- 0:00Hello, good morning.
- 0:01Welcome.
- 0:01I am Samuel Trapp.
- 0:03This is International Flavor.
- 0:05You're listening to DAMN Radio today.
- 0:09Coming to you live from the Lake Ozark
- 0:10real estate of the art studio.
- 0:13Happy to, you know, offend everyone equally, I
- 0:17suppose, whilst I sit here and opine on
- 0:21events of the day.
- 0:25I think one of the first things I
- 0:27wanted to share with you, and I'm hoping,
- 0:30why is it always echoing?
- 0:31I'm, I feel like I'm echoing.
- 0:33One of the things I'd like to share
- 0:35with you is, there was a pretty good
- 0:37speech by Nubenzia Vasili, I forget his middle
- 0:42name, but usually, you know, like, you would
- 0:46call him, you know, Sergeyevich, Mikhailovich, whatever his
- 0:54middle name is.
- 0:55But I don't have his middle name, Vasili
- 0:57Nubenzia, that's all I know.
- 1:00And so Vasili, I like listening to him,
- 1:02and every time I see something pop up
- 1:04with him that's a direct quote, this one
- 1:08was an attack on Kayakalis, and deservedly so.
- 1:12I mean, the lady's really not too bright,
- 1:14you know, and how these people get the
- 1:16positions that they get just drives me.
- 1:19It's like, show your idiocy, your stupidity, and,
- 1:26you know, you get promoted.
- 1:28That's what we always used to say in
- 1:29the Army, you know, I may have said
- 1:32it before, Jack be nimble, Jack be quick,
- 1:36Jack got stupid and stepped or tripped on
- 1:40his, oh, we won't say that word on
- 1:42the radio, and then he got promoted.
- 1:44That's the end of the limerick, as you
- 1:47will.
- 1:48But anyway, if you feel like calling in,
- 1:51I might even answer today.
- 1:52I got plenty of information.
- 1:57I tell you what, I watched, and I
- 2:01want to save for you and provide it,
- 2:04the indictment, basically, that Nubenzia gave to the
- 2:11EU.
- 2:13And I tell you what, I don't mean
- 2:16to criticize.
- 2:17I mean, it's, well, I do, but I
- 2:20mean, it's harsh that it has to be
- 2:24so punch yourself, punch people in the face
- 2:27because of the stupidity of what is going
- 2:30on in the world.
- 2:31And this indictment by Nubenzia of the EU
- 2:34is, you know, as a hypocritical, centralized, increasingly
- 2:40detached from both reality and history.
- 2:44You know, because while Russia is attacking the
- 2:50European model, or the Western hegemony, because when
- 2:54he is, he's attacking the U.S. system
- 2:57as well, because we've all been part of
- 2:59the same unipolarity forever.
- 3:03China's offering an alternative, and they're offering something
- 3:09different.
- 3:11You know, I've talked about this before, being,
- 3:15you know, they're not offering bombs or blockades
- 3:18and, you know, ultimatums.
- 3:20They're offering a framework, a system, more importantly,
- 3:26infrastructure worldwide.
- 3:29I mean, that's what they've been doing.
- 3:31That's what they were doing in Venezuela that
- 3:33Trump just couldn't handle and that the West
- 3:35can't handle.
- 3:37And we've created China as the boogeyman, even
- 3:41more so than Russia.
- 3:43And the realities are, you know, China has
- 3:49billions.
- 3:50They have the strongest economy in the world
- 3:54if you go on purchase power parity.
- 3:58And the U.S. is second to them.
- 4:01If you go on what the yuan will
- 4:03buy, and they're forcing the yuan, not them,
- 4:06but everybody else.
- 4:08You know, China is dealing with other people
- 4:12as well.
- 4:13And so, but they're offering a system and
- 4:16a framework.
- 4:17There was a meeting, Xi Jinping met, whether
- 4:22it was over the weekend or Monday, I
- 4:23don't remember, but they met with Saudi Arabia.
- 4:34And then another EU, not EU, another Middle
- 4:38Eastern country, and another crown prince, you know,
- 4:41a couple of them, they've been talking about
- 4:43them.
- 4:43They've been working with Saudi Arabia.
- 4:45They've been working with, you know, a couple
- 4:48other countries trying to get this, including Iran,
- 4:51trying to get these things figured out and
- 4:53offering suggestions.
- 4:55And, you know, they, I want to share
- 4:59that with you.
- 4:59But I thought that first I would bring
- 5:01to you the the translation of what Vassily
- 5:10Nevbenzia said.
- 5:12And I hate to laugh about it.
- 5:14And it's actually, it's much better in Russian,
- 5:16of course, because it's a beautiful targeted language.
- 5:21And they can say things in one word
- 5:23that we can't say in a paragraph, you
- 5:25know what I mean?
- 5:26And they have, some of these are just
- 5:29very interesting to me.
- 5:32And this is Nevbenzia.
- 5:34Take about, I don't know how many minutes
- 5:38it'll take me to get through this.
- 5:39His whole speech was about 10 minutes.
- 5:41So it'll take me about 10 minutes to
- 5:43get through his speech, I assume in English,
- 5:45assuming if there are any improper translations I
- 5:52got to clarify or anything.
- 5:54But it's important.
- 5:56And listen to what the ambassador to the
- 6:00UN is telling, to her face, Kayakalos and
- 6:05the hypocrisy of it all.
- 6:06Ready?
- 6:07Mr. Chairman of the European Union, including at
- 6:11the UN, many years, the chairman managed to
- 6:17position herself as domain peacekeeper and mediator, defender
- 6:22of international law at the UN.
- 6:25This is the UN is supposed to be
- 6:27the defender of international law, the guide of
- 6:30universal human and democratic values and human rights,
- 6:36as well as a selfless benefactor for developing
- 6:40countries.
- 6:41Most of which, however, have been robbed by
- 6:45the Europeans for centuries.
- 6:47However, now all of these double standards and
- 6:50hypocrisy are rapidly emerging.
- 6:53This is straight to the faces of all
- 6:55the Europeans sitting at the UN.
- 6:57And I mean, he's straight up.
- 7:00Instead of going into a conscious dialogue on
- 7:03the construction of a common security architecture, as
- 7:08it was proposed by Russia on more than
- 7:10one occasion, European countries have grown a Russophobic
- 7:15mood for Ukraine, narrowed it into war with
- 7:19Russia, not taking into account the fates and
- 7:22lives of ordinary people.
- 7:25They have planned and torpedoed the negotiation process
- 7:28and continue to do so actively.
- 7:32Mrs. Kayakalos, a former prime minister of Estonia,
- 7:36said that the defeat of Russia would not
- 7:38be so bad.
- 7:39She claimed that again, it would not be
- 7:41so bad if a large power became smaller.
- 7:45Perhaps by promoting mediation efforts around the world,
- 7:50Brussels also has its own idea that someone
- 7:54should become smaller or bigger.
- 7:57As for international law, we pay attention to
- 8:00the call to comply with the right of
- 8:03nations for self determinations, self determination, because they
- 8:08complain about this all the time.
- 8:10And you can only self determine if you
- 8:12agree with the EU in the United States.
- 8:15It's absolutely true.
- 8:17The EU members once again show their dual
- 8:20nature about the principles of the UN Charter,
- 8:24and they recall their communication only when it
- 8:28came to Greenland.
- 8:30Greenland can self determine.
- 8:32The topic is absolutely taboo for them as
- 8:35it is applicable to the population of Crimea
- 8:39and other new Russian regions that, you know,
- 8:43self determined.
- 8:44The irony here is that the EU, which
- 8:47invented and promoted for a long time the
- 8:50concept of peace and order based on rules,
- 8:54became the counterweight to international law.
- 8:58Now it is an object, not a subject
- 9:02of its own false concepts.
- 9:04As for freedom of security and trade, the
- 9:10EU demanded its support for the Armenian Strait,
- 9:14but at the same time tries to limit
- 9:17the movement of ships transporting goods in the
- 9:20interests of the Russian country by force.
- 9:24By imposing democratic, and he quoted that, you
- 9:28know, the little parentheses, you know, like Austin
- 9:35Powers would use, by imposing democratic standards on
- 9:39the UN member states, the EU elections have
- 9:42become a training ground for the development of
- 9:46political and information technologies.
- 9:50The EU is betting on preventing the strengthening
- 9:53of the position of alternative political forces, which
- 9:56is absolutely true.
- 9:58Any means of censorship, control over the digital
- 10:01spaces, pressure, persecution, and the requirement to reexamine
- 10:09incorrect election results are always in motion.
- 10:14We have seen this recently in Romania and
- 10:17Georgia.
- 10:17We have seen it more than once.
- 10:21The third party countries have one task in
- 10:24mind, to maintain or bring to power the
- 10:27most loyal political forces to Brussels.
- 10:30The corruption that the Europeans and the countries
- 10:33of the global south are looking to, um,
- 10:39that's not the right word there, are looking
- 10:43to involve in the EU, are blooming in
- 10:48the European Union itself.
- 10:49The corruption, the scandals that have emerged in
- 10:52Europe over the past year, including the participation
- 10:55of the former high representative of the EU
- 10:58on foreign affairs and security policy, Federica Mogherini,
- 11:04and the head of the European Commission, Ursula
- 11:07von der Leyen, are the tip of the
- 11:09iceberg.
- 11:10As for the last one, I would like
- 11:12to remind you that the European court ruling
- 11:14speaks in plain language about her attempts to
- 11:18conceal evidence of the corruption of the head
- 11:20of the European Commission.
- 11:22The real vicious circle operates with the transfer
- 11:26of tens of billions of euros as part
- 11:30of its assistance to Kiev, most of which
- 11:33eventually end up in the pockets of the
- 11:35euro bureaucrats themselves.
- 11:38Is the assistance of the European Union selfless?
- 11:42Most of our friends tell us that the
- 11:44new trend that is fueled by the refusal
- 11:47to cooperate with Russia.
- 11:49The European Union has also demonstrated complete irresponsibility
- 11:54in the matter of food security, when, due
- 11:57to its anti-Russian sanctions, the countries of
- 12:00the global south faced unprecedented difficulties in acquiring
- 12:05Russian and Belarusian fertilizers and food.
