  Schaefer
• 1:52
  and

• 1:58
  Christian,
• 1:58
  how
• 1:58

• 1:59
  today?
• 2:00
  Doing
• 2:00
  well,
• 2:00
  Kevin.
• 2:00
  It's
• 2:01
  a
• 2:01
  fun
• 2:01
  day.
• 2:02
  That's
• 2:02
  great.
• 2:02
  I
• 2:03
  like,
• 2:03
  I
• 2:03
  oh
• 2:04
  I'm
• 2:04
  just
• 2:04
  like
• 2:04
  I
• 2:05

• 2:05

  oh
• 2:08
  it's
• 2:09
  so
• 2:09
  nice
• 2:09
  here
• 2:09
  and
• 2:10
  I'm
• 2:10
  just
• 2:10
  looking
• 2:10
  forward
• 2:10
  to
• 2:11
  getting
• 2:11
  outside
• 2:12
  after
• 2:12
  being

• 2:18
  for
• 2:18
  that.

• 3:07
  Well
• 3:07
  Christian,
• 3:07
  just
• 3:08
  really
• 3:08
  quick
• 3:08
  before
• 3:09
  we
• 3:09
  get
• 3:09
  into
• 3:09
  the
• 3:09

  topics,
• 3:10
  what
• 3:10
  have
• 3:10
  you
• 3:11
  been
• 3:11
  geeking
• 3:11
  out
• 3:11
  on
• 3:11
  lately?
• 3:13
  Yeah,
• 3:13
  I
• 3:13
  finished
• 3:14
  my
• 3:14
  second
• 3:14
  re
• 3:14
  listen
• 3:15
  to
• 3:15
  the
• 3:16
  Creepcast
• 3:16
  podcast
• 3:18
  that
• 3:18
  is
• 3:18
  a
• 3:19
  podcast
• 3:19
  made
• 3:19
  by
• 3:20
  YouTubers
• 3:21
  Windigoon
• 3:22
  and
• 3:22
  I
• 3:22
  believe
• 3:22
  it's
• 3:23
  Meat
• 3:23
  Canyon
• 3:23
  Papa
• 3:24
  Meat.
• 3:24
  I'm
• 3:24
  not
• 3:24
  as
• 3:24
  familiar
• 3:25
  with
• 3:25
  him
• 3:25
  as
• 3:25
  I
• 3:25
  am
• 3:25
  with
• 3:25
  Windigoon
• 3:26
  and
• 3:27
  they
• 3:27
  go
• 3:27
  through
• 3:27
  different
• 3:27
  creepypastas
• 3:28
  and
• 3:29
  short
• 3:29
  stories
• 3:29
  and
• 3:29
  the
• 3:30
  like
• 3:30
  horror
• 3:30
  and
• 3:31
  read
• 3:31
  them
• 3:31
  and
• 3:31
  add
• 3:32
  their
• 3:32
  own
• 3:32
  entertaining
• 3:33
  dialogue
• 3:34
  and
• 3:35
  how
• 3:35
  they
• 3:35
  feel
• 3:36
  about
• 3:36
  the
• 3:36
  story,
• 3:36
  whether
• 3:37
  it's
• 3:37
  really
• 3:37
  bad,
• 3:37
  whether
• 3:38
  it's
• 3:38
  really
• 3:38
  good.
• 3:39
  It's
• 3:39
  a
• 3:39
  really
• 3:39
  fun
• 3:40
  time.
• 3:40
  Very
• 3:41
  cool.
• 3:41
  I
• 3:41
  will
• 3:41
  have
• 3:41
  to
• 3:42
  check
• 3:42
  that
• 3:42
  out.
• 3:42
  I
• 3:42
  yeah,
• 3:43
  for
• 3:43
  me
• 3:43
  I
• 3:44
  did
• 3:45
  as
• 3:45
  if
• 3:45
  I
• 3:45
  needed
• 3:45
  another
• 3:46
  service,
• 3:46
  but
• 3:46
  I
• 3:46
  did
• 3:47
  subscribe
• 3:47
  to
• 3:49
  DC
• 3:50
  Infinite
• 3:51
  Universe
• 3:51
  or
• 3:51
  whatever
• 3:52
  they
• 3:52
  call
• 3:52
  the
• 3:52
  DC
• 3:53
  Comics
• 3:53
  app
• 3:54
  that
• 3:54
  has,
• 3:55
  you
• 3:55
  know,
• 3:55
  a
• 3:55
  massive
• 3:56
  library.
• 3:56
  I
• 3:57
  really
• 3:57
  like
• 3:57
  it
• 3:57
  too,
• 3:57
  because
• 3:58
  it's.
• 3:58
  I
• 3:58
  mean,
• 3:58
  I
• 3:59
  read
• 3:59
  primarily
• 4:00
  digitally
• 4:00
  these
• 4:00
  days
• 4:01
  just
• 4:01
  for
• 4:01
  accessibility.
• 4:02
  And
• 4:02
  I
• 4:03
  mean
• 4:03
  with
• 4:03
  not
• 4:04
  only
• 4:04
  the
• 4:04
  library
• 4:04
  they
• 4:05
  have
• 4:05
  on
• 4:05
  there,
• 4:06
  but
• 4:06
  like,
• 4:06
  you
• 4:06
  can
• 4:06
  get
• 4:07
  books
• 4:07
  in
• 4:07
  trades.
• 4:08
  You
• 4:08
  can.
• 4:09
  It's
• 4:09
  really
• 4:10
  easy
• 4:10
  access.
• 4:11
  So
• 4:11
  I'm
• 4:11
  really
• 4:12
  enjoying
• 4:12
  that.
• 4:12
  I'm
• 4:12
  using
• 4:12
  it
• 4:13
  to
• 4:13
  catch
• 4:14
  up
• 4:14
  on
• 4:14
  all
• 4:14
  of
• 4:15
  the
• 4:15
  absolute
• 4:16
  stuff
• 4:16
  right
• 4:16
  now
• 4:17
  and
• 4:17
  then
• 4:17
  going
• 4:18
  through
• 4:18
  some
• 4:18
  older
• 4:18
  comics
• 4:19
  as
• 4:19
  well,
• 4:19
  but
• 4:20
  really
• 4:20
  enjoying
• 4:20
  that.
• 4:20
  So
• 4:21
  it's.
• 4:21
  It.
• 4:21
  It's
• 4:21
  well
• 4:21
  worth
• 4:22
  checking
• 4:22
  out.
• 4:22
  It's
• 4:23
  very
• 4:23
  reasonably
• 4:23
  priced,
• 4:24
  I
• 4:24
  would
• 4:24
  say,
• 4:24
  for
• 4:25
  the
• 4:25
  amount
• 4:25
  of
• 4:25
  content
• 4:26
  on
• 4:26
  there.
• 4:27
  So,
• 4:27
  yeah,
• 4:27
  really
• 4:27
  enjoying
• 4:28
  that,
• 4:28
  but.
• 4:29
  Awesome.
• 4:30
  All
• 4:30
  right,
• 4:30
  well,
• 4:31
  let
• 4:31
  us
• 4:31
  get
• 4:31
  into
• 4:31
  it.
• 4:32
  So.
• 4:33
  So
• 4:33
  for
• 4:33
  this
• 4:33
  episode
• 4:34
  again,
• 4:34
  we
• 4:34
  are
• 4:34
  going
• 4:34
  to
• 4:34
  be
• 4:34
  talking
• 4:34
  about
• 4:35
  the
• 4:35
  first
• 4:35
  Iron
• 4:36
  man
• 4:36
  movie
• 4:36
  which
• 4:36
  kickstarted
• 4:37
  the
• 4:37
  MCU,
• 4:38
  the
• 4:38
  Incredible
• 4:39
  Hulk
• 4:39
  and
• 4:39
  then
• 4:39
  Iron
• 4:40
  Man
• 4:40
  2.
• 4:41
  So
• 4:41
  let's
• 4:41
  get
• 4:41
  in
• 4:41
  first
• 4:42
  to
• 4:42
  Iron
• 4:42
  man.
• 4:43
  Now.
• 4:43
  Christian,
• 4:43
  I'm
• 4:44
  really
• 4:44
  interested
• 4:44
  here
• 4:45
  because
• 4:45
  on
• 4:45
  the
• 4:46
  X
• 4:46
  Men
• 4:46
  episode,
• 4:47
  I
• 4:47
  would
• 4:47
  say
• 4:47
  the,
• 4:48
  like
• 4:48
  all
• 4:48
  three
• 4:49
  of
• 4:49
  us,
• 4:49
  you
• 4:49
  mean.
• 4:49
  Andy
• 4:50
  had
• 4:50
  background
• 4:51
  with
• 4:51
  the
• 4:51
  X
• 4:52
  Men
• 4:52
  when
• 4:52
  the
• 4:52
  movie
• 4:52
  came
• 4:53
  out,
• 4:53
  whether
• 4:53
  it
• 4:53
  was
• 4:53
  through
• 4:54
  the
• 4:54
  cartoons
• 4:54
  or
• 4:55
  the
• 4:55
  comics.
• 4:56
  I'm
• 4:56
  curious.
• 4:57
  When
• 4:57
  Iron
• 4:58
  man
• 4:58
  came
• 4:58
  out
• 4:59
  in
• 4:59
  2008,
• 5:00
  the
• 5:01
  MCU
• 5:01
  wasn't
• 5:01
  even
• 5:02
  a
• 5:02
  concept
• 5:02
  really.
• 5:03
  We
• 5:03
  didn't
• 5:03
  know
• 5:03
  that
• 5:03
  they
• 5:03
  were
• 5:04
  planning
• 5:04
  a
• 5:04
  shared
• 5:05
  cinematic
• 5:05
  universe.
• 5:06
  We
• 5:06
  were
• 5:06
  just
• 5:06
  heard
• 5:07
  about
• 5:07
  this
• 5:07
  one
• 5:07
  individual
• 5:08
  movie
• 5:08
  and
• 5:08
  I
• 5:09
  had
• 5:10
  really.
• 5:10
  I
• 5:10
  mean,
• 5:10
  I
• 5:11
  had
• 5:11
  heard
• 5:11
  of
• 5:11
  the
• 5:11
  character.
• 5:12
  I
• 5:12
  had
• 5:12
  seen
• 5:12
  him
• 5:13
  in
• 5:13
  some
• 5:13
  of
• 5:13
  the
• 5:14
  animation
• 5:16
  in
• 5:16
  the.
• 5:16
  Yeah,
• 5:17
  in
• 5:17
  the
• 5:17
  90s
• 5:17
  he
• 5:18
  actually
• 5:18
  had
• 5:18
  his
• 5:18
  own
• 5:19
  show,
• 5:19
  but
• 5:19
  I
• 5:19
  don't.
• 5:19
  I
• 5:20
  may
• 5:20
  have
• 5:20
  seen
• 5:20
  just
• 5:20
  a
• 5:20
  few
• 5:21
  episodes
• 5:21
  of
• 5:21
  that.
• 5:22
  It
• 5:22
  wasn't
• 5:22
  nearly
• 5:22
  as
• 5:23
  good
• 5:23
  as
• 5:23
  like
• 5:23
  Spider
• 5:24
  man
• 5:24
  and
• 5:24
  X
• 5:24
  Men,
• 5:25
  but
• 5:25
  he
• 5:25
  was
• 5:25
  pretty
• 5:25
  much
• 5:26
  like
• 5:26
  a
• 5:26
  very
• 5:26
  B,
• 5:27
  even
• 5:27
  C
• 5:28
  list
• 5:28
  character
• 5:28
  at
• 5:29
  the
• 5:29
  time.
• 5:29
  What
• 5:30
  was
• 5:30
  your
• 5:30
  background
• 5:30
  with
• 5:31
  the
• 5:31
  character
• 5:32
  when
• 5:32
  this
• 5:32
  movie
• 5:32
  came
• 5:33
  out?
• 5:33
  Yeah,
• 5:34
  at
• 5:34
  best
• 5:35
  in
• 5:35
  the
• 5:35
  world,
• 5:35
  he
• 5:35
  was
• 5:36
  a
• 5:36
  B
• 5:36
  lister
• 5:38
  at
• 5:38
  that
• 5:38
  time.
• 5:39
  In
• 5:39
  comics
• 5:39
  he
• 5:40
  was
• 5:40
  a
• 5:40
  little
• 5:40
  more.
• 5:40
  But
• 5:40
  like,
• 5:41
  overall
• 5:41
  I'd
• 5:41
  put
• 5:42
  him
• 5:42
  there,
• 5:42
  but
• 5:43
  my
• 5:43
  introduction
• 5:43
  was
• 5:43
  the
• 5:44
  Animated
• 5:44
  Series
• 5:45
  ran
• 5:45
  on
• 5:45
  for
• 5:46
  two
• 5:46
  seasons
• 5:46
  that
• 5:47
  really
• 5:47
  adapted
• 5:47
  more
• 5:48
  like
• 5:48
  the
• 5:48
  Force
• 5:48
  Works
• 5:49
  comics,
• 5:49
  but
• 5:50
  a
• 5:50
  lot
• 5:50
  of
• 5:50
  more
• 5:50
  of
• 5:50
  the
• 5:50
  Iron
• 5:50
  man
• 5:51
  stories
• 5:51
  along
• 5:51
  the
• 5:51
  way.
• 5:52
  So
• 5:52
  that
• 5:52
  was
• 5:52
  my
• 5:53
  introduction
• 5:53
  to
• 5:53
  him
• 5:53
  there.
• 5:53
  Of
• 5:54
  course
• 5:54
  he
• 5:54
  showed
• 5:54
  up
• 5:54
  in
• 5:54
  Spider
• 5:54
  man
• 5:56
  and
• 5:56
  then
• 5:56
  eventually
• 5:56
  the
• 5:56
  Secret
• 5:57
  wars
• 5:57
  episode
• 5:57
  they
• 5:58
  did
• 5:58
  there
• 5:58
  too.
• 5:59
  I'm
• 5:59
  pretty
• 6:00
  sure
• 6:00
  he
• 6:00
  showed
• 6:00
  up
• 6:01
  in
• 6:01
  the
• 6:02
  Avengers
• 6:02
  United
• 6:03
  States
• 6:04
  Stand
• 6:04
  cartoon
• 6:05
  in
• 6:05
  the
• 6:05
  late
• 6:05
  90s,
• 6:06
  early
• 6:06
  2000s
• 6:07
  in
• 6:07
  one
• 6:08
  episode
• 6:08
  because
• 6:09
  they
• 6:09
  focus
• 6:09
  more
• 6:09
  probably
• 6:10
  for
• 6:10
  licensing
• 6:11
  reasons
• 6:11
  on
• 6:11
  the
• 6:11
  other
• 6:12
  lesser
• 6:12
  known
• 6:13
  Especially
• 6:13
  then
• 6:13
  at
• 6:13
  the
• 6:14
  time
• 6:14
  Avengers.
• 6:15
  Then
• 6:16
  after
• 6:17
  that,
• 6:18
  I
• 6:18
  actually
• 6:18
  started
• 6:18
  reading
• 6:19
  my
• 6:19
  dad's
• 6:19
  comics.
• 6:20
  So
• 6:20
  I
• 6:20
  went
• 6:20
  through,
• 6:21
  you
• 6:21
  know,
• 6:21
  every
• 6:21
  appearance
• 6:22
  he
• 6:22
  did.
• 6:22
  Marvel
• 6:22
  Team
• 6:22
  Up.
• 6:23
  I
• 6:23
  started
• 6:23
  reading
• 6:23
  the
• 6:24
  Avengers.
• 6:24
  I
• 6:24
  read
• 6:24
  a
• 6:24
  couple
• 6:25
  of
• 6:25
  his
• 6:25
  solo
• 6:25
  issues.
• 6:26
  So
• 6:27
  I
• 6:27
  knew
• 6:27
  him
• 6:28
  fairly
• 6:28
  well
• 6:29
  by
• 6:29
  the
• 6:29
  time
• 6:29
  the
• 6:29
  movie
• 6:30
  came
• 6:30
  out.
• 6:30
  That's
• 6:31
  interesting.
• 6:31
  Yeah,
• 6:31
  because
• 6:32
  like,
• 6:32
  I
• 6:32
  mean,
• 6:32
  yeah,
• 6:33
  I,
• 6:33
  like,
• 6:33
  I'd
• 6:33
  seen
• 6:34
  him
• 6:34
  in
• 6:34
  stuff.
• 6:34
  And
• 6:34
  then
• 6:35
  I'm
• 6:35
  trying
• 6:35
  to
• 6:35
  remember
• 6:36
  the
• 6:36
  timeline
• 6:36
  of
• 6:36
  when.
• 6:37
  If
• 6:37
  you
• 6:37
  remember
• 6:38
  there
• 6:38
  was
• 6:38
  like
• 6:38
  the
• 6:39
  ultimate
• 6:39
  Avengers
• 6:40
  animated
• 6:41
  movie,
• 6:41
  but
• 6:42
  I
• 6:42
  can't
• 6:42
  remember
• 6:42
  if
• 6:43
  that.
• 6:43
  Do
• 6:43
  you
• 6:43
  remember
• 6:44
  if
• 6:44
  that
• 6:44
  came
• 6:44
  out
• 6:45
  closer
• 6:45
  to
• 6:46
  the
• 6:46
  time
• 6:46
  of
• 6:46
  Avengers
• 6:47
  or
• 6:48
  we
• 6:48
  can
• 6:48
  look
• 6:48
  it
• 6:48
  up.
• 6:48
  But
• 6:49
  like,
• 6:49
  I
• 6:49
  just
• 6:49
  thought
• 6:49
  of
• 6:49
  that.
• 6:50
  I
• 6:50
  did
• 6:50
  watch.
• 6:51
  It
• 6:51
  was
• 6:51
  before.
• 6:52
  Yeah,
• 6:52
  I
• 6:52
  mean,
• 6:52
  I
• 6:53
  know
• 6:53
  it
• 6:53
  was.
• 6:53
  I
• 6:53
  think
• 6:53
  it
• 6:53
  was
• 6:53
  definitely
• 6:54
  before
• 6:54
  Avengers,
• 6:55
  but
• 6:55
  I
• 6:55
  can't
• 6:55
  remember
• 6:56
  if
• 6:56
  it
• 6:56
  was.
• 6:57
  Oh,
• 6:58
  so
• 6:58
  it
• 6:58
  was.
• 6:58
  Okay.
• 6:58
  So
• 6:58
  then
• 6:59
  I
• 6:59
  did.
• 6:59
  I
• 7:00
  had
• 7:00
  seen
• 7:00
  that
• 7:00
  and
• 7:00
  that
• 7:01
  was
• 7:01
  quite
• 7:01
  good
• 7:02
  because
• 7:02
  it
• 7:02
  was
• 7:02
  actually
• 7:02
  kind
• 7:03
  of
• 7:03
  rare
• 7:03
  for
• 7:04
  Marvel
• 7:04
  to
• 7:05
  do
• 7:05
  animated
• 7:05
  movies
• 7:06
  like
• 7:06
  DC
• 7:06
  had
• 7:06
  done.
• 7:07
  And
• 7:07
  so.
• 7:07
  So
• 7:07
  I
• 7:08
  remember
• 7:08
  that
• 7:08
  one
• 7:08
  really
• 7:09
  well.
• 7:09
  So
• 7:09
  I
• 7:09
  see.
• 7:10
  I
• 7:10
  mean,
• 7:10
  but
• 7:10
  yeah,
• 7:11
  it
• 7:11
  was
• 7:11
  really.
• 7:11
  Those
• 7:12
  like,
• 7:12
  that
• 7:12
  were
• 7:12
  my,
• 7:13
  you
• 7:13
  know,
• 7:14
  prime
• 7:15
  knowledge
• 7:15
  of
• 7:16
  the
• 7:16
  character.
• 7:17
  So
• 7:17
  I
• 7:17
  went
• 7:17
  in,
• 7:17
  you
• 7:18
  know,
• 7:18
  I
• 7:18
  mean,
• 7:18
  I
• 7:18
  knew
• 7:19
  the,
• 7:19
  you
• 7:19
  know,
• 7:19
  some
• 7:19
  of
• 7:19
  the
• 7:20
  basics,
• 7:20
  but
• 7:20
  I,
• 7:21
  I
• 7:21
  never,
• 7:21
  for
• 7:22
  me,
• 7:22
  I
• 7:22
  never,
• 7:22
  I
• 7:22
  will
• 7:22
  never
• 7:23
  forget
• 7:24
  one
• 7:24
  of
• 7:24
  my
• 7:25
  best
• 7:25
  friends
• 7:25
  in
• 7:25
  middle
• 7:25
  school
• 7:26
  and
• 7:26
  I
• 7:26
  were
• 7:26
  hanging
• 7:27
  out
• 7:27
  at
• 7:27
  the
• 7:27
  mall
• 7:27
  and
• 7:29
  we.
• 7:30
  He
• 7:30
  showed
• 7:31
  me
• 7:31
  the
• 7:31
  first
• 7:32
  image
• 7:32
  they
• 7:33
  released
• 7:33
  of
• 7:33
  Iron
• 7:34
  man
• 7:34
  months
• 7:34
  before
• 7:35
  the
• 7:35
  movie
• 7:35
  came
• 7:35
  out.
• 7:35
  And
• 7:36
  it
• 7:36
  just
• 7:36
  looked
• 7:36
  stunning.
• 7:37
  It
• 7:37
  was
• 7:37
  the
• 7:38
  Stan
• 7:38
  Winston
• 7:38
  design.
• 7:39
  I
• 7:39
  like,
• 7:39
  I.
• 7:40
  It
• 7:40
  was
• 7:40
  like
• 7:40
  just
• 7:41
  from
• 7:41
  that
• 7:41
  image,
• 7:42
  you
• 7:42
  had
• 7:42
  a
• 7:42
  feeling
• 7:42
  that
• 7:42
  this
• 7:43
  was
• 7:43
  gonna
• 7:43
  be
• 7:43
  something
• 7:43
  special.
• 7:45
  And
• 7:45
  Yeah,
• 7:45
  I
• 7:45
  mean,
• 7:45
  and
• 7:46
  I
• 7:46
  mean,
• 7:46
  and
• 7:47
  the
• 7:47
  movie,
• 7:47
  you
• 7:47
  know,
• 7:48
  very
• 7:48
  much
• 7:48
  blew
• 7:48
  me
• 7:48
  away.
• 7:48
  I
• 7:49
  mean,
• 7:49
  this
• 7:49
  was
• 7:49
  the
• 7:49
  same
• 7:50
  summer
• 7:50
  as
• 7:51
  Dark
• 7:51
  Knight.
• 7:51
  It
• 7:52
  was
• 7:52
  a
• 7:52
  really
• 7:53
  game
• 7:53
  changing
• 7:54
  time
• 7:55
  for
• 7:55
  comic
• 7:56
  book
• 7:56
  movies.
• 7:56
  And
• 7:57
  this
• 7:57
  one
• 7:57
  in
• 7:57
  particular
• 7:58
  really
• 7:59
  just
• 8:00
  took
• 8:00
  the
• 8:00
  world
• 8:00
  by
• 8:00
  storm.
• 8:02
  So
• 8:02
  what
• 8:02
  was.
• 8:02
  Well,
• 8:03
  you
• 8:03
  know,
• 8:03
  coming
• 8:03
  out
• 8:03
  of
• 8:03
  this
• 8:04
  movie
• 8:04
  the
• 8:04
  first
• 8:04
  time,
• 8:05
  would
• 8:06
  you
• 8:06
  have
• 8:06
  been.
• 8:06
  Because
• 8:06
  I
• 8:07
  was
• 8:07
  in
• 8:07
  middle
• 8:07
  school.
• 8:07
  Were
• 8:07
  you
• 8:08
  in
• 8:08
  high
• 8:08
  school
• 8:08
  at
• 8:08
  the
• 8:08
  time?
• 8:09
  I
• 8:10
  was
• 8:10
  18.
• 8:10
  Yeah,
• 8:11
  that's
• 8:11
  my
• 8:11
  senior
• 8:12
  year.
• 8:12
  And
• 8:13
  I
• 8:13
  remember
• 8:14
  being
• 8:14
  very
• 8:15
  pleased
• 8:15
  with
• 8:15
  what
• 8:16
  I
• 8:16
  saw.
• 8:17
  I
• 8:17
  think
• 8:17
  I
• 8:17
  even
• 8:17
  told
• 8:18
  my
• 8:18
  dad,
• 8:18
  like,
• 8:18
  oh,
• 8:18
  this
• 8:19
  feels
• 8:19
  like
• 8:19
  a
• 8:19
  perfect
• 8:19
  movie
• 8:20
  to
• 8:20
  me
• 8:20
  now,
• 8:20
  in
• 8:20
  hindsight,
• 8:21
  I
• 8:21
  could
• 8:21
  say
• 8:21
  it's
• 8:22
  not,
• 8:22
  but,
• 8:22
  you
• 8:22
  know,
• 8:23
  it's
• 8:23
  really
• 8:23
  good.
• 8:23
  It
• 8:24
  got
• 8:24
  what
• 8:24
  it
• 8:24
  needed
• 8:24
  to
• 8:24
  get
• 8:25
  done
• 8:25
  done.
• 8:26
  And
• 8:27
  I
• 8:27
  enjoyed
• 8:28
  seeing
• 8:28
  him
• 8:28
  on
• 8:29
  screen.
• 8:29
  Little
• 8:29
  tease
• 8:30
  we
• 8:30
  got
• 8:30
  of
• 8:30
  War
• 8:30
  Machine
• 8:31
  possibly
• 8:31
  showing
• 8:31
  up
• 8:32
  later
• 8:32
  on
• 8:32
  too.
• 8:33
  And
• 8:33
  of
• 8:33
  course
• 8:33
  we'll
• 8:33
  get
• 8:33
  to
• 8:33
  the
• 8:33
  end
• 8:34
  credits
• 8:34
  in
• 8:34
  a
• 8:34
  bit
• 8:34
  since
• 8:35
  you
• 8:35
  have
• 8:35
  that
• 8:35
  for
• 8:36
  later
• 8:36
  on.
• 8:36
  But
• 8:36
  like,
• 8:37
  I
• 8:37
  was
• 8:37
  like,
• 8:37
  okay,
• 8:38
  I'm
• 8:38
  ready
• 8:38
  for
• 8:38
  more,
• 8:39
  100%.
• 9:41
  It
• 9:41
  was
• 9:41
  just,
• 9:41
  I
• 9:42
  mean,
• 9:42
  there
• 9:42
  was
• 9:42
  so
• 9:43
  much
• 9:43
  about.
• 9:44
  I
• 9:44
  mean,
• 9:45
  yes,
• 9:45
  it's
• 9:45
  not
• 9:45
  perfect,
• 9:46
  but
• 9:47
  it
• 9:47
  still
• 9:47
  holds
• 9:47
  up
• 9:48
  all
• 9:48
  these
• 9:48
  years
• 9:48
  as
• 9:48
  just
• 9:48
  like,
• 9:49
  I
• 9:49
  mean,
• 9:49
  a
• 9:49
  great,
• 9:49
  you
• 9:50
  know,
• 9:50
  individual
• 9:51
  story.
• 9:51
  It,
• 9:52
  it
• 9:52
  just
• 9:52
  has
• 9:52
  all
• 9:53
  the
• 9:53
  momentum
• 9:53
  is
• 9:54
  there
• 9:54
  the
• 9:55
  performance.
