- 0:00Speaker 1: To the Epstein Chronicles, one of the more ridiculous claims
- 0:05Speaker 1: in the new legal filings by Prince Andrew is him
- 0:08Speaker 1: actually trying to tell us that him and Glane Maxwell
- 0:12Speaker 1: weren't homies. It is one of the most absurd claims
- 0:16Speaker 1: I've heard in quite some time, and folks, we've heard
- 0:19Speaker 1: them all since we've been following this case. But Prince
- 0:24Speaker 1: Andrew is adamant in these court filings that him and
- 0:27Speaker 1: Glane Maxwell, you know, they were just casual friends, you know,
- 0:31Speaker 1: pass you by in the bar, give you a nod
- 0:32Speaker 1: of the head as you're going to get a pint
- 0:34Speaker 1: and keep it moving type friends. I guess. Meanwhile, the
- 0:38Speaker 1: facts tell a completely different story. Tonight, we're going to
- 0:42Speaker 1: talk about an article from The Mirror that points to
- 0:45Speaker 1: nine different times Glan Maxwell and Prince Andrew we're looking
- 0:49Speaker 1: pretty chummy. But we're also going to discuss an article
- 0:53Speaker 1: from the New York Post about Jess Staley before we
- 0:57Speaker 1: even dive in about Prince Andrew and his cozy relationship
- 1:01Speaker 1: with Glegn Maxwell. Now, Jess Staley is well, I guess
- 1:08Speaker 1: I should say, was one of the most powerful men
- 1:11Speaker 1: in the financial world. This dude was the gatekeeper over
- 1:16Speaker 1: at JP Morgan. For a very very long time. He
- 1:20Speaker 1: ran the investment banking division over at JP Morgan, and
- 1:24Speaker 1: that is where all of the big shots come, you know,
- 1:27Speaker 1: to do their wieling and dealing with their money. They
- 1:31Speaker 1: come in and you know, these guys manage the money
- 1:33Speaker 1: for them, make transactions whatever it may be. This is
- 1:37Speaker 1: what the division is there for. And Jess Staley was
- 1:41Speaker 1: the guy who was the big shot over there, mister
- 1:44Speaker 1: head honcho, mister dud in charge, and him and Jeffrey
- 1:48Speaker 1: Epstein were really close. Another one of those relationships that
- 1:52Speaker 1: doesn't get the kind of spotlight that it deserves, and
- 1:56Speaker 1: it certainly does deserve a whole lot of spotlight, just
- 1:59Speaker 1: like the situation with Leon Black. When you have somebody
- 2:02Speaker 1: like Jeffrey Epstein and he has access to movers and
- 2:05Speaker 1: shakers like this in the financial world, what are we
- 2:10Speaker 1: supposed to think when these people are lobbying for him,
- 2:13Speaker 1: when these people are giving them one hundred and fifty
- 2:15Speaker 1: eight million dollars for I'm using air quotes right now, folks, advice,
- 2:20Speaker 1: What are we supposed to think that it's all on
- 2:23Speaker 1: the up and up, that these guys are just you know, chums,
- 2:25Speaker 1: and they're hanging out having a chat like the rest
- 2:28Speaker 1: of us over you know, Crispy Taco Night. Nobody's buying it.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Nobody believes that bs. And I'm not going to sit
- 2:36Speaker 1: here and tell you that, you know, there's a room
- 2:38Speaker 1: full of six people who are sitting around, you know,
- 2:41Speaker 1: controlling the world or anything like that. I'll leave that
- 2:43Speaker 1: to other people. That's out of my lane. But what
- 2:47Speaker 1: I will tell you is this, people like Jess Staley,
- 2:49Speaker 1: people like Leon Black, those people really hold the keys.
- 2:54Speaker 1: If you're in control of the financial world, if you're
- 2:56Speaker 1: the in control of the way you know the money
- 3:01Speaker 1: is moving through the banking system, that would give you
- 3:05Speaker 1: a lot of power, wouldn't it. And when you have
- 3:07Speaker 1: some of the biggest people in the world in this
- 3:12Speaker 1: industry hanging out with Epstein and facilitating his financial malfeasance,
- 3:18Speaker 1: what are we supposed to say? Are we just supposed
- 3:20Speaker 1: to just say forget it, turn our heads and say, ah,
- 3:23Speaker 1: no big deal. Usually that's what we would do, right
- 3:25Speaker 1: if it was just the usual stealing and evading taxes
- 3:29Speaker 1: and all of that jazz, shrug our shoulders and move on.
- 3:31Speaker 1: We have bigger problems all of us got to feed
- 3:34Speaker 1: our families and we got to continue to pay the
- 3:36Speaker 1: poor people's tax right. But they messed up. They're really
- 3:40Speaker 1: messed up. When they thought that they were gonna get
- 3:42Speaker 1: over on us with this one, when they thought that
- 3:44Speaker 1: the Jeffrey Epstein stuff was just gonna blow over and
- 3:47Speaker 1: everybody was gonna forget about it. That's not the case.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Nobody's forgetting about it. People want answers, and people like
- 3:55Speaker 1: this who were connected to Epstein, who were lobbying for
- 4:00Speaker 1: him at a huge firm like JP Morgan should be
- 4:04Speaker 1: held to account. And I know he lost his job
- 4:06Speaker 1: at Barclays, right, that's a good first step. But why
- 4:10Speaker 1: haven't we had a real look into the financials here?
- 4:13Speaker 1: You mean to tell me all of the financial transactions
- 4:15Speaker 1: Epstein was moving through this bank. We're on the up
- 4:18Speaker 1: and up. We already know that's not the case. We've
- 4:21Speaker 1: already seen the finds that these banks have got slapped
- 4:25Speaker 1: with for their malfeasance, for not respecting the fins in process.
