- 0:06Speaker 1: Hey, guys, it's me. If you can hear in the background,
- 0:09Speaker 1: I've got MJ. Mercedes Javid, is it javit or Javid Javid? Okay? Good?
- 0:16Speaker 1: And she has taken a cute little interest in my
- 0:20Speaker 1: brother Easton.
- 0:21Speaker 2: I mean it's so cute. I mean not just to
- 0:24Speaker 2: like make you like a child cute, but like I
- 0:27Speaker 2: can't get over it.
- 0:28Speaker 1: And I'm so do you think we look alike? No,
- 0:31Speaker 1: but you because I'm injected though.
- 0:35Speaker 2: No freckles. It's gonna take a while. Like there's like
- 0:37Speaker 2: sometimes you're the way that you look alike comes in different. Well, No,
- 0:43Speaker 2: like you have like lash, you have the same eyes,
- 0:46Speaker 2: you have the same structure. You should look.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Very twitter, but we don't.
- 0:51Speaker 2: No, you do have features that are similar. But like
- 0:54Speaker 2: right now, he's got like curly hair with a beanie
- 0:56Speaker 2: and I don't.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Know you've got yeah, thin straight hair right. No, you've
- 1:03Speaker 1: got giant injected lips. He's the more shaved.
- 1:07Speaker 2: If he shaved his face like your mustache and your
- 1:09Speaker 2: goate If that's what you is that what you call it?
- 1:12Speaker 3: If I look more like I'd look like I'm fifteen, and.
- 1:17Speaker 2: You have freckles. I mean I don't know. I think
- 1:19Speaker 2: you look alike.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Okay, I like that. I like it.
- 1:21Speaker 4: I'll take it.
- 1:22Speaker 1: You the girl.
- 1:23Speaker 4: My injections are crazy.
- 1:25Speaker 2: On Easton, It's like I think, I mean makes sense.
- 1:29Speaker 1: No, I tell them I have to run background checks
- 1:33Speaker 1: on anybody that you invite.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Is it a subscription that you have to pay every time?
- 1:38Speaker 2: That much?
- 1:39Speaker 1: My PI gives me a discount now, okay, because I
- 1:42Speaker 1: run so many background checks, which is why I don't
- 1:44Speaker 1: have many people in my life because they rarely pass them.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Oh my god, I have no shot at ever finding
- 1:50Speaker 3: anyone with her.
- 1:50Speaker 4: In the picture.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Yeah, you can't blame her, but you know, I've been
- 1:56Speaker 2: wanting to set you up with somebody for a while.
- 1:58Speaker 1: I know. But the second you said he's a good guy,
- 2:00Speaker 1: I was like, I can't bring my trauma into that.
- 2:05Speaker 2: I don't even know, like if this is the first
- 2:08Speaker 2: topic that I want us to jump off on. But
- 2:10Speaker 2: like what Easton is saying about, don't stay in that lane. Yeah,
- 2:15Speaker 2: don't stay in the lane of like the compound can't
- 2:18Speaker 2: allow men on it because your life has to be
- 2:21Speaker 2: more about more than that.
- 2:23Speaker 1: I agree with you, And just so you know, like
- 2:26Speaker 1: my I know that a good man is out there
- 2:28Speaker 1: and I'm going to find him. There's just certain things
- 2:31Speaker 1: that are hard lines for me. Number One, I need
- 2:34Speaker 1: to build an empire before I get involved with a
- 2:37Speaker 1: man like I want to have all of this. I
- 2:39Speaker 1: don't want to think about anybody else except for my
- 2:42Speaker 1: little family and our wants and needs.
- 2:44Speaker 2: I totally agree, right, I want I use for myself
- 2:48Speaker 2: as a married woman with the kid and everything. Like,
- 2:50Speaker 2: I'm all about building right now.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Absolutely. And you were fortunate enough to find someone like
- 2:56Speaker 1: Tommy where you could build that together, whereas it kind
- 3:00Speaker 1: of for me it didn't. It didn't go as planned,
- 3:04Speaker 1: you know that was that was my mindset too. But
- 3:06Speaker 1: what headspace were you in before you met Tommy.
- 3:10Speaker 2: I just want to sell a house and go to Coachella, Okay,
- 3:14Speaker 2: And that was all I wanted in life. That put
- 3:16Speaker 2: that on my tombstone until I met Tommy. Okay, put
- 3:20Speaker 2: that on my tombstone and go to That was like
- 3:25Speaker 2: the whole of MJ was that.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Kids weren't in your mind. It was Wow, did you ever.
- 3:33Speaker 2: No get away from me with husbands and children?
- 3:37Speaker 1: Because that's the vibe I got in early Shaws days.
- 3:41Speaker 2: I would if you even a friend of mine got pregnant,
- 3:44Speaker 2: I would detach from that friendship. It goes to so
- 3:50Speaker 2: I felt, but I know what it is as you're
- 3:53Speaker 2: explaining it with how you're building your empire and you're
- 3:57Speaker 2: doing an amazing fucking job at it. We overhere just
- 4:01Speaker 2: want your heart to be healed. And that's the space
- 4:04Speaker 2: that we just don't want you to like go through
- 4:08Speaker 2: your day feeling like a hole in your heart or
- 4:11Speaker 2: feeling like a negative feeling, because like I think that
- 4:13Speaker 2: we energetically feel each other, like when we care about
- 4:17Speaker 2: each other and have those connections. So sometimes, like I
- 4:20Speaker 2: just I just hope that as you're doing all those
- 4:22Speaker 2: things that you're not feeling so much pain that like
- 4:26Speaker 2: the pain of a negative relationship is taking up space
- 4:29Speaker 2: in your heart.
- 4:30Speaker 1: For like the next guy, I'm loving everything you're saying,
- 4:33Speaker 1: so can you're like my therapist right now. So this
- 4:36Speaker 1: is where I'm at right now. Right. So everything happened
- 4:39Speaker 1: a year and a half ago, and I had two
- 4:41Speaker 1: things happening at once that could not coexist. The first
- 4:45Speaker 1: one was dealing with the trauma that I had experienced
- 4:48Speaker 1: and heartbreak. The second was I'm entering a custody battle
- 4:51Speaker 1: because I am genuinely concerned for the well being of
- 4:54Speaker 1: my daughter. It at that point was we have to
- 4:57Speaker 1: pick what comes first. Obviously ocean safety comes f first,
- 5:00Speaker 1: So that is what I leaned into. I was like,
- 5:02Speaker 1: I will get to me and what I've experienced later.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Now that I'm somewhat coming out of it and I
- 5:10Speaker 1: see the light at the end of the tunnel, I
- 5:12Speaker 1: feel like I'm now able to say, Okay, what are
- 5:16Speaker 1: the reasonings behind why you're feeling a little cold hearted?
- 5:20Speaker 1: Because I feel like the heartbreak has gone away. Now
- 5:23Speaker 1: it's the just like the wound of it's more of
- 5:26Speaker 1: a scar now that needs like a good steroid injection.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Am I making sense right?
- 5:30Speaker 4: Like?
- 5:31Speaker 2: Like you know the word metastasized?
- 5:34Speaker 1: No, what is that?
- 5:35Speaker 2: It's like when something that you do. I'm gonna completely
- 5:38Speaker 2: make up my own definition of it, but it's like metastasizing,
- 5:42Speaker 2: as if something scars in the scar gets bigger and
- 5:46Speaker 2: like stays like that instead of what happened. What we're
- 5:49Speaker 2: saying is if you get too comfortable in this way
- 5:53Speaker 2: and people say like, oh, I'm forty years old, I
- 5:56Speaker 2: can't live with anyone. I'm too set in my ways right, well,
- 6:01Speaker 2: this way that you were being because out of like
- 6:04Speaker 2: all of the stuff that you went through is pretty
- 6:07Speaker 2: new in your defense, and no one should rush you.
