- 0:56Speaker 1: Woo, woo. Heather MacDonald. Juicy Scoop. Hello and welcome to
- 1:02Speaker 1: Juicy Scoop. I have a great show with a hilarious
- 1:06Speaker 1: guest with so much inside scoop. But first, I just
- 1:09Speaker 1: want to do a couple updates. Well, you guys all
- 1:13Speaker 1: remember Denise Richards from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and
- 1:17Speaker 1: all the work she's done. And she was married to
- 1:20Speaker 1: Charlie Sheen. They had two daughters. Their oldest daughter, Samantha,
- 1:25Speaker 1: goes by Sammy. She's only 18 and she has joined OnlyFans.
- 1:30Speaker 1: If you followed Sammy's story, about a year ago, she
- 1:35Speaker 1: did a TikTok. She said she has left high school
- 1:39Speaker 1: and her mother's house. She said she hated living at
- 1:41Speaker 1: that house and it's an abusive house and went to
- 1:44Speaker 1: her father, Charlie Sheen. Let me remind you of who
- 1:47Speaker 1: Charlie Sheen is. Well, he was, you know, this renowned
- 1:51Speaker 1: actor at 19, had the lead in this movie Platoon.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Then he got on all these shows and was star
- 1:56Speaker 1: of Two and a Half Men. started to like really
- 1:59Speaker 1: behave badly on two and a half men. And that
- 2:01Speaker 1: was this crazy time where that's where he was just
- 2:04Speaker 1: going insane on Twitter and on Instagram. And he was, um,
- 2:10Speaker 1: referring to himself as a wedding and like criticizing everybody.
- 2:14Speaker 1: And he said he had tiger blood. Uh, he, you know,
- 2:17Speaker 1: early on Denise, Denise divorced him when she was pregnant
- 2:22Speaker 1: with their second daughter. Um, cause I think this is
- 2:25Speaker 1: girl is the oldest. But she still remained friends with him,
- 2:28Speaker 1: let him see the kids. She came on my show
- 2:31Speaker 1: and she said, yes, I'd be serving, I'd be having
- 2:34Speaker 1: Thanksgiving dinner. And he would arrive and then mention that
- 2:38Speaker 1: he had a, you know, prostitute with him who was
- 2:42Speaker 1: in the driveway in the car. And she said, well,
- 2:45Speaker 1: my God, it's Thanksgiving. Please bring, either have her come
- 2:49Speaker 1: in or bring her a plate. Okay. So I was like,
- 2:51Speaker 1: you are St. Denise. He had another wife. that he
- 2:55Speaker 1: had twin boys with, that also struggled with drugs and alcohol.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I just remembered, I forgot her name, but she had
- 3:02Speaker 1: a reality show with Paris and Kathy Hilton. Look up
- 3:06Speaker 1: Charlie Sheen's ex-wife. She's been in and out of rehab
- 3:09Speaker 1: at least 21 times. I had dinner with her mother,
- 3:13Speaker 1: Jill Zarin and Patty Stanger, like 12 years ago. And
- 3:16Speaker 1: that was so juicy. But anyway, At one point, Denise
- 3:23Speaker 1: took in the two little boys because the two of
- 3:25Speaker 1: them were not equipped to take care of the kids. Now,
- 3:29Speaker 1: I really feel bad for this situation. We know OnlyFans
- 3:34Speaker 1: to be mostly really sexy photos, sometimes even more videos,
- 3:39Speaker 1: private chats. It's, you know, subscription-based. Other people have said, no, OnlyFans,
- 3:43Speaker 1: you can cook on it. I think Dorinda and Sonia
- 3:47Speaker 1: are on it.
- 3:48Speaker 3: Brooke Mueller.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Brooke Mueller. And the show was called The World According
- 3:53Speaker 1: to Paris, but it featured Brooke Mueller a lot. And
- 3:56Speaker 1: it was about Paris and Kathy Hilton trying to save
- 4:00Speaker 1: Brooke Mueller's messed up life. Oh my God, I can't
- 4:03Speaker 1: believe I just remembered that. Anyway, here's my thought on this.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Now he's coming out and saying, it's not because of
- 4:11Speaker 1: me that she's doing OnlyFans. It's not because I have
- 4:15Speaker 1: been a crazy father who, you know, had all, who
- 4:19Speaker 1: dated porn stars and brought prostitutes to Thanksgiving dinner and
- 4:25Speaker 1: had women in the adult interest industry sue me for
- 4:29Speaker 1: various things. I'm not the reason that my daughter is
- 4:33Speaker 1: going into this business of OnlyFans. It's, I didn't, it
- 4:37Speaker 1: certainly didn't happen under my roof. Here's the thing. I
- 4:40Speaker 1: think it's these kids, you know, they're not in school.
- 4:44Speaker 1: They've lost interest in education and they're like, well, I
- 4:48Speaker 1: can make money doing this. But here's my thought, Sammy Sheen.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Now everyone's talking about you. You're totally pretty, okay? Big
- 4:59Speaker 1: blue eyes. She really looks like both of them. Has
- 5:02Speaker 1: a couple little tats. Cute little body. This is what
- 5:06Speaker 1: you do. You do OnlyFans, but you tell the juicy scoop.
- 5:12Speaker 1: You tell the story about what was going on when
- 5:16Speaker 1: your dad was doing the Tiger Blood tour for Live Nation.
- 5:20Speaker 1: He literally went on a stand-up tour about Tiger Blood
- 5:23Speaker 1: and yelling out, winning, and Live Nation put him on stages. Okay?
- 5:27Speaker 1: I want to hear about that. Do you remember that?
- 5:30Speaker 1: I want to hear about when your mom was on Housewives.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Did you know about the fact that everyone was accusing
- 5:35Speaker 1: her of fingering Brandi Glanville? while she was doing a
- 5:38Speaker 1: Hallmark movie in Canada. You do that as part of
- 5:42Speaker 1: your OnlyFans, okay? And people like Juicy Scoopers that are
- 5:47Speaker 1: my age will subscribe. Once you've depleted all the Juicy stories,
- 5:53Speaker 1: now we know you, and now maybe you could actually
- 5:57Speaker 1: pursue real acting if you want to work that hard.
- 6:00Speaker 1: It means you got to take some classes. It means
- 6:01Speaker 1: you got to memorize some lines. It's not just turning
- 6:05Speaker 1: around and taking a photo of your ass crack. So
- 6:07Speaker 1: it's a little more effort doing a sitcom, doing TV movies.
- 6:12Speaker 1: It is harder than OnlyFans. Also, you know, I just
- 6:18Speaker 1: hope none of your dad's friends or your stepdad's friends
- 6:20Speaker 1: are subscribers. But maybe some Juicy Scoopers will if you
- 6:23Speaker 1: tell us about these juicy stories. Good luck, Sammy. I
- 6:27Speaker 1: don't blame Denise or Charlie. I think it's a sign
- 6:31Speaker 1: of our times. I think it's about being a kid
- 6:33Speaker 1: of Hollywood and You obviously struggled a little, but that
- 6:37Speaker 1: is my suggestion to you. You're welcome. There you go. Oh,
- 6:41Speaker 1: update on Brittany's wedding. I just got some inside scoop
- 6:47Speaker 1: that the boys did go. At least Jaden went. My source,
- 6:53Speaker 1: who I think is very good, said Jaden went. He
- 6:58Speaker 1: went with a little girlfriend, too. And the boys were there.
- 7:01Speaker 4: So....
- 7:04Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm going to investigate a little bit more.
- 7:06Speaker 1: That makes me happy. I hope they went. I hope
- 7:09Speaker 1: they had a nice time. If that's in fact true,
- 7:12Speaker 1: kind of interesting that, you know, the day of Kevin's
- 7:16Speaker 1: lawyer said, no, the boys aren't going. I mean, they
- 7:19Speaker 1: had to get an outfit together. They had to show up.
- 7:22Speaker 1: So they obviously planned on going and they attended. So
- 7:26Speaker 1: we'll see. Also, they did the prenup and apparently everyone
- 7:30Speaker 1: should be happy that all of Britney's money is her money.
- 7:34Speaker 1: He doesn't get a dime, but anything after Thursday that
- 7:38Speaker 1: she makes, then it'll be 50-50. This is the understanding
- 7:43Speaker 1: from page six. To me, I would think there'd be
- 7:47Speaker 1: a little more. I don't think that's a great prenup.
- 7:51Speaker 1: That's just like a normal prenup for someone that isn't
- 7:53Speaker 1: super famous. I mean, think about it. If she gets
- 7:56Speaker 1: a book deal and makes a million dollars and they
- 7:59Speaker 1: got divorced the next day, she should not have to
- 8:01Speaker 1: give him $ 500, 000 about a book that was her entire life. If,
- 8:07Speaker 1: you know, if she goes, it's not like, it'd be
- 8:10Speaker 1: different if like, okay, a normal couple, she has inheritance
- 8:15Speaker 1: of 500,000, two of you guys get married at 25.
- 8:16Speaker 1: And then she comes up with a An idea for
- 8:23Speaker 1: a bagel shop. And then you get divorced and she
- 8:25Speaker 1: gives half the bagel shop to her husband.
- 8:27Speaker 4: Fine.
- 8:27Speaker 1: But I'm talking Britney Spears. Talent, music, everything that you
- 8:31Speaker 1: could do with that. I don't think that he deserved
- 8:34Speaker 1: 50% of that. I hope that's not the prenup because
- 8:37Speaker 1: if you ask me, that sucks. But good for you, Sam.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Good for you. Black China also. So the family is saying, yeah,
- 8:47Speaker 1: you sued us. Now you owe us $ 390, 000. That is
- 8:52Speaker 1: what our legal fees are. And that doesn't even count
- 8:55Speaker 1: what the lawyers are owed. This is just what the
- 8:59Speaker 1: lawyers have submitted to go to trial. So some of
- 9:04Speaker 1: these things are like putting all the models and exhibits together.
- 9:08Speaker 1: All of that cost $ 184, 000, um, Deposition, you know, recording
- 9:16Speaker 1: and costs, you know, renting, having people come in, organizing
- 9:20Speaker 1: all that, $ 63, 000. Doing process servers to get everybody to
- 9:25Speaker 1: do this depo, that cost $ 9, 000. So she was $ 390 there.
- 9:31Speaker 1: And then the trial with Rob was supposed to be
- 9:35Speaker 1: on Monday, June 13th. Now it says it's going to
- 9:38Speaker 1: be June 20th, Monday, the trial date. her, she suing
- 9:44Speaker 1: Rob for the revenge porn. I think it's really good
- 9:48Speaker 1: that they slapped her with this money today because she
- 9:50Speaker 1: might want to rethink going forward with that case. At
- 9:53Speaker 1: least I would. I could just walk up the street
- 9:56Speaker 1: and knock on her door and say, little tip girl.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Might not want to go back to court though. However,
- 10:01Speaker 1: I do get a lot of content out of it,
- 10:03Speaker 1: but that is my advice to you. Drop it, make
- 10:07Speaker 1: nice and, you know, send some flowers.
- 10:11Speaker 4: Okay.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Now, you guys, I'm going to start packing. I'm getting cute.
- 10:14Speaker 1: I will see you at the Krug Winery, 530 and
- 10:17Speaker 1: 830 this Friday night with Julie Goldman and Justin Martindale.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Going to be so fun. HeatherMcDonald.net. And now for my
- 10:24Speaker 1: Juicy Scoop guest. Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. I
- 10:28Speaker 1: have Carlos King here. He is just fabulous. Everybody said
- 10:35Speaker 1: when I said you're coming on, that you are an
- 10:37Speaker 1: actual delight.
- 10:38Speaker 4: Oh, that's so sweet. You believe that's true. I know
- 10:41Speaker 4: it's true. Despite what you may hear from the haters,
- 10:45Speaker 4: but I am a delight. Listen, can I say this? Yes.
- 10:49Speaker 4: It's an honor to be here. I'm a juicy scooper.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 10:54Speaker 4: No, like, no bullshit. I have loved you since Chelsea Lately.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 10:58Speaker 4: Yes, I watched Chelsea Lately, not because of Lonnie Love,
- 11:01Speaker 4: who I love, because people are like, really, Carlos?
- 11:03Speaker 3: No.
- 11:04Speaker 4: I've loved you since then. You, Chris Marangiola. I'm a fan.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Oh, thanks.
- 11:08Speaker 4: It's an honor. You have no idea. I'm, like, fangirling inside.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I love it. Well, I just want to catch people up.
- 11:14Speaker 1: A lot of people know who you are because they should,
- 11:19Speaker 1: but you kind of have an interesting trajectory and, like, not...
- 11:24Speaker 1: a little bit like an Andy Cohen in that you
- 11:25Speaker 1: started behind the scenes and, uh, producing housewives Atlanta. And
- 11:31Speaker 1: now you actually are a host of your own talk
- 11:34Speaker 1: show on own in which you have a lot of
- 11:36Speaker 1: shows on own to a lot of new reality shows
- 11:39Speaker 1: that people should check out. Um, and you, you're on,
- 11:43Speaker 1: you're like doing your thing as well as having your
- 11:46Speaker 1: own production company. So you still, you're kind of carrying both.
- 11:49Speaker 1: You're still producing original programming and then also producing Being
- 11:53Speaker 1: a star. Look at you.
- 11:56Speaker 4: Good for you. I like the way you said that.
- 11:58Speaker 4: I'm like, oh, you're so right. No, listen, it's a
- 12:01Speaker 4: great time right now. Yes, I own my own production company.
- 12:04Speaker 4: It's called Kingdom Rain Entertainment. We produce several shows for
- 12:08Speaker 4: the Oprah Winfrey Network, BET, Netflix. We have a couple
- 12:14Speaker 4: of shows that's coming out shortly. And I have a
- 12:17Speaker 4: late night show called The Night Cat with Carlos King,
- 12:19Speaker 4: which is every Saturday at 10 o'clock on OWN. And Heather,
- 12:24Speaker 4: it's a party. It's a 30-minute party. After Party.
- 12:28Speaker 1: And where do you record that?
- 12:29Speaker 4: We record that in Atlanta.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Oh, nice. Okay, great.
- 12:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 12:33Speaker 1: And, okay, so what I kind of love is just
- 12:36Speaker 1: that you've just worked on so many different shows. So
- 12:39Speaker 1: we have a lot of, like, old school questions. And
- 12:42Speaker 1: some of these I know you maybe have answered before, but,
- 12:46Speaker 1: you know, it's different when it's with me.
