 6: That was the thing that helped men, and that put
- 13:39Speaker 6: ended up helping me so much in wrestling, is that
- 13:43Speaker 6: I had really good footwork and I was very coordinated,
- 13:47Speaker 6: and thankfully there, I was not smart enough to be
- 13:51Speaker 6: careful about anything I did not you know, going out
- 13:54Speaker 6: there with reckless abandon seemed fun to me. So getting
- 13:59Speaker 6: up the ladders or you know, jumping off the cages
- 14:02Speaker 6: and things like that. Yeah, it seems like a lot
- 14:04Speaker 6: of fun. They never once started about getting hurt.
- 14:07Speaker 3: Today's show is brought to you by our presenting sponsor,

- 15:29Speaker 1: this question. One of my favorite finishing moves of all
- 15:32Speaker 1: time sweetchen music. How did that come about?
- 15:34Speaker 5: Man?
- 15:35Speaker 6: So that I was watching World class wrestling and a
- 15:41Speaker 6: guy by the name of Gentlemen Chris Adams, he did
- 15:45Speaker 6: the super kick, and I just that was a move
- 15:50Speaker 6: that I didn't see a lot of people do, and
- 15:53Speaker 6: when he would do it, he did it so quickly,
- 15:55Speaker 6: and the guy would take a great snap pump, and
- 15:57Speaker 6: I just thought, that's a really cool move and it
- 15:59Speaker 6: was one of those you.
- 16:00Speaker 5: Didn't see everybody doing.
- 16:02Speaker 6: And and so that was something that once I got
- 16:04Speaker 6: into wrestling, I certainly put in my arsenal, and then
- 16:08Speaker 6: Marty and I would use it in tag team matches,
- 16:11Speaker 6: and then I eventually when I went singles. It was
- 16:14Speaker 6: something early on that I did to set up. You know,
- 16:18Speaker 6: I'd gone singles, and you always feel like, well, I've
- 16:20Speaker 6: got to I've got to have a finishing maneuver. And
- 16:23Speaker 6: so I started doing this, uh side suplex is sort
- 16:27Speaker 6: of like a double underhook and you know a crotch,
- 16:30Speaker 6: you know, uh bellied back, so to speak. And it
- 16:35Speaker 6: was okay, but I would set it up with the kick,
- 16:37Speaker 6: and then eventually Pat Patterson.
- 16:39Speaker 5: Came to me.
- 16:39Speaker 6: He was like, and you just do the kick better,
- 16:42Speaker 6: and and I thought okay, and so I started doing that.
- 16:46Speaker 6: And then one time I just sat in the corner
- 16:49Speaker 6: and it was taking a little bit, so I felt
- 16:52Speaker 6: like I needed to do something, so I started stomping
- 16:55Speaker 6: and everything, just for me in my career, they just
- 17:00Speaker 6: sort of naturally happened. Doors kind of opened that I
- 17:04Speaker 6: kind of walked through, and I would stumble into something
- 17:07Speaker 6: pretty innovative, and uh, none of it was ever by
- 17:10Speaker 6: plan or by straight out execution.
- 17:14Speaker 5: I was fortunate enough to come about most.
- 17:17Speaker 6: Of this stuff organically, and I think that's what made
- 17:20Speaker 6: it feel so real to the people because it.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Was now My favy one of all time is we
- 17:25Speaker 1: have a thelm minute show tipic we say lay you
- 17:27Speaker 1: to death.
- 17:27Speaker 4: Typically at bath and it comes after that when you
- 17:29Speaker 4: hear we're flairing with that I love you.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, what was that moment? Like man especially worked
- 17:35Speaker 1: for somebody you was tapped in early.
- 17:37Speaker 6: Yeah, well that again, that that's one that I'm thinking
- 17:43Speaker 6: about it and the match on an emotional level for
- 17:46Speaker 6: me and Rick and I were so close and you
- 17:51Speaker 6: are now finding yourself friends with this guy you watched
- 17:55Speaker 6: for so many years. And I remember it was probably
- 18:00Speaker 6: a week before the match, and my buddy from high school, Kenny,
- 18:03Speaker 6: calls me and he was saying, like, oh my goodness,
- 18:07Speaker 6: I can't believe you're wrestling Rick Flair WrestleMania. You've ever
- 18:12Speaker 6: thought about that when we were fifteen in my mom's
- 18:15Speaker 6: house watching him on TV, And that just took me
- 18:19Speaker 6: back to that time. And you know, later on that night,
- 18:24Speaker 6: I wake up in the middle of the night and
- 18:26Speaker 6: this idea of the end of the match just comes
- 18:29Speaker 6: to me and I start writing it down, and all
- 18:32Speaker 6: of a sudden, I know, it's very weird because it's
- 18:36Speaker 6: you know, it's pro wrestling.
