- 0:00Hi, Welcome to tea time with Amy and bev HeLa. Wella good day,
- 0:08good day. How are you doing. I'm doing all right on a
- 0:15Saturday, I am. On Tuesday, I'm doing all right. Um,
- 0:26A lot's going on that's super exciting with classes and stuff coming up, making
- 0:33other connections and getting things flowing. That's cool. I don't know what's happening
- 0:43with you. I don't know. Well, like we've talked about, we
- 0:52have this group coming together, and because it's I'm the one that's setting it
- 0:57up, it's amazing what shows up for me. As far as I can
- 1:03go, everything's great, everything's wonderful. And then later on that day I
- 1:07might get things. So one of the things I got us like why was
- 1:11I cussing? Why do I feel why did I feel like it was necessary
- 1:14to cuss right? Start questioning it. Well, then the deal is that
- 1:18last night I recognized it doesn't matter about the cussing, but it is a
- 1:22lower vibrational frequency. It is That's what I'm noticing for me, So when
- 1:26I do that, it takes me lower. And then I start to go
- 1:29like, why are you doing that? Why are you putting yourself back into
- 1:30that space? Again instead of being like, oh gosh, maybe I'll look
- 1:34up some other words that might be the opposite of fuck, you know what
- 1:38I mean from my perspective, and then so finding different just finding different words
- 1:44to express myself instead of using that word. So that's one of the ways.
- 1:48But it's also just paying attention to how does it fill in my body?
- 1:51Even when I just said it just now, it felt uncomfortable. I
- 1:53don't like it. So then it's like, why do I keep doing it?
- 1:56It's just like a lot of other things, well me, So we're
- 1:59getting together, and so any of any of the areas that my self confidence
- 2:02has weakness, which a lot of it does. I mean, it's it's
- 2:06it's not as strong as it it will be. It'll be stronger. It's
- 2:09even stronger now by going through the stuff and it and my other side of
- 2:13me when I experienced any of this stuff that feels like because it's foreign and
- 2:16it's unnew and it's not part of my template. So I start second guessing
- 2:20everything and questioning things, and questioning things is good and second guessing things aren't
- 2:24isn't bad either. It just helps me to learn how to be more tuned
- 2:30and turned in and tapped on, turned on. I don't know. I
- 2:32I am not Esther or Abraham picked. So I'm just saying that, but
- 2:37they have great phrases. But that's one of the things that I've noticed,
- 2:40and I don't know about something that you noticed earlier, but it's something that
- 2:44I definitely have been experiencing it. It seems to get better and better.
- 2:46And I go through this conversation about like whereas this coming from, you know,
- 2:52going deeper with inside of myself, and it goes into the fear things,
- 2:55it goes into not being accepted. You know, there's all there's these
- 2:59little fears to come up, and it's so easy to say, you know
- 3:02what, we didn't set up a date for next time, we could probably
- 3:07skip it. You know. It's so easy for me to get into that
- 3:09space because it's that's because, let's face it, it's comfortable to stay in
- 3:14the space that's comfortable, period. And when we start going outside of that
- 3:19box, it gets a little bit scary sometimes because now we got these triggers
- 3:22that are being enacted, if I believe that's the right terminology to use,
- 3:27but it is. It's activating these experiences and it's it's these triggers and I
- 3:31really have to set with it and understand it. And this is and I
- 3:35know this goes back to childhood. This is not new stuff. It's not
- 3:38new at all. Gosh, I have so much stuff that's going on,
- 3:43Like I mean, we could leave it right there and then we will touch
- 3:46base on the other stuff. If if you've got because you usually have some
- 3:49insight, I would with coming to me as a couple of things, is
- 3:53based on the language you're using. Is there uh like a judgment around it,
- 4:00not from you, but coming from others based on the people that who
- 4:02were there. It's just a question and does marriage me if you answer it
- 4:05or not. And then the other thing is, like we've talked about,
- 4:11when spirit knows it's time for us to to what I call move to the
- 4:15next level, then we're put in these uncomfortable situations, right, These these
- 4:20situations are like you're either going to learn and grow or you're gonna sit in
- 4:25it and steer in it. And so, um, just knowing you know
- 4:30some of the people that were there that, um, it's an opportunity based
- 4:36on their perspectives and what's coming forward to catapult you in your own healing,
- 4:44and it could be for all of us to who attended. It's just what
- 4:47we do with the information. But I'm I'm feeling like you were guided to
- 4:53do this group. This is for you and all the stuff that's showing up
- 4:59by however the messages are being delivered by you know, sharing and and just
- 5:03having those conversations. It's stirring that stuff within yourself to really draw out whatever
- 5:13is still stagnant. And like you said, you know, I could keep
- 5:18doing this, or I could say that's it. I don't want to do
- 5:23somewhere, but that's the that's the that's a safe place, that's right,
- 5:29the safe place in the you know, history of the traumas, the history
- 5:34of the victimhood, the history of the old templates, that's all history.
- 5:38And of course when we're stepping forward into a path that we're not that's unknown,
- 5:42it is kind of scary because we don't know. But it's learning how
- 5:45to change it from scary to embracing it and being excited by it because I
- 5:50do undred percent agree with you that it is for me. Does everybody else
- 5:55benefit? Oh? Yeah, I saw some stuff and then I had conversations
- 5:58afterwards. It was awesome. It was really awesome. I don't I mean,
- 6:01it is very possible that I could have picked up on an energy that
- 6:04would have been feeling that, which which wouldn't matter either way one way or
- 6:08the other because it's really not my stuff. But it's just to feel that
- 6:13space. But I think my personal perspective on this is there's something that I'm
- 6:17going to be doing that so much more and this is like easier for me
- 6:20to take the bites of right this is my this is for my diet right
- 6:25now, so that I can change things because I'm evolving right now, and
- 6:28this is gentle for me to work through this step when these emotions come up,
- 6:31because if it was something big and I was being put on the spotlight,
- 6:35I don't know because I'm not there, but I and I always ask
- 6:40for my lessons to be with grace and ease, and my guidance to be
- 6:43with grace and ease, and my path to be you know, it's just
- 6:46with grace and ease, so that I'm being able to embrace it and actually
- 6:49digest that. Know that I'm actually eating these things and I'm digesting this so
- 6:54I no longer have to carry it with me so it's just it's I just
- 6:59find it interesting, but it's that's how I've felt, and it's like I
- 7:03said, it's not during, it's not after. I think this didn't even
- 7:06show up till the following day, or it might have been that eat.
- 7:10I don't know it was around that timeframe, but it was way way after.
- 7:15And then the last every single one of them, I've had some emotional
- 7:17stuff that's gone on. The first one we did, I think I was
- 7:23I didn't feel good for the rest of that day, and the next day
- 7:26I was just like totally drained, totally drained. But I'm also realizing,
- 7:30and I've done this before, is asking to feel the energies of others,
- 7:34but not to take it on. And it's remembering to do that because even
- 7:38in my space sometimes it's easy to take it on as soon as you start
- 7:42going into that story with them, whether you're whether they're mad and angry and
- 7:46you're like, oh, yeah, that's bullshit, you know what I mean,
- 7:48whether you're going on with that information or you just kind of order emotional
- 7:54and crying and stuff, and a lot of times and it catches me off,
- 7:57like it totally catches me off because I'll be working on a person and
- 8:00then they'll emotionally have it have a reaction. Sometimes I am affected, sometimes
- 8:03i'm not. And what I'm affected it's like immediately I'm crying and it's it's
- 8:07not even mine. But I also believe that it helps facilitate the other person
- 8:13by helping relieve them of some of that that they're not able to process.
- 8:18So again, I don't have to take it on and I can just I
- 8:20can look at it and I know, I think there's times that I know
- 8:24on a soul level that this is beneficial to help them remove it. On
- 8:28other people, it's not beneficial to help facilitate that area, or it would
- 8:33just naturally happen because that person needs to do their own work, or they
- 8:37need to look at something, or they work on their own belief system.
