- 2:04Speaker 1: Um, where I talked about jay-z's demeanor at the grammys was a little alarming, uh, and when I said that I was just talking I didn't know if it was just because of everything going on or if it was something specific.
- 2:22Speaker 1: And then yesterday I find out, uh, courtesy of my girl, tisa tails, who has been spot on with a lot of this diddy stuff and jay-z and not only her, but I heard some other people say it, but she's one of the news that something big is about to drop on Jay-Z this week.
- 2:49Speaker 1: And so that was after I already said he was looking kind of crazy at the Grammy Award.
- 2:55Speaker 1: So we're going to get into that and a little more.

- 5:42Speaker 1: Well, actually I'm sorry, I finished at, I finished at 8.30, and I uploaded and lately the system.
- 5:47Speaker 1: I guess they're working on it.
- 5:49Speaker 1: It's been taking forever to upload, so hopefully today it don't happen.

- 6:07Speaker 1: Now let's get into the Mohawkster.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Mohawk, motherfucking did it.
- 6:16Speaker 1: So before we get into the Jay-Z news, let's, let's attack this.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Uh, recent lawsuit by uh diddy I mean uh lawsuit to diddy from two women.
- 6:29Speaker 1: This comes courtesy of tmz.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Uh, two women claim they were raped at trump new york city hotel, york City Hotel.
- 6:42Speaker 1: They're making sure Diddy is cooked, ain't they?
- 6:52Speaker 1: And then now, let me give you some background of what I've noticed.
- 6:54Speaker 1: If you notice, it was like a pause on some of these, a pause on these lawsuits for a little period.
- 7:00Speaker 1: We had a little gap because it was like they were hitting, hitting, hitting, and it was a gap.
- 7:03Speaker 1: And with the word around the youtube, uh, all the different podcasts I follow, um, the word around town is that the feds were wrapping up for that superseding indictment and a lot of these new lawsuits, or new people like speaking out, uh, it's believed that they were, some of them were witnesses or a part of the story, or a part of the case, I should say, and that they wanted, the feds wanted them to, you know, keep quiet for a second.
- 7:42Speaker 1: As they wrapped up the investigation for that superseding indictment, they just dropped and then, once they dropped the superseding indictment and gave them the all clear, boom, we get an avalanche of more lawsuits.
- 7:54Speaker 1: So I take from that that these lawsuits really pay attention to these lawsuits, because these recent ones, because, even if these people aren't victims in the actual, real case, a lot of these people may be, and are more than likely, witnesses that will be called, because it's not a it's not a coincidence that Busby was firing these things off back to back to back to back and then, right when we start hearing about that superseding indictment, it kind of went quiet and then, if you notice, we're back to dropping them again after the superseding indictment came.
- 8:33Speaker 1: So it's, it's heating up and we need to pay attention.
- 8:38Speaker 1: So let's get into this.
- 8:38Speaker 1: So, uh, what they're saying on this tmZ article a former bottle service attendant has filed and she says this situation went down in Trump Tower I mean Trump Hotel.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Now the woman has filed this suit anonymously and what she is saying is in 1990, she attended an event hosted by Diddy at Limelight Nightclub in New York.
- 9:09Speaker 1: She says the club had five floors and the top two were reserved for Sex parties.
- 9:18Speaker 1: So you already know this is about to get freaky.
- 9:23Speaker 1: So you already know this is about to get freaky.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Okay, so she goes on to say nothing happened at Limelight, but she and her friend went to Trump Hotel.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Afterwards.
- 9:37Speaker 1: She claims she never wanted to go, but Combs made it clear that they didn't have any choice.
- 9:43Speaker 1: So she's insinuating that they were forced to Trump Hotel.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Now let's continue.
- 10:01Speaker 1: The woman says she and her friend were taken to a penthouse suite along with Combs and several other men.
- 10:03Speaker 1: She also claims that they were held hostage in the room, drugged and forced to participate in group sexual activities.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Now, among other things, she says Combs directed a club promoter to grape her while he watched.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Now, this is the same pattern, this is the stuff we've been hearing.
- 10:29Speaker 1: He likes to watch drugs being implemented, drinks slip.
- 10:35Speaker 1: This is all alleged.
- 10:36Speaker 1: But at the same time, all of this alleged stuff has been pretty much falling in line and it's been a pattern.
- 10:45Speaker 1: So it's hard to ignore a pattern.
- 10:47Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 10:47Speaker 1: You know, everybody saying the same thing kind of could be weird, you know, kind of make you look guilty, diddy, but I'm going to continue.
- 10:59Speaker 1: So, after he watched, now, now that now that's that lawsuit, that's the one woman.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Now we have the second lawsuit, uh, which was also filed anonymously, and then it appears that this is the friend of the woman who filed the other, the lawsuit I just spoke about, and they were she.
- 11:26Speaker 1: She was with the friend at the limelight place or whatever.
- 11:28Speaker 1: She also claims that while in the penthouse she was drugged and and, and one of diddy's security guard raped her as diddy's watched as well.
- 11:41Speaker 1: She also mentions the situation with the group sex and, as I told you, both of these lawsuits were filed by Tony Busby, who has filed numerous of Diddy's cases and what we know.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Let me tell you what we know so far.
