- 1:45Speaker 4: Happening today here on the Woody show February thirteenth. It's
- 1:48Speaker 4: Friday the thirteenth. It's a lot of superstition crap going
- 1:52Speaker 4: around today the next as well, it's it's like what
- 1:56Speaker 4: it is a dream your sweet Day. I don't know
- 1:58Speaker 4: what the hell that means. But it's Nowtional Apology Day.
- 2:02Speaker 4: It's also National Blame Somebody Else Day, so to avoid apologizing,
- 2:06Speaker 4: just to break out the menace excuse generator, and you know,
- 2:10Speaker 4: National Blame somebody Else Day celebrates blame them. Yeah. Some
- 2:13Speaker 4: food holidays, it's National Cheddar Day, National crab Rangoon Day,
- 2:18Speaker 4: National Tourtelini Day, and then when it gets into today's
- 2:22Speaker 4: World Radio Day. But as far as Valentine's Day goes,
- 2:27Speaker 4: it's International Condom Day, Gallantines Day, which I feel like
- 2:33Speaker 4: I've seen or heard more about. Gallantines Girls, It's you
- 2:40Speaker 4: go Vaughn Black Love Day, Love You, It's kiss Day,
- 2:44Speaker 4: Desperation Day. It's also self love Day, so you know,
- 2:49Speaker 4: maybe maybe knock one out, you know, for you else
- 2:53Speaker 4: going to do it? Yeah? I will, uh yeah, no,
- 2:56Speaker 4: no kidding. Put this under Oh really, this is a
- 2:59Speaker 4: new poll asking people about how they feel about Valentine's Day.
- 3:03Speaker 4: When it comes to money. And according to the poll,
- 3:04Speaker 4: eighty two percent of people say they believe Valentine's Day
- 3:07Speaker 4: is just a trick to make people spend more money.
- 3:11Speaker 5: What evolutionary I'm.
- 3:14Speaker 4: To fall for it. Kind of like that whole thing
- 3:15Speaker 4: we were talking about, you know during Lent, no meat
- 3:18Speaker 4: on Fridays was about the apostles or fishermen.
- 3:21Speaker 6: So they want you to eat fish on Fridays.
- 3:23Speaker 4: At least that's the that's the story, there's the reason
- 3:25Speaker 4: for everything. Yeah, a bunch of scammers. Yeah, but yeah,
- 3:28Speaker 4: no kidding, Yeah, I mean Christmas based in religion, Okay,
- 3:33Speaker 4: and then like you think about all the other holidays,
- 3:36Speaker 4: Easter based in religion, fourth of July based on the
- 3:40Speaker 4: birth birth of the nation. Yeah the best. I mean,
- 3:44Speaker 4: Labor Day and Memorial Day are for something. Yeah, but
- 3:47Speaker 4: like you know that those aren't money making, Like nobody's
- 3:49Speaker 4: getting you know, hey, it's moral getting Memorial Day cards, well.
- 3:52Speaker 5: Unless you want to deal on a mattress.
- 3:54Speaker 4: Yeah right right right like that. But yeahs for the commies,
- 3:58Speaker 4: they're making money, yeah I'm saying, but where it's just pure,
- 4:00Speaker 4: like Valentine's Day is just purely for.
- 4:05Speaker 7: It's a Christian holiday.
- 4:07Speaker 4: Valentine's Day is. Yeah, well, I mean that's that's Valentine's
- 4:12Speaker 4: a real person. Yeah, well, yeah that I know about.
- 4:18Speaker 8: What about not drunk history but menace history?
- 4:24Speaker 7: Yeah, they said, uh, they started around Roman times. Okay,
- 4:29Speaker 7: I'm fast forwarding TheMark in there. I'm trying fast forward
- 4:34Speaker 7: to like modern day. Thank god, my wife doesn't care
- 4:37Speaker 7: about it at all.
- 4:37Speaker 4: Do you and Andy do anything?
- 4:39Speaker 7: Absolutely?
- 4:39Speaker 4: You and Mario we used to just have a nice dinner.
- 4:43Speaker 4: But yeah, now we don't know much. What about you
- 4:45Speaker 4: and spicy nacho everything? You got to have dinner anyway.
- 4:49Speaker 4: But is it for like valid like we're going out
- 4:50Speaker 4: for Valentine's Day dinner?
- 4:52Speaker 7: I mean we usually do nice dinners on so it
- 4:55Speaker 7: just kind of follows falls on a Saturday.
- 4:57Speaker 4: Every day is a date? Dates are all the time? Yeah,
- 5:02Speaker 4: so is Valentine's Day important?
- 5:04Speaker 5: Relationship to you guys?
- 5:06Speaker 4: Right, I think it's a huge Yeah, yeah, just happens
- 5:08Speaker 4: to you guys. Are to you and Steamboat Willie are
- 5:11Speaker 4: way too early in the relationship, of course, But I'm sure.
- 5:14Speaker 5: He makes a big deal. Doesn't like it.
- 5:16Speaker 4: She doesn't. I'm sure she doesn't do anything.
- 5:18Speaker 6: It is not a thing.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Yes, it is.
- 5:20Speaker 6: No, it's not.
- 5:21Speaker 9: He's he's out of town right now for work, so
- 5:22Speaker 9: he's not even around anyway.
- 5:24Speaker 4: You'll get something you're gonna get, like some flower sent
- 5:27Speaker 4: or something to get it, maybe like a nice edible arrangement.
- 5:29Speaker 6: Ye, man, he was what dude? I just said it
- 5:33Speaker 6: for work?
- 5:34Speaker 4: Yeah? Was he traveling with a who's he? Who's he
- 5:38Speaker 4: out of town with?
- 5:39Speaker 2: You know?
- 5:39Speaker 5: He told you it was, but we're asking other questions.
- 5:42Speaker 6: It's also doubles as a ski trip with his roommate.
- 5:44Speaker 10: Yeesmate, guy girl Valentine's yes, a guy.
- 5:49Speaker 4: Well you say that, but you went on some big
- 5:52Speaker 4: romantic trip that you claimed wasn't romance, So it's not
- 5:54Speaker 4: just automatically that it's a guy. Look you got you
- 5:58Speaker 4: got the Morgan living with dumbass Tyler anything.
- 6:02Speaker 9: No, his roommate has had a girlfriend for three years,
- 6:04Speaker 9: and he's lived with them for like five years, and
- 6:11Speaker 9: his roommate's now moving in with his girlfriend. So this
- 6:14Speaker 9: is like they're doing the last kind of trip together
- 6:16Speaker 9: before it.
- 6:17Speaker 5: Wait, isn't five years living together like common law marriage?
- 6:20Speaker 2: No?
- 6:20Speaker 4: I think that's second seven.
- 6:23Speaker 5: Is he moving in with you now?
- 6:24Speaker 2: No?
- 6:25Speaker 5: Okay, I'm just wondering you're.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Just gonna live by himself. He's not going to get
- 6:28Speaker 4: another roommate.
- 6:30Speaker 6: Think so yeah heyes, his cat.
- 6:32Speaker 4: I don't think so.
- 6:33Speaker 7: You didn't have this conversation at all.
- 6:35Speaker 6: But he made his roommate is still currently No, no.
- 6:38Speaker 7: But like, yeah, what it was his situation after the
- 6:40Speaker 7: roommate moves out. You have not discussed that.
- 6:42Speaker 5: No, that's not happened.
- 6:45Speaker 4: I think maybe that's why. Maybe he's starting to nest
- 6:46Speaker 4: that your places, why he's cleaning.
- 6:48Speaker 6: Oh, he owns his place, owns his place.
- 6:52Speaker 4: Okay you say that like I knew that. Yeah I
- 6:54Speaker 4: didn't know. No, No, I didn't know that piece of information.
- 6:58Speaker 6: No, no, yeah, so he owns his place your yeah, okay,
- 7:02Speaker 6: anyways as.
- 7:04Speaker 4: That come up, I mean yes, yeah, so, I mean
- 7:13Speaker 4: there's there's nothing like in motion yet. No, but like
- 7:16Speaker 4: you're at that point where you're having the discussion about
- 7:19Speaker 4: living together. I think it's important, like you should throw
- 7:24Speaker 4: that money away, I know, especially become from a religious family,
- 7:28Speaker 4: Like there's always that whole thing about like there's no
- 7:30Speaker 4: shocking up or dude, I tell you you got to
- 7:32Speaker 4: try before you buy. Yeah, like you buy a car
- 7:36Speaker 4: without driving it First, I'm not saying like, you know,
- 7:38Speaker 4: like property, get out of that. I'm talking about look
- 7:40Speaker 4: at what you know, Morgan and dumbass how they are
- 7:43Speaker 4: experiencing right now already. Yeah, if you wait, if you
- 7:48Speaker 4: wait till you get married before you live with somebody.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Not that it's certain, it's certainly not. But what if
- 7:57Speaker 4: just throwing it out there, what if you guys just
- 7:59Speaker 4: can't cohabitate together, like your life and their life and
- 8:03Speaker 4: the way they operate on a daily basis inside of
- 8:05Speaker 4: the household just doesn't mix, doesn't mix, Like, isn't that
- 8:09Speaker 4: kind of too late to find out once you're already married,
- 8:12Speaker 4: wouldn't you like to figure out can we co exist
- 8:14Speaker 4: and live together in the same house?
- 8:16Speaker 7: Are people really really doing that?
- 8:18Speaker 4: Though?
- 8:18Speaker 7: Unless they're like super hardcore religious.
- 8:21Speaker 4: It's not even be super hardcore religious. Sometimes it's from
- 8:23Speaker 4: pressure from the parents, Like they're not religious, but the
- 8:26Speaker 4: parents are. Parents insists they get married in a church,
- 8:28Speaker 4: parents insists they are. You're not living together with somebody,
- 8:32Speaker 4: it's just the parents. I know what I'm saying that
- 8:33Speaker 4: just because you're not doesn't mean you're not going to be.
- 8:36Speaker 4: You're not gonna be controlled by parents. Or allow yourself
- 8:39Speaker 4: to be controlled by parents who feel that way.
- 8:41Speaker 5: Sure for the image of it. Yeah, yeah, it's a
- 8:44Speaker 5: family tradition.
- 8:45Speaker 4: Yeah, so like man it is. I think it's super important.
- 8:48Speaker 4: I think to live with somebody first in your thirties
- 8:51Speaker 4: and you care if your parents care, why would that
- 8:54Speaker 4: stop you?
- 8:54Speaker 5: Well doing it at me right now?
- 8:59Speaker 4: That applies to you, I think, I think it certainly
- 9:00Speaker 4: applies to Sammy. Why do you apply to me, divorcause
- 9:04Speaker 4: just because how super close you are with your parents,
- 9:06Speaker 4: I think, like what your parents think, and while that
- 9:08Speaker 4: kind of stud the influence from your parents, I think
- 9:10Speaker 4: that probably certainly matters to you. I know, I know
- 9:12Speaker 4: it certainly matters to my wife. My wife is like
- 9:15Speaker 4: very much the same that way.
- 9:16Speaker 7: Yeah, but uh, I got to meet Sammy's dad. He
- 9:19Speaker 7: doesn't give the vibes that he would like.
- 9:21Speaker 6: No. Number one, aren't like that.
- 9:24Speaker 9: And number two, to Greg's point, I lived with my
- 9:26Speaker 9: ex husband before we got engaged your marriage.
- 9:29Speaker 4: I'm not talking name specifically about something like that, but
- 9:31Speaker 4: you said, if you're thirty years old and your parents care,
- 9:34Speaker 4: if you're living in sin why would you care that
- 9:36Speaker 4: they care? Well, I'm doing it anyway, see I took
- 9:39Speaker 4: what you said as like, you know, if you take
- 9:41Speaker 4: into consideration what your parents like, you're thirty years old
- 9:43Speaker 4: and you're making decisions based on what your parents think
- 9:46Speaker 4: about whatever. Not just living together, but just based on
- 9:48Speaker 4: what your parents think. Something's wrong, right, And that's the
- 9:51Speaker 4: bigger thing. I think. You do care about what your
- 9:53Speaker 4: parents think, and you do. Sure that carries.
- 9:56Speaker 6: Weight naturally people do.
- 9:58Speaker 9: But my parents are super cool and super chill and
- 10:00Speaker 9: they don't care about stuff like.
- 10:02Speaker 5: So you just happen to get lucky because you care
- 10:04Speaker 5: what your parents think that you just happen to be
- 10:06Speaker 5: I just don't care about yeah.
- 10:07Speaker 9: Right, But if they were something to like fight against,
- 10:10Speaker 9: maybe I would be like, I don't care what you think.
- 10:11Speaker 6: But they're just not those types of people.
- 10:13Speaker 4: Yeah, that would ruin chrismas so much chip. Yeah, oh yeah.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Over Christmas, did Steamboat Willie get his own coordinating pajamas
- 10:22Speaker 4: with everybody else?
- 10:23Speaker 6: No, he didn't come, but yeah he was invited.
- 10:26Speaker 5: Yeah, he really was. And I can't say I thought
- 10:29Speaker 5: it would be that you wouldn't want him there his roommate.
- 10:32Speaker 4: Yea spending special time together.
- 10:34Speaker 6: No, he was with his family like neither one of
- 10:36Speaker 6: us won.
- 10:36Speaker 4: He came down the roommate's chimneys. That's yeah, exactly right. Hey, yeah,

- 11:04Speaker 7: with mint Mobile. Yeah, every single phone that was streaming
- 11:07Speaker 7: that day, I was using the mint Mobile network. And
- 11:10Speaker 7: the reason I did that is because I paid for
- 11:13Speaker 7: every phone myself and I needed a reliable network. But
- 11:16Speaker 7: also I didn't want to break the bank. You know,

- 12:18Speaker 4: We've got the birthdays, We've got the part of birthday. Yeah,
- 12:22Speaker 4: it's a menisa. A lot of people talking about like
- 12:25Speaker 4: the James Vanderbeek Oh yeah story this week. Obviously it's
- 12:29Speaker 4: a getting a lot of red, raising a lot of money.
- 12:32Speaker 4: Yeah over earlier, right, you know, but you had you
- 12:35Speaker 4: had something about it.
- 12:36Speaker 7: Yeah, I thought this was interesting. I was still trying
- 12:39Speaker 7: to make the connection. But do you remember Stacy Keebler,
- 12:42Speaker 7: She was big in WWE. She posted a photo that
- 12:46Speaker 7: I think the family would have posted. I didn't know
- 12:48Speaker 7: it was her when I first got online, but it
- 12:51Speaker 7: was Vanderbeek and apparently in his final days in a
- 12:55Speaker 7: wheelchair looking out into a field. Oh yeah, yeah, And
- 12:59Speaker 7: I thought it was like a really nice photo.
- 13:01Speaker 4: Well, notice who posted it.
- 13:02Speaker 7: But I assume I assume it was a family member
- 13:05Speaker 7: or his wife or something. And I was trying to
- 13:07Speaker 7: make the connection of like how they knew each other.
- 13:10Speaker 7: And I looked it up online. Apparently they have been
- 13:12Speaker 7: friends for many years and she used to call him
- 13:16Speaker 7: like uncle, even though she is two years younger than
- 13:20Speaker 7: he is. So I didn't I don't know what the
- 13:23Speaker 7: relationship was there. But what like I it's a nice photo,
- 13:27Speaker 7: very nice thing that she did. But I don't know,
- 13:30Speaker 7: like I think that that should be like a family
- 13:32Speaker 7: member photo.
- 13:32Speaker 4: If that is his final, the family's fine with it.
- 13:35Speaker 4: If she just did that without talking, yeah, but if
- 13:39Speaker 4: if they knew about it and they were that tight something,
- 13:42Speaker 4: I'm sure.
- 13:43Speaker 7: I'm sure the photo shut myself onto Stacy Keeper's face.
- 13:47Speaker 4: I didn't hear microphone what you're saying.
- 13:49Speaker 8: It's distasteful that I photoshop to hit my face on
- 13:52Speaker 8: her face. That's incredibly I'm gonna post down right now.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Okay, thank you for to be sensitive and a completely
- 13:58Speaker 4: separate tangent here. Yeah, when two years apart, Okay, does
- 14:03Speaker 4: this bother anybody else or just me? When you have somebody,
- 14:05Speaker 4: let's say that they're you know, thirty five years old,
- 14:08Speaker 4: and they refer to somebody as like yeah, so man,
- 14:11Speaker 4: that's a good kid. He's a he's a good he's
- 14:13Speaker 4: a good kid. They're talking about somebody who's like thirty two.
- 14:15Speaker 5: I hate that. If anything, and if anyone calls me
- 14:19Speaker 5: kid that's like not my parents age, I hate it.
- 14:21Speaker 4: Yeah. Like if it's an older person, like older, I
- 14:24Speaker 4: mean like your parent's age or older exactly, then I'm
- 14:27Speaker 4: okay with that. That's always bothered me too. Yeah yeah,
- 14:30Speaker 4: but like yeah, this kid, yeah, kiddo. God. Oh, also boss,
- 14:37Speaker 4: I was just at a drive through the other day, like,
- 14:39Speaker 4: all right, here's you drink boss?
- 14:41Speaker 2: Boss?
- 14:41Speaker 5: That's kind who's supposed to say it?
- 14:43Speaker 4: Yeah? No, I don't like. I don't like that either,
- 14:44Speaker 4: Like dude, I'm not Yeah, I'm not your boss.
- 14:47Speaker 7: I'm not exposed to the kid thing. But I do
- 14:50Speaker 7: run into a boss like once in a blue mood.
- 14:53Speaker 4: Yeah. It's always like a like a fast and furious
- 14:55Speaker 4: kind of douche er. Yeah.
- 14:56Speaker 7: Yeah, it's that same.
- 14:58Speaker 4: That personality is the guy who calls strangers boss. I
- 15:02Speaker 4: like boss, and I like guy. You like guy? Yeah,
- 15:05Speaker 4: here you go, guys. Chief is if you're just trying
- 15:10Speaker 4: to be condescending. Yeah, but you call someone boss, you
- 15:13Speaker 4: just think you're being like cool, you know what? I
- 15:15Speaker 4: mean boss. Yeah, so cash boss, Greggory, what you got?
- 15:20Speaker 4: Do you know the name? Well you don't, wouldy, But
- 15:21Speaker 4: do you guys know the name David Archiletta? Yeah, I
- 15:24Speaker 4: know the name.
- 15:26Speaker 11: Yeah yeah, former American Idol star. He's got this memoir
- 15:30Speaker 11: coming out at the ripe old age of like thirty three.
- 15:33Speaker 11: It's called Devout, Losing My Faith to find Myself, and
- 15:37Speaker 11: it's mostly about the inner turmoil he went through when
- 15:39Speaker 11: he was struggling being Mormon and being gay, because he
- 15:43Speaker 11: came out in twenty twenty one, and he said something
- 15:45Speaker 11: in there that.
- 15:45Speaker 4: I saw the man you can have, like you know,
- 15:47Speaker 4: sixteen Husbands.
- 15:48Speaker 11: Alter, that there was something I thought was super dark,
- 15:52Speaker 11: super sad, but also kind of awe babe. He said
- 15:55Speaker 11: he had struggled with wanting to kill himself and that
- 15:58Speaker 11: he would research places where he could crash his car
- 16:01Speaker 11: without hurting anybody else. I thought that was so mega sad.
- 16:07Speaker 11: And then he found this one bridge that he knew
- 16:09Speaker 11: he wouldn't survive if he drove off of it. Then
- 16:12Speaker 11: his fear turned into what if I don't succeed and
- 16:16Speaker 11: what if I'm paralyzed? That kept him from doing it,
- 16:19Speaker 11: and then the big turning point is that he was
- 16:21Speaker 11: praying to God that his attraction to men would go away,
- 16:24Speaker 11: but that God spoke to him and said, it's not
- 16:28Speaker 11: wrong to believe that. I mean, it is wrong to
- 16:30Speaker 11: believe being gay is a mistake, but so like it's
- 16:33Speaker 11: super sad. Okay, So when you said that you can
- 16:36Speaker 11: relate like you weren't. You weren't like, uh, I mean,
- 16:38Speaker 11: I know you places to crash my car into it,
- 16:42Speaker 11: but like, I know what you went through a dark time.
- 16:44Speaker 11: You've you've told stories about how you contemplated. Yeah, well yeah,
- 16:48Speaker 11: it would do more than that, Like I would spend
- 16:50Speaker 11: time like way, you know, hanging stuff from the rafters
- 16:54Speaker 11: and things with these break if.
