- 0:16Speaker 2: to the metal controversial show of your life.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Please buckle up and hold on tightly. This station is
- 0:22Speaker 1: not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, Raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:33Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time war War. Here's your host,
- 0:39Speaker 1: one hundred percent raw Truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:43Speaker 1: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:58Speaker 3: All right, Wayne through a Root is on Fire. Welcome
- 1:02Speaker 3: back to the show. Boy, It's lucky. I've got about
- 1:05Speaker 3: a ten or fifteen minute break between taping my Real
- 1:08Speaker 3: America's Voice TV show every day that airs each night
- 1:12Speaker 3: at ten pm Eastern seven pm Pacific, And when I'm
- 1:15Speaker 3: done taping, I've got anywhere from five minutes to ten
- 1:18Speaker 3: minutes and occasionally fifteen minutes in between that and starting
- 1:21Speaker 3: this radio show because my voice is completely gone at
- 1:24Speaker 3: the end of that show, and then it makes a
- 1:26Speaker 3: total comeback for this show. But if I went straight
- 1:29Speaker 3: into this show, I don't think I could do it.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I don't think my voice would last.
- 1:33Speaker 3: So It's good that I've got the break and I
- 1:35Speaker 3: can suck on my silver lozengers and drink a lot
- 1:38Speaker 3: of water and rest my voice for fifteen minutes and
- 1:42Speaker 3: then I'm good to go again.
- 1:44Speaker 1: So here I am.
- 1:45Speaker 3: And I got this meme from one of my buddies,
- 1:49Speaker 3: Ken before the first show started, my Real America's Voice
- 1:54Speaker 3: TV show, The Root Reaction, and I read it to
- 1:56Speaker 3: open that show, and I'm gonna read it to you
- 1:58Speaker 3: to open this show because it's so good. It's the
- 2:00Speaker 3: stages of enlightenment. Level one, you realize your government is
- 2:03Speaker 3: lying to you. Level two, you realize your government is
- 2:06Speaker 3: more corrupt than you ever imagined. Level three, you realize
- 2:10Speaker 3: your government is nothing more than a bunch of thieves, criminals, gangsters, murderers,
- 2:14Speaker 3: and whorees. And level four you realize your government has
- 2:17Speaker 3: tried to enslave, poison and murder most of the population.
- 2:22Speaker 3: And if that isn't true, I mean level one, you
- 2:25Speaker 3: realize your government's lying to you. Is there anybody out
- 2:27Speaker 3: there who at this point doesn't believe goverment is like
- 2:29Speaker 3: to us about everything? My God, from the stolen twenty
- 2:32Speaker 3: twenty election to the origins of COVID, to the COVID vaccine,
- 2:37Speaker 3: to the lockdowns, to the masks, is to Joe Biden's
- 2:42Speaker 3: mental capacity? Is there anything to the indictments against President Trump?
- 2:48Speaker 1: Is there anything that ENLiGHT to you about?
- 2:51Speaker 3: And of course the open border, they claimed everything was fine.
- 2:54Speaker 3: And of course the illegal immigrants are all wonderful people.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Everybody's great. There's no reason to be against them. Terrible person,
- 3:00Speaker 3: you're a racist. Level two, you realize your government is
- 3:04Speaker 3: more corrupt than you ever imagined. Well, I've been arguing
- 3:07Speaker 3: this for twenty years, and boy do I feel vindicated
- 3:09Speaker 3: and validated. For twenty years, I've been saying, we're all
- 3:13Speaker 3: getting ripped off by goverment employees. They're all thieves and
- 3:16Speaker 3: whores and frauds, and they're stealing our money. They're stealing
- 3:20Speaker 3: everything that is nailed down. Their whole job description is
- 3:24Speaker 3: I make one hundred thousand a year plus whatever I
- 3:27Speaker 3: could steal, and they are stealing it. They are awarding
- 3:31Speaker 3: government contracts to donors of the Democrat Party. They're awarding
- 3:36Speaker 3: government contracts to relatives, friends, and everybody gets a kickback
- 3:40Speaker 3: on all these billions handed out. And then level three,
- 3:44Speaker 3: you realize your government is nothing more than a bunch
- 3:46Speaker 3: of thieves, criminals, gangsters, and murderers. And I added the
- 3:49Speaker 3: word whares because when I think of whoes, I think
- 3:52Speaker 3: of Vegas, where I live. Right in Vegas, there are
- 3:54Speaker 3: a lot of horrors.
- 3:55Speaker 4: Man.
- 3:55Speaker 3: This town is filled with prostitutes and strippers. They're all
- 3:58Speaker 3: horrors in the private room in the back of the
- 4:01Speaker 3: strip club where they go back to your hotel room.
- 4:03Speaker 3: They're just they're hores. You pay them and they'll do
- 4:06Speaker 3: anything with anyone. But they're nice and religious and Christian,
- 4:12Speaker 3: compared to the senators and congressmen in Washington, d C.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Who are such talented horrors they could screw you from
- 4:19Speaker 3: three thousand miles away. Sitting down, and now we find
- 4:23Speaker 3: out all the government employee has been robbing us.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Dose has made it all clear. They're all robbing us.
- 4:28Speaker 3: They're all criminals, gangsters, murderers, and scumbags in Washington, d C.
