- 0:00Speaker 1: If you're listening to Mark on the iHeart Radio app,
- 0:03Speaker 1: save time and tap the preset button.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Now. Now back to the Mark Zimon Show on WOOR.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Let's take some calls. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 0:15Speaker 2: seven ten is the number. Let's go to Kathy in
- 0:18Speaker 2: North Carolina. Kathy, how you doing?
- 0:21Speaker 1: Good? Good morning, Mark. I was curious since you seem
- 0:24Speaker 1: to know many facts that we don't know. Do you
- 0:27Speaker 1: know or do we all know who the whistleblower was
- 0:30Speaker 1: who dug out the information about the mortgage fraud for
- 0:33Speaker 1: Letitia James, because like I feel like we owed them
- 0:35Speaker 1: a dinner or something. Oh yeah, you would have never
- 0:37Speaker 1: found out.
- 0:38Speaker 2: There were several of them. The one who really did
- 0:41Speaker 2: the I can't remember his name. I'm blanket out, but
- 0:44Speaker 2: you can look it up. He's on he's got a
- 0:45Speaker 2: website and all that. And then not Eddie sam Antar,
- 0:50Speaker 2: Remember crazy Eddie, right Sam? You know, well sam Antar
- 0:56Speaker 2: went to jail for a white collar you know, find
- 1:00Speaker 2: angel fraud kind of a thing. And he has been
- 1:03Speaker 2: great ever since. He's been just digging into you know,
- 1:07Speaker 2: a lot of these are records you can find. He's
- 1:09Speaker 2: been digging up all the records and going through everything.
- 1:11Speaker 2: He's been great at it.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not like a reporter would do that for
- 1:15Speaker 1: us or anything. But thank you, Sam. We owe your dinner.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Yeah, and there's the other guy. I'm blanking under the
- 1:20Speaker 2: other guy's name. But these two guys have been amazing,
- 1:23Speaker 2: sam Antar, I know you. Roger Stone has played a
- 1:28Speaker 2: lot of tributes to this sam Antar, not just the
- 1:30Speaker 2: Letitia James, but he has done some amazing work on
- 1:33Speaker 2: these other cases. You're right, he's doing what reporters should do,
- 1:36Speaker 2: but they won't do it because it's a Democrat.
- 1:38Speaker 1: They won't thank you for selling me in.
- 1:40Speaker 3: I knew you'd know.
- 1:41Speaker 2: I love you all right, thanks for calling. Yeah, if
- 1:44Speaker 2: it was a Trump guy, these reporters, every reporter, every
- 1:48Speaker 2: network would have done all this work. But instead we
- 1:51Speaker 2: got to rely on these two guys to do it.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Let's go to Steve in Manhattan. Steve, how you doing
- 1:57Speaker 2: all right?
- 1:57Speaker 4: More New York City ballot in this year two, three
- 2:00Speaker 4: and four, we're voting No.
- 2:01Speaker 2: It takes the power of the neighbor, right, we don't
- 2:03Speaker 2: quite know what you're talking about, but thanks for Colin.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Let's go to Phil in Queen's Phil.
- 2:07Speaker 4: How you doing, Hey, I'm doing good. I think Stam
- 2:10Speaker 4: also helped break that that billionaire Ponzi scheme also, But listen,
- 2:18Speaker 4: I have a bone to pick with you. Very briefly,
- 2:20Speaker 4: Curtis worked as hard as Trump. Curtis is putting in
- 2:24Speaker 4: twenty hour days, yes, for weeks and weeks, and he
- 2:27Speaker 4: is going all over the city. He had offices in
- 2:30Speaker 4: the Bronx and Bushwick before he had We.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Know all this. What is the bone? No?
- 2:35Speaker 3: No, you will you?
- 2:36Speaker 4: I'm sorry, I love you, but you mentioned that he
- 2:39Speaker 4: isn't working hard enough or he isn't going enough place.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Wait, you know you've got the wrong show. I never
- 2:43Speaker 2: said that.
- 2:44Speaker 4: I listened to you every day, my dear.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Well you may be, but you're completely nuts. I've never
- 2:48Speaker 2: said that. See the problem is you can't make up
- 2:50Speaker 2: that kind of stuff because we have every show. Anybody
- 2:53Speaker 2: can go dig up the podcast. I never, ever, ever,
- 2:56Speaker 2: ever said Curtis wasn't working hard. That's another show. I'll
- 3:00Speaker 2: mention which one, but it's not. It's not me. You've
- 3:02Speaker 2: jumbled us up. But that's okay. Let's go to Chris
- 3:06Speaker 2: in Manhattan. Chris, how you doing?
- 3:08Speaker 3: I'm doing Thanks good, Thanks work. Listen. You know yesterday
- 3:10Speaker 3: I know you said it's anecdotal, but I went to
- 3:12Speaker 3: vote on sixties on seventy sixth Street Way.