• 9:55
  Of
• 9:55
  course,
• 9:56
  this
• 9:56
  was,
• 9:56
  I
• 9:56
  mean,
• 9:57
  one
• 9:57
  of
• 9:57
  the
• 9:58
  best
• 9:58
  castings
• 9:59
  not
• 9:59
  just
• 10:00
  in
• 10:00
  comic
• 10:00
  book
• 10:00
  movies,
• 10:00
  but
• 10:01
  as
• 10:01
  far
• 10:01
  as
• 10:01
  just
• 10:01
  fictional
• 10:02
  characters
• 10:03
  brought
• 10:03
  to
• 10:03
  Life.
• 10:04
  Robert
• 10:04
  Downey
• 10:05
  Jr.
• 10:05
  Was.
• 10:06
  And
• 10:06
  Abram
• 10:06
  is
• 10:07
  Tony
• 10:07
  Stark.
• 10:07
  And
• 10:08
  we
• 10:08
  will
• 10:08
  also,
• 10:08
  we
• 10:09
  can
• 10:09
  start
• 10:09
  talking
• 10:09
  in
• 10:10
  this
• 10:10
  episode
• 10:10
  about
• 10:11
  the
• 10:11
  Doomsday
• 10:11
  connections
• 10:12
  because
• 10:12
  I,
• 10:12
  you
• 10:12
  know,
• 10:12
  I
• 10:13
  definitely
• 10:13
  want
• 10:13
  to
• 10:13
  get
• 10:13
  into.
• 10:13
  I,
• 10:14
  I've
• 10:14
  been
• 10:14
  consuming
• 10:15
  all
• 10:15
  the
• 10:15
  theories
• 10:15
  about,
• 10:16
  you
• 10:16
  know,
• 10:16
  why
• 10:18
  RDJ
• 10:18
  has
• 10:19
  to
• 10:19
  play
• 10:19
  Doom
• 10:19
  and
• 10:20
  we'll
• 10:20
  get
• 10:21
  into
• 10:21
  that
• 10:21
  in
• 10:21
  a
• 10:21
  little
• 10:21
  bit.
• 10:21
  But.
• 10:22
  But
• 10:22
  yeah,
• 10:23
  it
• 10:23
  was
• 10:23
  just,
• 10:23
  it
• 10:24
  blew
• 10:24
  me
• 10:24
  away
• 10:25
  the
• 10:25
  first
• 10:25
  time.
• 10:26
  There
• 10:26
  was
• 10:26
  the
• 10:26
  grounded
• 10:27
  aspect
• 10:27
  of
• 10:27
  it.
• 10:28
  It
• 10:28
  wasn't
• 10:29
  this
• 10:29
  like
• 10:29
  silly
• 10:31
  over
• 10:31
  the
• 10:31
  top.
• 10:31
  Not
• 10:31
  that
• 10:32
  I
• 10:32
  don't
• 10:32
  like
• 10:32
  silly,
• 10:32
  over
• 10:33
  the
• 10:33
  top
• 10:33
  comic
• 10:33
  book
• 10:33
  movies,
• 10:34
  but
• 10:34
  this
• 10:34
  was
• 10:34
  a
• 10:35
  very
• 10:35
  different
• 10:35
  one.
• 10:35
  And
• 10:36
  like
• 10:36
  I
• 10:36
  said,
• 10:36
  it
• 10:36
  came
• 10:37
  out
• 10:37
  the
• 10:37
  same
• 10:37
  summer
• 10:37
  as
• 10:37
  Dark
• 10:38
  Knight.
• 10:38
  This
• 10:38
  was
• 10:39
  like
• 10:39
  right
• 10:39
  at
• 10:39
  the
• 10:40
  beginning
• 10:40
  of
• 10:40
  the
• 10:40
  summer,
• 10:41
  going
• 10:41
  into
• 10:41
  it,
• 10:41
  and
• 10:42
  then
• 10:42
  Dark
• 10:42
  Knight
• 10:42
  was
• 10:43
  a
• 10:43
  few
• 10:43
  months
• 10:43
  later.
• 10:43
  Both
• 10:44
  were
• 10:44
  game
• 10:44
  changers.
• 10:45
  And
• 10:45
  it's
• 10:45
  like,
• 10:46
  you
• 10:46
  know,
• 10:46
  at
• 10:46
  this
• 10:46
  point,
• 10:47
  we
• 10:47
  had
• 10:47
  had
• 10:47
  the
• 10:48
  Sam
• 10:48
  Raimi
• 10:48
  Spider
• 10:49
  man
• 10:49
  trilogy,
• 10:49
  we'd
• 10:50
  had
• 10:50
  the
• 10:50
  Fox
• 10:50
  X
• 10:50
  Men
• 10:50
  trilogy,
• 10:52
  you
• 10:52
  know,
• 10:52
  decades
• 10:53
  before
• 10:54
  Batman
• 10:54
  89
• 10:55
  and
• 10:55
  Superman
• 10:55
  78.
• 10:56
  So
• 10:57
  there
• 10:57
  was
• 10:57
  that.
• 10:57
  But
• 10:57
  it
• 10:57
  was
• 10:58
  not
• 10:58
  this
• 10:59
  mass
• 10:59
  influx
• 11:00
  of
• 11:00
  comic
• 11:00
  book
• 11:01
  movies
• 11:01
  like
• 11:01
  there
• 11:01
  are
• 11:01
  today.
• 11:02
  And
• 11:02
  so
• 11:03
  this
• 11:03
  one
• 11:04
  was
• 11:04
  a
• 11:04
  big
• 11:04
  game
• 11:05
  changer
• 11:05
  in
• 11:05
  terms
• 11:06
  of
• 11:06
  the
• 11:06
  scale,
• 11:07
  the
• 11:07
  scope.
• 11:08
  But
• 11:08
  at
• 11:09
  its
• 11:09
  core,
• 11:10
  it
• 11:10
  is
• 11:10
  a
• 11:10
  character
• 11:11
  driven
• 11:11
  story
• 11:12
  about
• 11:12
  a
• 11:12
  guy
• 11:12
  who
• 11:13
  is
• 11:13
  there
• 11:14
  like
• 11:14
  the
• 11:14
  complete
• 11:15
  opposite
• 11:15
  of
• 11:15
  the
• 11:16
  characters
• 11:16
  we
• 11:16
  had
• 11:16
  seen
• 11:16
  before
• 11:17
  of,
• 11:17
  you
• 11:18
  know,
• 11:18
  characters
• 11:18
  like
• 11:18
  Peter
• 11:18
  Parker
• 11:19
  and
• 11:19
  the
• 11:19
  Mutants,
• 11:19
  who
• 11:20
  we
• 11:20
  are
• 11:20
  very
• 11:21
  drawn
• 11:21
  to
• 11:22
  because
• 11:22
  they're
• 11:22
  relatable,
• 11:23
  they're
• 11:23
  one
• 11:23
  of
• 11:24
  us.
• 11:24
  They're
• 11:24
  kind
• 11:25
  of,
• 11:25
  you
• 11:25
  know,
• 11:25
  anyone
• 11:26
  who
• 11:26
  feels
• 11:26
  like
• 11:27
  a
• 11:27
  bit
• 11:27
  of
• 11:27
  an
• 11:27
  outcast
• 11:28
  or
• 11:28
  nerdy
• 11:29
  or
• 11:29
  anything
• 11:29
  like
• 11:29
  that,
• 11:29
  like,
• 11:30
  you're
• 11:30
  drawn
• 11:30
  to
• 11:30
  these
• 11:31
  characters.
• 11:31
  This
• 11:31
  guy
• 11:32
  Tony
• 11:32
  Stark
• 11:33
  is
• 11:33
  a
• 11:34
  egotistical
• 11:35
  billionaire.
• 11:36
  He
• 11:36
  is
• 11:36
  the
• 11:37
  guy.
• 11:37
  And
• 11:37
  especially,
• 11:38
  you
• 11:38
  know,
• 11:38
  at
• 11:39
  this
• 11:39
  time
• 11:39
  in,
• 11:40
  you
• 11:40
  know,
• 11:40
  our
• 11:40
  culture
• 11:41
  in
• 11:42
  2008,
• 11:42
  you
• 11:42
  know,
• 11:43
  this
• 11:43
  was
• 11:43
  everything.
• 11:44
  Everyone
• 11:44
  hated
• 11:45
  this,
• 11:45
  like,
• 11:45
  you
• 11:45
  know,
• 11:46
  war
• 11:46
  profiteering
• 11:48
  egomaniac
• 11:50
  who
• 11:51
  only
• 11:51
  cares
• 11:51
  about
• 11:52
  himself
• 11:52
  and
• 11:53
  advancing
• 11:53
  technologies
• 11:54
  and
• 11:54
  is
• 11:54
  so
• 11:55
  sure
• 11:55
  about
• 11:55
  himself
• 11:56
  that
• 11:56
  he's
• 11:57
  not
• 11:57
  willing
• 11:57
  to
• 11:57
  listen
• 11:58
  to
• 11:58
  dissenting
• 11:59
  opinions.
• 11:59
  And
• 11:59
  then
• 12:00
  of
• 12:00
  course,
• 12:00
  he
• 12:00
  goes
• 12:01
  through
• 12:02
  this
• 12:02
  origin
• 12:03
  story
• 12:03
  of
• 12:04
  being
• 12:04
  captured
• 12:04
  by
• 12:04
  terrorists,
• 12:05
  learning
• 12:05
  that
• 12:06
  the
• 12:06
  weapons
• 12:07
  he
• 12:07
  built
• 12:08
  are
• 12:08
  being
• 12:08
  used
• 12:09
  to
• 12:09
  kill
• 12:09
  the
• 12:09
  people
• 12:10
  that
• 12:10
  he
• 12:10
  intended
• 12:10
  to
• 12:10
  protect.
• 12:11
  And
• 12:11
  everything
• 12:12
  he
• 12:12
  thought
• 12:13
  he
• 12:13
  knew
• 12:13
  is
• 12:14
  not
• 12:14
  what
• 12:15
  it
• 12:15
  is.
• 12:15
  And
• 12:16
  he
• 12:16
  now
• 12:16
  has
• 12:16
  to
• 12:16
  reconcile
• 12:17
  with
• 12:18
  who
• 12:18
  he
• 12:18
  is
• 12:18
  as
• 12:19
  a
• 12:19
  person.
• 12:19
  What
• 12:20
  is
• 12:20
  his
• 12:20
  moral
• 12:20
  framework.
• 12:21
  It
• 12:21
  asks
• 12:22
  so
• 12:22
  many
• 12:22
  great
• 12:23
  questions
• 12:24
  in
• 12:24
  this
• 12:24
  film
• 12:24
  and
• 12:25
  a
• 12:26
  lot
• 12:26
  of
• 12:26
  those
• 12:27
  carry
• 12:28
  through
• 12:28
  the
• 12:29
  rest
• 12:29
  of
• 12:29
  the
• 12:29
  MCU
• 12:30
  and
• 12:30
  the
• 12:30
  rest
• 12:30
  of
• 12:30
  Tony's
• 12:31
  arc.
• 12:31
  So
• 12:31
  I
• 12:32
  love
• 12:32
  how
• 12:32
  much
• 12:32
  is
• 12:32
  set
• 12:32
  up
• 12:33
  here.
• 12:33
  And
• 12:33
  like
• 12:33
  you
• 12:34
  said
• 12:34
  too,
• 12:34
  all
• 12:34
  of
• 12:34
  the
• 12:35
  Easter
• 12:35
  eggs
• 12:36
  are
• 12:36
  planted.
• 12:36
  We
• 12:36
  didn't
• 12:36
  know
• 12:37
  that
• 12:37
  this
• 12:37
  was
• 12:37
  the
• 12:38
  foundation
• 12:38
  for
• 12:39
  a
• 12:39
  cinematic
• 12:39
  universe,
• 12:40
  but
• 12:40
  it
• 12:41
  started
• 12:41
  to
• 12:41
  plant
• 12:41
  the
• 12:41
  seeds
• 12:42
  of,
• 12:42
  okay,
• 12:43
  you
• 12:43
  know,
• 12:43
  roadie
• 12:44
  teases
• 12:44
  becoming
• 12:45
  War
• 12:45
  Machine.
• 12:46
  And
• 12:47
  then
• 12:47
  of
• 12:47
  course
• 12:47
  we'll
• 12:47
  get
• 12:47
  into
• 12:47
  the
• 12:48
  post
• 12:48
  credit
• 12:48
  scene.
• 12:49
  But
• 12:49
  there's
• 12:49
  this
• 12:50
  like,
• 12:51
  it
• 12:51
  just
• 12:51
  feels
• 12:51
  like
• 12:52
  a.
• 12:53
  Within
• 12:53
  one
• 12:53
  movie.
• 12:54
  It
• 12:54
  feels
• 12:54
  just
• 12:55
  like
• 12:55
  an
• 12:55
  established
• 12:56
  universe
• 12:57
  in
• 12:58
  an
• 12:58
  intricate
• 12:59
  world.
• 12:59
  And
• 13:00
  you
• 13:00
  have
• 13:00
  this
• 13:01
  very
• 13:01
  grounded
• 13:02
  character
• 13:02
  in
• 13:02
  a
• 13:02
  more
• 13:03
  grounded
• 13:03
  story.
• 13:04
  I
• 13:04
  mean,
• 13:04
  obviously
• 13:05
  he's
• 13:05
  running
• 13:05
  around
• 13:05
  a
• 13:06
  robot
• 13:06
  suit,
• 13:06
  but
• 13:07
  still,
• 13:07
  it's
• 13:07
  more,
• 13:09
  it's
• 13:09
  not
• 13:09
  your
• 13:09
  typical,
• 13:10
  oh,
• 13:11
  he
• 13:11
  got,
• 13:11
  you
• 13:11
  know,
• 13:11
  bitten
• 13:11
  by
• 13:12
  radioactive
• 13:12
  spider
• 13:13
  or
• 13:14
  transformed
• 13:15
  into
• 13:15
  a
• 13:15
  hulk
• 13:15
  is,
• 13:15
  you
• 13:15
  know,
• 13:16
  he's,
• 13:16
  you
• 13:16
  know,
• 13:17
  it
• 13:17
  doesn't
• 13:17
  have
• 13:18
  superpowers.
• 13:19
  And,
• 13:20
  and
• 13:20
  yeah,
• 13:20
  this
• 13:21
  was
• 13:21
  just
• 13:21
  it.
• 13:22
  And
• 13:22
  I
• 13:22
  remember
• 13:23
  too,
• 13:23
  like
• 13:24
  my
• 13:24
  brother,
• 13:24
  for
• 13:24
  instance,
• 13:24
  is
• 13:25
  not
• 13:25
  really
• 13:25
  a
• 13:25
  complicated
• 13:26
  fan
• 13:26
  and
• 13:26
  I
• 13:26
  remember
• 13:26
  him
• 13:27
  enjoying
• 13:27
  this
• 13:27
  one
• 13:27
  and
• 13:28
  him
• 13:28
  enjoying
• 13:28
  Iron
• 13:29
  Man
• 13:29
  2
• 13:29
  a
• 13:29
  lot.
• 13:29
  You
• 13:30
  know,
• 13:30
  like
• 13:30
  some
• 13:31
  of
• 13:31
  those
• 13:31
  earlier
• 13:31
  ones,
• 13:31
  they.
• 13:32
  It
• 13:32
  had
• 13:32
  this
• 13:32
  mass
• 13:33
  cultural
• 13:33
  impact
• 13:34
  that
• 13:35
  we
• 13:35
  weren't
• 13:35
  as
• 13:35
  accustomed
• 13:36
  to
• 13:36
  seeing.
• 13:36
  You
• 13:37
  know,
• 13:37
  like
• 13:37
  I
• 13:37
  said,
• 13:37
  the
• 13:37
  Spider
• 13:38
  man
• 13:38
  trilogy
• 13:38
  had
• 13:39
  that,
• 13:39
  but
• 13:39
  it
• 13:40
  was
• 13:40
  pretty
• 13:40
  rare
• 13:40
  for
• 13:41
  something
• 13:41
  of
• 13:42
  this
• 13:42
  scale
• 13:42
  and
• 13:42
  especially
• 13:43
  a
• 13:43
  more
• 13:43
  B
• 13:44
  level
• 13:44
  character
• 13:45
  to,
• 13:46
  you
• 13:46
  know,
• 13:46
  present
• 13:47
  as,
• 13:48
  you
• 13:48
  know,
• 13:48
  to
• 13:48
  be
• 13:49
  appealing
• 13:49
  to
• 13:50
  mainstream
• 13:50
  audiences
• 13:51
  and
• 13:52
  really
• 13:52
  plant
• 13:52
  the
• 13:52
  seeds
• 13:53
  for
• 13:53
  something
• 12:52
  bigger.
• 13:54
  So,
• 13:54
  yeah,
• 13:55
  this
• 13:55
  one,
• 13:56
  you
• 13:56
  know,
• 13:56
  remains
• 13:56
  one
• 13:57
  of
• 13:57
  my
• 13:57
  favorites.
• 13:57
  I
• 13:57
  mean,
• 13:58
  now
• 13:59
  I
• 13:59
  don't
• 13:59
  want
• 13:59
  to
• 13:59
  just
• 14:00
  gush
• 14:00
  praise
• 14:00
  of
• 14:00
  it,
• 14:01
  but.
• 14:02
  But
• 14:03
  looking
• 14:03
  at
• 14:03
  it
• 14:04
  retrospectively,
• 14:05
  Christian,
• 14:05
  what
• 14:06
  are
• 14:06
  some
• 14:06
  just
• 14:06
  highs
• 14:07
  and
• 14:07
  lows
• 14:08
  for
• 14:08
  you
• 14:08
  of
• 14:08
  the
• 14:08
  movie?
• 14:09
  I'll
• 14:09
  say
• 14:10
  high
• 14:10
  as
• 14:10
  far
• 14:10
  as
• 14:10
  adapting
• 14:11
  his
• 14:11
  origin
• 14:12
  because
• 14:13
  unlike
• 14:13
  Batman,
• 14:14
  unlike
• 14:14
  Spider
• 14:14
  man,
• 14:14
  you
• 14:15
  need
• 14:15
  to
• 14:16
  see
• 14:16
  his
• 14:16
  origin
• 14:17
  because
• 14:17
  it
• 14:17
  hasn't
• 14:17
  been
• 14:18
  told
• 14:18
  a
• 14:18
  million
• 14:19
  times
• 14:19
  before
• 14:19
  to
• 14:19
  a
• 14:19
  general
• 14:20
  audience.
• 14:20
  Now,
• 14:21
  I
• 14:21
  knew
• 14:21
  the
• 14:21
  origin
• 14:22
  because
• 14:22
  I'd
• 14:22
  read
• 14:22
  the
• 14:22
  comics,
• 14:23
  but
• 14:24
  to
• 14:24
  everyone
• 14:25
  else
• 14:25
  who
• 14:26
  doesn't
• 14:26
  know
• 14:26
  anything
• 14:26
  about
• 14:26
  the
• 14:27
  comics.
• 14:27
  Oh,
• 14:29
  well,
• 14:29
  originally
• 14:30
  in
• 14:30
  the
• 14:30
  canon
• 14:31
  it
• 14:31
  was
• 14:31
  the
• 14:31
  Vietnam
• 14:31
  War.
• 14:32
  Well,
• 14:32
  we're
• 14:33
  not
• 14:33
  dealing
• 14:33
  with
• 14:34
  that
• 14:34
  anymore.
• 14:34
  We
• 14:34
  are
• 14:34
  in
• 14:35
  Afghanistan
• 14:35
  at
• 14:35
  the
• 14:35
  time.
• 14:36
  So
• 14:36
  it
• 14:37
  is
• 14:37
  natural
• 14:37
  for
• 14:37
  him
• 14:38
  to
• 14:38
  be
• 14:38
  going
• 14:39
  there
• 14:39
  in
• 14:39
  his
• 14:39
  job
• 14:40
  as
• 14:40
  a
• 14:40
  businessman
• 14:41
  to
• 14:41
  showcase,
• 14:42
  hey,
• 14:42
  this
• 14:42
  is
• 14:42
  a
• 14:42
  bit
• 14:43
  bad
• 14:43
  stuff.
• 14:43
  We're
• 14:43
  going
• 14:43
  to
• 14:43
  be
• 14:43
  raining
• 14:44
  down
• 14:44
  upon
• 14:44
  our
• 14:44
  enemies.
• 14:46
  I'm
• 14:46
  your
• 14:46
  guy.
• 14:47
  I'm
• 14:47
  really
• 14:47
  cool.
• 14:48
  I'm
• 14:48
  suave.
• 14:49
  And
• 14:50
  that
• 14:50
  being
• 14:51
  brought
• 14:51
  to
• 14:51
  a
• 14:51
  point
• 14:51
  of
• 14:52
  humility,
• 14:52
  and
• 14:53
  then
• 14:54
  the
• 14:54
  changing
• 14:55
  of
• 14:55
  his
• 14:55
  origin
• 14:56
  at
• 14:56
  that
• 14:56
  point
• 14:56
  still
• 14:57
  works
• 14:57
  really
• 14:57
  well
• 14:57
  because
• 14:58
  they
• 14:58
  keep
• 14:58
  the
• 14:58
  Middle
• 14:58
  Eastern
• 14:59
  conflict
• 14:59
  in
• 14:59
  there,
• 14:59
  but
• 14:59
  then
• 15:00
  they
• 15:00
  go
• 15:00
  with
• 15:00
  the
• 15:00
  10
• 15:00
  rings
• 15:01
  thing
• 15:01
  without
• 15:01
  the
• 15:01
  Mandarin,
• 15:02
  the
• 15:02
  real
• 15:03
  Mandarin,
• 15:03
  which
• 15:03
  I
• 15:04
  to
• 15:04
  this
• 15:04
  day
• 15:04
  think
• 15:05
  is
• 15:05
  a
• 15:05
  misstep.
• 15:05
  And
• 15:06
  I
• 15:06
  understand
• 15:07
  why.
• 15:08
  They
• 15:08
  don't
• 15:08
  want
• 15:08
  to
• 15:08
  be
• 15:09
  accused
• 15:09
  of
• 15:09
  being
• 15:10
  racist.
• 15:10
  Well,
• 15:11
  you
• 15:11
  know
• 15:11
  how
• 15:11
  you're
• 15:11
  not
• 15:11
  accused
• 15:12
  of
• 15:12
  being
• 15:12
  racist?
• 15:13
  Well,
• 15:13
  if
• 15:13
  you
• 15:14
  write
• 15:14
  a
• 15:14
  character
• 15:15
  well,
• 15:15
  you
• 15:15
  write
• 15:16
  the
• 15:16
  Mandarin
• 15:16
  well,
• 15:16
  you
• 15:17
  can
• 15:17
  have
• 15:17
  him
• 15:17
  as
• 15:17
  his
• 15:17
  number
• 15:18
  one
• 15:18
  enemy,
• 15:18
  which
• 15:18
  is
• 15:18
  what
• 15:18
  we
• 15:19
  were
• 15:19
  robbed
• 15:19
  of.
• 15:20
  And
• 15:20
  you
• 15:20
  know
• 15:20
  what
• 15:20
  they
• 15:20
  do
• 15:20
  with
• 15:21
  the
• 15:21
  character
• 15:22
  that's
• 15:22
  based
• 15:23
  on,
• 15:23
  in
• 15:23
  lore,
• 15:24
  in
• 15:24
  canon
• 15:25
  on
• 15:25
  the
• 15:26
  Mandarin,
• 15:26
  whether
• 15:26
  with
• 15:27
  Shang
• 15:27
  Chi's
• 15:27
  father.
• 15:28
  Spoiler,
• 15:28
  sorry.
• 15:29
  Along
• 15:30
  the
• 15:30
  way.
• 15:31
  That's
• 15:31
  interesting
• 15:32
  in
• 15:32
  its
• 15:32
  own
• 15:32
  right.
• 15:32
  But
• 15:32
  he's
• 15:33
  not
• 15:33
  the
• 15:33
  Mandarin.
• 15:33
  I
• 15:34
  want
• 15:34
  the
• 15:34
  10
• 15:34
  rings,
• 15:34
  the
• 15:35
  actual
• 15:35
  rings
• 15:35
  and
• 15:36
  the
• 15:36
  powerful
• 15:37
  menace
• 15:38
  that
• 15:38
  he
• 15:38
  has.
• 15:38
  So
• 15:39
  that's
• 15:39
  a
• 15:39
  gripe.
• 15:39
  I
• 15:40
  still
• 15:40
  have
• 15:40
  to
• 15:40
  this
• 15:40
  day
• 15:40
  about
• 15:41
  it.
• 15:41
  Once
• 15:41
  again,
• 15:41
  I
• 15:42
  understand
• 15:42
  why,
• 15:42
  but
• 15:43
  I
• 15:43
  think
• 15:43
  there's
• 15:43
  stupid
• 15:43
  reasons.
• 15:44
  If
• 15:44
  you
• 15:44
  could
• 15:44
  just
• 15:45
  write.
• 15:45
  Well,
• 15:45
  but
• 15:46
  whatever.
• 15:47
  His
• 15:48
  relationship
• 15:48
  with
• 15:48
  Pepper
• 15:49
  Potts
• 15:49
  is
• 15:49
  great
• 15:49
  here,
• 15:50
  Rhodey
• 15:51
  as
• 15:51
  well,
• 15:52
  him
• 15:52
  being.
• 15:53
  Because,
• 15:54
  like
• 15:54
  you
• 15:54
  mentioned
• 15:54
  earlier,
• 15:54
  he's
• 15:55
  someone
• 15:55
  you
• 15:55
  typically
• 15:56
  wouldn't
• 15:56
  want
• 15:57
  to
• 15:57
  identify
• 15:57
  with.
• 15:58
  And
• 15:58
  that's
• 15:58
  why
• 15:58
  Stan
• 15:58
  Lee
• 15:59
  made
• 15:59
  him
• 15:59
  in
• 15:59
  the

• 15:59
  Forever
• 16:00
  ago,
• 16:00
  during
• 16:01
  the
• 16:01
  midst
• 16:01
  of
• 16:02
  the
• 16:02
  Vietnam
• 16:03
  War
• 16:03
  happening
• 16:04
  on
• 16:04
  its
• 16:04
  way
• 16:05
  beforehand,
• 16:05
  he
• 16:06
  was
• 16:06
  like,
• 16:06
  can
• 16:06
  I
• 16:07
  make
• 16:07
  a
• 16:07
  character?
• 16:07
  Because
• 16:08
  he
• 16:08
  was
• 16:08
  created
• 16:08
  before
• 16:08
  we
• 16:09
  actually
• 16:09
  got
• 16:09
  involved.
• 16:10
  Can
• 16:10
  I
• 16:10
  make
• 16:10
  a
• 16:11
  character
• 16:11
  like
• 16:11
  these
• 16:11
  people
• 16:12
  that
• 16:12
  the
• 16:12
  readers
• 16:13
  I
• 16:13
  have
• 16:13
  don't
• 16:14
  want
• 16:14
  to
• 16:14
  like
• 16:15
  and
• 16:15
  make
• 16:15
  them
• 16:15
  like
• 16:16
  him?
• 16:16
  And
• 16:17
  I
• 16:17
  would
• 16:17
  say
• 16:17
  he
• 16:17
  succeeded
• 16:18
  beyond
• 16:18
  his
• 16:18
  wildest
• 16:19
  imagination,
• 16:19
  especially
• 16:20
  with
• 16:20
  the
• 16:20
  movie
• 16:20
  coming
• 16:21
  out,
• 16:21
  because
• 16:21
  he's
• 16:22
  haughty,
• 16:22
  he's
• 16:23
  extremely,
• 16:24
  extremely
• 16:25
  prideful.