- 16:55Speaker 4: I did you told that story and and not like
- 16:58Speaker 4: in a joking about the word joking but not even
- 17:01Speaker 4: like he's just kind of kidding way no, like he
- 17:03Speaker 4: really But it wasn't. It wasn't about It wasn't tied
- 17:06Speaker 4: to anything about like coming out. Thing wasn't well that
- 17:09Speaker 4: was a big part of it. It wasn't. I thought
- 17:11Speaker 4: it was just because like you were having a rough time,
- 17:13Speaker 4: you know, it was all at once.
- 17:15Speaker 11: It was like losing job, losing a house, getting divorced,
- 17:18Speaker 11: coming out all within a one month period, and then
- 17:21Speaker 11: uh so, yeah, I would spend my nights just getting
- 17:23Speaker 11: wasted and like what you know, hanging stuff from rafters
- 17:26Speaker 11: to see it is this, so this David Archiletta thing,
- 17:29Speaker 11: I can relate to it. It's pretty pretty damn sad.
- 17:31Speaker 11: But I thought that his reasoning was nice. I want
- 17:34Speaker 11: to find where I can hurt myself but not hurt.
- 17:35Speaker 5: Anybody take out anybody else.
- 17:37Speaker 8: It's really that God was like, dudes are hot.
- 17:39Speaker 4: Yeah, this is why I made Jesus so hot.
- 17:48Speaker 5: But you got well, this is just in time for
- 17:50Speaker 5: Valentine's Day because Pizza Hut is teaming up with the
- 17:53Speaker 5: Backstreet Boys. They're teaming up with Nick Carter and Howidro
- 17:56Speaker 5: to add a little nostalgia and romance to the holiday.
- 17:59Speaker 5: So basically offering a heart shaped pizza called the Shape
- 18:03Speaker 5: of My Heart.
- 18:03Speaker 4: I feel like every pizza place does.
- 18:05Speaker 5: This, Yeah, but they don't get Nick Carter involved.
- 18:08Speaker 4: Nick car it sounded like our friend half by Nick Carter.
- 18:15Speaker 5: Involved. Well, yeah, because it's going to make in it. Yeah,
- 18:20Speaker 5: he's going to make them individually. The medium one topping
- 18:23Speaker 5: is good through February twenty second, and your guys, it's
- 18:27Speaker 5: only eleven ninety nine.
- 18:29Speaker 7: Real cheap.
- 18:29Speaker 4: That's the reason they get it is that it's it's
- 18:32Speaker 4: a deal because so much pizza now is just they
- 18:35Speaker 4: cranked up the price on your side. It's crazy, you
- 18:38Speaker 4: know it is. I was thinking about this somewhat recent.
- 18:42Speaker 4: I forget what I was eating, and I'm like, you
- 18:43Speaker 4: know what, Sometimes the shape does taste. That does change
- 18:46Speaker 4: the taste, like square versus like there's some yeah, like
- 18:49Speaker 4: I okay, I don't enjoy pizza cut and squares. Okay,
- 18:53Speaker 4: there's a pizza in Saint Louis emos E I don't enjoy.
- 18:57Speaker 4: There's I know I'm saying, but like just the I
- 18:59Speaker 4: don't like where there's no style, like where you don't
- 19:02Speaker 4: get the crust to hold, use the handle to hold
- 19:05Speaker 4: the pizza.
- 19:06Speaker 7: Detroit does have a better crust though, because it's the.
- 19:08Speaker 4: Pantah, which is like more like a kind of style, uh,
- 19:12Speaker 4: you know pizza. But yeah, the shape can change, can
- 19:16Speaker 4: change the taste.
- 19:17Speaker 5: I would love to do a blindfold test with you
- 19:19Speaker 5: and see if you could taste the difference between depending
- 19:22Speaker 5: on which way it's cut.
- 19:24Speaker 4: Well, I mean yeah, because I well, again I think
- 19:26Speaker 4: it's in the way. You know that they're the middle
- 19:28Speaker 4: pieces of the brownie compared to the side the edges.
- 19:32Speaker 4: Like the edges are better because it does change at
- 19:34Speaker 4: least the texture, but it's not it's exactly.
- 19:41Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 19:41Speaker 5: Like do you like a stegosaurus better than a tea rep?
- 19:45Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 19:46Speaker 4: Like the like the the chicken nuggets at McDonald's, the
- 19:48Speaker 4: one shape like Louisiana better than the round jobs. Yeah,
- 19:53Speaker 4: it's better. Weird, Yeah, I do like even though they
- 19:56Speaker 4: are for children. But I have children in my house,
- 19:58Speaker 4: so we have these in my house and so I
- 20:00Speaker 4: will eat them.
- 20:00Speaker 7: Uncrustables, Yeah, they never never had one.
- 20:04Speaker 4: What you never had an uncrustable?
- 20:06Speaker 5: No, I don't think I've had the opportunity.
- 20:09Speaker 4: You have a child that lives in your What do
- 20:10Speaker 4: you mean an opportunity? Everybody has the opportunity because I can't.
- 20:14Speaker 5: I can't wrap my head around the idea of buying
- 20:17Speaker 5: a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
- 20:18Speaker 4: It's not expensive for.
- 20:19Speaker 7: What it is.
- 20:20Speaker 4: It's good, but not to get them at Costco. You
- 20:22Speaker 4: can get a giant giant box.
- 20:23Speaker 5: Never occurred to.
- 20:24Speaker 6: Trade your Joe's has them?
- 20:25Speaker 5: Not to eat it every day? In front of I know,
- 20:26Speaker 5: and I've never never had to go down.
- 20:28Speaker 7: One floor and put a mask on. You can just
- 20:30Speaker 7: grab them off the shelf.
- 20:32Speaker 4: That's right. Yeah, they do have them in the break
- 20:34Speaker 4: I do that.
- 20:35Speaker 9: Check it out, you guys, take on, take your use,
- 20:40Speaker 9: take them on, you.
- 20:41Speaker 7: Guys, wack up.
- 20:42Speaker 13: This is the Woody Show.
- 20:45Speaker 4: So right before the break, we were talking about some
- 20:48Speaker 4: food stuff pizza. Oh yeah, because you had that story
- 20:50Speaker 4: about pizza doing the heart shaped pizzas heart yeah tune
- 20:53Speaker 4: of Backstreet Boys. I said, yeah, it's sometimes I feel
- 20:56Speaker 4: like the shape of food does affect the tape, like
- 21:00Speaker 4: at least the perception, right right, that's weird. And I said,
- 21:03Speaker 4: you know, there's something about like an uncrustable It tastes
- 21:06Speaker 4: better to me than just a regular old peanut butter
- 21:08Speaker 4: and jelly sandwich. And Gina Grad said that she has
- 21:10Speaker 4: never had an uncrusted her, which is crazy. I don't
- 21:13Speaker 4: know how you you have a child those in your house.
- 21:15Speaker 4: I'm not sure how you ever awarded it.
- 21:16Speaker 5: You know, you should buy those things.
- 21:18Speaker 4: Of course, Sea Baths does the deep dive because you know,
- 21:20Speaker 4: she said she couldn't imagine ever just buying them, because
- 21:22Speaker 4: like why would you buy something for a peanut butter
- 21:24Speaker 4: and jelly sandwich?
- 21:25Speaker 8: Make it kill me at previous suggesting this, But yeah,
- 21:28Speaker 8: uncrustable costs roughly depending on where you get a Walmart
- 21:31Speaker 8: even Costco about a dollar per sandwich.
- 21:33Speaker 4: Okay, if you did.
- 21:34Speaker 8: That at home, you're talking about about thirty cents. Even
- 21:37Speaker 8: if you go up to like the high cost, everything's quality.
- 21:42Speaker 4: But yeah, it breaks down to thirty cents per sandwich
- 21:44Speaker 4: compared to So you're saving seventy.
- 21:46Speaker 7: Cents per but no crust in convenience.
- 21:51Speaker 4: But you can still cut the crust off.
- 21:52Speaker 5: Yeah, but even my ten year old doesn't care about crust.
- 21:54Speaker 7: Which ne's your time worth?
- 21:57Speaker 4: Well, yeah, you know that saving. Yeah, I didn't know
- 22:01Speaker 4: somebody that would make uncrustables for their kid. And they
- 22:04Speaker 4: would make the peanut butter and jelly sandwich and they
- 22:06Speaker 4: would just take a glass and turn it over and
- 22:08Speaker 4: then a tikie cutter.
- 22:10Speaker 8: Don't tell your wife, but they make plastic mechanism. Specifically,
- 22:14Speaker 8: my wife is.
- 22:15Speaker 4: Not the person who did that.
- 22:17Speaker 8: My wife buys the exact No, your wife buys also
- 22:20Speaker 8: the gadget, the s'mores maker gadget.
- 22:22Speaker 4: It's like, well, Walter White made his own uncrustables every day.
- 22:26Speaker 5: Yes, you sure did.
- 22:28Speaker 4: What do I forget? I don't remember alone.
- 22:30Speaker 11: Ad peanut butter and jelly, and he would cut the
- 22:32Speaker 11: cut the crust, which I've never understood.
- 22:35Speaker 7: What is that?
- 22:36Speaker 14: Even my kid doesn't better By the way, I saw this,
- 22:42Speaker 14: and I was like, we're still doing Some Republicans want
- 22:44Speaker 14: the FCC to investigate bad Bunnies halftime show.
- 22:47Speaker 4: Can we like, dude, it's the it's the super Bowl
- 22:51Speaker 4: halftime show. Who a month ago already, even if even
- 22:55Speaker 4: if it was a an article celebrating the halftime show
- 22:58Speaker 4: at this point, who cares?
- 23:00Speaker 7: It's over right, Yeah, it's over.
- 23:03Speaker 5: Why do we look to that like it's like the
- 23:04Speaker 5: fourth of July?
- 23:05Speaker 7: Like you have a bigger problem.
- 23:06Speaker 4: Yeah, And if you are a person who either would
- 23:10Speaker 4: want that type of investigation to happen or you're one
- 23:13Speaker 4: of these douchers who like, what are you doing?
- 23:17Speaker 6: Yeah, what's the investigation?
- 23:19Speaker 7: Well, because it was sexual and then it had undertones.
- 23:25Speaker 13: Like what do we do?
- 23:26Speaker 8: I'm sure it's more to do with politics, and that
- 23:27Speaker 8: is podcasting a political message, but.
- 23:31Speaker 4: Yeah, please please stop it with the whole like let's
- 23:34Speaker 4: let's just stop it. It's over on Yeah, it's done.
- 23:37Speaker 4: Do you think we have too many college ball games?
- 23:39Speaker 4: Because three of them have gone away? The game above
- 23:42Speaker 4: sports Ball, which has been played annually in Detroit for
- 23:45Speaker 4: about thirty years, that's done. The LA Ball confirmed, it's
- 23:49Speaker 4: shutting down. Oh no, after just five years, no more LA.
- 23:52Speaker 4: Is that the one that didn't somebody else, friend, somebody
- 23:58Speaker 4: else got involved with that? To you right?
- 24:00Speaker 7: Ron was yeah?
- 24:02Speaker 4: And then the Bahamas Ball was canceled before we started.
- 24:06Speaker 4: It was replaced by the the Xbox Ball. In Frisco, Texas,
- 24:10Speaker 4: actress b Phillips is in the hospital asking the public
- 24:13Speaker 4: to help her find a new kidney. She already had
- 24:16Speaker 4: a transplant in the past. And UH Severance will run
- 24:21Speaker 4: at least four seasons, with the possibility of a prequel
- 24:24Speaker 4: or a sequel series. For those of you who liked
- 24:26Speaker 4: Now For the fans of Scrubs, the Scrubs revival, there's
- 24:30Speaker 4: a first trailer for that that's out. You can you
- 24:33Speaker 4: can check that it's a great show. Watched it. I
- 24:36Speaker 4: was gonna say I only watched a couple of episodes
- 24:37Speaker 4: of it. I didn't I didn't dislike it. I just
- 24:39Speaker 4: think you would like it a lot.
- 24:40Speaker 7: I just never.
- 24:41Speaker 4: Got into it. Was that like Always Sonny in Philadelphia Before.
- 24:45Speaker 5: Always Sonny, I don't think it's the same tone.
- 24:48Speaker 4: Tonous like Sonny is. It's funny again, it's pure comedy.
- 24:55Speaker 4: I've not spent significant time with either of those shows,
- 24:57Speaker 4: but that was just like a So there's no laugh track,
- 25:01Speaker 4: it's narrated. They can walk you through each episode. I
- 25:04Speaker 4: think they're really cute and funny, which they are cute.
- 25:07Speaker 4: And then Flee from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, you guys,
- 25:10Speaker 4: is gonna release his debut solo album next month. He's

- 25:27Speaker 4: a little bit of this?

- 26:07Speaker 7: Yeah, and they give me some drugs.
- 26:09Speaker 4: But do you think do you think that this is
- 26:11Speaker 4: serious for him or is he just like money?
- 26:14Speaker 7: I think it's serious.
- 26:15Speaker 8: Like I said, Andre two thousand, I think was completely
- 26:17Speaker 8: serious with his stupid flute crap. Steve Martin is serious
- 26:21Speaker 8: with his bad at it. But they're only going to
- 26:24Speaker 8: see them because they're celebrities because they care about the music.
- 26:26Speaker 4: Yeah, that's true. Yeah, to see a celebrity of play.
- 26:29Speaker 4: Do you want to see a play? No? But if
- 26:31Speaker 4: Brian Cranston's in it.
- 26:33Speaker 7: If you're Flea, who's a musician who people have seen.
- 26:37Speaker 8: A magic if you know and you know you're you're

- 31:00Speaker 7: and forth.
- 31:01Speaker 4: I think I'm picturing Menace looking like Michael Phelps, like
- 31:05Speaker 4: getting the rubber hat. Envision like a float with a drink.
- 31:13Speaker 4: Because okay, when people say they're going swing, I think
- 31:15Speaker 4: they're going to do laps, right, They're going to go laps.
- 31:18Speaker 4: Like you know, I'm hanging out at the pool. That's

- 31:32Speaker 4: saying wrong. Forget, I asked, Forget, what do you do
- 31:36Speaker 4: this week?
- 31:37Speaker 7: I asked you a question. What am I supposed to say?
- 31:41Speaker 15: Whatever?
- 31:41Speaker 4: Clarify the answer?
- 31:44Speaker 7: When I say I'm going swimming. One of my I
- 31:46Speaker 7: said are you swimming laps? Yeah, I'll probably swim laps.
- 31:49Speaker 13: Okay, there we go.
- 31:50Speaker 4: He's swimming laps this weekend.
- 31:52Speaker 10: Guys, Lord Morgan, I don't have any big plans, just training.

- 33:04Speaker 4: line that went from being a great idea to one
- 33:06Speaker 4: big stake in Mega uber Ultra. All right, good, strong
- 33:25Speaker 4: and strong. Yeah, that's not bad at all. I like it.
- 33:28Speaker 4: All right, Well, we're gonna start with this one twenty
- 33:30Speaker 4: six year old dude. He was willing to do really
- 33:32Speaker 4: whatever it took to get this chicken to talk to him.
- 33:35Speaker 4: He just wanted to talk to her, really fancied her.
- 33:39Speaker 4: So he hit her up at one o'clock in the morning.
- 33:41Speaker 4: As you do. That's a good that's a good time
- 33:42Speaker 4: as any of the reach out.
- 33:44Speaker 5: I mean you'll find out if she's down.
- 33:46Speaker 4: Or no, that's true, you will, Yeah, hey girl, yeah
- 33:48Speaker 4: you uh. One o'clock in the morning, hits her up
- 33:51Speaker 4: saying he wants to meet her, but she didn't reply.
- 33:54Speaker 4: You know, one o'clock in the morning.
- 33:56Speaker 7: Hey, when that happens.
- 33:57Speaker 4: Yeah, So he took it up a notch and told
- 34:00Speaker 4: her that there was no way that she was ever
- 34:03Speaker 4: going to see her pets again if she didn't meet
- 34:06Speaker 4: up with him.
- 34:07Speaker 7: I never heard that movie before.
- 34:13Speaker 4: Yeah. Turns out he had stolen the woman's four parakeets
- 34:17Speaker 4: and was holding them hostage unless she met up with him.
- 34:21Speaker 4: Oh yeah, naturally she met up with them. They fell
- 34:27Speaker 4: madly in love, and then of her Oh she called
- 34:31Speaker 4: the cops and the arrest of the guy took him
- 34:33Speaker 4: to fail jail.
- 34:34Speaker 5: Pet and sounds pets. Well, she'll always remember him.
- 34:40Speaker 7: Yeah right. How do you steal parakeys?
- 34:41Speaker 2: Though?
- 34:41Speaker 7: You go through the window and grab the.
- 34:43Speaker 5: Cakes the cage out the door.
- 34:45Speaker 4: The next one, Love Gone Wrong involves a sixty two
- 34:48Speaker 4: year old former Army Army colonel. He is retired now,
- 34:52Speaker 4: but he has spend thirty seven years there in the army. Anyway,
- 34:54Speaker 4: met this nice lady online. They talked for a bit
- 34:56Speaker 4: and he sent her a picture along with the message
- 34:58Speaker 4: gives you a peek what I do for a living.
- 35:01Speaker 4: It was a picture of a computer screen that displayed
- 35:03Speaker 4: classified emails. Oh hell yeah for a future US military operation,
- 35:08Speaker 4: including the dates, the targets, specific battle plans. It would
- 35:15Speaker 4: the military found out because she turned him in, not
- 35:18Speaker 4: right away though, bitch went until after they broke up. Anyway,
- 35:28Speaker 4: he was arrested, god sentenced to two years in prison
- 35:31Speaker 4: for sharing military secrets. That's that's weak. Either you had
- 35:35Speaker 4: a problem with it or you didn't. The fact that
- 35:37Speaker 4: she's doing the fact that she held on to that
- 35:41Speaker 4: to be able to use against him at some point.
- 35:44Speaker 4: Uh huh, that's weak.
- 35:45Speaker 5: Nobody ever accidentally sends me classified information.
- 35:48Speaker 7: A radio for jealous His family members that were again
- 35:52Speaker 7: tickets all day until the he broke up with his wife,
- 35:55Speaker 7: and then they knocked him out for giving them tickets.
- 36:00Speaker 4: So his next one is from Connecticut where this chick
- 36:02Speaker 4: she was working her job there at the liquor store,
- 36:04Speaker 4: and she hatched to plan to get rich quick, you know,
- 36:06Speaker 4: because those always work. Yeah, usually time she decided that
- 36:09Speaker 4: she was going to steal all the lot of tickets
- 36:11Speaker 4: that they sold there at the liquor store and just
- 36:12Speaker 4: hope that she hit it big. On top of that,
- 36:15Speaker 4: she had stolen about seven hundred bucks where the smokes.
- 36:18Speaker 4: And she did all this despite you know, working there,
- 36:21Speaker 4: being an employee, despite knowing that not only are there
- 36:24Speaker 4: cameras all over the store, she was very much aware
- 36:26Speaker 4: of where they all were. So the whole thing was
- 36:29Speaker 4: they knew exactly what happened to you. She was resident
- 36:32Speaker 4: in the failed jail like she was. Is what made
- 36:34Speaker 4: you think that you were going to get away?
- 36:36Speaker 5: They guys checked this out.
- 36:39Speaker 2: Shit.
- 36:40Speaker 4: I got this one out of Indianapolis, where the Woodie
- 36:44Speaker 4: Show proud to be heard weekday mornings on All one,
- 36:46Speaker 4: O three three. It's also where this dude he was
- 36:48Speaker 4: out walking around town. He saw this fountain kind of
- 36:51Speaker 4: in the middle of this little frozen pond. You see
- 36:53Speaker 4: them sometimes at like apartment complexes or business complexes. There's
- 36:56Speaker 4: that little like body of water and they'll have like that. Yeah,
- 36:59Speaker 4: just shoots out of the middle. Yeah, nothing crazy fancy,
- 37:01Speaker 4: but he thought that would make the perfect background for
- 37:04Speaker 4: a selfie. So he attempted to walk across the ice
- 37:07Speaker 4: to get there. And I say attempted because the ice
- 37:10Speaker 4: cracked and he felt right through. So one saw him
- 37:12Speaker 4: out there clinging to some of the ice, called for help.
- 37:15Speaker 4: He had to be rescued and he never did get
- 37:18Speaker 4: that selfie. Embarrassing.
- 37:20Speaker 5: My god, you did not date a guy then all
- 37:22Speaker 5: through the ice because he tried to take a selfie.
- 37:24Speaker 4: Money, I have to get an idiot. Would you date
- 37:27Speaker 4: a guy that took any selfie?
