- 0:13Speaker 1: Hello you guys, Welcome back to another episode of the
- 0:16Speaker 1: howtrel Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kayleie, and this is
- 0:19Speaker 1: your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a new week,
- 0:22Speaker 1: a new mindset, and another day for you to become
- 0:24Speaker 1: the howkerel energy you want to attract. Hello you guys,
- 0:28Speaker 1: Happy Wednesday, Welcome back to another episode. I cannot believe
- 0:32Speaker 1: we are officially in the last week of September. Next
- 0:35Speaker 1: week we start October, which, in my eyes, this is
- 0:39Speaker 1: when the weather actually starts to change, the leaves start
- 0:42Speaker 1: to change color, it really starts to feel like fall.
- 0:46Speaker 1: And yeah, I just couldnot believe how time is flying by.
- 0:51Speaker 1: I don't really have too many weekly updates for you guys.
- 0:54Speaker 1: I really just want to jump into this episode. I
- 0:56Speaker 1: did just get back from Toronto recently. If you guys
- 0:59Speaker 1: follow me social media, you guys know that I was
- 1:01Speaker 1: in Toronto for the Alo Yoga event, which was super fun.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Met a lot of Toronto influencers that I've been following
- 1:09Speaker 1: for so long, who honestly just felt like we were
- 1:12Speaker 1: just like not even catching up. I don't even know,
- 1:15Speaker 1: just like a long distance friend that I felt like
- 1:17Speaker 1: I've known for so long, but like just kind of
- 1:20Speaker 1: like seeing them in person and getting you know, a
- 1:23Speaker 1: bit more of their life, I guess, in person versus
- 1:26Speaker 1: just seeing what they share on social media. And oh
- 1:29Speaker 1: my goodness, just so many amazing girls there. I felt
- 1:32Speaker 1: like I connected with so many of them, and yeah,
- 1:35Speaker 1: it was just like so fun to finally meet some
- 1:36Speaker 1: of the girls in person. And they're like, you need
- 1:38Speaker 1: to come to more Toronto events, and honestly I do.
- 1:42Speaker 1: It's not a far commute. I get invited to a
- 1:44Speaker 1: lot of Toronto events that I do say no to
- 1:47Speaker 1: just because usually it doesn't really work with my schedule
- 1:50Speaker 1: or whatever the case may be. But it made me
- 1:52Speaker 1: realize that I should say yes more to these events
- 1:54Speaker 1: because it is really good just to socialize and meet
- 1:57Speaker 1: people in the same industry and just obviously getting to
- 2:00Speaker 1: know some influencers who are also in the space and
- 2:04Speaker 1: all that, and also just like meeting you guys, like
- 2:06Speaker 1: I met so many of you this weekend. I think
- 2:09Speaker 1: I met like, I want to say, like eight to
- 2:12Speaker 1: ten followers this weekend, which is crazy to me. And
- 2:15Speaker 1: I had such a fun time meeting you guys. So
- 2:17Speaker 1: if I met you, thank you so much for coming
- 2:19Speaker 1: up to me or even dming me saying that you
- 2:21Speaker 1: saw me but you were too nervous to say something
- 2:23Speaker 1: or whatever. Yeah, it was so nice and so refreshing
- 2:27Speaker 1: to meet some of you guys in person. And I
- 2:29Speaker 1: really do need to do meetups when I do travel.
- 2:32Speaker 1: This weekend it was really short and quick, so I
- 2:34Speaker 1: didn't really have the time to do you know, a
- 2:37Speaker 1: little event. But even if it's just like a coffee
- 2:39Speaker 1: and walk kind of situation of just like chatting with
- 2:42Speaker 1: you guys, getting to know you, just kind of like
- 2:44Speaker 1: bringing a community of women together all with similar interests
- 2:48Speaker 1: and just connecting, I think is the best thing. So
- 2:51Speaker 1: definitely want to do something like that in the future.
- 2:53Speaker 1: So yeah, it made me realize that I need to
- 2:56Speaker 1: get out more and say yes to a few more things,
- 3:00Speaker 1: at least yes to the things that I want to
- 3:02Speaker 1: say yes too, which we're actually going to be talking
- 3:04Speaker 1: about in this episode this week, just about habits I'm
- 3:07Speaker 1: sticking to this fall or rituals that I'm sticking to
- 3:11Speaker 1: along with things that no longer serve me. So things
- 3:13Speaker 1: that I'm trying to you know, you know, make adjustments
- 3:17Speaker 1: into my lifestyle or just things that I feel like
- 3:20Speaker 1: don't serve me currently in my life. So yeah, all
- 3:23Speaker 1: the weekend was great. Being in Toronto was great. It
- 3:25Speaker 1: was Freddy's fourth birthday, which was super great. He's officially four,
- 3:29Speaker 1: which I cannot believe. My baby boy, who I got
- 3:32Speaker 1: when I first started content creation is now for so
- 3:35Speaker 1: wild to me. And then yeah, just kind of have
- 3:38Speaker 1: a fun weekend ahead with my sister and Zach, going
- 3:40Speaker 1: to have a fun little fall weekend. I feel like
- 3:43Speaker 1: I have a lot of things that I want to
- 3:45Speaker 1: hit on my fall bucket list, and finally things are
- 3:48Speaker 1: starting to open up, like pumpkin patches and apple picking,
- 3:52Speaker 1: you know, farmers market states, going for a walk in
- 3:55Speaker 1: the trails with coffee like all that. Like, you know me,
- 3:57Speaker 1: I just love doing that type of stuff on the weekends.
- 4:00Speaker 1: And I am traveling again next week, which is wild.
- 4:03Speaker 1: I cannot believe I'm leaving again and getting on another flight.