- 12:48Speaker 4: Absolutely. It's more fun.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Let's just get... Let's just get right into it. Let
- 12:52Speaker 1: me go right to, now, was Atlanta or New Jersey
- 12:56Speaker 1: the first one you worked on?
- 12:57Speaker 4: Atlanta, season one, day one.
- 13:01Speaker 1: And at that point, you were just a hired, like,
- 13:04Speaker 1: producer or how, okay. And had you watched The Housewives
- 13:08Speaker 1: prior to Atlanta? Because I think Atlanta was the third
- 13:10Speaker 1: or the fourth franchise.
- 13:11Speaker 4: It was the third. So I got hired as an
- 13:14Speaker 4: associate producer, season one of The Real Housewives of Atlanta,
- 13:18Speaker 4: and At that time, the only show that aired was
- 13:23Speaker 4: Orange County. Oh, okay. Like, I think like season two
- 13:26Speaker 4: or three. New York was in production.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Okay.
- 13:30Speaker 4: So we knew about New York, but it didn't air yet.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Atlanta was the first entry point into my reality TV
- 13:38Speaker 4: career after being obsessed over Laguna Beach and the hills.
- 13:45Speaker 4: I am where I'm at because I was obsessed with
- 13:47Speaker 4: the hills. And I have all the black people at BET.
- 13:50Speaker 4: I was working there at the time. They're like, what
- 13:53Speaker 4: are you watching? I said, it's called the hills. Heather said,
- 13:57Speaker 4: 99% of the black people at BET was like, this
- 14:02Speaker 4: is the best show we've seen since like days of
- 14:05Speaker 4: our lives.
- 14:06Speaker 1: They loved it too.
- 14:07Speaker 4: They loved it.
- 14:07Speaker 1: Once you turned them on to it.
- 14:08Speaker 4: I turned them on to it. I said, this is Spencer.
- 14:11Speaker 4: That's Heidi. That's LC. And my friend who was working
- 14:16Speaker 4: at BET at the time said, She saw that I
- 14:18Speaker 4: was obsessed with the hills. And she said, I got
- 14:21Speaker 4: this job opportunity to do this reality show in Atlanta.
- 14:25Speaker 4: It's called Ladies of Hotlanta.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Oh, right.
- 14:29Speaker 4: I said, bitch, say less. Heather, I left New York City,
- 14:34Speaker 4: moved to Atlanta.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Where did you grow up?
- 14:38Speaker 4: In Detroit, Michigan.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Okay.
- 14:39Speaker 4: I left Detroit because I said, I need to get
- 14:41Speaker 4: out of here and make something of myself.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:43Speaker 4: So I moved to New York.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Right, and then you go to Atlanta.
- 14:47Speaker 4: Moved to Atlanta. And the first day of filming, I
- 14:50Speaker 4: was introduced to NeNe Leakes. She said, hey, bitch. And
- 14:56Speaker 4: in that moment, I knew we were going to be
- 14:58Speaker 4: friends forever. You know, I.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Noticed that the black women calling each other bitch was
- 15:07Speaker 1: so predominant on the last episode. Marlo is really feeling herself.
- 15:14Speaker 1: And she's really throwing the bitch around and the sex
- 15:17Speaker 1: shaming and the ripping on people's husbands. And since we're
- 15:21Speaker 1: talking about Marlo real quick. Yes. Will we ever see
- 15:25Speaker 1: these old white men that have supplied her with her
- 15:28Speaker 1: lifestyle that all the other women reference? Where is her
- 15:32Speaker 1: big papa?
- 15:33Speaker 4: I know. Listen, and I met big papa, you know,
- 15:36Speaker 4: back in the day. Season two, I met big papa.
- 15:39Speaker 1: You did.
- 15:40Speaker 4: He's not big at all.
- 15:41Speaker 1: He's Persian, right? Yes. Okay.
- 15:44Speaker 4: There's nothing big about him. I've known Marlo since season four. Uh-huh.
- 15:48Speaker 4: And I've been on double dates with Marlo. There's never
- 15:52Speaker 4: been an old white man. Who is it? That's the thing.
- 15:55Speaker 4: It's like this mystery. So look, when Marla first got
- 15:58Speaker 4: on the show, at that time, she was seeing an
- 16:02Speaker 4: older white gentleman. Okay. Who afforded the lifestyle that she
- 16:08Speaker 4: was living at the time.
- 16:10Speaker 1: It wasn't the same guy that Anna Nicole was married
- 16:14Speaker 1: to in the movie. Wouldn't that be amazing?
- 16:23Speaker 4: Oh, honey, I'm going to produce that. Absolutely.
- 16:26Speaker 1: How amazing if like someone was just walking through a
- 16:29Speaker 1: house and they just like see this photo and it's
- 16:31Speaker 1: like him. And she's like standing there.
- 16:36Speaker 4: Okay.
- 16:36Speaker 1: So you did enjoy a dinner.
- 16:38Speaker 4: You know, I've had dinners with Marlo and her partners
- 16:41Speaker 4: at the time. They were never old white men. Okay.
- 16:44Speaker 4: So what's interesting is.
- 16:46Speaker 1: But there was one.
- 16:47Speaker 4: There was one.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Yes.
- 16:48Speaker 4: And she's honest about one. So I don't think you'll
- 16:51Speaker 4: see any currently. She's still single. I talk to her
- 16:55Speaker 4: all the time. We were texting this morning.
- 16:57Speaker 1: I mean, I like her. I'm thrilled that she's a regular.
- 17:01Speaker 4: Yeah, listen. She's there to stir the pot.
- 17:04Speaker 1: You know what's interesting is that some of the Juicy Scoopers,
- 17:07Speaker 1: this one wrote... Watching Atlanta this season, I just realized
- 17:13Speaker 1: Portia's not on it. Ooh. Like, I'm a little, the
- 17:17Speaker 1: person wrote, I'm a little surprised I'm not missing Portia
- 17:20Speaker 1: at all.
- 17:21Speaker 4: Oh, wow. Did you notice her absence?
- 17:23Speaker 1: No, not until she brought it up. I kind of
- 17:26Speaker 1: really didn't. I mean, I felt like Nene was a
- 17:29Speaker 1: big absence, but now that it's been many years since
- 17:31Speaker 1: she's been a regular, I kind of like, it's fine. Yeah.
- 17:36Speaker 1: You know, I think it's fun to have new women come. Like,
- 17:39Speaker 1: you need new stories. But as far as Marlo goes, also, I.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Let's just say I was interested to see why Phaedra
- 17:53Speaker 1: was in Dubai, because I would think Marlo might have
- 17:56Speaker 1: had a history in Dubai. And I think you know
- 17:59Speaker 1: what I'm getting at.
- 18:00Speaker 4: Well, allegedly.
- 18:01Speaker 1: I just found a girl on TikTok.
- 18:04Speaker 4: Oh, I thought you said you found the girl in Dubai.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I found a girl on TikTok that was one of
- 18:09Speaker 1: those Dubai... Debutantes? Girls that would come from Atlanta to
- 18:16Speaker 1: make a hundred grand and then just have their brain
- 18:20Speaker 1: scarred forever. But I was like, hmm, I wonder.
- 18:25Speaker 4: Yeah, no, listen, Dubai has a lot of, allegedly, you know, participants, right?
- 18:32Speaker 4: of people who travel from Atlanta, the Bronx, and other
- 18:36Speaker 4: places to meet their match, whether it's millions or love.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Right, or money, or walking into a room that got
- 18:52Speaker 1: plastic everywhere for a reason. Okay, just let's move on.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:58Speaker 1: So anyway, let's talk about, okay, so let's talk about Atlanta.
- 19:01Speaker 1: So you started Atlanta, you met NeNe. She called you
- 19:04Speaker 1: a bitch. You said, I love you.
- 19:06Speaker 4: I love you.
- 19:06Speaker 1: And then it was Kim, bad wig, big Papa days.
- 19:10Speaker 1: And they were best friends. They were met. And they, they,
- 19:14Speaker 1: and I remember when I interviewed Kim, um, that she said,
- 19:18Speaker 1: you know, like she and Nini were friends. And I
- 19:20Speaker 1: think it was Nini who first brought up this idea. Hey,
- 19:22Speaker 1: I wanted the show because Nini was always pursuing acting.
- 19:25Speaker 1: She was going to LA for pilot season and all
- 19:27Speaker 1: this stuff.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Those thoughts, you.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Know, the ones I mean.
- 19:31Speaker 4: The doesn't matter, it's nothing thoughts that become kind of
- 19:34Speaker 4: something become a bit much. And day by day, the
- 19:37Speaker 4: world feels heavier and you're holding it together just fine.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Until suddenly you're not.
- 19:43Speaker 1: You don't have to navigate it alone.
- 19:46Speaker 4: Learn how to manage everyday pressures and unhelpful thoughts with
- 19:49Speaker 4: six weeks sessions from Aware.

- 19:56Speaker 1: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next.
- 20:01Speaker 3: Each week on the show, I sit down with extraordinary
- 20:04Speaker 3: people who have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have
- 20:09Speaker 3: found a way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 20:15Speaker 4: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 20:17Speaker 4: filed against me. When your free will was about to
- 20:19Speaker 4: be taken from you, what would you do if it
- 20:22Speaker 4: was given back?
- 20:23Speaker 3: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 20:26Speaker 3: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 20:28Speaker 4: He said, I have a work dad. I need a
- 20:30Speaker 4: home dad. What happens next? When I came in, he
- 20:32Speaker 4: started crying.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Everybody in life encounters hardships.
- 20:35Speaker 3: What defines them is not those hard moments that they
- 20:39Speaker 3: go through.
- 20:40Speaker 4: It's about what happens next.
- 20:41Speaker 1: I decided to risk it all. I realized how valuable
- 20:44Speaker 1: every day was.
- 20:44Speaker 4: You're worth the work.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Listen.
- 20:46Speaker 4: Star, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 20:48Speaker 1: You can use your voice even if it shakes.
- 20:50Speaker 3: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 20:53Speaker 3: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 21:04Speaker 1: So you guys put this together, and what were you
- 21:08Speaker 1: thinking right when it started? Did you think it was
- 21:10Speaker 1: going to be a hit? What did you think of it?
- 21:11Speaker 1: I knew instantly.
- 21:12Speaker 4: I knew instantly. So if you go back to season one,
- 21:15Speaker 4: episode one, at the end of that episode was this
- 21:17Speaker 4: epic party that Sharae was throwing. It was her birthday party.
- 21:22Speaker 4: And Nene and Kim were going together. Kim changes at
- 21:28Speaker 4: the Shell gas station parking lot, because that's what girls
- 21:31Speaker 4: do in case their dress doesn't work. Their stylist meets
- 21:33Speaker 4: them at the Shell gas station, right? So I knew then,
- 21:37Speaker 4: I was like, this is something I've never seen before. Sorry,
- 21:41Speaker 4: Bethany and Jill. Sorry, Vicky and Tamara, who I love.
- 21:46Speaker 4: You've never seen this type of shit before. So I knew, like,
- 21:49Speaker 4: you girls are doing something that's unprecedented.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Right.
- 21:52Speaker 4: But Heather, it wasn't until NeNe Leakes, mind you, we're
- 21:56Speaker 4: five days in shooting. NeNe Leakes could not enter Sharae's
- 22:01Speaker 4: house because she wasn't on the guest list. Yes, I
- 22:04Speaker 4: remember that. So mind you, I'm this new producer. I'm
- 22:09Speaker 4: five days in on this new career path of being
- 22:12Speaker 4: a reality producer. Even then, I said to myself, Wait,
- 22:18Speaker 4: if Nene's name's not on the list and she can't
- 22:21Speaker 4: get into the house, but there's cameras following her, I
- 22:26Speaker 4: can get into the house. My name's not on the list.
- 22:29Speaker 4: The camera guy can get in the house. His name
- 22:31Speaker 4: isn't on the list. So I knew that going in.
- 22:34Speaker 4: So when she was saying what you guys didn't see,
- 22:37Speaker 4: she said, I'm a motherfucking housewife, bitch. Let me in.
- 22:40Speaker 4: I'm a housewife. You'll see these fucking cameras following me.
- 22:43Speaker 4: And he goes, I was told under strict instructions, if
- 22:48Speaker 4: your name is not on the list, you can't come in.
- 22:51Speaker 4: I knew that night this show was going to be
- 22:53Speaker 4: a phenomenon because I've never seen anyone get played so deliciously.
- 22:59Speaker 1: And so you give all that credit to Sharae.
- 23:03Speaker 4: Sharae. Sharae is a uncredited producer. And on my podcast,
- 23:13Speaker 4: she admitted that she left his name off the list
- 23:15Speaker 4: on purpose.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Yeah, of course.
- 23:17Speaker 4: Yeah. Great television.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Um, speaking of she by Sheree, um, well, she fell
- 23:26Speaker 1: in love, love after lockup style with a cat named Tyrone.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Even the name is like, are you kidding me on
- 23:35Speaker 1: this name? Like Tyrone, like if, Like, if you were
- 23:38Speaker 1: going to write a scripted show and someone goes, and
- 23:40Speaker 1: then the guy's named Tyrone, you'd be like, can we
- 23:42Speaker 1: just make it Michael? Like, can we not be so... Yeah,
- 23:45Speaker 1: can we not? It's Tyrone. So, and now in that case,
- 23:50Speaker 1: you know, not only does he not show up for
- 23:53Speaker 1: the Philly cute lunch, but he doesn't text and say, hey,
- 23:58Speaker 1: guess what? I can't come now because, you know... Technically,
- 24:02Speaker 1: I really shouldn't be on camera or my lawyer says
- 24:04Speaker 1: it's going to look bad for probation or whatever. So,
- 24:07Speaker 1: I mean, what is your understanding of that situation? Because
- 24:10Speaker 1: I really, I mean, I did feel bad for her.
- 24:12Speaker 1: I thought it was nice that Kenya was a friend
- 24:14Speaker 1: to her at that moment. But I did. And then
- 24:17Speaker 1: I also thought it was great when Marlo said, now,
- 24:21Speaker 1: what if your daughter was dating a convict? who then,
- 24:26Speaker 1: you know, she spent all these years and she gave
- 24:28Speaker 1: him the second chance, but she wanted to give these
- 24:30Speaker 1: guys and these women a second chance. And some really
- 24:33Speaker 1: do show their way. And then he blew off your
- 24:38Speaker 1: daughter after she drove three hours when she conveniently flew home.
- 24:44Speaker 1: And it was kind of like, that was pretty good.
