- 0:10when we were kids and say hey Nimrod
- 0:13go Apparently, it's a bad term, but I
- 0:15don't know what the hell it means.
- 0:16What is a Nimrod?
- 0:18Nobody knows, but apparently it's a person who
- 0:21Forgets to turn up the microphone prior to
- 0:25starting to talk.

- 1:03those I do look at civic outlaws and
- 1:07What do you call it modern law ecosystem?
- 1:10I picked that last song the cure so
- 1:13back, you know, that was me So sometimes
- 1:16I get to change them around before I
- 1:17come in and sometimes I change them around
- 1:19when I leave Which might not be the
- 1:21best thing for people every once in a
- 1:24while I'll put on six long play Pink
- 1:26Floyd's That kind of defeats well, maybe not
- 1:30defeats the purpose of what we got going
- 1:33on here But you know, I listen to
- 1:35damn radio.
- 1:35I get the music when I am otherwise
- 1:39engaged and I like the music in the
- 1:43background.
- 1:44We have a great music selection at damn
- 1:47radio.com forward slash live you can listen
- 1:5024-7 to the Fantastical music and We're
- 1:55doing radio shows I'm thinking that I've plenty
- 2:02of news to go through today And there's
- 2:05many many topics.
- 2:07Everybody knows.
- 2:07I'm a talk show junkie.
- 2:09I'm a political discussion junkie But mostly on
- 2:14the international level thus the name of the
- 2:18show International flavor if you like to listen
- 2:20to old ones You can always go out
- 2:23to international flavor calm and listen to them.
- 2:25You can go to live at death I'm
- 2:27sorry, you can go to damn radio.com
- 2:29forward slash Podcasts and listen to every person
- 2:32on this radio platform and listen to all
- 2:35of their shows because they're all also fantastical
- 2:39and Great people doing great things at this
- 2:42at this station.
- 2:44That's my little advertising plug for this a
- 2:47.m. Um, you know what with me being
- 2:51a an international news junkie and a Russian
- 2:58speaker I Like to listen to things in
- 3:02Russian and there was you know, I like
- 3:05to listen to Solovey I actually had an
- 3:07opportunity to listen to his show twice this
- 3:09week already and very interesting things going on
- 3:14in the world and I try to give
- 3:16a Sort of a global approach to those
- 3:20things and You know, there's so many stories
- 3:24to go through that.
- 3:25Sometimes it's difficult to Organize my thoughts and
- 3:29I just jump around from story to story
- 3:31because there's so many things you know the
- 3:35the battlefield advances in save it because I
- 3:38perisia and Front is collapsing sort of things
- 3:42have been everywhere Russian battlefield advances are are
- 3:46speeding up and Ukraine is losing so much
- 3:50so that The old Green Goblin has been
- 3:54caught.
- 3:55That's Zelensky for those of you uninitiated he
- 3:59is the Green Goblin when I stole that
- 4:01from Alex Christopher who has a great show
- 4:05on That he usually does from either Greece
- 4:08or Cyprus sometimes Moscow.
- 4:10So he's he's always traveling the planet pretty
- 4:12good I've been on his show only once
- 4:14but it was still pretty cool to be
- 4:17on his show I did it from the
- 4:18cuz from Kazan last year and we did
- 4:20a little bit of a blurb about what's
- 4:22going on in Russia What's going on with
- 4:24bricks and he has a very good show
- 4:26Alex Christophoro and he gives a legal Not
- 4:29illegal a news update on international stuff and
- 4:33he's pretty good to listen to and he's
- 4:35funny, too And he's all his videos are
- 4:36pretty cool because he's walking through Various places
- 4:40like I used to do when I was
- 4:41driving down the road I'd just turn on
- 4:42the the camera and start babbling in Russian
- 4:45and that's how my channel got started on
- 4:47On the Russian side and I still got
- 4:49a butt ton of videos out there And
- 4:51I really need to get back to doing
- 4:52it My studio is almost complete and I'm
- 4:54gonna go back to doing my Russian channel
- 4:56shows here pretty soon Anyway, I'm just all
- 4:59over the farging map today, aren't I?
- 5:02Let's see But the front is collapsing the
- 5:06Ukrainian front is Collapsing Donald Trump is absolutely
- 5:10right to start requiring and they say, you
- 5:13know, hey, man this past weekend They spent
- 5:16time in believe it was Berlin Trying to
- 5:19convince the old Z man to do something
- 5:21smart for his people there were What do
- 5:26you call it polls conducted in Ukraine and
- 5:29and quite surprisingly Ukrainians Allegedly now, I don't
- 5:34believe this polls can be twisted So I
- 5:37take all polls with a grain of salt
- 5:38because you know First of all, no matter
- 5:41how big the pool how big the sampling
- 5:43I have an economics degree, you know That
- 5:46was my undergrad.
- 5:47I have economics and a focus in Russian
- 5:51studies from University of Illinois shampoo banana champagne
- 5:55Urbana that would be in I have a
- 5:59economics Russian studies now, it's was a lot
- 6:04of fun.
- 6:04I did a lot of higher-level econ
- 6:06and stuff like that and all economics do
- 6:10in Study depends on the size of the
- 6:14sample.
- 6:14So I was looking at that I always
- 6:16try to look at that when a sample
- 6:17comes up and or when a poll comes
- 6:19up because it's really important and you have
- 6:22to the bigger the sample the more likely
- 6:24the The results are okay are not skewed
- 6:26and this one was only based on 559
- 6:33What do you call it people polled and
- 6:35in Ukraine and it came out to be
- 6:38that there were a couple of key points
- 6:40there and one of the key ones is
- 6:41That they still support the z-monster up
- 6:45to about 60% so 300 and something
- 6:48of these these nuts still support the z
- 6:53-monster well, that could be because Everything is
- 6:56so tightly controlled.
