- 0:27Speaker 1: So if you're ready to expand your mind to the possibilities, turn off autopilot and start showing up with intention.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Buckle up for the ride.
- 0:34Speaker 1: We are Abundant and Aligned.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Hi everybody, and welcome back to the Abundant and Aligned podcast.
- 0:46Speaker 1: As always, thank you so much for being here and joining me for another episode.
- 0:50Speaker 1: I hope you guys have been enjoying the vibe of the episodes.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Lately.
- 0:55Speaker 1: I have been receiving a lot of DMs saying that you have, which is a good indication.
- 1:00Speaker 1: But, as I said, I guess, at the start of this little series, it was really about helping you understand that the reason you don't have what you want in your life, or the reason you feel held back, or the reason you face a level of resistance, whether it's in terms of creating change, staying consistent or achieving the goals that you consciously set.
- 1:23Speaker 1: It's really about understanding that subconscious program that's running the show, and it's not always a matter of do more, try harder, be more consistent in order to get the things that you want, but you need to upgrade that subconscious program in order to create lasting change.
- 1:41Speaker 1: So I hope you guys have been learning a lot about what your subconscious blocks are, of course, how to clear them, so that you can have that new subconscious program or that new blueprint to steer you in the direction that you wanna go and ensure that you are achieving the things that you want in your life, but not just achieving them, but also holding onto them, because I know that's something else that a lot of you guys struggle with or conversations I find myself in.
- 2:05Speaker 1: It's not always about hitting goals.
- 2:08Speaker 1: It's about holding onto the goal, whether that's in terms of money or results in your career or clients or whatever it is, and just ultimately trying to avoid this ebb and flow.
- 2:18Speaker 1: So today's episode is actually going to be a very quick, short, sharp episode.
- 2:23Speaker 1: It was inspired by something I saw on Instagram the other day and it really threw me a little bit, and I therefore wanted to share it with you guys, because it really did have an impact on me and, you know, really really made me stop and have a think about where I am at, because, of course, I'm always learning with you guys, I'm always growing with every new goal.
- 2:42Speaker 1: I have to do all of this work that I do with you guys on the podcast and that is establish.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Is there anything about this goal that I'm scared of?
- 2:49Speaker 1: Am I going to lose anything by achieving this goal that subconsciously I don't want to lose?
- 2:54Speaker 1: Am I set up for achieving the goal?
- 2:56Speaker 1: Like, do I have the systems in place?
- 2:58Speaker 1: Do I have the space, do I have the time?
- 2:59Speaker 1: I have to do this every single time I move to a new goal.
- 3:03Speaker 1: So I'm always learning with you guys and, as I said, this um, this real, really post, or whatever it was, really spoke to me, but the post was the reason you didn't make $50,000 on the weekend was because you didn't expect to make $50,000 on the weekend, and I was like, wow, that is such a simple way to put it.
- 3:22Speaker 1: The reason we're not achieving our goals is because we're not expecting to achieve our goals.
- 3:26Speaker 1: So I guess I wanted to get on here today and just talk to that.
- 3:29Speaker 1: The reason you're not making the money in your business is because you're not expecting to make the money.
- 3:35Speaker 1: The reason you are not seeing the clients or having the clients reach out to you is because you're not expecting them to.
- 3:41Speaker 1: The reason you haven't met the man of your dreams at the cafe is because you're not expecting to meet him.
- 3:48Speaker 1: The reason you're not seeing the things you want is because you weren't expecting it and, as I said, it's such a simple way and I'm sure so many of you have just stopped and gone.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Yeah, the reason I didn't hit that goal of $20,000 on the weekend was because I didn't expect it.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Or the reason I didn't make $50,000 is because I wasn't expecting it.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Or the reason my cryptocurrency hasn't gone off is because I'm not expecting it.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Or the reason we didn't find a house when we were browsing on realestatecom is because I didn't expect it.
- 4:13Speaker 1: We're not expecting to achieve things, but then we're driving ourselves crazy because we're like why don't I have the things that I want?
- 4:19Speaker 1: So you're not expecting to get the things that you want and therefore every thought you have, every decision you make, is in line with a life where you don't have those things.
- 4:34Speaker 1: So in the case of money I know we've been talking a lot about money lately let's say you have the goal of $20,000.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Like, you have the goal to make $20,000 this month, but yesterday you didn't think about that amount coming in, not once you didn't check to see if it was there.
- 4:50Speaker 1: You just lived your life without having that $20,000 already achieved.
- 4:55Speaker 1: You didn't expect it.
