Entitled Driver Stops In Middle Of Highway
A Missouri Highway 61 traffic stop begins with an officer accusing a driver of going 78 mph in a 60-mph zone and blocking the right lane instead of pulling onto the shoulder. The officer draws a Taser, and the driver is arrested and charged with resisting arrest after allegedly refusing to leave the roadway and pulling away from the officer.