- 4:07Speaker 1: I think this is officially the most I've ever traveled
- 4:09Speaker 1: in a year. I thought last year was a lot,
- 4:11Speaker 1: but this year was definitely a lot. I'm actually going
- 4:14Speaker 1: for Zach's work, not even for me, so I really
- 4:17Speaker 1: want to be there to support Zach. So I don't
- 4:19Speaker 1: know if there'll be a new episode next week, I'm
- 4:21Speaker 1: going to try my best to get one up. But
- 4:23Speaker 1: if not, you guys know the reason that I'm actually
- 4:25Speaker 1: heading to Dallas. Never been to Dallas before, but Zach's
- 4:29Speaker 1: company is actually a US company. It's a huge construction
- 4:33Speaker 1: company and they're doing a work retreat down there. So
- 4:36Speaker 1: literally just going for Zach essentially and just going to
- 4:40Speaker 1: support him. He always supports me with my travels for work,
- 4:44Speaker 1: and he extended the invite out to me and wifs
- 4:47Speaker 1: were invited. So I'm going to go meet some of
- 4:50Speaker 1: his colleagues, get to know the team, and yeah, fully
- 4:53Speaker 1: just be there to support him. So it's a very
- 4:56Speaker 1: quick trip again Wednesday to Friday, and I'm crossing my
- 5:00Speaker 1: fingers that that's the final trip that I go on. Again.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Very grateful for all the trips that you go on,
- 5:04Speaker 1: and I do love it. I just think I'm getting
- 5:07Speaker 1: to the point where I'm very much wanting to stay home,
- 5:10Speaker 1: and I think, honestly, for me, between like September to December,
- 5:15Speaker 1: these are the months where I want to be home.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Like I love being in Ottawa around this time of
- 5:19Speaker 1: the year, I do think it's the time where we thrive.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Like fall is amazing here, there's so much to do,
- 5:25Speaker 1: there's so much to see, and then also just obviously Christmas,
- 5:29Speaker 1: I'd love to decorate the house, get into cozy season. Yeah,
- 5:32Speaker 1: I just don't really love to travel usually during these months,
- 5:35Speaker 1: so feel like it's been busy, but again, very grateful.
- 5:39Speaker 1: I'm not obviously upset about it. I just feel like
- 5:42Speaker 1: I'm ready to enjoy my cozy era of being home
- 5:46Speaker 1: and just really enjoying the fall season. So that's a
- 5:49Speaker 1: quick little update of what's going on, and with the
- 5:52Speaker 1: episode either being up or not next week due to travels,
- 5:56Speaker 1: but let's get into today's episode about rich RULs and habits.
- 6:00Speaker 1: I'm sticking to this fall along with things that are
- 6:03Speaker 1: no longer serving me. I was actually recently inspired to
- 6:07Speaker 1: do this episode because I feel like there's things that
- 6:11Speaker 1: I'm always trying to kind of adapt into my lifestyle
- 6:16Speaker 1: when entering a new season, but also things that I
- 6:20Speaker 1: want to get rid of that I feel like I
- 6:22Speaker 1: could work on because obviously no one's perfect. We're all
- 6:25Speaker 1: trying to improve and become our better selves. So I
- 6:28Speaker 1: kind of wanted to share like the pros of things
- 6:30Speaker 1: that I'm you know, doing that make me feel good
- 6:33Speaker 1: that I think, you know, would be a really good
- 6:35Speaker 1: add on to your current lifestyle, but also things that
- 6:38Speaker 1: I'm trying to work on or you know, no longer
- 6:41Speaker 1: do in my life because it's something that might be
- 6:44Speaker 1: a really bad habit that I'm just trying to break.
- 6:46Speaker 1: So that's kind of how I wanted to like position
- 6:49Speaker 1: this episode on. So the first thing is talking about
- 6:52Speaker 1: rituals and habits. So firstly, one thing that I've been
- 6:55Speaker 1: wanting to do this season is setting one to three
- 6:58Speaker 1: non negotiable tasks each day. So kind of writing out
- 7:02Speaker 1: maybe on your journal or your phone, and talk about
- 7:04Speaker 1: three things that are your biggest priority throughout the day.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Is it getting a workout in, is it going on
- 7:09Speaker 1: a daily walk, is it journaling? Is it, you know,
- 7:12Speaker 1: taking an hour to yourself of no phone, you want
- 7:16Speaker 1: an hour of productivity of just getting shit done around
- 7:18Speaker 1: the house. This is actually a new thing that I've
- 7:21Speaker 1: recently added into my routine. I think I always kind
- 7:24Speaker 1: of put like house chores or you know, just like
- 7:28Speaker 1: things that could be done around the house on the side,
- 7:30Speaker 1: especially when it comes to like my work time. You know,
- 7:33Speaker 1: I work from home, So sometimes I feel like, Okay,
- 7:36Speaker 1: I don't have time to do house stuff, like I
- 7:38Speaker 1: just got to lock in from like nine am to
- 7:40Speaker 1: five pm or whatever the case may be. But I
- 7:43Speaker 1: do think it's okay obviously to take breaks and to
- 7:46Speaker 1: set an hour aside to actually get things done. So
- 7:50Speaker 1: I think it was my girlfriend Sidney Adams that I
- 7:52Speaker 1: saw this on her YouTube video. We're mutual followers and
- 7:56Speaker 1: I really just love her. She's so amazing. But anyways,
- 7:58Speaker 1: she was talking about a one hour productivity hour where
- 8:02Speaker 1: you just like spend an hour of your time just
- 8:04Speaker 1: getting a bunch of stuff done throughout the house, and
- 8:06Speaker 1: then once that hour is done, you get back to work,
- 8:09Speaker 1: you get back on your grind. And I absolutely love
- 8:11Speaker 1: this because I think that's something that I always just
- 8:13Speaker 1: kind of like push to the side. I don't really do.
- 8:16Speaker 1: So I've been kind of taking my lunch break as
- 8:18Speaker 1: that hour of productivity where I'll clean up the kitchen,
- 8:22Speaker 1: you know, break down boxes if I had a bunch
- 8:24Speaker 1: of pr boxes come in, like cleaning up the house,
- 8:27Speaker 1: putting coats back in the coat closet, folding laundry like
- 8:30Speaker 1: whatever the case may be, throwing laundry in the washer,
- 8:33Speaker 1: like things that I just kind of ignore that I
- 8:35Speaker 1: typically would do, you know, at the end of the day,
- 8:37Speaker 1: and then the end of the day comes up and
- 8:39Speaker 1: I'm too tired to do it, and then nothing's actually done.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I'm now trying to make a one hour productivity you
- 8:46Speaker 1: know thing in my current day to day lifestyle of just, yeah,
- 8:51Speaker 1: having a productivity hour of getting shit done around the house.
- 8:54Speaker 1: So it was very inspired by that, and that's something
- 8:57Speaker 1: that I'm kind of making a non negotiable for each day.
- 9:00Speaker 1: But I think everybody's going to have different non negotiables.