- 6:59There is no Second opinion, you don't get
- 7:03some guy able to sit on the radio
- 7:05and say what he likes to say I
- 7:07get some listeners from Ukraine I get to
- 7:09know where they come from on my international
- 7:11flavor calm listening and I get some from
- 7:13Ukraine But it's a lower amount I get
- 7:16a good amount from Russia even on my
- 7:18English speaking channel and I get it You
- 7:20know and I get a decent amount in
- 7:22the United States well and other countries to
- 7:25you know breaks them all down for you,
- 7:27and so It's it's kind of cool to
- 7:30get you know that sort of listenership off
- 7:32of my damn radio platform here But the
- 7:35sampling numbers are important in certain countries lots
- 7:39of countries now in America We allegedly have
- 7:41it have it extremely good because we have
- 7:44freedom of speech now I'll fight for that
- 7:46all day every day to say exactly what
- 7:48I want without filter without somebody Determining what's
- 7:52gonna be said to me?
- 7:53Your earth or what I get to say
- 7:55or how I think you know I think
- 7:58it's important to have a cross Across pattern
- 8:03of sampling for when you're going to Take
- 8:10polls and stuff people need information if you
- 8:12don't have information you can't have a good
- 8:14poll in Ukraine They aren't getting any information
- 8:16first of all everything is bombed everyone So
- 8:20they get cut off second of all the
- 8:23government controls what they say and and what
- 8:25they you know try Which means they can
- 8:27control what you think now US Agency for
- 8:30International Development?
- 8:31Helped in that regard quite a bit because
- 8:33they pay for the platforms that they wish
- 8:35to Send out their their bile their crap
- 8:40to everybody on the planet and to fix
- 8:43these to focus how people believe and it's
- 8:47been it's been how many years now it's
- 8:51been going on the Victoria Newlands of the
- 8:53world get to go in and help that
- 8:55crap and You know finger puppet a country
- 8:58from behind the scenes by dangling huge amounts
- 9:01of money to them That is what's going
- 9:03on so when you take these Polls that
- 9:07they have conducted That are let me see
- 9:10if I can find the the tale of
- 9:12this story Because it's important.
- 9:15You know it's an interesting story.
- 9:17There's so many Lavrov had an hour and
- 9:20a half interview yesterday Let's see the he
- 9:26said that the u.s. Suppresses Competitors with
- 9:29dirty methods tariffs stuff like that now.
- 9:33I don't necessarily Believe in that allegedly the
- 9:36u.s. Has issued an ultimatum to teen,
- 9:39but I want to find this poll Where
- 9:41is the damn poll hello?
- 9:43How's the family?
- 9:44I didn't I didn't find it You know
- 9:47wherever it is.
- 9:48It's it, but in the last couple of
- 9:50days, and then the story is basically of
- 9:51this that 61% in this poll of
- 9:55five hundred and fifty nine five hundred and
- 9:57sixty people said that 61% of them
- 10:01still support the z-monster, and they weren't
- 10:04all that jazzed up about having elections, okay?
- 10:07So what is the government of Ukraine been
- 10:09doing ever since well forever, but especially since
- 10:142025?
- 10:15May the 24th or whatever that day was
- 10:17when the z-man was supposed to have
- 10:20elections, and he canceled them and put in
- 10:24And that was 2024 by the way, so
- 10:27it's 18 plus months and he Canceled elections
- 10:32both for him and the Parliament so all
- 10:35the same a-holes are in there They're
- 10:37untouchable completely because they aren't answerable to the
- 10:40people because of the regime And how it's
- 10:43done it and you see what the corruption
- 10:45has done in the huge amounts of corruption
- 10:47so what they have done is they have
- 10:50continued to push pro z-man stories and
- 10:54Now that they have blamed stories the trust
- 10:57in the United States Okay is down to
- 11:0110% according to this poll and a
- 11:04short year and a half ago under the
- 11:06Biden administration it was 40 plus percent of
- 11:11trust for the US so even then it
- 11:13wasn't all that high it certainly wasn't over
- 11:16the half the people point but 559 is
- 11:20a small sampling size, but if they say
- 11:24that Less than or approximately 10% of
- 11:28those think about that That's only 50 people
- 11:31who have trust in the in what the
- 11:33United States is doing so I guarantee you
- 11:35that Ukrainian Sources are and they are they're
- 11:39all out pumping this crap that you can't
- 11:41trust the United States well That's a common
- 11:44theme Everywhere this common theme.
- 11:47It's what I tell you that's what Russia
- 11:49says.
- 11:49That's what India says.
- 11:50That's what China says That's what all the
- 11:52third What do you call it developing nations
- 11:55the Global South they like to call it
- 11:58those people don't trust us, and they're creating
- 12:00alternatives as I was saying yesterday they're creating
- 12:03financial alternatives because the the people the globalists
- 12:09in that control the means of Finance and
- 12:14everything else in the West these globalist a
- 12:17-holes Have to control you through the use
- 12:20of sanctions through the use of whatever and
- 12:23when people see that as we discussed yesterday
- 12:26they Back off from where the You know
- 12:32where people are suppose.
- 12:33You know where where you would normally go
- 12:35They certainly don't trust you the ceasefire if
- 12:39you know the word ceasefire is Thrown around
- 12:42in the West like it's the end of
- 12:43the war okay like it's the end in
- 12:46Russia They're gone now.
- 12:47We ain't going with any simple ceasefire and
- 12:49by the way this makes sense.