- 4:33Speaker 1: And all over this country, in all fifty states. The
- 4:35Speaker 1: government employees.
- 4:36Speaker 3: Remember I'm never talking about policemen, firemen, national security people, paramedics.
- 4:43Speaker 1: I'm talking about all.
- 4:44Speaker 3: The other government employees who sit on their ass all
- 4:47Speaker 3: day looking at a watch, waiting for twenty years to
- 4:49Speaker 3: go buy so they can collect a pension and go
- 4:51Speaker 3: on cruises for the rest of their lives. I'm not
- 4:53Speaker 3: talking about cops who I love. I'm not talking about
- 4:56Speaker 3: firemen and risk their lives who I love. I am
- 4:58Speaker 3: talking about the average government employ who makes too much
- 5:01Speaker 3: money and pensions are too high, and their healthcare is
- 5:04Speaker 3: too good, and they don't risk their life for anything.
- 5:07Speaker 1: All they do is steal and rob from us.
- 5:10Speaker 3: Level four, you realize your government is trying to enslave,
- 5:13Speaker 3: poison and murder most of the population. Well, I believe
- 5:16Speaker 3: that our water is filled with poison called fluoride. I
- 5:21Speaker 3: believe that our air is being poisoned by chemtrails. I
- 5:25Speaker 3: believe our food is being poisoned by preservatives and chemicals.
- 5:29Speaker 3: And I believe that our bodies are being poisoned by vaccines.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Not all vaccines, but many of the vaccines. The vaccines
- 5:37Speaker 3: themselves are fine. It's the additives and the preservatives that
- 5:42Speaker 3: are in them, the aluminum that's in them, the mercury
- 5:44Speaker 3: that's in them, the preservative chemicals that are poison that
- 5:49Speaker 3: in the definition, you look them up, they will kill you.
- 5:52Speaker 1: And they put them in a vaccine and give them
- 5:53Speaker 1: to you and your children.
- 5:55Speaker 3: They are trying to murder us and poison us, and
- 5:58Speaker 3: they are trying to enslave them us. They want us
- 6:01Speaker 3: to be serfs slaves to them. So that listing is
- 6:08Speaker 3: really true. The levels of enlightenment are absolutely true, and
- 6:13Speaker 3: also the level of Trump derangement syndrome. Elon Musk did
- 6:17Speaker 3: an interview today with Donald Trump, the two of them
- 6:20Speaker 3: together with Sean Hannity for their first joint interview, and
- 6:24Speaker 3: Elon says he did not realize He did not realize
- 6:29Speaker 3: Trump derangement syndrome was a real thing until he was
- 6:32Speaker 3: at a friend's dinner party a month or two before
- 6:34Speaker 3: the election.
- 6:35Speaker 1: I happen to mention the president's name.
- 6:37Speaker 3: It is like they got shot with a dart in
- 6:40Speaker 3: the juggular that contained methaphetamine and rabies, Musk said. Musk
- 6:44Speaker 3: imitated people at the party going insane and question why
- 6:48Speaker 3: they couldn't have a normal conversation. It's like they become
- 6:51Speaker 3: completely irrational. And now you know, the real thing he
- 6:56Speaker 3: should have talked about is they have Elon Musk to
- 6:58Speaker 3: derangement syndrome.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Right.
- 7:02Speaker 3: I'm not somebody who thinks Elon Musk is perfect. For years,
- 7:05Speaker 3: I've said Elon Musk has this problem and that problem.
- 7:08Speaker 3: I'm not a fan of any billionaire. They're all taking
- 7:11Speaker 3: advantage of the system, they're all taking advantage of government.
- 7:14Speaker 3: But Elon Musk has definitely grown on me. And there's
- 7:17Speaker 3: no question that what he's doing is one of the
- 7:19Speaker 3: most amazing things in the history of America. Not the
- 7:21Speaker 3: most amazing thing. Again, give Trump the credit. He's the
- 7:24Speaker 3: one that pointed Elon in the right direction and said
- 7:27Speaker 3: go after him. You know, form doge and use AI
- 7:31Speaker 3: artificial intelligence to analyze things that human beings might have
- 7:35Speaker 3: taken years to analyze it, and they could do it
- 7:37Speaker 3: in seconds or minutes with AI and figure out where
- 7:41Speaker 3: all the money is being stolen, and all the money's
- 7:43Speaker 3: being wasted, and all the money's being given away to
- 7:45Speaker 3: the wrong people in every government agency, and Elon's doing it.
- 7:49Speaker 3: It's truly an amazing undertaking. And Elon has won me
- 7:52Speaker 3: over with that. He's doing some amazing things, and he's
- 7:55Speaker 3: saving us so much money. Elon now says his cost
- 8:00Speaker 3: cutting efforts have saved and estimated fifty five billion dollars.
- 8:05Speaker 3: Fifty five billion dollars so far he just got started.
