SPEAKER_00: Hulindav Gimel, Erv Lagbaim al Khumaratana.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna start the bye.
• 0:05
  SPEAKER_00: We're up to date, we're good.
• 0:06
  SPEAKER_00: Amish, see what's a good idea.
• 0:08
SPEAKER_00: So Hulundaf Gimel, we're gonna start.
• 0:09
SPEAKER_00: We left off two lines from the bottom, Baze Mid Baez.
• 0:11
  SPEAKER_00: Hi, Tomid Tamibimai.
• 0:13
SPEAKER_00: So the question is we started Hulin, and then the first line of the Masakh that we saw, an apparent stero, which is what the Gemara was busy with for this first daf, and we're gonna see for today's daf as well.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_00: So we said Hakol Shoichten.
• 0:24
  SPEAKER_00: Anyone can do shaitah.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: Sounds like anyone, Hakol is always the rabbi, someone.
• 0:29
SPEAKER_00: By the way, if they shachhted, it's gonna be kosher.
• 0:30
  SPEAKER_00: Hakol shaikhtin is mashmachilah.
• 0:35
SPEAKER_00: So it's uh steer of the ratio to the sefa.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_00: Is it lichhathilah that everyone can shachta, or is it only bidiyavid?
• 0:41
SPEAKER_00: Meaning what's it coming to bring out?
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: So we saw one answer in yesterday's daft, which was yesterday's daff, which we learned two days ago or three days ago, that uh that Rabba Bar Ullah said, What?
• 0:51
SPEAKER_00: Hakl Shayth and you're right.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_00: It's a steer between the ratio and the seva, but it's actually coming to be marbe something.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: That's why it's coming to tell me something else.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to be Marbe, even a tameh.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shayth, and the Rabbi said tomai, even a tameh is gonna be able to do shaitha.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: We saw the shaykhit mai, is he shachting chulin?
• 1:06
  SPEAKER_00: Is he shachting khâchim?
• 1:08
SPEAKER_00: Is he shachting holding something?
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: Is not gonna be metabodik?
• 1:10
  SPEAKER_00: What's the khidesh?
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: Because it's uh in shanasu they uh uh that that took on the chimer of Koydesh, etc.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: That was the first answer ahead of it.
• 1:19
SPEAKER_00: And so this here was the Rabbi Bar Ullah that Hakhol Shaytan is the rabbi is even a tummy, even a tummy is going to be able to shacht, ah, the casha was what in the Gemara we saw, pshitah, right?
• 1:30
  SPEAKER_00: What's the problem?
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: There's no answer to be metame chulin.
• 1:32
  SPEAKER_00: What's the problem?
• 1:32
SPEAKER_00: The problem was because it was chulin shanasu umras koidesh, forgot the exact line, but something we that that uh we took upon ourselves to be Mahmer to eat even chulin betahara, and that's why it was a khidash that he could even do it, he could do it holding uh not actually touching it, so he's not gonna be metamid, and all is gonna be gone fine.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: But bidyabeth it's gonna be shieldas and shira, that's my kunshim.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_00: If he doesn't, if as long as he didn't touch it, it's going to be kosh.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: That was the first answer of the sh of the stira in the gimmore.
• 2:01
  SPEAKER_00: Now we're gonna see today's daft.
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_00: There's another four answers.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_00: There's really five or really six answers.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_00: We can calculate later, but there's a bunch of answers to this stira, and the rest of the daft today is going to be bringing those other answers.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_00: But before that, let's just clarify one thing that we didn't leave that we left off with.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: That high tamah bitamibamah, this tameh.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: We answered that half shachatan is the rabbis, even if tame is gonna be able to do the shaita.
• 2:20
  SPEAKER_00: Shita's chulin.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_00: So this tame, and it's not gonna matter.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so the question is what kind of tummah does this person have that he's going to be able to shacht?
• 2:28
  SPEAKER_00: Elimidate mace.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that he's tame bitumas, how could it be?
• 2:33
  SPEAKER_00: Bahalal kherev omarachmana.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: We know the posting parts.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: So Bahalal Kherev Amarachman says halal cherev, which teaches me what halal is a corpse.
• 2:46
  SPEAKER_00: Kherev is a sword.
• 2:47
SPEAKER_00: So from the juxtaposition, spell that, of chalal cherev, right?
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: The fact that they're next to each other, we learn that halal or cherev, harayuka halal.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_00: Kherev is just like a halal.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: A sword, something metal specifically, is just like the corpse itself.
• 3:01
SPEAKER_00: It takes upon itself the chimer.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_00: We know there are different levels of toma, right?
• 3:05
SPEAKER_00: There's a viavaisa, toma, the mace itself, there's a ava, tama rish, the toma shending, toma shish, but it kachmiya vibnare toma.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that a chereb, the sword, it doesn't even become the next step.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_00: Usually when something comes into contact with something, it becomes the next step in the toma.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: It becomes one lower washed out uh version of it.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_00: But no, a chereb areuka halal, it's like the khalalatma.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: It's like the corpse itself, the metal the sword takes upon the din of the avia voiceumma, the actual avatama.
• 3:32
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore what?
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: The question is avatamahu, because if you're a tamay maze, what are you?
• 3:36
  SPEAKER_00: Your avatama.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_00: Because what's the mace itself?
• 3:38
  SPEAKER_00: That's aviavaisatoma.
• 3:39
SPEAKER_00: It turns you into avatama.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: We know each level it uh it dumbs it down a level.
• 3:43
  SPEAKER_00: So you're avatom'.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_00: Now if the chereb is harayu ka chalal, the chereb is like the thing itself.
• 3:48
SPEAKER_00: So whenever it touched, it doesn't go down a level, it takes upon itself that level.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_00: So if you're avatama and you touch a khereb, so it becomes an avatama.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_00: And an avatama, we know it can be metameh something to make it a Rishna Tomah.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, the question is Laytama il sakhana azal sakh mitamisila basar when you were holding this knife and we said sakina ruha, right?
• 4:06
  SPEAKER_00: That was our answer.
• 4:07
SPEAKER_00: Ah, you were metamet when you shaqtah.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: No, you shachhth with a long knife, you are metamid, no problem.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: But you were, you're holding a knife, it's metal, that's khherab harayu ka halal, it takes upon itself the khairaftamah that you are, and your avatama becomes an avatama, and it's gonna be metamid of the basur.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: What exactly did we just accomplish?
• 4:21
SPEAKER_00: Says, and by the way, Rashi has a question over here why do you need it to be uh Avatoma?
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: Even if you're a Rishana Toma, and then today we're talking about Khan Shim, Khotcham can go all the way to Ravivitoma.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: So it could be whatever it is, and the Kharab is gonna take upon itself that we're gonna see in a second.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_00: But either way the Rabkhid Mosa, we're saying even the Avatama it could be, but we're gonna say in the Hemshukamar, we're gonna need that for the answer because the answer is not gonna do much for us unless we know it.
