Latest / V / Satanists Dedicate Kansas Capitol to Satan (Ep.159)
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning and welcome to Bongina Report, early edition, Trump
- 0:04Speaker 1: mocks Rosie O'Donnell. I know you guys thought that that
- 0:07Speaker 1: was from 2016, 2015, but he did it again in
- 0:10Speaker 1: a very epic way. A city council unanimously nominates a
- 0:16Speaker 1: transgender OnlyFans prostitute with a cannibalism fetish. Satanists dedicate the
- 0:23Speaker 1: Kansas state capital to the devil with the approval of
- 0:27Speaker 1: the state, I might add. Tom Homan, is harassed by
- 0:30Speaker 1: supporters of a detained Columbia student. Netflix's Narnia considers Charlie
- 0:36Speaker 1: XCX for the white witch. And a woman who refused
- 0:40Speaker 1: to give up her airplane seat for a child sues
- 0:43Speaker 1: the airline company. I'm going to need all of your
- 0:45Speaker 1: opinions on that one. All this on Bongina Report, early edition.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Cold, I'll be back.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Ireland is known for very happy, fun-loving people, great attitude,
- 1:05Speaker 1: many in this.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Room right now that I've met.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Why in the world would you let Rosie O'Donnell move
- 1:10Speaker 1: to Ireland? I think she's going to lower your happiness level.
- 1:13Speaker 1: That's true. Thank you.
- 1:14Speaker 3: I like that question.
- 1:16Speaker 4: Do you know who she is?
- 1:17Speaker 1: I'm joking.
- 1:18Speaker 4: You're better off not knowing.
- 1:19Speaker 3: President Trump, do you think?
- 1:28Speaker 1: Michael and I were just laughing because if you're listening, Trump,
- 1:31Speaker 1: as he's asked this question, he just readjusts. He like
- 1:34Speaker 1: sits up a little straighter. He's like, I like that question.
- 1:37Speaker 1: And Michael just said, it's exactly what happens when you
- 1:39Speaker 1: invite new media into the White House. Can you imagine
- 1:41Speaker 1: CNN asking that question? Of course you can't. And I
- 1:45Speaker 1: just love this exchange. But can I just say before
- 1:47Speaker 1: I delve into the exchange here, Rosie O'Donnell is now
- 1:51Speaker 1: a refugee in Ireland. She's fleeing the Trump admin. And
- 1:55Speaker 1: I just have to say there are so many celebrities.
- 1:57Speaker 1: who in 2016 promised us that they were going to
- 1:59Speaker 1: leave the country. And they're still here. They're still here, guys.
- 2:03Speaker 1: I thought they were going to leave. It feels like
- 2:05Speaker 1: a false promise. It feels like we were told something.
- 2:10Speaker 1: We were promised something. And they did not follow through.
- 2:13Speaker 2: And I'm really disappointed about it.
- 2:15Speaker 1: And so I'm glad Rosie O'Donnell is in Ireland. I
- 2:17Speaker 1: really am. But anyway, so Trump, he asked the prime
- 2:20Speaker 1: minister of Ireland, do you know who she is? Obviously,
- 2:23Speaker 1: the prime minister has no idea who's Rosie O'Donnell. He's
- 2:26Speaker 1: the prime minister of Ireland. And then Trump replies, you're
- 2:29Speaker 1: better off not knowing. And you guys, I saw that clip.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I had to share it because the memories flooded back
- 2:36Speaker 1: to me. Trump is such a natural comedian. He's hilarious.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I remember, so Trump revolutionized politics, of course. As somebody
- 2:48Speaker 1: who was 15, 16 years old during that election cycle,
- 2:53Speaker 1: that first time he was elected, I actually had a
- 2:56Speaker 1: lot of political perspective because I had been in politics
- 3:00Speaker 1: a long time. My dad was elected into Congress in 2010.
- 3:03Speaker 1: My parents were involved in politics virtually my entire life.
- 3:07Speaker 1: So I feel like I'd always had a feel for
- 3:09Speaker 1: what politics is supposed to look like. And I was
- 3:11Speaker 1: 15 years old and I'm watching the debates with President
- 3:14Speaker 1: Trump and all the other primary candidates, and it was
- 3:17Speaker 1: so different. I was shocked. I mean, I couldn't even
- 3:21Speaker 1: believe it. Everything that I had known about politics, Trump
- 3:25Speaker 1: just threw it all out the window. And imagine if
- 3:28Speaker 1: it was surprising to me at 15 what it felt
- 3:30Speaker 1: like for someone who's been in politics for decades, like
- 3:34Speaker 1: how he just threw the playbook out. And who remembers
- 3:37Speaker 1: that iconic moment from 2015? That iconic Rosie O'Donnell moment,
- 3:42Speaker 1: expert politicking that I just think we've never seen in
- 3:46Speaker 1: this country before. Take a listen.
- 3:48Speaker 3: You've called women you don't like fat pigs, dogs, slobs,
- 3:53Speaker 3: and disgusting animals.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Your Twitter account has several.
- 3:57Speaker 3: Only Rosie O'Donnell.
- 4:03Speaker 1: No, it wasn't. He knew it was so good. He
- 4:05Speaker 1: smiles at the end. He's totally smirking. Megyn Kelly can't
- 4:09Speaker 1: control the crowd. Like the crowd is going nuts and
- 4:11Speaker 1: she can't write it. And she tried to say, no, no, no, no, no.
- 4:14Speaker 1: But it wasn't just Rosie at all. And it didn't matter.
- 4:17Speaker 1: It didn't matter because it was so flipping funny and
- 4:21Speaker 1: it was iconic. Trump is raw. He is real. The
- 4:24Speaker 1: guy is a natural comedian. No question about it. His
- 4:29Speaker 1: humor isn't polished. It isn't scripted. It is unfiltered. It's
- 4:32Speaker 1: off the cuff and it's just so him. And you know,
- 4:36Speaker 1: back in 2016, a lot of people people who I know,
- 4:40Speaker 1: they weren't sold on President Trump. But by 2020, and
- 4:44Speaker 1: especially 2024, a lot of people who'd never have voted
- 4:49Speaker 1: for him in 2016 would have crawled over broken glass
- 4:53Speaker 1: to get to the polls to cast a vote for
- 4:56Speaker 1: this man. That's how much he's just changed the whole game.
- 5:00Speaker 1: It's not just that he has changed the style of
- 5:05Speaker 1: politics forever, but it's that He actually followed through with
- 5:09Speaker 1: so many promises. People thought it was a fluke, that
- 5:11Speaker 1: he was a fake, that he was a Democrat, and
- 5:14Speaker 1: he never actually changed his ways. He was trying to
- 5:16Speaker 1: get into the White House, and they couldn't trust him.
- 5:18Speaker 1: And he has proven himself to be such a fighter,
- 5:22Speaker 1: even for the pro-life cause. People still in the 2024
- 5:25Speaker 1: election were saying, this man's not pro-life. Don't vote for
- 5:27Speaker 1: him if you care about life, if you're a real Christian.