- 24:47Speaker 4: That was good.
- 24:47Speaker 1: So what are your thoughts on that whole thing?
- 24:49Speaker 4: So look, I think Sharae is gorgeous.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Yes.
- 24:54Speaker 4: And she can literally get any man she wants. I
- 24:56Speaker 4: felt so sad to see her get played by this
- 25:00Speaker 4: guy who should be thanking his lucky stars that he
- 25:04Speaker 4: has a charade in his life. So the fact that
- 25:07Speaker 4: he decided to blow her off and not even text
- 25:10Speaker 4: or call her back... Listen, as a producer, I look
- 25:14Speaker 4: at things through a different lens, like I'm sure you
- 25:15Speaker 4: do sometimes. Look, I think he was afraid of showing
- 25:19Speaker 4: his face on camera. Yeah. I think... Listen, what we
- 25:22Speaker 4: have learned with Erica and Tom Girardi is the moment
- 25:27Speaker 4: your face is out there.
- 25:28Speaker 1: You're a target.
- 25:29Speaker 4: Oh, honey. Google search. They go through your tax information.
- 25:34Speaker 4: They will find anything about you.
- 25:36Speaker 1: And we're just talking about Juicy Scoopers.
- 25:38Speaker 4: Yeah. Who all work for Uncle Sam. They will find
- 25:42Speaker 4: so many details for you. I think, listen, I think
- 25:46Speaker 4: he had cold feet and he knew the moment I
- 25:50Speaker 4: show my face. I will never be able to live
- 25:53Speaker 4: this down.
- 25:54Speaker 1: But I'm just saying, like, how could you not have
- 25:56Speaker 1: thought about this before? You've been dating her for four years.
- 25:59Speaker 1: You know she's on a TV show. How has that
- 26:02Speaker 1: not gone through? But maybe, really, he didn't really think
- 26:05Speaker 1: it through. Maybe it took, like, a friend, like a sister.
- 26:07Speaker 1: I think it took his lawyer to say, okay, yeah,
- 26:10Speaker 1: not a good idea.
- 26:11Speaker 4: I think our juicy scoopers know this. You have to
- 26:14Speaker 4: sign a release in order to appear on camera, right? Hi,
- 26:18Speaker 4: Juicy Scoopers. So, in order for you to appear on camera,
- 26:22Speaker 4: you have to sign this piece of document.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Right.
- 26:24Speaker 4: That nine times out of ten, a lawyer will look at.
- 26:27Speaker 4: I think he sent the appearance release to his attorney,
- 26:31Speaker 4: and his attorney said, are you fucking kidding me?
- 26:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:33Speaker 4: And I think he could not break it down to Sharae,
- 26:36Speaker 4: because he knew that.
- 26:38Speaker 1: That she'd be reading the text, and all that kind
- 26:41Speaker 1: of stuff. So, do you have any inside scoop? Are
- 26:44Speaker 1: they still talking and seeing each other?
- 26:48Speaker 4: I believe that Sheree now knows her worth.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Oh.
- 26:53Speaker 4: All right.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Now, this is a very difficult question for anybody that's
- 26:59Speaker 1: a fan of Sheree. Sheree? Sheree.
- 27:03Speaker 4: Sheree.
- 27:05Speaker 1: She is so beautiful.
- 27:06Speaker 4: She is.
- 27:07Speaker 1: And she really has beautiful... Nice brown, long, natural hair. Why?
- 27:14Speaker 1: Who is in charge of the Elvira confessional look? I
- 27:20Speaker 1: need to know who that person is. And I think
- 27:23Speaker 1: that person needs to be outed way worse than Tyrone.
- 27:26Speaker 4: I think that person needs to be under the jail.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:29Speaker 4: Okay.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Why?
- 27:32Speaker 4: Listen.
- 27:32Speaker 1: Why black hair doesn't look as good?
- 27:34Speaker 4: No.
- 27:35Speaker 1: Why an awful wig when you have really nice hair?
- 27:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 27:38Speaker 1: I understand women today, especially black women, they like to
- 27:41Speaker 1: do different wigs.
- 27:41Speaker 4: They like to switch it up.
- 27:42Speaker 1: They like to switch it up. That's not the switch, though.
- 27:44Speaker 4: No. So you know how we all have a mood board.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Yes.
- 27:47Speaker 4: Mine is Chris Evans. It's just Elba, right? That's my
- 27:53Speaker 4: mood board.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Okay.
- 27:53Speaker 4: So every once in a while, I'll go to my
- 27:55Speaker 4: barber and say one or the other, and he's like, no, bitch,
- 27:59Speaker 4: you're going to look like you. So Sheree clearly had
- 28:01Speaker 4: a mood board.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Of Elvira.
- 28:05Speaker 4: That or of other people.
- 28:07Speaker 1: And it just turned out like Elvira.
- 28:08Speaker 4: Yeah, it's sort of like what I wanted versus what
- 28:12Speaker 4: I got.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Okay, well, it was just awful.
- 28:15Speaker 4: It was bad.
- 28:17Speaker 1: It was honestly maybe one of the worst.
- 28:20Speaker 4: I think between that and the NeNe blonde bob. Do
- 28:22Speaker 4: you remember that one?
- 28:24Speaker 1: Still chills.
- 28:25Speaker 4: Yeah. Yes. Which one's worse to you?
- 28:27Speaker 1: Elvira. Because I think NeNe honestly looks kind of good blonde.
- 28:34Speaker 1: I just don't think Sheree looks good with black hair.
- 28:38Speaker 4: I like her with lighter tresses, for sure. Yeah, yeah.
- 28:42Speaker 1: So, speaking of which, were you around or what was
- 28:45Speaker 1: your thought about the white fridge? When Nene said, ooh, child,
- 28:50Speaker 1: she has a white fridge. That really struck a chord
- 28:54Speaker 1: with so many people that own white fridges that were
- 28:57Speaker 1: currently shopping for a fridge. And let me just tell you,
- 29:00Speaker 1: I just was looking for fridges, okay? Because I'm building
- 29:05Speaker 1: a new kitchen. And the white fridge is coming back.
- 29:10Speaker 1: There's a really expensive fridge called True or something. And
- 29:13Speaker 1: there's another one called Viking. People know. I just saw
- 29:17Speaker 1: a really cute retro-looking white Viking fridge in like a
- 29:22Speaker 1: retro Palm Springs kind of a kitchen. And Nene's going
- 29:26Speaker 1: to eat her words.
- 29:27Speaker 4: Well, look, I think... Listen, I think there's a difference
- 29:31Speaker 4: between the white fridge.
- 29:32Speaker 1: That's Viking. That's like 13,000.
- 29:34Speaker 4: That you see at the Super 8 motels. Yeah. Right?
- 29:38Speaker 4: You talk about the plastic sheets. Let's talk about that
- 29:40Speaker 4: white fridge. Up until that point, I had no idea.
- 29:44Speaker 4: That the socioeconomic status of people is determined by the
- 29:49Speaker 4: color of your refrigerator.
- 29:50Speaker 1: Yes.
- 29:51Speaker 4: Until Nene said that. Nene has put white refrigerators out
- 29:54Speaker 4: of business. Really? Oh, 100%. But let's talk to Josh
- 29:59Speaker 4: Black because I think white refrigerators... They're making a comeback
- 30:03Speaker 4: on certain homes. I have one in my home.
- 30:05Speaker 1: Okay.
- 30:06Speaker 4: But it's built into the cabinet, right?
- 30:09Speaker 1: Well, okay.
- 30:09Speaker 4: There you go. I have that.
- 30:12Speaker 1: You mean they put the cabinet covers on the fridge too?
- 30:15Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 30:16Speaker 1: That's what everyone's doing. And so I will have white cabinets.
- 30:19Speaker 1: So I'll have a white fridge too. I didn't even
- 30:23Speaker 1: think about that. I know. I know.
- 30:25Speaker 4: As long as you don't have the one that's like,
- 30:27Speaker 4: you get to, like, those two handles.
- 30:30Speaker 1: And you know what? Even if you do, shut the
- 30:32Speaker 1: fuck up. Like, everybody's fine. Like, that's a thing. Like, people, like, okay,
- 30:37Speaker 1: here's the other thing. In general, women. Okay, listen. I
- 30:42Speaker 1: love Housewives. I've been watching it since day one. It's
- 30:45Speaker 1: part of my career. It's part of my business. I
- 30:48Speaker 1: like the women. I enjoy it. It truly is sports
- 30:52Speaker 1: for me. And when people criticize saying, like, why are we,
- 30:57Speaker 1: cause I was thinking about it and I'm like, God,
- 30:59Speaker 1: you know, like I want to be a feminist and
- 31:00Speaker 1: like these women tear each other's homes down and, and
- 31:03Speaker 1: their relationships and they're so nasty. And they talk about
- 31:06Speaker 1: your edges are showing or your hair looks like shit
- 31:09Speaker 1: or your outfit is crap. And I'm like, is that
- 31:11Speaker 1: really what 50 year old women should be saying to
- 31:13Speaker 1: each other? But then I said, wait a minute for
- 31:17Speaker 1: years and years and years, people were like, It's so
- 31:20Speaker 1: gross that men like to watch these men tackle each
- 31:22Speaker 1: other and hurt each other and punch each other in
- 31:25Speaker 1: sporting events. This is just our sporting event.
- 31:29Speaker 4: That's it.
- 31:29Speaker 1: But instead of actually hitting each other, though sometimes that happens,
- 31:33Speaker 1: it's really words. And I think once you sit back
- 31:39Speaker 1: and if the women can kind of compartmentalize it and
- 31:43Speaker 1: be like, This is a sport. This is a job. Oh, yeah.
- 31:47Speaker 1: This is fun. Then it's like, I think that's the
- 31:50Speaker 1: way that we can continue. Because if you really pick
- 31:52Speaker 1: it apart in light of 2020 and people being like
- 31:56Speaker 1: nicer souls to each other and everything, it does seem
- 31:59Speaker 1: a little contradictory to where the world is going. I mean,
- 32:02Speaker 1: it is bullying. It is bullying.
- 32:03Speaker 4: But no, they're opera blood.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:05Speaker 4: Listen, Housewives, because I produced so many seasons of it,
- 32:09Speaker 4: I can tell you they treat it as a sport. Yes.
- 32:12Speaker 4: It's a game of Survivor.
- 32:14Speaker 1: Yes.
- 32:14Speaker 4: It's all about the alliance. It's all about who can
- 32:17Speaker 4: read a bitch. It's all about how can I top you. Yeah.
- 32:20Speaker 4: It's a game. Yeah. It's Squid Games. Housewives is Squid
- 32:24Speaker 4: Games except no one has a DOA. Right. Do you
- 32:27Speaker 4: know what I mean? But the intensity of trying to,
- 32:32Speaker 4: you know, one-up each other is severe. And Marlo is
- 32:36Speaker 4: an example of somebody who... who is utilizing her peach
- 32:41Speaker 4: as a way of saying, no one is safe. And
- 32:45Speaker 4: she is coming for everybody.
- 32:47Speaker 1: I mean, when she was like, when she took Sheree
- 32:52Speaker 1: over during the Jamaican jerk chicken party, when she took
- 32:56Speaker 1: her aside and just basically ripped on every single person.
- 33:01Speaker 1: And what did she say? It's like, candy can't get,
- 33:05Speaker 1: What did she say? She was like, Kanye can't get
- 33:07Speaker 1: a rich guy.
- 33:08Speaker 4: Yeah, something she's dating underneath her tax bracket.
- 33:11Speaker 1: Right. Or she boned every rapper. There's no one left.
- 33:15Speaker 1: And then, oh my God, what else did she say?
- 33:18Speaker 4: Kenya's a video hoe. Right.
- 33:20Speaker 1: Miss America, you know, F that or Miss USA or
- 33:23Speaker 1: whatever she was. And, yeah, she's, you know.
- 33:28Speaker 4: No, she's an iconic ex-con.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Right. And she's like, yeah, why was she arrested like
- 33:34Speaker 1: nine times? I saw all those.
- 33:36Speaker 4: So she has, I believe, seven mugshots.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Okay.
- 33:41Speaker 4: And she said more than half of those was because
- 33:44Speaker 4: she violated her probation. So it wasn't seven crimes. It was,
- 33:51Speaker 4: you know, seven violations.
- 33:53Speaker 1: Right. She went too far away for a date, probably.
- 33:59Speaker 4: Right?
- 33:59Speaker 1: Something like that.
- 34:01Speaker 4: Yeah, maybe the Spirit Airlines trip to Dubai just wasn't,
- 34:04Speaker 4: you know, what she wanted. She wanted a private jet,
- 34:07Speaker 4: but you know.
- 34:08Speaker 1: So, okay, let's go over to, let me see. Hold
- 34:13Speaker 1: on one second. Let me go over to New Jersey. Now,
- 34:19Speaker 1: what years did you work New Jersey?
- 34:21Speaker 4: The best ones, seasons one and two.
- 34:23Speaker 1: Okay, so was season one was the flip, right?
- 34:29Speaker 4: Oh, yes.
- 34:29Speaker 3: Yes.
- 34:30Speaker 1: And the story, now, people that have studied you were
- 34:35Speaker 1: letting me know that it was you that handed the book,
- 34:42Speaker 1: Cop Without a Badge.
- 34:43Speaker 4: New York Times bestseller.
- 34:45Speaker 1: In which Danielle... but her name at the time was Beverly,
- 34:51Speaker 1: was in the book. Now, just give me that story
- 34:54Speaker 1: for the people that don't know how that whole thing
- 34:57Speaker 1: went down.
- 34:58Speaker 4: Yeah, so I wrapped Atlanta Housewives, like, I don't know,
- 35:04Speaker 4: maybe like July of 2008. I got a phone call
- 35:09Speaker 4: two weeks later and said, we have this other show.
- 35:12Speaker 4: It may be a Housewives. It's in New Jersey. You
- 35:14Speaker 4: live in New York. Can you do it? I'm like,
- 35:16Speaker 4: sign me up, whatever. So I do the show. Dina, Caroline, Jacqueline, Teresa, Danielle.
- 35:26Speaker 4: I was Danielle's producer, right? I was Nene's producer on Atlanta.
- 35:31Speaker 4: I'm Danielle's producer on Jersey. So Danielle was this divorcee
- 35:37Speaker 4: who was very different than the other women. Right. I
- 35:41Speaker 4: will go on record by saying this. If it wasn't
- 35:44Speaker 4: for Danielle, I believe season one would not have been renewed.