- 4:31Speaker 1: But none of these bankers, the men in charge, the
- 4:34Speaker 1: women in charge, the people at the top. When do
- 4:36Speaker 1: any of them get held accountable, Nobody goes to prison
- 4:40Speaker 1: none of these people ever go to prison, and that's
- 4:43Speaker 1: because they're the ones that are holding the bag. And
- 4:47Speaker 1: we all know what happens when a president gets elected
- 4:50Speaker 1: in America, Inevitably, his whole entire cabinet, transition staff, all
- 4:55Speaker 1: of it is filled with people from the financial sector,
- 4:58Speaker 1: and then you wonder why the wheel just continues to
- 5:01Speaker 1: go around and round. All right, So we're going to
- 5:05Speaker 1: talk about this article real quick from the New York
- 5:07Speaker 1: Post and Jess Staley. It's a relatively short article. That's
- 5:11Speaker 1: why we're doing it at the top end here of
- 5:13Speaker 1: this episode and not doing an episode for this article alone.
- 5:17Speaker 1: I don't think there's any point in doing an eleven
- 5:19Speaker 1: minute episode, so we'll just tack it on here and
- 5:22Speaker 1: then we'll add the other article right here to the
- 5:25Speaker 1: back end. This article was authored by Lydia moynihan and
- 5:32Speaker 1: it was posted in the New York Post headline oust
- 5:36Speaker 1: did Barclay CEO. Jess Staley reportedly backed Epstein at JP Morgan.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I mean, it's just crazy. JP Morgan's like this gigantic house,
- 5:46Speaker 1: you know, big time financial institution, and this is the
- 5:51Speaker 1: sort of stuff they're really getting up to when all
- 5:54Speaker 1: of the nonsense, and you know, the curtains are pulled
- 5:57Speaker 1: back and you peel their face off when they're talking
- 6:01Speaker 1: about how woke they are or whatever. Really what they're
- 6:03Speaker 1: doing is they're trying to refocus all of our energy
- 6:08Speaker 1: and all of our oh you know, rage, if you will,
- 6:12Speaker 1: at each other as opposed to them. And they got
- 6:15Speaker 1: a good glimpse of what was going on during Occupy
- 6:18Speaker 1: Wall Street, and they understood that there was a ground
- 6:21Speaker 1: swell coming against them, so they changed their tactics. Meaning
- 6:24Speaker 1: Corporate America right, and places like JP Morgan and these
- 6:28Speaker 1: banking institutions, let's put on a friendlier face. But just
- 6:32Speaker 1: because they say that that's what they are, just because
- 6:35Speaker 1: they say that they're, you know, hipped to the times,
- 6:37Speaker 1: we all know that BS walks right. It's a lot
- 6:43Speaker 1: of BS from these companies because when you look at
- 6:45Speaker 1: the way they conduct business, it's the same old or
- 6:49Speaker 1: even worse than usual. Recently, oust did Barclay CEO Jess
- 6:55Speaker 1: Staley went to bat for convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein
- 6:58Speaker 1: when he ran the investment banking division at JP Morgan.
- 7:02Speaker 1: According to a report, JP Morgan was examining whether to
- 7:06Speaker 1: boot Epstein as a client because of his thirteen month
- 7:09Speaker 1: prison sentence tied to soliciting sex from a minor, meaning
- 7:12Speaker 1: having sex with an underage girl. Soliciting sex from a minor.
- 7:16Speaker 1: What an absolutely ridiculous charge. An absolutely ridiculous charge. There's
- 7:21Speaker 1: no such thing as soliciting sex from a minor. You're
- 7:25Speaker 1: committing you know, if you're under a certain age, you're
- 7:28Speaker 1: committing a rape, statutory rape at the very least. But Staley,
- 7:39Speaker 1: who ran the Giant's investment bank, argue that Epstein had
- 7:42Speaker 1: paid his debt to society and should remain a client.
- 7:45Speaker 1: According to the report Wednesday in the Financial Times, I mean, yeah,
- 7:48Speaker 1: he really paid his debt to society. Huh. Folks had
- 7:51Speaker 1: to check into the jail for a couple hours a day,
- 7:54Speaker 1: was able to run around, still conduct business, go to
- 7:56Speaker 1: his office, and, according to some survivors, continue to abuse
- 8:00Speaker 1: use people while there was a sheriff on duty. But nah,
- 8:03Speaker 1: nothing was a miss down there in Palm Beach either.
- 8:06Speaker 1: I mean, really, he paid his debt to society. Huh.
- 8:09Speaker 1: There's not enough punishment on this planet for this dude
- 8:13Speaker 1: to repay his debt to society. And forget that his
- 8:16Speaker 1: debt to these survivors. Staley's efforts came after Epstein was
- 8:23Speaker 1: convicted in two thousand and eight. According to the FT,
- 8:26Speaker 1: JP Morgan eventually severed its relationship with Epstein in twenty
- 8:30Speaker 1: and thirteen, The same year Staley departed the JPM for
- 8:34Speaker 1: a new job at the hedge fund at a hedge fund,
- 8:37Speaker 1: before rising to run Barclays in twenty and fifteen. Now,
- 8:43Speaker 1: I guess it's just another coincidence, right, That's what people
- 8:45Speaker 1: who want to that's what they'll tell you. Oh, it's
- 8:47Speaker 1: just another coincidence. Me, I don't know what to call it.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Sure are a lot of coincidences. In this case, camera's
- 8:54Speaker 1: not pointing at the jail cell. He happens to leave
- 8:56Speaker 1: in twenty and thirteen, right when the relationship with Epstein,
- 9:00Speaker 1: you know, just a coincidence, I guess, folks. But really
- 9:03Speaker 1: what's going on here is you see the correlation, the
- 9:07Speaker 1: relationship with Epstein and Jess Staley. It was a tight
- 9:11Speaker 1: one and Staley was a huge, huge deal when it
- 9:14Speaker 1: comes to making the money move. Staley's support for Epstein
- 9:19Speaker 1: at JP Morgan underscores his long standing ties to the
- 9:22Speaker 1: disgraced financier. Pedophile and how he advocated on Epstein's behalf
- 9:27Speaker 1: well before it resulted in Staley's exit from Barclay's late
- 9:30Speaker 1: last year. In November, report surface that Staley and Epstein
- 9:35Speaker 1: had exchanged around twelve hundred emails during Staley's thirty year
- 9:38Speaker 1: tenure at JP Morgan. Some emails revealed questionable and unexplained
- 9:43Speaker 1: phrases like snow white, according to the Ft, and we
- 9:46Speaker 1: talked about this too, snow white. I mean, look, you
- 9:49Speaker 1: can delve into a lot of different things when you're
- 9:53Speaker 1: talking about code words and find yourself down a lot
- 9:56Speaker 1: of rabbit holes. But they're obviously using some kind of
- 9:59Speaker 1: code here. Okay. Now, I'm not one of the wind talkers.
