In this episode of Foundations of Leadership we are talking all about making decisions. As a leader you have to be able to make decisions each and every day. A lot of times we spend our time consulting with others vs. consulting with God.
We rely on the approval, the pat on the back and validation of others. It often stumps our decisions and we get stuck. It then leads to overthinking, overanalyzing and being overwhelmed. We get in our own head about the decision we need to make.
