  [SPEAKER_02]: So a lot going on and this hearing it was today on Thursday where Donald Trump, you know, he's been trying to deploy the troops on the streets, but this is actually

  [SPEAKER_02]: Now, I guess there, you know, in various states now, you know, quite a number of states and then they have rapid response readiness teams to be on the ready at all times, but

  [SPEAKER_02]: These attorneys for Portland and Oregon urged a federal appeals court to leave in place a restraining order against troop developments there while layers for the state of Chicago and the city of Illinois's came or lawyers for the city of Chicago and Illinois's came before the federal judge to try and block

  [SPEAKER_02]: Now during oral arguments in the Portland case, the judges ended up expressing concerns about the ability of this whole thing.

  [SPEAKER_02]: in the courthouse, the courthouses, and they were about 2,000 miles apart.

  [SPEAKER_02]: And they're saying this is illegal with unconstitutional and unnecessary Trump ordered the deployment over the weekend.

  [SPEAKER_02]: Northcom said that 500 national guard members have been mobilized 300 from Illinois and 200 from the state of Texas.

  [SPEAKER_02]: uh, using the Insurrection Act at January 6 and Duke when Trump and Alex Jones called for MAGA to show up at the January 6 capital what they declared was an insurrection.

  [SPEAKER_02]: from enforcing immigration laws and turning their cities into what he's calling war zone.

  [SPEAKER_02]: You know, if the governor can't do the job, it's simple, well, we will go and then do the job from saying, and he's talking about standing in the military and voking this insurrection act and how, you know, all of this moves toward.

  [SPEAKER_02]: I told you they were going to leave the troops on the streets once they went in for Donald Trump's birthday back in June and they did the staged military parade to get a lot of this equipment positioned in and around the DC area first.

  [SPEAKER_02]: and a lot of the cabinet members and, you know, Congress and Senators and all that.

  [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you know, invoking this insurrection act and them using that on mag during the January 6th insurrection and then now mag is begging for them to use that on antifa, but it's just going to go back and forth and all of this is going to ultimately come to a head, right?

  [SPEAKER_02]: a Republican chairman of the National Governor's Association on Thursday, Criticized the Deployment of the Texas National Guard troops in Illinois's of the violation of his beliefs in federalism and state rights.

  [SPEAKER_02]: And they're stationed at Creech Air Force Base in Clark County, they say one of its aircraft was involved in a quote incident on September 23, the crash had no facilities or injuries, the initial crash did.