- 4:56Speaker 1: And so every thought you have, every decision you make, is still in line with a life where you don't have the things you say you want.
- 5:04Speaker 1: And, as I said, this was a reminder that I needed as well, because so often we do well, we're living our current life because we're programmed to live it.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Whether we've upgraded that program or not, we're still living it because we're programmed to live it.
- 5:18Speaker 1: So it's not natural for us to wake up in the morning and think and feel and make decisions in line with having achieved a goal that we haven't already achieved.
- 5:26Speaker 1: That's not naturally going to happen.
- 5:28Speaker 1: So it's up to us to intentionally have that expectation put upon us to think and make decisions and expect in alignment with already having the goals that we want.
- 5:41Speaker 1: So I thought I would come up with a little bit of a list and I'm going to be implementing this list as well to ensure that every single waking moment of my day, I'm expecting to make the money, I'm expecting to see the growth, I'm expecting to get the DMs I mean, I'm expecting to have the opportunities come my way.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I'm expecting the things I'm saying every day that I want.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Every day, I see incredible results within the online space, but I knew it was time to offer the work I do with my clients on the in-person stage.
- 6:12Speaker 1: So I'm so, so, so excited to announce that a one day immersion is coming to the Gold Coast and, like I said, I'm here to give you all the details.
- 6:22Speaker 1: It will be taking place on the 21st of September 2024, here on the Gold Coast.
- 6:28Speaker 1: And I just want to say this is much greater than any typical empowerment event, much more than the chance to network with other women.
- 6:35Speaker 1: This is an event designed to crack you open heal parts you didn't even realize needed healing and finally set you free from all that has been holding you back.
- 6:44Speaker 1: This event, honestly, is your transformation.
- 6:48Speaker 1: So pre-sale will begin on the 7th of August.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Only to those on the waitlist.
- 6:52Speaker 1: You get 10% off and access to the limited pre-sale tickets.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Early Bird then opens up on the 9th of August.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I cannot wait to get the opportunity to meet some of you in person.
- 7:03Speaker 1: I cannot wait to help you heal from your past, let go of limitations and finally step into your full power.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Honestly, your life won't change until you do, and this is your opportunity to do that, so I'm very excited.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Any questions, as always, just let me know by either sending me an email or a message on Instagram.
- 7:23Speaker 1: First thing is setting a morning reminder about the particular goal.
- 7:27Speaker 1: So, like I said, the reason you didn't hit your $20,000 goal yesterday is because you didn't think about it.
- 7:34Speaker 1: You didn't check to see if it was there.
- 7:35Speaker 1: You weren't living in alignment with it showing up for sure.
- 7:39Speaker 1: So we're going to make sure that the moment we wake up in the morning, we are starting to expect it and we're going to remind ourselves about our goals.
- 7:45Speaker 1: And, if you're like me, I very rarely go a day where I'm not thinking about the things that I want.
- 7:50Speaker 1: But of course, we need to change.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Thinking about things you want from a place of lack is not where we want to be.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Instead, we want to be thinking about our goals from a place of having and, like I said, this is probably the missing piece for a lot of us.
- 8:03Speaker 1: So, reminding yourself about these goals and, when you do, don't go into lack of like.
- 8:08Speaker 1: This is my goal and I still don't have it go into that vibrational state of.
- 8:14Speaker 1: That's my goal and I'm expecting it to come my way today.
- 8:17Speaker 1: So I'm expecting to get DM'd by clients and consultants.
- 8:22Speaker 1: I'm expecting someone to reach out to come on their podcast.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I'm expecting to make enough sales to cross the line for that income goal.
- 8:26Speaker 1: I'm expecting someone to reach out to come on their podcast.
- 8:26Speaker 1: I'm expecting to make enough sales to cross the line for that income goal.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I'm expecting these things and, like I said, just using these morning, reminders of being like okay, energy, aligned with having and expecting, and just putting at the forefront of your mind.
- 8:39Speaker 1: This is particularly important if you, your current life right now looks very different to the life you're striving to get and, of course, when we create that separation, it will always stay separate.
- 8:48Speaker 1: So this is just going to ensure that it's at the forefront of your mind.
- 8:52Speaker 1: So, for example, maybe you work full time, but you have the goal to be full time in your business and in order to do that, you have to be hitting a certain amount of money in your business.
- 9:00Speaker 1: But maybe the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning is think about what you have on at your nine to five.