- 8:10Speaker 3: The savings came from a combination of fraud deletion, contract
- 8:13Speaker 3: and lease cancelations and renegotiations, asset sales, grant cancelations, workforce reductions,
- 8:20Speaker 3: programmatic changes, and regulatory savings implemented across federal agencies so
- 8:26Speaker 3: far fifty five billion dollars. Doze stated the contract cancelations
- 8:31Speaker 3: alone accounted for approximately twenty percent of the overall savings
- 8:38Speaker 3: accumulated since the Advisory Board was established. The top ten
- 8:41Speaker 3: agencies with the highest total contract savings include the US
- 8:46Speaker 3: Agency for International Development USAID, the Department of Education, the
- 8:50Speaker 3: Office of Personnel Management, the Department of Health and Human Services,
- 8:53Speaker 3: and the Department of Agriculture. DOS just canceled more than
- 8:57Speaker 3: two hundred contracts issued by USAID, the agency responsible for
- 9:02Speaker 3: administering US foreign aid. The list includes cancelation of contracts
- 9:06Speaker 3: related to diversity, Equity and Inclusion DEI initiatives across several agencies.
- 9:14Speaker 3: Among the contracts canceled was a forty five million dollar
- 9:19Speaker 3: DII scholarship program used by USAID in Maya mar formerly Burma.
- 9:27Speaker 3: Why are we giving them forty five million for DEI?
- 9:29Speaker 3: A thirty six million dollar DII training contract for leadership
- 9:33Speaker 3: and supervisors in the Department of Homeland Security and one
- 9:37Speaker 3: hundred and thirty thousand for DEI training at the Department
- 9:39Speaker 3: of Defense. Subscriptions to the Political Politico Pro, the Washington Post,
- 9:45Speaker 3: Bloomberg Government, and The Wall Street Journal were also canceled.
- 9:49Speaker 3: Those stated that data will be uploaded twice per week
- 9:53Speaker 3: and they aim to provide real time updates in the future.
- 9:57Speaker 3: DOES announced it found four point seven trillion trillion. Now
- 10:02Speaker 3: we're talking real money. Forget billions trillions. I think a
- 10:07Speaker 3: trillion's one thousand billion, right, am I? Right about that?
- 10:10Speaker 3: I believe a thousand billion is a trillion. Those announced
- 10:14Speaker 3: that February seventeenth, that found four point seven trillion worth
- 10:18Speaker 3: of payments from the Treasury Department. That we're missing account
- 10:22Speaker 3: identification count identification codes, making the payments virtually impossible to trace.
- 10:31Speaker 3: They're supposed to have Treasury access symbols thas tasses, designed
- 10:36Speaker 3: to note which account a Treasury payment is linked to.
- 10:39Speaker 3: It's a standard financial process for bookkeeping. However, the codes
- 10:43Speaker 3: were not assigned for trillions of dollars of payments, and
- 10:49Speaker 3: so now they can't be tracked. It was left blank
- 10:53Speaker 3: making traceability impossible. As of Saturday, this is now a
- 10:57Speaker 3: required field, increasing insight into where money is actually going. Folks,
- 11:03Speaker 3: anybody who's mad about this, I mean, just show me
- 11:07Speaker 3: someone who's mad about this, and I'll show you a criminal.
- 11:11Speaker 3: I'll show you someone who's been involved in looting the
- 11:13Speaker 3: US government, looting taxpayer money, your taxpayer money. And I'm
- 11:21Speaker 3: going to suggest to President Trump and write this column tomorrow.
- 11:23Speaker 1: I mentioned this yesterday.
- 11:25Speaker 3: He should suspend taxes on April fifteenth. No one should
- 11:29Speaker 3: be filing taxes or owing a dime on April fifteen.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Now that we know our money's been stolen, and our
- 11:34Speaker 3: money's been looted, and our money's been wasted, and the
- 11:38Speaker 3: kickbacks and the bribes, our whole government is corrupt. No
- 11:41Speaker 3: one trusts the irs or the government anymore. They don't
- 11:44Speaker 3: deserve our tax money. Suspend taxes on April fifteenth.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Hi, this is Wayne Allen, Root for Advantage Gold. Let

- 14:47Speaker 5: Five Energized Health dot Com.
- 15:02Speaker 1: All right, wait on the room.
- 15:03Speaker 3: I don't wonder you know, nobody's asking any questions about
- 15:07Speaker 3: the twenty five hundred prisoners, many of them drug dealers
- 15:11Speaker 3: and drug traffickers, who got let out of prison by
- 15:14Speaker 3: President Biden's commutations and pardons, and so, you know, can
- 15:20Speaker 3: you imagine complaining that people who are patriots who never
- 15:24Speaker 3: committed a crime in their lives went to a peaceful
- 15:27Speaker 3: protest on January sixth, and Nancy Pelosi refused the National Guard,
- 15:33Speaker 3: and the mayor of DC refused the National Guard, and
- 15:37Speaker 3: the Capitol Police refused the National Guard. Trump wanted twenty
- 15:41Speaker 3: thousand National Guard soldiers there to keep the peace. They
- 15:45Speaker 3: wanted to turn it into a trap. It was pure entrapment.
- 15:49Speaker 3: It was a setup to try and make Trump and
- 15:52Speaker 3: all the MAGA protesters who were peaceful, didn't bring weapons,
- 15:57Speaker 3: had no intention of overthrowing the gum. It tried to
- 16:01Speaker 3: make them all look bad and then hunted them down
- 16:04Speaker 3: with FBI swat teams and put them in prison for
- 16:07Speaker 3: years and years in many cases without even a trial,
- 16:11Speaker 3: and tortured them literally putting him in solitary for years
- 16:16Speaker 3: at a time.
