- 0:28Good morning from the chicken coop.
- 0:30Talking today about power versus Force.
- 0:33There is a big difference. Your power is something that's
- 0:36yours, it is made up of your mindset, it's made up of your
- 0:41demeanor, it's made up of your character.
- 0:43Your power comes in, through the elements of you that you
- 0:47cultivate to be yourself, your integrity, your honor, how you
- 0:53show up, those are all things that fall under your power.
- 0:57Nobody can make you think something that you Choose to
- 1:01think now force that comes into like you know, when you're
- 1:06angry, when you're going to try to handle something, through
- 1:10harsh words manipulation gaslighting, right?
- 1:14Those things tend to fall under the, the use of force.
- 1:18How do I go about this and listen?
- 1:20Sometimes you do need to be angry.
- 1:22There have been times in my life.
- 1:23When showing up in a situation, it was necessary to show up
- 1:27angry. My son got picked on in school
- 1:29and the Cool did not want to deal with it, for one reason, or
- 1:33another because it was, you know, people in charge were
- 1:39children were involved and I had to go in there and I had to use
- 1:44that Force as a weapon in that moment because otherwise I
- 1:49wasn't going to get the attention that needed to be
- 1:51done, but the moment I got the attention.
- 1:53I switched over to the power which was the Wizardry of
- 1:57working with what I had as skill sets.
- 2:01And there's a delicate balance between knowing when to use them
- 2:06and knowing when other people are using them for the wrong
- 2:10reasons, which is why I included in that list that Force comes in
- 2:14under manipulation narcissism gaslighting.
- 2:18All those things come in under that feeling of, I'm being
- 2:21forced to do something. It is a force that I don't like
- 2:26I'm being shoved in that way and so I'm I'm bringing this up
- 2:31because I think that a lot of people struggle with do I jump
- 2:37in and defend myself. Well, Right now, the way you're
- 2:45interpreting what's going on in your situation, if you're in
- 2:49this type of a situation, it all comes down to the your
- 2:53interpretation and if you are letting people in your head
- 2:56again because nobody can make you think or feel or do things
- 3:00that you choose not to do and you have to ask yourself, am I
- 3:04staying in a state where I'm president?
- 3:07I am in control of myself or am I letting someone else control
- 3:10me? For, I am no longer in my power.
- 3:14So really vital question to ask because it's imperative to stay
- 3:19in your power, always be checking back in with that,
- 3:22always be looking to working and staying in your power.
- 3:27Nothing is more important than that, nothing because it leads
- 3:32to everything. Great in your life, it leads to
- 3:34every bit of of your own character development.
- 3:40When you are in your state of power you're centered you're
- 3:43certain you have the ability to flow.
- 3:47Sure. You do need to go to others.
- 3:49Sometimes, sometimes force is necessary but it's not often and
- 3:55you can typically get more places than anything with your
- 4:01power. So it's a tricky thing to pay
- 4:04attention to, but you have to ask yourself.
- 4:07Am I using my power or my using my Force to get what I want and
- 4:11if you are someone who's listening to this and you are
- 4:14someone who does use an emotional manipulation and
- 4:18certain things with people, you have to ask yourself.
- 4:20Barely, why am I doing this? I don't need to do this.
- 4:24I can get what I want a better way and then feel better about
- 4:27it. If you're someone that's having
- 4:30that happen to you, you have to ask yourself.
- 4:33Well, what's the reason I'm giving up my power to something
- 4:36that I know I don't like and Don't make yourself wrong for it
- 4:41but just really debrief yourself as to what's the reason it's
- 4:44happening because ultimately again, nobody can make you think
- 4:49feel do act be anything that you don't agree to in some way shape
- 4:54or form. You have to be the person that's
- 4:57in charge of you and it's always necessary to look at it and can
- 5:02and keep asking yourself a, my aunt asked to be the person that
- 5:05I want to be every single day. This is not a, like, a annual
- 5:09Check in where you do it once in 365 days, you have to do it
- 5:13every damn day to stay on task. So really take a look at this
- 5:18power and force in your life. What's showing up for you around
- 5:21you in you all of it because it's necessary to understand it
- 5:26in order to work with it. Alright?
- 5:29My friends, I hope you have a blessed day and I will see you
- 5:31tomorrow. Bye.