- 8:41And will you go back to you saying, you know, this is a
- 8:46way for me to take it in bite sized pieces. This is the up
- 8:50level of you maintaining your energy because one on one, you've been doing really
- 8:54good with that. Now on the other person's stuff, right now it's a
- 9:00group. Now there's multiple, which is a whole another level of how am
- 9:05I going to maintain myself. And it's not like showing up like I gotta
- 9:09be the strong one. I gotta you know, not show any emotions.
- 9:13I'm not talking about that. It's it's maintaining the energies. They're not absorbing
- 9:18it because now they're what was there like ten of us about and that's a
- 9:26lot of different energies in one room in a smaller room, and um,
- 9:33you know, you're basically the forefront. You're you put this together. It's
- 9:39like you're looked at as the person in charge and to hold that space for
- 9:45that many people, it's different. It's I and I. You know,
- 9:48I can speak from experience because I stepped into teaching classes and you have no
- 9:56idea what's ever going to show up? So it's like, how am I
- 10:01going to stay centered within myself? How am I going to hold this space
- 10:05for these people and maintain my energy? Right? So there's there's a lot
- 10:09more energetic responsibility. And I just think that this is this is this is
- 10:16your you went from first grade to second grade type thing. It's like and
- 10:22um, as you know, as a as a teacher, recognizing that the
- 10:33majority of the time is you know, I'm talking earlier when I start teaching
- 10:39that when I would feel that emotion come up, first of all had to
- 10:46recognize is this me absorbing their energy and getting into that space as well,
- 10:54or if they're have an emotional moment, or am I being triggered by my
- 10:58own story or so, then I would have to take that information and discern
- 11:03it. And if it was my own story, then I would go do
- 11:05some of some of my healing and then show up for the next right class.
- 11:11And so having that awareness is super important that you know, am I
- 11:22being triggered by what they're sharing, because then that's gonna propel me into doing
- 11:28more healing with my story myself. So it's not that I show up on
- 11:35a well I don't like emotionless. As a teacher, I show up emotionless,
- 11:39not that at all. It's just I'm not triggered by what they're bringing
- 11:43up. And if I am, now I know I got my own stuff
- 11:46to work on. So showing up as a teacher or showing up as a
- 11:52group facilitators holding that space, I'm still vulnerable. I still show still share
- 11:58stuff, but because I've I've been doing the work on it for a while,
- 12:03I don't dip I'm not I'm gonna say, dip into the heavy emotions
- 12:07of it, Like I don't sit there and cry and sob in front of
- 12:11my class, but I do share my stories. This is what it what
- 12:15happened, this is the way I perceived it, this is you know how
- 12:18it affected me. This is what I did to heal. So now it
- 12:20becomes a space of sharing instead of a space of I'm still in the story
- 12:26and what I'm going to say is a victim to my story and being triggered
- 12:31by it. So I hope all that makes sense. But I just think
- 12:33this as an opportunity for you for the next next expansion of yourself to be
- 12:39in a group setting. For sure, there's no doubt. Yeah, I
- 12:46mean I and I get everything that you're saying. I would say that,
- 12:50Um I do. My question to myself is and I do that, especially
- 12:52when I leave the classes. It's my energy, so I specifically ask right
- 12:56away. And usually if I when I ask that, if it's mine,
- 13:00it will stay there if it's If it's not, I might see the person's
- 13:03face, the energy might just completely disappear, the name might come along with
- 13:07it. Is. So I do do that for sure. And then of
- 13:11course with the group, I don't. I really feel like this is more
- 13:15triggering me that I'm having to step out and be seen, and that's not
- 13:20always easy. It's not always easy, and it's not really from that space
- 13:24because it's everybody that I'm in that group with the group feels comfortable to me.
- 13:28I don't feel uncomfortable for it, and it's because to me, it's
- 13:31just it's just a people coming together. It's just people coming together, half
- 13:35conversation, so to me, there's a bonus. It was an awfo.
- 13:37I mean, the group was awesome. But I will go through like certain
- 13:41things will start popping up later and it was just like why did you say
- 13:45that? Why you know? And it wasn't. That's not from anybody else,
- 13:48that's just my stuff. And then again I will bring back the facts.
- 13:52For me, it felt it doesn't feel high bibid. It just doesn't.
- 13:56It feels like it feels uncomfortable, it feels like it dips, it
- 13:58feels it just feel high flying at all. So it's recognizing. Okay,
- 14:03So then talking to myself, well, he showed up, he did great,
- 14:07and then next time you'll just even do better. It's not it's just
- 14:09not even a matter of that, and just even realizing even just when we
- 14:13said it a little bit ago, or when I said a little bit ago,
- 14:15I didn't like the way it felt. It's got a different energy about
- 14:18it. Like think about it when we're when we're out there and we even
- 14:22use the F word. It's like a lot of other words they have,
- 14:24they have an emotional attachment to them. We use them to express ourselves and
- 14:30to express emotions, so that would come up like that, and it's like
- 14:33it's not even necessary. So it's just something that didn't feel good. I
- 14:37didn't like the way it felt. So what am I going to do about
- 14:39it? Well, I'm going to change the words. I'll change the words.
- 14:41So I'm not that I swore I do feel good something I've been kind
- 14:46of doing, like on Facebook, and it's I think it's all related.
- 14:50I want people's stories. I want you to tell me about the good stuff.
- 14:52Everybody is so focused on negativity all the time. They're so focused on
- 14:58these information that's out there. I'm not denying that the stuff's not going on
- 15:03in the world, but we can't create something different by being in that space,
- 15:07which goes along with everything that we're saying. If we want to dip
- 15:09into that energy, if you want to lock into something and go what do
- 15:15they call it, I don't know what going underground or whatever I do.
- 15:20I can't slip my mind because it's not part of my conversation anymore. But
- 15:24you go down the rabbit hole. You go down the rabbit hole, and
- 15:26you start finding all this information, and guess what, all the information,
- 15:30depending on where you're looking, is not looking so good. It doesn't feel
- 15:33good. But I want people to recognize, just like we've talked about,
- 15:37how many times you come home at the end of the day and you say
- 15:39all the good things you did instead of all the bad things. And I'm
- 15:43getting people like I've gotten a couple of stories. My sisters shared a story
- 15:46which totally brought me back to childhood. I've forgotten all about. But she'd
- 15:50said, oh gosh, I remember being in the summertime and we were always
- 15:52in water, like always in water to try to be cool and off,
- 15:56and we were having a blast. We'll be sitting in our dog water dishes,
- 16:00you know, those mettled ten things or whatever the hell they're made out
- 16:04of, and I would sit, we would sit in those right across from
- 16:07each other, splashing around and it's like all crunched up and it splashing around
- 16:11and it's just having fun. That's the stuff. It's it's like, I
- 16:15have a person I kind of expect her to put a story up, but
- 16:18it's like she had gone into a gas station here and she was picking up
- 16:22bags of ice. I've told you this, but it's a it's a good
- 16:25story, picking up ten bags of ice, blocks of ice to take down
- 16:29to the animal shelter because it was hot and they wanted to help cool them
- 16:32down. And while she's in line, she's like, I want ten bags
- 16:33of you know this block ice, and the guy and she says why she's
- 16:37doing it, and the guy behind her says, I'm going to match her,
- 16:41and I'll load your truck your vehicle up for you, like winning and
- 16:44loaded it all up. These are good stories. These are stories that this
- 16:47is the news. This is the news to share because then we create more
- 16:51of it instead of being attached to the drama of the news and like,
- 16:55oh god, now they're doing this because that constant roller coaster. Because a
- 16:57lot of times we get motivated that way. A lot of people do get
- 17:00motivated that way. My motivation before it was from anger. Of course,
- 17:04you hurt my feelings or whatever, what's going to come up anger, because
- 17:08it's all a fear of not being good enough. But it does it.
- 17:11It totally activates that and it gets you moving. So I want people to
- 17:17start looking at the opposite side, and then I realize it's not about them,
- 17:21It's about what's this inner dialogue that I've been having, because it's not
- 17:23a very good dialogue all the time. Just like I said, even with
- 17:27the F word or any of the words. Yeah, they're just words,
- 17:30but how I'm using it or how I'm saying it for me doesn't feel good.
