- 0:01And welcome.
- 0:03I am Samuel Trapp.
- 0:05This is International Flavor.
- 0:07I am still coming to you after technical
- 0:11difficulties from beautiful, not very sunny today, Florida.
- 0:20It is freaking cold, friends and neighbors.
- 0:26I don't like being cold.
- 0:30I really don't like it.
- 0:32So I was wandering around the last three
- 0:35months or so almost in Missouri wearing a
- 0:40parka, basically, even inside.
- 0:44And here in Florida, it's only 52 degrees
- 0:49at present.
- 0:51And so I've been wandering around in my
- 0:53parka down here, too.
- 0:54It looks kind of comical when you do
- 0:56that.
- 0:57And I've been having nothing but problems this
- 0:59morning, you know.
- 1:00So who else?
- 1:02And I shouldn't say hates, but I hate
- 1:04it.
- 1:05I hate it when and who else hates
- 1:08it when?
- 1:09So two days in a row, I have
- 1:12attempted to get a Starbucks coffee.
- 1:15And yesterday, I actually had to pay for
- 1:17the damn thing.
- 1:19And I know I pay for it anyway.
- 1:20But there's this thing that is called a
- 1:23Starbucks app.
- 1:24And when you drive through, it just, you
- 1:25know, goes on your phone and you never
- 1:27notice it.
- 1:27So, you know, just magic occurs and you
- 1:32wander out of there with a black coffee,
- 1:37a couple of Stevia in it, maybe throw
- 1:39a little skim milk in there if you
- 1:41feel real, you know, saucy that day.
- 1:45And so yesterday, I did it.
- 1:48And it wouldn't let me log into the
- 1:51little thing.
- 1:52Starbucks has this horrible, horrible habit of updating
- 1:56their software all the time.
- 1:58And when they do, they log you out.
- 2:00And then you try to log back in
- 2:02and you don't remember your password because they
- 2:05force you to change it.
- 2:06And so when you force you to change
- 2:08it, you can't use a prior password.
- 2:10And when you can't use the prior password
- 2:12that you've always used, you have to create
- 2:15something new.
- 2:16And you never remember what in the hell
- 2:18it is.
- 2:19And even if you update it in your
- 2:20phone and you try to use it, when
- 2:22they reset the system, they make you reset
- 2:24your password, which is completely stupid.
- 2:27It's freaking Starbucks.
- 2:28How many people are out there robbing other
- 2:31people's Starbucks cash?
- 2:34OK, if this was 12 step verification because
- 2:37you're trying to get into your private Swiss
- 2:39bank account in the vaults of some Jason
- 2:42Bourne bank down below ground, you know, where
- 2:46you only get in with a thumbprint and
- 2:48then you got to pull out your eyeball
- 2:50and stuff it on a retina scanner.
- 2:53And then you got to, you know, sell
- 2:55your third child into slavery for several weeks
- 2:58to get in.
- 2:59That I get because your entire life savings
- 3:02of, I don't know, a dog sled in
- 3:06Nome, Alaska is on the line here.
- 3:10Plus your several fake passport IDs and all
- 3:13the things these piles of cash from various
- 3:16country are in there that I get.
- 3:19But it's freaking coffee.
- 3:21How many times must I.
- 3:25Hey, for it, I have to find alternate
- 3:28means of payment.
- 3:29You know, frustrating that is.
- 3:31It's extremely frustrating and I just don't like
- 3:35it.
- 3:36Anyway, I think I have figured out the
- 3:39what do you call it?
- 3:44Technological issues.
- 3:45Anyway, that's my bitching for this morning.
- 3:47It's done.
- 3:48Well, no, it's not.
- 3:49I'm going to bitch for an hour and
- 3:50a half.
- 3:51How do you like that?
- 3:52And I'm going to complain about a couple
- 3:54of things.
- 3:55We.
- 3:57I met a lot of.
- 4:00So let's see, I'm down here for both
- 4:02a little bit of business and a little
- 4:03bit of pleasure as meeting with some people
- 4:05on my modern law ecosystem project in a
- 4:10civic outlaws project for expanding the scope of
- 4:15our charitable organization and modern law ecosystem, because
- 4:20the ecosystem is is inviting lawyers, paralegals, court
- 4:26reporters.
- 4:29Medical providers even.
- 4:32And I thought about that, an interesting idea.
- 4:34It's an interesting concept.
- 4:37So I have this this plan keeps spit
- 4:39balling of what we are building here.
- 4:42And we've got a group of of I
- 4:45.T. people that are working in the background
- 4:47here to help me create this brainchild of
- 4:51ours and help us create the brainchild of
- 4:54ours.
- 4:55And it's it keeps expanding and spit balling.
- 5:00And, you know, we're interested in more people
- 5:02coming along for the ride.
- 5:04I do.
- 5:05A good amount of legal research.
- 5:10I do quite a bit of it.
- 5:12And I so I met with a couple
- 5:15of Russian speaking.
- 5:17I told you I was going to get
- 5:18a little pissy about this.
- 5:20I work with Russian speaking people frequently, both
- 5:24as a real estate broker and as a
- 5:29paralegal type.
- 5:32And I can't be a lawyer.
- 5:34We'll get into that story another time.
- 5:36I don't want to bitch about it again.
- 5:38I have enough bitching to do today.
- 5:40But but I went into the office of
- 5:45a law firm and.
- 5:52They everybody there is basically Russian speaking and
- 5:56speaks Russian, too.
- 5:59And then I went into another one that
- 6:02is is Russian speaking, but in a Ukrainian
- 6:07area.
- 6:09And this is America.
- 6:11OK, this is America.
- 6:13And last I was told, anyway, we're still
- 6:16America.
- 6:17Right.
- 6:18And I think I believe that we're still
- 6:22here.
- 6:23We still get to vote, I think, every
- 6:25once in a while to keep in the
- 6:27the the the people who keep the war
- 6:30train running.
- 6:32We have to be able to do that.
- 6:33That's that's the sole critical purpose of we
- 6:36have to fund Lindsey Graham's continual wars.
- 6:40We have to do it.
- 6:41All of the neocons, we must fund that.
- 6:45Yeah.
- 6:46And so that is how that that's that's
- 6:48the purpose of your vote as an American.
- 6:50OK.
- 6:52And of course, that's facetious.
- 6:55I can't even speak this morning either now
- 6:58that I didn't get my coffee because Starbucks
- 7:01changed the damn password.
- 7:03And I had to go.
- 7:05And by the way, they did it since
- 7:07yesterday.
- 7:07So today I tried to log in, but
- 7:09but I tried to log in on my
- 7:11telephone and I wouldn't get it.
- 7:12I'm really all over the place, aren't I?
- 7:14And I'm without coffee.
- 7:18What else can it be?
- 7:20And that's another thing to bitch about, by
- 7:22the way, because last whenever I came down
- 7:26here was the last Tuesday or something.
- 7:28So I'm driving down here and I don't
- 7:32I don't stop to get coffee, you know,
- 7:36unless unless I'm getting gas somewhere and place
- 7:40is open, maybe I'll get some coffee.
- 7:42But I usually throw a case of flavored
- 7:46water in the back and drive.
- 7:48I like doing that.
- 7:49And I don't like stopping.
- 7:50I stop, get gas, you know, go to
- 7:52the bathroom, get right back in the car
- 7:54and cruise on down.
- 7:57And so it's not like I was getting
- 7:58coffee.
- 7:59So I had the worst pounding headache for
- 8:02several days and.
- 8:06Non coffee days and I don't have a
- 8:08coffee pot down here.
- 8:09And so the only time you get coffee
- 8:11is if you go buy it and in
- 8:13your Starbucks app limits you from getting coffee.
- 8:17And so you're right back in the same
- 8:18scenario.
- 8:19So apparently what was happening to me, because
- 8:22I also had a appointment at the old
- 8:25VA hospital whilst I was down here and
- 8:29I had to.
- 8:32I was asking him, man, I got the
- 8:34worst headache and the lady said to me
- 8:37something I already knew, but never thought about.
- 8:40She goes, well, have you had any coffee
- 8:42this morning?
- 8:43I was like, no, I haven't had any
- 8:45in several days, really.
- 8:47Oh.
- 8:48She said, you know, day three and four
- 8:52are the worst.
- 8:54I said, of what?
- 8:55And she says, if you you know, she
- 8:57says, what'd you do?
- 8:58Go cold turkey.
- 8:59I was like, it's not like I'm trying
- 9:02to give it up.
- 9:03It's just I never thought about it.
- 9:05You know, I, you know, I haven't had
- 9:07any and circumstances prevented the drinking of coffee.
- 9:13And she said, oh, well, you're probably going
- 9:16through caffeine withdrawal.
- 9:19And apparently it's a pretty big deal.
- 9:21Well, you know, everybody's always told me that
- 9:23if you quit coffee, cold turkey, you know,
- 9:26once you make it past day, you know,
- 9:28three, four, you're OK.
- 9:30But that during that time, you can have
- 9:34massive headaches.
- 9:35And I've had the worst headaches ever since
- 9:38then.
- 9:38So anyway, that was how I've interrupted my
- 9:41own story three times.
- 9:43And so that's the that's the end of
- 9:46the first story.
- 9:47The second story was Starbucks limiting my ability
- 9:51to get it.
- 9:52And the third, I wanted to talk about
- 9:53this Ukrainian Russian deal.
- 9:56And here we are in Florida.
- 9:57Right.
- 9:57It's Florida.
- 9:59You know, you come to Florida, you throw
- 10:00on a Hawaiian shirt, which I never figured
- 10:04out.
- 10:05Why would you throw on a Hawaiian shirt
- 10:06in Florida?
- 10:07Doesn't make any sense.
- 10:09You should throw on a Florida shirt.
- 10:10Should have an alligator on it or a
- 10:12snake or a huge freaking spider because they're
- 10:15everywhere or cockroaches or those big freaking beetles
- 10:19the size of your hand.