- 6:12Speaker 2: And everyone who is around you we love and see
- 6:15Speaker 2: how you're like leveling up and thriving and all of
- 6:18Speaker 2: that is amazing. But at the other end of it,
- 6:21Speaker 2: it's like that little thing that says, don't let this
- 6:25Speaker 2: thing with being so comfortable without that kind of intimacy
- 6:30Speaker 2: metastasize like, don't let it like grow on top of
- 6:34Speaker 2: Someone is going to come into the comment section and
- 6:36Speaker 2: be like metastasize means yeah, like it's like a barnacle,
- 6:40Speaker 2: Like it gets bigger and bigger, like it's just gonna
- 6:42Speaker 2: like get more of a it's gonna wand and do
- 6:47Speaker 2: not want barnacles. It is, though, but.
- 6:50Speaker 1: I feel like I have the ability to check myself
- 6:53Speaker 1: before we go too far.
- 6:56Speaker 2: You do believe that you do? Yes, I likely.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Believe that I when when we're at a crossroads, I
- 7:03Speaker 1: can say something's not working and how are we going
- 7:07Speaker 1: to fix this so that we don't end up where
- 7:09Speaker 1: we don't want to be, like we're so deep in
- 7:11Speaker 1: it that there's no coming back and I have like
- 7:15Speaker 1: a very I have an open mind because there have
- 7:17Speaker 1: been men that have come into the picture where I'm
- 7:19Speaker 1: like so open and I'm like real, I'm aware and
- 7:24Speaker 1: I'm leary, but I feel like that's just being smart.
- 7:28Speaker 1: But they just haven't been the greatest of men, you.
- 7:32Speaker 5: Know, Like the pictures, there's one that's been my age,
- 7:37Speaker 5: there's one that's been a few years older, and like
- 7:40Speaker 5: it's a very pretty picture until you kind of get
- 7:43Speaker 5: up closed and you really start looking at it and
- 7:45Speaker 5: you go, Okay, this just wouldn't we wouldn't be compatible.
- 7:48Speaker 1: No judgment for the way you live your life, but
- 7:51Speaker 1: it's just not in alignment with my life.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Yeah, sure, I mean two guys is not gonna They're not.
- 7:57Speaker 2: It's too few.
- 7:58Speaker 1: But don't you think that two guys is a lot?
- 8:03Speaker 2: I mean it depends on how like they walked in.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Like the way that I met Tommy wasn't really like
- 8:09Speaker 2: the odds were in our favor right.
- 8:11Speaker 4: An app I've never had a dating app.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Was the app was your intention to just like have
- 8:17Speaker 1: a quick hit like school trying to get a nut
- 8:20Speaker 1: or okay, are you looking for something?
- 8:22Speaker 2: No, what happened was that my girlfriend had just caught
- 8:25Speaker 2: her husband on the nanny cam having sex with the
- 8:32Speaker 2: girl that like she was, and my girlfriend was on
- 8:35Speaker 2: a business trip providing for the family, and so her
- 8:40Speaker 2: way of like getting back on the saddle was to
- 8:42Speaker 2: download this brand new app that no one had ever
- 8:45Speaker 2: really fucked with. And I was there for moral support.
- 8:49Speaker 2: So I was like, I can't do this. This is crazy.
- 8:51Speaker 2: I will never do this. And I've never had like
- 8:55Speaker 2: I've never been really single, so it was like I
- 8:58Speaker 2: had only broken up with somebody like tooth prior to
- 9:00Speaker 2: like downloading the app, and I was like deleted it,
- 9:03Speaker 2: and I was like, no, I can't do this. So
- 9:06Speaker 2: then she's like, let's get drunk and do it. So
- 9:08Speaker 2: then we got drunk and then we did it, like
- 9:09Speaker 2: sitting on the couch downloading it. So that's how that was.
- 9:13Speaker 2: I was just doing it for moral support.
- 9:16Speaker 1: WHOA, Why did I never know this? My brain is shook.
- 9:21Speaker 2: She does sleep with men. She likes what she's doing for.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Her Okay, so she is the squirrel trying to get
- 9:28Speaker 1: a nut. Yeah, I respect it. She would be great
- 9:30Speaker 1: for the compound.
- 9:31Speaker 2: She actually she would be perfect.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Right. We're not anti men here, No, we're very clear.
- 9:37Speaker 1: I love the good man, so I just don't want
- 9:40Speaker 1: him to live with me.
- 9:41Speaker 2: You know what, I think you have babies.
- 9:43Speaker 1: With him, marry them to the guy. I just want
- 9:47Speaker 1: to pick a peck, wait, pecker.
- 9:52Speaker 2: You know it's a nursery rhyme, right, I think Paul
- 9:56Speaker 2: picked a peck of pickle.
- 9:58Speaker 4: I guess I picked.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Paul picked a peck of pickled pick.
- 10:02Speaker 3: Piper picked, Yeah, Piper shit, Piper picked a peck of
- 10:05Speaker 3: pickled peppers.
- 10:07Speaker 1: They use that a lot in acting class to get
- 10:09Speaker 1: your mouth warm.
- 10:10Speaker 4: Yeah, and then you got to say it backwards. That's
- 10:11Speaker 4: why I gave it.
- 10:12Speaker 1: It's a mouthful, you know, which is I'm open to
- 10:15Speaker 1: having a mouthful. Just don't want you living with me.
- 10:18Speaker 1: All right, So when was the.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Last time that you, oh my god, jam sure.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Or received twenty eighteen, oh twenty eighteen giving.
- 10:26Speaker 2: But and your brother is okay with this conversation. I
- 10:29Speaker 2: really appreciate it.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Very weird.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Yeah, it happens outside of the podcast, which is just
- 10:34Speaker 3: even better.
- 10:34Speaker 2: This is the way it should be. You shouldn't get
- 10:36Speaker 2: rided oft. Yeah, you shouldn't get rided I had a brother,
- 10:40Speaker 2: we weren't related by blood and this was the vibe,
- 10:44Speaker 2: and they eat like everything about it, and he is
- 10:47Speaker 2: like beautiful at all of the things that you guys are.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Thank you, and we could talk about things like dating
- 10:52Speaker 2: and dick and sex and whatever. Yeah, it's fine.
- 10:55Speaker 1: I mean it's probably weird to some people, but like weird,
- 10:58Speaker 1: this is it. We're like best friend.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Yeah, you can't censor, you can't sensor. Oh, I wanted
- 11:03Speaker 2: to talk about a blowjob from twenty eighteen. I can't
- 11:06Speaker 2: say it in front of Easton. Forget about it.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Forget about it. And this is it's the one place
- 11:10Speaker 1: where there's unconditional love no matter what I that comes
- 11:13Speaker 1: out of my mouth.
- 11:15Speaker 2: And they make and he's like a focus group, like
- 11:17Speaker 2: a twenty four hour build in, Like so yeah, the
- 11:23Speaker 2: male point of view. Yeah wait, backup question, backup comment. Actually, Okay,
- 11:28Speaker 2: you and I then will agree the guy that you're
- 11:31Speaker 2: not ready to meet. I just want to set you
- 11:34Speaker 2: guys up as friends, so that hill like, just can
- 11:39Speaker 2: we just talk about the will before I leave today.
- 11:42Speaker 2: I'll do that, yeah, because I'm to do it via text.
- 11:45Speaker 2: I wanted to do it when I see you face
- 11:47Speaker 2: to face, and this is going.
- 11:48Speaker 5: To be it.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Okay, yes, we can talk about these.
- 11:50Speaker 2: And if you guys don't meet for a year or
- 11:52Speaker 2: ten years or ever, you don't like each other. At
- 11:54Speaker 2: least I feel like I've crossed my t's and dotted the.
- 11:57Speaker 1: I love it. I like the way you say.
- 12:00Speaker 2: So can you tell me what you woke up at?
- 12:01Speaker 2: Four am? Five am?
- 12:04Speaker 1: I woke up very early because I had to do
- 12:07Speaker 1: what I had to pick up my daughter. So I'm
- 12:10Speaker 1: literally in my pajamas right now.
