- 2:07Speaker 7: new skincare company. Yeah, and there's anti aging and all
- 2:12Speaker 7: this stuff, and so at first I was offended. I
- 2:16Speaker 7: was like, oh, you think I need anti aging? No,
- 2:19Speaker 7: But then I was like, okay, yeah, this is you know,
- 2:22Speaker 7: some type of serum that she's coming out with or
- 2:24Speaker 7: whatever that I'm excited to try when it gets here.
- 2:27Speaker 7: But I just wanted to tell you that I have
- 2:29Speaker 7: a semi contact with your celebrity grush.
- 2:31Speaker 2: So you're pretty much gonna get me my.

- 2:46Speaker 2: She didn't sign up. They just reached out to her.
- 2:48Speaker 6: Yeah, you know, it just happens.
- 2:49Speaker 2: No, I understand it. Why don't you just sign up?
- 2:52Speaker 2: Sign up for what? I don't know if to sign up.
- 2:55Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying, Yeah, just sign up. She doesn't
- 2:58Speaker 2: have to sign up, she's cool.
- 3:00Speaker 5: Well, I was just saying, you sign up. You don't
- 3:02Speaker 5: want to turn your MinC ouf shoot your shot, That's
- 3:05Speaker 5: what I'm trying to say. Billy, Yeah, what's going on
- 3:08Speaker 5: with you? I got a bone to pig with the
- 3:11Speaker 5: city of Richardson. I was running late, yes, well I
- 3:14Speaker 5: was almost running late. There was at least fifty bike
- 3:18Speaker 5: riders going down Renter when I'm trying to go get
- 3:20Speaker 5: blood drawn, and I'm like, what is going You're.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Getting blood drawn?
- 3:23Speaker 1: Huh?
- 3:24Speaker 2: Why are you getting blood drawn?
- 3:25Speaker 5: Oh?
- 3:25Speaker 2: Doctor checkups?
- 3:26Speaker 6: Oh good?
- 3:27Speaker 2: Yes, So why are you met at the bicyclists because
- 3:31Speaker 2: they took over the whole street.
- 3:33Speaker 5: I'm like godly, come on, get a bike lane or something.
- 3:36Speaker 5: That's what they're doing. That's what they can do.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:39Speaker 5: Usually, like in Saxony where I live, there's some bi
- 3:42Speaker 5: so much hate.
- 3:43Speaker 2: I know this.
- 3:44Speaker 7: You could petition for a bike lane that's smart bike lane.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Yeah. But if there's a lot of them, they can't
- 3:50Speaker 2: all fit in the bike lane.
- 3:51Speaker 6: Yeah for sure.
- 3:52Speaker 2: I mean, come on, man.
- 3:54Speaker 6: So what do you want to supposed to ride?
- 3:56Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you.
- 3:56Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 3:57Speaker 5: On the sidewalk, one by one they took up the
- 4:01Speaker 5: whole like punked everybody.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:03Speaker 5: We had to sit and just chill and they just
- 4:05Speaker 5: go through the light and just I mean, it's a
- 4:07Speaker 5: whole game.
- 4:07Speaker 2: I respect cyclists, so you know what I mean. So
- 4:10Speaker 2: if you're listening, cyclists, you ride wherever you want.
- 4:14Speaker 6: Yeah, on Sunday morning.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Yeah, that is weird that they were ode on a Thursday,
- 4:18Speaker 2: just randomly doing it.
- 4:19Speaker 5: That's what I'm like, is there a marathon I need
- 4:21Speaker 5: to know about? I mean, what's going on?
- 4:22Speaker 2: I think marathons are bikes.
- 4:24Speaker 6: But the weather's just good. So everyone's like out and about.
- 4:27Speaker 2: The weather was not good. It was like human yesterday.
- 4:29Speaker 6: The weather was right, not yesterday.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Yeah, oh right, not in the afternoon.
- 4:35Speaker 5: It was it was okay, okay, way they were out, Yeah,
- 4:38Speaker 5: they were out chilling.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Why don't you get on a bike? What did the
- 4:42Speaker 2: blood say? What did the blood sh did come back? No,
- 4:44Speaker 2: I won't know till Monday. It's ninety's Top Stories on
- 4:51Speaker 2: the Tents with Billy the Kid in the morning only
- 4:53Speaker 2: on the New Mixed one or two point nine early
- 4:56Speaker 2: on a Friday morning, Candice slow Pass, what is going
- 4:58Speaker 2: on in our world?
- 4:59Speaker 7: Well, this round of storms for the week is headed
- 5:01Speaker 7: our way. A few severe storms and isolated flooding are
- 5:04Speaker 7: possible starting this afternoon and evening into tomorrow morning. Up
- 5:08Speaker 7: to corner sized hail as possible with strong winds. The heavier,
- 5:12Speaker 7: more severe stuff will be up to the north.
- 5:14Speaker 6: But warm and windy.
- 5:15Speaker 7: Today we're back around eighty degrees for a high. Then
- 5:18Speaker 7: we'll cool down this weekend into the sixties. But Sunday
- 5:20Speaker 7: looks dry, so hopefully your whole weekend isn't just a
- 5:23Speaker 7: wash out.
- 5:24Speaker 2: I saw Sunday look good like seventy two and sunny,
- 5:26Speaker 2: and then next week a chance of storms. It's just
- 5:28Speaker 2: that time of year. Yeah, but it doesn't mean it's
- 5:30Speaker 2: a complete wash.
- 5:30Speaker 6: All weekend, So yeah, for sure. Guys.
- 5:33Speaker 7: Also, don't forget we do spring forward this weekend with
- 5:36Speaker 7: daylight saving time, so of course two am Sunday we
- 5:39Speaker 7: will make that change. By the way, did you see
- 5:42Speaker 7: this congressman in Florida who introduced a bill last month
- 5:46Speaker 7: called the Daylight Act of twenty twenty six. So his
- 5:49Speaker 7: idea is that we basically split the difference with the
- 5:52Speaker 7: half daylight saving time, So he thinks we should shift
- 5:55Speaker 7: forward thirty minutes.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Why, I know, how does that help a lot of
- 5:59Speaker 2: people that just getting rid of it?
- 6:00Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 6:01Speaker 2: So I know parts of Canada already got rid of it.
- 6:03Speaker 7: Yeah, British Columbia, they're going to spring forward this weekend
- 6:06Speaker 7: and then leave it that way.
- 6:07Speaker 6: Why that would be so nice?
- 6:09Speaker 2: I don't want it to hurt the farmers. Isn't that
- 6:10Speaker 2: why we originally did it?
- 6:11Speaker 7: I think we did, I guess, But like, does that
- 6:14Speaker 7: still make.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Sense for them to all the farmers listening right now?
- 6:17Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 6:18Speaker 6: I feel like things have changed.
- 6:19Speaker 2: I just don't know. I just the winter is so
- 6:21Speaker 2: depressing when it gets dark at five. Yes, I feel
- 6:24Speaker 2: like if it didn't get dark at five, so it
- 6:26Speaker 2: would be average, like in the winter, if we didn't
- 6:28Speaker 2: do daylight saving time, it would probably get dark around
- 6:30Speaker 2: six ish, right, six thirty maybe you know something like that.
- 6:34Speaker 6: Yeah, that's not bad.
- 6:35Speaker 2: And then in the summer it would stay light until
- 6:38Speaker 2: about what eight. Yeah, because in the summer now they
- 6:42Speaker 2: like saving it'll stay light to like it feels like nine.
- 6:45Speaker 6: Yeah, that's so hard when we have to go to
- 6:47Speaker 6: bed so early. I just struggle every summer.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm excited for this weekend because that means it'll
- 6:53Speaker 2: stay light until after seven o'clock. Finally, all the way,
- 6:57Speaker 2: it won't get dark before seven o'clock until October.
- 6:59Speaker 6: Yeah, that's right.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Let's go.
- 7:01Speaker 6: Good times, Good times, guys. Wendy's is hiring a chief
- 7:04Speaker 6: a tasting officer. This job is going to pay one hundred.
- 7:08Speaker 7: Grand and basically you just taste test wendy stuff and
- 7:11Speaker 7: post videos about it.
- 7:13Speaker 5: Come on.
- 7:13Speaker 2: God.
- 7:14Speaker 6: So I feel like.
- 7:15Speaker 7: Every once in a while we get an interesting job
- 7:17Speaker 7: that comes out like this. But you can apply a
- 7:19Speaker 7: Wendy's Chief tastingoficer dot com.
- 7:21Speaker 6: It'd be a good job for you. Pooh, just a
- 7:23Speaker 6: side hustle.
- 7:23Speaker 2: It's probably a one year contract or whatever that you're
- 7:27Speaker 2: with them. Because it's pretty much just an advertising campaign
- 7:30Speaker 2: and they're just giving you a job for a year, right,
- 7:32Speaker 2: and then you're not gonna have it. There's no way
- 7:33Speaker 2: they're going to pay somebody every year yearly salary one
- 7:36Speaker 2: hundred thousand dollars. You just eat.
- 7:37Speaker 7: I mean, but you're you're a content creator and it's
- 7:39Speaker 7: well worth their marketing budget.
- 7:41Speaker 6: I can see where they would keep you on.
- 7:42Speaker 7: Yeah, if you just crush it, maybe you can convince
- 7:45Speaker 7: them to keep you on.
- 7:46Speaker 2: That's true. So basically you're a social media director kind
- 7:49Speaker 2: of yeah, kid, that's kind of fun.
- 7:51Speaker 6: Yeah, no, really fun.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Will you see the Wendy ceo what he did? He
- 7:55Speaker 2: came on and made fun of the McDonald's CEO and
- 7:58Speaker 2: basically took a huge bite of a bird. That whole
- 8:01Speaker 2: thing is so funny to me.
- 8:02Speaker 7: That was the tiniest bite of the whatever that new
- 8:04Speaker 7: McDonald's burger is that he took the art I've ever seen.
- 8:07Speaker 2: Yeah, product, McDonald's ceo kept getting trolled online because he
- 8:12Speaker 2: took a tiniest bite of their new he called product.
- 8:15Speaker 2: He's like, this product is so good. The guy was
- 8:17Speaker 2: so robotic. He gets made fun of it. Now all
- 8:20Speaker 2: the CEOs are coming into the Burger companies basically just
- 8:22Speaker 2: trolling him, right, I love it.
- 8:24Speaker 7: Yeah, Well, let's continue with our product guys.
- 8:28Speaker 6: Real quick.
- 8:28Speaker 7: More details on Britney spears arrest that happened early yesterday.