- 5:30Speaker 1: What did we get with President Trump? The overturning of
- 5:33Speaker 1: Roe v. Wade, the biggest pro-life, pro-life pillar that needed
- 5:39Speaker 1: to be toppled down. Pro-choice, pro-abortion pillar needed to be
- 5:43Speaker 1: toppled down. Now it's up to the states. That's thanks
- 5:47Speaker 1: to President Trump, who we were told by a lot
- 5:49Speaker 1: of people in the pro-life movement, we can't trust him.
- 5:53Speaker 1: And by the way, my wedding anniversary happens to be
- 5:55Speaker 1: the overturning of Roe v. Wade, which is a really
- 5:58Speaker 1: special day. So I don't know, you guys, love him
- 6:00Speaker 1: or hate him. Trump has turned politics upside down. He
- 6:04Speaker 1: has followed through on so many promises and That 2015
- 6:07Speaker 1: debate moment, it is still unforgettable. I am still laughing
- 6:11Speaker 1: about it. I just had to share that with you guys.
- 6:13Speaker 1: All right, we're going to take a quick break. When
- 6:14Speaker 1: we come back, I do have some heavier stories for you.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Some crazy things are happening in Washington state and even
- 6:22Speaker 1: crazier things in Kansas. Don't go anywhere. It may not
- 6:26Speaker 1: seem like it. Maybe it does seem like it, but
- 6:29Speaker 1: you guys, I'm exhausted right now. I did not sleep
- 6:32Speaker 1: a lot. I don't even want to tell you how
- 6:34Speaker 1: little I have slept. Yes, last night and last week,
- 6:37Speaker 1: I'm running ragged. And let me tell you, Helix is
- 6:40Speaker 1: making it really difficult for me to get out of
- 6:41Speaker 1: bed these days because it is so comfortable. I love it.
- 6:45Speaker 1: And I really, I don't sleep enough. And that mattress,
- 6:49Speaker 1: it makes it hard for me to get out of
- 6:50Speaker 1: bed because it is that comfortable. All right, let's get
- 6:53Speaker 1: into some of these heavier topics. Washington State. This next story,
- 6:58Speaker 1: I don't think it could happen anywhere else other than
- 7:01Speaker 1: the state of Washington. The Linwood City Council in Washington
- 7:06Speaker 1: state unanimously appointed a man named Jessica Ann Roberts, born
- 7:11Speaker 1: Neil Vincent Roberts, to fill a vacant seat on their
- 7:15Speaker 1: city council. And Roberts, just for a little context on
- 7:19Speaker 1: this individual, he's a transgender identifying male OnlyFans online prostitute
- 7:25Speaker 1: who has a cannibalism fetish. Yep, He's posted on social
- 7:29Speaker 1: media about having an uncontrollable desire to impregnate women and
- 7:33Speaker 1: eat them. Roberts' OnlyFans account, which he deactivated on Monday, understandably,
- 7:39Speaker 1: included 12 videos and 63 photographs of sexually explicit content.
- 7:44Speaker 1: And in his account bio, Roberts described himself as a
- 7:47Speaker 1: bisexual trans woman with itty bitty titties and a big
- 7:51Speaker 1: girl cock. Yep. This is who's leading the city council.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Roberts issued several posts earlier this year on Reddit. I'm
- 8:01Speaker 1: going to read you a couple of them. Churning meat
- 8:05Speaker 1: girl after meat girl before I fully disposed of my
- 8:07Speaker 1: last meal is the best feeling. And then he says,
- 8:11Speaker 1: I love the idea of grabbing a pretty girl and
- 8:14Speaker 1: using her as a breeding pet. And once I've gotten
- 8:16Speaker 1: her pregnant, sharing her with my fellow trans femmes. Guys,
- 8:23Speaker 1: this is why standards work. matter. This is why a
- 8:27Speaker 1: moral code, deeper than just feelings, is so important. I
- 8:33Speaker 1: want you to take a listen to what happened when
- 8:35Speaker 1: Representative Keith Self called transgender-identifying male Representative Sarah McBride, Mr.
- 8:42Speaker 1: this week. You've probably seen this video already, but there's
- 8:45Speaker 1: a really relevant point to make, so just listen to
- 8:49Speaker 1: this for some context.
- 8:50Speaker 3: I now recognize the representative from Delaware, Mr. McBride. Thank you,
- 8:56Speaker 3: Madam Chair.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Ranking Member Keating, also wonderful. Mr. Chairman, could you repeat
- 9:01Speaker 1: your introduction again, please?
- 9:03Speaker 3: Yes, it's a, we have set the standard on the
- 9:08Speaker 3: floor of the House, and I'm simply... What is that standard, Mr.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Chairman?
- 9:14Speaker 3: Would you repeat what you just said when you introduced
- 9:17Speaker 3: a duly elected representative from the United States of America, please?
- 9:21Speaker 3: I will. The representative from Delaware, Mr. McBride. Mr.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Chairman, you are out of order. Mr.
- 9:30Speaker 3: Chairman, have you no decency?
- 9:34Speaker 1: Have you no decency? It's indecent and out of order
- 9:39Speaker 1: to acknowledge biological reality in Congress these days and acknowledge
- 9:44Speaker 1: it with one word, Mr. It's indecent. I want you
- 9:49Speaker 1: to listen to what OutKick podcast host Tommy Lahren said
- 9:55Speaker 1: about this exchange. Again, really relevant to this conversation. Take
- 9:58Speaker 1: a listen. Take a listen closely to what she said. says.
- 10:00Speaker 4: There is a representative who is transgender. Sarah McBride was
- 10:05Speaker 4: purposely referred to as Mr.
- 10:07Speaker 1: And it's getting a lot of traction.
- 10:09Speaker 4: I feel like it's mean spirited to do it just
- 10:12Speaker 4: to be mean. Now that doesn't mean that I want
- 10:14Speaker 4: transgender people in women's sports or women's spaces. because that
- 10:18Speaker 4: has an actual, physical, tangible impact.
- 10:24Speaker 1: It's mean. It's mean-spirited to call Mr. McBride, Mr. You
- 10:31Speaker 1: should call him ma'am. And use she, her pronouns to
- 10:34Speaker 1: his face, according to Tommy Lahren, because that's the kind
- 10:38Speaker 1: thing to do. But Christians aren't called to merely be nice.
- 10:45Speaker 1: We are called to defend truth.