- 12:12Speaker 2: I want to see. Okay, your pajamas are amazing. They
- 12:15Speaker 2: are when I get dressed every day. Yes, I love
- 12:18Speaker 2: every time.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I'm in a Tupac T shirt. I was a little
- 12:21Speaker 1: I offended myself this morning though, because I couldn't find
- 12:24Speaker 1: my LA snap back flat brim hat so it's a
- 12:28Speaker 1: New York snap bag. It really is an insult to Tupac.
- 12:35Speaker 1: But I asked for forgiveness, but it was I was
- 12:38Speaker 1: very conflicted this morning with this hat and this T shirt.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Sometimes I have Adidas shoes and only clean Nike socks,
- 12:45Speaker 2: and I'm like, fuck, I can't wear socks today. Obviously.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Do you go by that rule when it comes to
- 12:49Speaker 1: your designer brands too, Like if you're wearing like, let's
- 12:52Speaker 1: just say a Gucci handbag, but you have a Louis Vuitton.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Like Louis Vuitton shoes.
- 12:57Speaker 2: I won't mix logo.
- 12:58Speaker 1: I might. I don't love it either. In fact, I
- 13:02Speaker 1: feel like Dereite has conquered the art of just looking
- 13:05Speaker 1: like one brand threw up all over her. Yeah. I
- 13:08Speaker 1: don't want to do that much.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Yes, I think it's too much. I mean not doing Derete,
- 13:13Speaker 2: but I like too. This is what I'll do if
- 13:17Speaker 2: I want to wear a pair of white sunglasses and
- 13:20Speaker 2: a white purse like today, I have a Louis vuiton bag.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Yes, I have that same bag in hot pink.
- 13:26Speaker 2: It's very good, thank you. But then I'll have like
- 13:30Speaker 2: ten dollars sunglasses.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Okay, so let's talk about this because you and I
- 13:34Speaker 1: are on the same page when it comes to Easton.
- 13:36Speaker 1: You'll dig this because I have to do with fashion.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Eastans into fashion. I like to take a look that
- 13:41Speaker 1: is not very expensive and then upgrade it with I
- 13:46Speaker 1: spend money on my shoes. I will spend money on
- 13:49Speaker 1: my handbags. I will spend money on my I wear too.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Sure. Absolutely, I have probably the most expensive sunglasses that
- 13:55Speaker 2: anyone are they ever bad A thousands, maybe six hundred
- 14:01Speaker 2: like Celine or something, right. But I think a harder
- 14:05Speaker 2: flex is wearing non designer clothes and being proud of that.
- 14:08Speaker 4: I love that even more because I don't usually wear
- 14:11Speaker 4: anything design.
- 14:12Speaker 1: It, no, I think unless it's a piece that I
- 14:14Speaker 1: have to have where it's like I have this Gucci
- 14:17Speaker 1: trench coat that's absolutely amazing, and I was like, this
- 14:20Speaker 1: is a stable piece that I feel like I'll have.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Forever, forever, forever.
- 14:24Speaker 1: But just to go and spend mad money on some
- 14:27Speaker 1: like little white t shirt with the Gucci across it,
- 14:30Speaker 1: it's like number one. I think it's tacky.
- 14:32Speaker 2: I don't think you're supposed to wear the trench coat
- 14:34Speaker 2: and then everything else Gucci.
- 14:36Speaker 1: No very amazing.
- 14:38Speaker 3: Yeah, the most tacky thing to me is like the
- 14:40Speaker 3: dudes in like the Gucci to track suits that is
- 14:43Speaker 3: just like the blue with the red stripe down it symbol.
- 14:47Speaker 1: It gets a little shoes.
- 14:49Speaker 3: It's like, dude, just wear the pants of White Tea
- 14:52Speaker 3: and then just a pair of Adidas.
- 14:53Speaker 1: I love that.
- 14:54Speaker 4: You gotta do.
- 14:55Speaker 2: It's like somebody.
- 14:56Speaker 3: A piece or two that are you know, branded, but
- 15:01Speaker 3: then everything else just like an old style T shirt
- 15:04Speaker 3: you can throw on right on.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Sorry, no, no, I was just saying I'm trying not
- 15:10Speaker 2: to cut you off. I was going to say, like
- 15:12Speaker 2: the lady at the store got you.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Yes, she's stuck all over you. Yes, yeah, even the socks.
- 15:22Speaker 2: She is going to take the rest of the week
- 15:24Speaker 2: off because you want everything exactly.
- 15:27Speaker 3: With Jessica, like Jessica's.
- 15:31Speaker 2: We're circling, We're saying, is she the lady sold the
- 15:36Speaker 2: head to toe logo mania and then was able to
- 15:39Speaker 2: take off the rest of the month.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Sharks has been off the air for.
- 15:47Speaker 2: Two years, I think, so, I really think August October
- 15:51Speaker 2: August a year and a half, two a year and
- 15:53Speaker 2: a half, two years.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Okay, what is the best part about not having your
- 15:58Speaker 1: life documented and the part that you the most?
- 16:01Speaker 2: So season one through seven felt real to me. Season
- 16:05Speaker 2: eight and nine felt like garbage trash. Okay, So I
- 16:10Speaker 2: don't miss it because I think that was the direction
- 16:13Speaker 2: that it was going to keep going in. I know
- 16:15Speaker 2: that your experience might be, you know, different or similar
- 16:19Speaker 2: in different ways than I want to know, But like,
- 16:22Speaker 2: I don't want to like make a show and then
- 16:26Speaker 2: watch it and have a completely different experience from what
- 16:30Speaker 2: I did and participated in than to what I see
- 16:33Speaker 2: air and have my friends that know me and know
- 16:36Speaker 2: what happened sit there and say, MJ, why did this,
- 16:41Speaker 2: Like why did the producers do that? Or why did
- 16:43Speaker 2: the edit come out that way? Or why did these
- 16:45Speaker 2: people say this when you weren't around and like pushing
- 16:48Speaker 2: a story and maybe cutting out things that are your
- 16:52Speaker 2: life that would have made all the difference to me.
- 16:56Speaker 2: That's really the only thing I can see right now.
- 16:59Speaker 2: I don't really see anything that I miss.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Wow. Yeah, that's great. Yeah, because you're still very much relevant. Thanks,
- 17:07Speaker 1: You're still, like, I think, one of the most interesting
- 17:10Speaker 1: people that I've ever encountered or watched on TV. Like,
- 17:13Speaker 1: I'm interested in your life.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 17:16Speaker 1: I can't because I'm still in it really share my experience.
- 17:21Speaker 1: My hope for this season is that they show what
- 17:24Speaker 1: my life is like. I don't know if that will happen.
- 17:27Speaker 1: There's a lot of big decisions that I'm making in
- 17:29Speaker 1: my world that maybe will fit in, maybe won't fit in,
- 17:32Speaker 1: And I guess we'll just see.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Yeah, show us both sides, show us how smart we are,
- 17:38Speaker 2: show us how you know, complicated and layered our life
- 17:41Speaker 2: is don't just show.
- 17:43Speaker 1: The like and I'm not even allowed to have Ocean
- 17:45Speaker 1: on camera, you know the other side that made it.
- 17:48Speaker 1: That's true, And you know, I'm actually okay with that.
- 17:51Speaker 1: I feel like I'm depriving the world of like Ocean
- 17:55Speaker 1: being so magical because she's so much fun and so
- 17:57Speaker 1: sweet and I just feel like it's cute to watch.
- 17:59Speaker 1: But maybe that's just because I'm her mom. But I
- 18:02Speaker 1: also feel and you'll get this, our lives are so
- 18:06Speaker 1: out there and me being a mom is like the
- 18:09Speaker 1: one thing that's just mine. Like I've seen what people
- 18:12Speaker 1: say just based off of a picture I post imagine
- 18:15Speaker 1: if they had actual footage of me being a mom,
- 18:19Speaker 1: what they would grasp onto to drag me. It's like,
- 18:23Speaker 1: being a mom is the one piece of my life
- 18:25Speaker 1: that you guys can't fucking touch. I love that just mine.
- 18:28Speaker 2: I think that is amazing, And I just think for me,
- 18:32Speaker 2: for the Shaws thing, it was a lot like one
- 18:36Speaker 2: of the things I did which got cut out was
- 18:38Speaker 2: my real estate and that was why I was just
- 18:42Speaker 2: a show.