- 9:02Speaker 1: It could be also things that might not be personal.
- 9:05Speaker 1: It might be more so, you know, things that you
- 9:07Speaker 1: want to do for work. Maybe there's certain things in
- 9:10Speaker 1: your day to day task with work that you want
- 9:12Speaker 1: to make a non negotiable for each day. Or if
- 9:15Speaker 1: you're in school and you know you want to make
- 9:17Speaker 1: an hour of studying a priority every single day, that's
- 9:20Speaker 1: something that you do that you would make a non negotiable.
- 9:23Speaker 1: So it could be really anything that you're focusing on
- 9:26Speaker 1: or you're locking in for for these next few weeks.
- 9:29Speaker 1: So set one to three non negotiables each day, and
- 9:32Speaker 1: I think this will allow you to really reach your
- 9:35Speaker 1: goals and just also stick to habits that you maybe
- 9:38Speaker 1: have been contemplating on doing. Like if you set a
- 9:41Speaker 1: non negotiable of walking every single day, it's eventually going
- 9:44Speaker 1: to become such a habit and such an easy thing
- 9:46Speaker 1: to do, and you're going to be consistent with it.
- 9:49Speaker 1: And yeah, so I walk forty minutes every single day,
- 9:52Speaker 1: usually go either in the morning or in the afternoon,
- 9:54Speaker 1: or sometimes twice a day. And I make that a
- 9:57Speaker 1: non negotiable in my routine. Get outside, get some share,
- 10:00Speaker 1: get some movement in. There's so many benefits to it,
- 10:02Speaker 1: but you guys, get the gist. But definitely set aside
- 10:05Speaker 1: one to three non negotiables each day. Another thing that
- 10:08Speaker 1: I've wanted to bring into this new season is weekly
- 10:12Speaker 1: self audits, meaning that every Sunday, something that I do
- 10:16Speaker 1: is I kind of create my vision for how this
- 10:20Speaker 1: week is going to look or reevaluate things that didn't
- 10:24Speaker 1: work out last week. So what I mean by that
- 10:27Speaker 1: is maybe you're going through a transition where you're, you know,
- 10:31Speaker 1: creating a new routine for yourself or a new schedule
- 10:33Speaker 1: for yourself going into a new season. Maybe your work
- 10:36Speaker 1: hours have changed, or maybe you know, you just started
- 10:39Speaker 1: back up at school and you know things are completely
- 10:42Speaker 1: different and you're trying to create a routine for yourself.
- 10:45Speaker 1: This is where you're going to kind of re evaluate
- 10:47Speaker 1: yourself every single week. Okay, are things working? Are things not? Like?
- 10:51Speaker 1: What isn't working? So you know, taking it day by
- 10:54Speaker 1: day or week by week kind of seeing. Okay, so
- 10:57Speaker 1: I started this new routine of going back to school,
- 10:59Speaker 1: and I've been working out on my lunch break, you know,
- 11:02Speaker 1: walking after dinner or whatever, and maybe you weren't consistent
- 11:06Speaker 1: with your walks after dinner throughout that week. So okay,
- 11:09Speaker 1: going into this week, I'm going to actually change up
- 11:11Speaker 1: my routine and try something different because I personally felt
- 11:13Speaker 1: like it wasn't working for me. I wasn't staying consistent
- 11:15Speaker 1: with it. I want to make some changes. So reevaluating
- 11:18Speaker 1: your routine going into a new season is so important
- 11:21Speaker 1: because when you reevaluate these things and you realize that
- 11:24Speaker 1: it's not working out, and then when you create a
- 11:26Speaker 1: different type of routine for yourself that you're actually consistent with,
- 11:30Speaker 1: it becomes easier. It doesn't feel like you're forcing yourself
- 11:34Speaker 1: to do it. It just becomes a habit and you
- 11:36Speaker 1: become more consistent with it, so it just becomes easy.
- 11:39Speaker 1: I also think it's important to do these self audits
- 11:42Speaker 1: because it allows you to also figure out what is
- 11:44Speaker 1: your main focus for the week. So is there a
- 11:47Speaker 1: specific task that you wanted to focus on this week,
- 11:49Speaker 1: or you know, maybe something personal, like you want to
- 11:53Speaker 1: go to Pilate's three times a week, or you want
- 11:55Speaker 1: to try a new workout class that you know you've
- 11:58Speaker 1: been contemplating on going for so long. That one is
- 12:01Speaker 1: a huge one for me. So I've been going back
- 12:04Speaker 1: and forth, and to be fully transparent, I've canceled plans
- 12:07Speaker 1: on it. I don't know why I'm getting so on
- 12:08Speaker 1: my head about it, but I have not done weightlifting
- 12:11Speaker 1: in like five years, Okay, it's been a long time.
- 12:13Speaker 1: I've been trying to get back into it here at
- 12:15Speaker 1: the house because we have a gym in the basement,
- 12:17Speaker 1: so I've been using that to kind of like prepare
- 12:20Speaker 1: myself to get to a class, because let's be honest,
- 12:23Speaker 1: like going to a gym can sometimes feel intimidating, and like,
- 12:27Speaker 1: I don't know, I prefer being in like an all
- 12:29Speaker 1: female gym. I don't really like being with the male.