- 12:04Speaker 1: What we know.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Let me tell you what we know so far.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Uh, the first woman also says she went to a party in 1997 with diddy at the hamptons now the hamptons is the same house that's in question, possibly in the in the uh, in another situation with him and Jay-Z.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Now, what she said was somebody told her she could earn $2,000 as a bottle service a girl and then she says that night she was drugged and raped by Combs and says that Combs was fully naked and at one point witnessing another man sodomizing combs.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Uh, before I go on and we talk about this this is crazy let me just tell you what, uh, mr combs legal team said.
- 13:01Speaker 1: This is courtesy of tZ.
- 13:02Speaker 1: They said, as we've said before, mr Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even if it was, even in response to claims that are ridiculous and demonstrably false.
- 13:15Speaker 1: They continue to say Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process, in the facts, in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.
- 13:29Speaker 1: In court, the truth will prevail that mr combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.
- 13:32Speaker 1: We shall see.
- 13:34Speaker 1: So let's talk about this.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Uh, now, I'm not sure if these any either of these women no, I don't think so, because they're saying this happened in the 90s, so these women probably aren't in that new superseding indictment, I would think.
- 13:53Speaker 1: But nevertheless, when you have situations like this and I mean these people are it's like nothing's regular.
- 14:02Speaker 1: It's always like super duper, freaky, super duper drugs and and uh, and people being forced.
- 14:12Speaker 1: And what I'm starting to realize is it's kind of like when you diddy, somebody like diddy, and you have power and control and you got money and obviously got some type of sexual addiction, freaky, crazy shit going on, a lot of times you get away with blurring those lines.
- 14:38Speaker 1: And when those lines get blurred and you're doing too much much, it's no big deal until it is a big deal.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Now, what do I mean by that?
- 14:50Speaker 1: I mean that you know, you, you, you, you might use your money and power to manipulate.
- 14:58Speaker 1: And when, when you got the money, you ain't got nothing but a bunch of yes man around you.
- 15:03Speaker 1: So you ain't got nobody telling you nothing different.
- 15:06Speaker 1: So you kind of get away with with kind of egging people on and and and.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Then you got your drugs in you and you already got a problem.
- 15:15Speaker 1: It's really almost common sense that some illegal shit gonna happen.
- 15:21Speaker 1: I mean, when people drugged up people, uh, uh uh, in the middle of a, a sexual rage, and you on drugs, you are not thinking, you're not thinking correctly at that time.
- 15:39Speaker 1: And so when you got, when you, when you lived your life like that, and then shit hits the fan.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Now everybody's feeling empowered to come forward.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Now all your stuff gets displayed and now you didn't realize how much of a maniac you were or how much of a maniac he was until now it all comes out and now it's like well, what are all these people?
- 16:07Speaker 1: Well, you've been putting yourself in these kind of environments damn near every day of your life.
- 16:12Speaker 1: As you've been famous, you've been running around with different women, whatever male this that you got unlimited money.
- 16:21Speaker 1: So you got unlimited drugs.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Unlimited means no accountability and that's what you get.
- 16:26Speaker 1: So we'll see what comes out of that one, but who knows?
- 16:37Speaker 1: And also, we got some more details on the, the, the one yesterday, about the.
- 16:44Speaker 1: We talked about the male singer.
- 16:46Speaker 1: It was a couple of details that I got that I wanted to pass on to you that I didn't have yesterday.
- 16:53Speaker 1: I mean, they're small details, but it wasn't much details when I had the story yesterday because it had just broke and so I felt like if more came out, I would double back on you.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Now this and then, right after this, we're gonna get to jay-z.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Now this was, uh, just yesterday.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Diddy was slapped with another lawsuit by a male singer.
- 17:17Speaker 1: So, hey, good morning liby bear.
- 17:21Speaker 1: So on these, on this male, on this male singer.
- 17:26Speaker 1: This is in 2015.
- 17:28Speaker 1: And it's happening also in New York.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Now the lawsuit states that Sean Combs, please like the live, like the live and share the live crew.
- 17:41Speaker 1: The fact that he has a white party every year in the hamptons but don't have a house is hilarious, exactly, and they actually prove that he does have that house and, um, I'm gonna get into that boat, right, and so let's get back to this.
- 17:57Speaker 1: So the guy was 23 years old and what happened was he claimed someone handed him a drink and the same thing happened to him.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Now he was invited to a VIP area and, like I said, I didn't know.
- 18:16Speaker 1: He was only 23 at the time, so he was young and he was chasing his dream.
- 18:22Speaker 1: He got a drink and the next thing was over.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Now I didn't know if this was a grown person or underage or whatever, but he was 23 years old y'all.
- 18:29Speaker 1: And so another lawsuit.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Now he could particularly he might be a witness in the upcoming case.
- 18:42Speaker 1: But let's get to this fucking Jayay-z shit y'all, because this jay-z shit has come 180.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Remember how, when, when, when it first broke and jay-z uh stood on all 10 and we're gonna get to that, to that house.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Uh, not not dream, uh, oh yeah, let me put that up there.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Good, good, good day, not dreamer.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Everybody say hello to not dreamer.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Y'all know we, a family here, this is the breakfast, this is our breakfast club, the flow club.
- 19:14Speaker 1: We drinking, flow pacinos, and we, we speak to everybody, we all the family.
- 19:19Speaker 1: So everybody give her a warm welcome, give them a warm welcome.
- 19:22Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I can't see exactly the profile pic, I just see the name.
- 19:26Speaker 1: So, uh, let me continue.
- 19:28Speaker 1: So y'all remember when jay-z was standing on 10 toes and talking about.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Uh, don't?