- 8:32Speaker 7: This news broke towards the end of our show, but
- 8:34Speaker 7: she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence
- 8:38Speaker 7: after a report was called in that someone was driving
- 8:41Speaker 7: erratically at a high rate of speed. So there was
- 8:44Speaker 7: also a source yesterday that said an unknown substance was
- 8:47Speaker 7: found in her car, but officials have corrected that saying
- 8:50Speaker 7: there were no drugs found, although she is suspected of
- 8:53Speaker 7: being under the influence of drugs and alcohol. A new
- 8:57Speaker 7: report says she was taken to the hospital for a
- 8:59Speaker 7: blood test before being booked.
- 9:01Speaker 6: She spent a few hours in the Ventura.
- 9:03Speaker 7: County jail before being released, and a rep for Britney
- 9:06Speaker 7: released a statement way faster than I would have thought
- 9:09Speaker 7: this would have happened, but the rep said this was
- 9:12Speaker 7: an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable, and that she's
- 9:16Speaker 7: going to comply with the law and hopefully this can
- 9:19Speaker 7: be the first step and long overdue change that needs
- 9:22Speaker 7: to occur in Britney's life. They also said her family
- 9:26Speaker 7: is supporting her through this, that her sons are going
- 9:28Speaker 7: to be spending time with.
- 9:29Speaker 6: Her, but she will be in court May fourth for this.
- 9:32Speaker 7: Her team also deactivated her Instagram pretty much as soon
- 9:36Speaker 7: as this happened, so at least somebody has her back.
- 9:38Speaker 7: It seems like, Yeah, but I just want the best
- 9:41Speaker 7: for her, and I hope this is the end of
- 9:43Speaker 7: like the crazy videos and the knives and you know,
- 9:45Speaker 7: all of those things, and of course driving, you know,
- 9:47Speaker 7: under the influence, yes, neh okay.
- 9:49Speaker 2: You can't have that. So now they're saying it was
- 9:51Speaker 2: alcohol and some other substance possible.
- 9:53Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, they'll have to wait until the blood
- 9:55Speaker 7: test comes back. But yeah, I mean this has got
- 9:59Speaker 7: to be a wake up call for her team and
- 10:00Speaker 7: people around.
- 10:01Speaker 2: So, I mean, because everybody said free Brittany when she
- 10:03Speaker 2: was in the conservative ship and now we're like, there
- 10:06Speaker 2: was a reason why her dad was so involved in
- 10:08Speaker 2: her life. Yeah, and I'm not saying he did everything right, right,
- 10:11Speaker 2: but obviously something is going.
- 10:13Speaker 7: On, definitely, And I mean Kevin's book last year, I'm
- 10:16Speaker 7: sure sent her into a spiral.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Good guy yeah, come on talking about her personal life
- 10:21Speaker 2: when she's obviously already struggling, releasing when she's paid you
- 10:24Speaker 2: like twenty grand a month in child support NonStop? Yeah yeah,
- 10:28Speaker 2: just be quiet?
- 10:29Speaker 6: Yeah yeah, move.
- 10:30Speaker 2: On, be respectful. Yeah, some mother of your children. Let's
- 10:33Speaker 2: not talk about her personal life. Exploit to release a
- 10:36Speaker 2: book and sell it and then do a tour about
- 10:38Speaker 2: her problems.
- 10:39Speaker 6: Right, try to bank off of it.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Right?
- 10:41Speaker 6: Yeah, Well, I'll keep you posted if there's any updates.
- 10:44Speaker 6: I'm Cannaslopez. Those are your Texas top stories.
- 10:46Speaker 2: I took it up. Real are fake news? Right now,
- 10:48Speaker 2: I'm gonna give you three stories. You got to tell
- 10:50Speaker 2: me which one is the fake story? Candas?
- 10:52Speaker 6: Yeah, is that okay with you?
- 10:54Speaker 2: One of my elvis?
- 10:57Speaker 1: All right?
- 10:57Speaker 2: Headline number one an aerospace center paying people one hundred
- 11:01Speaker 2: and twenty five thousand dollars to live in isolation for
- 11:04Speaker 2: one hundred days. WHOA an aerospace center paying people one

- 11:11Speaker 2: for one hundred days. Headline number two. Florida golf cart

- 11:33Speaker 2: man in Vegas arrested for stealing a real flamingo. A

- 11:43Speaker 2: Headline number three. You gotta tell me which one is fake,
- 11:46Speaker 2: Candice Lopez? Would you like to go first? Would you
- 11:48Speaker 2: like to pass it up?
- 11:49Speaker 4: Ye?
- 11:49Speaker 6: I'll go first. Lockman for that third story, okay, third story?
- 11:52Speaker 7: Yeah this, Lockman for the flamingo story.
- 11:54Speaker 2: You sure, yeah?
- 11:55Speaker 6: I like that one.
- 11:56Speaker 2: All right, let's lock that in. It's officially locked in.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Producer poo, which one you think is the fake story?
- 12:01Speaker 2: I'm gonna go with that first story.
- 12:03Speaker 5: One hundred and twenty five k for isolation for hundred
- 12:06Speaker 5: days now.
- 12:07Speaker 2: I've seen people get paid some weird stuff for these studies. Yeah,
- 12:10Speaker 2: you know, Okay, you sure you want to get locked in? Yeah?
- 12:13Speaker 2: I like me that get locked in? All right, you're
- 12:16Speaker 2: locked in, and the winter today is going into the
- 12:19Speaker 2: weekend with a win. It's producer pooh, yeah, wow, good job.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I was like, huh, yeah, it was hard today. I
- 12:28Speaker 2: know now there is a real story where there is
- 12:30Speaker 2: an aerospace center paying people twenty five thousand dollars. Oh, okay,
- 12:34Speaker 2: I added a one to make it fake. But twenty
- 12:37Speaker 2: five thousand dollars for one hundred days in isolation?
- 12:40Speaker 6: No, no, oh, I don't think so.
- 12:43Speaker 1: No.
- 12:43Speaker 2: I think every mom out there would be like, I'll
- 12:45Speaker 2: do it.
- 12:46Speaker 6: It sounds good until you're actually there really like yeah, yeah,
- 12:50Speaker 6: I just need like two days and then we're fine.
- 12:52Speaker 2: How long would you do it for? I mean, for
- 12:54Speaker 2: twenty five thousand dollars? How long would you be in isolation,
- 12:56Speaker 2: no contact with anybody.
- 12:57Speaker 6: For two days?
- 12:58Speaker 2: Two days for twenty five thousand dollars. Anybody would do that?
- 13:03Speaker 6: For sure?
- 13:04Speaker 2: No, I'll do two weeks. We're about twenty five thousand.
- 13:07Speaker 6: I could do, okay, maybe two weeks, two weeks max.
- 13:09Speaker 2: We do three weeks isolation. I'd be so fine.
- 13:13Speaker 6: Well, it depends on where you are.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Four weeks. If I had Martha Stewart with me, oh,
- 13:20Speaker 2: me and Martha just isolated together, we just cook.
- 13:23Speaker 7: It co isolation isolation, all right, the real stories, Let's
- 13:28Speaker 7: get to it.
- 13:29Speaker 2: This guy, a drunk guy in Vegas stole a real
- 13:32Speaker 2: flamingo thirty three year old tourist from Canada named Mitchell
- 13:37Speaker 2: Fairbarne was arrested after police said he stole a flamingo
- 13:39Speaker 2: from its habitat at the Flamingo Hotel and he took
- 13:43Speaker 2: the bird back to his room. Wow, I'm gonna go
- 13:46Speaker 2: ahead and say he probably drank a lot. Yeah, not
- 13:49Speaker 2: just tipsy, not that kind of night. He was like, yeah,
- 13:52Speaker 2: you know how Vegas gets. Yeah. He was caught on
- 13:54Speaker 2: surveillance cameras entering the habitat around five am and grabbing
- 13:57Speaker 2: a bird named Peachey. He was also rough with several
- 14:01Speaker 2: other birds. He then carried the flamingo Peachey back to
- 14:06Speaker 2: his room. Mitchell initially told the police that he went
- 14:08Speaker 2: into the habitat because he saw flamingo in distress and
- 14:11Speaker 2: he was trying to help. He has a background as
- 14:17Speaker 2: a farmer, so he said. He told police I know
- 14:19Speaker 2: when a bird's in distress and something was wrong. He is,
- 14:24Speaker 2: he really is. But for what it's worth, the hotel says,
- 14:26Speaker 2: the birds are good, everything's fine. They recovered Peachy and uh,
- 14:32Speaker 2: but Mitchell league in trouble. He's now facing four counts
- 14:35Speaker 2: of felony animal abuse. You can't just steal a flamingo
- 14:39Speaker 2: bro especially flamingo. Yeah, I mean something that sounds like
- 14:45Speaker 2: something I would do tipsy.
- 14:47Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I mean, I mean you tried to fight
- 14:49Speaker 5: a long horn downtown a fuel City.
- 14:51Speaker 2: So it's along those line I talk about that. Don't
- 14:56Speaker 2: jump into the log. It's not called the cage. Yeah yeah,
- 15:01Speaker 2: word of advice, don't jump into the corral at fuel City. No,
- 15:05Speaker 2: with the longhorns, they're much faster than you think. Well,
- 15:09Speaker 2: maybe I'm much slower than I face.
- 15:11Speaker 6: Possible either way.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Next story Florida golf cart driver arrested for a dui
- 15:16Speaker 2: after his wife falls out on the way home from
- 15:18Speaker 2: the club. Okay, so, a Northport, Florida man was arrested
- 15:22Speaker 2: for drunk driving after his wife was seriously hurt when
- 15:25Speaker 2: she fell out of the golf cart on the way
- 15:27Speaker 2: home from an afternoon at the club. James pronte that's
- 15:32Speaker 2: the guy, I guess. He said, him and his wife
- 15:34Speaker 2: had been partying at the club since about noon when
- 15:36Speaker 2: she tumbled from the cart, hit her head, and he
- 15:38Speaker 2: kept going.
- 15:39Speaker 6: Oh what, he kept going.
- 15:44Speaker 2: He didn't realize that she fell out. She was how
- 15:47Speaker 2: do you not realize? She was found unconscious and taken
- 15:55Speaker 2: to the hospital as a trauma patient. Officers found empty
- 15:59Speaker 2: alcohol containers in the cart. He blew a point one
- 16:02Speaker 2: nine seven on a breathalyzer, well above the legal limit.
- 16:04Speaker 2: He was charged with a DUI was seriously bodily injury wow,
- 16:08Speaker 2: for hurting his wife. Her Thankfully, she is gonna go okay.
- 16:13Speaker 2: She is gonna be okay. Can you imagine what he
- 16:17Speaker 2: is dealing with right now?
- 16:18Speaker 8: Right?
- 16:19Speaker 5: Like?
- 16:19Speaker 2: Is that grounds for divorce?
- 16:21Speaker 5: Uh?
- 16:21Speaker 6: Possibly?