- 10:20Maybe that should be the T-shirt of
- 10:23Florida and not just Mickey Mouse.
- 10:26Although I've been thinking I should go get
- 10:27a Mickey Mouse fix before too long anyway.
- 10:30I like the Harry Potter.
- 10:34The world over there, the Harry Potter world,
- 10:37the Disney world, I haven't been there in
- 10:3915, 20 years probably, but it was pretty
- 10:43cool when they first built it way back
- 10:45when.
- 10:46And my son and I really loved it.
- 10:48So anyway, it's all things Florida.
- 10:49They're not all things Hawaiian.
- 10:51I mean, where are you getting these?
- 10:53Maybe we shouldn't call them Hawaiian shirts and
- 10:54we should call them tropical shirts and be
- 10:56done with it.
- 10:57Anyway, that really isn't a topic for today.
- 10:59Back to the Russians and Ukrainians.
- 11:02OK, even in America, even in America, Ukrainians
- 11:06hate Russians.
- 11:07OK, hey, and I don't mean, you know,
- 11:10we dispute, you know, I mean, hey, they
- 11:13don't they hate it so much they don't
- 11:15even want to speak Russian anymore.
- 11:18And all of that because 30 years, 35
- 11:21now, 35 years worth of denying your history,
- 11:28claiming the Russians were the bad guys all
- 11:30along, changing your textbooks.
- 11:32They have an entire generation of people who
- 11:35grew up this way with U.S. funding,
- 11:37by the way.
- 11:38And the U.S. funding has assisted in
- 11:41this regard big time and U.S. Agency
- 11:46for International Development.
- 11:47So basically all their textbooks, they don't even
- 11:50recognize the Velika Teotihuacan Great Patriotic War.
- 11:56It doesn't even register for them.
- 12:01They don't believe in it.
- 12:02They call it World War Three.
- 12:03They don't want to call it that.
- 12:05You know, hell, they deny it even happened.
- 12:07They say that the Russians were attacking them.
- 12:10Well, there were about way in the west
- 12:12part of Ukraine in the Lvov part.
- 12:14I've been through this before.
- 12:16There were the Bandera, which Stepan Bandera.
- 12:21And he was a Nazi supporter.
- 12:23There were several others over in that region,
- 12:25too.
- 12:25But he was the biggest.
- 12:26He's the most famous.
- 12:27He's the one they glorify as the defender
- 12:31of Ukraine, you know, and he killed tons
- 12:33of Polish people.
- 12:34Right.
- 12:35By estimates between the or during the time
- 12:40period of the Great Patriotic War, he he
- 12:44and his followers killed just in the in
- 12:48the Lvov area, which used to be Poland,
- 12:52is they killed 120 to 150,000 ethnic
- 12:58Poles.
- 13:00And now they were already part of the
- 13:06Soviet Union.
- 13:07And so I don't know if they were
- 13:09as sophisticated as they are now, but surely
- 13:14and definitely efforts were afoot to put, you
- 13:20know, the Nazi powers wanted to put their
- 13:28policies, their policies.
- 13:31Well, I suppose it was a policy, too,
- 13:33but their thought processes into these Ukrainians and
- 13:37help them peel away from the Soviet Union.
- 13:41And so this is what the Ukrainians honor
- 13:44and Stepan Bandera.
- 13:46And I'm not saying that this war between
- 13:48them, obviously, it's difficult, but the ethnic Russians
- 13:52that are from Lugansk.
- 13:55Well, hell, they're all ethnic Russians, for that
- 13:57matter, depending on how far back you go.
- 14:00And they were the leak at Roos was
- 14:02not Kiev, the leak.
- 14:04It was in Kiev, but it was still
- 14:05the Russian Empire.
- 14:06And the Russian Empire pulled back to Moscow
- 14:10and they left all these people on the
- 14:12edges in Ukraine and so it was that's
- 14:17how now Crimea came out to be when
- 14:20you say now Crimea on on the Ukraine,
- 14:23the Ukraine, you don't call it Ukraine, you
- 14:25call it the Ukraine, even in English.
- 14:27It's nonsense.
- 14:28And but anyway, that's how it came about.
- 14:31And I mean, historically, this is history, but
- 14:35they don't believe that anymore.
- 14:36They believe they've been fighting for their independence
- 14:38for hundreds of years to get away from
- 14:40nobody but Russia.
- 14:42It's all everything has been geared.
- 14:45All of their history has been geared toward
- 14:47we hate Russia, but only since 1991.
- 14:53Now, I'm not saying that people didn't exist
- 14:55before 1991 that wanted to say we're Ukrainian
- 14:58and they're not.
- 14:58I saw some interesting movies on it, in
- 15:00fact, that there used to be the peasants
- 15:04and the serfs and then the Russian lords.
- 15:07Right.
- 15:07It's just very similar to what England was
- 15:09doing in its regions over there.
- 15:12And I forget the name of the of
- 15:14the series, but it was a really good
- 15:16miniseries television show in Russian that was talk
- 15:20about Ukrainian serfs and Russian lords.
- 15:25And, you know, it was a long, long
- 15:27running several season thing and beautifully done.
- 15:32It was a very good set of of
- 15:38of shows, seasons, I suppose.
- 15:42And when when they were being told, and
- 15:44it was very interesting because you don't really
- 15:47think about it that way, how the Russians,
- 15:49the that even back then, because the Russians,
- 15:53even when it was the Kazakhs and even
- 15:56in it, when it was the Tatars and
- 15:58even when it was, you know, if you
- 16:01keep going further to the east there, you've
- 16:03got your Georgians, you got your Armenians, you
- 16:05got your I mean, you keep going over
- 16:07all the places that that eventually became part
- 16:10of the Soviet Union or satellite satellites of
- 16:15the Soviet Union.
- 16:17All of those places have been the same
- 16:20ethnicities for hundreds of years.
- 16:22Right.
- 16:22And so these things developed over a long
- 16:25period of time, but that's not Ukrainian history
- 16:27today.
- 16:28So I tell you all that to tell
- 16:30you the following.
- 16:31Here we are in America.
- 16:34Number one, many of these people, their English
- 16:38isn't that great, you know, but but I
- 16:40don't you know, I don't begrudge anybody that,
- 16:43you know, I'm fine with that.
- 16:45You want to come here and speak Italian.
- 16:46I don't give a crap.
- 16:48You know, it doesn't bother me.
- 16:49And it doesn't bother me if you come
- 16:51over here and you speak Ukrainian or you
- 16:53speak Russian.
- 16:53But what I don't like is coming here
- 16:56and fomenting hatred of some sort.
- 17:01And it seems far more prevalent among the
- 17:06Ukrainians than among others.
- 17:09Now, I know that's a generalization.
- 17:11And, you know, just like I had to
- 17:16see if you can get this.
- 17:18I had a drill sergeant once told me,
- 17:20so you're not supposed to generalize, but he
- 17:22was also the same drill sergeant who would
- 17:24say, Trapp, if I told you once, I
- 17:26told you a thousand times, never exaggerate.
- 17:30And I always loved that one.
- 17:31I thought that was a really good one.
- 17:33And at any rate, I think that all
- 17:36of the disputes ethnically are a either hundreds
- 17:42of years in the making or B are
- 17:46part of a Western based creative fairy tale
- 17:51to convince the Ukrainians that they need to
- 17:54hate Russians.
- 17:55By the way, the same efforts are underway
- 17:57in everywhere else that they have.
- 18:01It happened right after Bretton Woods, you know,
- 18:04when the when Soviet Union was so powerful
- 18:06at the time.
- 18:07And there actually was some fear that they'd
- 18:10never give back Eastern Europe.
- 18:13And, you know, then they didn't, you know,
- 18:17under Stalin, they wouldn't.
- 18:19And I'm not saying I necessarily blame them
- 18:23who would say that that's not the case.
- 18:25If you're.
- 18:28If you've just been overrun in the last
- 18:31twenty six million people because of the evil
- 18:35Germans, but nobody ever says evil Germans, we
- 18:38don't do that.
- 18:39You know, the evil Germans aren't evil Germans.
- 18:41They're just Germans.
- 18:42And, you know, the evil Poles who were
- 18:45going the other way aren't evil Poles.
- 18:47They're just Poles.
- 18:49And the Lithuanian Empire, you know, which was
- 18:51associated with the Poles, they're they're not evil.
- 18:54Lithuanians aren't evil.
- 18:56They're just Lithuanian.
- 18:58But in Russia, every they're evil Russia.
- 19:00They've been evil for a hundred years, but
- 19:03only only, you know, by slogan.
- 19:07And we create them and we've helped to
- 19:09do that and we turn them into the
- 19:11bad guy.
- 19:11And everybody does it.
- 19:12So that's your history.
- 19:14And that's what Ukraine has been doing with
- 19:16American and Western help in Ukraine for the
- 19:19last thirty five years, making sure to still
- 19:22push the narrative that the Russians are the
- 19:27evil empire.
- 19:29And and they're not, you know, how many
- 19:32times?
- 19:34How many times aside from Ukraine, you know,
- 19:37has has has Russia invaded?
- 19:40Is it anywhere close to the number of
- 19:43times that America has invaded even in the
- 19:46last decade, in the last hundred years of
- 19:50Russia?
- 19:51How many times they've invaded?
- 19:53You could we have that in our pocket
- 19:55as Western Westerners in the last 10 years.
- 19:59You know, we got tons of them, tons
- 20:02of incursions everywhere.
- 20:03We just do what we want.
- 20:05And, you know, we're the colonialists.
- 20:07Right now that we, you know, that we
- 20:10ran away from, we're it.
- 20:13You become what you run away from or
- 20:15you become what you hate the most sometimes.