- 19:35Speaker 1: Tony busby is a ambulance chaser and in a cheap suit and and he said, uh, he gonna fight it, he won't get one red penny, he going to fight it, he don't have no evidence.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Blah, blah, blah.
- 19:50Speaker 1: You remember that right?
- 19:51Speaker 1: And everybody was like, damn, look at Jay-Z.
- 19:54Speaker 1: And Jay-Z started going hard.
- 19:56Speaker 1: And then, no matter, even with Tony Busby coming back, jay-z would double down.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Let me see, I took some of the uh.
- 20:06Speaker 1: I screenshotted some of the highlights, so we had articles like Jay-Z.
- 20:12Speaker 1: According to TMZ, jay-z blasts Tony Busby for not even meeting with the client before signing on to the case.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Jay-z requests to file for dismissal of rape accusers.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Lawsuit granted by judge.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Uh, jay-z files new motion to dismiss.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Jay-z files motions to have sanctions sanctions on Tony Busby for not being thorough.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Daniel, danielle or Daniel, what's up?
- 20:39Speaker 1: She got the.
- 20:41Speaker 1: They got the leaves.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Nice to see you in here.
- 20:43Speaker 1: So check this out.
- 20:44Speaker 1: You hear all that right?
- 20:47Speaker 1: Well, guess what the hell just happened?
- 20:51Speaker 1: Now, there's a lot to this.
- 20:54Speaker 1: So I'm gonna we gonna walk through this.
- 20:56Speaker 1: Grab my hand and just hold my hand.
- 20:59Speaker 1: We're gonna walk through this whole jay-z tony busby thing because shit is about to hit the fan and I want to get y'all prepared on what the hell is going on and lay out everything that had happened so you can see.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Like I actually, like I told you one thing about me I'm good at reading tea leaves.
- 21:14Speaker 1: I don't even know.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Like I knew something was up with jay-z's demeanor at the grammys.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I mean I saw it and then there was an article about it after that they were saying saying Jay-Z looked tentative at the Grammys.
- 21:27Speaker 1: This was after I said it.
- 21:28Speaker 1: So I swear a lot of these media outlets they follow me.
- 21:32Speaker 1: I swear they do, because the minute I say something then they'll say something.
- 21:37Speaker 1: And nobody else was talking about Jay-Z's demeanor.
- 21:39Speaker 1: But I just noticed because I know Jay-Z.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Like I said, the hard part for me is I've been a fan of these people, like like super fans, like as a child grew up.
- 21:49Speaker 1: I know every Jay-Z lyric known to man.
- 21:51Speaker 1: So I also know I know his demeanor and so at the Grammys I know that didn't that looked like a Jay that was thinking about something.
- 22:01Speaker 1: He wasn't really there.
- 22:02Speaker 1: He was there but not there.
- 22:04Speaker 1: So let's get back to this.
- 22:20Speaker 1: So after jay-z raised all that hell judge torres, about this 13 year old rape victim where jay-z and diddy supposed to been in there and we're gonna break down.
- 22:33Speaker 1: Don't let me forget to bring it back to the hamptons uh boat, right, um, because this has something to do with this.
- 22:40Speaker 1: So check this out.
- 22:41Speaker 1: This is an official letter to the court.
- 22:44Speaker 1: We write on behalf of the defendant, sean carter, to respectfully request that mr carter's motion for sanctions Pursuant to federal rule of civil procedure be withdrawn at this time without prejudice.
- 23:09Speaker 1: We have discussed this matter with counsel For plaintiff, who consents to this submission and agrees the withdrawal is without prejudice.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Respectfully submitted.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Quinn Emanuel, this is on Jay-Z's behalf.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Do y'all understand how crazy this is?
- 23:45Speaker 1: Now, let's do y'all understand how crazy this is?
- 23:52Speaker 1: Basically, long story short.
- 23:56Speaker 1: I'm a cut to the chase on what this means.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Jay-z's lawyer just filed a motion to dismiss sanctions that they made against Tony Busby, saying that he didn't do this, he didn't do that, they didn't have evidence, blah, blah.
- 24:08Speaker 1: But now Jay-Z is withdrawing it.
- 24:12Speaker 1: And the only reason he will be withdrawing it is what?
- 24:17Speaker 1: Because Tony Busby has evidence.
- 24:21Speaker 1: There's no way jay-z but would be respectfully withdrawing it after all that hell he raised, unless it's some shitting, it's some truth to it or it's some evidence of of.
- 24:40Speaker 1: It's got to be some evidence there, y'all.
- 24:43Speaker 1: But this is a bombshell like the live, share the live.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Now, why is jay-z so quiet?
- 24:59Speaker 1: See, that's the problem, and I told y' all this back when Jay-Z was doing it.
- 25:06Speaker 1: Because, see, the problem with being loud and aggressive when you get accused is you got to keep that same energy.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Because the minute you don't keep that same energy, you look guilty, even more guilty.
- 25:26Speaker 1: So how's you gonna raise hell called?
- 25:30Speaker 1: Don't he, buzz, be a man in a cheap suit?
- 25:33Speaker 1: Um, how you gonna say he an ambulance chaser?
- 25:37Speaker 1: No evidence didn't interview?
- 25:40Speaker 1: Uh, you ain't giving a red penny.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Y'all remember all that shit.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Jay-z was talking.
- 25:46Speaker 1: What caused him to go from that to the quiet little jay-z who gonna drop a little?
- 26:00Speaker 1: He gonna drop a little.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Um, pull back the sanctions and under the radar.