- 9:05Speaker 1: And then you get up and you go to the gym and you come home and you make breakfast and then you make lunch for your nine to five and then you ask your partner what you want to cook for dinner that night.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Once you get home from your nine to five and as you're catching on, every thought, every feeling, every decision is in line with you still being in that nine to five and while physically you are, we need your mindset to be elsewhere.
- 9:25Speaker 1: So having these morning reminders is really going to make sure that the goal or where you want to head is at the forefront of your mind, and then you can start to show up almost delusional, like pretending you're already where you want to be.
- 9:36Speaker 1: So, like I said, I'm going to be doing this as well Sticky notes throughout the entire house of perhaps an income goal that you have and just ensuring that every single wall you look at has that income goal so you really can be reminded.
- 9:49Speaker 1: I'm expecting that to come my way.
- 9:50Speaker 1: I'm open to receive that amount of money.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I'm open to the possibility of how it's going to come in, but I know it's coming my way.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Affirmations, of course, are a very, very powerful way to not just remind yourself about the goal but provide the suggestions to your subconscious mind.
- 10:08Speaker 1: So when you consider your goal, turn them into affirmations as if you already have the goal.
- 10:13Speaker 1: So, in the case of money, I am making 20,000 gross per month.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Clients always flow to me on a daily basis.
- 10:21Speaker 1: I am regularly getting interviewed on other people's podcasts, whatever it may be.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Turning them into affirmations and then going ahead and actually recording your own affirmations, track and playing that the moment you wake up in the morning.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Again, it's going to mean that your goals are on the forefront of your mind.
- 10:37Speaker 1: You're starting to expect things to come your way and happen for you and, in the case of the affirmations, you're providing those suggestions to your subconscious which, as we know, if you've been around for a long time, the window just as you wake up in the morning is a very powerful time to reprogram your subconscious because of the brainwave frequency that you're in first thing in the morning.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Ultimately, your brain waves are slower.
- 11:02Speaker 1: So the gate has been put down from the logic mind and whatever we listen to goes straight into that program.
- 11:08Speaker 1: So that's your morning reminders and just some examples that you guys can incorporate.
- 11:14Speaker 1: The next thing is planning for what you'll do once you've achieved the goal.
- 11:19Speaker 1: So when you have it, when you have reached that $20,000 per month income goal and you do that every month, so on and so forth what are you going to do with that money?
- 11:30Speaker 1: And start actually planning for what life's going to be like when that money is your normal, that income is your normal.
- 11:37Speaker 1: And again, at the moment, every decision you make is in line with not having that money.
- 11:43Speaker 1: Every decision you make is in line with you not being with that partner in that relationship.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Every decision you make is in line with you still living where you live and doing the things you're doing in your little bubble.
- 11:54Speaker 1: So starting to plan for the change and starting to plan for, as I said, expecting the goals to be achieved.
- 12:02Speaker 1: So planning for what you'll do when you have the money, planning for whether you have room in your house for a partner to live with you, planning for the date you'll move out of that that hometown and what removalist you're going to use and where you're going to live and what suburb it's going to be.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Planning for, what you'll do when you've achieved the goal and actually bringing this to life like actually putting things in your diary, actually putting things in your calendar, actually communicating this to people.
- 12:31Speaker 1: And the more you do this again, the more you'll collapse that separation between where you are and the dreams that you have.
- 12:38Speaker 1: It's no longer just something that's in your head, it's something that you're verbally talking about planning for, and again, when you're in that state, it just can't not come to you.
- 12:48Speaker 1: And then, finally, because we are talking about money, starting to do things that you would do if you already had the money.
- 12:55Speaker 1: So systems to manage your money, systems to manage the income that comes in through your business, systems to invest your money if that's what you want to do, and start doing these things now, as opposed to waiting for the money to come, and then you'll start showing up like you've got the money Again.
- 13:13Speaker 1: I talk about this a lot on the podcast, but when we are waiting for the change before we change, nothing changes.
- 13:19Speaker 1: So we need to be the driving force, we need to show up, we need to think we need to act, we need to make decisions in line with it already being done, and then it opens up the realm for it to come into us.
- 13:32Speaker 1: So money dates is one of my favorite thing to do when it comes to managing money.
- 13:36Speaker 1: If you are joining me in my money program called the Wealthy Woman, which is opening on the 2nd of September, I will teach you exactly how to do a money date and you'll get like some templates and stuff.
- 13:47Speaker 1: But essentially a money date is sitting down with your money and actually looking at what's come in, what's gone out.
- 13:53Speaker 1: If you have a business, where have those sales come from?
- 13:58Speaker 1: Is anyone owing you money?
