- 0:00You Sir and me have both had the opportunity to to interview
- 0:03basically everybody. I know there's a couple still 2
- 0:06to do's for you and I still haven't done Troy Jackson.
- 0:08Shameless plug. I've done them all.
- 0:09I have Troy tomorrow so shameless plug inside main
- 0:11tomorrow 12:50. Last week I had on who do I have
- 0:15at Angus King. I had Ben Midgley, Owen McCarthy
- 0:19and one more and then tomorrow I've got 7 of them.
- 0:22I've got Shanna Bellows, Bobby Charles, Dr. Shaw's coming in
- 0:26studio, Troy Jackson, others that I'm forgetting.
- 0:29So we'll we'll have gotten all of them.
- 0:30The only one I couldn't book was Hannah Pingree and she's gonna
- 0:32try to get on with Sean Moody next week.
- 0:33But so I've had them all. We'll have Troy tomorrow.
- 0:35And I've also not only I had the chance to talk to them.
- 0:37I watch the debates. I want to get your feedback on
- 0:39the debates. I want to hear about your
- 0:40interviews. But can I just say that the
- 0:42winner of the debates, I think there are two winners of the
- 0:44debates that are very clear. The first and foremost is Pat
- 0:48Callahan because never has he been more missed than watching
- 0:53these NEWS CENTER debates. Cause Rob Caldwell, I'm sure
- 0:56means well. But he, like you could tell his
- 0:58political bias was showing through what the Republican
- 1:00debate he cut, he cut off the Republicans, kept picking fights
- 1:03with them. And then who's out there at Phil
- 1:05Hirshhorn, Terrible. Not good at, at moderating.
- 1:08So they were awful. The audio was bad, the visuals
- 1:10was bad. The winner, the other winner
- 1:12other than Pat Callahan, was dearly missed from Channel 6
- 1:15NEWS CENTER. Was the main wire.
- 1:17The main wires debate that they did.
- 1:19I think I was there in person. I know you had something to do
- 1:22with that, Matt. I just want to say
- 1:23congratulations to you and your organization for putting that on
- 1:26because it was, I thought, well produced.
- 1:29You could hear the microphones. The questions were good.
- 1:32I agree with Steve after the fact that I liked his opening
- 1:34round and he should have kept it personalized.
- 1:36These rounds of asking every candidate the same thing.
- 1:38I know that's like how things used to work, but it's boring.
- 1:42We want to like make it personal, tailor it to the
- 1:43person. I think the main Wire did
- 1:45probably the best of the debates and got a huge shadow yesterday
- 1:48from the Vice President of the United States.
- 1:50So very big week for the main liar.
- 1:52Very terrible week for Phil Hirshhorn.
- 1:57Yeah, but in retrospect. So you've now had everyone on
- 1:59except Troy Jackson. I'll have him on tomorrow.
- 2:01I'll, I'll get him. I'll get him to to come on with
- 2:03you. That spoiler alert, his answer
- 2:05for everything is, well, we just need more money.
- 2:07We need more money. And people just pass my ideas.
- 2:10I'm a working guy and the, the people that have been there
- 2:13forever are are terrible and don't do the job, even though
- 2:15I've been there forever and couldn't get anything done.
- 2:17So anyway, that's Troy's. That's what he has to say about
- 2:19everything. But I like Troy personally, not
- 2:21as a candidate, don't want him anywhere near the governor's
- 2:23office, but I like him personally.
- 2:26But so you've had the others on. What changed in your estimation?
- 2:30Having now talked to all of them, is there anything new?
- 2:32New insight from the very insightful analytical?
- 2:36Oh, genius, So you're doing the the Doctor Shaw thing You're
- 2:39shining me on before the question, right?
- 2:42I did think that by the way I listened.
- 2:44I've, I've listened. I think I've caught all of them.
- 2:45I thought it was very big of him to start off the interview by
- 2:49saying, hey, I just want to acknowledge that you were right
- 2:51to call me out several times because at the time I don't
- 2:54think he appreciated it. Oh, I know he didn't because he
- 2:56stopped coming on. I know he.
- 2:57Didn't, but no, I I think it was big of him to acknowledge that
- 3:00it was nice of him to come back now that he wants access to your
- 3:02listeners. But yeah, what was the big
- 3:05standouts or takeaways from your?
- 3:06You know, that's a very difficult question to ask
- 3:08because I know that my frame of reference isn't what the
- 3:10Democratic vote voters in the primaries is.