- 18:43Speaker 1: I think people just now think that you like got
- 18:46Speaker 1: started in real estate.
- 18:47Speaker 2: Right, I've had my license for twenty years. I've never
- 18:50Speaker 2: not had my license.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Wow.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Yes, So the reason why I think my phone rang
- 18:56Speaker 2: to do a show was because of the person I
- 18:58Speaker 2: was right house party, no husband, no nothing. And then
- 19:04Speaker 2: when those scenes started to get cut out, I had
- 19:06Speaker 2: a really hard time with that because it was such
- 19:09Speaker 2: a big part of who I am. If you want
- 19:11Speaker 2: to show me like chugging from a bottle of dom,
- 19:14Speaker 2: also show me closing deals with a neuroscientist as a
- 19:18Speaker 2: client who is putting his biggest asset in my hands
- 19:21Speaker 2: to negotiate, sell and everything. So that is what I was.
- 19:26Speaker 2: And if my show that I do can't support that,
- 19:29Speaker 2: then I'm definitely not going to want to dedicate my
- 19:31Speaker 2: life now that I have a kid, because then I'm
- 19:34Speaker 2: not really securing my future right, And I want best
- 19:39Speaker 2: for him and I don't want him to at drop
- 19:41Speaker 2: off to have his parents think like, oh, that bitch
- 19:45Speaker 2: just like was shoving a tampon her girlfriend's asset in
- 19:47Speaker 2: Mexico two days ago, right, you know?
- 19:50Speaker 1: Absolutely, yes, those are things that I think every mom
- 19:54Speaker 1: who decides to sign up for reality TV or is
- 19:57Speaker 1: on reality TV and has a kid is like, it's
- 20:00Speaker 1: your biggest fear?
- 20:02Speaker 2: Did we just title the episode shove a tampon up
- 20:05Speaker 2: a girlfriend's ass.
- 20:06Speaker 1: It'll probably be in the bio one percent. It'll be
- 20:10Speaker 1: whats to come on this episode. So you're now with
- 20:15Speaker 1: the agency, Yes, that's where you've hung your license.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Yes, as of December.
- 20:19Speaker 1: As of December, everything that's going on with Kyle, who's
- 20:24Speaker 1: obviously in the public eye, Mauricio, I mean, do you
- 20:29Speaker 1: have any thoughts about it?
- 20:31Speaker 2: My thoughts are that being married is really hard. I'm
- 20:35Speaker 2: happily married. Well, let's put happily married in a quotation,
- 20:39Speaker 2: because it's Tommy and I are struggling in having balance, okay,
- 20:44Speaker 2: and twenty seven years of marriage. Very hard, right, I mean,
- 20:48Speaker 2: I from what we all see with Kyle, she's always
- 20:52Speaker 2: been highly anxious. She's going to North Carolina to do
- 20:57Speaker 2: Friday the thirteenth, and she's missing whatever her husband is doing.
- 21:01Speaker 2: And Kyle has built excuse me, Maricio, is like opening
- 21:04Speaker 2: another agency in a foreign country. So just knowing the
- 21:11Speaker 2: facts of their life is obviously going to be hard
- 21:14Speaker 2: for anyone who has a marriage. You're going to know
- 21:18Speaker 2: the rumors that like they've cheated, whichever one the rumors,
- 21:23Speaker 2: those can even be hurtful, even if they were not true,
- 21:26Speaker 2: but they've been swirling around forever. So what I think
- 21:31Speaker 2: about it is that if I were Kyle and I
- 21:35Speaker 2: wanted to keep the marriage together just for the fact
- 21:38Speaker 2: that I don't want to fail, I could understand. Because
- 21:42Speaker 2: she's got four children, she doesn't want to let people down.
- 21:45Speaker 2: She doesn't want to let the bad guys win, the
- 21:48Speaker 2: haters win. So like that's my thing, that's what I
- 21:52Speaker 2: can see from here.
- 21:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I think, well, I mean, the cheating stories have
- 21:57Speaker 1: been happening since. I mean, Brandy Glanville was a part
- 22:01Speaker 1: of it with I mean, I think it was Yolanda
- 22:03Speaker 1: Hadid right, Like, this has always been a thing and
- 22:06Speaker 1: for me, where there is smoke, there is fire. Just
- 22:10Speaker 1: with my own situation, you know, things that were being
- 22:12Speaker 1: said and it was like I was like, there's no
- 22:14Speaker 1: way people are making this up. People don't just make
- 22:17Speaker 1: things up. There's a little bit of truth to every
- 22:20Speaker 1: single thing. I believe that comes out right. Yes, So
- 22:25Speaker 1: you see Kyle, and she's always been an incredible She
- 22:29Speaker 1: shows up one hundred and ten percent with everything. Who
- 22:33Speaker 1: wouldn't be anxious, I would be losing my mind totally.
- 22:36Speaker 1: She shows up for her husband, She's there for her children,
- 22:39Speaker 1: she has her own career, she's putting her life out
- 22:41Speaker 1: there for however many years. What. I don't even know
- 22:43Speaker 1: what season they're on.
- 22:45Speaker 2: It's neither.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I don't like, I really don't know.
- 22:48Speaker 2: Or so Kyle is like sixteen or seventeen or so.
- 22:52Speaker 1: I can understand if one day you hear all these things,
- 22:55Speaker 1: maybe there's some truth to your husband doing whatever. I
- 22:58Speaker 1: don't know. I'm just I'm just talking on a podcast.
- 23:00Speaker 1: I have no idea. If she says, you know what,
- 23:04Speaker 1: I didn't really get to experience much because I've known
- 23:06Speaker 1: you and I've been with you for a really long
- 23:09Speaker 1: freaking time. All I've ever known is marriage and babies
- 23:13Speaker 1: since nineteen. I'm gonna go eat a cookie or two
- 23:16Speaker 1: because I fucking deserve it. And I'd be like, yes,
- 23:19Speaker 1: you do, because that shit kind of hits when you're.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Drunk, and every girl like if you're not alone.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Like if you if you don't know you're like, I've
- 23:28Speaker 1: only been with men, and you're feeling like I want
- 23:30Speaker 1: to experiment, have a couple tequilas and.
- 23:32Speaker 2: Just try it out, or even like another guy.
- 23:35Speaker 1: I think that we will see things play out, obviously,
- 23:38Speaker 1: because I think they're in production right now.
- 23:40Speaker 2: They're not.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Oh they're done. Did cameras picked back up? So to
- 23:44Speaker 1: cover this?
- 23:45Speaker 2: Look at me? This is this is Andy Cohen here
- 23:48Speaker 2: on the Give Them Lolla podcast. I also heard, and
- 23:52Speaker 2: this is way more reliable, okay, is that the season
- 23:56Speaker 2: will include this part of their lives. So I think
- 23:59Speaker 2: they're doing a camera pickup and then the season will start.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Oh, I mean Bravo was loving they were picking cameras
- 24:07Speaker 1: back up. Everyone's life is just really shifting when.
- 24:09Speaker 2: The cameras go down, right, yes, yeah.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I want to know what your thoughts are. You texted
- 24:15Speaker 1: me last night and you said that Kardashians just aren't
- 24:18Speaker 1: hitting for you right now? What about it is not hitting?
- 24:21Speaker 1: Because I have never watched Keeping Up with the Kardashians,
- 24:24Speaker 1: never watched an episode of the Kardashians on Hulu until
- 24:28Speaker 1: this season, which is season three. I've watched all of them.
- 24:31Speaker 2: I thought you were like me and watched everything.
- 24:35Speaker 1: No, only Bravo.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Okay, so I'll give it to you in one shot, okay.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Chloe and Courtney used to hug in a way that
- 24:45Speaker 2: Courtney would jump and wrap her legs around Chloe. Yeah,
- 24:50Speaker 2: and this season Kim ran up and wrapped her legs
- 24:53Speaker 2: around Chloe instead, So I felt like it was like
- 24:56Speaker 2: a fuck you to doing the thing that Chloe and
- 24:59Speaker 2: Courtney had m So, I just don't like a third
- 25:03Speaker 2: man out. I don't like the bickering over Dulce and Gabana.