• 4:43
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: So again, we said both the Lakhathila and Bediyavik.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: The Hakul Shachdin we said was Hakul Shachtin, Lichathilah, even atomic and shachthulin, as long as it doesn't touch it.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: Even if it's even if you take upon itself, even if you're the from those Machmirim who only eat Hulin Batara, but Vishitasen K Shah we said, was Bikarchan.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_00: That was bikarchan that shachitash as long as he didn't touch it.
• 5:07
  SPEAKER_00: It's it's across the board.
• 5:09
  SPEAKER_00: It's a din and toma.
• 5:11
  SPEAKER_00: It's across the board.
• 5:12
  SPEAKER_00: It's a din and toma.
• 5:15
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 5:16
  SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, yeah.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: I thought you're uh telling me now.
• 5:18
  SPEAKER_00: So uh it's a dinner, he's fine.
• 5:19
SPEAKER_00: It's a din and is a din and toma that it's uh the metal's gonna take upon itself the same din as the whatever you whatever's touching it.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: So either way, the question is what exactly did you accomplish with a long knife?
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: You just were metamidabaser straight up.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: It's not tar just because you touched it with a long stick.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: The long stick is metamid, says Nigemara.
• 5:38
  SPEAKER_00: And Tomibasharet.
• 5:39
SPEAKER_00: You're right, he's not a Avatoma, he's not Tommy Base, he has Tomibitamas Sharet.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: Another answer we could say, is the Adam the Tamibase.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_00: Really he is Tommy Bitamas.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_00: But the Kurmas Shokane with Shaqatba.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about a case where he didn't shacht using a metal knife.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: He shachted using a Kurmas Shokan, he used it like a sharp reed.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: He he checked a reed, he used it, and we know that's okay because the Taniwa Brasib Khok Shachtin, you can shacht using anything.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: Bein bitsour, whether it's a rock, bain mischukhis, glass, bain maker shokana, even a reed, you're gonna be able to do it as long as you check the reed, you do it.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_00: You shacht it, it's good, it doesn't have uh it's it's it's smooth, all the halakhas, you could do it.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_00: Why does that help us by the way?
• 6:18
  SPEAKER_00: It helps Mr.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: Srash says because shoot leads and shut it's not even a macabo tumma, if it's not even a kabotuma, then it didn't transfer the tumma over to the busser, and that's why the buser is still gonna be taller, even though you are not you tomeh says the gimara.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I so I would assume maybe it becomes it's part of the clean.
• 6:47
  SPEAKER_00: It's a part of the clean, then it's a little bit.
• 7:00
  SPEAKER_00: So Abayamar.
• 7:01
SPEAKER_00: So now that was again, that was the postscript to the first answer of the Gemara Rabba.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: Uh we had a Stira, Raish at the Sefa, right?
• 7:08
SPEAKER_00: Hakl Shaikhtin na Khathilah Shitasan Shay Rabbi Diyabh.
• 7:12
  SPEAKER_00: The first answer?
• 7:12
  SPEAKER_00: Tameh.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: Hakl Shachtin is Lerabai's Atameh.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: And then we read it in.
• 7:17
  SPEAKER_00: Ah, there's a Lakhathila case, there's a Diyabid case, etc.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_00: That is the first answer of the Gemar.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_00: Second answer the Gemarabya Marbay says a khitani.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_00: This is how you read the Bishnah.
• 7:25
  SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shaikin Mahilukuti.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shoichten is coming to be Marbe something.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_00: What's coming to be Marbe?
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: Even a kuti is allowed to do Shita.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: Not a tame like Rabbi says, it's not coming to be marbe.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: But rather even a kuti.
• 7:38
  SPEAKER_00: What's a kuti?
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: So we know the Kutim, where there's a group of people that came back in the day from a land called Kuta.
• 7:44
SPEAKER_00: And they came from Kuta, and there's a whole question all across Shast.
• 7:48
  SPEAKER_00: Very good.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: So it comes all across all across Shast.
• 7:51
  SPEAKER_00: There's a question.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: The Kutim, are they legitimate Jews or not?
• 7:55
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: The question is because they had there was a whole story.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_00: It was a whole story.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_00: It's a Gansamachlek is throughout Shas, and there's a whole story that they converted because of lions.
• 8:03
  SPEAKER_00: Lions came, scared them.
• 8:04
  SPEAKER_00: Ah, cool.
• 8:05
  SPEAKER_00: We'll be we'll become Jewish.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: And what happened was what happened?
• 8:09
SPEAKER_00: Can we go a few minutes?
• 8:09
  SPEAKER_00: A few minutes, please.
• 8:10
  SPEAKER_00: Please, I'm begging you.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_00: So the they came from the land of Kut, and there were lions that that uh scared them into convergence.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_00: The question was, were they Gere Ariasin?
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: And that's the famous Mahagaz all the time.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_00: Gare Arias, that they're not real Gairium, they were only Gary because of the lions, the Arias that scared them into it.
• 8:27
  SPEAKER_00: Araios, Milash and Lions.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: Or are they Gere MS?
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: Or the Kutim Gera MS?
• 8:33
  SPEAKER_00: The real Gaiman, they're 100% Jews.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_00: So that's the first question.
• 8:35
  SPEAKER_00: Are they Jewish?
• 8:36
  SPEAKER_00: They're not Jewish.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: We have Sheetahs there, Sheetahs, and we're gonna see it's gonna be Tulli in uh how exactly you're gonna answer this shit as well.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: But this Mandarmar Abaye is clearly going with the idea that the Kutim are Gera MS.
• 8:49
  SPEAKER_00: They're legitimate Jewish people.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, what the question is that everyone agreed, how come that even if you want to tell me they're real Jews, they didn't keep everything properly.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: They weren't Elichiyadin for sure.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: Now they did keep some things.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: Now, if you want to simplify it, oversimplify it, they kept Tarashabsah, they didn't keep Tarashabal Pet.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_00: But that's an oversimplification because as we're gonna see, they actually did keep some Allahs of Tarashabal Ph.
• 9:10
  SPEAKER_00: They kept some Messaira.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see over here that they kept the laws of Shita.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_00: Now Shita and Shihiya, Drisa, Khalada, all these things that were worried about the Khershad of Qatar might not do right, Shemih Yesha, Shema Yiddus, Shemiachlidu, all these things they kept.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: Those are Allah Mash Mesinai.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_00: That's more in the world of Tarashabal Peh.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: And but they shachhted properly.
• 9:29
  SPEAKER_00: That's not something.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: But we're still worried, we're gonna say in a second that they would still be Mahshal Yu.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: So you have to keep it in mind and you have to balance it.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_00: What do what are they trusted on?
• 9:36
SPEAKER_00: What are they not trusted on?