- 18:37Speaker 5: Yeah, you know lives.
- 18:38Speaker 6: I don't know, like, you know, the world's not waiting
- 18:42Speaker 6: for the professional wrestling business to save it, you know,
- 18:46Speaker 6: you know, to show it the future, but it was
- 18:48Speaker 6: so personal and emotional to me.
- 18:51Speaker 5: I thought it was really cool and special.
- 18:53Speaker 6: But sometimes you worry that you're the only one thinking that,
- 18:57Speaker 6: And I wasn't sure if at that time time that
- 19:01Speaker 6: would tap into the emotion of all the wrestling fans
- 19:03Speaker 6: out there. But thankfully, at that time, I think in
- 19:06Speaker 6: that moment, we took every person in the crowd back
- 19:10Speaker 6: to when they first fell in love with wrestling in
- 19:14Speaker 6: that moment, and that's what made it work, and that's
- 19:16Speaker 6: what made it resonate so much. But the people is that,
- 19:20Speaker 6: no matter how cynical we can all get, in that moment,
- 19:23Speaker 6: they all remembered the first time they became a wrestling fan,
- 19:27Speaker 6: and it meant something to him.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Yeah, it was a huge moment of vulnabilly despite everything
- 19:31Speaker 1: that was going on in the moment where that was
- 19:33Speaker 1: an iconic thing that happened, especially when it happened.
- 19:35Speaker 4: For sure.
- 19:35Speaker 1: No, we talked about this all the time. One of
- 19:37Speaker 1: my favorite matches from you, You and Bray hart Man. Yeah,
- 19:40Speaker 1: iconic match.
- 19:40Speaker 4: What was that like? Man at high stage?
- 19:42Speaker 1: Everybody, Yeah, especially at that time period, I was two
- 19:44Speaker 1: of the most regardinated the business.
- 19:45Speaker 4: Do you remember much from that situation.
- 19:47Speaker 6: Yeah, Well, so the first thing is there's nobody you
- 19:52Speaker 6: want to be out there with him. You're having to
- 19:53Speaker 6: do an hour. No better person to be out there
- 19:57Speaker 6: with than Brett Hart. So he and I felt very
- 20:01Speaker 6: comfortable about doing it. The thing that I'm most proud of,
- 20:04Speaker 6: and I say this all the time, is that we
- 20:06Speaker 6: were willing to take the risk. That was sort of
- 20:10Speaker 6: a time in the business where you were kind of
- 20:14Speaker 6: feeling like things were going to change.
- 20:16Speaker 5: But also and it's sort of moving towards that more fast.
- 20:21Speaker 6: Paced type match idea, and here we are having to
- 20:28Speaker 6: go out there and do an hour and it's not
- 20:30Speaker 6: as if, very different than the match. The hour match
- 20:33Speaker 6: I had with John Cena many years later. People didn't
- 20:36Speaker 6: know that one was going an hour, and so you're
- 20:39Speaker 6: able to suspend the disbelief in a different kind of way.
- 20:43Speaker 6: Your match psychology can be different when they don't know
- 20:47Speaker 6: you're going an hour, but when they know it's going
- 20:49Speaker 6: to go an hour, it's very difficult. And it was
- 20:52Speaker 6: a big risk at that time. So I was very
- 20:55Speaker 6: proud of the match just from that standpoint, and there
- 20:58Speaker 6: was nobody that I would rather be out there doing
- 21:01Speaker 6: that with the Brett Hart, and so we knew that
- 21:04Speaker 6: we'd be able to. We wanted to put on what
- 21:06Speaker 6: we felt was a wrestling clinic, and to this day,
- 21:10Speaker 6: some people will argue it's not their favorite, but uh,
- 21:14Speaker 6: I'm still very proud of that matches. I thought what
- 21:16Speaker 6: he and I did was really special. We went, you know,
- 21:18Speaker 6: we went the full hour and then had the overtime
- 21:20Speaker 6: in it, and it was just something that again first
- 21:24Speaker 6: time guys, first time doing that kind of match on
- 21:27Speaker 6: a pay per view.
- 21:29Speaker 5: Very proud of everything and how it turned out.
