  storms and it seems like we've been doing that for weeks now. We haven't

  had to pull the cars in under the on the showroom this week, thankfully,

  but we'll keep our eyes open Saturday night. I guess that's the next

  you guys had any bad weather and oh yes, yeah, there's definitely water

  and no water right now. I think it's everywhere. Yeah. I've got

  in what I know and always curious to find out what's happening. And you've

  got an event coming up next weekend. Yes, our our annual no WAA

  Pioneer Days is Saturday, June first. It's costs. Next Saturday it's gonna
• 1:15
  be a fun filled day. Looks like a lot of unique events. Yes,
• 1:19
  yes, so we're bringing back some traditional favorites like the donut eating contests,
• 1:23
  skillet Toss, and turtle race, but we've added several family friendly events
• 1:29
  to this year's lineup. One event that we're super excited to do is the
• 1:34
  Kitty Carnival or the Kitty Car Show and Bike Parade. I like that idea,
• 1:38
  Yes, so we and opted instead of doing a traditional parade, we're
• 1:42
  getting the kids involved, getting them to decorate up their bikes and their little
• 1:48
  powerised cars and letting them take center stays. Yes, and we're super excited
• 1:53
  about that. We're actually awarding the top three most creative entries with a at
• 2:00
  the end of the parade. Then after that we'll kick off our carnival games,
• 2:06
  food trucks, small business market, I'm gonna have petting zoo, pony
• 2:12
  rides. It's gonna be a lot of fun. Oh boy. Yeah,
• 2:14
  there's lots to do it sounds like. And that's Saturday, June first,
• 2:17
  and pretty much all day long. But yes, so the carnival food trucks
• 2:24
  are going to be from eleven to six. Our petting zoo is gonna be
• 2:30
  up there. First part of the event, we're gonna have the animals up
• 2:32
  there for a couple hours. Don't want to overstimulate everybody, So we're super
• 2:38
  excited about the petting zoo. Everything's miniaturized. There's even gonna be a mini
• 2:42
  cow there, so yeah, oh yes, I'm super excited for the mini
• 2:46
  cow. Then later in the afternoon, we're gonna have our competitive games that
• 2:53
  are gonna run from twelve to four, kicking off with our donut eating contest,
• 2:59
  follow it up with the skillet toss turtle race, and then a new
• 3:04
  part of the event is from two to four, we're actually hosting a corn
• 3:07
  hole tournament. Yes, yes, we're super excited about that. And can
• 3:14
  people join all these at the event, yes, yes, so we'll have
• 3:17
  registration available there the day of for all of the competitive games, and then
• 3:23
  the carnival games are gonna why do we have We have the giant Connect four
• 3:30
  coming in as well as a target soccer game. You kick a velcrow ball
• 3:38
  up to a gigantic target. Oh boy, yes, so definitely gonna get
• 3:44
  the blood pumping. Have a day that you your kids will go home tired,
• 3:50
  is the goal. We have in mind. We're gonna yes, we're
• 3:54
  kind of wrapping up the kid portion of the day from four to six with
• 3:59
  a party and then so we're having a company come in that shoot giant amount
• 4:06
  of foam on out onto the street and your kids can just run through it.
• 4:12
  It is like a giant bubble party. It's going to be a ton
• 4:15
  of fun. So to go home clean, yes, yes, hey cleaning.
• 4:19
  Yes, we are sending kids home fed, tired and clean. And
• 4:27
  then where we've added a dance, a street dance from six to seven thirty
• 4:32
  to the event. So yeah, it's everything's really coming together. It's going
• 4:36
  to be a fun day. And it's the Pioneer Day again and no water
• 4:40
  next Saturday, June first, So really exciting to have that going on.