- 17:36It doesn't feel correct. So I can continue going down that path and
- 17:40still using the word and be like, screw it, I'm just gonna say
- 17:41it anyways, I don't give a shit. Or I can be like,
- 17:45it doesn't feel good. It's just a simple gauge. It just doesn't feel
- 17:48good. Okay, What could I do differently? I can listen more,
- 17:53I could find different words, I can meditate, There's a lot of things
- 18:02I can do. It feels good exactly, Just like I watched you during
- 18:07the group and you're doing. You're scribbling, you know what I mean.
- 18:08And I've done that a few times before too, So then I thought,
- 18:11well, you gave me permission to remind myself to come home and do that
- 18:15again. So I sat with doing that, you know, like a lot
- 18:18of them do, and I felt like, all of a sudden, I
- 18:21went from my third eye like I was connected to the pin to the ballpoint
- 18:25pen, to the pin on the paper, to the paper, like it
- 18:27was this whole thing. And then I felt it all the way back into
- 18:30my body again, and my third eye felt crazy, and then I started
- 18:33having different information coming. It's like all these things that are going on all
- 18:37the time showing up for us, and then all we have to do is
- 18:41show up. That's it. And I'll tell you I don't normally scribble.
- 18:48And I was even sitting there doing it, thinking why am I doing this
- 18:51because this isn't something I too. So now I know, thanks, Well,
- 18:56it's it's awesome. It's awesome. And that's what I like if we
- 19:00get people getting together like this with like minded conversations, because there's confirmations,
- 19:03and that's the thing. It's to be like who hears if they say no?
- 19:07It's to be well, gosh, I felt like you were thinking about
- 19:11me and you were having a lot of struggle with this, and I felt
- 19:15this and then mentioning it to them. What's the worst that could happen?
- 19:18Did they say no? And that doesn't mean that you're wrong, not necessarily.
- 19:22It means that maybe the words you use don't fit with that person.
- 19:26Maybe they're not tuned in yet to understand what you're talking about. Not a
- 19:30big deal. It's just to keep going. It's not to be something in
- 19:33the past that would have side blinded me, or or would it not to
- 19:36be totally off balanced and now it's like, okay, well then what's the
- 19:38next information it's going to come in. It's just allowing that information to flow
- 19:42and not having a control over it. It doesn't matter how I see it.
- 19:48I hear people all the time and they're constantly saying, oh, yeah,
- 19:49well I got this message. Did you share it? No? Because
- 19:53I've got I was afraid. Gosh, who was I listening to you?
- 19:56I was listening to someone yesterday and they said this lady, she's not she
- 20:02does not practice as a psychic medium. She was being interviewed. I think
- 20:04by Alex maybe Alex Ferrari next level as Soult, but he was talking to
- 20:10her and she had said something that she was she had learned how to communicate
- 20:15with her father because her father had transitioned. And then during one of the
- 20:18communications, this other person came in and as a little boy, and she
- 20:22would see certain things that she's like, well, that doesn't make any sense.
- 20:25I'm gonna have to have a little Like she's asking her dad like why
- 20:27is this person coming in? And he's letting her know because there it's a
- 20:30connection. He's connected to her father on the other side, which comes in
- 20:34to communicate with her. She's can be connected with this mom of this child
- 20:40that had transitioned. So it's like, all how everything just kind of works
- 20:44together? And then she he shares her. She she's like, give me
- 20:48some more information, and he says something that shows her like these big,
- 20:51huge broad stripes, they're like black and yellow or whatever. No clue.
- 20:56Well, she's sitting out there, she had doesn't share this information with the
- 20:59woman. She's sitting on the bench as they're watching the game, and the
- 21:00mom actually came over and sat by her, and she's like, I'm really
- 21:03having a hard time. Right now, I'm really having a struggle. She
- 21:07said, I was at the graveyard, the grave site, and I'm asking
- 21:10my son for signs because I didn't want to know that he's okay, and
- 21:12he's there, and does he does he dance with me? Or will I
- 21:17don't know something something about dancing. And she says, well, you know,
- 21:22it's kind of strange, but I'll tell you that I saw your son
- 21:25and he was looked like he was doing like a roundhouse kick. And then
- 21:29she's like, oh, yeah, he used to do that. And then
- 21:30she says, then he showed me some these broad stripes, you know,
- 21:33these really thick stripes on this clothing they had on. And and she's like,
- 21:37I don't know anything about that, but just like you said, describbling
- 21:41which helped me come in to practice that at home. It helped the mom.
- 21:45Now she's her focus is on something else, so it's not on the
- 21:48grieving right now. It's possibilities. Gives me goosebumps. She goes home and
- 21:53she starts watching this video of him. I don't know if it was a
- 21:56Christmas video or something, but with him doing roundhouse kick or whatever and then
- 22:02him like being all have every time he opened up a president he come over
- 22:04and it was Christmas and he'd come over and give them a kiss and thank
- 22:07him and you know, and love them. And then um, at one
- 22:11point they were they were dancing together and she's like, oh, we do.
- 22:14She got to dance with them again in that with that energy because she
- 22:17could feel it. And then she says that, you know, she's watching
- 22:21it a little bit longer, and then he comes all the way forward and
- 22:23gets right in front of the screen and then she could see these big thick
- 22:26stripes and it's like stuff it wasn't. That's how that's like stuff that Susanne
- 22:32Gateman would say, that's evidential because it's information that's coming through that's not in
- 22:36the moms, you know, their immediate information that we can access. Um,
- 22:41like you said, we can access the information of how someone's filling in
- 22:44their space. That's like, that's like in there what is it called,
- 22:48and it's in their area, but it's in there like vortex. It's it's
- 22:52in that space that we have access to, and that's so awesome. But
- 22:56that's how these things happen, and that's why it's so very important for us
- 22:59to service information and it was awesome that spirit brought her over to sit down
- 23:03right next to her and just to like voice how she felt about this,
- 23:07not having no clue how it was going to turn out, what information she
- 23:11was going to receive. And then now this girl has this feeling like it
- 23:15was that was awesome that she had this She got to share in something to
- 23:18help uplift somebody else, which is amazing. Yeah, and it's the fact
- 23:25that she even listened to that guidance to go sit next to this lady.
- 23:30Yeah, right, because that's part of it too. You receive that intuitive
- 23:33guidance to go do something, to do something outside of probably a norm for
- 23:38you, and you listen, and then a message could come through, a
- 23:45conversation could be had, a gift might be given. Like things just happened,
- 23:49And that happened not too long ago. I don't remember if I shared
- 23:52it on here, but I was at the gym and I typically find dimes
- 23:59a lot. I mean I find pennies, but dimes, right, And
- 24:04so I went to use this one specific piece of equipment where somebody was on
- 24:10it. So I was I went over to to do an ab machine that
- 24:15you lay down on with for the lower abs. And typically when I would
- 24:21sit up, I would sit up and turn to the left, which is
- 24:23towards the front of you know, looking towards the front of the building.
- 24:26But something said turned to the right, and when I did, and I
- 24:30kind of looked down the machine next to me. There's there's the support leg
- 24:36on the bottom on the floor and just like halfway showing side by side was
- 24:41a diamond a penny right, And so I could have done anything else,
- 24:47knowing that this one machine was being used. I could have done anything else
- 24:51in that gym. But I was like, guide it, go, well,
- 24:53go do and I don't normally do this particular machine for my lower abs.
- 24:57That just I'll do it once in a while. And I was like,
- 25:03wow, I'll just go do that whatever. So just listening to those
- 25:08things, those little nudges, those little whispers, can turn out to be
- 25:12so amazing. Agree, It's like yet so even an example, yesterday,
- 25:19I pick up my granddaughter and I always ask her because there's three routes to
- 25:23come home. I can come home the back way, I come home the
- 25:26highway and go through the mountains. And sometimes she'll say, I want to
- 25:32go the highway because it's faster. And then other times she'll be like,
- 25:34I'm going to go through the mountains. And yesterday it was raining, so
- 25:37I thought when I looked over to the highway, I could see that it
- 25:41was getting rained. So I thought, I was like, well, we
- 25:44can get to the house faster because I got I was late picking her up.