- 12:51It's not anything that you should be Think
- 12:56is strange because Russia says no no no
- 12:58no no we don't want just a ceasefire
- 13:01We want an end and we're not stopping
- 13:05until the end is here We're not gonna
- 13:08give you a 30-day ceasefire and allow
- 13:09you to do this We've been through this
- 13:10before right and it and it you can
- 13:13agree or disagree, but it's a valid argument,
- 13:16okay?
- 13:16it's like you know I was involved in
- 13:18a since I work at Civic Outlaws, and
- 13:21I work at Modern law ecosystem we are
- 13:26involved in some fairly interesting getting of information
- 13:32Against government overreach sunshine requests stuff like that
- 13:35And there's a fairly big one pending right
- 13:37now that the law is changing people and
- 13:40agencies and bureaucrats Need to be scared they
- 13:45really do because I'm coming And I don't
- 13:49stop and and I'm not saying I'm always
- 13:52right I'm not but at least have your
- 13:54opinions and answer your questions and quit taking
- 13:56power that doesn't belong to you And that's
- 13:59what they do Agencies do it and there's
- 14:01been some massive changes, and I do plan
- 14:04on doing a full legal discussion of this
- 14:07issue But I kind of don't want to
- 14:09do it until we receive the ruling that
- 14:12that the court is gonna Give us there's
- 14:14some big things going on because of this
- 14:16that are there well when the government controls
- 14:19everything It's very hard to get a voice.
- 14:24I don't know I mean one day.
- 14:26I should do something on what's called What
- 14:30do you call it qualified immunity on the
- 14:33federal level and official immunity on the state
- 14:36level Because it is a nightmare It means
- 14:39that you can't go after the state You
- 14:41know comes comes back all the way back
- 14:43from when Kings ruled the planet And you
- 14:47can't sue to King you know if the
- 14:48King said something one of the you know
- 14:51the King Kings word was final That's that
- 14:53and you don't get a sue anybody who
- 14:55what are you gonna?
- 14:56Sue me?
- 14:56I'm the King well the government's have gone
- 14:58that way you cannot sue the government in
- 15:02the United States Unless the government has allowed
- 15:06you to sue the government and so there
- 15:08are very very very small exceptions to do
- 15:13a run around and it usually comes when
- 15:16people are taking power that doesn't belong to
- 15:20them and That is when you can sometimes
- 15:23get past this qualified immunity when a police
- 15:27officer for example Isn't doing the job.
- 15:30He was designed Designed to do if he's
- 15:33a corrupt policeman like one of the first
- 15:35cases I ever did in this back in
- 15:372000, but I don't know three twenty something
- 15:40years ago was going after a corrupt cop
- 15:44and That you know that is simple your
- 15:48past.
- 15:49You know cops aren't allowed to be corrupt
- 15:51They're not allowed to plant evidence, and if
- 15:54you have good evidence or good Discussion that
- 15:57they have gone outside of their regular job,
- 16:00and are doing something that is not permitted
- 16:04Then you can get them But even then
- 16:06there's a huge tendency in federal courts to
- 16:09sweep it under the rug and allow them
- 16:11to get away with it You know shooting
- 16:13people filling them with 25 holes And then
- 16:17claiming well gee he had a gun in
- 16:19the truck And you Swiss cheesed him and
- 16:21his truck because there was a gun inside
- 16:23often They get away with that crap, and
- 16:26that is unfortunate, but that is the world
- 16:29we live in because doing your job includes
- 16:33Blowing people away if they got a gun
- 16:35because they're a danger to themselves to the
- 16:37community to the officers and all the officer
- 16:39has to Do is get on the stand
- 16:41and cry and say geez I was in
- 16:43fear of my life And then they're okay
- 16:46right so they get on you know that's
- 16:47how it works And it's it, and it's
- 16:49hard to get past that and so you
- 16:51got to gather your evidence before You go
- 16:54after this the person and make sure you
- 16:57can get past that very high hurdle, okay?
- 17:00And in the state of Missouri they have
- 17:02something called official immunity which has a similar
- 17:04hurdle on the state law side They call
- 17:08it official But you got to get past
- 17:09both of those if you want to get
- 17:11a state and a federal claim anyway that
- 17:13has nothing to Do with our tale today?
- 17:15And the things we're going through today But
- 17:18it does have something to do with suing
- 17:20the government and with the government overreach that
- 17:23is a continual theme Not only a my
- 17:26show, but of several shows on this station.
- 17:28Okay.
- 17:28I was extremely interested when Ike was talking
- 17:31about the Cameras because I did cameras too.
- 17:38I went after those idiotic cameras two years
- 17:41ago I think somebody ought to sue flock
- 17:43here and frankly I haven't followed up on
- 17:45the Virginia case in Richmond, Virginia That they
- 17:47were suing flock.
- 17:48I haven't followed up on that for a
- 17:50while I might have to dig back into
- 17:51that because it'd be really interesting to start
- 17:54a case like that here in the Lake
- 17:57area That's from maybe from the Lake Ozark
- 18:01real estate of the art studio if you're
- 18:03interested in that kind of thing You know
- 18:05what you can do if you have issues
- 18:06of government overreach if you want to talk
- 18:08about a government overreach I'm the guy to
- 18:11talk about it with and you can give
- 18:14me a We have a civic outlaws is
- 18:19a charitable organization you can get on on
- 18:21our civic outlaws dot-com site And you
- 18:25can tell your story little blurb the website's
- 18:29not done yet But it's well on its
- 18:30way and the same thing with modern law
- 18:33ecosystem We're building an ecosystem of all over
- 18:37the country of people that are involved in
- 18:40the legal process You know paralegals court reporters
- 18:46site investigators process servers attorneys accident reconstructionists
- 18:54chiropractors, you know to get in there and
- 18:57have a source of Managing all of the
- 19:02entire matter we also give consultations Sometimes a
- 19:07lawyer sometimes not to be we have a
- 19:09lot of lawyers that are associated with us
- 19:10And you don't always need a lawyer sometimes
- 19:12you want to do something on your own
- 19:14well You can come through us to do
- 19:15that kind of thing It's a modern law
- 19:17Ecosystem and if it's one that's going after
- 19:20the government civic outlaws might pick it up
- 19:22and do a lot of the legwork for
- 19:24you so we will Happily discuss your issues
- 19:29and you know that that is the nature
- 19:33of what we're doing and it's gonna be
- 19:36huge and But it's not yet But it's
- 19:39well on its way friends and neighbors and
- 19:41we got some some things coming up that
- 19:43are gonna be a pretty Freakin, what do
- 19:46you call it?