- 16:22Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 16:22Speaker 2: Like I fell out of the golf cart and you
- 16:25Speaker 2: just skirt it away. You didn't realize that I wasn't there.
- 16:29Speaker 2: He never went back for police found her. He was there.
- 16:34Speaker 10: He is.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Seven thirty. It's mixed one on two point nine. Good morning,
- 16:39Speaker 2: and Billy the Kid, Candicelopez is here, Producer Pooh is here.
- 16:43Speaker 2: I was just thinking about this, and there's certain things
- 16:44Speaker 2: when you get older you just appreciate more. This could
- 16:47Speaker 2: actually be an age yourself sometimes we do that, like
- 16:50Speaker 2: age yourself with blank. This could be an age yourself
- 16:53Speaker 2: with something that becomes attractive after thirty Okay, you know
- 16:57Speaker 2: something that just hits different when you get older. I
- 16:59Speaker 2: would say after thirties old. Don't get me wrong, when
- 17:02Speaker 2: you get older certain things just like and I was
- 17:04Speaker 2: thinking about this last night, and I thought, because I
- 17:06Speaker 2: got new sheets, Oh okay, like that would be mine
- 17:11Speaker 2: right there.
- 17:11Speaker 6: That's not bad.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Like when you get older, you appreciate brand new expensive
- 17:16Speaker 2: like nice sheets not expensive. But when you were younger,
- 17:20Speaker 2: I think we were living lawless in our twenties. I
- 17:22Speaker 2: didn't even care if I had sheets. Now, like a
- 17:25Speaker 2: good eighteen hundred thread count sheet to read count? What
- 17:29Speaker 2: is that?
- 17:31Speaker 6: Yeah, doesn't that tell you like how soft they are?
- 17:33Speaker 1: Yes?
- 17:34Speaker 5: Oh really, you don't know about thread now, I don't
- 17:36Speaker 5: know about three count.
- 17:37Speaker 2: Then you know what, it's not looking good for your sheets.
- 17:40Speaker 2: My sheets are soft. Yeah, I don't know. I don't
- 17:44Speaker 2: like sad and sheet.
- 17:45Speaker 6: Yeah, T shirt feel.
- 17:47Speaker 2: Kind of creepy. No, it's not. It's a big turnoff
- 17:51Speaker 2: for ladies. Ladies if they see no they like set.
- 17:55Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 17:55Speaker 2: I don't you want to glide on out our satin sheets,
- 18:05Speaker 2: like if you just doing the winter just during the winter,
- 18:08Speaker 2: during the winter, I don't know, just during the winter,
- 18:11Speaker 2: like summer.
- 18:11Speaker 5: I have summer sheets, and I got winter from yeah,
- 18:15Speaker 5: saying summer sheets because I'm extra big in the winter.
- 18:18Speaker 5: So it's hibernation sex.
- 18:19Speaker 2: Okay, wait, wait we're on what are your summer sheets? Then?
- 18:23Speaker 2: Just the regular sheets?
- 18:24Speaker 5: You know some just regular cotton sheets or I don't know. Okay, yeah, I.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Don't know why I'm creeped out by Poo and his
- 18:31Speaker 2: satin sheet.
- 18:32Speaker 6: She said, slide.
- 18:34Speaker 2: Apparently I need to step up my sheet game. It's
- 18:36Speaker 2: just weird. I just I don't know why. If you
- 18:38Speaker 2: like it, I picture like, I feel like Diddy would
- 18:40Speaker 2: have satin sheets, she.
- 18:44Speaker 11: Was like, yesterday, I don't know what for Italian sun
- 18:53Speaker 11: is all right, age yourself, age yourself.
- 18:56Speaker 2: If something becomes attractive after thirty, you know, maybe something
- 19:00Speaker 2: you wouldn't have spent money on when you were younger,
- 19:01Speaker 2: but when you get older, you appreciate that kind of stuff.
- 19:03Speaker 2: What would yours be?
- 19:04Speaker 6: Can really good coffee?
- 19:07Speaker 2: Okay, yes, yeah, I found that into coffee where I
- 19:10Speaker 2: would appreciate good coffee anymore.
- 19:12Speaker 7: Okay, well we're into really good coffee. My husband's brother
- 19:16Speaker 7: used to work at a cafe where he's big into coffee,
- 19:20Speaker 7: really yeah, and so he kind of got us into it,
- 19:23Speaker 7: and we've just been like coffee snobs, I guess you
- 19:26Speaker 7: could say, ever since but we used to just roll
- 19:28Speaker 7: with whatever back in the day.
- 19:29Speaker 6: But now good coffee is good coffee.
- 19:32Speaker 7: Like, we were in Austin last weekend and we went
- 19:34Speaker 7: to this place called Mercalos really and yeah, it's a
- 19:39Speaker 7: thirty five minute wait for their food because they make
- 19:42Speaker 7: like one hundred hour process of making their biscuits and
- 19:46Speaker 7: they have, you know, this intentionally sourced coffee or whatever.
- 19:49Speaker 2: So we're saving it sourced, saving the coffee until tomorrow.
- 19:55Speaker 7: Well, because I don't drink coffee at home in the
- 19:57Speaker 7: mornings on the weekday because I leave for work, so
- 20:00Speaker 7: I'm not gonna like brew coffee.
- 20:02Speaker 6: But tomorrow we're going to open this coffee.
- 20:06Speaker 2: I love your life, Candide.
- 20:07Speaker 6: Little things you have to look.
- 20:09Speaker 2: I know, I appreciate it because I wish I had
- 20:11Speaker 2: I wish I had a partner in life. They were like,
- 20:13Speaker 2: I can't wait to try this coffee this weekend.
- 20:16Speaker 7: Well, Eric always makes my coffee on the weekends because
- 20:19Speaker 7: he has an espresso machine and he just loves the
- 20:21Speaker 7: art of making coffee in the process and steaming the
- 20:24Speaker 7: milk and all that, so I look for it.
- 20:30Speaker 2: I'm like, do I have milk? Is the milk? Do
- 20:35Speaker 2: I have anything.
- 20:36Speaker 6: Well, he makes latte art now, and so he looks
- 20:41Speaker 6: for to making it every week.
- 20:43Speaker 2: What did he make you last week?
- 20:45Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 20:45Speaker 7: Well it's like a flowery thing. Sometimes it's like a heart.
- 20:48Speaker 2: I mean, this guy cuts grass like he does everything,
- 20:57Speaker 2: and now he's in art latte lots artists. Eric ain't
- 21:01Speaker 2: got no girl cousins.
- 21:02Speaker 1: I know.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Can't you clone him and make him a girl?
- 21:04Speaker 6: He does, But I think they're in relationships.
- 21:07Speaker 2: That's a good one. Good coffee is good. I know
- 21:12Speaker 2: you guys live the perfect life.
- 21:16Speaker 6: Making coffee is normal.
- 21:17Speaker 2: No, not the way you two do it. Not every
- 21:19Speaker 2: couples at home making art latte for just.
- 21:21Speaker 6: The thing that we're into.
- 21:23Speaker 2: They're the couple from from like the Folger's commercial. Yes
- 21:28Speaker 2: it's literally Pleasantville. US wakes up and stretches, beautiful morning
- 21:35Speaker 2: in Pleasantville. There is my coffee already. Oh yes it is, darling.
- 21:39Speaker 2: Here you go. I made you a latte with a
- 21:42Speaker 2: flamingo beautiful. Thank you? Are my massa massa biscuits? Ready?
- 21:49Speaker 2: Yes they are, honey, I have them toasted freshly and ready.
- 21:53Speaker 2: That's not like that with your favorite preservatives. Yeah, in
- 21:57Speaker 2: the kitchen, just so so nice, all right, but I'm
- 22:05Speaker 2: wondering about Pooh. What's something to you, Pooh that becomes
- 22:08Speaker 2: attractive after thirty?
- 22:10Speaker 5: Just a clean bathroom, especially or just clean anything.
- 22:14Speaker 2: You know, when you come home and it's a clean
- 22:17Speaker 2: I don't what do you mean? What do you a
- 22:18Speaker 2: clean bathroom is? To clean bath bathrooms always been attractive.
- 22:21Speaker 5: Well, no, no, Back in the day when I was
- 22:23Speaker 5: dating some girls, some girls didn't have clean bathrooms and Leah,
- 22:30Speaker 5: you come over there and you're like, why do you
- 22:32Speaker 5: have the pink green? I just appreciate somebody who takes
- 22:38Speaker 5: the time to clean.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Up, you know what I mean, I'm grossed down.
- 22:43Speaker 6: I always enjoy cleanliness before I was.
- 22:45Speaker 2: I liked it when I was young. If you were
- 22:48Speaker 2: you know, had you been drinking and then you end up.
- 22:50Speaker 6: Okay, well that's a different story.
- 22:52Speaker 2: What is going on in your life? I mean back
- 22:54Speaker 2: in the day I was, I was lawless.
- 22:56Speaker 6: You know, Wow, you just didn't care.
- 22:57Speaker 2: I didn't care, But.
- 22:58Speaker 6: Now I didn't judge.
- 23:00Speaker 2: I appreciate clean What's something that becomes attractive only like
- 23:03Speaker 2: after thirty? Let me know. At Billy on the Radio,
- 23:05Speaker 2: and I got I got some good ones coming in
- 23:07Speaker 2: at Billy on the radio on Instagram. Oh this is
- 23:09Speaker 2: a good one. Having no plans on the weekend. Oh
- 23:13Speaker 2: oh plan, yes, nothing to do. That's a good one. Okay,
- 23:19Speaker 2: all right now, Justine says this hits different when you're older.
- 23:23Speaker 2: A high quality vacuum.
- 23:25Speaker 11: Oh yeah, oh yeah, I get that dice out.
- 23:28Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 23:33Speaker 2: They do. What about this one? Oh this is a
- 23:35Speaker 2: good one. A nice large comfortable bed. Yes, yeah, oh,
- 23:41Speaker 2: this is a good one from Josh. Josh said, you
- 23:43Speaker 2: know what hits different when you're older. A top quality
- 23:46Speaker 2: air fryer.
- 23:47Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 23:48Speaker 7: Oh yeah, the Ninja Crispy.
- 23:51Speaker 6: That's my latest obsession.
- 23:53Speaker 2: God, we're old.
- 23:56Speaker 1: To stories on the tents with Billy the Kid in
- 23:59Speaker 1: the morning on the.
- 24:00Speaker 6: New Mix one O two point nine.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Yeah, it's Friday. We got another chance to go on
- 24:04Speaker 2: a Disneyland vacation on us. We'll do that at seven
- 24:07Speaker 2: forty plus thirty. Little Secret is on the way and
- 24:10Speaker 2: candis what you got well.
- 24:11Speaker 6: Frisco Memorial High School was placed on lockdown yesterday after
- 24:14Speaker 6: a fake threat was made.