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: Lishita Sabayah, he is going in the Sheita that they're gave the emas the real Jews.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_00: However, they're not keeping everything in shahitah they do keep.
• 9:44
  SPEAKER_00: Sabayah says, What's a closhaften ofti?
• 9:46
SPEAKER_00: That's coming to be marabat, even a kutis la do shita.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: When is that true that it's lichhathila for a yield to do shita, for a kutti to do shita, isol imin al-Gab.
• 9:56
SPEAKER_00: That's only true if you have a Yisol, Ayyun al Gabb, a Yisraul that's watching over and making sure everything's uh kosher.
• 10:01
  SPEAKER_00: Ah, well, yyitzivinas.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_00: But if the Jewish stam yit seven ich's like a mashgiat, he's going in and out, it's not going to be good enough.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_00: The kuti should not shach.
• 10:10
  SPEAKER_00: Vim shachat.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: And now, what's shaitas and k shirah in the Mishnah?
• 10:15
SPEAKER_00: Again, that's you have to read it into the Mishnah.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shaythin, that was the case of Likhathila, what we just said.
• 10:19
  SPEAKER_00: Yisraim al-Ghab.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: Vish khitasan ksheira, mashma only bidiyebir.
• 10:23
  SPEAKER_00: What's that case?
• 10:24
  SPEAKER_00: Vim shachat.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_00: That's a bidi ebid he already shachht in.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: And the israel wasn't al-Ghabov the whole time.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: So what do you do?
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: So now you have an Ita, you have a way out.
• 10:32
  SPEAKER_00: Hhoith Kazai's Basar.
• 10:33
  SPEAKER_00: But nice and nice.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: You take off a Khazai's Basar from this animal that he just shafted, and you give it to the Kuji.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_00: And you see, you test him.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_00: Let's see if you eat it yourself.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: Ochle, if he eats a mutter, then it's gonna be mutter.
• 10:44
SPEAKER_00: Then even you could eat it.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: If he eats it, he trusts his own shit, then you could also.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_00: Lo Yochle, but if he didn't eat it, then he's not going to eat from the shita.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_00: Now the obvious question is, what do you mean?
• 10:54
SPEAKER_00: He eats it, he's worried about shrikita.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: Clearly, we see that he will he is worried about doing a proper shita.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: And he holds a shita.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_00: But why is that the test?
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: If he holds a shrikita and he knows how to do shrith, then why don't you trust him to do shita?
• 11:05
SPEAKER_00: The answer, meaning what isn't you worried about the sita and myself?
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: What he's not worried about being maqshal you, that's also is darisa, za'in Rashi.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_00: And Rashi says that no, they actually kept shita 100%.
• 11:15
SPEAKER_00: He helped shita with all the Gansah Khomraza, Salah, Mash, Shia, uh, uh, Durasa, uh, everything.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, for him, if he eats it, if he trusts the shit, you could trust it that he does it 100%.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: So why are you worried that he would be mahshal you?
• 11:27
SPEAKER_00: What about lifna ibrahisit and mikshal?
• 11:29
  SPEAKER_00: That's also darisa.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_00: Zahdrashi, that lifna ibel isit and mikshal they hold of, but only the literal version.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: Again, what's literal in the taira?
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: Do not put a stumbling block in front of a blind person.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: So if you see a blind person, it's interesting by the way, a lot of Rashadim, I'm pretty sure, hold that if you take a stumbling block, put it in front of a blind person, you're not of isidarisa.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: The isad raisa is literally the drush.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: The main issud is the drush of don't cause a yid to do an aveira.
• 11:53
  SPEAKER_00: That's what it is.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: It's not put a stumbling block in front of a blind person.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: But they held that's what it is.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_00: They didn't hold this thing, no, don't make a yid, don't be maqsal yid.
• 12:00
  SPEAKER_00: Don't be mashal yid.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_00: They didn't hold him, and that's why he would be marshal you.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: And that's why you can't trust a shrust his shita unless he eats it.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_00: If he eats it, he makes sure to do a good shita, and that's why uh you're gonna be able to trust him.
• 12:11
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be the determining factor.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: So again, hakol shaikdin Rabbis Kuti if you're Amin al-Ghabov.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: Bidi Abed, if you're ready, shachatin, and you are an Amin al-Gabov, then just give him a peace, give him a kazahis, vi'iza, yeah.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: If not, then no, and that's the shitroth.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: And you gotta continue reading this into the Mishnah.
• 12:27
SPEAKER_00: The Gemar says, So, except for a Hershad of Khatan, what Afiludhiya Namila?
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: And you can't even trust them Bidi Yaban.
• 12:32
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 12:32
SPEAKER_00: Shem o Yeshu, Shema Yidrusu, Vishem Yahlud.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: Because you're worried about these three in Yanim that the Hershad of Khatan might not do properly, you're never gonna know if it was done properly, and these three sullim that can happen, Allah Shabina, and that's why uh that's how you're gonna read this part of the Mishnah.
• 12:45
SPEAKER_00: The kulan sheshahtu, aha, says the gmar according to Abba'i's version of the Mishnah.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: The Mishnah goes on to say, The kulan sheshahtu, by the way, any of these people that did a shaita, but the Israel or Akhirim Rojino and other others were seeing him, they saw him do it, then it's gonna be okay.
• 13:00
  SPEAKER_00: Say the Gemara Bakulan.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_00: Everyone did shaita, but people see him, it's gonna be okay.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: Aha, who is that going on?
• 13:05
SPEAKER_00: We did the same Khajbin in the last answer.
• 13:06
  SPEAKER_00: Rabbi Ullah and Dafbez.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_00: So aha, who is that going on?
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: So ilema khershat of fakan, we're gonna tell me that it's going on a kharshata of khatan.
• 13:14
  SPEAKER_00: Allah koi.
• 13:14
SPEAKER_00: We're coming right off of that in the Mishnah, right?
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: We're just talking about Khershah to Vakatan.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: Then we said Vikulan Sheshahtu.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: So if we were talking about the Khershad of Khatan when we said Vikulan Sheshahtu, then what would be proper grammar?
• 13:25
SPEAKER_00: Vi'im Shaqtu, me by the way.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: V'im Shahtu, these guys I just told you about Vim Shahtu, if they shachten, not the Kul and Sheshachtu.
• 13:31
  SPEAKER_00: And that's why what?
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: That's why I must not mean that.
• 13:33
  SPEAKER_00: Ella Akuti.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, Vikul and Sheshahtu is probably talking about Akuti.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: If he's talking about Akuti, Ahmed Kish, throw Aim al-Gabov, Shachhit Vahilul Khathilah.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_00: Didn't we say a minute ago that if he throws Lamin al-Ghabov, he could shach li kathila.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: Not the cool and sheshahtu in a case of the evident if he already did it.
• 13:47
SPEAKER_00: Then uh Kharin Rainer said it's gonna be okay.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: Says Gamaro, you're right, I hear Kasha.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: It's a kasha, which in English means no.