- 25:47I'm like, we can get to the house faster if we go the
- 25:48highway. We can go play, and you can get some food. You
- 25:51want to eat some snacks, so look, we can hurry up. And
- 25:53she's like, I want to go the mountain way and I'm like, yeah,
- 25:56but it could be rank, Grandma, I want to go the mountain
- 25:57way. I'm like, okay. We went the mountain way. We got
- 26:02to see a deer, which was awesome. She got to see the deer.
- 26:03I get to see the deers a lot. She got to see it,
- 26:07so it was that was exciting. And then we actually missed all of
- 26:11that rain, and because sometimes people get a little bit it can it was
- 26:15just safer to go that route, and it was beautiful. We got to
- 26:18see a deer and we missed all that stuff and got on the highway and
- 26:21she was just having a blast and no foot hanging. She took her shoes
- 26:23off and her socks off and has her foot like slightly out of the window
- 26:26to see if she can catch the water splash enough to hit her feet or
- 26:30anything like that. So just playing and having a good time wouldn't have that
- 26:36experience if we had gone the other way because I got my mindset over late.
- 26:40I want to spend more time with you. Let's sorry, I can
- 26:41get going. Even though I'm always saying we're spending time right now. What
- 26:45do you mean, We're not wasting time. We're spending time right now,
- 26:47I tell them. And then here I was having that experience, yeah,
- 26:51which I want to bring up. So we've brought up this book numerous time.
- 26:55Everybody. It's awesome and and I want to say this is so useful.
- 27:02It's not for me. I've been using it for myself forever. And
- 27:04if if someone asked me something or someone was having a problem with like,
- 27:07hey, we could look at in the book. I'll send you of the
- 27:08information when it shows up, so that way they can do their own work
- 27:11on it. But it's also beneficial for us to look at this when we
- 27:15have someone else, a loved one, that's having some of these experiences,
- 27:18and then we have an idea where are they coming from? And then we
- 27:22can approach them and help them to heal by asking spirit, asking our souls
- 27:26to connect without soul and asking how we can be of assistance, how can
- 27:30we help them with this where is it coming from? And then be able
- 27:33to give them some information or just to even have a better understanding for you
- 27:37know, for yourself and recognizing where it's coming from on their path and not
- 27:41having a judgment about it, but being like, oh, okay, this
- 27:44is what's going on. My daughter had taken my grandson into the dentist and
- 27:49she said, they said that he's got like six cavities. Well they showed
- 27:53up on the x rays, but you can't visibly see him in their in
- 27:57his mouth. And I said, well, I think he's missing something.
- 28:00What was coming through yesterday was that he needs to add which I just trusted
- 28:06he needs to have more calcium. But I also suggested to my daughter to
- 28:11look at the book. But I suggested to her find out exactly what teeth
- 28:15are made of. Because something's missing in his diet. You can add it
- 28:18to his diet with foods, so not having to do it with anything else.
- 28:22But then I looked at the book and I looked up cavities, and
- 28:26I found it interesting because one of my daughters had had to had cavities when
- 28:33they were younger. So the thing that it says is self neglect, anger,
- 28:38resisting forgiveness of those who have hurt you, too serious about life,
- 28:42carrying shame, critical of self and others, stubbornness, aggression, wanting things
- 28:48your own way, lacking sweetness, inspiration, and gentleness. Now I could
- 28:52process that a few different ways. I could say, oh, yeah,
- 28:56my grandson being at his age, he has a big understanding of a lot
- 28:59of stuff. Not my daughter when she was going through her cavities five or
- 29:03six round Colton's age was experiencing similar stuff. And we end up getting the
- 29:10teeth fixed. What you know, we had them worked on. They were
- 29:12baby teeth, but it was so it wouldn't carry on to the other teeth.
- 29:17But the thing is, it's not to go and fix it. For
- 29:18me, it was to dig deeper. Now I actually have a better understanding
- 29:22of my daughter and my grandson because I decided to look at this from what
- 29:26they were carrying from their ages. My perspective is it wasn't theirs that they
- 29:32were carrying, It was somebody else as they were carrying. This is what
- 29:34they grew up in, This is what their tools were at the time.
- 29:38Am I going to beat myself up about this? No? But I can
- 29:41do and be better from here on out and I can help them in that
- 29:48way. Does it solve the problem good? I don't know yet. Just
- 29:52came to a realization just this morning, but that I just wanted to bring
- 29:56this book forward again because it is so beneficial when we look up when you
- 30:00have kids, and you have partners, and you have everything else, and
- 30:03they've got these signs that they were born under, and you look up what
- 30:07is their sign through Chinese astrology? What is there sign through Celtic astrology?
- 30:12Like looking up this information because all this information supplies information about that person and
- 30:18you have a better understanding about how they operate. I can use capricorns as
- 30:22an instance because my son in law and my grandson are both capricorns. So
- 30:27they're about structure. I mean, there are certain things that they're about.
- 30:30They're about their word, they're about in their words or literals. Not everybody
- 30:34has used their words literals so there's like so much information that I gain and
- 30:38now I know how to operate from in that space and to help them even
- 30:41grow and they help me growings. At the same time, it's easier to
- 30:45be in service and think that you're helping the other person, but you don't.
- 30:48You really are helping yourself when you're doing these things. Yeah, and
- 30:53so for anybody listening just to the audio, Bev's referring to the secret language
- 30:59of your body by in a seagal, there you go, there you go.
- 31:06Yes, I agree. We can take that book, we can look
- 31:10at it what other people are going through, and it it's another tool to
- 31:18help someone be more compassionate. That's what I find, Like I can be
- 31:25compassionate toward what the book is referencing and having an understanding of what the other
- 31:30person is experiencing. It's almost like confirmation too, right. Oh yeah.
- 31:37The thing is is that that I can utilize that information for myself as an
- 31:44understanding for what somebody else is going through. The other side of that is
- 31:51because I've read these things to people, like I'll either read it to them
- 31:56and then and sometimes they're just I can see it, I can feel it
- 32:01within them. But they don't see it or feel it within themselves because of
- 32:07denial, because of not wanting to acknowledge it, because we do that too.
- 32:15I do want to acknowledge it because then if I acknowledge it now I
- 32:16gotta do something about it or not. But you know, we don't want
- 32:21to. I don't want to go there. And so if they're in that
- 32:30space of not seeing it for themselves or knowing it for themselves, the seed
- 32:36has been planted. And like you said, it's not for me to fix
- 32:39it. It's not for me to say you need to do this, you
- 32:43need to hire me. No, it's about their journey. And however they
- 32:49take the information and whatever they do with it. Now, what might happen
- 32:52because the seed has been planted. Then later they may be you know,
- 32:58triggered in another way, and then the information becomes relevant. Then they understand
- 33:06it's the seed, right and so um, but I definitely know when I
- 33:10when I read, especially of other people's possible um emotional status, having that
- 33:22understanding and awareness that brings so much more love into my heart. So I
- 33:29expressed that towards them right to be comforting, guiding, soothing, empathetic,
- 33:35whatever it is that shows up in that moment. Yeah, because something Sometimes
- 33:42there's been times that I have There's no way I could have tuned in.
- 33:45There's no way. I don't at that time where I was coming from,
- 33:47I was oblivious and I would not have had an understanding. And of course
- 33:52that would trick all my triggers if someone would have came in and start saying,
- 33:55well, you know what's going on, You're just angry and blah blah.
- 33:59Well, at that time, I don't what do you mean I'm angry?