- 12:10All of this is true, by the way.
- 12:12We are talking about the breakdown of logistical
- 12:15chains, payment problems, insurance, and delivery of agricultural
- 12:20goods and fertilizer.
- 12:22The EU officials clearly state that they have
- 12:25provided for the appropriate removal of restrictions on
- 12:30the trade of agricultural products, but they keep
- 12:33silent that they exist only on paper.
- 12:38And in fact, they do not work, and
- 12:40they are unnecessary for the performance of EU
- 12:43member states.
- 12:45It is not uncommon to hear how EU
- 12:48representatives in their states show off that Europe
- 12:52is among the main donors of development programs
- 12:55which are implemented under the auspices of the
- 12:58World Organization.
- 13:00In 2024, the EU system allocated about 16
- 13:05.6 billion euros, 12.7 billion euros for
- 13:11EU member states, and 3.4 billion euros
- 13:15from the total EU budget.
- 13:16At the same time, more careful consideration and
- 13:19observation shows that this so-called aid to
- 13:23development goals, included within the framework of the
- 13:27EU Global Access Initiative, is intended to guarantee
- 13:31Brussels privileged access to the global south's natural
- 13:36resources.
- 13:37All the investment, infrastructure, and projects implemented by
- 13:42the EU under the auspices of the World
- 13:44Organization are primarily intended to serve only Europe.
- 13:50Mr. President, the Europeans clearly do not have
- 13:53enough time for what Friedrich Merz at the
- 13:56Munich conference called the normative legal excesses that
- 14:01is, in fact, the creation of moralizing cover,
- 14:05they're creating moral cover for their policies.
- 14:08All the force of the EU are now
- 14:11focused on striking Russia with a strategic defeat.
- 14:15The EU continues to do everything to further
- 14:18escalate the conflict in Ukraine, including strengthening the
- 14:22Kiev regime with arms and military equipment in
- 14:25violation of its own criteria of export control
- 14:29and of international obligations.
- 14:32This makes it and its member states accomplices
- 14:36in the crimes and terror attacks carried out
- 14:39by Ukrainian militants using these weapons.
- 14:43At the same time, fearing discontent from President
- 14:46Trump, the European bureaucrats and their Ukrainian puppets
- 14:50support the intermediary initiatives of the United States,
- 14:55but in practice they sabotage the implementation of
- 14:58any realistic agreement, fountaining with inevitable impassibility and
- 15:05sometimes absurd conditions, none of which is taken
- 15:09into account by the principle or the point
- 15:12of view of Russia and cannot in the
- 15:15long term achieve stable peace.
- 15:19The last example is the so-called ultimatum,
- 15:23the ultimatum of Miss Callas.
- 15:26She was sitting in the room and he
- 15:28was looking straight at her and she wouldn't
- 15:30look up, she stared down at her paper,
- 15:32the ultimatum of Mitch Callas, which is a
- 15:35list of absurd requirements of Russia, without which
- 15:39the EU does not intend to allow Kiev
- 15:41to go into a peaceful settlement with Moscow.
- 15:45In fact, the European bureaucrats reject the very
- 15:48idea of diplomatic discussion and carry out an
- 15:52outright propaganda war, at the same time increasing
- 15:57sanctions pressure on our country, which not only
- 16:00proved its ineffectiveness, but also caused colossal damage
- 16:04to the countries of the European Union and
- 16:07has already led to inflation and a serious
- 16:10drop in the real incomes of ordinary Europeans.
- 16:13The damage is also inflicted on other countries.
- 16:18The weapons on paper supplied by the Kiev
- 16:21regime later spread to Africa, Asia and Latin
- 16:25America.
- 16:26With their EU efforts, Ukraine is the largest
- 16:30center of illegal armed circulation in the world.
- 16:34According to the calculation of the American Institute
- 16:37for the Study of War, every third assault
- 16:40rifle that fell into the hands of extremist
- 16:43and terrorist groups around the world is of
- 16:46Ukrainian origin, was supplied by Ukraine.
- 16:49So all the corruption, they're taking all the
- 16:51weapons that we provide and they're mailing them
- 16:54all over the world.
- 16:55They're found all over the is true also.
- 16:58Mr. Chairman, Russia is fully aware that we
- 17:02are with European countries on the same continent.
- 17:06The geography cannot be rewritten and history should
- 17:10not be rewritten.
- 17:12Although the outstanding, this is great, although the
- 17:15outstanding historical knowledge of Miss Callas was attributed
- 17:19to Russia by as many as 19 wars
- 17:22initiated by Russia, not counting the African wars
- 17:26and only in the last 100 years.
- 17:28That's absolutely not true.
- 17:29She has no idea what she's talking about,
- 17:31but she claimed that Russia started 19 wars
- 17:35in the last century.
- 17:37I can't name any.
- 17:39You could argue on the Ukraine side who
- 17:41started it, but Russia's been involved in two,
- 17:45maybe three, but not that many.
- 17:50Let's see if you, let's see, because there
- 17:55was a little skirmish down in Georgia, in
- 17:59between Georgia and Russia, and I forget the
- 18:03name of the oblast, the region there.
- 18:08Anyway, not counting African wars that Russia's been
- 18:12involved in, I don't know anything about those,
- 18:15and I even looked, can't find any.
- 18:18We have been in favor of an equal,
- 18:20hell, the U.S. has been in 19
- 18:21in the last week, probably.
- 18:24We have been in favor of an equal,
- 18:26mutually beneficial, cooperative nature and consideration of security
- 18:31concerns.
- 18:32This is necessary not only for Russia, but
- 18:35also for Europe.
- 18:36As German Chancellor Helmut Kohl said in the
- 18:402000, the date didn't come out, I think
- 18:43it was 2006, though, Helmut Kohl, the future
- 18:46of Europe, if it wants to remain as
- 18:49an independent civilization center, must necessarily work together
- 18:54with Russia.
- 18:55We naturally complement each other, and if this
- 18:58does not happen, Europe will gradually disappear.
- 19:01This is what we are seeing today.
- 19:03However, there is a significant deficit of large
- 19:07-scale politicians in Europe now, and he meant
- 19:10intelligent ones, is what he really meant.
- 19:16There's plenty of politicians, but none of them,
- 19:18the current generation are European bureaucrats, convincing the
- 19:24population of the countries of the inevitability of
- 19:28a direct military clash with Russia, and they
- 19:31are feverishly preparing for war with Russia.
- 19:35Moreover, we're well aware that the Russophobes from
- 19:38the Baltic countries exist.
- 19:43The transfer of their national Russophobic complexes to
- 19:46the general Jesuit level became possible after they
- 19:50appropriated the development and implementation of the Eastern
- 19:54course of the European Union.
- 19:56There's a wide myth that the existential threat
- 19:59to Europe will soon disappear.
- 20:02The militaristic anti-Russian rhetoric is reinforced by
- 20:06specific practical actions.
- 20:08From February 2022 to 2025, EU member states
- 20:14have increased defense spending by almost 60%.
- 20:18As a result of last year, the amount
- 20:21of donations reached 381 billion euro.
- 20:26This is the second place in the world
- 20:28after the United States.
- 20:29At the same time, the task of increasing
- 20:32Europe's defense capabilities by 2030 has also been
- 20:36set.
- 20:37The increase in military assignments will only be
- 20:40possible as a result of a reduction of
- 20:42spending on other budgetary items, primarily social in
- 20:46nature.
- 20:48These large-scale military preparations will only be
- 20:51possible if we are forced to react mirroredly.
- 20:56And none of the conquerors who come to
- 20:59us with a sword left Russia in good
- 21:01health.
- 21:03He's pointing back all the way across many,
- 21:06many hundreds of years.
- 21:08Such an open military course will cause much
- 21:11less surprise if you look at those who
- 21:13are responsible for its development.
- 21:15I'm talking about the total professional inadequacy of
- 21:20the European Union, authors of this plan.
- 21:24In particular, the head of euro diplomacy.
- 21:27This is her.
- 21:28This is this is Kayakos again.
- 21:31In particular, the head of euro diplomacy is
- 21:33about to insult her.
- 21:35Speaking at a conference of the Institute of
- 21:37Security Studies of the EU last year, commenting
- 21:41on Vladimir Putin's speech at the events in
- 21:45China celebrating the end of World War Two,
- 21:49wherein Russia lost 26 million and China lost
- 21:5228 million people.
- 21:55The solemn events in China said the following.
- 21:58This is Kayakos last year.
- 22:01Well, Russia addressed China and said Russia and
- 22:05China fought in World War Two.
- 22:08We won World War Two.
- 22:11We defeated Nazism.
- 22:12That's what Trump.
- 22:13I mean, Trump.
- 22:14That's what Putin said to Xi Jinping.
- 22:16And I thought this is something new, she
- 22:18said.
- 22:19If you know history, then it raises many
- 22:22questions.
- 22:23This is what the high representative of the
- 22:25EU on foreign affairs said, which obviously knows
- 22:29nothing about that is the people of the
- 22:31Union and of China, who took the main
- 22:37blow for the world.
- 22:39And we would like her to get acquainted
- 22:41with her history teacher.
- 22:44And he's looking at Miss Collis.
- 22:45We would like to get acquainted with your
- 22:47history teacher.
- 22:49And so he said to finish up, he
- 22:50says, to sum up, I want to say
- 22:52that apparently from the beautiful post-war idea
- 22:55of a united Europe, the EU is moving
- 22:58to the construction of the next Reich.
- 23:01We hope that the European countries and the
- 23:04international community as a whole, that there are
- 23:07still sober heads there who will oppose such
- 23:11developments.
- 23:12Thank you.
- 23:13Now, that was Vasily Nebensia, who really is
- 23:18critical.
- 23:19And I don't know his speechwriter is, but
- 23:21I like them generally.
- 23:23And they're pretty blunt and on point when
- 23:28you get to speak to them.
- 23:29But you never hear about that stuff over
- 23:30here.