- 21:31Speaker 4: I mean, it's hard for us to our episode, let
- 21:33Speaker 4: alone to wrestle for an.
- 21:34Speaker 5: Hour through torture. Bro, that is crazy.
- 21:38Speaker 3: I gotta I love the some of my favorite measures
- 21:40Speaker 3: when you you know, you went away for a while,
- 21:42Speaker 3: you came back and you're an Undertaker, had some of
- 21:45Speaker 3: the greatest wrestling matches I ever seen, man, and some
- 21:48Speaker 3: of the rise that you took that were the crowd
- 21:50Speaker 3: on the Undertaker and tapping out and kicking out at
- 21:53Speaker 3: certain times.
- 21:54Speaker 4: It was an amazing experience to watch that.
- 21:57Speaker 3: And recently I went back and watched some of those
- 21:59Speaker 3: matches cause you speak about someone those wrestlmating in moments
- 22:02Speaker 3: with the Undertaker.
- 22:03Speaker 5: Sure, well, it all started early on in our career.
- 22:08Speaker 6: Both of us were you know, he was obviously had
- 22:12Speaker 6: this unbelievable character. I've got easily a polar opposite character,
- 22:19Speaker 6: and unbeknownst to us at the time that we found
- 22:22Speaker 6: out later in our careers, but at one time, it
- 22:26Speaker 6: was spoken within the creative forces at the time that
- 22:30Speaker 6: Shawn Michaels and the Undertaker would never wrestle because people
- 22:35Speaker 6: just won't They won't be able to believe that there's
- 22:37Speaker 6: no way that the heartbreak kid could hang with the Undertaker.
- 22:42Speaker 6: But then from a company standpoint, you sort of get
- 22:45Speaker 6: yourself into a situation where, well, that's one of the
- 22:49Speaker 6: only places we haven't gone. And so back in well,
- 22:53Speaker 6: you know, i'd say early or late ninety six ninety seven,
- 22:56Speaker 6: we start to have a few matches, and man, anytime
- 23:00Speaker 6: he and I got in the ring with each other,
- 23:03Speaker 6: natural chemistry, it was just magic. Every time, you know,
- 23:06Speaker 6: I got in there and matched up with one another.
- 23:10Speaker 6: And again, unbeknown to us, we didn't know that they
- 23:12Speaker 6: didn't ever want that, well, we knew.
- 23:14Speaker 5: It was like holy cow. Every time we're in the
- 23:16Speaker 5: ring together.
- 23:17Speaker 6: It's not only fantastic, but it's a piece of cake
- 23:19Speaker 6: to do because the story is just so darnise. He's
- 23:25Speaker 6: for two characters that they didn't think would match up,
- 23:30Speaker 6: meshed together seamlessly, and and then we you know, so
- 23:35Speaker 6: we had it culminated with the Helen a Cell match
- 23:38Speaker 6: early on and that was just.
- 23:42Speaker 5: Blast.
- 23:42Speaker 6: It was just it was so so much fun. We
- 23:45Speaker 6: went out there, We had like fifty some odd minutes.
- 23:48Speaker 6: I can I can remember before we went out. You know,
- 23:51Speaker 6: at that time, it's pay per view and you have
- 23:53Speaker 6: to make it to the end of the pay per
- 23:54Speaker 6: view time, and we had way more time left in
- 23:57Speaker 6: the pay per view than we were supposed to have.
- 24:00Speaker 6: And I can remember looking at Daker and from a
- 24:03Speaker 6: distance and going, we've got like fifty five minutes left
- 24:07Speaker 6: in pay per view time.
- 24:09Speaker 4: Damn.
- 24:10Speaker 5: We're like, what are we gonna do? And he looked
- 24:11Speaker 5: at me, I'll walk slough.