- 10:02Speaker 1: I'm not gonna sit here and tell you, oh I've
- 10:04Speaker 1: I got my little decoder ring out of the cheerio
- 10:06Speaker 1: box and I figured it all out. But they're obviously
- 10:09Speaker 1: up to something. Staley stepped down from Barclays in November
- 10:13Speaker 1: after he reviewed initial findings from a probe by UK
- 10:17Speaker 1: regulators into whether he had mischaracterized his relationship with Epstein
- 10:21Speaker 1: as purely professional. According to the FT, Staley is contesting
- 10:26Speaker 1: the findings. JP Morgan declined to comment to the FT.
- 10:30Speaker 1: A spokesman for Staley also declined to comment. Shocking, right,
- 10:34Speaker 1: and they'll get away with it. Nobody will hand these
- 10:36Speaker 1: people no way. They're too busy covering the Stormy Daniels case.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Staley has stated his relationship with Epstein fizzled following the
- 10:45Speaker 1: banker's departure from JP Morgan. And that's an ongoing theme too, right, oh,
- 10:49Speaker 1: our relationship fizzled, Our relationship ended, shocking. But even after
- 10:55Speaker 1: he left the bank, helmed by Jamie Diamond, he visited
- 10:58Speaker 1: Epstein at his private island in the Caribbean, Little Saint James,
- 11:01Speaker 1: according to reports. And I you know, Jamie Diamond will
- 11:04Speaker 1: never get called on the carpet for this either. Never. He's,
- 11:07Speaker 1: you know, one of the golden boys for all of
- 11:10Speaker 1: the political class. Remember, folks, who's holding the bag here?
- 11:13Speaker 1: It ain't you? Well you think your one hundred two
- 11:15Speaker 1: hundred dollars donation to insert politician here is moving the needle.
- 11:19Speaker 1: They're not accepting your call when you call their office,
- 11:22Speaker 1: are they? You're getting a staffer? You think Jamie Diamond
- 11:26Speaker 1: gets a staffer if he calls the office of whatever
- 11:28Speaker 1: politician he's looking to talk to. Staley worked at Blue
- 11:33Speaker 1: Mountain Capital from twenty and thirteen to two thousand and
- 11:36Speaker 1: fifteen before nabbing the top job at Barclays in twenty
- 11:40Speaker 1: and fifteen. Meanwhile, Epstein began working with Deutsche Bank in
- 11:44Speaker 1: twenty and thirteen, according to the FT, after being cut
- 11:48Speaker 1: off by JP Morgan following Staley's departure from JP Morgan.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Epstein died in twenty and nineteen in prison as he
- 11:55Speaker 1: awaited trial on charges he's sex trafficked miners. Now Deutsche
- 12:00Speaker 1: Bank is just a den of scum and villainy, and
- 12:03Speaker 1: they've been slapped with so many fines that it's not
- 12:06Speaker 1: even funny. And now my question is how many people
- 12:09Speaker 1: have they hit with the poor people tax? And what
- 12:12Speaker 1: I mean by the poor people tax is the inflated
- 12:16Speaker 1: rates of borrowing the finance rates. How many people have
- 12:20Speaker 1: they absolutely hammered with a twenty percent rate on a
- 12:24Speaker 1: car for a piece of garbage car that's hardly gonna last.
- 12:29Speaker 1: These people are just gross, Honestly, at this level, when
- 12:32Speaker 1: we're talking about this level of banker and the way
- 12:35Speaker 1: they conduct themselves, you think they care about the survivors
- 12:38Speaker 1: or that Jeffrey Epstein was a convicted sex offender. No way.
- 12:42Speaker 1: He brought more money to their pockets, more prestige, opened,
- 12:45Speaker 1: some more doors, had some more relationships built for them,
- 12:50Speaker 1: And like I always say, with people like this, the
- 12:53Speaker 1: means always justifies the ends. And to the rest of us,
- 12:57Speaker 1: we look around and we just shake our heads, like, really,
- 12:59Speaker 1: one's enough enough. Don't you people have enough money? Don't
- 13:01Speaker 1: you have enough power? But for them the answer is
- 13:05Speaker 1: always no. Now, Jess Staley is somebody I've been talking
- 13:09Speaker 1: about for a long time, and before the pandemic, I
- 13:12Speaker 1: said that he was in big trouble back then, and
- 13:15Speaker 1: it took a little while. Obviously Barclays was trying to
- 13:19Speaker 1: write the ship, if you will, during the pandemic and
- 13:21Speaker 1: didn't want to upset the apple cart. But the writing
- 13:25Speaker 1: was on the wall, and it's no shock to me
- 13:27Speaker 1: that he's out, especially considering we know how much deeper
- 13:31Speaker 1: his relationship with Epstein went then they even let on.
- 13:34Speaker 1: So that's where we're at with Jess Staley and the
- 13:37Speaker 1: situation he finds himself in currently. Now onto our next
- 13:42Speaker 1: article from The Mirror. This article was authored by Alana
- 13:48Speaker 1: Kindred Headline nine Times, Prince Andrew and Glene Maxwell looked
- 13:53Speaker 1: like good pals, as he denies closeness. Now, we talked
- 13:57Speaker 1: about this a little bit earlier. What a ridiculs claim.