- 23:31You might get a small, what do you
- 23:35call it, blurb out of something.
- 23:38And I apologize for sharing the parts that
- 23:40might not have been that entertaining.
- 23:43But I think you need to understand what
- 23:47other people are thinking.
- 23:48And I provide that here for you in
- 23:53my own little world.
- 23:56So Xi Jinping also gave a pretty tight
- 24:02statement because there was, now I got to
- 24:07go all the way back here to my
- 24:09notes, which I've lost my notes.
- 24:12Here they be.
- 24:15We'll get to him in just a second.
- 24:17But listen, Europe, did I point out that
- 24:22today is Wednesday?
- 24:23I don't think I did.
- 24:25Do you know that today is Wednesday?
- 24:27It's the biggest day in radio and I
- 24:28get to start it all up.
- 24:30It's also tax day.
- 24:32Let's all cry about that.
- 24:34See what we can do to get working
- 24:38on that.
- 24:38That doesn't make me happy at all.
- 24:41But that's the par for the course in
- 24:43these days of trouble and gloom where passing
- 24:47ruffians can say need at will to old
- 24:49women.
- 24:50The cleanest way to talk about the speech
- 24:55of Mr. Nubenzia is it is freaking accurate.
- 24:59He was accurate.
- 25:01He's truthful.
- 25:02He, you know, these European nuts are all
- 25:05pro war, pro war, pro war, pro, uh,
- 25:10pro, uh, you know, destruction of Ukraine, pro,
- 25:13uh, killing, uh, did, you know, Friedrich Mertz
- 25:15yesterday, uh, day before maybe he, uh, had
- 25:19a meeting with the Z monster.
- 25:23And we're talking about by the end of
- 25:26the year, sending all of the Ukrainian men
- 25:30home and they're, they're getting ready to deport
- 25:34them all because Ukraine doesn't have anybody left.
- 25:36So now they're scrounging all the people that
- 25:40left and they're going to, they're going to
- 25:43deport them.
- 25:43Poland's been doing it or trying to find
- 25:45them for a little while.
- 25:47And many of the countries have said, this
- 25:50is what we're going to start doing because,
- 25:52uh, uh, the Z monster is asking them
- 25:55in addition to the 90 billion, which the
- 25:57funny part is of the 90 billion, they
- 25:59estimate that 60 billion of it will go
- 26:02to the EU.
- 26:0530 billion will go to Ukraine.
- 26:07The amount that actually gets to the front
- 26:09line and equipment and you know, uh, supplies
- 26:14is about a 10th of it.
- 26:16You know, it's, it's really nothing that what
- 26:19they get, the corruption is so massive that
- 26:21they don't get any of it.
- 26:23And I don't know that the accuracy of
- 26:24those numbers, even that, that sounds a little
- 26:26high to me that they even get that
- 26:28much because, uh, they're all just splitting it
- 26:31up and getting their share and, you know,
- 26:33pay, paying people to look the other way.
- 26:36And everybody's looking the other way long as
- 26:38it ain't them having to die.
- 26:39And then their boosification is, is, uh, taking
- 26:42people down and, you know, beating the crap
- 26:45out of them.
- 26:45And those videos are everywhere and throwing them
- 26:48in under the front line.
- 26:50Uh, Russia meanwhile is making, uh, allegedly have
- 26:54started their, uh, summer offensive or their spring
- 26:58offensive, I suppose you would call it.
- 27:01And, uh, they're hitting hard, lots of drones
- 27:04last night.
- 27:05Um, that we're headed toward, uh, Harkov, um,
- 27:11up in the, near the Sumi region up
- 27:13there.
- 27:13And when they crossed the border from Belgrade
- 27:15down south, uh, that they'd been talking about
- 27:18building a buffer zone along there, told you
- 27:21yesterday that they've gotten quite a bit of
- 27:23the, uh, of the territory of the whole
- 27:26Donbass already.
- 27:27Um, but you know, something needs to happen
- 27:32with all these wars.
- 27:33And frankly, even though I didn't think he'd
- 27:35be able to resolve it in a day,
- 27:37I thought the efforts would be to resolve
- 27:41war.
- 27:42And, you know, you haven't heard him say
- 27:43anything about the war in Ukraine in a
- 27:45while, been too busy with their own, uh,
- 27:49their own, um, I don't know their own
- 27:55projects, you know, project Ukraine has taken a
- 27:58back seat because we have project Iran project
- 28:00Israel.
- 28:01And, uh, that's, um, you know, not good.
- 28:05So the fact that Europe is becoming less
- 28:10democratic and more centralized government and seizing the
- 28:14power, I, of course, you know, noticed it
- 28:17for, for years and, um, you know, I,
- 28:20but I pay attention to it and, but
- 28:23Europe is less democratic, more centralized.
- 28:25Now, Hungary is the new test case.
- 28:28So I saw a video last night, news
- 28:34channel in, um, I can't remember where it
- 28:37was, was a India, uh, times of India
- 28:40or something like that, that, uh, they were
- 28:44saying, and I've been searching for it, but
- 28:47I can't find it that there's a 27
- 28:50point plan that the new guy Magyar is
- 28:57going to have to comply with to get
- 29:01the money from Ursula von der Leyen and
- 29:05from Brussels.
- 29:06They are going to put a knife in
- 29:08the veto.
- 29:08That's for sure.
- 29:10Um, so Europe is not democratic at all.
- 29:14It's totally centralized, especially on the foreign policy
- 29:18level.
- 29:18Like we told you yesterday about the, uh,
- 29:20the events trying to terminate it, but China
- 29:23is moving into the diplomatic vacuum in the
- 29:26middle East.
- 29:27There's no diplomacy going over there.
- 29:29Um, that is, if you want to call
- 29:31what they're doing diplomacy, it's nonsense.
- 29:33And they are counterposing multilateralism to American force.
- 29:39Naked force is what they, what they are
- 29:42calling it.
- 29:42Uh, and Trump is looking, according to some
- 29:45now, I'm not sure if I agree with
- 29:47this, but, but they do have a point.
- 29:49Okay.
- 29:50Um, they, they have a point.
- 29:52Um, I I've brought up some of it
- 29:54here myself because something's happening.
- 30:01You know, the, the, the things that he
- 30:04has, has said lately on his true social
- 30:08are extreme, even for him.
- 30:10And he's looking erratic.
- 30:12He's taking personal attacks to a new level.
- 30:15And I don't know that he's restrained in
- 30:19anything he does.
- 30:21And, uh, there's nothing we can do to
- 30:23stop it.
- 30:24I mean, they get to do whatever the
- 30:25hell they want.
- 30:25And, uh, but people are saying that there
- 30:29is no government apparatus that all there is,
- 30:34is Trump making these decisions so that whether
- 30:38it's a good or a bad thing, these
- 30:40decisions are made in the Trump vacuum.
- 30:42Um, allegedly when Vance was at the, uh,
- 30:48Iranian, uh, talks in Islamabad, um, last week,
- 30:54Trump called 21 times in 22 hours of
- 30:59negotiation, uh, to speak with him and direct
- 31:03him and talk about it.
- 31:04I mean, if that's true, it's ludicrous.
- 31:06Okay.
- 31:07Netanyahu spoke and Netanyahu said this himself.
- 31:12Netanyahu says that he got a call from,
- 31:14uh, uh, JD Vance while he was in
- 31:17there and outlined it.
- 31:18And it was right after that, that it
- 31:20was done.
- 31:20And that, uh, the U S always calls
- 31:22him, um, immediately, you know, with everything that's
- 31:25going on.
- 31:26That's frightening.
- 31:27Who in the hell is he?
- 31:30This is nonsense.
- 31:32So I'm not sure, but if you take
- 31:34all of these together, Europe is way out
- 31:37there.
- 31:38Um, Trump is looking a bit erratic in
- 31:42China is trying to be stable adult in
- 31:46the room.
- 31:46Xi Jinping with what some of this says
- 31:48today, because who is operating, you know, according
- 31:53to any institution, any rule of law, any
- 31:57real strategy, what is it?
- 32:00Europe doesn't act according to any rule of
- 32:03law, you know, Europe, they're a bunch of
- 32:05nuts and they don't believe in it.
- 32:08They just, they, they won't even talk to
- 32:11somebody that they don't like.
- 32:13And this is unfortunately how I believe our
- 32:16children, uh, and I mean, world children, not
- 32:19just America, but confrontation.
- 32:22You can't have it.
- 32:23You just write those people off and you
- 32:25don't even deal with them.
- 32:27There's, there's no such thing as conflict resolution.
- 32:30No, no, no.
- 32:31We just separate.
- 32:33There's us and them.
- 32:35That's it.
- 32:36And unfortunately that's the world we live in.
- 32:40Nobody can get rid of disputes.
- 32:42You know, they have to up the fight.
- 32:46Everybody's a narcissist.
- 32:48Everybody, everybody must hate the opposing party.
- 32:52You have to hate the other side.
- 32:54I don't get it.
- 32:55And, uh, I, I, I truly don't.
- 32:57And so that means that I would draw,
- 33:00you know, I'll tell you my opinion on
- 33:01the air, but I don't like fighting with
- 33:03people.
- 33:04If you can't resolve it amicably, I'm not
- 33:07interested, you know, legally fine.
- 33:10You know, that's, that's a different animal, but
- 33:13it's not like I'm going to get in
- 33:14a fight or a war with you or,
- 33:15or be a proponent of war.
- 33:18I think war is an extreme last resort.
- 33:22And I don't believe we've used it as
- 33:24one.
- 33:24We've used it as a war of choice,
- 33:26first resort.
- 33:27We use it to show our power, to
- 33:30force our way of thinking on other people.
- 33:34That's what I believe.
- 33:35And I don't single out Trump for that.
- 33:38I mean, that's what we've done forever.
- 33:40And, uh, uh, you know, these things that,
- 33:44you know, and think about here, here's the
- 33:46one move.
- 33:47So the key point about, you know, that
- 33:50I brought up yesterday about Victor Orban losing
- 33:53his seat and Peter Maguire taking over.
- 33:56Okay.