- 25:08Speaker 2: I don't like seeing her where all of them were Balenciaga.
- 25:13Speaker 2: I don't like the greed over money, and I think
- 25:18Speaker 2: it's just pushing to a higher level. And I don't
- 25:22Speaker 2: like it.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Like there's no realness anymore. It's like we're taking everything
- 25:26Speaker 1: for not even the family. It's like I'm taking everything
- 25:30Speaker 1: for myself.
- 25:31Speaker 2: On Kim's part, well, have you seen the the exercising
- 25:35Speaker 2: people that make fun of them working out? Have you
- 25:37Speaker 2: seen that? It's like a.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Viral trend TikTok.
- 25:39Speaker 2: They're like they're like doing the repetitions okay, and it's
- 25:43Speaker 2: like they're pretending to work out, but they're totally not
- 25:45Speaker 2: even doing the I'll send it too as soon as
- 25:47Speaker 2: I find it. So like that's very very fake. Kylie's
- 25:50Speaker 2: not around that much, Kendle's not around that much. It's
- 25:52Speaker 2: very fake. It's forced. I just I am a Kardashian
- 25:56Speaker 2: day oner and I'm just not seeing anything good.
- 25:59Speaker 1: You're not seeing anything good.
- 26:00Speaker 2: No, it's like hate watching. I'm now hate watching, Yes.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Where you're watching just to like pick it apart hate
- 26:08Speaker 1: which is a lot of people will do that. I
- 26:10Speaker 1: mean it's not great, but like I think everybody does it,
- 26:14Speaker 1: really everybody does it. But I've noticed the same thing.
- 26:18Speaker 1: And I also can't decide if they're on ozembic again
- 26:22Speaker 1: just just they are, or if they have perfected their bbls.
- 26:28Speaker 2: No, they are on ozembic. And that's not Alleged's hands.
- 26:32Speaker 4: She could get me on one on one in basketball,
- 26:34Speaker 4: I swear.
- 26:36Speaker 1: I mean, can I tell you, I feel like Chloe's
- 26:38Speaker 1: my most favorite. I love that she's talking about I
- 26:41Speaker 1: don't watch anything the disconnect for her with surrogacy, and
- 26:45Speaker 1: I think it's hitting for me. Not that I've ventured
- 26:48Speaker 1: into getting a surrogate, but I have been looking at,
- 26:52Speaker 1: you know, the route of a sperm donor, and those
- 26:55Speaker 1: thoughts of just open conversations run through my mind all
- 26:59Speaker 1: the time. And this is something I could talk to
- 27:00Speaker 1: Gigi about Goldness up because she had a sperm donor.
- 27:04Speaker 1: But I wonder because I did you know with the
- 27:07Speaker 1: conception of ocean. There was a lot that went into it.
- 27:10Speaker 1: It was a conversation. We had a game plan on
- 27:13Speaker 1: my end, a lot of love and respect for my
- 27:15Speaker 1: partner and wanting to create that family, and then the
- 27:19Speaker 1: feeling of like having his baby, just the whole thing,
- 27:23Speaker 1: you know, you experienced it Is it going to be
- 27:26Speaker 1: different when I'm just picking someone off of a computer screen?
- 27:32Speaker 1: You know? And it could it could not be. I
- 27:34Speaker 1: think it just depends on who you are. I think
- 27:35Speaker 1: it depends on the person. Kim had no issue that
- 27:38Speaker 1: she's talked about with having a surrogate, but Chloe really
- 27:41Speaker 1: struggled and I like really admired her for opening up
- 27:44Speaker 1: about that. Well.
- 27:46Speaker 2: Kim couldn't carry for sure, she had such complications, right,
- 27:49Speaker 2: So there's such a big difference. And then with Chloe,
- 27:54Speaker 2: I think that she had just gotten like her tummy
- 27:56Speaker 2: tuck and all of her weight loss and she didn't
- 27:58Speaker 2: want to like stop her life for that. And with
- 28:02Speaker 2: you though, girl, like you're gonna find love and you're
- 28:07Speaker 2: going to have a baby naturally, and you're not gonna
- 28:10Speaker 2: need to go that route.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Because that's a hard line for me.
- 28:13Speaker 2: I'm jay, I know, but I don't. And you know,
- 28:17Speaker 2: this is so weird, like this is such an important
- 28:21Speaker 2: thing that I don't want what I'm saying to influence
- 28:25Speaker 2: you in a way that's gonna be like tomorrow when
- 28:28Speaker 2: you go spirm, like when we when if you start
- 28:32Speaker 2: the process, I don't want you to feel uncomfortable to
- 28:34Speaker 2: share that with me because okay, because I just I
- 28:39Speaker 2: think you should talk to a lot of people. Yeah
- 28:42Speaker 2: that maybe because you are only in the beginning of
- 28:46Speaker 2: your thirties, okay, And maybe the people that go that
- 28:50Speaker 2: route are not like maybe they're older and they're running
- 28:54Speaker 2: out of time or their options are you know different, Okay,
- 28:57Speaker 2: because the father, like there's no father in their life, right,
- 29:06Speaker 2: And I think that role is really great if they
- 29:09Speaker 2: can have that. And I'm sure that Easton can be
- 29:12Speaker 2: a great father figure, you know, men, strong men in
- 29:15Speaker 2: your life, right, be great father figures in Ocean's life.
- 29:19Speaker 2: But I just I feel like the interest in getting
- 29:23Speaker 2: the information is important for you to go and do
- 29:26Speaker 2: all of that research and talk to all of our
- 29:28Speaker 2: friends in our community, but also don't give up on love.
- 29:31Speaker 1: But I think that I can do two things at once.
- 29:35Speaker 1: I think I can say that there's two hard lines
- 29:38Speaker 1: for me when it comes to a relationship, no cheating
- 29:41Speaker 1: and no drug use. And there I like things when
- 29:45Speaker 1: it comes to my child. I like things that are
- 29:47Speaker 1: one hundred percent. I don't want to put me being
- 29:50Speaker 1: able to be with my child one hundred percent of
- 29:53Speaker 1: the time on someone else and their decisions. So I
- 29:58Speaker 1: want to have another and I want to know that
- 30:01Speaker 1: that baby is mine. Whether you fuck up or not
- 30:04Speaker 1: doesn't matter, because you can never take this baby from me.
- 30:08Speaker 1: But like I would love to create a very modern
- 30:12Speaker 1: family with you. Now, I know that I wasn't expecting.
- 30:16Speaker 1: I wasn't expecting my life to be this way. Things
- 30:18Speaker 1: could obviously change. There could be a version where I
- 30:20Speaker 1: have three baby daddies, and I'm totally fine with that.
- 30:23Speaker 2: Same would I would be I just chance for everybody,
- 30:26Speaker 2: because I know that if I was in your shoes,
- 30:29Speaker 2: I would want to do exactly the same thing. I
- 30:32Speaker 2: would want to make sure that I have control. I
- 30:35Speaker 2: don't want to fuck with custody. I mean, even like
- 30:37Speaker 2: our friend Jeff who cannot go trick or treating ever
- 30:41Speaker 2: with you know, his daughter because the other guy won't
- 30:44Speaker 2: share you know, holidays, I totally get it.
- 30:47Speaker 1: It's a lot. I know it's a lot. So for me,
- 30:50Speaker 1: it's like hardline. I just want my own baby, but
- 30:54Speaker 1: I am so open to finding a partner. I just
- 30:57Speaker 1: don't want to risk having to share my kid because
- 31:00Speaker 1: those chances are high, because I cannot get over cheating
- 31:03Speaker 1: and I certainly have no tolerance for drug use, you know,
- 31:09Speaker 1: speaking of like the cheating and things you're caught up
- 31:12Speaker 1: on oc right, Yes, okay, because people, a lot of
- 31:15Speaker 1: people slid in. I just got caught up last night,
- 31:18Speaker 1: A lot of people slid into the DMS talking about
- 31:22Speaker 1: Gina being so invested in Jen's whole, like process i'll
- 31:28Speaker 1: call it with getting with her new guy Ryan.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Yes, shout out Gina. We love Gina.