- 34:02You know, I don't know how I want to respond to you,
- 34:07because I would have had enough awareness to even pay attention to how I was
- 34:09even responding or how I was feeling in that moment. Yeah. So it
- 34:15is interesting and it does help us to love them more because we just see
- 34:19that they're just another child of God that's having their own experience and sometimes that
- 34:24process. When I share with them the information from that book, it gives
- 34:30them a permission to finally like a release, like, Oh, Amy's hearing
- 34:37it, Amy's getting it, Amy's seeing me, Amy is having an understanding,
- 34:42and I feel safe. I feel comfortable with her and sharing my story
- 34:47or whatever I might be going through. So it's giving them an opportunity to
- 34:52be seen and heard, because what do we do. We just feel like
- 34:57we're alone in our story. We're loan, nobody's gonna get it or or
- 35:01people are going to judge me or criticize me. Last person to be judging
- 35:07anybody. So I'm just saying, like, nope, I hear you,
- 35:15and it's it's It's another form of practice too, because if you're working on
- 35:19someone, you might it might give you some understandings about some of the emotions
- 35:22that you're picking up on that person. Not saying that it's one hundred percent
- 35:24accurate, but I'm just saying you can check in with it. I know
- 35:28it's outside of ourselves because we can find the information from within. We can
- 35:30actually go into the person's information with permission. And I don't always ask someone
- 35:37verbally with that person, but I will ask them from a soul level if
- 35:39I have permission to go in because I don't want to be invasive or go
- 35:43where I'm You know that it's not okay for me to go just blindly thinking
- 35:47I'm fixing somebody. You know, I know how to fix it. I
- 35:50can go in there and fix it. But it's not just doing it without
- 35:52asking for permission. So like I said, I'll ask for permission. I
- 35:57will ask their soul for permission, and then I go with my responses.
- 36:00My responses, I could hear it yes or no. I could feel a
- 36:04vibration in my third epery yes, or I could feel a tugging or a
- 36:07pulling on the left side of my face to let me know that's a no.
- 36:12Or my head will actually make a nod forward or a turn like it's
- 36:15gonna say no. So it's just however it comes in. It depends on
- 36:17where I'm at, how connected I am at that moment, how much am
- 36:22I having an awareness to it, what other activities are going on that's maybe
- 36:24distracted me because sometimes that happens and I might just get the forehead or you
- 36:30know, instead of the full shake of the head or the yes. But
- 36:32we do get lots of information that way. That being said, we all
- 36:37can do this. I'm listening to a gal that I think she's phenomenal,
- 36:43she's amazing, and I'm at the gym with her yesterday and she says,
- 36:45oh, yeah, well, me and and my kids were we went to
- 36:49Vegas. My daughter says, okay, Mom, pick a number, and
- 36:52she's like, oh, are we doing this right now? And she tells
- 36:58her daughter, Okay, I want you to pick a number between one and
- 37:01ten, and I want you to bring it into your third eye area.
- 37:05I want you to see that. Focus on that. And then she says,
- 37:07opens up her eyes and she says the number five. Oh my god,
- 37:10Mom, how'd you do that? She says, we all can do
- 37:14this? And I told her, I said, you know, it's crazy
- 37:15that you brought that up, which again, it's not crazy because it was
- 37:20for me. Now she's saying it, but it's for me. It's practice
- 37:23because I have the book and it says you can pull out a deck of
- 37:27cards. You can practice with suits, like what suit are you picking up?
- 37:30Don't just guess, like, hold on to it and really connect in
- 37:32with that card and see what you get. You can do the same thing
- 37:35with crayons for colors, or swatches of material, or playing with numbers across
- 37:40from someone. You can do numbers, you could do you know, letters.
- 37:44There's there's a lot of things that you can't do in that space.
- 37:47You can find ways to do it by yourself, but it's great to do
- 37:50with another partner, like maybe for half an hour, no more than a
- 37:52half an hour. Each person gets that opportunity to flex that muscle, because
- 37:58that's all that it is, and it's helping us get tuned in more to
- 38:00be able to have all this information, to be able to share it.
- 38:02It's beneficial for ourselves, for our own healing, it's beneficial for those around
- 38:07us the insights that come in. And just like that story I was talking
- 38:10about with the mom, with the lady that doesn't practice as a psychic medium,
- 38:15psychic medium, but I believe that she would be amazing. She's giving
- 38:20out information to this mom just like that, just sharing that information because we
- 38:24all can do this. And how much it changed her after that, she
- 38:28was no longer realizing that she was the victim or sad and missing and all
- 38:31this other stuff. She realized that she has the dance and she could watch
- 38:37it over and over and over again to experience the feeling of that. She
- 38:39realized that that he's you know, around, he's alive and well does not
- 38:45in the physical body, and he's sharing information with her, and it totally
- 38:49changed her. It uplifted her, It shifted her life just by those words,
- 38:52just by trusting ourselves that the information that's coming through and just sharing it
- 38:58however it came through. It doesn't make sense to us half the time.
- 39:00It won't make sex sense to us because it wasn't our experience. It was
- 39:04another person's experience. So how is that going to make sense? So it's
- 39:08it's it's interesting. I find it interesting. There was a person that I
- 39:13told to like, I know that her grandmother had passed away. I saw
- 39:15this woman. She was a thin woman. I saw red, short hair
- 39:19or like hair up and I asked her and she says, I don't think
- 39:22I've ever seen red. Well I didn't. I don't care. I just
- 39:24know what I saw. I'm just really, all I'm doing is relaying exactly
- 39:28what I see, and it's not even having so I don't have to have
- 39:30an attachment to it. So that's easy if we want to go back to
- 39:32the beginning of the conversation. One on ones are easy with that because then
- 39:37you could just move move through with it. But then you have a bunch
- 39:40of different energies and different energies that are working through stuff too. It was
- 39:45really, it was really awesome. I got such insight from my during that
- 39:52meeting such insight because my sister and one of my daughters was there. My
- 39:54other daughter couldn't make it. But it was just awesome because it was it
- 39:58was so the way we can talk to each other is just from a neutral
- 40:02space and getting information and asking questions that we had never asked each other before.
- 40:07So it's just it was it was. It was awesome again. Yeah
- 40:13it was for me, but I mean it's also for everybody else too,
- 40:15because it's just like my friends sharing the story about doing that with her daughters,
- 40:20She's just sharing it and her telling her kids, you can you can
- 40:23do this. Anybody can do this. It's just practicing. And it was
- 40:27just a reminder to me, just like just like scribbling on the paper was
- 40:30a reminder to me to go back home and do that reconnect again. It's
- 40:35it's a reminder, go do it again, do it again. So I
- 40:37did it again and and it was interesting. So it was fun. Well
- 40:44on that too, is UM people UM receiving this information. So me just
- 40:52sitting there because I was I was, what foot four feet away from you?
- 40:57Is UM acknowledging. So when those messages are being delivered or that guidance
- 41:05is being delivered and whatever way it comes through because we never know, right,
- 41:09but you being present, you acknowledging huh, Amy sitting there scribbling,
- 41:16what is that? Why am I seeing this? What is that telling me?
- 41:20Are you already knew? You already had a connection with it and it
- 41:22was just a reminder for you. And so when we're asking for helping guidance
- 41:29that information that those answers can come from any direction, at any time,
- 41:34in any form, are we going to be willing to acknowledge those messages and
- 41:43do something with it, so you know, similar to working with the client,
- 41:47is I may already feel and know have a knowingness, energetic from energy,
- 41:55from intuition, what's going on with this person? Because that's what you
- 42:00were just saying. We can have we can already tune into this. We
- 42:04can already know without even having the book. So I could say it to
- 42:08them and they could be like, M what right, whatever? But when
- 42:15I pulled the book out and say, okay, well, let's see what
- 42:16in a Seagal's book says about it? Yeah, And I opened it up
- 42:22and I read them these words about emotional attachment that could be the probable cause
- 42:27of whatever's going on in their body. It's just a different way the message
- 42:32was delivered. And again, are they still going to be in denial about
- 42:38I would say ten out of ten times I will tell them something and it's
- 42:44like, h I pulled the book out, and the books confirming what I'm
- 42:49saying. It's like, so I'll tell him, I'll flat out tell him.