- 12:32Speaker 1: I don't know. This is something that I feel, I
- 12:35Speaker 1: guess when I'm in a workout class. But I'm trying
- 12:37Speaker 1: to like build up the courage to go to this
- 12:39Speaker 1: weightlifting class and I think I'm finally going to go
- 12:41Speaker 1: this Friday. I have plans booked, and I'm just like,
- 12:45Speaker 1: you know what, you just got to do it. You
- 12:46Speaker 1: just got to break this you know, pattern of like
- 12:49Speaker 1: feeling like you don't want to do it. And we're
- 12:52Speaker 1: going to talk about something that I'm trying to let go,
- 12:54Speaker 1: which is about comfort zones. But you know, that's a
- 12:57Speaker 1: big focus for me this week is to make a
- 13:00Speaker 1: priority by focusing on going to this weightlifting class and
- 13:04Speaker 1: changing up my workout routine by going, because it allows
- 13:07Speaker 1: me to realize if I like it or not, and
- 13:09Speaker 1: if I did like it, okay, it opens the door
- 13:12Speaker 1: to creating a new thing into my workout routine. And again,
- 13:16Speaker 1: it's about just kind of like putting your focus towards
- 13:19Speaker 1: things that are a priority, or what do I want
- 13:21Speaker 1: to focus my content on this week? Is there big
- 13:24Speaker 1: things that are happening this week that I really want
- 13:26Speaker 1: to focus my content creation on, filming on whatever the
- 13:28Speaker 1: case may be do I want to put more focus
- 13:30Speaker 1: on my YouTube channel TikTok whatever. So doing weekly self
- 13:33Speaker 1: audits is so important. It just allows you to really
- 13:36Speaker 1: just make sure that you're focusing on the things that
- 13:38Speaker 1: you want to focus on and allows you to put
- 13:40Speaker 1: all your energy towards those things, and also just yeah,
- 13:44Speaker 1: kind of making sure that you've established a good routine
- 13:47Speaker 1: for yourself. And eventually it's just going to feel so
- 13:50Speaker 1: good going into each week knowing that you did these
- 13:52Speaker 1: self audits and yeah, you feel good about your routine,
- 13:56Speaker 1: You feel good about your work. Another thing that I'm
- 13:58Speaker 1: sticking to this ball is decluttering my space so kind
- 14:02Speaker 1: of like a fall reset in a way. I always
- 14:04Speaker 1: feel so much better when I organize my space going
- 14:07Speaker 1: into a new season. I feel like, you know, I
- 14:10Speaker 1: always want to just like go through my wardrobe see
- 14:14Speaker 1: what I'm not wearing. There's definitely things that I've had
- 14:16Speaker 1: in my wardrobe for probably two to three years, which
- 14:18Speaker 1: I'm like, I don't wear this anymore. There's some things
- 14:21Speaker 1: that I've had for two to three years that I
- 14:22Speaker 1: still love to this day. But there's definitely some things
- 14:24Speaker 1: that I have maybe purchased that honestly no longer serve me.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I don't wear it's not you know, my style anymore
- 14:30Speaker 1: or whatever. So that's another thing. As you age, I
- 14:33Speaker 1: think your style kind of evolves as well. So definitely
- 14:36Speaker 1: wanting to do a huge closet reset. My goal is
- 14:39Speaker 1: to do it this week, but we shall see if
- 14:41Speaker 1: we have the time. If not, it will definitely be
- 14:43Speaker 1: a priority for October. But I think it's so important
- 14:46Speaker 1: to just find areas in your home to declutter your space.
- 14:49Speaker 1: It just makes you feel like, you know, you're going
- 14:51Speaker 1: into a new season with a fresh mindset. You kind
- 14:54Speaker 1: of got rid of the old bringing in the new.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Next one is dedicating thirty minutes of re relaxation. This
- 15:01Speaker 1: is something that I'm currently working on, but knowing how
- 15:04Speaker 1: important it is to do this into my current routine.
- 15:08Speaker 1: You know, maybe it's thirty minutes in the morning where
- 15:11Speaker 1: you want to read and just kind of a slow
- 15:13Speaker 1: morning with the fireplace on. Or maybe it's a nighttime
- 15:17Speaker 1: routine where you want to have a tee, take thirty
- 15:20Speaker 1: minutes of no phone time and just you know, maybe
- 15:23Speaker 1: getting out your red light therapy mask and just kind
- 15:26Speaker 1: of you know, journaling or whatever the case may be.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Like you want to take thirty minutes to yourself of
- 15:31Speaker 1: just complete relaxation, no stress, nothing to think about for work,
- 15:34Speaker 1: anything like that. I think it's important to force ourselves
- 15:38Speaker 1: to relax each day because I've realized that if I
- 15:42Speaker 1: overdo it, and I overwork and I don't give myself
- 15:45Speaker 1: that thirty minutes to an hour of a break and
- 15:48Speaker 1: just relax time, I'm going to feel so burnt out,
- 15:50Speaker 1: and then for the rest of the week, I am
- 15:53Speaker 1: not going to feel productive throughout the day. I'm gonna
- 15:55Speaker 1: feel tired, I'm going to feel overworked. So I think
- 15:57Speaker 1: it's really really key to at least dedicate thirty minutes
- 16:01Speaker 1: into your morning, into your lunch break, into your evening,
- 16:04Speaker 1: to just take thirty minutes to yourself truly just enjoy
- 16:08Speaker 1: some downtime. Figure out something that makes you relax. Maybe
- 16:11Speaker 1: it's meditation, maybe it's taking a nap, I don't know,
- 16:14Speaker 1: like figuring out ways to just like really disconnect yourself
- 16:18Speaker 1: from your job or from school and just really focus
- 16:21Speaker 1: on unwinding and relaxing. Because I think you guys are
- 16:24Speaker 1: going to realize how important it is to take that
- 16:27Speaker 1: thirty minutes to yourself and how productive you'll actually feel
- 16:31Speaker 1: throughout the rest of the week by kind of like
- 16:33Speaker 1: forcing yourself to unwind and know that you'll have a
- 16:36Speaker 1: productive week ahead. Another thing I'm doing for my rituals
- 16:40Speaker 1: this fall is I've been reevaluating my eating habits. If
- 16:44Speaker 1: you follow me on TikTok, you may have seen this
- 16:46Speaker 1: video already, but I've been talking about doing a food reset. Essentially.
- 16:49Speaker 1: What that means is I'm basically changing everything that I'm eating.
- 16:53Speaker 1: I feel like this summer was very busy, very busy
- 16:57Speaker 1: with work. I was traveling a lot, and I just
- 16:59Speaker 1: feel like I've been very inconsistent with my eating habits.
- 17:02Speaker 1: I think I get a little lazy sometimes. You know,
- 17:05Speaker 1: I've never really been good at making good lunches. I
- 17:08Speaker 1: think I just open my fridge take whatever is really
- 17:11Speaker 1: easy to do, usually like eggs or sour dough bread.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Just again not really paying attention to the nutrients of
- 17:18Speaker 1: what's in my foods, how high the protein is all that.