- 37:29Speaker 5: Honestly, I married one, and he's a selfie not like
- 37:35Speaker 5: a not like a I'm trying to be hot, but
- 37:37Speaker 5: like a funny picture posts all the time.
- 37:39Speaker 4: I would probably kind of put that on the list
- 37:41Speaker 4: of it's kind of gay. Yeah, it might be selfie.
- 37:44Speaker 10: When you guys are out Gina, does he ask you like, hey,
- 37:47Speaker 10: let's take a picture?
- 37:48Speaker 5: No, that's me okay good?
- 37:49Speaker 4: Wait so all all selfies? I mean, I mean, because
- 37:54Speaker 4: I know I know the one's taking a selfie. That's
- 37:56Speaker 4: kind of gay, a little gay.
- 37:59Speaker 9: Is it worse to go up to someone and say, hey,
- 38:01Speaker 9: can you take a picture of me?
- 38:03Speaker 6: Every time that you want a picture taken?
- 38:05Speaker 9: Doesn't it make more sense to just like do a
- 38:07Speaker 9: selfie real quick?
- 38:08Speaker 6: To send us someone like hey, I'm here equally.
- 38:10Speaker 4: In my gut, taking a selfie is very vagain, being
- 38:13Speaker 4: vain is gay. Okay, here the selfie where all of
- 38:17Speaker 4: a sudden you turn your face a side and you
- 38:18Speaker 4: duck kind of like a kiss. That's good. I mean
- 38:22Speaker 4: those kind of things were like you're trying to look sassy, okay,
- 38:25Speaker 4: but different like, hey, if you're like I don't know
- 38:28Speaker 4: where you would be, you're in front of some landmark thing,
- 38:30Speaker 4: do like a quick selfie, like a thumbs.
- 38:33Speaker 5: Up that, hey, guys, does this look infected?
- 38:37Speaker 4: It's in a blue moon.
- 38:38Speaker 7: You can do like a funny selfie and it's not
- 38:40Speaker 7: sus But if it's on a regular basis, you are.
- 38:47Speaker 4: Taking a set up to this. Oh that frozen pond
- 38:50Speaker 4: would make a good backdrop for incredibly good. By the way,
- 38:55Speaker 4: we are not allowed to weigh in on gay or nay.
- 38:58Speaker 4: This is very much Greg's arena. He's allowed. He's a
- 39:02Speaker 4: card carrying member. A lot of the community community, it
- 39:06Speaker 4: seems kind of gay. And I've noticed, and I've noticed
- 39:08Speaker 4: lately that a lot of people go to Greg for
- 39:10Speaker 4: these things. They might get what was the one thing
- 39:13Speaker 4: he said more recently than they need some clarificing. Oh,
- 39:16Speaker 4: if you watch the Super Bowl for commercials, if you
- 39:20Speaker 4: get excited over super Bowl commercials, that's that's the newest one.
- 39:26Speaker 4: All right. And here I'll give you this is my
- 39:28Speaker 4: favorite story of the week. It's another one involving ice.
- 39:30Speaker 4: This uh, well, not that ice, actual water ice. It's
- 39:35Speaker 4: from New Jersey. This guy, he was behind the wheel
- 39:37Speaker 4: of his badass truck, and he spotted the perfect place
- 39:39Speaker 4: to do some donuts. Bro Okay, that's pretty cool. And
- 39:42Speaker 4: you know how that is. You see it, you gotta
- 39:45Speaker 4: do it, you know he's got to do it. Yeah,
- 39:48Speaker 4: it's like Tupac said, I never did a drive by.
- 39:51Speaker 4: I didn't have to do. Not just recreational. Like the
- 40:00Speaker 4: Tupac song Changes came on the radio recently and I
- 40:03Speaker 4: hadn't heard it for a while, so I listened to it.
- 40:04Speaker 4: I'd never noticed that Lyric never did a drive by.
- 40:07Speaker 4: I didn't have to.
- 40:08Speaker 7: Do, like it was required by his employer.
- 40:12Speaker 4: So this guy, he's behind the wheel of his badass truck,
- 40:15Speaker 4: sees a great place to do some donuts. And it
- 40:17Speaker 4: wasn't like a parking lot or in the middle of
- 40:19Speaker 4: an empty street. No, No, he saw a frozen lake,
- 40:21Speaker 4: and he thought to himself, hell, yeah, that does sound fun,
- 40:24Speaker 4: and so he started to drive out onto the ice
- 40:26Speaker 4: and he got pretty far out, hits the gas, tried
- 40:29Speaker 4: to do some donuts, but you can guess what happened next.
- 40:32Speaker 4: Every ice crack truck goes through the ice, total loss.
- 40:35Speaker 4: The dude. He bounced hoping nobody saw anything. But not
- 40:39Speaker 4: only do people see it, the truck was you know,
- 40:41Speaker 4: registered in his name, so it was no issue tracking
- 40:44Speaker 4: him down. Turns out he didn't even have a valid
- 40:46Speaker 4: driver's license. He was arrested taking two failed chancel. I
- 40:51Speaker 4: fell through the ice one time as a kid too, Like, god,
- 40:56Speaker 4: you were a kid, well, so there was it wasn't
- 41:02Speaker 4: for a selfie, that little gig kid, right, it was
- 41:06Speaker 4: the eighties. It was the eighties. We didn't have didn't
- 41:11Speaker 4: have selfies yet flash cube. Yeah no. So we had
- 41:14Speaker 4: this this retention pond, so like we're all the water
- 41:17Speaker 4: from the storm, drinks and stuff, but kind of collect
- 41:19Speaker 4: before you know, get wherever the hell it goes. So
- 41:21Speaker 4: that's that's where you walk into those big you know,
- 41:23Speaker 4: like concrete like tunnel things anyway. Yeah, so uh, but
- 41:30Speaker 4: like after a good rain away it would fill up,
- 41:32Speaker 4: and then we got this freeze and so it froze
- 41:35Speaker 4: over and we were psyched, like, dude, we can go
- 41:36Speaker 4: out on the ice. We can play hockey or like.
- 41:38Speaker 4: So none of us had a hockey stick, so we're
- 41:40Speaker 4: out there with like brooms and and of course, uh,
- 41:43Speaker 4: you know, we're all out there like jumping around or whatever.
- 41:45Speaker 4: And the ice was not very thick. Crack crack, breakthrough,
- 41:48Speaker 4: and I'm in I'm in the water.
- 41:50Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:51Speaker 10: Uh.
- 41:52Speaker 4: I grabbed onto the you know, the ice shelf, the
- 41:55Speaker 4: ice with the with my hands, so it was like
- 41:57Speaker 4: up to my arm pits that deep. Oh yeah, it
- 42:00Speaker 4: was cold.
- 42:01Speaker 5: How did you How did you get out?
- 42:02Speaker 4: My friends pulled me out. O god, my friends pulled
- 42:05Speaker 4: me out. Now, it wasn't I mean this this preten
- 42:07Speaker 4: is like super huge. It was. It was big enough,
- 42:10Speaker 4: but it wasn't.
- 42:11Speaker 5: Like that's so, what's the Christmas movie?
- 42:15Speaker 13: You know?
- 42:15Speaker 4: Uh, Christmas movie?
- 42:17Speaker 5: Yeah, where he falls through the ice. Hello, Jimmy Stewart,
- 42:21Speaker 5: Jimmy's wonderfulderful. Thank you, it's a wonderful.
- 42:25Speaker 4: I'm thinking Christmas story Nation clause. You know something from
- 42:31Speaker 4: the last one hundred.
- 42:32Speaker 7: Years, I've never even watched that movie.
- 42:37Speaker 4: Al Right, well, there's your Friday Failed stories everybody. We're
- 42:39Speaker 4: gonna take a quick break. This is the show as
- 42:51Speaker 4: we try to make our way through this last little
- 42:54Speaker 4: part of the date into the weekend. Let's go over
- 42:57Speaker 4: to see what Gina Grant has for us. The trending
- 42:59Speaker 4: news headlines.
- 43:00Speaker 5: Well, it's day thirteen in the search for Nancy got
- 43:03Speaker 5: three and authorities of a few new leads to help
- 43:05Speaker 5: them in the search. First, the FBI posted some details
- 43:08Speaker 5: about the suspect scene on that camera footage at Nancy's house.
- 43:11Speaker 5: They say he's between this dude between five nine and
- 43:15Speaker 5: five ten, average build, and in the video he's seen
- 43:17Speaker 5: wearing a black twenty five leter Ozark trail hiker pack.
- 43:21Speaker 4: Okay, so I love how all right, guys, this is breaking.
- 43:24Speaker 4: This is big. The FBI has released it pro we're
- 43:26Speaker 4: looking for We're looking for a guy average high, average
- 43:29Speaker 4: build with a backpack you could buy a Walmart.
- 43:32Speaker 7: Damn that narrows it down, and gloves we found out
- 43:40Speaker 7: you can get at Walmart as well.
- 43:41Speaker 5: Well, there's a little bit of new motivation. They also
- 43:44Speaker 5: announced that they're upping the reward money from fifty k
- 43:47Speaker 5: to one hundred k, and they're also looking into a
- 43:49Speaker 5: video that was posted online that shows a similar looking
- 43:52Speaker 5: dude with a backpack about five miles from Nancy's house.
- 43:55Speaker 4: Why does he go to Walmart? Two?
- 43:56Speaker 5: Yeah, probably. Well, we have an update on the go
- 43:59Speaker 5: fundme for James Vanderbeek's wife and kids, and he has
- 44:01Speaker 5: six kids. Reports were that all the cancer meds and
- 44:05Speaker 5: the hospital visits really just left them broke. So the
- 44:08Speaker 5: fundraiser was set up and fans and friends and film
- 44:11Speaker 5: and TV industry people, they've all stepped up when they
- 44:14Speaker 5: needed to. According to the latest numbers, the GoFundMe has
- 44:17Speaker 5: raised over two million dollars and more donations are coming in.
- 44:20Speaker 5: A lot of people just donating what they can. Some
- 44:22Speaker 5: of the bigger donations are anonymous, but some of the
- 44:25Speaker 5: biggest names did not remain anonymous, and that's like, yeah, right,
- 44:29Speaker 5: Zoe Saldana, Derek Huff, Steven Spielberg, Kaylee Quoco, Ricky Lake,
- 44:34Speaker 5: so many more.
- 44:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, the kids are going to be fine. This, yeah,
- 44:37Speaker 4: widow's going to be fine. Boy.
- 44:39Speaker 7: There's a lot of fun.
- 44:39Speaker 4: There's a lot of people that are looking out for
- 44:41Speaker 4: them and for them and really cool.
- 44:43Speaker 5: Well, guess who's not looking out for him. A lot
- 44:45Speaker 5: of people pretty pissed at Sony for apparently not helping
- 44:49Speaker 5: Vanderbeek despite the popularity of Dawson's Creek where he played Dawson.
- 44:52Speaker 12: Uh.
- 44:53Speaker 5: It's also well known apparently the Vanderbeek didn't make any
- 44:55Speaker 5: residuals off the show after he admitted that he signed
- 44:58Speaker 5: a bad contract.
- 44:59Speaker 4: Yeah, I saw.
- 45:01Speaker 5: Not a dime in residuals.
- 45:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I saw a I saw an article pop about
- 45:06Speaker 4: that I meant to read it I forgot. So yeah,
- 45:08Speaker 4: he just like he got paid for the show obviously.
- 45:11Speaker 5: And whoever they sell it to, that's their money.
- 45:14Speaker 6: That's horrible.
- 45:14Speaker 5: Yeah, so let.
- 45:15Speaker 4: That be a lesson to all these at this point. Okay,
- 45:18Speaker 4: so he signed a bad deal, and you know, life
- 45:21Speaker 4: goes on. But when you're in a situation like this,
- 45:24Speaker 4: it would be nice if the people who are behind
- 45:26Speaker 4: the show, who made a bunch of money.
- 45:29Speaker 5: Like Cutch, you in on that mailbox money.
- 45:31Speaker 4: Yeah, you know what I mean, Like at this time,
- 45:33Speaker 4: at this time of need for his family, it would
- 45:36Speaker 4: be the it would be the nice thing that you
- 45:37Speaker 4: don't you don't have to, Yeah, it would be the
- 45:40Speaker 4: nice thing to do, and.
- 45:41Speaker 5: Before the I mean when they saw how sick he was,
- 45:43Speaker 5: he could have used it. So yeah, step up, Sony.
- 45:47Speaker 5: SpaceX has sent a new four person crew to the
- 45:50Speaker 5: International Space Station from Cape Canaveral. That's replacing the astronauts
- 45:54Speaker 5: that were evacuated last month. Remember when NASA had that
- 45:56Speaker 5: medical emergency and to come back early that team. The
- 46:00Speaker 5: team now is US, France and Russia and they're expected
- 46:03Speaker 5: to get there tomorrow. They're going to stay for about
- 46:04Speaker 5: nine months, and they're going to bring the station back
- 46:06Speaker 5: to full staffing because there was just this little small
- 46:09Speaker 5: crew running things up till now. NASA still hasn't shared
- 46:13Speaker 5: what happened to that astronaut.
- 46:15Speaker 7: Why diary gotta.
- 46:16Speaker 4: Know she got a period and they ran out of tamps?
- 46:20Speaker 16: Thank you?
- 46:20Speaker 5: Yeah, shouldn't hippo only apply to Earth? Like, sorry, this
- 46:23Speaker 5: happened outside of Earth. I got to know what happened.
- 46:25Speaker 7: Wasn't that?
- 46:26Speaker 4: Wasn't that the thing like uh, Sally ride when she
- 46:29Speaker 4: was going to space, like all the all the door
- 46:32Speaker 4: NASA engineers, it had never really been been around. Women
- 46:35Speaker 4: had to ask her like will one hundred tampons be
- 46:39Speaker 4: four year?
- 46:40Speaker 5: Well, that depends I was planning on bleeding out next week.
- 46:43Speaker 5: It's insane.
- 46:44Speaker 4: Yeah, that whole like row versus bro.
- 46:47Speaker 7: I love those you do.
- 46:49Speaker 4: Yeah. I saw like a video where they were, you know,
- 46:52Speaker 4: asking dudes, you know how, like how many tampons a
- 46:55Speaker 4: chick will go through? Which I even watched the video,
- 46:58Speaker 4: I didn't retain it well.
- 46:59Speaker 5: And the h is it's just it's a funny little
- 47:02Speaker 5: button on the end of those when these guys get
- 47:04Speaker 5: everything so wrong. And then at the end she goes,
- 47:06Speaker 5: do you vote, and they're so proud of themselves, like yeah,
- 47:09Speaker 5: she kind of just looks at the camera like remember.
- 47:13Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, just just because you don't you're not
- 47:15Speaker 4: you're not a chick, yes, because you don't have need tampons.
- 47:18Speaker 5: And if the point is that you're voting reproductive rights, please.
- 47:23Speaker 4: Educate yourself well in that in that situation.
- 47:25Speaker 5: Yeah, and you don't know you're voting on the tamp
- 47:28Speaker 5: context now, you know.
- 47:29Speaker 4: Like I wouldn't know how long appear lasts.
- 47:31Speaker 5: Like, it's just different for everybody. Fourteen weeks, right, guys,
- 47:35Speaker 5: fourteen Oh.
- 47:36Speaker 7: I think for some people it's permanent, right.
- 47:40Speaker 5: When you talk to them.
- 47:40Speaker 4: Yeah, it's just whenever you're in a bad mood and
- 47:42Speaker 4: you need something to blame it on. Exactly how are
- 47:45Speaker 4: we supposed to We don't know. Yeah, it's one of
- 47:47Speaker 4: those things you can just tell. I'm sorry, I'm just
- 47:49Speaker 4: PMS saying you can use it whenever you want, because
- 47:51Speaker 4: it's not like anybody's going to ask for proof our check.
- 47:53Speaker 5: You know what when they when they say that, you
- 47:55Speaker 5: should start just making a little tick in your calendar,
- 47:57Speaker 5: like you said that three days ago.
- 47:59Speaker 4: You remember, I don't know if did you play baseball guys, yeah,
- 48:02Speaker 4: or sports? If they used to do cup checks sack
- 48:06Speaker 4: tap them, Yeah, like we'd have to, you know, line
- 48:08Speaker 4: up and the coach all right, cup check and he walked,
- 48:11Speaker 4: he walked down the line of the bat and whoever
- 48:13Speaker 4: put their hands down, He's like, go put it on.
- 48:17Speaker 4: Because it was it was just the why.
- 48:19Speaker 5: Such a problem to get Why wouldn't you.
- 48:21Speaker 4: Just wear a cup because you know they're not super comfortable.
- 48:25Speaker 5: Yeah, neither's getting hit in the net.
- 48:27Speaker 4: Yeah, but it wasn't like we're not playing major league baseball.
- 48:30Speaker 4: It was like, I know, babe, babe, ruth league going back.
- 48:33Speaker 4: If you don't know, you don't know, like my parents
- 48:36Speaker 4: got divorced. When I was six, I lived with my mom.
- 48:38Speaker 4: I played sports.
- 48:39Speaker 7: She never knew that I had to get a cup.
- 48:43Speaker 7: I never even had one.
- 48:45Speaker 5: I remember angress when my brother plays.
- 48:47Speaker 7: I never got hit in the NATS.
- 48:49Speaker 5: When my brother played football and had cups, the guys
- 48:51Speaker 5: would come over and they were like, I don't know,
- 48:53Speaker 5: twelve years old, thirteen years old, and they would take
- 48:55Speaker 5: the cup and like rub it on their face really
- 48:57Speaker 5: fast to make it make a noise. Anyone was very disgusting.
- 49:01Speaker 16: Call that.
- 49:04Speaker 5: Let's stick with sports and talk about the Olympics. This
- 49:07Speaker 5: is day six and Wednesday six, the US was able
- 49:09Speaker 5: to add two more medals to their medal count. The
- 49:12Speaker 5: members of the Team USA were able to grab a
- 49:14Speaker 5: bronze in women's cross country skiing a silver in women's
- 49:19Speaker 5: snowboard halfpipe. They would have had a third medal in
- 49:22Speaker 5: women's Super g alpine skiing, but Breezy Johnson crashed on
- 49:25Speaker 5: the course didn't finish. It worked out for though in
- 49:28Speaker 5: the end, because she got to the bottom of the
- 49:30Speaker 5: hill and her boyfriend got down on one knee and
- 49:32Speaker 5: popped The question below rang trying to steal her shine
- 49:37Speaker 5: well that she said feel better.
- 49:40Speaker 4: Something nice is trained, and you did all this work
- 49:44Speaker 4: to get the Olympics and you crashed, like you know,
- 49:46Speaker 4: God forbid. He tries to make her feel that's why
- 49:48Speaker 4: that way.
- 49:49Speaker 5: Yeah, wait, that's why I'd be like, you're just proposed
- 49:51Speaker 5: to me to make me feel better. Well now, but
- 49:55Speaker 5: you got me yeah yeah, oh yeah that's the way.
- 50:00Speaker 4: Yeah, so much better.
- 50:03Speaker 5: Well looking at the metal count now, Italy leads everyone
- 50:06Speaker 5: with seventeen medals in the US and Norway are tied
- 50:08Speaker 5: with fourteen. Seven more golds up for grabs throughout today,
- 50:13Speaker 5: and we got some woody show food nude, oh yeah,
- 50:16Speaker 5: some real good stuff too. McDonald's made a couple of announcements.
- 50:20Speaker 5: The first one is that it's officially Shamrock Shake season.
- 50:24Speaker 5: Those are going back on the menu nationwide starting Tuesday.
- 50:28Speaker 5: The second announcement, you knew this was only a matter
- 50:30Speaker 5: of time. McDonald's is testing out some new GLP one
- 50:34Speaker 5: friendly menu items.
- 50:35Speaker 4: I think that proteins exactly.
- 50:37Speaker 5: It's all going to be higher protein.
- 50:39Speaker 7: They're going to drop them off.
- 50:40Speaker 5: Actually well they didn't say what they were working on,
- 50:44Speaker 5: but we'll see if we get it right. Because the
- 50:46Speaker 5: rumor is exactly really like grilled chicken nuggets, grilled chicken strips.
- 50:51Speaker 5: So we're yeah. And finally, how crazy is this? Sam Darnold,
- 50:56Speaker 5: you know, the quarterback for the Super Bowl champions Seattle Seahawks,
- 50:59Speaker 5: well ended up paying for the honor of being there.
- 51:02Speaker 4: Oh did you see this? This is gonna drive Greg crazy.
- 51:05Speaker 5: Some states do this and California is one of the yah.
- 51:10Speaker 4: But what was all said and done, he didn't make
- 51:12Speaker 4: a dime. He ended up paying.