- 24:16Speaker 7: Police cleared the campus and bomb dogs found no threats,
- 24:19Speaker 7: and that lockdown was lifted by two pm. Police haven't
- 24:23Speaker 7: identified the person who made the threat. But the person
- 24:26Speaker 7: calling I guess claimed they were outside with a weapon.
- 24:29Speaker 6: And that a bomb was on campus.
- 24:31Speaker 7: Apparently this happened during lunch, so then they had to
- 24:34Speaker 7: make sure that the kids who missed their lunch period
- 24:36Speaker 7: could eat. But kind of a mess yesterday at the
- 24:39Speaker 7: high school. But they said everyone was very cooperative and
- 24:41Speaker 7: that the students you know, did exactly what they were
- 24:43Speaker 7: supposed to do in this event. But I'm just so
- 24:46Speaker 7: tired of hearing these over and over at schools.
- 24:49Speaker 2: I keep telling people I talked to my son, who's
- 24:51Speaker 2: you know, about to be fifteen. Yeah, and I'm a prankster, right,
- 24:54Speaker 2: I get it, But obviously we draw a line, and
- 24:56Speaker 2: I'm like, listen, I know something could be Oh this
- 24:59Speaker 2: would be a funny. No, it'll ruin your life. Oh yeah,
- 25:02Speaker 2: kids don't do it. It's not funny, especially in today's world.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Back in the day, pranks we used to get a lot.
- 25:07Speaker 2: We used to do a lot of pranks, and I
- 25:08Speaker 2: think things were just not.
- 25:09Speaker 6: As serious, right, I mean, your prank was silly.
- 25:12Speaker 7: You know, like someone would teepee the school or you know,
- 25:15Speaker 7: come out with confetti or whatever, those little things where.
- 25:18Speaker 2: We used to do, yeah, or stink bombs.
- 25:21Speaker 6: Yeah, stink bombs.
- 25:22Speaker 2: I did. Stink bombs. Got suspended for three days. Wasn't good? Actually,
- 25:26Speaker 2: I actually got a lot of trouble for that. Yeah,
- 25:28Speaker 2: because the school had to be evacuated. Can I learned
- 25:31Speaker 2: my lesson?
- 25:32Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 25:32Speaker 2: Good I did. I would never do that again, Yes
- 25:35Speaker 2: you would. Yeah, I would tell my son not to.
- 25:41Speaker 6: No, definitely, guys.
- 25:43Speaker 7: A rare four point nine magnitude earthquakes shook northwestern Louisiana
- 25:48Speaker 7: yesterday just before dawn. It was originally measured to be
- 25:51Speaker 7: a four point four, then it was upgraded. But this
- 25:54Speaker 7: is the strongest quake they've had in that area in decades.
- 25:58Speaker 7: So far, there were no injuries or ructures damage, but
- 26:01Speaker 7: people felt it in Shreeport, which.
- 26:02Speaker 6: Is about fifty miles from the epicenter.
- 26:05Speaker 7: Parts of eastern Texas and even Arkansas felt the earthquake.
- 26:09Speaker 6: So that's pretty big. Four point nine. I think I had.
- 26:11Speaker 7: The biggest I was ever in when I lived in
- 26:13Speaker 7: California was a four point four.
- 26:15Speaker 2: What does it feel like?
- 26:16Speaker 6: It was a shaker, for sure. It's hard to describe.
- 26:19Speaker 6: I mean, yeah, you just feel like something's off, like
- 26:21Speaker 6: you're moving, but you can't tell what it is. Usually
- 26:24Speaker 6: like if you're moving, it's like, well I got pushed
- 26:26Speaker 6: or I fell or the wind is blowing. But yeah,
- 26:29Speaker 6: it's really hard to explain that.
- 26:31Speaker 2: Real weird when you think about it. We're just basically
- 26:33Speaker 2: on a floating rock, just speeding around. Oh yeah right now,
- 26:36Speaker 2: and sometimes it just shakes.
- 26:38Speaker 6: Yeah from within. Yeah, really strange.
- 26:42Speaker 2: That's strange to think about it. I can't deal with earthquakes.
- 26:46Speaker 2: I don't think I've ever felt one. No, maybe I
- 26:48Speaker 2: felt one. There was like a tiny one one time
- 26:50Speaker 2: when it happened.
- 26:51Speaker 6: Well, it's like some of them you can hear and
- 26:52Speaker 6: some of them you can't. Yeah, it is weird.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Okay.
- 26:56Speaker 6: Anyways, Yeah, not too far from.
- 26:58Speaker 7: Here, the Brady Bunch House has officially been declared a
- 27:02Speaker 7: historic landmark. Uh So HGTV renovated the inside of that
- 27:06Speaker 7: house to match the show for the Very Brady Renovation
- 27:10Speaker 7: if you remember, that was before it was sold for
- 27:12Speaker 7: three point two million dollars. It doesn't sound like it's
- 27:15Speaker 7: gonna be lived in, but instead it's gonna be used
- 27:18Speaker 7: for charity events and fundraisers. But when HGTV bought the house,
- 27:23Speaker 7: it almost went to Lance Bass of In Sync do
- 27:25Speaker 7: you remember that they outbid him. He was like, very
- 27:28Speaker 7: vocal online, I'm gonna buy the.
- 27:29Speaker 6: Brady Bunch house. This is my house. And then HGTV
- 27:33Speaker 6: came in and said, nope, we want it.
- 27:35Speaker 7: But the woman who owns it now, I guess she's
- 27:37Speaker 7: a big superfan art collector. I think she works in
- 27:40Speaker 7: like uh TV and film industry.
- 27:43Speaker 6: But yeah, an official landmark.
- 27:44Speaker 7: I love seeing the houses where shows were filmed at.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Yeah, me too. I like it too. I don't remember
- 27:49Speaker 2: The Brady Bunch because I'm not that old.
- 27:51Speaker 7: Well you didn't watch a Brady Bunch. No, well you're
- 27:53Speaker 7: older than me and I watched it.
- 27:55Speaker 2: WHOA wearing at me? Used to we know you saw
- 28:00Speaker 2: the first one you watched.
- 28:03Speaker 6: The Brady Bunch.
- 28:05Speaker 2: I mean maybe one. I don't know, like I I
- 28:07Speaker 2: don't think I've ever watched a full episode of The
- 28:09Speaker 2: Brady Bunch. No I have.
- 28:10Speaker 7: You don't know, like Marcia Marsha Marsha, who's.
- 28:12Speaker 2: That she's on the show? Yes, okay, I mean I
- 28:16Speaker 2: think I saw. I know the premise, like two families
- 28:19Speaker 2: moving together and there's a ton of play. Okay, yeah,
- 28:24Speaker 2: no I saw it. I think I've seen it before.
- 28:26Speaker 2: But I just I didn't watch TV then. I barely
- 28:29Speaker 2: watch TV now I just never watched. It's not like
- 28:31Speaker 2: we were ever alive when it was out and brand new?
- 28:34Speaker 2: Were we?
- 28:35Speaker 6: I mean no?
- 28:36Speaker 7: Maybe we just watched a rerun it.
- 28:41Speaker 2: So do you remember the first time TV went to color?
- 28:45Speaker 2: Tell us about it was?
- 28:46Speaker 1: It?
- 28:47Speaker 2: Was it cool? When they switched over the newscast colors.
- 28:52Speaker 6: I canna slow. Those are Texas top stories. Get off,
- 28:58Speaker 6: you'll feel better.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.

- 29:31Speaker 9: to confess it, because I'm pretty proud of it.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Actually, Oh, you're proud of your pettiness. I'm not mad
- 29:36Speaker 2: at that. We like a little petty in our world,
- 29:38Speaker 2: so as long as it's not against us. So who
- 29:40Speaker 2: you being petty with?
- 29:42Speaker 8: Well, my ex is the bartender. Okay, So he works
- 29:47Speaker 8: late nights and he sleeps all day. Obviously it's not
- 29:50Speaker 8: just because of his job. It's because he's lazy too.
- 29:52Speaker 9: Okay, he somehow had the energy to be talking to
- 29:57Speaker 9: other girls behind my back.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Oh really? Oh yeah, so talking to other girls. So
- 30:03Speaker 2: he sleeps and cheats? What what dinner?
- 30:12Speaker 8: So I confronted him about it, obviously, and he said
- 30:15Speaker 8: he had every excuse in the world. He said, oh,
- 30:18Speaker 8: we're just friends and you're overthinking it.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Of course he almost had me cold.
- 30:23Speaker 8: But one morning I caught a girl leaving his house
- 30:26Speaker 8: when I thought he was out of town.
- 30:28Speaker 2: Oh no, out of town trick. A girl was leaving
- 30:33Speaker 2: his house. Yeah, oh yeah, okay, so you.
- 30:36Speaker 8: Mean he was out of town.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:37Speaker 2: So even though the fact that you knew he was
- 30:39Speaker 2: talking to other girls, you were still like, okay, fine, whatever,
- 30:42Speaker 2: we'll see what happens. You continue to date and then
- 30:44Speaker 2: you find a girl leaving his house, then it's like, okay,
- 30:47Speaker 2: then is it over? Then it's it's gotta be yeah.
- 30:50Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 30:51Speaker 8: So after we broke up, I just I could not
- 30:54Speaker 8: resist just a little bit of petty revenge.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Okay, what were you doing? What did you do or do?
- 30:59Speaker 8: I mean, it wasn't anything crazy, just to be annoying,
- 31:01Speaker 8: you know what I mean.
- 31:03Speaker 6: Here's what I did.
- 31:04Speaker 9: Oh god, I started going online and filling out those
- 31:08Speaker 9: forms for like roof inspections and solar companies and home
- 31:13Speaker 9: security quotes and things.
- 31:14Speaker 2: Like that, so he'll get calls.
- 31:17Speaker 8: So basically any company that will send people out to
- 31:20Speaker 8: your house to get an estimate.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Wow, so you made so you made appointments for them
- 31:30Speaker 2: to show to actually show up to his house.
- 31:33Speaker 8: Oh yeah, Oh yeah, I scheduled them early in the morning.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, that's actually awesome.
- 31:43Speaker 9: Okay, I've got them set up for at least twice
- 31:45Speaker 9: a week for the next month.
- 31:52Speaker 2: That this would be my absolute worst night. Thing.
- 32:00Speaker 1: The thing is, it's not on the same day. They're
- 32:03Speaker 1: totally random.
- 32:03Speaker 8: It's like Monday morning or Saturday or Wednesday at.
- 32:08Speaker 2: Eight am, so he won't know when they're coming. You,
- 32:10Speaker 2: I mean he'll have to figure this out eventually.
- 32:13Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 32:13Speaker 2: But how do you stop it? You can't stop it.