- 35:49Speaker 1: Danielle believes that too.
- 35:52Speaker 4: Because you needed somebody that ruffled the feathers. So we
- 35:57Speaker 4: all knew that the other women besides Jacqueline had this
- 36:02Speaker 4: hot and cold relationship with Danielle. So long story short,
- 36:07Speaker 4: we're maybe, I don't know, five weeks into filming and
- 36:12Speaker 4: we're hearing murmurs about this book. So mind you, within
- 36:16Speaker 4: the five weeks, Look, nothing was happening, right? It was
- 36:19Speaker 4: kind of like, eh, eh.
- 36:22Speaker 1: And I just came from Atlanta. Teresa was flat. She
- 36:25Speaker 1: was going to get a boob job.
- 36:26Speaker 4: She got her boob, her bubbies.
- 36:28Speaker 1: And then the brownstone.
- 36:29Speaker 4: You know, like, it was okay. It was okay, right?
- 36:33Speaker 4: Because you can't go against the family. So we knew that.
- 36:36Speaker 1: The manzo, yeah.
- 36:37Speaker 4: Like, they weren't going to come for each other.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Right.
- 36:40Speaker 4: So we heard murmurs of this book. And they came
- 36:45Speaker 4: to the producers and said, Did you guys know this
- 36:49Speaker 4: is the woman you hired to be.
- 36:51Speaker 1: On the show? Caroline and.
- 36:53Speaker 4: All of them.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Okay.
- 36:54Speaker 4: Okay? So, of course, as producers, we're like, we have
- 36:59Speaker 4: to follow the reality, right?
- 37:00Speaker 1: And when you get handed a jab like that as
- 37:03Speaker 1: a producer, is it like you guys all go with
- 37:05Speaker 1: straight faces and you're like, well, thank you for letting
- 37:08Speaker 1: us know. And then you shut the door and like
- 37:10Speaker 1: do a fucking dance.
- 37:12Speaker 4: Did you have hidden cameras in our production office? Because
- 37:18Speaker 4: of course we're like, oh, okay.
- 37:22Speaker 1: Wow, that's concerning.
- 37:23Speaker 4: We're going to dig into this, right? And did we?
- 37:27Speaker 4: So we knew to have them talk about it because
- 37:31Speaker 4: They were talking about it behind the scenes. Danielle found
- 37:35Speaker 4: out because of Jacqueline, as we all know now.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Right.
- 37:38Speaker 4: So, the day of the finale, at that time, it
- 37:41Speaker 4: was the standard that the finale dinners involved the husbands
- 37:46Speaker 4: and the children, whether you're two years old or 18.
- 37:52Speaker 4: You had to sit at the adjacent table. So, you
- 37:57Speaker 4: had Melania, who was maybe two, Sitting at the same
- 38:01Speaker 4: table as Lauren Manzo, who is 17. It's so ridiculous.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:06Speaker 4: So, Danielle said, I know they're talking about the book.
- 38:13Speaker 4: I want to bring the book to the finale dinner. Yes,
- 38:17Speaker 4: you will.
- 38:17Speaker 5: Okay.
- 38:18Speaker 4: She wore LBD. And I said, when you can't walk
- 38:22Speaker 4: into the party... Showing the book, it has to be
- 38:26Speaker 4: a surprise. You're wearing a little black dress.
- 38:28Speaker 1: You have no big purse to put it in.
- 38:29Speaker 4: Like, come on. So I said, when you arrive, hand
- 38:34Speaker 4: me the book. Okay. And I'm going to kill you
- 38:37Speaker 4: when to talk about it. So she hands me the book.
- 38:41Speaker 4: We're taping for maybe two hours. It's awkward because they
- 38:44Speaker 4: can't stand Danielle. She's not saying anything. We're like, it's
- 38:48Speaker 4: time for this book to come out.
- 38:49Speaker 1: And why, this is what I don't understand.
- 38:51Speaker 4: What?
- 38:51Speaker 1: Why did they suddenly not be able to stand her?
- 38:53Speaker 1: Because she boned the 27-year-old at the shore house? Like,
- 38:58Speaker 1: kind of, what was it?
- 38:59Speaker 4: I didn't really get it.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Like, she came off really kind of nice to all
- 39:02Speaker 1: of them. She didn't do anything shady to them. So
- 39:06Speaker 1: it was kind of like out of nowhere.
- 39:08Speaker 4: You know, look, I think at that time it was
- 39:10Speaker 4: sort of like, does she represent what we want this
- 39:13Speaker 4: show to be?
- 39:13Speaker 1: Oh, got it.
- 39:14Speaker 4: Do you know what I mean?
- 39:15Speaker 1: So she wasn't classy because she's boning it. I saw
- 39:18Speaker 1: the sex tape, by the way.
- 39:19Speaker 4: You did?
- 39:19Speaker 1: Yes.
- 39:20Speaker 4: Was it good? No. On a scale from Pamela Anderson
- 39:24Speaker 4: Lee to Kim Kardashian.
- 39:26Speaker 1: You know what's crazy is that I am not somebody
- 39:28Speaker 1: that's watched a lot of porn. Very, very little in
- 39:31Speaker 1: my life. And I do believe porn can like scar,
- 39:34Speaker 1: like keep a memory in your head because I did
- 39:37Speaker 1: see the Tommy Lee one with, and I remember the
- 39:39Speaker 1: dick driving the boat. That's like, I saw it like
- 39:42Speaker 1: after doing standup at the improv at like some guy's house,
- 39:45Speaker 1: like back in the day. And then I never watched
- 39:49Speaker 1: the Kim one because I, it's too close to home.
- 39:52Speaker 1: First of all, it never fell in my lap. Like
- 39:53Speaker 1: I would have to order it like in a hotel room.
- 39:55Speaker 1: And yes, it fell too close to home and I,
- 39:57Speaker 1: I just don't want to see it. And then the
- 39:59Speaker 1: other one, whether we just talked about, someone sent to
- 40:03Speaker 1: me and I remember like exactly where I was in
- 40:05Speaker 1: my bedroom and I'm watching it. And it's just, that
- 40:09Speaker 1: guy was so ugly. He was 27 and he looked
- 40:11Speaker 1: like he was 48 and he was like strawberry blonde
- 40:14Speaker 1: with like the New Jersey accent. And then she was
- 40:17Speaker 1: like on top of them and you could see it.
- 40:20Speaker 1: And then she was just like, Oh, you know, Hey,
- 40:23Speaker 1: and I, so I could see if that had come out.
- 40:28Speaker 1: That's why they wouldn't want to be around her. But
- 40:30Speaker 1: that came out after this. Well, no.
- 40:32Speaker 4: So, is this a Juicy Scoop exclusive? They knew about
- 40:37Speaker 4: it then, too.
- 40:38Speaker 1: Oh, so that had already been filmed with the 27-year-old guy? Yeah.
- 40:43Speaker 4: We've seen it during production.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Okay, well then that.
- 40:46Speaker 4: So that was the thing.
- 40:47Speaker 1: It was.
- 40:48Speaker 4: No!
- 40:48Speaker 1: The mystery is solved.
- 40:49Speaker 4: There you go. An exclusive. So, no. A lot of....
- 40:55Speaker 1: Because if I, listen, if I was Deena Manzo and
- 40:58Speaker 1: someone said that to me, I would be like, Carlos,
- 41:01Speaker 1: do you know who you hired? Like, I would be like,
- 41:05Speaker 1: oh my God, I don't want to be part of
- 41:06Speaker 1: this grossness either.
- 41:07Speaker 4: It was a pile up of like things. Yes. But listen,
- 41:11Speaker 4: the beauty of producing that season. is we all knew
- 41:16Speaker 4: if this is your truth, then talk about it.
- 41:19Speaker 1: Right.
- 41:19Speaker 4: Like, we can't alter the reality. We're not gonna say, oh, well, bye. Like, no,
- 41:23Speaker 4: talk about it. So when Danielle came to the finale dinner,
- 41:27Speaker 4: she wanted to talk about it. So we were shooting
- 41:30Speaker 4: for an hour and a half. We're like, it's time
- 41:33Speaker 4: for the book. So I crawled on my knees underneath
- 41:37Speaker 4: the table holding this hard copy, not paperback. So it
- 41:42Speaker 4: was a little heavy. And.
- 41:44Speaker 4: I place the book next to Danielle's ankle. I tap
- 41:50Speaker 4: her on the ankle.
- 41:50Speaker 1: You know I was a leg bottle.
- 41:52Speaker 4: Oh, yes! Yes, I'm a girl. I love you. Yes,
- 42:00Speaker 4: so I tap her on the ankle.
- 42:02Speaker 1: The famous legs.
- 42:03Speaker 4: That I'm sure is insured.
- 42:04Speaker 1: It's sure is a top bottle.
- 42:05Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah. The insured legs for a million dollars.
- 42:09Speaker 1: Yes.
- 42:09Speaker 4: And I'm like, this is your cue. And she reaches
- 42:13Speaker 4: underneath the table because I'm like, boop, boop. And we
- 42:15Speaker 4: sort of like meet, you know, two ships passing in
- 42:18Speaker 4: the night. And she brings the book and the table.
- 42:21Speaker 4: And the rest is history. So, look, I love Teresa.
- 42:25Speaker 4: Teresa and I are great friends today.
- 42:26Speaker 1: Are you going to the wedding?
- 42:28Speaker 4: You know what? I haven't received my Melon invitation that
- 42:31Speaker 4: Ramona received, who you've known for five months.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Okay, you know what? I really think it's actually pretty
- 42:36Speaker 1: upsetting that you weren't invited, being that you speak so
- 42:38Speaker 1: highly of Teresa. But I know that the guest list
- 42:41Speaker 1: is very limited. There's a lot of family. There's a
- 42:44Speaker 1: lot of, well, maybe I'll get you an invite.
- 42:47Speaker 4: Well, are you going?
- 42:48Speaker 1: No, I've actually never met Teresa.
- 42:50Speaker 4: Oh, you would love her. She's a doll.
- 42:51Speaker 1: But I have, I mean, no, I met her once
- 42:54Speaker 1: backstage at BravoCon. But I did really like Melissa and Joe.
- 43:00Speaker 1: They did a show of mine, a live show. I
- 43:03Speaker 1: know Margaret. I've interviewed Jackie. Dolores I've yet to interview,
- 43:09Speaker 1: but I'm trying to. And I interviewed Jennifer.
- 43:13Speaker 4: Okay, so yeah, you're in.
- 43:14Speaker 1: And Dina.
- 43:15Speaker 4: I love Dina.
- 43:16Speaker 1: And I got the full scoop from Dina years ago
- 43:19Speaker 1: of really why... she and Caroline, I don't know if
- 43:24Speaker 1: that'll ever be repaired. And then, of course, with the
- 43:26Speaker 1: horrible situation with the brother-in-laws and the ex-husbands and all
- 43:31Speaker 1: that stuff.
- 43:32Speaker 4: No, it's horrible. I love Dina.
- 43:34Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:35Speaker 4: She's a sweetie.
- 43:36Speaker 1: So, okay, so you love Teresa, but... But listen, I.
- 43:41Speaker 4: Think we can all say that Danielle, you know, is
- 43:46Speaker 4: responsible for the table flip. So Teresa's iconic moment it's
- 43:50Speaker 4: a little like Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan, right? Like,
- 43:55Speaker 4: you know, that was the layup that Teresa needed to
- 43:58Speaker 4: be the superstar she is today.
- 44:01Speaker 1: I mean, she owes everything to Danielle.
- 44:05Speaker 4: And she did not flip that. And I think she
- 44:06Speaker 4: knows that, which is why she brought her back a
- 44:09Speaker 4: couple of seasons ago. Yes.
- 44:14Speaker 1: And I also, I remember when Jill Zarin introduced Because
- 44:18Speaker 1: we've been friend-linked for a really long time. And I go,
- 44:20Speaker 1: have you heard anything about this New Jersey show? She goes, oh,
- 44:23Speaker 1: it's crazy, like flipping tables and stuff. I go, flipping tables?
- 44:26Speaker 1: Never even heard that. And I'm like, oh, no. Like,
- 44:28Speaker 1: it really got to, like. So, but, I mean, I
- 44:33Speaker 1: interviewed Danielle, too. But then she wanted to cut everything
- 44:36Speaker 1: out of it. So I just was like.
- 44:38Speaker 4: Oh, really? Yeah.
- 44:39Speaker 1: But she did tell me that, like, I really did
- 44:43Speaker 1: go through the 19 engagements. Like, did you keep all
- 44:47Speaker 1: the rings? What about this? And I kind of, like,
- 44:48Speaker 1: held her accountable. And it was juicy. There was good
- 44:51Speaker 1: info in there. And then she, like, came back and
- 44:54Speaker 1: was like. I think she realized she was going to
- 44:56Speaker 1: start a podcast. I don't know if she's still doing it.
- 44:58Speaker 1: And she was kind of like, wait, why did I
- 45:00Speaker 1: give Heather all this like unknown juice? And then she
- 45:02Speaker 1: was like, cut this, this, this, and this. And then
- 45:04Speaker 1: I was just like, it's fine. But like, I just
- 45:06Speaker 1: don't have time to do that kind of editing. Yeah.
- 45:08Speaker 1: And like, I wish you well. And like, I did
- 45:11Speaker 1: enjoy talking to you, but I'm not going to, you know,
- 45:14Speaker 1: spend 20 hours editing a podcast.
- 45:15Speaker 4: Like, but yeah.
- 45:20Speaker 1: So, okay. So all good. Now where, now what is
- 45:23Speaker 1: your understanding of, of was it the chicken or the
- 45:28Speaker 1: egg when it comes to Melissa and Teresa? Was Teresa
- 45:35Speaker 1: knowing that if you guys found Melissa and Joe, you
- 45:40Speaker 1: would want them on the show so that she purposely
- 45:43Speaker 1: never invited them to anything where you might meet them.
- 45:47Speaker 1: And then somehow you guys found her on your own
- 45:50Speaker 1: and found pursued her and then told her, don't let
- 45:55Speaker 1: Teresa know that you're going to hire her. And then
- 45:58Speaker 1: Teresa felt like she was blindsided. But in the end,
- 46:02Speaker 1: she wasn't being a cool sister-in-law. She was deliberately trying
- 46:05Speaker 1: to keep Melissa and Joe from ever meeting you guys
- 46:09Speaker 1: and having the opportunity to have the stardom that she
- 46:12Speaker 1: and now they both share.
- 46:14Speaker 4: That's not true.
- 46:17Speaker 3: It isn't.
