- 0:08Speaker 1: Scarable Advice Shooter. Hello, welcome. I'm your host, Rob Shooter.
- 0:16Speaker 1: It is Tuesday, unusual. Normally Miss D joins us on
- 0:20Speaker 1: a Tuesday, but we switched I ran. We had the
- 0:22Speaker 1: Lovely mis D yesterday, so today we get the justice
- 0:26Speaker 1: Lovely Garrett Voguel. Hey Garrett, are you there? Good morning,
- 0:30Speaker 1: Rob Shooter. Now let's get one thing straight. Are you
- 0:32Speaker 1: going to call me miss D at any point today?
- 0:35Speaker 1: We switched days last week too because of my trip
- 0:38Speaker 1: to London. It sort of messed me up a little bit.
- 0:41Speaker 1: So I remember you on Donnie's Day, and I guess
- 0:44Speaker 1: you came known as Danny. I got, I got Instagram
- 0:47Speaker 1: messages Hello Donny, So I thank you for that, Rob Shooter.
- 0:52Speaker 1: You're both lovely guys. Although everybody wants to be seen
- 0:55Speaker 1: and recognized, its awful when people mess up your name.
- 0:58Speaker 1: I often, I often. It's awful, but it's a nasty
- 1:02Speaker 1: little habit. Since I was a child, I'm terrible with names.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I'm good with me. I know every detail about you,
- 1:07Speaker 1: but your name is one that always sort of skips
- 1:09Speaker 1: me faces. Yes, names horrible. I can never work at Starbucks.
- 1:17Speaker 1: And we had an early edition of this podcast it
- 1:20Speaker 1: was a radio show for a year on Derek and
- 1:22Speaker 1: Remains Network, and I had desks coming. It was a
- 1:25Speaker 1: whole hour rather than twenty minutes. I love that show.
- 1:27Speaker 1: I miss it, but the way podcasts were, twenty minutes
- 1:31Speaker 1: are better than an hour. And so I don't have
- 1:34Speaker 1: guests anymore. But when I had guests come into the
- 1:37Speaker 1: studio on the old show, Garrett, I made them wear
- 1:39Speaker 1: a name tag. So smart though it's like, oh, for
- 1:43Speaker 1: security purposes, just they need to know, you know. So
- 1:46Speaker 1: I like the Housewives for their like Countess Luan came
- 1:49Speaker 1: and I put Lulu and just stuck in on it.
- 1:51Speaker 1: But put this on and I will want to rob.
- 1:53Speaker 1: So we all felt like we were all included. But yeah,
- 1:56Speaker 1: I made so smart because it's like, you know what,
- 1:58Speaker 1: I need to wear one too. Look, I'm just like you, like, hey,
- 2:02Speaker 1: let's jump in show what time was it? My friends
- 2:06Speaker 1: and has introduced her child Emmy using a gender neutral
- 2:13Speaker 1: prograun So, Jennifer introduced her fourteen year old child using
- 2:18Speaker 1: a gender neutral program during a performance at Dodger Stadium.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Emmy's fourteen years old, and Emmy is already playing Dodger Stadium.
- 2:28Speaker 1: That's the part of the story that I'm more interested in,
- 2:30Speaker 1: but we will give you the rest of the story.
- 2:32Speaker 1: So Emmy performed a duet with Mommy Jennifer Lopez. Lopez
- 2:38Speaker 1: joked the following before Emmy came out on stage. Lopez
- 2:42Speaker 1: said that this person was very, very busy and very
- 2:46Speaker 1: expensive to book, but they were worth it because they
- 2:51Speaker 1: are Jennifer's favorite duet partner of all time. Outworked Emmy,
- 2:57Speaker 1: the place went. That's the last and they performed together
- 3:01Speaker 1: in a big stadium. Was that the super Bowl? Remember
- 3:03Speaker 1: that the super Bowl? I mean, come on, super Bowl Stadium.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Emmy's been set up for a huge career. Oh and
- 3:12Speaker 1: you know it's funny. He probably did negotiate with Mom saying,
- 3:16Speaker 1: you know, if you really want me to do this,
- 3:18Speaker 1: I need X, Y and Z, meaning like maybe I
- 3:21Speaker 1: need a ride to the mall, a few extra dollars
- 3:23Speaker 1: to go buy like So she negotiated very well with mom.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Like that. That is that you don't need an agent
- 3:28Speaker 1: when you're dealing with your mom. You just need to
- 3:30Speaker 1: know what you want from your mom. That's right. You
- 3:33Speaker 1: get yourself a good, good deal for this one. And
- 3:36Speaker 1: as far as gender neutral pronouns. Let's talk about them
- 3:40Speaker 1: for a minute. I have trouble getting my head around this.