- 31:33Speaker 1: I love Gina, and I thought it was fucking hysterical
- 31:35Speaker 1: when she talked about like you got this one who's
- 31:38Speaker 1: never been in a movie ever and he's acting like
- 31:40Speaker 1: she's been in one hundred and this one who's acting
- 31:42Speaker 1: like you stole her oscars from her? What it's happening?
- 31:45Speaker 1: The truth teller, I mess with Gina. She's a New Yorker.
- 31:49Speaker 2: Yes, okay, So first of all, the new girl Jen had,
- 31:54Speaker 2: she's very messy, it's her first season. She doesn't know
- 31:58Speaker 2: how to be on a show where she has a
- 32:02Speaker 2: full on affair. But then it's not a physical affair.
- 32:06Speaker 2: It was just we were just in the closet texting
- 32:09Speaker 2: each other. And so now her boyfriend, the same guy
- 32:13Speaker 2: that she left her husband for, right, is a cheater
- 32:16Speaker 2: all over oc right?
- 32:17Speaker 1: Correct, So tried to sleep with Tamra.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Right and Tama's friend. And I mean, so what's the question.
- 32:25Speaker 1: The question is do you feel like Gina's too invested
- 32:28Speaker 1: in Jen's like mess? Like why is she? Like people
- 32:31Speaker 1: are asking this, why is she taking it to heart?
- 32:33Speaker 1: And I'm like, well as somebody who has experienced things
- 32:38Speaker 1: like that, and just like overall deceit. I feel like
- 32:42Speaker 1: if someone stepped in and did that, I would be like,
- 32:46Speaker 1: pump the brakes. I don't know that you and I
- 32:47Speaker 1: are in alignment.
- 32:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, And Gina was a woman with three
- 32:51Speaker 2: kids under the age of five mm hm, and her
- 32:54Speaker 2: dirty ass husband was driving to his job and cheating
- 32:58Speaker 2: on her. So she is now triggered to be around
- 33:02Speaker 2: a cheating topic. So she is totally allowed to have
- 33:05Speaker 2: her feelings in her opinion about this.
- 33:07Speaker 1: I fully agree. Yeah, And Jen said when they were
- 33:11Speaker 1: like at the Dude Ranch or whatever. She goes, it's
- 33:14Speaker 1: not my job to make you feel okay about it,
- 33:16Speaker 1: and that's absolutely true. But it's not Gina's job to
- 33:20Speaker 1: accept you as a human being. She's fully capable and
- 33:24Speaker 1: able and actually should look at you as like kind
- 33:26Speaker 1: of a bottom feeder. Bro.
- 33:28Speaker 2: Jana is so deep in it right now. She doesn't
- 33:30Speaker 2: even know what's happening to her. She's shooting a show,
- 33:33Speaker 2: she's still new in the relationship. She's not sure if
- 33:36Speaker 2: he's cheating or not, and she's not sure how to
- 33:38Speaker 2: get her story straight or keep it straight. You mean Jen, Jen, Jen.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Not Gina. I was like, wait, Gina's man, hold up, no, no, no, Jen,
- 33:46Speaker 1: a rescue mission on Gin. I'm not with this, Like
- 33:49Speaker 1: she seemed like a good dude, Jen.
- 33:52Speaker 2: Jen doesn't know what is happening to her. It's her
- 33:56Speaker 2: first season on a TV show. While she is figuring
- 33:59Speaker 2: out how to reveal this story, and every time she
- 34:02Speaker 2: tells the story it changes a little bit and people
- 34:06Speaker 2: are calling her out on it.
- 34:07Speaker 1: Do you think that TAM's coming into hot No?
- 34:10Speaker 2: I think Tama is doing what Tamara should do.
- 34:12Speaker 1: You know what's really interesting, and you'll get this is
- 34:15Speaker 1: all of the people who watch shows shows like ours,
- 34:20Speaker 1: and they always throw so much hate on the person
- 34:24Speaker 1: who's making the season watchable. They're like, she's coming into hot.
- 34:29Speaker 1: It's like, well, if she was not, you'd get pissed
- 34:32Speaker 1: that no one's calling this gen girl out and you
- 34:34Speaker 1: turn your TV.
- 34:35Speaker 2: Off totally, and you would have ten episodes in a
- 34:37Speaker 2: reason exactly.
- 34:39Speaker 1: So, I don't think TAM's coming into hot, and I'm
- 34:42Speaker 1: like thinking I stuck with OC even through the rough
- 34:45Speaker 1: patch of like no Gun Wilson and no Tama Judge, right.
- 34:49Speaker 2: I mean, this is the thing with having Heather Dubrow,
- 34:54Speaker 2: who I'm not really naturally attracted to as a fan,
- 34:58Speaker 2: having her come back last season, it didn't quite hit
- 35:01Speaker 2: as hard and now as having Tamra and her and
- 35:05Speaker 2: like all the og like the girls like Emily and
- 35:07Speaker 2: Gina are becoming og ish and Shannon, you know, I.
- 35:11Speaker 1: So agree with you because for so long I was like,
- 35:15Speaker 1: Emily and Gina have been on for so long and
- 35:17Speaker 1: why do they feel like their brand new faces on
- 35:20Speaker 1: my TV? And I love them, like I have always
- 35:22Speaker 1: messled with them, but I've just never gotten the feeling
- 35:24Speaker 1: of like a familiar face on my TV. I'm invested.
- 35:27Speaker 2: Yeah, right, totally agree.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Every season that they appear, it's always almost like a
- 35:32Speaker 1: reboot of like, Okay, we're getting reinvested.
- 35:34Speaker 2: Yeah, they got a good cast.
- 35:36Speaker 1: Now now we're like back to normal.
- 35:38Speaker 2: We're back. And if they bring Vicki back, that'll be
- 35:41Speaker 2: probably really good too. I mean, I don't know she's
- 35:43Speaker 2: coming this.
- 35:44Speaker 1: She makes like an I think she like pops in
- 35:47Speaker 1: and then I think we're gonna see her a lot,
- 35:48Speaker 1: like mid season. Yeah, so I'm just getting Easton into Bravo.
- 35:53Speaker 1: I told her to see I'm.
- 35:55Speaker 2: Yeah, guys, he already said he's never seen a Kardashian
- 35:59Speaker 2: upisode and men just watch Bravo when they're like trying
- 36:03Speaker 2: to get with the girl in the beginning.
- 36:05Speaker 4: I've seen the rage. The rage that's about all the
- 36:10Speaker 4: kardash Oh my.
- 36:11Speaker 2: God, no, he's sting.
- 36:13Speaker 1: You're a savage and I love you. Okay, I do
- 36:17Speaker 1: this at the end of the show. Okay, what is
- 36:20Speaker 1: your ache of the week and what is your relief
- 36:23Speaker 1: of the week.
- 36:24Speaker 2: The relief is always going to be Shams, right, because.
- 36:28Speaker 1: Shams is her little boy. How old is he?
- 36:30Speaker 2: Now he just turned for it.
- 36:31Speaker 4: He just turned for it.
- 36:32Speaker 1: And he's so handsome. Oh my gosh, he's gorgeous. There
- 36:38Speaker 1: is no he's so steinking cute, cut, he's got a
- 36:44Speaker 1: full head of hair.
- 36:45Speaker 4: I know, he's gorgeous.
- 36:48Speaker 1: And Shams was her dad's name, sham so shamps.
- 36:53Speaker 2: My my son is named after my dad and my
- 36:57Speaker 2: husband's mother. Okay, and yes, it's a Persian name, Shampsha.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Wait is it s h A M s? Yes?
- 37:05Speaker 2: Okay, thank you? How did you even pull that one out?
- 37:08Speaker 1: I mean, that's well, I thought you were saying shamps
- 37:10Speaker 1: for a sec.
- 37:11Speaker 2: Is it pronounced That's how it's It sounds like the Champagne,
- 37:15Speaker 2: but that's the Persian way of pronouncing it.