- 46:19Speaker 4: What?
- 46:19Speaker 1: I have been thinking the wrong thing this whole time.
- 46:22Speaker 4: That's not true.
- 46:23Speaker 1: Well, what is true?
- 46:24Speaker 4: So let me tell you. You're my girl. Spill it.
- 46:27Speaker 4: So look, I produced seasons one and two.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Yes.
- 46:30Speaker 4: Melissa and Joe came on season three.
- 46:32Speaker 3: Right.
- 46:32Speaker 4: So I'm going to give you the juicy scoop of
- 46:34Speaker 4: the scoop.
- 46:34Speaker 1: Okay.
- 46:35Speaker 4: So listen up, scoopers. I met Melissa season two. Where? Where?
- 46:43Speaker 4: At the Posh Fashion Show. No.
- 46:47Speaker 1: No.
- 46:48Speaker 4: At Adriana's christening. She was there.
- 46:52Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 46:53Speaker 4: So this rumor.
- 46:55Speaker 1: But that christening wasn't filmed?
- 46:57Speaker 4: It was filmed.
- 46:59Speaker 5: Oh.
- 46:59Speaker 4: That's how I met her. Oh, okay. Yeah. She was so.
- 47:03Speaker 1: But she was not featured in any way. Well, look...
- 47:05Speaker 1: Not mic'd in any way.
- 47:06Speaker 4: Well, no, because the thing is this. She wasn't the focus. Right. So,
- 47:10Speaker 4: as you know.
- 47:11Speaker 1: When I go to these parties... Yeah. People have been like, Heather,
- 47:14Speaker 1: it's like, where's Waldo? Yeah. I went to a lot
- 47:17Speaker 1: of them in the beginning, and then I started turning
- 47:19Speaker 1: them down.
- 47:19Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 47:19Speaker 1: Because it was almost a little embarrassing.
- 47:21Speaker 4: Because you just don't know if you're going to make
- 47:22Speaker 4: the cut or not.
- 47:23Speaker 1: Right? And also, you feel like, here's your person who's
- 47:26Speaker 1: your real friend, but they... You want to talk to
- 47:29Speaker 1: them or you want to talk to all of them,
- 47:30Speaker 1: but then you see that they're obviously talking about a
- 47:32Speaker 1: storyline and you're like, I don't want to waste anyone's time.
- 47:35Speaker 1: I don't want the producer to get mad at me.
- 47:36Speaker 1: I don't want them to shoo me away.
- 47:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 47:38Speaker 1: Like, it's just embarrassing. And that's why there's eight people
- 47:41Speaker 1: at these parties.
- 47:42Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 47:42Speaker 1: Because anybody that's gone a few times is like, stop
- 47:45Speaker 1: inviting me, Heather Dubrow. I don't want to go. You know?
- 47:49Speaker 1: It's like not as fun as people think. It's not.
- 47:52Speaker 4: It's not. So this rumor that They weren't invited to things.
- 47:56Speaker 4: I can say to you face-to-face, I met Melissa.
- 48:00Speaker 1: Wow.
- 48:01Speaker 4: Face-to-face.
- 48:02Speaker 1: And when you met her face-to-face, was she at all
- 48:07Speaker 1: pitching herself?
- 48:08Speaker 4: Not to me. She was friendly to me. Okay. So
- 48:11Speaker 4: she was there. They weren't invited. When you're shooting a
- 48:14Speaker 4: show like that, our focus is on the people who
- 48:17Speaker 4: are getting paid.
- 48:18Speaker 3: Right.
- 48:19Speaker 4: Not the ancillary characters. No disrespect to them. Yes. Yes.
- 48:22Speaker 4: So that's not true. Now, I left after season two,
- 48:26Speaker 4: that whole like posh fashion show, chase down the country club,
- 48:29Speaker 4: all those things, right? So I left after season two.
- 48:32Speaker 4: I get a phone call a week before season three
- 48:36Speaker 4: was filming.
- 48:37Speaker 1: Okay.
- 48:38Speaker 4: Okay. Teresa calls me because I was her producer season two. Okay.
- 48:45Speaker 4: She said, oh my gosh, I just learned that that
- 48:51Speaker 4: my sister-in-law and my brother are cast members on this show.
- 48:56Speaker 4: I did not know that until now. She had no idea.
- 49:00Speaker 1: And this is before the.
- 49:01Speaker 4: This is a week before filming was supposed to commence.
- 49:04Speaker 1: This is before the famous other baptism. Yes. Which was
- 49:07Speaker 1: Joe and Melissa's son's baptism.
- 49:09Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 49:10Speaker 1: Okay.
- 49:11Speaker 4: So, she had no idea. She called me, freaking out.
- 49:15Speaker 4: What should I do? I don't know, Carla. This is crazy.
- 49:18Speaker 4: That's my family. I don't want to fight with my family.
- 49:22Speaker 4: She was freaking out.
- 49:24Speaker 1: Because she knew that the show required fighting at this point?
- 49:27Speaker 4: Well, I think she knew that at that time they
- 49:29Speaker 4: probably weren't at the best place.
- 49:32Speaker 1: Oh.
- 49:32Speaker 4: But she, so when she said she was blindsided, I can,
- 49:35Speaker 4: what I can say to you is the truth that
- 49:38Speaker 4: I know.
- 49:38Speaker 1: I do believe she was blindsided.
- 49:39Speaker 4: She had no idea.
- 49:40Speaker 1: That part I do believe she was blindsided.
- 49:42Speaker 4: She had no idea. She found out because they finally
- 49:44Speaker 4: revealed to her, not data producers, that your sister-in-law and
- 49:49Speaker 4: your brother are on the show. You have to go
- 49:51Speaker 4: to this.
- 49:52Speaker 1: Christening.
- 49:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 49:53Speaker 1: And we're going to be there.
- 49:54Speaker 4: Which is the first day of filming. That's how she
- 49:58Speaker 4: found out.
- 49:59Speaker 1: And why was Joe Gorga so jealous or angry about
- 50:05Speaker 1: his dad being close to Teresa's husband, Joe? Like that
- 50:11Speaker 1: I thought was so, remember he like, he was like, yeah.
- 50:15Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah. So listen, I didn't produce season three. So
- 50:18Speaker 4: I can tell you what I've known being Teresa's producer
- 50:21Speaker 4: for the first two seasons. Teresa 100% took care of
- 50:26Speaker 4: her parents. She was there 24-7. She dropped everything for
- 50:32Speaker 4: her mom and dad. She literally did everything for them.
- 50:35Speaker 1: It seemed like that in the show.
- 50:36Speaker 4: And I think the jealousy may have come from the
- 50:38Speaker 4: fact that at the end of the day, when you
- 50:41Speaker 4: have one other sibling... And the other sibling may not
- 50:46Speaker 4: do as much for the family.
- 50:48Speaker 1: For the elderly parents.
- 50:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:49Speaker 1: Which is very true.
- 50:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:51Speaker 1: That's a lot.
- 50:51Speaker 4: There you go. So I think it could be seen that,
- 50:54Speaker 4: is she your favorite? Teresa did everything for them. And
- 50:57Speaker 4: we saw that. She had her father move in with her.
- 51:02Speaker 4: She did everything for them. And I think a lot
- 51:04Speaker 4: of it had to do with the fact that, you know,
- 51:08Speaker 4: there were some jealousy, in my opinion, based on my
- 51:11Speaker 4: conversations with Teresa. Yeah.
- 51:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 51:14Speaker 1: I think it's that and then I think it's also
- 51:16Speaker 1: like with anything, even if it's like a best friend
- 51:19Speaker 1: or whatever, you're like, oh, I kind of just wanted
- 51:22Speaker 1: this to be my thing. Or I wanted this to
- 51:25Speaker 1: be my group of friends.
- 51:26Speaker 4: 100%. 100%. I think at the end of the day,
- 51:32Speaker 4: Teresa came into this reality show world wanting to have
- 51:37Speaker 4: fun because she was best friends with Dina. And she
- 51:40Speaker 4: was friends with Jacqueline and she was friendly with Caroline.
- 51:43Speaker 4: Dolores was always there.
- 51:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 51:45Speaker 4: But it was always Teresa and Dina. And I think
- 51:49Speaker 4: after Dina left season two, Teresa knew that the success
- 51:55Speaker 4: of the show rested on her shoulders. And she became
- 51:59Speaker 4: as this emerging talent. And she gives everything to the show.
- 52:05Speaker 4: So the fact that you now have to share this
- 52:08Speaker 4: with your sister-in-law... I don't think this is shade. Who
- 52:12Speaker 4: you don't like, they don't like each other.
- 52:14Speaker 1: Right.
- 52:15Speaker 4: And they never will. And it's fine. They will never
- 52:17Speaker 4: like each other. So to have to share the spotlight
- 52:20Speaker 4: with someone who you don't like.
- 52:22Speaker 1: You know what I think they are? I don't think
- 52:24Speaker 1: they wish each other bad.
- 52:26Speaker 4: No.
- 52:26Speaker 1: But I don't think they wish each other great success.
- 52:30Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 52:30Speaker 1: Like, I think you can be honest about that. It's like,
- 52:33Speaker 1: I don't want you to get cancer. I don't want
- 52:35Speaker 1: anything to happen to your house or your kids. But like,
- 52:38Speaker 1: am I happy to find out that you won $ 300
- 52:42Speaker 1: million in the lottery? No.
- 52:44Speaker 4: Not necessarily.
- 52:45Speaker 1: You don't know. Or you've got a big campaign. No,
- 52:48Speaker 1: I'm not. I'm going to say I am. But the
- 52:50Speaker 1: truth is, I'm not. And I think people can be
- 52:52Speaker 1: like that. It's a little of a frenemy thing. And
- 52:54Speaker 1: can you still have a chuckle with them? And can
- 52:56Speaker 1: you still enjoy stuff?
- 52:57Speaker 4: Oh, yeah.
- 52:57Speaker 1: But there is a weird competition jealousy thing that you
- 53:00Speaker 1: just can never get over. 100%.
- 53:02Speaker 4: Yeah. My biggest thing is, And Melissa said this recently,
- 53:06Speaker 4: I think, after the reunion or during. Like, great, the
- 53:10Speaker 4: whole world knows now that you don't like me. It's like, honey,
- 53:12Speaker 4: I think we all knew. You two were the ones
- 53:14Speaker 4: faking it for the cameras.
- 53:16Speaker 1: Right.
- 53:16Speaker 4: You guys don't like each other.
- 53:18Speaker 1: You'd have seasons where they, yeah. They don't like each other. Yeah.
- 53:21Speaker 4: It was fake.
- 53:22Speaker 1: Right. Um, okay, let's get into now Potomac, your girl
- 53:28Speaker 1: who's not featured in this, um, one cause she was
- 53:31Speaker 1: already gone. Monique has left Real Housewives of Potomac. She's
- 53:35Speaker 1: on your new show on own, which is called, what's
- 53:39Speaker 1: the name of that?
- 53:39Speaker 4: Love and Marriage DC.
- 53:40Speaker 1: And, um, Did anybody have, did you, what was your
- 53:45Speaker 1: feeling about Monique leaving? Because the big conflict with Monique
- 53:50Speaker 1: and Candace was a very physical fight. By far the
- 53:54Speaker 1: most physical fight I think we've seen on any of
- 53:57Speaker 1: the housewives. Yeah. Where, like, it was very intense.
- 54:02Speaker 4: Uh-huh.
- 54:03Speaker 1: Monique and Candace physically got into it. Monique really pulled
- 54:06Speaker 1: her hair hard. And so was there any concern there? Like,
- 54:12Speaker 1: what happened with that? Was she let go from Atlanta?
- 54:16Speaker 1: Was it a mutual goodbye? Like, what happened?
- 54:18Speaker 4: No, so after that incident in Potomac, Monique had a
- 54:23Speaker 4: lot of soul searching to do. And she felt that
- 54:27Speaker 4: she wasn't given the opportunity to really tell her whole story. So...
- 54:33Speaker 4: After the reunion where she had the binder, the iconic moment,
- 54:38Speaker 4: she left that reunion knowing that this would probably be
- 54:40Speaker 4: the last time I see these people. She did not
- 54:42Speaker 4: get fired. She left on her own terms, on her
- 54:45Speaker 4: own merit. Right. Um, and they didn't want her to
- 54:48Speaker 4: come back.
- 54:48Speaker 1: They did want her to.
- 54:49Speaker 4: Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. Because at the end of the day,
- 54:52Speaker 4: you want to follow the story.
- 54:54Speaker 1: And that's the juice. And also like, now my understanding
- 54:57Speaker 1: is that they signed part of their contract in which
- 55:00Speaker 1: they signed is, and tell me if this is true
- 55:02Speaker 1: or not, they're not to sue each other.
- 55:05Speaker 4: Right.
- 55:05Speaker 1: For defamation, what they might say on the show, but
- 55:08Speaker 1: also for a physical thing. So when Candace then was
- 55:12Speaker 1: trying to get letters of support from Ashley to sue
- 55:16Speaker 1: or do a restraining order, how did that play out?
- 55:19Speaker 4: Well, that was the thing. 99% of unscripted shows, when
- 55:24Speaker 4: you are a part of the cast, you don't sue
- 55:26Speaker 4: each other. There is no defamation lawsuit happening because at
- 55:29Speaker 4: the end of the day, they say crazy things to
- 55:33Speaker 4: each other. You're a whore!
- 55:34Speaker 1: Right.
- 55:34Speaker 4: You slept with this person or whatever. Think about how
- 55:38Speaker 4: many lawsuits we have to deal with to make the
- 55:40Speaker 4: freaking show. So that is the case in a lot
- 55:43Speaker 4: of reality shows. So the thing with Monique was.
- 55:48Speaker 4: If we're going to deal with this, let's deal with this.
- 55:50Speaker 4: You know, let's handle this in the way that most
- 55:53Speaker 4: people would if they weren't on television.
- 55:55Speaker 1: Right.
- 55:55Speaker 4: And obviously, I'm not saying Kansas shouldn't have done that,
- 55:58Speaker 4: but at the end of the day, there is this
- 56:00Speaker 4: clause in their contracts about that. And I think Monique
- 56:04Speaker 4: felt she went too far. So again, it's a game
- 56:06Speaker 4: of tag. Like, well, you did this, I'm going to
- 56:08Speaker 4: do that. You know what I mean? And let's see
- 56:09Speaker 4: who wins in the end. So yeah.
