Paris Enforces Helmets for E-Scooters | France News
Paris just made riding e-scooters and similar devices a whole lot safer — and more expensive. Starting today, helmets are mandatory everywhere in the city and surrounding departments, with no exceptions, after over 1,100 serious accidents last year. Reflective gear is also required at night, and fines hit 135 euros for no helmet or 35 euros for missing reflective clothing.