• 16:25
  Always
• 16:25
  thinks
• 16:26
  that
• 16:26
  he's
• 16:26
  right,
• 16:26
  never
• 16:27
  listens
• 16:27
  to
• 16:27
  anyone
• 16:28
  else.
• 16:28
  And
• 16:28
  yet
• 16:29
  when
• 16:29
  he
• 16:29
  starts
• 16:29
  to
• 16:30
  develop
• 16:30
  a
• 16:30
  bit
• 16:30
  of
• 16:30
  a
• 16:30
  heart
• 16:30
  and
• 16:31
  they
• 16:31
  make
• 16:31
  the
• 16:31
  joke
• 16:31
  about
• 16:31
  in
• 16:32
  the
• 16:32
  film
• 16:32
  like,
• 16:32
  he.
• 16:32
  He
• 16:33
  is
• 16:33
  better.
• 16:33
  He
• 16:33
  doesn't
• 16:33
  completely
• 16:34
  learn
• 16:34
  his
• 16:34
  lesson,
• 16:35
  but
• 16:35
  it
• 16:35
  gets
• 16:35
  to
• 16:35
  the
• 16:36
  point
• 16:36
  where
• 16:36
  he
• 16:36
  is
• 16:37
  not
• 16:37
  as
• 16:38
  bad
• 16:38
  as
• 16:38
  he
• 16:38
  would
• 16:39
  have
• 16:39
  been
• 16:39
  because
• 16:39
  he's
• 16:40
  still
• 16:40
  Tony,
• 16:41
  he's
• 16:41
  still
• 16:41
  Prideful,
• 16:42
  he
• 16:42
  still
• 16:42
  thinks
• 16:42
  he's
• 16:42
  the
• 16:42
  smartest
• 16:43
  person
• 16:43
  in
• 16:43
  the
• 16:43
  room.
• 16:43
  He.
• 16:44
  But
• 16:44
  he's
• 16:44
  also
• 16:44
  willing
• 16:45
  to
• 16:45
  listen
• 16:45
  a
• 16:45
  little
• 16:45
  more
• 16:45
  after
• 16:46
  the
• 16:46
  events
• 16:46
  of
• 16:46
  this
• 16:47
  film
• 16:47
  and
• 16:47
  just
• 16:47
  to
• 16:48
  add
• 16:48
  on
• 16:48
  that.
• 16:48
  So,
• 16:48
  I
• 16:48
  mean,
• 16:49
  again,
• 16:49
  I
• 16:49
  do
• 16:50
  want
• 16:50
  to
• 16:51
  start
• 16:52
  talking
• 16:52
  about
• 16:53
  Doomsday
• 16:53
  and
• 16:54
  all
• 16:54
  the
• 16:54
  implications
• 16:54
  and
• 16:55
  looking
• 16:55
  at
• 16:55
  each
• 16:56
  movie
• 16:56
  in
• 16:56
  the
• 16:57
  series
• 16:57
  and,
• 16:57
  you
• 16:57
  know,
• 16:58
  because,
• 16:58
  I
• 16:58
  mean,
• 16:58
  Doomsday
• 16:59
  is
• 16:59
  Going
• 16:59
  to
• 16:59
  be
• 16:59
  the
• 17:00
  culmination
• 17:00
  of
• 17:00
  years
• 17:01
  of
• 17:01
  storytelling,
• 17:02
  just
• 17:02
  like
• 17:02
  Endgame
• 17:03
  was.
• 17:03
  And
• 17:04
  I
• 17:04
  have
• 17:04
  been
• 17:04
  following
• 17:05
  all
• 17:05
  of
• 17:05
  the
• 17:05
  theories
• 17:06
  because
• 17:06
  when
• 17:06
  they
• 17:06
  first
• 17:07
  announced
• 17:07
  that
• 17:07
  RDJ
• 17:08
  was
• 17:08
  going
• 17:08
  to
• 17:08
  play
• 17:08
  Doom,
• 17:09
  I
• 17:09
  was
• 17:09
  like,
• 17:09
  that
• 17:10
  is
• 17:10
  so
• 17:10
  desperate.
• 17:10
  This
• 17:11
  is
• 17:11
  dumb.
• 17:11
  I
• 17:12
  hate
• 17:12
  it.
• 17:12
  And
• 17:13
  I
• 17:13
  was.
• 17:13
  And
• 17:14
  I
• 17:14
  was.
• 17:14
  And,
• 17:15
  you
• 17:15
  know,
• 17:16
  would
• 17:16
  I
• 17:16
  have
• 17:16
  made
• 17:16
  that
• 17:17
  decision
• 17:17
  if
• 17:17
  I
• 17:17
  was
• 17:18
  Feige
• 17:18
  here
• 17:19
  and
• 17:19
  executive.
• 17:19
  No,
• 17:20
  I
• 17:20
  would
• 17:20
  have
• 17:20
  gone
• 17:20
  for
• 17:21
  a
• 17:21
  different
• 17:21
  version.
• 17:22
  But
• 17:22
  now,
• 17:22
  after
• 17:23
  letting
• 17:24
  it
• 17:24
  settle
• 17:24
  and
• 17:24
  then
• 17:25
  consuming
• 17:25
  every
• 17:26
  theory
• 17:26
  imaginable,
• 17:27
  like,
• 17:28
  because
• 17:28
  I
• 17:29
  watch
• 17:29
  Screen
• 17:29
  Crush
• 17:30
  and
• 17:30
  New
• 17:31
  Rock
• 17:31
  Stars
• 17:31
  and
• 17:31
  all
• 17:32
  those,
• 17:32
  you
• 17:32
  know,
• 17:32
  YouTube
• 17:33
  channels
• 17:33
  that
• 17:33
  overanalyze
• 17:35
  these
• 17:35
  things
• 17:36
  and,
• 17:36
  you
• 17:36
  know,
• 17:36
  one
• 17:37
  of
• 17:37
  the
• 17:37
  theories
• 17:37
  that
• 17:38
  I
• 17:38
  found
• 17:38
  are
• 17:38
  interesting.
• 17:39
  Not
• 17:40
  only
• 17:40
  are
• 17:40
  there
• 17:42
  natural
• 17:42
  comparisons
• 17:43
  between
• 17:43
  Tony
• 17:44
  Stark
• 17:44
  and
• 17:44
  Victor
• 17:45
  Von
• 17:45
  Doom
• 17:45
  in
• 17:46
  terms
• 17:46
  of
• 17:46
  their
• 17:46
  ambition
• 17:47
  and
• 17:47
  their
• 17:47
  scale,
• 17:48
  and,
• 17:48
  you
• 17:48
  know,
• 17:48
  there
• 17:48
  are
• 17:49
  many
• 17:49
  comics
• 17:49
  that
• 17:50
  explore
• 17:50
  that,
• 17:51
  but
• 17:51
  there
• 17:52
  is
• 17:52
  the
• 17:52
  adoption
• 17:53
  theory,
• 17:53
  which
• 17:54
  I
• 17:54
  find
• 17:54
  really
• 17:54
  interesting
• 17:55
  that
• 17:56
  it
• 17:56
  basically
• 17:56
  said.
• 17:57
  Because
• 17:57
  in
• 17:57
  Endgame,
• 17:58
  when
• 17:59
  Tony
• 18:00
  goes
• 18:00
  back
• 18:00
  in
• 18:00
  time
• 18:01
  and
• 18:01
  meets
• 18:01
  Howard
• 18:02
  Stark
• 18:04
  and
• 18:04
  he
• 18:04
  asks
• 18:05
  him
• 18:05
  what
• 18:05
  day
• 18:05
  it
• 18:05
  is
• 18:06
  because
• 18:06
  Howard
• 18:07
  talks
• 18:07
  about
• 18:07
  how
• 18:07
  his
• 18:08
  wife
• 18:08
  is
• 18:08
  expecting,
• 18:09
  and
• 18:09
  there's
• 18:09
  a
• 18:09
  confused
• 18:10
  look
• 18:10
  on
• 18:10
  his
• 18:10
  face
• 18:11
  indicating
• 18:12
  that
• 18:12
  the
• 18:12
  timeline
• 18:13
  doesn't
• 18:13
  match
• 18:13
  up
• 18:14
  with
• 18:14
  when
• 18:14
  he
• 18:15
  was
• 18:15
  born.
• 18:15
  So
• 18:16
  there's
• 18:16
  theories
• 18:17
  now
• 18:17
  that
• 18:17
  Tony.
• 18:18
  And
• 18:18
  I'm
• 18:18
  saying
• 18:19
  this
• 18:19
  because
• 18:19
  you
• 18:19
  said
• 18:19
  that
• 18:19
  about,
• 18:20
  like,
• 18:20
  you
• 18:20
  know,
• 18:20
  could
• 18:21
  he
• 18:21
  be
• 18:21
  as
• 18:21
  bad
• 18:21
  as.
• 18:22
  The
• 18:23
  theory
• 18:23
  that's
• 18:24
  running
• 18:24
  around
• 18:24
  is
• 18:25
  that
• 18:25
  the
• 18:26
  Tony
• 18:26
  Stark
• 18:26
  we've
• 18:27
  known
• 18:27
  all
• 18:27
  these
• 18:27
  years
• 18:28
  was
• 18:28
  actually
• 18:28
  born
• 18:29
  Victor
• 18:29
  Von
• 18:30
  Doom,
• 18:30
  but
• 18:30
  was
• 18:30
  adopted
• 18:31
  because
• 18:32
  the
• 18:33
  original,
• 18:33
  the
• 18:34
  biological
• 18:34
  son
• 18:35
  of
• 18:35
  the
• 18:36
  Starks,
• 18:37
  died
• 18:37
  either
• 18:38
  in
• 18:38
  childbirth
• 18:39
  and
• 18:40
  they
• 18:40
  adopted
• 18:41
  Tony
• 18:42
  or,
• 18:42
  well,
• 18:42
  adopted,
• 18:43
  let's
• 18:43
  say,
• 18:43
  Victor
• 18:44
  and
• 18:44
  change
• 18:44
  his
• 18:44
  name
• 18:45
  to
• 18:45
  Tony.
• 18:45
  Now
• 18:45
  it's.
• 18:46
  I
• 18:46
  mean,
• 18:46
  this
• 18:46
  is
• 18:46
  one
• 18:46
  of
• 18:47
  many
• 18:47
  theories,
• 18:47
  but
• 18:48
  I've
• 18:48
  been.
• 18:48
  At
• 18:49
  first,
• 18:49
  I
• 18:49
  was
• 18:49
  like,
• 18:49
  that's
• 18:50
  a
• 18:50
  little
• 18:50
  bit
• 18:50
  of
• 18:50
  a
• 18:50
  stretch.
• 18:50
  But
• 18:51
  knowing
• 18:52
  how
• 18:52
  much
• 18:52
  multiversal
• 18:53
  shenanigans
• 18:54
  are
• 18:54
  going
• 18:55
  to
• 18:55
  take
• 18:55
  place
• 18:55
  in
• 18:55
  Doomsday
• 18:56
  and
• 18:56
  Secret
• 18:56
  Wars,
• 18:57
  I'm
• 18:57
  lending.
• 18:58
  I'm
• 18:59
  willing
• 18:59
  to
• 18:59
  give
• 18:59
  credit
• 18:59
  to
• 19:00
  that
• 19:00
  to,
• 19:00
  like,
• 19:01
  I
• 19:01
  mean,
• 19:01
  you
• 19:01
  know,
• 19:01
  we
• 19:02
  still
• 19:02
  don't
• 19:02
  know,
• 19:02
  of
• 19:02
  course,
• 19:03
  what
• 19:03
  they're
• 19:03
  gonna
• 19:03
  do,
• 19:04
  but
• 19:04
  that's
• 19:05
  been
• 19:05
  on
• 19:05
  my
• 19:05
  mind
• 19:05
  as
• 19:06
  I'm
• 19:06
  doing
• 19:06
  this
• 19:06
  rewatch
• 19:07
  of
• 19:07
  looking
• 19:08
  at
• 19:08
  the
• 19:08
  seeds
• 19:08
  planted,
• 19:09
  particularly
• 19:10
  with
• 19:11
  Tony's
• 19:11
  journey
• 19:12
  and
• 19:12
  how
• 19:12
  is
• 19:12
  it
• 19:12
  going
• 19:13
  to
• 19:13
  connect
• 19:13
  to
• 19:13
  Doom.
• 19:14
  So
• 19:14
  that's
• 19:14
  one
• 19:14
  I
• 19:14
  found
• 19:15
  interesting.
• 19:16
  Again,
• 19:16
  it
• 19:17
  may
• 19:17
  be
• 19:17
  complete
• 19:18
  bs,
• 19:18
  I
• 19:18
  don't
• 19:18
  know,
• 19:18
  but.
• 19:19
  But
• 19:19
  I'm
• 19:20
  just,
• 19:20
  you
• 19:20
  know,
• 19:20
  because
• 19:20
  the
• 19:21
  Russo
• 19:21
  brothers
• 19:22
  specifically
• 19:22
  said
• 19:23
  no
• 19:23
  one
• 19:23
  else
• 19:24
  but
• 19:24
  RGJ
• 19:25
  could
• 19:25
  have
• 19:25
  played
• 19:25
  this
• 19:26
  version
• 19:26
  of
• 19:26
  Doom.
• 19:27
  So
• 19:27
  there's
• 19:28
  a
• 19:28
  definitive
• 19:29
  reason
• 19:29
  why,
• 19:30
  and
• 19:30
  it's
• 19:30
  not
• 19:30
  just
• 19:31
  like
• 19:31
  fan
• 19:31
  service
• 19:32
  so,
• 19:32
  you
• 19:33
  know,
• 19:33
  I'm.
• 19:33
  I'm
• 19:33
  really
• 19:33
  curious,
• 19:34
  once
• 19:34
  we
• 19:34
  get
• 19:34
  to
• 19:34
  December,
• 19:35
  how
• 19:35
  it
• 19:36
  will
• 19:36
  all
• 19:36
  play
• 19:36
  out.
• 19:37
  I
• 19:37
  mean,
• 19:38
  you
• 19:38
  know,
• 19:38
  we
• 19:38
  may
• 19:39
  not
• 19:39
  even
• 19:39
  learn
• 19:39
  all
• 19:40
  of
• 19:40
  that
• 19:40
  until
• 19:41
  Secret
• 19:41
  Wars.
• 19:41
  I
• 19:41
  don't,
• 19:42
  you
• 19:42
  know,
• 19:42
  I
• 19:42
  don't
• 19:42
  know.
• 19:43
  But.
• 19:43
  But
• 19:44
  anyway,
• 19:44
  that
• 19:44
  kind
• 19:44
  of
• 19:45
  time.
• 19:45
  But.
• 19:45
  But
• 19:45
  it
• 19:45
  ties
• 19:46
  back
• 19:46
  to
• 19:46
  looking
• 19:47
  at
• 19:47
  this
• 19:47
  movie,
• 19:49
  all
• 19:49
  of
• 19:49
  the
• 19:49
  different
• 19:49
  layers
• 19:50
  to
• 19:50
  Tony's
• 19:50
  character.
• 19:51
  And
• 19:51
  I
• 19:51
  like
• 19:52
  how,
• 19:52
  like
• 19:52
  you
• 19:52
  said,
• 19:52
  they,
• 19:53
  you
• 19:53
  know,
• 19:53
  know,
• 19:53
  they
• 19:53
  don't
• 19:54
  make
• 19:54
  him.
• 19:54
  One
• 19:54
  note,
• 19:54
  they
• 19:55
  make
• 19:55
  him
• 19:55
  the
• 19:55
  one
• 19:56
  you
• 19:56
  don't
• 19:56
  like.
• 19:56
  But
• 19:56
  you're
• 19:57
  still
• 19:57
  drawn
• 19:58
  to
• 19:58
  a
• 19:58
  lot
• 19:59
  of
• 19:59
  that,
• 19:59
  again,
• 19:59
  is
• 19:59
  RDJ's
• 20:00
  performance,
• 20:01
  but
• 20:01
  he
• 20:02
  goes
• 20:02
  through
• 20:02
  this
• 20:02
  really
• 20:03
  compelling
• 20:03
  arc.
• 20:04
  Another
• 20:04
  thing
• 20:04
  is,
• 20:05
  since
• 20:05
  you
• 20:05
  brought
• 20:05
  up
• 20:05
  the
• 20:05
  Mandarin
• 20:06
  and
• 20:06
  everything,
• 20:07
  I
• 20:07
  agree
• 20:07
  with
• 20:08
  many
• 20:08
  of
• 20:08
  that.
• 20:08
  I
• 20:08
  do.
• 20:09
  Now,
• 20:09
  granted,
• 20:09
  I
• 20:10
  do
• 20:10
  like
• 20:11
  that
• 20:11
  the
• 20:11
  twist
• 20:12
  that
• 20:12
  they
• 20:12
  did
• 20:12
  In
• 20:13
  Iron
• 20:13
  Man
• 20:13
  3,
• 20:14
  while
• 20:14
  I
• 20:14
  wasn't
• 20:14
  a
• 20:14
  fan
• 20:15
  of
• 20:15
  it
• 20:15
  at
• 20:15
  the
• 20:15
  time,
• 20:15
  it
• 20:16
  ended
• 20:16
  up
• 20:16
  giving
• 20:16
  us
• 20:17
  Ben
• 20:17
  Kingsley's
• 20:18
  Trevor,
• 20:18
  which
• 20:19
  led
• 20:19
  to
• 20:19
  Wonder
• 20:19
  Man.
• 20:20
  And
• 20:20
  it
• 20:20
  is
• 20:20
  a
• 20:21
  phenomenal
• 20:21
  show.
• 20:21
  You
• 20:22
  must
• 20:22
  watch
• 20:22
  it
• 20:22
  if
• 20:22
  you
• 20:22
  have
• 20:23
  not.
• 20:24
  So
• 20:24
  I'll
• 20:24
  just
• 20:24
  say
• 20:24
  that.
• 20:25
  But.
• 20:25
  But
• 20:26
  going
• 20:26
  back
• 20:26
  to
• 20:27
  this
• 20:27
  movie,
• 20:27
  I
• 20:28
  really
• 20:28
  do
• 20:28
  love
• 20:29
  what
• 20:29
  they
• 20:29
  do
• 20:29
  with.
• 20:30
  With
• 20:30
  Obadiah
• 20:31
  Stain
• 20:31
  here
• 20:31
  because,
• 20:32
  you
• 20:32
  know,
• 20:32
  they
• 20:32
  don't
• 20:33
  come
• 20:33
  out
• 20:33
  and
• 20:33
  announce
• 20:34
  him
• 20:34
  as
• 20:34
  the
• 20:34
  villain
• 20:35
  right
• 20:35
  away.
• 20:35
  Like,
• 20:36
  you
• 20:36
  know,
• 20:36
  you're.
• 20:36
  If
• 20:36
  you're
• 20:37
  watching
• 20:37
  as
• 20:37
  if
• 20:37
  you
• 20:37
  were,
• 20:38
  okay,
• 20:38
  it's
• 20:38
  Jeff
• 20:39
  Bridges
• 20:39
  playing
• 20:39
  him.
• 20:40
  He's
• 20:41
  probably
• 20:41
  not
• 20:41
  gonna
• 20:41
  play
• 20:42
  a
• 20:42
  useless
• 20:43
  side
• 20:43
  character.
• 20:44
  You
• 20:44
  know,
• 20:44
  I
• 20:44
  mean,
• 20:45
  he's
• 20:45
  the.
• 20:47
  He
• 20:47
  has
• 20:47
  been
• 20:48
  running
• 20:48
  the
• 20:48
  company
• 20:49
  with
• 20:49
  Tony.
• 20:49
  So
• 20:50
  since
• 20:50
  Howard
• 20:50
  Stark
• 20:50
  died.
• 20:51
  Yes,
• 20:51
  there's.
• 20:52
  It's
• 20:52
  likely
• 20:53
  that
• 20:53
  he
• 20:53
  would
• 20:54
  be
• 20:54
  the
• 20:54
  villain.
• 20:54
  Nonetheless.
• 20:55
  I
• 20:55
  like
• 20:55
  how
• 20:56
  they
• 20:56
  play
• 20:56
  out
• 20:56
  that
• 20:57
  relationship
• 20:57
  and
• 20:58
  the
• 20:58
  betrayal,
• 20:58
  and
• 20:59
  it
• 20:59
  has
• 21:00
  an
• 21:00
  impact
• 21:00
  and,
• 21:01
  you
• 21:01
  know,
• 21:01
  and
• 21:01
  like.
• 21:02
  And
• 21:02
  I
• 21:02
  think
• 21:02
  that
• 21:02
  I
• 21:03
  would
• 21:03
  say
• 21:03
  the
• 21:03
  fight
• 21:03
  at
• 21:03
  the
• 21:03
  end
• 21:04
  holds
• 21:04
  up
• 21:04
  pretty
• 21:04
  well.
• 21:05
  What
• 21:06
  I
• 21:06
  like
• 21:06
  too,
• 21:06
  is
• 21:07
  that
• 21:07
  all
• 21:07
  of
• 21:07
  the
• 21:08
  narrative
• 21:08
  threads
• 21:08
  in
• 21:09
  this
• 21:09
  really
• 21:09
  connect.
• 21:10
  I
• 21:10
  mean,
• 21:10
  they're.
• 21:10
  Yeah,
• 21:11
  it
• 21:11
  doesn't
• 21:11
  just
• 21:11
  set
• 21:12
  something
• 21:12
  up
• 21:12
  and
• 21:12
  then
• 21:12
  throw
• 21:13
  it
• 21:13
  out.
• 21:13
  Like,
• 21:13
  for
• 21:14
  instance,
• 21:14
  the
• 21:14
  icing
• 21:15
  problem.
• 21:16
  It
• 21:16
  comes
• 21:16
  back
• 21:16
  to
• 21:16
  that
• 21:17
  in
• 21:17
  the
• 21:17
  final
• 21:18
  fight.
• 21:18
  I
• 21:18
  mean,
• 21:19
  there's.
• 21:19
  There's
• 21:20
  build
• 21:20
  up,
• 21:20
  there's
• 21:21
  great
• 21:21
  storytelling.
• 21:22
  A
• 21:22
  lot
• 21:22
  of
• 21:22
  this
• 21:22
  is
• 21:22
  because
• 21:23
  of
• 21:23
  Jon
• 21:23
  Favreau.
• 21:24
  I
• 21:24
  mean,
• 21:24
  I
• 21:24
  like,
• 21:25
  I
• 21:25
  think
• 21:26
  he
• 21:26
  was
• 21:26
  the
• 21:26
  perfect
• 21:26
  person
• 21:27
  to,
• 21:27
  you
• 21:27
  know,
• 21:28
  really
• 21:28
  shepherd
• 21:29
  this
• 21:29
  character,
• 21:29
  kickstart
• 21:30
  this
• 21:30
  universe.
• 21:31
  Obviously,
• 21:32
  he's
• 21:32
  been
• 21:32
  a
• 21:32
  staple
• 21:32
  of
• 21:32
  the
• 21:33
  MCU
• 21:33
  from
• 21:33
  the
• 21:34
  beginning
• 21:34
  and
• 21:34
  remains
• 21:35
  one,
• 21:35
  even
• 21:35
  though
• 21:35
  he
• 21:35
  hasn't
• 21:36
  directed
• 21:37
  an
• 21:37
  entry
• 21:37
  since
• 21:38
  Iron
• 21:38
  Man
• 21:38
  2.
• 21:38
  He's
• 21:39
  obviously
• 21:39
  played
• 21:40
  Happy
• 21:40
  Hogan
• 21:41
  in
• 21:41
  Iron
• 21:42
  Man,
• 21:42
  Spider
• 21:42
  man,
• 21:42
  and
• 21:42
  Avengers
• 21:43
  and
• 21:43
  been
• 21:43
  an
• 21:44
  executive
• 21:44
  producer
• 21:45
  on
• 21:46
  multiple
• 21:46
  Avengers
• 21:46
  movies.
• 21:47
  So
• 21:48
  yeah,
• 21:48
  I
• 21:48
  just,
• 21:48
  I.
• 21:49
  I
• 21:49
  really
• 21:49
  do
• 21:49
  think
• 21:50
  the
• 21:50
  storytelling
• 21:50
  here
• 21:51
  holds
• 21:51
  up.
• 21:53
  Really
• 21:53
  though,
• 21:53
  I
• 21:54
  mean,
• 21:54
  going
• 21:54
  back
• 21:54
  to
• 21:56
  this
• 21:56
  being
• 21:56
  2008,
• 21:57
  set
• 21:58
  in
• 21:58
  Afghanistan,
• 21:59
  you
• 21:59
  know,
• 22:00
  I
• 22:00
  would
• 22:01
  say
• 22:01
  the
• 22:01
  Middle
• 22:02
  Eastern
• 22:02
  villains
• 22:03
  are
• 22:03
  pretty
• 22:03
  much
• 22:04
  reduced
• 22:04
  to
• 22:05
  just
• 22:06
  terrorists.
• 22:06
  And
• 22:06
  like,
• 22:07
  not
• 22:07
  that
• 22:08
  you
• 22:08
  want
• 22:08
  to
• 22:09
  make,
• 22:09
  you
• 22:10
  know,
• 22:10
  the
• 22:10
  bad
• 22:10
  guys
• 22:11
  anything
• 22:11
  but
• 22:12
  bad,
• 22:12
  but
• 22:12
  at
• 22:13
  the
• 22:13
  same
• 22:13
  time
• 22:13
  this
• 22:13
  was
• 22:14
  like.
• 22:15
  And
• 22:15
  we'll
• 22:15
  see
• 22:15
  this
• 22:16
  a
• 22:16
  lot
• 22:16
  in
• 22:16
  comic
• 22:16
  book
• 22:16
  movies
• 22:17
  throughout
• 22:17
  this
• 22:18
  time.
• 22:18
  It's
• 22:18
  a
• 22:18
  lot
• 22:18
  of.
• 22:19
  It
• 22:19
  is
• 22:19
  very
• 22:19
  911
• 22:20
  response.
• 22:20
  And
• 22:21
  there
• 22:21
  are
• 22:21
  going
• 22:21
  to
• 22:21
  be
• 22:21
  stereotypes
• 22:22
  here
• 22:22
  and
• 22:23
  we
• 22:23
  get
• 22:23
  a
• 22:23
  great
• 22:23
  character
• 22:24
  in
• 22:24
  the
• 22:24
  form
• 22:24
  of
• 22:24
  Jensen,
• 22:25
  who
• 22:26
  plays
• 22:26
  a
• 22:27
  pivotal
• 22:27
  role
• 22:28
  in
• 22:28
  Tony
• 22:29
  from
• 22:29
  the
• 22:29
  beginning
• 22:30
  and
• 22:30
  is
• 22:30
  I
• 22:31
  think
• 22:31
  one
• 22:31
  of
• 22:31
  the
• 22:31
  most
• 22:31
  important
• 22:32
  characters
• 22:32
  in
• 22:32
  the
• 22:32
  mcu.
• 22:33
  Um,
• 22:34
  but
• 22:35
  so,
• 22:35
  I
• 22:35
  mean,
• 22:35
  he's
• 22:35
  great,
• 22:36
  but.