- 3:13So when I hear what they say and how they say it, I know that the
- 3:16things I'm looking for and, and, and, and are interested in
- 3:19hearing are just not the same things that they are.
- 3:21I mean, my takeaways was that the danger, the 2 dangerous
- 3:24candidates in the general election would have been Shaw
- 3:27and King. Hannah Pingree sounded like the
- 3:31most career politician person I had ever heard in my entire
- 3:34life. Now she did good at it, but
- 3:36like, I just feel like that's an era that's over.
- 3:38People don't really like just the sound of it like the.
- 3:42Sound of it, the audacity of Harriet Pingree to come on with
- 3:45you and in the debate yesterday talking about affordability when
- 3:49she single handedly has driven up energy prices in the state of
- 3:52Maine faster than anywhere else in the country for her to be
- 3:55like, oh, my number one concern is affordability.
- 3:57Well, let me get you a mirror. Like you literally did this.
- 4:01You made healthcare costs and you made working for Janet Mills
- 4:04and she was she, you know, there was no one more effective for
- 4:06Janet than Hannah Pingree. And she did that and her energy
- 4:10policies are responsible for why everything is so expensive pre
- 4:13war in Iran. Like right.
- 4:13She's not responsible for the war in Iran and the new Spike,
- 4:16but she's responsible for why Maine's an.
- 4:18Outlier, but if we just invest more if we just invest more, she
- 4:21says Shanna bellows. You know, she did her thing on
- 4:23on on Monday. And, you know, that's an
- 4:27interesting interview to consider for a minute because
- 4:30the difference between Shaw and Bellows to me was that Shaw
- 4:33understood who he was talking to.
- 4:34And I'm not talking about me. I'm talking about everybody else
- 4:36listening. Like, he understood that, like,
- 4:38doing the whole Trump thing was perhaps like, not exactly a
- 4:41winning message to the people that, like, listen.
- 4:43To the show. And I mean, and I mean that not
- 4:44just for the Republicans listening, I mean like the the
- 4:46Democrats that listen to this show.
- 4:48And the independence which? Is a fairly sizable, you know,
- 4:51number. They're just not the the sort of
- 4:53activist minded like hardcore progressive elements.
- 4:57It just isn't so he understood that and he talked like a normal
- 5:00person. She didn't, she was playing like
- 5:02the primary game in a debate or something like that with the
- 5:05with the most hardcore audience watching and it was just
- 5:08incredibly tone deaf and extremely political.
- 5:11And she just always fills me with this vibe, this very weird
- 5:14feeling of it's like almost an ick factor.
- 5:17Like I can't see her being a successful general election
- 5:21candidate for the Democrats even in a good Democratic year
- 5:23because of like almost the personality default.
- 5:26I'll say now what I said when I was the first one to sound the
- 5:30alarm about her running for Secretary of State, which is
- 5:32underestimate Shanna bellows at your own peril.
- 5:34Because she's very smart, she's very clever, and she's very
- 5:37ambitious. I do think it's very funny
- 5:39'cause she's forever talked with kind of this like valley girl
- 5:42affectation and she's dropped it and she's picked up this like
- 5:45fisherman affectation that she's using out on the campaign trail,
- 5:47which I find very funny. And she grew up in Maine.
- 5:50She grew up in rural Maine. And I'm sure it comes naturally
- 5:52to her to do, but she started doing it.
- 5:53She dropped it with you, though, which when she spoke to you, all
- 5:56of a sudden she went very like middle USA proper.
- 6:00And I thought it was very funny. So that she's a bit of a
- 6:02chameleon in a dangerous way. But she is, I think, very
- 6:05politically savvy. So I think you underestimate
- 6:08Shanna Bellows at your own peril.
- 6:09I think she's, if I had to handicap the race, I think Shaw
- 6:12probably comes out on front. And I think I've, I've said that
- 6:15the whole time based on name ID, based on popularity, not
- 6:18popularity with our audience. And when I said I was having
- 6:21everyone on, I invited listeners to text.
- 6:22I know your text line is active because I sometimes see it.
- 6:26People text about Shaw like they have a lot of questions for him
- 6:28and our audience in particular remembers the things he got
- 6:31wrong. But there are a lot of low
- 6:32information people out there who saw him on their TV every day.
- 6:36They, they feel like they have a personal relationship
- 6:38relationship with him. They know him.