- 3:44Speaker 1: I totally believe in this. I think words are very,
- 3:47Speaker 1: very important. But for me, and I'm being really honest here,
- 3:50Speaker 1: and I hate admitting this, I have to think for
- 3:53Speaker 1: a moment, and often I go to say her or him,
- 3:57Speaker 1: I've just done it all my life, and I definitely
- 4:00Speaker 1: take a second and I think about it. Garrett, does
- 4:02Speaker 1: this just slip off your tongue or is it something
- 4:05Speaker 1: you're learning to It's a lot of practice, and I
- 4:07Speaker 1: think I think people that are living with different pronouns
- 4:12Speaker 1: are he, she, they them? You know. They have even
- 4:16Speaker 1: come out and said, like Sam Smith and Demi Lovado
- 4:19Speaker 1: have said that they understand that it's hard to start
- 4:24Speaker 1: something new. It's something you're not used to. So they
- 4:28Speaker 1: they won't be the ones to be like, how dare you?
- 4:30Speaker 1: They'll say no, it's it's they or them or excuse me.
- 4:33Speaker 1: But you know, there there's the critics out there to
- 4:35Speaker 1: be like, you need to call them the proper pronoun,
- 4:38Speaker 1: you know, and and and the person themselves come out
- 4:42Speaker 1: and say, I understand it's so so I think it's
- 4:46Speaker 1: a learning curve for everyone, not just you. I think
- 4:48Speaker 1: a lot of people are going through it as well. Yes,
- 4:50Speaker 1: it is why. I remember I was on the Morning
- 4:52Speaker 1: show when Caitlyn Jenna transitioned and we had to cover
- 4:56Speaker 1: the story. We wanted to cover the story. We all
- 4:58Speaker 1: covered God Dash Sans every day, so we wanted to
- 5:01Speaker 1: kill of Caitlin. And it was tricky for us to
- 5:04Speaker 1: say she instead of he because we had grown up
- 5:09Speaker 1: watching Bruce on the Keeping Up with the Kardashian Show,
- 5:12Speaker 1: and Bruce was always a he, and then Caitlyn was
- 5:15Speaker 1: now a she, and nobody on the panel was a
- 5:18Speaker 1: wise ass. Nobody was doing it to be cruel. We
- 5:20Speaker 1: wanted to really understand this. Caitlyn gave us a gift.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Caitlyn said, I understand people are going to make mistakes,
- 5:27Speaker 1: and that's fine, and so I think, here, we're all
- 5:31Speaker 1: in this together and we're all learning this new, including
- 5:33Speaker 1: j LO. I worked for Jennifer Lopez, so I know
- 5:36Speaker 1: what a kind, smart person she is. But I would
- 5:39Speaker 1: guess for a mother too. That's a transition to with
- 5:42Speaker 1: your daughter, Garrett, if your daughter wanted to be referred
- 5:46Speaker 1: to with they instead of she, it would take you
- 5:48Speaker 1: a minute, of course, but I wouldn't be like, how
- 5:52Speaker 1: dare you? You know, that's very like old school way
- 5:54Speaker 1: of thinking and and thinking about it. With what Jennifer
- 5:57Speaker 1: Lopez did for Emmy, I also think she realizes her
- 6:01Speaker 1: audience there are different walks of life out there that
- 6:05Speaker 1: are not you know, just he or she, and saying
- 6:08Speaker 1: they kind of just relates to everyone, you know what
- 6:10Speaker 1: I mean, not just not just specific like oh I
- 6:13Speaker 1: I view myself as a female or a male. Just
- 6:18Speaker 1: by saying they, it kind of just includes they is
- 6:21Speaker 1: a word that includes everything of the population. Not when
- 6:25Speaker 1: I first started to do TV. One of the most
- 6:28Speaker 1: common mistakes people making. You always know if they're new