- 24:14Speaker 6: Then I was like, I you know, it was like
- 24:18Speaker 6: another that was his way of saying, don't worry about it,
- 24:21Speaker 6: We're gonna do our thing. And and yeah, we went
- 24:23Speaker 6: out there and just had a fantastic match. You fast
- 24:26Speaker 6: forward and I'm sorry I'm long winded here, but you
- 24:28Speaker 6: fast forward all the years later to the WrestleMania matches. Again,
- 24:34Speaker 6: both he and I personally and professionally very different early
- 24:39Speaker 6: on and then later on in our careers, just absolutely
- 24:43Speaker 6: adored one another, a friendship that you know, I value
- 24:48Speaker 6: so much. So we were just at such a different
- 24:50Speaker 6: place personally with one another, and it's crazy to think
- 24:59Speaker 6: that the chemistry could get better than it once was,
- 25:05Speaker 6: but it did, and we went out there and had
- 25:08Speaker 6: those two WrestleMania matches, and again, between both of those,
- 25:13Speaker 6: those were the ones that let me know it's okay
- 25:17Speaker 6: to go. It's it's you know you can. You've done
- 25:20Speaker 6: everything you needed to do, and Uh, and what I've
- 25:26Speaker 6: learned in all those years past, that's the best send
- 25:30Speaker 6: off you can get to be at peace with yourself
- 25:32Speaker 6: when you leave this stuff, as I'm sure you guys
- 25:35Speaker 6: are leaving anything. If you feel complete with what you've done,
- 25:40Speaker 6: you know what you've given, you've received out of it
- 25:43Speaker 6: what you want, and you can walk away peacefully. It
- 25:47Speaker 6: was the best gift I ever got. And Uh, like
- 25:49Speaker 6: I said, it's something that we're both extremely proud of
- 25:52Speaker 6: to this day. And and proud of the fact that
- 25:55Speaker 6: it's something that people remember for a long long time.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Absolutely made and it's crazy like you as an individual,
- 26:02Speaker 1: you as a part of a conglomerate. We was always
- 26:05Speaker 1: talking about the culture, like wrestling. The culture has been
- 26:07Speaker 1: so synonymous recently, but for you to be like, for
- 26:10Speaker 1: you to walk out and see people your merch, like,
- 26:12Speaker 1: what's that feeling?
- 26:12Speaker 4: Light?
- 26:12Speaker 1: Still to this day people still hold you out a
- 26:14Speaker 1: hoigh regard. Maybe kids don't even know who you are,
- 26:16Speaker 1: but they know who HdK is.
- 26:17Speaker 4: What's that light? Especially an event like this where everybody
- 26:19Speaker 4: endors you, Well.
- 26:21Speaker 5: It is you really.
- 26:24Speaker 6: So with social media and dreaming, and I would have
- 26:29Speaker 6: never imagined at sixty going on sixty one that, for instance,
- 26:35Speaker 6: somebody like a sexy red make me seriously, would make
- 26:39Speaker 6: me relevant. Yet sure, just late in my life. You
- 26:43Speaker 6: know again, I'm an old man and I'm I'm and
- 26:46Speaker 6: I'm I had some swagger and some aura, as you
- 26:51Speaker 6: kids say back in the nineties, real aura. But it
- 26:55Speaker 6: was but it was because I was app you know,
- 26:58Speaker 6: I was. I was an absolute train wreck and I
- 27:00Speaker 6: was a menace that played well thankfully on television. Well,
- 27:07Speaker 6: but but I came back in two thousand and two,
- 27:09Speaker 6: and everything, Oh, I was just a I'm a nerd, I'm.
- 27:12Speaker 5: A dad, I'm boring, I'm all of those things. And
- 27:16Speaker 5: the idea that he's still cool, that character is still
- 27:21Speaker 5: cool all these.
- 27:22Speaker 6: Years later, and sometimes arguably maybe even cooler. I mean,
- 27:27Speaker 6: it's amazing to me. I have to be honest, I didn't.
- 27:31Speaker 6: I didn't realize that HBK and that swagger and that
- 27:36Speaker 6: cockiness and that confidence resonated so well.
- 27:41Speaker 5: Yeah, just so many people.
- 27:42Speaker 6: I guess I just you know something, I guess when
- 27:44Speaker 6: you're in it, you're not you know, you're sort of
- 27:46Speaker 6: in this bubble and you don't have the opportunity to
- 27:49Speaker 6: see beyond that. And now I, at least I'm able
- 27:52Speaker 6: to take the time, I guess, to be that and
- 27:54Speaker 6: to notice that. And you go you think to yourself, like, well, damn,
- 27:57Speaker 6: that's pretty cool.
- 27:58Speaker 4: You hope to see you get your firelight.
- 28:00Speaker 1: It's a video you walking down the ramp, obviously get
- 28:02Speaker 1: ready for a match, and somebody likes drink at you.
- 28:04Speaker 4: You just kind of flick her here.
- 28:05Speaker 1: They were just like kids, I know this is real,
- 28:07Speaker 1: or like this is not stage? Is just what he
- 28:10Speaker 1: was on every day. So to see that, like you say,
- 28:13Speaker 1: you got kids and they buy it with HBK in
- 28:15Speaker 1: front of that, like you and their birth. The generation
- 28:17Speaker 1: of people with that type of swag.