• 22:36
  Yeah,
• 22:36
  but
• 22:37
  there
• 22:37
  are
• 22:37
  still
• 22:37
  those
• 22:38
  very
• 22:39
  911
• 22:39
  era
• 22:40
  stereotypes
• 22:41
  and
• 22:41
  depictions
• 22:41
  that
• 22:42
  are
• 22:42
  going
• 22:42
  to
• 22:42
  be
• 22:42
  there.
• 22:43
  But
• 22:44
  I
• 22:44
  will
• 22:45
  say
• 22:45
  I
• 22:45
  have
• 22:45
  always
• 22:46
  hated
• 22:47
  the
• 22:47
  ending,
• 22:48
  ending
• 22:48
  with
• 22:49
  him
• 22:49
  revealing
• 22:49
  his
• 22:49
  secret
• 22:50
  identity
• 22:50
  because
• 22:51
  I'm
• 22:51
  more
• 22:51
  of
• 22:51
  a
• 22:52
  purist
• 22:53
  and
• 22:54
  I
• 22:54
  want
• 22:54
  my
• 22:54
  superheroes
• 22:55
  to
• 22:55
  have
• 22:55
  secret
• 22:56
  identities
• 22:56
  outside
• 22:57
  of
• 22:58
  letting
• 22:58
  them
• 22:58
  know
• 22:58
  each
• 22:59
  other.
• 22:59
  Like
• 22:59
  after
• 22:59
  a
• 23:00
  while,
• 23:00
  like
• 23:00
  it
• 23:00
  makes
• 23:00
  sense
• 23:01
  like
• 23:01
  in
• 23:01
  the
• 23:01
  current
• 23:01
  comics
• 23:02
  why
• 23:02
  he's
• 23:02
  given
• 23:03
  his
• 23:03
  identity
• 23:03
  out
• 23:03
  to
• 23:04
  world,
• 23:04
  especially
• 23:04
  with
• 23:04
  civil
• 23:04
  War,
• 23:05
  you
• 23:05
  know,
• 23:05
  happening
• 23:06
  in
• 23:06
  that
• 23:06
  continuity
• 23:07
  would
• 23:07
  not
• 23:07
  make
• 23:07
  sense
• 23:07
  for
• 23:07
  them
• 23:08
  not
• 23:08
  to
• 23:08
  know
• 23:08
  who
• 23:08
  he
• 23:08
  is.
• 23:09
  He's
• 23:09
  not
• 23:09
  like.
• 23:10
  Wasn't
• 23:10
  like
• 23:10
  the
• 23:10
  Fantastic
• 23:11
  Four.
• 23:11
  It's
• 23:11
  fairly
• 23:11
  obvious
• 23:12
  who
• 23:12
  they
• 23:12
  were.
• 23:13
  So
• 23:13
  they
• 23:13
  didn't
• 23:13
  have
• 23:14
  to
• 23:14
  have
• 23:14
  secret
• 23:14
  identities.
• 23:15
  But
• 23:15
  most
• 23:15
  other
• 23:15
  superheroes
• 23:16
  had
• 23:16
  them.
• 23:17
  And
• 23:17
  that's
• 23:17
  something
• 23:17
  they
• 23:17
  played
• 23:18
  with
• 23:18
  the
• 23:18
  rest
• 23:19
  of
• 23:19
  the
• 23:19
  MCU
• 23:19
  is
• 23:19
  that
• 23:20
  no
• 23:20
  one
• 23:20
  really
• 23:20
  has
• 23:20
  a
• 23:20
  secret
• 23:21
  identity
• 23:21
  outside
• 23:21
  of
• 23:22
  Peter
• 23:22
  Parker,
• 23:22
  really.
• 23:24
  And
• 23:24
  there
• 23:25
  will
• 23:25
  be
• 23:25
  other
• 23:25
  people
• 23:25
  along
• 23:25
  the
• 23:25
  way,
• 23:26
  but
• 23:26
  like,
• 23:26
  like
• 23:26
  main,
• 23:26
  main
• 23:27
  characters.
• 23:27
  Everyone's
• 23:28
  just
• 23:28
  like
• 23:28
  that.
• 23:28
  That's
• 23:29
  who
• 23:29
  I
• 23:29
  am.
• 23:29
  Maybe
• 23:29
  take
• 23:29
  my
• 23:29
  mask
• 23:30
  off
• 23:30
  every.
• 23:31
  Everyone
• 23:31
  can
• 23:31
  know
• 23:32
  who
• 23:32
  I
• 23:32
  am.
• 23:33
  And
• 23:33
  because
• 23:33
  we
• 23:34
  have
• 23:34
  to
• 23:34
  see
• 23:34
  our
• 23:34
  actors.
• 23:34
  Beautiful
• 23:35
  faces.
• 23:36
  I
• 23:36
  can't
• 23:37
  stand
• 23:37
  that.
• 23:37
  That's
• 23:38
  fair.
• 23:38
  I
• 23:38
  mean,
• 23:38
  I,
• 23:39
  I
• 23:39
  still
• 23:39
  remember
• 23:40
  when
• 23:40
  that
• 23:40
  happened.
• 23:40
  I
• 23:41
  was
• 23:41
  like,
• 23:41
  whoa,
• 23:41
  they
• 23:41
  did
• 23:41
  that?
• 23:42
  And
• 23:42
  that
• 23:42
  was
• 23:42
  unheard
• 23:43
  of
• 23:43
  because
• 23:43
  like
• 23:44
  you
• 23:44
  said,
• 23:44
  I
• 23:44
  mean
• 23:44
  like
• 23:44
  superhero
• 23:45
  is
• 23:45
  just
• 23:45
  like.
• 23:46
  That's
• 23:46
  an
• 23:46
  integral
• 23:47
  part
• 23:47
  is
• 23:47
  they
• 23:47
  have
• 23:47
  a
• 23:47
  secret
• 23:48
  identity.
• 23:48
  I.
• 23:49
  But
• 23:49
  I
• 23:49
  do
• 23:49
  think
• 23:49
  if
• 23:50
  any
• 23:50
  character
• 23:51
  is
• 23:51
  going
• 23:51
  to
• 23:51
  do
• 23:51
  that,
• 23:52
  it's
• 23:52
  Tony.
• 23:52
  It's
• 23:53
  going
• 23:53
  to
• 23:53
  be
• 23:53
  one
• 23:53
  who
• 23:53
  is
• 23:54
  just
• 23:54
  like.
• 23:54
  Like
• 23:55
  a.
• 23:55
  He
• 23:55
  goes
• 23:55
  through
• 23:56
  the
• 23:56
  reconciliation
• 23:57
  of.
• 23:58
  He
• 23:59
  wants
• 23:59
  to
• 23:59
  make
• 23:59
  up
• 23:59
  for
• 23:59
  past
• 24:00
  mistakes.
• 24:00
  He
• 24:00
  wants
• 24:00
  it.
• 24:00
  And
• 24:01
  you
• 24:01
  know,
• 24:01
  hiding
• 24:02
  in
• 24:02
  this
• 24:02
  regard
• 24:02
  wouldn't
• 24:03
  make
• 24:03
  sense.
• 24:04
  And
• 24:04
  also.
• 24:04
  But
• 24:05
  also
• 24:05
  ego
• 24:05
  plays
• 24:06
  a
• 24:06
  part
• 24:06
  in
• 24:06
  too.
• 24:06
  He
• 24:06
  kind
• 24:06
  of
• 24:06
  wants
• 24:07
  to
• 24:07
  take
• 24:07
  credit
• 24:07
  for
• 24:08
  like,
• 24:08
  for
• 24:09
  everything
• 24:09
  as
• 24:09
  well.
• 24:10
  But
• 24:11
  I,
• 24:11
  I
• 24:11
  Do
• 24:11
  love
• 24:12
  the.
• 24:12
  But
• 24:12
  especially
• 24:12
  the
• 24:13
  performance
• 24:13
  in
• 24:13
  that
• 24:13
  moment
• 24:14
  because
• 24:14
  you
• 24:14
  know,
• 24:14
  he
• 24:14
  has
• 24:15
  the
• 24:15
  script
• 24:15
  and
• 24:15
  he
• 24:15
  says
• 24:15
  like,
• 24:16
  well,
• 24:16
  clearly
• 24:16
  I'm
• 24:16
  not
• 24:16
  the
• 24:17
  hero
• 24:17
  type.
• 24:17
  And
• 24:17
  then
• 24:18
  he's
• 24:18
  just
• 24:18
  like,
• 24:18
  ah,
• 24:19
  screw
• 24:19
  it,
• 24:19
  I
• 24:19
  am
• 24:19
  Iron
• 24:20
  Man.
• 24:20
  And
• 24:20
  I
• 24:20
  just.
• 24:20
  It
• 24:21
  was
• 24:21
  a
• 24:21
  mic
• 24:21
  drop
• 24:22
  for
• 24:22
  the
• 24:23
  movie,
• 24:23
  but
• 24:23
  that's
• 24:23
  a
• 24:24
  fair
• 24:24
  point,
• 24:24
  you
• 24:24
  know.
• 24:25
  And
• 24:26
  speaking
• 24:26
  of
• 24:26
  ending
• 24:26
  endings,
• 24:27
  I
• 24:27
  know
• 24:27
  I
• 24:27
  would
• 24:27
  love
• 24:27
  to
• 24:28
  go
• 24:28
  on
• 24:28
  and
• 24:28
  on,
• 24:28
  but
• 24:28
  we
• 24:28
  do
• 24:29
  have
• 24:29
  two
• 24:29
  more
• 24:29
  movies
• 24:29
  to
• 24:29
  cover.
• 24:30
  But
• 24:30
  the
• 24:30
  post
• 24:30
  credit
• 24:31
  scene,
• 24:32
  what
• 24:32
  was
• 24:32
  your
• 24:33
  reaction
• 24:34
  the
• 24:34
  first
• 24:34
  time
• 24:35
  you
• 24:35
  hear
• 24:35
  Sam
• 24:36
  Jackson
• 24:36
  Nick
• 24:36
  Fury
• 24:37
  come
• 24:37
  out?
• 24:37
  I
• 24:37
  want
• 24:38
  to
• 24:38
  talk
• 24:38
  to
• 24:38
  you
• 24:38
  about
• 24:38
  the
• 24:38
  Avengers
• 24:39
  Initiative.
• 24:40
  I
• 24:40
  had
• 24:41
  no
• 24:42
  clue
• 24:42
  whatsoever
• 24:43
  that
• 24:43
  was
• 24:43
  happening.
• 24:44
  I
• 24:45
  see
• 24:45
  Samuel
• 24:45
  L.
• 24:45
  Jackson
• 24:46
  with
• 24:46
  an
• 24:46
  eye
• 24:46
  patch
• 24:47
  on
• 24:47
  his
• 24:47
  head.
• 24:48
  He
• 24:48
  mentions
• 24:48
  the
• 24:49
  Avengers
• 24:49
  Initiative
• 24:50
  and
• 24:50
  I
• 24:50
  lost
• 24:50
  my
• 24:51
  ever
• 24:51
  loving
• 24:51
  mind.
• 24:52
  I.
• 24:53
  This
• 24:54
  isn't
• 24:54
  just
• 24:54
  standalone.
• 24:55
  They're
• 24:55
  actually
• 24:55
  going
• 24:55
  to
• 24:55
  connect
• 24:56
  stuff
• 24:56
  is
• 24:56
  what
• 24:56
  in
• 24:57
  my
• 24:57
  head
• 24:57
  when
• 24:57
  immediately
• 24:58
  could
• 24:59
  we
• 24:59
  get
• 24:59
  Captain
• 24:59
  America?
• 25:00
  Could,
• 25:00
  could
• 25:01
  we
• 25:01
  get
• 25:01
  like
• 25:02
  Giant
• 25:02
  man
• 25:02
  or,
• 25:03
  or
• 25:03
  the
• 25:03
  Wasp
• 25:04
  or
• 25:04
  the
• 25:05
  Hulk,
• 25:05
  which
• 25:05
  is
• 25:05
  obviously
• 25:06
  next.
• 25:06
  But
• 25:06
  like,
• 25:07
  because
• 25:07
  I
• 25:07
  didn't
• 25:07
  know
• 25:07
  that
• 25:07
  movie
• 25:07
  was
• 25:08
  coming
• 25:08
  out,
• 25:08
  it's
• 25:08
  like,
• 25:09
  yes,
• 25:09
  I
• 25:09
  want
• 25:09
  to
• 25:09
  see
• 25:10
  these
• 25:10
  people
• 25:10
  on
• 25:10
  screen
• 25:10
  because
• 25:11
  I've
• 25:11
  read
• 25:11
  the
• 25:11
  Avengers
• 25:11
  comics.
• 25:12
  I
• 25:12
  want
• 25:12
  to
• 25:12
  like,
• 25:13
  I
• 25:13
  want
• 25:13
  them
• 25:13
  to
• 25:13
  be
• 25:14
  real.
• 25:14
  It
• 25:14
  was
• 25:15
  just,
• 25:15
  I
• 25:15
  mean
• 25:15
  I
• 25:15
  like,
• 25:16
  I
• 25:16
  think
• 25:16
  any
• 25:17
  even
• 25:17
  like
• 25:17
  remote
• 25:18
  comic
• 25:18
  fan
• 25:18
  or
• 25:19
  even
• 25:19
  ones
• 25:19
  who
• 25:19
  are
• 25:19
  just
• 25:20
  like
• 25:20
  mainly
• 25:20
  watch
• 25:20
  the
• 25:21
  cartoons,
• 25:21
  like
• 25:22
  this
• 25:22
  was
• 25:22
  just
• 25:23
  it.
• 25:23
  Whoa.
• 25:24
  They're
• 25:24
  actually
• 25:24
  going
• 25:24
  there
• 25:25
  because
• 25:25
  I
• 25:25
  mean
• 25:25
  like
• 25:26
  X
• 25:26
  Men,
• 25:26
  of
• 25:26
  course
• 25:27
  there's
• 25:27
  multiple
• 25:27
  characters,
• 25:27
  but
• 25:28
  it's
• 25:28
  X
• 25:28
  Men.
• 25:28
  There's,
• 25:29
  you
• 25:29
  know,
• 25:29
  it's
• 25:29
  not
• 25:29
  like
• 25:30
  it's.
• 25:30
  It's
• 25:30
  different
• 25:30
  kind.
• 25:31
  This
• 25:31
  is
• 25:31
  actual
• 25:32
  crossover
• 25:33
  they're
• 25:33
  bringing
• 25:34
  together.
• 25:34
  You
• 25:35
  know,
• 25:35
  we
• 25:35
  had
• 25:35
  never
• 25:35
  seen
• 25:35
  Justice
• 25:36
  League.
• 25:36
  We
• 25:36
  had
• 25:36
  never
• 25:37
  seen.
• 25:37
  But
• 25:37
  you
• 25:37
  know,
• 25:38
  this
• 25:38
  was
• 25:38
  a
• 25:39
  massive
• 25:39
  deal
• 25:39
  and,
• 25:40
  and
• 25:40
  especially
• 25:41
  I
• 25:41
  mean
• 25:41
  just
• 25:41
  the
• 25:42
  fact
• 25:42
  that
• 25:42
  they
• 25:42
  got
• 25:42
  Sam
• 25:42
  Jackson
• 25:43
  because
• 25:44
  if
• 25:44
  anyone
• 25:45
  knows
• 25:45
  that
• 25:46
  the
• 25:46
  ultimate
• 25:47
  version
• 25:47
  of
• 25:47
  Nick
• 25:47
  Fury
• 25:48
  in
• 25:48
  the
• 25:48
  comics
• 25:48
  was
• 25:49
  inspired
• 25:49
  by
• 25:50
  Samuel
• 25:50
  Jackson,
• 25:51
  but
• 25:51
  nonetheless
• 25:52
  it's
• 25:52
  like
• 25:53
  someone
• 25:53
  as
• 25:53
  famous
• 25:53
  as
• 25:54
  that
• 25:54
  they,
• 25:54
  you
• 25:55
  know,
• 25:55
  there
• 25:55
  was
• 25:55
  no
• 25:56
  guarantee
• 25:56
  that
• 25:56
  they
• 25:56
  could
• 25:57
  get
• 25:57
  him,
• 25:58
  but
• 25:58
  no
• 25:59
  one
• 25:59
  else
• 25:59
  could
• 25:59
  have
• 25:59
  played
• 25:59
  that
• 26:00
  role.
• 26:00
  And
• 26:00
  it
• 26:00
  was
• 26:01
  just,
• 26:01
  oh,
• 26:02
  ultimate
• 26:03
  mic
• 26:03
  drop.
• 26:04
  It's
• 26:04
  still
• 26:05
  going
• 26:05
  to
• 26:05
  go
• 26:05
  down
• 26:05
  now.
• 26:06
  We're
• 26:06
  so
• 26:06
  accustomed
• 26:07
  to
• 26:07
  post
• 26:07
  credit
• 26:08
  scenes,
• 26:08
  but
• 26:09
  at
• 26:09
  that
• 26:09
  time
• 26:10
  this
• 26:11
  changed
• 26:11
  everything.
• 26:13
  So.
• 26:13
  Yeah,
• 26:14
  well,
• 26:14
  Christian
• 26:15
  leading
• 26:15
  to
• 26:15
  that,
• 26:16
  let's
• 26:16
  talk
• 26:16
  about
• 26:17
  the
• 26:17
  next
• 26:18
  entry
• 26:19
  and
• 26:19
  that
• 26:19
  is
• 26:19
  the
• 26:20
  2008's
• 26:20
  the
• 26:20
  Incredible
• 26:21
  Hulk,
• 26:21
  which
• 26:21
  came
• 26:21
  out
• 26:22
  just
• 26:22
  a
• 26:23
  few
• 26:23
  months
• 26:23
  later.
• 26:24
  And
• 26:24
  just
• 26:25
  a
• 26:25
  brief
• 26:25
  background
• 26:26
  here.
• 26:26
  So
• 26:27
  whereas
• 26:28
  Iron
• 26:28
  man
• 26:28
  had
• 26:29
  never
• 26:29
  been
• 26:29
  done
• 26:29
  on
• 26:30
  the
• 26:30
  big
• 26:30
  screen
• 26:30
  before,
• 26:31
  there
• 26:31
  was
• 26:32
  the
• 26:32
  Ang
• 26:32
  Lee
• 26:33
  Hulk
• 26:33
  movie
• 26:33
  from
• 26:34
  a
• 26:34
  few
• 26:34
  years
• 26:35
  earlier,
• 26:36
  which
• 26:36
  is
• 26:36
  not
• 26:36
  part
• 26:37
  of
• 26:37
  the
• 26:37
  MCU
• 26:38
  starred
• 26:38
  Eric
• 26:38
  Bana.
• 26:39
  But
• 26:39
  because
• 26:39
  of
• 26:39
  that,
• 26:40
  now
• 26:41
  this
• 26:41
  is
• 26:41
  what
• 26:41
  like
• 26:41
  you
• 26:41
  were
• 26:41
  talking
• 26:42
  about
• 26:42
  earlier,
• 26:42
  like
• 26:42
  they
• 26:42
  needed
• 26:43
  to
• 26:43
  show
• 26:43
  Iron
• 26:43
  Man's
• 26:44
  origin.
• 26:44
  A
• 26:45
  lot
• 26:45
  of
• 26:45
  mainstream
• 26:45
  viewers
• 26:46
  did
• 26:46
  not
• 26:46
  know
• 26:47
  who
• 26:47
  that
• 26:47
  was.
• 26:47
  Hulk,
• 26:48
  on
• 26:48
  the
• 26:48
  other
• 26:48
  hand,
• 26:48
  had
• 26:49
  just
• 26:49
  had
• 26:50
  that
• 26:50
  movie
• 26:50
  a
• 26:50
  few
• 26:50
  years
• 26:51
  ago,
• 26:51
  even
• 26:51
  though
• 26:51
  it's
• 26:52
  disconnected.
• 26:52
  But
• 26:53
  even
• 26:53
  then,
• 26:54
  between
• 26:55
  the
• 26:56
  80s
• 26:56
  television
• 26:57
  series
• 26:57
  and
• 26:58
  that
• 26:59
  movie,
• 26:59
  more
• 27:00
  people
• 27:00
  knew
• 27:00
  Hulk's
• 27:01
  origin
• 27:02
  than
• 27:02
  Iron
• 27:03
  Man.
• 27:03
  So
• 27:04
  they
• 27:04
  knew
• 27:04
  going
• 27:04
  in
• 27:05
  that
• 27:05
  they
• 27:05
  didn't
• 27:05
  want
• 27:05
  to
• 27:06
  completely
• 27:07
  revamp
• 27:07
  that.
• 27:08
  And
• 27:08
  that's
• 27:08
  actually
• 27:09
  one
• 27:09
  of
• 27:09
  my
• 27:09
  favorite
• 27:09
  parts
• 27:09
  of
• 27:10
  this
• 27:10
  movie
• 27:10
  is
• 27:10
  they
• 27:11
  do
• 27:11
  the
• 27:11
  origin
• 27:12
  in
• 27:12
  a
• 27:12
  montage
• 27:13
  sequence
• 27:13
  in
• 27:13
  the
• 27:14
  titles.
• 27:15
  And
• 27:15
  I
• 27:15
  actually
• 27:16
  really
• 27:16
  like
• 27:16
  that.
• 27:16
  It
• 27:16
  gives
• 27:17
  you
• 27:17
  exactly
• 27:17
  what
• 27:17
  you
• 27:18
  need
• 27:18
  to
• 27:18
  know.
• 27:18
  Okay.
• 27:18
  Bruce
• 27:19
  Banner
• 27:19
  is
• 27:19
  a
• 27:19
  scientist,
• 27:20
  experimented
• 27:21
  with
• 27:21
  gamma
• 27:21
  radiation.
• 27:22
  It
• 27:22
  went
• 27:22
  wrong,
• 27:22
  he
• 27:23
  turned
• 27:23
  into
• 27:23
  the
• 27:23
  Hulk.
• 27:23
  His
• 27:24
  girlfriend's
• 27:25
  father
• 27:25
  is
• 27:25
  in
• 27:26
  the
• 27:26
  military
• 27:27
  and
• 27:28
  hunts
• 27:29
  him
• 27:29
  down.
• 27:29
  And
• 27:29
  now
• 27:30
  he's
• 27:30
  living
• 27:30
  off
• 27:31
  the
• 27:31
  grid.
• 27:31
  It's
• 27:31
  very
• 27:32
  simple,
• 27:32
  straightforward.
• 27:33
  I
• 27:33
  really
• 27:33
  like
• 27:33
  that.
• 27:34
  So,
• 27:35
  yeah,
• 27:35
  I,
• 27:36
  I'll
• 27:36
  give
• 27:36
  quick,
• 27:36
  you
• 27:37
  know,
• 27:37
  my
• 27:37
  kind
• 27:37
  of
• 27:37
  background
• 27:38
  of
• 27:38
  this
• 27:38
  movie.
• 27:38
  I.
• 27:39
  It's
• 27:39
  interesting
• 27:40
  because
• 27:41
  this
• 27:41
  is
• 27:41
  one
• 27:42
  that's
• 27:42
  typically
• 27:43
  like
• 27:44
  not
• 27:44
  only
• 27:44
  looked
• 27:44
  down
• 27:45
  upon,
• 27:45
  but
• 27:45
  often
• 27:45
  completely
• 27:46
  forgotten.
• 27:47
  And
• 27:47
  part
• 27:48
  of
• 27:48
  that
• 27:48
  is
• 27:49
  they.
• 27:49
  Well,
• 27:50
  of
• 27:50
  course
• 27:50
  Hulk
• 27:51
  has
• 27:51
  been,
• 27:51
  you
• 27:52
  know,
• 27:52
  part
• 27:52
  of
• 27:52
  the
• 27:52
  MCU
• 27:53
  for
• 27:53
  a
• 27:53
  long
• 27:53
  time.
• 27:54
  And
• 27:54
  it
• 27:54
  remains
• 27:54
  that
• 27:55
  there's
• 27:56
  a
• 27:56
  few
• 27:56
  reasons
• 27:56
  here.
• 27:57
  I
• 27:57
  mean,
• 27:57
  this
• 27:58
  starred
• 27:58
  Edward
• 27:58
  Norton,
• 27:59
  not
• 27:59
  Mark
• 27:59
  Ruffalo.
• 28:01
  There's
• 28:01
  a
• 28:01
  whole
• 28:01
  story
• 28:02
  there
• 28:02
  about
• 28:02
  why
• 28:03
  he
• 28:03
  did
• 28:04
  not
• 28:04
  return
• 28:04
  to
• 28:04
  play
• 28:04
  the
• 28:05
  character.
• 28:05
  You
• 28:06
  can
• 28:06
  look
• 28:06
  it
• 28:06
  up.
• 28:06
  But.
• 28:07
  But
• 28:08
  there's
• 28:08
  that.
• 28:09
  There's
• 28:09
  also.
• 28:09
  This
• 28:10
  is
• 28:10
  the
• 28:10
  only
• 28:10
  solo
• 28:11
  Hulk
• 28:11
  movie
• 28:11
  in
• 28:11
  the
• 28:12
  MCU
• 28:13
  due
• 28:13
  to
• 28:14
  rights
• 28:15
  issues
• 28:15
  that
• 28:15
  I
• 28:15
  still
• 28:16
  don't
• 28:16
  understand
• 28:17
  it.
• 28:19
  It's
• 28:19
  confusing
• 28:20
  like
• 28:20
  Hollywood,
• 28:20
  how
• 28:21
  Hollywood
• 28:21
  has
• 28:22
  different
• 28:22
  studio
• 28:23
  ownership
• 28:23
  of
• 28:23
  characters,
• 28:24
  but
• 28:24
  they
• 28:24
  can
• 28:24
  still
• 28:24
  put
• 28:25
  them
• 28:25
  in
• 28:25
  a
• 28:25
  team
• 28:25
  up
• 28:25
  movie.
• 28:25
  But
• 28:25
  on
• 28:26
  a
• 28:26
  solo
• 28:26
  movie,
• 28:26
  you.
• 28:27
  It's
• 28:28
  a
• 28:28
  little
• 28:28
  over
• 28:28
  my
• 28:28
  head.
• 28:29
  But.
• 28:29
  But
• 28:29
  anyway,
• 28:30
  that's
• 28:30
  why
• 28:30
  we've
• 28:30
  only
• 28:31
  gotten
• 28:31
  this
• 28:31
  one
• 28:33
  that
• 28:33
  was
• 28:33
  produced
• 28:34
  by
• 28:34
  Universal.
• 28:36
  But.
• 28:37
  But,
• 28:37
  you
• 28:37
  know,
• 28:37
  so
• 28:38
  it
• 28:38
  is
• 28:38
  pretty
• 28:39
  forgotten
• 28:40
  up
• 28:40
  until
• 28:41
  for
• 28:41
  whatever
• 28:41
  reason
• 28:42
  they
• 28:42
  made
• 28:42
  Captain
• 28:43
  America.
• 28:43
  Brave
• 28:43
  New
• 28:44
  World,
• 28:44
  a
• 28:45
  semi
• 28:45
  sequel
• 28:46
  to
• 28:46
  the
• 28:46
  Incredible
• 28:46
  Hulk.
• 28:47
  That
• 28:47
  was
• 28:47
  a
• 28:47
  choice,
• 28:48
  but.