• 13:54
  SPEAKER_00: I hear.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: It'll be a nice deak, but if we're not, it's not gonna make uh this is not gonna make us fall off of the answer that we gave.
• 13:59
SPEAKER_00: You have a good kasha though, it's a good kasha, I'll be masking to that.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: Amar Rubbah Rubba says, so that was abaye.
• 14:04
SPEAKER_00: Abaye gave the first answer to uh abaye gave the second answer in our khajman.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_00: Again, the first one was on daft beach, we learned together, Rabbahula.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: The second answer was abayeh, and now Rabbah comes along and says like this.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_00: Rubba has an abaya, naturally.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: If you have a yit who's coming in and out, he's yotse viniknas, and he's y'itnas out of a place where the guy is doing his thing, that's not gonna be or the kuti, sorry, that's not gonna be good enough, really.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_00: It's not lakhathilo, because we said that's not lichathilo.
• 14:34
  SPEAKER_00: What's lichathilo?
• 14:35
  SPEAKER_00: Is if he's i mean al-gabov.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: But if he's y'a nichnas, it's only gonna be the maybe the evidence.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: Rabba says y'it's min ihchnas is not lichathilah about it's a mishma.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: I mean niya chabikh machusa.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_00: Someone who leaves a goy, forget about a kuti, even worse, a guy.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_00: Someone who leaves a guy in his store, in his chanusah, specifically, by the way, we're in the sugyo right now of yain nasach.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: So oyvid kaychavim is the more specific thing.
• 14:56
  SPEAKER_00: He's m'ish uh a proper oivid abadazara, that's the point.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: So he leaves uh this guy in his store, in his wine store specifically.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_00: But the yid is going in and out.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_00: Mutter! It's gonna be mutter, meaning what?
• 15:08
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to be hush that he was minash the yayin.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_00: While you were while you went out one of the times, maybe he did quickly uh he was minash some of the wine.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to be worried.
• 15:15
SPEAKER_00: The wine is gans fine.
• 15:16
  SPEAKER_00: So what's the question?
• 15:17
SPEAKER_00: The question is we see yotzimaniknas is clearly good enough.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_00: So why are youit's is not lachhilah, it's only bidiyav.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_00: It says the gemara answers the gemara for abae, that has a mikani miniach.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't say miniach, which would be mashmah.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_00: This is something you could go ahead and do la khathilah.
• 15:31
SPEAKER_00: A person can leave a goi in his store.
• 15:34
  SPEAKER_00: It doesn't say that.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: It says if you left a go in your store.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_00: Haminiah, if you did mashmah lisha over, mashmah bidiyavir, if you bidiyabad if you already did it.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: If you left the akam in your store, then y'it bin ich nas is gonna be okay, but it's not something you could do lichathilh, okay?
• 15:49
  SPEAKER_00: Hamini a katani diyeb.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: If so, then aima, what uh meaning Elami Hacha, I'll ask you a kasha.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: You're right, you knocked off that question, I'll ask you another kasha from the following.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: A shamer that you put to watch the wine to make sure that no one is menasikh the wine.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: So you put a yid, a shamer.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: So he doesn't have sham sham.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: Ellaf pish yyat'i nichnas mutter.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_00: Over here it's very clear.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_00: The shaimer that's guarding the wine, the yid, he doesn't have to sit there the whole time, the Mishnah says.
• 16:20
SPEAKER_00: This is clearly the chathilah it's not telling you how many if he left it there.
• 16:23
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_00: He does not have to stay there.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: Yitziv i nichnas is good enough.
• 16:28
SPEAKER_00: The Mishnah clearly says it.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: So we see what this is at inun of lichathhilah.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_00: It says Gummarbah, that's why Rabba says what?
• 16:34
SPEAKER_00: Rabba is a kasha na bayah from this other Mishnah, and that's why Rabba says a little bit differently.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: He says very similar to Abbaya.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_00: Again, he's coming to answer this here in our Mishnah.
• 16:41
  SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shaythin Mashmah Likhathilah.
• 16:44
  SPEAKER_00: Shita sunkshay Ramashmah Bidiavan.
• 16:47
  SPEAKER_00: So therefore, what?
• 16:47
SPEAKER_00: Rabba says similar to Abba'ay, just a little bit different.
• 16:52
  SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shaikh and Mafilukuti.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: Again, it's coming to be Maraban, not a tummy like Rabba Barullah said, but a kuti.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: Hakul shaikh ma filu kuti.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: Ba'mitvar, when is that true?
• 17:00
SPEAKER_00: Not like a bay said that you're oyman al-gabov, but y'it sevinichnas is not gonna be good enough.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_00: It's only gonna be bidiyavan.
• 17:05
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_00: Rabba says goof for that.
• 17:07
SPEAKER_00: Ba mitvar mimur, when is that true that it's gonna be good enough for a kuti to do shrita?
• 17:11
  SPEAKER_00: Keshay strell yitse viniknas.
• 17:13
  SPEAKER_00: It's good when he's yet.
• 17:15
SPEAKER_00: Okay, Avo Bob, umitzai shachat.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: But if you come, you weren't even yet, and you found a kuti, you ready did shita, no one was there.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_00: He did shrita by himself.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: Then what do you do?
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: The way out of that is chitik kazais basabanais and Iloy Mutter Lachamish.
• 17:31
SPEAKER_00: So you cut out Khazaiz, you give it to him.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: If he eats it, you could trust him, as the Khajbin we explained before, because he's Machbin on Shita, he's just not Machbin on Lifnae.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_00: So if he eats it for himself, then you could trust him.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_00: But if not, then you're not gonna be able to trust him.
• 17:43
SPEAKER_00: Continue reading that into the Mishnah.
• 17:50
SPEAKER_00: And that's the third time we said that already, so we don't have to explain again.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: Okay, in this khebin, we saw so according to this khajbin, the mission continues again and says, Vikulun sheshahtu.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_00: And anyone that did shita bidiyaven, va chirum lay naisan, then it's gonna be okay, vidyavan.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: Says gemar, who is that going back on?
• 18:06
SPEAKER_00: Ela machar shafkat and alaqai, we're going on them.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_00: So it says it should say grammatically, V'im Shachti.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: And these guys who were talking about, if they shafted, vehim shachtu, but it doesn't say that.
• 18:16
  SPEAKER_00: It says Vikulan Sheshaktu.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: So we're probably going back on the khuti.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_00: Says gmar, I'm not a fili yatominiknashilah.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_00: We just said that if you're y'at, then leave in the khathila, you could be shaykhs.
• 18:30
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean a chin right now says?
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: The Gemara, Kasha, which again means no.
• 18:36
  SPEAKER_00: I hear good question.
• 18:37
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: Again, kasha is not like a tiuftah it's not a tama.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_00: Meaning kasha means that we maintain our answer, but you punk have a kasha on it.