- 20:18Anyway, that's a very long story to tell
- 20:21you that the Ukrainians that you meet with
- 20:26far too often here, if you try to
- 20:29go into the Ukrainian store and I forgot
- 20:31about it because I've been in Missouri for
- 20:33a little while and you got to travel
- 20:34further to get to the very nice Ukrainian
- 20:37stores in Stelia and they have some great
- 20:39some great ethnic grocery stores and stuff like
- 20:43that where you can go pick up your
- 20:44your to do you go Nikki and your
- 20:48lipstick and your your interesting foods over there
- 20:50and appeal many pyroski great coffees in very
- 20:54great torts that cakes and very good stuff
- 20:57over there.
- 20:58And it's a it's right next to in
- 20:59fact, that's next to the Starbucks.
- 21:01See how my stories all come together.
- 21:03There they are.
- 21:04No, I'm kidding.
- 21:05But the because this story sure as hell
- 21:08hasn't come together.
- 21:09I've been talking for an hour already.
- 21:11Anyway, the the part in the Ukrainian section.
- 21:17So there's a there's a good number of
- 21:20Ukrainians and a good number of Russians everywhere.
- 21:23But a place called North Port, Florida, has
- 21:26three or four Ukrainian churches.
- 21:29Ukrainians have been congregating there.
- 21:31I don't know why Ukrainian specific for just
- 21:34like in Sedalia, Missouri.
- 21:36There's a large population of Ukrainians over there.
- 21:40And I like to go over there.
- 21:41But everything's in Russian anyway.
- 21:43And nobody's ever had any problems speaking Russian
- 21:46because all the Ukrainians speak Russian anyway.
- 21:50And none of them and none of them
- 21:52ever spoke Russian before.
- 21:53Well, now you got Zelensky, who his whole
- 21:55life spoke Russian and he doesn't even speak
- 21:58Ukrainian very well.
- 22:01He never has.
- 22:03He's getting better, but he's he's never spoken
- 22:06Ukrainian very well.
- 22:08He's always been a Moscow actor and trying
- 22:13to get in the Moscow in crowd.
- 22:15And suddenly he gets, you know, funded by
- 22:19the proper oligarchs.
- 22:22And suddenly he's only Ukrainian and he gets
- 22:24to it gets to torment anybody who even
- 22:28speaks Russian.
- 22:29And he speaks Ukrainian with a Russian accent.
- 22:33I don't speak Ukrainian, so I don't know
- 22:35about the accent part.
- 22:36But they hate.
- 22:39OK, so and they hated so much so
- 22:41that they will not speak to you in
- 22:45Russian.
- 22:45If you recall, listen to me back when
- 22:47I was in Lithuania back in September and
- 22:53in Belarus that a couple of the cab
- 22:57drivers I got, I got in with the
- 23:00Yandex drivers over there.
- 23:03When I would speak to them in Russian,
- 23:06they would answer in English and they would,
- 23:09you know, they one of them even went
- 23:13so far as to say, don't speak Russian
- 23:16in my cab.
- 23:17I said, hey, man, if you don't want
- 23:19to pick up, I said, would you say
- 23:20that to a Frenchman?
- 23:21Don't speak French.
- 23:23Yeah.
- 23:23Russians are invading, invading Ukraine.
- 23:25I said, what in the hell are you
- 23:26doing in Lithuania?
- 23:28This is nonsense.
- 23:30And it's a language, dude.
- 23:33And this drives me batty, just like it
- 23:37did back in the 80s when I was
- 23:39in the army and some particularly rude American
- 23:45soldiers would say something like, don't speak that
- 23:48Mexican.
- 23:49You know, it was the southern.
- 23:52We were in Nogales and across the border.
- 23:58I forget the name of the U.S.
- 23:59town across the border, but near Fort Huachuca.
- 24:02And I was in Fort Huachuca, Arizona for,
- 24:05I don't know, several months.
- 24:07And we would go over to Nogales.
- 24:09And but there was a cool place on
- 24:11this.
- 24:12So you didn't have to cross the border.
- 24:13They really didn't like us doing that.
- 24:14And you had to get special permission across
- 24:16the border when you're military anyway.
- 24:19And so at least in our unit and
- 24:21and we had clearances anyway, so they really
- 24:24didn't want us crossing the borders unless we
- 24:27were as a group or doing something like
- 24:29that.
- 24:29And but I would get really mad about
- 24:32it and say, geez, will you stop?
- 24:37You know, you're dry.
- 24:37I hate that.
- 24:39You're driving me nuts.
- 24:40You can't belittle a person because of their
- 24:43language, you know, and if they come to
- 24:46America, speak American.
- 24:48It's not American, by the way.
- 24:50It's English.
- 24:52Now, the British wouldn't agree with that.
- 24:54But anyway, that long, long story to tell
- 24:57you that Ukraine and Russia, well, mostly Ukraine,
- 25:02you know, Russians, you know, don't say don't
- 25:04speak Ukrainian.
- 25:06You speak Ukrainian fine.
- 25:08I told you about the case that I
- 25:10assisted with a couple of years ago where
- 25:14a husband and wife were having dinner in
- 25:18a restaurant in on the east part of
- 25:21Hollywood, which is in Miami area.
- 25:26And they were speaking Russian.
- 25:31And they were there several hours, you know,
- 25:34it's a Friday night or something, they were
- 25:36going there to have a good time.
- 25:38And later in the evening, an entire wedding
- 25:41party came in of Ukrainians.
- 25:43Now, the bulk of the people in that
- 25:45restaurant and apparently the owner were Ukrainian.
- 25:48And it ended up that one of the
- 25:55wedding guests came over to the table of
- 25:58this Russian couple who'd been sitting there and
- 26:01told them to quit talking that Russian came
- 26:03over and confronted them and wanted to fight
- 26:05with the husband, wanted to create a scene
- 26:08because Russians were there speaking, speaking that Russian.
- 26:13They weren't speaking Ukrainian, speak Ukrainian in here.
- 26:16Even you have to Ukrainians don't speak Ukrainian.
- 26:23They learned Russian.
- 26:25That's what they've done.
- 26:26And so it was it turned into a
- 26:29fight.
- 26:30You know, you had people at a wedding
- 26:32party beating up on a guy and the
- 26:34wife getting knocked to the ground, all kinds
- 26:36of stupidity and, you know, potential potential case
- 26:41for that kind of thing.
- 26:43But how foolish all of that was is
- 26:47is part of the point for today.
- 26:50And I'm telling you, it's frustrating the stupidity
- 26:57going on in the world today.
- 26:59And anyway, that long, long story to tell
- 27:03you that that Samuel Edward von Trapp believes
- 27:08that it's time for for everyone to put
- 27:12their swords aside, you know, and try to
- 27:16a little.
- 27:18What is what is that song?
- 27:19Try a little bit of peace, love and
- 27:20understanding or something, because the world is going
- 27:24to shit pretty quick and we're all along
- 27:28for the ride.
- 27:29And on that note, we're going to talk
- 27:34about first an Axios article that the U
- 27:41.S. is there's a push to build an
- 27:46Iran coalition that is turning into a mess.
- 27:50And I've watched so many reports on this
- 27:55and keep in track of it, especially regarding
- 28:02the Straits of Hormuz and that we help
- 28:07NATO.
- 28:08We do everything for NATO basically.
- 28:11And the rants that that Trump goes on
- 28:14on his true social and says, we've done
- 28:18everything to, you know, for Europe.
- 28:20They haven't done a damn thing.
- 28:22And now we want them to come in
- 28:24and help escort ships in the Straits of
- 28:26Hormuz.
- 28:27Well, now, remember, I told you last week
- 28:29that I've read a couple other articles that
- 28:31say that the Straits of Hormuz, you can't
- 28:35escort.
- 28:37There are procedural and reality limitations to being
- 28:43able to.
- 28:47Escort militarily ships through the Straits of Hormuz
- 28:51and the U.S. Navy allegedly through whatever
- 28:54the senior admiral has told Trump that it's
- 28:58not really possible or realistic at all for
- 29:02U.S. Navy ships to be escorting ships
- 29:06through the Straits of Hormuz, commercial ships.
- 29:10And it would turn them into a little
- 29:12bit, especially in the method of the war
- 29:14that's going on right now, which is mostly
- 29:16pounding each other with missiles.
- 29:19It would put them in a greater risk
- 29:24coalition.
- 29:25So that's not really how you secure the
- 29:28Straits of Hormuz.
- 29:30And, you know, Trump isn't listening to that.
- 29:34You know, we're going to secure this.
- 29:37I remember a couple of weeks ago when
- 29:39I was first, when I first stated something
- 29:43about this ridiculous and foolish war that we've
- 29:47involved ourselves in, by the way, just as
- 29:50a deliberate attack of our own at the
- 29:54behest of Netanyahu.
- 29:57And not even as, you know, the American
- 30:00public has zero, there is nothing positive that
- 30:04comes of this for us.
- 30:05Nothing.
- 30:06We are not the world's policemen, nor should
- 30:09we be.
- 30:10And the, and I don't appreciate it as
- 30:13do, what are we, up to 66 percent,
- 30:1668 percent were the last numbers of people
- 30:20who were supporting going to war in Iran.
- 30:24The nays are a hell of a lot
- 30:27less, I mean, a hell of a lot
- 30:30more than the yays.
- 30:32I don't think, like many of these stupid
- 30:36wars, they, in hindsight, always look foolish.
- 30:41And just like Afghanistan, and many, many, many
- 30:45reports over the last couple of weeks said
- 30:47that if the Iranians can hang out for
- 30:50a couple of weeks and turn this into
- 30:52a sort of an attrition war and create
- 30:58the discomfort that not only will the missile
- 31:01abilities and the defensive posture of the West
- 31:05and the desire to be involved be a
- 31:12horror story on the Western side, but that
- 31:17there's a pretty good indication that there might
- 31:25be efforts to make it even worse, like
- 31:27get out of the Middle East, like pushing
- 31:29the United States out of there.
- 31:31You can agree with that or disagree with
- 31:33it.
- 31:33I'm not positive I agree with it or
- 31:35disagree with it.
- 31:36It's an opposing point of view.