- 14:00Speaker 1: How are you going to say to anybody that you
- 14:02Speaker 1: and Ghlaine Maxwell weren't close. It's so ridiculous that his
- 14:06Speaker 1: lawyers would even add this. I just don't even know
- 14:09Speaker 1: what to say about it, honestly, Prince strongly as excuse me,
- 14:13Speaker 1: Prince Andrews strongly denied he was close friends with now
- 14:17Speaker 1: convicted sex trafficker Glayne Maxwell. At least they got it
- 14:20Speaker 1: right and called her a convicted sex trafficker here, that's
- 14:22Speaker 1: a good start. The Duke of York's reported attempt to
- 14:25Speaker 1: distance himself from Maxwell comes as he has demanded a
- 14:28Speaker 1: trial by combat, I mean a trial by Jerry, denying
- 14:31Speaker 1: to a New York court a catalog of sex abuse
- 14:34Speaker 1: allegations brought by his accuser, Virginia Roberts. So obviously that
- 14:40Speaker 1: was the first salvo for him answering these accusations and
- 14:45Speaker 1: giving us this ridiculousness that we're talking about still tonight.
- 14:49Speaker 1: On December twenty ninth, Maxwell sixty was found guilty of
- 14:53Speaker 1: offenses relating to her work as a fixer for the
- 14:55Speaker 1: Duke's associate, Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted pedophile and billionaire. She
- 15:00Speaker 1: faces up to sixty five years in prison. So a
- 15:03Speaker 1: couple things. Duke's associate Jeffrey Epstein, there were both of
- 15:07Speaker 1: the Duke's associates, okay, and I would say that he
- 15:10Speaker 1: was probably closer to Glenn Maxwell than he was to ebste.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Miss Roberts claims that Epstein and Maxwell made her have
- 15:19Speaker 1: sex with the Duke three times when she was seventeen,
- 15:22Speaker 1: including once in London. Prince Andrew, who has always strongly
- 15:26Speaker 1: denied the allegations, but up until now it was a
- 15:29Speaker 1: very generic version of denial. Right, Well, he dropped his
- 15:34Speaker 1: formal denial and I guess you can see why he
- 15:37Speaker 1: kept generic for so long, because he has nothing to
- 15:39Speaker 1: go on. In an eleven page response to Miss roberts
- 15:43Speaker 1: lawsuit yesterday, Andrew denied wrongdoing, but he did say in
- 15:48Speaker 1: this document that he met Epstein in or around nineteen
- 15:51Speaker 1: ninety nine. The Prince refuted her major claims while admitting
- 15:55Speaker 1: to befriending Epstein, but denied he was ever a close
- 15:59Speaker 1: past the hull of British socialite Maxwell trafficker Maxwell you mean,
- 16:04Speaker 1: and again, absolutely ridiculous, ludicrous, moronic, stupid, gas lighting, whatever
- 16:11Speaker 1: you want to call it. It's all of that. Because
- 16:13Speaker 1: we know it's not the case. We've seen the pictures.
- 16:17Speaker 1: The Duke sixty one said it was not true, and
- 16:20Speaker 1: he was a free that it was not true that
- 16:22Speaker 1: he was a frequent guest of Epstein's various homes around
- 16:24Speaker 1: the world, including New York City, where he sexually abused
- 16:28Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts at Epstein and Maxwell's invitation when she was
- 16:32Speaker 1: a minor. Andrew's strenuous denials of not being close with
- 16:36Speaker 1: Maxwell comes years after the pair have been photographed together
- 16:39Speaker 1: on multiple occasions around the world. I mean yeah, around
- 16:44Speaker 1: the world. Everywhere you can imagine. These two have been
- 16:47Speaker 1: photographed together. They had a long history together, folks. And
- 16:51Speaker 1: you don't have access to the palace the way she did,
- 16:53Speaker 1: or to the property of the way she did, if
- 16:55Speaker 1: you're not close to somebody. Epstein and Maxwell at Balmoral.
- 17:03Speaker 1: The photo of Epstein and Maxwell sitting in the Queen's
- 17:06Speaker 1: log cabin in glenn Beg, Balmoral was taken in the
- 17:09Speaker 1: late summer or early autumn of nineteen ninety nine, So
- 17:12Speaker 1: there's one for you. You know, you got the picture of
- 17:14Speaker 1: these two at Balamorral, certainly not a good look for them.
- 17:20Speaker 1: The next instance, Andrew Maxwell, Donald Trump, and Epstein and
- 17:24Speaker 1: mar A Lago. February two thousand, Andrew was photographed with
- 17:28Speaker 1: Donald Trump and his wife Milania Trump. In the background,
- 17:31Speaker 1: you see Epstein looking directly at the camera and Maxwell's
- 17:34Speaker 1: face is seen peering into the frame on the right
- 17:36Speaker 1: hand side. I mean, we all know that these people
- 17:39Speaker 1: were all palin around together. It's not even a debate
- 17:43Speaker 1: at this point. Now we don't know exactly the specific
- 17:49Speaker 1: roles of every single person involved, but we do know
- 17:52Speaker 1: anyone that was hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein knew what
- 17:57Speaker 1: he was about, knew that he was not a normal
- 18:00Speaker 1: and if you were hanging out with him after the
- 18:02Speaker 1: first conviction, you knew he was a convicted sex offender.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Andrew and Maxwell at Ascot. Prince Andrew and Maxwell attended
- 18:09Speaker 1: the Royal Ascot in June two thousand. They were photographed
- 18:12Speaker 1: with Epstein another one of the Duke's former girlfriends, Carolyn
- 18:15Speaker 1: Neville and her husband Edward Stanley. Andrew and Maxwell leaving
- 18:20Speaker 1: the wedding of a former girlfriend September two thousand, the
- 18:23Speaker 1: Duke attended the wedding of his former girlfriend or really
- 18:26Speaker 1: a cecal with Maxwell. The pair arrived together but walked
- 18:29Speaker 1: in separately, according to reports at the time. I mean, look,
- 18:34Speaker 1: all of these different examples are just more evidence of
- 18:38Speaker 1: the BS he was trying to run on us. The
- 18:42Speaker 1: next one Andrew and Maxwell partying at a Halloween party.
- 18:45Speaker 1: The pair were photographed together at supermodel Heidi Clume's Halloween
- 18:49Speaker 1: party in October of two thousand. Now remember how close
- 18:52Speaker 1: they were at this point in time. And now Andrew
- 18:54Speaker 1: will tell you, oh, well, we weren't close. So what
- 18:56Speaker 1: are you doing at the hookers and the pimps Hose party?