- 17:21Speaker 1: And I'm not that type of diet person at all. Okay,
- 17:24Speaker 1: I do not follow any strict diets or anything. I
- 17:26Speaker 1: strive to eat high protein and I try and eat
- 17:29Speaker 1: as clean as possible, just because That's what I love,
- 17:32Speaker 1: you know, trying to avoid any added sugars, try and
- 17:34Speaker 1: eat natural sugars all that. But I am not on
- 17:37Speaker 1: any specific diet, and if I'm going out with my
- 17:39Speaker 1: friends on a Friday night, I'm going to enjoy a
- 17:41Speaker 1: pizza or a glass of wine or margarita. Like very
- 17:44Speaker 1: much all about balance, but I do want to prioritize
- 17:49Speaker 1: my eating habits and my meals and all that. So
- 17:52Speaker 1: I decided to challenge myself and try different meals that
- 17:55Speaker 1: I've seen on TikTok of other creators who were sharing
- 17:59Speaker 1: healthy recipes for what they were eating for lunch, dinner,
- 18:02Speaker 1: and breakfast. I'm changing out my breakfast, I'm changing out
- 18:05Speaker 1: my lunches, my dinners, you know, doing a bit of
- 18:07Speaker 1: meal prepping that way. I have lunches throughout the week.
- 18:10Speaker 1: So I'm just completely doing a little bit of a
- 18:11Speaker 1: food reset. And it was so refreshing to do that.
- 18:15Speaker 1: I'm already day three into it, and I love everything
- 18:18Speaker 1: about it. I'm feeling so good, I'm feeling so energized.
- 18:21Speaker 1: I feel like I've definitely just you know, avoided buying
- 18:24Speaker 1: certain things that I would typically buy. Like there's some
- 18:27Speaker 1: desserts that I would typically buy that I'm like, I'm
- 18:30Speaker 1: not buying that this week. Like, it's actually really hard
- 18:32Speaker 1: to realize like these habits that you were so obsessed
- 18:35Speaker 1: with for so long. So it's been hard, but I
- 18:38Speaker 1: know it's going to be so worth it after doing
- 18:40Speaker 1: it for a period of time. Again, all about consistency,
- 18:43Speaker 1: all about breaking the bad habits. So yeah, just trying
- 18:47Speaker 1: to eat more nutritious meals. And I've also been trying
- 18:51Speaker 1: to find like really good fall recipes that I'm gonna
- 18:53Speaker 1: do a little Fall series that I'll share with you
- 18:55Speaker 1: guys that are all high protein, So things like white
- 18:58Speaker 1: chicken chili, maybe some chicken noodle soup, different types of soups.
- 19:03Speaker 1: You know. We had a sweet potato broccoli chicken kind
- 19:08Speaker 1: of like harvest one sheet pan dinner, and we topped
- 19:11Speaker 1: it off with hot honey, and then we also added
- 19:14Speaker 1: balsamic glaze on top, and it very much tasted like fall.
- 19:17Speaker 1: To make it more Fall inspired, I could add butternut
- 19:20Speaker 1: squash or maybe even do some Brussels sprouts. But anyways,
- 19:23Speaker 1: the point is is that I'm trying to make these
- 19:25Speaker 1: fall recipes in a healthy and high protein way. For
- 19:29Speaker 1: myself that makes it feel exciting, trying something new, trying
- 19:32Speaker 1: new recipes. I'm all about that, as you guys know.
- 19:34Speaker 1: So just been reevaluating my eating habits, and I think
- 19:37Speaker 1: this is something that I wanted to talk about because
- 19:39Speaker 1: if anyone's out there that's kind of going through the
- 19:41Speaker 1: same thing where you feel like you've been in a
- 19:43Speaker 1: rut with your meals, or you feel like you've just
- 19:46Speaker 1: been kind of eating unhealthy and haven't really been on track,
- 19:49Speaker 1: this is your sign to get back on track and
- 19:51Speaker 1: lock in for the new season, because eating clean truly
- 19:55Speaker 1: does make you feel your best self, and I think
- 19:58Speaker 1: it's just something that we all consider doing if we're
- 20:01Speaker 1: wanting to get back into a healthy routine. Another ritual
- 20:05Speaker 1: or habit that I'm trying to do this fall is
- 20:08Speaker 1: making my weekends a priority to spend time with friends, family,
- 20:13Speaker 1: my husband, doing fun fall activities that are on my
- 20:16Speaker 1: fall bucket list. So I'm really trying to obviously hit
- 20:18Speaker 1: as much as i can off that list, So going
- 20:21Speaker 1: to pumpkin patches, getting coffee with a friend, maybe catching up,
- 20:24Speaker 1: going on a nature walk in the trails, even if
- 20:26Speaker 1: it's just having a cozy fall night at home with
- 20:29Speaker 1: a girlfriend, with maybe baking in a movie, Just trying
- 20:32Speaker 1: to really prioritize things to do for this season. Because
- 20:36Speaker 1: fall is short, it does go by quick. I feel
- 20:38Speaker 1: like as soon as November hits, everyone's talking about Christmas,
- 20:41Speaker 1: everyone's prepping for the holidays. Works very chaotic for me.
- 20:44Speaker 1: So I'm like, I need to just lock in for
- 20:47Speaker 1: these next three to four weeks of just really enjoying
- 20:51Speaker 1: all the fall activities, everything that makes me happy going
- 20:54Speaker 1: into the fall season. And yeah, just planning a bunch
- 20:58Speaker 1: of fall dates with friends and family. And then lastly,
- 21:00Speaker 1: when it comes to ritual in habits that I think
- 21:03Speaker 1: is important to take into fall is doing a vision
- 21:07Speaker 1: board reflection. When was the last time that you looked
- 21:10Speaker 1: at your vision board? Okay, let's be honest. We have
- 21:12Speaker 1: it on our laptops as our screen saver, or we
- 21:15Speaker 1: have it on our phone, but when was the last
- 21:16Speaker 1: time you actually took a deep dive and looked at
- 21:19Speaker 1: every aspect. Or maybe you have a physical vision board
- 21:22Speaker 1: in your bedroom and it's just been there, sitting there.