- 32:16Speaker 2: He'll put some on his door. The only thing I
- 32:18Speaker 2: would do is maybe put some on my door. Like,
- 32:20Speaker 2: if I don't knock, I don't have an appointment made
- 32:22Speaker 2: with you. This is my crazy ex girlfriend.
- 32:25Speaker 8: Well, the thing is well, I mean, there's one thing
- 32:28Speaker 8: he hates more than anything, and people knocking on his door?
- 32:31Speaker 2: Oh me too?
- 32:32Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 32:33Speaker 6: Do you think it was her?
- 32:34Speaker 2: Yeah? That's true. He's right, like I had the worst
- 32:37Speaker 2: luck ever.
- 32:37Speaker 6: Yeah, what did I actually sign up?
- 32:39Speaker 9: I mean, he's trying to sleep after bartending all night
- 32:42Speaker 9: and here's some cheerful guy coming to the door going that, Hey,
- 32:45Speaker 9: I'm here to talk about your room.
- 32:50Speaker 2: Good for you, all right, I'm not mad at that.
- 32:52Speaker 2: This is actually not as bad as I thought it
- 32:54Speaker 2: was going to be. She made you miserable. It's only fair.
- 32:57Speaker 2: You make him miserable, exactly, And it wakes up all
- 33:00Speaker 2: those girls in his bed. I shouldn't have said that.
- 33:04Speaker 1: Oh I don't care.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Okay, the super good all right, Well, congratulations, you've got
- 33:08Speaker 2: the Katie Petty Award. There you go.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Great here, all right, he's going for Candace Court. It
- 33:17Speaker 1: gets settled here with Billy the Kid in the morning.
- 33:20Speaker 2: You stand up for the honorable Judge Candae low Pez.
- 33:24Speaker 6: Put your hands up.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Put your hands up, put them up. Stand up to
- 33:30Speaker 2: sign for Judge Candace Lopez in the court on Mix
- 33:33Speaker 2: one or two point nine. It's Cannas Court at Candace
- 33:37Speaker 2: on Air on Instagram. If you got a problem at
- 33:39Speaker 2: Candace on Air, what this court is? You know? I
- 33:41Speaker 2: mean you got yelled at yesterday.
- 33:42Speaker 7: Oh I just had a comment and I respect your opinion.
- 33:46Speaker 2: You've got a strong worded comment that you are not
- 33:49Speaker 2: a real lawyer and judge. Yeah, so you shouldn't be
- 33:52Speaker 2: making or giving legal advice.
- 33:54Speaker 6: Correct, which we know.
- 33:59Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right. I have a disclaimer I was supposed
- 34:01Speaker 2: to run. Oh yeah, I totally forgot. I was supposed
- 34:03Speaker 2: to run a legal disclaimer because of something you you
- 34:06Speaker 2: got us in trouble. Almost yeah, people are thinking you're
- 34:09Speaker 2: a real lawyer, so we got okay, now totally almost
- 34:11Speaker 2: totally forgot about this. Here we go. Eric Cannis is
- 34:13Speaker 2: not anctual lawyer. Legal If I should, don't take it to
- 34:15Speaker 2: your ken's going may cause nausea, diarrhea, padic somebody eggs.
- 34:17Speaker 2: Do not follow her advice. I heard no responsibility for
- 34:19Speaker 2: the things that she said. There you go, y may
- 34:22Speaker 2: cause nause in diarrhea. Yeah, all right, Candace d Emmy.
- 34:29Speaker 6: If you get nausea from this, all right.
- 34:31Speaker 2: Cannis Court is on. This is a good one too.
- 34:33Speaker 2: I need your honest opinion because I'm not sure if
- 34:35Speaker 2: this is worth a fight or if I'm just overthinking everything.
- 34:39Speaker 2: So my boyfriend and I have been together for almost
- 34:41Speaker 2: two years. He has his quote unquote lucky Duke hoodie
- 34:45Speaker 2: that he wears all the time, especially now with March
- 34:49Speaker 2: madness coming up. The other day, I was doing laundry
- 34:51Speaker 2: and accidentally got a little bleach on it. He threw
- 34:54Speaker 2: a small fit about it, and I didn't think it
- 34:57Speaker 2: was that deep. I figured I just get him a
- 34:59Speaker 2: new one. And we were talking about it and he
- 35:01Speaker 2: said he's had it forever, and then casually he mentions
- 35:04Speaker 2: how his ex girlfriend got it for him years ago,
- 35:07Speaker 2: and I was totally grossed out. I love grossed out.
- 35:13Speaker 2: He has never told me that, not once, and I
- 35:16Speaker 2: have washed that thing so many times now she's mad
- 35:19Speaker 2: about washing it because he's from I think I even
- 35:23Speaker 2: wore it myself back when we first started dating ew grody,
- 35:29Speaker 2: which makes me feel even more weird about the whole
- 35:31Speaker 2: situation now. So now I'm sitting here wondering, Am I
- 35:34Speaker 2: wrong if I tell him?
- 35:35Speaker 8: Oh?
- 35:36Speaker 2: My am I wrong? If I tell him he needs
- 35:38Speaker 2: to get rid of it? Oh? Come on, girl? Or
- 35:41Speaker 2: should I just let it go and pretend it doesn't
- 35:43Speaker 2: bother me? I don't want to create an argument over
- 35:45Speaker 2: a piece of clothing, but the fact that he keeps
- 35:47Speaker 2: this from me parentheses, and that he's still so attached
- 35:51Speaker 2: to something from his ex is really messing with my head.
- 35:54Speaker 2: What do y'all think? Should I say something or stay quiet? Oh?
- 35:59Speaker 2: The hoodie drum is real?
- 36:00Speaker 6: Wow? Love a good hoodie case.
- 36:02Speaker 2: I mean, okay, well, Candice, your initial thoughts on this?
- 36:05Speaker 2: What do you think?
- 36:06Speaker 5: I mean?
- 36:06Speaker 7: That would totally gross me out too when I found out.
- 36:09Speaker 7: I mean, you can't wash away the feeling that it
- 36:11Speaker 7: was from your ex, you know, washed it. Unfortunately, that's
- 36:16Speaker 7: not going to wash your way?
- 36:17Speaker 2: Does it matter?
- 36:18Speaker 6: It's kind of gross it?
- 36:19Speaker 1: Really?
- 36:20Speaker 10: Wow?
- 36:21Speaker 2: Okay, I guess I'm What I'm thinking is this one
- 36:24Speaker 2: time I got mad at an ex girlfriend because she
- 36:26Speaker 2: wore some hoodie and it was from like a local
- 36:29Speaker 2: college that I've never heard of. And I was like,
- 36:32Speaker 2: and it was like a baseball team. And I was like,
- 36:34Speaker 2: where'd you get that? Because she doesn't even like baseball. No,
- 36:38Speaker 2: She's like, oh, it was from a friend. And I go,
- 36:41Speaker 2: your friend has a random I'm like, just say it.
- 36:44Speaker 2: Just say it was from some ex boyfriend. Yeah, you know.
- 36:46Speaker 2: And she's like, oh, it's some guy dated and well
- 36:49Speaker 2: that made it even worse. I wrote it from like
- 36:51Speaker 2: a boyfriend and some just random dude. Right, yeah, I
- 36:54Speaker 2: guess he played for the college. I'm like, please burn it,
- 36:57Speaker 2: please burn it immediately, right, Like that was just some
- 37:00Speaker 2: and that was a specific team that he played for. Right,
- 37:04Speaker 2: this is just a dude.
- 37:05Speaker 7: This is different because because his ex doesn't play for
- 37:07Speaker 7: Duke if it was like her hoodie from her basketball
- 37:11Speaker 7: time at to get rid of it, Okay, this is
- 37:14Speaker 7: just a generic hoodie.
- 37:15Speaker 2: He just likes the hoodie for the hoodie.
- 37:17Speaker 7: As a guy, I'm telling you, as a hoodie lover myself,
- 37:19Speaker 7: I totally get feeling attached to hoodies. I'm attached to
- 37:22Speaker 7: probably twenty more than I should be in my closet
- 37:24Speaker 7: right now.
- 37:26Speaker 6: But like let's maybe get rid of this hoodie. We could,
- 37:30Speaker 6: you know, do something else with it, like donate it
- 37:32Speaker 6: or you know, just get a new one. Can do
- 37:36Speaker 6: we need this exact hoodie?
- 37:37Speaker 7: I'm sure we can find you another comfortable hoodie that's
- 37:40Speaker 7: you know, supportive of Duke.
- 37:43Speaker 2: This is lucky hoodie?
- 37:45Speaker 6: I mean, is it lucky?
- 37:47Speaker 2: I'm probably not. But guys don't think that way. I
- 37:50Speaker 2: promise you. Guys are not thinking, oh, she got this
- 37:52Speaker 2: for me. Yeah, they're just thinking it's a cool hoodie, Broich.
- 37:55Speaker 6: So just don't tell us it was from her and
- 37:58Speaker 6: we cannot think about it.
- 38:00Speaker 2: It's too late. That's where he messed up. What a dummy?
- 38:03Speaker 2: Why would he ever?
- 38:04Speaker 7: Was an insignificant thing until it became a thing.
- 38:07Speaker 2: And guess what if? It's same if I had a girlfriend.
- 38:09Speaker 2: I'm sure you have something that your ex boyfriend gave you.
- 38:12Speaker 2: I don't want to hear about it. To me, you
- 38:15Speaker 2: never even had an ex boyfriend, You've never dated anybody
- 38:18Speaker 2: ever before. It's a clean slate. And same with me.
- 38:22Speaker 2: I have stuff that my ex gave me. Should I
- 38:23Speaker 2: get rid of it?
- 38:24Speaker 6: I mean, on what it is?
- 38:29Speaker 2: If you do, I want that, But.
- 38:31Speaker 6: Like if you're start dating someone new and then they're like,
- 38:35Speaker 6: your ex gave that to you.
- 38:36Speaker 2: I'm not getting rid of it. I like it, not
- 38:37Speaker 2: because she gave it to me. I just like it. Yeah,
- 38:40Speaker 2: I'm not going to get rid of it because I
- 38:41Speaker 2: know that's ridiculous. I dated the last girl I dated.
- 38:44Speaker 5: She had she had a hoodie from North Texas, and
- 38:47Speaker 5: I'm like, you're from Austin.
- 38:49Speaker 2: Who you know? And she was like, oh wait what
- 38:53Speaker 2: and it was some some dude? She yes, it was
- 38:57Speaker 2: some dude. Yeah, Like come on, man, okay, I'll expect
- 39:02Speaker 2: you more if you would have told me the truth.
- 39:03Speaker 1: But she was.
- 39:04Speaker 2: She beat it around the bush. I was like, oh,
- 39:06Speaker 2: you like you and that much? What's the mascot?