- 31:38And I want to be supportive.
- 31:40I'm a patriot.
- 31:41I was in the military.
- 31:42You know, I was one of the guys
- 31:43who might have had to go somewhere, although
- 31:45I was in during Iraq one, and I
- 31:49didn't go.
- 31:50I was a Russian interpreter.
- 31:52What the hell am I going to do
- 31:52over there?
- 31:54But anyway, you know, the Russians weren't at
- 31:58war at that time.
- 31:59And this Straits of Hormuz thing and the
- 32:03war in general has turned into a pretty
- 32:05huge mess.
- 32:07I listened to and admitted, admittedly, he was
- 32:11an Iranian professor from a Tehran university.
- 32:20And he's a professor there.
- 32:22And he told some pretty grim stories about
- 32:27what is being targeted over there.
- 32:30He said that there are the double tap
- 32:35missions that are going on even now, that
- 32:38Israel has long been known to do these
- 32:41type of things.
- 32:43And people complain about it quite a bit.
- 32:45This is the preferred method of of their
- 32:50war tactics.
- 32:51They they they they are in a destructive
- 32:55mode and they are doing back what was
- 32:58done to them.
- 32:59Nowhere near as horrible, but still horrible.
- 33:03Like the school that was bombed in.
- 33:08I forget the name of the little town
- 33:10where the girls were.
- 33:11The girls were destroyed.
- 33:14The more news that comes out about that,
- 33:16the worse it looks.
- 33:17It was a Navy Navy officers, mostly school
- 33:23for Navy officers, children.
- 33:28And they say it was intentionally targeted.
- 33:33And they even worse say that the U
- 33:35.S. data has been using A.I. for
- 33:38some of the targeting.
- 33:40And the A.I. data is old.
- 33:43One of the stories this economist told was
- 33:46economic professor anyway.
- 33:49He said that that there was an example
- 33:56for one of the examples he gave was
- 33:59that there was a park that's called in
- 34:04Iranian or in Arabic, I suppose, would be
- 34:08the the or do they speak Farsi?
- 34:13I don't remember, but I think it's Farsi.
- 34:16And he they they would have the park
- 34:20was called Police Park.
- 34:22And that was the name of the park.
- 34:27That's nothing to do with the police.
- 34:28The police aren't located there.
- 34:30There's nothing there.
- 34:31And that park was bombed several times now.
- 34:35The park has been bombed.
- 34:37So A.I. is picking the the the
- 34:41the targeting data for for how you target
- 34:45how you target missiles into Iran on both
- 34:52the Israeli side and the American side.
- 34:54And he said that the double taps have
- 34:57been consistent and prevalent and that in a
- 35:02double tap, for those of you who don't
- 35:04know, are bombing a place.
- 35:07Waiting 20, 30 minutes for for people to
- 35:12arrive.
- 35:14And then bombing it again so you can
- 35:17destroy the the first responders so you can
- 35:24destroy them as well and all the people
- 35:26that are coming to dig through the rubble
- 35:28or whatever.
- 35:30And he said that has been the preferred
- 35:33method.
- 35:33Now, admittedly, that could be propaganda.
- 35:36He seemed like an economist to me.
- 35:40His English, you know, he's clearly his English
- 35:43was extremely good or he was educated in
- 35:47the West, which is typical for a lot
- 35:49of for a lot of people in many
- 35:52areas of the world.
- 35:53They come over to the to Europe or
- 35:55to the United States and get educated and
- 35:58then then they go back home and and
- 36:01live, you know, after their education and they
- 36:05get a Western education.
- 36:07And he said one other interesting thing.
- 36:09So first was on the targeting and on
- 36:11the missiles and on that in the whole
- 36:14interview was pretty interesting.
- 36:16But he said also that the the lies
- 36:24that are being told over here about the
- 36:26fact that and these are his words, not
- 36:30mine, that the Iranian people do not support
- 36:35their government is, you know, completely false.
- 36:41He said that he has participated himself in
- 36:45rallies of 250 to 250,000 to a
- 36:49million people showing up.
- 36:53You know, there were marches after that that
- 36:55Saturday or.
- 37:00I don't know why I said Saturday, what
- 37:01it had to do with it.
- 37:02But the the the bombing, I forget it
- 37:06started on the 28th or whatever, and they
- 37:08blew up that school.
- 37:09And so that's why I think I said
- 37:11Saturday.
- 37:12But it was a that after that, there
- 37:17were huge protests and support for the government,
- 37:24martyrdom marches, those kind of things that that
- 37:27they're everywhere.
- 37:28And the Iranian people are at their core
- 37:32together.
- 37:33Now, to tie that into the Ukrainian part,
- 37:36the Ukrainians have been losing for years now.
- 37:40We're in year five of this.
- 37:42And the Ukrainians have been losing.
- 37:45And the hatred that they show for Russians
- 37:47isn't really warranted in my humble view.
- 37:52But I understand and I understand the, you
- 37:57know, call it solidarity, that they are, you
- 38:02know, in solidarity, even if they're not in
- 38:07the country, you know, they all run from
- 38:09the country.
- 38:10And then, yeah, you fight whoever else can
- 38:14fight.
- 38:15But everybody runs from the country, like the
- 38:17guy flying the little German light, ultralight plane
- 38:21out into Romania last week that I told
- 38:23you about.
- 38:24And everybody is running away because they don't
- 38:27want to be the meat lines inside of
- 38:29Ukraine.
- 38:30And then, you know, hell, if you want
- 38:32to come over here and preach to the
- 38:33Russians about speaking, you know, don't speak that
- 38:37Russian, you know, when the hell are you
- 38:39to tell them not to speak Russian nonsense?
- 38:43And that's nonsense.
- 38:45That'd be like me going up and go,
- 38:46don't speak that Ukrainian shit to me speak,
- 38:49speak English.
- 38:50And none of them speak English or very
- 38:53poorly.
- 38:54And then there's huge amounts of them that
- 38:56don't speak English at all.
- 38:58And they're over here and they have no
- 39:00intention of learning it.
- 39:01You know, they just get a few things
- 39:03to get by, but they speak Ukrainian in
- 39:05their homes.
- 39:06They have all their money to Ukrainian businesses.
- 39:09They will only hire Ukrainian lawyers.
- 39:13They will, you know, stuff like that.
- 39:15And it exists.
- 39:17And so we're creating these rifts inside America,
- 39:20which is supposed to be a melting pot.
- 39:22Now, in a generation, who's going to know
- 39:23the difference?
- 39:24Because their kids will all learn English, but
- 39:27maybe not.
- 39:28I don't know.
- 39:30Maybe we're creating regions inside America that are
- 39:32going to be like the regions inside the
- 39:34world where we're all supposed to beat each
- 39:36other's throats the rest of our lives.
- 39:38And this is no way to run a,
- 39:40you know, peace, love and understanding.
- 39:43That is my thesis.
- 39:46And with Trump not being able to figure
- 39:49out what in the hell is going on
- 39:51in the Moors, there's strong skepticism on that.
- 39:56And I wanted to share this with you,
- 39:59this opinion, this so that the U.S.
- 40:03efforts to build, they want to build a
- 40:06straight and for Moors coalition.
- 40:11Here we are again with that magic word,
- 40:13the coalition, the coalition of the willing, willing
- 40:16to do what?
- 40:17The willingness to hate Russia.
- 40:19Right.
- 40:20And now we have to have a coalition
- 40:22to secure shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.
- 40:25And this has turned into a mess because
- 40:28Washington's alleged partners don't want to offer any
- 40:32assistance, according to Axios yesterday.
- 40:36U.S. Israel and by the way, U
- 40:38.S. and Israel are on their own in
- 40:40this.
- 40:40You have Macron throwing in a little bit
- 40:42because, you know, he likes to do what
- 40:47daddy tells him to do.
- 40:49But most people are against.
- 40:53And these in this U.S. Israel strikes
- 40:55on Iran and Tehran's acts in retaliation have
- 40:59led to the oil flow, you know, dwindling
- 41:07to nothing in the Straits of Hormuz.
- 41:10And the de facto closure of one of
- 41:13the world's most important energy choke points is
- 41:17sending shockwaves through global oil markets.
- 41:20I watched another article that, what is his
- 41:24name?
- 41:27It wasn't Medvedev, um, well, it doesn't matter.
- 41:32Kirill Dmitriev is who I think it was.
- 41:35He predicts that within a very short period
- 41:39of time, the prices for oil with all
- 41:42the choke points and all the destruction of
- 41:46infrastructure related to oil all around the world
- 41:49going on at the hugest suppliers except the
- 41:54U.S. And the cynical people like me,
- 41:58you know, boy, this is convenient.
- 42:00You're turning the market into the U.S.
- 42:04alone, having the market for oil.
- 42:06Trump says, oh, geez, we'll never run out.
- 42:08We got so much capacity.
- 42:10We'll just provide our own.
- 42:13Well, that's easy to say.
- 42:14But what about the rest of the world?
- 42:16They'll have to buy it from us.
- 42:17And so I, I'm one of the critical,
- 42:24I criticize that quite a bit.
- 42:27So these, I believe Brent prices, you know,
- 42:32and all the, you know, the sweet crude,
- 42:34all of the prices are all going to
- 42:36go way in the hell up.
- 42:39And it's fluctuating around the $100 barrel mark
- 42:45right now, sometimes up, sometimes down.
- 42:49And according to Axios, the administration has been
- 42:52lobbying countries, including UK, France, Germany, Germany, Italy,
- 42:58Australia, Canada, Japan and South Korea, all of
- 43:03whom have said no, as well as several
- 43:06Gulf states and Jordan to provide naval vessels
- 43:10or other forms of support for the mission
- 43:13to secure the regional shipping routes.
- 43:16But the outlet says that the potential partners
- 43:19have ranged from skepticism to hell no.
- 43:23Germany, Italy and Japan have ruled out sending
- 43:27any Navy while France has remained noncommittal.