- 10:49Speaker 3: St.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Augustine argued that failing to correct error out of desire
- 10:55Speaker 1: to avoid conflict is not love but cowardice. We should
- 11:00Speaker 1: want the best for people, and sometimes that requires something
- 11:03Speaker 1: called tough love. If you're a parent, you know what
- 11:05Speaker 1: it is. It doesn't mean you have to be over
- 11:07Speaker 1: the top and cruel. There are ways of doing things,
- 11:11Speaker 1: and simply and calmly saying Mr. in front of a
- 11:13Speaker 1: national audience so as not to set a public precedent
- 11:17Speaker 1: that men can be women is not cruel. That congressman
- 11:21Speaker 1: was not being cruel when he called Mr. McBride, Mr. St.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Augustine wrote in matters of truth, charity is served by
- 11:32Speaker 1: holding to the truth, not by yielding to error for
- 11:35Speaker 1: the sake of peace. Defending the good in 2024 often
- 11:41Speaker 1: requires the courage to speak hard truths because superficial niceness
- 11:48Speaker 1: enables evil. When we are looking to what is good
- 11:53Speaker 1: and true in Christianity, we are blinded by this obsession
- 11:56Speaker 1: with niceness. This is why I said that we need
- 11:59Speaker 1: a moral standard, deeper, more concrete. That is Christianity. That's
- 12:05Speaker 1: more than just what feels right. It isn't nice to
- 12:09Speaker 1: say that a transgender-identifying male online prostitute with a publicly
- 12:16Speaker 1: documented cannibalism fetish shouldn't hold public office. Is that what
- 12:21Speaker 1: we're saying? Who are we to judge? He was born
- 12:24Speaker 1: this way, as Lady Gaga would say. Only a society
- 12:29Speaker 1: that has lost its moral compass, having forsaken the Christian
- 12:32Speaker 1: truths that once guided it, would ever even entertain such
- 12:36Speaker 1: a question as who are we to judge when we're
- 12:40Speaker 1: talking about having a transgender identifying online prostitute with a
- 12:45Speaker 1: cannibalism fetish leading a community of people. It would be
- 12:51Speaker 1: inconceivable for a real Christian society, but we've descended so
- 12:56Speaker 1: far away from that that we are, again, like I said,
- 13:00Speaker 1: blinded by this idea of niceness, of tolerance. Clearly, this
- 13:05Speaker 1: idea of constant tolerance is cancerous. You can't tolerate evil.
- 13:10Speaker 1: And this unchecked relativism coming from our own side is
- 13:14Speaker 1: eroding all of our standards. And trust me, This is
- 13:17Speaker 1: a huge problem for conservatives. Conservatism is always incrementally moving
- 13:21Speaker 1: the goalposts so that one day you're defending the sanctity
- 13:25Speaker 1: of marriage, and the next day you're saying, well, if
- 13:28Speaker 1: you're an adult, you can trans yourself, but not kids.
- 13:32Speaker 1: And then we say, well, maybe if you're a kid,
- 13:34Speaker 1: but you're not an infant. Where does it end? How
- 13:37Speaker 1: far are we going to take this? One other example
- 13:42Speaker 1: of what I'm talking about. Satanists in Kansas are participating
- 13:46Speaker 1: in a, quote, black mass, dedicating the state capital of
- 13:50Speaker 1: Kansas to the devil himself. Yep, a group called the
- 13:55Speaker 1: Satanic Grotto has been given the green light by the
- 13:58Speaker 1: Kansas Capitol event coordinator to hold their, quote, capital dedication
- 14:02Speaker 1: to Satan on March 28th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- 14:07Speaker 1: And per the Satanic Grotto Facebook page, they will be
- 14:10Speaker 1: performing rites, to the black mass and indulging in sacrilegious blasphemy.
- 14:15Speaker 1: And then it says, God will fall and Kansas will
- 14:17Speaker 1: be embraced by the black flame of Lucifer. Michael says
- 14:23Speaker 1: it makes it hard to be a libertarian. And we're
- 14:25Speaker 1: going to take down libertarianism today. This is an anti-libertarianism
- 14:29Speaker 1: show right now. This is why Michael Knowles said that
- 14:31Speaker 1: Michael and I, my husband Michael and I are in
- 14:33Speaker 1: a mixed marriage because I am very traditionalist and Michael's
- 14:37Speaker 1: a little more of a libertarian. So we get into
- 14:40Speaker 1: some arguments. But the argument from people like Michael is often, well,
- 14:45Speaker 1: cities let churches put up nativity scenes and they say
- 14:50Speaker 1: prayers on public grounds and in state houses. We can't
- 14:54Speaker 1: be discriminating against other religions like the Church of Satan.
- 14:57Speaker 1: They're a religion too. Really? What do the founders of
- 15:02Speaker 1: the Declaration of Independence have to say about this? This is,
- 15:08Speaker 1: I'm going to quote the Declaration. For the support of
- 15:11Speaker 1: this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of
- 15:14Speaker 1: divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives,
- 15:21Speaker 1: our fortunes, and our sacred honor. Let me just repeat
- 15:24Speaker 1: that first part. For the support of this declaration, with
- 15:27Speaker 1: a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence. And
- 15:33Speaker 1: that's just one example of the founders evoking God in
- 15:38Speaker 1: the declarations. God, as divine providence, gave the founders divine
- 15:43Speaker 1: protection and legitimacy to create this entire country. But the
- 15:48Speaker 1: state can't differentiate between Satanism and Christianity because meritocracy or something?
- 15:53Speaker 1: Give me a break. The state's endorsement of Satanists dedicating
- 15:56Speaker 1: Kansas to the devil not only is a betrayal of
- 15:59Speaker 1: the state's own responsibility to uphold the public good, but
- 16:02Speaker 1: it's also a reckless assault on the spiritual and civic
- 16:06Speaker 1: foundations of the United States. And guys, this is why
- 16:10Speaker 1: libertarianism doesn't work. Because I can't make that distinction if
- 16:14Speaker 1: I'm a libertarian. It's all about relativism and meritocracy. And
- 16:19Speaker 1: there can't be a moral hierarchy because that's not the
- 16:22Speaker 1: government's role. The founding fathers, libertarians, I'm sorry, they would
- 16:26Speaker 1: disagree with you because they evoked God so many times.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Our nation was founded as a Christian nation. John Adams
- 16:36Speaker 1: said it was made... solely for a moral and religious people.
- 16:41Speaker 1: They knew that with the amount of amazing liberty that
- 16:46Speaker 1: the people were getting, there needed to be a moral
- 16:50Speaker 1: code guiding the people. Without that, without Christianity, without that foundation,
- 16:57Speaker 1: we get the trancing of children. We get a elected official,
- 17:02Speaker 1: or I guess an appointed official, who's an OnlyFans online prostitute,
- 17:08Speaker 1: and who has a cannibalism fetish, we get Satanists in
- 17:12Speaker 1: Kansas dedicating the Kansas capital to the devil himself. That's
- 17:18Speaker 1: what we get with relativism. This is the fruits of it.
- 17:23Speaker 1: And we have to be able to call out evil
- 17:27Speaker 1: wherever it is personally, but also the government needs to
- 17:32Speaker 1: be able to do that. Because again, the founders never
- 17:36Speaker 1: intended for this kind of relativism, moral relativism, this kind
- 17:42Speaker 1: of unchecked meritocracy that's completely contrary to the public good.
