- 0:53Speaker 1: Uh, we got to get into.
- 0:56Speaker 1: I don't even know where to start first, but I'm probably gonna start with tony busby and the jay-z situation and then we're gonna get get into the Dittler.
- 1:05Speaker 1: It's getting crazy, y'all.
- 1:08Speaker 1: I told you it was going to be crazy and it did not disappoint.
- 1:12Speaker 1: What's up, shana?
- 1:13Speaker 1: Good morning, good morning Breakfast, couch.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Say what's up to our boy C-Tuck?
- 1:19Speaker 1: Oh, no, I'm sorry yeah.
- 1:21Speaker 1: C-Tuck.
- 1:22Speaker 1: C-tuck is one of the newest members of the breakfast.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Uh crew, say what's up to c tuck?
- 1:29Speaker 1: Everybody in the building.
- 1:30Speaker 1: You know how we show love to our new members.
- 1:32Speaker 1: But let me tell you something before we get into the jay-z diddy.
- 1:36Speaker 1: First of all, tony busby has fired back again.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Diddy has Got into it with Danny D King Again, and also it's just a mess Between them and we're going to have to get into it.
- 1:56Speaker 1: But one thing I can tell you Ain't nothing like family, ain't nothing like family.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Family when you're a kid, you don't understand how valuable family is to you, because it's just there.
- 2:11Speaker 1: You know, you don't have to make a big deal about it.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Hey, your family, your uncles, your fathers, your aunties, everybody who takes that time with a child, you don't understand that these moments that you're up under them, these moments are going to stay with you the rest of your life.
- 2:31Speaker 1: And so you always hear me talk about my Uncle Jim.
- 2:36Speaker 1: He's one of the people man, one of the people that just showed me, and a lot of my friends took us under his wing and told us a lot.
- 2:46Speaker 1: But he was a man of, he was like.
- 2:49Speaker 1: He would give you key things to know to help you in life.
- 2:54Speaker 1: But he was really like a leader by example.
- 2:57Speaker 1: He more showed you more than even told you.
- 3:00Speaker 1: But the things he said when he did open his mouth told you.
- 3:06Speaker 1: But the things he said when he did open his mouth so many things he said helped me through times and as I progress in my career.
- 3:10Speaker 1: And a couple things he said and this is what I want to pass on to any of y'all out there.
- 3:18Speaker 1: You can't complain how people treat you.
- 3:21Speaker 1: My uncle always taught me in relationships business relationships, personal relationships, but especially business relationships and relationships in general he used to say you either train in them or they train in you.
- 3:41Speaker 1: And when he used to tell me that when I was young I didn't understand what he meant.
- 3:46Speaker 1: But you get older and you realize it's up to you to let people know how you want to be treated.
- 3:57Speaker 1: It's not up to them.
- 3:59Speaker 1: You can't get mad at them.
- 4:00Speaker 1: If somebody not treating you in a way you need to be treated, then it is that it is your fault.
- 4:07Speaker 1: And he's also tell me not only do you make sure you let people know how you want to be treated in life, but you also pay attention to your circle, and what I mean by that with your circle.
- 4:26Speaker 1: He was like my Uncle.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Jim always told me you don't get mad at how people operate.
- 4:31Speaker 1: You operate with people who operate like you.
- 4:38Speaker 1: So he used to tell me about his work.
- 4:39Speaker 1: You see, in my work he did construction.
- 4:41Speaker 1: He said in my circle we do work and we get paid.
- 4:46Speaker 1: We get paid from our customers 30 to 60 days later and and ain't nobody complaining.
- 4:53Speaker 1: But then you have other contractors who do work and they want to get paid.
- 4:59Speaker 1: The minute before the paint even dry, they blowing up your phone.
- 5:03Speaker 1: And my uncle used to tell me yeah, those people that blow up their phone and act all crazy about their money, that's a whole circle of people.
- 5:12Speaker 1: You let them be in their circle.
- 5:14Speaker 1: He said my circle, we lay back calm and we understand each other, we don't press each other, we value each other, and so I stay in that circle.
- 5:26Speaker 1: This is all stuff that he used to tell me when I was young and I I'm like what is he talking?
- 5:32Speaker 1: about.
- 5:33Speaker 1: You know circle training.
- 5:35Speaker 1: You know like life ain't that deep.
- 5:37Speaker 1: You know that's what I used to think.
- 5:39Speaker 1: But you get older and you realize he was dropping gems.
- 5:45Speaker 1: He was dropping gems because every time you try to force a fit is when you get in trouble.
- 5:52Speaker 1: See, my best friend.
- 5:57Speaker 1: We've been best friends since I was four years old, we two alpha males who he stand on business, I stand on business.
- 6:05Speaker 1: But guess what?
- 6:06Speaker 1: In our decades upon decades upon decades of our relationship, it's never been one moment when I had to question him as a friend and there's never been a moment he had to question me as a friend.
- 6:24Speaker 1: We talking about decades but then I do have friends that I met in my later years, that I kind of look past stuff and I, you know you get close, you think everybody cool and then we might be friends one year and next thing you know we falling out.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Are you mad at me or I'm mad at you?
- 6:41Speaker 1: I ain't supposed to be in your circle.
- 6:44Speaker 1: We ain't supposed to be in each other's circle.
- 6:46Speaker 1: All of my friends are 20 plus years or more.
- 6:51Speaker 1: My boy Cash I put him on here.
- 6:55Speaker 1: He opened in his restaurant.