- 19:49Forward-thinking let's call it and Against Government
- 19:54overreach.
- 19:55Okay.
- 19:55We are one thing we're united upon We
- 19:58might not have the same opinions on what
- 20:00you think of Ukraine or what you think
- 20:02of the old trumpster You know destroying people
- 20:06in boats in Venezuela or stealing their tankers,
- 20:10you know, I Disagree with all that.
- 20:13I am one of those persons I try
- 20:15to still believe in the law even though
- 20:17the law is extremely flawed Okay, and making
- 20:20an excuse to get there I don't like
- 20:22the excuse that is being used to get
- 20:25into the Venezuela issue and it's depressing to
- 20:28me that You know, we are in that
- 20:32process where we kill people and people go.
- 20:35Yeah, they were part of the drug thing
- 20:36Well, yeah, how would you like to be
- 20:39destroyed by the king?
- 20:41hung by the king Because you stole a
- 20:44deer from Sherwood Forest, you know because you
- 20:48were I don't know Committing a crime against
- 20:50the realm.
- 20:51Okay, and So the crime against the realm
- 20:54with no defense the realm isn't much of
- 20:57a realm Is it and that's that's the
- 21:00unfortunate thought process that I have when I
- 21:03see people getting blown out of the water
- 21:06And justifying it by by some guy going
- 21:09well narco terror, you know, screw them.
- 21:12They deserved it.
- 21:13Well People deserve a lot of things who's
- 21:17the guy and where's the where's the we're
- 21:20better people than that sort of sort of
- 21:24thing there they're taking a life is an
- 21:28extremely It's something you sure should think about
- 21:31before you freaking do it and doing it
- 21:34for a reason like that when you're not
- 21:36in imminent Imminent danger, you know, I'm not
- 21:41I've never killed a person.
- 21:42I've never done it I've never pushed a
- 21:44button and blown up a boat I'm not
- 21:46sure that I would if I was sitting
- 21:48there and somebody goes well Launch that missile
- 21:51trap, you know take out that boat.
- 21:53I'm Telling you I'm not so sure I'd
- 21:56do it I'd say you know and I'm
- 21:58not I hate to be one of those
- 21:59What do they what did they call us?
- 22:01When you could get out of the draft
- 22:03if you wanted to get out of the
- 22:04draft long ago You had to move to
- 22:06Canada or say or say I am a
- 22:09conscientious Objector I object to this kind of
- 22:12thing.
- 22:13You do realize that's not allowed in Ukraine
- 22:14right now You can't object to you just
- 22:17look I've I don't kill people Basically, if
- 22:20you send me the front lines, you're sending
- 22:21me to my death because I don't want
- 22:23to kill anybody Now if somebody's killing you,
- 22:26you know and killing your people You know,
- 22:29I can agree to that sort of thing
- 22:32imminently Declarations of war doing things like that.
- 22:36We haven't done that.
- 22:37We haven't done that in Venezuela and We
- 22:41haven't and so I just I'm all over
- 22:43the map today I really apologize for that,
- 22:46but I'm just I'm just freewheeling free base
- 22:49and whatever they call it Just babbling like
- 22:52I am and want to do and I
- 22:55would like to get to a bunch of
- 22:56these stories that I have but I wanted
- 22:58and I wanted to finish because I have
- 23:00to come back to and come back around
- 23:02to these polling these polling numbers and What
- 23:05happens in polling numbers you pull me?
- 23:07Nobody's ever pulled me in the United States
- 23:09I've never gotten a call from a poll
- 23:11course.
- 23:12I never take robo calls No, that's the
- 23:14way they're done anymore And it'd be nice
- 23:16to get a real person call who and
- 23:19that's the problem is People that have things
- 23:21to do in their lives aren't able to
- 23:23answer the telephone, you know and give an
- 23:25opinion that skews your numbers too, doesn't it?
- 23:29So in Ukraine 10% of the people
- 23:32are Believing in the US still being a
- 23:35valid partner 20% 20% that's it
- 23:40still believe in NATO doing the right thing
- 23:43for For Ukraine now that those numbers were
- 23:47vastly different I was a little surprised by
- 23:49the Z monster numbers still being over 61
- 23:52when he won election He was something like
- 23:5470 between 70 and 80 percent 72 I
- 23:58think but I don't remember and now allegedly
- 24:01with his 559 people who are still at
- 24:04home and can answer the phone they got
- 24:07a 61% margin for him for being
- 24:13You know a Still positive thought process about
- 24:17him.
- 24:18Well, if that's the case, then he shouldn't
- 24:21have any problem Conducting Elections, isn't that true?
- 24:26Wouldn't there be in a way to conduct
- 24:29elections?
- 24:30There's been You know a lot of discussion
- 24:34about that about about Trump forcing The peace
- 24:40process upon the Z monster Washington is pressuring
- 24:46Kiev to cede the territory that Moscow has
- 24:51already taken At least the three of the
- 24:54five obelisks Because remember they have taken The
- 24:59Donbass which consists of do Netsky Lugansk.