- 56:13Speaker 1: Speaking of, wait, I want to go back to Atlanta
- 56:15Speaker 1: really quick. What is, Were you there for Kim and
- 56:20Speaker 1: Nene on the bus?
- 56:21Speaker 4: Yes.
- 56:22Speaker 1: Do you remember?
- 56:23Speaker 4: Uh-huh.
- 56:24Speaker 1: And that got very physical.
- 56:27Speaker 4: You said almost got physical.
- 56:29Speaker 1: It did get physical, didn't it? Or did it not?
- 56:31Speaker 1: It did not get physical on the bus. They were
- 56:34Speaker 1: on a bus going where?
- 56:36Speaker 4: They were leaving. Kim was on tour.
- 56:40Speaker 1: That's right.
- 56:40Speaker 4: And they were going to Miami for Cynthia's bachelorette party.
- 56:43Speaker 1: Okay, and I don't remember what they're fighting, but I
- 56:45Speaker 1: remember it was something where NeNe got on top of her,
- 56:47Speaker 1: and it was sort of a choking situation.
- 56:49Speaker 4: Oh, that's season two, allegedly.
- 56:52Speaker 1: Oh.
- 56:52Speaker 4: Okay. So what allegedly happened was season two, Kim and
- 56:57Speaker 4: NeNe were supposed to film a scene in Atlanta, and
- 57:01Speaker 4: the producers were talking to these two frenemies. And supposedly,
- 57:08Speaker 4: Nene choked Kim in an argument that occurred. Cameras were
- 57:13Speaker 4: not rolling. And to this day, it's a lot of
- 57:16Speaker 4: he say, she say. I will be honest with you.
- 57:19Speaker 1: Who's the he in that?
- 57:19Speaker 4: That's rude. Oh, I'm sorry. Sorry, pronouns.
- 57:23Speaker 1: Okay. She say, she say.
- 57:25Speaker 4: A lot of she say, she say. So what's funny, Heather,
- 57:30Speaker 4: is I was tardy to that party. Hey, Kim. I
- 57:35Speaker 4: was two minutes late to that scene. All I can
- 57:38Speaker 4: say to you is.
- 57:39Speaker 1: The bus was shaking?
- 57:40Speaker 4: No, so that's the thing. They weren't on the bus,
- 57:43Speaker 4: so it's two separate incidents. So season three was the
- 57:46Speaker 4: bus moment you saw where she got in her face,
- 57:48Speaker 4: but nothing physical happened. Season two, the season prior to that,
- 57:53Speaker 4: because remember, that season ended with NeNe going over to
- 57:56Speaker 4: Kim's house saying, we both did something wrong. And Kim's like,
- 58:00Speaker 4: but you choked me. And NeNe said, no, I didn't.
- 58:02Speaker 4: And she said, you're looking at me and my face
- 58:04Speaker 4: lying to me. And Nene storms off and leaves. So
- 58:07Speaker 4: that's why it's this big mystery of did she or
- 58:10Speaker 4: did she not get choked? We will never know.
- 58:14Speaker 1: Because there were no witnesses to that incident.
- 58:16Speaker 4: There were, but they were producers. And you have another clause.
- 58:21Speaker 1: Got it. What do you think about Nene suing Bravo
- 58:25Speaker 1: and saying she was discriminated against and that they didn't
- 58:30Speaker 1: care when Kim would say, in her opinion... racially insensitive things.
- 58:35Speaker 1: What's your whole opinion of that?
- 58:36Speaker 4: Yeah, no, listen. I think it's so sad that it
- 58:38Speaker 4: had to come to that. Listen, I love NeNe. I
- 58:41Speaker 4: love Kim. Kim was on my late night show last week.
- 58:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I saw a clip of it. Yeah.
- 58:45Speaker 4: Yeah, I never heard Kim say the N-word. That's, again,
- 58:48Speaker 4: I've never heard her say it.
- 58:49Speaker 1: Is that what she's claiming?
- 58:50Speaker 4: Did she spell it out? There were some things in
- 58:52Speaker 4: there that I think allegedly she was saying those things.
- 58:55Speaker 4: So I'm not privy to any of those things, but...
- 58:58Speaker 4: One thing I... Because, you know, I did seasons one
- 59:01Speaker 4: through four and then six through nine. Kim's last season
- 59:04Speaker 4: was season five. I didn't produce season five. And that
- 59:07Speaker 4: was Nini and Kim's last season together. I don't know
- 59:10Speaker 4: what the hell happened that season.
- 59:12Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 59:12Speaker 1: And I also can say, you know, this has been
- 59:15Speaker 1: going on for 15 years. And just like if you
- 59:17Speaker 1: watch a movie, a major motion picture rom-com that came
- 59:22Speaker 1: out 15 years ago. you play that in front of
- 59:25Speaker 1: some 18 year old college freshmen and they're going to
- 59:27Speaker 1: be like, this is so problematic. This is so awful.
- 59:29Speaker 1: I cannot believe these people wrote this. I can't believe
- 59:32Speaker 1: this is a storyline. So it's like, you, you got it.
- 59:35Speaker 1: If you're, you know, it's fun to watch these old shows,
- 59:37Speaker 1: but like, please like you got it. And not that
- 59:40Speaker 1: I ever saw her say anything like that, but people
- 59:42Speaker 1: have shown me clips that people of all colors are
- 59:47Speaker 1: saying wrong, not cool things today, you know? And like,
- 59:52Speaker 1: you know brandy said something and and they've all said
- 59:55Speaker 1: stuff joyce's hair yeah joyce's hair and then you know
- 59:59Speaker 1: um there's just been little things like that like i'll
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: just watch it or even like yolanda these things are
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: coming out where yolanda's like um uh beverly hills like
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: oh i don't want gg to play volleyball because they
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: look like big lesbians like i mean she says it
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: yeah right you know like yeah she needs to be
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: a model and like not eating do a juice cleanse
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: and it's like That's the reality, though. She was a
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: thin model who wanted her daughter to be a thin...
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: You want the reality, and then you expect these people to...
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: It's not scripted. No. And also, 10 years is 10 years.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: But in her suing, what I think happened with Nene
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: is she got too big for... This is my opinion.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: Go ahead. She got too big for her bridges. She
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: was at that place, and a lot of actors scripted
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: a reality... Get there where you get some on your
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: ear and they're like, you don't need that. Leave the band,
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: leave the band. You can go solo, you know?
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: And it's very hard to do these solo shows and
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: it's very hard to, you know, have a, you know,
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: Ryan Murphy may not continue to hire you like he
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: does Sarah Paulson. Like, don't think that you're just going
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: to get, you know, a million shows after that. So
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: I think when she got like that and then she
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: kind of realized it had dried up, Then in the
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: climate that we were in was like, no, that's the reason.
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: And had she had other people around her, if I
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: was her friend, I would have been like, hold on.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: Because the minute you threaten to sue Bravo, just threaten
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: to it, threaten. Because I know other housewives that have
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: even sent kind of a firm email or something. And
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: they're like. Goodbye. We don't need this.
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: You are replaceable. Yeah.
- 1:01:43Speaker 4: You know?
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: Yeah. I was just talking to Kate Casey and she goes,
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: do you remember the show Menudo?
- 1:01:47Speaker 4: The band Menudo.
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: And I go, oh my God, yeah. I go, wasn't
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: that like a group of Mexican guys that they just
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: kept replacing once one turned 17? She goes, yeah. She goes,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: that's what I need to realize. They're Menudo. They're Menudo.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: And you got to do everything you can while you
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: do it. You got to enjoy the time. Yes. And
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: if it, but also like, don't get to the place
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: that your whole family's fucked up and your kids hate
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: each other. But like, It's very hard to play it,
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: but you also really have to be smart, and you
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: also have to realize that, like, you know, you're not
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: Celine Dion. Like, you're not, you know what I mean?
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: You're not Adele. You don't have, like, a one in
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: a million, you're not Mariah Carey. You don't have a
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: one in a million talent. Like, I mean.
- 1:02:30Speaker 4: But that's the reason why you have the Teresas and
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: the Kyles who play the game well. Right. And they are, like,
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: geniuses when it comes to understanding the platform.
- 1:02:40Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:02:40Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: By the way, page six, big article. Kyle's, you know.
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: Her back.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: She's fine.
- 1:02:50Speaker 4: Is she?
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: Yes, I have excellent source that she was out and
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: about yesterday.
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: What's the scoop? She's... She's not bitch-ridden?
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: No, she was like walking and working.
- 1:03:01Speaker 4: Was she playing with our emotions?
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: I can't... No, I think that she honestly... I think
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: she just honestly hurt her back and posted about it,
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: and it was a slow news day, and everybody's like...
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: She's a quadriplegic. I'm like, oh, my God. Like, no.
- 1:03:15Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: So people just need to relax.
- 1:03:18Speaker 4: I'll relax a bit.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: When there's literally 400 Instagram accounts and podcasts dedicated to
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: Bravo stuff, they need to sometimes make bigger deals out
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: of it. I'm very happy to hear it. I mean,
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: nothing's worse than a back injury, but I think she's fine.
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: Okay, good.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: So let's just tell me what you think of Beverly Hills.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: Just give me your thoughts on this season.
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: Heather, may I say?
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: Please do.
- 1:03:44Speaker 4: It's one of my favorites.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: Oh, it's always been my favorite. The favorite city or
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: favorite seasons?
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: Cities. Yes, always. I really think, listen, I interact with
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: a lot of women who want to be reality stars.
- 1:04:01Speaker 4: And they study the wrong people. Because those big personalities
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: that your favorites have is truly a gift that they have.
- 1:04:08Speaker 4: You can't mimic that, right? Kyle Richards is the most,
- 1:04:13Speaker 4: number one, underrated housewife of all time. Because she's not
- 1:04:17Speaker 4: this big, loud character. But she plays this game of,
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: I'm going to move story forward. I'm going to be
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: a little messy. I'm going to throw you under the bus.
- 1:04:28Speaker 4: I'm going to give you great reaction shots. Yeah. I'm
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: going to do a split. I'm going to be a
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: party girl. But I'm also going to be your best friend.
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: In my opinion, she is the quintessential housewife because she
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: plays the game well. And she doesn't mind being hated.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: She's a Hilton. Do you know what I mean? Or Richards, whatever.
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:04:50Speaker 4: She doesn't care what you guys think.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: She's the daughter of Big Kathy. I always say the
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: same thing, too. I really like her as a person.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: I met her over the years. She did my show.
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: It came very unassuming, on time, hour and a half.
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: I like all the Beverly Hills housewives that are previous
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: actresses because they are so professional.
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: Oh, yeah.
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: Some of these rich housewives that married well and have
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: never had to work or hold a job are not great,
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: I can imagine, respecting other people's time.
- 1:05:21Speaker 4: No, they're not. And I can say that's the case.
- 1:05:25Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: And then you meet ones that have been working since
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: they were four.
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: Kenya Moore. Cynthia Bailey. Right.
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: And Kyle, who had to be on set at four
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: years old in a horror flick.
- 1:05:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: You know, like, she knows to be on time.
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: And, like, have her hair washed.
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: No. Yes. And get your moo-moos together for your clothing line.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:05:45Speaker 4: I love Kyle. I love this show. I think it's
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: a great cast. Lisa Rinna is one of the best
- 1:05:53Speaker 4: villains of all time because she doesn't give a shit
- 1:05:55Speaker 4: what you think about her. I'm sorry, guys. Hate me
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: if you want. I love the Force Fox 5 is
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: what you guys call them.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: There's Dorit, Erica, Kyle, Lisa, and who's the other one?
- 1:06:07Speaker 4: Teddy Mellencamp.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, yeah. Oh, okay.
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: I'll put Teddy Bear. So look, I like people who
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: sign up to do a show and do the show.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: And I think some of those other women... are playing
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: to the Twitter fan base, which you and I both
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: know Twitter only represents 22% of the world. It's not
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: the real world. It's not your focus group. So, yeah,
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: those women are still on the show because they make
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: great television. And I think Beverly Hills is so juicy,
- 1:06:38Speaker 4: pun intended, because they don't mind throwing each other under
- 1:06:42Speaker 4: the bus. Yeah. They don't care.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: And now, you know how people have coaches for everything now?
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: You know, a trainer coach, divorce coach, you're, you know,
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: an entrepreneur, a guy who goes, get out of bed,
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: you lazy piece of shit, whatever a coach does. I
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: have been trying to have someone hire me as a
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: real housewife consultant. Ooh! And now I don't know, I
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: would have to be under the table. But like... When
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: you said they study the wrong person.
- 1:07:12Speaker 5: They do.
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: If I knew of someone personally that was going to
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: join any of these, I would just be like, you
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: can call me at 6 a.m. Like, I know you've
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: got your producer, but like, talk to me.
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: And I can guide you what you should do, what
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: you should say. I can help. Oh, I came up
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: with the greatest tagline for anybody to take.
- 1:07:35Speaker 4: What is it?
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: Okay. A, this can work for anyone.
- 1:07:39Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: You're going to love it. Don't hate me because I'm rich.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: Love me because I'm generous.
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: Not mean.
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: Still braggy, but in the best possible way.
- 1:07:56Speaker 4: And that is what makes a great housewife. Braggy in
- 1:08:01Speaker 4: a very different way. I love that.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: Because, you know, all these, you know, the taglines, and
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: I know people have them with taglines. So first I
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: have them with the tagline. That's part of the package.
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: There's a package.
- 1:08:11Speaker 4: Is it different tears?
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: Yes, it's different tears. I help you with your tagline, okay?
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: And then, you know, we work on how much you're
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: going to show in your home. We also coach your husband.
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: We've got to coach the husband.
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: Not everyone can be a PK. Yes.
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: And depending on your kids' ages and, you know, what
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: their situation is, we want to feature them, you know,
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: as much or as little as possible. As little as possible.
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: Because the goal is... If you like your husband, first
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: I ask them one-on-one, do you like your husband? Are
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: you doing this so the world sees what a dick
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: he is and you get out with a candlelight? What's
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: your goal here? And then she says, no, I really
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: do love my husband, but I'm pretty bored and I'm
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: kind of a fame whore and I thought this might
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: be fun. Great. I can work with that. I'm an
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: keep you married. I'm going to get you a legit
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: business that not everyone has. And we're going to keep you.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: Then I, she's a star first season. Then I go, okay,
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: get ready, girl.
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: Get ready, girl.
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: They're all going to come after you. They're all fucking jealous.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: They all have gotten the DMs and the comments about
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: how much more they like you than them. They feel
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: like all their fans are now jumping to you. So
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: I'm going to save this, okay? And then I'm going
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: to lower the expectations, get ready for the hate, sail through.