- 51:16Speaker 5: Yeah, So here's how it breaks down. Players on the
- 51:19Speaker 5: Super Bowl team winning get one hundred and seventy eight
- 51:21Speaker 5: thousand dollars from the NFL, but California, where the game
- 51:24Speaker 5: was played, has that jock tax, which is an additional
- 51:27Speaker 5: tax on out of state players based on how many
- 51:30Speaker 5: duty days they spend in the state for a game.
- 51:32Speaker 4: So they were there for a week, right, Oh okay,
- 51:35Speaker 4: because they came in a week ahead of time, they
- 51:38Speaker 4: practiced during the week, did media day in the whole thing.
- 51:40Speaker 4: That's eight days.
- 51:41Speaker 5: And because it's a percentage, you know, it's a tax percentage.
- 51:44Speaker 5: So based on his one hundred and five million dollars
- 51:46Speaker 5: three year contract with the Seahawks plus two and a
- 51:49Speaker 5: half million dollar bonus, for winning it all, He'll pay
- 51:52Speaker 5: between two hundred thousand and two hundred and fifty thousand
- 51:55Speaker 5: to California just for showing up. Wow on Helen over and.
- 52:05Speaker 4: Damn well, unbelievable that.
- 52:08Speaker 6: Dude, Hey, what do you call a big jack lantern?
- 52:12Speaker 5: Was a plumpkin?
- 52:13Speaker 4: Plump weigh?
- 52:15Speaker 5: A millennial in instagrams?
- 52:21Speaker 4: Couldn't the lizard get a girlfriend?
- 52:22Speaker 2: Why?
- 52:23Speaker 4: He had a reptile dysfunctions.
- 52:27Speaker 7: Show?
- 52:29Speaker 4: So we've got the Woodie Show meet up in anaheim
- 52:32Speaker 4: A Brewery acts next Saturday, not not tomorrow, Saturday, a
- 52:37Speaker 4: week from tomorrow, the twenty first is the date. I'm
- 52:41Speaker 4: looking forward to seeing everybody there for sure. I'm looking
- 52:44Speaker 4: forward to seeing that band Dogmas Society. I can't wait
- 52:47Speaker 4: for you guys to get your hands on these uh
- 52:49Speaker 4: one off what does show shirts? That were that we're
- 52:52Speaker 4: putting up rules. Yeah, wait till I wait till I
- 52:55Speaker 4: can roll it down. Yeah you just wait, yeah yeah,
- 52:58Speaker 4: and you'll you'll understand why I'm so excited about all right,
- 53:00Speaker 4: but it's gonna be the only place to do you
- 53:02Speaker 4: can get these cool these the shorts, puss'n have some
- 53:04Speaker 4: all the really cool stuff that we're giving away. We
- 53:07Speaker 4: got something cool to tell you on Tuesday, Tuesday morning,
- 53:09Speaker 4: so after the holiday weekend, we'll have a cool announcement
- 53:12Speaker 4: on Tuesday.
- 53:13Speaker 5: So much happening, Yeah, a lot of good stuff, A
- 53:14Speaker 5: lot of.
- 53:15Speaker 4: Good stuff going down.
- 53:19Speaker 16: Back.
- 53:20Speaker 4: So again not to be not to be a bummer,
- 53:25Speaker 4: you know, but you know, we all talked about getting perspective.
- 53:29Speaker 4: I saw this and we were talking about James Vanderbeek
- 53:31Speaker 4: and that you know go fundme that has done very
- 53:34Speaker 4: well and that's nice to see. But back on his birthday,
- 53:39Speaker 4: James Vanderbeek posted a video on social media and I
- 53:42Speaker 4: and I watched it and it did have an effect
- 53:45Speaker 4: on me because like at that particular time, in that
- 53:47Speaker 4: part of the day I was watching it, I was
- 53:49Speaker 4: like mega aggravated and annoyed by many things, and there
- 53:54Speaker 4: was It's just I've told you like, this year so
- 53:57Speaker 4: far has been like running through mud, and it's been
- 53:59Speaker 4: very frustrated in some ways because you feel like that
- 54:03Speaker 4: dream that you have where you're trying to do something
- 54:05Speaker 4: quickly and but your limbs won't move fast. Everything's in
- 54:08Speaker 4: slow motion. That is how I would describe the year
- 54:11Speaker 4: so far, and it's frustrating. And sometimes you just need
- 54:14Speaker 4: that perspective. In this video, I don't know, it just
- 54:19Speaker 4: the right video at the right moment, and so it
- 54:21Speaker 4: just provided some perspective. So this is again James Vanderbeek.
- 54:25Speaker 4: He posted this on his birthday.
- 54:27Speaker 1: Today's my birthday, and it has been the hardest year
- 54:32Speaker 1: of my life, and I wanted to share something that
- 54:35Speaker 1: I learned with y'all.
- 54:37Speaker 4: When I was younger, I used.
- 54:38Speaker 1: To define myself as an actor, right, which was never
- 54:44Speaker 1: really all that fulfilling. And then it became a husband
- 54:47Speaker 1: and that was much better. And then it became a
- 54:48Speaker 1: father and that was the ultimate. I could define myself
- 54:52Speaker 1: then as a loving, capable, strong, supportive husband, father, provider,
- 55:01Speaker 1: steward of the land that were so lucky to live on.
- 55:02Speaker 1: And for a long time that felt like a really
- 55:05Speaker 1: good definition to the question who am I?
- 55:08Speaker 4: What am I?
- 55:10Speaker 1: And then this year I had to look my own
- 55:15Speaker 1: mortality in the eye. I had to come those to
- 55:19Speaker 1: those with death, and all of those definitions that I
- 55:23Speaker 1: cared so deeply about were stripped for me. I was
- 55:26Speaker 1: away for treatment, so I could no longer be a
- 55:29Speaker 1: husband that was helpful to my wife. I could no
- 55:31Speaker 1: longer be a father who could pick up his kids
- 55:34Speaker 1: and put them to bed and be there for them.
- 55:36Speaker 4: I could not be a provider because I wasn't working.
- 55:39Speaker 1: I couldn't even be a steward of a land because
- 55:43Speaker 1: at times I was too weak to prove all the
- 55:45Speaker 1: trees during the window that you're supposed to prove them.
- 55:49Speaker 1: And so I was faced with the question if I
- 55:51Speaker 1: am just a too skinny, weak guy alone in an
- 55:57Speaker 1: apartment with cancer am I? And I meditated, and the
- 56:02Speaker 1: answer came through, I am worthy of God's love simply
- 56:08Speaker 1: because I exist. And if I'm worthy of God's love,
- 56:12Speaker 1: shouldn't I also be worthy of my own? And the
- 56:16Speaker 1: same is true for you. And as I moved through
- 56:19Speaker 1: this healing portal toward recovery, I wanted to share that
- 56:22Speaker 1: with you because I think that revelation that came to
- 56:25Speaker 1: me was doing those small parts of all the prayers
- 56:28Speaker 1: and the love that had been directed towards me. So
- 56:31Speaker 1: I offer that to you, however it sits in your consciousness,
- 56:33Speaker 1: whoever resonates one with it, And if the word God
- 56:38Speaker 1: trips you up, I certainly don't know he to know
- 56:42Speaker 1: what God is or explain God. My efforts to connect
- 56:46Speaker 1: to God are an ongoing process that is a constant,
- 56:49Speaker 1: unfolding mystery to me. But if it's a trigger it
- 56:52Speaker 1: feels too religious, you can take the word God out
- 56:54Speaker 1: and your mantra can simply be I am worthy of love.
- 57:00Speaker 4: Because you are.
- 57:02Speaker 1: Thank you for the looking prayers everyone.
- 57:05Speaker 4: I have a bus day. So James Vanderby posts that
- 57:07Speaker 4: on his birthday, and again it was just I don't know.
- 57:10Speaker 4: It was the right it was the right video at
- 57:12Speaker 4: the right moment, and it wasn't like, clearly I'm not
- 57:14Speaker 4: going through anything like he was going through. But just
- 57:16Speaker 4: like when you have those moments where you're super frustrating thing,
- 57:18Speaker 4: everything sucks and you know whatever, then you see this
- 57:21Speaker 4: guy and you hear his experience and what he's going through,
- 57:24Speaker 4: It's like, all right, you feel like a big pussy.
- 57:28Speaker 7: The dumbest stuff exactly.
- 57:30Speaker 4: S Yeah, work frustrations when your work is radio. You know,
- 57:35Speaker 4: I just felt so dumb quote unquote work. Just know
- 57:38Speaker 4: I did it, just I just felt so dumb. I
- 57:40Speaker 4: got to remind yourself of that from time to time.
- 57:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 57:43Speaker 4: Someone four, this is gay as helm, all right, Greg,
- 57:46Speaker 4: not at all? How how dare you? Sweet as hell? Oh?
- 57:56Speaker 4: My god, breaking news. Greg Gory had to take a
- 58:02Speaker 4: major out at work. Not since the Fall of Rome
- 58:05Speaker 4: has there been this much devastation or death. Woody, Woody, Woody,
- 58:12Speaker 4: And now back to the Woody Show, speakin of Kaka.
- 58:15Speaker 4: Didn't that? Mario just sees something like, oh he did. Yeah,
- 58:20Speaker 4: another new hour insensitivity training for a politically correct world. Woodie,
- 58:24Speaker 4: Greg managed g bran Sea maass is here, we got
- 58:27Speaker 4: Sammy Morgan phones open eight seven four Woodie be a
- 58:32Speaker 4: part of the show and Ela you like. You can
- 58:34Speaker 4: also text over check in two two nine eighty seven finals.
- 58:38Speaker 4: Follow us on social media at the Woodie Show. Yeah,
- 58:40Speaker 4: what happened.
- 58:40Speaker 11: So there's this gas station near our house, and it
- 58:42Speaker 11: sits right next to a very busy intersection. So if
- 58:45Speaker 11: you get caught at that red light, you're sitting there
- 58:47Speaker 11: for a while. So Mario is sitting at the red light,
- 58:49Speaker 11: sees this work van pull up to the gas station.
- 58:52Speaker 11: Guy gets out of the van, runs into the gas station.
- 58:56Speaker 11: A couple seconds later, runs out of the gas station,
- 58:58Speaker 11: and we're assuming we know why because somebody was occupying
- 59:02Speaker 11: the bathroom. So when he ran out of the gas station,
- 59:04Speaker 11: the guy had his pants half pulled down and get
- 59:07Speaker 11: his right hand basically covering his butt. Then goes to
- 59:13Speaker 11: his work van, opens the side door, pulls his pants down,
- 59:18Speaker 11: and poops into a.
- 59:18Speaker 4: Cardboard box right there at the gas station.
- 59:23Speaker 11: Got a picture of him light.
- 59:29Speaker 4: I give him major credit for using the cardboard box.
- 59:32Speaker 6: Yeah, he figured it out.
- 59:33Speaker 11: So then his wife, apparently his wife is there with him.
- 59:38Speaker 11: She grabs a case of water that's for sale right there,
- 59:41Speaker 11: and she start and the guy comes running out, you
- 59:43Speaker 11: need to pay for that ship.
- 59:44Speaker 4: I will, I will, I will. It's so he she
- 59:47Speaker 4: uses she's pouring water on his hands and said he
- 59:49Speaker 4: can wash his hands off, but he was and didn't
- 59:53Speaker 4: poop directly into his into the box, pooped into his hand.
- 59:56Speaker 4: And then.
- 59:59Speaker 7: Are you going to retrac?
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: My god, Oh my god. He's an animal, no doubt.
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: But that talk about it.
- 1:00:06Speaker 5: All the good stuff, this weakest moment. And you have
- 1:00:08Speaker 5: a photo of it.
- 1:00:09Speaker 11: I know he is, he's grasping his pants, record it, right.
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: So this just happened yesterday. I was flying and uh,
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: you know, another plane radios into the tower and they said,
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: we're on a ten mile for left base for runway.
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: Weh blah blah, blah blah, code brown. Oh y, and
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: the controller was a little confused. He goes, excuse me,
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: what never mind? Got it? The controllers laughing cleared land
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: one six right, and dude, like everybody, uh, everybody was
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: laughing about that because you've heard about it, but you
- 1:00:46Speaker 4: never really heard it. Yeah, code brown, Oh my god,
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: caught the caught the controller off guard.
- 1:00:52Speaker 8: If you're you're a work fan, you're used to not
- 1:00:55Speaker 8: you used to having fine places.
- 1:00:56Speaker 7: I would think you would have a bucket or something.
- 1:00:58Speaker 8: No, I think you'd have assist them, Like I would
- 1:01:00Speaker 8: know that gas stations a lot of times don't have
- 1:01:03Speaker 8: public bathrooms. Yeah, grocery stores, hotels, hotel lobbies especially.
- 1:01:11Speaker 4: That's a good idea.
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: But you have to just go to the closest thing.
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: I mean, that was a real emergency.
- 1:01:15Speaker 7: Whatever.
- 1:01:15Speaker 6: Wherever the closest bathroom is is what you're hitting.
- 1:01:18Speaker 8: But if you're but if you're driving, if you're in
- 1:01:20Speaker 8: a populated area, you got to make go to overpass,
- 1:01:25Speaker 8: you got to make Indeed, I'd be mortified.
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: I'm so jealous.
- 1:01:30Speaker 8: We talked about the guys and the guys who work
- 1:01:32Speaker 8: in construction cranes bring a bucket with them, but it's
- 1:01:34Speaker 8: it's especially equipped bucket.
- 1:01:36Speaker 7: Yeah, it's from ari I or something.
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: There's a chick bucket. She's a she's one of those
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: crane operators you know that build skyscrapers and stuff. And
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: she was answering questions that people have about like you know,
- 1:01:47Speaker 4: how long does it take to get up there? And
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: what do you do if you have to use the restroom?
- 1:01:51Speaker 4: And she was like running through the whole process. She goes, well,
- 1:01:53Speaker 4: I have this, and then I have this, and I'll
- 1:01:55Speaker 4: put something up because people in these other buildings over
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: here can see directly into the where of the crane
- 1:01:59Speaker 4: yea in your past, Yeah, into the cab. They could
- 1:02:01Speaker 4: see what we're doing here there. So I'm like, man,
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: if you're up there, I mean you can do whatever
- 1:02:06Speaker 4: you want. She I thought, like nobody'd be able to
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: see you. Yeah, you'll be tugging and.
- 1:02:11Speaker 7: Just obviously she had a little elevator to get there, right.
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: No, you climb up. Oh really, it's not an elevator.
- 1:02:17Speaker 7: It's not like a Pulley system.
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: No, climbed up. Part is a stairway.
- 1:02:20Speaker 8: Damn you just climbed damn, and you're right menace the
- 1:02:23Speaker 8: r I they have a luggable pooh oh, no, lou sorry,
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: luggable lo portable toilet with metal handle, the whole thing
- 1:02:30Speaker 8: twenty two bucks.
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: It's got a little seat on it.
- 1:02:35Speaker 8: Okay, all right, but they showed test rush.
- 1:02:40Speaker 7: Yeah. Well, they also have a bunch of foods and
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: bags that I want to try, and poos and bags
- 1:02:44Speaker 7: of foods.
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: MENACE's mom sent cookies.
- 1:02:47Speaker 7: She did.
- 1:02:48Speaker 4: She sent these nice cookies.
- 1:02:50Speaker 7: Very decorated.
- 1:02:51Speaker 4: They're not gonna make me pooh right, there's no like
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: these are. She's on the farm a lot.
- 1:02:55Speaker 7: Yeah, valentimes day cookies, rooster feet, their sugar.
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: Cookie heart shaped so ok, frosted.
- 1:03:02Speaker 7: Yeah, My grandmother and her always battling on who can
- 1:03:05Speaker 7: decorate them better? Oh really, yeah, so this is her?
- 1:03:10Speaker 9: Yeah, so's your grandma going to send us because that's
- 1:03:12Speaker 9: what we I'm sure.
- 1:03:14Speaker 7: Yeah, I'll hit her up and I'm like, look, just
- 1:03:17Speaker 7: show them how it's done.
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: You're actually a good person, asked this question two minutes. Yes,
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: because you've told some stories about your mom about like,
- 1:03:24Speaker 4: uh no, she wasn't cool with this, and she had
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: you convinced that if you, uh you had sex with
- 1:03:29Speaker 4: a girl, even if it was like protection on both sides.
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: She's taken the pill, you pull out, and you have
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: two condoms on the one chance of pregnancy segment. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: they're very overprotected. Was there like any rule that your
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: parents have with you that you know now realize it
- 1:03:45Speaker 4: was just totally bizarre, like weird, weird rules that your
- 1:03:48Speaker 4: parents had growing up?
- 1:03:50Speaker 7: Weird rules. Yeah, that was odd. I mean even to like,
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: you know, you talked about how you're a young kid
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: that you would be able to go around the neighborhood,
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: Like I couldn't even leave the block, and probably until
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: I was in like eighth grade, like junior high, and
- 1:04:08Speaker 7: then I was able to go everywhere. Yeah, always like
- 1:04:11Speaker 7: super parannoid about getting kidnapped. Couldn't joined the boy Scouts
- 1:04:14Speaker 7: because you know, molestation allegedly, I couldn't do I can't.
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: I couldn't do any traveling sports because of the same reason.
- 1:04:22Speaker 8: Most Yeah, because she was like I remember that.
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: Being in the eighties, it was like big time. Kidnapping
- 1:04:29Speaker 7: and molestation was like like rampant or it was just
- 1:04:33Speaker 7: like always in the news where it was very Yeah,
- 1:04:37Speaker 7: everybody just thought that everybody's gonna get scooped up.
- 1:04:40Speaker 8: My parents protected me from knowing that because I was
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: never on my radar.
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: Oh dude, all stranger danger, don't yeah, wanted.
- 1:04:48Speaker 7: Yeah, it was over the top because I was really
- 1:04:52Speaker 7: into soccer. I played soccer for like seven years, and
- 1:04:54Speaker 7: I was asked to be on a traveling team and
- 1:04:56Speaker 7: then I couldn't do it because she wouldn't be able
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: if Yeah, who's staying with you at the hotel? Yeah,
- 1:05:02Speaker 7: and stuff like that. So I think, I mean nothing
- 1:05:05Speaker 7: like super crazy weird. I would think. I don't know.
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: There was no like regulations on television. Like I was
- 1:05:13Speaker 7: watching in living color back in the day.
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: That was the weird thing we were allowed to watch
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: in living color. We were allowed to watch the Simpsons,
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: but you know, we weren't allowed to have We weren't
- 1:05:21Speaker 4: allowed to have any of the shirts like Simpsons T shirts.
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: Like when the Simpsons first came out, everybody had like
- 1:05:26Speaker 4: the Bart Simpsons shirt that eat my shorts yep, and
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: different characters. I was not allowed to have.
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: I wore my brothers Underachiever and proud of it, dude,
- 1:05:35Speaker 5: Bart Simpsons shirt, and I.
- 1:05:36Speaker 7: Had school Yeah.
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: Never.
- 1:05:39Speaker 5: Yeah, I was.
- 1:05:41Speaker 7: Watching Revenge of the Nerds these movies and then there's
- 1:05:44Speaker 7: like full on nudity in that. So like no like
- 1:05:47Speaker 7: regulation on television at all, but like regulation on language.
- 1:05:51Speaker 7: And then also you had a thing what he were.
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: It was like the Sugars, Like we were doing sugar.
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: The food stuff was so stree it was a tree.
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: If we had honey nut cheerios that was considered the
- 1:06:03Speaker 4: sugar series.
- 1:06:04Speaker 5: We could have it for dessert sometimes after.
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, they were regulating it, but they're just like, oh,
- 1:06:09Speaker 7: it just didn't it wasn't good, So we didn't have it.
- 1:06:12Speaker 5: Spray butter snack, Well's diet r C Cola. That was
- 1:06:18Speaker 5: the devil's food that we were raised on.
- 1:06:20Speaker 17: It.
- 1:06:21Speaker 5: I never had butter or real coke until I went
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: to college. Wow, it was just margarine and like diet RC.
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: My entire life ended up fat. Yeah, think about it, Yeah,
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: because you get you get out of that and you
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: just like want to have you know, Hostess.
- 1:06:38Speaker 5: Dinner Refreshman eighty five.
- 1:06:40Speaker 7: That's actually I have the same argument that you bring
- 1:06:43Speaker 7: it up when it came to money, because for some reason,
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: very strict on any dollar that I made, even you
- 1:06:50Speaker 7: know when I started working, that I couldn't spend any
- 1:06:53Speaker 7: of my money my mom would go to my work
- 1:06:57Speaker 7: and pick up my check for me, and my bosses
- 1:06:58Speaker 7: would give them to and then I would like, I
- 1:07:01Speaker 7: would never see any of my money. So when I
- 1:07:03Speaker 7: had full control of my own money, like, I went hammers.