• 28:49
  But
• 28:49
  for
• 28:49
  the
• 28:50
  most
• 28:50
  part,
• 28:50
  you
• 28:50
  know,
• 28:51
  we,
• 28:51
  we
• 28:51
  don't.
• 28:51
  Yeah,
• 28:52
  we
• 28:52
  don't.
• 28:52
  We
• 28:52
  haven't
• 28:53
  really
• 28:53
  come
• 28:53
  back
• 28:53
  to
• 28:53
  this
• 28:54
  movie
• 28:54
  a
• 28:54
  lot.
• 28:55
  But
• 28:55
  I
• 28:56
  will
• 28:56
  say,
• 28:56
  even
• 28:56
  though
• 28:56
  this
• 28:57
  one
• 28:57
  is
• 28:57
  typically
• 28:58
  ranked
• 28:58
  toward
• 28:59
  the
• 28:59
  lower
• 29:00
  end
• 29:00
  of
• 29:00
  the
• 29:00
  mcu,
• 29:02
  I
• 29:02
  remember
• 29:03
  quite
• 29:03
  enjoying
• 29:03
  it
• 29:04
  at
• 29:04
  the
• 29:04
  time.
• 29:04
  I
• 29:05
  mean,
• 29:05
  I
• 29:05
  always
• 29:05
  really
• 29:06
  loved
• 29:06
  the
• 29:06
  Hulk.
• 29:06
  I
• 29:06
  loved
• 29:07
  Bruce

  Banner.
• 29:07
  I
• 29:08
  had.
• 29:08
  That
• 29:08
  was
• 29:08
  one
• 29:08
  of
• 29:08
  my
• 29:08
  favorite
• 29:09
  action
• 29:09
  figures
• 29:09
  as
• 29:09
  a
• 29:10
  kid.
• 29:10
  I
• 29:10
  loved
• 29:10
  the
• 29:10
  90s
• 29:10
  cartoon.
• 29:12
  Some
• 29:12
  of
• 29:12
  the
• 29:12
  comics
• 29:13
  and
• 29:13
  whatnot.
• 29:13
  So
• 29:14
  I
• 29:14
  always
• 29:14
  gravitated
• 29:15
  toward
• 29:15
  the
• 29:15
  character.
• 29:16
  And
• 29:17
  doing
• 29:17
  a
• 29:17
  rewatch
• 29:18
  of
• 29:18
  this,
• 29:18
  I
• 29:18
  was
• 29:18
  actually
• 29:19
  pleasantly
• 29:19
  surprised.
• 29:19
  I
• 29:19
  mean,
• 29:20
  it
• 29:20
  does
• 29:20
  it.
• 29:20
  The
• 29:21
  CGI
• 29:21
  does
• 29:22
  not
• 29:22
  hold
• 29:22
  up
• 29:22
  great,
• 29:23
  but
• 29:23
  as
• 29:23
  far
• 29:24
  as
• 29:24
  the
• 29:24
  story
• 29:25
  and
• 29:26
  making
• 29:27
  a
• 29:27
  more
• 29:27
  tender
• 29:28
  hearted
• 29:28
  superhero
• 29:29
  story
• 29:29
  in
• 29:30
  contrast
• 29:30
  to
• 29:31
  something
• 29:31
  like
• 29:31
  Iron
• 29:31
  Man,
• 29:32
  I
• 29:32
  think
• 29:32
  it
• 29:32
  still
• 29:32
  holds
• 29:33
  up
• 29:33
  actually
• 29:33
  quite
• 29:33
  a
• 29:33
  bit.
• 29:34
  It
• 29:34
  is,
• 29:34
  you
• 29:34
  know,
• 29:35
  very
• 29:35
  far
• 29:35
  from
• 29:35
  perfect
• 29:36
  by
• 29:36
  any
• 29:36
  means
• 29:36
  and.
• 29:37
  But
• 29:37
  I
• 29:38
  thought
• 29:38
  on
• 29:39
  a
• 29:39
  rewatch
• 29:39
  I
• 29:39
  was
• 29:40
  quite
• 29:40
  entertained
• 29:40
  and
• 29:40
  I
• 29:41
  think
• 29:41
  it's
• 29:41
  a
• 29:41
  good
• 29:42
  introduction
• 29:42
  to
• 29:42
  the
• 29:43
  character
• 29:43
  in
• 29:43
  the
• 29:43
  mcu.
• 29:45
  I
• 29:45
  think
• 29:45
  Edward
• 29:45
  Norton
• 29:45
  did
• 29:46
  a
• 29:46
  great
• 29:46
  job.
• 29:46
  I
• 29:46
  like
• 29:47
  how
• 29:48
  it
• 29:48
  expands
• 29:49
  on
• 29:49
  the
• 29:50
  military
• 29:50
  themes
• 29:50
  here
• 29:51
  and
• 29:51
  you
• 29:52
  know,
• 29:52
  it
• 29:52
  captures
• 29:53
  the
• 29:53
  heart
• 29:53
  and
• 29:53
  soul
• 29:53
  of
• 29:54
  folk.
• 29:54
  Also
• 29:55
  a
• 29:55
  really
• 29:55
  good
• 29:55
  score.
• 29:56
  I
• 29:57
  don't
• 29:57
  know,
• 29:57
  Kristen,
• 29:57
  what
• 29:57
  do
• 29:57
  you
• 29:58
  think
• 29:58
  of
• 29:58
  this
• 29:58
  movie
• 29:58
  though?
• 29:58
  Like
• 29:59
  both
• 29:59
  what
• 29:59
  you
• 30:00
  thought
• 30:00
  of
• 30:00
  it
• 30:00
  maybe
• 30:00
  at
• 30:00
  the
• 30:00
  time
• 30:01
  and,
• 30:01
  you
• 30:01
  know,
• 30:02
  if
• 30:02
  you
• 30:02
  have
• 30:02
  thoughts
• 30:02
  on
• 30:03
  it
• 30:03
  retrospectively.
• 30:04
  Yeah,
• 30:05
  this
• 30:06
  movie,
• 30:06
  to
• 30:06
  me,
• 30:07
  you
• 30:07
  used
• 30:07
  the
• 30:07
  word
• 30:08
  forgettable
• 30:08
  or
• 30:08
  thereabouts
• 30:09
  earlier
• 30:09
  on.
• 30:10
  That's
• 30:11
  exactly
• 30:11
  how
• 30:11
  I
• 30:11
  feel.
• 30:12
  It's
• 30:12
  just
• 30:12
  kind
• 30:12
  of
• 30:12
  like
• 30:13
  it
• 30:13
  exists.
• 30:15
  I
• 30:15
  know
• 30:15
  it
• 30:15
  exists.
• 30:16
  I
• 30:17
  think
• 30:17
  I
• 30:17
  remember
• 30:18
  things
• 30:18
  that
• 30:18
  happened
• 30:19
  in
• 30:19
  it
• 30:19
  even
• 30:20
  after
• 30:20
  rewatching
• 30:20
  it
• 30:21
  fairly
• 30:21
  recently
• 30:21
  to
• 30:22
  prepare
• 30:22
  for
• 30:22
  this.
• 30:23
  But
• 30:23
  it's
• 30:24
  just.
• 30:24
  It's
• 30:25
  there
• 30:25
  to
• 30:25
  make
• 30:26
  the
• 30:26
  Hulk
• 30:26
  a
• 30:26
  character
• 30:27
  in
• 30:27
  people's
• 30:27
  minds.
• 30:27
  That's.
• 30:28
  That's
• 30:28
  the
• 30:28
  best
• 30:29
  thing
• 30:29
  I
• 30:29
  can
• 30:29
  say
• 30:30
  about
• 30:30
  it,
• 30:30
  in
• 30:31
  my
• 30:31
  opinion.
• 30:32
  Because
• 30:33
  it's
• 30:33
  not
• 30:33
  bad.
• 30:34
  I
• 30:34
  mean,
• 30:34
  it's
• 30:35
  way
• 30:35
  better
• 30:35
  than,
• 30:35
  you
• 30:36
  know,
• 30:36
  Ang
• 30:36
  Lee
• 30:37
  Hulk
• 30:37
  just
• 30:37
  want
• 30:37
  daddy
• 30:38
  to
• 30:38
  love
• 30:38
  him
• 30:38
  film.
• 30:40
  But
• 30:40
  that
• 30:40
  doesn't.
• 30:41
  Because
• 30:41
  it's
• 30:42
  better
• 30:42
  than
• 30:42
  that
• 30:42
  doesn't
• 30:42
  make
• 30:43
  it
• 30:43
  good.
• 30:44
  I
• 30:44
  think
• 30:45
  the
• 30:45
  abomination
• 30:46
  is
• 30:46
  wasted
• 30:47
  here.
• 30:47
  You
• 30:48
  have
• 30:48
  to
• 30:48
  lead
• 30:48
  up
• 30:48
  to
• 30:48
  the
• 30:48
  leader
• 30:49
  and
• 30:50
  that's
• 30:50
  not
• 30:50
  paid
• 30:51
  off
• 30:51
  until
• 30:51
  Brave
• 30:51
  New
• 30:51
  World,
• 30:52
  which
• 30:52
  why
• 30:52
  is
• 30:53
  he
• 30:53
  facing,
• 30:53
  you
• 30:53
  know,
• 30:54
  Captain
• 30:54
  America,
• 30:55
  Sam?
• 30:56
  Because
• 30:56
  of
• 30:56
  licensing
• 30:57
  issues.
• 30:58
  That's
• 30:58
  why.
• 30:59
  The
• 30:59
  whole
• 30:59
  Universal
• 31:00
  thing,
• 31:00
  how
• 31:00
  they
• 31:00
  can
• 31:01
  they
• 31:01
  own
• 31:01
  the
• 31:02
  rights
• 31:02
  to
• 31:02
  his
• 31:02
  solo
• 31:03
  films,
• 31:04
  but
• 31:04
  not
• 31:04
  to
• 31:04
  win
• 31:05
  his
• 31:05
  team
• 31:05
  up.
• 31:06
  That's
• 31:06
  legal
• 31:07
  B.S.
• 31:08
  i
• 31:08
  couldn't
• 31:08
  care
• 31:09
  less
• 31:09
  about
• 31:10
  except
• 31:10
  for
• 31:10
  the
• 31:10
  fact
• 31:10
  that
• 31:10
  it
• 31:10
  doesn't
• 31:11
  give
• 31:11
  me
• 31:11
  what
• 31:11
  I
• 31:11
  want,
• 31:11
  which
• 31:12
  is,
• 31:12
  you
• 31:12
  know,
• 31:12
  actually
• 31:12
  just
• 31:12
  to
• 31:13
  explore
• 31:13
  his
• 31:13
  character
• 31:13
  a
• 31:14
  little
• 31:14
  more
• 31:15
  on
• 31:15
  his
• 31:15
  own.
• 31:16
  But
• 31:17
  yeah,
• 31:18
  it
• 31:18
  is
• 31:18
  what
• 31:18
  it
• 31:18
  is.
• 31:19
  I
• 31:19
  mean,
• 31:19
  I'm
• 31:20
  grateful
• 31:20
  for
• 31:20
  it
• 31:21
  because
• 31:21
  it
• 31:21
  helps
• 31:22
  solidify
• 31:22
  the
• 31:22
  thought
• 31:22
  we
• 31:23
  had
• 31:23
  had
• 31:23
  at
• 31:23
  the
• 31:23
  post
• 31:24
  credits
• 31:24
  of
• 31:24
  Iron
• 31:24
  Man.
• 31:24
  When
• 31:25
  we
• 31:25
  see
• 31:25
  the
• 31:25
  post
• 31:25
  credits
• 31:26
  for
• 31:26
  this
• 31:26
  one
• 31:26
  with
• 31:27
  Tony
• 31:27
  Stark
• 31:27
  meeting
• 31:27
  with
• 31:27
  Thunderbolt
• 31:28
  Ross,
• 31:29
  you
• 31:29
  know,
• 31:29
  about
• 31:29
  everything
• 31:30
  going
• 31:30
  on
• 31:30
  there,
• 31:30
  it's
• 31:31
  like,
• 31:31
  okay,
• 31:31
  they're
• 31:31
  doing
• 31:32
  this
• 31:32
  for
• 31:32
  real.
• 31:33
  That's
• 31:33
  the
• 31:34
  really.
• 31:34
  The
• 31:34
  thing
• 31:34
  I
• 31:34
  remember
• 31:35
  about
• 31:35
  this
• 31:35
  film
• 31:35
  is
• 31:36
  like,
• 31:36
  we're
• 31:36
  not
• 31:36
  joking
• 31:37
  about
• 31:37
  this.
• 31:37
  We're
• 31:38
  not
• 31:38
  just
• 31:38
  teasing
• 31:38
  you.
• 31:38
  No,
• 31:39
  this
• 31:39
  is
• 31:39
  gonna
• 31:39
  happen.
• 31:40
  Now
• 31:40
  I
• 31:40
  will
• 31:40
  say
• 31:41
  on
• 31:41
  that,
• 31:41
  one
• 31:41
  of
• 31:42
  the
• 31:42
  things
• 31:42
  that
• 31:42
  was
• 31:43
  like,
• 31:43
  I
• 31:43
  didn't
• 31:43
  think
• 31:43
  about
• 31:44
  for
• 31:44
  a
• 31:44
  long
• 31:44
  time,
• 31:44
  but
• 31:44
  I
• 31:44
  was
• 31:44
  like,
• 31:45
  disappointed
• 31:45
  on
• 31:45
  a
• 31:46
  rewatch
• 31:46
  here
• 31:46
  is,
• 31:47
  yeah,
• 31:48
  I
• 31:48
  still
• 31:48
  remember
• 31:48
  that
• 31:48
  post
• 31:49
  credit
• 31:49
  scene,
• 31:49
  the
• 31:49
  first
• 31:50
  time
• 31:50
  of
• 31:50
  Tony
• 31:51
  coming
• 31:51
  to
• 31:51
  Ross.
• 31:52
  And
• 31:52
  that's
• 31:52
  something
• 31:53
  I
• 31:53
  really
• 31:53
  wish
• 31:54
  they
• 31:54
  had
• 31:54
  explored
• 31:54
  more
• 31:55
  in
• 31:55
  future
• 31:55
  Avengers
• 31:56
  movies.
• 31:56
  Is
• 31:56
  okay,
• 31:57
  Tony
• 31:58
  is
• 31:58
  buddy
• 31:58
  buddies
• 31:59
  with
• 31:59
  Ross,
• 32:00
  but
• 32:00
  also
• 32:01
  him
• 32:01
  and
• 32:01
  Bruce
• 32:02
  hit
• 32:02
  it
• 32:02
  off
• 32:02
  right
• 32:02
  away.
• 32:03
  Right?
• 32:03
  Like,
• 32:03
  they're
• 32:03
  both
• 32:04
  scientists.
• 32:04
  They
• 32:05
  both
• 32:05
  have.
• 32:05
  And
• 32:05
  so
• 32:06
  I
• 32:06
  really
• 32:06
  wish
• 32:07
  they
• 32:07
  had
• 32:07
  explored
• 32:07
  that
• 32:07
  conflict
• 32:08
  of
• 32:08
  having,
• 32:09
  you
• 32:09
  know,
• 32:09
  Bruce's
• 32:10
  nemesis,
• 32:11
  who
• 32:11
  has
• 32:12
  literally
• 32:12
  tried
• 32:12
  to
• 32:13
  kill
• 32:13
  him,
• 32:13
  as,
• 32:13
  you
• 32:13
  know,
• 32:14
  has
• 32:14
  brought
• 32:15
  a
• 32:15
  rift
• 32:15
  between
• 32:16
  him
• 32:17
  and
• 32:17
  the
• 32:17
  love
• 32:17
  of
• 32:17
  his
• 32:18
  life,
• 32:18
  like,
• 32:19
  and
• 32:19
  hunted
• 32:20
  him
• 32:20
  across
• 32:20
  the
• 32:20
  world,
• 32:21
  you
• 32:21
  know,
• 32:21
  is
• 32:22
  a.
• 32:22
  Yeah.
• 32:23
  I
• 32:23
  mean,
• 32:23
  I'm
• 32:23
  not
• 32:23
  going
• 32:23
  to
• 32:23
  say
• 32:24
  like
• 32:24
  him
• 32:24
  and
• 32:25
  Tony
• 32:25
  are
• 32:25
  best
• 32:25
  friends
• 32:26
  or
• 32:26
  anything,
• 32:26
  but.
• 32:27
  But
• 32:27
  they
• 32:27
  are
• 32:27
  allies.
• 32:27
  They
• 32:27
  have
• 32:28
  this
• 32:28
  kinship
• 32:28
  and,
• 32:29
  you
• 32:29
  know,
• 32:29
  they're
• 32:29
  on
• 32:29
  the
• 32:30
  same
• 32:30
  side
• 32:30
  in
• 32:30
  Civil
• 32:31
  War.
• 32:31
  And
• 32:31
  I
• 32:31
  think
• 32:31
  it
• 32:32
  was
• 32:32
  a
• 32:32
  missed
• 32:32
  opportunity
• 32:33
  to
• 32:33
  not
• 32:33
  have
• 32:34
  Bruce
• 32:34
  be
• 32:34
  a
• 32:35
  part
• 32:35
  of
• 32:35
  Civil
• 32:35
  War.
• 32:35
  I
• 32:36
  realize
• 32:36
  it
• 32:36
  would
• 32:37
  have
• 32:37
  been
• 32:37
  hard
• 32:37
  to
• 32:37
  integrate
• 32:38
  in
• 32:38
  terms
• 32:38
  of
• 32:38
  like,
• 32:39
  okay,
• 32:39
  whoever
• 32:39
  has
• 32:39
  the
• 32:40
  Hulk
• 32:40
  on
• 32:40
  their
• 32:40
  team,
• 32:41
  it
• 32:41
  puts
• 32:41
  them
• 32:41
  at
• 32:42
  an
• 32:42
  advantage.
• 32:42
  But
• 32:43
  nonetheless,
• 32:43
  like,
• 32:44
  yeah,
• 32:44
  pretty.
• 32:45
  Exactly.
• 32:45
  But
• 32:45
  like,
• 32:46
  at
• 32:46
  the
• 32:46
  same
• 32:47
  time,
• 32:47
  it's
• 32:47
  like,
• 32:47
  it
• 32:48
  just
• 32:48
  would
• 32:48
  have
• 32:48
  been
• 32:48
  something
• 32:49
  interesting
• 32:49
  to
• 32:49
  come
• 32:50
  back
• 32:50
  to,
• 32:50
  to
• 32:51
  explore
• 32:51
  that
• 32:51
  rift
• 32:52
  of,
• 32:52
  you
• 32:52
  know,
• 32:52
  because
• 32:53
  the,
• 32:53
  like,
• 32:53
  the
• 32:54
  dichotomy
• 32:54
  between
• 32:55
  Steve
• 32:55
  and
• 32:55
  Tony
• 32:56
  is
• 32:56
  set
• 32:56
  up
• 32:56
  very
• 32:56
  early
• 32:57
  on.
• 32:57
  But,
• 32:58
  you
• 32:58
  know,
• 32:58
  like
• 32:58
  I
• 32:58
  said,
• 32:58
  Tony
• 32:59
  and
• 32:59
  Bruce
• 33:00
  really
• 33:00
  have
• 33:00
  this
• 33:00
  connection
• 33:01
  and
• 33:01
  chemistry
• 33:02
  with
• 33:02
  each
• 33:02
  other.
• 33:02
  And
• 33:02
  I,
• 33:03
  I
• 33:03
  would
• 33:03
  have
• 33:03
  liked
• 33:03
  to
• 33:04
  see
• 33:04
  some
• 33:04
  conflict
• 33:05
  between
• 33:06
  them,
• 33:06
  you
• 33:06
  know,
• 33:07
  not
• 33:07
  in
• 33:07
  a
• 33:07
  forced
• 33:07
  way,
• 33:08
  but
• 33:08
  it's
• 33:08
  like
• 33:08
  they
• 33:08
  introduced,
• 33:09
  you
• 33:09
  know,
• 33:10
  an
• 33:10
  element
• 33:10
  here
• 33:10
  that
• 33:10
  they
• 33:11
  never
• 33:11
  really
• 33:11
  came
• 33:11
  back
• 33:11
  to.
• 33:12
  But.
• 33:13
  But
• 33:13
  yeah,
• 33:13
  I
• 33:14
  mean,
• 33:14
  it's
• 33:14
  just
• 33:14
  like.
• 33:14
  I
• 33:15
  know
• 33:15
  and
• 33:15
  I
• 33:15
  totally
• 33:15
  see
• 33:16
  your
• 33:16
  points
• 33:16
  here,
• 33:17
  and
• 33:17
  for
• 33:17
  a
• 33:17
  while
• 33:18
  I
• 33:18
  kind
• 33:18
  of
• 33:18
  thought
• 33:18
  that.
• 33:18
  But
• 33:19
  again,
• 33:19
  I
• 33:19
  was
• 33:19
  just
• 33:20
  kind
• 33:20
  of
• 33:20
  pleasantly
• 33:20
  surprised
• 33:21
  on
• 33:21
  a
• 33:21
  rewatch.
• 33:21
  I'm
• 33:22
  like,
• 33:22
  you
• 33:22
  know,
• 33:22
  maybe
• 33:22
  it's
• 33:22
  just
• 33:23
  because
• 33:23
  I
• 33:23
  do
• 33:23
  love
• 33:23
  this
• 33:23
  character
• 33:24
  and
• 33:24
  I
• 33:24
  think
• 33:24
  this
• 33:25
  one,
• 33:25
  yes,
• 33:25
  it's
• 33:26
  very
• 33:26
  simple.
• 33:27
  It's
• 33:27
  forgettable
• 33:28
  in
• 33:28
  the
• 33:28
  sense
• 33:28
  of
• 33:29
  it
• 33:29
  being
• 33:29
  compared
• 33:30
  especially
• 33:30
  to
• 33:30
  a
• 33:30
  lot
• 33:31
  of
• 33:31
  other
• 33:31
  MCU
• 33:32
  entries
• 33:32
  and
• 33:32
  other
• 33:33
  comic
• 33:33
  book
• 33:33
  movies.
• 33:34
  But
• 33:35
  I
• 33:35
  like
• 33:35
  how
• 33:36
  it
• 33:36
  approaches
• 33:36
  the
• 33:36
  character.
• 33:37
  I
• 33:37
  like
• 33:37
  it
• 33:37
  how
• 33:37
  it
• 33:37
  pays
• 33:38
  homage
• 33:38
  to
• 33:38
  the
• 33:38
  80s
• 33:39
  series.
• 33:40
  The
• 33:40
  Lou
• 33:40
  Ferrigno
• 33:41
  cameo
• 33:41
  is
• 33:41
  fantastic.
• 33:42
  Actually,
• 33:43
  my
• 33:43
  dad
• 33:43
  and
• 33:43
  I
• 33:43
  got
• 33:44
  to.
• 33:44
  Got
• 33:44
  to
• 33:44
  meet
• 33:44
  Lou
• 33:44
  Ferrigno
• 33:46
  at
• 33:46
  a
• 33:46
  signing
• 33:46
  about
• 33:47
  a
• 33:47
  year
• 33:47
  ago.
• 33:48
  That
• 33:48
  was
• 33:48
  really
• 33:48
  cool.
• 33:49
  Yeah.
• 33:50
  So,
• 33:50
  like.
• 33:50
  But
• 33:50
  I
• 33:50
  like
• 33:51
  how
• 33:51
  it's
• 33:51
  like,
• 33:51
  it's
• 33:52
  simpler,
• 33:52
  it's
• 33:52
  a
• 33:52
  little
• 33:52
  pulpy.
• 33:53
  Yes,
• 33:54
  I
• 33:54
  agree
• 33:54
  the
• 33:55
  villains
• 33:55
  could
• 33:56
  have
• 33:56
  been
• 33:56
  done
• 33:57
  much
• 33:57
  better.
• 33:58
  I
• 33:58
  mean
• 33:58
  you
• 33:59
  got
• 33:59
  great
• 33:59
  casting
• 33:59
  with
• 34:00
  Tim
• 34:00
  Roth
• 34:00
  and
• 34:00
  Tim
• 34:01
  Blake
• 34:01
  Nelson,
• 34:02
  but
• 34:02
  I
• 34:02
  think
• 34:02
  they
• 34:03
  would
• 34:03
  have
• 34:03
  paid
• 34:03
  off
• 34:03
  more
• 34:04
  if
• 34:04
  they
• 34:04
  had
• 34:04
  continued
• 34:05
  them
• 34:05
  in
• 34:05
  sequels.
• 34:06
  But
• 34:07
  I
• 34:07
  agree,
• 34:07
  but
• 34:07
  what
• 34:08
  they
• 34:08
  did
• 34:08
  with
• 34:08
  Abomination,
• 34:10
  like,
• 34:11
  I
• 34:11
  won't
• 34:11
  say
• 34:11
  it
• 34:11
  was
• 34:11
  an
• 34:11
  Abomination,
• 34:12
  haha.
• 34:13
  But
• 34:14
  it
• 34:14
  was
• 34:14
  underutilized.
• 34:17
  I
• 34:18
  think
• 34:19
  it
• 34:19
  would
• 34:19
  have
• 34:19
  been
• 34:20
  like
• 34:20
  he
• 34:20
  turns
• 34:21
  into
• 34:21
  the
• 34:21
  Abomination
• 34:21
  at
• 34:22
  the
• 34:22
  end
• 34:22
  and
• 34:22
  then
• 34:22
  is
• 34:22
  kind
• 34:23
  of
• 34:23
  a
• 34:23
  main
• 34:23
  villain
• 34:24
  in
• 34:24
  the
• 34:24
  sequel.
• 34:25
  But
• 34:25
  of
• 34:26
  course
• 34:26
  we
• 34:26
  never
• 34:26
  got
• 34:26
  a
• 34:26
  sequel
• 34:26
  here.
• 34:27
  But
• 34:27
  I
• 34:27
  think
• 34:28
  what
• 34:28
  I
• 34:28
  really
• 34:28
  like
• 34:29
  though
• 34:29
  about
• 34:29
  the
• 34:29
  movie,
• 34:30
  again,
• 34:31
  beyond
• 34:31
  far
• 34:31
  from
• 34:32
  perfect.
• 34:32
  And
• 34:33
  it's
• 34:33
  still
• 34:33
  ranked
• 34:34
  toward
• 34:34
  the
• 34:34
  lower
• 34:35
  end
• 34:35
  of
• 34:36
  the
• 34:36
  mcu.
• 34:38
  Granted,
• 34:38
  I
• 34:38
  think
• 34:38
  there
• 34:39
  are
• 34:39
  ones
• 34:39
  that
• 34:39
  are
• 34:39
  way
• 34:39
  worse.
• 34:41
  I'll
• 34:41
  get,
• 34:41
  you
• 34:41
  know,
• 34:41
  we'll,
• 34:42
  we'll
• 34:42
  touch
• 34:42
  on
• 34:42
  those
• 34:43
  later
• 34:43
  in
• 34:43
  the
• 34:43
  series.
• 34:44
  But
• 34:44
  yes,
• 34:45
  I
• 34:45
  really
• 34:46
  do
• 34:46
  like
• 34:46
  the
• 34:46
  relationship
• 34:47
  between
• 34:47
  Bruce
• 34:47
  and
• 34:47
  Betty
• 34:48
  here.
