Speaker 1: A number of decisions made by courts, including I guess
• 0:05
Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. If you say it was a bad
• 0:07
Speaker 1: decision in the Supreme Court, I think the Supreme Court
• 0:10
Speaker 1: ought to be ashamed of itself for a lot of reasons, Okay,
• 0:13
Speaker 1: a lot of reasons. I got to live with these people.
• 0:16
Speaker 1: They have hurt this country so badly because they haven't
• 0:18
Speaker 1: had the guts to do what's right. So, and I
• 0:21
Speaker 1: can tell you about other things too, not just this.
• 0:24
Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
• 0:27
Speaker 3: Good Saturday morning. Nice have you with us on the
• 0:30
Speaker 3: forty seven Morning Updating. We've got two big stories for you.
• 0:33
Speaker 3: First up, explosive emails involving Merrick Garland and the Justice
• 0:37
Speaker 3: Department's handling of Donald Trump are raising serious new questions
• 0:41
Speaker 3: in Washington and also in New York. Patitia James is
• 0:45
Speaker 3: now demanding transgender medical treatments be restarted across New York
• 0:50
Speaker 3: City for minors, sparking a major political fight. So what
• 0:54
Speaker 3: happens next? I break it all down for you. It's
• 0:57
Speaker 3: a forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
• 1:00
Speaker 2: Story number one, there is a new.
• 1:03
Speaker 3: Job dropping revelation and it's something that's not getting coverage
• 1:06
Speaker 3: because of what's happening in Iram, but it's something that
• 1:08
Speaker 3: needs to be in your radio screen. Right there's new
• 1:10
Speaker 3: emails that have come out that prove that the Attorney
• 1:15
Speaker 3: General Merrick Garland, I believe lied when he said that
• 1:21
Speaker 3: the decision to raid mar Lago was his and his alone.
• 1:26
Speaker 3: The raid was in fact orchestrated and ordered by President
• 1:32
Speaker 3: Joe Biden's white House. That is not what the official
• 1:36
Speaker 3: testimony to Congress was. Again, Garland that the decision to
• 1:40
Speaker 3: raid mar Lago was his and his alone. Take a
• 1:43
Speaker 3: listen to this from Brett Bahar, Fox News.
• 1:47
Speaker 4: Breaking Tonight, a Fox News exclusive. We have new information
• 1:50
Speaker 4: that appears to directly contradict the Biden administration's insistence it
• 1:54
Speaker 4: had nothing to do with the Justice Department investigations into
• 1:58
Speaker 4: then former President Trump's LEDs retention of classified material and
• 2:02
Speaker 4: the subsequent raid on his mar Lago home. Of course,
• 2:05
Speaker 4: A David Spott has details tonight.
• 2:07
  Speaker 2: Good even, David.
• 2:08
Speaker 5: Brught, Good evening to you. These emails, obtained by Fox
• 2:10
Speaker 5: News paint a different picture of the relationship between the
• 2:13
Speaker 5: Biden White House and the Biden Justice Department. These two
• 2:16
Speaker 5: offices made it clear at the time, at least publicly,
• 2:19
Speaker 5: they were not connected and stayed away from any political interference. However,
• 2:23
Speaker 5: new emails obtained by Fox News from May twenty twenty
• 2:26
Speaker 5: two to three months before mar Lago was rated by
• 2:29
Speaker 5: the FBI illustrates coordination between the White House Council's Office
• 2:33
Speaker 5: and the DOJ regarding an interview of Walt Nada. Now remember,
• 2:36
Speaker 5: Walt Nada is a current White House aide to President
• 2:39
Speaker 5: Trump who was then former President Trump aid in Florida
• 2:42
Speaker 5: not It was later charged alongside Trump by Special Counsel
• 2:45
Speaker 5: Jack Smith. The May tenth, twenty twenty two email reads,
• 2:48
Speaker 5: in part coordination with DOJ and White House Council are
• 2:51
Speaker 5: in work to start the process to confirm and interview
• 2:54
Speaker 5: current administration employee Walt Nada. This event is dependent upon
• 2:59
Speaker 5: the timeline of President Biden's brief decision and coordination between
• 3:02
Speaker 5: White House Counsel and DOJ, and in turn Evan Corkran's
• 3:05
Speaker 5: position on the override of privileged assertion and whether or
• 3:08
Speaker 5: not he seeks an injunction to prevent access. That was
• 3:12
Speaker 5: written by an FBI agent and Evan Corkran of course,
• 3:14
Speaker 5: one of Trump's lawyers at the time. This coming August,
• 3:17
Speaker 5: Brett will mark four years since FBI agents rated mar Lago.