- 17:48Speaker 1: That was never the intent. But I still love Michael. Yes,
- 17:54Speaker 1: I am reminded. I still love Michael despite his libertarian shortcomings.
- 17:58Speaker 1: I just have a lot of disagreements on this issue.
- 18:02Speaker 1: You guys will have no idea how many times Michael
- 18:04Speaker 1: and I argue back and forth on this. And I
- 18:06Speaker 1: feel bad because he has to sit there. He can't
- 18:07Speaker 1: talk about it. He doesn't have a mic. He says,
- 18:10Speaker 1: just wait for the new studio. And he's right about that. Well,
- 18:13Speaker 1: he'll interject a little bit. He'll give me some pushback.
- 18:14Speaker 1: And it'll be like what it's like at the dinner
- 18:16Speaker 1: table at home with us. But guys, libertarianism, it's not
- 18:21Speaker 1: the answer.
- 18:22Speaker 2: All right.
- 18:23Speaker 1: I do want to cover the story everyone has been
- 18:25Speaker 1: talking about this week. I haven't gotten to it, and
- 18:27Speaker 1: now I feel like I have to give my take
- 18:29Speaker 1: here because I've spent some time thinking about it. So
- 18:32Speaker 1: a guy named Mahmoud Khalil, a Palestinian, so a foreigner activist,
- 18:36Speaker 1: and a Columbia University graduate, previous graduate student, was detained
- 18:41Speaker 1: this week by ICE. Now, Khalil was involved in spearheading
- 18:46Speaker 1: the Columbia protests. last spring, which included essentially occupying parts
- 18:50Speaker 1: of campus and restricting freedom of movement for other students.
- 18:55Speaker 1: No formal charges have been filed against this man, but
- 18:58Speaker 1: in a statement to NBC News on Sunday, a DHS
- 19:02Speaker 1: security spokesperson, DHS spokesperson said Khalil was arrested in coordination
- 19:07Speaker 1: with ICE and the State Department, quote, in support of
- 19:10Speaker 1: President Trump's executive orders prohibiting antisemitism, end quote. They are
- 19:16Speaker 1: detaining him officially, for being anti-Semitic. And in a statement
- 19:20Speaker 1: on truth, President Trump described Khalil as pro-Hamas, which is
- 19:25Speaker 1: a terrorist organization, of course. And per federal law, I
- 19:28Speaker 1: did some digging into this. I actually was like, what
- 19:29Speaker 1: does the language really say? So I can actually know
- 19:32Speaker 1: what's going on here. And an immigrant here on a
- 19:35Speaker 1: visa can be deported for engaging, and this is a quote,
- 19:38Speaker 1: engaging in a terrorist activity. And it's pretty broad what
- 19:42Speaker 1: is a terrorist activity. It doesn't mean that you're carrying
- 19:44Speaker 1: out terrorist acts necessarily. This law says, and I'm going to, again,
- 19:49Speaker 1: quote you guys. endorsing or espousing terrorist activity or persuading
- 19:54Speaker 1: others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a
- 19:58Speaker 1: terrorist organization. So it's very broad. It doesn't mean that
- 20:02Speaker 1: he's a member of Hamas, but if he is doing
- 20:05Speaker 1: things that seem to be supportive of Hamas or he's
- 20:08Speaker 1: encouraging others to do things that are somewhat supportive of Hamas,
- 20:11Speaker 1: that is grounds for deportation. And this kid is actually,
- 20:15Speaker 1: if he is a supporter of Hamas, this admin, again,
- 20:19Speaker 1: totally in their right to deport him. This is, I
- 20:23Speaker 1: read it. I read it to you guys out loud,
- 20:24Speaker 1: like they have the right. I will say though, I
- 20:27Speaker 1: haven't personally seen any evidence that Khalil is explicitly pro-Hamas,
- 20:31Speaker 1: but it's possible that the admin will come out with
- 20:33Speaker 1: some more evidence once the real charges have been brought
- 20:36Speaker 1: against him, if there will be charges brought against him.
- 20:38Speaker 1: So we'll see on that front. Again, I'm not, I
- 20:41Speaker 1: wouldn't be surprised if he was explicitly pro-Hamas as he
- 20:44Speaker 1: was spearheading this organization and he's a Palestinian student. We
- 20:47Speaker 1: don't know, though. And I'm just going to be real
- 20:49Speaker 1: with you guys. I actually personally don't think the government
- 20:52Speaker 1: should need criminal charges to deport aliens, legal or illegal,
- 20:56Speaker 1: in this country. I don't even think they need to
- 20:58Speaker 1: be terror sympathizers. I think that the government can just
- 21:01Speaker 1: deport you for any reason whatsoever. If you are an
- 21:04Speaker 1: alien in this country, you don't have the same rights
- 21:06Speaker 1: as citizens. I don't know why this is confusing for people,
- 21:08Speaker 1: but you don't have the same rights as U.S. citizens. Now,
- 21:12Speaker 1: nobody can kill you. Nobody can rape you and hurt
- 21:14Speaker 1: you and violate basic human rights. But the right to
- 21:19Speaker 1: be in this country, that's reserved for citizens. Nobody has
- 21:23Speaker 1: a right to be here unless you are an American citizen.
- 21:26Speaker 1: You don't. Not everyone seems to agree with this.
- 21:30Speaker 2: This is completely....
- 21:33Speaker 1: Flies in the face of a federal law in reality,
- 21:35Speaker 1: but whatever, that's a lot of people these days. So
- 21:37Speaker 1: there are a lot of people acting absolutely hysterical on
- 21:40Speaker 1: the left about this young man being detained by ICE.
- 21:44Speaker 1: And I want you to look at them losing their
- 21:46Speaker 1: minds at Tom Holman yesterday in the New York State Capitol.
- 21:50Speaker 1: This is very deranged. Take a listen.
- 22:03Speaker 2: They're just screaming.
- 22:16Speaker 1: They've completely lost their minds. And guys, I got to
- 22:20Speaker 1: tell you, when I saw that, but especially when I
- 22:25Speaker 1: saw those protests last spring, I had a really... unexpected
- 22:29Speaker 1: visceral reaction. I didn't think I was going to feel
- 22:31Speaker 1: this way. I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, who knows
- 22:33Speaker 1: that I was going to feel, but I was flooded
- 22:36Speaker 1: with these memories of when I was in college and
- 22:39Speaker 1: I was abused by these little Marxist scolds because I
- 22:43Speaker 1: didn't conform with them politically. I didn't agree with them ideologically.
- 22:47Speaker 1: And so they were horrible to me. It reminded me
- 22:50Speaker 1: of being in college and getting death threats and constant
- 22:53Speaker 1: online harassment from people who I previously thought were my friends.