- 6:40And so that set him out in the front.
- 6:41So I think he's probably in the front runner position.
- 6:44I don't think he's at 50%. So it will go to run off.
- 6:46And I think Shanna might be in #2 I think she honestly is kind
- 6:50of, and she's, I think been going hard.
- 6:53I think the reason why you get the sense that she's going so
- 6:55hard progressive is because she saw Troy Jackson as a threat and
- 6:58she needed to kind of box him out.
- 7:00As you notice, Graham Platner's been spending some time with
- 7:02Shanna Bellows. I know Bernie, Bernie's coming
- 7:04to town again with with Troy and Graham, but Graham and the main
- 7:07People's Alliance are hanging out with Shana.
- 7:09So I think she's been kind of shoring up that kind of far left
- 7:12part. And I think that's her pathway
- 7:14to get in. And then the never Trump stuff
- 7:16like is OK, well, if you, if you can't go as impressed with me,
- 7:19just like, you know, I hate Trump.
- 7:21And Angus King, the third was of, of the interviews that I
- 7:25did, obviously the most interesting one because he
- 7:27talked like an actual human being, which is actually pretty
- 7:29much my standard. He's like, if you're actually a
- 7:31human being, but he has absolutely no chance.
- 7:34No, I mean, he's going to come in 5th, right?
- 7:36Well, it's funny. Garrett Mason was on.
- 7:37He's like, did you hear Angus King talking about report cards
- 7:40and grading for the schools? Do you remember we did that as
- 7:42Republicans and the Democrats, like, crucified us for it.
- 7:45He's like, you can't do it. So he's bringing up these really
- 7:47decent ideas about accountability and investment,
- 7:50he said in the debate last night.
- 7:51I'm not going to make any promises about things that I
- 7:54will spend or things that I will cut because I don't want to make
- 7:56any promises before you get there and then you're held to
- 7:58it. And I don't want to let people
- 7:59down. My commitments actually mean
- 8:01something. It's refreshing.
- 8:02It's great. He talked about being a Bill
- 8:04Clinton Democrat and I interrupted him.
- 8:05I said, Angus, like Bill Clinton, like that brand of
- 8:09Democrats, they don't exist anymore.
- 8:12What's going on in Augusta? I don't think people people
- 8:14haven't seen the change that's happened.
- 8:16I mean, just look at the Portland City Council.
- 8:19I think some of them still technically call themselves
- 8:22Democrats, but it's it's not Bill Clinton's Democrat party.
- 8:25It's very, it's more Grand Plattner's Democrat party and
- 8:27more and more so every day. So, yeah, Angus King, I think
- 8:30doesn't have much of a chance. Let's turn to the Republicans on
- 8:33that side. Bobby Charles has been the front
- 8:35runner the whole time. I have him on tomorrow again
- 8:37inside Maine, 12:50 tomorrow here on WGAN.
- 8:41He's in, I think, the front runner position.
- 8:43Do you think, you know, he skipped the debates?
- 8:45Do you think that hurt him at all?
- 8:47Yeah, I do actually think it hurt him.
- 8:48I mean, the fact that he did go to some of them does help him
- 8:53mitigate the damage from him. Miss skipping.
- 8:55I mean, doing the chamber debate this week, right?
- 8:56If you saw Bobby Charles skips, Bobby Charles skips and then you
- 8:59see him on stage, you know, that's I guess he's not skipping
- 9:02everything. Because he's fine at debating
- 9:03like he's, that's what. I don't understand about. 18
- 9:05point plan, you know. When he skips these things like
- 9:07it's a bad PR move, right? I mean, it just looks bad.
- 9:10It looks like you're ducking it, but he's fine when he goes.
- 9:13So I don't understand why you would do that.
- 9:15I mean outside, I mean, I think that in my opinion, he's getting
- 9:19some bad political advice saying like, well, there's only risk in
- 9:22a debate and you can only screw yourself up if you go, so you
- 9:24should limit the damage. And you know that kind of
- 9:27they're. Not wrong, but it's a bad look,
- 9:29like it's a bad look and I think it's disrespectful to the voter
- 9:31and so it's. Technically speaking, it's it's
- 9:33right because of course something gets screwed up and.
- 9:35You well, they would have all attacked him, right?
- 9:37They would have all. They would have all.
- 9:38Been trying to but they did that on the chamber and he was fine.