- 16:17Speaker 1: That's impossible that anyone could even survive that. I can't
- 16:21Speaker 1: even believe this happened.
- 16:23Speaker 3: And people are mad on the left because Trump let
- 16:25Speaker 3: them out, pardon them or commuted their senses, and yet
- 16:32Speaker 3: Biden let all drug dealers out scum of the earth.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Have you ever met the Jay sixers. They're the nicest
- 16:39Speaker 3: people in the world. Many of the military veterans Jake
- 16:44Speaker 3: Lang constantly on this show. Nicest guy you'll ever meet.
- 16:47Speaker 3: He did nothing wrong. He's a great guy. Thank god
- 16:50Speaker 3: he got pardoned. I fought for his pardon. I helped
- 16:53Speaker 3: him get pardon. I gave a man freedom. You know,
- 16:56Speaker 3: I feel like Abraham Lincoln. I wrote a nice life
- 17:00Speaker 3: out of the president. Trumpet said, you gotta free all
- 17:02Speaker 3: of them, not some of them, not the ones who
- 17:04Speaker 3: are only the ones who are nonviolent. Anybody. Let's say
- 17:08Speaker 3: I went to a protest or you went to a protest,
- 17:11Speaker 3: and we did nothing wrong, and out of the blue,
- 17:14Speaker 3: the police started swinging clubs and breaking our bones, and
- 17:18Speaker 3: the police started shooting projectiles at us and started gassing us.
- 17:26Speaker 3: And in the middle of the tear gas, they started
- 17:29Speaker 3: hitting you and breaking your bones with clubs. And you've
- 17:33Speaker 3: done nothing, nobody's done anything wrong. Once you fight back,
- 17:38Speaker 3: I would that makes me a police hater, That makes
- 17:41Speaker 3: me a criminal, That.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Makes me a police murderer. No, it doesn't. I'm fighting
- 17:45Speaker 1: for my life. I'm fighting in self defense. That's what
- 17:49Speaker 1: Jake Lang did.
- 17:50Speaker 3: That is nothing in common with these hoods and thugs
- 17:54Speaker 3: and drug scumbags that Biden let out.
- 17:57Speaker 1: And you have to.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Wonder why did he let them out. There has to
- 18:01Speaker 3: be a reason he let him out. Somebody paid for it, folks.
- 18:06Speaker 3: You know everything with the Biden cry family, Hunter, Biden,
- 18:09Speaker 3: Joe Biden, their hands row was out.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Nobody does anything for free.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Somebody paid to let all the criminals out and all
- 18:18Speaker 3: the drug dealers out. I could only think of the
- 18:20Speaker 3: Mexican drug cartel. That's the old and they own the
- 18:23Speaker 3: Democrat Party, so it must be the Mexican drug cartel.
- 18:27Speaker 3: Who else would want to let drug dealers have their
- 18:30Speaker 3: sentences commuted or pardoned. Here's one in the New York
- 18:35Speaker 3: Post today, a convicted drug dealers back on the streets
- 18:38Speaker 3: in New York City after former President Joe Biden commuted
- 18:41Speaker 3: his sentence before leaving office. Thirty two year old Johnny Perez,
- 18:45Speaker 3: who goes by the name Ghost, ran an around the
- 18:49Speaker 3: clock drug operation involving crack cocaine and was among the
- 18:54Speaker 3: twenty five hundred criminals whose sentences Biden commuted.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Why would you choose him unless someone paid you? And
- 19:01Speaker 1: you know Hunter's hand.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Is always out, and you know that Biden's hand is
- 19:07Speaker 3: always out, and you know the Biden cry family runs
- 19:11Speaker 3: based on payoffs and bribes.

- 19:39Speaker 3: doesn't make sense. A known crack dealer, Why would the

- 24:26Speaker 1: And here he is, Sheriff mcmayhill. How are you, hey, war.
- 24:31Speaker 4: Ron unfiltered, I'm glad to be here. Thank you.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Good, good, good.
- 24:34Speaker 3: So look, I wanted to have you on because because

- 24:38Speaker 3: both consider you a good friend, and I want to
- 24:40Speaker 3: make sure everybody knows that we got a great sheriff.
- 24:43Speaker 3: I think there's been some miscommunication. A lot of my
- 24:46Speaker 3: fans keep sending me notes saying Vegas is not complying
- 24:50Speaker 3: with you know, with this mass deportation of illegals by
- 24:54Speaker 3: President Trump there under the miss I believe the misinformation
- 24:58Speaker 3: or the miscommunication, they think you're not.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Cooperating, and that could not be further from the truth. Correct.
- 25:05Speaker 4: Absolutely, And you know I also get those very same
- 25:09Speaker 4: messages from people that are saying, you know, do your job,
- 25:12Speaker 4: do your job, and we absolutely are. And let me
- 25:14Speaker 4: just give you a really quick overview of this. One
- 25:17Speaker 4: of the first departments actually to not only publish a
- 25:19Speaker 4: policy in regards to this, but add in the Lake
- 25:22Speaker 4: and Riley additional pieces. And that policy simple, if you're
- 25:25Speaker 4: a foreign born individual arrested for a felony, domestic violence
- 25:28Speaker 4: or driving under the influences, we're going to notify ICE.