- 22:57Speaker 1: It brought back so many memories. It was like I
- 23:01Speaker 1: knew that type of student that was occupying the campus,
- 23:05Speaker 1: and it was just... It brought back a lot. Seeing
- 23:12Speaker 1: them occupy campuses, restrict movement, replace the American flag with
- 23:18Speaker 1: the Palestinian one, it was enraging. And I was really
- 23:23Speaker 1: proud of my friends who were still on campus, Last spring,
- 23:26Speaker 1: who I had been in school with, they really stood
- 23:29Speaker 1: up for this country during that time. I can't even
- 23:32Speaker 1: describe to you guys how proud I was of my
- 23:34Speaker 1: friends who were still there because there was a similar
- 23:37Speaker 1: occupation at the University of Chicago like what they had
- 23:39Speaker 1: at Columbia. Here's my friend Mitch Robson trying to just
- 23:44Speaker 1: get to class and being completely inhibited by these students
- 23:49Speaker 1: who have just taken over.
- 23:50Speaker 3: All right, I'll just start here.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Hey, Aaron. Hey, what's up, man?
- 23:56Speaker 3: I'm passing through.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Globalizing Tabata. All right. And then you have these masked individuals.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Coming up and covering. Girl, this isn't basketball.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Stop setting a pick on me, man. Stopping from moving.
- 24:05Speaker 2: All right. What's up, man?
- 24:08Speaker 1: I notice how they're always masked. All right. Yep. Hey,
- 24:17Speaker 1: what's up?
- 24:19Speaker 3: What's up? I'm getting surrounded right.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Now, dog. Mitch is a libertarian, I will say, you guys.
- 24:23Speaker 1: But I love Mitch. He's awesome. Now, so it gets
- 24:26Speaker 1: even better, and I'm going to tell you why I
- 24:27Speaker 1: was actually really proud of my friends at UChicago. Mitch
- 24:30Speaker 1: was just walking through campus. He was like, I don't care.
- 24:32Speaker 1: I'm going to get through it. Mitch, by the way,
- 24:34Speaker 1: is a Jewish student. He was like, I'm just going
- 24:35Speaker 1: to walk through. You guys aren't going to stop me
- 24:37Speaker 1: from using my campus. And kudos to him for being
- 24:40Speaker 1: that brave. Some of my friends, including Mitch, still on campus,
- 24:44Speaker 1: actually confronted these pro-Palestine students because they were going to
- 24:48Speaker 1: take down the Palestinian flag off the flagpole on campus
- 24:51Speaker 1: and raise up the American flag.
- 24:53Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 25:05Speaker 1: It was a frat bro protest, so I think all
- 25:07Speaker 1: the Jewish students from the Jewish frat showed up, as
- 25:11Speaker 1: well as my friends from the Chicago Thinker. It was
- 25:14Speaker 1: a really, really cool moment. This is an edit someone
- 25:17Speaker 1: made of them actually breaking the wall of people, of
- 25:22Speaker 1: the Palestinian protesters. pro-Palestine protesters. By the way, the guy
- 25:26Speaker 1: in the cowboy hat that was in that video, that'll
- 25:28Speaker 1: be in this video. His name is Arthur Long. Really
- 25:30Speaker 1: great guy.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Let's play that.
- 25:35Speaker 1: You're just pushing through. You're like, we're going to carry
- 25:38Speaker 1: the American flag. We're going to walk through these crazy people.
- 25:41Speaker 1: It's like the most powerful, amazing moment. And the flag
- 25:45Speaker 1: is flying. And your Chicago campus is gorgeous. I guys, again,
- 25:48Speaker 1: like I said, I'm so proud of them. And these
- 25:51Speaker 1: campus occupations were unacceptable. You don't get to block students
- 25:55Speaker 1: and professors who have an equal right to access the campus.
- 25:59Speaker 1: You don't have a right to say, you guys can't
- 26:01Speaker 1: move freely. And replacing American flags with Palestinian ones, that's
- 26:05Speaker 1: a hard no. Absurd. And yeah, I mean, the photos
- 26:11Speaker 1: from this thing were so great. Again, you guys, I
- 26:13Speaker 1: was so proud of my friends. But, and there's a
- 26:16Speaker 1: but here, you guys, because I'm going to tell you
- 26:19Speaker 1: I'm a little bit puzzled by this ICE detention, by
- 26:25Speaker 1: this potential deportation. I'm gonna tell you why, because in 2020,
- 26:29Speaker 1: I don't know if everybody has some memory of that time,
- 26:35Speaker 1: but in 2020, Marxist college students carried out an assault
- 26:39Speaker 1: on the United States of America. This country, the United
- 26:42Speaker 1: States of America, this country, they smeared it as racist.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Black Lives Matter rioters were explicitly Marxist-inspired. And that ideology
- 26:53Speaker 1: is coming from the college campuses. It's the same ideology
- 26:56Speaker 1: that inspired the pro-Palestine occupation on college campuses. But in 2020,
- 27:02Speaker 1: far worse, let me repeat, far worse than occupying college campuses,
- 27:08Speaker 1: these BLM rioters, which included countless college students, they toppled
- 27:14Speaker 1: statues of the founding fathers, they ransacked cities, engaging in vandalism, looting,
- 27:19Speaker 1: and arson, and yet there were no calls to deport
- 27:23Speaker 1: the foreign students who took part in the destruction. None.
- 27:28Speaker 1: There were no congressional hearings about anti-white racism or hatred
- 27:32Speaker 1: of America like there were about anti-Semitism and Israel hatred
- 27:37Speaker 1: in Congress. Actually, both Democrat and Republican members of Congress
- 27:43Speaker 1: voiced their support for those criminals consumed by a seething
- 27:47Speaker 1: hatred for this nation and the legacy of our founding fathers.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Harvard now officially states that, and this is a quote,
- 27:58Speaker 1: claiming that the existence of the state of Israel is
- 28:00Speaker 1: a racist endeavor is, I'm sorry, this is a quote,
- 28:05Speaker 1: claiming the existence of the state of Israel as a
- 28:07Speaker 1: racist endeavor is anti-Semitic. So you cannot call Israel a
- 28:12Speaker 1: racist endeavor without being labeled anti-Semitic by the university, and
- 28:17Speaker 1: risking violation of Harvard University's non-discrimination and anti-bullying policies. Has
- 28:24Speaker 1: it been deemed that claiming that the existence of the
- 28:27Speaker 1: United States is a racist endeavor, anti-American, at any university?
- 28:33Speaker 1: Is it anti-American to say that America is a racist country? No.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Has it been labeled that officially by any university? Does
- 28:40Speaker 1: it violate any non-discrimination or anti-bullying policies? No, because again,
- 28:45Speaker 1: it's not deemed anti-American. In fact, saying America is racist
- 28:50Speaker 1: is baked into the curriculum of all these schools. This
- 28:53Speaker 1: is what they teach. And by the way, I don't
- 28:56Speaker 1: think that anti-American sentiment or anti-Semitism should be defined and
- 29:01Speaker 1: potentially punishable for American college students because these are thought crimes.