- 33:57The key point is that Brussels moved instantly
- 34:01to convert Orban's defeat into further institutional power.
- 34:07Okay.
- 34:08This Maguire, they're saying that he's pretty conservative,
- 34:11right?
- 34:13Ursula von der Leyen didn't wait around at
- 34:15all to test Maguire's independence.
- 34:17She's going to move in for the kill,
- 34:19right?
- 34:20She moved immediately toward ending or weakening the
- 34:23veto that had allowed Orban to block EU
- 34:26foreign policy, especially on Ukraine.
- 34:30That's the real story.
- 34:31It's not just Hungary changes the government because
- 34:34Hungary is now a slave.
- 34:37Hungary is now a vassal state because there
- 34:40are allegedly 27 points and I haven't been
- 34:44able to find them.
- 34:45You know, it is, the center is taking
- 34:47advantage of this opening to, you know, pin
- 34:51Maguire to the mat now, and then, you
- 34:54know, slam him in a cell and lock
- 34:56the door behind it.
- 34:57Hungary is no longer an issue at all,
- 35:00and they will not be.
- 35:03So from the Financial Times reports that Brussels
- 35:09is linking the release of 35 billion in
- 35:13frozen funds for Hungary to now.
- 35:17So first it was, Ursula says, listen, if
- 35:21you vote, we need to vote for the
- 35:24best guy.
- 35:25So the Soros's of the world jump in
- 35:27there and say, vote, vote for Maguire, vote
- 35:29for Maguire and get rid of Orban.
- 35:31Orban's the problem.
- 35:32Orban's the problem, just like Trump's the problem
- 35:34in America, according to the rest of the
- 35:35world.
- 35:36And, you know, get rid of this guy
- 35:38and you will be rewarded, Hungary.
- 35:41We will release this money because they've been
- 35:45holding money that is due to Hungary in
- 35:49projects, funds, loans, benefits, all kinds of stuff
- 35:54that come to them.
- 35:56But they won't give it up because they've
- 35:57been trying to force Orban to not veto
- 36:01the money that they give to Ukraine.
- 36:03But Orban says, look, I still need Russian
- 36:07oil.
- 36:07Maguire says the same thing, by the way,
- 36:09but he's going to run into some serious
- 36:11problems.
- 36:12They're going to give him the $35 billion,
- 36:14but he's still not going to be able
- 36:15to get Russian oil.
- 36:17He claims he's going to be independent and
- 36:20that he's going to try to work that
- 36:21out himself.
- 36:22But immediately, Ursula Fonda Pirate, as what's his
- 36:29name?
- 36:30Alex Cristoforo calls her Ursula Fonda Pirate.
- 36:33And I really don't remember why I heard
- 36:35him first call her that, you know, a
- 36:36year and a half, two years ago.
- 36:38And but I don't remember why he calls
- 36:40her that.
- 36:41Maybe because she's always robbing stuff from other
- 36:43countries.
- 36:44And but she's she's the Fonda Pirate and
- 36:47Ursula.
- 36:49She says now, immediately afterward, first it was
- 36:53get rid of Orban.
- 36:54Now that Orban is gone, she says, no,
- 36:56no, no, no.
- 36:58We have 27 conditions that you're going to
- 37:00have to agree to to get the $35
- 37:03billion.
- 37:04So it says Maguire's whole platform rested on
- 37:10restoring alignment with Brussels and unlocking those funds,
- 37:15which means her leverage is.
- 37:17I mean, that's his that was his primary
- 37:21campaign promise.
- 37:22I'm going to get you the money that
- 37:24you promised us.
- 37:25And we're going to fix inside of.
- 37:29Hungry, including gas shortages, oil, the prices of
- 37:34oil, they're not going to fix that, they're
- 37:37still going to have three times the price,
- 37:39unfortunately.
- 37:40So the instability is going to continue.
- 37:42And if you think and now they're trying
- 37:45to turn Ukraine, they're they want because they've
- 37:48been blocking Ukraine from being a kind of
- 37:52a junior member, if you will, of the
- 37:55EU.
- 37:57And, you know, they want to they want
- 37:59to allow them in.
- 38:00That's what Ursula Fonda Pirate is going to
- 38:02do.
- 38:03And so, you know, it doesn't list all
- 38:07the 27 conditions that alleged conditions that were
- 38:12linked by the Financial Times.
- 38:14And I looked in the Financial Times and
- 38:16although they stated there were 27 conditions, they
- 38:19didn't count what they were.
- 38:20So I can't find them.
- 38:22Hopefully I'll be able to find those for
- 38:23you tomorrow.
- 38:24But so far, I haven't.
- 38:26So I don't know.
- 38:28There's no line by line list of the
- 38:3127.
- 38:32But Brussels is is reported in several sources,
- 38:35not just the Financial Times, to having these
- 38:3827 conditions.
- 38:40But either way, Magyar's in for a probably
- 38:45rude awakening and he's going to realize he's
- 38:48nowhere near as powerful as was Orban.
- 38:53And now he has said, I'm not going
- 38:55to just take this money willy nilly.
- 38:57That's not what you promised in your elections,
- 39:00you know, in your campaign speeches.
- 39:02That is not what you promised.
- 39:05So I don't know.
- 39:07Orban lost on Sunday and by Monday, Brussels
- 39:10was already trying to make sure that no
- 39:13future Orban could ever slow them down again.
- 39:16And that's true.
- 39:18And they are punching hard to take him
- 39:22down now as he's brand new.
- 39:25He doesn't know what the hell he's doing.
- 39:26And there's a 16 year bureaucratic.
- 39:32I don't.
- 39:34How do I want to say this?
- 39:35The I don't claim to be an expert
- 39:38on the bureaucracy of Hungary.
- 39:40I imagine it's large.
- 39:42I also imagine there's their own share of
- 39:45corruption in Hungary of what's going on.
- 39:48But it's.
- 39:52Oh, here's a true social.
- 39:54Here's another Trump.
- 39:55China is very happy that I am permanently
- 39:58opening the straight to four moves.
- 40:00I'm doing it for them in the world.
- 40:03This situation will never happen again.
- 40:05They have agreed not to send weapons to
- 40:07Iran.
- 40:08President Xi will give me big fat hug
- 40:10when I get there in a few weeks.
- 40:12We're working together smartly and very well.
- 40:15Doesn't that beat fighting?
- 40:16But remember, we're very good at fighting if
- 40:19we have to.
- 40:20Far better than anyone else.
- 40:22Donald Trump.
- 40:26You know, it's really sad, but I long
- 40:29for the days of normal.
- 40:31This is just not normal.
- 40:33And I don't know.
- 40:35At least there wasn't anything horror story in
- 40:37there that except the constant we're better than
- 40:40everybody, you know, tune that he's got to
- 40:42put.
- 40:43And not that I don't think we are.
- 40:45I think we are.
- 40:46You just don't need to brag about it
- 40:48all the time.
- 40:49And I'm so tired of it.
- 40:51I truly am.
- 40:52But that's the way it goes.
- 40:53Xi Jinping for his part.
- 40:55OK, so because Trump's thing on the screen
- 40:57TV up in front of me just now
- 40:59folded in perfectly into my next part, which
- 41:02is about Xi Jinping and is for he
- 41:05has a four point plan.
- 41:08He is going to the Gulf states and
- 41:12he is meeting with people in the Gulf
- 41:15states that he is talking to.
- 41:17And I want to find this quote specifically
- 41:21because I think it's important.
- 41:25Where are we, America?
- 41:27China is stepping more visibly into the Middle
- 41:31East crisis, and Xi Jinping is outlining four
- 41:35point proposal for peace, just as the US
- 41:38Iran talks stall intentions escalate across the region.
- 41:43The framework which was proposed during President Xi
- 41:46Jinping's meeting with the crown prince of Abu
- 41:50Dhabi, Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed al
- 41:54Nahyan, was shared with Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson
- 41:59Mao Ming, presenting Beijing's vision for stabilizing the
- 42:03Middle East and signals that China is intent
- 42:07on positioning itself as a diplomatic alternative at
- 42:11a time when the US is struggling to
- 42:14produce results.
- 42:15Xi Jinping's four point formula is as follows,
- 42:19and at the core of it is peaceful
- 42:22coexistence.
- 42:23China argues that Middle Eastern countries, particularly the
- 42:27Gulf states, are geographically bound and must find
- 42:31ways to coexist through cooperation rather than confrontation.
- 42:37That's pillar one.
- 42:38The second pillar focuses on state sovereignty.
- 42:43Xi stressed that the sovereignty and territorial integrity
- 42:47of countries must be respected.
- 42:50The message appears directed at ongoing military actions
- 42:54in the region that reinforce Beijing's stance against
- 42:58unilateral force.
- 43:00The third element centers on international law.
- 43:04China called for adherence to a rules-based
- 43:07global order anchored in the United Nations, warning
- 43:12against selective application of international law.
- 43:16I want to spend a little time on
- 43:17this one because both China and Russia for
- 43:21years have been, I don't know what I
- 43:28would say to that, they have been broadcasting,
- 43:31both in the UN and elsewhere, that look,
- 43:35we already have a platform.
- 43:38It's called the UN.
- 43:41If you ever paid attention to the rules,
- 43:45all of these endeavors by people who ignore
- 43:52the rules wouldn't be, would not have been,
- 43:58wouldn't have happened.
- 44:00Israel especially, US also, Europe listed in there,
- 44:06you know, that these actions are there.
- 44:08We already, both of those countries, and several
- 44:12others by the way, India says the same
- 44:13thing.
- 44:14They say we have it, but since they
- 44:16are controlled, I mean more than controlled, they
- 44:22are dictated by the appointments of western people.
- 44:28It's always somebody from the west or from
- 44:31very specific backgrounds that runs the UN, that,
- 44:35you know, engages, you know, that controls the
- 44:42discussions that go on there and stuff like
- 44:45that.
- 44:46You'll always have Nibenzia and the Chinese foreign
- 44:49minister and a couple others, you know, sniping
- 44:52from the sidelines like happened to the one
- 44:54I read to you today, but nobody cares.