- 1:07:09Speaker 5: Yeah, how old were you when she was picking up
- 1:07:11Speaker 5: your check?
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: Like even when I was a teenager I did. I
- 1:07:14Speaker 7: did talk to my manager once. I'm like, dude, what
- 1:07:16Speaker 7: are you doing?
- 1:07:16Speaker 5: And it's a federal crimes.
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: Became so irresponsible with money that for the longest time.
- 1:07:21Speaker 4: When we first met Medicine he was first working on
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: the show, he could not open a bank account, Like
- 1:07:25Speaker 4: a bank would not open an account for him. He
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: had to take every paycheck he got from the station
- 1:07:29Speaker 4: down to the hood to the check catching place. Yeah.
- 1:07:33Speaker 7: Yeah, because I just went like, I just went nuts
- 1:07:35Speaker 7: with it.
- 1:07:36Speaker 4: And how bad do you have to be before the
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: bank won't even let you have an account to keep
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: your money there? I was like, I'm pretty bad. I'm
- 1:07:43Speaker 4: just gonna do what I want. Crazy, So here we'll
- 1:07:46Speaker 4: open it up on the on the phones and on
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: the text. What's a rule that your parents had that
- 1:07:52Speaker 4: you now realize was totally bizarre? Did you did your
- 1:07:54Speaker 4: parents have any Morgan.
- 1:07:56Speaker 5: Not too weird.
- 1:07:57Speaker 10: My dad had a car dealership, though, so they had
- 1:08:00Speaker 10: a tracker in my car, so they knew where I
- 1:08:02Speaker 10: was at all times.
- 1:08:03Speaker 4: Wow, but year was that? So now that's easy twenty ten?
- 1:08:06Speaker 10: Yeah, and then but it texted my dad every time
- 1:08:09Speaker 10: I went over a certain speech.
- 1:08:11Speaker 4: That's pretty full technology for that year. Yeah.
- 1:08:14Speaker 5: And my parents were narks too.
- 1:08:15Speaker 10: They were like, go to school and ask ask your
- 1:08:17Speaker 10: friend's parents if they want to buy any trackers from us,
- 1:08:20Speaker 10: and we'll install them in the.
- 1:08:22Speaker 4: I'm gonna do that, call your dad. Nobody's interested. Sorry,
- 1:08:26Speaker 4: that really cheap. And yeah, were there things that you
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: weren't allowed to have that all the other kids had.
- 1:08:31Speaker 10: I wasn't allowed to have a Facebook when Facebook first
- 1:08:34Speaker 10: came out. Yeah, but I got one behind their backs anyways.
- 1:08:37Speaker 8: But she also remember had secret boyfriends. She was dating
- 1:08:39Speaker 8: all these adults when she was underage.
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: L Well, I knew my parents wouldn't approve of them.
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: So I'm not like over eighteen. He's probably eighteen. I
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: was a freshman. He was a senior.
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: Oh, that's a litle it's not.
- 1:08:51Speaker 7: That's not too bad, depends on the stage. I mean,
- 1:08:54Speaker 7: it was in Arkansas or something.
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: Right now now she's looking for like a solid twenty
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: year age gap.
- 1:09:01Speaker 7: Luckily dating older men when you're younger didn't affect you
- 1:09:04Speaker 7: through life.
- 1:09:04Speaker 5: Oh thank god.
- 1:09:05Speaker 4: Yeah all right, so yeah, question uh for the audience
- 1:09:09Speaker 4: call in text in, what's the rule that your parents
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: had that you now realize was totally weird? Just a
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: weird house rule, a weird rule. Couldn't have this or
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: couldn't do that because of whatever.
- 1:09:21Speaker 5: And maybe you didn't realize it was weird until you
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: brought it up to other people and they're like.
- 1:09:24Speaker 4: No, that's I remember this. Yeah. In the eighties there
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: was an entire satanic panic, like everyone was assuming their
- 1:09:31Speaker 4: cult members were going to steal you from kindergarten human sacrifices.
- 1:09:35Speaker 4: I told you, like, my mom wouldn't allow me to
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: have a jean jacket. Jean jackets were super huge. It's
- 1:09:40Speaker 4: just regular like a like a like a like a
- 1:09:42Speaker 4: like a yeah, like a gap or like a like
- 1:09:44Speaker 4: a wrangler. Levi's kind of just like a regular ass
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: jean jacket. And she said, nope, those are for gangs.
- 1:09:51Speaker 4: Uh No, so that happened to me, like gangs gap
- 1:09:56Speaker 4: jacket where I grew up.
- 1:09:57Speaker 7: All my lands end, all my friends, all my friends
- 1:10:02Speaker 7: wore Ben Davis. So I was like, Okay, I want
- 1:10:05Speaker 7: some Ben Davis. And I told my mom. She's like, oh, yeah,
- 1:10:07Speaker 7: that's like work, that's like work clothes. Yeah, that's cool.
- 1:10:10Speaker 7: So we go to the store and I pick out
- 1:10:12Speaker 7: the shirt and the pants that I want, and this
- 1:10:15Speaker 7: old lady goes up to my mom. She goes, gang
- 1:10:17Speaker 7: members wear those clothes, and then she's like, no, you
- 1:10:20Speaker 7: can't wear Ben David.
- 1:10:21Speaker 4: That's a wrap.
- 1:10:22Speaker 10: Yeah, did you guys get in trouble? Like every time
- 1:10:24Speaker 10: you left the room if you didn't turn the lights
- 1:10:26Speaker 10: off one.
- 1:10:27Speaker 5: Ndred percent of the times. That's normal. Also, we weren't
- 1:10:29Speaker 5: allowed to watch commercials, so if yeah, if there was
- 1:10:32Speaker 5: a show on and a commercial came on, we had
- 1:10:34Speaker 5: to change a channel.
- 1:10:35Speaker 4: Why so you wouldn't ask for it.
- 1:10:38Speaker 5: Probably my dad had a weird relationship with with econ economics.
- 1:10:43Speaker 4: Because like capitalism.
- 1:10:44Speaker 5: Yeah, well because but here's the thing. He was in
- 1:10:48Speaker 5: a lot of the commercials, and so was my brother
- 1:10:51Speaker 5: because he.
- 1:10:51Speaker 4: Was a sports cast. Yeah, and so he.
- 1:10:53Speaker 5: Then the role became no commercials unless I'm in them.
- 1:10:57Speaker 4: It's weird, very very yeah, that's that's very strength.
- 1:11:00Speaker 7: Yeah, so you know how we pay for everything? Yeah,
- 1:11:03Speaker 7: don't yeah, watch it, don't get on.
- 1:11:05Speaker 4: Did you know what the kids are really missing out
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: on now? And I saw it was on some eighties
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: you know retro I g. Account and they show you
- 1:11:14Speaker 4: like all this old you know TV commercials. Different things
- 1:11:17Speaker 4: are driven products from the eighties, Like how cool toy
- 1:11:21Speaker 4: commercials were, Like when you were watching whatever show you
- 1:11:25Speaker 4: were watching and the new thing for the Castle gray
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: Skull came up and it was the know the ad
- 1:11:30Speaker 4: for it or for Lightbrider, for the easy bakeovens and
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: like just I'm saying because all have the same or
- 1:11:37Speaker 4: especially if it was like uh g I Joe power wheels,
- 1:11:41Speaker 4: power wheels, power like yeah, like I want that.
- 1:11:45Speaker 5: So bad, and like the G I Joe You're transplanted
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: a jungle and like thieves and.
- 1:11:52Speaker 4: Green like yeah yeah, yeah, Like the they're missing out
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: on that, Like do they have commercials for toys? And
- 1:11:59Speaker 4: if not, like how do kids know about what the
- 1:12:01Speaker 4: cool toy is? It would make like whole television shows
- 1:12:04Speaker 4: around certain toys too. I guess you know, because there
- 1:12:07Speaker 4: are child influencers like that one kid who just opens up,
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: you know, Ryan, Ryan, Yeah, so that's different. I'm talking
- 1:12:16Speaker 4: like those produced They had like really low level special
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: effects in them and stuff, a lot of like wash effects,
- 1:12:24Speaker 4: and then the thing would come in because we go
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: from yeah, because it would go from you know, the
- 1:12:28Speaker 4: animated version to like kids just holding the action figures
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: and play fighting.
- 1:12:33Speaker 5: Yeah, so good missing out kids. Yeah, those were the best.
- 1:12:38Speaker 4: Rules, all right? So open up the phones eight seven
- 1:12:41Speaker 4: seven forty four, Woodie, what was a weird rule that
- 1:12:44Speaker 4: your parents had growing up? And then also, if you
- 1:12:47Speaker 4: just want to text it over, you can do that too.
- 1:12:49Speaker 4: Over to two two nine eight seven.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: Bar what show by show.
- 1:12:58Speaker 4: Showat burn? Oh my god, text over to two two
- 1:13:08Speaker 4: nine eight seven. Nobody say hi to Diana, Hey Diana, Diana,
- 1:13:14Speaker 4: she's on hold on one second? I was a hold
- 1:13:16Speaker 4: on click over here, and then they go the Eric, Diane,
- 1:13:19Speaker 4: are you there? Hi?
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: Yes?
- 1:13:22Speaker 4: It eventually works, all right. So, what's a weird rule
- 1:13:26Speaker 4: that your parents had growing up?
- 1:13:29Speaker 7: I wasn't allowed to open the door or answer the phone.
- 1:13:33Speaker 4: You're probably like seventeen still yeah, oh yeah, So when
- 1:13:38Speaker 4: they wanted the parent, we were talking about parents. We
- 1:13:40Speaker 4: were talking about parents being super paranoid about the whole
- 1:13:42Speaker 4: kidnapping and yeah, big time over paranoia.
- 1:13:47Speaker 10: I think for my mom it was more was she
- 1:13:49Speaker 10: worried that I would end up pregnant and get married
- 1:13:52Speaker 10: at a.
- 1:13:52Speaker 4: Young age by answering the door. Yeah, who's at the door? Yeah,
- 1:13:57Speaker 4: Johnny Appleson.
- 1:13:58Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm joke's on her though, because now I'm a leslian.
- 1:14:02Speaker 4: Oh take that, mom, she made you lesbian? Right, Yeah?
- 1:14:06Speaker 4: You know who psyched about that though? Yeah? Yeah, he's
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: very happy. Yeah, your dad psyched your lesbian. Yeah.
- 1:14:12Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, that's why Buddy said.
- 1:14:15Speaker 4: He's got two daughters and he's like, please let them
- 1:14:17Speaker 4: grow up to be lesbian. Fingers cross the fingers something.
- 1:14:21Speaker 4: All right, Diana, thank you for the call. I appreciate
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: you listening to the Woodies show. All right, So what
- 1:14:25Speaker 4: said you're welcome. What's a weird rule that your parents
- 1:14:28Speaker 4: had growing up? Eight seven seven forty four?
- 1:14:32Speaker 5: Are you scared for your safety?
- 1:14:33Speaker 4: That's a complicated question. So being here today, if I
- 1:14:36Speaker 4: say the wrong word, I.
- 1:14:37Speaker 8: Could be charged with as a that's a complicated question.
- 1:14:40Speaker 18: So being here today, if I say the wrong word
- 1:14:43Speaker 18: to any.
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: Man, I can be charging.
- 1:14:46Speaker 4: And back to the Woody Show. Yeah, so what's a
- 1:14:50Speaker 4: what's a weird rule that your parents had, either like
- 1:14:54Speaker 4: a house rule or just for you growing up? This
- 1:14:59Speaker 4: one said, my parent has had a lot of weird rules.
- 1:15:01Speaker 4: One rule I could never understood. My friends couldn't come
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: inside the play We always had to play outside. Oh
- 1:15:06Speaker 4: don't want you mess in the place up. Yeah, that's normal,
- 1:15:10Speaker 4: gred parents totally no kids ever. Someone said I wasn't
- 1:15:15Speaker 4: allowed to go to any sleepovers because my dad didn't
- 1:15:18Speaker 4: want anybody coming over to our house to sleep over.
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: Favor I get that. This one says it wasn't allowed
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: to watch anything that depicted a dysfunctional family because my
- 1:15:29Speaker 4: parents were worried I would realize that this was us. Yeah,
- 1:15:33Speaker 4: well we weren't allowed to watch you know, MTV really
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: no TV or uh no, Married with Children? I watched
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: it still.
- 1:15:43Speaker 5: Sure, Yeah, Jerry Springer Married with Children those my favorites.
- 1:15:47Speaker 4: Yeah, well Jerry Springer wasn't it. I felt like I
- 1:15:49Speaker 4: didn't watch Jerry spring until I was older, but when
- 1:15:51Speaker 4: I was a kid in the house.
- 1:15:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:15:53Speaker 4: Now, keep in mind I got setting off to that
- 1:15:57Speaker 4: boarding school when I was fifteen, so much anything team
- 1:16:00Speaker 4: was really like you know. So I'm out of the
- 1:16:02Speaker 4: house at.
- 1:16:02Speaker 7: That point, so you're seeing all the restrictions worked. Yeah, yeah, all.
- 1:16:07Speaker 4: They all worked. Yeah yeah yeah. But we did watch
- 1:16:09Speaker 4: a Living Color.
- 1:16:11Speaker 7: Yeah by cizens.
- 1:16:13Speaker 8: I'm watching all the Living Color clips now that pop up,
- 1:16:15Speaker 8: and that was easily the most un PC show. Yeah,
- 1:16:19Speaker 8: I think ever ye hold up the clown. It's not
- 1:16:22Speaker 8: I don't think it's I don't. But they make disabled gays,
- 1:16:27Speaker 8: every race, every sex.
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: That's why it's good because it's fair. It's everybody. It
- 1:16:31Speaker 4: wasn't like it was picking on any one particular group
- 1:16:33Speaker 4: of people.
- 1:16:34Speaker 3: They picked on you.
- 1:16:35Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 1:16:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I just picked onick on everybody. Uh, let's see
- 1:16:39Speaker 4: eight seven seven forty four Woodie, let's go to a Aron. Hey,
- 1:16:43Speaker 4: what's up, Aaron?
- 1:16:45Speaker 16: Hey, good morning Aaron.
- 1:16:48Speaker 4: So, uh, what was the weird rule in your house?
- 1:16:52Speaker 16: My mom was super strict with us in video games,
- 1:16:55Speaker 16: So we weren't allowed to play Monday through Thursday or
- 1:16:59Speaker 16: Sunday through Thursday, and we were only allowed to play
- 1:17:01Speaker 16: on Fridays and Saturdays. But the kinds of games we
- 1:17:04Speaker 16: weren't allowed to play, like, we weren't allowed to play
- 1:17:06Speaker 16: any war games because she thought we would be influenced
- 1:17:09Speaker 16: to enlist in they.
- 1:17:12Speaker 7: Yeah, get inspired as well as.
- 1:17:15Speaker 16: Like any GTA games. She thought we'd want to be gangsters,
- 1:17:19Speaker 16: and she was very like, she was like, no, we
- 1:17:23Speaker 16: couldn't play those. So I would always go to my
- 1:17:25Speaker 16: cousin's house growing up and they had all the games,
- 1:17:28Speaker 16: and I used to play those games for a while.
- 1:17:31Speaker 16: Then she found out and I wasn't allowed to go
- 1:17:33Speaker 16: to my cousin's houses anymore.
- 1:17:35Speaker 4: Yeah, there'd have been no way, dude, if grand Theft
- 1:17:37Speaker 4: Datta was a thing we did like at the time.
- 1:17:40Speaker 8: Moral Combat was highly controversial when it first came out.
- 1:17:43Speaker 8: It was all the blood. Yeah, oh, because they had
- 1:17:45Speaker 8: blood versions and non blood versions of of the original
- 1:17:47Speaker 8: Wortlal Combat.
- 1:17:48Speaker 4: I think we've talked about it before, but I remember
- 1:17:49Speaker 4: there was a note that went out from the school
- 1:17:51Speaker 4: to all the parents in the school district about leisure
- 1:17:54Speaker 4: Suit Larry like pixelated like eight bit. Yeah, it was
- 1:18:02Speaker 4: so bad, just computer game stupid. That dot Com I
- 1:18:08Speaker 4: don't remember. Yeah, ROMP dot com was the best. I remember.
- 1:18:11Speaker 5: It was so nuts.
- 1:18:12Speaker 4: The neighbor kid had it. It was on the big
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: fl was on the floppy disks and you loaded that
- 1:18:16Speaker 4: but yeah, it was.
- 1:18:17Speaker 7: Yeah, it was a flash game of like trying to
- 1:18:19Speaker 7: like get laid.
- 1:18:21Speaker 4: I had to drink a huge glass of milk every
- 1:18:23Speaker 4: morning as a kid because my parents believed it would
- 1:18:25Speaker 4: make me grow tall. I'm lactose intolerant, so it just
- 1:18:27Speaker 4: made me feel sick and wrecked my stomach.
- 1:18:29Speaker 5: Oh, speaking of milk, we had to if we were
- 1:18:32Speaker 5: going to eat peanut butter, we had to drink milk
- 1:18:34Speaker 5: to quote activate the protein. No idea what that means?
- 1:18:38Speaker 5: We does anyone know what that means?
- 1:18:40Speaker 7: I grew up on milk, though certain amino acids just
- 1:18:43Speaker 7: had to be complimentary.
- 1:18:44Speaker 5: Sure, my dad definitely didn't know that.
- 1:18:47Speaker 4: As a preteen, my parents gave me a seven pm
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: bedtime during the summer. I would go to bed with
- 1:18:51Speaker 4: the sun still up and hear my teenage brother outside.
- 1:18:54Speaker 4: It sucked.
- 1:18:55Speaker 7: That's messed up.
- 1:18:57Speaker 4: I wasn't allowed in early bedtime, sleeping in, no naps.
- 1:19:01Speaker 4: Never got a reason as to why I wasn't allowed
- 1:19:03Speaker 4: to be in my room during the day, So I
- 1:19:05Speaker 4: purposely get in trouble so I could sit in my
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: room and read.
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: Oh read backwards?
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: Wow, Yeah, maybe that's why they did. It's so weird
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: eight seven seven forty four. Woodie text over to two
- 1:19:16Speaker 4: two nine eight seven. I'd imagine you had some pretty
- 1:19:19Speaker 4: weird ass rules, Tyler. Yeah, you seem like a guy
- 1:19:23Speaker 4: like I just based on a couple of things that
- 1:19:25Speaker 4: we've heard here and there.
- 1:19:26Speaker 7: Yeah, I was home school.
- 1:19:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I was the.
- 1:19:28Speaker 12: Oldest of a Christian family. So my parents did not
- 1:19:32Speaker 12: allow anything that had to do with like magic. It
- 1:19:35Speaker 12: wasn't allowed to have Pokemon because the whole creation versus
- 1:19:38Speaker 12: evolution thing was big deal at the time.
- 1:19:40Speaker 7: Wait what Pokemon?
- 1:19:42Speaker 4: Oh yeah, Pokemon. Yeah, there was that whole thing.
- 1:19:45Speaker 7: So, oh, your anti Harry Potter, right.
- 1:19:49Speaker 12: Yeah, yeah, so that has to do with like the
- 1:19:50Speaker 12: magic thing. So I never read any of the Harry
- 1:19:52Speaker 12: Potter books. Wasn't allowed to do uh or wasn't allowed
- 1:19:56Speaker 12: to watch Simpson, South Park, none of that stuff. So yeah,
- 1:20:00Speaker 12: but I hated it because they told me all this
- 1:20:03Speaker 12: when I was the like the young one, and then
- 1:20:06Speaker 12: by the time my youngest brother comes around, there's only
- 1:20:08Speaker 12: eight years between us.
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: They let him do whatever he wants. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 1:20:13Speaker 4: not nine texting over. Wasn't allowed to watch or read
- 1:20:15Speaker 4: Harry Potter because my mom was told that it was
- 1:20:18Speaker 4: celebrating witchcraft, and so that was the end of that.
- 1:20:21Speaker 5: But like with magic, like a card trick, was that
- 1:20:24Speaker 5: considered magic that they.
- 1:20:25Speaker 12: Didn't really care as much. It was the whole like witches,
- 1:20:28Speaker 12: wizards like.
- 1:20:29Speaker 4: Stuff like that weren't allowed to go trig or treated
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: me because it was the Devil's holiday. All right, that's fun.