- 26:07Speaker 1: I ain't gonna say what the hell happened.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Jay-z hasn't said a word, but you withdrawing respectfully I didn't see no respect before before.
- 26:26Speaker 1: So now let's go back to the hamptons.
- 26:30Speaker 1: That was one of the biggest things that jay-z and his attorney was saying is that the hamptons didn't.
- 26:39Speaker 1: They didn't have that house or the house didn't exist.
- 26:42Speaker 1: The the house that the 13-year-old who word on the grapevine is word through the grapevine, is that she is special needs, so she's not clear on what's going on.
- 26:57Speaker 1: So that's why she had some of the facts wrong.
- 27:01Speaker 1: I mean the trauma, special needs, and it was 20 years ago.
- 27:06Speaker 1: I ask you all out there, if somebody asked you 20 years ago to give exact details on an event that happened 20 years ago and I'm talking about not just the event you need to know everything that surrounded it.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Who was there, what did this?
- 27:26Speaker 1: I'm just being honest, y'all, I couldn't do it 20 years ago.
- 27:32Speaker 1: So what I'm saying is for her to have a couple of uh things wrong.
- 27:38Speaker 1: You know, a couple of of details wrong is understandable, but jay-z stood 20 000 toes on it and so what you have is what it.
- 27:49Speaker 1: What looks like, is this billionaire, powerful man.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Jay-z has just bashed this special needs person for not knowing every single detail to the t, when most people in the world know that you're not going to know every detail from 20 years ago, 25 years ago, it's almost 25 years ago.
- 28:12Speaker 1: So he looking bad and then the biggest thing that they thought they had, the biggest thing they thought they had, was that the house didn't exist and damn it.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Did buzz be locate that motherfucking house?
- 28:35Speaker 1: Excuse my language, but you know this is no filter.
- 28:38Speaker 1: And then so let's let, let's, let's backtrack this week.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Y'all Look how this went.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Now the Grammys happened.
- 28:48Speaker 1: I came on immediately.
- 28:51Speaker 1: What was the Grammy Sunday?
- 28:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I came on Monday morning.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Monday morning I said Jay-Z was looking a little.
- 29:02Speaker 1: I said Jay-Z wasn't the same Jay-Z last Grammys when he's up there standing and talking shit on everybody and dogging everybody.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Remember if y'all was, y'all remember I was saying that now, nope, now this was monday morning.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Nobody was really talking about jay-z's demeanor yet.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Then, next thing, I know, tuesday morning, there's an article talking about jay-z looked tentative at the grammys and they were wondering what's wrong.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Now, this article didn't say nothing about the accusation.
- 29:29Speaker 1: They were just speaking purely on Jay-Z, saying Jay-Z looks something up.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Right Then, Tuesday night, I had already put the show together for the day.
- 29:43Speaker 1: So the news that we talk about with this Jay-Z shit came after I had already put today's show together.
- 29:50Speaker 1: That's how late this news came in.
- 29:53Speaker 1: So then Tisa Tales goes on her YouTube show and definitely support Tisa Tales.
- 30:01Speaker 1: She's a black woman doing this and she about I would say she wanted a top, if not the top in this space.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Right now to me on youtube uh, make sure you check her out.
- 30:12Speaker 1: But she says and she was on the fall of diddy uh documentary, so you know she got a little inside.
- 30:18Speaker 1: She was just on the new fall of diddy uh.
- 30:21Speaker 1: She drops the bomb saying her sources say there is something that's going to rock Jay-Z and rock nation coming up within 48 hours, which is basically this week.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Who knows, going to be exactly 40 hours this week.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Now, listen, this was before this withdrawal that I just read to you came.
- 30:45Speaker 1: So she says that.
- 30:47Speaker 1: Then next thing we know, we got Jay-Z being super respectful, being super respectful and quiet and meek and ain't saying nothing.
- 31:00Speaker 1: I say all that to say y'all brace y'all self, because I don't got to tell y'all that is some is very, very strange.
- 31:12Speaker 1: That jay-z, uh, oh, yeah, shana says she follow.
- 31:18Speaker 1: It's very, very strange.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Good, that's good, shana, you know who to follow.
- 31:22Speaker 1: Um, it's very, very strange that jay-z went from uh debo on friday or or, or, or whatever famous bully you can think of, to respectfully, respectfully, respectfully, withdrawing all this shit.
- 31:40Speaker 1: I was talking and doing it so quiet when you were so loud before.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Come on y'all, something about to hit.
- 31:53Speaker 1: And Jay-Z ass know it and he knew it at the damn Grammys.
- 31:58Speaker 1: That's why he was.
- 32:03Speaker 1: I'm telling y'all, we all know you know when somebody ain't present in the moment, if you're paying attention to them.
- 32:08Speaker 1: You know when somebody ain't present in the moment, if you, if you're paying attention to them, you know if somebody is in the moment and they're having a good time.
- 32:12Speaker 1: And then you know somebody who's like there, but they kind of, they mind is like way the hell over there somewhere, and that's what jay-z was on.
- 32:21Speaker 1: And so I don't know exactly what's about to hit the fan, but it's definitely something about to hit the fan.
- 32:29Speaker 1: And the reasons why.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Number one reason Jay-Z done pulled his stuff back.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Number two reason it was about.
- 32:36Speaker 1: He said respectfully about 50 times in that letter, they trying to kiss Tony Busby's ass at this point.