- 19:00Speaker 1: Hookers in pimps theme bash at the Hudson Hotel, Because
- 19:04Speaker 1: that's what you were doing at the Halloween party with
- 19:07Speaker 1: at how do he clomes Halloween party? So you're there
- 19:10Speaker 1: with Maxwell, but you're not close, you don't know her.
- 19:12Speaker 1: You just go to a hookers in pimp's party, Pimps
- 19:15Speaker 1: and hose party. I mean, when I worked in the
- 19:19Speaker 1: joint here in Las Vegas, those parties were wild, absolutely
- 19:23Speaker 1: insane types of parties. Invited on a shooting weekend at Sandringham.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Photos from December two thousand have shown Maxwell and Epstein
- 19:33Speaker 1: on a pheasant shoot with Andrew. They spent the weekend
- 19:35Speaker 1: in Norfolk at the Sandringham estate. Andrew spoke to the
- 19:39Speaker 1: BBC News Night in twenty nineteen about his links to
- 19:42Speaker 1: Epstein and when he was asked about that weekend, he said,
- 19:45Speaker 1: it was a straightforward shooting weekend. Whatever that means. Anyone
- 19:48Speaker 1: want to explain to the rest of us what that means?
- 19:50Speaker 1: A straight forward shooting weekend? What you have bent shooting weekends,
- 19:54Speaker 1: crooked shooting weekends? What is a straightforward shooting weekend? Andrew
- 19:59Speaker 1: photo with Roberts and Maxwell in London. Now we all
- 20:03Speaker 1: know about this photograph. I'm not even gonna go into it.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Maxwell and Kevin Spacey's tour of the palace. So we
- 20:10Speaker 1: know Kevin Spacey and Maxwell had a tour of the palace,
- 20:13Speaker 1: got the pictures, the whole nine. So again, how are
- 20:17Speaker 1: you going to tell us that you're not close with
- 20:19Speaker 1: Glene Maxwell? And then finally for this article, but certainly
- 20:23Speaker 1: not the last time they were hanging out Andrew, Maxwell,
- 20:26Speaker 1: Epstein and Harvey Weinstein at Andrew's daughter Beatrice's birthday In
- 20:30Speaker 1: two thousand and six, Beatrice's eighteenth birthday party was held
- 20:33Speaker 1: at Windsor Castle. Photos published in the Sun on Sunday
- 20:37Speaker 1: shows now convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein with Epstein and
- 20:41Speaker 1: Maxwell talk about the Three Stooges, the three gross disgusting morons.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Maxwell wore a feathered mask as she smiled in photos
- 20:50Speaker 1: taken at the bash that was attended by some four
- 20:52Speaker 1: hundred guests. Epstein was being investigated by US authorities at
- 20:56Speaker 1: the time he attended the party. Two months later, he
- 20:59Speaker 1: was issued a war weren't for sexual assault of a minor?
- 21:01Speaker 1: You mean to tell me that? Nobody warned the Prince.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Nobody in the Foreign Affairs Office called over and said, Hey, look, dude,
- 21:08Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's sick. Fuck boys, what are you guys doing?
- 21:12Speaker 1: Maybe they didn't, but I'll tell you what. Either way,
- 21:15Speaker 1: what's Prince Andrew doing? I mean, here's an idea. Why
- 21:18Speaker 1: don't you google the people you're hanging out with. During
- 21:23Speaker 1: a newsnight interview in twenty nineteen, Andrew claimed he didn't
- 21:26Speaker 1: know about the proceedings and that Epstein had attended because
- 21:30Speaker 1: he had invited Maxwell. So again, he says in the interview,
- 21:33Speaker 1: he invited Maxwell, but all of a sudden, him and
- 21:36Speaker 1: Epstein were the close ones. None of it makes sense,
- 21:39Speaker 1: all right, the whole story he's pitching, and this whole
- 21:42Speaker 1: entire line that him and Maxwell weren't close might be
- 21:45Speaker 1: what sinks him here. And that's why I wanted to
- 21:47Speaker 1: focus on this again tonight. Pretty sure Judge Kaplan's going
- 21:51Speaker 1: to take a look at this and say the same
- 21:52Speaker 1: thing I'm saying, what are you talking about, buddy? I
- 21:55Speaker 1: see the evidence here. You were obviously close to her,
- 21:58Speaker 1: And if you can't be truthful about the very basics,
- 22:01Speaker 1: the small little nuance, then you're definitely not being truthful
- 22:05Speaker 1: about the overall story either. So that's where it's at
- 22:09Speaker 1: with Prince Andrew. And when you look at the rebuttal
- 22:14Speaker 1: he put forward here, it is absolutely ridiculous. And for
- 22:18Speaker 1: him and his legal team, I mean, maybe they were
- 22:21Speaker 1: excited when they put that together. They all had a toast,
- 22:25Speaker 1: maybe clanked a couple of glasses, thought they did a
- 22:27Speaker 1: good job. But boys, tell you what, barely getting a
- 22:32Speaker 1: C grade here and lucky to get that, because this
- 22:37Speaker 1: whole entire response was not the right way to go
- 22:41Speaker 1: about it. In my opinion. Anyway, I guess we'll have
- 22:43Speaker 1: to see. We'll come back and we'll check this episode
- 22:47Speaker 1: after all is said and done, and we'll see if
- 22:49Speaker 1: I was close to the mark or not. But so far,
- 22:52Speaker 1: when we're talking about these people and the way they've
- 22:55Speaker 1: gone about defending themselves, this has not been the right
- 22:58Speaker 1: way to do it. They've all failed, and I would
- 23:01Speaker 1: expect to see Prince Andrew fail as well if he
- 23:03Speaker 1: keeps this up. Especially so tomorrow morning we'll pick back
- 23:08Speaker 1: up and we'll see what's going on with Maxwell and
- 23:10Speaker 1: Epstein and Andrew and the rest of them. And you
- 23:14Speaker 1: know that we're gonna have a couple of curves in
- 23:16Speaker 1: the road, if you will, and some more bumps before
- 23:20Speaker 1: we get to the end here, because there is so
- 23:24Speaker 1: much more we do not know. For everything that we
- 23:26Speaker 1: do know, there's a ton more that we don't know,
- 23:30Speaker 1: And every day more becomes available, and as we get
- 23:33Speaker 1: more document dumps and more things are unsealed, hopefully we'll
- 23:37Speaker 1: get more information and the picture will become more clear.