- 1:20:34Speaker 4: I couldn't get my ears pierced because my mom said
- 1:20:36Speaker 4: that only whores have pierced ear.
- 1:20:40Speaker 7: Noise.
- 1:20:40Speaker 4: I relate.
- 1:20:41Speaker 5: I didn't get my ears. I was thirty because my
- 1:20:43Speaker 5: dad said, thirty, if God wanted holes in your ear lobes,
- 1:20:46Speaker 5: he would have put them there. So I got my Wait.
- 1:20:50Speaker 4: So clarification, is this a I know, tattoos are a
- 1:20:54Speaker 4: jew thing, you know, like you can't get buried in
- 1:20:56Speaker 4: the Jewish temple they traditionally it could have been in tattoos.
- 1:21:00Speaker 5: That could have been it that it was along those Yeah,
- 1:21:03Speaker 5: But then I was thirty and I did it, and
- 1:21:05Speaker 5: I was so nervous that he'd see it. And he
- 1:21:08Speaker 5: never said a word, and I was like, did you
- 1:21:09Speaker 5: see He goes, what are you talking about? He totally
- 1:21:11Speaker 5: forgot You're thirty thirty, And I was like, oh, I'm
- 1:21:16Speaker 5: so bad.
- 1:21:17Speaker 4: My best friend's mother had a rule that everyone who
- 1:21:19Speaker 4: sits down at the dinner table must eat a flintstone
- 1:21:22Speaker 4: vitamin before dinner, whether you actually lived there or not.
- 1:21:26Speaker 4: This is something that went on not only when we
- 1:21:28Speaker 4: were in high school, but she even did it when
- 1:21:29Speaker 4: we were in our mid twies. Lucky were good.
- 1:21:35Speaker 5: They were not good.
- 1:21:36Speaker 4: It's right now, awesome. No, those were good. Dude, candy hot.
- 1:21:43Speaker 5: Like they're like double pants but chalkier dino. Yeah, red
- 1:21:50Speaker 5: orange purple r.
- 1:21:52Speaker 4: Yeah, there was a green joint. Yeah, but it wasn't dino, a.
- 1:21:54Speaker 5: Green one orange purple.
- 1:21:56Speaker 4: That was a treat. That was good. My sister and
- 1:21:59Speaker 4: I bought a condo together and moved out of our parents' house,
- 1:22:02Speaker 4: but they have our location and they would constantly check it.
- 1:22:05Speaker 4: Plus we would get in trouble quote unquote when they
- 1:22:07Speaker 4: would see that we were not home early, or if
- 1:22:09Speaker 4: we slept over at a boyfriend's house. No, if you
- 1:22:14Speaker 4: didn't come home that night. Weird rule that my mom
- 1:22:16Speaker 4: had for me. My mom wouldn't let me shave above
- 1:22:19Speaker 4: the knee. She said only hookers did that. What rose?
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: No shaving above.
- 1:22:27Speaker 9: You?
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: No I should see or feel that area up there.
- 1:22:31Speaker 4: I couldn't wear hoodies because parents said the gang members
- 1:22:35Speaker 4: were them. That was a big time. I remember, like
- 1:22:37Speaker 4: after that whole Trayvon Martin thing, like, hoodies were out
- 1:22:41Speaker 4: for a while really because you remember the old Trayvon
- 1:22:44Speaker 4: Martin story he had the hoodie walking through the neighborhood
- 1:22:47Speaker 4: and dude shot him.
- 1:22:48Speaker 5: Remember that affecting anyone else hoodies.
- 1:22:51Speaker 4: Well, because it freaked people out because you know, this
- 1:22:54Speaker 4: kid was just walking through a neighborhood and had a hoodie, right,
- 1:22:57Speaker 4: and so they're like, nope, it's hey, you know what
- 1:23:00Speaker 4: have been the hoodie? Yeah? Yeah, A lot of the
- 1:23:02Speaker 4: stuff doesn't make sense about people freak out.
- 1:23:04Speaker 7: When I was in high school, sagging your parts was big.
- 1:23:07Speaker 7: Oh oh yeah, my god.
- 1:23:10Speaker 5: Parents eight they saw the band of your underwear.
- 1:23:14Speaker 4: They couldn't have any Raiders gear because they were gang members.
- 1:23:18Speaker 8: And actually true, that's how Cowboys fan. Also, the team sucks,
- 1:23:22Speaker 8: so you gotta go on that one.
- 1:23:25Speaker 4: My parents would not allow us to play with the
- 1:23:27Speaker 4: deck of cards because they were graphic and satanic.
- 1:23:31Speaker 5: Graphic head Oh my god.
- 1:23:35Speaker 4: Yeah. When I was a freshman, my brother was a senior,
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: we were only allowed to go out together. So I
- 1:23:41Speaker 4: was partying with adults way too early. It kind of backfired.
- 1:23:44Speaker 5: Oh yeah.
- 1:23:46Speaker 4: We wanted to have friends no matter what, even if
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: my parents were home supervising. To this day, it feels
- 1:23:51Speaker 4: weird to have company over to my house and I'm
- 1:23:53Speaker 4: thirty nine.
- 1:23:54Speaker 5: Oh my god, that's weird.
- 1:23:56Speaker 7: Weird their friends over, friend's over. I think it's yeah.
- 1:24:00Speaker 4: Uh yeah, I couldn't. Yeah, we were right on that
- 1:24:02Speaker 4: one already. Okay, yeah, I'm just telling you, man, there's like,
- 1:24:05Speaker 4: uh uh was allowed to eat past six pm because
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: the kitchen was closed for the day.
- 1:24:11Speaker 6: My grandma used to do that. The kitchen is closed.
- 1:24:14Speaker 5: Yeah, I feel like family. Maybe, Tyler, maybe you could
- 1:24:16Speaker 5: realise it. I don't know. But people with a lot
- 1:24:18Speaker 5: of kids, so they're not constantly rooting through the cupboards
- 1:24:21Speaker 5: and fridge. They're just like, no more people in the.
- 1:24:23Speaker 7: You had the key to the food, right a fat
- 1:24:26Speaker 7: little kids.
- 1:24:27Speaker 4: It makes sense this one. We had a community drink
- 1:24:30Speaker 4: cup by the sink. We used it. If you got thirsty,
- 1:24:33Speaker 4: you got washed every two days or so, Thank you.
- 1:24:37Speaker 4: I was only allowed to go to a friend's house
- 1:24:38Speaker 4: or have a friend over once a week, and not
- 1:24:40Speaker 4: a day more. Okay, well these are just lazy parents.
- 1:24:44Speaker 4: Yeah uh well, somebody said that their parents were big, like, oh,
- 1:24:47Speaker 4: well if you went out last week and you're not
- 1:24:49Speaker 4: going out this weekend because they didn't want to create
- 1:24:52Speaker 4: like us, Like you're just gonna be partying all the time,
- 1:24:54Speaker 4: Like it's a once in a while thing. You go
- 1:24:56Speaker 4: out every once in a while, but not every week. Yeah,
- 1:24:58Speaker 4: the curtains had to be open as soon as we
- 1:24:59Speaker 4: woke ups. The neighbors wouldn't think we slept.
- 1:25:01Speaker 5: In That's what would people think.
- 1:25:06Speaker 4: Yeah. I wasn't allowed to wear clothes had faces on them,
- 1:25:09Speaker 4: just playing T shirts or a shirt with like a
- 1:25:11Speaker 4: soccer ball or something on it. Don't step on the
- 1:25:14Speaker 4: bath mat with wet feet was a rule in our house.
- 1:25:16Speaker 5: Isn't that what they're for.
- 1:25:17Speaker 4: We weren't allowed to listen to Christian music. We were
- 1:25:20Speaker 4: only allowed to listen to Christian music in my house.
- 1:25:22Speaker 4: That sucks. Oh. Whenever my sister had a friend over
- 1:25:26Speaker 4: and it was time for dinner, my mom would make
- 1:25:28Speaker 4: her friends sit in the other room while we ate.
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: What She never offered to let her friends join us
- 1:25:33Speaker 4: or turn on the TV. In the bitch.
- 1:25:36Speaker 7: Oh yeah, that's psychotic music, Tyler. Would you like into
- 1:25:39Speaker 7: like fly leaf and stuff like that.
- 1:25:41Speaker 12: Yeah, so I was only I was only allowed to
- 1:25:44Speaker 12: listen to like Christian music until I was like in
- 1:25:46Speaker 12: junior high. So, but I would kind of sneak around that.
- 1:25:49Speaker 12: I remember one time my mom went through my old
- 1:25:51Speaker 12: MP three player and found like all the non Christian
- 1:25:54Speaker 12: songs on there.
- 1:25:58Speaker 4: Well, that wouldn't be very Christian, killing you. I wasn't
- 1:26:02Speaker 4: allowed to bleach my hair, but I could color it darker.
- 1:26:05Speaker 4: My identical twin sister wasn't allowed to darken her hair,
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: but she could bleach it. Well, that was to keep
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: telling them apart, no turning on the lights storing a
- 1:26:12Speaker 4: lightning storm because the lightning would see us. I don't
- 1:26:17Speaker 4: even know what that means. Yeah, Like I remember like home,
- 1:26:20Speaker 4: like don't be on the phone if there was a thunderstorm, like,
- 1:26:22Speaker 4: don't be on the phone. Also, no showering there.
- 1:26:25Speaker 5: Was a storm the phone was a big one though.
- 1:26:27Speaker 4: Yeah. Eight seven seven forty four, Woody text over to
- 1:26:30Speaker 4: two two nine eight seven. What's a weird rule that
- 1:26:32Speaker 4: your parents had growing up, seabask can you think of
- 1:26:35Speaker 4: any more like your parents?
- 1:26:36Speaker 8: It was the weirdest house by far, just because again homeschool,
- 1:26:39Speaker 8: although we weren't a Christian homeschool, we were at it
- 1:26:41Speaker 8: worked anti government homeschool.
- 1:26:43Speaker 7: Uh so it was it seemed all normal to you. Yeah,
- 1:26:46Speaker 7: but I didn't.
- 1:26:47Speaker 8: But there weren't strict rules. It was just we you know,
- 1:26:49Speaker 8: we no sugar cereals. We were all We all rode
- 1:26:52Speaker 8: around in a fifteen passenger church van.
- 1:26:57Speaker 7: You share the story of all the manure that you
- 1:26:58Speaker 7: would put just openly.
- 1:27:00Speaker 8: And because we would always fight in the backseat, which
- 1:27:02Speaker 8: is in a fifteen passenger van, way is out of
- 1:27:05Speaker 8: arms reached from my mom up front. She installed with
- 1:27:08Speaker 8: PVC pipes and and phone and like the little conical
- 1:27:12Speaker 8: of cones and intercom system, so she would have dangling.
- 1:27:16Speaker 4: By herself and the driver's.
- 1:27:18Speaker 8: Seat a piece of home so she could yell at
- 1:27:21Speaker 8: us in the back that would stop stop hitting your brother,
- 1:27:25Speaker 8: you know that sort of thing.
- 1:27:27Speaker 7: She also, yeah, she she rigged.
- 1:27:29Speaker 8: Up a VC P on a vcrvide except player because
- 1:27:33Speaker 8: that's that's cheaper. And she would go to the library
- 1:27:36Speaker 8: and rip tapes off from the library dub those onto tape,
- 1:27:40Speaker 8: so on road trips we would watch a little TV
- 1:27:42Speaker 8: that she hot rated this fact before iPads.
- 1:27:45Speaker 7: Of course she was a chief. She she rigged into that.
- 1:27:48Speaker 8: She rewired the cigarette lighter because she needed more outlets
- 1:27:51Speaker 8: to plug the VCP and the TV.
- 1:27:53Speaker 4: And so we wonder, like where Sea baskets is need
- 1:27:55Speaker 4: to always have a project creating these things.
- 1:27:59Speaker 5: And the FBI warning on the front of those tapes.
- 1:28:01Speaker 8: I guess not not the library but O mega po.
- 1:28:05Speaker 8: We acted mega poor, but we had a good childhood.
- 1:28:08Speaker 8: Like we always bought food from the Dale Bakery. Yeah,
- 1:28:11Speaker 8: we always shopped at All of our first clothes came
- 1:28:14Speaker 8: from the thrift store. Uh you know, we we we we.
- 1:28:18Speaker 8: I lived in Salvation Army growing up. And but I
- 1:28:22Speaker 8: my dad had a good job. But I guess with
- 1:28:23Speaker 8: four kids and whatever, just stretch it.
- 1:28:25Speaker 12: Yeah damn So that's why you throw a change on
- 1:28:27Speaker 12: the groundud because you don't need.
- 1:28:28Speaker 4: It, right, Yeah, damn right. Yeah. It explains a lot
- 1:28:31Speaker 4: when when when you hear it.
- 1:28:34Speaker 8: And she was she was the meanest, strictest mom, but
- 1:28:37Speaker 8: it wasn't it rules in general, we had the like
- 1:28:39Speaker 8: I remember the first year the Simpsons came out, we
- 1:28:41Speaker 8: were allowed to watch. But I think they just did
- 1:28:43Speaker 8: that because other parents were doing it, and then they
- 1:28:44Speaker 8: watched it and they were like, that's fine whatever, who
- 1:28:46Speaker 8: cares uh.
- 1:28:47Speaker 4: As cartoons go, this is damn right downright witty.
- 1:28:50Speaker 8: It was a lot like MENACE's house, where we were
- 1:28:52Speaker 8: watching our movies all the time. They they content wise,
- 1:28:55Speaker 8: they didn't really care.
- 1:28:56Speaker 4: It was same. It wasn't a it wasn't religious based
- 1:28:59Speaker 4: our weirdness.
- 1:29:00Speaker 5: I remember watching Revenge of the Nerds and someone came
- 1:29:02Speaker 5: over and they go, why are you letting your kids
- 1:29:04Speaker 5: watch that? And my mom goes, because it has a
- 1:29:06Speaker 5: good message.
- 1:29:09Speaker 7: Yeah, and we got bush.
- 1:29:10Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 1:29:12Speaker 4: Text over to two two nine eighty seven. Hey, no
- 1:29:15Speaker 4: shaving above the knee.
- 1:29:16Speaker 5: Thank you, there you go.
- 1:29:18Speaker 2: Eight.
- 1:29:18Speaker 4: Nothing but a jap thanks eight. Nothing but a SoCal
- 1:29:22Speaker 4: sports day with the g Jeff Cercy unteaus up. Thank
- 1:29:28Speaker 4: you all right, dumbass Tyler and for Jeff g again today.
- 1:29:30Speaker 12: Well let's get it started with the Olympics first, because
- 1:29:33Speaker 12: the boys of Team USA men hockey finally took the
- 1:29:35Speaker 12: ice yesterday.
- 1:29:36Speaker 16: He dropping good back off the play by the back
- 1:29:38Speaker 16: back for.
- 1:29:38Speaker 4: Cout doctor Cat.
- 1:29:41Speaker 12: That was brock Nelson's second goal of the game, helping
- 1:29:43Speaker 12: give the US the five to one win over lot Via.
- 1:29:46Speaker 12: Their next pool game will be tomorrow in a Valentine's
- 1:29:48Speaker 12: Day special against Denmark. Elsewhere, for the US, they earn
- 1:29:51Speaker 12: two more medals yesterday with the bronze and women's cross
- 1:29:53Speaker 12: country skiing and a silver and women's snowboard halfpipe. Looking
- 1:29:56Speaker 12: at an updated metal count, Italy leads everyone with eighteen
- 1:29:58Speaker 12: total medals, Norway is an second with sixteen, and the
- 1:30:01Speaker 12: US is in third with fourteen. For gold medals, Norway
- 1:30:03Speaker 12: leads with eight, Italy is second with six, and the
- 1:30:06Speaker 12: US isn't a four way tie for third place with four,
- 1:30:08Speaker 12: with four more additional gold medals up for grabs later today.
- 1:30:11Speaker 12: Moving to basketball, the Lakers last night took on a
- 1:30:13Speaker 12: Mavericks team with no Cooper.
- 1:30:14Speaker 4: Flag's gold Furman times.
- 1:30:20Speaker 12: This one was an easy win, with the Lakers coming
- 1:30:22Speaker 12: out on top one twenty four to one oh four.
- 1:30:24Speaker 12: Lebron also became the oldest player to record a triple double.
- 1:30:27Speaker 12: Just really celebrating a dude for doing the job he's
- 1:30:29Speaker 12: being paid to due cool. The Lakers are now done
- 1:30:31Speaker 12: and going to the All Star Break with a thirty
- 1:30:32Speaker 12: three and twenty one record. Speaking of that break, the
- 1:30:35Speaker 12: All Star Game and festivities are into it Dome this weekend,
- 1:30:38Speaker 12: with the three Point Contest set to kick things off
- 1:30:40Speaker 12: tomorrow at five, followed by the actual game on Sunday.
- 1:30:42Speaker 12: In college basketball, UCLA has a tough task and goes
- 1:30:45Speaker 12: into ann Arbor to take on number two Michigan with
- 1:30:47Speaker 12: tip off at nine forty five tomorrow morning. And in baseball,
- 1:30:50Speaker 12: the Dodgers finally have pitchers and catchers reporting to camel
- 1:30:53Speaker 12: Back Ranch this morning. They will be without Anthony Bonda,
- 1:30:55Speaker 12: who was traded yesterday to Minnesota for international bonus pool money,
- 1:30:59Speaker 12: but they did bring back some familiar faces in both
- 1:31:01Speaker 12: Max Munsey and keyk Hernandez, with them both signing one
- 1:31:04Speaker 12: year deals and extensions to come back to La Dumbass.
- 1:31:07Speaker 4: Tyler and that's are so cow sports. Alright, thank you
- 1:31:11Speaker 4: very much, Tyler, appreciate you filling in from Jeff, Jean
- 1:31:14Speaker 4: has been out of the country, and we begin another
- 1:31:23Speaker 4: new hour insensitivity training for a politically correct world. Woody
- 1:31:27Speaker 4: Greg Menace, Gina gras Ce Mass is yaw, Sammy is yaw.
- 1:31:32Speaker 4: Hello they got Morgan? Yeah you know? Phones open eight
- 1:31:37Speaker 4: seven seven forty four. Woode text over to two two
- 1:31:39Speaker 4: nine eight seven I do have something for genastening. I
- 1:31:43Speaker 4: remember Gena told the story about how her step son
- 1:31:48Speaker 4: he got this bike from my wife and I it's
- 1:31:51Speaker 4: my my son's bike that he wasn't using anymore, but
- 1:31:55Speaker 4: we had it, you know, all cleaned up and whatever
- 1:31:57Speaker 4: Christmas present. Yeah, and then Gina and her husband get
- 1:32:00Speaker 4: of it to their stepson and he is man. He's
- 1:32:03Speaker 4: never lived in a neighborhood. We can just bike around,
- 1:32:05Speaker 4: so this is yeah, it's his big thing. And he's
- 1:32:08Speaker 4: with all the other kids in the neighborhood. And they
- 1:32:10Speaker 4: started a bicycle gang no quote unquote.
- 1:32:14Speaker 7: Yeah, he's a bicycle gang wearing jean jackets.
- 1:32:17Speaker 4: Well that's what he is, the co leader of the gang.
- 1:32:22Speaker 4: And I cut and I asked what the requirements were
- 1:32:24Speaker 4: to get into this bicycle gang.
- 1:32:26Speaker 5: There's three requirements.
- 1:32:27Speaker 4: You have to be able to do a wheelie, you
- 1:32:29Speaker 4: have to be able to hop the curb, and you
- 1:32:32Speaker 4: have to be able to quote burn rubber. They came
- 1:32:36Speaker 4: up with the name. They came up with the name
- 1:32:38Speaker 4: for this little bicycle game gang, and it's called Puking Scorpions. Yeah,
- 1:32:44Speaker 4: like Sons of Anarchy. They are the Puking Scorpions.
- 1:32:47Speaker 5: They wanted to sound scary and badass, and I think so.
- 1:32:51Speaker 4: I said to myself, you know, I'm always down for
- 1:32:55Speaker 4: really dragging a joke out. So I went online and
- 1:32:59Speaker 4: I did you know, through a I I came up
- 1:33:01Speaker 4: with a like a logo for the puking scorpions, like
- 1:33:05Speaker 4: you would see like on the back of like a
- 1:33:07Speaker 4: cut for a motorcycle gang or a motorcycle club. And
- 1:33:12Speaker 4: I had this U. I had this logo done up
- 1:33:14Speaker 4: and then the logo came out cool. And then I
- 1:33:16Speaker 4: remember seeing about this company those custom patches, and I'm like,
- 1:33:19Speaker 4: he's got to get like a patch and can give
- 1:33:21Speaker 4: these patches out to his friends. Well, I had them
- 1:33:23Speaker 4: made up and they arrived yesterday. Check out the puking
- 1:33:27Speaker 4: Scorpions patch. These are these are aren't by the way
- 1:33:32Speaker 4: they're there. They're individually red.