- 32:43Speaker 1: And also the house of the Hamptons was located and the fact that Jay Z didn't say, hasn't said anything and he was talking about how hard he gonna fight and he looking forward to this and that, and then to drop this sanction thing and then just kind of like not say shit.
- 33:07Speaker 1: Uh-uh, jay-z.
- 33:10Speaker 1: So y'all, like I said, this jay-z, tony busby situation and diddy is all tied up in one.
- 33:19Speaker 1: I don't know what the hell evidence they came across I don't't know what Tony Busby sent Jay-Z and them what evidence he sent.
- 33:32Speaker 1: But it's for real and it ain't no game and it ain't nothing to play with.
- 33:38Speaker 1: So we're going to continue to keep our eye on what the hell going on with Jay-Z and Tony Busby, because I didn't even see that coming.
- 33:53Speaker 1: I knew Jay-Z was the type of person that he going to go hard and I figured he would keep going hard.
- 34:01Speaker 1: I didn't see him bowing this is gracefully bowing out of going hard.
- 34:11Speaker 1: I saw this when it came through.
- 34:18Speaker 1: I thought it was fake.
- 34:19Speaker 1: I had to double, triple, quadruple check it.
- 34:21Speaker 1: I had to double, triple, quadruple, check it Because I'm like ain't no way that Jay-Z has just quietly and respectfully withdrawn something that he stood so ten toes on and he ain't speaking on it.
- 34:40Speaker 1: So what is it today?
- 34:41Speaker 1: Wednesday Y'all, by the end of this week we could be hearing some shh, I don't even want to say it.
- 34:50Speaker 1: What'd you say?
- 34:53Speaker 1: Yeah, so also news that came in yesterday, just real quick, I don't know if you know Irv Gotti.
- 35:01Speaker 1: You should Murder Inc Ashanti.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Uh, ja, rule all of that.
- 35:09Speaker 1: Uh, he was, um, it was rumors yesterday.
- 35:14Speaker 1: We thought he was.
- 35:15Speaker 1: I mean, at first they were saying he was dead, and then they were saying that, that he, uh, he was in a vegetative state.
- 35:26Speaker 1: And then they were saying it was just rumors, and so it's like we didn't know what's going on.
- 35:35Speaker 1: But I'm gonna read to you what's going on right now, or what's the latest on earth.
- 35:41Speaker 1: Goddy, is he on Irv Gotti?
- 35:43Speaker 1: Is he alive?
- 35:44Speaker 1: Is he gone?
- 35:44Speaker 1: What the heck is going on?
- 35:49Speaker 1: So Now that they're saying Irv Gotti has suffered another stroke, this is what they're saying, and so he's had a history of these strokes.
- 36:13Speaker 1: And you know, I don't care if you like him or not, we don't wish death on anybody, but this is shocking because nobody wants to talk about it, like his family is really saying nothing.
- 36:28Speaker 1: Nobody is saying anything.
- 36:30Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, you know, 50 Cent even still trolling him, which I'm like damn, I don't know if I can troll somebody.
- 36:41Speaker 1: You know, I don't care how much beef we got, I can't troll you when you when you in a vegetative state or got stroke.
- 36:49Speaker 1: But this is what it is.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Irv Gotti's health scare Murder Inc boss reportedly suffers another stroke amid unverified coma claims.
- 36:59Speaker 1: This is via yard barker entertainment news and it says uh, hip-hop producer irv goddy suffered another stroke.
- 37:11Speaker 1: Per allhiphopcom.
- 37:15Speaker 1: The status of the 54 year old mogul, whose health has had serious issues lately, is at this time unknown, but sending fans and industry insiders into a tailspin.
- 37:27Speaker 1: All over my damn timeline Yesterday there were people asking people DM me Is he dead, can you check on it?
- 37:36Speaker 1: It was swirling, but so far Gotti's reps have offered no official word on his prognosis.
- 37:46Speaker 1: So I don't understand.
- 37:50Speaker 1: I mean, everybody has their right to privacy, don't get me wrong.
- 37:54Speaker 1: But we might want to pray for them.
- 37:58Speaker 1: We might want to.
- 37:58Speaker 1: You know you got fans.
- 38:00Speaker 1: You can't leave your fans out of the loop like that once you become a public figure.
- 38:05Speaker 1: I mean, you're sure, right, it's your right to do that, don't get me wrong.
- 38:09Speaker 1: But what I'm saying is um, a lot of times we shut ourself out when really, if we open up your fans might help you get through or give you some prayers or words of encouragement or whatever.
- 38:26Speaker 1: But I mean, not saying nothing ain't going to make it no better, and so what I'm hoping is it ain't true, but I'm pretty sure it is true because too many, even all hip-hop, are reporting it.
- 38:40Speaker 1: Um, talking about he's had many history of health ailments.
- 38:45Speaker 1: He's only 54 years old.
- 38:47Speaker 1: You know that's, that's still young, y'all.
- 38:52Speaker 1: You gotta 54, you still, you know, we still trying to kick it.
- 38:56Speaker 1: If you got a 54, you still, you know, we still trying to kick it.
- 39:03Speaker 1: And so we will continue.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Now, in early 2024, god, he did disclose, uh, that he had diabetes and that diabetes had taken a toll on his life.
- 39:09Speaker 1: This is courtesy of allhiphopcom uh, diabetes, diabetes, I sorry, diabetes is deteriorating my body.
- 39:19Speaker 1: That's a quote directly from Irv Gotti.
- 39:24Speaker 1: He admitted in a candid interview, adding that he had struggled To adhere to a healthy lifestyle and manage his insulin intake.