• 18:45
SPEAKER_00: But there is an answer.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: There's an answer to something we're not getting into it now.
• 18:48
  SPEAKER_00: Tiufta means you're right.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: We slugged it up, we fall off the answer.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_00: Kasha means we're staying with that quote.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_00: We we're staying with the answer we just gave.
• 18:53
  SPEAKER_00: It's a good answer.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: Stan, you have a kasha, that's uh that might be a good deal.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: But we're staying with the answer.
• 18:58
SPEAKER_00: We're not falling off the answer.
• 18:59
  SPEAKER_00: That's what kasha means.
• 19:00
  SPEAKER_00: It means no here.
• 19:01
  SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemar.
• 19:03
  SPEAKER_00: Rimashi Omar, Hokhikitanar.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_00: So Rimashi now comes along and gives another answer to the stira.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_00: Again, we had Rabbar Ulan Defbez.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: Then we had today we started with Rav, we started with Apay, then we had Rabbah they both said different, a little bit differently, but they both said that Hakul Shachan was coming to be Marabah Khutti.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: Now we have Rabashi, which is a totally new answer.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: Rabashi Marabashi says like this.
• 19:25
SPEAKER_00: This is how you have to understand the Mishnah.
• 19:28
  SPEAKER_00: Excuse me.
• 19:29
SPEAKER_00: Hokchitani, Hakul Shaitan, Mafila Ysal Mum.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shaikht'in is Mashmah Khathilah, but it's coming to be Marabah something.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_00: That even a Yisrael Mummer is going to be able to Sheikh.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_00: There's no problem with his Yukhus, but there's a problem with his uh avail.
• 19:43
SPEAKER_00: He doesn't do the right thing, he's off the D.
• 19:45
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 19:45
  SPEAKER_00: He's a Israel Mumr.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: He does not listen to uh termitz.
• 19:48
  SPEAKER_00: He doesn't keep terriments.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: So this Yisra' Mumr is questionable in Allah.
• 19:51
SPEAKER_00: Now we know there are different levels of a Yisrael Mumr.
• 19:54
  SPEAKER_00: There's a Mumr Lahachis and there's a Is Mummul Tayavin.
• 19:57
SPEAKER_00: A Mummer Lahachis doesn't keep it because he's Mamishka Khishbon is against the Qadash Baruch, and he could do what he'll he'll do whatever he can to anger Hemirahi Mashem.
• 20:06
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: He'll do whatever he can to uh to uh to go against and be lahachis.
• 20:09
  SPEAKER_00: That's the mum' that's a mumm lahachis.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: So he is a much worse level in Allah.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_00: A mumr la tayavin means he's Tomer because he's uh he doesn't let tayavin.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_00: If he has if he has uh if he has kosher meat and shrafan meat in front of him, he'll take the kosher meat.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: But if if if it's the same price, exactly.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: So there's this cause because this is smara, he's not gonna be miniachis uh um a sa cash and eat uh eat the the tummy.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: He's not gonna do such a thing.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_00: But again, but he's not gonna go out of his way.
• 20:35
SPEAKER_00: Almumar Lateavan, the point is he's not gonna ever go out of his way to keep Tyran Mitz.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: He does what's easy for him, he lives the good life, and therefore he said McDonald's is closer, he goes to McDonald's, it's cheaper, he goes to McDonald's, but he's not Lahakis, he doesn't do Lahakhis, he does lateavin because he likes to enjoy himself.
• 20:49
SPEAKER_00: So this guy that's a mumer litayavin, that's what it's coming to be Marabet.
• 20:55
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, says Rashi, Hach Kitani, Hakal Shakunafi Sal Mummer, even Israel Mummer.
• 20:59
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Mummer Lai, Lechon Vais Litiavun.
• 21:02
SPEAKER_00: So we're talking about again a Mummer Leteavan.
• 21:04
  SPEAKER_00: He's a Mummer Lechon Nevelus Litiavan.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: He only does lateavin for his own gishmach.
• 21:08
SPEAKER_00: Uh the rabbin, then it's going like Rub.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_00: Now Maravarama says, Israel Mummer, Aikal Nevelis Litiovin.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_00: A Yastral that's Mummer Lechal and Vaz again, he's just Mummer Litiovin, a fancier way of saying it.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: So that person, you check the knife before he does a shita.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, can he do shitha?
• 21:25
SPEAKER_00: Can we trust the shrikita?
• 21:26
  SPEAKER_00: The answer is yeah.
• 21:27
SPEAKER_00: Because if he's already doing the shit, he's killing the animal, why wouldn't he just do it the right way?
• 21:30
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, we're talking about a guy who knows how to do shita, because otherwise, even in a regular yastral, the biggest you're a sham can't do shitha, because if you don't know the hilf shita, you're not gonna be able to do shit, even if you're the biggest Taliq in the world.
• 21:39
SPEAKER_00: So obviously this guy knows how to do shit.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: And he's doing shita because he's killing the animal, he wants to eat it.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: But if you're doing shit, just do it, why wouldn't he do it right?
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: Again, if there's no nafkamina for him, he'll do it right.
• 21:48
SPEAKER_00: And that's why, by the way, Bhydik sac can do it nice and life.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: So you check the knife and you give it to him.
• 21:52
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 21:52
SPEAKER_00: Because him checking the knife, that's already another kreed.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_00: I have to start checking the knife.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_00: Let me do my shita, right?
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: No, so if you don't trust him to do that, it's like an extra kri for him to do.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: So you check the knife and you'd let him do the shrita because why wouldn't you do it right?
• 22:03
  SPEAKER_00: Because he's again, he's a mummer.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_00: Let's say I'm gonna just to quote Rashi, Kilo Mashka Hetar.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: If he doesn't have heter, who you never sha sakin baduka.
• 22:11
SPEAKER_00: Once you have a check knife, you put it in his hand.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_00: So shak a chapter, he's gonna do a good shrita.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: Because anytime he could eat heter, he's not gonna just throw it aside and eat eat isr t bidafka.
• 22:26
SPEAKER_00: He's not gonna try to find a check knife if he if he doesn't have one.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_00: And that's why you have to check the knife.
• 22:33
SPEAKER_00: But then again, you could trust him that he did it okay.
• 22:40
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, avullaybatak.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: But if you didn't check the knife and also you didn't check the knife and give it to him, Lo Yishka, then he's not a shaft of Im Shachhat.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_00: However, bid the event if he did.
• 22:49
SPEAKER_00: Again, you have to keep the Mishta in mind.
• 22:51
  SPEAKER_00: We just said what?
• 22:52
SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shaytin, according to Rabashi, what?
• 22:54
  SPEAKER_00: Afinal mummar, mumilateavan.
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: It's going in Ravva, that what?
• 22:58
  SPEAKER_00: He's a mumalateavan.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_00: You could trust his shait as long as you check the knife.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_00: That's hakl shaythin the khathila.