- 1:33:34Speaker 8: I'd say it's like hot topics style. It's a hot
- 1:33:36Speaker 8: red scorpion barfing out like black barrear.
- 1:33:42Speaker 4: It says puking scorpion. It's a it's a metallic thread
- 1:33:45Speaker 4: puking scorpion BC for bicycle club. And then on the
- 1:33:48Speaker 4: body says ride or spew. And first first attempt AI
- 1:33:54Speaker 4: generated logo A plus. Those are quality there. Actually, look,
- 1:34:01Speaker 4: all you haters can suck it.
- 1:34:03Speaker 5: He's look, he's gonna freak out.
- 1:34:07Speaker 4: I can't believe this because the logos cool. Oh yeah
- 1:34:11Speaker 4: that patch then let me see. So I went on
- 1:34:13Speaker 4: there and it's like, do you want this kind of
- 1:34:15Speaker 4: thing or do you want to Oh no, we're gonna
- 1:34:16Speaker 4: get this and then you want it to be just
- 1:34:19Speaker 4: a sow on or like an iron I'm like, oh no,
- 1:34:21Speaker 4: we're going iron on and do you want this? You
- 1:34:22Speaker 4: want the premium this like we're going premium die cut. Yeah,
- 1:34:27Speaker 4: so I got I got ten of them. Dude, Well
- 1:34:29Speaker 4: you're not which which now you have nine? Because I
- 1:34:31Speaker 4: can't I.
- 1:34:31Speaker 7: Did keep on you thank you?
- 1:34:33Speaker 5: Oh my god, I can't believe you did this? What
- 1:34:35Speaker 5: he strikes again?
- 1:34:36Speaker 4: They look they look super cool.
- 1:34:38Speaker 18: Bad.
- 1:34:40Speaker 4: Now he's got to decide what he's going to put
- 1:34:41Speaker 4: that on.
- 1:34:42Speaker 5: Yeah, I'll probably have to iron him on something for
- 1:34:44Speaker 5: all the kids.
- 1:34:45Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:34:45Speaker 5: I hope I'm going to have him give him out,
- 1:34:48Speaker 5: Like how do you give them out? Like ceremoniously, like
- 1:34:51Speaker 5: to the kids the club?
- 1:34:54Speaker 4: The club has to How does angels do it? Can
- 1:34:57Speaker 4: we jump in the sons of anarchy. Who what are
- 1:34:59Speaker 4: you a member of?
- 1:35:00Speaker 2: Do it?
- 1:35:01Speaker 5: That's a good question. These are incredible.
- 1:35:02Speaker 4: First of all, you have prospects right right, and then
- 1:35:04Speaker 4: they have to all vote. Everybody votes to see if
- 1:35:07Speaker 4: they're going to become a full patched member.
- 1:35:09Speaker 5: Looks good man?
- 1:35:10Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah you do.
- 1:35:11Speaker 4: You want to be a full patched member of Puking Scorpion, dude.
- 1:35:14Speaker 5: And it's like blood and blood out right, like that's
- 1:35:17Speaker 5: how you get in. That's how you get it, the
- 1:35:18Speaker 5: only way out.
- 1:35:19Speaker 10: Oh well, when I was a little girl, me and
- 1:35:21Speaker 10: my friends, we would like prick each other and bleed
- 1:35:23Speaker 10: and then we'd put each other's blood in our body.
- 1:35:26Speaker 5: That's how you get like things should do something.
- 1:35:30Speaker 4: Who's got the patch? You got here?
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: That's the it's the you know, these are incredible.
- 1:35:36Speaker 4: Dude, I'll tell you that. Let me find I wanted
- 1:35:38Speaker 4: to see if they were out legit. Yeah. First I
- 1:35:42Speaker 4: wanted to see if it was really going to be yeah, good,
- 1:35:46Speaker 4: good quality.
- 1:35:46Speaker 5: And you paid full freight for these?
- 1:35:48Speaker 4: Oh yeah, they are so I think ten all together
- 1:35:53Speaker 4: it was like four hundred and sixty bucks.
- 1:35:56Speaker 5: That's not true.
- 1:35:57Speaker 4: It is true because I did I did rush order,
- 1:36:00Speaker 4: I did metallic thread. I did doc I did every
- 1:36:02Speaker 4: all the top level stuff I did for these top
- 1:36:05Speaker 4: of the line, top of the line. I spared no expense.
- 1:36:07Speaker 8: I would have just like TWI are you serious, Yeah,
- 1:36:10Speaker 8: because I order custom magnets all the time.
- 1:36:13Speaker 4: And yeah, you know, use of this custom it's custom
- 1:36:16Speaker 4: patch Factory. Again the rush and it came from China. Yeah,
- 1:36:20Speaker 4: it's it's the rush short of thing. But they were
- 1:36:22Speaker 4: very good, Like when I sent the logo over to
- 1:36:24Speaker 4: them and whatever, they sent the proof right back right
- 1:36:26Speaker 4: away for just the artwork. And then they did one.
- 1:36:28Speaker 4: They manufactured one, and they send a picture of the
- 1:36:30Speaker 4: actual manufactured one. I go, yep, looks good. They keep
- 1:36:34Speaker 4: in the process the whole time, and they were fast
- 1:36:35Speaker 4: and it got here. Yeah, Custom patch Factory is is
- 1:36:39Speaker 4: what it was. And yeah, I mean you can you
- 1:36:42Speaker 4: can go obviously, you can go way cheaper and you
- 1:36:45Speaker 4: can get like just more like a like a basic one.
- 1:36:47Speaker 4: But I mean doing this, I'm saying, if we're doing this,
- 1:36:50Speaker 4: let's do it.
- 1:36:52Speaker 5: You you go too far to these children go you
- 1:36:55Speaker 5: know what I'm saying.
- 1:36:57Speaker 7: Let's go to patches.
- 1:36:58Speaker 5: Let's go kids in the neighborhood, in your neighborhood. You're
- 1:37:02Speaker 5: going to see riding around with this patch on.
- 1:37:04Speaker 10: Great, that's gonna be cool when you scott one, when
- 1:37:05Speaker 10: you're all driving around, then.
- 1:37:08Speaker 7: You'll pull over and then you'll show your patch.
- 1:37:10Speaker 5: Yeah, he's cool, guys, he's cool.
- 1:37:13Speaker 4: Custom patch fact. Yeah, and uh, you could just you
- 1:37:16Speaker 4: upload whatever, just upload whatever whatever you got there.
- 1:37:21Speaker 5: They do look very expensive. I just wasn't.
- 1:37:27Speaker 4: In fact, I panicked at first. I went to the
- 1:37:29Speaker 4: whole thing and I said, puking scorp I'm like, no,
- 1:37:31Speaker 4: it's puking scorpions with an S. And then uh, as
- 1:37:35Speaker 4: I was doing that, Gina was talking to her step
- 1:37:40Speaker 4: son and he goes, no, it's scorpion. I was already
- 1:37:46Speaker 4: on the horn. The Chinese lady collectively is puking scorpions
- 1:37:50Speaker 4: like they're each like they worship the puking scorpion. Yeah, wow, Yeah,
- 1:37:57Speaker 4: you're gonna post it on the Instagram menace.
- 1:37:59Speaker 7: Oh I thought you were going to do it.
- 1:38:01Speaker 4: I need oh here, just get the get the patch
- 1:38:03Speaker 4: over the somebody said, can you please post it so
- 1:38:05Speaker 4: we can see what it looks like.
- 1:38:06Speaker 8: It Genus sort of answered my question. There's no blowback
- 1:38:08Speaker 8: that because sometimes when the parents are into something, the
- 1:38:11Speaker 8: kids will just you know, reflexively hate it.
- 1:38:14Speaker 5: They're too young for that. They're not rebelling yet, they're
- 1:38:17Speaker 5: little kids.
- 1:38:17Speaker 4: And see I made it easy on the parents. He's
- 1:38:20Speaker 4: hiring that thing on.
- 1:38:21Speaker 5: He made it easy on the parents. Based four hundred bucks.
- 1:38:24Speaker 4: From like you don't have to take it down to
- 1:38:26Speaker 4: a place or like you know or have you know,
- 1:38:28Speaker 4: get get go find your sewing kit.
- 1:38:30Speaker 5: Unbelievable.
- 1:38:31Speaker 4: Yeah, puk scorp baby, Yeah, I'm telling you that. It
- 1:38:34Speaker 4: was just chat GPT. The logo came out perfect, first attempt.
- 1:38:38Speaker 5: Easy with like bones like skull and cross with the
- 1:38:41Speaker 5: bite gears.
- 1:38:42Speaker 3: Dude.
- 1:38:43Speaker 5: Yeah, good, this is incredible.
- 1:38:44Speaker 4: It's good.
- 1:38:45Speaker 7: It's on our Instagram story right now.
- 1:38:46Speaker 4: All right, check it out on our Instagram. At the

- 1:39:01Speaker 4: seven seven forty four Woodie eight seven seven forty four,
- 1:39:06Speaker 4: Woody your phone, somebody else.
- 1:39:14Speaker 17: The Woodie Show, No show and crushing right, along trying
- 1:39:22Speaker 17: to get through this into the weekend.
- 1:39:26Speaker 4: We got our dumb ass contests, and the dumb ass
- 1:39:29Speaker 4: contest is the you you.
- 1:39:33Speaker 12: D u i Q.
- 1:39:34Speaker 4: Sea Bass's playing the game to everybody. Play.
- 1:39:36Speaker 8: I find somebody nice and drunk and ask them the
- 1:39:38Speaker 8: easiest in the world's tribute questions, so that the game is, oh,
- 1:39:42Speaker 8: are they so drunk they won't know the answer. So
- 1:39:44Speaker 8: that's what you're doing. You're guessing whether they know the answer.
- 1:39:46Speaker 8: If you guess whether they know twice out of three times,
- 1:39:49Speaker 8: you win.
- 1:39:49Speaker 4: All right, let's go to the phones and meet our
- 1:39:52Speaker 4: contestant and we'll say hello to Alex. What's up Alex? Alex?
- 1:39:57Speaker 9: Hey, good morning.
- 1:39:58Speaker 15: What do you show?
- 1:39:58Speaker 4: How you Friday?
- 1:39:59Speaker 17: To you?
- 1:40:00Speaker 4: Look, you're gonna play the uy Q. Now you're just
- 1:40:01Speaker 4: guessing for the drunk person. We're having fun guessing with
- 1:40:04Speaker 4: Menace and Sammy. If they stone cold sober will know
- 1:40:07Speaker 4: the answers to these questions. But before I get to
- 1:40:09Speaker 4: those questions that actually count, let's get to know the
- 1:40:11Speaker 4: drunk person. The Sea Bass has for us kind of
- 1:40:14Speaker 4: get an idea of just how with it or not
- 1:40:15Speaker 4: with it they are, and who.
- 1:40:17Speaker 8: Is this Sea Bass it's Damien, and he is about forty,
- 1:40:21Speaker 8: and I promise you're gonna hear him.
- 1:40:23Speaker 7: But I promise this is not a homeless person, not
- 1:40:26Speaker 7: kidding about them.
- 1:40:27Speaker 4: Okay, all right, here's a Damien.
- 1:40:29Speaker 3: Damien. What do you had to drink this evening?
- 1:40:32Speaker 15: Huh?
- 1:40:35Speaker 4: I like more beer than vodka?
- 1:40:38Speaker 3: How many beers would you say you had this evening?
- 1:40:40Speaker 5: Three?
- 1:40:40Speaker 4: Weird?
- 1:40:41Speaker 3: I don't believe you.
- 1:40:42Speaker 4: No, three ma vodka?
- 1:40:44Speaker 3: Oh yeah, well I am more than beer.
- 1:40:50Speaker 4: And and I wake up tomorrow, I'll be good.
- 1:40:54Speaker 3: What are you gonna wake up tomorrow? What are you
- 1:40:56Speaker 3: gonna do.
- 1:40:58Speaker 2: Home?
- 1:40:59Speaker 3: Do you think you're just sleep on the street.
- 1:41:00Speaker 4: Side or what?
- 1:41:02Speaker 2: I know?
- 1:41:04Speaker 3: One time I set on street and.
- 1:41:08Speaker 15: So I know.
- 1:41:11Speaker 5: This person does not have a home.
- 1:41:13Speaker 4: There's no way he didn't wake up. I was saying,
- 1:41:16Speaker 4: it's true, I didn't wake all right, Well, okay, next morning,
- 1:41:21Speaker 4: weep it for now?
- 1:41:22Speaker 7: All right, Alex, we'll go home. He's gonna wake up
- 1:41:29Speaker 7: the think you know what, I love my life.
- 1:41:32Speaker 4: All right. That should help you out a little bit here,
- 1:41:36Speaker 4: because that guy right there is the only guy you
- 1:41:38Speaker 4: got to guess with. All right, rough question number one,
- 1:41:42Speaker 4: d U I Q.
- 1:41:43Speaker 13: Who is Batman's butler.
- 1:41:46Speaker 4: Who's Batman's butler? I'll start with the triple now, same,
- 1:41:54Speaker 4: triple now, triple now put me down. Yes for Menace, No,
- 1:42:04Speaker 4: for Sammy, absolutely.
- 1:42:05Speaker 5: Not for dam drunk drunkers?
- 1:42:08Speaker 4: Then yeah, what do you think Menace and Sammy?
- 1:42:12Speaker 7: No, I'm going yes.
- 1:42:14Speaker 4: Why do you think he will get it?
- 1:42:15Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:42:16Speaker 4: All right, Sammy? What do you think?
- 1:42:18Speaker 2: No?
- 1:42:18Speaker 7: No?
- 1:42:18Speaker 4: All right, Alex, what's your guess? I'm gonna go with no?
- 1:42:22Speaker 4: All right? Question number one?
- 1:42:24Speaker 16: D u y Q.
- 1:42:25Speaker 13: Who is Batman's butler?
- 1:42:28Speaker 4: Menace? Alfred, Sammy, Jeeves, Jeeves Jeeves? All right, so far,
- 1:42:39Speaker 4: so far? About in the thousand? Yeah, Alfred, yeah, Alfred? Yeah,
- 1:42:43Speaker 4: all right. So let's see if Damian gets this one right,
- 1:42:47Speaker 4: and if you're on the board with your first point again, Alex,
- 1:42:49Speaker 4: guess that he would not get this one?
- 1:42:51Speaker 13: Who is Batman's butler?
- 1:42:53Speaker 4: Wait? Last one?
- 1:42:56Speaker 2: He was?
- 1:42:57Speaker 4: What do you think it is?
- 1:43:00Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 1:43:01Speaker 4: No, yeah, I can do it? All right. That's good,
- 1:43:07Speaker 4: not shocking, not shocking, but great news for you acts
- 1:43:09Speaker 4: because you have one point I made in that answer.
- 1:43:14Speaker 4: I would have also said that any of the actor names, Yeah,
- 1:43:17Speaker 4: can you name any the actors? Yeah? Michael yeah, it's
- 1:43:22Speaker 4: the only one. That's the only one I.
- 1:43:23Speaker 7: Can leepurrent one.
- 1:43:25Speaker 4: All right, Question number two for the D U I Q.
- 1:43:27Speaker 3: If a woman gets an I, U, D, what is
- 1:43:30Speaker 3: she trying to prevent?
- 1:43:31Speaker 4: All right, put me down. See, Sammy's a wild card
- 1:43:35Speaker 4: in this one. You would think that she'd be like
- 1:43:37Speaker 4: an automatic. Yeah, she misses so many things about her
- 1:43:39Speaker 4: own body. Yeah, I will say that Sammy does know
- 1:43:42Speaker 4: this one. Menace knows this one as well. Again, no
- 1:43:46Speaker 4: for al or for Damien. Damien. Oh and bonus points
- 1:43:51Speaker 4: in the studio. If you can tell me what the
- 1:43:52Speaker 4: I and the U and the D stand for. Okay,
- 1:43:56Speaker 4: I don't know. Oh well I don't know.
- 1:43:59Speaker 7: We'll find out.
- 1:44:00Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, do you know what it is?
- 1:44:02Speaker 4: Greg? Yes, I do too. You do tell you at
- 1:44:04Speaker 4: the office, Greg knows everything about them them parts. Oh,
- 1:44:07Speaker 4: totally smart hobby. I think I thought Greg was gonna
- 1:44:11Speaker 4: literally puke. He dry heaved because somebody said pink parts
- 1:44:14Speaker 4: the other day. Yeah, that's pretty gross, and he he
- 1:44:17Speaker 4: had an immediate reaction. And you could tell it was
- 1:44:19Speaker 4: it was gross because you were like because it wasn't
- 1:44:23Speaker 4: even like nobody was watching you. Nobody was like, you know,
- 1:44:25Speaker 4: focused on grey gross that but yes, I know, I
- 1:44:30Speaker 4: think Sammy will get it, Menace will get it, and
- 1:44:34Speaker 4: Damien doesn't even know what planet he's on. Okay, no, way,
- 1:44:37Speaker 4: I agree.
- 1:44:38Speaker 5: I think Samy and Menace will get it, not the bonus,
- 1:44:40Speaker 5: but they will be the main one. And then yeah, Damien, no,
- 1:44:44Speaker 5: he's legally dead.
- 1:44:45Speaker 4: All right. Oh, as far as the bonus goes, no
- 1:44:46Speaker 4: to Menace, not toe Sammy as well medicine, Sammon. Do
- 1:44:50Speaker 4: you think that Damien will get this one? Right? Yes?
- 1:44:53Speaker 4: Or no?
- 1:44:53Speaker 2: No?
- 1:44:54Speaker 17: No?
- 1:44:54Speaker 4: All right?
- 1:44:55Speaker 2: No?
- 1:44:56Speaker 4: No, And Alex, what do you say? Yes or no?
- 1:44:59Speaker 4: I'm gonna go with again, no solid solid strategy there,
- 1:45:02Speaker 4: my friend. Question number two d.
- 1:45:04Speaker 3: U I Q. If a woman gets an I U D,
- 1:45:07Speaker 3: what is she prevents?
- 1:45:08Speaker 4: Sammy? Pregnancy pregnancy? Menace pregnancy pregnancy?
- 1:45:14Speaker 16: All right?
- 1:45:15Speaker 4: What does i U D stand for? I don't know? Implanted? Okay,
- 1:45:21Speaker 4: genius is first, keep going, That's all I got, just implanted, Yeah, okay, implanted.
- 1:45:27Speaker 4: Something implanted.
- 1:45:29Speaker 6: Implanted was a good guess. I wish I would have
- 1:45:31Speaker 6: written that one inserted uterine device.
- 1:45:37Speaker 4: Uterine is good. But what did you say, Menace?
- 1:45:39Speaker 17: Uh?
- 1:45:39Speaker 7: Intentional universal d stopper?
- 1:45:41Speaker 4: There it is, uh what so what is this is

- 1:46:58Speaker 4: Oh? My god? On now, okay, kids, how many inches
- 1:47:02Speaker 4: are in a foot? I'm still going no for Damien.
- 1:47:06Speaker 7: Were talking about human like good question menace.

- 1:47:13Speaker 4: all right, so Damien no, Sammy. Yes, it shouldn't even
- 1:47:21Speaker 4: be a thought right now. But it shouldn't be. But
- 1:47:23Speaker 4: here we are. Uh yeah, all right, yes for Menace
- 1:47:27Speaker 4: and Sammy, no for Damien.
- 1:47:29Speaker 5: Second that I am so confident I'm saying triple yes,
- 1:47:33Speaker 5: triple yes.
- 1:47:35Speaker 4: Why not Menace doesn't? Is he gonna get it? No?
- 1:47:38Speaker 16: No?
- 1:47:39Speaker 4: All right? Question number three?
- 1:47:40Speaker 3: How many inches are in a foot?
- 1:47:42Speaker 4: On account of three? You guys are just going to
- 1:47:44Speaker 4: say your answer at the same time. Okay, one, two, three, twelve?
- 1:47:47Speaker 7: All right, A Bakers doesn't kid me?
- 1:47:52Speaker 5: Thirteen?
- 1:47:52Speaker 4: It's not a Baker's foot. Yeah, what would a Bakers
- 1:47:56Speaker 4: doesn't be it would be thirteen inches? Thirteen? Yeah, but
- 1:47:59Speaker 4: there's never.