- 9:41I mean, you, if you're that allergic to risk, then I'm not
- 9:45sure I want you to be. I mean, like you got to be able
- 9:47to get out there and speak and yeah, maybe sometimes risk
- 9:50things so that you can prove your metal as a leader in my
- 9:54opinion. And so I think it was, it was it
- 9:56was something that matter to me now.
- 9:58Is it enough to write him off? No.
- 9:59But I mean, it's it's just more information.
- 10:01It's more information I grew. Up in the school of Paul Le Page
- 10:04and that guy, like he went out there to speak way more than I
- 10:07wanted him to, but I agree. Yeah, he went.
- 10:09The other he felt. He felt that was his job.
- 10:12He was the sitting governor and he said it's my job to tell
- 10:14people what I think and for them to tell me what they think.
- 10:16And I'm going to go do it and they're going to report however
- 10:18they're going to. He had No Fear.
- 10:19And like, I think that is something that I deeply respect.
- 10:24I get that you have to win an election.
- 10:25So they'll make political calculations.
- 10:27I also agree that it was. It's a bit of a mistake for a
- 10:29slightly different reason too. I think.
- 10:31Anyone who supports Bobby Charles, they didn't stop
- 10:34supporting him because he skipped the debate, so I don't
- 10:36think that was a problem. He missed the chance to
- 10:38introduce himself to some people that hadn't encountered him yet,
- 10:41and maybe that's a smaller group than however many followers he
- 10:44has on Facebook or Twitter, but I think he missed the
- 10:46opportunity to introduce himself.
- 10:47I think you're 100% right about that because at this stage, you
- 10:50know you're talking about 3 weeks away at this point.
- 10:52So these debates that are happening now in this last two
- 10:55week window, here are the ones that people who are kind of
- 10:58trying to make their mind up a little bit or watch.
- 11:00Starting to pay attention? Because, and there's a lot of
- 11:02they're not. Psychopath like candidates who
- 11:04like only think about this stuff.
- 11:05Yeah, there's 7 candidates and and those 7 candidates are not
- 11:07well known. I mean, Garrett Mason is kind
- 11:09of, but not not really. I mean all the other ones are
- 11:12kind of newcomers. I mean, you got a Bush in there.
- 11:14So you know the name Bush, but you don't know Jonathan Bush.
- 11:16I mean, you got to introduce yourself.
- 11:18So these are your chances. I think Jonathan Bush has done
- 11:20well for himself. I think he's on the rise.
- 11:22I think he's, you know, he's getting more attention.
- 11:25He's getting more well. He's.
- 11:25Clearly in that third, third slot, right to me, I think, I
- 11:28think. It's second I.
- 11:29Think it's Midgley. I mean, I really believe that I.
- 11:31Don't know if it is or not. So here's the one thing I have
- 11:33to say about Midgley. I really like Ben Midgley.
- 11:35I think if I run a hiring committee and he was applying
- 11:37for the position of Ceoi would hire him in a heartbeat.
- 11:41That's not quite what an election is though.
- 11:42And I don't know that he stands out enough.
- 11:44And I've said this to him, I said it to him when I had him on
- 11:46last weekend, but he's going to stand out more.
- 11:49And I'm not sure that people now, some of these commercials
- 11:51are good. I'd love to see him in a T-shirt
- 11:52more, you know, like how he really is, rather than in a
- 11:55three piece suit which feels like he's projecting too much.
- 11:58Trying to personally bring back the vest.
- 12:00Yeah, he the three piece, he looks good.
- 12:01He looks good in it. He wears it well.
- 12:03But it's like I like the like the fitness CEO startup, like I
- 12:07love that image. And I think that's kind of a
- 12:09very Trump goes on the podcast, that style thing to do Joe Rogan
- 12:12audience both on the left and the right.
- 12:14Ben actually, though, here's my my only concern about thinking
- 12:17that he's in the number two slot is you and I know a lot of
- 12:20insiders and the insiders all know him and have spent time
- 12:23around him and have gotten more exposure.
- 12:25I'm not sure that Joe normal Joe every day has had that same
- 12:28level of exposure. So I think that when people get
- 12:31to know Ben Midgley, they like him.
- 12:32I think he needs to do even more to make that.
- 12:35So I'm not sure if he's in second.