- 25:02They took Crimea back in 2014 well, they
- 25:05had referendums in all three of those places
- 25:07and the referendums were in the favor of
- 25:09Russia and wanting to join Russia constitutionally and
- 25:14the same thing happened in as a Parisian
- 25:18and her song and so those five territories
- 25:23The u.s. Has informed Ukraine according to
- 25:26the Wall Street Journal that they are unwilling
- 25:29to compromise They're pressuring Kiev to cede this
- 25:33territory to Moscow, but Zelensky just ruled it
- 25:36out and so US negotiators are unwilling to
- 25:42compromise with Ukrainian counterparts over the Roadmap to
- 25:46peace proposed by the old Trumpster says the
- 25:49Wall Street Journal on Sunday the outlet quoted
- 25:53its anonymous source to always anonymous as Describing
- 25:56the talks between the US and Ukraine in
- 25:58Berlin that day as difficult according to the
- 26:02publication Negotiations have turned into a tug-of
- 26:05-war between Washington and Kiev Washington's pushing for
- 26:09decisions Quickly with the view of ending the
- 26:12Ukrainian conflict by the end of the year
- 26:15wouldn't that be a great Christmas present for
- 26:17the Ukrainians it really would and the main
- 26:20bone of contention is the issue of territory
- 26:22Says the Wall Street Journal says that Kiev
- 26:26rejects Washington's called to withdraw its troops from
- 26:28parts of Russian Donetsk People's Republic Ukraine still
- 26:32occupies So Donetsk and Lugansk Russia already occupies
- 26:3598% of Lugansk Donetsk there's a little
- 26:40bit further to go and Zaporizhia, there's a
- 26:43you know plenty more to go.
- 26:44They're well over 80% in Zaporizhia Kherson
- 26:46and Donetsk and so what they're pressuring is
- 26:51to Take Donetsk and Lugansk.
- 26:55I I can't imagine that the Russians would
- 26:59Back out of Zaporizhia Kherson.
- 27:02I doubt it.
- 27:03I'm surprised so far that they haven't gone
- 27:05into Mikhailov and Odessa Regions and and that's
- 27:11ultimately going to happen if this continues because
- 27:15now as I as I report it The
- 27:18front is moving and far more quickly than
- 27:21it was before.
- 27:22There's an article that says desertions have gone
- 27:24up and they are now at 300,000
- 27:29nearly okay between desertions between people who have
- 27:33run there's a guy who took a motorcycle
- 27:35run at the Blockade to cross the border
- 27:38from Ukraine into Romania and he never he
- 27:44didn't make it But it was a valiant
- 27:47effort using his late 30s and he's a
- 27:49he's in the age so sent to the
- 27:51front, you know, and and there's a guy
- 27:53who didn't want to fight me too and
- 27:54the he got tackled by one of the
- 27:57One of the guards at the at the
- 27:59and it's just one of those arms that
- 28:01goes up and down, you know And the
- 28:02arm is there and on the Ukrainian side
- 28:04So when you cross a border like that
- 28:06on a road, they're actually two places You
- 28:08got across you got across the exit point
- 28:11of the country You're leaving and then you
- 28:13got to go through the entry point of
- 28:15the country You're coming to so he got
- 28:17caught at the exit point into Ukraine.
- 28:19There are people that they they estimate that
- 28:23several hundred three four hundred people have died
- 28:26trying to make the crossing to escape in
- 28:29the mountainous territories in Places that are just
- 28:32dangerous, you know, you're climbing cliffs and whatnot
- 28:35to get to another country people are dying
- 28:38Trying to avoid the war Because they're all
- 28:42being you know Sent straight to the front.
- 28:45There's no training.
- 28:46Your unit is training you, you know when
- 28:48you get thrown to the front These are
- 28:49big deals, you know and the country I
- 28:53think is it needs to be saved from
- 28:55itself If they still believe the Z monster
- 28:59now, I don't like that it's not our
- 29:00job to save them from itself, but the
- 29:03way you do it is I can accept
- 29:05if we just cut them off just We
- 29:11quit funding it the funding is what's kicking
- 29:13the crap out of them the EU has
- 29:16a 20% Love hate, you know sort
- 29:20of ratio with Ukraine 20% for the
- 29:23EU and a lot of people still have
- 29:26EU desires.
- 29:27Oh, geez.
- 29:27We want to be European and not Slavic
- 29:29That's a that's a BS Argument.
- 29:32Anyway, you know, why can't you be like
- 29:34Belarus which has a bit of a an
- 29:37eye both directions?
- 29:38It's really crappy when you go to Latvia
- 29:41Lithuania Estonia, and I've only been to Lithuania
- 29:44so I shouldn't say with the other two,
- 29:46but but Allegedly, they're all identical and they
- 29:50just they hate Russia so much You can't
- 29:52even say a word in Russian which it's
- 29:54BS and it's a function of what they
- 29:56have heard or what their parents told them
- 30:00when the collapse of the Soviet Union occurred
- 30:02because it's a different generation and this hatred
- 30:05of other people is really quite the creation
- 30:09of what we talked about yesterday the creation
- 30:12of You know memes and of war by
- 30:18the the fake flag if you haven't seen
- 30:21it you should listen to Where's the Scott
- 30:23Ritter had a show?
- 30:25Yesterday that I that I watched that had
- 30:30The flag on it.
- 30:32And so what happened in this in this
- 30:34flag?
- 30:35Where is that?
