Steve Hughes on stand-up comedy and political correctness
This episode was recorded in 2023.
Steve Hughes is an Australian comedian renowned for his sharp, no-holds-barred social commentary that fearlessly takes on controversial topics like political correctness, religion, war, and drug laws.
He delivers his routines with a confronting edge, often challenging societal norms and health policies in a way that's both alarming and hilariously on-point, making audiences rethink the status quo without pulling punches.
I first came across his hilarious work a number of years ago, when he appeared on Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow.