- 29:06Speaker 1: They are subjective. And they're an absurd thing to punish
- 29:11Speaker 1: people over if you sincerely believe and authentic free inquiry
- 29:15Speaker 1: on campus. President Trump vowed on Truth Social to find, apprehend,
- 29:21Speaker 1: and deport these terrorist sympathizers in our country and never
- 29:26Speaker 1: to allow them to return again. But are we applying
- 29:29Speaker 1: the same standard to the foreign-born BLM rioters who targeted
- 29:32Speaker 1: America itself? Or is the administration's wrath only reserved for
- 29:36Speaker 1: those who target Israel and Jews? I think it's bizarre.
- 29:40Speaker 1: We seem to care more about attacks on a foreign
- 29:42Speaker 1: nation than our own country. And look, like I said,
- 29:45Speaker 1: I didn't like those campus occupations. I hated them. The
- 29:48Speaker 1: vast majority of those students were motivated by Marxism. They
- 29:51Speaker 1: don't care about Palestinians. I see right through that crap.
- 29:55Speaker 1: I know those kids. And I think Khalil can be
- 29:58Speaker 1: rightfully deported irrespective of whether he's even a terrorist sympathizer.
- 30:01Speaker 1: I don't even care about that question. Deport him. Deport
- 30:04Speaker 1: anyone you want who's an alien to this country. Most
- 30:06Speaker 1: of them shouldn't be here at all. But I'm just
- 30:09Speaker 1: deeply puzzled by the double standard here. Because my concern,
- 30:14Speaker 1: first and foremost, as an American, is this country. Is
- 30:19Speaker 1: the mythos and the identity and the survival of this country.
- 30:23Speaker 1: And I am really disturbed by that so many Americans
- 30:26Speaker 1: and especially members of Congress and people in this administration
- 30:29Speaker 1: don't seem to feel the same way. All right, switching
- 30:33Speaker 1: gears here. Netflix is creating a Narnia movie, which again,
- 30:38Speaker 1: nobody asked for. Nobody wants Narnia movie. They made a
- 30:40Speaker 1: great one in 2005 and it was wonderful. Michael says
- 30:43Speaker 1: it was not that great, but it actually was great.
- 30:45Speaker 1: He's wrong about that. That Narnia movie that came out
- 30:47Speaker 1: in 05 from Disney was good. And I thought the
- 30:50Speaker 1: other ones were good too. They were so well done. Anyways,
- 30:53Speaker 1: so Netflix is remaking Narnia. Nobody asked for this. It's
- 30:57Speaker 1: going to be directed by the Barbie director, Greta Gerwig.
- 31:01Speaker 1: And Hollywood sources are now saying that Charlie XCX is
- 31:05Speaker 1: one of the top choices for a key role, potentially Jadis,
- 31:09Speaker 1: the White Witch in the Narnia series. Now, who is
- 31:13Speaker 1: Charlie XCX? She is the British singer whose song Apple
- 31:16Speaker 1: from the album Brat went mega viral in support of
- 31:20Speaker 1: Kamala Harris and her campaigns. People are saying that Kamala,
- 31:24Speaker 1: people were saying Kamala is brat. And they were, if
- 31:28Speaker 1: you don't know what that is, you guys, I barely
- 31:30Speaker 1: know what that is. I'm done explaining Kamala and I
- 31:33Speaker 1: am brat. But there were a lot of dances to
- 31:37Speaker 1: the brat song in support of Kamala Harris. Let's play
- 31:41Speaker 1: that video, Mikey, just so people know what we're talking about.
- 31:43Speaker 1: There's a whole dance to it. Everybody did the same thing.
- 31:53Speaker 1: And again, it was like all for some reason in
- 31:55Speaker 1: support of Kamala Harris. I'm not sure exactly how this
- 31:59Speaker 1: was like going to help her win the election. And
- 32:01Speaker 1: obviously it didn't, but they were all over everyone's feet, right?
- 32:05Speaker 1: We had all these videos. Charlie XCX almost was like
- 32:06Speaker 1: synonymous with Kamala Harris. Charlie XCX is brat. Kamala Harris
- 32:10Speaker 1: is brat. They do this little dance song. It was
- 32:12Speaker 1: like a symbol of the Kamala campaign. Now we also
- 32:16Speaker 1: learned that the Narnia movie that no one asked for
- 32:18Speaker 1: is going to be rock and roll themed, potentially, whatever
- 32:22Speaker 1: that means. So Narnia is going to be rock and
- 32:24Speaker 1: roll themed. We're going to get Charlie XCX. And I'm
- 32:26Speaker 1: going to tell you guys, here's what my big fear is.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Greta Gerwig and Charlie XCX, they're girl bosses. They're the
- 32:33Speaker 1: epitome of modern feminism. They're defining it culturally all the time.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Cultural feminism has poster girls as Greta Gerwig and Charlie XCX.
- 32:45Speaker 1: And I think Greta Gerwig will want to turn the
- 32:48Speaker 1: White Witch into an empowered anti-heroine and make her a
- 32:52Speaker 1: figure of cultural disruption in a positive way. That's my
- 32:56Speaker 1: fear with this spinoff, this reimagining of Narnia.
- 33:01Speaker 3: C.S.
- 33:01Speaker 1: Lewis wrote the White Witch as a clear symbol of evil.
- 33:06Speaker 1: She embodied Satan's pride, deception, and rebellion against divine order,
- 33:12Speaker 1: against God himself. She's supposed to be Satan in a
- 33:16Speaker 1: fur coat. That's the White Witch. I mean, he was very, C.S.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Lewis was very explicit about the allegories he was making
- 33:24Speaker 1: in the Narnia series. Like, this is not disputed. White Witch,
- 33:30Speaker 1: Satan in a fur coat. Jadis is prideful. She wipes
- 33:34Speaker 1: out land in her home planet to just flex her power,
- 33:38Speaker 1: just like Satan subverted God's creation. Jadis' eternal winter and
- 33:42Speaker 1: her tyrannical rule over Narnia is in a fallen world.
- 33:47Speaker 1: is only redeemed by Aslan and Aslan's Christ-like sacrifice. I mean,
- 33:52Speaker 1: does this sound familiar to the biblical story, you guys?