• 23:03
SPEAKER_00: What's shaitan shahrab and now we're moving on to that part.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_00: Shitasang shayrah, nim shachar, if you're ready shahtun and you didn't check the knife, then what could you do?
• 23:12
SPEAKER_00: Bidyabit Shitasik Shahra if you're Bhydik Sakina Akara.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: If you check the knife after he shahtin, if it comes out that the knife was good, uh as uh after afterwards you check the knife and it happened to be good, then you have a chazakah.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_00: A khazakah that it was probably like this beforehand, and it's gonna be okay bidyaviti from mishkitah Vimla.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: But if it's not good and you check the knife and it was baguma and had issues, then you're not gonna be able to eat from ishkitah.
• 23:41
SPEAKER_00: So again, that was the khathila, check it before.
• 23:43
SPEAKER_00: Bidiyaviti, even if you didn't check it, check it afterwards.
• 23:46
  SPEAKER_00: That's in shera.
• 23:47
  SPEAKER_00: Then the mission continues.
• 23:53
  SPEAKER_00: And then Vikulin Sheshahtuah.
• 23:55
SPEAKER_00: Again, we're going to do the same treasure.
• 24:00
  SPEAKER_00: We're on them.
• 24:03
SPEAKER_00: If they went and shaftu, the Allah Israel Mummer.
• 24:05
SPEAKER_00: So what is Bihul and Sheshaqtu going back on?
• 24:08
  SPEAKER_00: Probably the Israel Mummar.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_00: So eat the badaq sakin vinais and less says the gemar, really?
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: Bikul and shaktu, if you're ready to shachti, then it's gonna evaluate and others see him, Yisral sees him, it's gonna be okay.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: But we just said, eat the badak sakin's and late, harm shaq the khathila.
• 24:23
SPEAKER_00: If you check the knife and give it him, we just said even the khathilo he could do it.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: That's what Hakul Shachtin is being married.
• 24:28
  SPEAKER_00: So Elodilay Marak.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_00: So we're talking about a case where you didn't shachtin.
• 24:31
SPEAKER_00: So you eat the sakin, live the case.
• 24:33
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand, says the gomar.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: If the knife is still around and he already did a shita, so check it.
• 24:36
SPEAKER_00: We just said the evident, check the knife afterwards and it's gonna be good.
• 24:39
  SPEAKER_00: If it's good, it's good.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_00: So if the knife is around, check it.
• 24:42
SPEAKER_00: Live the key hashta, check it now.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: If the knife is not around anymore, so what do I care if others see him?
• 24:51
SPEAKER_00: What exactly does that do for me?
• 24:53
  SPEAKER_00: Dilma bisakin buguma shachit.
• 24:56
SPEAKER_00: Another guy watching him doesn't really help me if it was a sakin paguma.
• 24:59
SPEAKER_00: The other guy doesn't have laser vision to see if the knife was 100% smooth or not.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, a chirin raina says, how is that gonna help me?
• 25:05
SPEAKER_00: If the we don't have the knife anymore, and we didn't check it beforehand, then you can't check it out because the knife is away.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: So kiachirin raina says, maybe use a bad knife.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: Again to the stira that what?
• 25:22
  SPEAKER_00: Hokhi katani.
• 25:23
SPEAKER_00: This is that you have to understand the Mishnah Hakko Shaytin Hakul Mumchhin Shachtin.
• 25:27
SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shachtin is being marbeh.
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: Any mumchhe is able to shacht.
• 25:30
  SPEAKER_00: The question is, Shkah?
• 25:31
SPEAKER_00: A mumchhe, someone who mamashe, he knows how scheitah A Mumch is able to shacht.
• 25:35
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 25:36
SPEAKER_00: Okay, I would uh that's probably the best person to shacht.
• 25:38
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean he's being marbe that?
• 25:39
  SPEAKER_00: Shaq.
• 25:39
SPEAKER_00: No, the the the khidash is mumchin lafpi sha'in muqsak.
• 25:43
  SPEAKER_00: He's a mumchhe, but he's not muhsik.
• 25:45
SPEAKER_00: He's a mumch, he knows the alakas, but he's not a muhzik, meaning he we don't know that he does shachitah and he's uh right.
• 25:51
SPEAKER_00: We don't know that he's done this, he has the shimash, he's not in the shachtais every day.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_00: We didn't see him around here.
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: So he this guy is allowed to shaft, even the khathila.
• 26:00
SPEAKER_00: However, if you don't know that this guy can or rather sorry, Bamad Murama Sheydin Moshiah Lamerhil Khashita.
• 26:09
SPEAKER_00: That's only true again if he's a muqsik, that he he's a mumchha, that he knows the khushita.
• 26:13
SPEAKER_00: You can ask him you can fahir and he knows the khashkita.
• 26:15
  SPEAKER_00: Av, inyodamashita.
• 26:17
SPEAKER_00: But if you don't know if he knows, then he shouldn't do shita.
• 26:23
SPEAKER_00: That's the shitas and what's the bidabin over here?
• 26:26
SPEAKER_00: If he already did the shit, then bite gonna say you give him a faher.
• 26:31
SPEAKER_00: If he knows the fishkita, mishkitasu, also mishkita, mehair shit of katan, ta filu di eb and shame, sheshahtu ahaya.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_00: And on our venas again, who is the kul and sheshahtu going back on?
• 26:51
SPEAKER_00: Says the married okay, so who's it going back on?
• 26:53
  SPEAKER_00: Probably someone who's not a mumcha.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: If he's not a mumcha, if you don't know that he's a mumchha, then bibitkin asagi, what do we say?
• 26:59
SPEAKER_00: Then if he already shachted bid, then we fahrem.
• 27:02
SPEAKER_00: We give him a fahir, bibitkiness.
• 27:04
SPEAKER_00: We check does he know or not.
• 27:05
SPEAKER_00: If he doesn't, yeah, if he doesn't, then no.
• 27:07
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, so what does it mean Achirim Rhina sah?
• 27:09
SPEAKER_00: Why do you need that?
• 27:10
SPEAKER_00: As long as you ask him and he knows what he's talking about, that's gonna be good enough.
• 27:12
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara to less the come on to Livkey.
• 27:14
  SPEAKER_00: He's not here anymore.
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: And he's not here to Faharim, and that's why Aherim Raina said to see that he looks like he did a good job, that's gonna be good enough.
• 27:22
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Igadamir, so that's the first answer of Ravina.
• 27:25
  SPEAKER_00: There are two Lashina.
• 27:34
  SPEAKER_00: Because you weren't sure.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_00: This is not what we do.
• 27:38
SPEAKER_00: That's what the Gemara says.
• 27:39
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, very good.
• 27:41
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, what?
• 27:43
SPEAKER_00: That's the first Lush in Ravina.
• 27:44
SPEAKER_00: We have another Lushan intervene.