- 39:32Speaker 1: Gotta, watch our health y'all.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Photographs surfaced of him walking with the cane and appearing visibly slimmer.
- 39:40Speaker 1: The stroke served as a wake-up call and since then, gotti had reportedly made significant life changes, including adopting a more health conscious diet.
- 39:51Speaker 1: Now, despite the adjustments, the music executive, famed for his hits, had been vocal about the challenges of living with diabetes.
- 40:02Speaker 1: He spoke openly about the battle with these in interviews with the diabetes and shed light to the difficulties of managing the condition and hectic lifestyle of the music industry.
- 40:24Speaker 1: Now, details about what led to Irv Gotti's recent stroke are not been put out yet, but they say if you want to give him some condolences, go to Irv Gotti's Instagram page and shout him out.
- 40:35Speaker 1: The reports are spreading and, like I said, what they were saying is that he is on life support.
- 40:44Speaker 1: One person on Twitter said allegedly he had several strokes and bleed bleeding on the brain, and it's also being rumored that the family and friends are saying their final goodbyes, but none of that is confirmed.
- 40:56Speaker 1: None of that is confirmed.
- 40:59Speaker 1: None of that is confirmed.
- 41:00Speaker 1: They're even saying he's on life support.
- 41:04Speaker 1: This story is still developing and I will continue to follow this and let you know as soon as something comes up, as something comes up.
- 41:23Speaker 1: But that brings me to think about uh, oh, uh, let's uh.
- 41:26Speaker 1: I gotta shout out before I continue.
- 41:28Speaker 1: I gotta shout out.

- 41:29Speaker 1: Uh, I appreciate you.
- 41:31Speaker 1: The subscriptions get you all the exclusive content.

- 42:11Speaker 1: I have a a goal of 60 subscribers this week.
- 42:16Speaker 1: Uh, we need 21 more to hit the goal, so three dollars is the minimum.

- 42:57Speaker 1: What else do we got going on.
- 43:02Speaker 1: We got we got definitely Diddy.
- 43:05Speaker 1: Tomorrow we will have an update and at some point I know Tony Busby is going to have to speak, so I'm hoping that Tony Busby will will shed some light on um on the situation now today.
- 43:23Speaker 1: Now, this is something that this ain't, so.
- 43:24Speaker 1: This is something different.
- 43:25Speaker 1: This is just a story that I want y'all to pay attention to.
- 43:30Speaker 1: This listen to the, the headline of this.
- 43:33Speaker 1: This is just a story that I want to bring awareness to and I think y'all should.
- 43:38Speaker 1: I think y'all should uh check it out.
- 43:42Speaker 1: A 45 year old memphis man is arrested for throwing the baby of a 16 year old girl he allegedly impregnated into the dumpster.
- 43:57Speaker 1: The girl reportedly told police that they've been in a relationship for years and y'all they have footage of this low down, no good predator, child molesting, asshole.
- 44:25Speaker 1: They got footage of him dropping the baby.
- 44:30Speaker 1: It was like in the fucking dumpster and you were in.
- 44:37Speaker 1: I'm gonna come back.
- 44:40Speaker 1: Y'all know I let me relax a little bit.
- 44:41Speaker 1: Y'all know I start going crazy and I can't help it.
- 44:44Speaker 3: So this is why it's called no filter and this is why, like I told y'all, I like to do these real time with y'all and walked up to a tire shop dumpster, opened the top and threw up to a tire shop dumpster, opened the top and threw a bag inside.
- 44:58Speaker 3: Later police found a newborn baby dead inside that dumpster and now Fox 13 investigative reporter, kayla Solomon, explains there's been an arrest in this case.
- 45:11Speaker 2: This case became more complex and more heartbreaking.
- 45:14Speaker 2: Today we learned the mother who gave birth to that baby was herself only a child.
- 45:20Speaker 2: The man arrested was 45 years old.
- 45:23Speaker 2: Let's show you this surveillance video obtained by Fox 13 again as we explain how this happened.
- 45:28Speaker 2: The owner of a gas station on East Shelby Drive gave us this video.
- 45:32Speaker 2: It showed a man go in front of the dumpster Monday morning.
- 45:35Speaker 2: Then, off camera, he tried to open it.
- 45:38Speaker 2: Once opened, he threw a trash bag inside.
- 45:41Speaker 2: Today this man, james Booth, was arrested on charges of abuse of a corpse.
- 45:46Speaker 2: Police say Booth was taking that underage girl to the hospital when she gave birth.
- 45:51Speaker 2: At this point we don't know how or where the baby died, only that the newborn was dead when police got to the dumpster.
- 45:58Speaker 2: Fox 13 learned that Booth works as a maintenance man at an apartment complex.
- 46:03Speaker 2: Families who live there were surprised to learn he was in their homes.
- 46:08Speaker 3: Did you recognize him right away?
- 46:09Speaker 2: Oh, yes, yes, yes, I did, even without a hat on.
- 46:13Speaker 2: Ain't a hat on this young boy?
- 46:14Speaker 2: Right now, booth is charged only with abuse of a corpse, nothing to do with the baby's death.
- 46:20Speaker 2: Since the mother is a minor and her identity is private, we do not know her relationship with Booth.
- 46:25Speaker 2: We've also learned he has a long criminal history, including a 25-year prison sentence for second-degree murder.
- 46:34Speaker 2: Kayla Solomon Fox, 13 Investigates.
- 46:37Speaker 3: You heard Kayla mention.