- 30:37the they I Mean, it's a joke the
- 30:41old Z monster Allegedly, it went to this
- 30:45place in Seversk, right and took a video
- 30:49I talked a little bit about this yesterday
- 30:50took a video and oh, geez, you know
- 30:52here I am on the front line Russians
- 30:55are full of crap.
- 30:56They're saying that we're that we have lost
- 30:58Seversk and that they occupy this place But
- 31:01here I am.
- 31:02Look at me the brave green goblin standing
- 31:05in Seversk and let me take a selfie
- 31:07for you And here I am taking a
- 31:09selfie.
- 31:09It's a I generated all of it Scott
- 31:12Ritter talks about it on this program and
- 31:15Showed the videos because several days later some
- 31:19Ukrainian journalists Went to Seversk and go man,
- 31:23let's go check it out, you know with
- 31:25apparently we Still own Seversk and they go
- 31:28down there and they took a video from
- 31:30the same spot.
- 31:30It's not remotely similar When Z monster was
- 31:35there he had video that showed, you know
- 31:37a Ukrainian flag showed all this buildings in
- 31:40in fine condition and whatnot and then The
- 31:44reality hit a few days later.
- 31:46Where do you hear that in the United
- 31:47States?
- 31:48Seriously, you got to hunt it down to
- 31:51find it.
- 31:52You got to go hunt it Ukrainians aren't
- 31:55hearing that Ukrainians won't see it unless they
- 31:57have VPN access somehow, but all of that
- 32:00is being You know destroyed and Americans don't
- 32:04go find it The support for Ukraine is
- 32:07still far greater than it ought to be
- 32:09and I don't mean not support Ukraine I
- 32:12support Ukraine.
- 32:13I think Ukraine should be a separate state
- 32:15I think they should pull their heads out
- 32:17of their asses and then and live in
- 32:20a world where people get along and you
- 32:23don't Target another Culture just because it's the
- 32:28culture, you know That's nonsense and that's absolutely
- 32:32what has been going on at least 30
- 32:35years all the way through you know and
- 32:38and each one of the Leaders that have
- 32:41have been there and especially since the Western
- 32:44driven coup in 2014 what you know where
- 32:47we were Doing engaging in regime change and
- 32:52we changed the playing field in 2014 Especially
- 32:56since then when we funded anti-russia anti
- 33:01this through and I say we Sorry, Jr.
- 33:04Shouldn't say we we should say the globalist
- 33:06idiots of the of the planet Funded anti
- 33:10-russia rhetoric and Russia what they have been
- 33:14pushing for steadily calmly Thoughtfully I've told you
- 33:21this a million times Lavrov and Putin and
- 33:26Peskov as a heart of a as a
- 33:28car of his funny, but but all of
- 33:30these people they Say the same things look
- 33:35we want to be a part of the
- 33:37world That's what we want we want you
- 33:40to live in the way that you choose
- 33:42to live and Let us live in the
- 33:44way that we choose to live because we
- 33:46like it.
- 33:47This is how we wish to live.
- 33:49Don't go Targeting us for regime change like
- 33:53you have in Ukraine like you're trying to
- 33:55do in Venezuela Syria Iraq, I mean name
- 33:58it everywhere, you know just to have the
- 34:00same rules apply to everybody and We are
- 34:04finished asking We are done asking you don't
- 34:09get a put NATO on our borders Lavrov
- 34:11did a did a show Show in his
- 34:14interview.
- 34:14Where is this because this I did want
- 34:16to want to include with you Let's see
- 34:24Russia's offering education Ukraine's a black hole swallowing
- 34:28billions of euros There's a title for you
- 34:31the EU rolls up its clown car to
- 34:34rob a bank for Ukraine I'm gonna share
- 34:36that old thing with you Western Europe is
- 34:39boycotting Ukrainian peace process The EU will not
- 34:44succeed according to the Italian Prime Minister where
- 34:47Hitler and Napoleon both failed hmm How do
- 34:51you like that Trump sued the BBC for?
- 34:55100 200 million, whatever it was Where is
- 35:00it?
- 35:00Kiev is already lost according to Trump.
- 35:02Ah, here it is Lavrov the German Reunification.
- 35:07Okay, they're going back this way German reupholsteration
- 35:10Reunification was a takeover.
- 35:12So the Soviet Union betrayed their East German
- 35:16Colleagues and its own interest by trusting Western
- 35:20promises, and I don't know if you remember
- 35:22the history of this But it's in this
- 35:26article, so I'm gonna share it with you
- 35:28and it's not all there but that was
- 35:30an interesting history in itself when Mikhail Gorbachev
- 35:34was agreed to the unification of the Federal
- 35:38Republic of Germany and the German Democratic Republic
- 35:42after receiving assurances No treaty received assurances that
- 35:48NATO would not expand further Eastward those promises
- 35:53were later broken and here's what Lavrov said
- 35:58this was a mistake and a betrayal on
- 36:02the part of the Soviet Union when almost
- 36:05half a million Soviet troops were withdrawn with
- 36:11no compensation and The opportunity to maintain their
- 36:15presence in the eastern part of the United
- 36:18Germany was ignored He said that the Western
- 36:22authorities mishandled the integration of the former German
- 36:26Democratic Republic the authorities of what was then
- 36:29West Germany made a grave mistake when after
- 36:33taking the eastern part they treated their compatriots
- 36:37as second-class people they did and the
- 36:40German authorities as Conquerors took all the lands
- 36:44of the former GDR under their control Got
- 36:48rid of all the political figures no future
- 36:51was offered them at all It was a
- 36:54takeover not a merger and Berlin is now
- 36:58among the strongest advocates in the EU's militarization
- 37:02drive Which the bloc's leaders justify by claiming
- 37:07the need to prepare for a possible Russian
- 37:09attack Masha Moscow says this is designed to
- 37:13intimidate the public suppress dissent amid domestic political
- 37:17failure live Lavrov also cited recent statements by
- 37:22Frederick Mertz the current chancellor calling some of
- 37:26them blatantly racist and reminiscent of the Nazi
- 37:29area Era, I mean the DNA that runs
- 37:33in his family is still there Said Lavrov
- 37:37he took a poke at Mertz he said
- 37:40because he was referring to Mertz's maternal Grandfather
- 37:44a guy named Joseph Paul Savigny whose historical
- 37:48records described as an enthusiastic Nazi Party member
- 37:54this is about contempt arrogance And I can
- 37:57go as far as to call this an
- 37:59attitude of a person Pretending to represent a
- 38:03superior race said Lavrov those are quotes so
- 38:07he's saying that the assurance is the reason
- 38:10I wanted to bring that story up is
- 38:12because he said that You know the issue
- 38:16when when they tricked because because this is
- 38:19trust this is betrayal you know when Mikhail
- 38:23Gorbachev agreed as the Prime Minister chairman he
- 38:28agreed to allow the you know Eastern Europe
- 38:33or I'm sorry East Germany to Merge with
- 38:37West Germany.