  We are moving rapidly now into the summer mode. It seems like around here
• 4:47
  we've been doing that at the dealership. Lots of customers taking advantage of our
• 4:54
  done just simple prices and the low interest rate offers and large rebreaks from the
• 4:58
  manufacturers and a lot of people looking at vehicles for summer fun and vacations and
• 5:02
  such. It's been We've got a bunch of those. Yeah, I know,
• 5:06
  stuff like Sequaias and expeditions and explorers and rab Force and uh, you
• 5:13
  know, we had we're getting our first rap for adventure in a while.
• 5:16
  Now it's a special order for someone, and so it's a unique vehicle that
• 5:20
  we don't do. Isn't normally allocate it in our area and I don't think
• 5:24
  it. Yeah, we had to go go out and get Toyota to get
• 5:28
  it for us. It's a new process with Toyota. We may have told
• 5:30
  you in the past you couldn't really order a Toyota, but now we're getting
• 5:33
  where we can. If they build it, we can get it. And
• 5:36
  so come talk to us about that, you know, with all the different
• 5:41
  vehicles, I know, sometimes people say, well, there's so many in
• 5:45
  Tulsa, and and it's true, of course, I can't stock every vehicle
• 5:48
  and and but like no water knows, you know, we got to shop
• 5:53
  local around here, take care of local businesses. And the reality is,
• 5:58
  you know, they don't even have them all down in Tulsa, and one
• 6:01
  like this they couldn't get either. And so we've got it for our great
• 6:05
  customer. It's a longtime customer about several vehicles from us. So thankfully she's
• 6:10
  been patient and now we'll have our vehicle pretty soon here. Just this week
• 6:15
  we got our first twenty twenty five camera, first twenty five of any vehicle
• 6:19
  line and really excited about this. It's got a lot of new features.
• 6:27
  It's going to come only in hybrid and all wheel drive, and I don't
• 6:31
  know, people really need to experience this. It cannot tell it's hybrid at
• 6:36
  all. It just I mean, all that really does is give it great
• 6:40
  fuel economy and a lot of power and torque that comes from an electric motor.
• 6:46
  It's there with the gas engine. You cannot tell when it shifts between
• 6:48
  the two at all. They've really got this dialed in so that it's a
• 6:54
  seamless one of the best rides really in the in the industry on these new
• 6:58
  hybrids that are coming out, and that's which is across the entire lineup,
• 7:00
  but from the Sequahia Tundra that we'll have that on Tacoma here soon. But
• 7:05
  the camera will be all hybrid and all all wheel drive, which I know
• 7:10
  will be great in our market. People really like to have that kind of
• 7:14
  performance and all wheel drive comes in handy at times and with our crazy weather
• 7:19
  and so we've got our first one in. It's Midnight Black. It's a
• 7:25
  beautiful car and just got in yesterday. So it's still going through the prep
• 7:30
  process and we'll be out on the lot hopefully later today and there'll be a
• 7:33
  Gawkers convention. Yeah, got to see you. Speaking of gawking, we've
• 7:38
  had the land Cruiser thing going on and yeah, that that's really been a
• 7:44
  lot of fun. We're going to be reaching out to the people that have
• 7:47
  applied to given them some updates. We've had a couple more land Cruisers allocated
• 7:54
  to us and those people who applied are going to get the first shot at
• 7:58
  those. So be rewarding those who've been patient with us and who've applied to
• 8:03
  that. What we're talking about here is, uh, it's a it's a
• 8:07
  very unique vehicle with very limited supply and a first edition is the is what
• 8:13
  we're talking about. That only a few of these will be built, and
• 8:16
  it's the rebirth of the land cruiser. And so we've had calls from all
• 8:20
  over the country people trying to find them and buy them. They've already showed
• 8:24
  up on some places like bring a Trailer at tens of thousands of dollars over
• 8:31
  sticker price, and uh, you know, so we thought the easy,
• 8:35
  the best way to do that rather than auction to offer something was to have
• 8:39
  people apply. So we want to find the best home for our land cruiser,
• 8:43
  really and we want to hear about your history with Dungeons and with Toyota,
• 8:48
  what you're going to do with the land cruiser. If you've got a
• 8:50
  land cruiser history, that would be great. And I know that we've had
• 8:54
  a bunch of great applicants already, you know, some from far Afield,
• 8:58
  many from right around here. So if you have owned a land cruiser,

  if you're interested in the model you don't, there's no obligation if you apply.

  It's a fun thing and we'll reach out to you and let you know

  what's going on and keep you updated, and then we will get some more

  land cruisers here an all new four Runner later in the year. So this

  is just a fun way to keep staying touch on that and we'll be able

  to help hopefully get your land cruiser if that's what you're looking for. We

  modeled that application process after the Ford process on the Mustang GTD, which we've

  talked about some in the last few months. It's a supercar Forward is making.