- 28:18Speaker 5: Man, how does that say? How did that sexy red
- 28:21Speaker 5: link up happen? Man? How do you even cross paths? Bro?
- 28:24Speaker 6: It was just from from her social that she put out.
- 28:31Speaker 6: It was just I think the first one was her
- 28:35Speaker 6: playing my song in the background and the h and
- 28:42Speaker 6: smoking one while she was doing it.
- 28:46Speaker 4: It's great marketing standing.
- 28:48Speaker 5: I don't know, will not condone.
- 28:52Speaker 4: The show, but.
- 28:54Speaker 5: Uh, and yeah, it just sort of went from there.
- 28:57Speaker 6: And and then of course, uh, you know, she would
- 29:00Speaker 6: play highlights of me, you know, doing my spret and
- 29:05Speaker 6: doing my taking stuff like that during so many of
- 29:08Speaker 6: her songs.
- 29:09Speaker 5: And after that, we just thought we got to reach
- 29:11Speaker 5: out to her and I needed.
- 29:13Speaker 6: I was just curious if she was if it was
- 29:15Speaker 6: just something she did out of fun or she was
- 29:17Speaker 6: really a fan. And after that, I don't know, she said,
- 29:21Speaker 6: we invited her, We had a great time. She was
- 29:24Speaker 6: just wonderful with us, and we continue, you know, she
- 29:28Speaker 6: continues to include me just out of the goodness of
- 29:31Speaker 6: her heart. I guess and I don't know. It's absolutely
- 29:35Speaker 6: a fun little uh partnership that we have.
- 29:38Speaker 5: That's burden of the gap right there.
- 29:39Speaker 4: Yeah, you know me.
- 29:40Speaker 6: Again, and it is those are things once again, never
- 29:44Speaker 6: tried to execute. It wasn't a plan. It's just one
- 29:48Speaker 6: of those things that's falling you out and I feel
- 29:51Speaker 6: like it's a door open and it is. It's all
- 29:53Speaker 6: very genuine.
- 29:54Speaker 5: Yeah, because I'm.
- 29:56Speaker 6: I'm I'm you know, I'm almost sixty one, but I
- 29:58Speaker 6: am still a kid at heart, absolutely never grown up.
- 30:02Speaker 6: That's why I feel so good about what I do
- 30:05Speaker 6: with NXT.
- 30:07Speaker 5: Again.
- 30:07Speaker 6: I still have a you know, a joyful spirit in
- 30:09Speaker 6: my life. Uh and uh, you know those kids keep
- 30:12Speaker 6: me young and you know they're they're passionate. What we
- 30:17Speaker 6: do in NXT is still the purest form of what
- 30:20Speaker 6: it is we do. It's before you know, it's before
- 30:23Speaker 6: it becomes all of this. It comes, you know, business
- 30:26Speaker 6: and making money, which is all understandable because this is
- 30:29Speaker 6: life changing stuff that can go on. But in NXC,
- 30:34Speaker 6: it's the responsibility that we take seriously, but we have
- 30:36Speaker 6: fun while we're doing it and do our best to
- 30:39Speaker 6: equip them to be ready for moments like this and
- 30:42Speaker 6: weekends like this or wrestle Amima.
- 30:44Speaker 1: I want to ask you that I know some of
- 30:45Speaker 1: the AST fans a little mad right now, they trying
- 30:47Speaker 1: to get sect you were in the Mets.
- 30:48Speaker 5: Yeah, no, no, I hope this stuff is not not
- 30:54Speaker 5: easy to do.
- 30:55Speaker 4: I think there.
- 30:55Speaker 6: I think somebody might have actually asked her about it
- 30:58Speaker 6: at one time. But no, I we would never uh
- 31:01Speaker 6: I would. I would never encourage her to to try
- 31:04Speaker 6: this stuff just because it isn't the easiest stuff in
- 31:06Speaker 6: the world.
- 31:07Speaker 5: Non Oswell work, What hobbies did you have outside of wrestling?
- 31:10Speaker 6: Man? Like?
- 31:10Speaker 5: How did you balance like home life and the wrestling life.
- 31:14Speaker 5: That was one of the problems early on.