- 38:37He was assured By Bush to I believe
- 38:41it was or Bush one.
- 38:42I mean that NATO would not go an
- 38:47inch to the first those are just assurances
- 38:49no treaty.
- 38:50No nothing now Russians remember that and now
- 38:55Nine times sixteen times something like that NATO
- 38:58has expanded after that they're all the way
- 39:00into Poland.
- 39:01You know Latvia Lithuania Sweden Norway, you know
- 39:05all of these places are right on the
- 39:06borders, and they were promised Assured assurances a
- 39:10promise that nope we're not gonna go any
- 39:13further But guess what they did they've gone
- 39:17further and now they're still going further still
- 39:20wish to go further and You know Nobody's
- 39:26interested in the Russia and promises made because
- 39:31the the globalist West does not keep its
- 39:35promises it just doesn't and You know Trump
- 39:39recognizes part of this Trump reckoning.
- 39:42He also recognized He said when did this
- 39:46article he said on the 15th, which was
- 39:48yesterday?
- 39:50Ukraine peace deal is closer than ever he
- 39:54said and He said that he had a
- 39:57very good conversation with European leaders and spoke
- 40:00directly with Vladimir Putin Recently as part of
- 40:02the efforts to get all sides on the
- 40:07same page last month Trump put a framework
- 40:12for a peace plan remember those 28 points.
- 40:14We talked about that These proposal which has
- 40:17since been revised multiple times sees Kiev renouncing
- 40:21night NATO aspiration as well as claims to
- 40:25Crimea and Donbass the regions of Lugansk and
- 40:29Donetsk all of which joined Russia after referendums
- 40:32in return it would receive unspecified security guarantees
- 40:39Asked Monday what the incentive was for Ukraine
- 40:41to?
- 40:43Back out of the territory Trump suggested it
- 40:46might already be settled and the quote is
- 40:49great because you know, it's not this is
- 40:51absolutely true What do they expect, you know,
- 40:54and Trump says well, they've already lost the
- 40:57territory, you know to be honest I mean
- 40:59the territory is lost He's talking reality people
- 41:04don't want to hear reality.
- 41:05They want to hear platitudes.
- 41:07Well, we'll kick those Russians right back to
- 41:09right back to Belgrade we'll get rid of
- 41:13them.
- 41:14We'll get rid of them.
- 41:14We'll Back into Tatarstan.
- 41:18We'll push him back, you know Away over
- 41:22the eyes of sea.
- 41:23They'll be gone and that's not the case
- 41:25That's not going to happen and he told
- 41:28reporters at the White House But in terms
- 41:30of security guarantees, we're working on security guarantees.
- 41:33So the war doesn't start up again Trump
- 41:36said he recently held talks with Putin believes
- 41:38Russia is serious at this moment Russia wants
- 41:41to get it ended and the problem is
- 41:44they'll want to get it ended and then
- 41:46all of a sudden they won't Well, that's
- 41:48because you don't listen when you went to
- 41:52Alaska and was told at that time remember
- 41:55him coming out of those meetings and then
- 41:57for the next couple of days he was
- 41:59talking Not ceasefire.
- 42:02He was talking Finalization of a peace not
- 42:07just a ceasefire He was told directly that
- 42:10no way a ceasefire isn't gonna cut it
- 42:13because 30 days from now The war will
- 42:15start up again.
- 42:17You'll have refunded and resupplied the Ukrainians and
- 42:24the world continue we are Not playing that
- 42:28we want a final complete Resolution and agreement
- 42:32before we agree to anything until that time
- 42:36we're still running meanwhile desertions are way up
- 42:40in the last two months in in Ukraine,
- 42:43like I told you they're well over 290
- 42:47,000 290,000 People are leaving.
- 42:52I heard a number yesterday that I don't
- 42:54believe because it's double that They have Trump
- 42:56said yesterday that they lost 25,000 in
- 42:58the last month.
- 42:59It's been more than that it's been more
- 43:02than that and He said in a group
- 43:05Ukraine will want to get it ended and
- 43:07then all of a sudden they won't so
- 43:08we have to get everyone on the same
- 43:09page and following the talks in Berlin Monday
- 43:12between Trump and Whitkoff and or the envoys
- 43:15I mean Whitkoff and Kushner and the Ukrainian
- 43:18delegation Trump said he had a good conversation
- 43:21with European and NATO leaders as Well as
- 43:23the old z-monster we had very long
- 43:26and good talks.