  It's like a three hundred and fifty thousand dollar mustard. It's all fiber
• 9:43
  and stuff. I don't understand, but very fast. I would assume anyway.

  They had seventy five hundred applicants for that already, and they're only going
• 9:52
  to make a few hundred, I think, so we're not up to that
• 9:56
  larger number. So your odds are pretty good here in Bartles if you want

  to apply for the land Cruiser, and especially we'd love to find a nice

  local home for it. A bunch of other stuff going on at the dealership.

  We've had a two hundred and seventeen ninety four show up, you know.

  Lots of good inventory coming in the Ford side. We've got super Duty,
• 10:18
  Bronco, Broncos Sport Explore, lots of Mustang and Mustang. We sold

  our last Machi. We don't have any of those in Storm and now I'll

  still have a few Lightning the Toyota BZ four X too, so great inventory.

  been making a bunch of changes. Yeah, we have two new web new

  website provider that we've been working with and they're up. Well, we've got

  been fine tuning everything and getting our personal touches on it, and you'll see

  more and more of that. But you can really really island in that dungeon

  simple price. The we talk, you know, we try to make it
• 11:03
  really transparent and clear what you're pricing is. I know a lot of times
• 11:07
  these days get you may get into the store and you didn't see the fine
• 11:11
  print that says that there's a protection package or something on the vehicle for seventeen
• 11:18
  hundred dollars and you're not really quite sure what that is. And it includes
• 11:20
  all this stuffed and you know, I guess some of that to some folks
• 11:26
  that is adds value. But to assume everybody wants that is what seems a
• 11:30
  little awkward to me. So we you know, if we've installed an option,
• 11:33
  it's right there upfront in the stack of the prices. We put out
• 11:37
  our documentation fee right up there in the stack on the prices, so you
• 11:41
  don't have to go deep down into the fine print to find out what the
• 11:46
  final price is. We put it and see all the manufacturer rebates. We
• 11:50
  market based price all our cars. Every day I go in personally and look
• 11:56
  at at what other dealers haveing priced at. On line, I can see
• 12:01
  sales information data about what vehicles are selling for. Kind of put all that
• 12:05
  together and shake it up and say, well that's what it should sell for.
• 12:09
  And that just saves you time and and the hassle of having to go
• 12:13
  back and forth. And it allows our sales team, you know, sometimes
• 12:18
  just to pick up right where you left up on the website. Take it
• 12:20
  right from there. Because we've there's that you can pretty much answer all your
• 12:24
  questions. You know what happens if I put this much down? Or how
• 12:30
  much is my trade worth? You know what interest rate do I qualify for?
• 12:35
  What are the rebates or other incentives that the manufacturer has. All that's
• 12:39
  there. You can actually toggle between lease and payment and calculate your your final
• 12:46
  out the door price with whether it's a cash deal, lease finance, pretty
• 12:52
  much anyway you want to purchase it, do that right there online, and
• 12:56
  we do the same thing in the store. Put it together, and it
• 13:00
  allows for this car deal to be done so much faster than it used to
• 13:03
  be and it really makes it easier for our team. I think that's one
• 13:07
  of the things that we're starting to realize, is that it really just makes
• 13:11
  it easier. And you know, we don't have to go back and forth
• 13:15
  and wait to get to the manager to have him do the calculation that adds
• 13:20
  it up. The computers do all that for us today. So it's just
• 13:22
  a matter of letting it go and pricing them right and taking care of our
• 13:26
  customers very good. Yeah, so I want to talk again about what's going
• 13:31
  on, and no, I know there's a lot of other stuff too.

  Yeah, you guys have other things happening that day, I think, yes,
• 13:41
  So on the chamber is so busy right now. I love seeing all
• 13:43
  the commerce come into our little town. We are also having our city wide
• 13:48
  garage cell there on the first so as you come into town, you'll have
• 13:54
  plenty of stuff to rummage through and look at this is all over town.

