In this episode we welcome Dr. Patrick Lynch to the studio. Pat shares about being a child of divorce that included estrangement from his mom and a strained relationship with his dad and step-mom. After some typical GenX childhood antics, Pat was sent to military school at Riverside Preparatory Academy for high school. There he learned to follow a strict regimen where he ultimately thrived and earned the privilege of leading his own platoon of cadets.