- 43:31Prime Minister Keir Starmer, the genius, as described
- 43:35as forward leaning because he's going to, you
- 43:38know, lick rear ends should the need arise.
- 43:42And London is drafting its own proposal to,
- 43:45you know, hang out with its brothers in
- 43:49arms in the United States.
- 43:51But the roadmap isn't being shared with every,
- 43:56you know, with all the countries being invited.
- 43:59And one European diplomat described the negotiations as
- 44:03a mess and told Axios that a lot
- 44:07of people are confused.
- 44:11Publicly, EU top diplomat, and I hate to
- 44:16say stuff like this, because Jesus, he has
- 44:18zero diplomacy skills.
- 44:20Gaia Callas said that there were there was
- 44:24no appetite in the bloc to participate in
- 44:28the U.S.-led coalition against Iran.
- 44:31So that's the she's the top diplomat in
- 44:33the EU.
- 44:34And German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that
- 44:38this is not our war.
- 44:41We have not started it.
- 44:44Now, where have we heard that before, friends
- 44:46and neighbors?
- 44:47Not our war.
- 44:49We didn't start it.
- 44:51The old Trumpster is forever saying, you know,
- 44:55my war, Joe Biden's war.
- 44:59It was me.
- 45:00It never would have started.
- 45:02Well, I'm not so sure about that anymore,
- 45:05because you've started your own brand of war
- 45:09everywhere else in the last little bit.
- 45:12Meanwhile, Trump warned that NATO would face a
- 45:15very bad future.
- 45:17His long, long rant, and I wouldn't I
- 45:20rarely read it, but I saw this one
- 45:23because somebody else was quoting it.
- 45:26And this horribly long rant of his about
- 45:30NATO facing a very bad future if its
- 45:36European members refuse to participate in securing Hormuz.
- 45:43Well, look what we've done for you.
- 45:45What are you going to do for us?
- 45:48I'm not sure those two questions go together.
- 45:53Arguably, NATO would be some kind of a
- 45:55common defense, right?
- 45:58Although they they absolutely helped in the in
- 46:01the ridiculous invasions of Iraq that went absolutely
- 46:05nowhere after the fact and haven't helped at
- 46:09all.
- 46:09They're always along for the ride.
- 46:11And but I don't I'm not sure that
- 46:14under Trump they're going to want to.
- 46:17Because he's he's he doesn't have to consult
- 46:22with anyone.
- 46:23I'm king of the world.
- 46:24That's it.
- 46:25And he doesn't have to.
- 46:26So as the Iran war continues with no
- 46:30clear end in sight, Washington Post reports and
- 46:35I'm not a big Washington Post reader, but
- 46:37it says that Trump has received very sobering
- 46:42briefings on the Iranian leadership remaining firmly in
- 46:46control of the country.
- 46:48Well, that economist that I spoke to yesterday
- 46:51said that the government is in control and
- 46:54the people in vast majority are supportive and
- 47:00the attacking the country has done very little
- 47:04for, you know, geez.
- 47:07And who would think this anyway?
- 47:10What moron would think that bombing a country
- 47:14would turn the people into with the desire,
- 47:18especially at the levels that has been going
- 47:21on the last two weeks?
- 47:23One school, you know, assume even that it
- 47:26that that it was, as Trump said, oh,
- 47:29gee, they cut their own women in half
- 47:31and they're cut baby's heads off and stuff.
- 47:34Nonsense, by the way.
- 47:36But suppose that you even believe that.
- 47:40And it was a false flag to destroy
- 47:43a naval officer's school with young girls between
- 47:48the ages of eight and 15 and 20
- 47:52or so of their teachers and staff that
- 47:55were there.
- 47:55Right.
- 47:56Assume it was a false flag.
- 48:01It's not.
- 48:02I don't believe that.
- 48:04And I don't believe that Trump has any
- 48:06basis to say that it was a false
- 48:09flag operation.
- 48:11And there's too much.
- 48:13The A.I. targeting the fact that it
- 48:16was near a.
- 48:19A prior military site, the fact that they
- 48:25did these decapitation strikes.
- 48:29In as prevalent a manner as they did,
- 48:32they picked a wrong target.
- 48:35That's the most likely presumption is that they
- 48:38picked a wrong target.
- 48:41Tell me that under that scenario, that if
- 48:45this happened, if the same thing happened and
- 48:48Russia did the same thing in Ukraine, that
- 48:51everybody wouldn't be anti-Russia.
- 48:55They would be and everyone would be is
- 49:00anti-U.S. around the world over what's
- 49:04going on in Iran in vast majority.
- 49:08The only lunatics in Israel, the standard Netanyahu
- 49:13and Lindsey Graham style lunatics exist.
- 49:17The rest of the world is going like
- 49:19Minister Pistorius said that this is not our
- 49:22war.
- 49:23We have not started it.
- 49:26And so.
- 49:29I'm not sure where we go from here,
- 49:30people, but it wasn't just predictable, said The
- 49:33Washington Post.
- 49:34It was predicted he was told all of
- 49:38these things in advance.
- 49:40Now, I've heard that story, not just from
- 49:42The Washington Post, but from multiple sources that
- 49:48are respected journalists and not not crap for
- 49:52the most part.
- 49:53Now, there's plenty of crap out there, too.
- 49:56But I watched a Fox News thing.
- 50:01Several days ago, and it was embarrassing, you
- 50:05know, it was a morning show, three people
- 50:08sitting on a bed, you know, these high
- 50:12back chairs enjoying their coffee and ranting about
- 50:15how great it was that we're bombing the
- 50:17crap out of Iran and that the Iranian
- 50:20people are going to reach up and over
- 50:22and turn over their their government and start
- 50:25again.
- 50:26You think so?
- 50:27I do not.
- 50:29And I think that little tidbit should be
- 50:33told a little bit more.
- 50:40Openly, let's say.
- 50:43And the EU is very, very divided on
- 50:48on.
- 50:50The Iran war, very divided.
- 50:54There was another article, a kind of an
- 50:57opinion piece that says that this war, how
- 51:01far with the question.
- 51:03So it's kind of a.
- 51:04I like to write this way.
- 51:06Sometimes you present a question and then provide
- 51:09alternatives to answer it.
- 51:10And I liked this one.
- 51:13It said, how far does the echo of
- 51:17the Middle East war reach?
- 51:20And a lot of people say this is
- 51:22going to hit all of us.
- 51:26Choking off LPG, LNG, all kinds of stuff.
- 51:33There are road stalls or canteens.
- 51:35I had heard a story or saw read
- 51:39a story.
- 51:41Yeah, I read this story.
- 51:42It doesn't matter.
- 51:43But the that the Indians are.
- 51:47Now, I don't know how this goes with
- 51:50it, because you would think it's a little
- 51:52bit different.
- 51:53They say they're.
- 51:58Having to and it's a long trail that
- 52:01gets you there, but the lack of oil,
- 52:06the lack of petroleum is causing shortages in
- 52:12food markets.
- 52:14I mean, this is a is a consequential
- 52:18thing across India.
- 52:24I mean, many, many places in India.
- 52:26There are concerns from canteens, from restaurants, from,
- 52:32you know, people's livelihoods are at stake.
- 52:36They can't get shipments because shipments are stalled.
- 52:42There's a here's a here's I was trying
- 52:45to find the quote that the guy said,
- 52:47guy named Singh.
- 52:49Gee, there's a surprise.
- 52:52It's SINGH.
- 52:55And I'm not there's there's nothing wrong with
- 52:58the name.
- 52:58It's just that it's like Smith over over
- 53:01in America.
- 53:02So India, Pakistan, Bangladesh.
- 53:06Other countries, Sri Lanka in the South Asia
- 53:09region are facing very prevalent signs of no
- 53:16liquefied petroleum gas.
- 53:19And there's a huge shortage as the Middle
- 53:21East hits these energy supply chains.
- 53:26And so this isn't helping Donald Trump either.
- 53:30A guy named Prahalad Singh, who's 48 years
- 53:34old, runs a roadside eatery in outside of
- 53:38New Delhi.
- 53:39And he's trying to figure out.
- 53:42And, you know, they interviewed him.
- 53:44He's going through his phone saying the disruption
- 53:47consequences of the war in Iran triggered by
- 53:50U.S. and Israel, a war that rattles
- 53:53the global energy supply chain and has led
- 53:56to uncertainty across oil and gas markets.
- 54:00This is going to hit all of us,
- 54:02says Singh, who sells Chinese food from a
- 54:06small roadside stall and is now counting how
- 54:09long his remaining gas supply will last until
- 54:13he loses his livelihood.
- 54:15He says that cylinder he is using may
- 54:18be the last may only last another three
- 54:22days.
- 54:23I'm already worried that I won't be able
- 54:26to get another one on time.
- 54:28Our livelihood is at stake across India.
- 54:31Similar concerns emerge from other canteens, restaurants, hotels
- 54:36who defend depend heavily on commercial LPG cylinders
- 54:41to run their kitchens.
- 54:43Energy supply disruptions have already pushed LPG prices
- 54:48up in India and elsewhere, with the government
- 54:51recently increasing the cost of household cylinders by
- 54:56about 60 rupees and commercial cylinders by 115
- 55:01rupees.
- 55:03Now, that's a small amount of money in
- 55:05America.
- 55:06But remember when you're looking at purchase power
- 55:09parity, the rupee buys a hell of a
- 55:12lot more in India than the dollar buys
- 55:15here.
- 55:16In the southern state of Telangana, vegetables like
- 55:20carrots, cauliflower, onions, cheese are chopped on restaurant
- 55:23counters.
- 55:25You guys like biryani.
- 55:27Oh, my God, I love biryani.
- 55:29And this one's talking about a biryani house.
- 55:31But the kitchen has fallen silent.
- 55:33The owner says that there are severe shortages
- 55:35of LPG cylinders and they don't operate except
- 55:40for one meal a day.
- 55:41Now they operate only at nighttime.