- 37:17Speaker 1: Wow, I just learned something new. So it's pronounced shamps. Oh,
- 37:21Speaker 1: I'm so sorry. I've been saying shams for so long.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Also been saying it right. It's like my name. It's
- 37:26Speaker 2: like I'm MJ, I'm Mersed, I'm Mercedes.
- 37:29Speaker 1: It's like three, what's your ache of the week?
- 37:36Speaker 2: So you know, yeah, I you know, I texted you
- 37:42Speaker 2: just having a bad day last week, So I'm gonna
- 37:46Speaker 2: say that's still this week.
- 37:48Speaker 1: In a way, what happened exactly.
- 37:51Speaker 2: This is the thing. I had opened scrow and stayed
- 37:58Speaker 2: in town and worked through the Fourth of July extravaganza
- 38:02Speaker 2: that was like Fourth of July was on a Wednesday,
- 38:05Speaker 2: but people started leaving Toalm five days before on Friday
- 38:08Speaker 2: and very weird. Yeah, and I was like, no, I
- 38:11Speaker 2: have an appointment on Saturday and Tuesday, and dah da da.
- 38:14Speaker 2: Like I stayed but much like I have seen, like
- 38:19Speaker 2: I've seen you and Sheena when I met home on
- 38:23Speaker 2: a Sunday night, scrolling through my phone and I'll see like,
- 38:26Speaker 2: oh my god, look Shina and Lala were in Palm
- 38:28Speaker 2: Springs with the babies. Like I could have gone, and
- 38:31Speaker 2: I could have taken shams and hung out, you know,
- 38:34Speaker 2: with you guys and like partaken in something that's healthy
- 38:39Speaker 2: for a working mom. But that is the gist of
- 38:44Speaker 2: this story. I had made the conscious choice, as I
- 38:47Speaker 2: have been, to be focused on my career and being
- 38:51Speaker 2: a mother. Okay, okay, I don't have a lot of
- 38:54Speaker 2: balance in any other area of my life. That is
- 38:57Speaker 2: why I will try to communicate with someone like if
- 39:00Speaker 2: I reach out to you, it is to connect with
- 39:03Speaker 2: something either I see you doing to like give love, acknowledge, connect,
- 39:07Speaker 2: say hi. And when I went on Jeff's show, it
- 39:10Speaker 2: was the day after the fourth of July. Okay, that morning,
- 39:14Speaker 2: I it's so, it's the fifth of July, and he
- 39:16Speaker 2: starts talking about partying on the yacht in Newport and
- 39:20Speaker 2: was a Pelican resort, and then we went to to
- 39:24Speaker 2: like Kelly Dodds and then we went to whatever, and
- 39:27Speaker 2: they were like talking about it, and I was like,
- 39:30Speaker 2: I am bursting with jealousy or I was like, I'm
- 39:34Speaker 2: saying it with a smile, but I was like, I'm
- 39:36Speaker 2: I'm so mad that I missed out on this stuff.
- 39:39Speaker 2: But it was a fucking joke, Like I was just
- 39:41Speaker 2: saying it for like to if anything, like to embellish,
- 39:44Speaker 2: like I am so mad at you Easton. I cannot
- 39:46Speaker 2: believe you didn't pick me up on your way to
- 39:49Speaker 2: La Las this weekend. Right, yeah right, yeah right, yes,
- 39:54Speaker 2: so the way I then I did an after show,
- 39:58Speaker 2: so it was two hours of live radio, and they
- 40:02Speaker 2: the Karens came out and so many that I had,
- 40:07Speaker 2: like people that I don't normally hear from reaching out
- 40:10Speaker 2: to me saying like I heard like the radio and
- 40:13Speaker 2: you sounded great. Like you, I don't know what's happening.
- 40:15Speaker 2: I hope you're okay, Like you're always invited, Da da da.
- 40:18Speaker 2: And I was like, I know, I'm always invited, and
- 40:20Speaker 2: I have no problem inviting myself. But it was like
- 40:24Speaker 2: the equivalent of a stand up comedian being told that
- 40:26Speaker 2: they're not funny because I went out, I did my
- 40:28Speaker 2: thing on the radio, and then I got dragged and
- 40:32Speaker 2: told you should be happy to be at home with
- 40:37Speaker 2: your kid and your husband, like you should learn to
- 40:40Speaker 2: like love that life.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Oh my god, you should shame more sham Like you
- 40:46Speaker 1: should just be grateful. Yeah, you got to stay home
- 40:49Speaker 1: with It's like, how about I can sit here and
- 40:52Speaker 1: be like, you know what, loved being with my man
- 40:54Speaker 1: and my kid, but kind of sucked not being invited
- 40:56Speaker 1: on the freaking yacht with my man and my kid.
- 40:58Speaker 1: Kind of sucked not being in Palms Springs when I
- 41:00Speaker 1: could have been with my friends and their kids. You
- 41:02Speaker 1: are totally allowed to say that, And it bothers me
- 41:05Speaker 1: that people shame women when they're like, you know what,
- 41:08Speaker 1: I wasn't that happy just doing that, right, So it
- 41:11Speaker 1: wasn't that I wasn't happy. It's like people shaming working
- 41:14Speaker 1: moms that you but you should want to be home
- 41:17Speaker 1: with your kid? What do you mean? And it's like
- 41:18Speaker 1: it's I want to be a I'm not fulfilled. Just
- 41:21Speaker 1: what if you're fulfilled staying at home and being with
- 41:25Speaker 1: your kid all the time, that is amazing for you.
- 41:28Speaker 1: I would never knock you for doing that, So please
- 41:31Speaker 1: don't knock me if my path and like what fulfills
- 41:34Speaker 1: me looks a little bit different, especially when all I'm
- 41:36Speaker 1: talking about was I wanted to be out of the
- 41:38Speaker 1: fucking house on the fourth of July.
- 41:39Speaker 2: Bro, I am exactly like I, if anything, have been so
- 41:43Speaker 2: focused that I am not making enough choices for myself.
- 41:47Speaker 2: And it was just so like such a sucker punch.
- 41:52Speaker 2: It was so weird, and I was like, Okay, what
- 41:54Speaker 2: is the reason for this to happen and find like
- 41:58Speaker 2: what it is, but like, yeah, not me down. And
- 42:02Speaker 2: I reached out to you and it was like one
- 42:04Speaker 2: of it all, yeah you fucking did okay, And then like.
- 42:08Speaker 1: I just think I didn't know the depths of it.
- 42:10Speaker 1: You just said that it was like a bad, bad time.
- 42:13Speaker 2: I don't even know why I reached out to you,
- 42:15Speaker 2: but I think I just felt like she's a good
- 42:18Speaker 2: one to reach out to. Yeah, Like, I mean I
- 42:21Speaker 2: always have every intention to like stay in touch with
- 42:24Speaker 2: your sister on the regular and we and I think
- 42:27Speaker 2: we do a pretty decent job of it. It's just
- 42:30Speaker 2: like you said, when my life is very multifaceted, Like
- 42:34Speaker 2: I feel like I am if I decided that I
- 42:37Speaker 2: was gonna I was getting ready today and I was like,
- 42:40Speaker 2: oh my god, I'm gonna see Laala. This is the
- 42:42Speaker 2: first time I haven't done a top knot in four
- 42:44Speaker 2: weeks straight, Like I've been doing a top knot for everything,
- 42:47Speaker 2: like pulling it up and rush. Then it's like you
- 42:50Speaker 2: pull up your top knot and you're like, when was
- 42:52Speaker 2: the last time I even just wore my hair down?
- 42:54Speaker 2: And like how things like that can feel good? Like
- 42:57Speaker 2: it's right, it's like all these things, so the women
- 43:00Speaker 2: should not be coming for each other like that. It
- 43:03Speaker 2: should have been like a it's crazy.
- 43:05Speaker 1: I feel you, it's crazy. I look at my comments
- 43:08Speaker 1: and I'm like, wow, it's all women like just slamming me.
- 43:12Speaker 1: I cannot imagine like getting onto a woman's page and
- 43:16Speaker 1: just ripping her anyone totally right.