• 27:48
SPEAKER_00: This is that you have to understand the Mishnah.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: Hakko Shachtin, Hakul Muchakin Shachtin.
• 27:52
  SPEAKER_00: So again, it's a little different.
• 27:54
SPEAKER_00: Not not someone who is uh mumchha, but someone who's a muchzak.
• 27:58
SPEAKER_00: We know this guy's been around shachting every day.
• 28:00
SPEAKER_00: Raji says two or three times you saw him shaft already.
• 28:02
  SPEAKER_00: He's muchsiq to shacht.
• 28:04
SPEAKER_00: You know that he does shitah.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_00: So anyone like that can do shrith al-Khathilo.
• 28:08
  SPEAKER_00: Mukhzak in Affal Pisha.
• 28:09
SPEAKER_00: Well, so what's the kidish?
• 28:10
SPEAKER_00: The kidish is hakl shachtin l-khathilo.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_00: It's being marbah even this guy.
• 28:13
SPEAKER_00: Shkoyekh, sounds like the best guy to do it.
• 28:15
SPEAKER_00: No, the khidish is no.
• 28:16
SPEAKER_00: Mukhzak in afalpisha in mumchhid.
• 28:19
SPEAKER_00: That he's a muhsiq, even though that he's not a mumchhai, he doesn't necessarily have the rabbanut to da that he knows that he fasteth a hair of all the Allahs.
• 28:26
  SPEAKER_00: Bahmid warahmurainuzigim.
• 28:31
SPEAKER_00: That's only true when he shachhted already in front of us two or three times.
• 28:34
SPEAKER_00: Villain Salaf and he didn't faint.
• 28:36
SPEAKER_00: Because if he because the guy that doesn't do this a lot, right?
• 28:39
SPEAKER_00: It's uh not the prettiest job.
• 28:40
SPEAKER_00: And we're we're scared that a guy he might.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_00: What's the problem by the way?
• 28:42
SPEAKER_00: If he blacks out for a second, Shama Yeshu, Shame Yiddusu, Shamei Akhlidu.
• 28:46
SPEAKER_00: He might not do it properly, he might do any of these uh things.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_00: You he waits a tiny bit, you're done, and no one even realizes.
• 28:51
SPEAKER_00: So that's why you have to be really you have to be sure that he's 100% uh he's 100% there while he's doing it.
• 28:56
SPEAKER_00: That's only true if he already did it two or three times laying asal.
• 28:58
SPEAKER_00: Avullah Shahto and Bazaim upon him, Loyashkhit.
• 29:01
SPEAKER_00: But if he didn't shach two or three times already, then he should not shacht.
• 29:04
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 29:05
SPEAKER_00: Shame isal because he might black out for a second, and he's gonna cause issues in the shaita.
• 29:09
SPEAKER_00: The im Shochat, but if you already shach the bidiyabet, the Almar and he says, I could guarantee you that I did not black out.
• 29:18
SPEAKER_00: Then shaitosik shera, then bidiyavet, that's the shitrah we said in the Mishnah, Bidiy Ab, that's the case of Bidi Yebit.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_00: Again, and Vikulin Sheshahtu in the Mishnah that we keep going back to, who is that going back on in this second version of Ravino?
• 29:40
SPEAKER_00: We're literally talking about them in the same breath, and therefore proper grammar would be the Im Shachtimi Bailey.
• 29:45
SPEAKER_00: So, Ella, what must it be going back on on this guy?
• 29:47
SPEAKER_00: Al Ashein Muhzakin, when he's not a muchsakin shiita.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_00: The Amar, but didn't we say a minute ago in Ravino that Bari Lee Sagi, as long as he says Bari Lee Shalinisalahti, it's gonna be okay.
• 29:58
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, you're right.
• 29:59
SPEAKER_00: But Delay say, come on, Dila Shile.
• 30:02
  SPEAKER_00: We're talking about a case.
• 30:03
SPEAKER_00: Oh, Midsius, he's not here, you're right.
• 30:05
SPEAKER_00: If he was here, you would ask him.
• 30:06
SPEAKER_00: If he's not here, then what's gonna be good by the evil?
• 30:09
  SPEAKER_00: Achin Ray Nisa.
• 30:10
SPEAKER_00: Other people see him and say that look, this guy didn't pass out, he was good, he did a good shita.
• 30:14
SPEAKER_00: That is going to be good enough.
• 30:15
SPEAKER_00: And that is how to read the Mishnah in the second version of Ravina.
• 30:20
SPEAKER_00: So we just went through five different versions.
• 30:21
SPEAKER_00: We had Rabba Barula, it's talking about a tame, we had Rama, or first Abbaye is talking about uh Kuti.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_00: We had Rava, it's also talking about a Kuti, just a little bit different, and we had Ravashi, it's talking about Israel Mumer.
• 30:33
SPEAKER_00: Then we had two Pshatamin Ravina, so really six ways, right?
• 30:36
  SPEAKER_00: Two Pshatamin Rvina.
• 30:37
SPEAKER_00: The first one is talking about a it's talking about uh uh mumcha, not muhsich.
• 30:42
SPEAKER_00: Second time it's talking about a muksik na mumcha.
• 30:44
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that were those were the six different cases, and we're gonna end off the daft today discussing why each one didn't say like the other.
• 30:52
SPEAKER_00: We'll do it fast, we have three minutes.
• 30:55
  SPEAKER_00: Get more like this.
• 30:56
SPEAKER_00: Ravina varula, kabai varavalvashi layamri.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_00: Why did Ravina no rabbarula not say like abayin robba rabashi?
• 31:02
SPEAKER_00: Abbayan Raba said kuti, Rabashi said you saw a mummer.
• 31:05
SPEAKER_00: So they said that being show m te kasha lu vikulan.
• 31:08
SPEAKER_00: Because they had a kasha again.
• 31:09
SPEAKER_00: There was each a kasha on each of those pshatim.
• 31:11
SPEAKER_00: Of vikulan, who is that going back on?
• 31:13
  SPEAKER_00: And what we answer?
• 31:14
  SPEAKER_00: Kasha.
• 31:14
SPEAKER_00: So at the end of the day, it's a kasha.
• 31:16
  SPEAKER_00: That's why they didn't say.
• 31:16
  SPEAKER_00: Kula Rabbarula Nayam.
• 31:18
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't it say like Rab Barullah?
• 31:20
SPEAKER_00: Because Laha Khlishna Damrit Haqho ikr Adrabah.
• 31:23
SPEAKER_00: Because again, if you remember yesterday we said, why do we have to say this alakha twice?
• 31:26
  SPEAKER_00: We said it now.
• 31:26
SPEAKER_00: We said it in Khram, that Atam is the Ladushita.
• 31:28
SPEAKER_00: So according to the lush, that said that this is the ikr over here in Khulin.
• 31:33
SPEAKER_00: So why it's not true.