- 23:42Speaker 1: All right, everybody that's gonna do it for tonight. I
- 23:45Speaker 1: will be back tomorrow morning with a morning update. Obviously,
- 23:49Speaker 1: some context episodes come in your way in the meantime
- 23:52Speaker 1: and we'll be off and running. If you'd like to
- 23:54Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuci at
- 23:57Speaker 1: ProtonMail dot com. That's Bob cap you Cci at protonmeil
- 24:03Speaker 1: dot com. You can also find me on Twitter at

- 24:13Speaker 1: the links, I should say, can be found in the
- 24:15Speaker 1: description box Donald. One of the ongoing themes here at
- 24:20Speaker 1: the Jeffrey Epstein Show has been the financial aspect of
- 24:23Speaker 1: this case. We know that the people involved with Jeffrey Epstein,
- 24:29Speaker 1: the enablers, the one tie that binds them to Jeffrey
- 24:33Speaker 1: Epstein and his criminal enterprise are their financial transactions, and
- 24:41Speaker 1: that is one of the things that drew me into
- 24:43Speaker 1: this case. Originally. I knew that this was a rico
- 24:46Speaker 1: case right from the jump. Just from reading the basic
- 24:53Speaker 1: outline of what occurred here, it was obvious that there
- 24:56Speaker 1: was something more going on than just the sex trafficking
- 25:00Speaker 1: portion of this case. Now, that was the bread and
- 25:04Speaker 1: butter for them, right that was most certainly why all
- 25:07Speaker 1: of this was put into effect, so that they can
- 25:10Speaker 1: compile these dossiers. But also let's remember it's about money
- 25:18Speaker 1: for these people as well. So to facilitate the criminal activity,
- 25:25Speaker 1: you have to have money, right, and what better way
- 25:28Speaker 1: to get that money than through money laundering operations. And
- 25:34Speaker 1: that was the premise I was always working on and
- 25:37Speaker 1: going off of since the beginning here. I've always thought
- 25:40Speaker 1: that this was a huge money washing operation and that
- 25:44Speaker 1: there was an extreme amount of dollars being laundered through
- 25:48Speaker 1: these shell companies. And today we're going to talk about
- 25:54Speaker 1: another person who helped facilitate all of that, another person
- 25:58Speaker 1: who we have talked about at length here on the podcast,
- 26:01Speaker 1: and that person is Jess Staley. Jess Staley is in
- 26:05Speaker 1: charge over at Barclays, but before that he was over
- 26:08Speaker 1: at JP Morgan and he was in charge of Jeffrey
- 26:13Speaker 1: Epstein's accounts. He was in charge of moving Jeffrey Epstein's money.
- 26:18Speaker 1: He was also in charge of helping Jeffrey Epstein grow
- 26:21Speaker 1: that money. Oh you think it was one way traffic,
- 26:25Speaker 1: of course it wasn't. For Jeffrey Epstein, Well, what he
- 26:30Speaker 1: would do is steer business to Jess Staley. And now
- 26:36Speaker 1: that's just bad enough on its own right, If it
- 26:38Speaker 1: was just a professional relationship, that would be bad enough
- 26:41Speaker 1: on its own, But folks, it's much deeper than that.
- 26:45Speaker 1: As you will remember, Jess Staley and Jeffrey Epstein were
- 26:49Speaker 1: very close, so close in fact, that Jess Staley visited
- 26:53Speaker 1: the island after Jeffrey Epstein's arrest. They stayed friends, they
- 26:58Speaker 1: stayed in contact and were just everything was the same old,
- 27:03Speaker 1: same old. No matter the fact that Jeffrey Epstein was
- 27:06Speaker 1: a convicted sex offender, no matter that Jeffrey Epstein was
- 27:11Speaker 1: under investigation for abuse against children, None of that matter
- 27:16Speaker 1: to somebody like Jess Staley. All that he saw were
- 27:20Speaker 1: dollar signs and more ways to find his way closer
- 27:26Speaker 1: to the top. And I know that sounds crazy, right,
- 27:29Speaker 1: a guy like Jess Staley. How much more money or
- 27:31Speaker 1: power do you need? You? Again, it all goes back
- 27:35Speaker 1: to what we talk about here all the time, greed.
- 27:38Speaker 1: And most of these people have found themselves in the
- 27:41Speaker 1: position that they're in because of their greed. And that's
- 27:46Speaker 1: just the way the cookie crumbles for these people, right,
- 27:51Speaker 1: Guys like Jess Staley. He didn't need to have Jeffrey
- 27:53Speaker 1: Epstein as an associate, He didn't need to have him
- 27:56Speaker 1: in his bank. Plenty of money coming through those doors,
- 28:01Speaker 1: but the greed got the best of them. And not
- 28:05Speaker 1: only the greed, but the lust for power and the
- 28:09Speaker 1: lust to move up that social ladder in so called
- 28:12Speaker 1: polite society. That is what is most important to these people,
- 28:18Speaker 1: and that is what their goal is. No matter what.
- 28:21Speaker 1: They don't care about the survivors, they don't care about
- 28:25Speaker 1: people that they're giving predatory loans to, they don't care
- 28:28Speaker 1: about any of that. It is all about the consolidation
- 28:31Speaker 1: of power and moving up the ranks within so called
- 28:35Speaker 1: polite society. And that is the game that Jess Staley
- 28:38Speaker 1: has been playing for years. Well, now Jess Staley is
- 28:43Speaker 1: under assault. Jess Staley is on the defense. All those
- 28:49Speaker 1: years of high flying, living it up, moving money for
- 28:53Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, Jeffrey Epstein's associates, and there was nobody questioning
- 28:58Speaker 1: your behavior. Well now not only are you being investigated
- 29:02Speaker 1: by the authorities, but somebody in your own boardroom is
- 29:09Speaker 1: looking at shake things up and oust you. We've been
- 29:13Speaker 1: talking about Edward Bramson and his desire to remove Jess
- 29:17Speaker 1: Staley since this story broke here, and it is still underway.