- 21:24Speaker 1: And of course we constantly see it when we're on
- 21:27Speaker 1: our phones or laptops or in our room, but when
- 21:30Speaker 1: was the last time you actually took a deep dive
- 21:31Speaker 1: and examined the goals that you've been wanting to achieve
- 21:34Speaker 1: for yourself. We are officially what three to four months
- 21:38Speaker 1: out till the end of this year. This is your
- 21:40Speaker 1: time to really lock in and make sure that you're
- 21:42Speaker 1: actually on track for reaching those goals that you wanted
- 21:45Speaker 1: to achieve for yourself. Maybe there's a big goal or
- 21:48Speaker 1: big project that was on your vision board that you
- 21:51Speaker 1: haven't even started yet. This is the time to kind
- 21:53Speaker 1: of re evaluate, Okay, what am I going to do
- 21:56Speaker 1: to maybe get this project started or get this you know,
- 21:59Speaker 1: big goal completed. So kind of reevaluating it I think
- 22:03Speaker 1: is important, kind of like reevaluating each week of what
- 22:06Speaker 1: your focus is for each week. I think it's important
- 22:08Speaker 1: to also do your vision board check in just making
- 22:11Speaker 1: sure that the goals you've been wanting to achieve are
- 22:14Speaker 1: you achieving goals. It also makes you realize how good
- 22:16Speaker 1: it feels to know how many goals you've achieved this
- 22:19Speaker 1: year so far. But then it also allows you to
- 22:21Speaker 1: kind of focus on the ones that you want to
- 22:23Speaker 1: achieve before the end of the year, and how are
- 22:26Speaker 1: you going to get there? How are you going to
- 22:27Speaker 1: get to that completed goal in that big project that
- 22:30Speaker 1: you wanted to get done before the end of the year.
- 22:32Speaker 1: So reevaluate it. It's going to make you feel so
- 22:35Speaker 1: good ending off the year with something that you really
- 22:37Speaker 1: wanted to complete for yourself. Okay, So now let's talk
- 22:40Speaker 1: about releasing what no longer serves you. So here are
- 22:44Speaker 1: some things that I'm personally trying to get out of
- 22:47Speaker 1: my life in terms of just like, you know, things
- 22:49Speaker 1: that I kind of, I don't know, have a bad
- 22:51Speaker 1: habit of doing, and I just want to break it.
- 22:55Speaker 1: I want to get past it. I want to move
- 22:57Speaker 1: on from it. It's just it's no longer something that
- 22:59Speaker 1: I want to mentally think about. So first one being
- 23:03Speaker 1: perfectionism that keeps you from taking action. This one is
- 23:08Speaker 1: something I'm very much working on. I think being in
- 23:11Speaker 1: the social media space and you know, having to put
- 23:14Speaker 1: myself on camera all the time, literally all the time,
- 23:18Speaker 1: there is days where I'm like, I do not want
- 23:20Speaker 1: to be on the camera. I just like want to
- 23:22Speaker 1: be to myself. I don't want to do my makeup,
- 23:23Speaker 1: I don't want to get ready all that. But I
- 23:25Speaker 1: think it's important that people see that side of me
- 23:28Speaker 1: because I don't need to do my makeup every single day.
- 23:31Speaker 1: I don't need to put on the cutest outfit every
- 23:32Speaker 1: single day. Like it's important to show both sides to
- 23:34Speaker 1: yourself because I am a normal human being, Like I
- 23:37Speaker 1: am not that kind of person that wants to do
- 23:39Speaker 1: my makeup every single day or work out every single day,
- 23:42Speaker 1: Like I strive to do those things, but I think
- 23:44Speaker 1: it's important to kind of just allow myself to show
- 23:49Speaker 1: the bad sides too, where you know, I don't want
- 23:52Speaker 1: to do a house reset or the house is a
- 23:54Speaker 1: mess or whatever. Right, So I'm trying to not think that,
- 23:59Speaker 1: you know, I need to show every aspect of my
- 24:01Speaker 1: life being perfect because it's not. And I try to
- 24:05Speaker 1: make sure that I don't portray that I have this
- 24:07Speaker 1: perfect life because, let's be honest, social media is strictly
- 24:11Speaker 1: a highlight reel. It is truly just things that you
- 24:14Speaker 1: want to share that make you feel good. Of course,
- 24:16Speaker 1: nobody always wants to share things that they might be
- 24:19Speaker 1: going through personally, Like I've talked about here on the
- 24:21Speaker 1: podcast many times, but like I have really bad anxiety,
- 24:23Speaker 1: you know, sometimes I think I have a bit of
- 24:25Speaker 1: social anxiety where I don't want to leave the house
- 24:28Speaker 1: too much and I like to stay in the house
- 24:29Speaker 1: and whatever, always working on things. But again, I'm not perfect,
- 24:33Speaker 1: and I know I'm not perfect, and I think I
- 24:35Speaker 1: just need to realize that it's okay to not always
- 24:38Speaker 1: feel perfect. And I want to make you guys realize
- 24:40Speaker 1: that you don't always have to feel perfect as well.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Another thing is comparing myself to others on social media.
- 24:47Speaker 1: I always used to do this, always, always, always. I
- 24:51Speaker 1: think it's something that is the reality. I think a
- 24:53Speaker 1: lot of people compare themselves to other people, but everyone
- 24:57Speaker 1: has their own struggles. Again, social media is a highlight reel.
- 25:00Speaker 1: It just shows the good moments. It's important to know
- 25:02Speaker 1: that everybody's in the same boat. Everyone's going through struggles.
- 25:05Speaker 1: There's no one that's going through a life right now
- 25:08Speaker 1: where they think everything is picture perfect and you know,
- 25:12Speaker 1: everything just feels, you know, I don't know, just like perfect.
- 25:16Speaker 1: But everyone is going through some positive moments and some
- 25:19Speaker 1: negative moments in our life. And I think that's the
- 25:21Speaker 1: most important thing to realize, is that everyone has bad
- 25:25Speaker 1: days and good days. And also, like comparing ourselves physically,
- 25:28Speaker 1: like I think you need to just focus on your
- 25:31Speaker 1: own beauty and not focus on someone else's and figure
- 25:33Speaker 1: out things that define you. And I don't know, just
- 25:37Speaker 1: always dress for yourself, feel good for yourself, don't ever
- 25:40Speaker 1: compare yourself to someone else. So that is something that
- 25:43Speaker 1: I feel like I used to do so bad. I
- 25:44Speaker 1: definitely move past this a lot within the past few
- 25:47Speaker 1: years of doing social media, but I just kind of
- 25:50Speaker 1: like a little gentle reminder of like, do not compare
- 25:52Speaker 1: yourself to someone else, because you are so unique and
- 25:56Speaker 1: so beautiful in your own way that you do not
- 25:58Speaker 1: need to compare yourself to someone else. Another thing that
- 26:00Speaker 1: no longer serves me is guilt for saying no to plans.