- 55:43The restaurant requires about 10 cylinders each week
- 55:47to operate smoothly.
- 55:50But the owner says he only got two
- 55:52delivered in the week, with supplies tightening.
- 55:56The crisis is getting worse every single day.
- 55:59Now, there's a billion and a half people
- 56:01in India.
- 56:03OK, so take this story and explode it
- 56:08astronomically because of the lack of petroleum products.
- 56:18And the same goes in China.
- 56:21And I mean, hell, we're feeling it here.
- 56:23You know, I was bitching yesterday about the
- 56:25cost of gas.
- 56:28I saw something yesterday.
- 56:31My first time I saw it, it was
- 56:33over in the Miami area.
- 56:36More than $4 a gallon for gas.
- 56:40And diesel is well over five everywhere on
- 56:45my travels down here.
- 56:47Well over five bucks a gallon.
- 56:49And that's depressing.
- 56:52It's just depressing.
- 56:55So I don't know, people.
- 56:57I think somebody needs to end this.
- 57:06It's not.
- 57:07We're not going to have capitulation.
- 57:09But let's try to get to a better
- 57:12story.
- 57:14Meanwhile, all of this happening right now, China
- 57:18is very much in the news.
- 57:22China is, now everybody, well, I don't know
- 57:25if you heard this or not, but apparently
- 57:27Trump is putting off his, he was planning
- 57:31to go to China at the end of
- 57:32this month to meet with Xi Jinping and
- 57:35allegedly put some pressure on him about Russia.
- 57:37I think for several reasons that is not
- 57:47going to happen.
- 57:48I heard an interesting theory on this yesterday.
- 57:51And I don't know how I think about
- 57:53it, but it is definitely interesting.
- 57:57And I can see that it is a
- 57:59potential truth that Trump was trying to structure
- 58:06post-Venezuela, post-Iran, and he wanted a
- 58:11quick decapitation.
- 58:15We're taking the oil in Iran to China.
- 58:19So we took it from you in Venezuela.
- 58:23And now we're going to take it from,
- 58:25although ultimately I don't think they even did
- 58:27in Venezuela.
- 58:29That's just a short-term, short-term deal.
- 58:32Three years from now, it's not going to
- 58:33matter.
- 58:35I think China will be right back in
- 58:37there.
- 58:37But the theory was that Trump takes Venezuela,
- 58:46takes Iran, says he controls the global supply
- 58:52except from Russia, and China gets, I forget
- 58:57what the percentage is, don't quote me on
- 58:59it, but it's a big percentage.
- 59:01I want to say 70, 80% of
- 59:04their, or maybe they take 70, 80%
- 59:09of the capacity of Iran through the streets
- 59:11of Hormuz goes into China.
- 59:13It's one of those two figures that they
- 59:16get, because China gets a butt-ton of
- 59:22energy from Russia.
- 59:25And the story goes that Trump cancelled this
- 59:30meeting because he didn't get his quick victory
- 59:35in seizing of oil interests in Iran.
- 59:39I can't imagine that he would have tried
- 59:41it in the first place.
- 59:44That'd be a desperation move, if that's what
- 59:48you think, or a completely arrogant and cocky
- 59:52move, one of the two.
- 59:53But it's not a reasonable move under any
- 59:56stretch of the imagination.
- 59:59It's either we're so cocky that we think
- 1:00:01we can decapitate, and these people are going
- 1:00:04to welcome us in with open arms, because
- 1:00:09they're cutting babies in half and chopping off
- 1:00:13women's heads in Iran.
- 1:00:15The error is in the premise.
- 1:00:18They're not doing that.
- 1:00:21Or we have horror stories here in America
- 1:00:25too.
- 1:00:26If we focused only on the lone horror
- 1:00:28story that occurred, you could argue that everybody
- 1:00:32here in America is a school shooter, because
- 1:00:37we have plenty of that going on here,
- 1:00:40or these mass shootings going on in America.
- 1:00:44Far too many, for my comfort, and I
- 1:00:46don't like it.
- 1:00:47But I don't want all of America to
- 1:00:49be judged because we've got a bunch of
- 1:00:50morons running around.
- 1:00:52It's the same in any country.
- 1:00:54Everybody's got their share of idiots.
- 1:00:57You take the lone story of a baby
- 1:01:02being cut in half 30 years ago, and
- 1:01:05I've never heard that story, but let's give
- 1:01:10Trump the benefit of the doubt.
- 1:01:12I'd like to.
- 1:01:13But you don't get on Air Force One
- 1:01:15and say, well, you know those Iranians, all
- 1:01:16they do is cut their babies in half
- 1:01:18and behead their women.
- 1:01:21That's not true.
- 1:01:23It might be one Iranian or a couple,
- 1:01:27but you don't get a lump the entire
- 1:01:30population into the baby killing, the baby cutting
- 1:01:35in half and beheading wife bit.
- 1:01:37That's nonsense.
- 1:01:39And any more than you'd be able to
- 1:01:40call all American school shooters.
- 1:01:43Nonsense.
- 1:01:44And so if the theory going that he's
- 1:01:48now having to figure out how to proceed
- 1:01:50because he was either A, too arrogant or
- 1:01:54B, too foolish to understand the risks and
- 1:01:59chose not to risk to listen to his
- 1:02:02leaders, that here he is embroiled in another
- 1:02:05debacle in the Far East.
- 1:02:10This is nonsense.
- 1:02:12And now, how long is this one going
- 1:02:16to drag on?
- 1:02:17Is this one?
- 1:02:17And I heard him referring to them as
- 1:02:19terrorists again the other day.
- 1:02:21These are the terrorists.
- 1:02:22I thought the Taliban was the terrorists before
- 1:02:25that or after that.
- 1:02:27I thought it was ISIS.
- 1:02:28How many freaking everybody is a terrorist, too.
- 1:02:31Everybody is a terrorist.
- 1:02:32Everybody's a baby killer.
- 1:02:35And so therefore, we need to go to
- 1:02:37war with Iran.
- 1:02:40Wrong answer.
- 1:02:42You do not pass go.
- 1:02:44You do not collect two hundred dollars.
- 1:02:46You don't get to go on to the
- 1:02:47next round where the prices really, you know,
- 1:02:50improve and get bigger.
- 1:02:53No, we don't.
- 1:02:54That is not what's happening.
- 1:02:56And so he's canceled his trip to China.
- 1:02:58Now, I don't know that that's true, but
- 1:03:00it makes sense to me if that was
- 1:03:03his theory, that he was going to go
- 1:03:05and hold China's feet to the fire about
- 1:03:08Russia and a couple of other things and
- 1:03:10about trade deals with Canada and Europe like
- 1:03:15he is.
- 1:03:16He is, you know, speaking about he's going
- 1:03:19to do then.
- 1:03:21The failure to take over the Iranian oil
- 1:03:24would certainly be a problem for him.
- 1:03:28That's what I believe.
- 1:03:30So anyway, China, in the meanwhile, has been
- 1:03:34meeting with many sides, many different countries.
- 1:03:39They've been talking to European leaders that are
- 1:03:42coming over.
- 1:03:42European leaders are going to China.
- 1:03:45Chinese leaders are going to Europe.
- 1:03:47Same thing in the Middle East.
- 1:03:48Same thing in South America.
- 1:03:50Same thing across the planet is Chinese leaders
- 1:03:54are going right now and projecting the voice
- 1:03:58of.
- 1:04:01Reasonableness.
- 1:04:02And because everybody is now claiming that Trump
- 1:04:07is not less than reasonable, let's put it
- 1:04:10that way, because he's he's doing anything he
- 1:04:13can.
- 1:04:14I mean, here's an example of another story
- 1:04:16that proves that it doesn't prove, but comes
- 1:04:22to the same conclusion.
- 1:04:24You know, it's just a story.
- 1:04:25It's not proof of anything.
- 1:04:26Take it or leave it.
- 1:04:28I can do anything I want with Cuba.
- 1:04:32I mean, think about that.
- 1:04:33I can do anything I want with Greenland.
- 1:04:35I've done whatever I wanted with Venezuela.
- 1:04:37I mean, hell, I can bomb the crap
- 1:04:39out of Iran and people are going to
- 1:04:41come running into my arms and talk about
- 1:04:42how glorious and wonderful Donald Trump is.
- 1:04:46You know, he may have the honor of
- 1:04:49being the president to take to take Cuba.
- 1:04:54I told you about this last week a
- 1:04:56little bit.
- 1:04:57U.S. President Trump has said he expects
- 1:04:59to have the honor of taking Cuba in
- 1:05:01some form, claiming he could do anything I
- 1:05:05want with the Caribbean nation.
- 1:05:07He made the remarks on Monday in the
- 1:05:09Oval Office, despite ongoing talks between Washington and
- 1:05:13Havana as the island grapples with a deepening
- 1:05:16energy crisis because the U.S. has blockaded
- 1:05:19any oil from Venezuela.
- 1:05:22I do believe I'll be having the honor
- 1:05:25of taking Cuba, and that's a big honor,
- 1:05:28Trump said, adding that he's taking Cuba in
- 1:05:32some form.
- 1:05:35I don't understand this thought process at all.
- 1:05:40I just don't get it.
- 1:05:42Who has asked him, did I vote for
- 1:05:46this?
- 1:05:47No, I don't know who else has voted
- 1:05:49for this.
- 1:05:49I didn't vote for him to take over
- 1:05:51the world.
- 1:05:52I voted for him because I didn't want
- 1:05:55him to start any new wars or conflicts.
- 1:06:02The first year, it's all about my, I
- 1:06:05didn't get the peace prize.
- 1:06:06That's my peace prize.
- 1:06:08Obama got one.
- 1:06:09Where's mine?
- 1:06:11Now, I'm the wartime president.
- 1:06:14Look what I get to do.
- 1:06:15I'm taking Cuba.
- 1:06:16I already took Venezuela, and that's why Cuba's
- 1:06:19in bad shape, because I won't let that
- 1:06:20Venezuelan oil go to Cuba.
