A McDonald’s on Southwest Tualatin Valley Highway turned chaotic when a 40-year-old man, Marco Antonio Jimenez-Ramos, began smashing windows at 1 a.m., then escalated by hurling rocks at a deputy. In response, the deputy fired their weapon — but no one was hit. Jimenez-Ramos was arrested and later indicted on charges including unlawful weapon use and first-degree criminal mischief.