- 6:56Speaker 1: We over 20 years friendship.
- 6:58Speaker 1: And so I'm saying that because these things help me keep a smile on my face and keep my eye on the prize.
- 7:10Speaker 1: So I'm sharing it with y'all because it helped me out a lot.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Those two things Don't ever get upset about how somebody treats you.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Be upset that you training them to treat you like that.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Value your time and value your relationship.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Also, if you in a circle and you complaining about everybody around in that circle, then you in the wrong circle.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Go find a circle that fits you.
- 7:41Speaker 1: This is the stuff that my family, mainly uncle jim, drilled in my head coming up and, like I said, it takes when you get older to realize what the hell these old people be talking about when you sitting around.
- 7:55Speaker 1: I just want to go out and play basketball.
- 7:57Speaker 1: I'm like why my uncle got me in here telling me this stuff that don't mean nothing.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Oh boy, was I wrong.
- 8:03Speaker 1: And so you look at diddy, that family.
- 8:11Speaker 1: It wasn't a good irrigation system, I would say.
- 8:15Speaker 1: I would think there was not a lot of accountability.
- 8:18Speaker 1: I don't think there was a lot of gems being shared and passed down, because you can see it not only through Diddy, but all the way, all the way anything surrounding Diddy and so like.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Even when I look at Diddy, it makes me appreciate my family, appreciate the people who really stand 10 toes with me, like I stand 10 toes with them, and the ones who don't, I don't think about them more than three seconds.
- 8:45Speaker 1: I respect them and love them.
- 8:48Speaker 1: But I know what the value of a circle is.
- 8:50Speaker 1: I know what what it means to water the grass of the people who water your grass, and I know what, if how, it feels to be let down, and I would never do that to anybody that support me.
- 9:03Speaker 1: And when I say support me, support me in the way that I want to be supported, not supported in the way you want to support, because I support people in the way they want to be supported.
- 9:14Speaker 1: I don't force my opinions or force what I think they should be doing on them.
- 9:18Speaker 1: So, with that being said, love and appreciate your family.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Love and appreciate your family.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Love and appreciate the people who stick by you.
- 9:27Speaker 1: They mean more than you ever know Outside noise or people trying to get you to do stuff that you don't want to do or you don't feel comfortable doing.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Man, don't spend two seconds thinking about it, because that two seconds that you spend worried about what they're saying, you can spend that two seconds on the people who really value you, because it's a lot of those and what we do is sometimes we get so caught up in the negativity we spend more energy trying to disprove or or trying to to to acquiesce to what somebody else wants us to do, when we can spend that time giving it to the people who really appreciate what you do and really value you.
- 10:11Speaker 1: That's what it's all about.
- 10:13Speaker 1: That's why, when people don't know about me, I don't get upset, because I spend my energy where it needs to be spent at.
- 10:21Speaker 1: I don't care.
- 10:22Speaker 1: I don't really worry about where it's not valued at, and I want y'all to do the same thing.
- 10:28Speaker 1: And so let's get into this situation with Tony Busby and Diddy, because, like I told you, tony Busby and Jay-Z, if Diddy and them grew up in my family, in my house, I don't think he'd be in jail.
- 10:44Speaker 1: My family didn't play that.
- 10:46Speaker 1: My family going to drill right and wrong in your head from the time you a baby until you leave this earth.
- 10:54Speaker 1: They still giving me game.
- 10:57Speaker 1: You know you're always a child to them.
- 10:59Speaker 1: So let's get into this Jay--z and tony busby situation.
- 11:07Speaker 1: It's got uglier since the yes, since yesterday major announcement.
- 11:12Speaker 1: By the way, uh subscribers I want to say this early so I don't forget if you are a subscriber, you should have received an email about the uh, about the uh website launching.
- 11:24Speaker 1: We have a soft launch, which means it's only available for the subscribers right now.
- 11:29Speaker 1: If you are a subscriber and you didn't get the email, please send me a message on my Instagram, dm me or my Facebook.
- 11:38Speaker 1: You could DM me or you also could put it in the fan mail, but you have to put your email and address in the message because we don't know who leaves those messages.
- 11:48Speaker 1: So I really encourage you to just DM me on Instagram or Facebook if you haven't received the email, but it went out to all subscribers yesterday around 5 pm 5.30.
- 12:04Speaker 1: So, yes, tomorrow's my birthday.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Uh, all the subscribers have the link to the uh, to the uh pre-sale, and it officially goes live tomorrow on my birthday.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Happy birthday flow.
- 12:21Speaker 1: So, yeah, let me just start with t Tony Busby's response after he responded.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Now let me give you a little context for those that don't know.
- 12:31Speaker 1: But I'm sure if you're watching this show you already know the whole story.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Tony Busby and Jay-Z been going back and forth.
- 12:38Speaker 1: I told you I was going to be a heavyweight fight from the very beginning and it did not disappoint.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Matter of fact, it's getting uglier than a, than a fight.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Shout out to my facebook, my facebook fan.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Matter of fact, that's Darnell Brantley right there.
- 12:51Speaker 1: That's my best friend of decades and decades and decades and decades.
- 12:56Speaker 1: So if you see Darnell Brantley, that's, that's a real one right there.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Um, appreciate it, bro.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Always got my back, always had my back, always had his.
- 13:05Speaker 1: We got our each other back so much it makes other people mad and you think we get.