- 26:05Speaker 1: This completely changed my life. I want to say last
- 26:08Speaker 1: year was probably the first year where I really tried
- 26:10Speaker 1: to focus on saying no to things, because I have
- 26:15Speaker 1: regretted it so many times where I've said yes to
- 26:17Speaker 1: plans because I thought, oh, I'm gonna have fomo if
- 26:20Speaker 1: I don't go, like I gotta go, like all my
- 26:21Speaker 1: friends are going whatever. I show up to this event
- 26:24Speaker 1: or night out whatever, and I'm like, why am I here?
- 26:27Speaker 1: Like I don't want to be here, you know, None
- 26:29Speaker 1: of this just fills my cup like I'm not enjoying
- 26:32Speaker 1: my time here, Like why am I forcing myself to
- 26:34Speaker 1: do something that I don't even want to do. So
- 26:37Speaker 1: saying no to certain plans that I personally don't want
- 26:40Speaker 1: to do has completely changed my life. I don't feel fomo.
- 26:44Speaker 1: I actually don't want to go out to a bar
- 26:46Speaker 1: and get drunk till three o'clock in the morning. I
- 26:48Speaker 1: would rather sleep in my bed by you know, eleven PM,
- 26:52Speaker 1: watch Netflix with my husband, wake up Sunday morning feeling energized,
- 26:57Speaker 1: feeling productive, wanting to you know, go get a cop
- 27:00Speaker 1: with my husband, clean up the house, get some stuff
- 27:02Speaker 1: done around the house, like I would rather that, then
- 27:05Speaker 1: go on a Saturday night, go out with friends that
- 27:08Speaker 1: maybe I didn't want to do, wake up the next
- 27:10Speaker 1: morning feeling hungover, not feeling productive whatsoever, not doing anything
- 27:14Speaker 1: around the house, and then oh, going into my Monday
- 27:17Speaker 1: with again not feeling prepared at all. So it is
- 27:21Speaker 1: so life changing to say no to things that you
- 27:24Speaker 1: actually don't want to do. If you want to go
- 27:26Speaker 1: to that bar, go to the bar. If that's what
- 27:28Speaker 1: you want to do, do it. If you don't, it's
- 27:31Speaker 1: okay to say no. So just remember that, say yes
- 27:34Speaker 1: to things that you think are worth it, say no
- 27:36Speaker 1: to things that you feel like you're going to regret,
- 27:38Speaker 1: because we don't want to force anything. Nobody needs to
- 27:41Speaker 1: feel the fomo no. Just get that out of your head.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Fomo does not exist. I feel like once you start
- 27:47Speaker 1: saying no to things and start saying yes to things
- 27:49Speaker 1: that you actually want to do and not to things
- 27:51Speaker 1: that you don't want to do, you'll just realize how
- 27:53Speaker 1: worth that it is. And I don't know, just like
- 27:55Speaker 1: realizing things that you want to say yes to and
- 27:57Speaker 1: things that you want to say no to is just
- 27:59Speaker 1: the best feeling. The next one is old versions of
- 28:01Speaker 1: yourself you feel pressured to live up to. I wouldn't
- 28:04Speaker 1: say that like I miss the person that I was
- 28:08Speaker 1: back in college, where I was drinking a lot, I
- 28:10Speaker 1: was partying a lot, like just living a completely different
- 28:13Speaker 1: lifestyle than what I live now. But you know, sometimes
- 28:15Speaker 1: I feel like, oh, like do my friends they give
- 28:18Speaker 1: me differently now because I'm not that same person, right Like,
- 28:22Speaker 1: obviously you know I have a job now where I
- 28:24Speaker 1: feel like I've definitely prioritized that more than you know.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Back in the day in college, my priority was not
- 28:29Speaker 1: that it was basically just partying and having fun with friends.
- 28:33Speaker 1: So sometimes I'm like, oh, like, do they think that
- 28:38Speaker 1: you know, I'm not fun anymore because I rarely go out?
- 28:41Speaker 1: Or you know, sometimes I think, you know, should I
- 28:44Speaker 1: be a combination of both, like living this healthy lifestyle
- 28:47Speaker 1: but also being like the party girl that I used
- 28:50Speaker 1: to be. But I think it's important to not feel
- 28:54Speaker 1: guilty or feel like you're being less fun because you're
- 28:57Speaker 1: not into those old habits anymore. I think, obviously, like
- 29:01Speaker 1: your priorities and your life's circumstances change as you get older,
- 29:05Speaker 1: and it's important to surround yourself with people who either
- 29:08Speaker 1: are going to accept that, or people who have similar
- 29:11Speaker 1: interests like that where they love working out and they
- 29:13Speaker 1: love having chill girl nights, birds going to the bar
- 29:16Speaker 1: every single night and drinking. Like at the end of
- 29:18Speaker 1: the day, we all grow up, we all change, and
- 29:21Speaker 1: I feel like I've changed for the better for sure.
- 29:23Speaker 1: I think, you know, I used to drink, not work out,
- 29:26Speaker 1: not eat healthy, like I did not care about any
- 29:28Speaker 1: of that, whereas now I solely focus on my health.