• 34:49
  I
• 34:49
  think
• 34:49
  it's
• 34:49
  well
• 34:49
  cast
• 34:50
  and
• 34:51
  I
• 34:51
  think
• 34:51
  that's
• 34:51
  really
• 34:51
  the
• 34:52
  heart
• 34:52
  and
• 34:52
  soul
• 34:52
  of
• 34:52
  the
• 34:52
  movie.
• 34:53
  So
• 34:53
  it
• 34:53
  kind
• 34:53
  of
• 34:54
  makes
• 34:54
  up
• 34:54
  for
• 34:54
  some
• 34:55
  of
• 34:55
  the
• 34:55
  lesser
• 34:56
  aspects
• 34:56
  of
• 34:56
  like,
• 34:57
  I
• 34:57
  don't
• 34:57
  need
• 34:57
  it
• 34:57
  necessarily
• 34:58
  to
• 34:58
  focus
• 34:58
  on
• 34:59
  a
• 34:59
  traditional
• 34:59
  hero
• 35:00
  villain
• 35:00
  because
• 35:00
  really
• 35:01
  Hulk
• 35:01
  is
• 35:01
  more
• 35:02
  about
• 35:03
  him
• 35:03
  trying
• 35:03
  to
• 35:05
  control
• 35:05
  himself.
• 35:06
  And
• 35:07
  you
• 35:07
  know,
• 35:07
  he
• 35:07
  hates
• 35:08
  having
• 35:08
  the
• 35:08
  Hulk
• 35:09
  in
• 35:09
  him,
• 35:09
  but
• 35:10
  I
• 35:10
  think
• 35:10
  Betty
• 35:11
  helps
• 35:11
  him
• 35:11
  see
• 35:11
  that,
• 35:12
  oh,
• 35:12
  he
• 35:12
  can
• 35:13
  use
• 35:13
  it
• 35:13
  as
• 35:13
  a
• 35:13
  force
• 35:14
  for
• 35:14
  good.
• 35:14
  He
• 35:14
  doesn't
• 35:14
  have
• 35:14
  to
• 35:15
  be
• 35:15
  a
• 35:15
  monster.
• 35:16
  And
• 35:16
  I
• 35:16
  like
• 35:16
  how
• 35:17
  it
• 35:17
  explores
• 35:17
  those
• 35:17
  themes
• 35:18
  and
• 35:18
  it's,
• 35:18
  you
• 35:18
  know,
• 35:18
  there
• 35:19
  are
• 35:19
  some
• 35:19
  really
• 35:19
  good
• 35:19
  scenes.
• 35:20
  I,
• 35:20
  you
• 35:20
  know,
• 35:20
  I,
• 35:21
  I
• 35:21
  really
• 35:21
  like
• 35:21
  the
• 35:22
  one
• 35:22
  in
• 35:22
  the
• 35:22
  cave
• 35:23
  after
• 35:24
  the
• 35:24
  big
• 35:25
  fight
• 35:25
  with
• 35:25
  the
• 35:25
  military
• 35:26
  and
• 35:27
  him
• 35:27
  and
• 35:27
  Betty
• 35:27
  are
• 35:27
  on
• 35:28
  the
• 35:28
  run
• 35:28
  and
• 35:29
  she
• 35:29
  has
• 35:29
  to
• 35:29
  calm
• 35:30
  him
• 35:30
  down.
• 35:30
  Again.
• 35:30
  I,
• 35:30
  I
• 35:31
  just
• 35:31
  like,
• 35:31
  I
• 35:31
  like
• 35:31
  the,
• 35:32
  the,
• 35:33
  the
• 35:33
  pacing
• 35:33
  there,
• 35:33
  like
• 35:33
  the
• 35:34
  setting.
• 35:34
  So
• 35:35
  there's
• 35:35
  like,
• 35:35
  yeah,
• 35:35
  I
• 35:35
  mean
• 35:36
  again,
• 35:36
  not
• 35:37
  far
• 35:37
  beyond,
• 35:37
  far
• 35:38
  from
• 35:38
  a
• 35:38
  perfect
• 35:38
  movie.
• 35:39
  But
• 35:39
  as
• 35:39
  someone
• 35:39
  who
• 35:39
  was
• 35:40
  going
• 35:40
  into
• 35:40
  it,
• 35:41
  kind
• 35:41
  of
• 35:42
  like,
• 35:42
  okay,
• 35:42
  this
• 35:42
  is
• 35:43
  going
• 35:43
  to
• 35:43
  be
• 35:43
  more
• 35:43
  my
• 35:43
  homework
• 35:44
  for
• 35:44
  this
• 35:45
  series.
• 35:45
  It's
• 35:45
  been
• 35:45
  a
• 35:45
  minute
• 35:46
  since
• 35:46
  I
• 35:46
  watched
• 35:46
  it.
• 35:46
  I
• 35:47
  was,
• 35:47
  I
• 35:47
  enjoyed
• 35:48
  it.
• 35:48
  You
• 35:48
  know,
• 35:48
  it
• 35:48
  was
• 35:48
  a
• 35:48
  good
• 35:48
  Saturday
• 35:49
  afternoon
• 35:50
  watch.
• 35:51
  I'm
• 35:51
  glad.
• 36:43
  Yeah.
• 36:43
  Yeah.
• 36:44
  So
• 36:44
  that's
• 36:44
  kind
• 36:45
  of
• 36:45
  where
• 36:45
  I'm
• 36:45
  at
• 36:45
  with
• 36:45
  this
• 36:46
  one.
• 36:47
  But
• 36:47
  yeah,
• 36:48
  so
• 36:48
  I
• 36:48
  know
• 36:48
  where
• 36:49
  get
• 36:49
  to
• 36:49
  the
• 36:50
  next
• 36:50
  so.
• 36:00
  And
• 36:52
  yeah.
• 36:53
  Oh,
• 36:53
  real
• 36:53
  quick
• 36:53
  though.
• 36:54
  If
• 36:54
  we
• 36:54
  did
• 36:55
  in
• 36:55
  a
• 36:56
  perfect
• 36:56
  world,
• 36:56
  get
• 36:56
  another
• 36:57
  solo
• 36:57
  Hulk
• 36:58
  movie,
• 36:58
  what
• 36:58
  would
• 36:59
  you
• 36:59
  like?
• 36:59
  Is
• 36:59
  there
• 36:59
  a
• 36:59
  storyline
• 37:00
  you
• 37:00
  would
• 37:00
  have
• 37:00
  want
• 37:00
  adapted
• 37:02
  storyline
• 37:03
  specifically?
• 37:03
  No,
• 37:04
  but
• 37:04
  like
• 37:04
  more
• 37:04
  of
• 37:05
  an
• 37:05
  idea.
• 37:06
  When
• 37:06
  you
• 37:06
  brought
• 37:07
  this
• 37:07
  question
• 37:07
  to
• 37:07
  me
• 37:07
  a
• 37:07
  couple
• 37:08
  days
• 37:08
  ago,
• 37:08
  I
• 37:09
  was
• 37:09
  like,
• 37:09
  what
• 37:09
  would
• 37:10
  I
• 37:10
  do?
• 37:10
  I
• 37:10
  mean,
• 37:11
  I
• 37:11
  think
• 37:12
  I
• 37:12
  do
• 37:12
  what
• 37:12
  the
• 37:12
  Angling
• 37:13
  film,
• 37:14
  Ang
• 37:14
  Lee
• 37:14
  film
• 37:14
  couldn't
• 37:15
  and
• 37:15
  actually
• 37:16
  explore
• 37:17
  Bruce's
• 37:17
  psyche
• 37:18
  more
• 37:18
  and
• 37:18
  probably
• 37:19
  have,
• 37:19
  like,
• 37:19
  the
• 37:19
  leader
• 37:20
  actually
• 37:20
  become
• 37:20
  the
• 37:20
  leader,
• 37:21
  capture
• 37:21
  the
• 37:22
  Hulk,
• 37:22
  and
• 37:22
  maybe
• 37:23
  you
• 37:24
  make
• 37:24
  him
• 37:24
  have
• 37:25
  to
• 37:25
  create
• 37:25
  the
• 37:25
  UFOs
• 37:26
  or
• 37:26
  Zacks
• 37:27
  or
• 37:27
  Xemnu
• 37:28
  or
• 37:28
  something
• 37:28
  like
• 37:28
  that
• 37:29
  to
• 37:29
  fight
• 37:29
  the
• 37:29
  Hulk,
• 37:29
  to
• 37:29
  get
• 37:30
  him
• 37:30
  incapacitated,
• 37:30
  to
• 37:30
  where
• 37:31
  he's
• 37:31
  got
• 37:31
  him
• 37:31
  in
• 37:32
  a
• 37:32
  moment,
• 37:32
  to
• 37:32
  where
• 37:33
  he's
• 37:33
  forced
• 37:33
  to
• 37:34
  look
• 37:34
  back
• 37:34
  at
• 37:34
  his
• 37:34
  past.
• 37:35
  And
• 37:35
  we
• 37:35
  could
• 37:35
  maybe
• 37:36
  get
• 37:36
  Joe
• 37:36
  fix
• 37:36
  it.
• 37:37
  Savage
• 37:37
  Hulk,
• 37:38
  Devil
• 37:38
  Hulk
• 37:38
  on
• 37:38
  screen
• 37:39
  in
• 37:40
  his
• 37:40
  own
• 37:40
  mind,
• 37:40
  fighting
• 37:41
  for
• 37:41
  control.
• 37:41
  And
• 37:41
  maybe
• 37:42
  one
• 37:42
  of
• 37:42
  them
• 37:42
  wins
• 37:43
  at
• 37:43
  the
• 37:43
  end
• 37:43
  of
• 37:43
  the
• 37:43
  film.
• 37:43
  And,
• 37:44
  like,
• 37:44
  that
• 37:45
  one
• 37:45
  beats
• 37:45
  the
• 37:45
  leader.
• 37:45
  And
• 37:46
  the
• 37:46
  cliffhanger
• 37:46
  is
• 37:47
  like,
• 37:47
  okay,
• 37:47
  which
• 37:47
  Hulk
• 37:48
  are
• 37:48
  we
• 37:48
  going
• 37:48
  to
• 37:48
  get
• 37:48
  after
• 37:49
  this?
• 37:49
  Are
• 37:49
  they
• 37:49
  going
• 37:50
  to
• 37:50
  be
• 37:50
  able
• 37:50
  to
• 37:50
  break
• 37:50
  out?
• 37:50
  Is
• 37:50
  Bruce
• 37:51
  ever
• 37:51
  going
• 37:51
  to
• 37:51
  be
• 37:51
  whole
• 37:51
  again?
• 37:53
  Something
• 37:53
  like
• 37:53
  that.
• 37:54
  Just
• 37:54
  with,
• 37:54
  like,
• 37:54
  having
• 37:55
  a
• 37:55
  few
• 37:55
  days
• 37:55
  of
• 37:55
  prep
• 37:55
  for
• 37:56
  an
• 37:56
  idea
• 37:56
  to
• 37:57
  create
• 37:57
  a
• 37:57
  script
• 37:57
  here.
• 37:58
  No,
• 37:58
  absolutely.
• 37:58
  I
• 37:59
  think
• 37:59
  it's
• 37:59
  a
• 37:59
  great
• 37:59
  idea.
• 37:59
  And,
• 37:59
  like,
• 38:00
  I
• 38:00
  don't
• 38:00
  have
• 38:00
  anything,
• 38:01
  like,
• 38:01
  super
• 38:01
  fleshed
• 38:02
  out,
• 38:02
  I
• 38:02
  guess.
• 38:02
  Like,
• 38:02
  I.
• 38:03
  I
• 38:03
  really
• 38:03
  enjoyed
• 38:04
  World
• 38:04
  War
• 38:04
  Hulk
• 38:04
  back
• 38:05
  in
• 38:05
  the
• 38:05
  day.
• 38:05
  Like,
• 38:05
  it's
• 38:05
  been
• 38:06
  a
• 38:06
  minute
• 38:06
  since
• 38:06
  I've
• 38:06
  read
• 38:06
  that,
• 38:06
  but
• 38:06
  I
• 38:07
  think
• 38:07
  that
• 38:07
  would
• 38:07
  have
• 38:07
  been
• 38:07
  a
• 38:07
  good
• 38:07
  storyline.
• 38:08
  But.
• 38:08
  But
• 38:09
  really,
• 38:09
  I
• 38:09
  mean,
• 38:09
  in
• 38:10
  an
• 38:10
  ideal
• 38:10
  world,
• 38:10
  we
• 38:11
  would
• 38:11
  have
• 38:11
  had
• 38:12
  some
• 38:12
  of
• 38:12
  the
• 38:13
  ideas
• 38:13
  from
• 38:13
  Brave
• 38:14
  New
• 38:14
  World
• 38:14
  in
• 38:15
  an
• 38:15
  actual
• 38:15
  Hulk
• 38:15
  movie.
• 38:16
  And
• 38:16
  if
• 38:16
  we
• 38:16
  had
• 38:16
  gotten
• 38:17
  to
• 38:17
  see
• 38:18
  Hulk
• 38:19
  face
• 38:19
  off
• 38:19
  with
• 38:20
  Thunderbolt
• 38:20
  Ross
• 38:21
  as
• 38:21
  Red
• 38:21
  Hulk,
• 38:22
  I
• 38:22
  mean,
• 38:22
  that
• 38:22
  would
• 38:22
  have
• 38:23
  been
• 38:23
  great,
• 38:24
  you
• 38:24
  know,
• 38:24
  just.
• 38:24
  Just
• 38:25
  building
• 38:25
  on
• 38:25
  those
• 38:25
  elements
• 38:26
  more.
• 38:26
  But,
• 38:26
  you
• 38:27
  know,
• 38:27
  alas,
• 38:27
  you
• 38:28
  know,
• 38:28
  it
• 38:28
  is
• 38:28
  what
• 38:28
  it
• 38:28
  is.
• 38:29
  We
• 38:29
  live
• 38:30
  where
• 38:30
  we
• 38:30
  do.
• 38:30
  We
• 38:30
  do.
• 38:31
  Yeah,
• 38:31
  we
• 38:31
  move
• 38:31
  on.
• 38:32
  But,
• 38:33
  well,
• 38:33
  moving
• 38:34
  on
• 38:34
  to
• 38:34
  our
• 38:35
  third
• 38:36
  and
• 38:36
  final
• 38:36
  movie
• 38:37
  of
• 38:37
  the
• 38:37
  night.
• 38:38
  So
• 38:38
  Iron
• 38:38
  Man
• 38:38
  2,
• 38:40
  which
• 38:40
  came
• 38:41
  out
• 38:41
  in
• 38:41
  2010.
• 38:43
  And
• 38:44
  this
• 38:44
  is
• 38:45
  one
• 38:45
  that,
• 38:45
  of
• 38:45
  course,
• 38:45
  had
• 38:46
  a
• 38:46
  lot
• 38:46
  to
• 38:46
  live
• 38:46
  up
• 38:46
  to
• 38:47
  with
• 38:47
  how
• 38:47
  successful
• 38:48
  the
• 38:48
  first
• 38:48
  movie
• 38:49
  was.
• 38:49
  And
• 38:49
  this
• 38:50
  one
• 38:50
  starts
• 38:50
  to
• 38:50
  really
• 38:51
  emphasize
• 38:51
  the
• 38:51
  larger
• 38:52
  world
• 38:52
  building
• 38:53
  of
• 38:53
  the
• 38:53
  mcu
• 38:54
  because,
• 38:54
  like
• 38:54
  we
• 38:54
  said,
• 38:55
  there
• 38:55
  were
• 38:55
  big
• 38:56
  teases
• 38:56
  in
• 38:57
  especially
• 38:57
  Iron
• 38:58
  man
• 38:58
  and
• 38:58
  then
• 38:58
  in
• 38:58
  the
• 38:58
  Hulk,
• 38:59
  but
• 38:59
  this
• 38:59
  one,
• 39:00
  okay,
• 39:00
  bring
• 39:01
  in
• 39:01
  Natasha
• 39:01
  Romanoff.
• 39:03
  We
• 39:03
  started
• 39:04
  setting
• 39:04
  up
• 39:04
  the
• 39:04
  Avengers
• 39:04
  more.
• 39:05
  The
• 39:05
  post
• 39:05
  credit
• 39:06
  scene
• 39:07
  features
• 39:07
  Mjolnir.
• 39:08
  There's
• 39:09
  a
• 39:09
  lot
• 39:09
  going
• 39:09
  on
• 39:10
  here.
• 39:12
  That
• 39:12
  is.
• 39:12
  And
• 39:13
  this
• 39:13
  is.
• 39:13
  I
• 39:14
  think,
• 39:14
  actually,
• 39:15
  as
• 39:16
  much
• 39:16
  as
• 39:16
  I
• 39:16
  like
• 39:16
  those
• 39:17
  elements,
• 39:17
  it
• 39:18
  also
• 39:18
  speaks
• 39:18
  to
• 39:18
  one
• 39:19
  of
• 39:19
  the
• 39:19
  big
• 39:19
  flaws
• 39:19
  of
• 39:19
  the
• 39:19
  movie.
• 39:20
  Because
• 39:20
  if
• 39:20
  you
• 39:21
  look
• 39:21
  up,
• 39:22
  like,
• 39:22
  YouTube
• 39:22
  videos
• 39:23
  on
• 39:23
  this,
• 39:23
  like,
• 39:23
  Jon
• 39:24
  Favreau
• 39:24
  had
• 39:24
  a
• 39:24
  plan
• 39:25
  for
• 39:25
  a
• 39:25
  whole
• 39:25
  trilogy,
• 39:26
  but
• 39:27
  this
• 39:27
  was
• 39:27
  why,
• 39:27
  you
• 39:28
  know,
• 39:28
  where
• 39:28
  Marvel
• 39:28
  started
• 39:29
  to
• 39:29
  interfere
• 39:29
  and,
• 39:30
  you
• 39:30
  know,
• 39:30
  made
• 39:30
  him
• 39:31
  change,
• 39:31
  of
• 39:31
  course,
• 39:31
  because
• 39:31
  he
• 39:32
  wanted
• 39:32
  to
• 39:32
  make
• 39:32
  this
• 39:32
  one
• 39:33
  more
• 39:34
  character
• 39:34
  focused
• 39:34
  and
• 39:35
  actually
• 39:35
  deal
• 39:35
  with
• 39:35
  Tony's
• 39:36
  alcoholism.
• 39:37
  But
• 39:37
  he
• 39:37
  was
• 39:37
  kind
• 39:38
  of
• 39:38
  forced
• 39:38
  to,
• 39:39
  you
• 39:39
  know,
• 39:39
  hammer
• 39:40
  in
• 39:40
  Avengers
• 39:41
  elements
• 39:41
  and
• 39:41
  world
• 39:41
  building
• 39:42
  and
• 39:42
  stuff
• 39:42
  like
• 39:42
  that.
• 39:42
  And
• 39:43
  I
• 39:43
  mean,
• 39:43
  yes,
• 39:44
  we
• 39:44
  get
• 39:44
  Scarlett
• 39:44
  Johansson
• 39:45
  first
• 39:45
  appearances.
• 39:46
  Natasha
• 39:47
  Romanoff
• 39:47
  is
• 39:47
  great,
• 39:48
  but
• 39:49
  it
• 39:49
  also.
• 39:50
  Some
• 39:50
  of
• 39:50
  the
• 39:51
  sideline
• 39:52
  stories
• 39:52
  kind
• 39:52
  of
• 39:52
  detract
• 39:53
  from
• 39:53
  the
• 39:54
  main
• 39:54
  narrative.
• 39:55
  And,
• 39:55
  you
• 39:55
  know,
• 39:56
  I.
• 39:56
  This
• 39:56
  is
• 39:56
  another
• 39:57
  one.
• 39:58
  It's
• 39:58
  perfectly
• 39:59
  entertaining
• 40:01
  for
• 40:01
  me,
• 40:01
  but.
• 40:01
  And,
• 40:02
  and
• 40:02
  I.
• 40:02
  I
• 40:02
  think
• 40:03
  I
• 40:03
  did
• 40:03
  really
• 40:03
  enjoy
• 40:03
  it
• 40:04
  at
• 40:04
  the
• 40:04
  time
• 40:04
  it
• 40:04
  came
• 40:04
  out
• 40:05
  because
• 40:05
  this
• 40:05
  was
• 40:05
  still
• 40:06
  on
• 40:06
  the
• 40:06
  high.
• 40:06
  I
• 40:06
  mean,
• 40:06
  I
• 40:06
  think
• 40:07
  I.
• 40:07
  That.
• 40:07
  Well,
• 40:07
  because
• 40:07
  I
• 40:08
  think
• 40:08
  the
• 40:08
  reason
• 40:08
  this
• 40:09
  one
• 40:09
  does,
• 40:10
  you
• 40:10
  know,
• 40:11
  also
• 40:11
  fall
• 40:11
  toward
• 40:12
  the
• 40:12
  bottom
• 40:13
  or
• 40:13
  like,
• 40:13
  you
• 40:14
  know,
• 40:14
  lesser,
• 40:15
  you
• 40:15
  know,
• 40:16
  group
• 40:17
  of
• 40:17
  MCU
• 40:18
  movies
• 40:18
  is
• 40:18
  because
• 40:19
  there
• 40:19
  are
• 40:19
  so
• 40:19
  many
• 40:20
  that
• 40:20
  are
• 40:20
  way
• 40:20
  better.
• 40:21
  But
• 40:21
  at
• 40:21
  the
• 40:21
  time,
• 40:22
  we
• 40:22
  only
• 40:22
  had
• 40:22
  like
• 40:23
  three
• 40:23
  movies
• 40:23
  in
• 40:23
  this
• 40:23
  series.
• 40:24
  And
• 40:24
  yeah,
• 40:25
  at
• 40:25
  that
• 40:25
  time,
• 40:25
  it
• 40:25
  was
• 40:25
  still
• 40:26
  really
• 40:26
  good.
• 40:26
  Looking
• 40:27
  at
• 40:27
  it
• 40:27
  now,
• 40:27
  yeah,
• 40:28
  I
• 40:28
  mean,
• 40:28
  for
• 40:29
  me,
• 40:29
  it's
• 40:29
  entertaining.
• 40:30
  It
• 40:30
  does
• 40:30
  have
• 40:30
  some
• 40:31
  great
• 40:31
  moments
• 40:31
  in
• 40:31
  it,
• 40:32
  as
• 40:32
  agree.
• 40:32
  But
• 40:33
  ultimately
• 40:35
  those
• 40:35
  elements
• 40:36
  of
• 40:36
  it,
• 40:36
  trying
• 40:36
  to
• 40:36
  juggle
• 40:37
  multiple
• 40:38
  things
• 40:38
  and
• 40:39
  world
• 40:39
  building
• 40:39
  without
• 40:40
  as
• 40:40
  much
• 40:41
  emphasis
• 40:42
  on,
• 40:42
  I
• 40:42
  think
• 40:43
  clearly
• 40:43
  the
• 40:44
  story
• 40:44
  that
• 40:44
  Favreau
• 40:44
  wanted
• 40:45
  to
• 40:45
  tell.
• 40:45
  That
• 40:45
  is
• 40:46
  very
• 40:46
  apparent
• 40:46
  here.
• 40:47
  I
• 40:48
  don't
• 40:48
  know,
• 40:48
  Chris,
• 40:48
  what
• 40:48
  were
• 40:49
  your
• 40:49
  thoughts?
• 40:49
  Kind
• 40:50
  of
• 40:50
  maybe
• 40:50
  at
• 40:50
  the
• 40:50
  time
• 40:50
  and
• 40:51
  then
• 40:51
  looking
• 40:51
  at
• 40:51
  it
• 40:51
  now.
• 40:53
  Yeah,
• 40:53
  this
• 40:53
  is
• 40:53
  one
• 40:53
  of
• 40:53
  those
• 40:54
  that
• 40:54
  in
• 40:54
  hindsight,
• 40:54
  I
• 40:55
  kind
• 40:55
  of
• 40:55
  go,
• 40:55
  wait,
• 40:56
  I
• 40:56
  was
• 40:56
  in
• 40:57
  the
• 40:57
  minority.
• 40:58
  I
• 40:58
  really
• 40:58
  love
• 40:58
  this
• 40:59
  film.
• 40:59
  And
• 40:59
  everyone
• 40:59
  else
• 41:00
  isn't
• 41:00
  as
• 41:00
  big
• 41:00
  on
• 41:00
  it
• 41:01
  as
• 41:01
  me.
• 41:02
  And
• 41:02
  yeah,
• 41:03
  I
• 41:03
  can
• 41:03
  still
• 41:03
  look
• 41:03
  at
• 41:03
  it
• 41:03
  and
• 41:03
  see
• 41:04
  its
• 41:04
  flaws.
• 41:04
  And
• 41:05
  if
• 41:06
  Civil
• 41:06
  War
• 41:07
  and
• 41:07
  Winter
• 41:08
  Soldier
• 41:08
  and
• 41:08
  no
• 41:08
  Way
• 41:08
  Home
• 41:09
  didn't
• 41:09
  exist,
• 41:09
  this
• 41:09
  would
• 41:10
  probably
• 41:10
  be
• 41:10
  my
• 41:10
  number
• 41:10
  one
• 41:11
  MCU
• 41:11
  film.
• 41:12
  I
• 41:12
  mean,
• 41:13
  no
• 41:13
  joke,
• 41:14
  because
• 41:14
  I
• 41:14
  enjoy
• 41:15
  it.
• 41:15
  We
• 41:15
  get
• 41:15
  our
• 41:15
  war
• 41:15
  machine
• 41:16
  here.
• 41:16
  Yeah,
• 41:16
  recasting,
• 41:17
  blah,
• 41:17
  blah,
• 41:17
  blah.
• 41:18
  Whiplash
• 41:18
  isn't
• 41:18
  like
• 41:18
  the
• 41:19
  best
• 41:19
  villain
• 41:19
  in
• 41:19
  the
• 41:19
  world,
• 41:20
  but
• 41:20
  we
• 41:20
  got
• 41:20
  Justin
• 41:21
  Hammer,
• 41:21
  we
• 41:21
  got
• 41:21
  the
• 41:21
  demon
• 41:22
  in
• 41:22
  the
• 41:22
  bottle
• 41:22
  being
• 41:22
  portrayed
• 41:23
  here.
• 41:23
  I
• 41:23
  was
• 41:23
  kind
• 41:24
  of
• 41:24
  really
• 41:24
  hoping
• 41:24
  they
• 41:24
  would
• 41:24
  do
• 41:25
  some
• 41:25
  armor
• 41:25
  war
• 41:25
  stuff,
• 41:26
  but
• 41:26
  I
• 41:26
  don't
• 41:26
  think
• 41:26
  there
• 41:26
  had
• 41:26
  been
• 41:27
  enough
• 41:27
  to
• 41:27
  establish
• 41:28
  that
• 41:29
  because,
• 41:29
  you
• 41:29
  know,
• 41:29
  what
• 41:30
  is
• 41:30
  he
• 41:30
  going
• 41:30
  to
• 41:30
  do?
• 41:30
  Fight
• 41:30
  Stingray
• 41:31
  and
• 41:31
  a
• 41:31
  bunch
• 41:31
  of
• 41:31
  other
• 41:31
  people
• 41:33
  just
• 41:33
  for
• 41:33
  the
• 41:33
  sake
• 41:34
  of
• 41:34
  this
• 41:34
  film?
• 41:34
  I
• 41:35
  highly
• 41:35
  doubt
• 41:35
  it.
• 41:36
  But,
• 41:37
  yeah,
• 41:37
  I
• 41:38
  really
• 41:38
  enjoyed
• 41:38
  it.