- 13:10Speaker 1: We care.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Hell, no, because you're gonna be mad.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Love my best friend.
- 13:15Speaker 1: So, uh, this is, didn't disappoint tony busby and uh, uh, sue, jay-z.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Jay-z got wrapped up in that that that uh lawsuit with the underage, you know what and so they uh been going at it and for one minute it looked like Jay-Z was cooked.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Then the next minute it looked like tony busby is cooked.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Then the next minute jay-z has been going back and forth.
- 13:52Speaker 1: So then we get up to now.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Jay-z came out and said that tony busby's uh alleged victim took her story back on purpose.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Uh, I mean, took her story back.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Uh, um, on her own will basically, uh, basically saying that she said she that tony busby forced her into it.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I mean it got ugly, y'all.
- 14:16Speaker 1: And then y'all remember, five minutes later I told you the article came back.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Tony busby fired back saying that and the young lady fired back saying that she didn't take her story back.
- 14:27Speaker 1: And, as a matter of fact, she said Jay-Z, roc Nation or whatever, sent allegedly private investigators to, to to her, to her home and cornered her in Alabama.
- 14:40Speaker 1: And just when I thought it was over for a second I guess that wasn't enough Tony Busby fired back again and he says, and I quote this is from his Instagram.
- 14:54Speaker 1: If you're not following Tony Busby on Instagram.
- 14:57Speaker 1: It's just his name on IG.
- 14:59Speaker 1: This is what he said and I'm going to break it down.
- 15:01Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you some of the craziness behind this too.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Jay-z might have an issue and I'm going to tell you why.
- 15:12Speaker 1: After I read this, and I quote Tony Busby, I've ignored the salacious and false stories about me that are nothing more than an effort to deter me from doing my important work.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Nothing more than an effort to deter me from doing my important work.
- 15:27Speaker 1: I do think it's important at some point to comment when the truth has been turned upside down.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I feel him on that.
- 15:33Speaker 1: When the truth get turned outside down, sometimes you got to pop out and show Nick like like a boy.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Kendrick said here's the deal, and I quote I sent a demand for a meeting to Sean Carter's attorney on behalf of two individuals who alleged sexual assault.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Rather than meet with me, carter's team sued me for extortion.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Those claims were stupidly frivolous and I expect they will be thrown out.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Carter's lawyer.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Matter of fact, he put in quotations note that it was Carter's team that made this whole thing public.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Carter's lawyers also came to Houston and met with local authorities and tried to get criminal charges started against me.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Tony Busby is claiming that Jay-Z's attorneys Flew To Houston and tried to get him locked up, tried to get him hit with criminal charges.
- 16:54Speaker 1: They did not want to link up or meet with Tony Busby.
- 17:00Speaker 1: They flew to Houston.
- 17:04Speaker 1: They flew Houston.
- 17:05Speaker 1: They could have met with him, could have talked out whatever they knew to talk out, but they didn't want to talk, they didn't want to get it handled.
- 17:12Speaker 1: They wanted Tony Busby to go to prison.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Tony Busby goes on to say those charges went nowhere.
- 17:28Speaker 1: They then tracked down and harassed former employees and clients from as far back as 20 years.
- 17:36Speaker 1: They were caught on tape offering up to 10 grand to former clients to sue me.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Y'all remember we covered that.
- 17:47Speaker 1: Give you a little context.
- 17:49Speaker 1: This was in the time when, uh, uh, jay-z first was named in the case and rock nation was allegedly whether it was rock nation or diddy, but we now know it more likely was rock nation they were sending people to influencers homes.
- 18:05Speaker 1: They were sending people to influencers' homes.
- 18:07Speaker 1: They were sending people to victims' homes allegedly, and so Tony Busby dropped the tape, the video of that, and if you go to his Instagram page, if you go down like a few months back, you'll see that he had screenshots and pictures of that alleged event.
- 18:34Speaker 1: They were caught on tape offering all kind of money to clients to sue him.
- 18:42Speaker 1: And Tony Busby goes on to say three of them did sue him, but all three, he says all three cases were patently frivolous.
- 18:54Speaker 1: One case, as a matter of fact, has already been dismissed, according to Tony Busby, and also he says he expects the other two will be dismissed as well.
- 19:09Speaker 1: He goes on to say because they refuse to meet with me.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Remember they went to Houston.
- 19:17Speaker 1: They didn't meet with him.
- 19:18Speaker 1: They met with authorities to try to get Tony Busby locked up.
- 19:21Speaker 1: So because they refuse to meet with me, he goes on to say, and because I have an obligation to my clients, I brought claims against Carter on behalf of one of those clients in New York.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Why should this make your antenna go up?
- 19:45Speaker 1: Because now this is the other victim that we haven't heard about yet or heard from.
- 19:53Speaker 1: If you listen to what Tony Busby said, he said I brought claims against Carter on behalf of one of those clients.
- 20:03Speaker 1: There's more than just that girl.
- 20:07Speaker 1: And so he goes on to say Carter's team filed a meritless motion for sanctions against me, challenged my admission to federal court in New York and filed a state bar grievance against me.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Here is where it gets really nasty.
- 20:39Speaker 1: And that sounds like me, but that's this Tony Busby.
- 20:42Speaker 1: I'm still quoting him.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Tony Busby said, and I quote here is where it gets really nasty.
- 20:52Speaker 1: They found my client who had filed a suit.
- 21:00Speaker 1: They threatened, they harassed her.
- 21:05Speaker 1: They harassed her.