- 44:57Nobody listens.
- 44:58They sit and they listen and Kayakolas just
- 45:02sits there, puts her head down and listen
- 45:03to, okay, here's the attack I need to
- 45:06take, but we don't care because we control
- 45:09the process.
- 45:13We control the system.
- 45:16And China and Russia have been saying things
- 45:18about that.
- 45:19Why do you think the rest of the
- 45:20world is looking for alternatives?
- 45:22Because we never follow the rules.
- 45:24The rules do not apply if you are
- 45:28the United States, Europe, whoever they decide at
- 45:33a particular time, you know, whoever they decide.
- 45:37But if you're somebody that pisses off those
- 45:38two things, the deep state, you're screwed.
- 45:42You get nothing.
- 45:43That's it.
- 45:44So the final pillar, which I want to
- 45:47talk about, because that one's the most serious
- 45:48and it's constant that they talk about that.
- 45:52And the final pillar links with development.
- 45:55Xi Jinping emphasized that long-term stability cannot
- 45:59be achieved without economic growth and offered China's
- 46:05model as a potential pathway for regional countries.
- 46:09He's talking about belts and roads.
- 46:11He's talking about the building of infrastructure between
- 46:17countries.
- 46:18The proposal comes immediately after the collapse of
- 46:21the U.S. and Iranian talks in Islamabad.
- 46:25And, you know, with Washington shifting toward only
- 46:28military, including naval deployment, China is presenting a
- 46:33contrasting approach rooted in dialogue and economic integration.
- 46:38Notably, Beijing has been expanding its own role
- 46:42in the Middle East from brokering the Iran
- 46:44-Saudi rapprochements to deepening economic ties of its
- 46:50own across the Gulf.
- 46:52By putting forward a structured peace framework now,
- 46:56China is signaling that it wants a more
- 46:58central role in shaping the region.
- 47:01China once again slammed Donald Trump over the
- 47:05president's Iranian naval blockade.
- 47:07This is in contrast to what Trump said.
- 47:09Oh yeah, they love it.
- 47:12I don't know where he's living, but that's
- 47:14not what was said.
- 47:16The blockade caused a move dangerous and irresponsible.
- 47:21The Chinese foreign ministry attacked Trump came a
- 47:24day after Russian minister Sergei Lavrov arrived in
- 47:28Beijing for an official visit.
- 47:30I'm going to tell you a little bit
- 47:31about that here in a minute too.
- 47:32The U.S. side's escalation of military deployment
- 47:36and its targeted blockade will only intensify conflict,
- 47:41exacerbate tension in the region, and undermine the
- 47:45already fragile ceasefire and further jeopardize safety of
- 47:50passage through the strait.
- 47:53China says, the minister of defense says, this
- 47:58is a dangerous and irresponsible act.
- 48:01China believes that only a comprehensive ceasefire and
- 48:04a cessation of hostilities can fundamentally create the
- 48:08conditions for easing the strait.
- 48:12China urges all parties to abide by ceasefire
- 48:15arrangements, focus on dialogue and negotiation, and take
- 48:21concrete actions to de-escalate the regional situation
- 48:25and restore normal passage in the straits as
- 48:29soon as possible.
- 48:31So let's see what is the U.S.
- 48:36says that the U.S. will not allow,
- 48:39let's see, where is this?
- 48:42Gas prices ultimately have to come down.
- 48:44We produce more Saudi Arabia and add Russia
- 48:48to it substantially more by next year.
- 48:51We'll have, this is Trump, we'll have double
- 48:53that amount so we don't need it, but
- 48:55the world needs it.
- 48:57This is his quote, where is that?
- 49:00I wish I could find the exact quote,
- 49:02but many ships are heading to our country
- 49:03now as we speak to load up with
- 49:06the best sweet, what did he call it,
- 49:08sweet crude, and that's what it is called,
- 49:11but really I guess you could say somebody
- 49:13wants the best and sweetest.
- 49:15I don't know exactly what sweet is, but
- 49:17when it relates to oil it's a good
- 49:18thing, said Trump, but they're coming to our
- 49:20country right now.
- 49:22There are many boats coming to our country
- 49:23right now.
- 49:24It would be well, it could very well
- 49:27be this is going to be settled before
- 49:29that.
- 49:30We've been called this morning by the right
- 49:32people, the appropriate people, and they want a
- 49:34deal.
- 49:35They would like to work a deal, and
- 49:38I don't, frankly I don't believe that.
- 49:43I don't believe that, at least not the
- 49:47right people.
- 49:48Maybe you got somebody else, you have Modi
- 49:52or somebody bitching about it and saying, look
- 49:55you got to end this, but I don't
- 50:00know.
- 50:01I haven't seen anything else that says it
- 50:03except Trump, but it's never reported anywhere else,
- 50:06and let's see.
- 50:12Earlier Xi Jinping said during a meeting with
- 50:15Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, they call for
- 50:19close cooperation to oppose.
- 50:21Now remember Spanish Prime Minister Sanchez is a
- 50:24guy that said you're not flying over our
- 50:26country for that.
- 50:27They call for close cooperation to oppose what
- 50:30he called the world's retrograde, well retrogression into
- 50:36the law of the jungle.
- 50:38Both China and Spain stand on the correct
- 50:41side of history, according to Xi Jinping.
- 50:44We must strengthen our dialogue and communication, solidify
- 50:48our mutual trust, and engage in close cooperation.
- 50:53We must firmly oppose regression of the world
- 50:57back to the law of the jungle, and
- 51:00collectively champion and defend multilateralism, thereby safeguarding the
- 51:07peace and development of the global community.
- 51:11How about that?
- 51:12Isn't that crazy?
- 51:15And then, you know, there's a couple other
- 51:18parts, but I think, let's see, I'm gonna
- 51:23go to, where's the Lavrov deal?
- 51:25Lavrov in Kitai, in China, which is Kitai
- 51:31in Russian.
- 51:33Let's see, I do not only have it
- 51:36in Russian, I thought I had it in
- 51:38English, I'm sorry, but China's trying to become
- 51:44the adult in the room, and Washington is
- 51:46just banging on the table as usual.
- 51:48I haven't had to beat up on Hegseth
- 51:50too much lately though, you know, the, put
- 51:53me in coach, put me in, that guy,
- 51:56but Jeffrey Sachs went off last, and I
- 52:00watched something with him last night, and this
- 52:03is, this is tough, but it was, it
- 52:08was tough to watch, it really was, but
- 52:12for me, it was tough to watch because
- 52:17it's, you can't necessarily say that he's
- 52:27wrong.
- 52:28That's the horror story of it all, okay?
- 52:30I don't, I'm not saying I believe it,
- 52:33I'm saying this is one man's opinion, and
- 52:36I have trouble with the same things that
- 52:39he is saying, I come to a slightly
- 52:41different conclusion, but I have trouble with them,
- 52:45I already told you some of them, you
- 52:47know, Jeffrey Sachs says, I mean, he isn't
- 52:50merely criticizing Trump's policies, although he always does
- 52:54that internationally, you know, as do I, you
- 52:57know, I, Trump's policies internationally are not good
- 53:01for America, in my humble opinion, but hey,
- 53:05I've been wrong before, once, did I remember?
- 53:07Could be, this is the second time, who
- 53:09knows, and we shall see, but Sachs, he's
- 53:14questioning whether the current process, there's any institutional
- 53:17process at all.
- 53:19Now, I never thought there was, I always
- 53:20thought that Trump is the God Emperor, you
- 53:24know, he's in charge, you know, I've said
- 53:26that before, that he is the guy in
- 53:28charge, so it was interesting to hear Sachs
- 53:32say something like this, he said that he
- 53:34was questioning the institution, he brought together, he
- 53:37said something about watching the Cuban Missile Crisis,
- 53:43that the people study it, now remember, he's
- 53:45a professor, and he says that people study
- 53:50the Cuban Missile Crisis, how it occurred, as
- 53:59it occurred, and what he said was that
- 54:02when Kennedy made a decision, he'd call the
- 54:07cabinet together, all of them, and all of
- 54:10the heads of every major agency were there,
- 54:13and they would talk about them, he would
- 54:15assign each of them, he assigned each of
- 54:18them to do something, to check on this,
- 54:20check on that, check on these things, and
- 54:22he said that if you go back into
- 54:25history, now I've never taken, obviously, as in
- 54:27-depth a level as what he has said,
- 54:30but, you know, I have no reason to
- 54:34disbelieve what he's saying, either, and he said
- 54:37that you go back and people study all
- 54:41of the tapes, that they taped it all,
- 54:43they recorded it all, they were just coming
- 54:46into the world of being able to record
- 54:47it, that there's paperwork regarding it all, that
- 54:50you could write entire books on the Cuban
- 54:53Missile Crisis, which many people have done, based
- 54:56on the content that is out there, okay,
- 54:59and he said that that was normal statecraft.
- 55:06Now, I don't think that presidents have acted
- 55:11maybe in that regard for a long time,
- 55:14you know, I think they're all nuts, and
- 55:16that they, you know, Biden was senile, Trump
- 55:23is just Trump, and he runs things how
- 55:25he sees fit, and I see that as
- 55:27similar to the ways that the abominator ran
- 55:30things, too.
- 55:31He was just in charge, but there's no
- 55:33doubt, in my mind, that the decisions made
- 55:36were made by him, and the decisions made
- 55:41in Trump's are only made by him.
- 55:44Other people are making them, there's no autonomy
- 55:47to act on your own, you know, to
- 55:51act in the best interests, and report later,
- 55:54to run your department.
- 55:57If I'm a plant manager, I'm hiring an
- 56:01operations manager to handle the operations, and I'm
- 56:04generally going to let him run it as
- 56:07he sees fit.
- 56:09If I'm, you know, hiring an administrative, you
- 56:13know, an accounting guy, I'm going to let
- 56:15him run the accounts the way he, you
- 56:19know, I hire a professional, hire somebody that
- 56:21can tell me what's going on, and won't
- 56:23rob me, that's what I'm hiring.
- 56:25And if I'm hiring somebody to handle the
- 56:28administrative side of the house as a human
- 56:31resources person, those people are doing it.