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: Three is going to be a little like this. If
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: you've made it to four, we've got money.
- 1:09:36Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: We've got longevity. That is good. Yes. Thank you.
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 1:09:44Speaker 4: And I'm going to help you for free.
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: Nobody has hired me. Except when I did say it
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: to Sutton as a joke when I was interviewing her,
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: she really thought it was real. And she's like, I
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: need that.
- 1:09:55Speaker 4: She's doing better this season. Yeah.
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: Okay. So that was interesting since, you know, with that
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: whole thing with Crystal saying that she said this dark thing.
- 1:10:05Speaker 4: Can we talk about Crystal?
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: We can talk about Crystal. Go.
- 1:10:09Speaker 4: Girl. Girl. I think I speak on behalf of the
- 1:10:14Speaker 4: black community when I say you tried it. I was
- 1:10:19Speaker 4: with Garcelle. You tried what? You tried to make something.
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: Racially motivated.
- 1:10:25Speaker 4: It wasn't the case. And listen, I was with Garcelle
- 1:10:27Speaker 4: because I'm going to say to you, as a black person,
- 1:10:29Speaker 4: and again, I don't talk to Garcelle, but I... I
- 1:10:32Speaker 4: think what she was thinking, like I was watching it,
- 1:10:36Speaker 4: did she say the N-word? Did she say something to
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: where I can't be friends with this woman?
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:10:41Speaker 4: So when you hear the conversation, that wasn't dark. It
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: wasn't at all. And I think Crystal.
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: It felt like a real stretch. Honey. It felt like
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: a stretch. And it felt like.
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: Call Dr. Terry Dubrow. Yeah. Because you stretched something that
- 1:10:55Speaker 4: needs fixing. Okay. I didn't like. And listen, I think
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: Crystal's a sweet woman. I think she's gorgeous. I think
- 1:11:03Speaker 4: she's bored. And I think she's trying to find her
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: place in this group. But the way that Garcelle was
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: integrated so beautifully and was so honest about, guys, I'm
- 1:11:14Speaker 4: the only black girl around you white women. Like, do
- 1:11:16Speaker 4: you not understand how I feel? That was honest. So
- 1:11:19Speaker 4: if Krista would have said.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: And then Kathy Ellen was like, just so you know,
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: I was friends with Michael Jackson my whole life. I'm like,
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: Michael Jackson transitioned into an Asian woman.
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: Okay. What do you say?
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: When she was like, it was great though, but it
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: was true. That was a good moment. Yeah.
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: It was like, if you would have said, she says
- 1:11:42Speaker 4: something to me that made me feel uncomfortable. Oh my God.
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: What did she say? Well, she said X, Y, and Z. Okay.
- 1:11:49Speaker 4: That's how you felt. But don't, portray this woman as, like,
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: saying something that would really cause us to feel like, wait,
- 1:11:59Speaker 4: are you a racist?
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: She's absolutely not, but I did realize that, you know,
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: the two things that she said on that trip was,
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: I don't see color. And then she's like, and then
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: my daughter had two black girls, an Asian, and a
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: red-headed Irish Catholic. I mean, it was like an international
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: soup in my jacuzzi. And I was, like, throwing some carrots,
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: and we got it going on. Like, I was kind
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: of like... You know, but I think we all knew
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: where she's coming from, which is all just all good.
- 1:12:26Speaker 4: If you felt offended, that's one thing, but to, and
- 1:12:29Speaker 4: refuse to say it. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: But I do, I do like Crystal as a person.
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: I think it's just a hard thing to fucking navigate.
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: And that's why she's like crying and I have to leave.
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: And like, it's emotional, right? When you do all this. Okay.
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: Let me see who else I want to get to before. How,
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: one of the Juicy Scooper literally said, how would you
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: save O.C.? It's like, save the dolphins, save the sea.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: How would you save O.C.? Okay. Say whatever you want.
- 1:12:56Speaker 4: Oh, and you know I will.
- 1:12:57Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:12:58Speaker 4: The only way O.C. can be saved is you have
- 1:13:00Speaker 4: to bring back Vicky, Tamara, keep Shannon, keep Heather. Listen,
- 1:13:07Speaker 4: I want to see her bring back Gretchen. But this
- 1:13:12Speaker 4: new crop of women who's on this past season... That
- 1:13:17Speaker 4: may have been the worst season of a Housewives franchise
- 1:13:20Speaker 4: I've ever seen in my entire life.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: How did you feel about the finale song?
- 1:13:24Speaker 4: I did not get past episode seven.
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: No, you have to watch the finale song.
- 1:13:31Speaker 4: They made a song, which made me say, did it
- 1:13:34Speaker 4: really get worse than I thought? Yes. Oh, gosh. Heather
- 1:13:38Speaker 4: was not the one to save the day.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: They did a song that Daisy Fuentes wrote the lyrics to.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: Who's her husband?
- 1:13:44Speaker 4: Not Daisy from MTV Jams.
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: Daisy Fuentes is married to.
- 1:13:51Speaker 4: A plastic surgeon?
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: No, this guy that sang these old songs. It was like,
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: you know when you watch The Bachelor and then they
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: have a special date and they go out and it's
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: like Kenny G. Yeah. And then this white straight guy
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: who's like 24 is like, and then we walk out
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: to triple award winning Grammy winner Kenny G and his flute.
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: And you're like, as if this dude knows who the
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: fuck this 60 year old is with a flute.
- 1:14:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: Richard Marks.
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: That's her husband? Yeah. Go ahead, Daisy. From MTV to millions.
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: And Heather Dubrow happens to meet them, and it was just,
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: they had the greatest foursome dinner at Craig's one night,
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: and so then she had... Daisy Fuentes was like, I
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: wrote this song a long time ago. So she makes
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: all the girls get into the studio and, like, dress
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: up like rock stars, and they sing it, and that's
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: the finale.
- 1:14:45Speaker 4: How bad was it?
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: In a backyard. Honestly, it wasn't... It was kind of
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: a catchy tune.
- 1:14:52Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: It was. But the fact that they did it felt
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: like Fonzie jumping the shark.
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: It felt like.
- 1:14:59Speaker 4: It was like, what else can we do here?
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: It felt way too, like, you know, like, again, I
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: was just watching a preview of Upcoming Dubai. I'm like,
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: listen to you and everybody else. You might not like
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: this because you probably have this happening. I don't want
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: to see Emsculpt anymore. We get what it is. Okay,
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: it's what rich people do. They stick it on their body.
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: They don't have to do sit-ups. They can put it
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: on their ass. I don't need to see two women,
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: and no one brings their friend with them when they
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: go do M-Sculpt. I don't need to see M-Sculpt. I'm
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: down to see other plastic surgery. Let me see a
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: classic facelift. Let me see something that we haven't seen.
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: Let me see someone, like, suck out the fat.
- 1:15:35Speaker 4: Literally.
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: Put it in their ass. I don't need to see M-Sculpt.
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: I don't need to see cool sculpting. I don't need
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: to see... Well, it used to be the stripper pole classes.
- 1:15:47Speaker 4: Oh, yeah, over that.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: Or swinging in the sheets. Oh. I don't need to
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: see that either.
- 1:15:52Speaker 4: Yes. Fashion show?
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: Yes. Fashion show is kind of okay.
- 1:15:58Speaker 4: I only want the posh fashion show or she by charrette.
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: But I do like seeing the fashions and I do
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: like seeing, like, you know, this person putting something up.
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: I'm okay with that. Okay, so how do we save it?
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: So that's how. So, and essentially you are saying... To
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: get rid of Dr. Jen, Gina, and Emily, and Noella.
- 1:16:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: And what about Kelly Dodd?
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: Look, she was so iconic her earlier seasons. I thought
- 1:16:26Speaker 4: she was the right amount of crazy. To shake the
- 1:16:30Speaker 4: table of this franchise. Because you needed someone to be.
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: To shake the tree and get the oranges to drop.
- 1:16:35Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:16:35Speaker 4: Oh, yes. Is that a tagline?
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Yes.
- 1:16:40Speaker 4: Yes. Go ahead, Heather McDonald. No. I loved her. Listen,
- 1:16:47Speaker 4: I feel bad for her now because I think she...
- 1:16:50Speaker 4: I think she fell into this deep hole of crazy
- 1:16:53Speaker 4: that is not entertaining anymore. Like, I literally feel bad
- 1:16:57Speaker 4: for her. I don't know who she is anymore. And
- 1:16:59Speaker 4: I miss the old crazy Kelly Dodd who would talk
- 1:17:03Speaker 4: shit about people and laugh at herself. I miss that.
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: I kind of think that she fell into a bad
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: part of history in history. You know what I mean?
- 1:17:17Speaker 4: And it was like, And just doubling downing on it.
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: And I think if they did bring her back, I
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: know she's friends with Tamra. I know she's friends with Shannon.
- 1:17:26Speaker 4: Her and Vicky reconciled.
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: And it's like that kind of bluntness and that kind
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: of thing.
- 1:17:32Speaker 4: You need that.
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: I think you kind of need it. And I would
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: like to see basically all the oldies.
- 1:17:39Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. No, that's a thing.
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: And I think it would be fun to see Gretchen come.
- 1:17:42Speaker 4: I love Gretchen.
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: The thing is this. Let's see Gretchen and Slade come back.
- 1:17:45Speaker 4: I heard that it's hard to cast an O.C., Because
- 1:17:49Speaker 4: the wealthy women in that town literally look down on
- 1:17:53Speaker 4: these housewives. Like, you're beneath us, right? Yeah. So it's
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: hard to cast. But guess what? It's fine. I don't... Listen, maybe.
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: You know those cupcake people? I call them the cupcake ladies.
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: I follow them on Instagram. They just have these fancy parties.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: They're all about a size zero. And every other week,
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: or every week, it's one of the cupcake girls' birthday.
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: And Gretchen gets invited to all of it. But they're
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: all apparently really boring. They're really rich, but they're not
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: awful people. And they have these cupcake parties. They don't
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: eat the cupcakes. They look like cupcakes. One day, everyone
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: has to wear Tiffany blue. One day, everyone, it's just pink.
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: One day, it's red. And one day, it's denim and diamonds.
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: But it's as nice as a $ 500, 000 wedding. And it's
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: just like that girl's like, 38th birthday, and like, yeah.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: So you think that there's, like, why aren't those women
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: on it? But then I've heard that they're, either they
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: don't wanna it or they're not like witty they're not
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: sharp they're not going for it.
- 1:18:54Speaker 4: So guess what stop trying to make fetch happen and
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: just rehire these old you know, my old booze and
- 1:19:00Speaker 4: just like, bring them back. Tamara and Vicky, they're the
- 1:19:03Speaker 4: face of OC. Yeah.
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: Now, what do you think about when Andy said on
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: his show, well, we couldn't have Tamara because she has
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: a podcast about housewives. I'm like, well, everyone has a housewife.
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: Heather has one.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: Everyone has a podcast.
- 1:19:15Speaker 4: Heather talks about things behind the scenes on her podcast
- 1:19:18Speaker 4: that no one listens to. Yeah. I think it's just like,
- 1:19:20Speaker 4: get out of here. You know, like.
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: What do you think about that producer that left? Do
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: you know him?
- 1:19:26Speaker 4: I know of him.
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:19:29Speaker 4: And rightfully so.
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: Rightfully so what?
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: His reasons for leaving.
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:19:36Speaker 4: Allegedly.
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: Allegedly, it could have been the same reasons that Noella
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: said happened. Yeah, listen. That Heather did get... That we
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: were not seeing all the anger that happened when the
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: other little girl, Emily... Emily, tiny clone, like said that,
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: you know, I did enjoy my boob job 20 years ago. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:20:00Speaker 4: I miss her.
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: The little thing?
- 1:20:02Speaker 4: Yeah, Nicole.
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: Nicole came up to me at a Halloween party. Is
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: she gorgeous? Yeah, she's really, she's cute. And she was
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: just like, I'm ready to tell you everything, everything. And
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: she did tell me some stuff. And then she honestly just,
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: she disappeared from the show. And I was like... Let's,
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: let's not, I don't need to be sued by the
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: Dubros either. You know what I mean?
- 1:20:23Speaker 4: We don't need that drama.
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: It's okay.
- 1:20:25Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah. No, but I, look, I, Heather Dubrow is
- 1:20:34Speaker 4: just not a leading star.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:20:36Speaker 4: And when you are a force multiplier.
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:20:40Speaker 4: A word I heard from Ebony K. Williams. Do you
- 1:20:43Speaker 4: know what that means? It's a sports term. No.
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:20:45Speaker 4: Okay. Let me educate you in the scoopers.
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:20:49Speaker 4: I would call them the queen bees. And Ebony Kate
- 1:20:51Speaker 4: Williams said, no, that's offensive to like other women. I'm sorry.
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 1:20:55Speaker 4: So she said, call them force multipliers. A force multiplier.
- 1:21:00Speaker 4: is like the captain of the ship. It's the person
- 1:21:04Speaker 4: who understands how to rally the troops and get them
- 1:21:07Speaker 4: to have a great game. So that would be Gisele
- 1:21:10Speaker 4: Bryant on Potomac, Kyle Richards on Beverly Hills, Teresa on
- 1:21:14Speaker 4: New Jersey. Yeah, those would be the examples. So Heather
- 1:21:21Speaker 4: Dubrow is not a force multiplier because she isn't a
- 1:21:26Speaker 4: leading attraction. She's not. And because they rested their... this
- 1:21:32Speaker 4: pressure on her to, like, save the franchise, she did
- 1:21:35Speaker 4: the complete opposite. She's not the woman you rallied.
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: You know, remember when she was fake gardening with a
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: handkerchief over her hair with her daughter talking about how
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: the daughter's gay? Someone said it so perfectly. They're like,
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: it reminded me of Faye Dunaway of Mommy Dearest. Like,
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: such a fake... Like, anyone... I talk about Mom and
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: Dearest all the time.
- 1:22:00Speaker 4: As you should.
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: You guys, please watch this movie. It is so amazing,
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: because it's like she... Before there was reality shows, there
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: was this woman who was this big actress who had
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: these adopted kids for show, and then she would bring in, like,
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: the publicist to take photos of her acting like a
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: fabulous mother, and then she was horrible to them. And
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: I'm not saying that Heather Dubrow is anything but a
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: great mom. I believe she's a great mom.
- 1:22:23Speaker 4: Oh, I believe she's a great mom, for sure.
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: But that fake gardening... Yeah, it was. And just the handkerchief.