- 25:32Speaker 4: When lacn. Riley came out, that added burglary, larceny, theft,
- 25:35Speaker 4: petty larceny or shoplifting, and crimes against an officer, so
- 25:39Speaker 4: we notify ICE on all of those. Let me just
- 25:41Speaker 4: kind of give you a quick overview of what the
- 25:44Speaker 4: problem is. When President Trump won, he gave these directions
- 25:49Speaker 4: and he basically took every single federal agency and deputized
- 25:53Speaker 4: them as ICE officers. So FBI dea at f all
- 25:58Speaker 4: of them because in that case, most of our ICE
- 26:01Speaker 4: officers that were already assigned in Las Vegas, had already
- 26:03Speaker 4: been down a retasked to work on the southern border.
- 26:07Speaker 4: As you well know, stopping the influx of people coming
- 26:10Speaker 4: in is just as important as getting those that.
- 26:13Speaker 3: It's a big job. It's a hard job, big job,
- 26:16Speaker 3: it's a big border, and.
- 26:18Speaker 4: They're doing a great job on it. I'm you know,
- 26:20Speaker 4: I'm seeing the numbers of ninety three, ninety four percent down,
- 26:22Speaker 4: and so that's a good thing stopping the influx of
- 26:24Speaker 4: people that are coming in. We were one of the
- 26:27Speaker 4: last what was two eighty seven g jails in the
- 26:31Speaker 4: in the United States at one point where we had
- 26:34Speaker 4: cross deputized officers working in the Clark County Detention Center.
- 26:38Speaker 4: That program went away for lots of legal challenges over
- 26:41Speaker 4: the years, and I understand they're trying to bring it back,
- 26:43Speaker 4: and if that's law, then obviously we'll do that. But
- 26:45Speaker 4: let me just very quickly give you quick quick numbers.
- 26:49Speaker 4: So just in this last week from February thirteenth to
- 26:52Speaker 4: February seventeenth, I have two hundred and eight people in
- 26:55Speaker 4: the Clark County Detention Center that meet the criteria for
- 26:58Speaker 4: reporting to ICE. Okay, so you have to remember. Just
- 27:00Speaker 4: because there's two hundred and two in there right now
- 27:03Speaker 4: in the last week new people that arrived, that doesn't
- 27:06Speaker 4: mean they're going to be released, because they stay in
- 27:08Speaker 4: the jail until either it judge orders them released or
- 27:11Speaker 4: their sentence is completed, or they're sent off to prison.
- 27:16Speaker 4: So in this case, there were thirty two notices that
- 27:18Speaker 4: were sent to ICE on those individuals, and there's two
- 27:22Speaker 4: pieces and parts of this that are important. The I
- 27:24Speaker 4: two hundred is a detainer that ICE. We will notify
- 27:28Speaker 4: ICE the minute that an individual comes in meets that
- 27:30Speaker 4: criteria to the Clark County Detention Center. If they send
- 27:34Speaker 4: over a detainer at that time, we know that they
- 27:36Speaker 4: want them. More often than not they don't. In fact,
- 27:38Speaker 4: in that last week, we only had five of those
- 27:43Speaker 4: individuals that they received detainers on picked up in the
- 27:47Speaker 4: same time period we sent over the notifications prior to release,
- 27:52Speaker 4: where they sent over seven warrants, and in those cases
- 27:56Speaker 4: only four of those people that we had notified on
- 27:58Speaker 4: them did they get a warrants. One of those persons,
- 28:01Speaker 4: by the way, was released on electronic monitoring for Internet
- 28:05Speaker 4: crimes against children luring a minor over a computer. So
- 28:08Speaker 4: they're currently out in our community qualifying ICE removal that
- 28:12Speaker 4: needs to be removed from our community. I want those
- 28:15Speaker 4: kinds of people gone from our community. And you know
- 28:18Speaker 4: you've heard me say this far too often. Our judge
- 28:20Speaker 4: has let too many people out for very serious crimes.
- 28:23Speaker 4: And so we are notifying here's the problem. The local
- 28:26Speaker 4: infrastructure still not set up to come over and get
- 28:30Speaker 4: all of those people that were releasing from the Clark
- 28:32Speaker 4: County Detention Center. I average in about one hundred and
- 28:35Speaker 4: fifty plus people being booked in a day, as well
- 28:38Speaker 4: as one hundred and fifty people that are released per day.
- 28:41Speaker 4: ICE doesn't have the people to do it. I'm currently
- 28:44Speaker 4: meeting with them regularly and all the other federal agencies
- 28:47Speaker 4: to try to figure out how it is that none
- 28:49Speaker 4: of these people get released back into our community. And look,
- 28:52Speaker 4: here's the truth. They're used to Metro sort of being
- 28:55Speaker 4: the lead agency on ICE or on any of these
- 28:58Speaker 4: kinds of issues, as we have in bringing all these
- 29:02Speaker 4: federal agencies to bear on the problem, and that's currently
- 29:05Speaker 4: where we're at. We're supposed to be starting every single
- 29:08Speaker 4: morning meeting to continue to have these low hanging fruit
- 29:11Speaker 4: ones that are already booked in the jail picked up.