- 39:08Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 39:08Speaker 2: Exactly. Yeah she didn't know that lizard. Yeah, she didn't
- 39:12Speaker 2: know none of that. Really. I was like, you just
- 39:14Speaker 2: come around me. You from Austin, Why would you wear anything?
- 39:18Speaker 2: But U t gear? Did she leave you? Did she
- 39:20Speaker 2: leave you for a guy? And Denton?
- 39:22Speaker 5: No?
- 39:22Speaker 7: No, okay, I mean it's time to move on from
- 39:26Speaker 7: the do Coodie. Like I know the rank number one,
- 39:28Speaker 7: but like, yeah, I feel like Duke's going to be
- 39:31Speaker 7: all right if you don't wear your hoodie.
- 39:33Speaker 8: You know what I mean?
- 39:33Speaker 2: I don't know, Canna, all right, it doesn't matter what
- 39:38Speaker 2: we think, It matters what you think. Cannis Court. We
- 39:40Speaker 2: have a verdict.
- 39:41Speaker 7: Yeah, this guy's guilty of being a giveaway pile. Greg, Oh,
- 39:45Speaker 7: this is going in the giveaway pile for clothing donations.
- 39:50Speaker 7: We'll probably have more luck if you get a new
- 39:52Speaker 7: do coodie from your new girlfriend.
- 39:53Speaker 2: So I'm gonna have to get rid of this necklace
- 39:55Speaker 2: I likes up.
- 39:56Speaker 6: To your new girl.
- 39:56Speaker 2: Maybe I don't have a new girl, and this bracelet
- 39:59Speaker 2: may no enjoy it? Well all right here, yeah, right here.
- 40:04Speaker 7: I don't think a new girl is going to enjoy
- 40:06Speaker 7: you wearing a necklace and a bracelet that was given
- 40:09Speaker 7: to you.
- 40:09Speaker 6: By someone else.
- 40:10Speaker 2: You have nothing from any of your axes.
- 40:11Speaker 6: Every No, absolutely not.
- 40:13Speaker 7: And when Eric and I first started dating, he was
- 40:15Speaker 7: dating somebody else who had given him like a pair
- 40:17Speaker 7: of shoes or whatever.
- 40:18Speaker 6: I was like, I can't, I can't with those shoes.
- 40:21Speaker 2: Yeah, get rid of the shoes.
- 40:22Speaker 6: Yeah, he wasn't wearing them anyways, So what was the point.
- 40:26Speaker 2: You know, you're guilty being a petty PAULA.
- 40:29Speaker 6: Guilty is charge.
- 40:32Speaker 1: To Stories on the Tents with Billy.
- 40:34Speaker 6: The Kid in the morning only on the new Mix
- 40:37Speaker 6: one two point nine.
- 40:38Speaker 2: Hand slow pants.
- 40:39Speaker 6: What is going on on the second round of storms
- 40:41Speaker 6: for the week is headed our way.
- 40:42Speaker 7: A few severe storms and isolated flooding are possible starting
- 40:45Speaker 7: this afternoon and evening and to tomorrow morning. So they're
- 40:48Speaker 7: saying we could have up to quarter sized hail possible
- 40:52Speaker 7: with strong and damaging winds, but the heavier, more severe
- 40:55Speaker 7: stuff will be up to the north, but warm and windy. Today,
- 40:58Speaker 7: we're back close to eighty for a high and then
- 41:00Speaker 7: it'll cool down for.
- 41:01Speaker 6: The weekend into the sixties. And Sunday looks dry. So
- 41:04Speaker 6: if you're making plans, okay, yeah, tomorrow is going to
- 41:06Speaker 6: be wet, but Sunday you should be good to go.
- 41:07Speaker 2: Oh, I know it's all of a sudden. My dog
- 41:09Speaker 2: is getting older and my dog is starting to hate
- 41:11Speaker 2: the storms.
- 41:11Speaker 6: Oh, Brewster is the worst. He'll hide in the closet
- 41:14Speaker 6: and like get him, move all the clothes and get
- 41:16Speaker 6: behind and like.
- 41:16Speaker 7: Create like a little space. Yeah, he's awful with the storm.
- 41:20Speaker 7: Try the vest, Yeah we didn't feel like it worked. No,
- 41:23Speaker 7: we tried that little calming treats. We feel like that
- 41:25Speaker 7: doesn't work either.
- 41:26Speaker 2: Yeah, it's hard to watch him storms. I got to
- 41:33Speaker 2: give him treats. It's al jacket of Yeah, I got
- 41:38Speaker 2: to put his thunderstorm vest down, his tender shirt. Yes,
- 41:43Speaker 2: his thundershirt. It doesn't really fit. It's like this medium.
- 41:46Speaker 6: Well that's what it's supposed to be, right, it's got
- 41:48Speaker 6: to be.
- 41:48Speaker 2: Real tight, like you're being swaddled.
- 41:49Speaker 6: Yeah, so hanging there tomorrow.
- 41:52Speaker 2: It's coming over tonight anyway.
- 41:54Speaker 1: Oh my gosh. Guys.
- 41:55Speaker 7: Also, don't forget we spring forward this weekend with daylight
- 41:58Speaker 7: saving time.
- 41:59Speaker 6: Of course it's two am Sunday. We will make that change.
- 42:02Speaker 6: You don't like this though, Oh you do like this,
- 42:04Speaker 6: but then we should stay Yeah, no, I liked it.
- 42:06Speaker 2: I wish you could just spring forward and stay there
- 42:08Speaker 2: because I don't want to fall back.
- 42:09Speaker 6: Yeah, no, I'm over it.
- 42:11Speaker 7: There was a congressman in Florida, I think, who is
- 42:13Speaker 7: trying to do something called the Daylight Act of twenty
- 42:17Speaker 7: twenty six. But his idea is where we basically split
- 42:20Speaker 7: the difference with daylight saving.
- 42:21Speaker 6: Time and do a half.
- 42:23Speaker 7: So he wants us to shift forward thirty minutes really,
- 42:26Speaker 7: which then We're just way off.
- 42:28Speaker 6: How does that work?
- 42:28Speaker 2: That's thirty minutes going to do? But like British Columbia
- 42:31Speaker 2: and Canada, they just made it to where they don't
- 42:33Speaker 2: do it. They're going forward and they're just staying there.
- 42:35Speaker 6: Yeah, that's the great idea. They're smart.
- 42:38Speaker 2: But isn't that going to be weird if like you're
- 42:39Speaker 2: in the same time zone but it's different now.
- 42:41Speaker 7: Well, I think like there's a couple of states on
- 42:44Speaker 7: the West coast I think that are doing that as well.
- 42:46Speaker 6: Maybe confu Yeah, I know, we should all just get
- 42:49Speaker 6: it together and stay there.
- 42:50Speaker 2: Can we just figure it out?
- 42:51Speaker 7: It's confusing and it's awful for us with small kids
- 42:54Speaker 7: because oh yeah, it's just worse, you know, either time.
- 42:57Speaker 6: Change, we don't. We just feel the effects the next week.
- 43:00Speaker 2: The good news is it's going to be light now,
- 43:02Speaker 2: so it'll be light until the sunset won't happen till
- 43:04Speaker 2: after seven, and that's going to happen now to what
- 43:07Speaker 2: October will be good?
- 43:09Speaker 6: Yeah, for sure.
- 43:10Speaker 7: Yes, we got more details guys on Britney Spears that
- 43:13Speaker 7: arrest that happened early yesterday.
- 43:15Speaker 6: We kind of broke the news around this time.
- 43:17Speaker 7: She was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence
- 43:20Speaker 7: after someone called in her car was driving erradically at
- 43:24Speaker 7: high rates of speed. There was a source yesterday that
- 43:28Speaker 7: said an unknown substance was found in her car, but
- 43:31Speaker 7: officials have corrected that saying saying there were no drugs found,
- 43:35Speaker 7: although she suspected of being under the influence of.
- 43:37Speaker 6: Drugs and alcohol.
- 43:39Speaker 7: A new report says she was taken to the hospital
- 43:42Speaker 7: for a blood test before being booked and spending a
- 43:44Speaker 7: few hours in the Ventura County jail before she was released.
- 43:48Speaker 6: But her reps were quick to put out a statement.
- 43:50Speaker 7: And I feel like when this happened to Justin Timberlink,
- 43:52Speaker 7: I didn't take a while before somebody made an official,
- 43:56Speaker 7: you know statement for him.
- 43:57Speaker 2: Yeah. That's I don't know. I think that's so different.
- 43:59Speaker 2: I think, yeah, it's hard to hide the fact that
- 44:02Speaker 2: she's obviously, yeah, through something. Yeah, And I'm not making
- 44:05Speaker 2: fun of her. I feel really bad for her because
- 44:07Speaker 2: so do I hate this for her. I mean, we
- 44:09Speaker 2: both interviewed Britney Spears when she was younger, when she
- 44:13Speaker 2: was I don't want to say normal, but it is.
- 44:16Speaker 7: Yeah, sure, her lifestyle and the industry and the people
- 44:19Speaker 7: around her have had effects on her.
- 44:20Speaker 6: Her family has had a major impact on her trauma.
- 44:23Speaker 2: Somebody was telling me about a conspiracy theory that they
- 44:25Speaker 2: did some kind of neuro thing on her brain.
- 44:28Speaker 6: That rabbit hole online is really really fascinating.
- 44:31Speaker 2: Yes, saying that they did some kind of experiment on
- 44:33Speaker 2: Britney Spears's brain and ever since then she hasn't been right. Yeah,
- 44:37Speaker 2: which is terrifying. Oh yeah, but almost makes sense.
- 44:41Speaker 7: Yeah, it would almost be better if we found out
- 44:43Speaker 7: something weird like that happened.
- 44:45Speaker 2: Also, they're saying that some people don't even believe it's her. Yeah,
- 44:49Speaker 2: some people believe that it's a clone, that it's not even.
- 44:52Speaker 6: Own theories online crazy. Jim Carrey, Selena Gomez, Briney Spears.
- 44:56Speaker 2: Jim Carrey, that's ridiculous. It's not a clone, the Selena Gomez.
- 45:01Speaker 2: It's obviously Selena. Yeah, Britney Spears clone.
- 45:05Speaker 7: I don't know, no, but the rep you know, says
- 45:08Speaker 7: this was an unfortunate incident that's completely inexcusable. You know,
- 45:12Speaker 7: she's gonna comply with the law and hopefully this is
- 45:14Speaker 7: you know, the first step in and change that needs
- 45:16Speaker 7: to happen. Yeah, I'm Candae Lopez. Those are your Texas
- 45:20Speaker 7: top stories.
- 45:22Speaker 2: Oh that's a hot take.
- 45:23Speaker 1: Let us know what you think.
- 45:24Speaker 6: Here's today's hot take.