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: It was like, I felt like that was what I
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: did when I was seven, when I was like, I'm
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: going to help you clean, Mom. And I put on
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: a handkerchief on my head because I saw that in
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: a TV show.
- 1:22:42Speaker 4: That's the thing. It's hard to see the authenticity. Yeah.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: And what do you think of Bronwyn? What was that
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: all about?
- 1:22:53Speaker 4: Which scene? Her first or last scene? Or just in general?
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: Just in general. What are your thoughts on that?
- 1:22:59Speaker 4: I was rooting for her in my Tyra Banks voice. Tiffany, no.
- 1:23:05Speaker 4: I was rooting for Broadway because I thought it was
- 1:23:07Speaker 4: interesting that a woman that had, I think, what, nine?
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: Seven.
- 1:23:11Speaker 4: Seven kids who was open about being bisexual. Again, this
- 1:23:16Speaker 4: is her first season. Made out with Tamra. I knew
- 1:23:20Speaker 4: it was doomsday the moment they were on the double-decker
- 1:23:25Speaker 4: bus and the other housewives confronted her for saying something.
- 1:23:31Speaker 4: And she cried. And I say, no, bitch, fight back.
- 1:23:34Speaker 4: You're a housewife. And she sat there and cried and apologized.
- 1:23:37Speaker 4: And I was like, ooh, this is not the show
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: for you, baby. So I think she got the lesson
- 1:23:43Speaker 4: too late in terms of taking the Heather McDonald class
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: of what it takes to be a great housewife. I
- 1:23:52Speaker 4: think she has it, but unfortunately, you know, it was
- 1:23:56Speaker 4: too late for her. Yeah. But I would love to
- 1:23:58Speaker 4: see her back on TV in some form.
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: Well, so would she. That's what she's been working for,
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: living in New York in a one-bedroom apartment having 10
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: orgasms a day with her girlfriend.
- 1:24:09Speaker 4: She said that?
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: Yeah. She left the seven kids... 15 10-minute orgasms. Oh,
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: 15 10-minute orgasms a day. I don't have that time
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: to do anything, but the apartment's small, so they don't
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: have to clean a lot, except up each other. But
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: she leaves the kids with him, and then she spends...
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: 15 days with the girlfriend and then goes to the
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: house and then hangs out with the kids and then
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: goes back to the girlfriend.
- 1:24:36Speaker 4: So she travels from the New York to the OC.
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: Wow. I don't think people, and I think really honestly
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: her biggest mistake is that. I just don't think the
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: audience that are mothers, predominantly mothers, they will not accept that.
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: I understand men do that. I understand men travel and
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: don't see their kids except on the summer holidays. The
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: standard will never be the same. And especially when you're
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: not doing, you're not leaving for 15 days because you're
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: Angelina Jolie and you're in the jungle filming a movie
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: about someone who saved, you know, tigers. You are going
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: to get fingered. And I just don't think that women
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: like that.
- 1:25:23Speaker 4: No, you're so smart. Look, at the end of the day,
- 1:25:26Speaker 4: the demographic.
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: For a housewife are housewives.
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: A lot of stay-at-home moms. They don't want to see
- 1:25:33Speaker 4: that shit. You're so right. You're so right.
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: And that's why, you know, and they are critical. They
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: are critical if they think someone's not an attentive mom
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: or not a good mom. You know, that scene when
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: Teresa comes home I just got chills thinking about it.
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: When Teresa comes home from prison, even though he's like,
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: how you doing? Like he wasn't that excited. It was
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: the girls. It was all of that. And it's like,
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: everyone knows she's a great mom. Like, you know, and
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: Melissa's most 90% of the women that we're seeing on
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: these shows truly are really good moms. There's only a
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: couple that people are like, doesn't really seem as attentive
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: or way too many nannies or whatever. But, you know,
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: like why Kyle shines and like, you know, because that's
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: really what we want.
- 1:26:21Speaker 4: Teresa, Kyle, for sure.
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: And in defense of some of these women, sometimes those
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: scenes are not featured. Sometimes they aren't featured being a mom.
- 1:26:29Speaker 4: But the thing about it is, and I think it's
- 1:26:31Speaker 4: funny you brought up the Heather scene with her daughter
- 1:26:33Speaker 4: coming out.
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:26:34Speaker 4: There's a difference between a planted scene where.
- 1:26:37Speaker 3: It's set up.
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: Literally planted.
- 1:26:40Speaker 4: Yes, but it's ended.
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:26:42Speaker 4: Versus those glimpses. Like, I think Dorit is a great mother. Yeah.
- 1:26:45Speaker 4: Like there's glimpses where she's in wardrobe and her kids
- 1:26:48Speaker 4: come up. Mom, what are you doing? She talks to them. Yes.
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:26:51Speaker 4: Like she's attentive to the children.
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: I agree.
- 1:26:54Speaker 4: You can't script that.
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: No, I agree. And you see that, too. And like
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: and yeah. And just, you know, or when Kyle cried
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: to Kathy that her daughter didn't want to do anything.
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: That was so real. Any that was, you know, parents
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: like especially in California where nobody could go to school
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: and stuff. And your kids started to get real comfortable
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: just being at home. And they got annoyed when school
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: had to go in session. They were like, I don't
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: want to leave. And you're like, fuck, there's going to
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: be a lot to undo. So I think people just
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: really related to her. Let me go through a couple
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: more before we finish. How do you feel about Ultimate
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: Girls Trip? That's coming June 23rd. I'm excited for this
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: type of stuff. Let's just say you mentioned some of
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: your favorites. Would you like to cast another one? Anybody
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: from any season, let's put like six together and then
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: tell me a location that you think works.
- 1:27:47Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:27:49Speaker 4: Can we get Mimi?
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: Sure we can.
- 1:27:51Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: I'm not, listen.
- 1:27:54Speaker 4: It wasn't to you.
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: I'm not against it.
- 1:27:56Speaker 4: Oh, no.
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: As the head of this department. I love me some
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: Mimi leaks.
- 1:28:01Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: Let's dismiss the lawsuit, girl.
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: Come on. Okay, there we go. I would love to
- 1:28:05Speaker 4: see Mimi.
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:28:07Speaker 4: Okay. I would love to see, ooh, who else? Because
- 1:28:12Speaker 4: I feel like they got all the good ones. Who's missing?
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: I think you can redo one. It's about the combination.
- 1:28:19Speaker 4: Oh.
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: Because you kind of said– you mentioned the people that
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: you thought were the.
- 1:28:24Speaker 4: Force multipliers. Yes. Okay.
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: By the way, what do you think of Ebony? She gone.
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: She's never coming back.
- 1:28:30Speaker 4: I think she's coming back.
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: Really?
- 1:28:32Speaker 4: I had her on my podcast.
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: Do you know– so we're doing old school New York
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: and then we're doing new young and she'd be on
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: new young?
- 1:28:40Speaker 4: She'll be on new young. She'll be on the diverse
- 1:28:43Speaker 4: portion of the New York City Housewives. I believe that.
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: So old white.
- 1:28:49Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: Old, white, rich.
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: She won't be on that one for obvious reasons.
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: And then younger mix.
- 1:28:54Speaker 4: Yes, younger, diverse cast.
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: Okay, I like it.
- 1:28:56Speaker 4: I think that's the case. And that will live on Peacock.
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: And what do you think about Dorinda and... Not Dorinda, sorry.
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: Sonia and Luann's spinoff, Simple Life.
- 1:29:05Speaker 4: These are two women who I love.
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: Yes. I.
- 1:29:10Speaker 4: I personally... Didn't I ask for that?
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: Oh, you didn't?
- 1:29:13Speaker 4: Okay. And I don't care to see it.
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: Listen, I like Luann. I'm seeing her show on the 23rd.
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: She's hooking me up. I'm celebrating my birthday that night.
- 1:29:24Speaker 4: Giovanni. Are you wearing Giovanni?
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: I don't have Giovanni, but now you make me think
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: I gotta really bring a great outfit. You do. But
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: I will say... you know what I'll watch it I
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: do think it might be a challenge for everyone involved
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: I think the two of them doing one particular tat
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: like it might be a little hard you know I
- 1:29:45Speaker 1: mean you know everyone thinks they're Laverne and Shirley and
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: Ethel and.
- 1:29:49Speaker 4: Lucy not everyone's meant to be a Beyonce of reality
- 1:29:53Speaker 4: television right everyone this.
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: Is my opinion yeah go ahead I'm sorry my opinion we'll.
- 1:29:58Speaker 4: Go back to that yeah And I will get in
- 1:30:01Speaker 4: trouble for saying this, but I don't give a shit.
- 1:30:03Speaker 1: Good. Mark this down.
- 1:30:08Speaker 4: In my opinion, the only current housewife who I think
- 1:30:14Speaker 4: deserves a spinoff is Teresa and her daughters. I would
- 1:30:17Speaker 4: watch Teresa, Louie, and their family like for weeks. I
- 1:30:23Speaker 4: don't want to see any housewife with a spinoff. No.
- 1:30:27Speaker 4: I don't.
- 1:30:27Speaker 1: No.
- 1:30:27Speaker 4: You're meant to be in an ensemble. Stop trying to
- 1:30:31Speaker 4: be the Beyonce of Bravo.
- 1:30:33Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:30:34Speaker 4: And understand your role in this ensemble.
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: Because 98% of them think they can carry a show.
- 1:30:40Speaker 4: And I'm telling you, you can't.
- 1:30:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: Do you think that Teresa can be the next Kris Jenner?
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: And the girls can have the fun fights that the
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: Kardashians have, but then make up the next day?
- 1:30:53Speaker 4: 100%. I was with those girls when they were like toddlers.
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: Your old troll. Give me some pizza, you old troll.
- 1:31:03Speaker 4: I was with those girls. I was in the delivery
- 1:31:06Speaker 4: room when Adriana was being born. That's how much I
- 1:31:10Speaker 4: go back with these ladies and these girls. They can
- 1:31:14Speaker 4: handle it. The fact that Gia stood up to her uncle. Yeah.
- 1:31:18Speaker 4: Which was great.
- 1:31:19Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:31:19Speaker 4: That's the shit I want to see. And at the
- 1:31:21Speaker 4: end of the day, Heather... There's so much love when
- 1:31:24Speaker 4: it comes to that family. And like you mentioned earlier,
- 1:31:26Speaker 4: when Teresa came home from prison, her daughter was like, Joey,
- 1:31:30Speaker 4: love you, but mom is back. They have this chemistry
- 1:31:33Speaker 4: and this camaraderie that is just juicy TV. So Teresa,
- 1:31:37Speaker 4: to me, is the only current housewife that can handle
- 1:31:40Speaker 4: a spinoff, that is watchable.
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: So you were not a fan of Manzo Knows Best
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: or whatever that was? Manzo'd.
- 1:31:47Speaker 4: Oh, Manzo. I don't think I watch a lot of that.
- 1:31:49Speaker 1: Oh, what do you think about Todd Chrisley?
- 1:31:53Speaker 4: Which part? Are we surprised of the allegations of sexual
- 1:31:59Speaker 4: intercourse with another man?
- 1:32:01Speaker 1: Nobody's surprised.
- 1:32:03Speaker 4: Are we surprised by that?
- 1:32:04Speaker 1: But I'm just saying, what do you think of, like, now,
- 1:32:07Speaker 1: I mean, what he's looking at, of Chrisley Knows Best,
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: is a lot more than what happened with Therese and Joe,
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: where you can put the show on hold and we
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: can watch a fun reunion. I mean, I don't know.
- 1:32:18Speaker 1: What if you were in charge of those three shows?
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: What would you be doing? He's got three shows right
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: now riding on him. Along with his assistant.
- 1:32:31Speaker 4: I would see the show through the eyes of the
- 1:32:32Speaker 4: kids dealing with it.
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: Oh, so you'd still have them.
- 1:32:35Speaker 4: Because how can you survive?
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: I disagree. You can't.
- 1:32:38Speaker 4: No.
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: Because the show was light and scripted and corn.
- 1:32:43Speaker 4: Oh, I know. It was corn. Corny. You can't call
- 1:32:46Speaker 4: it Cripsy Knows Best because he didn't know best.
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:32:49Speaker 4: So you have to figure out a whole other show
- 1:32:51Speaker 4: with it. That's the thing. It has to be dark comedy.
- 1:32:55Speaker 4: I'm sorry.
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: I don't think you can save it. Anyway, good thing
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: it's not your show.
- 1:32:58Speaker 4: Listen.
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: Listen. Give me the people.
- 1:33:00Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:33:00Speaker 4: And then we're going to go through the shows you're
- 1:33:02Speaker 4: on there. I want Nenea Kenya.
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:33:04Speaker 4: I want Ramona. I want Jill. I want Giselle. And
- 1:33:10Speaker 4: I want Karen.
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: Yes. That I kind of like because we have a
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: couple people from each franchise that have quite a history
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: with each other. They could bond and they could be like,
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: these two are mean. Or they could split it.
- 1:33:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: I like it. Yeah. Good job.
- 1:33:30Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: It's good that you're in the business that you are.
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: Tell me about all these shows that you have. So,
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: Love and Marriage Huntsville. Huntsville is in Georgia?
- 1:33:39Speaker 4: Where is Huntsville? That's in Alabama.
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: In Alabama.
- 1:33:41Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: And tell me a little about these shows and why
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: we should be watching all these fun new reality shows.
- 1:33:47Speaker 4: So, listen. I spent many years being blessed to work
- 1:33:50Speaker 4: on the amazing Real Housewives franchise. So, I left this
- 1:33:53Speaker 4: show to start my... to start my production company and
- 1:33:56Speaker 4: to create a franchise that's successful on the Oprah Winfrey
- 1:34:00Speaker 4: Network is great. So we have Love and Marriage Huntsville,
- 1:34:03Speaker 4: which is the number one show on the network. And
- 1:34:06Speaker 4: we now have a spinoff called Love and Marriage DC
- 1:34:09Speaker 4: that stars Monique Samuels from Potomac and is getting great reviews.
- 1:34:14Speaker 4: The ratings are good.
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: So it's... This is a DC one. I got a
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: photo of DC too.
- 1:34:19Speaker 4: They're all really gorgeous people. So this show is different
- 1:34:22Speaker 4: than Housewives because It's about couples. So each show has
- 1:34:27Speaker 4: three couples who are navigating life through their career, their marriages,
- 1:34:32Speaker 4: and their friendships. And it's juicy because you get to
- 1:34:37Speaker 4: see the point of view from men. They're not in