• 41:38
  I
• 41:39
  get
• 41:39
  to
• 41:39
  see
• 41:39
  a
• 41:39
  little
• 41:39
  more
• 41:40
  character
• 41:40
  study
• 41:40
  of
• 41:40
  Tony
• 41:41
  and
• 41:42
  how
• 41:42
  the
• 41:43
  success
• 41:43
  has
• 41:43
  gotten
• 41:43
  to
• 41:44
  him
• 41:45
  and,
• 41:45
  you
• 41:45
  know,
• 41:46
  like,
• 41:46
  what
• 41:46
  am
• 41:46
  I
• 41:46
  supposed
• 41:46
  to
• 41:47
  do
• 41:47
  now?
• 41:47
  I
• 41:47
  am
• 41:47
  a
• 41:47
  superhero.
• 41:48
  And
• 41:48
  of
• 41:49
  course
• 41:49
  you
• 41:49
  get
• 41:49
  some
• 41:49
  great
• 41:49
  scenes
• 41:50
  with
• 41:50
  Nick
• 41:51
  Fury.
• 41:51
  Working
• 41:51
  with
• 41:52
  Tony
• 41:52
  here,
• 41:52
  it's
• 41:52
  like
• 41:53
  trying
• 41:53
  to
• 41:53
  get
• 41:53
  him
• 41:53
  back
• 41:53
  on
• 41:53
  track.
• 41:54
  Like,
• 41:54
  hey,
• 41:54
  I
• 41:54
  need
• 41:54
  you
• 41:54
  together,
• 41:55
  because
• 41:56
  bad
• 41:57
  things
• 41:57
  are
• 41:57
  happening
• 41:57
  around
• 41:57
  here.
• 41:58
  We
• 41:58
  need.
• 41:58
  We
• 41:58
  need
• 41:58
  you
• 41:59
  at
• 41:59
  your
• 41:59
  best.
• 42:01
  But.
• 42:01
  Yeah,
• 42:02
  the
• 42:02
  final
• 42:02
  confrontation,
• 42:03
  I
• 42:03
  mean.
• 42:03
  Yeah.
• 42:04
  Is
• 42:04
  it
• 42:04
  a
• 42:04
  bunch
• 42:04
  of
• 42:04
  shooting
• 42:05
  and
• 42:05
  lasers
• 42:05
  and
• 42:06
  missiles
• 42:06
  and
• 42:06
  whatnot?
• 42:06
  Yeah,
• 42:07
  absolutely.
• 42:07
  But
• 42:07
  I
• 42:08
  love
• 42:08
  it.
• 42:09
  Is
• 42:09
  it
• 42:09
  a
• 42:09
  huge
• 42:09
  retcon
• 42:10
  that
• 42:10
  the
• 42:10
  kid
• 42:11
  in
• 42:11
  the
• 42:11
  Iron
• 42:11
  man
• 42:11
  mask
• 42:12
  is
• 42:12
  supposed
• 42:12
  to
• 42:12
  be
• 42:12
  Peter
• 42:12
  Parker
• 42:13
  now?
• 42:13
  Absolutely,
• 42:14
  it
• 42:14
  is.
• 42:14
  But
• 42:14
  you
• 42:15
  know
• 42:15
  what?
• 42:15
  It's
• 42:16
  fine.
• 42:16
  I'd
• 42:17
  still
• 42:17
  love
• 42:17
  it
• 42:17
  for
• 42:17
  what
• 42:18
  it
• 42:18
  is.
• 42:18
  That's
• 42:19
  really
• 42:19
  interesting.
• 42:19
  I
• 42:19
  know.
• 42:20
  I
• 42:20
  mean,
• 42:20
  and
• 42:20
  like
• 42:20
  I
• 42:20
  said,
• 42:20
  I.
• 42:21
  I
• 42:21
  quite
• 42:22
  enjoy
• 42:22
  at
• 42:22
  the
• 42:22
  time,
• 42:22
  and
• 42:23
  I
• 42:23
  still
• 42:23
  find
• 42:23
  it
• 42:23
  very
• 42:23
  entertaining.
• 42:24
  I
• 42:24
  like,
• 42:24
  I
• 42:25
  definitely
• 42:25
  want
• 42:25
  to
• 42:25
  put
• 42:25
  it
• 42:25
  that
• 42:26
  high
• 42:26
  on
• 42:26
  my
• 42:26
  list,
• 42:26
  but
• 42:27
  that's
• 42:27
  really
• 42:27
  interesting
• 42:28
  and.
• 42:28
  Well,
• 42:28
  you
• 42:29
  know,
• 42:29
  looking
• 42:29
  at
• 42:29
  this,
• 42:29
  too,
• 42:30
  so
• 42:30
  it
• 42:30
  does
• 42:31
  have
• 42:31
  two
• 42:31
  of
• 42:31
  my
• 42:31
  favorite
• 42:32
  Tony
• 42:32
  moments.
• 42:33
  One
• 42:33
  funny
• 42:33
  and
• 42:33
  one
• 42:34
  really
• 42:34
  pertinent
• 42:35
  to
• 42:35
  his
• 42:35
  character.
• 42:36
  The
• 42:36
  funniest
• 42:36
  one
• 42:37
  that
• 42:37
  I
• 42:37
  still
• 42:38
  remember
• 42:38
  getting
• 42:38
  a
• 42:38
  kick
• 42:38
  out
• 42:39
  of
• 42:39
  when
• 42:39
  I
• 42:39
  first
• 42:40
  saw
• 42:40
  it
• 42:40
  is
• 42:40
  when
• 42:41
  he.
• 42:41
  He's
• 42:42
  at
• 42:42
  the
• 42:42
  donut
• 42:43
  shop
• 42:43
  or
• 42:43
  whatever
• 42:43
  with
• 42:44
  Nick
• 42:44
  Fury,
• 42:44
  and
• 42:45
  after,
• 42:46
  he's,
• 42:46
  like,
• 42:47
  hanging
• 42:47
  on
• 42:47
  the
• 42:48
  top
• 42:48
  of
• 42:48
  the
• 42:49
  building
• 42:49
  or
• 42:49
  top
• 42:50
  of
• 42:50
  the
• 42:50
  sign,
• 42:51
  and
• 42:51
  then
• 42:51
  it
• 42:51
  cuts
• 42:52
  to
• 42:52
  them
• 42:52
  inside
• 42:53
  the
• 42:53
  diner,
• 42:53
  and
• 42:54
  he's
• 42:54
  like,
• 42:54
  I
• 42:54
  told
• 42:55
  you
• 42:55
  I
• 42:55
  don't
• 42:55
  want
• 42:55
  to
• 42:55
  join
• 42:55
  my
• 42:56
  super.
• 42:56
  Your
• 42:56
  super
• 42:57
  secret
• 42:57
  boy
• 42:57
  band.
• 42:58
  And
• 42:58
  it's
• 42:58
  just.
• 42:58
  Yeah.
• 42:59
  Perfect
• 42:59
  delivery.
• 43:00
  I
• 43:00
  love
• 43:00
  that
• 43:00
  moment.
• 43:01
  But
• 43:01
  also,
• 43:02
  this
• 43:02
  does
• 43:02
  have
• 43:02
  one
• 43:03
  of
• 43:03
  my
• 43:03
  favorite
• 43:03
  scenes
• 43:04
  in
• 43:04
  the
• 43:04
  MCU
• 43:04
  and
• 43:04
  in
• 43:05
  Tony's
• 43:06
  story.
• 43:06
  And
• 43:06
  that's
• 43:06
  when
• 43:07
  he
• 43:07
  plays
• 43:07
  the
• 43:07
  message
• 43:08
  from.
• 43:08
  From
• 43:08
  Howard
• 43:09
  Stark
• 43:09
  about,
• 43:09
  you
• 43:09
  know,
• 43:10
  that
• 43:10
  the
• 43:10
  old
• 43:11
  promo
• 43:11
  of
• 43:13
  where
• 43:14
  he's
• 43:14
  talking
• 43:14
  about
• 43:15
  his
• 43:15
  designs
• 43:15
  for
• 43:15
  the
• 43:16
  future
• 43:16
  and
• 43:16
  all
• 43:16
  that,
• 43:16
  and
• 43:17
  then
• 43:18
  his
• 43:18
  old
• 43:18
  recording
• 43:19
  and
• 43:19
  Tony's
• 43:19
  just,
• 43:20
  you
• 43:20
  know,
• 43:20
  ignoring
• 43:20
  it.
• 43:20
  Like,
• 43:21
  I.
• 43:22
  This
• 43:22
  is
• 43:22
  where
• 43:22
  we
• 43:22
  get
• 43:22
  the
• 43:23
  hints
• 43:23
  of,
• 43:23
  like,
• 43:24
  him
• 43:24
  exploring
• 43:25
  how
• 43:25
  he
• 43:25
  still
• 43:26
  has
• 43:26
  a
• 43:26
  lot
• 43:26
  of
• 43:26
  resentment
• 43:27
  toward
• 43:27
  his
• 43:27
  father
• 43:27
  and
• 43:28
  never
• 43:28
  had
• 43:28
  that
• 43:29
  warm
• 43:29
  relationship
• 43:30
  and
• 43:30
  all
• 43:30
  that.
• 43:30
  But
• 43:30
  then
• 43:31
  that
• 43:31
  moment
• 43:32
  where
• 43:32
  it
• 43:32
  cuts
• 43:33
  to
• 43:34
  Howard
• 43:34
  Stark,
• 43:35
  you
• 43:35
  know,
• 43:35
  talking
• 43:35
  directly
• 43:35
  and
• 43:36
  says,
• 43:36
  you
• 43:36
  know,
• 43:36
  Tony.
• 43:37
  And
• 43:37
  then
• 43:37
  he
• 43:37
  does
• 43:37
  this
• 43:38
  monologue
• 43:38
  and
• 43:38
  it's,
• 43:39
  you
• 43:39
  know,
• 43:39
  my
• 43:39
  greatest
• 43:40
  creation
• 43:40
  is
• 43:40
  you.
• 43:41
  And
• 43:41
  I'm
• 43:41
  like,
• 43:41
  that's.
• 43:42
  I
• 43:42
  mean,
• 43:42
  and
• 43:43
  it's
• 43:43
  perfect
• 43:43
  delivery.
• 43:43
  They
• 43:44
  got
• 43:44
  John
• 43:44
  Slattery
• 43:45
  to
• 43:45
  play
• 43:45
  him.
• 43:46
  I.
• 43:46
  You
• 43:47
  know,
• 43:47
  I.
• 43:47
  And
• 43:47
  that
• 43:48
  really
• 43:49
  is
• 43:49
  a
• 43:49
  great
• 43:50
  payoff
• 43:50
  going
• 43:51
  back
• 43:51
  to
• 43:51
  not
• 43:52
  just
• 43:52
  like
• 43:52
  the
• 43:52
  doomsday
• 43:53
  theories
• 43:53
  and
• 43:53
  all
• 43:53
  that,
• 43:53
  but
• 43:54
  especially
• 43:54
  how
• 43:55
  it
• 43:55
  paves
• 43:55
  the
• 43:55
  way
• 43:56
  and
• 43:56
  connects
• 43:57
  back
• 43:57
  to
• 43:57
  Endgame
• 43:57
  and
• 43:58
  the
• 43:58
  scene
• 43:58
  when
• 43:59
  they
• 43:59
  get
• 43:59
  to
• 43:59
  meet
• 44:00
  each
• 44:00
  other
• 44:00
  in
• 44:00
  the
• 44:00
  past.
• 44:01
  And,
• 44:01
  yeah,
• 44:02
  it's
• 44:02
  a.
• 44:02
  It's
• 44:03
  a
• 44:03
  great
• 44:03
  moment.
• 44:04
  So.
• 44:05
  So
• 44:05
  there
• 44:05
  is.
• 44:05
  There's
• 44:06
  still
• 44:06
  a
• 44:06
  lot
• 44:06
  to
• 44:06
  love
• 44:06
  about
• 44:06
  this
• 44:07
  movie,
• 44:07
  even
• 44:07
  though.
• 44:08
  Yeah.
• 44:08
  I
• 44:08
  mean,
• 44:09
  it
• 44:09
  is.
• 44:09
  It
• 44:09
  Was
• 44:10
  like,
• 44:10
  I
• 44:10
  think
• 44:11
  it
• 44:11
  was
• 44:11
  again,
• 44:12
  for
• 44:12
  a
• 44:13
  while
• 44:13
  it
• 44:13
  was
• 44:13
  ranked
• 44:14
  toward
• 44:14
  the
• 44:14
  bottom
• 44:14
  of
• 44:14
  the
• 44:14
  mcu.
• 44:15
  But
• 44:15
  again,
• 44:15
  I
• 44:16
  think
• 44:16
  that
• 44:16
  was
• 44:16
  because
• 44:17
  there
• 44:17
  were
• 44:17
  so
• 44:18
  many
• 44:18
  others
• 44:18
  that
• 44:18
  were
• 44:19
  really,
• 44:19
  really
• 44:19
  good,
• 44:19
  you
• 44:20
  know,
• 44:20
  like,
• 44:20
  so
• 44:21
  it
• 44:21
  wasn't
• 44:21
  like
• 44:22
  I,
• 44:22
  you
• 44:22
  know,
• 44:22
  I
• 44:23
  also,
• 44:23
  I
• 44:23
  never,
• 44:24
  you
• 44:24
  know,
• 44:24
  strongly
• 44:25
  disliked
• 44:25
  this
• 44:25
  movie
• 44:26
  or,
• 44:27
  you
• 44:27
  know,
• 44:27
  had
• 44:27
  it
• 44:28
  on
• 44:28
  the
• 44:28
  bottom,
• 44:28
  but
• 44:28
  it
• 44:28
  was
• 44:29
  like
• 44:29
  when
• 44:29
  you
• 44:29
  compare
• 44:29
  it
• 44:30
  with
• 44:30
  Avengers
• 44:31
  and
• 44:31
  first
• 44:31
  Captain
• 44:31
  America
• 44:32
  and
• 44:32
  stuff
• 44:32
  like
• 44:32
  that,
• 44:32
  and
• 44:32
  first
• 44:33
  Iron
• 44:33
  man,
• 44:33
  yes,
• 44:34
  this
• 44:34
  definitely
• 44:35
  was
• 44:35
  like
• 44:35
  on
• 44:36
  the
• 44:36
  lower
• 44:36
  end,
• 44:37
  but
• 44:37
  it
• 44:37
  still,
• 44:38
  you
• 44:38
  know,
• 44:38
  got
• 44:39
  a
• 44:39
  lot
• 44:39
  in
• 44:40
  there
• 44:40
  and,
• 44:41
  and
• 44:42
  yeah,
• 44:42
  you
• 44:42
  know,
• 44:43
  so
• 44:43
  again
• 44:44
  going
• 44:44
  back
• 44:44
  to
• 44:45
  Tony
• 44:45
  and
• 44:45
  Howard,
• 44:46
  so
• 44:47
  what
• 44:47
  do
• 44:47
  you
• 44:47
  think
• 44:48
  this
• 44:48
  tells
• 44:48
  us
• 44:48
  about
• 44:49
  Tony's
• 44:49
  character
• 44:50
  and
• 44:50
  how
• 44:51
  this
• 44:51
  relationship
• 44:51
  becomes
• 44:52
  integral
• 44:53
  to,
• 44:53
  to
• 44:53
  the
• 44:53
  mcu?
• 44:55
  That's
• 44:55
  why
• 44:55
  I
• 44:56
  am
• 44:56
  extremely
• 44:56
  upset
• 44:57
  with
• 44:57
  current
• 44:57
  comic
• 44:58
  scanning
• 44:58
  because
• 44:58
  I'm
• 44:58
  pretty
• 44:59
  sure
• 44:59
  this
• 44:59
  hasn't
• 44:59
  been
• 44:59
  retconned
• 45:00
  because
• 45:01
  there
• 45:01
  was
• 45:01
  a
• 45:01
  retcon
• 45:02
  of
• 45:03
  Tony
• 45:03
  not
• 45:03
  being
• 45:04
  his
• 45:04
  biological
• 45:05
  son.
• 45:06
  And
• 45:06
  there,
• 45:06
  of
• 45:06
  course,
• 45:07
  this
• 45:07
  was
• 45:07
  during
• 45:07
  Aaron's
• 45:08
  run
• 45:08
  of
• 45:08
  the
• 45:08
  Avengers
• 45:08
  and
• 45:09
  Mephisto
• 45:09
  was
• 45:09
  involved
• 45:10
  in
• 45:10
  a
• 45:10
  bunch
• 45:10
  of
• 45:10
  stuff
• 45:10
  that
• 45:11
  made
• 45:11
  Howard
• 45:11
  even
• 45:12
  more
• 45:12
  of
• 45:12
  a
• 45:12
  villain
• 45:12
  rather
• 45:13
  than
• 45:13
  like
• 45:13
  a
• 45:13
  complicated
• 45:14
  man.
• 45:14
  This
• 45:15
  movie
• 45:15
  makes
• 45:15
  him
• 45:15
  a
• 45:15
  complicated
• 45:16
  man.
• 45:16
  And
• 45:17
  you
• 45:17
  know,
• 45:17
  that
• 45:17
  that
• 45:18
  doesn't
• 45:18
  mean
• 45:18
  that
• 45:18
  we
• 45:18
  approve
• 45:19
  of
• 45:19
  everything
• 45:19
  that
• 45:19
  we.
• 45:20
  He
• 45:20
  does.
• 45:20
  That
• 45:20
  means
• 45:21
  that
• 45:21
  we
• 45:21
  look
• 45:21
  at
• 45:21
  him
• 45:21
  as
• 45:22
  a
• 45:22
  person.
• 45:22
  The
• 45:23
  totality
• 45:23
  of
• 45:23
  who
• 45:23
  he
• 45:24
  is.
• 45:24
  It's
• 45:24
  like,
• 45:24
  oh,
• 45:24
  there's
• 45:24
  more
• 45:25
  expect
• 45:25
  if
• 45:26
  I
• 45:26
  just
• 45:26
  make
• 45:26
  a
• 45:26
  knee
• 45:26
  jerk
• 45:27
  reaction,
• 45:27
  I'm
• 45:28
  going
• 45:28
  to
• 45:28
  hate
• 45:28
  someone
• 45:28
  without
• 45:29
  seeing
• 45:29
  who
• 45:29
  they
• 45:30
  are
• 45:30
  as
• 45:30
  a
• 45:30
  person.
• 45:31
  Because
• 45:31
  he
• 45:31
  did
• 45:31
  love
• 45:32
  Tony.
• 45:32
  He
• 45:32
  did
• 45:32
  see
• 45:33
  him
• 45:33
  as
• 45:33
  his
• 45:33
  greatest
• 45:34
  creation,
• 45:34
  but
• 45:35
  he
• 45:35
  also
• 45:35
  spent
• 45:36
  much
• 45:36
  time
• 45:36
  away
• 45:36
  from
• 45:36
  him,
• 45:37
  wasn't
• 45:37
  always
• 45:38
  the
• 45:38
  best
• 45:38
  person
• 45:38
  when
• 45:39
  it
• 45:39
  came
• 45:39
  to
• 45:39
  loving
• 45:39
  his
• 45:40
  son.
• 45:40
  Like
• 45:40
  these
• 45:41
  two
• 45:41
  things
• 45:41
  can
• 45:41
  both
• 45:42
  be
• 45:42
  true
• 45:42
  at
• 45:42
  the
• 45:42
  same
• 45:42
  time.
• 45:43
  And
• 45:43
  I
• 45:43
  think
• 45:43
  the
• 45:44
  film
• 45:44
  did
• 45:44
  a
• 45:44
  great
• 45:44
  enough
• 45:44
  job
• 45:45
  at
• 45:45
  showing
• 45:45
  that
• 45:45
  because,
• 45:45
  well,
• 45:46
  how
• 45:46
  do
• 45:46
  you
• 45:46
  make
• 45:46
  a
• 45:46
  man
• 45:46
  like
• 45:46
  Tony
• 45:47
  Stark?
• 45:47
  Well,
• 45:47
  you
• 45:47
  have
• 45:48
  a
• 45:48
  man,
• 45:49
  Howard
• 45:49
  Stark,
• 45:50
  who
• 45:50
  does
• 45:50
  love
• 45:50
  him,
• 45:51
  but
• 45:51
  doesn't
• 45:51
  always
• 45:52
  seem
• 45:52
  to
• 45:52
  make
• 45:52
  him.
• 45:52
  The
• 45:52
  priority
• 45:53
  is
• 45:53
  focused
• 45:54
  more
• 45:54
  on
• 45:54
  his
• 45:54
  company
• 45:54
  and
• 45:55
  his
• 45:55
  inventions
• 45:55
  and
• 45:56
  doesn't
• 45:56
  seem
• 45:56
  to
• 45:56
  show
• 45:57
  the
• 45:57
  same
• 45:57
  love
• 45:57
  to
• 45:57
  his
• 45:57
  wife.
• 45:58
  And
• 45:59
  well,
• 45:59
  no
• 45:59
  wonder
• 45:59
  Tony
• 46:00
  ends
• 46:00
  up
• 46:00
  the
• 46:00
  way
• 46:00
  he
• 46:00
  does
• 46:01
  because
• 46:01
  he's
• 46:01
  got
• 46:01
  to
• 46:01
  prove
• 46:01
  himself
• 46:02
  to
• 46:02
  his
• 46:02
  dad
• 46:02
  in
• 46:03
  a
• 46:03
  once
• 46:03
  again
• 46:03
  a
• 46:04
  way
• 46:04
  much
• 46:04
  better
• 46:04
  than
• 46:04
  Angley's
• 46:05
  Hulk,
• 46:05
  which
• 46:05
  I
• 46:05
  think
• 46:06
  is
• 46:06
  our
• 46:06
  punching
• 46:06
  bag
• 46:07
  for
• 46:07
  I
• 46:07
  guess,
• 46:07
  this
• 46:07
  episode,
• 46:08
  you
• 46:08
  know,
• 46:09
  because
• 46:09
  Tony
• 46:09
  wants
• 46:10
  daddy
• 46:10
  to
• 46:10
  love
• 46:10
  him.
• 46:11
  And
• 46:11
  it's
• 46:11
  shown
• 46:12
  here.
• 46:12
  Oh,
• 46:12
  absolutely.
• 46:13
  And
• 46:13
  I
• 46:13
  mean,
• 46:14
  yeah,
• 46:14
  just
• 46:15
  the
• 46:15
  way
• 46:16
  all
• 46:16
  that
• 46:16
  plays
• 46:16
  out.
• 46:17
  I
• 46:17
  mean
• 46:17
  it,
• 46:18
  you
• 46:18
  know,
• 46:20
  like
• 46:20
  years
• 46:20
  into.
• 46:22
  Yes,
• 46:22
  there
• 46:22
  were
• 46:23
  a
• 46:23
  lot
• 46:23
  of
• 46:23
  obligatory
• 46:24
  world
• 46:24
  building
• 46:24
  elements
• 46:24
  they
• 46:25
  had
• 46:25
  to
• 46:25
  do.
• 46:25
  And
• 46:25
  again,
• 46:26
  Favreau
• 46:26
  wasn't
• 46:27
  as
• 46:28
  crazy
• 46:28
  about
• 46:28
  including
• 46:28
  those,
• 46:29
  but
• 46:29
  he
• 46:29
  still,
• 46:30
  you
• 46:30
  know,
• 46:30
  does.
• 46:30
  Is
• 46:31
  a
• 46:31
  great
• 46:31
  job
• 46:31
  of
• 46:32
  making
• 46:32
  a
• 46:33
  character
• 46:33
  driven
• 46:34
  story.
• 46:34
  And,
• 46:36
  and
• 46:36
  yeah,
• 46:37
  it,
• 46:37
  it
• 46:37
  still
• 46:37
  really
• 46:38
  holds
• 46:38
  up.
• 46:39
  And
• 46:40
  I
• 46:40
  do
• 46:40
  love
• 46:40
  the
• 46:40
  action
• 46:40
  sequences.
• 46:43
  Yeah,
• 46:43
  they're
• 46:43
  like,
• 46:44
  oh,
• 46:44
  and
• 46:44
  I
• 46:44
  mean.
• 46:44
  And
• 46:45
  yeah,
• 46:45
  with
• 46:45
  the
• 46:45
  recasting,
• 46:46
  another
• 46:47
  thing,
• 46:47
  you
• 46:47
  know,
• 46:47
  you
• 46:47
  can
• 46:47
  look
• 46:48
  up
• 46:48
  like
• 46:48
  why
• 46:48
  Terrence
• 46:49
  Howard
• 46:49
  left.
• 46:50
  But
• 46:51
  I,
• 46:51
  you
• 46:51
  know,
• 46:51
  I,
• 46:51
  I.
• 46:52
  And
• 46:52
  I
• 46:52
  did
• 46:52
  really
• 46:52
  like
• 46:53
  Terence
• 46:53
  Howard
• 46:54
  in
• 46:54
  the
• 46:54
  first
• 46:54
  one,
• 46:55
  but
• 46:56
  Don
• 46:56
  Cheadle
• 46:57
  I
• 46:57
  think
• 46:57
  really
• 46:57
  is
• 46:58
  roadie
• 46:59
  War
• 46:59
  Machine.
• 47:00
  So,
• 47:00
  you
• 47:01
  know,
• 47:01
  it
• 47:01
  worked
• 47:02
  out.
• 47:03
  But
• 47:03
  yeah,
• 47:04
  and
• 47:04
  I
• 47:04
  mean,
• 47:04
  and
• 47:04
  I
• 47:05
  do
• 47:05
  love
• 47:05
  the
• 47:05
  scene
• 47:05
  when
• 47:06
  the
• 47:06
  fight
• 47:06
  scene
• 47:06
  at
• 47:07
  the
• 47:07
  end,
• 47:07
  I'm
• 47:07
  like,
• 47:07
  yes,
• 47:08
  it's
• 47:08
  big,
• 47:09
  you
• 47:09
  know,
• 47:09
  robots
• 47:10
  fighting
• 47:10
  them
• 47:10
  and
• 47:11
  stuff,
• 47:11
  but
• 47:11
  it's,
• 47:11
  it's
• 47:12
  pretty
• 47:12
  cool.
• 47:12
  I
• 47:13
  also
• 47:13
  have
• 47:13
  to
• 47:13
  give
• 47:13
  credit
• 47:13
  for
• 47:14
  that
• 47:14
  scene
• 47:14
  because
• 47:14
  I
• 47:15
  get
• 47:15
  kind
• 47:15
  of.
• 47:15
  There's
• 47:16
  a
• 47:16
  lot
• 47:16
  of
• 47:16
  this
• 47:16
  in
• 47:16
  the
• 47:16
  MCU
• 47:17
  where
• 47:17
  there
• 47:18
  is
• 47:18
  infinite
• 47:19
  collateral
• 47:20
  damage
• 47:20
  and,
• 47:21
  and
• 47:21
  you
• 47:22
  know,
• 47:22
  you're
• 47:22
  like
• 47:22
  cheering
• 47:23
  on
• 47:23
  while,
• 47:23
  you
• 47:23
  know,
• 47:24
  like
• 47:24
  battles
• 47:24
  are
• 47:24
  taking
• 47:25
  place
• 47:25
  and
• 47:25
  citizens
• 47:26
  are
• 47:26
  getting
• 47:26
  killed.