• 3:21
Speaker 5: A few days after that, then Attorney General Merrick Garland
• 3:24
  Speaker 5: said this.
• 3:25
Speaker 6: I personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant
• 3:29
Speaker 6: in this matter. Second, the Department does not take such
• 3:34
  Speaker 6: a decision lightly.
• 3:36
Speaker 5: And we're getting new reaction to these emails. Judiciary Chairman
• 3:39
Speaker 5: Jim Jordan and the House says, in part, it's always
• 3:41
Speaker 5: worse than we thought. These newly released documents confirm that
• 3:45
Speaker 5: the Biden DOJ's raid on mar Lago was politically motivated.
• 3:48
Speaker 5: We're also hearing from Attorney General Pam Bondi. Ag Bondi says,
• 3:52
Speaker 5: the more we learn about the DOJ weaponization under the
• 3:55
Speaker 5: prior administration, the worse the story gets. And Brett, she
• 3:58
Speaker 5: says this right here, it's a key part. She says,
• 4:00
Speaker 5: we will continue disclosing key evidence to our congressional partners
• 4:04
Speaker 5: to deliver the truth and bring those who committed crimes
• 4:08
Speaker 5: to justice. That's coming from the Attorney General tonight, right.
• 4:12
Speaker 3: That is big, Like I just want to be clear,
• 4:16
Speaker 3: it's also not surprising. I think it's what we all expected,
• 4:20
Speaker 3: and it's exactly honestly, it's exactly what I expected. One
• 4:26
Speaker 3: other thing, by the way, that we mentioned earlier and
• 4:28
Speaker 3: mis producer. You put this up on X and I
• 4:32
Speaker 3: want to have a ton of Planet's about one minute long.
• 4:35
Speaker 3: Peter Schweitzer on China is panicking. I mentioned this earlier
• 4:39
Speaker 3: on them losing their allies and the developed world with
• 4:42
Speaker 3: owen gas. Listen to this from from waters World as well.
• 4:45
Speaker 7: So what are they thinking about in Beijing? They're in
• 4:48
Speaker 7: a panic, Jesse. I mean, look, anytime you have these
• 4:51
Speaker 7: kinds of military operations that are taking place, they have
• 4:55
Speaker 7: ripple effects. These ripples are actually tidal waves in China.
• 5:00
  Speaker 2: Think about it.
• 5:00
Speaker 7: Over the last fifty eight days, between what happened in
• 5:04
Speaker 7: Venezuela and what started happening in Iran, China has lost
• 5:08
Speaker 7: two of its most important allies in the developing world.
• 5:12
Speaker 7: They were big energy suppliers, about twenty to twenty five
• 5:15
Speaker 7: percent of their energy. But China was able to buy
• 5:17
Speaker 7: that energy on the cheap because they were sanctioned companies.
• 5:21
Speaker 7: They were paying fifteen dollars a barrel, less than anybody
• 5:24
Speaker 7: else was. And by the way, they weren't paying in
• 5:27
Speaker 7: US dollars they were paying in the Chinese currency, and
• 5:31
Speaker 7: that has been a long term objective of China to
• 5:34
Speaker 7: move away from a dollar based economy.
• 5:37
Speaker 3: But by the way, this clip I'll repost on x
• 5:39
Speaker 3: so you can look at listen to all of it.
• 5:41
  Speaker 3: It's a great clip.
• 5:42
Speaker 2: Now story number two, I also want.
• 5:44
Speaker 3: To get you another story in here. The Attorney General
• 5:47
Speaker 3: up there in New York City will teach you. James
• 5:50
Speaker 3: is now pressuring and this is how radical the left
• 5:54
Speaker 3: has become. Now pressuring New York City hospitals to resume
• 5:59
Speaker 3: sex change drugs for miners. The Democratic New York Attorney General,
• 6:06
Speaker 3: the same one that tried to put Trump in jail,
• 6:09
Speaker 3: ordered one of New York City's largest hospitals to resume
• 6:12
Speaker 3: ordered okay, the New York City Hospital resume providing sex
• 6:16
Speaker 3: change drugs to miners after the hospital decided to stop
• 6:19
Speaker 3: its transgender youth program citing pressure from the Trump administration.