- 42:54You already heard the message once. Now you're hearing it twice. Now
- 43:00it's being confirmed validated. What are you going to do with it? And
- 43:05even at that point, it's their choice what they do with it. They
- 43:07could still push it, push all that stuff down into the body and keep
- 43:12going and going about life, or they could start doing their own personal work,
- 43:17trans transformative work, whatever they want to do. So it's it's very
- 43:23interesting as humans because our ego, right, I'm not saying the ego is
- 43:29a bad thing, but the ego butts in and says, you don't want
- 43:31to deal with that, you don't want to go back to that story,
- 43:35you don't want to feel those emotions because it's protecting us, right, it's
- 43:38protection protection and and really on the other side of that healing process is freedom.
- 43:47There's there's peace, there's so much positivity when we go through that the
- 43:55healing process of what our story has been and create a new story and a
- 44:02lot of the stuff in our story that we've been caring for so long.
- 44:07It's about perspective because you also, through this group conversation the other day,
- 44:15is there was a conversation that came up and you're like, oh, your
- 44:22daughter or your sister had a different perspective than what you were processing. You're
- 44:25like, oh, I didn't see it that way, thank you for sharing
- 44:28that with me. So perspective plays a huge role in that perspective is based
- 44:34on well, when you're a little kid, you're seeing through the eyes of
- 44:37a little kid, and you're processing it the way you were seeing it at
- 44:40that time, and it was probably not even what was actually going on.
- 44:46It's like these stories we've conjured up and then we got to become adults and
- 44:51we're still living through those stories the prode that most likely aren't even true.
- 45:00So would you lead right into the next place, So that from that conversation,
- 45:07part of the conversation was my daughter had said my perspective from when the
- 45:12kids were grown up, as Jim and I would argue or there was some
- 45:15stuff. You know, there were stuff going on. Stories, right,
- 45:17we tell stories and then we look back. One of the shockers for me,
- 45:22shocker was after a Jim had transitioned. I had started going through the
- 45:28pictures and realized we had a lot of half times. And I didn't didn't
- 45:31see it that way because somehow I was trying to be this positive person.
- 45:36I thought it was being a positive person, but at the same time I
- 45:38had all this energy towards things that I thought were wrong, that these things
- 45:44were bad. Right again, to go back to a story, like wanting
- 45:46to hear people tell good stories, it's the same thing going back to that,
- 45:51and then I haven't a perspective of it, like, oh, I
- 45:54remember being at work and getting phone calls from both the husband and from the
- 45:59daughter, like they be fighting, and I like, I'm working at a
- 46:00jail, I'm a detention officer. At that time, I don't I can't
- 46:05come home and to deal with this right now, you guys are gonna have
- 46:07to figure it out. But that they were this fighting and stuff going on,
- 46:12and then a lot about stuff I would kind of get connected to then
- 46:14my stories, right, I honestly don't even I have to go all the
- 46:17way back to the beginning, and then am I really even going to have
- 46:21a clear perspective on that because of the stories that have been told so much.
- 46:24Then my daughter says, well, my relationship with my partner is this
- 46:30way, and I and I expect have expectations, which you know, having
- 46:32expectations a lot of times leads to us being let down because there's people are
- 46:38not going to jump through the hoops that you want them to jump through,
- 46:42and they can't read your mind to understand what your expectations are. But she
- 46:45told me, I always saw that you you guys work together, you guys
- 46:51cleaning the house together. You guys always cooked dinner together, and if you
- 46:53didn't cook it together, one would make it one night and next would make
- 46:57it the next night. One was doing We would always work together and do
- 47:00everything. It wasn't that one person was doing something and the other one wasn't.
- 47:05There was always that partnership and we would we would always have lots of
- 47:08deep conversations. We would go out and sit in the garage and have these
- 47:12deep conversations. But didn't remember all this stuff until I started hearing her perspective.
- 47:15Now I haven't heard her sister's perspective on it. She again, I
- 47:20can go back to the cavities she was born from me when I was a
- 47:23very angry person. Honestly, am I saying that she's angry? No?
- 47:28But am I saying that she could have harbored anger inside of her even as
- 47:31that child? Yes, Yes, because she was harboring my anger. Again,
- 47:36I go back to and what's hitting me is I go back to the
- 47:37conversation of sometimes I know when I'm working on someone that I will take whatever
- 47:45they have in their energy and I will dispose of it, or I will
- 47:49I say dispose of it, I will change it. I will send it
- 47:52to God's divine light to be sent back to where it needs to go to
- 47:54once it's been cleanse cleared, and healed. And then I'm not saying that
- 48:00she's going to have that same perspective. She might have a different perspective from
- 48:02all that because she came from a different perspective. She came from a person
- 48:07that was angry, unsure herself, pushing against the whole world. She came
- 48:12from that energy. Is it for me to fix? Well, A lot
- 48:15of stuff I can fix from withinside of myself and that can have a ripple
- 48:21effect on my whole family and everybody that's around us, the whole universe,
- 48:23everybody. It's just like us talking about these good stories. It changes the
- 48:28It changes the momentum of everything. It changes all the everything's bad too,
- 48:34everything's there's some good possibilities out there, and then there's like things are great.
- 48:37I'm listening to conversations yesterday. I don't know this world's bad and it's
- 48:40like, where are you looking? Where are you looking? Because I see
- 48:45so much beauty in the world. I really do, right, but I
- 48:49don't spend my focus on those other areas. But does that mean that I've
- 48:52got it all figured out? Noah, doesn't. Because I just told you
- 48:54there's a lot of things that I still have with inside of me, and
- 48:58I don't know they're there until something triggers it to break it forward. And
- 49:01then now I'm like, holy crap, that's there. That's interesting. I
- 49:06got a lot. I'm learning a lot about myself and it's a good thing.
- 49:09It's not something to beat yourself up about. It's just an awareness.
- 49:13Yeah. Yeah, Because I mean even I've had a perspective about my relationship
- 49:19for a while, and it has been stemmed. It has been the story
- 49:24has been created from my childhood story of abandonment. And when when my husband
- 49:31decides to leave in the morning to go to work and then he doesn't come
- 49:37home till nine ten o'clock at night because he's decided to go after work to
- 49:40go hang out with his buddies and do whatever they're going to do, that
- 49:45abandonment issue is triggered. If a friend, you know, I have a
- 49:51friend for a while and then there's no communication, that abandonment issue is triggered.
- 49:58Right, You could just get triggered in so many different ways. And
- 50:01I had I had this this just a week or so ago, was still
- 50:09the abandonment is an issue. So I'm just gonna say, Universe, what
- 50:14the fuck right aren't Why aren't I over this yet? I've done so much
- 50:19healing, And when you're abandoned, it means that they're aware of you,
- 50:28but they're putting you on the back burner, they're putting you aside, They're
- 50:31they're ignoring you, they're not wanting anything to do with you. So when
- 50:37in questioning or contemplating this story about about abandonment, it dropped in because I
- 50:46was finally in a space to receive this message its informations meaning dropped in from
- 50:52spirit, from source, my higher self, God, whoever was the information
- 50:59dropped in, And it said he puts you first every single day when he
- 51:02gets up to go to work, because he's our main income earner right now,
- 51:08he puts you first every single day, first thing in the morning.
- 51:15And I'm like, whoa, that was such great information And then what does
- 51:23that do for me? So it softens me? It more of an understanding
- 51:30about myself, more an understanding about the relationship, Like there's so much that's
- 51:36affected and cares it if he doesn't. If he decides to go to something
- 51:43else after work, that's that's his choice and it's his life, doesn't That
- 51:47has nothing to do with he's abandoning me. It has nothing to do with
- 51:52that story. I was putting the attachment to it. So um yeah,
- 51:58totally freeing. I love it. Those are big, Those are big when
- 52:05when those kind of things come up, it's huge, huge because we've been
- 52:09telling a story for so long. You know what I mean to ourselves and
- 52:12we haven't. We have an idea of it, but I couldn't see that.
- 52:16I couldn't receive that information if I'm sifting in the pain of the abandonment,
- 52:22No, because you have then it's you have to be well, you
- 52:24don't have to be for me what I've been doing lately. I'm like,
- 52:28okay, there it is blaring, it's yelling, it's right in my face.