• 31:34
SPEAKER_00: They they the reason they don't say like that lush, because they're gonna tell you Adabbah.
• 31:39
  SPEAKER_00: If anything, Hosum ikr.
• 31:40
  SPEAKER_00: The big Khim Kayu.
• 31:41
SPEAKER_00: Over there is the ikr.
• 31:42
SPEAKER_00: So don't tell me over here is the ikh, and that's how it explained Shah.
• 31:44
SPEAKER_00: Kotchim is the ikr because that's where the halochah is, that atom is the lada do shit by khotchim.
• 31:48
SPEAKER_00: That is the abat that is where the aloha is supposed to be.
• 31:51
SPEAKER_00: And lahaq lishnah for the other lush, the amert hossam ikr, the haqha, i did the ton of tamay bhulin, tama'amikham gutash.
• 31:57
SPEAKER_00: And the other lishnah was that what?
• 31:59
SPEAKER_00: That really the ikr place for the alakha is in ka'chim.
• 32:02
SPEAKER_00: So why does it say it over here?
• 32:03
SPEAKER_00: I did the tana the guy bachulin, so we also said about kh'im.
• 32:06
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, they're just gonna answer you that Tom ton tome bichulin gufei, laid strichal.
• 32:11
SPEAKER_00: We didn't even need to say the primary side of Tomi Bihulin.
• 32:15
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 32:15
SPEAKER_00: Because they're of the opinion, not like the opinion we saw on the Mr.
• 32:20
SPEAKER_00: Clearly, they're of the opinion that Tomesh that hulin shanasu athletes, even if you take upon yourself the khumra of Kotchim to eat it, chulin betahara, it's still not the it's not on the same level.
• 32:30
SPEAKER_00: They don't hold the same way.
• 32:33
SPEAKER_00: Why don't they say like her?
• 32:33
SPEAKER_00: Vina Lahachlish no the Ammar Damr Mumkin in Shane Mumchin Lay, Rhaemitsuna It's Kita Mumkin.
• 32:38
SPEAKER_00: And he's just gonna tell you that Riv people that are Mitsuina Toshita or Mumkin, you don't have to be hush for anything else.
• 32:49
SPEAKER_00: They're not worried about someone fainting.
• 32:50
SPEAKER_00: It's not shiaf, you're not it's not something you're after what you have to be worried about.
• 32:53
SPEAKER_00: Rova layamar ka abaye, kikushia.
• 32:55
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't Raba say like abaye?
• 32:57
SPEAKER_00: Kikoshia, because he had a good kasha on a bay.
• 32:59
SPEAKER_00: His kash on a bae was what?
• 33:01
SPEAKER_00: Again, if you remember, Rashi brings it right here.
• 33:08
  SPEAKER_00: Right, Haminiya.
• 33:10
SPEAKER_00: We said, uh kasha, right?
• 33:11
SPEAKER_00: But then it that's why he said differently.
• 33:12
SPEAKER_00: Kikusha, he brought a good kasha on abayay.
• 33:14
  SPEAKER_00: Abbay Lamar Kara.
• 33:15
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't Abaya say like rabah so Hassam Lenaga, hacha naga?
• 33:18
SPEAKER_00: Because again he brought a kasha from the wine.
• 33:19
SPEAKER_00: So he's gonna tell you the case of the wine, he didn't touch it.
• 33:21
SPEAKER_00: And then the day you walked out, you walked in, you don't know if he touched it over there.
• 33:23
SPEAKER_00: He didn't necessarily touch it.
• 33:24
SPEAKER_00: Hawk over here by the shritah, he literally touched it, and that's why it's gonna be a problem.
• 33:27
SPEAKER_00: Rabashi Lama Khabah, why didn't Rabashi say like a bay and rabah?
• 33:30
SPEAKER_00: Because he can't start with their khajbin because again their khajbin is predicated on the shita that holds Kutim are real Jews.
• 33:37
SPEAKER_00: But he actually argues and he says, no, Kutim are gairiaris.
• 33:40
SPEAKER_00: They converted because of the lines, they're not real Jews.
• 33:41
  SPEAKER_00: Uh Baila Makarabashi.
• 33:42
SPEAKER_00: So again, let's finish off.
• 33:43
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't Abai say like Rabashi?
• 33:45
SPEAKER_00: Loy Sri Lai Hadar Rava.
• 33:46
SPEAKER_00: Because again, Rabashi's whole Isaiah was predicated on a shitas robbah that a mummalate when you could just check the knife and allow him to shaft.
• 33:53
  SPEAKER_00: But that's Rabba's Kiddish that Aba'i doesn't hold about.
• 33:55
SPEAKER_00: By the way, Abai argues with Rabbah a lot.
• 33:57
SPEAKER_00: He doesn't hold of that Shiddish of Rubbah and Rabashi only said that Aliba to Rabaskidish and Ella Raba, my time alamed Kishmaite.
• 34:04
SPEAKER_00: So now we have the final question, which is very good actually.
• 34:05
SPEAKER_00: Why doesn't Rubba say like Rashi?
• 34:07
SPEAKER_00: And as the Gemara says Kishmaitzeh, why doesn't he say like his own shmaitze, like his own Yasid?
• 34:11
SPEAKER_00: Because Rabashi's whole Yesid was predicated on Allah from Rubba.
• 34:14
SPEAKER_00: So why doesn't Rubba say like Rabashi?
• 34:16
SPEAKER_00: If Rabashi is literally going in Rubbah, that you could be Baidik a sakin and give it to Yisra Bumer to Shaykh.
• 34:22
SPEAKER_00: So why doesn't he say like Karbashi?
• 34:23
SPEAKER_00: says the Gemara, you're right.
• 34:24
SPEAKER_00: And Khanami he would say like Rabashi.
• 34:25
SPEAKER_00: So why does he give his own pshalh in the Gemara?
• 34:27
SPEAKER_00: Lidvar of the Aba'i Kaumar.
• 34:29
SPEAKER_00: He was talking within Sheita Sabaye.
• 34:31
SPEAKER_00: He was saying Vilayla Israel, but you he doesn't even hold a baby.
• 34:34
SPEAKER_00: He was saying a bay according to you.
• 34:36
SPEAKER_00: You have this qajman, but I have a good kasha on you.
• 34:39
SPEAKER_00: And that's why he said, Lidvar of the abay.
• 34:41
SPEAKER_00: If you want to say it's talk marakuti, then I'll tell you.
• 34:43
SPEAKER_00: You have to say a similar thing to what you said, but split it up.
• 34:46
SPEAKER_00: Then again, what you like to mech, we did the whole khajbin.
• 34:49
  SPEAKER_00: But Vilayla is right.
• 34:51
SPEAKER_00: He would go really like Ramashi and he would say by himself, Baytik sakin the Khathila Vinais inlay, you could give it to Yisrael to Shaykh.
