But this time, we'll focus on describing symptoms. Luna: Oh, like when you're sick and need to tell the pharmacist what's wrong? Lucas: Exactly. Let's start with a common one: 'Jeg har hoste.' That means 'I have a cough.' Luna: Jeg har hoste. Lucas: Perfect. Now, if you want to ask if they have something for a cough, you say: 'Har I noget mod hoste?' Luna: Har I noget mod hoste? Lucas: Yes! You're getting it. Let's try a little scene. Imagine you walk into the pharmacy and say: 'Hej, jeg har hoste. Har I noget mod hoste?' Luna: Hej, jeg har hoste. Har I noget mod hoste? Lucas: That sounds great. Now, let's add fever. 'Jeg har feber' means 'I have a fever.' Luna: Jeg har feber. Lucas: And to ask for something for fever: 'Har I noget mod feber?' Luna: Har I noget mod feber? Lucas: Exactly. Now, sore throat: 'Jeg har ondt i halsen.' Luna: Jeg har ondt i halsen. Lucas: And the question: 'Har I noget mod ondt i halsen?' Luna: Har I noget mod ondt i halsen? That's a lot of words. Lucas: You'll get it with practice. Let's do a quick review: name a symptom, and I'll ask the question. Luna: Okay. Jeg har hoste.