- 45:26Speaker 2: Disneyland Vacation. A Shot to win that trip? Coming up
- 45:28Speaker 2: next on Mix one or two point nine Happy Friday,
- 45:31Speaker 2: It's Bailey to Kid Candace Lopez producer. Who is here?
- 45:35Speaker 2: I saw this go viral online and I thought to myself,
- 45:38Speaker 2: you know, I kind of agree with this girl and
- 45:40Speaker 2: what she says is definitely a hot take.
- 45:42Speaker 4: This is gonna be pretty controversial because it's about ghosting.
- 45:45Speaker 4: But I don't think that all ghosting is bad. I
- 45:48Speaker 4: really don't. As sue me, I don't care, but it's
- 45:51Speaker 4: not all that. Let me give you examples of like
- 45:52Speaker 4: what I mean by this. Now, this is where some
- 45:55Speaker 4: of you might think this is controversial. But if it
- 45:57Speaker 4: is like our first date and I just kind of
- 46:00Speaker 4: wasn't feeling the vibe and you text me and ask
- 46:02Speaker 4: me on another date and I don't respond. Ever, again,
- 46:05Speaker 4: I do not think that is the worst thing in
- 46:07Speaker 4: the world.
- 46:08Speaker 2: There you go, Wow, So she thinks ghosting is okay
- 46:13Speaker 2: and completely acceptable, where most people would say, no, that's rude,
- 46:18Speaker 2: that's mean you owe somebody an explanation. I kind of
- 46:22Speaker 2: agree with her. I kind of feel like why.
- 46:24Speaker 7: I mean, I don't know that she owes an explanation,
- 46:26Speaker 7: But you could say, no, I'm not down for another date.
- 46:28Speaker 7: Like if you ghost and they're reaching and they're reaching
- 46:31Speaker 7: out and you're just not responding, that's rude.
- 46:33Speaker 2: I know why you're saying this, Candice. It's because you
- 46:35Speaker 2: haven't dated in a long time. Because you're fair.
- 46:38Speaker 6: That's fair.
- 46:38Speaker 2: I'm telling you now, it's not Listen. Sometimes ghosting is fine,
- 46:43Speaker 2: it's okay.
- 46:45Speaker 1: Are you serious?
- 46:46Speaker 2: Are you serious?
- 46:47Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 46:47Speaker 5: If I take you out and spend money on you,
- 46:49Speaker 5: you can't even have the decency to say, hey, I
- 46:52Speaker 5: wouldn't feel in it.
- 46:53Speaker 2: No, no, no, I'm not saying if it's multiple times, now, okay,
- 46:56Speaker 2: let's clear that up. If I think it's multiple times,
- 46:57Speaker 2: if you're going out a few times and all of
- 46:59Speaker 2: a sudden you just did disappear, no that's not cool.
- 47:02Speaker 2: But if you go out one time, if you one time.
- 47:04Speaker 5: If I take you out on one date, okay, at
- 47:07Speaker 5: least say hey it was lame or his friend vibe.
- 47:13Speaker 6: But yeah, just let them know. I don't want to
- 47:15Speaker 6: hang out because.
- 47:16Speaker 2: I'm gonna keep calling and your that's weird. I'm gonna
- 47:19Speaker 2: feel stupid, like you're gonna keep calling if you don't
- 47:21Speaker 2: hear back from this school one. I mean, I just
- 47:23Speaker 2: want to know what's going on. I mean, you wouldn't No,
- 47:26Speaker 2: you'd be fine with that. Figure it out. Obviously she's
- 47:29Speaker 2: not into me. That's it's obvious. I mean, what else
- 47:32Speaker 2: do you need? You want to have the awkward conversation
- 47:34Speaker 2: with her? What do you want to do?
- 47:34Speaker 5: Ye, tell me I'm bad, tell me, tell me I
- 47:38Speaker 5: was Tell me you didn't like my shoes. Oh I
- 47:40Speaker 5: had some food in my teeth. Tell me something.
- 47:42Speaker 2: You want to have an awkward conversation with someone and
- 47:45Speaker 2: when Obviously, if she's not reaching out to you're gonna
- 47:48Speaker 2: reach out to her multiple times to try to get her,
- 47:50Speaker 2: like a stalker reach out. But I'm gonna do that. Hey,
- 47:53Speaker 2: what's up?
- 47:54Speaker 8: You know?
- 47:54Speaker 2: So you send her a text after the date? Is
- 47:56Speaker 2: that what you would typically do after a date? After
- 47:58Speaker 2: the date? Like, it's just curious. I'm getting in the
- 48:00Speaker 2: Pooh's world of dating.
- 48:01Speaker 5: No notary place, not after the date, like you know,
- 48:05Speaker 5: like if we got done or whatever, But like I
- 48:07Speaker 5: had a nice time, whatever, whatever, and that's it, whatever, whatever.
- 48:10Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, I'll figure out what I say. But
- 48:12Speaker 2: but you sent them a text afterwards and then say
- 48:15Speaker 2: I'd love to see you again. I'm trying to think
- 48:20Speaker 2: that the.
- 48:20Speaker 5: Last one, the last one didn't go so well, because
- 48:22Speaker 5: y'all know about that one. Remember when I took the
- 48:25Speaker 5: old girl to Mexican sugar and she was you know,
- 48:27Speaker 5: she was clowning on me.
- 48:28Speaker 6: Because you had hat backwards and little stuff.
- 48:31Speaker 2: Yeah, she said grown men should wear their hat backwards.
- 48:33Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 48:34Speaker 5: Yeah, but you weren't into her. I thought I was
- 48:36Speaker 5: until she started doing all that. Okay, but if someone
- 48:40Speaker 5: there was a girl before that, so yeah, I had
- 48:43Speaker 5: a nice time. I would love to see you again
- 48:46Speaker 5: or whatever, right, something like that. And did you hear
- 48:48Speaker 5: back from her? Yeah, that the one before her?
- 48:50Speaker 2: Yeah I did. Okay, we went out again. But if
- 48:52Speaker 2: you didn't, if you didn't hear back from her that time,
- 48:55Speaker 2: what would you have done. I'll probably wait, give it
- 48:58Speaker 2: and give it some time to marinate, and then I out,
- 49:00Speaker 2: why what do you mean? Why that's so weird to
- 49:03Speaker 2: me to know why?
- 49:04Speaker 7: If I mean, I could see where you would reach
- 49:06Speaker 7: out one more time for the benefit of the.
- 49:07Speaker 6: Dollar her phone was.
- 49:10Speaker 5: Some people are some people were busy, It doesn't matter.
- 49:13Speaker 5: There's some people who are actually busy, genuinely.
- 49:16Speaker 6: Don't respond to a text time for a little while.
- 49:19Speaker 2: No, if someone every woman knows they got a text,
- 49:24Speaker 2: it doesn't matter if their phone died, because when their
- 49:25Speaker 2: phone comes back on, the text comes through. Yeah, I mean,
- 49:30Speaker 2: it's not nineteen ninety. I've heard that excuse before. Oh
- 49:32Speaker 2: I'm so sorry my phone was dead. Oh well please,
- 49:35Speaker 2: it hasn't been dead forever. That's all I'm saying. So
- 49:38Speaker 2: that's why I think ghosting is in the worst thing
- 49:40Speaker 2: in the world, because the message is after the first aid.
- 49:42Speaker 2: If you don't hear back from someone, yeah, that's not
- 49:45Speaker 2: going to work out. It's not it's not a real thing,
- 49:48Speaker 2: so move on. I would never if I got crickets
- 49:51Speaker 2: after a text, if I got like, just I don't know,
- 49:54Speaker 2: I'm like, hey, I'd love to see you again. You would.
- 49:58Speaker 2: You wouldn't wait and then be like never, hey, no howdy, no, no,
- 50:04Speaker 2: not howdy.
- 50:05Speaker 7: But I mean it's different now too, because like people
- 50:07Speaker 7: communicate on different places like Instagram or something like people
- 50:10Speaker 7: will DM and then not text back.
- 50:12Speaker 2: If somebody doesn't text back, it's no, I'm never texting
- 50:15Speaker 2: you again. And then you'll immediately go to Instagram and
- 50:17Speaker 2: you unfollow them.
- 50:21Speaker 6: After how long? Like how long do you immediately not
- 50:24Speaker 6: respond so she doesn't respond immediately, then you're like, I'm done.
- 50:27Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, not immediately, but I mean now,
- 50:30Speaker 2: I'll give it till the next day.
- 50:31Speaker 6: Okay.
- 50:32Speaker 2: If I don't hear back in twenty four hours, then
- 50:34Speaker 2: she's not in me and it's fine, and you're gonna unfollow. Yes,
- 50:37Speaker 2: I'm pity like that. I'm actually gonna block you can wow.
- 50:41Speaker 5: Why No, I'm gonna keep the follow you watch me,
- 50:47Speaker 5: watch me shine, sister.
- 50:49Speaker 2: She doesn't.
- 50:50Speaker 5: You didn't want me, Yeah, watch me shine. She didn't
- 50:52Speaker 5: even somebody else you didn't want to text me back.
- 50:55Speaker 2: Actually, I think if she's probably already muted your stories,
- 51:00Speaker 2: what do you think eight three three seven eight seven
- 51:02Speaker 2: one two nine, is just ghosting somebody? Okay? Now, if
- 51:05Speaker 2: it's more than one.
- 51:06Speaker 6: Date, no, yeah, that's disrespectful.
- 51:08Speaker 2: Or or if there's something that happens on the date that.
- 51:13Speaker 6: Makes it clear that they deserve to be ghosted.
- 51:15Speaker 2: No, I'm saying if something frisky time happens. Oh wow,
- 51:19Speaker 2: not saying that typically happens. Yeah, but if it were,
- 51:22Speaker 2: then I feel like someone's owed an explanation something.
- 51:24Speaker 6: Okay, yeah, I assu you mean if there was an
- 51:26Speaker 6: extra effort given, if.
- 51:28Speaker 2: There was extracurricular activities, tell me something. Response, it's something listen. Yeah,
- 51:34Speaker 2: you know what. I shouldn't have done that. It was
- 51:35Speaker 2: a mistake and I just don't think this is a
- 51:37Speaker 2: thing that I want to pursue.
- 51:38Speaker 6: Yeah, there you go.
- 51:39Speaker 2: I need to know something.
- 51:40Speaker 5: You stayed to night and use my extra tube brush,
- 51:42Speaker 5: tell me send your extra charger whatever.
- 51:46Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 51:47Speaker 2: It's mixed one or two point nine A Bailly a kid, Candicelow,
- 51:50Speaker 2: Pez producer pool. A lot of calls and dms about
- 51:52Speaker 2: this hot take is this girl basically went on online
- 51:55Speaker 2: and went viral for saying that ghosting is okay. Yeah,
- 51:58Speaker 2: it's okay to ghost. She says, after a first date,
- 52:00Speaker 2: if it doesn't go well, or if it doesn't go
- 52:02Speaker 2: great and you don't click, what's the point of having
- 52:04Speaker 2: that awkward conversation and going well, I don't know if
- 52:06Speaker 2: this's gonna work out, and she just disappears.