- 29:22Speaker 1: The battle continues. The battle rages on, and Bramson is
- 29:27Speaker 1: now going even harder considering the subpoena. So look, the
- 29:38Speaker 1: battle over Barclays is just heating up, folks, and we're
- 29:41Speaker 1: going to stay on top of it. We're gonna continue
- 29:44Speaker 1: to cover it, and we will continue to see how
- 29:46Speaker 1: it breaks with Jess Staley, because look, he's a very
- 29:49Speaker 1: powerful man and his role within the Epstein play cannot
- 29:56Speaker 1: be forgotten. This is somebody who helped facilitate a great
- 30:00Speaker 1: amount of money of Jeffrey Epstein's And my question is
- 30:03Speaker 1: was all of it clean? Point blank period? That is
- 30:06Speaker 1: my question, The only question I even care about. Where
- 30:09Speaker 1: did all of that money originate? And where was the destination?
- 30:13Speaker 1: What happened in between? Was it all claimed? Is it all?
- 30:17Speaker 1: You know? A logged? Let's see it, Let's see all
- 30:21Speaker 1: of the transactions. Our article today is from Bloomberg. The
- 30:27Speaker 1: headline Barclay's activist adds Epstein subpoena to campaign to oust
- 30:32Speaker 1: to CEO. This article was authored by Stefania Spizzatti. Barclays
- 30:40Speaker 1: plc's top shareholder stepped up his campaign to oust chief
- 30:44Speaker 1: executive officer Jess Staley, pointing to a subpoena that requires
- 30:48Speaker 1: JP Morgan chasing company to hand over Staley's communications with
- 30:52Speaker 1: deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. And now we know that
- 30:56Speaker 1: that subpoena to JP Morgan is doing some digging, right
- 31:00Speaker 1: If they want the paperwork, they want all of the
- 31:02Speaker 1: information from the time that Epstein started at JP Morgan
- 31:08Speaker 1: to the time that he was ousted at JP Morgan,
- 31:11Speaker 1: and Jess Staley's fingerprints are all over it. Jess Staley
- 31:14Speaker 1: was the one who facilitated all of that. Jess Staley
- 31:17Speaker 1: was the one in charge of Epstein's accounts. So yeah,
- 31:22Speaker 1: it's a pretty good strategy from Bramson to go this route.
- 31:28Speaker 1: If I was Bramson, I would be going very hard here. Now,
- 31:33Speaker 1: remember Edward Bramson is a huge shareholder inside of Barclays,
- 31:37Speaker 1: in fact, the biggest single shareholder with his Sherborne company.
- 31:42Speaker 1: So Bramson has a pretty pretty big voice when it
- 31:46Speaker 1: comes to situations like this, and him amplifying his voice
- 31:51Speaker 1: and using it to try to oust Staley by referring
- 31:55Speaker 1: to these subpoenas and Staley's entanglements with Jeffrey Epstein is
- 31:59Speaker 1: a winning strategy. It is a strategy that eventually is
- 32:03Speaker 1: going to make Barclay's move Jess Staley will not be
- 32:07Speaker 1: the CEO of Barclays for much longer. Activists Edward Brampson
- 32:14Speaker 1: said in the letter sent to his investors this week
- 32:17Speaker 1: and seen by Bloomberg News that the request could further
- 32:20Speaker 1: damage Barclay's reputation. Authorities in the US Virgin Islands demanded
- 32:25Speaker 1: the information in May from JP Morgan, Staley's former employer,
- 32:30Speaker 1: as part of their investigation into Epstein. And we all
- 32:34Speaker 1: know as well that Deutsche Bank now is caught up
- 32:38Speaker 1: as well. There are several financial institutions that are on
- 32:42Speaker 1: the hook now and all of these places that we're
- 32:45Speaker 1: facilitating trades for Epstein, money movement for Epstein. All of
- 32:50Speaker 1: these people better beyond notice. The days of your transactions
- 32:55Speaker 1: not receiving scrutiny or over is a bright light being
- 33:01Speaker 1: shined down upon all of you now. Two of their
- 33:07Speaker 1: fifteen requests specifically asked for Staley's emails with Epstein when
- 33:11Speaker 1: he was an executive as the US lender. USVII officials
- 33:16Speaker 1: have sent subpoenas to various banks, as well as to
- 33:19Speaker 1: billionaire investor Leon Black, looking for more information about their
- 33:23Speaker 1: business ties, to the late financier Pedophile and We talked
- 33:28Speaker 1: about that recently, right, Leon Black and Apollo Global, and
- 33:31Speaker 1: it's the same thing here with Jess Staley. All of
- 33:34Speaker 1: these rich people have been now caught up in the
- 33:37Speaker 1: financial aspect of these crimes. And I'm telling you, folks,
- 33:41Speaker 1: we're seeing something bloom here like we have never seen before.
- 33:46Speaker 1: If the prosecutors are able to do their due diligence
- 33:48Speaker 1: here and tie all of these people together, connect all
- 33:52Speaker 1: of these financial transactions together, then what we have on
- 33:55Speaker 1: our hands is one gigantic, huge RICO case, perhaps maybe
- 34:02Speaker 1: one of the biggest ones we have ever seen. The
- 34:05Speaker 1: question remains, do the prosecutors have the fruits to go
- 34:09Speaker 1: through with it. Bramson, whose Sherborn Investors Management LP recently
- 34:16Speaker 1: increased its stake in Barclays to almost six percent, has
- 34:19Speaker 1: long been skeptical of Staley's strategy of boosting the bank
- 34:23Speaker 1: securities unit. The investor intensified his criticism of Staley earlier
- 34:27Speaker 1: this year as regulators in the UK began scrutinizing Staley's
- 34:32Speaker 1: account of his ties to Epstein. Now, Bramson, for his part,
- 34:37Speaker 1: has a lot of money tied up into this company. Right,
- 34:40Speaker 1: he doesn't like Staley as it is. And he doesn't
- 34:44Speaker 1: really care for the bank securities unit either, Right, So
- 34:50Speaker 1: what he's doing is he's parlaying the Jeffrey Epstein ties
- 34:55Speaker 1: into the overarching picture of Bramson being removed, and the
- 35:00Speaker 1: Epstein ties are the kicker for him. Right, that's going
- 35:03Speaker 1: to be what overturns the apple cart for Staley, He's not.