- 29:13Speaker 4: But Wayne, the other big part is is when we
- 29:16Speaker 4: have an individual that has a warrant for any one
- 29:18Speaker 4: of those crimes out in our community, we're still going
- 29:20Speaker 4: out to get them. We just are not. All I
- 29:23Speaker 4: simply ever said was the offenses, which it is illegal,
- 29:27Speaker 4: but they are offenses that are looked at by the
- 29:31Speaker 4: federal agencies. They're doing their job right to go get
- 29:34Speaker 4: somebody who's simply in the United States illegally but has
- 29:37Speaker 4: not yet committed a crime. All I simply ever said
- 29:40Speaker 4: was is I've got a lot of work to do. Hell,
- 29:42Speaker 4: I had seven shootings this last weekend, five home sides.
- 29:46Speaker 4: I'm busy doing the things that I've got to do.
- 29:48Speaker 4: I just need them to do theirs. All of our
- 29:50Speaker 4: effort and participation is getting these people so they don't
- 29:54Speaker 4: get released, either from the state prison or the county jail,
- 29:58Speaker 4: so that they can be removed by ice. We're still
- 30:01Speaker 4: working through all of that. And the last thing I'll
- 30:03Speaker 4: say to you is I've been texting back and forth
- 30:07Speaker 4: with the Borders ar mister Homan as well as my
- 30:09Speaker 4: people met with him in Washington, d C. He knows
- 30:12Speaker 4: the effort that we're all undertaken out here trying to
- 30:14Speaker 4: get this up and running, and obviously we'll continue to
- 30:19Speaker 4: see some of this effort as we move forward. Hundreds
- 30:22Speaker 4: of people that qualify for removal. We've got to get it.
- 30:24Speaker 1: So look, you've cleared it up. You got my vote.
- 30:28Speaker 1: I think you're doing a great job.
- 30:29Speaker 3: It's refreshing to hear what you just said, because I
- 30:32Speaker 3: think the media misquoted you or cut you off and
- 30:35Speaker 3: used only part. You know, that's they do to me
- 30:36Speaker 3: every day, by the way, take everything out of context,
- 30:38Speaker 3: and they took it out of context, and it made
- 30:40Speaker 3: it sound like you were not cooperating with Ice and
- 30:44Speaker 3: not cooperating with Trump's deportation, and you and I both
- 30:48Speaker 3: know that's not true, and I wanted to make sure
- 30:49Speaker 3: that we had you on to clear that up. So
- 30:52Speaker 3: thank you for clearing that up, and thank you for
- 30:54Speaker 3: being very clear about the fact that we are all
- 30:58Speaker 3: in the same you know direction, you're rowing in the
- 31:01Speaker 3: same boat. We all want to get rid of people
- 31:03Speaker 3: that are illegally here, that are committing crimes. That's the
- 31:06Speaker 3: first thing that matters, you know, if they're here illegally,
- 31:08Speaker 3: that's bad enough. But if they're illegally here and they're
- 31:10Speaker 3: committing a crime in Las Vegas, we're going to cooperate
- 31:14Speaker 3: with ICE and get them out of here. That's great,
- 31:16Speaker 3: Thank you for that. What do you think about these
- 31:18Speaker 3: blue cities. We're not in New York, We're not a Chicago,
- 31:21Speaker 3: We're not in LA where they refuse to cooperate with
- 31:25Speaker 3: ICE or they actively try and get in the way
- 31:28Speaker 3: and stop ICE, and they brag their sanctuary cities.
- 31:31Speaker 1: What are your thoughts on those cities.
- 31:33Speaker 3: That are literally, you know, flagging their finger, their middle
- 31:37Speaker 3: finger at Trump and the law.
- 31:40Speaker 4: Well, listen, I'll tell you quite frankly. You know, I
- 31:44Speaker 4: have lots of personal thoughts on things, but I will
- 31:46Speaker 4: tell you that you can't. You have to follow the law.
- 31:48Speaker 4: I'm a law enforcement professional for thirty five years. I
- 31:52Speaker 4: don't make law, I enforce law. So as this and
- 31:56Speaker 4: by the way, what's interesting about all of this is
- 31:59Speaker 4: this Lake and Act was actually voted for by all
- 32:03Speaker 4: of our congressional representatives that we're Democrat. So you know,
- 32:08Speaker 4: as you have this so called anger placed at different people,
- 32:12Speaker 4: this is this issue of criminal aliens in our community
- 32:15Speaker 4: committing crimes is really a bipartisan issue, at least from
- 32:18Speaker 4: that particular perspective, and so standing in the way or
- 32:22Speaker 4: telling people when ICE is coming that's not going to happen,
- 32:25Speaker 4: that's illegal to do. Absolutely would never go do that.
- 32:29Speaker 4: My focus, though, however, is on when I look at
- 32:33Speaker 4: the numbers of people that are booked into the Clark
- 32:35Speaker 4: County Detention Center. The first list that I had, by
- 32:38Speaker 4: the way, was two hundred and ninety four people. When
- 32:41Speaker 4: I looked at that first list, I was absolutely appalled
- 32:44Speaker 4: at the kinds of crimes that these individuals were committing,
- 32:48Speaker 4: as well as the country of origin where many of
- 32:50Speaker 4: them came from, Mexico, El salvad or Guatemala, a number
- 32:54Speaker 4: of things, and so the other thing that followed on
- 32:56Speaker 4: very quickly after that, there was some controversy because him
- 33:00Speaker 4: Detention Center and North I'm sorry, the City of Las
- 33:03Speaker 4: Vegas had released some information about ICE inmates in their custody,
- 33:07Speaker 4: with their charges in the country of origin. I had
- 33:10Speaker 4: all of that, but there's this other thing called the law,
- 33:13Speaker 4: which is a coda federal regulation. I knew this because
- 33:16Speaker 4: my lawyers had worked with ICE for years. While we
- 33:19Speaker 4: had it to eighty seven.