- 6:32Speaker 1: at TV, if they say this, you don't look at
- 6:34Speaker 1: the That's one of the two when the people look
- 6:37Speaker 1: into a camera or into even like speaking to a microphone,
- 6:40Speaker 1: they say hi, guys. My media trainer said me, said
- 6:44Speaker 1: to me, if you say that, you alienate fifty percent
- 6:47Speaker 1: of your audience right away. It's not guys, there's girls
- 6:49Speaker 1: out there, too, So just say hello. That's why we
- 6:52Speaker 1: say all hello. We never say hi guys. Words are important.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Think about them today and even during this segment, you
- 7:00Speaker 1: me have slipped up a couple of times, and I
- 7:02Speaker 1: was going to edit them out, and I don't think
- 7:03Speaker 1: I'm going to. I'm going to leave them in. Just
- 7:05Speaker 1: approve it's okay to make a few mistakes. Our hearts
- 7:08Speaker 1: are in the right place, Jayla, You're going to really
- 7:11Speaker 1: make a huge difference doing this. What do you think
- 7:14Speaker 1: about the fact, too, that Jennifer has not spoken about this.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Jennifer has just started using gender neutral pronouns, but she's
- 7:23Speaker 1: not actually done in the interview or spoke out. I
- 7:25Speaker 1: like it. I think it's more saying. It's more of
- 7:28Speaker 1: a bigger statement by not speaking about it and just doing,
- 7:32Speaker 1: you know, as I say, I like this, like Jennifer.
- 7:34Speaker 1: If you're listening, hellollollo, Hey, let's go to our pole
- 7:38Speaker 1: of the day. Jennifer Lopez introduced her child Emmy by
- 7:42Speaker 1: using a gender neutral pronoun. Are you surprised? Are you surprised? Hey?
- 7:49Speaker 1: Go verte on at a page at Naughty Nice Rob
- 7:51Speaker 1: or our Facebook page is Naughty Gossip. You can leave
- 7:53Speaker 1: a comment, bear and be sure it's check back to
- 7:56Speaker 1: morrow to hear your results. Hey, what are you working on? Gara? Well,
- 8:00Speaker 1: so we're talking about podcasts. Earlier in the show. At
- 8:02Speaker 1: the beginning of the show, we might have some new competition,
- 8:05Speaker 1: Rob Shooter, the o G Wendy Williams. So let's exactly
- 8:12Speaker 1: let's talk about that in a second. So, as you know,
- 8:13Speaker 1: last week her final show, it was an homage to
- 8:16Speaker 1: Wendy minus Wendy, which was just it was so weird
- 8:19Speaker 1: to get my head around, Like it was almost like
- 8:22Speaker 1: she doesn't she doesn't exist, but she's still alive. She's well,
- 8:25Speaker 1: she's gonna come back better than ever. Not to see
- 8:27Speaker 1: her on that final show was kind of like, not
- 8:30Speaker 1: it was weird. It was weird for me. So so
- 8:34Speaker 1: Wendy Williams of course sat down with extra and was
- 8:36Speaker 1: talking with Billy Bush. And according to Billy Bush, Wendy
- 8:39Speaker 1: Williams sat with the producers who owned the show and said,
- 8:43Speaker 1: there's no ill will They're on good terms and they
- 8:46Speaker 1: just they all agreed, you know the end of the time,
- 8:49Speaker 1: let's just end this. Now how they ended it, that's
- 8:51Speaker 1: a different story for others to debate personally. Um, but
- 8:54Speaker 1: she she says she told Billy Bush. Wendy Williams told
- 8:57Speaker 1: Billy Bush that she plans to release a pod care
- 9:00Speaker 1: series that's where we become in trouble, because now she's
- 9:02Speaker 1: she like, you can't beat when trouble, to be honest.
