A former Phoenix mariachi teacher, Carlos Lechuga, has pleaded guilty to five counts of producing child pornography, with victims as young as six years old. Arrested in December after disturbing dark web videos surfaced, he’s facing a minimum 15-year sentence — possibly up to 30 years — as federal prosecutors and the FBI close in on justice for the young girls exploited during his private lessons from 2013 to 2019.