- 31:16Speaker 6: I didn't have anything one my focus right, and I
- 31:21Speaker 6: had no idea who I was away from it. Thankfully again,
- 31:26Speaker 6: when I when I met my wife and our children,
- 31:29Speaker 6: they obviously became a huge part of that. But also,
- 31:33Speaker 6: you know, believe it or not, hunting, fishing, getting out
- 31:36Speaker 6: doing just that. Learning life, how to live to have
- 31:41Speaker 6: something outside of that outside of this was a learning
- 31:45Speaker 6: process for me. It was something that I had to
- 31:49Speaker 6: do and it's something that to this day I still
- 31:53Speaker 6: make sure that I, you know, take time for that.
- 31:56Speaker 5: You know again, it's something.
- 31:57Speaker 6: You know, we go on little vacations as a family,
- 31:59Speaker 6: My wife and I go to the beach.
- 32:02Speaker 4: You know.
- 32:03Speaker 5: I'm very much into you know, true crime and drama
- 32:05Speaker 5: and stuff like that.
- 32:07Speaker 4: Happy what's all you be watching?
- 32:09Speaker 6: Man?
- 32:09Speaker 4: Say? True Carl? What what some of I SBK Fight
- 32:11Speaker 4: Resulting TV?
- 32:12Speaker 5: All right?
- 32:12Speaker 6: I watched I watched almost non stop the I V
- 32:15Speaker 6: Channel Walk out to my house, you know, the snap
- 32:20Speaker 6: Donat Oh yeah, yeah on h L and the forensic yeah,
- 32:28Speaker 6: everything that. I'm yeah, I just think that's I don't know. Uh,
- 32:34Speaker 6: it's like you just gotta tell that, you know, the
- 32:36Speaker 6: husband's out there. I gotta look at you first, stop
- 32:40Speaker 6: doing You're not gonna You're not gonna get away. And
- 32:45Speaker 6: then you can't you can't fill out the big life
- 32:48Speaker 6: insured and then do something like seven days later. Still,
- 32:58Speaker 6: I'll be damned if they still try to give it
- 33:00Speaker 6: a world because they're going to be the ones that
- 33:01Speaker 6: can get away with that.
- 33:03Speaker 4: Now. I'm fine, Sorry, I'm joking. No violence.
- 33:07Speaker 1: It's crazy, but I would have loved HBK long order
- 33:09Speaker 1: came out. That would have been crazy as a huge.
- 33:12Speaker 4: HBK would have been fired for sure.
- 33:15Speaker 5: For sure. Well you be nice to be on the
- 33:17Speaker 5: good site.
- 33:18Speaker 4: Yeah, for sure. I got to ask you before we get
- 33:21Speaker 4: out of here about the click.
- 33:22Speaker 3: So I was a skyhall raising my mom fan, come
- 33:25Speaker 3: on man all the time, favorite wrestler. But you know
- 33:29Speaker 3: Kevin Nash, big sexy, the Diezel, you got a triple
- 33:33Speaker 3: h you also got X pox.
- 33:36Speaker 4: What was that connection like? Being part of the click?
- 33:39Speaker 6: And so that was real friendship really when and here's
- 33:45Speaker 6: the thing.
- 33:48Speaker 5: It might have helped. Hunter was probably the only one
- 33:51Speaker 5: that was.
- 33:52Speaker 6: Uh more so grounded than who he was. But he
- 34:00Speaker 6: wasn't preachy and he would never judge any of us,
- 34:05Speaker 6: and who knows, I don't know that we would have
- 34:06Speaker 6: listened even if he did. But they were at least
- 34:14Speaker 6: the people that I could talk to about the things
- 34:17Speaker 6: you might have been struggling with. You could get real
- 34:20Speaker 6: with those guys and talk about for me anyway, I
- 34:25Speaker 6: don't know some of the fears, the you know, vulnerabilities,
- 34:28Speaker 6: And they didn't mock or make fun of me to
- 34:31Speaker 6: try to you know, at the very least, I don't
- 34:35Speaker 6: know we would. They helped me escape from him, and
- 34:38Speaker 6: maybe not in the healthiest way, but they were still
- 34:40Speaker 6: my friends. Kevin Nash didn't know me from Adam and
- 34:46Speaker 6: he went in, you know, kind of exaggerated the truth
- 34:51Speaker 6: to get his release from w CW and picked up
- 34:56Speaker 6: and came up and hitched his wagon to me without
- 35:00Speaker 6: ever knowing me, not speaking a word to me, and
- 35:02Speaker 6: about one trust in me, you know, for his career
- 35:08Speaker 6: and his livelihood, and was a buddy to me from
- 35:12Speaker 6: day one.