- 9:06Speaker 1: So it's gonna be released on iTunes and probably wherever
- 9:08Speaker 1: you get your podcast. Welcome, Welcome, hey, I welcome Wendy
- 9:12Speaker 1: into the podcast world. Remember before being a TV starf
- 9:15Speaker 1: for a decade, Wendy was a brilliant radio personality. And
- 9:19Speaker 1: I think for hours Wendy would do monologues. And that's
- 9:22Speaker 1: why that twenty minute monologue at the top of her
- 9:25Speaker 1: show that was no problem for Wendy. She could do
- 9:28Speaker 1: because she'd been trained for years to do it on radio.
- 9:31Speaker 1: I like the idea of Wendy doing a podcast. I
- 9:34Speaker 1: love podcasts. I was slow to jump into the podcast world.
- 9:38Speaker 1: It was your Garrett. It was you Garrett that dragged
- 9:40Speaker 1: me in and I didn't really understand them. Now I
- 9:43Speaker 1: not only love doing this show, I love listening to
- 9:46Speaker 1: other people's podcasts. Well yeah, and and rightfully so, you know,
- 9:50Speaker 1: just like anything new as we just spoke about earlier too.
- 9:52Speaker 1: It's weird, you know, you don't some people get it
- 9:56Speaker 1: right away. Others it might take a minute. Others might
- 9:58Speaker 1: not like they hear the word podcast and they go fouie.
- 10:01Speaker 1: But you know, you realize that it's it's a part
- 10:04Speaker 1: of culture where you're we're literally in people's heads right there,
- 10:09Speaker 1: and we're in your air, we're in your ear, We're
- 10:12Speaker 1: stuck in there for twenty minutes. It's a terrified I
- 10:15Speaker 1: really enjoy them. I used to love radio. I still
- 10:19Speaker 1: love the radio, but the radio you have to tune
- 10:21Speaker 1: into at certain times. With podcasts, it's like a streaming service.
- 10:25Speaker 1: It's like on demand. I can listen to my friends,
- 10:28Speaker 1: people who I think of my friends. I'm not really
- 10:30Speaker 1: friends with all these people, but in my head, like
- 10:32Speaker 1: when they when they says that all the time, in
- 10:34Speaker 1: my head, I'm friends with these People's the Queen of England. Yes,
- 10:39Speaker 1: I love listening to podcast. I think this is a
- 10:42Speaker 1: great idea. Wendy the other thing too, And let's be honest,
- 10:45Speaker 1: podcast you can do in your pajamas. So, Wendy, if
- 10:48Speaker 1: you're sick of all that hair and makeup and all that,
- 10:51Speaker 1: I think she loves it. Do you think? You know?
- 10:53Speaker 1: You know it's weird to rub about the Wendy Show ending,
- 10:56Speaker 1: just like how they're just getting rid of everything, you
- 10:58Speaker 1: know what I mean? Like It's almost like they were
- 11:00Speaker 1: at a dumpster and just said, okay, see you later.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Time to clear things. Sherry's coming in, no problem, nothing
- 11:05Speaker 1: so difficult because Wendy is still here. It's not like
- 11:10Speaker 1: she's dead. That good bye show felt like an obituary.
- 11:13Speaker 1: It was so weird. And it was actually Vanessa Williams,
- 11:16Speaker 1: who was a guest, who stopped Sherry and and said,
- 11:19Speaker 1: she's not dead, She's still here. We still love you, Wendy.