- 21:06Speaker 1: They harassed her family.
- 21:09Speaker 1: They harassed her friends.
- 21:13Speaker 1: She has health issues, she has seizures.
- 21:21Speaker 1: She withdrew her case.
- 21:27Speaker 1: They then sued her and me again for defamation.
- 21:36Speaker 1: So pay attention to what Tony Busby is spelling out.
- 21:43Speaker 1: She withdrew her case.
- 21:51Speaker 1: She has seizures, mental health.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Let's assume for a second that she's she was telling the truth.
- 21:59Speaker 1: Imagine if she was telling the truth and all this happened.
- 22:05Speaker 1: And then you're telling the truth, you have seizures, this, and that they intimidate you.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Then you say you know what?
- 22:15Speaker 1: To hell with it, I'm going to just withdraw my case.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Then you withdraw it.
- 22:23Speaker 1: And the second you withdraw it.
- 22:26Speaker 1: You got a billionaire suing some lady in Alabama I'm assuming she's not a billionaire you suing her for defamation.
- 22:40Speaker 1: It ain't a good look, no matter.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Let's say she lying.
- 22:52Speaker 1: I want to, I want to spell out, I want to spell out both, both cases, both scenarios.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Let's say she lying and Jay-Z, you did lose $20 million because of her lie.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Let's deal with that real quick, because I like to meet people where they're at.
- 23:10Speaker 1: See, I could argue.
- 23:12Speaker 1: It's easy for me to argue if she's telling the truth, how foul it is.
- 23:15Speaker 1: But I like to meet people where they're at.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Let's say in Jay-Z's mind she lying.
- 23:21Speaker 1: So then let's deal with that.
- 23:29Speaker 1: If she is lying to the public, she withdrew her case.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Jay-z, you almost worth $3 billion.
- 23:37Speaker 1: I know you don't think we about to sit over here and cry because you lost $20 million, because that's like me losing a quarter.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Right now I not gonna go crazy, but losing a quarter, 25 cents.
- 23:50Speaker 1: It might not even be 25 cents to you because I ain't even took the time to break the math all the way down.
- 23:55Speaker 1: But you get my point.
- 23:57Speaker 1: And so she go ahead and withdrew it.
- 23:59Speaker 1: You say you lost 20 million.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Other people try to report 100.
- 24:03Speaker 1: It's 20 million is in the is in the file.
- 24:06Speaker 1: This is what jay-z said out of his mouth.
- 24:07Speaker 1: So she withdrew it.
- 24:11Speaker 1: And then now your three billion dollar ass is gonna sue her for defamation and you set out your mouth.
- 24:17Speaker 1: It cost you 20 million.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Even if she lying, it don't look good.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Not suing tony busby hey, that's that.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Hey look that.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Come with the territory.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Tony busby is is paid enough and experienced enough to fight with that.
- 24:37Speaker 1: But if you suing this little lady from um, that ain't going to work out for you.
- 24:44Speaker 1: I'm telling you now public ain't about to cry over your 20 million, jay-z.
- 24:48Speaker 1: So whether you believe she did it or she didn't, or she lying or she telling the truth, it still look bad.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Let me go on, because Tony Busby was long winded on this, this message he put out yesterday.
- 25:05Speaker 1: So after he went on talking about her health issues, the seizures, and she withdrew for a case.
- 25:11Speaker 1: She goes on.
- 25:13Speaker 1: Then, right after she withdraws, she gets hit and sued for defamation.
- 25:17Speaker 1: I don't know what Jay-Z want to get out of this little lady from Alabama.
- 25:21Speaker 1: I don't know what Jay-Z want to get out of this little lady from Alabama.
- 25:23Speaker 1: But this defamation against her and I'm telling you all now, this defamation suit against her is going to destroy Jay-Z's brand.
- 25:32Speaker 1: He don't even know it.
- 25:33Speaker 1: If this continues on, I'm guessing that the defamation suit against her will be dropped soon.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Once Jay-Z sees how this plays out in the public, nobody about to cry over your 20 million dollars.
- 25:47Speaker 1: I'm just being honest.
- 25:48Speaker 1: I'm not saying if it's right or wrong, I'm just being honest.
- 25:55Speaker 1: So let me finish up with Tony Busby statement.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Pay attention here.
- 26:00Speaker 1: They wanted a headline.
- 26:02Speaker 1: So in that new case they falsely claimed she recanted, she didn't, she hasn't, she won't.
- 26:19Speaker 1: I wasn't there when things she claims happened to her allegedly happened.
- 26:25Speaker 1: I'm just her lawyer.
- 26:30Speaker 1: I was sent her case by another firm and vetted it myself and with multiple lawyers on my team.
- 26:35Speaker 1: The approach here by Carter's team is unprecedented, I agree.
- 26:57Speaker 3: It reeks of desperation, and he ends it with the question he said it reeks of desperation, but I wonder why.
- 27:01Speaker 1: And as a footnote, he says again we won't be bullied or intimidated.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Period.
- 27:11Speaker 1: Was I lying when I told y'all this was a heavyweight fight?
- 27:18Speaker 1: Not at all.
- 27:26Speaker 1: But even besides all of that, jay-z got another problem, and this was brought up by one of my fellow YouTubers.
- 27:36Speaker 1: His name is Ticket and I like his content Very consistent, and he reminds me of myself where he calls it straight down the middle.
- 27:47Speaker 1: It ain't about no pandering, it ain't about, no, you know, creating no narrative.