- 35:15Speaker 5: And and so I don't know, that just meant so
- 35:17Speaker 5: much to me.
- 35:17Speaker 6: And then Scott and I we knew each other in
- 35:20Speaker 6: Kansas City, that's when we first met and then got
- 35:23Speaker 6: to re establish our relationship in WW and you know,
- 35:29Speaker 6: we were you know, two train wrecks, but we were
- 35:32Speaker 6: also two guys again, very emotional and guys kind of
- 35:38Speaker 6: you know, struggle with some of the maybe I don't know,
- 35:41Speaker 6: more common things in life that people struggle with.
- 35:43Speaker 5: So we could at least drown our sorrows with each other.
- 35:48Speaker 6: And and like you said, Hunter was just a guy
- 35:49Speaker 6: that again he liked the idea that we were one hundred,
- 35:55Speaker 6: all of us dedicated to the business and getting better.
- 35:59Speaker 6: And because he was, as everyone says, a student of
- 36:02Speaker 6: the game. We that's all we all thought about. We
- 36:04Speaker 6: were with each other more than we were with anybody else,
- 36:09Speaker 6: and we all just leaned on each other when you know,
- 36:15Speaker 6: when we were doing this, we were on the road
- 36:17Speaker 6: three hundred days at that time in our teams, and
- 36:21Speaker 6: we were with each other. Waltman came in at a
- 36:23Speaker 6: young age. We snatched him up right away. I didn't
- 36:26Speaker 6: even know that we gave.
- 36:26Speaker 5: Poor kid a choice, perfectly honest.
- 36:30Speaker 6: He came in, you know, on one time and we said,
- 36:32Speaker 6: you're riding with us, and I think he was probably
- 36:35Speaker 6: just afraid to say no. He guys stuck with us
- 36:38Speaker 6: ever since. But I'm I'm so honored that it's, you know,
- 36:41Speaker 6: to be I don't know, to have a friendship like that.
- 36:43Speaker 5: That still goes on to this day.
- 36:46Speaker 6: And even though you know, you know the types of
- 36:49Speaker 6: friends you have, but you don't have to see each
- 36:50Speaker 6: other all the time. But when you do, you pick
- 36:52Speaker 6: up right where you left off as something that you
- 36:55Speaker 6: know last for the you know, eternity and for the
- 36:57Speaker 6: rest of your lives.
- 36:59Speaker 4: I well said, the which you being over n x T.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Was it, like you said, you pouring into those young
- 37:03Speaker 1: guys to see them come to this stage of some
- 37:06Speaker 1: of those guys being able to be at WrestleMania.
- 37:08Speaker 4: What's that like for you? Obviously putting in the work
- 37:10Speaker 4: to see those guys flours and.
- 37:12Speaker 6: That's that's why you do it. Yes, it really is.
- 37:14Speaker 6: This is the biggest reason. I I mentioned it on
- 37:19Speaker 6: another interview. Kind of done a lot of these, done
- 37:23Speaker 6: a lot of WrestleMania's always honored to come out and
- 37:27Speaker 6: certainly represent an XT, But the most enjoyable part is
- 37:33Speaker 6: watching Lash and Jordan trick mellow Oba and watch them
- 37:41Speaker 6: not just be a part of WrestleMania Weekend, but be
- 37:44Speaker 6: a big part main WrestleMania Weekend and watching them go
- 37:50Speaker 6: out and enjoy that that moment out there and know
- 37:54Speaker 6: that this is just the beginning. Yeah, very excited for them,
- 37:58Speaker 6: And it really is. That's it's the reason when we
- 38:00Speaker 6: do that, because they do they put a lot of
- 38:03Speaker 6: trust in us at the Performance Center in Orlando, and
- 38:08Speaker 6: it's so awesome when we see the fruits of our
- 38:11Speaker 6: labor and the fruits of their labor go out there
- 38:15Speaker 6: and culminate in something that is this big and the special.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Yeah, now listen, two things we're excited to let be
- 38:21Speaker 1: here attacking with Alba. Yeah, that's for Brock Lesnar. He's
- 38:24Speaker 1: not too from Maria, so I'm excited for him to
- 38:25Speaker 1: see that specially came up.
- 38:26Speaker 5: Through the n XC.
- 38:28Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, that was one.
- 38:29Speaker 5: Of you guys.
- 38:30Speaker 6: Yeah, he was a shot putterer at the University of attlmanmaw.
- 38:34Speaker 5: Picture of him.