- 46:38Speaker 3: We do not know the circumstance of the baby's death, but we want to remind everyone about Tennessee's safe haven law that allows the mother of a newborn baby to surrender that baby at select fire stations and medical facilities all over the state.
- 46:51Speaker 3: There are no questions asked.
- 46:52Speaker 3: As long as that baby is not harmed, the mother will not face charges or any repercussions.
- 46:57Speaker 3: We put a link to find those safe havens in this story on our Fox 13 News app.
- 47:04Speaker 1: Y'all, what the fuck?
- 47:06Speaker 1: No words, Just no words.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Jennifer, jennifer says she's an outbound emergency room nurse.
- 47:26Speaker 1: Uh, is that what ob stands for?
- 47:27Speaker 1: I hope it does.
- 47:27Speaker 1: Uh, you'd be surprised how often this happens.
- 47:31Speaker 1: We had a case like this in houston recently a teen mom threw her newborn in a dumpster behind a food truck.
- 47:41Speaker 1: Yeah, this is bad.
- 47:44Speaker 1: And then so this guy is 40, what they say?
- 47:46Speaker 1: 45, 44, 45.
- 47:48Speaker 1: Uh, they say that he was in a three, at least a three-year-long relationship with this 13 year old.
- 47:57Speaker 1: And y'all know, you know I don't like to blame you know nobody, but I'll be saying where are the parents?
- 48:07Speaker 1: Man, you gotta and I understand, you know, with these phones and this and that it's a little difficult, but 13 year old, how do you, how does your 13 year old mess with a 45 year old man for three years, get pregnant and all of that?
- 48:27Speaker 1: I just, I just didn't, don't think that we could have got away with that in my family, in my house.
- 48:33Speaker 1: I, just, my parents and my grandparents and my uncles and my aunts, they so far up your ass, I don't know how.
- 48:43Speaker 1: If you could do that, and so I, you know, I don't want to, you know I don't know the situation.
- 48:48Speaker 1: I don't know the parents.
- 48:49Speaker 1: I don't want to blame them because the blame falls on that 45 year old asshole.
- 48:55Speaker 1: Um, that's where the blame squarely falls on.
- 49:00Speaker 1: As far as he had no business and 13, so he was 43, she was 13.
- 49:06Speaker 1: He gets her pregnant.
- 49:08Speaker 1: Now they say it's the details kind of sketchy.
- 49:11Speaker 1: But they say like somehow she had the baby at a hospital.
- 49:16Speaker 1: I don't know y'all the details sketchy, y'all gotta look it up.
- 49:19Speaker 1: I don't want to tell y'all.
- 49:20Speaker 1: But they say like somehow she had the baby at a hospital.
- 49:21Speaker 1: I don't know y'all the detailed sketches, y'all got to look it up.
- 49:23Speaker 1: I don't want to tell y'all, but when I read it I didn't understand.
- 49:24Speaker 1: I'm like so they had it at the hospital, so the hospital let her leave, and then he just once they left like after that and they took the baby home.
- 49:36Speaker 1: Then he discarded the baby and I'm like her parents didn't see.
- 49:41Speaker 1: Like none of this was weird or I don't know y'all, but that that's just a sad story y'all.
- 49:44Speaker 1: I'm gonna look at some of y'all comments on that one um.
- 49:47Speaker 1: Like I said that that just came through.
- 49:49Speaker 1: I said I have to share this um.
- 49:54Speaker 1: I appreciate libby for subscribing from the beginning.
- 49:56Speaker 1: Libby, you are really a lifesaver.
- 49:58Speaker 1: Everybody that subscribes is a lifesaver.
- 50:01Speaker 1: There is a war on truth and it is prevalent everywhere we turn.
- 50:09Speaker 1: So we want to continue to hear the truth and we want to have a platform where our voice matters.
- 50:13Speaker 1: Unfortunately, the only way for us to really do it in these upcoming years is we got to support our own, because this administration and this they are trying to lock down.
- 50:27Speaker 1: They want to have control of the narrative again and they're doing whatever they can to do that.
- 50:34Speaker 1: Um, for example, they banned me on tiktok.
- 50:38Speaker 1: I never had a.
- 50:40Speaker 1: I never had a a strike.
- 50:42Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 50:43Speaker 1: I had a clean account and I post the same thing on every platform.
- 50:46Speaker 1: I've never had a problem and I didn't inside a right.
- 50:50Speaker 1: I didn't do anything, just me asking questions that they don't want to ask.
- 50:53Speaker 1: But see, the difference is with me.
- 50:56Speaker 1: I don't trust nobody.
- 50:58Speaker 1: So I built up all my.
- 51:00Speaker 1: I built up all my platforms.
- 51:02Speaker 1: I wasn't dependent.
- 51:04Speaker 1: I knew tiktok once they got banned and now they gotta bow down to trump and his administration.
- 51:10Speaker 1: I already knew it was gonna get weird, so I I prepared for that.
- 51:14Speaker 1: A lot of people don't you know, a lot of people ain't able to prepare or see what's what's, you know the writing on the wall, and they just snatch people's whole work, whole work.
- 51:25Speaker 1: They put in it, just snatch it away and nothing you could do about it.
- 51:29Speaker 1: So if you've been following me from day one, before this madness even started, I told y'all, if you want to and it's not just me, anybody y'all follow who gives y'all the truth please subscribe, because that's the only way we're going to continue to let the truth live on, because if we don't subscribe, if we don't support our fellow truth tellers, we won't have them.