- 13:59Speaker 1: You know, putting them in your little different bank accounts, putting them in that bucket, putting them in that bucket investing, paying tax, like having a money date but, most importantly, making this money date super sexy and fun.
- 14:14Speaker 1: So romanticizing this, because, if you're anything like me, I personally don't find managing my money that fun or interesting.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Like I'm just not really a numbers person and, yeah, the strategy and the numbers just doesn't make me excited.
- 14:27Speaker 1: But obviously this is important because it's important to have this relationship with your money, to feel good about looking at your money, dealing with your money, which I know is something that a lot of people avoid doing.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I definitely was one of those people.
- 14:39Speaker 1: I used to get so anxious looking at my bank accounts would never want to.
- 14:44Speaker 1: I never used to look at the money that came into my accounts and where it went, like I just hated the whole concept of that.
- 14:50Speaker 1: But the person of me making the person, the version of me making the kind of money I wanted, would do that.
- 14:56Speaker 1: So it was important for me to embody the things that she was doing and push past that resistance.
- 15:02Speaker 1: So a money date was one thing that I have done for a long, long time and I romanticize it.
- 15:06Speaker 1: So I do it on a Friday, because Friday is my favorite day of the week and usually it's done in the afternoon so I can have a wine, or sometimes it will be in the morning, but I'll go, I'll go have a coffee or I'll have a wine, I'll put some music on, I'll light a candle or, like I said, I'll take myself to a nice environment where I feel good and then I do this money date and, like I said, I can take you guys through exactly what that looks like in my program.
- 15:32Speaker 1: But, as I said, it's really just about looking at your money, having a system set up.
- 15:36Speaker 1: So I love Notion for this.
- 15:38Speaker 1: I have like a CEO report set up in Notion where I track money comes in, money goes out.
- 15:43Speaker 1: I track like the allocation of my money.
- 15:47Speaker 1: I track, obviously, like the revenue in my business, launch stats and things like that.
- 15:55Speaker 1: But what we're doing is we're creating these bird's eye view of your money situation.
- 16:00Speaker 1: And I heard this in a book called.
- 16:02Speaker 1: I always do this to you guys, don't I?
- 16:06Speaker 1: I want to tell your book, but then I forget about it.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Okay, I'll link it in the show notes, like what I usually do.
- 16:11Speaker 1: But he talks about you know, in the case of doing money dates and managing your money, it doesn't matter if you have a hundred dollars to manage.
- 16:20Speaker 1: You need to get in the practice of managing the hundred dollars because then more will come your way once you know how to manage more of it.
- 16:28Speaker 1: And that really stuck with me because, again, like I was one of those people.
- 16:31Speaker 1: That's like I'll do the money management stuff once I'm making more money, but it's like, well, one, what really is more money?
- 16:38Speaker 1: Because we're always going to be striving for more.
- 16:40Speaker 1: And two, again, it's not embodying that act as if notion, which is so important in the realm of manifestation Like you can't attract anything unless you are a vibrational match for it, and actually showing up like someone who already has the things is the number one thing you can do to be to be a vibrational match.
- 16:59Speaker 1: So even if you are only managing and taking care of $500 in your week, then still do these systems Like you don't need to be a multimillionaire to do money dates.
- 17:10Speaker 1: So that was just the final example I had of taking making the moves, showing up like you are expecting to make the money or expecting to achieve that goal.
- 17:22Speaker 1: So that's today's episode.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I hope that has been a little nudge for all of you, like that Instagram post was for me.
- 17:30Speaker 1: And again, it was just my little reminder that I need to start expecting the things that I want to come my way every single day, not just on the days where I am sitting in my home office working on my business, but the moment I wake up to, the moment I go to bed expecting money to come my way, being open, of course, to how and being excited by the possibility of it, but still expecting it.
- 17:52Speaker 1: And so, yeah, the reason you didn't make $50,000 yesterday was because you didn't expect it.
- 17:57Speaker 1: So let's start expecting, let's start acting, let's start making the moves in line with having our goals already and, of course, let me know what incredible things you guys manifest as a result of this.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Of course, if you want to be in my money program, if this has really revved you up, then jump on the wait list for the wealthy woman that's linked in the show notes below.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Enrollment opens on the 2nd of September.
- 18:17Speaker 1: As I said, some bonuses if you get in before the 8th of September, including a training on how to make money through social media, which is obviously really cool for business owners, content creators, influencers.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Any questions, of course, let me know.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Otherwise, thank you for tuning in Hope.
- 18:34Speaker 1: That was a little bit of a pep talk and I will see you or talk to you guys in the next one.