- 33:54Speaker 1: It's the same thing. It's totally allegorical. This is what
- 33:58Speaker 1: we're talking about. So my fear is we're just going
- 34:00Speaker 1: to flip C.S. Lewis' story about good and evil and
- 34:03Speaker 1: turn it into some sort of feminist anthem, which is
- 34:06Speaker 1: what Greta Gerwig always does. And Charlie XCX is the
- 34:10Speaker 1: embodiment of we're going to have like Jadis is this
- 34:14Speaker 1: morally gray character and she's misunderstood. And really she's kind
- 34:17Speaker 1: of cool. Like how Disney made Maleficent in beauty and
- 34:20Speaker 1: the beast, actually kind of a cool, good character with
- 34:22Speaker 1: this like backstory that explains why she's evil. I'm like,
- 34:25Speaker 1: I'm sick of that. Can we just have some good
- 34:27Speaker 1: and evil, some black and white stories? Like why does
- 34:29Speaker 1: everything have to be morally gray? And in life, there's
- 34:32Speaker 1: a lot of moral gray area, but when you're talking
- 34:34Speaker 1: about children's stories and we're trying to teach children about
- 34:37Speaker 1: the good and the true and the beautiful, you have
- 34:39Speaker 1: to portray evil, right? That is why you have the
- 34:43Speaker 1: White Witch who is so transparently evil. She's the devil.
- 34:47Speaker 1: And then you have Aslan who is Christ. This wouldn't
- 34:52Speaker 1: be a creative tweak that I am imagining will probably
- 34:56Speaker 1: happen in this remake. It would be a cultural erasure
- 34:58Speaker 1: of the West's spiritual heritage. And I know that sounds
- 35:01Speaker 1: crazy and far out, but it's true. Replacing the battle
- 35:07Speaker 1: between divine good and evil with a trendy secular feminist narrative,
- 35:11Speaker 1: is an attack on our civilization, I think. As a
- 35:17Speaker 1: classic story like Narnia, which is so widely read by
- 35:20Speaker 1: the youth in this country, to twist it in that way,
- 35:23Speaker 1: distort its purpose. And for a civilization built on Christianity,
- 35:28Speaker 1: this is one more example of Hollywood diluting the moral
- 35:31Speaker 1: clarity that shaped our art, ethics, identity for centuries. Replacing
- 35:35Speaker 1: it with a hollow, gratified version of sacred story that
- 35:38Speaker 1: no longer challenges sin, but would actually celebrate it. Remember
- 35:42Speaker 1: what I said earlier in the show about tolerating evil
- 35:46Speaker 1: and then celebrating evil? And it's just a slippery slope
- 35:49Speaker 1: when you don't have a moral code rooted in something concrete.
- 35:54Speaker 1: This is what we get. Girl boss, white witch was
- 35:58Speaker 1: actually not that bad. It's kind of cool. And like
- 36:00Speaker 1: you guys, I don't know if that's actually going to happen,
- 36:02Speaker 1: but this is my bet. I think it's going to happen,
- 36:04Speaker 1: especially if Charlie XCX is the White Witch. And you
- 36:08Speaker 1: guys can call me out if I'm wrong, but I
- 36:10Speaker 1: don't think I'm gonna be wrong about this one.
- 36:12Speaker 2: I don't, you guys.
- 36:12Speaker 1: I know Greta Gerwig. I know Charlie XCX. I can
- 36:15Speaker 1: see what's coming. All right, I got to get to this.
- 36:18Speaker 1: I got your opinions on this is what I really want.
- 36:21Speaker 1: So a woman who refused to give up her airplane
- 36:24Speaker 1: seat to a child has filed a lawsuit against the
- 36:27Speaker 1: airline and the passenger who recorded The incident, by the way,
- 36:30Speaker 1: the person who recorded this incident was not the mother
- 36:32Speaker 1: of this child, just some random person. And the woman
- 36:35Speaker 1: said in the statement, since that incident, my life has
- 36:39Speaker 1: taken a turn. I could never have imagined what could
- 36:41Speaker 1: have been just an ordinary flight turned into an extremely
- 36:44Speaker 1: embarrassing situation, exposing me unfairly and causing consequences that affected
- 36:49Speaker 1: both my personal and professional life. I'm not going to
- 36:52Speaker 1: play the video of this because it's in, it's all
- 36:54Speaker 1: in Portuguese. This woman is Brazilian. The airline is not
- 36:57Speaker 1: an American airline. Well, Gui is Brazilian. He knows Portuguese.
- 37:01Speaker 1: Maybe he can translate it for us and we can
- 37:03Speaker 1: talk about it later. But like I said, this is
- 37:10Speaker 1: something that happens a lot. Oddly enough, people go online
- 37:12Speaker 1: and they complain about others trying to have them move
- 37:15Speaker 1: their seat and they paid for the seat. And so
- 37:19Speaker 1: if you pay for a window seat and then some
- 37:22Speaker 1: mom wants you to switch because of her child and
- 37:25Speaker 1: you say, no, thank you. I already paid for the seat.
- 37:28Speaker 1: people on the internet will defend you. And then some
- 37:30Speaker 1: people will be like, no, you're an evil person. You're
- 37:31Speaker 1: a bad person. I kind of sympathize with that a
- 37:34Speaker 1: little bit. Like if you paid for your seat, you
- 37:36Speaker 1: want to sit at the window. And then somebody says, Oh,
- 37:37Speaker 1: move for my child. Pretty ridiculous, a pretty ridiculous thing
- 37:41Speaker 1: to say. Now at the same time, I have traveled
- 37:47Speaker 1: with all of my siblings. I've traveled without, without parents
- 37:51Speaker 1: and multiple siblings. And sometimes I especially if you book
- 37:55Speaker 1: late and there's not really a lot of options to
- 37:57Speaker 1: make sure you guys are all together, you got to
- 38:00Speaker 1: ask people to move. And, and I'm not even saying together,
- 38:03Speaker 1: like if I'm traveling with like all nine of my siblings,
- 38:05Speaker 1: I need them all to be together. No, there just
- 38:07Speaker 1: needs to be a big kid with a little kid
- 38:10Speaker 1: and a little kid can't be together with a little
- 38:12Speaker 1: kid and they can't be alone by themselves. I mean,
- 38:14Speaker 1: you just, you have to do it that way. It's,
- 38:16Speaker 1: it's inappropriate for the kid to be alone. And so
- 38:19Speaker 1: I'm always appreciative when other people will willingly and gladly switch. Um, they're,
- 38:26Speaker 1: I think we have to be more accommodating to parents
- 38:29Speaker 1: in this world. I mean, if you see a baby crying,
- 38:31Speaker 1: it's like the baby can't do anything about it, but
- 38:33Speaker 1: then there are always people who complain. It's like, don't complain.
- 38:36Speaker 1: So I'm saying, I'm kind of, I'm kind of saying
- 38:38Speaker 1: two things here. I want you guys to drop a comment.
- 38:40Speaker 1: Tell me what you think about this. But I will
- 38:42Speaker 1: say I've had experiences with people who just seem to
- 38:44Speaker 1: hate children and it really irks me because one time
- 38:49Speaker 1: my mom asked me to fly Valentina out to Arizona
- 38:53Speaker 1: to visit Her grandparents, my grandparents, my parents were really busy. Obviously,
- 38:58Speaker 1: Valentina could not fly alone. So I flew with her
- 39:01Speaker 1: to Arizona and then flew back to.