- 51:53Speaker 1: And that's what this, this new administration and just the new system in general and I'm not even gonna just say the new administration, because biden was going just as hard as banning free speech as you know anybody else so it's just the system in general is designed.
- 52:12Speaker 1: They're trying to get a hold of the narrative back, but the only way we can stop that is if we subscribe.
- 52:19Speaker 1: So even my podcast that I tune into that give me my truth.
- 52:22Speaker 1: I subscribe, I do the super chats I.
- 52:27Speaker 1: I give money.
- 52:28Speaker 1: I'd rather pay money to my people giving me the truth than to netflix.
- 52:32Speaker 1: I'd rather pay them than pay fucking Amazon Prime.
- 52:37Speaker 1: I mean not Amazon Prime, but all that TV, all them different little TV apps.
- 52:41Speaker 1: If I had to choose, I'm spending my money or donating my money to the truth tellers, because I understand and, just like I told you, I always tell y'all something watch six months from now, watch the war on truth six months from now.
- 52:58Speaker 1: You're gonna see what I'm saying.
- 52:59Speaker 1: But by then we're gonna already have our.
- 53:01Speaker 1: Our community gonna be well established as it already is, but it'll be even more established by then.
- 53:08Speaker 1: We ain't gonna have nothing to worry about, but people who don't see the right on the wall.
- 53:14Speaker 1: It's going to catch them off guard.
- 53:16Speaker 1: You got stories like this where we got guys 30, 40 years older than a 13-year-old getting them pregnant and throwing the baby in the trash.
- 53:28Speaker 1: We got people like Diddy just running amok on every woman, man and child his whole life and getting away with it because he got money.
- 53:36Speaker 1: We got all this stuff going on.
- 53:48Speaker 1: We got these lies about the black, black hawk.
- 53:49Speaker 1: We got luigi maggioni, who is is being uh, uh, basically stood up for everybody as far as how people look at it, because the health care, uh industry has been getting over on us for decades and decades and decades and decades.
- 54:01Speaker 1: And now when somebody, when Luigi, his Luigi story, got everybody looking at healthcare crazy, they trying to silence us.
- 54:11Speaker 1: That's what I was talking about on TikTok.
- 54:14Speaker 1: I was just talking about Luigi Maggioni and we need to pay attention to this case and don't let them bury the case.
- 54:20Speaker 1: They banned me for that, so I don't have to tell you, just pay attention.
- 54:25Speaker 1: They don't want.
- 54:27Speaker 1: They don't want us asking questions.
- 54:28Speaker 1: They don't want us knowing what the hell going on.
- 54:30Speaker 1: So I appreciate everybody who subscribes.
- 54:33Speaker 1: Uh, I'm all as you can.
- 54:36Speaker 1: All my number one subscribers know I'm going to put the work in.
- 54:38Speaker 1: So all y'all got to do is support.
- 54:42Speaker 1: I'm going to put the work in.
- 54:43Speaker 1: I started off with no podcast.
- 54:46Speaker 1: Y'all wanted a podcast.
- 54:47Speaker 1: Now I got two shows.
- 54:49Speaker 1: I will be crossing 100,000 downloads on the podcast this this month, probably beginning the next month.
- 55:00Speaker 1: Later this month I will cross 100,000 downloads.
- 55:03Speaker 1: I started off with one show on youtube.
- 55:05Speaker 1: We got two shows.
- 55:06Speaker 1: We got a.
- 55:07Speaker 1: We got a breakfast and a lunch.
- 55:08Speaker 1: Now, so you don't gotta worry about what I'm gonna do.
- 55:12Speaker 1: Y'all just play, y'all part.
- 55:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna go hard.
- 55:15Speaker 1: I will be the voice, as a matter of fact.
- 55:18Speaker 1: Uh, the noon lunchtime show is gonna be uh, uh, y'all, uh, if y'all want to come on and say something, I'm gonna do it more like talk show style.
- 55:26Speaker 1: So like, say, like, like, how, y'all in the chat or whatever, if you are a subscriber, um, once we get into the story, at the end of the show I will give, I will let some people up to say what they want to say about whatever you know, whatever story we talking about.
- 55:42Speaker 1: Or if you just want to say something about you know and say something about me or whatever, whatever you want to say, just picture it like they used to do in the talk shows back in the day.
- 55:51Speaker 1: So that's going to be the noon show every day.
- 55:53Speaker 1: At noon.
- 55:54Speaker 1: The lunchtime show uh, we will have the link and you will be able to come on.
- 55:59Speaker 1: So, for example, if this was the lunchtime show right now, I would say, hey, if libby wanted to say something, I would bring you up, libby, you just be on audio and you could say whatever you want to say about mohawk, diddy or jay-z or the blakeively situation, anything.
- 56:16Speaker 1: So that's the goal for the lunchtime show.
- 56:19Speaker 1: I make it way more laid back and it's just a ball to play.
- 56:23Speaker 1: It's fun.
- 56:25Speaker 1: So Spotify and Apple.
- 56:27Speaker 1: I appreciate y'all for listening in YouTube as well.
- 56:32Speaker 1: Catch me tomorrow, it'll be Thursday.
- 56:34Speaker 1: It's going to be a little hectic tomorrow cause I gotta do TMZ and both shows, so I'm gonna make it work, but it's kinda like it all goes on at the same time.
- 56:43Speaker 1: But I'll make it work.
- 56:44Speaker 1: So, appreciate everybody.