- 27:53Speaker 1: See, when you call it straight down the middle, you don't have to paint narratives because your people, my people, come here for the truth and information.
- 28:01Speaker 1: They don't come to me for no narrative because I ain't going to paint one.
- 28:04Speaker 1: I don't want to.
- 28:06Speaker 1: I want all of us to know what's going on and I want to hear what y'all got to say about stuff.
- 28:11Speaker 1: So I'd give you both sides All the information I come across.
- 28:16Speaker 1: That means something, and so Ticket brought up a good point, and I guess more people have talked about this.
- 28:27Speaker 1: I don't know who originally brought this point up, but I know I heard it from Ticket, and so what was said was this and this is going to trip y'all out.
- 28:40Speaker 1: You know how Jay-Z, if you go to his most recent filing, he says he didn't know who the girl was in this lawsuit until february 21st.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Follow me, because that's key In the filing.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Mr Sean Carter says he didn't know who his accuser was until February 21st.
- 29:13Speaker 1: But then, according to Ticket, if you go back to that original press conference that Jay-Z's lawyer did when he went and he did a PowerPoint presentation and he said about how, you know, the story didn't add up and this person wasn't there, this house doesn't exist and you know, this is jay-z and his attorney were feeling themselves and people were like, well, damn, and the people that were on jay-z's side were like, see, I told you and so.
- 29:54Speaker 1: But you know, the funny thing about that and what's going around now is the fact that his lawyer was asked on that day, in real time Did he know who the accuser was?
- 30:16Speaker 1: His answer was basically he did, but in his words he said, well, yes, well, the person has issues that I don't want to get into.
- 30:35Speaker 1: I don't want to make the case about that and I don't want to unmask her at this time.
- 30:42Speaker 1: I don't want to unmask her at this time.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Do y'all know what the problem with that is.
- 30:57Speaker 1: If you don't lucky, you got me because I'm about to tell you what the problem was.
- 31:01Speaker 1: That was December 16th.
- 31:08Speaker 1: That was December 16th that he didn't want to unmask her because she had problems, because she had mental problems and this and that, and he didn't want to make the case about that.
- 31:17Speaker 1: This is from Spiro or Spyro, I don't know how you say his name Jay-Z's lawyer.
- 31:24Speaker 1: So now everybody has a question With the girl being cornered, with the girl being harassed.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Are we to believe that Jay-Z's lawyer knew who the girl was as of December 16th?
- 31:48Speaker 1: But Jay-Z's lawyer that he's paying millions to, are we supposed to believe that Jay-Z's lawyer didn't tell Jay-Z who the hell the accuser was until February 21st?
- 32:04Speaker 1: I don't know too many people that's going to believe that and it's a dangerous question because and it's a dangerous question because if in a filing, jay-z saying he didn't know who she was until february 21st and then before february 21st, she's being harassed and cornered and this and that, but then your lawyer and the reason why I caught them up y'all is because this was a question posed to the lawyer.
- 32:48Speaker 1: This wasn't a part of the fancy, smancy, uh, powerpoint presentation.
- 32:55Speaker 1: This wasn't in his notes.
- 32:57Speaker 1: This was just a reporter who asked a question and sometimes when you get questions that you didn't expect to be asked or you weren't, it wasn't in your, your notes or your outline.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Sometimes you forget, you forget and so we're going to see if that is a big slip up from Jay-Z and his attorneys Because, according to Tony Busby, there's other victims.
- 33:36Speaker 1: You read between the lines.
- 33:40Speaker 1: It wasn't that hard to read.
- 33:42Speaker 1: He said it.
- 33:43Speaker 1: He said I had a couple of victims, few victims, or a couple victims.
- 33:57Speaker 1: We know the one victim.
- 33:57Speaker 1: We have yet to hear from the other victim.
- 33:58Speaker 1: I'm sure Tony Busby is looking into this situation.
- 34:01Speaker 1: As far as Jay-Z saying he didn't hear anything, he didn't know who she was to February 21st, but your lawyer is on record in real time saying he didn't want to unmask her in December.
- 34:14Speaker 1: I know Jay-Z don't think we a bunch of dummies.
- 34:19Speaker 1: So I'm definitely waiting to hear the response or see how that comes up, because if Jay-Z did know before February 21st but he lied in his filing, it's gonna be problems.
- 34:39Speaker 1: And well, why would he lie?
- 34:42Speaker 1: Well, it takes him out the mix as far as pressuring her and cornering her and all that If he didn't even know who she was until February 21st, but with your lawyer basically saying he knew who she was in December, comminson is going to tell me he told you Jay-Z.
- 35:10Speaker 1: So we'll see.
- 35:13Speaker 1: But this Tony Busby Jay-Z situation is totally, totally going off the rails and it's something that we definitely going to pay close attention to going forward.
- 35:34Speaker 1: Now.
- 35:37Speaker 1: That's Jay Z.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Now let's get into this Aubrey O'Day just like.
- 35:52Speaker 1: I think Jay-Z just made a misstep.
- 35:54Speaker 1: I think Jay-Z was doing great with his attorney until he turned around and filed a defamation case or defamation lawsuit on that young lady.
- 36:09Speaker 1: I think that's a bad move, whether you think she told the truth or not, because first of all, you're already suing Tony Busby for defamation.
- 36:20Speaker 1: That should be enough to send a message.
- 36:22Speaker 1: If you want to send a message, you're sending it to the right one the attorneys and we'll see how that go.