- 43:19Speaker 2: And if you needed like because you are like right now.
- 43:23Speaker 2: You're all work right, but you have these beautiful blessings
- 43:30Speaker 2: around you, Jessica Easton, your mom, and let's say whoever else.
- 43:34Speaker 2: But for me, I don't have a lot of that
- 43:37Speaker 2: I have. I don't have like a lot of community.
- 43:40Speaker 2: I'm not saying that I don't have any because I'm
- 43:42Speaker 2: sure I'm gonna leave here and I'm gonna be feeling
- 43:45Speaker 2: really badly about my friends and family who are around
- 43:49Speaker 2: me on a regular basis. So I'm not trying to
- 43:51Speaker 2: like not appreciate that, but like, listen to the ladies
- 43:56Speaker 2: that are listening. If you feel like somebody needs a
- 44:00Speaker 2: little something, pick up the phone and say, hey, do
- 44:04Speaker 2: you want to come with us? Or you're busting your ass.
- 44:08Speaker 2: You're working so hard, You're doing such a great job
- 44:11Speaker 2: because I barely drink alcohol. I'm always on a diet.
- 44:14Speaker 2: I've kept thirty pounds off naturally without any ozempics. I'm
- 44:20Speaker 2: thank you forty five every morning at six o'clock. Then
- 44:23Speaker 2: I'm showing houses and I'm coming home and I'm seeing
- 44:26Speaker 2: the kid, and I'm like, so, it's like the last
- 44:28Speaker 2: thing that you want to hear is someone trying to
- 44:33Speaker 2: find fault when in fact, it should be the opposite, Like, bitch,
- 44:35Speaker 2: you need to get out more. The part of your
- 44:37Speaker 2: life that's not balanced is getting drunk, right, Like you
- 44:40Speaker 2: actually need to get drunk, you know what I mean?
- 44:43Speaker 1: Like that when we go. Honestly, Sheen and I, we're
- 44:46Speaker 1: the only crazy ones that were like one hundred and
- 44:48Speaker 1: fifteen degree weather. Let's head to the desert. I will
- 44:51Speaker 1: absolutely invite you. You can come, you can decide to pass,
- 44:55Speaker 1: take a rain check. I got you.
- 44:57Speaker 2: Totally love that and yeah, so that was on the podcast.
- 45:04Speaker 2: You have to come now, thank you. I'm going to you.
- 45:07Speaker 2: Guys are gonna shams is going to be flirting with
- 45:09Speaker 2: your daughters.
- 45:10Speaker 1: Good. I'm trying to marry around. I'm just kidding.
- 45:13Speaker 2: We'll do a little down.
- 45:15Speaker 1: I'm like, good men are hard to come by. We
- 45:17Speaker 1: got to start looking now. It's like preschool, like you
- 45:19Speaker 1: start when they're in the womb. Yes, getting into preschools, right,
- 45:24Speaker 1: I guess, oh it does.
- 45:26Speaker 2: Yeah, is ocean in any kind.
- 45:28Speaker 1: Of Not yet. I'm going to wait another year with
- 45:32Speaker 1: right now.
- 45:32Speaker 2: Yeah, yep.
- 45:33Speaker 1: And we have like a pretty free, easy day and
- 45:35Speaker 1: we're going to go swim and just like do whatever.
- 45:38Speaker 1: I guess I don't know, t T. What was your
- 45:41Speaker 1: your ache and relief of the week.
- 45:43Speaker 3: My ache of the week was it wasn't the night,
- 45:47Speaker 3: wasn't an ache, but my ears of Emo night.
- 45:50Speaker 4: Oh there wasn't a quiet room.
- 45:53Speaker 1: No, my ears definitely worth bleeding, I think, yeah.
- 45:56Speaker 3: And I was like, I'm gonna go into the room,
- 45:57Speaker 3: this room and hopefully it's quiet. And then there was
- 45:59Speaker 3: just another DJ just banging something in there.
- 46:02Speaker 4: I was like, good God, but that was the eight
- 46:04Speaker 4: because they're still bleeding.
- 46:06Speaker 3: But the relief of the week was I don't know
- 46:09Speaker 3: if you know, but I sat on a couch and
- 46:12Speaker 3: wrecked my tailbone.
- 46:13Speaker 2: I did hear that.
- 46:14Speaker 4: Yeah. So I was walking.
- 46:16Speaker 3: Outside playing with Ocean, playing with Ocean because she was
- 46:19Speaker 3: watering plants, and I slipped and I did the splits
- 46:23Speaker 3: and it was a good hurt, but like it was
- 46:26Speaker 3: a good, good hurt, and so I almost fell.
- 46:29Speaker 4: And now the relief is my my ass.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Is good, and he was like, oh wait anymore.
- 46:42Speaker 4: It was one of just needed a good stretch.
- 46:44Speaker 1: A good stretch. My ache and relief are one and
- 46:49Speaker 1: the same threads, and and elon possibly taking it away
- 46:54Speaker 1: from this. I'm very upset. It is such a positive,
- 46:59Speaker 1: happy based on threads that I wish that there was
- 47:02Speaker 1: like an entering process where it's like, have you ever
- 47:04Speaker 1: trolled anyone in your life, specifically Lola Kent. If the
- 47:08Speaker 1: answer is yes, you cannot come on too threads because
- 47:11Speaker 1: everyone is so happy. Like today I posted it's Monday,
- 47:15Speaker 1: Guess I'm gonna go be dope as shit again, and
- 47:17Speaker 1: everyone was like, you go go, I.
- 47:20Speaker 2: Fucking love that.
- 47:22Speaker 4: I'm gonna tweet it.
- 47:24Speaker 2: I know no, because that's where the cos that's where
- 47:28Speaker 2: they comes.
- 47:29Speaker 1: That's why I got rid of Twitter and got Instagram.
- 47:31Speaker 1: Only can Elon and Zuckerberg just put their dicks away.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Let's not measure, Let's just create a positive space and
- 47:39Speaker 1: like everyone, you guys can go along, keep being billionaires,
- 47:42Speaker 1: just like let us be happy on threads.
- 47:44Speaker 2: He's gonna he's gonna take it away.
- 47:47Speaker 1: He filed a lawsuit saying that a season desist a
- 47:50Speaker 1: seasoned assist, basically saying that everyone who was let go
- 47:54Speaker 1: from Twitter when he purchased it, Zuckerberg then took on
- 47:59Speaker 1: and like stole their data or something. Oh, which I
- 48:02Speaker 1: probably would be filing the same sort of thing. I'd
- 48:05Speaker 1: be like, no, no, no, I see you, Like, I
- 48:08Speaker 1: just want to be happy on threads for a while,
- 48:09Speaker 1: just like, let it last a little longer.
- 48:11Speaker 4: I mean the data.
- 48:12Speaker 3: Now, if it gets taken away, they'll rename it and
- 48:14Speaker 3: open something up without the data.
- 48:15Speaker 4: But now they have the data.
- 48:17Speaker 1: Okay, great, love it.
- 48:18Speaker 2: But he took it.
- 48:20Speaker 4: So when he took the.
- 48:22Speaker 2: Check marks away from Twitter that that was really douchey.
- 48:25Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, no one has check marks anymore.
- 48:27Speaker 2: Right, you have to pay for it now.
- 48:30Speaker 4: For anything.
- 48:31Speaker 2: Imagine you Yeah, but imagine you had a blue check
- 48:34Speaker 2: mark on Twitter and now they take it and they
- 48:37Speaker 2: want you to pay for it to keep it every month.
- 48:39Speaker 1: I'm on that is a joke, all right, enough already,
- 48:43Speaker 1: So there we go. I had the best time with you, MJ.
- 48:46Speaker 1: This was like lit as Easton. Always a pleasure see
- 48:50Speaker 1: at the car.
- 48:50Speaker 4: Fun I always see in the car.
- 48:54Speaker 1: Thank you guys so much for listening to another episode
- 48:56Speaker 1: of the Give Them Lalla podcast, and I will catch
- 48:58Speaker 1: you next week.