- 52:31What's a solution, because I because a lot of times I don't know
- 52:35what to do with that information. I don't, but it's asking, right,
- 52:39Yeah, And this was this was you know, I had left the
- 52:44house, I had gone to do some errands whatever I was doing, and
- 52:47I was driving home and it just popped up. Okay, was my attachment
- 52:52to abandonment? What is right? And I just started doing that while I
- 52:57was driving, So I wasn't sitting at home. I wasn't wallowing in my
- 53:00pain. I was just it. The topic came up and in my head
- 53:05and I was like, okay, let's inquire about this. And I driving
- 53:09into I was pulling into my driveway and it came in. He put you
- 53:14first every single morning when he gets up to go to work. What That
- 53:24was a cool answer, Universe. That was a cool answer, and that
- 53:28it is cool because and it's something that you wouldn't have came up with.
- 53:30It wasn't just something that came to you that you just figured out it was.
- 53:35It was dropped in it into you. That information was given to you.
- 53:38Yeah, and because you could understand the perspective maybe when you were angry
- 53:43before, you've been like whatever, you know what I mean, because you've
- 53:45gone through so much changes and you've done so much internal I don't want to
- 53:51say work out. I want to use a different word, like so much
- 53:52internal clearing, clearing, looking at everything, like just awareness. So there's
- 54:00so many other things that are going on in that moment. Yeah, and
- 54:06but but but the awesome thing is too just to We've going to have figured
- 54:08out that it was abandoned in the first place. That's awesome. Yeah,
- 54:15And I just want the audience to know that, like, you gotta be
- 54:19in a space of ask the questions. We've been talking about this for how
- 54:22long? At least two years. I've been doing our videos for three over
- 54:27three years, so at least two years. Almost every single week we bring
- 54:30up the idea you gotta ask, right, you gotta ask for help,
- 54:32you gotta ask the universe, you gotta ask somebody for help. And U
- 54:39and be curious about yourself. Why is this abandonment issue still showing up?
- 54:50What is it that's that's triggering me? What is it? Right? And
- 54:53just keep asking these questions and bam the information comes and it comes with such
- 55:00subtlety. Right, there's nobody there to yah at me. He bought your
- 55:06firestarvery No, it was he put you first every single morning. Yeah,
- 55:10so gentle, that was so cool. So with that, UM, I
- 55:20know of somebody who has um a drinking struggle with drinking alcohol, heart alcohol,
- 55:30has been in rehab. Nobody you know, or anybody that probably listening
- 55:37at the moment would know. UM a lot of a lot of internal anguish
- 55:43over his lifetime. And he has been asked, do you want to talk
- 55:47about it? Have you seen a counselor have you, you know, taken
- 55:52any steps to to share what's going on within you and about your your life.
- 55:59He's like, no, that's for me to know and nobody else.
- 56:02And he just checked himself into rehab again. And first of all, that's
- 56:07awesome. Somebody's taking the steps to recognize I do need help and taking that
- 56:13step because it's focused on the alcohol and just knowing what I know about what
- 56:21I do. When you got those layers of pain and stories within your body
- 56:29and you're just keep pushing them down and not wanting to let them out,
- 56:34let them be released. From my perspective, in my opinion, my thought
- 56:40process is, but it's not the alcohol. If he has this remedy with
- 56:45the alcohol, it's going to be something else, something else that's going to
- 56:50be used, some other substantion, yeah, distraction or substance. It's going
- 56:58to be used to keep that put the band aid over the pain. And
- 57:06I just want people to hear that because this is what leads to substance abuse.
- 57:09It also leads to suicide, is when you're trying to put the band
- 57:15aid on the pain and just keep pushing it down in the body. It's
- 57:19still living in the body and the energy is still there. So again I've
- 57:23said this before, whether it's a life coach, coach like what I there's
- 57:30so many different titles of coaches, a counselor therapy, whatever it might be.
- 57:36Have somebody you feel safe with to have these conversations to move that energy
- 57:39out of the body because you're here for a reason at such a time as
- 57:45this. I know it's not always easy, but it could be it could
- 57:51get easier. But we gotta move or shift the energy that you've been storing
- 57:55in the body for so long, and that includes your thoughts. Because whatever
- 58:00stories you're storing in your body, you're hot, you're still hot, you're
- 58:04still thinking about them, you're still processing them. It's the the idea that
- 58:08the situation happened once I was molested, Right, whether it was once or
- 58:15ten times or twenty times, it's a very low number compared to the one
- 58:20hundred thousand times I've relived it. Okay, so we don't have to relive
- 58:24it because when we move that energy, when we when we have a way
- 58:29to express the story or express the pain or talk about it, then it's
- 58:35shifting that from internally to externally and um, you start to have relief in
- 58:42the body. So take the steps that you need that it feels good to
- 58:45you to move that, move that from your body and get it out.
- 58:52Yeah, because that you you really really can. You You lose your power
- 58:58by doing all that stuff. It's like feeding yourself poison. You're feeding yourself
- 59:00poison in your body wants to regurgitate it once you get rid of it,
- 59:04because it's not beneficial, it's not helping, and they're like, Nope,
- 59:07we got to keep it in nor shove it down. I don't want to
- 59:08feel much. And I understand I say it like that because I there's a
- 59:13lot of things that I didn't want to feel. But I didn't even have
- 59:15an awareness that I was trying to avoid feeling these things. I didn't have
- 59:19an awareness that by ex excessively cleaning or doing things all the time was just
- 59:23distracting me from being able to sit with myself and to deal with whatever is
- 59:28going on within the here. And it's not a punishment. It's very relieving,
- 59:31it's very freeing. It's very Those stories that are inside of you have
- 59:37so much power until you start letting them out, and then you realize they
- 59:40don't have any power at all, and then you become neutral. I have
- 59:44become neutral with a lot of things that I've worked my way through, and
- 59:47now that i've I'm on the other side of it. I can see that
- 59:51I'm neutral about it. I don't It's like telling someone else's story. I
- 59:54don't have a feeling about it. I'm not for or against it. I
- 59:58don't have any energy that's going one way or the other. There's no nothing
- 1:00:01holding onto it anymore. I think, like one of the things we said,
- 1:00:05we're always trying to grasp for something new, but we can't grasp for
- 1:00:07something new when our hands are closed in like fists because we're holding onto the
- 1:00:10past. We're holding on the things that can't allow us to grow. You
- 1:00:15don't grow from it. I mean you can, you can grow from that,
- 1:00:17but you can't if you're feeding yourself that information over and over and over
- 1:00:21again. Those stories, those feelings, the emotions, all of it.
- 1:00:24You've given yourself poison and you're just trying to keep it inside that body,
- 1:00:29and it does. Over time. What happens is it breaks it down.
- 1:00:32And it doesn't break it down for a punishment. It breaks it down and
- 1:00:35say, hey, look at me. I'm this little kid right here.
- 1:00:37I need to be seen. I need to be heard, and it's not
- 1:00:39by everybody else. I need to be seen and heard by you internally.
- 1:00:46And I just I just want to bring up because I see this on Facebook
- 1:00:52and I have to pause every time I see it and just take a breath
- 1:00:57because people post on their fuck cancer. Oh yeah, well, I personally
- 1:01:05have to say I just have to take a pause and breathe when I see
- 1:01:07it, because first of all, even though that person's your friend or your
- 1:01:13relative, you really don't know what's going on inside, meaning mentally, fit
- 1:01:15in emotionally, you don't because people can put a mask on their face like
- 1:01:20yeah, I'm good, but into because I did it for so many years,
- 1:01:22but internally just be an absolute mess. And so first of all,
- 1:01:29you don't know their story. You don't know their internal story. There are
- 1:01:32all their life experiences you don't know that you didn't. You weren't with them
- 1:01:37twenty four seven, and even if you were, you would have a different
- 1:01:39perspective of what happened than what they had and how they processed it. So,
- 1:01:45and I think somebody asked Abraham Hicks about this, about about you know
- 1:01:51why people get cancered, and it's it's just another indicator of what we have
- 1:01:57going on inside. Every person on the planet has it, well, majority
- 1:02:02of people have the cancer cell in their body. But that's like a little
- 1:02:08button. That's how is it going to be triggered to make it activated,
- 1:02:15to start developing in the body to where it starts consuming the body? And
- 1:02:22so the so if we were to embrace it, because then once we understand
- 1:02:30that and we grabbed in his Seagull's book The Secret Language of your Body and
- 1:02:34read about what cancer the emotional attachments of cancer, and have that compassion of
- 1:02:40Oh, I have an understanding of what this person might be going through or
- 1:02:45might be processing within themselves that I didn't. I didn't have that awareness before.