- 12:36I would say that it's hard. I think it's maybe him, maybe
- 12:39Bush. Yeah, but I think they're both,
- 12:41I think they've both been, as people get more exposure to
- 12:43Jonathan Bush because he's got energy, he's got ideas, he's got
- 12:46personality and I think. And I think he's different than
- 12:49people expected him to be, which is the biggest thing to me.
- 12:51Like when you hear Bush, you would expect it to be either as
- 12:55you know, George HW, some sort of aristocratic kind of, you
- 12:58know, but out of touch, controlled, out of touch
- 13:00establishment guy or maybe George W or something.
- 13:02But like establishment this is this is like a total wild card
- 13:06of a guy. And I think that's interesting
- 13:08to people. He just is.
- 13:09He's got the energy and then I think Garrett's in the mix
- 13:11somewhere, but I Garrett Mason's campaign has really confused me
- 13:15because I know Garrett very well.
- 13:16Oh, here's the other one I had on this weekend.
- 13:17Great interview. We had a really good
- 13:19conversation. You can check it out wgn.com
- 13:21under podcast inside main. You'll see all the interviews.
- 13:25Garrett, I think his campaign last time he ran for governor
- 13:28was very grass roots, had a lot of volunteers, great ground
- 13:31game. This time he has a political
- 13:34action committee backing him and paying for all of his
- 13:36commercials and that's kind of all you got.
- 13:39So he's taking a very different approach and maybe that'll work,
- 13:42but there's something missing in the campaign make up to me.
- 13:46Well, my, my thought on, on Garrett has been that I, I'm not
- 13:49sure that the messaging has been, has been the right kind of
- 13:54messaging for the year that you're in.
- 13:55I mean, if I like, I get why he's making the, I have
- 13:58experience. I've been there, I've done it
- 14:00argument because it's something in his resume and it's useful.
- 14:02And I actually agree that it's, you know, a good thing to know
- 14:05that you have to submit a budget in the first couple weeks and
- 14:08you should probably design it this way and then so on and so
- 14:10forth. Problem is, though, that I don't
- 14:12think that any voter on either side of the aisle right now
- 14:15loves hearing. I've been around a long time and
- 14:18I have experienced in government like they want outsiders, fresh
- 14:22faces. That's the whole grand platter
- 14:23thing, right? And this is exactly what I'm
- 14:25saying about the difference between Ben Midgley, like, you
- 14:27know, being great at being governor is good.
- 14:29And I think Garrett's right about that argument.
- 14:31I'm someone who makes that argument quite a bit.
- 14:33But you also have to be good at campaigning and talking to the
- 14:35issues people care about. Garrett kind of sometimes seems
- 14:38like he's like interviewing to be chief of staff, not
- 14:40interviewing to be like the chief executive.
- 14:43And so I think that's really interesting.
- 14:44So I think it'll be interesting to see how it how it plays out.
- 14:47But I do think people are starting to vote and this is the
- 14:49time where it actually matters. It'll be super interesting.
- 14:52And then I have Rick Bennett on tomorrow as well.
- 14:54So Rick Bennett saw that I was having a one else on, asked if
- 14:56you could come by. Sure, we'll have him on.
- 14:58So Rick Bennett will be there. And I think that that'll be
- 15:00interesting and I'll ask Rick. This is the question I have for
- 15:02Rick Bennett. So if he's listening, he can
- 15:03prepare. I was just gonna say to him
- 15:05like, look, if you like one of the candidates that the major
- 15:08parties nominate. Will you drop out?
- 15:10Yeah. Are you going to stay in and
- 15:12kind of maybe spoil it or are you going to stay or will you
- 15:14drop out? And he's of course going to stay
- 15:15in because they all, you know, love themselves and think they'd
- 15:17be better than anyone else and are the one.
- 15:19But I do think it. Do you think that he has legs?
- 15:23I mean, the reason I ask is he ran for Congress in 1994 and
- 15:26lost to ball dodgy. He ran for Senate in 2012 when
- 15:28Olympia bounced and didn't even win that primary.
- 15:31Like he wins his state Senate districts and he's he's shown
- 15:34some electability there, but it hasn't really happened for him
- 15:36at the big time it. Hasn't yet, however.
- 15:39You know, political wins being what they are, history suggests
- 15:43this could be a change year, but who knows?
- 15:45Because of the Trump of it all and the grand platter and the
- 15:47Susan Collins eating up all of the ad space, which they will.
- 15:50And it'd be hard to get your message through.
- 15:51I've always wondered if he does. I think the only way Rick
- 15:54Bennett has a path is if the Democrats and Republicans each
- 15:57nominate pretty extreme candidates.