- 3:15Speaker 2: You have a history. We love you, but you have
- 3:17Speaker 2: a history of anecdotal stuff. You remember how abortion was
- 3:20Speaker 2: going to kill Trump in the election, and you said,
- 3:22Speaker 2: I love you.
- 3:23Speaker 3: You are fantastic, and I believe that. Okay, but I
- 3:26Speaker 3: just want to say yesterday when I was voting, there
- 3:29Speaker 3: was nobody there under fifty and absolutely everybody was voting
- 3:33Speaker 3: for for a Cuomo. Not because they liked them, but
- 3:36Speaker 3: they It was like Adam Aga.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Again, that's anecdotal, totally anecdotal.
- 3:41Speaker 3: All right, thank you. I also can ask another question,
- 3:45Speaker 3: of course, Okay, what happened to Tucker Carlson? When did
- 3:49Speaker 3: he like fall off the cliff?
- 3:53Speaker 2: Uh?
- 3:55Speaker 3: Did you know what I mean? Like I used to
- 3:56Speaker 3: like him in the same pain as Rush.
- 3:59Speaker 2: People have tried to analyzed that. He started off great
- 4:01Speaker 2: on Fox News and he was at one point the
- 4:03Speaker 2: highest rated show, but then he went kind of you know,
- 4:06Speaker 2: he's a very sophisticated, classy Washington d C. Kind of
- 4:10Speaker 2: a guy. Then all of a sudden he went very redneck.
- 4:13Speaker 2: You know, everything was like a real redneck. He'll build
- 4:15Speaker 2: a kind of issue. I guess he was trying to
- 4:17Speaker 2: counter his image and then he went too far in
- 4:20Speaker 2: that everything's too far to the right, to redneck, too
- 4:23Speaker 2: out there. You're right, he's totally out there. I mean,
- 4:26Speaker 2: you know, Fox didn't want to deal with his the
- 4:28Speaker 2: blowback from him anymore. And thanks. A lot of these
- 4:33Speaker 2: people don't work for anybody anymore. You know. They used
- 4:36Speaker 2: to be on a network and now they're doing their
- 4:38Speaker 2: own podcast, their own show, so it's just them like
- 4:40Speaker 2: from their bedroom, so there's nobody regulating it, there's no
- 4:44Speaker 2: editorial anything, and they just go too far. Sometimes. Let's
- 4:48Speaker 2: go to Dave in Chicago. Dave, how you doing.
- 4:51Speaker 5: Good morning, Mark. I'm doing very well. Thank you. I
- 4:53Speaker 5: caught you the other night on Cudlow with oh you
- 4:56Speaker 5: got a TV now look at that, yes, sir, and
- 5:00Speaker 5: interesting thing I'm seeing a parallel now. You discussed that
- 5:05Speaker 5: Kamala Harris is on a pointless book tour. Now she
- 5:09Speaker 5: had been quoted as saying, not on that particular show
- 5:12Speaker 5: that you were on, that she will see a woman
- 5:15Speaker 5: president and it could be her. And lastly, Mark, do
- 5:19Speaker 5: you recall when Hillary Clinton lost to Donald Trump, she
- 5:23Speaker 5: too wrote a book called What Happened.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a good point. Yeah, you're right. These washed
- 5:29Speaker 2: up people that just fail, they do write these crazy books.
- 5:33Speaker 2: But when you kind of wiped out politically, that's your
- 5:35Speaker 2: income writing a book. Let's go to Jimmy new Milford. Jimmy,
- 5:39Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 5:42Speaker 1: Hey, good morning, Mark, how are you good?
- 5:46Speaker 5: The omaginal calling.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Why k't the airlines.
- 5:50Speaker 5: Chipping and pay the air traffic controllers? Uh?
- 5:54Speaker 2: Well, we could argue that they're very cheap and all that,
- 5:56Speaker 2: But on the other hand, airline business is the worst
- 5:59Speaker 2: business in the world you can be in. They don't
- 6:02Speaker 2: make a lot of money in these airlines. You know,
- 6:04Speaker 2: you see these big, enormous airlines, you think, wow, they
- 6:06Speaker 2: must have been making a billing. The margin, the profit
- 6:08Speaker 2: margin is so tight. You know, they've had to lower
- 6:11Speaker 2: the cost that they just don't make. There's not a
- 6:13Speaker 2: lot of money in the airline business. Why you see
- 6:14Speaker 2: these airlines go broke all the time. It's the worst
- 6:17Speaker 2: business you can be in. Hey, Steve Moore is away
- 6:20Speaker 2: this week. At least he told us ahead of time
- 6:23Speaker 2: this time. But oh, when we come back how we Car.
- 6:27Speaker 2: We love how we Car. We'll talk to him next
- 6:28Speaker 2: about Mom, Donnie, about everything else. Coming up on seven
- 6:32Speaker 2: to ten wor