- 29:32Speaker 1: I solely focus on just like doing things that I
- 29:35Speaker 1: love doing. If I want to go out, great, if
- 29:36Speaker 1: I don't want to go out. I'm a stay home
- 29:39Speaker 1: and I'm a chill night with my husband. Like I like,
- 29:42Speaker 1: don't miss that version of myself at all, But there
- 29:45Speaker 1: is this sense of pressure where I feel like sometimes
- 29:47Speaker 1: I'm like, do people think I'm less fun because I
- 29:49Speaker 1: don't really like to go out anymore? Or I don't
- 29:51Speaker 1: really drink that much anymore. But again, I think as
- 29:54Speaker 1: long as you're with people who accept that and they
- 29:57Speaker 1: are okay with you doing that and that they I
- 30:00Speaker 1: think it's good that you're able to realize that that's
- 30:04Speaker 1: not something that serves you and that's not something you
- 30:06Speaker 1: want in your life. As long as they can support
- 30:08Speaker 1: you through that, I think that's good people to surround
- 30:11Speaker 1: yourself with. But I also think it's important to surround
- 30:14Speaker 1: yourself with people who also are like that, where they
- 30:17Speaker 1: want to do workouts, they want to live a healthy lifestyle,
- 30:19Speaker 1: they want to go on walks with you. Like one
- 30:20Speaker 1: of my girlfriends who I've gotten super super close with,
- 30:23Speaker 1: to be honest, like we've known each other for years.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Looking back, maybe five or six years ago, we were
- 30:28Speaker 1: not that close, Like, you know, we would go to
- 30:31Speaker 1: parties together, you know, catch up always have a good time,
- 30:34Speaker 1: but it was always at parties, like things that were
- 30:36Speaker 1: kind of pointless, like nothing really that mattered. But now
- 30:39Speaker 1: we go on weekly walks together. We walk every single
- 30:42Speaker 1: Friday for an hour, get our steps in, just catch
- 30:45Speaker 1: up about work, life, whatever, and we've become so close
- 30:49Speaker 1: and it's just something that we both love doing and
- 30:52Speaker 1: it's something that we make a priority within our week
- 30:54Speaker 1: to catch up. And yeah, just kind of goes to
- 30:57Speaker 1: show that, like it's nice that like a friend is
- 31:01Speaker 1: also within the same type of lifestyle as me, where
- 31:04Speaker 1: like she wants to get her steps and she wants
- 31:05Speaker 1: to get a daily walk in, she wants to catch
- 31:07Speaker 1: up in that sense instead of going out to the
- 31:09Speaker 1: bar and getting drinks in order to catch up. It's
- 31:11Speaker 1: nice how you still have friends that also feel like
- 31:15Speaker 1: it's important to like make changes in a better way
- 31:17Speaker 1: and that as we age, things change and that you
- 31:20Speaker 1: don't have to do the old things that you used
- 31:22Speaker 1: to that you could do new things together and still
- 31:25Speaker 1: enjoy the company of those people. The last one that
- 31:28Speaker 1: I kind of mentioned in the beginning when it comes
- 31:30Speaker 1: to things that no longer serve me, is staying in
- 31:33Speaker 1: your comfort zone because it's in quotations safe. This is
- 31:38Speaker 1: something that I've been currently struggling with. And you know,
- 31:40Speaker 1: I talk about the workout like I'm uncomfortable of trying
- 31:44Speaker 1: a new workout class. I'm in a comfort zone where
- 31:46Speaker 1: I love pilates, I love going to a hot mat class,
- 31:49Speaker 1: and for some reason, you know, getting out of that
- 31:52Speaker 1: comfort zone of going to a workout class makes me
- 31:54Speaker 1: feel uncomfortable. So I'm trying to break that comfort zone
- 31:58Speaker 1: of just like trying something new, because what if I
- 32:02Speaker 1: try it and I love it and then it's like, Wow,
- 32:04Speaker 1: why didn't I try this sooner? Like you kind of
- 32:06Speaker 1: got to make some changes in order to grow and
- 32:08Speaker 1: in order to see you know, the potential of loving
- 32:11Speaker 1: something else. And it also kind of goes with the
- 32:14Speaker 1: point of changing your life when it comes to thinking
- 32:17Speaker 1: about having kids, Like this is obviously something that Zach
- 32:20Speaker 1: and I are in this phase in our life where
- 32:22Speaker 1: we got married, and obviously we talk about having kids
- 32:25Speaker 1: all the time. But you know, there is this fear
- 32:28Speaker 1: where I don't want to get out of this life
- 32:31Speaker 1: that I have now where I'm very comfortable right now
- 32:33Speaker 1: with my life. You know, I love being able to
- 32:36Speaker 1: just take care of Freddy. I love just like having
- 32:39Speaker 1: my date nights with Zach and making our relationship a
- 32:41Speaker 1: priority and going with friends and all that. But eventually,
- 32:44Speaker 1: like even now, I'm starting to realize that like I
- 32:47Speaker 1: want more, Like we've been together for so long that
- 32:50Speaker 1: it's like I do want to have a family with
- 32:53Speaker 1: my husband, and I do want to have kids, and
- 32:54Speaker 1: I do want to make that change of knowing that
- 32:57Speaker 1: I'm not going to be the only person that I'm
- 32:59Speaker 1: taking care of. I'm not just taking care of myself anymore.
- 33:01Speaker 1: I'm taking care of a freakin' human, a baby. I'm
- 33:04Speaker 1: taking care of a baby. And yeah, sure that scares
- 33:06Speaker 1: the shit out of me, and yeah that's something that's
- 33:09Speaker 1: very much out of my comfort zone because I know
- 33:11Speaker 1: nothing when it comes to being a mom. But I
- 33:14Speaker 1: keep just trying to tell myself that that's going to
- 33:16Speaker 1: be a really good challenge for myself, because eventually I'm
- 33:20Speaker 1: going to realize that this is a spot that I've
- 33:21Speaker 1: wanted to be in for so long, Like I've always
- 33:23Speaker 1: wanted to be a mom, I've always wanted to, you know,
- 33:26Speaker 1: raise my own child and all that. So eventually that's
- 33:29Speaker 1: going to become a comfort spot in a safe spot
- 33:31Speaker 1: for me, and I think it's just the change that
- 33:34Speaker 1: sounds scary, right. It's always things that people change in
- 33:38Speaker 1: their life that make them feel a little scared. So
- 33:42Speaker 1: I just need to get out of my comfort zone
- 33:44Speaker 1: and try new things and know that change is a
- 33:46Speaker 1: good thing and that good things are coming. And I'm
- 33:48Speaker 1: sure some of you guys might be able to relate
- 33:50Speaker 1: to that if you were like me. Maybe you just
- 33:51Speaker 1: got married and you're in that position where you're very
- 33:53Speaker 1: comfortable but you're scared to make that change of having kids.
- 33:57Speaker 1: Or maybe it's you know, you're very stuck in the
- 34:00Speaker 1: position where you love doing certain workouts and you want
- 34:03Speaker 1: to change your workouts, but you're scared to go to
- 34:05Speaker 1: a different studio. Or maybe it's a job. You're very
- 34:08Speaker 1: comfortable in your job, but you know you want to
- 34:11Speaker 1: make more progress by doing something completely different and changing
- 34:14Speaker 1: it up. So it could be anything. It could be
- 34:15Speaker 1: job related, it could be personal related, it could be
- 34:17Speaker 1: so many things. But it's important to take the risk
- 34:22Speaker 1: and make those changes because sometimes it's worth the leap
- 34:25Speaker 1: and it's worth the change. Well that is today's episode