- 56:33I don't believe that exists, I don't think
- 56:36it existed with Obama, I sure as hell
- 56:38don't think it exists with Trump, and, you
- 56:41know, Trump is a micromanager.
- 56:43Trump keeps only the loyal people around him,
- 56:49and you only get one shot.
- 56:51If you're, if you say something negative, Trump,
- 56:55you're suddenly disloyal, and you're out the window,
- 56:58that's it.
- 56:59And that's the end of the game.
- 57:01And that's how he plays.
- 57:02And so that means that you have a
- 57:05whole, he's surrounded by nothing but yes men.
- 57:08This, I believe, that Trump is surrounded by
- 57:11yes men.
- 57:12And the people who want to continue after
- 57:15him are just marking time and saying yes,
- 57:19sir, yes, sir, three bags full, sir, until
- 57:23the time is done.
- 57:25And then they'll distance themselves from Trump.
- 57:28That's the way our system works.
- 57:31And I'm eager to see what happens in
- 57:34the coming elections.
- 57:38And I'm not so sure that they've got
- 57:43it under control.
- 57:44But we'll see.
- 57:45I'm not sure, there's so much drama happening
- 57:49at the national and international level.
- 57:52Anyway, that it's hard to focus on the
- 57:54drama going on in Missouri.
- 57:56And we got plenty of that as well.
- 57:59But Sachs' core argument is that what's happening
- 58:03is not normal.
- 58:05There's no file, memo, deliberation, interagency review, congressional
- 58:10involvement, unless it's Lindsey Graham.
- 58:12And instead, he describes it as a one
- 58:14-man show.
- 58:15And he says the words he used are
- 58:18delusional and incompetent, are the words he used,
- 58:23and very, very personalized.
- 58:25Now, this is, if you want to talk
- 58:27personalized, I've always had a difficulty with Trump
- 58:30being so touchy.
- 58:35He's a big figure.
- 58:38People aren't going to like him.
- 58:41But he busts out and he's like the
- 58:46insult comic.
- 58:48If you say something anti-Trump or something
- 58:52even not pro-Trump, if you just say,
- 58:56remember him at the whatever they call that
- 59:02press dinner or whatever at the White House
- 59:04several years ago when people were saying bad
- 59:06things about him, it was the end of
- 59:07the world.
- 59:09And he about came unglued after that.
- 59:11What he did this past weekend was not
- 59:13good.
- 59:14And Sachs says these three things may, you
- 59:18know, say his quote, not mine, okay, is
- 59:24what he said is that Trump may have
- 59:27lost his mind.
- 59:28And he notes the same things that I
- 59:31note, the bizarre overnight social media posts that
- 59:36he's talked about, that one page one where
- 59:38he ripped into Tucker Carlson, a couple other
- 59:42people.
- 59:43Now I didn't say that, but it was
- 59:45certainly bizarre in my mind.
- 59:47And it was very difficult to read.
- 59:50And, you know, Jeffrey Sachs is openly saying
- 59:53that many people are muttering around Washington right
- 59:58now that Trump's conduct looks unfiltered, personalized, irrational,
- 1:00:03and potentially mentally unstable, and that he's going
- 1:00:08the same route as Biden.
- 1:00:10That was the nature of his discussion.
- 1:00:13I don't agree with that.
- 1:00:15You know, if you watch, I saw Trump,
- 1:00:19I guess it depends on the time, you
- 1:00:22know, on the timing of it all, because
- 1:00:24most time he's rational, he's detailed, he can
- 1:00:29tell you a full comment and a full
- 1:00:35discussion of what he's saying.
- 1:00:36It's logical.
- 1:00:37It makes sense.
- 1:00:39You don't have to agree with it.
- 1:00:40And most time I don't, but I don't
- 1:00:43like these middle of the night postings.
- 1:00:46And I think, you know, somebody ought to
- 1:00:48be handling that for him.
- 1:00:52And he says, you know, the press gave
- 1:00:54him an out yesterday.
- 1:00:55Was it you that posted that?
- 1:00:56You know, and oh, yeah, that was me.
- 1:01:00When you're asking him about the Jesus Christ
- 1:01:02reference, when he was supposed to be a
- 1:01:05doctor, you know, that doesn't look like any
- 1:01:07Red Cross outfit I ever saw put on.
- 1:01:10But okay, you know, at least he admits
- 1:01:12it, you know.
- 1:01:13But I think a better thing to do
- 1:01:16would have been to, gee, I'm sorry for
- 1:01:18the, you know, maybe I should have reviewed
- 1:01:21it a little more before I published it.
- 1:01:24Maybe that, you know, because to me, that
- 1:01:27was, you know, a spiritual figure, you know,
- 1:01:31blessing, a dying, you know, whoever he was,
- 1:01:34I don't believe it looked sufficiently like the,
- 1:01:39what's his name?
- 1:01:40But who knows?
- 1:01:42You know, that's what people have been talking
- 1:01:43about.
- 1:01:46What Sacks said, though, that makes you think
- 1:01:51about it is that it's not necessarily a
- 1:01:55Trump problem.
- 1:01:57The problem is the deinstitutionalization of U.S.
- 1:02:02decision making.
- 1:02:04And he talked about this for a little
- 1:02:06bit, the use of amateurs, corrupt political systems,
- 1:02:10and above all, the refusal to accept the
- 1:02:13fact that other countries exist, you know, that
- 1:02:16it's a multipolar world.
- 1:02:18And so the fact is that when Trump
- 1:02:21brings people in, all he cared about was
- 1:02:24loyalty, was loyalty and somebody that's going to
- 1:02:28back him completely.
- 1:02:29Now, he got screwed in his first term.
- 1:02:32And some argue that he, and I don't
- 1:02:37know enough to take a position on it
- 1:02:39one or the other, but whether or not
- 1:02:43he, the election was stolen, I tend to
- 1:02:46think it was, but I don't have any
- 1:02:48proof to that, that I can bank upon.
- 1:02:51And I haven't researched it directly myself.
- 1:02:54But I believe that he was screwed by
- 1:02:58his own people in the first term.
- 1:03:01And so protecting yourself in the second term
- 1:03:05by bringing only people that are loyal to
- 1:03:08you and getting rid of them immediately, immediately,
- 1:03:12as soon as they take a position contrary
- 1:03:16to something you want to do.
- 1:03:18I get that.
- 1:03:20What I don't get is turning them into
- 1:03:23pieces of dog meat once you do and
- 1:03:26taking somebody who you used to like and
- 1:03:28used to say, have high regard for and
- 1:03:31say good things to, and turning them into
- 1:03:34the Antichrist, turning them into morons and idiots.
- 1:03:37I don't like that.
- 1:03:40And I don't think it's fair to them,
- 1:03:43to the country, to anybody.
- 1:03:45If they were such idiots, why'd you hire
- 1:03:47them in the first place?
- 1:03:48Why'd you put them in there?
- 1:03:50Why'd you go on Carlson's show, Tucker Carlson?
- 1:03:54Why'd you go on his show?
- 1:03:55Why'd you talk with the other people, MAGA?
- 1:03:59Why'd you do that?
- 1:04:01And now he has other sycophantic people that
- 1:04:05are with him, like Lindsey Graham.
- 1:04:08Lindsey Graham has figured, has learned Trump's number.
- 1:04:12And so he's loved now by Donald Trump.
- 1:04:14Wonder how long that'll last.
- 1:04:17Not so sure.
- 1:04:20He says, Sacks, that the day-to-day
- 1:04:23events make no sense.
- 1:04:25There's chaos rather than cleverness.
- 1:04:28And Trump appears to believe he can bluff
- 1:04:31or bomb his way to success.
- 1:04:37That's scary.
- 1:04:39And that this is a personalized, de-institutionalized
- 1:04:42process rather than a normal government apparatus.
- 1:04:45He says Trump's recent conduct is outside of
- 1:04:49normal presidential behavior.
- 1:04:51By several, and he's an economist, so he
- 1:04:54used the term by several standard deviations.
- 1:04:57I made sure to note that.
- 1:04:58He's several standard deviations away from normal.
- 1:05:03Several.
- 1:05:04Now that's funny.
- 1:05:06And that there's a real possibility that he
- 1:05:08has serious mental problems.
- 1:05:10Now, I don't know about that.
- 1:05:12I worry about that when people get older.
- 1:05:15But I don't know that I'm where he
- 1:05:17is yet.
- 1:05:17But the three things that happened that really,
- 1:05:21that give me pause, let's say, is that
- 1:05:28diatribe long thing about Tucker Carlson and whoever
- 1:05:32else, Alex Jones and whatever the girl's name
- 1:05:37is that I can't remember off the top
- 1:05:38of my head.
- 1:05:39There's that one.
- 1:05:40There's open the effing streets.
- 1:05:43That was nuts.
- 1:05:47That was crazy.
- 1:05:49Why are we putting that out there?
- 1:05:50You're the freaking president.
- 1:05:52You know, I could talk like that.
- 1:05:54That's not.
- 1:05:55But that's just unpresidential.
- 1:05:57Let me say that.
- 1:05:59And then and most of them have to
- 1:06:01do with this rule ruling by by truth
- 1:06:07social.
- 1:06:08Um, and to me, that's a problem.
- 1:06:12And that is bizarre.
- 1:06:14I don't and nobody can know.
- 1:06:17I don't want anybody controlling the president.
- 1:06:19I don't want that.
- 1:06:20So don't take it the wrong way.
- 1:06:21I want him and not Joe Biden.
- 1:06:24You know, hell, even if he is, even
- 1:06:27if he is senile, I'll still take him
- 1:06:29over Joe Biden any day.
- 1:06:32But does this reflect a bigger problem?
- 1:06:34Are we going to have to put age
- 1:06:36limits on these people?
- 1:06:38I mean, I remember when Reagan was was
- 1:06:41in office and they were worried about him
- 1:06:43and some of the things that he was
- 1:06:45doing.
- 1:06:45And, you know, I remember all the way
- 1:06:48back then thinking, geez, you know, why would
- 1:06:50he say something like that?