  Yes, yes, it is our city wide garage, so there will be
• 14:01
  plenty of things coming to town early. Go shop those garage cells and then
• 14:05
  be ready to see those kids ride their bikes in their cars day. So
• 14:11
  we are going to be on Oak Street right between Cherokee and Modoc. So
• 14:16
  just if you're familiar with No WAA. Oak Street is the street right to
• 14:24
  the east. I believe it is of the railroad track. So we're going
• 14:28
  to be right there in front of the Nowada Depot. Yes, about halfway
• 14:33
  through downtown, so the depot will be opened that day. Also there on
• 14:37
  the block that we will be stationed is the noada Historical Society's museum and they
• 14:43
  will be open as well that day, so they'll be plenty to keep you
• 14:46
  and your family busy on that day. We also have our monthly Shop Local
• 14:54
  on the first Thursday of June, so June sixth and then we have an
• 15:01
  advocacy event going on on six thirteen. And then one thing the Chamber is
• 15:07
  really getting up and getting started is the Pastries and Professionals Event. It's a
• 15:11
  networking event that moves month to month to local business. This month it is
• 15:18
  going to it looks like it's going to be at the Gibson Motel there in
• 15:20
  No Wanna Cool and that is from eight to nine am on the fourteenth of
• 15:26
  June. Chambers do so much great work in our community bringing everybody together.
• 15:31
  They really do it. Get more involved with the Bartlesville Chamber over time,
• 15:35
  but you know, these are the fabric of the business community and they become
• 15:39
  more than that because they truly do. It has been a honor to work
• 15:45
  alongside the Chamber. I am a contractor, you would say, with the
• 15:52
  with the Chamber right now helping plan specifically the Pioneer Day event. But to
• 15:56
  see our board come together, see how they get out and the can community
• 16:00
  and really promote each business has just been a breath of fresh air. Yeah,
• 16:04
  I know, it's it's great to have them, and it does take
• 16:07
  a lot of volunteers, and you mentioned the board and all the yes support
• 16:10
  and these networking events are really a great opportunity for people to meet people,
• 16:17
  get out and you know put it make a maybe a business connection, but
• 16:19
  also just get connected in the community. And that's what really Yes, I
• 16:25
  mean it small business is truly people supporting people. I mean it's you got
• 16:30
  to remember every small business is individual out there trying to support their family and
• 16:34
  it we all pitch in a little bit. It's amazing to see how your
• 16:38
  community can grow through commerce. Yeah, and so all that's happening next weekend
• 16:45
  at June first, and you know. I know there's a lot going on
• 16:48
  around here too. We have SunFest that weekend, yeah, Artlesville, so
• 16:52
  maybe hit both of them. And hey, I'm all really where those I
• 16:56
  was going to say, I'm all right back. Yes, oh boy,

  that'd be a lot of fun and hopefully the weather will hold up. I

  haven't looked out that next weekend quite yet. That's getting a little far out

  for this time of year. It's Oklahoma. I kind of go with my

  husband's baseball rule. It's like a no hitter. We don't talk about it.

  Okay, I will not mention it exactly, former picture exactly. I

  with that garage sale and then all the events, and yes, it's gonna

  be I am really looking forward to seeing everyone come out. You know,

  we just got out of school, so it's gonna be a perfect day.

  I don't know about the rest of the parents in town. I know for

  me, I am ready to turn my kids loose and let them play some

  games. Yeah, so it is gonna be a great time to get everyone

  out, get the family out make some good summer filled memories. There is

  there charge for any of the activities. No, there So there is an

  entry fee for the cornhole tournament that is gonna, you know, help bring

  that pot up. But those winners want their prizes that that they do.

  And we have a employee the dealership who's crazy about cornhole. He would like

  to be to make it to the ESPN. And I completely UNDERSTANDA have a
• 18:18
  few relatives where like last summer went out to the family lake spot, was
• 18:23
  relaxing, some one mentioned cornhole. The next thing I know, I had
• 18:26
  like three uncles break off to their trucks to go get their own being bags.

  I was like, oh, we don't y'all, don't joke around about
• 18:32
  this anymore. JT's getting looking for sponsors, bag sponsors he's got, he's
• 18:37
  got starting to get. He really goes around to all the places. So
• 18:42
  well, hey, yes, from two to four, registration for the cornhole
• 18:48
  event is actually going to close up one thirty, So we make sure we
• 18:51
  get the brackets made up and everything rolling. But no, there of course
• 18:56
  will be our small businesses that set up as vendor that you can come through
• 19:00
  and support their individual businesses through that and then the food trucks, but everything
• 19:07
  else is free of charge. The carnival games are going to be free.