- 38:35Speaker 4: He should have been playing.
- 38:39Speaker 6: Well, but again and Oba Trick and Javon Wi all
- 38:46Speaker 6: very different but all so special and unique.
- 38:51Speaker 5: And I don't know.
- 38:52Speaker 6: To me, it's just great because it's such a diverse
- 38:56Speaker 6: but accurate representation of NXC. And then you've got Lash
- 39:00Speaker 6: and Jordan over there with the l eighties. That is
- 39:03Speaker 6: also a great representation because you have these people that
- 39:07Speaker 6: some had some indie experience, but that others just came
- 39:10Speaker 6: straight from college. They're all just and none of them
- 39:14Speaker 6: are the same. They're not cookie cutter, all very different
- 39:18Speaker 6: and but all still equally a special and the Skuy's
- 39:21Speaker 6: the limit for all of them. And we're very excited
- 39:23Speaker 6: that this WrestleMania uh is kind of going to be
- 39:26Speaker 6: their launching past.
- 39:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 39:28Speaker 1: Now listen, last wrestle may we try to like it
- 39:30Speaker 1: in now we got you here. We're trying to get
- 39:32Speaker 1: be here in the world experience in Orlando man, were
- 39:34Speaker 1: trying to get be here in the rock.
- 39:35Speaker 4: They get some training. How we feel it?
- 39:37Speaker 2: Man, Yeah, I need I need to get in there, man,
- 39:39Speaker 2: get my body together.
- 39:40Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying. Well, look all you have
- 39:43Speaker 5: to do. You know we have we have people here,
- 39:45Speaker 5: give us, give us a call.
- 39:46Speaker 6: Man.
- 39:47Speaker 5: Yeah, you guys are welcome and invited anytime to come on.
- 39:50Speaker 2: I always wanted to know what that experience is like.
- 39:52Speaker 2: And then how do you choose, like, I don't know.
- 39:55Speaker 2: How do you know when they reached, they peak and
- 39:57Speaker 2: n they seed to send them over this way.
- 39:59Speaker 6: Well that's that's a a collaboration between uh, you know
- 40:05Speaker 6: one hundred and nine main Roster and and NXC. A
- 40:08Speaker 6: lot of it is the week. We can have people
- 40:13Speaker 6: that aren't ready, maybe we feel but they need people,
- 40:19Speaker 6: They need a certain so weird it's it all depends
- 40:22Speaker 6: on if if there's a role they need to feel
- 40:25Speaker 6: sort of like you know, no different than any sport.
- 40:27Speaker 6: Holy cow, I need a quarterback. One of our guys
- 40:30Speaker 6: went down. I need a quarterback to have so many quarterbacks.
- 40:33Speaker 6: But if our linement went down, you know, what do
- 40:35Speaker 6: you what if you guys got who do you think
- 40:37Speaker 6: is ghost ready swere. There could be times when again
- 40:41Speaker 6: they just feel like we want something fresh, something new.
- 40:45Speaker 6: They are they can they can come in kind of
- 40:48Speaker 6: like what they just did recently. And I don't want
- 40:50Speaker 6: to say clean us out, but it's a you know,
- 40:54Speaker 6: maybe a spring clean.
- 40:57Speaker 5: It's not not a not a total overhaul. It very
- 41:01Speaker 5: but we have to be ready.
- 41:03Speaker 6: Uh short of like the Marines. You gotta be ready
- 41:06Speaker 6: whenever they call you. You gotta jump on a jump on
- 41:09Speaker 6: a plane and get ready to go.
- 41:10Speaker 4: Gotcha, man, this has been a special moment for us.
- 41:12Speaker 1: Man, legendary mom for me and my guys as well.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Shout to our family at boost Mobile. Shouts to stock
- 41:17Speaker 1: x Man, shout the hard rock back our guys, h
- 41:20Speaker 1: b K. We appreciate you. You got something before we
- 41:21Speaker 1: got out here.
- 41:22Speaker 2: They want to do the TikTok dance. Is a TikTok
- 41:25Speaker 2: dance supposed were going on. Man, oh oh, malk corner.
- 41:30Speaker 1: Now he's a wrestling love right here. My god, Malo, man,
- 41:33Speaker 1: he would have happened with cose it if possible.
- 41:34Speaker 5: Man, crying right, some of the stupid stuff right here.
- 41:42Speaker 6: Clearly I'm not a good judge of anything, so I
- 41:43Speaker 6: try anything one you like, The club five.
- 41:48Speaker 1: The volume