- 15:59So if you have a Shanna Bellows versus Bobby Charles matchup, a
- 16:03Troy Jackson versus Bobby Charles matchup, maybe there's a
- 16:05path for Rick Bennett. But if either of them, if you
- 16:08have Doctor Shaw in the race, people who might have voted for
- 16:10Rick Bennett go to Shaw. If you have Ben actually in the
- 16:13race, people who might have voted for Rick Bennett go to Ben
- 16:15Midgley. Although you know, the other
- 16:16side's going to make them all the worst version of themselves.
- 16:18So maybe there is maybe in a year where both the left and the
- 16:21right are vilifying each other so much and no one sees Rick
- 16:24Bennett as a threat he could eek through.
- 16:26But I think it's tough. I think, I mean, that's the
- 16:27reason Angus King the third is running as a Democrat.
- 16:29His dad told him, if you know, I did it back in the day where you
- 16:32actually had enough resources and money, you could do it.
- 16:34But if you want to win now, you have to have the resources of a
- 16:37party behind you. I mean, I don't know that he
- 16:38told him that, but I know that he's told Sean Moody and others
- 16:40that in the past. And so I have to imagine that
- 16:43it's really hard for an independent to win.
- 16:45Yeah. No, it is.
- 16:45I mean, it is. But yeah, I think to the point
- 16:47you're making, if you are trying to judge the mood of the people
- 16:51who vote this year nationwide, I mean, they clearly are not
- 16:55feeling all that much love for the Republicans right now,
- 16:57right? They're not showing any real
- 16:59love for the Democrats either, though.
- 17:01I mean, like when you do polling on popularity of parties and
- 17:03stuff like that, the Democrats are lower than the Republicans,
- 17:05which is amazing to think about. So you have a kind of pox on all
- 17:09your houses kind of attitude. Like screw you all.
- 17:11But that's why you have Janet Mills and the governor of
- 17:14Minnesota dropping out of their races, right?
- 17:16Like they can't the the establishment Democrats have
- 17:18been there are failing and the populist sentiment is really
- 17:20against the establishment. I will say in the like minute
- 17:23that we have left Graham Plattner, I think you got a
- 17:26caller earlier this morning that said, do normie Democrats rats
- 17:29like what do they say about Graham Plattner?
- 17:31They don't care. They can't stand Susan Collins.
- 17:34They think it shouldn't be a Republican.
- 17:35They think she's an enabler of Trump.
- 17:37They've drunk the kool-aid. They're really deep in that.
- 17:40They don't care. They'll take Graham Plattner.
- 17:42They don't think he has that much influence when he gets
- 17:43there anyway, other than that he won't, you know, he'll say
- 17:46enough right things that they agree with and that they'll
- 17:49overlook the the dangers of the socialism.
- 17:51And I got to say to the Republicans that are listening
- 17:53to like, I would probably stop repeating Nazi tattoo.
- 17:55Like, it's an important thing. It matters, obviously, but it's
- 17:59literally what every single person says every single time
- 18:02they bring up his name. And at this point, everyone in
- 18:04certainly the Democratic Party has decided that they don't
- 18:07care. So you're just wasting space and
- 18:09making yourself himself sound repetitive and stale at this
- 18:12point by saying great platter. I mean, he's got a Nazi tattoo.
- 18:15Like, yeah, I know. Like, we all know that at this
- 18:17point. But they have given up caring.
- 18:19I think they should keep saying it.
- 18:20I think they should keep saying it.
- 18:22I think he should never let him off the hook for it.
- 18:24But no, he's he's, he's, yeah, he is who he is.
- 18:27I think he is very tapped in, very tapped in in a way that
- 18:31Mamdani and AOC were as well. And those movements have a lot
- 18:35of power. And again, just like I said with
- 18:37Jenna Bellows, you underestimate Graham Plattner at your own
- 18:40peril. I think Susan Collins has a
- 18:42strong shot to keep her seat and to beat him.
- 18:45But she has to step up her game. And I've, I've reached out to
- 18:47the campaign to that as well. She's going to be scrappy.
- 18:49She's going to do it a little bit different than she's done it
- 18:51in the past. Tomorrow inside Main 12:50.
- 18:54Make sure you listen up to Aaron Chad Warren who just visited us
- 18:57today. Thank you very much for pinching
- 18:59for Greg.