  We really just wanted to see an event where our community could rally around and

  enjoy what the chamber has to offer. Does that mean free donuts? So

  for the donating contest, I'm thinking everybody listening for the donating contest, there

  will be a registration table setup. Just come and get registered as long as

  you make the cutoff, which our donut Katie's Daylight Donuts is amazing, so

  huge crowd there. And fun fact, June first is actually National Donut Day.

  Oh wow, yes, yes, I was like, you know weakness,

  Yes, yes, you know a little piece of tribute to keep in

  your back pocket. So but as far as the skillet toss, turtle race,

  they've been moving around my yard. So there this rate is definitely keeping them

  them crossing the road and those are pretty speedy turn yes. Yes, those

  are the turtless ones that are ready to ready to cross that highway. Awesome.

  So that's uh people don't know. Is just a great can community just

  a few miles east of here on Highway sixty. And I don't know how

  you wouldn't know that living around here, but somebody probably doesn't. I guess

  in today's world, they're just looking at their phone and they don't know what's

  what's right and around the corner. I have a big heart for my little
• 21:15
  community, but if you blink too many times, you might actually miss it.

  So you got to stop light there? Hey we do? We have

  one stop light in the whole county. Yeah. Yeah, I'm proud to

  be a good old no audience. Yeah, right there at the corner of

  sixty one. Yep. Well that's awesome. Sounds like a great event.

  Yeah, And we will be having a big weekend this weekend at the dealership.

  We'll be open on Monday for a memorial day. We've got a bunch

  of plans and I've got our great team of folks out there, so come

  done just simple price is always a great low price, but we'll make a

  few even drop some prices, make some sales event kind of stuff on stuff

  that we want to incentivize and really move. We've got to keep selling those

  cars. That's the only way we earn more inventory is to keep selling them,

  and especially here as we near the end of the month, that final

  push is going on. And we're also looking to purchase nice used vehicles.

  If you've got a nice used vehicle, we'd love to purchase local cars that

  have been well maintained and taken care of and are in good shape. There

  are in always a high demand, of course, and would love to talk

  to you about that. Make it simple selling your vehicle. We've got all

  our great Forwards and Toyota models. You know. I added it up a

  few days ago, Tom and that we're up to sixty eight now on different

  models, and that just sounds like too many to me almost, that's kind

  of crazy. But then millions of combinations of those vehicles, so come check

  it out. We've got a great selection right now. I was looking at

  the toyotas that are available or are coming, and on the ground we've got

  thirty eight, a couple of Sequoias, Tacomas, Highlanders, Grand Highlanders.

  I mentioned the land Cruisers, we've got the first edition that you can apply

  for. We also have a nineteen fifty eight and a base land Cruiser,

  so we've already got three of those. We've got a GR Supra three point

  zero Premium that we've been allocated, a couple of Tundras, different model models.

  Of those, a couple limited seventeen ninety four of Platinum and four SR

  fives, and those are great trucks. I've been driving a Tundra for a

  few weeks now and I'm just so impressed. It's got great handling and pretty
• 23:48
  good fuel economy. I'm not d it's mine is not the hybrid version,
• 23:52
  so it's the gas engine most people were familiar with. Really great technology,
• 23:57
  has the heads up display and great connection with my phone and all the safety
• 24:03
  equipment. It really is easy to drive and helps you stay aware of things
• 24:08
  around you. You could I don't know how you could run over something that
• 24:12
  you didn't see. It's going to tell you or show you on the screen.

  Look over there. It's really great, so come check that out there.

  Also the new Toyota Crown. I mentioned the new camera. A lot

  of the great technology in the camera's shared in the Crown. The Crown is
• 24:30
  the new top end sedan from Toyota and it's been sold for the last many
• 24:36
  years in Toyota, so it's just been brought to I mean in Japan.

  It's just been brought to North America and replaces the Avalon. It's a great
• 24:47
  car. It's just really handles well. We've sold a number of those,
• 24:51
  and I think the camera is going to really impress people and outperform the competition
• 24:57
  because of the of its handling and rye. I think that's really what people

  are going to note that it's among the best in the industry now and that's
• 25:06
  just great to hear. Lots of other good stuff coming with our forwards.

  our kiddy car show and bike parade that kicks off at eleven am on the

  have carnival games, food trucks, petting zoo going throughout the mid morning,

  and then we have our competitive games going from twelve to four, which will

  include a donut eating contest, skillet toss, turtle race, cornhole tournament.