- 52:09Speaker 6: But you can do it on text.
- 52:10Speaker 2: I'm fine with it. I'm fine with that, and I agree.
- 52:13Speaker 2: I think ghosting is just it's okay. It's it's okay,
- 52:16Speaker 2: not after two or three dates, first date, whatever, Renee,
- 52:20Speaker 2: what's up?
- 52:21Speaker 3: It's a yes and no. So I agree with Pooh.
- 52:24Speaker 3: You've been a text one time, and then I agree
- 52:27Speaker 3: with you. If they don't answer after the first text,
- 52:30Speaker 3: then we're done, right, because it's twenty twenty six and
- 52:36Speaker 3: you get text. When I shut my phone off, my
- 52:38Speaker 3: text top right back up, maybe and you can respond.
- 52:42Speaker 3: And if a girl doesn't respond, then it's like, yeah,
- 52:45Speaker 3: we're done.
- 52:46Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 52:46Speaker 2: And I don't even think that's a bad thing. I'll
- 52:48Speaker 2: read through. I'll read between the lines and go, okay,
- 52:50Speaker 2: well then we're not it's not working now. Poo thinks though,
- 52:54Speaker 2: and I'm cool with Actually. I like the post date text.
- 52:57Speaker 2: I like after a date if you want to text
- 52:59Speaker 2: somebody say hey, I had a great time. I'd love
- 53:01Speaker 2: to see you again if you're interested, that's cool. I
- 53:04Speaker 2: think a guy should do that. I think that's a
- 53:05Speaker 2: gentleman thing to do. But if you don't hear back
- 53:08Speaker 2: within a twenty four hour window, you're blocked on every format.
- 53:13Speaker 10: Eh, why are you gonna do all Would you want
- 53:19Speaker 10: follow someone that has no interest in speaking to you,
- 53:22Speaker 10: Like if I send somebody for instance, if I'm interacting,
- 53:24Speaker 10: if the person I'm following or even on social media
- 53:27Speaker 10: that doesn't respond or doesn't interact with.
- 53:29Speaker 2: My stories, why are we following each other? Let's unfollow
- 53:33Speaker 2: each other in real life and online.
- 53:38Speaker 12: You know, Hey, Candace, I love I love all three
- 53:41Speaker 12: of you guys. You make my morning. I was the
- 53:43Speaker 12: one that moved back from Seattle a year ago and
- 53:46Speaker 12: it's a radio station. I've been gone forever. But I
- 53:50Speaker 12: have to say, I'm glad you're in a happy, loving relationship.
- 53:53Speaker 12: But you happen out with the dating world for a
- 53:55Speaker 12: little bit. It is a little bit different.
- 53:57Speaker 2: That is so true. You guys, Well, we love you
- 54:00Speaker 2: to thank you so much, and we appreciate you listening.
- 54:04Speaker 2: All right, have a great weekend. By what's the last
- 54:07Speaker 2: reason let me ask you this, the last reason you
- 54:09Speaker 2: unfollowed someone online on Instagram? Whatever? The last reason you
- 54:14Speaker 2: unfollowed someone because.
- 54:16Speaker 6: They changed her whole personality and it was like kind
- 54:18Speaker 6: of scandy.
- 54:19Speaker 2: Really yeah, who, I mean, you don't have to say who,
- 54:22Speaker 2: but what happened.
- 54:23Speaker 6: Well, it's a girl who I knew back in the day,
- 54:26Speaker 6: and she was like super she was younger, I'll say that,
- 54:30Speaker 6: and she was fairly normal. But now her whole page
- 54:33Speaker 6: is just her and like skimpy clothing and like, yeah,
- 54:36Speaker 6: it's very different. Really, yeah, there's just no reason for
- 54:39Speaker 6: me to follow her.
- 54:41Speaker 5: No, I'll just check it out for the show.
- 54:45Speaker 2: Right, let me ask you.
- 54:46Speaker 7: She's going in a different direction online, right, you two
- 54:49Speaker 7: have grown apart.
- 54:50Speaker 6: I'm not her audience online anymore.
- 54:52Speaker 2: So she that makes sense, turned into an OnlyFans girl
- 54:54Speaker 2: kind of yeah, really, wow, we have someone like that
- 54:57Speaker 2: that I follow and I know Poo follows her too.
- 54:59Speaker 2: She was like, I won't get into detail, but the
- 55:01Speaker 2: most she listened to the show, Oh, total huge listener.
- 55:06Speaker 2: And I can't say what she does, but and you
- 55:09Speaker 2: know who I'm talking about, Poo, totally normal interact with
- 55:12Speaker 2: the show. We'd follow her because she was a mom
- 55:15Speaker 2: and everything. Yeah, and then one day I wake up
- 55:17Speaker 2: and she is no longer posting the same stuff, and
- 55:20Speaker 2: now she has millions of followers, and she is how
- 55:24Speaker 2: would I say this in adult entertainment, out of nowhere,
- 55:31Speaker 2: out of the blue, out of the blue. She is
- 55:35Speaker 2: a very big star. Yeah, okay, in certain kind of
- 55:38Speaker 2: films go it.
- 55:40Speaker 6: Yeah yeah, I mean why would you follow her?
- 55:43Speaker 1: Right?
- 55:43Speaker 2: Because she still does.
- 55:47Speaker 9: It's top Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid
- 55:50Speaker 9: in the morning only on the New Mix one or
- 55:53Speaker 9: two point nine.
- 55:54Speaker 2: Yes, we'll get ready for the weekend. It's Friday. We
- 55:56Speaker 2: got a lot going on, Candice, what's up?
- 55:58Speaker 4: Well?
- 55:58Speaker 7: I mentioned earlier that Frisco Memorial High School was placed
- 56:01Speaker 7: on lockdown yesterday afternoon after a fake threat was made. Well,
- 56:04Speaker 7: DeSoto ISD has also increased visible security today because an
- 56:09Speaker 7: investigation is going on into an online threat there. The
- 56:13Speaker 7: district said they believe this originated from outside the US
- 56:16Speaker 7: and that this was out of an abundance of caution
- 56:19Speaker 7: police in Frisco, though they haven't even identified the person
- 56:22Speaker 7: who made the threat there yesterday, but apparently that one
- 56:25Speaker 7: happened during lunch, so then they had to make sure
- 56:26Speaker 7: the kids that miss lunch period could eat. So it's
- 56:30Speaker 7: just really disrupting a lot of schools on today. So yeah,
- 56:34Speaker 7: keep you posted.
- 56:35Speaker 6: If there's anything, don't do it.
- 56:37Speaker 2: They're in school right now. If you're non school, then
- 56:39Speaker 2: you're already a bad kid, right, So don't do these pranks. Yeah,
- 56:42Speaker 2: it's not funny. It's gonna mess up your life and
- 56:44Speaker 2: you'll get charge of the crime. So yeah, seriously think
- 56:47Speaker 2: about it for sure.
- 56:48Speaker 7: I don't know if you guys heard about this, but
- 56:50Speaker 7: a rare four point nine magnitude earthquake shook northwestern Louisiana
- 56:54Speaker 7: yesterday just before dawn. So it was originally measured to
- 56:57Speaker 7: be a four point four, then it was up. But
- 57:00Speaker 7: they're saying this is the strongest quake in that area
- 57:03Speaker 7: in decades, and I had never even heard of earthquakes
- 57:05Speaker 7: in Louisiana happening. So far, they've said there's no injuries
- 57:10Speaker 7: or structures that were damaged. But people felt the effects
- 57:14Speaker 7: of the earthquake as far as fifty miles away, so
- 57:16Speaker 7: in Shreveport, which was, you know, about an hour from
- 57:19Speaker 7: the epicenter. Parts of eastern Texas, even Arkansas reported they
- 57:23Speaker 7: felt the shaking.
- 57:24Speaker 6: But that's pretty strong four point nine.
- 57:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not used to that because I've never really
- 57:29Speaker 2: experienced an earthquake. You have, though, because you lived in California.
- 57:32Speaker 2: I wouldn't even know what to do in an earthquake.
- 57:33Speaker 2: What do you do?
- 57:34Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean they happened, so fast. You're kind of
- 57:36Speaker 7: just like ah ah, you know, it's like you're confused.
- 57:39Speaker 7: It's very confusing feeling, especially when it happens in the
- 57:42Speaker 7: middle of the night, which one of the bigger ones
- 57:43Speaker 7: that I felt, which I think was a four point four,
- 57:47Speaker 7: was in the middle of the night, So you're waking up, like,
- 57:50Speaker 7: what's happening? Yeah, and by the time you realize, you know,
- 57:52Speaker 7: it's kind of overhell.
- 57:53Speaker 2: Supposed to run under a table, that's.
- 57:56Speaker 6: A good question, I think. Yeah, they used to tell
- 57:59Speaker 6: you to go into a doorway and then they decided
- 58:02Speaker 6: not to do that, and yeah, to go under some
- 58:03Speaker 6: type of table or something strong like that.
- 58:07Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, Yeah, that's one thing we don't have to
- 58:09Speaker 2: worry about here. But they have happened here, Like I
- 58:11Speaker 2: felt a little earthquake here one time. I think when
- 58:13Speaker 2: we had it a few years ago, it wasn't anything crazy,
- 58:16Speaker 2: but anyway, that's scary.
- 58:17Speaker 6: It is, guys.
- 58:19Speaker 7: The Brady Bunch House has officially been declared a Historic landmark.
- 58:23Speaker 7: HGTV of course renovated the inside of the house to
- 58:26Speaker 7: match the show on a very Brady renovation. That was
- 58:30Speaker 7: before it was sold for three point two million dollars.
- 58:33Speaker 7: It doesn't sound like it's going to be lived in, but.
- 58:35Speaker 6: Instead it'll be used for charity events and fundraisers. But
- 58:39Speaker 6: that's kind of cool making it a historic landmark. I
- 58:42Speaker 6: mean that show is huge. You said you've never seen it?
- 58:44Speaker 2: Why would I can't?
- 58:45Speaker 5: Well, everyone is.
- 58:47Speaker 6: It's like one of the most classic TV shows ever.
- 58:51Speaker 2: But you remember sitting down and watching a rerun because
- 58:53Speaker 2: weren't alive? Who was? But we weren't alive? But it
- 58:55Speaker 2: was like new who actually told me during the break
- 58:58Speaker 2: that he was in the studio audience back in the day.
- 59:00Speaker 2: Oh my gosh for the first episode. Yeah, of the
- 59:03Speaker 2: Brady Bunch. But I mean, how would we It wasn't