- 39:03Speaker 2: Where I live.
- 39:04Speaker 1: And she was the best baby in the world on
- 39:07Speaker 1: this flight. I mean, she was probably, she was four
- 39:10Speaker 1: at the time and so well-behaved. And Valentina, of course,
- 39:14Speaker 1: has Down syndrome. So she's four, but really she's cognitively
- 39:19Speaker 1: much younger now. Then four, she can't say at that time,
- 39:22Speaker 1: she couldn't say any words. So she's basically like a baby,
- 39:26Speaker 1: a toddler who is really cognitively a baby. And she
- 39:30Speaker 1: was unbelievably well-behaved, like so good all through security, walking
- 39:37Speaker 1: to the gate, on the plane, she was smiling, she
- 39:39Speaker 1: was happy. And then when she got on the plane,
- 39:42Speaker 1: after playing a little bit and being really sweet, she
- 39:44Speaker 1: fell asleep. And She had her own seat. She wasn't
- 39:48Speaker 1: on my lap or anything. So the way it was
- 39:50Speaker 1: set up, I had the window seat. Valentina was in
- 39:54Speaker 1: the middle. And there was an older woman in the
- 39:57Speaker 1: aisle seat. Valentina falls asleep on the middle seat. And
- 40:01Speaker 1: her head is resting on my lap. And her little
- 40:05Speaker 1: feet are barely touching the sides of this older woman's chair.
- 40:12Speaker 1: And she was not restless at all. she wasn't even
- 40:16Speaker 1: touching the lady. She was just kind of, she was
- 40:19Speaker 1: invading her space a little bit. And to have a
- 40:22Speaker 1: baby fall asleep on a plane like that, that is
- 40:24Speaker 1: much preferable to having them awake and trying to entertain them,
- 40:27Speaker 1: I'll just say. So I thought it was a benefit
- 40:29Speaker 1: to all of us. Oh yeah, there is Valentina with
- 40:31Speaker 1: my grandparents. She's visiting them right now, actually. My grandparents
- 40:34Speaker 1: love her. They love when she comes out there for
- 40:37Speaker 1: weeks at a time. My grandparents are like those old
- 40:39Speaker 1: people who just love children. And I don't know, I
- 40:42Speaker 1: just found it so weird because unlike my grandparents who
- 40:44Speaker 1: love children, This woman was giving me the stink eye
- 40:49Speaker 1: the whole flight because this little girl was sleeping and
- 40:52Speaker 1: her little feet were a little on this woman's chair.
- 40:55Speaker 1: And she wasn't touching the lady. The lady was a
- 40:56Speaker 1: petite woman. She wasn't touching the lady, but the lady
- 40:58Speaker 1: was still clearly upset about it. And I just have
- 41:02Speaker 1: to think, you guys, how can people not like kids?
- 41:05Speaker 1: How can people be so upset about little children, especially
- 41:11Speaker 1: ones as well-behaved as Valentina was on that flight? I
- 41:13Speaker 1: just don't get it. So I think we need to
- 41:15Speaker 1: be accommodating and welcoming of children, especially when we aren't
- 41:19Speaker 1: meeting replacement rates. We need children right now. You want
- 41:23Speaker 1: to pay for social security and Medicare and Medicaid? You
- 41:27Speaker 1: have to have children. Nobody's going to support it if
- 41:29Speaker 1: we don't. And we're not meeting replacement rates. It's a
- 41:32Speaker 1: huge problem economically to care for the older generation in
- 41:35Speaker 1: this country. We need children. We got to support parents
- 41:38Speaker 1: who actually have them. All right. I also want to
- 41:41Speaker 1: mention toddlers. And the toddlers who during COVID were booted
- 41:47Speaker 1: off of flights for not wearing masks. Do you guys
- 41:51Speaker 1: remember this? Toddlers were not wearing masks. It just reminded,
- 41:54Speaker 1: the story reminded me of it and how angry I
- 41:56Speaker 1: was during that time. Let's play one of those videos, Michael.
- 42:02Speaker 1: Actually pause it for a second.
- 42:05Speaker 2: If we could.
- 42:06Speaker 1: So the flight, this was with WestJet and the police
- 42:11Speaker 1: are threatening a man and his wife with arrest and
- 42:14Speaker 1: forcible removal, unless their daughters of three years and 19
- 42:19Speaker 1: months wore masks. And the three-year-old put on the mask,
- 42:23Speaker 1: but the 19-month-old clearly was having a meltdown. She was hysterical.
- 42:28Speaker 1: She was not going to put on this mask. Take
- 42:30Speaker 1: a look. We have all seen it!
- 42:35Speaker 4: You goofy sucker cunt!
- 42:36Speaker 1: Beat it!
- 42:37Speaker 3: Excuse me, what is your, what is his name?
- 42:41Speaker 2: Everyone has seen it!
- 42:42Speaker 1: No, no, his partner, everyone has seen it!
- 42:58Speaker 4: Where were you riding a bicycle at this fucking time?
- 43:00Speaker 1: It's patently insane. I can't even believe that was happening
- 43:05Speaker 1: where you had babies and they were like, put the
- 43:10Speaker 1: mask on the baby otherwise you're not going to be
- 43:14Speaker 1: able to to be on this flight anymore. We're going
- 43:27Speaker 1: to kick you off. And actually parents were banned from
- 43:30Speaker 1: airlines because their babies didn't wear masks. Air travel is
- 43:34Speaker 1: a nightmare and passengers are constantly getting treated like crap.
- 43:39Speaker 1: Thanks to decades, I'd say, of government bailouts, which have
- 43:43Speaker 1: turned airlines into bloated government dependent giants that are too
- 43:46Speaker 1: big to fail. America United Delta, and that flight was
- 43:50Speaker 1: a Canadian airline, but this was happening on American airlines
- 43:53Speaker 1: as well. It all leaned on taxpayer money to avoid collapse,
- 43:57Speaker 1: especially during COVID and after 9-11. In the case of COVID,
- 44:00Speaker 1: the government really is at fault because they forced the
- 44:02Speaker 1: airlines to essentially shut down, for the world to shut down,
- 44:06Speaker 1: for there to be all this fear around travel. So really,
- 44:09Speaker 1: it's the government's fault. But this dependency means that airlines
- 44:12Speaker 1: answer to the government regulators and creditors, not to customers.
- 44:16Speaker 1: That means cutting corners, means cramped seats and long lines
- 44:19Speaker 1: and poor service. In so many sectors of our economy,
- 44:22Speaker 1: that applies to And it's really, really frustrating. But you guys,
- 44:27Speaker 1: please drop a comment. Let me know what your thoughts
- 44:29Speaker 1: are on giving up your seat for children, even if
- 44:31Speaker 1: you paid for it. Let me know what you think. And,
- 44:35Speaker 1: you know, as always, you guys, I'm here 9 a.m.