- 11:22Speaker 1: It had to be a weird though, Like imagine, imagine
- 11:24Speaker 1: listening to this podcast Rob Shooter in like You're you're
- 11:27Speaker 1: still alive, you're doing well, you're healthy, but yet we're
- 11:30Speaker 1: doing a goodbye podcast, you know what I mean. My
- 11:33Speaker 1: sources tell me Wendy did not watch. She hasn't watched
- 11:36Speaker 1: it yet. I wouldn't either, and she's really angry about
- 11:39Speaker 1: all this still. And then somebody who worked with her
- 11:42Speaker 1: for a long time said that Wendy did have a
- 11:44Speaker 1: great sense of humor though, and actually having a messy,
- 11:47Speaker 1: sloppy ending to her show was very in the Wendy theme,
- 11:51Speaker 1: like she was a sloppy, messy person. I say that
- 11:53Speaker 1: with love. That was the success of her show. That
- 11:56Speaker 1: everything was just a little odd, and so to end
- 11:59Speaker 1: this way, I'm not sure it could have ended any
- 12:01Speaker 1: other way. Sherry, though, I've got to give a shout
- 12:03Speaker 1: out to Sherry. That's a hard job. To go on
- 12:06Speaker 1: a final show, say goodbye and then take over the show.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Is really difficult because you don't want to alienate whend
- 12:13Speaker 1: Di's audience because you want them to watch you, but
- 12:16Speaker 1: at the same time you want to be your own person,
- 12:18Speaker 1: so it is very, very complicated. I thought you were
- 12:21Speaker 1: a class act, Sherry Shepherd. Hey, maybe you're long. We
- 12:24Speaker 1: found out by the Queen didn't spend much time with
- 12:26Speaker 1: Harry and Megan's daughter during the jubilee. She was busy. Basically,
- 12:32Speaker 1: she was busy, so it was the Queen's jubilee, and
- 12:35Speaker 1: they said her schedule was really really packed. The meeting
- 12:39Speaker 1: with Harry and Megan was put on the schedule. Now,
- 12:42Speaker 1: I know that is hard to get your mind around,
- 12:45Speaker 1: because when you go to see granny, you hang out
- 12:47Speaker 1: and see your grandma. They don't do it like that
- 12:49Speaker 1: in the family. And they said, this is how the
- 12:51Speaker 1: Queen has always operated. Prince Charles her son, if he
- 12:53Speaker 1: wants to see her, he has to schedule a meeting.
- 12:56Speaker 1: The same with William, the same with Kate. It's not
- 12:59Speaker 1: like granny. I'm like that, just apply that you are
- 13:01Speaker 1: normal lives Rob Shooter, just like apply this concept just
- 13:05Speaker 1: scheduling time with your own grandmother. Like, given your grandmother
- 13:08Speaker 1: is my grandmother, she is the Queen of Staten Island,
- 13:11Speaker 1: so I must I must schedule she must get to
- 13:14Speaker 1: a few minutes with the Queen of Staten Island just
- 13:16Speaker 1: to sit down with her. The concept is weird. You
- 13:18Speaker 1: are you are so correct, Like for me to think about,
- 13:21Speaker 1: like just having some time on the books just to
- 13:24Speaker 1: see grandma for a scheduled six and a half minutes
- 13:26Speaker 1: is weird. Let me tell you something. And I've got
- 13:29Speaker 1: to be careful here because it's a Bruce secret. My
- 13:30Speaker 1: husband's not mine. Bruce now is some really really famous,
- 13:34Speaker 1: really busy. Some would argue very important, superstar people. And
- 13:39Speaker 1: so when I first met some of Bruce's friends, we
- 13:42Speaker 1: didn't just like hag out. Everything was scheduled. And if
- 13:45Speaker 1: I said, like, oh, let's just call X up tonight,
- 13:48Speaker 1: okay for drinks, okay for dinner, Bruce, it doesn't work
- 13:51Speaker 1: like that. You have to put it on the schedule
- 13:53Speaker 1: and we have to actually go to their assistant to
- 13:54Speaker 1: schedule and it's like what and this is your friend
- 13:57Speaker 1: and he was like, it's really weird, but you do
- 13:59Speaker 1: get used to it. But their lives are so busy
- 14:01Speaker 1: with so many things to do that like they just
- 14:04Speaker 1: can't drop everything. I get annoyed still. I text my
- 14:07Speaker 1: friends at the last minute and like can I meet
- 14:09Speaker 1: me at Botty? You know it, so like, well, I
- 14:10Speaker 1: can't tonight, I've got dinner. And I'm like oh, and
- 14:12Speaker 1: they're like, no, it's a work dinner. I've got to go.
- 14:14Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, I can't imagine being that
- 14:16Speaker 1: that busy, right, No, of course, I mean just just
- 14:19Speaker 1: the concept of like calling someone like but again, we're
- 14:22Speaker 1: not in that world of fame and royalty, Like that
- 14:27Speaker 1: was hard with me. Or you got each other I
- 14:30Speaker 1: schedule if I look at it today, wide exactly. But
- 14:35Speaker 1: you know it's weird though, like like you want to
- 14:38Speaker 1: feel like the queen sometimes Oh so busy, I cannot.