- 1:06:23Screw them.
- 1:06:24We're going to take it.
- 1:06:25Is he doing this for Rubio?
- 1:06:29Very curious.
- 1:06:30I might have to look into that.
- 1:06:31This is nonsense, because it's a big honor.
- 1:06:35Oh, yeah, it's a big honor.
- 1:06:39We're saving the world, right?
- 1:06:41That's what we're doing.
- 1:06:43Pressed by reporters, Trump said that the U
- 1:06:45.S. could take different actions toward the island,
- 1:06:48whether I free it or take it.
- 1:06:53I think I can do anything I want
- 1:06:55with it, if you want to know the
- 1:06:57truth, he said, without elaborating.
- 1:06:59Trump spoke as Cuba plunged into a nationwide
- 1:07:02blackout Monday.
- 1:07:04Nearly 11 million people left without electricity as
- 1:07:08fuel shortages strained the country's aging power stations.
- 1:07:13Following the U.S. president's comments, New York
- 1:07:16Times reported that American officials have signaled in
- 1:07:20negotiations that removing Cuban president, again, it's about
- 1:07:25regime change, and that's it.
- 1:07:27Finding somebody who will lick Trump's butt for
- 1:07:30the next three years.
- 1:07:32President Miguel Diaz-Canel could be a key
- 1:07:35objective in the bilateral talks, though Washington hasn't
- 1:07:39publicly confirmed that demand.
- 1:07:41I don't know why we don't understand that.
- 1:07:45I mean, that's the only reason we could
- 1:07:47have to take it.
- 1:07:48Why else?
- 1:07:49Why else bother?
- 1:07:52You know what we need?
- 1:07:54We need another 11 million Cuban residents of
- 1:07:57Florida, right?
- 1:07:59What state has that become in my ongoing
- 1:08:01determination of which states we've added so far?
- 1:08:09I can't remember the order anymore.
- 1:08:11Israel has always been state 51, but actually
- 1:08:14Israel is state one.
- 1:08:16The rest of us are numbered, you know,
- 1:08:19the rest of the American states are numbers
- 1:08:21two through 51.
- 1:08:24And then 52 would be Canada, right?
- 1:08:30And then we have Greenland, we have Venezuela,
- 1:08:34we've taken Cuba and Iran.
- 1:08:37So we could be up to 56 various
- 1:08:39states by now under Trump.
- 1:08:43He's to be proud of, right?
- 1:08:46So 11 million people on the government dole,
- 1:08:51right?
- 1:08:51Have them come up and put their kids
- 1:08:54in American schools.
- 1:08:55That'll be great, right?
- 1:08:57That's what we're after as Americans.
- 1:09:00New York Times reported that these officials, you
- 1:09:03know, that they want to get rid of
- 1:09:04this government.
- 1:09:07The talks marked the first time in more
- 1:09:10than a decade that Havana has publicly acknowledged
- 1:09:14formal discussions with Washington.
- 1:09:17This follows several weeks of power cuts, fuel
- 1:09:21shortages.
- 1:09:23And by the way, the U.S. won't
- 1:09:25let anybody else in there to discuss with
- 1:09:26them.
- 1:09:27And, you know, you wonder about whether this
- 1:09:34is really an anti-Russia move as well.
- 1:09:39But after all of this and the rising
- 1:09:43public anger after Venezuelan oil shipments are halted
- 1:09:48by the U.S. following the U.S.
- 1:09:51seizure of Maduro—illegal seizure of Maduro, but still
- 1:09:57happened—Trump repeatedly has threatened a total oil blockade
- 1:10:03of Cuba and warns that countries selling crude
- 1:10:07to the island won't face tariffs.
- 1:10:10I'm going to make you pay some tariffs.
- 1:10:12We're going to have four years of arguing
- 1:10:14over tariffs.
- 1:10:15Oh, well, one of them has already happened,
- 1:10:17so we're well into that.
- 1:10:18Diaz-Canel said last week that any dialogue
- 1:10:20with Washington must be based on the same
- 1:10:23thing that everybody else in the world wants,
- 1:10:25equality and respect for the political system of
- 1:10:28both countries, stressing sovereignty and self-determination.
- 1:10:32He said that Cuba has received no oil
- 1:10:35shipments for three months due to the blockade,
- 1:10:38which he said has affected many, including children
- 1:10:40needing medical treatment.
- 1:10:42Russia condemns the U.S. economic blockade of
- 1:10:46the island and call these sanctions unlawful and
- 1:10:50destabilizing.
- 1:10:52And Sergei Lavrov said Moscow supports the Cuban
- 1:10:56people in defending their own sovereignty.
- 1:11:01I don't really care for this sort of
- 1:11:08behavior.
- 1:11:10I really don't.
- 1:11:13I already told you about the Straits of
- 1:11:16Hormuz, but I did want to share this
- 1:11:18article with you, but I don't think I'm
- 1:11:21going to.
- 1:11:25But on the same oil problems everywhere, I
- 1:11:30want to return to Hungary and Ukraine to
- 1:11:36replay these deals.
- 1:11:38Kiev is rejecting proposals from Hungary for a
- 1:11:42meeting.
- 1:11:44Ukraine is refusing to resume oil supplies via
- 1:11:48the Druzhba pipeline for purely political reasons, despite
- 1:11:53the infrastructure being fully functional, says Petr Zharto,
- 1:11:58Hungarian foreign minister.
- 1:12:00Today, he added that Kiev has declined to
- 1:12:03propose a trilateral meeting with Hungary and Slovakia
- 1:12:07to discuss the issue.
- 1:12:08Ukrainian authorities are preventing Russian oil from reaching
- 1:12:14Hungary and Slovakia via the Druzhba pipeline that
- 1:12:18runs through Ukraine, claiming it was damaged by
- 1:12:21Russian strikes.
- 1:12:23Budapest and Bratislava have accused Kiev of blackmail
- 1:12:26and also say Brussels has sided with Ukraine
- 1:12:29instead of backing two EU member states.
- 1:12:33And Ukraine's not even an EU member.
- 1:12:35It's become obvious that there is no technical
- 1:12:37or physical reason for the oil supply not
- 1:12:40to be restarted to Hungary through the Druzhba
- 1:12:43pipeline, said Zharto, at a press conference in
- 1:12:47Brussels.
- 1:12:48And he accuses Kiev of making a pure
- 1:12:50political decision.
- 1:12:52The minister added that a trilateral meeting with
- 1:12:54Ukrainian minister of energy in Brussels initiated by
- 1:12:57Budapest and Bratislava was cancelled by the Ukrainians.
- 1:13:02Again, he highlighted that Kiev has rejected all
- 1:13:06initiatives taken by Hungary and Slovakia and even
- 1:13:09the EU to even allow a site visit
- 1:13:12to see the actual state of the pipeline.
- 1:13:16Well, if it's not blown up, they'll blow
- 1:13:18it up so that they don't have to
- 1:13:21continue it.
- 1:13:23And then they just blame the Russians.
- 1:13:25Oh, that's what they do everywhere else.
- 1:13:27Remember, they blew up the Nord Stream 2
- 1:13:29and said that was the Russians blown up
- 1:13:31their own pipeline.
- 1:13:33That's what we heard for the longest time.
- 1:13:36Russia blew up their own pipeline.
- 1:13:38Right.
- 1:13:38Yep.
- 1:13:40Minister added, reiterated that a delegation from Hungary
- 1:13:46spent more than three days in Ukraine last
- 1:13:49week, but all requests for meetings were rejected.
- 1:13:53So, you know, I can't tell you anything.
- 1:13:56But if a country keeps us under an
- 1:13:58oil blockade, then that country cannot expect us
- 1:14:02to support any decisions in Brussels in favor
- 1:14:05of them.
- 1:14:06That's the case.
- 1:14:08In response to Kiev's halting supplies through the
- 1:14:10Soviet built pipeline.
- 1:14:12Now, remember, this is all about 90 billion
- 1:14:14bucks that a.
- 1:14:18Hungary and Slovakia are blocking a 90 billion
- 1:14:23dollar loan that will never be repaid to
- 1:14:26be giving more money, at least not by
- 1:14:28the Ukrainians, it'll be repaid by the EU
- 1:14:32because the only condition for the loan would
- 1:14:35be that it had to be guaranteed.
- 1:14:37By the EU states.
- 1:14:41And so the EU leadership in Brussels, von
- 1:14:45der Leyen and Kaya Kallis are trying to
- 1:14:47force Hungary and Slovakia into agreeing to this
- 1:14:5390 billion, although they're already members of the
- 1:14:57EU and Ukraine is not.
- 1:14:59And so they support Ukraine over their own
- 1:15:01members.
- 1:15:02That tells you what you need to know
- 1:15:04about the EU.
- 1:15:05Right.
- 1:15:06So.
- 1:15:08The Victor Orban vetoed the new round of
- 1:15:13sanctions against Russia and also blocked the 90
- 1:15:16billion dollar or 90 billion euro, 105 billion
- 1:15:20dollar loan.
- 1:15:21And on Monday, Sartor confirmed that Budapest will
- 1:15:24continue to expose another bailout for Kiev until
- 1:15:29the oil supplies resume.
- 1:15:32Hungary, a longstanding opponent of Ukraine's EU membership
- 1:15:37bid, has consistently refused to send weapons to
- 1:15:42Kiev or approve EU military aid to Kiev
- 1:15:46and has called instead for a diplomatic solution
- 1:15:49to the conflict.
- 1:15:53That's that's true, actually.
- 1:15:59Lavrov said that Sergei Viktorovich said that the
- 1:16:04EU has discredited itself completely in the Ukraine
- 1:16:09peace process.
- 1:16:13The EU, they wanted, EU wanted to be
- 1:16:16at the table, you know, and they want
- 1:16:17to be at the table for the Hormuz
- 1:16:21discussions, but they don't want to be involved
- 1:16:24in the securing of it.