• 6:25
Speaker 3: James then send a letter to the NYU hospital on
• 6:32
Speaker 3: February the twenty fifth, claiming that the hospital's decision to
• 6:36
Speaker 3: end its transgender youth health program quote unquote is jeopardizing
• 6:40
Speaker 3: healthcare access for vulnerable people in her state. The New
• 6:44
Speaker 3: York Post reporting on this, saying the letter threatened further
• 6:47
Speaker 3: action if the hospital does not comply with her mandate. Now,
• 6:53
Speaker 3: a lot of people would say, hey, by the way,
• 6:55
Speaker 3: that's like going rogue. Probably not a good idea. Nyu
• 7:00
Speaker 3: uh Legon appears to be suddenly and indefinitely canceling transgender
• 7:05
Speaker 3: children's future appointments, thereby jeopardizing access to medical necessary healthcare
• 7:13
Speaker 3: for some of the most vulnerable in New York. The
• 7:15
Speaker 3: letter reportedly reads the Gaze against Groomers put out this
• 7:20
Speaker 3: tweet saying massive win NYU leg On Hospital has immediately
• 7:26
Speaker 3: and permanently access transgender Treatment of Miners program. They blame
• 7:31
Speaker 3: the current regulatory environment for the sudden shift, the Trump
• 7:34
Speaker 3: administration's threat to cut funding the hospitals that do not
• 7:38
Speaker 3: end their programs, which was a smart move by the president. Okay,
• 7:41
Speaker 3: Like I'm one hundred percent in favor of this. The
• 7:45
Speaker 3: trum administrations threat to cut funding the hospitals that do
• 7:47
Speaker 3: not end the sterilization and mutilation of minors is working.
• 7:52
Speaker 3: So that came out and they if you look on
• 7:55
Speaker 3: their website, the hospital's website landing page for this quote,
• 7:59
Speaker 3: care now reach gender and Sexuality Services rather than the
• 8:02
Speaker 3: previous transgender Youth Health program their Gender and Sexuality Services.
• 8:08
Speaker 3: This is what it says in their website right now.
• 8:09
Speaker 3: It says, we help children and their families understand exploil
• 8:11
Speaker 3: their identity with the goal of helping them achieve a
• 8:15
Speaker 3: true and nuanced sense of self. We want children to
• 8:19
Speaker 3: understand and value themselves so that they can develop the
• 8:22
Speaker 3: confidence to talk with others about their sexual orientation and
• 8:26
Speaker 3: gender identity. In addition, we counsel children, adolescents, and young
• 8:30
Speaker 3: adults who have been diagnosed with disorders of sexual development
• 8:34
Speaker 3: also known as intersex conditions or general variations and co
• 8:43
Speaker 3: occurring minutes. So they're even admitting like this is in
• 8:45
Speaker 3: the mental health issue now on their website the lgbtwo
• 8:49
Speaker 3: Radical Community, they do not want it labeled that way.
• 8:52
Speaker 3: I want to be very very clear. So this hospital
• 8:56
Speaker 3: ends its program and why because President did the right thing.
• 9:01
Speaker 3: Donald Trump and the Department of Health Human Services proposed
• 9:04
Speaker 3: rules that would pull federal funds from hospitals that provide
• 9:08
Speaker 3: sex mutilating drugs and surgeries to minors. Good for the
• 9:11
Speaker 3: president quote given the recent departure of our medical director,
• 9:16
Speaker 3: coupled with the current regulatory environment, we made the difficult
• 9:19
Speaker 3: decision to discontinue our transgender youth health program, the hospital
• 9:24
Speaker 3: statement now reads. They also added it has committed to
• 9:27
Speaker 3: helping patients in our care manage this change, and said
• 9:32
Speaker 3: its pediatric mental health care program will continue. So they're
• 9:36
Speaker 3: admitting that the transgenderism is a mental health issue. I'm
• 9:39
Speaker 3: not saying as a negative. I've said for a long time.
• 9:42
Speaker 3: And what we allowed was the radical left to stop
• 9:44
Speaker 3: treating people dealing with mental health issues, believing that like
• 9:47
Speaker 3: they're a man trapped in a woman's body or vice versa,
• 9:50
Speaker 3: is somehow outside of it being mental, Like they were
• 9:53
Speaker 3: advocating and supporting a mental health issue instead of treating it.
• 9:59
Speaker 3: And because they were making millions off these kids, that's
• 10:02
Speaker 3: the sick part about all this. It used to be
• 10:05
Speaker 3: a real mental health issue. They're like, hey, we got
• 10:07
Speaker 3: to get Timmy help. He thinks it's Susie. And instead
• 10:10
Speaker 3: what the left is like, no, no, let's embrace Timmy
• 10:12
Speaker 3: being Susie. Let's exploit their mental health issue to make
• 10:19
Speaker 3: money off of it. Because when we do this to
• 10:21
Speaker 3: a kid, they're a patient for life, whether they like
• 10:25
Speaker 3: it or not, because their bodies rejecting what we've done
• 10:30
Speaker 3: to their body, and we make millions.