- 36:27Speaker 1: But whoever advised you to sue this young lady in Alabama for defamation as being a billionaire, suing the common person for defamation?
- 36:40Speaker 1: It ain't going to never look good.
- 36:42Speaker 1: Suing the common person for defamation, it ain't gonna never look good.
- 36:50Speaker 1: And as jay-z does this move, diddy says hold my beer because he do some stuff that look foul where he could have just kept his mouth shut.
- 36:56Speaker 1: And what am I talking about?
- 36:59Speaker 1: I am am talking about Aubrey O'Day.
- 37:04Speaker 1: I'm going to get into that.
- 37:08Speaker 1: But first of all I got to thank the subscriber of the day, this podcast, my baby.
- 37:18Speaker 1: I love this podcast.
- 37:19Speaker 1: One of my favorite things to do is to wake up in the morning and talk to y'all.
- 37:23Speaker 1: But this podcast, when you truth telling, taking risks, you got billionaires that want to see your page down, your platform down.
- 37:33Speaker 1: It ain't easy, and so I remind everybody this platform and platforms like it don't exist without subscribers and without support, morally and financially.
- 37:50Speaker 1: So that's why, every episode, I shout out my subscribers, every single episode, because they mean that much.
- 37:59Speaker 1: A truth teller can't depend on no app.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Y'all see my TikTok got banned at 400,000 followers almost, and everybody know I didn't do nothing wrong.
- 38:09Speaker 1: Did I get mad about it?
- 38:11Speaker 1: Did I cry about it?
- 38:12Speaker 1: Hell, no, because I ain't no one.
- 38:18Speaker 1: No one map app don't make me, we make the apps.
- 38:23Speaker 1: I don't flip my granddad saying I told y'all yesterday he said, say don't make money.
- 38:28Speaker 1: I mean don't let money make you, you make money.
- 38:31Speaker 1: So I say that not just me.
- 38:36Speaker 1: We have to support financially whenever we can or we won't have platforms like this.
- 38:44Speaker 1: And so shout out to my god, dan.
- 38:50Speaker 1: Dan did an eight dollar donation when we only asked for three.
- 38:55Speaker 1: So, dan, I wish I knew what your last name was, but you must be a humble dude.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Let me clap it up for Dan.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Everybody thank Dan in the chat.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Dan understands that we're not going to let truth die the only way it dies.
- 39:11Speaker 1: We don't support it, and so I make sure I tell everybody every time I support the subscriptions, and I'll be a point blank period to you.
- 39:19Speaker 1: I say it to you in your face Instagram cool Facebook face.
- 39:23Speaker 1: Instagram cool.
- 39:23Speaker 1: Facebook cool.
- 39:25Speaker 1: Youtube cool.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Tiktok cool.
- 39:30Speaker 1: But the only thing supporting me are the subscriptions and the subscribers.
- 39:36Speaker 1: The only people I could depend on are my subscribers, because that's the only thing they can't take away from me or people like me.
- 39:46Speaker 1: See my subscribers.
- 39:48Speaker 1: We join for life Because even if every last platform, if they shut me down, or shut every last platform down today, I could still send my subscribers content because we are joined by emails.
- 40:02Speaker 1: They don't do that on these platforms, which is why I will never put all my eggs in any platform.
- 40:09Speaker 1: They just showed you with tick tock.
- 40:10Speaker 1: You know how much tireless hours I put into building that platform and I didn't even do nothing wrong and boom, it's gone.
- 40:24Speaker 1: So if you want to know what's important to me, it's the subscribers in this podcast, and I'm the type of person I'm gonna tell you to your face what's important to me.
- 40:32Speaker 1: So it's no confusion.
- 40:33Speaker 1: If it wasn't for my subscribers, I wouldn't be right here.
- 40:39Speaker 1: I wouldn't have time to do this.
- 40:41Speaker 1: So, dan, again thank you, and anybody else that's subscribing, keeping the lights on.
- 40:47Speaker 1: I appreciate you and, like I always say, even those who can't afford to subscribe, I appreciate you for listening, because the listening impacts this platform as well.
- 40:58Speaker 1: So don't ever get it twisted.
- 41:01Speaker 1: You are just as important.
- 41:02Speaker 1: But when somebody goes out of their way and I only ask for $3 and they give $8, in a time like this when eggs are $50, I got to give them a shout out.
- 41:15Speaker 1: So we're going to go to this Arbry O'Day, but clap it up one more time for Dan Arbry O'Day.
- 41:29Speaker 1: If you know Aubrey O'Day she was in Danny D Cain and her and Diddy have been going back and forth since back in the early 2000's when Danny D Cain first broke on the scene.
- 41:41Speaker 1: If y'all know, aubrey has been one of the first truth tellers on as far as Diddy, now I don't get into, I haven't followed Aubrey has been one of the first truth tellers on.
- 41:48Speaker 1: As far as Diddy, now I don't get into, I don't.
- 41:50Speaker 1: I haven't followed Aubrey's career.
- 41:51Speaker 1: I only met her and knew her back in the Danny Kane days.
- 41:55Speaker 1: I haven't really followed what she's done since, but all I do know is she ain't been cutting Diddy no slack.
- 42:03Speaker 1: So this is what she said and I'm gonna get into what Diddy said slack, so this is what she said and I'm gonna get into what diddy said.
- 42:12Speaker 1: Titled himself that and he hold up um my ex boss.
