6.5 Go Out of Your Way to Show Up for Someone You Love · Just Enough Joy

Sarahn Says: Hello, beautiful people. Today is June the 5th, and today's calendar challenge is go out of your way to show up for someone you love. Don't you get so much joy when you just get to give to those that you love? And giving isn't always tangible. It's not always about buying something. Maybe it is if that's your love language, but really showing up just means. Putting yourself in the space to give, putting yourself in the room to exchange whatever energy that's positive and uplifting with those that you love. So maybe you can look at it through the frame of your love language quality, time, acts of service, physical touch, gifts, gift giving, words of affirmation, or maybe it's just about being in the room. Maybe it's just about being physically in the space. And showing somebody that you love them with your time, with your presence. Today is a beautiful day to go out of your way. And it can be simple, it can be easy. It doesn't have to require much. Just a little intentionality and a whole lot of joy. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