- 1:02:50All as I know is they have cancer and they're gonna die. Well,
- 1:02:53we're all gonna die. We're all going to leave the planet. Where
- 1:02:55it's just a matter of how, how, what, what motive transfer rotation
- 1:03:00are we taking to get to the other side. So when somebody has a
- 1:03:07diagnosis, it's it's there's more going on than just the diagnosis. You were
- 1:03:14saying that, Oh, go ahead, oh I as saying, And it's
- 1:03:16up to the individual what they do with it. If they feel like they
- 1:03:20have a life, life ending sentence, that's it that they're they're not going
- 1:03:24to stay. If if they want to live life and create memories the best
- 1:03:31they can while with the time that they have left, they're going to do
- 1:03:36that. If they want to change their eating habits and look into anything and
- 1:03:38everything that will help them to be here, longer they're going to do that.
- 1:03:42So it's like we don't have any control on how they receive their diagnosis
- 1:03:45and what they do with it. What we can do is love them through
- 1:03:50it. What we can do is help create those memories with them and so
- 1:03:53that we have those memories to clear up any discord you might have with that
- 1:03:58person, and so that there's no regret or guilt once they transition. So
- 1:04:04any diagnosis gives us the opportunity to do good things hundred percent. And if
- 1:04:15you realize cancer is nothing more than just a messenger. Yeah, that's all
- 1:04:18it is. It's an insight if someone so chooses to take a look at
- 1:04:25what's going on, it's it's an opportunity. But like you said, I
- 1:04:29have been around, I have personal you know, personally not for me,
- 1:04:31but for my mom or you know that had had transition because of cancer,
- 1:04:36and I know that once that, once that she got that like, that's
- 1:04:42it, this is it. You're stage three, you're or stage four whatever.
- 1:04:46The final thing is um the final frontier, so not final, but
- 1:04:53whatever it was her, it was her way out. It was like,
- 1:04:56okay, this is it. I'm I'm taking this path now and I think
- 1:04:59we do have, and I've heard others say that we have many exit points
- 1:05:02that we have, and on a soul level, I think a lot of
- 1:05:04times we know and then some of those things aren't meant for us to fight
- 1:05:06against. Some of those things are just too Maybe we had an intention to
- 1:05:13heal ourselves within before we transitioned, so that we could have a better connection
- 1:05:16once we are transitioned, so we can be more beneficial to all those that
- 1:05:19are still here in the physical body, and to be a guide and to
- 1:05:23be helpful and stuff like that. So it's all there's always opportunities for through
- 1:05:27healing and stuff. Sometimes that healing, when you go through that feeling,
- 1:05:30it's just a matter where did it all stem from. It doesn't mean that
- 1:05:33it healed the body. It just means that it healed, healed the traumas
- 1:05:38that killed the mind, that healed a lot of the other stuff, and
- 1:05:42it was their time to go anyways. So, like I said, it's
- 1:05:45just a messenger. Don't shoot the messenger. A messengers coming in to help
- 1:05:48give you information like insight of what's going on within yourself if you want to
- 1:05:54look at it right. That's the same thing. And the drinking before.
- 1:05:57I've gained such a different perspective on a lot of that. I don't again,
- 1:06:01just like with the custing, I don't with the With the drinking,
- 1:06:04it just doesn't. It doesn't serve me. There was a time that it
- 1:06:09did serve me from the place that I was at. Now, if I
- 1:06:12have a drink, it just doesn't resonate with me. It's not it's just
- 1:06:15not my thing. It doesn't do anything for me from that space. If
- 1:06:18anything, I feel like it drops my level down, my frequency. I
- 1:06:24feel like I dip again, Just like for me again with the cussing.
- 1:06:27I don't know what my path is. My soul knows of my path is,
- 1:06:30and maybe I do in some ways, and I just don't. I'm
- 1:06:32not figuring it out or I just don't believe it. So I mean,
- 1:06:36who knows. But it's just to go on the path anyways and just lead
- 1:06:40yourself down. We've got all these breadcrumbs, they're everywhere, Like we've put
- 1:06:44so much information out there for us, and we're talking about the little things
- 1:06:46that we're talking about. Now, these little we overhear a conversation and they
- 1:06:50say something I was listening to blend of Walmack's new book, and I was
- 1:06:56listening to that and she's talking about the old woman and the old man and
- 1:06:59how controlled things it's and really basically it's old beliefs. I'm still listening to
- 1:07:03the book. Well then I got a message from someone else. Hey,
- 1:07:05listen to Busy if you talk to yourself these words, and they start talking
- 1:07:10about the old man, the old man beliefs, and it's like holy smokes.
- 1:07:13Like we always say this stuff. You can't make this stuff up.
- 1:07:15It shows up, but it's like it's showing up to give you confirmation.
- 1:07:19It's confirmation that you're going in the right direction. What does that mean?
- 1:07:23Even delve into it, See what that means to you. Delve into it
- 1:07:27with inside of yourself. Go into meditation. It was so awesome the other
- 1:07:30day. And I know you brought this up too, that someone was saying,
- 1:07:32Oh, I just can't meditate. I just struggle with it. And
- 1:07:35it's immediately you've heard what she was saying, and you waited till she finished,
- 1:07:40and then you told her. You know, basically, it's a mind
- 1:07:43dump. Get it. Have a notebook next to you the whole time.
- 1:07:45Everybody that's listening. I know that Amy's brought this up before, but we're
- 1:07:48bringing it up again because it's I know that someone's listening, that we'll hear
- 1:07:51it. And it's time quit using the excuses that you can't do something,
- 1:07:57and when you can do something, when you can turn around and you can
- 1:07:59start. Have your notebook, candy, and every single thought that comes into
- 1:08:01your head, write it down, write it down, and then now it
- 1:08:04doesn't have to be there to remind you to do anything, or to feed
- 1:08:09you the old story, any of this stuff. And recognizing a lot of
- 1:08:12these thoughts, asking yourself, is it's true, like a lot of the
- 1:08:15things that we tell ourselves, it's not nice again, how do you know?
- 1:08:19You know by how it feels. Just like for me, it wasn't
- 1:08:24so much that it was the cuss words or anything like that. It was
- 1:08:26just me to pay attention to this gauge that I'm in right now, and
- 1:08:30how does it feel? I noticed, I noticed how it felt, and
- 1:08:32it was awesome. It's awesome because it gives me insight and it's like,
- 1:08:38oh wait a minute, I don't have to do that anymore. I can
- 1:08:41do something totally different and then it will feel better. Every single time.
- 1:08:45It's amazing to me. I say that all the time, probably every freaking
- 1:08:47week, probably everyday, numerous times, but it is. It's absolutely amazing
- 1:08:51when you start playing with it. All right, So you heard it from
- 1:08:58bad and go play with yourself. No, I'm just going to see watch
- 1:09:03the worst. Sometimes you're funny. Feeling can be fun too, just saying
- 1:09:12we could have a sense of humor. We have to be serious. It's
- 1:09:15better that way. It's better that way, and he can receive so much
- 1:09:17more information. Again, it's awesome. All right, my friends, there
- 1:09:24was a lot today. I hope you had something out of it, and
- 1:09:27I hope that you can think of somebody who could get something out of this,
- 1:09:30and if you do, please share us with you with them. Um,
- 1:09:34And I think that's it. Thanks for hanging out with us. Yeah,
- 1:09:41make a maginbal week, take care of We'll see you next week. By