- 1:16:29But the EU has completely discredited itself as
- 1:16:31a mediator in the Ukrainian peace process, said
- 1:16:36Lavrov.
- 1:16:38The Kiev's European backers have demanded to be
- 1:16:44admitted into the Russia-U.S.-Ukraine peace talks,
- 1:16:48but they never, they haven't upheld any prior
- 1:16:51agreements, according to him.
- 1:16:53And he's talking about, of course, the Minsk
- 1:16:57-1 and Minsk-2.
- 1:16:59And in 2014, France and Germany were the
- 1:17:02guarantors of an agreement between Ukrainian President Yanukovych
- 1:17:07and the opposition leaders.
- 1:17:09But that's the Minsk-1, Minsk-2, which
- 1:17:12came up a little later, but did nothing
- 1:17:14when nationalist groups, Ukrainians, seized power.
- 1:17:18The EU failed in its role a second
- 1:17:20time under the 2015 agreement, which was intended
- 1:17:24to reconcile the new nationalist government in Kiev
- 1:17:27with anti-coup forces in East Ukraine.
- 1:17:31And, you know, because they overthrew the government
- 1:17:34in Kiev, which, you know, nobody paid much
- 1:17:38attention to over here until 2022, when Russia,
- 1:17:43who had been fighting the same battle for
- 1:17:45eight years, was claimed to have invaded the
- 1:17:52territories that had separated themselves by referendum from
- 1:18:00Ukraine.
- 1:18:02Former Chancellor to Germany, Angela Merkel, and former
- 1:18:07French President Francois Hollande, who acted as the
- 1:18:11guarantors to the deal, later admitted that they
- 1:18:15never intended to fulfill anything and just wanted
- 1:18:18to buy time to arm Ukraine.
- 1:18:21After the conflict's escalation in 2022, a settlement
- 1:18:26could have been reached as early as April
- 1:18:29of 2022 if it hadn't been for interference
- 1:18:34by Boris Johnson.
- 1:18:36That guy, Bojo, is, uh, I never thought
- 1:18:40he was too bright.
- 1:18:41I thought he was your typical blowhard politician
- 1:18:45up there chasing young girls, chasing interns, spending
- 1:18:52money, spending the government's money on, you know,
- 1:18:55look how cool I am.
- 1:18:57And that exists in England just like it
- 1:19:00does here, friends and neighbors.
- 1:19:03The EU, the top diplomat, you know, Boris
- 1:19:11Johnson at the time, was really not good
- 1:19:16for the EU, in my humble opinion.
- 1:19:20Sergey Lavrov accused European leaders of wanting to
- 1:19:24preserve the presence of a Nazi regime in
- 1:19:28Kiev.
- 1:19:30And he calls that one of the root
- 1:19:33causes of the Ukraine conflict.
- 1:19:36If allowed, he said the Kiev regime would
- 1:19:38continue its hostile anti-Russian activities.
- 1:19:43They're going to do that anyway.
- 1:19:44They're even going to do it in America.
- 1:19:46They are not becoming Americans.
- 1:19:48They have no intention of becoming Americans.
- 1:19:52They do, they want the passport.
- 1:19:54That's it.
- 1:19:55You know, they just want the passport and
- 1:19:56then, you know, want the money.
- 1:19:58I wonder how many of them will actually
- 1:20:00go back to their Nazi regime in Kiev,
- 1:20:05you know, and move back into Ukraine.
- 1:20:10I know a bunch of them over here
- 1:20:12and I've asked them that question specifically.
- 1:20:16If you love Ukraine so much, why do
- 1:20:20you live here?
- 1:20:22You've been here 20 years.
- 1:20:23Why?
- 1:20:24And I'd give the name of the guy,
- 1:20:26but I had a conversation with this guy.
- 1:20:28He's good.
- 1:20:29He's a funny guy.
- 1:20:30We partied together for a lot.
- 1:20:31I used to go to this Russian bathhouse,
- 1:20:33the Banya, and I got in trouble by
- 1:20:40the owner.
- 1:20:41And I was like, well, I didn't say
- 1:20:42anything.
- 1:20:43So a Ukrainian guy came up to me
- 1:20:46and asked me an opinion of the war
- 1:20:49or something.
- 1:20:50And he started talking about the war.
- 1:20:53And he said some things.
- 1:20:57I didn't even say anything yet.
- 1:20:58I was just like, look, we're in America.
- 1:21:01And I imagine half of the people here
- 1:21:02at the bathhouse are Russian and half Ukrainian.
- 1:21:06And the owner came up and started, you
- 1:21:10know, hey, you can't come in here and
- 1:21:13you know, get these guys all riled up.
- 1:21:16Me?
- 1:21:17I was the one that was asked the
- 1:21:19question.
- 1:21:20It's like, you know, what's the story here?
- 1:21:22But anyway, the guy that I spoke with
- 1:21:25him at a couple of times later at
- 1:21:27his house.
- 1:21:28And so we weren't going to get beat
- 1:21:30up upon by the bathhouse owner.
- 1:21:34And he says that he and his wife
- 1:21:38have lived in Florida, came to New York
- 1:21:41first, I think, and then Florida.
- 1:21:44They've been in Florida for 20 years.
- 1:21:47And, you know, he says that he still
- 1:21:52has a dacha in the Ukrainian countryside somewhere
- 1:21:56that he owns a plot of land.
- 1:21:58And, you know, and somehow he was involved
- 1:22:02in.
- 1:22:04My thought process on it was immediately money
- 1:22:08laundering of some sort.
- 1:22:10But maybe it's just part of the corruption
- 1:22:12deal, because all the money circulates back around.
- 1:22:16The only people who get any are the
- 1:22:18people who already left the country, you know,
- 1:22:20or people that are trying to get out
- 1:22:22of the country.
- 1:22:23And so everybody takes their dole and they
- 1:22:25get out.
- 1:22:25But this this guy's story was was very
- 1:22:29interesting to me.
- 1:22:30But something wasn't adding up either.
- 1:22:34And, hell, I should have stayed in the
- 1:22:36military or the government service, because U.S.
- 1:22:40Agency for International Development is one of my
- 1:22:43last tours that I took over to Moldova.
- 1:22:47And that was a corrupt hellhole and shit
- 1:22:50show and money floating everywhere.
- 1:22:54And U.S. Agency for International Development telling
- 1:22:58us, you know, not much you could do
- 1:23:00about that.
- 1:23:00Then why the hell are we doing it?
- 1:23:02You know, all the products we deliver are
- 1:23:05going one way and then the money is
- 1:23:07going another and some back into the pockets
- 1:23:10of the very people supplying it is what
- 1:23:12it seemed like to me even way back
- 1:23:14then.
- 1:23:15And it's and I had that first thought
- 1:23:18I had when speaking to this Ukrainian guy
- 1:23:20who's over here talking about, you know, living
- 1:23:23in America for the last 20 years and
- 1:23:25being connected to.
- 1:23:28And whether he's some Italian guy just trying
- 1:23:30to claim he's with the mafia, you know,
- 1:23:32on the outskirts and then, oh, you know,
- 1:23:35the family, you know, something like that, or
- 1:23:38whether it's reality that he really was involved
- 1:23:40in his story.
- 1:23:43Seemed a little odd to me on the
- 1:23:47connection side and on the money side and
- 1:23:50on what he was allowed to do in
- 1:23:52Ukraine.
- 1:23:52Even now, I've thought about doing a couple
- 1:23:56of shows on that type of thing and
- 1:23:59maybe I will, but it won't be this
- 1:24:01week.
- 1:24:02I've got a couple of things.
- 1:24:04As the show winds down, I want to
- 1:24:05tell you that I am in Florida.
- 1:24:09I am heading back in the next couple
- 1:24:13of days.
- 1:24:15And so I should be here again for
- 1:24:18tomorrow's program in Florida, not in the studio,
- 1:24:22which makes if there's any trouble in the
- 1:24:24broadcast.
- 1:24:25I know that it appears to be working
- 1:24:30OK and everything on the recording I see
- 1:24:34seems to be coming out all right.
- 1:24:37But it'll be from outside the studio again
- 1:24:40tomorrow and maybe even the following day or
- 1:24:43this whole week.
- 1:24:44Civic Outlaws will be on Friday and we
- 1:24:47have a big catch up day on that
- 1:24:50one from my show on last Friday.
- 1:24:53And I suggest you go back and listen
- 1:24:55to that.
- 1:24:56You can go to civicoutlaws.com forward slash
- 1:24:59podcast and listen to that show because we're
- 1:25:04pointing some fingers.
- 1:25:06And I think we might be having an
- 1:25:09impact on some of the well, I know
- 1:25:12we're having an impact and I want the
- 1:25:15impact to be even larger.
- 1:25:17I don't like government overreach by any stretch.
- 1:25:20Anyway, I appreciate you listening to the show
- 1:25:23this morning.
- 1:25:24I appreciate you dialing in for the show
- 1:25:26daily from 730 to nine Central Standard Time.
- 1:25:33And tomorrow is the biggest day in radio
- 1:25:37history at damradio.com forward slash live, where
- 1:25:43I get to kick the day off and
- 1:25:45then we have a good number of programs
- 1:25:47you can find out about by going to
- 1:25:50this damradio.com forward slash schedule and signing
- 1:25:58in.
- 1:25:59Oh, well, you don't have to sign in.
- 1:26:00You'd have to create an account or anything,
- 1:26:01but you can read the schedule from there.
- 1:26:09And that is what I encourage you to
- 1:26:13do.
- 1:26:14I believe that will just about wrap up
- 1:26:20the program for today from the real estate
- 1:26:25of the art studio, which happens to be
- 1:26:28on the traveling version in Florida this week.
- 1:26:35I thank you very much for listening in
- 1:26:37and I hope you have a very beautiful
- 1:26:40mid-Missouri or around the world type day.
- 1:26:44Bye-bye.