- 33:20Speaker 1: Hey, Kevin Kevin the attraction for Onsac County one sec.

- 36:44Speaker 1: All right, welcome back, Wayne Allen. Roots.
- 36:47Speaker 3: Even though this show is nationally syndicated, it's a very
- 36:51Speaker 3: Vegas kind of centric show because I live here in
- 36:54Speaker 3: Las Vegas, and I'm a big believer that what happens
- 36:56Speaker 3: in Vegas happens everywhere and spreads everywhere. Vegas is the
- 37:00Speaker 3: center of America. And you know what, forty forty five
- 37:04Speaker 3: million turas a year come to Vegas and we are,
- 37:07Speaker 3: you know, kind of the centerpiece of America. What happens
- 37:10Speaker 3: here is gonna happen in other places too, So I
- 37:12Speaker 3: love to have Vegas guests. I've got Sheriff Kevin mcmahill,
- 37:16Speaker 3: who is basically the police chief of Las Vegas. He's
- 37:19Speaker 3: called Sheriff of Las Vegas Metro, but he is the
- 37:21Speaker 3: police chief of this town and the number one face
- 37:25Speaker 3: of law enforcement in this town. I thought it'd be
- 37:27Speaker 3: good to bring you the interview with him. So Kevin,
- 37:29Speaker 3: welcome back to the show.
- 37:30Speaker 1: How are you great. My wife Cindy sent me a text.
- 37:36Speaker 1: She's listening right now.
- 37:37Speaker 3: She's a big fan of yours, probably your biggest fan,
- 37:39Speaker 3: and she's just a huge fan of the job you're doing.
- 37:42Speaker 1: So Cindy says hi and says you're doing great.
- 37:45Speaker 4: So I'm definitely married. I can tell you that.
- 37:48Speaker 3: Oh it's not even close. Luckiest man in the world.
- 37:51Speaker 3: So here's the deal. Look, we don't need to be
- 37:54Speaker 3: labor the point. I think you're doing a great job,
- 37:56Speaker 3: and you were misquoted, and you're doing what needs to
- 37:59Speaker 3: be done with illegal alien criminals.
- 38:02Speaker 1: Let's get that out of the way. You're doing great.
- 38:03Speaker 1: All good.
- 38:05Speaker 3: We have Trump a new sheriff in town excuse the pun,
- 38:08Speaker 3: Donald J.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Trump, and and the guy is so pro law enforcement.
- 38:12Speaker 3: I just wanted to get your take on what a
- 38:14Speaker 3: pleasure it is to have someone at the top who
- 38:17Speaker 3: loves the police and supports the police instead of some
- 38:20Speaker 3: bleeding heart liberal who loves you know, the George Soros
- 38:23Speaker 3: daz who let every criminal out and the Democrat politician
- 38:26Speaker 3: who let every criminal out. Isn't it a breath of
- 38:28Speaker 3: fresh air to have someone who's pro cop in the
- 38:30Speaker 3: in the White House?
- 38:32Speaker 4: Yeah? I mean, look, it's always easier for us to
- 38:35Speaker 4: do our job when you feel that that level of
- 38:36Speaker 4: support and I think it's important for in particular for
- 38:39Speaker 4: my men and women that are out there doing this.
- 38:42Speaker 4: It's it's a little interesting again because now we have
- 38:45Speaker 4: these protests, and the protests, whether it's about Gaza, or
- 38:49Speaker 4: whether it's a protest about ice, or whether it's a
- 38:52Speaker 4: protest about who knows what they're protesting about, they all
- 38:55Speaker 4: seem to be coming together to try to, you know,
- 38:58Speaker 4: have larger numbers, and so we struggle with those protests,
- 39:02Speaker 4: sometimes multiple protests today, and so I think at the
- 39:06Speaker 4: end of the day, a lot of times it is
- 39:07Speaker 4: important for us and as important quite frankly for the
- 39:11Speaker 4: people in this community to make sure that they let
- 39:14Speaker 4: their officers know that they support them. There that goes
- 39:16Speaker 4: a really long way for the men and women at
- 39:18Speaker 4: law enforcement. Yeah.
- 39:19Speaker 3: Well, Cindy and I, my wife, Cindy and I, every
- 39:22Speaker 3: time we pass a cop I mean every single time,
- 39:24Speaker 3: matter where we go on the strip, we see two
- 39:26Speaker 3: police officers, three police officers, we stop and talk to
- 39:29Speaker 3: every one of them and say thank you for your service.
- 39:31Speaker 3: We appreciate everything you're doing, we appreciate the risk you take.
- 39:34Speaker 3: God bless you. And they are so happy and they're smiling.
- 39:37Speaker 3: They just love to hear that, and it doesn't happen enough.