- 14:41Speaker 1: I cannot put nothings on this. Hey, quickly, before we
- 14:44Speaker 1: go to break, let's talk about Rob Kardashian and Black China.
- 14:48Speaker 1: I believe they've reached a settlement in the revenge porn case.
- 14:51Speaker 1: What's going on? So as as you know, like it
- 14:54Speaker 1: was getting ugly, like Black China was pretty much trying
- 14:57Speaker 1: to just take out the Kardashian name in full. I
- 15:00Speaker 1: think this is a good look for Rob in Black
- 15:02Speaker 1: China because at the end of the day, yes, they
- 15:04Speaker 1: have a daughter together, and I think instead of going
- 15:07Speaker 1: to court, as we've just saw with Johnny Depp and
- 15:10Speaker 1: Amber heard, uh, it can get messy, so settling outside
- 15:14Speaker 1: of court and you hear this all the time, like
- 15:16Speaker 1: in court cases, it's easier to settle out of court
- 15:18Speaker 1: because then you don't have to go to trial and
- 15:20Speaker 1: put people through things and put Black China on the
- 15:22Speaker 1: stand or Rob on the stand or or I guess
- 15:25Speaker 1: in in Rob's case, he would have all his sisters
- 15:28Speaker 1: on the stand, will be pulled in like Black Chinda
- 15:29Speaker 1: would bring them. And she did this before, So this
- 15:31Speaker 1: is just being done. I was told the Kardashian's my
- 15:34Speaker 1: insight has telling me just want this to go away.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Plus they know how vulnerable they are here. They didn't
- 15:39Speaker 1: settle it because they think they could necessarily win this one.
- 15:42Speaker 1: So she was suing Rob for posting new photos and
- 15:46Speaker 1: video of her on social media in July seventeen. He
- 15:50Speaker 1: did it. We saw the pictures, we saw the videos.
- 15:52Speaker 1: They've been removed. This is illegal. You cannot post pawn
- 15:56Speaker 1: on other people without their permission. So this has been settled.
- 16:00Speaker 1: The trial has been aberted. Hey, we're gonna take a
- 16:03Speaker 1: quick gray and we will be right back. Welcome bag friend,
- 16:09Speaker 1: Garrett hcle Hey, Garrett, let's get to the pole stuff.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Yesterday we talked about Buckingham Paris and they buried the
- 16:15Speaker 1: investigation into Megan and Markles alleged bullying. Is this a
- 16:19Speaker 1: good idea or a bad idea? Let's have a look.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Eighty five said a good idea, Bury it, don't stir
- 16:27Speaker 1: the part. Let's let this go away. I slightly disagree
- 16:30Speaker 1: because I think of ultimately always gets out. So maybe
- 16:34Speaker 1: get it out. Ripped the plaster off, so to speak?
- 16:36Speaker 1: What are you, Garrett, Bury headed the sand? Bury this
- 16:39Speaker 1: or ripped the plaster off? It sounds like a good idea.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Just bury it and hopefully gets buried so much that
- 16:45Speaker 1: you know it doesn't come out. But you and I
- 16:46Speaker 1: both know, Rob, there's there's many people in that palace,
- 16:49Speaker 1: you know, and and you cross one person the wrong
- 16:51Speaker 1: way on any one day, exactly it will come out.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Don't forget to vote on today's pole. Go to a
- 16:57Speaker 1: Twitter page at naughty Nice rob facebook page is nought
- 17:01Speaker 1: cassip and be sure. Let's check back tomorrow to hear
- 17:04Speaker 1: your results. Hey, let's do a Nicsest grat of the
- 17:07Speaker 1: day by a NISI. Yes, well our nicest. Uh well
- 17:12Speaker 1: it's two people. Kim Kardashian celebrating Kanye West on Father's
- 17:16Speaker 1: Day and uh she said in an Instagram post, and
- 17:20Speaker 1: thank you for being the best dad. And now it
- 17:22Speaker 1: looks great on Instagram. Hopefully she did it privately as well,
- 17:25Speaker 1: because I think that means a little bit more than
- 17:27Speaker 1: just doing it for the public. I felt good, but
- 17:30Speaker 1: hopefully she did it for Kanye on on a private level.