- 42:16Speaker 2: I'm gonna go there.
- 42:16Speaker 2: Um, he calls himself love, he legally titled himself that and he uses the love heart to express that everywhere he goes.
- 42:25Speaker 2: He's in prison now and I just want to say to you guys the love heart is now here.
- 42:33Speaker 3: First, of all, I'm so blown away by your voice.
- 42:39Speaker 3: I always known you had a beautiful voice, but you really shined and I hope you feel the healing at least beginning now, and and know that we're being healed by that as well.
- 42:47Speaker 3: So thank you and I honor you for being here.
- 42:50Speaker 2: I honor you for having a voice and for helping honestly.
- 42:53Speaker 3: Thank you I think also what's what's great about this?
- 42:56Speaker 3: And you know, since we go, we go way back and I think what's most important for all of us is that when you have that kind of a talent, that kind of a gift, just keep giving it so she was talking about diddy.
- 43:11Speaker 1: That was aubrey o'day.
- 43:12Speaker 1: She was on the show the mask I don't even watch this show but I see clips of it's called the mask singer.
- 43:18Speaker 1: The other day she was uh, announced that she was the aunt, so nobody knew who it was singing.
- 43:25Speaker 1: And she revealed herself and she made that statement about her ex-boss, changed his name to love and and now he's in prison and love lives here and all of that.
- 43:37Speaker 1: Now you can say whether you agree with what she did or disagree with you.
- 43:44Speaker 1: That's.
- 43:45Speaker 1: That's not even what I'm here to talk about.
- 43:47Speaker 1: I'm here to talk about diddy's reaction to it and how stupid that was, because I don't know who, but I shouldn't say I'm gonna say I was about to say I don't know who's giving diddy this advice, but you know who's giving diddy this advice is Diddy.
- 44:14Speaker 1: Sean Combs came out because she made that statement through his lawyers, talking about she needs to be appreciative of the platform he gave her, said that she basically wouldn't be who she is today without the diddler and she should be grateful to the diddler.
- 44:35Speaker 1: I don't know what they think that statement was supposed to do and it was more statement than that, but that was the gist of it and I read that and I'm like, why, why would you even say that?
- 44:50Speaker 1: Why wouldn't you just go focus on all the stuff you got going on over there, then come out and making some statement that was said on some show called the mask singer?
- 45:00Speaker 1: It's a bad look.
- 45:03Speaker 1: Whether she right or wrong, it's a bad look.
- 45:06Speaker 1: This is why I'm telling y'all diddy is cooked.
- 45:08Speaker 1: He is making a situation as bad a hundred times worse because of his ego.
- 45:23Speaker 1: The crazy, insane things that she is alleging that you did to her on top of everybody.
- 45:31Speaker 1: Why should they be grateful and I'm only asking the questions that everybody asks as soon as they read this statement if they know what's going on?
- 45:42Speaker 1: You're not coming out saying, hey, I didn't do anything.
- 45:47Speaker 1: I treated her good with respect, never did anything to her.
- 45:51Speaker 1: I don't understand what her issue is with me.
- 45:54Speaker 1: Something to that effect I could, I could, I could understand that, but you didn't deny none of this stuff.
- 46:02Speaker 1: She's saying that you did all type of sexual harassment stuff, all type of stuff like that, but you say she should be grateful that you gave her a platform or or whatever.
- 46:19Speaker 1: To me, that's crap.
- 46:23Speaker 1: That's crap, that's crap.
- 46:34Speaker 1: And it shows why he's in this particular situation that he's in and he's not going to get out of it because he's driven by his ego, and ego will get you every time.
- 46:58Speaker 1: Whatever her statement was, actually it wasn't even a terrible statement.
- 47:04Speaker 1: She just said she didn't say his name, she just said ex-boss.
- 47:07Speaker 1: She said, changed his name to Love, but he did whatever that relationship was.
- 47:13Speaker 1: And then she just said Love.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Now that he's locked up, love lives here.
- 47:17Speaker 1: Now I'm not going to say that she needed to say that on that platform, but that's what she wanted to say and actually it wasn't like a horrific, terrible statement.
- 47:29Speaker 1: So for you to come out and if you dig into the article or dig into their stories, it's it borderlines, kind of like bullying and harassment, because all type of people saying stuff and then you feel that you have to respond to something Aubrey said when you locked up for way worse.
- 47:59Speaker 1: So what it tells me is you're not focused and when you're not focused, you lose.
- 48:08Speaker 1: And then, on top of that, just for shits and giggles, it came out that Diddy took PPP money with all the money he got, and the government forgave him.
- 48:34Speaker 1: He didn't have to pay it back.
- 48:35Speaker 1: And somebody else check this out PPP loans during the pandemic.
- 48:43Speaker 3: More celebrities who took out PPP loans during the pandemic Diddy Sean.
- 48:50Speaker 3: The loan amount $1.9 million for 134 jobs he needed to provide.
- 48:59Speaker 3: Come on, things are tough.
- 49:01Speaker 3: No-transcript.
- 49:31Speaker 3: It was noted on the account that Mr Pelosi was not involved in the loan application.
- 49:37Speaker 1: Just let's make a note of that it could be small to people, but it's just another example of how us, the everyday americans, they want to run us into the ground, why they up top just having fun and getting all the benefits and everything and we ain't supposed to say nothing.