- 39:40Speaker 3: I wish everybody would do that. But I wanted to
- 39:43Speaker 3: ask you. I had to Channel five news on last
- 39:46Speaker 3: night and I saw they were like four homicides in
- 39:48Speaker 3: the last forty eight hours. What do you think is
- 39:50Speaker 3: going on? Why are there so many homicides? Why is
- 39:53Speaker 3: violent crime exploding at this moment in time? Any idea
- 39:56Speaker 3: or just just kind of a coincidence in bad luck.
- 39:58Speaker 3: It just happened, you know, in the last forty eight
- 40:00Speaker 3: hours in Las Vegas.
- 40:01Speaker 1: What's the deal?
- 40:02Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a great question. I just spent the last
- 40:04Speaker 4: two hours talking about it right before I got on
- 40:06Speaker 4: the radio with you. And what's interesting in regards to
- 40:10Speaker 4: this last couple three or four days over this weekend,
- 40:15Speaker 4: is that the level of violence really had gotten out.
- 40:18Speaker 4: And you know, that's that's coming on the hills of
- 40:20Speaker 4: two separate years of twenty percent reduction in homicides. My
- 40:23Speaker 4: homicide numbers are at one oh nine for last year,
- 40:26Speaker 4: which is another twenty some percent reduction, and I'm going
- 40:29Speaker 4: to be speaking about that next week in my State
- 40:31Speaker 4: of the Department address. But the fascinating part that really
- 40:34Speaker 4: came together this weekend was that almost all these shootings
- 40:37Speaker 4: involved Hispanic street gangs. Interesting for me to figure out
- 40:43Speaker 4: whether you're talking about we do know there's a number
- 40:46Speaker 4: of them that had come up from California, which we
- 40:48Speaker 4: always trade our gangster undesirables with California anyway, and so
- 40:55Speaker 4: really paying attention to is there's something else going on?
- 40:58Speaker 4: Is this related to some of the ice is just
- 41:00Speaker 4: like really trying to have better intelligence to tell us
- 41:04Speaker 4: what does it mean and what is happening here? And
- 41:07Speaker 4: you know, one of the good things about my men
- 41:09Speaker 4: and women is is they always figure it out and
- 41:11Speaker 4: we go out there and interrupt it. And the good
- 41:14Speaker 4: part is is I believe all but one of those
- 41:16Speaker 4: homicides we arrested these individuals. One of them was a
- 41:18Speaker 4: drive by where six kids had tried to get away
- 41:21Speaker 4: in a car and we got all them in custody,
- 41:23Speaker 4: and so the good part is they're not getting away
- 41:26Speaker 4: with it. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to completely prevent it.
- 41:30Speaker 4: But that's the work that the men and women of
- 41:33Speaker 4: Metro are out there doing day in and day out
- 41:35Speaker 4: to make sure that we keep our community safe.
- 41:38Speaker 3: Yeah, nobody can, nobody could be a magician and stop
- 41:40Speaker 3: wall murders.
- 41:41Speaker 1: I understand that last question.
- 41:43Speaker 3: We got like a minute and a half left to
- 41:44Speaker 3: give me like a one minute answer. Recruiting, I'm just
- 41:47Speaker 3: wondering how hard it is nowadays to get young people
- 41:50Speaker 3: to want to be cops.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Is it hard to recruit for Las Vegas Metro?
- 41:54Speaker 3: Are you guys having a hard time or is it
- 41:56Speaker 3: starting to get a little easier versus the last few
- 41:58Speaker 3: years with the BLM movement all of that.
- 42:02Speaker 4: Well, I don't know if I'm allowed to say kicking
- 42:04Speaker 4: ass or not, but we're doing that. And one of
- 42:06Speaker 4: the things that attracts people to Metro is is any
- 42:09Speaker 4: that we have a sheriff, right and the sheriff is
- 42:11Speaker 4: allowed to run the police department because he's elected by
- 42:14Speaker 4: the people and I'm not appointed chief that the mayor
- 42:17Speaker 4: or the council or anybody gets to tell me what
- 42:19Speaker 4: to do and how to do it. Now, they have input,
- 42:21Speaker 4: obviously on the financial side of it, and that's important,
- 42:24Speaker 4: but they're still willing to come to work and to
- 42:27Speaker 4: sign up here. Look, we're having some challenges when it
- 42:29Speaker 4: comes to budget issues and how much they're paid and
- 42:32Speaker 4: the cost of living in Las Vegas has gotten to
- 42:34Speaker 4: the place where new cops can't afford a house, and
- 42:37Speaker 4: we're going to continue to remain challenged. But as we
- 42:39Speaker 4: sit here today, we're one of only five police departments
- 42:41Speaker 4: in the entire country with large police departments of the
- 42:45Speaker 4: fifty eight largest that has an hundred three percent vacancy rate.
- 42:49Speaker 4: My corrections is completely filled in my dispatch is completely
- 42:52Speaker 4: filled the sad things that didn't have two years ago,
- 42:55Speaker 4: and I'm really proud of the effort these guys have,
- 42:58Speaker 4: but they're also proud to be.
- 42:59Speaker 1: Members of the Hey, Kevin, I'm getting a ten in
- 43:02Speaker 1: my ear again. We gotta go. We're up against the
- 43:04Speaker 1: ad break.
- 43:05Speaker 3: Congratulations, you're doing a great job. Sheriff Kevin mcmayhill, Las
- 43:09Speaker 3: Vegas Sheriff. Thank you, Kevin, Bye bye.