- 1:06:52That just doesn't make sense.
- 1:06:53And maybe I like more of a diplomatic
- 1:06:59approach when it comes to.
- 1:07:02International things like this, you know, like everything
- 1:07:05that I bitch about Trump about the really
- 1:07:08I don't I don't bitch about him in
- 1:07:10the country.
- 1:07:11I might disagree, but all right, that I
- 1:07:14can I can understand a little bit.
- 1:07:16This international stuff blowing up the world.
- 1:07:19I do not like it and I don't
- 1:07:22like it at all.
- 1:07:25You know, Trump's explanation of this Jesus Christ
- 1:07:29image and and the world reaction to it.
- 1:07:32Nobody believes him that he pretended he was
- 1:07:35a doctor in the Red Cross.
- 1:07:37I don't believe that.
- 1:07:39And I don't believe it looks remotely like
- 1:07:41that.
- 1:07:42And if that's what he sees when he
- 1:07:43looks at it, well, that's that's indication that
- 1:07:49he isn't seeing properly.
- 1:07:51It's all I'm saying.
- 1:07:53And I really don't mean to beat up
- 1:07:54on the guy.
- 1:07:55I think he's been a good president overall.
- 1:07:58So, you know, they're talking about more pipeline
- 1:08:04things being attacked in Iran, in the Middle
- 1:08:09East.
- 1:08:10And I believe that, you know, the calm
- 1:08:12before the storm has come and especially if
- 1:08:15the blockade continues.
- 1:08:17So I worry about policy with Trump.
- 1:08:20But the reason I worry about policy is
- 1:08:22because of all the lunacy surrounding the dramatization
- 1:08:27of it all.
- 1:08:28You know, the commentary made and I've not
- 1:08:31been in favor of that since 2015 when
- 1:08:34he first came on the stage.
- 1:08:35I mean, I've been pretty, pretty critical about
- 1:08:38that all the way back then.
- 1:08:40I was doing my podcast then from the
- 1:08:42country of Qatar and it was 2015.
- 1:08:45I lived in Qatar and it was I
- 1:08:49would two, three times a week, you know,
- 1:08:53after after reviewing, especially during this was the
- 1:08:56Hillary Trump ultimately or who was running for
- 1:09:01office.
- 1:09:02But I was analyzing all whatever it was,
- 1:09:0816 candidates or whatever the Republican nonsense that
- 1:09:12went on that year.
- 1:09:13And Trump was my favorite.
- 1:09:15But I was still critical.
- 1:09:17I was like, man, look at these morons.
- 1:09:20You know, Trump's at least not them.
- 1:09:23And we wanted something different.
- 1:09:25I want something different.
- 1:09:26I've been supportive, but never fully so.
- 1:09:29And if I would bitch about him, I
- 1:09:31go, man, can we just please get rid
- 1:09:35of this constant antagonism, this constant me great
- 1:09:41me stuff and get past it and tell
- 1:09:45me what you're going to do and quit
- 1:09:48offending everybody you talk to.
- 1:09:52You can't talk.
- 1:09:53You can't say that.
- 1:09:54And trust me, he's he's done this for
- 1:09:56years.
- 1:09:56He can't say the word Biden even today
- 1:09:59without saying Sleepy Joe Biden.
- 1:10:02You know, he just can't do it.
- 1:10:03And he can't call Clinton anything but corrupt
- 1:10:07Hillary, you know, or, you know, he had
- 1:10:10other names for it, too.
- 1:10:12And and I just want to get past
- 1:10:14all of that.
- 1:10:15I want a dialogue.
- 1:10:19I want disagreement.
- 1:10:23At a level where, you know, you don't
- 1:10:25have to be the insult comic, I've always
- 1:10:28thought that, you know, I've been told before
- 1:10:35that if you have when you're arguing as
- 1:10:37someone and you and I'm guilty of this,
- 1:10:40I've done it myself because, you know, I've
- 1:10:43done it and I still sometimes do it,
- 1:10:45hopefully not as often.
- 1:10:46But when I'm angry, I tell you what,
- 1:10:49I'm going to throw some some swear words
- 1:10:52about and and it does nothing but.
- 1:10:57Lessen your argument if you have to use
- 1:11:01that type of argument, you know, you'd be
- 1:11:04much better off sitting in a parliamentary style
- 1:11:08across the room from each other and yelling
- 1:11:11at each other without calling each other, you
- 1:11:14know, horrible names and slanderizing and calling each
- 1:11:21other names like they do in England, couple
- 1:11:23other countries in the parliamentary style.
- 1:11:25You get to get up and speak your
- 1:11:27piece, say your piece.
- 1:11:29Hopefully people pay attention to your piece.
- 1:11:32And if they do, hopefully they understand your
- 1:11:35point of view.
- 1:11:36But that doesn't mean you have to say
- 1:11:38they're losers there.
- 1:11:40Oh, gee, they can't even get on Fox
- 1:11:42News.
- 1:11:43You know, I mean, it's constant and it
- 1:11:46drives me crazy and always has.
- 1:11:49And this is from a guy that generally
- 1:11:51supports demand, not internationally.
- 1:11:55I never have, but certainly not now.
- 1:11:58There isn't there isn't much he can do
- 1:12:00internationally that will gain favor with me except,
- 1:12:03you know, end the war in Ukraine.
- 1:12:06But even that, you know, what are we,
- 1:12:09a year and a half almost in?
- 1:12:11You're in three, four months in to his
- 1:12:14rule.
- 1:12:16And it's still going on.
- 1:12:19No, no end in sight.
- 1:12:21And so, you know, these pipeline sabotages that
- 1:12:28are going on that are happening are breaking
- 1:12:30links between Russia and Europe, breaking links between
- 1:12:34the Middle East, Straits of Hormuz, all this
- 1:12:38stuff is happening huge everywhere.
- 1:12:43And so when you when you bring into
- 1:12:46the into the mix all the things that
- 1:12:50are going on, I really wish we had
- 1:12:55calm dialogue and calm discussion, especially from our
- 1:13:01own leader.
- 1:13:03I would like him to look far more
- 1:13:05presidential, but that's me, you know, and I
- 1:13:08don't think it's presidential to insult people, to
- 1:13:13belittle people, to say that we don't we
- 1:13:17got it all covered.
- 1:13:19Arrogance, all of those things I don't like
- 1:13:23when you're trying to resolve a dispute.
- 1:13:26And by the way, they don't help you
- 1:13:28resolve disputes, not remotely.
- 1:13:31That doesn't help you at all.
- 1:13:34And so it's, you know, crazy stuff going
- 1:13:40on in the world.
- 1:13:41I wanted, you know, and people like Nebenzia,
- 1:13:45what he said, the insults that he that
- 1:13:48he leveled at Kaya Kallis, that's the way
- 1:13:52to insult people.
- 1:13:54It's like, look, I'd really like to meet,
- 1:13:58how did he put it?
- 1:13:59I'd like to meet your history teacher, because
- 1:14:04obviously you don't know anything about history.
- 1:14:08You know, did you go to school?
- 1:14:10Did you go do something?
- 1:14:11Because I don't think you get it.
- 1:14:12Now, that is a fine way to argue.
- 1:14:17You know, you can put that in there.
- 1:14:18It's good stuff.
- 1:14:19And, and it doesn't require you to go,
- 1:14:22geez, you, you, you, you bump in there.
- 1:14:27Like Mrs. Othmar, or you can put when
- 1:14:29the swear words goes beep, or you put
- 1:14:31something like that.
- 1:14:32You don't have to do it.
- 1:14:34But, but that's the way to insult somebody.
- 1:14:39You don't call them idiots.
- 1:14:41You know, you just say, hmm, looks like
- 1:14:44when God was giving out brains that day,
- 1:14:47you thought he said trains.
- 1:14:48And you said, you know, I really want
- 1:14:50one that doesn't go real fast or something
- 1:14:51like that.
- 1:14:52You know, that that's a little bit better
- 1:14:54way to to couch your insults rather than
- 1:14:57going, geez, you moron.
- 1:15:00So anyway, but sometimes it's more fun to
- 1:15:02be, you know, to call people a moron.
- 1:15:04And he's been attacked for much of his
- 1:15:07life.
- 1:15:07So he's got a bit of victimhood going
- 1:15:10on.
- 1:15:11Anyway.
- 1:15:13I sure wish I'd translated all of the,
- 1:15:17the Lavrov thing, because it didn't come out
- 1:15:22all that well, because he talked about Ukraine.
- 1:15:26He talked about, you know, a summary of
- 1:15:29it would be, you know, Moscow and Peking
- 1:15:34are still working together.
- 1:15:37They have ideas for the world.
- 1:15:39They are going to be resolute in how
- 1:15:44they come across.
- 1:15:44I like listening to Lavrov, but he he
- 1:15:48had some asks that he didn't get that
- 1:15:50day.
- 1:15:52Let's see.
- 1:15:53There is something else about NATO.
- 1:15:57Get this.
- 1:15:57Now I've been to Slovenia and Slovenia is
- 1:16:01a country you can get to.
- 1:16:02I think it's on the.
- 1:16:03How did I get there?
- 1:16:04I think it was through the tip of
- 1:16:07Italy when you're going up on the top
- 1:16:09part of Italy and you go across it.
- 1:16:12And I went into Slovenia.
- 1:16:13I went to a to a casino there,
- 1:16:17not very far across the border, only like
- 1:16:1910, 12 miles.
- 1:16:20I only spent, you know, an afternoon there.
- 1:16:22Had I had a nice dinner, you know,
- 1:16:25and went back because I was staying in
- 1:16:27Austria and Italy.
- 1:16:30So I had a place in Italy and
- 1:16:31there was some cool lakes that one of
- 1:16:34the most beautiful lake I've ever seen.
- 1:16:37And it was fall.
- 1:16:38And I particularly like fall anyway.
- 1:16:40And I wish I remembered the name of
- 1:16:42that lake, because by God, I'd love to
- 1:16:44go there again.
- 1:16:45It was one of the one of the
- 1:16:46prettiest parks I have ever seen.
