- 4:04In local sports, last night the Sox were off, and tonight they'll look to bounce back against

- 5:14The judges expressed skepticism about TikTok's claim that free expression outweighs national
- 5:19security concerns, given its parent company, ByteDance, is based in China.

- 7:22Let's talk science.
- 7:25Resistance starch is gaining recognition for its numerous health benefits, including reshaping
- 7:29the gut microbiome and preventing certain diseases.
- 7:34Found in foods like green bananas, raw potatoes, and legumes, resistance starch is not digested
- 7:40in the small intestine, but instead ferments in the large intestine, feeding beneficial
- 7:46bacteria.
- 7:47A study published in Nature Metabolism highlighted that consuming resistant starch can aid weight
- 7:53loss, improve insulin sensitivity, and enhance blood sugar control.
- 7:59Despite its advantages, most adults in the United States consume significantly less than