- 35:08Speaker 1: You can't get away from that. Look, if Les Wexner
- 35:11Speaker 1: had to step down, if Glenn Dubin had to step down,
- 35:15Speaker 1: if all these Harvard cats had to step down, et cetera,
- 35:18Speaker 1: et cetera, it is not long, Jess Staley before it
- 35:21Speaker 1: is your turn to step down. Enough is enough? Quit
- 35:24Speaker 1: with the charade? All right? Everybody knows that you and
- 35:27Speaker 1: Epstein were boys. Everybody knows that you and Epstein were
- 35:32Speaker 1: involved in all sorts of financial transactions together. What we
- 35:37Speaker 1: don't know is how many of those were legit and
- 35:41Speaker 1: how many of those were criminal. The kindest thing the
- 35:47Speaker 1: board could do for him would be to let him go,
- 35:49Speaker 1: Brampson wrote in the letter. The board could then focus
- 35:52Speaker 1: strictly on damage control and on the future course of
- 35:55Speaker 1: the company. I agree with Brampson here, right, I think
- 35:58Speaker 1: that it is a good eye to get rid of
- 36:01Speaker 1: Jess Staley. Start from scratch, do some damage control, and
- 36:06Speaker 1: then moving forward, do a damn better job at vetting
- 36:09Speaker 1: the people you're going to put in such positions. I mean,
- 36:12Speaker 1: everybody knew who Jeffrey Epstein was, everybody knew what Jeffrey
- 36:16Speaker 1: Epstein was up to, But yet Barclay's, one of the
- 36:21Speaker 1: most powerful financial institutions in the world, had no idea
- 36:25Speaker 1: that Staley was so tied to him, that Staley and
- 36:28Speaker 1: him were so close stop it. They knew, But once again, folks,
- 36:32Speaker 1: are you ready? They did not care. Spokesman for Barclays
- 36:39Speaker 1: Bramson and JP Morgan declined to comment. An official at
- 36:43Speaker 1: the Department of Justice in the Virgin Islands didn't respond
- 36:46Speaker 1: to an emailed request for comment. A copy of the
- 36:49Speaker 1: subpoena seen by Bloomberg News requires JP Morgan to handle
- 36:53Speaker 1: all communications between James E. Staley and Jeffrey E. Epstein
- 36:58Speaker 1: regarding his accounts, service or transactions, as well as those
- 37:03Speaker 1: involving two Caribbean islands owned by Epstein. So this is
- 37:08Speaker 1: very very large, right in scope, This is a large, large, large,
- 37:13Speaker 1: large demand here all of these communications must be turned
- 37:18Speaker 1: over Now that seems great on its face, right, But
- 37:23Speaker 1: what about the communications that were done privately? What these
- 37:26Speaker 1: people don't have private servers? Of course they do. There's
- 37:29Speaker 1: a way that they were communicating privately. I have no
- 37:31Speaker 1: doubt of that, especially considering we're going on the premise
- 37:35Speaker 1: that this was an intelligence operation, So of course they
- 37:38Speaker 1: would have the resources to do some shadow communication. So
- 37:43Speaker 1: the emails that are going to get turned over or
- 37:45Speaker 1: have been turned over, are just the ones that are
- 37:48Speaker 1: saved on the server or wherever they may be saved.
- 37:51Speaker 1: So again, that won't give us a full picture, but
- 37:54Speaker 1: it definitely is a good start. While Staley's strategy has
- 37:58Speaker 1: been somewhat vindicated after trading revenue surge during the pandemic,
- 38:03Speaker 1: he continues to be dogged by his historic ties to Epstein.
- 38:07Speaker 1: The banker has previously said he had known Epstein since
- 38:10Speaker 1: two thousand, when he was head of JP Morgan's private
- 38:13Speaker 1: bank and told to strike up a professional relationship with
- 38:16Speaker 1: the financial advisor pedophile. Well, it was more than just
- 38:21Speaker 1: a professional relationship, and that's what they all try and
- 38:24Speaker 1: bank on, right, Oh, it was a professional relationship. Jeffrey
- 38:28Speaker 1: Epstein and I weren't breaking bread together. I was not
- 38:31Speaker 1: his friend. My wife and I weren't at his island.
- 38:34Speaker 1: In reality, all of that occurred. You were his friend,
- 38:36Speaker 1: you were breaking bread, and you were at his island.
- 38:40Speaker 1: So that's the thing with these people, right, they all
- 38:43Speaker 1: lie from the very beginning about their relationship with Epstein.
- 38:46Speaker 1: So we start off on the wrong foot from the jump.
- 38:50Speaker 1: So how are we supposed to believe anything else you
- 38:52Speaker 1: have to say if you won't even cop up and
- 38:56Speaker 1: admit that you had a relationship with the guy he said.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Their relationship began to taper off once he left the
- 39:04Speaker 1: American Bank in twenty thirteen and ended in twenty and
- 39:08Speaker 1: fifteen after shortly visiting Epstein's private island in the Virgin
- 39:13Speaker 1: Islands while on a sailing holiday with his wife. So,
- 39:18Speaker 1: twenty fifteen, years after Epstein's already been convicted of his crimes,
- 39:24Speaker 1: years after the sordid details started to spill out, Jess
- 39:29Speaker 1: Staley shows up on his dumbass sailboat on a holiday
- 39:34Speaker 1: at Jeffrey Epstein's island. Really, so you just show up
- 39:39Speaker 1: for what swell? You're just gonna roll by on the boat,
- 39:41Speaker 1: you guys floating by, and you're gonna stand on the
- 39:43Speaker 1: deck and wave. Of course not you stopped, you went
- 39:47Speaker 1: onto the island, you part you partake in his hospitality,
- 39:51Speaker 1: and you guys broke bread and did whatever it is
- 39:53Speaker 1: you sick, disgusting bastards do I mean, what is it?
- 39:57Speaker 1: Wait for a full moon and then go out and