- 1:16:49And it was just.
- 1:16:51Wow, you know, if you.
- 1:16:56Man, I'm going to have to look that
- 1:16:58up.
- 1:16:58And that was the same the same few
- 1:17:00days that there's a huge, huge set of
- 1:17:05swimming pools and beautiful inside that they have
- 1:17:09in Germany that I could talk about forever.
- 1:17:12You know, these public pools that are inside,
- 1:17:15outside, and they are fantastic.
- 1:17:18It's not the it's not like a regular
- 1:17:20swim pool.
- 1:17:21I mean, it's a it's a complex and
- 1:17:24high dollar complex and put together extremely well.
- 1:17:29And it was it was very, very nice.
- 1:17:30Anyway, I'm sorry to get off on a
- 1:17:33tangent there, but I always do.
- 1:17:35And I want to talk about a NATO
- 1:17:37member planning an exit vote.
- 1:17:40Slovenia is preparing a referendum on withdrawal from
- 1:17:47the bloc as Trump threats deepen the internal
- 1:17:51divisions inside of NATO.
- 1:17:54Slovenia's newly elected parliamentary speaker is announcing plans
- 1:17:59to hold a referendum on withdrawing the country
- 1:18:02from NATO as the U.S.-led military bloc
- 1:18:05reels from its worst internal crisis in decades
- 1:18:10with Washington threatening to pull out from the
- 1:18:12organization entirely.
- 1:18:15The leader of the Truth Party, a person
- 1:18:18named Zoran Stevanic, was elected as the head
- 1:18:22of the lower house last week.
- 1:18:24Speaking to public broadcasting service, he stated that
- 1:18:28the vote on leaving the bloc was a
- 1:18:30campaign promise he intends to keep.
- 1:18:33We promised the people a referendum on the
- 1:18:36issue of leaving NATO, and we will hold
- 1:18:40this referendum.
- 1:18:41The speaker also signaled a possible visit to
- 1:18:46Moscow in the near future, stating that he
- 1:18:50would like to build bridges and cooperate with
- 1:18:52all countries, regardless of the wall that has
- 1:18:56been built between the West and the East
- 1:18:59to push for a NATO exit.
- 1:19:02Actually, I'm trying to get a Moscow visit
- 1:19:06in the near future.
- 1:19:07I wonder if I should announce that and
- 1:19:09put it in the newspaper.
- 1:19:13Maybe I could create some sort of foreign
- 1:19:15relations positivity.
- 1:19:18Who knows?
- 1:19:19But I had to send my passport off
- 1:19:22the other day to get my new visa.
- 1:19:25My visa expired, and so it's currently in
- 1:19:28transit.
- 1:19:28We shall see what happens.
- 1:19:32But the Speaker of the House said he
- 1:19:34does plan on going to push for NATO
- 1:19:37exit, comes as the 32-member bloc has
- 1:19:41started to crack over President Trump's threats to
- 1:19:45withdraw support after European members refused to join
- 1:19:50the U.S.-Israeli war in Iran.
- 1:19:53Trump has repeatedly lashed out at European partners,
- 1:19:56calls them cowards, calls the bloc a paper
- 1:19:59tiger, stated that the U.S. membership in
- 1:20:02NATO is beyond reconsideration.
- 1:20:05His continuing threats to annex Greenland from Denmark
- 1:20:11have further escalated tensions.
- 1:20:13NATO former NATO Secretary General Jen Stoltenberg stressed
- 1:20:17that Trump's threats to withdraw from the bloc
- 1:20:20need to be taken seriously, saying that this
- 1:20:22is not the law of nature that we
- 1:20:25will have NATO forever and that it will
- 1:20:28or that it will survive the next 10
- 1:20:31years.
- 1:20:32Divisions inside have prompted the European nations to
- 1:20:37quietly accelerate work on a European NATO contingency
- 1:20:42plan, according to the Wall Street Journal.
- 1:20:45Officials have been informally drawing up plans to
- 1:20:48continue operating on the continent using the bloc's
- 1:20:52existing military structure.
- 1:20:54Now, I heard this is going to be
- 1:20:56huge structure pro-Ukraine, meaning all arms are
- 1:21:02going to be built in Ukraine.
- 1:21:04They want to start building arms factories in
- 1:21:07Ukraine, and Ukraine's been pushing for that anyway.
- 1:21:10You know that they want to do it.
- 1:21:11They want to be the million-man army
- 1:21:13ready to go after Russia at any time.
- 1:21:16That's what Ukraine, that's what they thought they
- 1:21:18were back in 2022, and that Russia was
- 1:21:23just going to fall apart, you know, horrible
- 1:21:25idiots.
- 1:21:27Obviously, see, now I'm calling people idiots.
- 1:21:29I'm just bad as Trump.
- 1:21:32But those are general idiots.
- 1:21:34I'm not calling people, you know, I'm not
- 1:21:35calling Zelensky an or Trump an idiot.
- 1:21:38In general, they have idiots for experts.
- 1:21:41Let's put it that way.
- 1:21:43According to Wall Street Journal report, officials have
- 1:21:45been drawing up these plans to reduce the
- 1:21:50role of the U.S. entirely.
- 1:21:53In Moscow, Russian Security Council Deputy Chair Dmitry
- 1:21:58Medvedev has warned that the EU itself is
- 1:22:01morphing into a full-fledged military component, and
- 1:22:06it would in some ways be way worse
- 1:22:08than NATO, arguing that Brussels has been inflating
- 1:22:12Russophobic hysteria to an extent to justify a
- 1:22:16large-scale military buildup in preparation for war
- 1:22:20with Moscow.
- 1:22:23Sergei Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister, speculates that the
- 1:22:27U.S. threat to withdraw from NATO could
- 1:22:29be intended to shift the primary responsibility for,
- 1:22:33quote, containing Russia to Europe in order to
- 1:22:37free up Washington's hands in the Chinese direction.
- 1:22:41Moscow repeatedly denies any intention to attack NATO
- 1:22:44or the EU, argues that such claims are
- 1:22:47being used to justify massive investment in arms
- 1:22:51amid faltering economic growth.
- 1:22:56Whole thing is lunacy.
- 1:23:01Um, you know, they're talking about drafting people.
- 1:23:05Um, EU defense agency says they're trying to
- 1:23:08get all their people to, uh, um, to
- 1:23:13draft their young men to go to, well,
- 1:23:16they're men cause now they take old ones
- 1:23:18too.
- 1:23:18It doesn't matter.
- 1:23:19Um, I want to tell you about the
- 1:23:21IMF and talking about Russia.
- 1:23:23Now I've told you many times that, uh,
- 1:23:27Russia is a very developed, very modern.
- 1:23:30And, uh, now the IMF international monetary fund
- 1:23:35has raised the growth outlook for Russia.
- 1:23:38Uh, last year we had 0.4%
- 1:23:41in America that was adjusted down to came
- 1:23:45that, uh, it was artificially high.
- 1:23:48And, uh, they're not anticipating a whole lot
- 1:23:51of growth this year.
- 1:23:52And, uh, people are feeling it, especially because
- 1:23:55of the pocket book pinch because of, uh,
- 1:23:58fuel prices.
- 1:23:59But the IMF is, is raising the growth
- 1:24:02outlook for Russia, higher commodity prices while warning
- 1:24:08the middle East war is weighing on the
- 1:24:10global economy.
- 1:24:12The latest world economic outlook released Tuesday, the
- 1:24:16IMF said Russia's GDP will expand by 1
- 1:24:20.1% in 2026, which is an upward
- 1:24:24revision point of a 0.3%. The adjustment
- 1:24:29has been driven by higher commodity prices and
- 1:24:33the momentum is expected to continue into 2027
- 1:24:38inflation in Russia's protect projected at 5.6
- 1:24:42% this year down from 8.7%
- 1:24:45in 2025.
- 1:24:47Uh, Russia's economic development ministry is offering an
- 1:24:52optimistic look, estimating that GDP growth, uh, will
- 1:24:56really be at 1.3% in 2026
- 1:24:59and 2.8 in 2027.
- 1:25:00The revised IMF forecast comes as global energy
- 1:25:04markets have come under, uh, renewed pressure due
- 1:25:07to the U S and Israel war on
- 1:25:10Iran.
- 1:25:11Um, IMF warns that disruption to oil supply
- 1:25:15and damage to critical energy infrastructure raised the
- 1:25:18prospect of a major energy crisis.
- 1:25:21If these hostilities persist in countries heavily dependent
- 1:25:25on energy import are super exposed against this
- 1:25:30backdrop, the fund downgraded global growth forecast.
- 1:25:34Now expecting the world economy to expand by
- 1:25:383% in 2026 down from 3.4
- 1:25:42% previously before rebounding to 3.2 in
- 1:25:472027 expects slower growth in the U S
- 1:25:51and a weak dollar.
- 1:25:53The fund is also cut its outlook for
- 1:25:56the Euro saying the slowdown reflects negative impact
- 1:26:01of the middle East conflict and the lingering
- 1:26:03effect of higher energy prices since the escalation
- 1:26:08of the Ukraine conflict and the drag on
- 1:26:10manufacturing resulting there from, with the pressure from
- 1:26:15the Euro's appreciation said the report IMF managing
- 1:26:18director Kristalina Georgieva warned last week that the
- 1:26:23conflict in the middle East has delivered a
- 1:26:25major global energy shock saying that world oil
- 1:26:29output has fallen by 13% and ripple
- 1:26:33effects are going across industry, energy, commodities, and
- 1:26:40fertilizers that are just taking a beating.
- 1:26:44The wars need to end friends and neighbors.
- 1:26:46People need to start making money trying to
- 1:26:49get sit back and watch while we shoot
- 1:26:53the wad, you know, put it on black
- 1:26:5517.
- 1:26:56That's what I say, you know, but you
- 1:26:58get a one in 36 chance of winning.
- 1:27:00Come on.
- 1:27:01Those are, those are good odds.
- 1:27:02You know, let's take straight to whore moves.
- 1:27:04Let's do it.
- 1:27:05One in 36 chance, baby.