• 47:26
  I
• 47:27
  do
• 47:27
  appreciate
• 47:27
  in
• 47:28
  the
• 47:28
  final
• 47:28
  battle
• 47:28
  in
• 47:28
  this
• 47:28
  one,
• 47:29
  there
• 47:29
  aren't
• 47:29
  really
• 47:29
  any
• 47:30
  civilian
• 47:30
  casualties.
• 47:31
  Like
• 47:31
  there's
• 47:31
  destruction
• 47:32
  and
• 47:32
  stuff.
• 47:32
  But
• 47:32
  I
• 47:33
  like
• 47:33
  that
• 47:33
  the,
• 47:34
  that
• 47:34
  final
• 47:35
  fight
• 47:35
  takes
• 47:35
  place
• 47:36
  like
• 47:36
  off
• 47:36
  in
• 47:37
  the
• 47:37
  woods
• 47:37
  and,
• 47:39
  and
• 47:39
  they're
• 47:39
  away
• 47:39
  from
• 47:39
  people.
• 47:40
  That
• 47:40
  was
• 47:40
  refreshing
• 47:41
  because
• 47:42
  while
• 47:42
  the
• 47:42
  collateral
• 47:43
  damage
• 47:43
  obviously
• 47:44
  plays
• 47:45
  a
• 47:45
  part
• 47:45
  and
• 47:45
  paves
• 47:45
  the
• 47:45
  way
• 47:46
  for
• 47:46
  Civil
• 47:46
  War,
• 47:47
  you
• 47:47
  know,
• 47:47
  like,
• 47:48
  it
• 47:48
  gets
• 47:48
  a
• 47:48
  little
• 47:49
  exhausting
• 47:50
  and
• 47:50
  when
• 47:50
  it's
• 47:50
  not
• 47:50
  addressed,
• 47:52
  it's
• 47:52
  problematic.
• 47:53
  So
• 47:53
  I
• 47:53
  did
• 47:54
  like
• 47:54
  that
• 47:54
  that
• 47:54
  takes
• 47:55
  place
• 47:55
  there.
• 47:55
  I
• 47:55
  also
• 47:56
  love
• 47:56
  Sam
• 47:56
  Rockwell
• 47:57
  as
• 47:57
  Justin
• 47:58
  Hammer.
• 47:58
  Perfect
• 47:59
  casting
• 47:59
  there.
• 47:59
  I
• 48:00
  kind
• 48:00
  of
• 48:00
  wish
• 48:00
  we
• 48:00
  got
• 48:00
  to
• 48:00
  see
• 48:00
  him
• 48:01
  again.
• 48:02
  But
• 48:02
  yeah,
• 48:02
  so
• 48:03
  there's
• 48:03
  still,
• 48:03
  I
• 48:04
  mean,
• 48:04
  yeah,
• 48:04
  it
• 48:04
  still
• 48:04
  holds
• 48:05
  up.
• 48:07
  So
• 48:07
  with
• 48:08
  that
• 48:08
  in
• 48:08
  mind,
• 48:08
  now
• 48:08
  I'm
• 48:08
  really
• 48:09
  interested
• 48:09
  now
• 48:09
  because
• 48:10
  I
• 48:10
  was
• 48:10
  not
• 48:10
  expecting
• 48:11
  actually
• 48:11
  knowing
• 48:12
  your
• 48:12
  taste,
• 48:12
  like,
• 48:12
  I
• 48:13
  just
• 48:13
  did
• 48:13
  not
• 48:13
  expect
• 48:13
  you
• 48:14
  to
• 48:14
  put
• 48:14
  Iron
• 48:14
  Man
• 48:15
  2
• 48:15
  this
• 48:15
  high.
• 48:15
  So
• 48:16
  I'm
• 48:16
  now
• 48:16
  very
• 48:16
  interested
• 48:17
  in
• 48:17
  your
• 48:18
  ranking
• 48:18
  of
• 48:18
  these
• 48:18
  three
• 48:18
  movies.
• 48:19
  Yeah,
• 48:20
  I'll
• 48:20
  go
• 48:20
  to
• 48:21
  one.
• 48:21
  Hulk
• 48:23
  1
• 48:23
  does
• 48:23
  an
• 48:23
  excellent
• 48:24
  job
• 48:24
  at
• 48:24
  introducing
• 48:25
  Tony
• 48:26
  to
• 48:26
  the
• 48:26
  regular
• 48:27
  general
• 48:27
  audience.
• 48:28
  I
• 48:28
  think
• 48:28
  two
• 48:28
  builds
• 48:29
  up
• 48:29
  on
• 48:29
  that
• 48:29
  even
• 48:30
  more.
• 48:30
  And
• 48:31
  Hulk
• 48:31
  is
• 48:32
  Hulk.
• 48:32
  I
• 48:32
  mean,
• 48:32
  it's
• 48:33
  not
• 48:33
  like
• 48:34
  the
• 48:34
  Marvel's
• 48:35
  forgettable
• 48:35
  or
• 48:36
  Brave
• 48:36
  New
• 48:37
  World
• 48:37
  bad.
• 48:37
  Like,
• 48:38
  it
• 48:38
  is
• 48:38
  what
• 48:38
  it
• 48:38
  is.
• 48:39
  That's
• 48:39
  really
• 48:39
  interesting
• 48:40
  because,
• 48:40
  like,
• 48:40
  oh,
• 48:40
  we
• 48:41
  had
• 48:41
  the
• 48:41
  same
• 48:42
  the
• 48:42
  Fox
• 48:42
  X
• 48:43
  Men
• 48:43
  ranking
• 48:43
  super
• 48:43
  easy.
• 48:44
  We
• 48:44
  all
• 48:44
  had.
• 48:44
  We're
• 48:45
  in
• 48:45
  agreement
• 48:45
  there.
• 48:45
  I'm
• 48:46
  actually,
• 48:46
  I'm
• 48:46
  gonna
• 48:46
  go.
• 48:46
  Iron
• 48:47
  man
• 48:47
  is
• 48:47
  easily
• 48:48
  my
• 48:48
  number
• 48:48
  one.
• 48:48
  It
• 48:48
  still
• 48:49
  remains
• 48:49
  one
• 48:49
  of
• 48:49
  my
• 48:50
  all
• 48:50
  time
• 48:50
  favorite
• 48:51
  MCU
• 48:51
  movies.
• 48:51
  Favorite
• 48:52
  comic
• 48:52
  book
• 48:52
  movies
• 48:53
  and
• 48:53
  then
• 48:53
  Hulk
• 48:54
  and
• 48:54
  then
• 48:54
  Iron
• 48:54
  Man
• 48:54
  2.
• 48:55
  So
• 48:55
  I
• 48:55
  got,
• 48:55
  you
• 48:55
  know,
• 48:55
  and
• 48:57
  actually,
• 48:57
  and
• 48:58
  I
• 48:58
  mean
• 48:58
  I,
• 48:58
  I
• 48:59
  give
• 49:00
  them
• 49:00
  like,
• 49:00
  you
• 49:01
  know,
• 49:01
  sort
• 49:02
  of
• 49:02
  similar
• 49:02
  ratings.
• 49:03
  Those
• 49:03
  are
• 49:03
  two.
• 49:04
  Not
• 49:05
  bad
• 49:05
  by
• 49:05
  any
• 49:05
  means,
• 49:06
  but
• 49:06
  you
• 49:06
  know,
• 49:07
  entertaining.
• 49:07
  But
• 49:08
  I,
• 49:08
  there's
• 49:08
  things
• 49:09
  about
• 49:09
  each
• 49:09
  I
• 49:09
  like
• 49:10
  but.
• 49:10
  But
• 49:11
  I
• 49:11
  think
• 49:11
  there
• 49:11
  is
• 49:11
  a
• 49:12
  big
• 49:12
  gap
• 49:12
  between
• 49:12
  those
• 49:13
  and
• 49:13
  the
• 49:13
  first
• 49:14
  Iron
• 49:14
  man
• 49:14
  film.
• 49:14
  So
• 49:15
  it's
• 49:15
  really
• 49:15
  interesting.
• 49:16
  But.
• 49:16
  Yeah.
• 49:16
  Oh
• 49:17
  yeah.
• 49:17
  Excellent.
• 49:18
  So
• 49:19
  let's
• 49:19
  see
• 49:19
  what.
• 49:20
  Oh,
• 49:20
  and
• 49:20
  now
• 49:20
  this
• 49:20
  is
• 49:21
  a.
• 49:21
  So
• 49:22
  we
• 49:22
  are
• 49:22
  talking
• 49:23
  about
• 49:23
  post
• 49:23
  credit
• 49:24
  scenes
• 49:24
  and
• 49:24
  there
• 49:24
  are
• 49:25
  numerous
• 49:25
  throughout
• 49:26
  what,
• 49:26
  you
• 49:27
  know,
• 49:27
  almost
• 49:27
  40
• 49:27
  movies
• 49:28
  now
• 49:29
  like
• 49:29
  that.
• 49:30
  Do
• 49:30
  you?
• 49:30
  I,
• 49:30
  I
• 49:30
  could
• 49:30
  give
• 49:31
  mine
• 49:31
  while
• 49:31
  you're
• 49:31
  thinking,
• 49:32
  but
• 49:32
  I.
• 49:32
  Do
• 49:32
  you
• 49:33
  have
• 49:33
  like,
• 49:33
  you
• 49:33
  can
• 49:33
  list
• 49:34
  a
• 49:34
  couple
• 49:34
  too
• 49:34
  if
• 49:34
  you,
• 49:35
  I
• 49:35
  mean,
• 49:36
  I
• 49:36
  mean
• 49:36
  let's
• 49:37
  kind
• 49:37
  of
• 49:37
  like
• 49:37
  obviously
• 49:38
  the
• 49:38
  Avengers
• 49:38
  one,
• 49:38
  you
• 49:39
  know,
• 49:39
  is
• 49:39
  a
• 49:39
  game
• 49:40
  like
• 49:40
  that's,
• 49:40
  you
• 49:40
  know,
• 49:41
  a
• 49:41
  given.
• 49:41
  One
• 49:42
  of
• 49:42
  my.
• 49:42
  But
• 49:42
  one
• 49:43
  of
• 49:43
  my
• 49:43
  all
• 49:43
  time
• 49:43
  favorites
• 49:43
  though
• 49:44
  has
• 49:44
  to
• 49:44
  be
• 49:45
  in
• 49:45
  Spider
• 49:46
  Man.
• 49:46
  Far
• 49:46
  From
• 49:46
  Home.
• 49:47
  When
• 49:47
  we
• 49:47
  had
• 49:48
  J.K.
• 49:48
  simmons,
• 49:49
  J.
• 49:49
  Jonah
• 49:49
  Jameson
• 49:50
  return,
• 49:51
  we
• 49:52
  played
• 49:52
  alone
• 49:52
  is
• 49:52
  a
• 49:52
  different
• 49:53
  version
• 49:53
  of
• 49:53
  Jameson.
• 49:54
  But
• 49:54
  still
• 49:55
  I
• 49:55
  was
• 49:55
  so
• 49:55
  happy
• 49:56
  that
• 49:56
  they
• 49:56
  brought
• 49:57
  Simmons
• 49:57
  to
• 49:57
  play
• 49:58
  the
• 49:58
  character
• 49:59
  again
• 49:59
  because
• 49:59
  no
• 49:59
  one
• 49:59
  else
• 50:00
  can
• 50:00
  do
• 50:00
  it
• 50:00
  like
• 50:01
  him.
• 50:01
  And,
• 50:01
  and
• 50:02
  it
• 50:02
  was,
• 50:02
  and
• 50:02
  that
• 50:02
  one
• 50:03
  was
• 50:03
  such
• 50:03
  a
• 50:03
  brilliant
• 50:03
  scene
• 50:04
  because
• 50:04
  it
• 50:04
  was
• 50:04
  when
• 50:06
  Mysterio
• 50:08
  posthumously
• 50:09
  reveals
• 50:09
  Peter
• 50:10
  Parker
• 50:10
  to
• 50:10
  the
• 50:10
  world
• 50:10
  as
• 50:10
  Spider
• 50:11
  Man.
• 50:11
  That
• 50:12
  was,
• 50:13
  I'll
• 50:13
  always
• 50:14
  remember
• 50:14
  that
• 50:14
  in
• 50:14
  the
• 50:14
  theater.
• 50:15
  So
• 50:15
  that
• 50:16
  was
• 50:16
  one
• 50:16
  of
• 50:16
  my
• 50:16
  all
• 50:16
  time
• 50:16
  favorites.
• 50:17
  But
• 50:17
  do
• 50:17
  you
• 50:17
  have
• 50:18
  Christian
• 50:18
  either
• 50:18
  a
• 50:18
  favorite
• 50:19
  or
• 50:19
  a
• 50:19
  couple
• 50:19
  of
• 50:19
  favorites?
• 50:20
  I
• 50:20
  mean,
• 50:20
  it's
• 50:21
  hard.
• 50:21
  I
• 50:21
  mean
• 50:22
  there
• 50:23
  are
• 50:23
  definitely
• 50:23
  better
• 50:23
  ones
• 50:23
  out
• 50:24
  there.
• 50:24
  But
• 50:24
  I
• 50:24
  do
• 50:24
  remember
• 50:25
  the
• 50:25
  initial
• 50:25
  first
• 50:26
  one
• 50:26
  the
• 50:26
  most
• 50:27
  because
• 50:28
  of
• 50:28
  how
• 50:28
  I
• 50:28
  felt.
• 50:29
  Oh,
• 50:30
  once
• 50:30
  again
• 50:31
  they're
• 50:31
  going
• 50:31
  to
• 50:31
  be
• 50:32
  making
• 50:32
  more
• 50:32
  with
• 50:33
  some
• 50:33
  of
• 50:33
  these
• 50:33
  characters
• 50:34
  I
• 50:34
  love.
• 50:34
  That's
• 50:34
  great.
• 50:35
  Then
• 50:35
  of
• 50:35
  course
• 50:35
  the
• 50:36
  Avengers
• 50:36
  one
• 50:37
  where
• 50:37
  I
• 50:37
  was
• 50:37
  like,
• 50:38
  okay,
• 50:38
  yeah,
• 50:38
  Loki
• 50:38
  is
• 50:39
  our
• 50:39
  main
• 50:39
  villain.
• 50:39
  You
• 50:39
  know,
• 50:40
  makes
• 50:40
  sense.
• 50:40
  He's
• 50:40
  why
• 50:41
  they
• 50:41
  become
• 50:41
  the
• 50:41
  avengers
• 50:42
  in
• 50:42
  Avengers
• 50:42
  1
• 50:43
  all
• 50:43
  the
• 50:43
  way
• 50:43
  back
• 50:44
  to
• 50:44
  the
• 50:44
  Wind.
• 50:44
  But
• 50:45
  then
• 50:45
  we
• 50:45
  get
• 50:45
  to
• 50:45
  Thanos
• 50:47
  and
• 50:47
  my
• 50:48
  little
• 50:48
  geeky
• 50:48
  heart
• 50:49
  just
• 50:49
  like
• 50:50
  exploded
• 50:51
  from
• 50:51
  happiness.
• 50:52
  As
• 50:52
  someone
• 50:52
  who
• 50:52
  has
• 50:53
  read
• 50:53
  through
• 50:54
  Infinity
• 50:54
  Gauntlet
• 50:55
  like
• 50:55
  multiple
• 50:56
  times
• 50:56
  over
• 50:56
  before
• 50:57
  that
• 50:57
  movie
• 50:57
  had
• 50:57
  even
• 50:58
  come
• 50:58
  out,
• 50:59
  I
• 50:59
  was
• 51:00
  like,
• 51:00
  yes,
• 51:00
  yes,
• 51:01
  I
• 51:01
  want
• 51:01
  to
• 51:01
  see
• 51:01
  him
• 51:02
  on
• 51:02
  screen.
• 51:03
  Does
• 51:03
  that
• 51:03
  mean
• 51:03
  we're
• 51:03
  doing
• 51:04
  cosmic
• 51:04
  stuff
• 51:04
  and
• 51:04
  like
• 51:05
  not
• 51:05
  knowing
• 51:05
  all
• 51:05
  the
• 51:05
  rights
• 51:06
  issues?
• 51:06
  Can
• 51:06
  we
• 51:06
  get
• 51:07
  Silver
• 51:07
  Surfer,
• 51:07
  Adam
• 51:08
  Warlock
• 51:08
  and
• 51:08
  all
• 51:08
  this?
• 51:08
  And
• 51:09
  obviously
• 51:09
  that's
• 51:09
  not
• 51:09
  what
• 51:09
  happened.
• 51:10
  But
• 51:10
  like
• 51:10
  the
• 51:10
  speculation
• 51:11
  that
• 51:11
  came
• 51:11
  just
• 51:11
  from
• 51:11
  seeing
• 51:12
  him
• 51:13
  on
• 51:13
  screen,
• 51:13
  it's
• 51:13
  like,
• 51:14
  yes,
• 51:14
  give
• 51:14
  me
• 51:15
  more
• 51:15
  of
• 51:15
  that.
• 51:15
  So
• 51:16
  I'm
• 51:16
  going
• 51:16
  to
• 51:16
  say
• 51:16
  Thanos's
• 51:17
  reveal,
• 51:17
  it
• 51:18
  was
• 51:18
  a
• 51:18
  mouth
• 51:18
  drop.
• 51:18
  I
• 51:18
  mean,
• 51:19
  you're
• 51:19
  already
• 51:19
  go
• 51:19
  through.
• 51:20
  We'll
• 51:20
  get
• 51:20
  to
• 51:20
  Avengers
• 51:21
  very
• 51:22
  soon.
• 51:22
  But,
• 51:23
  you
• 51:23
  know,
• 51:23
  you
• 51:24
  already
• 51:24
  go
• 51:24
  through
• 51:24
  this
• 51:24
  epic
• 51:25
  crossover
• 51:25
  movie.
• 51:25
  We're
• 51:26
  all.
• 51:26
  We
• 51:26
  didn't
• 51:26
  need
• 51:27
  anything.
• 51:27
  You
• 51:27
  could
• 51:28
  have
• 51:28
  just
• 51:28
  said
• 51:28
  cut
• 51:28
  to
• 51:29
  the
• 51:29
  credits
• 51:29
  were
• 51:29
  good,
• 51:29
  but
• 51:30
  then
• 51:30
  they
• 51:30
  dropped
• 51:30
  that
• 51:31
  and
• 51:31
  yeah,
• 51:31
  it
• 51:32
  was
• 51:32
  just,
• 51:32
  I
• 51:32
  mean,
• 51:33
  nerd
• 51:33
  heaven.
• 51:34
  Yeah.
• 51:35
  Oh,
• 51:35
  absolutely.
• 51:35
  Yeah.
• 51:36
  Awesome.
• 51:37
  Well,
• 51:37
  Krishna,
• 51:38
  this
• 51:38
  was
• 51:38
  an
• 51:38
  absolute
• 51:39
  blast.
• 51:39
  And
• 51:40
  before
• 51:40
  we
• 51:40
  go,
• 51:41
  do
• 51:41
  you
• 51:41
  have
• 51:41
  any
• 51:41
  recommendations
• 51:42
  either
• 51:42
  from
• 51:43
  anything
• 51:43
  we
• 51:43
  talked
• 51:44
  about
• 51:44
  tonight
• 51:44
  or
• 51:44
  something
• 51:45
  totally
• 51:45
  different?
• 51:46
  I'll
• 51:46
  give
• 51:46
  mine
• 51:47
  real
• 51:47
  quick.
• 51:47
  And
• 51:47
  that's
• 51:47
  the
• 51:48
  90s
• 51:48
  Hulk
• 51:49
  animated
• 51:49
  series.
• 51:51
  That
• 51:51
  one
• 51:52
  also
• 51:52
  pretty
• 51:53
  short
• 51:53
  lived.
• 51:53
  Not,
• 51:53
  you
• 51:54
  know,
• 51:54
  as
• 51:55
  iconic
• 51:55
  as
• 51:55
  Spider
• 51:56
  Man.
• 51:56
  X
• 51:56
  Men.
• 51:56
  Right.
• 51:57
  But
• 51:57
  it's.
• 51:57
  If
• 51:58
  you've
• 51:58
  never
• 51:58
  seen
• 51:58
  that.
• 51:59
  I
• 51:59
  remember,
• 51:59
  you
• 52:00
  know,
• 52:00
  loving
• 52:00
  that
• 52:00
  as
• 52:00
  a
• 52:01
  kid.
• 52:01
  I've
• 52:01
  rewatched
• 52:02
  it
• 52:02
  since
• 52:02
  and
• 52:02
  it
• 52:03
  really
• 52:03
  holds
• 52:03
  up.
• 52:03
  It's
• 52:04
  so
• 52:04
  definitely
• 52:05
  check
• 52:05
  that
• 52:05
  out.
• 52:06
  You
• 52:06
  also
• 52:07
  have
• 52:07
  Mark
• 52:07
  Hamill
• 52:08
  playing.
• 52:08
  He
• 52:09
  played
• 52:09
  the
• 52:09
  leader,
• 52:09
  I
• 52:09
  think.
• 52:10
  Yeah,
• 52:10
  yeah.
• 52:11
  He
• 52:12
  was
• 52:12
  either
• 52:12
  him
• 52:12
  or
• 52:13
  the
• 52:13
  gargoyle.
• 52:13
  I
• 52:13
  think
• 52:13
  it
• 52:13
  was
• 52:14
  the
• 52:14
  gargoyle.
• 52:14
  I
• 52:14
  was
• 52:15
  the
• 52:15
  guy.
• 52:15
  Yeah,
• 52:15
  you're
• 52:15
  right.
• 52:15
  You're
• 52:16
  right.
• 52:16
  Yeah.
• 52:17
  I
• 52:17
  was
• 52:17
  like,
• 52:17
  yeah,
• 52:17
  yeah,
• 52:17
  yeah,
• 52:18
  yeah.
• 52:18
  Yep.
• 52:19
  Awesome.
• 52:20
  So
• 52:21
  in
• 52:21
  the
• 52:21
  comics,
• 52:22
  there's
• 52:22
  been
• 52:22
  all
• 52:22
  this
• 52:23
  news
• 52:23
  about
• 52:23
  like
• 52:23
  the,
• 52:23
  the
• 52:23
  Armageddon
• 52:24
  stuff
• 52:24
  or
• 52:24
  whatever
• 52:25
  they're
• 52:25
  doing
• 52:25
  with
• 52:25
  Marvel.
• 52:26
  Whether
• 52:26
  or
• 52:26
  not
• 52:26
  that's
• 52:27
  going
• 52:27
  to
• 52:27
  be
• 52:27
  like
• 52:27
  a
• 52:27
  total
• 52:27
  reboot
• 52:28
  or
• 52:28
  not.
• 52:28
  Odds
• 52:29
  are
• 52:29
  probably
• 52:29
  not.
• 52:30
  But
• 52:30
  that
• 52:30
  got
• 52:30
  me
• 52:30
  thinking.
• 52:31
  It's
• 52:31
  been
• 52:31
  a
• 52:31
  while.
• 52:31
  I
• 52:31
  hadn't
• 52:31
  read
• 52:32
  Crisis
• 52:32
  on
• 52:32
  Infinite
• 52:32
  Earth
• 52:33
  again,
• 52:33
  so
• 52:33
  I
• 52:33
  did
• 52:33
  that
• 52:34
  again
• 52:34
  and
• 52:34
  it
• 52:35
  definitely
• 52:35
  holds
• 52:35
  up.
• 52:36
  DC
• 52:37
  is
• 52:37
  a
• 52:37
  giant
• 52:37
  muddled
• 52:38
  mess
• 52:38
  just
• 52:38
  as
• 52:38
  much
• 52:38
  as
• 52:38
  Marvel's
• 52:39
  a
• 52:39
  giant
• 52:39
  muddled
• 52:39
  mess.
• 52:40
  But
• 52:40
  they
• 52:40
  have
• 52:40
  more
• 52:40
  time
• 52:40
  to
• 52:40
  get
• 52:41
  muddled
• 52:41
  up.
• 52:41
  And
• 52:42
  Crisis
• 52:42
  at
• 52:42
  the
• 52:42
  time
• 52:43
  was
• 52:43
  the
• 52:43
  perfect
• 52:43
  way
• 52:44
  of
• 52:44
  like
• 52:44
  getting
• 52:45
  things
• 52:45
  back
• 52:45
  on
• 52:46
  track,
• 52:46
  of
• 52:46
  like
• 52:46
  establishing
• 52:47
  things
• 52:47
  before
• 52:47
  they
• 52:48
  would
• 52:48
  eventually
• 52:48
  go
• 52:48
  new
• 52:48
  52,
• 52:49
  blah,
• 52:49
  blah,
• 52:49
  blah.
• 52:49
  But
• 52:50
  yeah,
• 52:50
  Crisis
• 52:51
  on
• 52:51
  Infinite
• 52:51
  Earths,
• 52:52
  it's
• 52:52
  the
• 52:52
  perfect
• 52:52
  blueprint
• 52:53
  if
• 52:53
  you
• 52:53
  ever
• 52:53
  want
• 52:53
  to
• 52:54
  reset
• 52:54
  your
• 52:54
  universe.
• 52:54
  That's
• 52:55
  kind
• 52:55
  of
• 52:55
  how
• 52:55
  you
• 52:55
  do
• 52:55
  it.
• 52:56
  Yeah.
• 52:56
  Fun
• 52:56
  fact.
• 52:57
  I
• 52:57
  got
• 52:57
  to
• 52:57
  interview
• 52:57
  Marv
• 52:58
  Wolfman
• 52:58
  years
• 52:58
  ago
• 52:59
  at
• 52:59
  a
• 52:59
  con.
• 52:59
  So
• 52:59
  that
• 53:00
  was
• 53:00
  a
• 53:00
  blast.
• 53:00
  Nice.
• 53:01
  Yeah,
• 53:01
  that
• 53:01
  was
• 53:01
  a
• 53:01
  lot.
• 53:02
  Yeah,
• 53:02
  that
• 53:02
  was
• 53:02
  a
• 53:02
  cool
• 53:03
  moment.
• 53:04
  Awesome.
• 53:04
  Well,
• 53:04
  Christian,
• 53:05
  thank
• 53:05
  you
• 53:05
  so
• 53:06
  much
• 53:06
  as
• 53:06
  always.
• 53:06
  And
• 53:06
  we've
• 53:06
  got
• 53:07
  many
• 53:07
  more
• 53:07
  episodes
• 53:08
  in
• 53:08
  this
• 53:08
  series
• 53:08
  to
• 53:08
  go,
• 53:09
  so
• 53:10
  thank
• 53:10
  you
• 53:10
  all
• 53:10
  for
• 53:11
  listening,
• 53:11
  watching.
• 53:12
  We'll
• 53:13
  be
• 53:13
  talking
• 53:14
  about
• 53:14
  all
• 53:15
  the
• 53:15
  movies
• 53:15
  leading
• 53:16
  up
• 53:16
  to
• 53:16
  doomsday
• 53:17
  later
• 53:17
  this
• 53:17
  year.
• 53:18
  So
• 53:18
  stick
• 53:19
  with
• 53:19
  us
• 53:19
  and
• 53:20
  remember,
• 53:20
  we
• 53:21
  are
• 53:21
  all
• 53:21
  a
• 53:21
  chosen
• 53:21
  people.
• 53:22
  A
• 53:22
  geekdom
• 53:23
  of
• 53:23
  priests.
• 53:24
  Take
• 53:24
  care
• 53:25
  of.