- 17:33Speaker 1: But here's what she posted on Father's Day. Thank you
- 17:35Speaker 1: for being the best dad to our babies and loving
- 17:38Speaker 1: them the way you do. She put that on Instagram,
- 17:40Speaker 1: of course, and then the throwback photo of Kanye outside
- 17:44Speaker 1: alongside all their children North Chicago, Saint Psalm and Happy
- 17:50Speaker 1: Father's Day. Yea, so it's nice to see him smiling too.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Let's how these can work at for nothing else that
- 17:56Speaker 1: the children. Hey I noticed the day, No no need order.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Joy Behar, who I actually quite love on the View,
- 18:03Speaker 1: said the show has become completely different thanks to Trump.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Now Joyce seems to be blaming Trump for the fact
- 18:09Speaker 1: that the View isn't a lot of fun anymore. She
- 18:12Speaker 1: said that they don't laugh anymore, they don't have as
- 18:14Speaker 1: much fun because all they do is talk about Trump.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Joy the reason you're the Naughtist is stopped doing it
- 18:20Speaker 1: if somebody in your life, it doesn't matter who it is.
- 18:22Speaker 1: We're not a political show. We're not going there. But
- 18:24Speaker 1: if somebody in your life is stopping you from having
- 18:27Speaker 1: the laughs that you used to have in the office
- 18:29Speaker 1: or at home, stop talking about them. You don't have to.
- 18:32Speaker 1: We made a decision on this podcast right right in
- 18:34Speaker 1: the beginning, very early on, that we were not going
- 18:36Speaker 1: to cover politics, and I think we are better off
- 18:39Speaker 1: for doing That's the joy. You have to decide is
- 18:41Speaker 1: The View going to be a political show, in which
- 18:43Speaker 1: case you're probably not going to have a lot to
- 18:45Speaker 1: laugh about, or is it going to enjoy some of
- 18:47Speaker 1: the Kardashian gossip and royal gossip that we do here
- 18:50Speaker 1: on The Naughty but Night show, which is originally we
- 18:53Speaker 1: have Asians covered like that's our thing. I don't give
- 18:55Speaker 1: it to Let them figure it out and figure it
- 18:59Speaker 1: out on the Royals. We've got them. Garrett. Hey, before
- 19:02Speaker 1: we go, let's have a moment. So when you get
- 19:07Speaker 1: angry because somebody at Starbucks doesn't get your order right,
- 19:10Speaker 1: how funny. Think about you can afford a six dollar
- 19:14Speaker 1: cup of coffee so when somebody punch, So when somebody
- 19:18Speaker 1: pushes in front of you at the supermarket, you can
- 19:20Speaker 1: shake it off and start thinking about all those delicious
- 19:23Speaker 1: treats you have in your card. The point is, the
- 19:26Speaker 1: point is that you cannot control the circumstances in this world,
- 19:32Speaker 1: but you can control the way you react. Make positive decisions,
- 19:37Speaker 1: and these little small decisions you make every single day
- 19:40Speaker 1: they add up to define you in the long run.
- 19:44Speaker 1: You can always go positive or negative. Even when little
- 19:49Speaker 1: things happen to annoy me. There is a positive way
- 19:52Speaker 1: to look at them, try to find them, and life
- 19:54Speaker 1: becomes so much better. That's it for today. Thank you
- 19:58Speaker 1: so much for listening to the Not Even Eyes with
- 20:00Speaker 1: Robin and Garrett Show, a production of iHeart Radio. We

- 20:08Speaker 1: you can. Hey, Garret, I'm told that more people listen

- 20:14Speaker 1: That's something you know. We're we're coming. We're coming to
- 20:17Speaker 1: the top, to the mood, to the main Rob tagline,
- 20:22Speaker 1: if you're going to be naughty, it's starting, but nice
- 20:27Speaker 1: with Rob
