Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:26
June 16th, 2024. And right off the bat, got a
• 0:32
first say happy birthday to Dad. Happy birthday.
• 0:37
  I'd, I'd say old man, but I mean, yeah, you're 72 now, but I
• 0:43
don't know of anybody else that could get hit by a truck and
• 0:46
then break their pelvis and then be back to normal like two
• 0:50
months later, man, you're pretty tough, dude.
• 0:53
All right. And then of course, happy
• 0:55
Father's Day to well, Dad and all the other dads out there.
• 1:00
Hope you're having a good day and get to watch some U.S.
• 1:04
Open today final round and whatever it is else that you
• 1:08
want to do. All right, so today, back to
• 1:14
let's see, last night the overhit Oilers really finally
• 1:18
showed up, got all their frustrations out, got their
• 1:22
eight goals. They can feel secure about
• 1:24
themselves. They put up a fight, go back
• 1:27
down to Florida Panthers, take the win, lift that cup finally.
• 1:32
All right, today I'm looking at some women's basketball.
• 1:38
We got the WNBA. We're going to take the same old
• 1:41
approach. We're going to find a good team.
• 1:44
Let's play in a bad team and just take the good team, lay the
• 1:48
points. And so today we have Seattle
• 1:52
Storm going down to Phoenix to play the Mercury, their 3 1/2
• 1:57
point favorites, and I think they're going to win pretty,
• 1:59
pretty easily. So we're going to go Seattle
• 2:03
storm -3 1/2 against the Mercury in today's WNBA basketball
• 2:08
action. See anything better than that?
• 2:10
Found it. That's my pick and I'm sticking
• 2:12
to it. Dude was hit by a truck.