- 50:01Speaker 1: We ain't supposed to wonder how the hell can Diddy and Miss Pelosi's husband or whatever, how do they get, with a net worth at the time his net worth was 1 billion, diddy's net worth at the time of the PPP loan how does he get to get 2 million dollars in PPP loan and not even have to pay it back to the average in PPP loan and not even have to pay it back To the average everyday American?
- 50:31Speaker 1: That just don't seem right.
- 50:33Speaker 1: That's why I'm here and that's why I don't give a who get mad, because I'm going to stand up for us every single time.
- 50:43Speaker 1: I'm going to ask questions.
- 50:44Speaker 1: They don't like when you ask questions.
- 50:47Speaker 1: So guess what I do going to ask questions.
- 50:48Speaker 1: They don't like when you ask questions, so guess what I do.
- 50:49Speaker 1: I ask questions when something just don't seem fair.
- 50:55Speaker 1: I got to ask why.
- 50:57Speaker 1: But when you look further, karma is something else, because y'all know that big 60-something million dollar home that Diddy been trying to sell the one that they said he was overpricing, and he was desperate for money and thinking he could get that cash, because he need the cash right now and he thought it would sell, and within a week of being on the market, because there was a time when anything that sold that was attached to the Dittler that you couldn't keep it on the shelves.
- 51:41Speaker 1: But those days are over with because, according to the new york post, sean diddy combs pulled his six one 61.5 million dollar beverly hills mansion off the market while he sits in new york city jail.
- 52:03Speaker 1: This article is by one of my favorite writers, emily Davis.
- 52:07Speaker 1: Shout out to Emily Davis for this article.
- 52:09Speaker 1: It goes on to say the three-time Grammy winner listed as Beverly Hills estate in September, roughly six months after the residence, along with the Miami home, was raided.
- 52:30Speaker 1: Now Diddy claims there was significant damage that happened to the property during the raids.
- 52:39Speaker 1: Blah blah, blah, blah blah Home was reportedly paid $39 million for the home in 2014.
- 52:50Speaker 1: 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms.
- 52:52Speaker 1: Previous listing photos of the property show oversized windows, manicured lawns, 35 seat theater.
- 53:02Speaker 1: But don't, nobody want it.
- 53:05Speaker 1: People tell them sell it for parts.
- 53:12Speaker 1: We don't want to be nowhere where the freak off's been going on.
- 53:14Speaker 1: Ain't nobody trying to pay for it?
- 53:16Speaker 1: 1.3 acre property includes a two story guest house, recording studio, basketball court and a spa.
- 53:26Speaker 1: Yet the public still say hell.
- 53:29Speaker 1: Nah, recording studio, basketball court and a spa.
- 53:31Speaker 1: Yet the public still say hell.
- 53:37Speaker 1: No, the home beat Helms Home counts.
- 53:40Speaker 1: Kylie Jenner is a neighbor.
- 53:42Speaker 1: Sean Parker is a neighbor.
- 53:47Speaker 1: Sean Parker is a tech mogul.
- 53:53Speaker 1: If y'all don't know why, why has it been?
- 53:58Speaker 1: Nobody wanted to touch it?
- 53:59Speaker 1: They say perhaps buyers were wary of the home due to the allegations of the freak offs hosted by Diddy's properties.
- 54:06Speaker 1: March 2024, raids uncovered rugs and when I say rugs, we spell rugs with a D so it uncovered rugs, a thousand bottles of the lube.
- 54:21Speaker 1: All of this was found at this home.
- 54:27Speaker 1: So because of this was found at this home, so because of this, diddy had to go ahead and take it off the market.
- 54:35Speaker 1: The world is standing up, y'all, and I love it.
- 54:40Speaker 1: The days of people looking past you nasty, trifling ways and all of that, those days are over.
- 54:49Speaker 1: There was a time when that house would have sold for a hundred million dollars just because it was ditties, but what happened in 2024 and what's continued to happen in 2025 is the veil is being raised and people ain't going for it, and I love it.
- 55:14Speaker 1: Like I told y'all when I started this journey, it was.
- 55:16Speaker 1: It wasn't a truth teller years ago.
- 55:19Speaker 1: Truth telling wasn't sexy, it wasn't a thing to do.
- 55:23Speaker 1: So when I was doing it ain't no way in heck, I thought.
- 55:26Speaker 1: What took me to places that it has took me to so far or brought me to um?
- 55:32Speaker 1: So it feels good that the whole world is catching up to a movement that I started years ago, that I didn't never, I never knew it would grow to what it is today, and that the public is prioritizing truth over tales, facts over fiction.
- 55:57Speaker 1: So ain't nobody happier than me?
- 55:58Speaker 1: Every time I go to sleep, I'm happy.
- 56:02Speaker 1: Every time I wake up, I'm happy because I get to do what I love to do, and that is give the world information, entertain their ass while I do it and make sure that I'm doing it better than the person next to me.
- 56:19Speaker 1: And when I look to my left and I look to my right, I don't see nobody doing it like me.
- 56:24Speaker 1: See, nobody doing it like me.
- 56:34Speaker 1: Coming up tomorrow, I'm gonna dive some more into uh, jay-z and the busby situation, diddy, and I'm gonna try to break more, break the uh situation with the denny, the denny cane girls down.
- 56:41Speaker 1: But y'all know this, y'all know the drill.
- 56:43Speaker 1: As always, I love y'all and I'm out.
- 56:48Speaker 1: It's my birthday, y'all.
- 56:49Speaker 1: My birthday tomorrow, peace.