- 1:48:03Speaker 7: What's that weird stuff they do overseas? What about eight
- 1:48:07Speaker 7: kilometers metric system?
- 1:48:10Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:48:11Speaker 7: How many inches are in the metric system in a foot?
- 1:48:13Speaker 4: They don't have a really good question? Yeah, that's great,
- 1:48:16Speaker 4: all right. Question number three.
- 1:48:18Speaker 3: IQ, how many inches are in a foot? Twelve?
- 1:48:22Speaker 4: It's correct?
- 1:48:24Speaker 3: How many inches are you five by?
- 1:48:26Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:48:27Speaker 3: I continue twelve ash and make you feel good? Oh five?
- 1:48:32Speaker 4: What do you say? He's five? But he can work
- 1:48:34Speaker 4: it feel like twelve inch?
- 1:48:36Speaker 5: This is marriage material?
- 1:48:38Speaker 4: Girls? How many inches.
- 1:48:39Speaker 3: Are you fire?
- 1:48:41Speaker 4: But yeah, I continue twilve ash and make you feel good?
- 1:48:46Speaker 6: Wait did he say I.
- 1:48:46Speaker 5: Could take a twelve inch and make it feel good?
- 1:48:49Speaker 4: I can't tell what he said there in the middle.
- 1:48:51Speaker 4: I don't think hold on, let's listen again. Five. Yeah,
- 1:48:54Speaker 4: I continue to twelve ass.
- 1:48:59Speaker 7: It's making it make a twelve inch.
- 1:49:00Speaker 4: I think he's.
- 1:49:04Speaker 7: I can take it to twelve.
- 1:49:05Speaker 5: Those aren't words.
- 1:49:06Speaker 4: Yeah, I I continue at twelve oa.
- 1:49:09Speaker 7: Whatever it is there he is, by the way, then
- 1:49:12Speaker 7: narrow maybe nine inches of meeting.
- 1:49:17Speaker 4: Mind blown? No Woody show text in eight seven? All right,
- 1:49:28Speaker 4: following up, where's Morgan? Where'd you go? Let's get it
- 1:49:32Speaker 4: back in here. We've got some we got some follow
- 1:49:34Speaker 4: up on the roommate chronicles.
- 1:49:37Speaker 5: Yes, I do want to know.
- 1:49:40Speaker 4: Well, so Morgan and dumbass Tyler they're now roommates, and
- 1:49:46Speaker 4: there was just a thing. One of the most recent
- 1:49:49Speaker 4: things that they were dealing with was this chicken debacle,
- 1:49:52Speaker 4: chicken Chicken Gate, where dumb ass Tyler took out a
- 1:49:56Speaker 4: package of chicken left it in the kitchen sink to
- 1:49:59Speaker 4: the fraud for night.
- 1:50:00Speaker 10: Yeah, like twenty four hours, yeah, overnight, like over twelve hours, Yes, yeah,
- 1:50:05Speaker 10: and so we're like, dude, like, that's not the way
- 1:50:07Speaker 10: to defrost chicken.
- 1:50:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean you can. I mean, you can do
- 1:50:11Speaker 4: anything you want to do, but like, if you really
- 1:50:13Speaker 4: want to make sure you don't get sick, it's not recommended.
- 1:50:16Speaker 15: But I think the.
- 1:50:17Speaker 7: Biggest part of that we looked over that it was
- 1:50:18Speaker 7: still in the package the whole time.
- 1:50:20Speaker 4: It was what does that matter?
- 1:50:22Speaker 7: Well, because she was crying about.
- 1:50:23Speaker 4: I'm gonna bleach my whole sit.
- 1:50:25Speaker 7: Yeah, that's the party.
- 1:50:26Speaker 4: It's a temperature thing, dude. She's worried about salmonillers. I
- 1:50:30Speaker 4: understand the salmonilar is not going to get out of
- 1:50:34Speaker 4: the package. That's why they have those extra little plastic
- 1:50:39Speaker 4: bags in the meat section where you can like take
- 1:50:41Speaker 4: one and put the round bat for ye because they'll
- 1:50:43Speaker 4: drip and they'll get whatever, and they'll get especially chicken. Sometimes.
- 1:50:46Speaker 4: I don't know what happened. Chicken has also Yeah no,
- 1:50:49Speaker 4: But the other part of it, menace, is like when
- 1:50:51Speaker 4: you are thawing something, you need to keep the products
- 1:50:55Speaker 4: still at an appropriate temperature. So it's nothing new with
- 1:50:57Speaker 4: the salmoniller's at that point.
- 1:50:59Speaker 7: I've never I mean, I guess the amount of time
- 1:51:01Speaker 7: that it was out, that it was.
- 1:51:02Speaker 4: A little ridiculous because you don't you don't. You don't
- 1:51:05Speaker 4: want it getting to room temperature. You got to keep it.
- 1:51:07Speaker 4: I don't know what that actual temperature is, but the
- 1:51:09Speaker 4: level of possible freak out, yeah, I was.
- 1:51:13Speaker 5: If you' all think that was freaking out, that's crazy.
- 1:51:15Speaker 4: But I'm with you, mar I didn't think it was
- 1:51:17Speaker 4: freaking out. I just don't think like I was.
- 1:51:18Speaker 5: The dirty bitch that didn't clean things.
- 1:51:20Speaker 3: That's right.
- 1:51:20Speaker 5: So I mean, yeah, room temp is like seventy degrees yea, yeah, all.
- 1:51:24Speaker 4: Right, so here we of course there's a feedback on
- 1:51:26Speaker 4: social media. There's people calling in the after hours, voicemails.
- 1:51:31Speaker 15: It's all about the chicken argument between Morgan and the eighty.
- 1:51:33Speaker 15: It is okay to leave chicken out overnight as long
- 1:51:36Speaker 15: as you put it in the fridge in the morning
- 1:51:37Speaker 15: before you go to work, and it was also okay
- 1:51:39Speaker 15: to pull it out thirty minutes before you're ready to
- 1:51:41Speaker 15: cook it. So ALLA have to say creasy.
- 1:51:43Speaker 4: Yeah, the other thing you can do. You can also
- 1:51:44Speaker 4: leave it in the fridge.
- 1:51:45Speaker 5: Yes, exactly.
- 1:51:46Speaker 10: It should have been put in the fridge in the morning.
- 1:51:48Speaker 10: When Taylor went to work, right. I think what he's
- 1:51:49Speaker 10: saying is like no more than thirty minutes before you
- 1:51:52Speaker 10: cook it. Like I think you know, agree with you more.
- 1:51:54Speaker 4: Yeah, but like ice ice bath is fine, like the
- 1:51:57Speaker 4: ice water, like you're putting in ice not people some
- 1:52:00Speaker 4: times get a big thing of hot water. You don't
- 1:52:01Speaker 4: want to do that.
- 1:52:03Speaker 3: That is not good.
- 1:52:04Speaker 4: Here's another one after hours voicemail.
- 1:52:06Speaker 18: What a show, A little big time. It's going about
- 1:52:08Speaker 18: Morgan and Tyler here listening into it about their dispute
- 1:52:12Speaker 18: with the chicken. And I don't know if anybody remembers
- 1:52:15Speaker 18: or no, but Morgan at the very beginning stated that
- 1:52:18Speaker 18: she saw the chicken in there when she got back
- 1:52:20Speaker 18: from her walk, because she saw it there for sure
- 1:52:23Speaker 18: before she went to bed about eight, but then had
- 1:52:25Speaker 18: changed here that Tyler was going the dishes when she
- 1:52:28Speaker 18: got back at five, and then she saw it sometime
- 1:52:30Speaker 18: before she went to bed. But just find it odd
- 1:52:33Speaker 18: that she didn't see him do it or anything like that.
- 1:52:35Speaker 18: It just happened to be there at eight o'clock, she seed.
- 1:52:37Speaker 18: So I'm on the other side. I believe him on
- 1:52:39Speaker 18: this one that he did before he went to bed,
- 1:52:41Speaker 18: and that uh, Morgan saw it the next morning, came
- 1:52:44Speaker 18: on it out. But I don't believe that she saw
- 1:52:46Speaker 18: it at five or eight pm the night before, just
- 1:52:48Speaker 18: because their story kind of slipped there a little bit,
- 1:52:51Speaker 18: but all right, a little big time.
- 1:52:53Speaker 4: I mean, this is also like the JFK.
- 1:52:55Speaker 7: Yeah, that's what initially I asked, I go is trying
- 1:53:00Speaker 7: to break that down?
- 1:53:01Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:53:01Speaker 2: Was?
- 1:53:01Speaker 7: There was there some kind of confusion where he was
- 1:53:03Speaker 7: just actually watching a whiteboard.
- 1:53:04Speaker 4: You guys will both draw your timelines.
- 1:53:06Speaker 10: The time doesn't matter. I saw it the night before,
- 1:53:09Speaker 10: whether it was six pm or eight pm. I went
- 1:53:11Speaker 10: to bed and it was still there than morning after
- 1:53:13Speaker 10: texted him. He said, don't put it in the fridge.
- 1:53:15Speaker 10: Leave it there for eight more hours.
- 1:53:17Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, does all that is moot?
- 1:53:20Speaker 7: None of that really matters, because the big argument is
- 1:53:23Speaker 7: he said he was he pulled it out at We
- 1:53:25Speaker 7: all disagree. We all agreed that leaving out the amount
- 1:53:29Speaker 7: of time to pull his meat out. But the big
- 1:53:32Speaker 7: argument was, he said that he took it out at ten,
- 1:53:35Speaker 7: and you said that he took it out at five.
- 1:53:37Speaker 7: So there there's another extra five that's not again, but that's.
- 1:53:40Speaker 5: Time he took it out. I saw it the night before, like,
- 1:53:43Speaker 5: I don't, I don't know what else to tell you.
- 1:53:44Speaker 7: He was he was planning on leaving that in that
- 1:53:46Speaker 7: sink for a good sixty years.
- 1:53:48Speaker 4: Yeah, that's also only, like Gina was just saying, that's
- 1:53:50Speaker 4: only part of the it's only part of it. Part
- 1:53:54Speaker 4: of it is like for Tyler, like, dude, for you,
- 1:53:56Speaker 4: because she's not eating this chicken. So for Tyler, like
- 1:54:00Speaker 4: for you to leave the chicken out that long, that's
- 1:54:02Speaker 4: that's the thing for him. The video, they they're fighting
- 1:54:06Speaker 4: over the time it was.
- 1:54:08Speaker 9: Brought out right, Morgan did have a big right because
- 1:54:10Speaker 9: she felt like Tyler was lying about about the time,
- 1:54:14Speaker 9: like you were being gaslightd.
- 1:54:17Speaker 5: See it the night before?
- 1:54:17Speaker 4: Why would I lie about it? Right? And why would
- 1:54:19Speaker 4: you just concoct that in your brain that I saw
- 1:54:22Speaker 4: chicken in the sink?
- 1:54:23Speaker 5: Like yeah, of course I don't say the times, right,
- 1:54:24Speaker 5: I don't know what before you walk the dog or
- 1:54:26Speaker 5: after you walked the dog. That's what everyone's freaking out about.
- 1:54:29Speaker 4: On the text Day one to eight were still talking
- 1:54:31Speaker 4: about this. Yeah, I can't believe it either. Join the club, dude, welcome.
- 1:54:36Speaker 5: Tyler had dinner last night and he saved me some Yeah, chicken.
- 1:54:43Speaker 5: What how did he cook it?
- 1:54:44Speaker 4: What was this?
- 1:54:44Speaker 5: I don't know. I didn't need it. But was it
- 1:54:46Speaker 5: like baked chicken?
- 1:54:47Speaker 9: Like?
- 1:54:48Speaker 5: Didn't know it was like a sauce like maybe like
- 1:54:51Speaker 5: a Lemon's type. It's not great.
- 1:54:54Speaker 4: Here one more after hours voicemail on the subject, then
- 1:54:57Speaker 4: maybe we could put this to bed. Yeah, hey, what
- 1:55:02Speaker 4: do you.
- 1:55:03Speaker 18: Show Josh out of Arizona? And we love big time
- 1:55:06Speaker 18: big fans just calling about the Morgan Tyler thing and uh,
- 1:55:11Speaker 18: I got no evidence on it. I know nothing about that,
- 1:55:14Speaker 18: but question wise and just hearing it. Sorry, Morgan, I
- 1:55:17Speaker 18: believe Tyler that the the chicken was put out at
- 1:55:20Speaker 18: ten pm, just because your story didn't really add up
- 1:55:23Speaker 18: when he said you said you got back and it
- 1:55:25Speaker 18: was in there from your walk and stuff like that,
- 1:55:27Speaker 18: but then you said, oh, yeah, you were washing dishes
- 1:55:29Speaker 18: when I got back. So just kind of confused on
- 1:55:32Speaker 18: how he was washing dishes and you saw the chicken
- 1:55:34Speaker 18: in there at the same time, or you didn't quite
- 1:55:36Speaker 18: mention it then about why he was doing it or
- 1:55:39Speaker 18: why he did it when it was at five or
- 1:55:41Speaker 18: six pm. Instead you waited till the very next day
- 1:55:44Speaker 18: and then texted him and say why did you put
- 1:55:45Speaker 18: this in here when you seem like your original question
- 1:55:48Speaker 18: was why did you put it in there? So yeah,
- 1:55:51Speaker 18: just thinking Tyler's right on this one and that he's
- 1:55:53Speaker 18: not lying that he put it in about nine ten
- 1:55:55Speaker 18: o'clock and not five plus. Am all right, love big time.
- 1:55:58Speaker 10: So my, before you feel like everybody, I'm so pss
- 1:56:02Speaker 10: before you feel a waste of this guy's voicemail.
- 1:56:07Speaker 8: I'm gonna say this. I was on your side because
- 1:56:09Speaker 8: I tend to believe you, and I would tend to
- 1:56:11Speaker 8: not believe Tyler. But your emotional reaction right now makes
- 1:56:14Speaker 8: me think you know something.
- 1:56:15Speaker 5: Nope, nope, you get the same level of hungry.
- 1:56:21Speaker 4: Show of hands by vote in the room. Uh and
- 1:56:24Speaker 4: and by air I can see through too, And you
- 1:56:27Speaker 4: gotta let me know what Vaughan votes to show a hands?
- 1:56:30Speaker 4: Who is on team Tyler? Now? What is it?
- 1:56:34Speaker 16: Are we.
- 1:56:37Speaker 4: Chicken date? Whose side are you on here? So team Tyler?
- 1:56:41Speaker 4: Show of hands? Bass board? Is Von's hand up?
- 1:56:48Speaker 7: No it's not because there's two different arguments here.
- 1:56:51Speaker 4: Yes, okay, you gotta pick a side.
- 1:56:54Speaker 5: The problem that I say the correct times of everything aside?
- 1:56:59Speaker 4: Are you team Tyler?
- 1:57:01Speaker 7: Oh?
- 1:57:02Speaker 4: He didn't want to go ahead. Just put it, you
- 1:57:04Speaker 4: know you want to go ahead.
- 1:57:05Speaker 3: Because.
- 1:57:11Speaker 4: I'm not voting Morgan Morgan though there's.
- 1:57:16Speaker 5: More going on.
- 1:57:17Speaker 7: There's because there's two arguments.
- 1:57:20Speaker 5: Argument that matters and a stupid argument that does. I
- 1:57:22Speaker 5: don't say everything freaking correctly. That's the point. Oh my god,
- 1:57:30Speaker 5: Minis don't know.
- 1:57:32Speaker 4: This is the issue with men They're not comprehending the problem.
- 1:57:34Speaker 4: Now I'm on board.
- 1:57:36Speaker 7: The chickens left out too long?
- 1:57:38Speaker 4: Now, who's getting emotional problem?
- 1:57:41Speaker 10: People then misspeak on the air all the time, everybody
- 1:57:43Speaker 10: that I can't remember what time I saw.
- 1:57:45Speaker 7: Things interesting chicken because I I thought that was the
- 1:57:49Speaker 7: argument was this time?
- 1:57:51Speaker 5: I actually like you a lot, and you're pissing me off.
- 1:57:53Speaker 2: I told you.
- 1:57:57Speaker 7: He's an idiot. He left it out, he left it
- 1:58:00Speaker 7: out too long. But if you watch the instagram there
- 1:58:03Speaker 7: is a different argument going on.
- 1:58:04Speaker 5: You know it's a lose lose because now I'm an
- 1:58:07Speaker 5: angry bitch.
- 1:58:07Speaker 3: Welcome to my world.
- 1:58:12Speaker 4: Did you see the room of hands that when I
- 1:58:14Speaker 4: said team Morgan, they all went up except for Sea
- 1:58:17Speaker 4: Bass and Menis and Sammy No Miami.
- 1:58:20Speaker 6: But you said that there was more going on.
- 1:58:22Speaker 5: Just can I just speak on behalf of Morgan for
- 1:58:24Speaker 5: a second, please, I'll be She wasn't. She wasn't worried
- 1:58:28Speaker 5: about the details because the overarching argument was so much
- 1:58:30Speaker 5: bigger than like, I don't know, maybe it was five May,
- 1:58:32Speaker 5: it was eight. The point is it was overnight, and
- 1:58:34Speaker 5: we're all gonna die if we eat it. So I
- 1:58:36Speaker 5: think that getting mixed up in these little details is
- 1:58:39Speaker 5: really moot and doesn't matter.
- 1:58:41Speaker 8: Here's the here's the I agree with you, Gina. The
- 1:58:43Speaker 8: problem is she set this trap for herself by pre
- 1:58:46Speaker 8: telling us them that Tyler was going to lie, and
- 1:58:50Speaker 8: that brings all these other details into play because she
- 1:58:52Speaker 8: overheard in.
- 1:58:53Speaker 5: The hall arguing and he was already lying.
- 1:58:55Speaker 4: I'm sitting at my desk before the show even started
- 1:58:57Speaker 4: yesterday and I hear all this stuff. Yeah, this stuff
- 1:59:00Speaker 4: going on in Bords studio, and I'm like, what is happening? Yeah,
- 1:59:03Speaker 4: because Tyler's asking all of us, what do you guys think?
- 1:59:06Speaker 4: You're smiling and it seems that you're kind of lying
- 1:59:08Speaker 4: and taking details. Yeah. So so Tyler was already poisoning
- 1:59:11Speaker 4: the well before it even got on the air, and
- 1:59:13Speaker 4: so that's why she heard what Tyler was saying to everybody,
- 1:59:16Speaker 4: and that's why she prefaced what she was about to
- 1:59:19Speaker 4: say with hey, guys, just so you know, that's why it.
- 1:59:21Speaker 5: Was even mad.
- 1:59:22Speaker 10: The chicken doesn't bother me if I'm not eating it,
- 1:59:24Speaker 10: and I know to scrub the sink after, do whatever
- 1:59:26Speaker 10: the hell you want.
- 1:59:27Speaker 4: All right, So let's let's not let this get out
- 1:59:29Speaker 4: of hand, because let me, let me, let me tell
- 1:59:33Speaker 4: you what happens.
- 1:59:34Speaker 5: People like being married. I hate this.
- 1:59:36Speaker 4: So people are stupid situations.
- 1:59:38Speaker 15: Right.
- 1:59:38Speaker 4: This couple, a couple of teenagers, right, They're in Fort Worth, Texas.
- 1:59:41Speaker 4: They pick up some food. They bring it back to
- 1:59:43Speaker 4: their apartment. They're digging in. One of them says, hey, man,
- 1:59:46Speaker 4: can I have a couple of fries? The answer was no,
- 1:59:48Speaker 4: okay that, but come on, a couple of fries? Who care? Anyway? Fine?
- 1:59:52Speaker 4: Leads to an argument. It eventually boils over. The dude
- 1:59:55Speaker 4: being greedy with the fries, pulls out a gun and
- 1:59:57Speaker 4: shoots the friend right there on the couch. He did
- 2:00:00Speaker 4: take that?
- 2:00:01Speaker 5: Why is he obsessed with his fries?
- 2:00:02Speaker 4: Neighbors heard the shot called nine to one one. When
- 2:00:04Speaker 4: they arrived, the shooter had bounced, but they tracked him
- 2:00:07Speaker 4: down in short order, and he has been charged with
- 2:00:10Speaker 4: murder over French fries. Would be selfish, dude. Don't take
- 2:00:15Speaker 4: it to these cell dreams. Not get it mood shows
- 2:00:22Speaker 4: the insensitivity draining for a politically worlds The Woody Show.
- 2:00:28Speaker 4: That's going to do it for this hour. That's going
- 2:00:30Speaker 4: to do it for today's show. That's it for the week, everybody.
- 2:00:32Speaker 4: It's time to get into the week. And that was