- 43:27I think things are going pretty well Z
- 43:29-man says however after the meeting that some
- 43:32progress had been made, but the issue of
- 43:34concessions is definitely not relevant He floated the
- 43:39idea of a referendum on territorial concession But
- 43:42insisted that Western security guarantees be secured beforehand
- 43:46along with holding a long-delayed presidential election
- 43:50I Say as does Moscow That that is
- 43:56just deployed to prolong the conflict because he
- 43:59knows nobody will do it He knows Russia
- 44:01won't agree to Western troops NATO troops being
- 44:05in anywhere in Ukraine and All they want
- 44:09to do is prolong the conflict to regroup
- 44:11the military Russia consistently says that Crimean Donbass
- 44:15which Donbass voted to join the Federation Russian
- 44:20Federation in 2022 are its Territories and Ukrainian
- 44:24troops will be pushed out of the region
- 44:26one way or the other and that is
- 44:29well under way even now and there's very
- 44:34little to to get there and Meanwhile the
- 44:38idiots in NATO Are are still pushing to
- 44:42try to send troops to Ukraine the EU
- 44:45and UK?
- 44:46Expect the US to support this Multinational front
- 44:50force, you know, this is this is Remember
- 44:55when the old Obama monster said the old
- 45:01bombinator that I called him the old bombinator
- 45:04said I'll have a little more flexibility told
- 45:09that to Putin so long ago and You
- 45:13know remember when he told Mitt Romney?
- 45:15Hey The 80s are calling they want their
- 45:19foreign policy back.
- 45:21That's what multinational peace forces are Rushing gonna
- 45:24put up with that.
- 45:25You might get away with that in a
- 45:27place like Syria or Iraq where you Dominate
- 45:30the field.
- 45:31You're not gonna get away with that in
- 45:34It where Russia dominates They they will stand
- 45:38up.
- 45:38They will push back and it'll never happen
- 45:41You won't have multinational forces in Ukraine without
- 45:44starting World War three and that that's what
- 45:47will happen Because then right now people aren't
- 45:51being forced to choose a side not yet
- 45:54but if if this continues, you know, it's
- 45:58got a There is a big danger, you
- 46:02know of this escalation and the idiots in
- 46:05Europe know the only way to Win is
- 46:11to they can't win they've already lost, you
- 46:14know, u.s. Recognizes this Donald Trump recognizes
- 46:18this you Europeans are going wait a minute
- 46:20if you were Joe Biden Well, you'd still
- 46:23be paying for this crap.
- 46:24You'd still be funding at all.
- 46:26You would have never put forced us to
- 46:285% We're preparing for war, but we
- 46:31won't be ready till 2030.
- 46:33So in the meantime us you gotta fight
- 46:36it We got to keep these Ukrainians dying
- 46:38for us in the meantime so that we
- 46:41win Ultimately, we're globalists and we have to
- 46:44win and the only way to win is
- 46:46delay delay delay give us a ceasefire blame
- 46:48everything on Russia like we've been doing and
- 46:52And hopefully, you know Put multinational forces in
- 46:56there and we'll claim that Russia broke this
- 46:57and broke that just like we've always been
- 46:59because this is a war of propaganda At
- 47:02least in the globalist West elite, right but
- 47:08on the talks Steve Whitkoff the leaders of
- 47:12Germany France UK and eight other nations along
- 47:16with officials from Brussels issued a joint statement
- 47:20proposing robust security guarantees for Kiev this would
- 47:25include commitments to a European led Multinational force
- 47:30Ukraine made up of contributions from willing nations
- 47:35the coalition of the willing within the framework
- 47:39of the coalition of the willing and supported
- 47:41by the u.s. It will assist in
- 47:45the regeneration of Ukraine's forces in securing Ukraine's
- 47:50skies and in supporting a safer sea lanes
- 47:55including through operating Inside of Ukraine the document
- 48:00states The UK and France have long pushed
- 48:03the idea of European troops in Ukraine Once
- 48:06a ceasefire is agreed upon although it is
- 48:09unclear which nations would actually contribute forces Polish
- 48:14Prime Minister Donald Tusk Immediately rejected this plan
- 48:18saying his country needs all its troops at
- 48:21home to defend the eastern flank of NATO
- 48:25That guy's an idiot too, but that's a
- 48:27good argument to not send your people to
- 48:30to Ukraine Italy also Consistently rejects sending Italian
- 48:36forces to Ukraine Moscow rejects the idea completely
- 48:40because NATO forces in Ukraine won't be allowed
- 48:43under any pretext and they insist that Kiev
- 48:46would use the pause and Fighting to rearm
- 48:49regroup rebuild its military back up to a
- 48:51million.
- 48:52Hope you know for them I don't think
- 48:54they can do it.
- 48:55Anyway Russia continues to push for permanent peace
- 48:58not these ceasefire BS's some permanent peace that
- 49:02addresses conflicts root cause another provision in the
- 49:06European plan calls for a u.s. Led
- 49:09ceasefire monitoring and verification mechanism the u.s.
- 49:15Right as if you know We get a
- 49:18control that right the signatories seek a legally
- 49:22binding commitment Yeah, what about Minsk one?
- 49:26What about Minsk two?
- 49:28Where are those legally binding commitments that everybody
- 49:31did why they admitted to do this?
- 49:35To give Ukraine more time to build an
- 49:38army to attack Russia.
- 49:40That's what it was You know subject to
- 49:43national procedures this binding commitment to support Kiev
- 49:47with armed force intelligence and logistical assistance Economic
- 49:52and diplomatic actions.
- 49:54How's that any different than what has been
- 49:57done for the past at least?
- 50:0011 12 years and probably the whole 32
- 50:03or whatever.
- 50:03It is that Ukraine has been in existence,
- 50:06huh?
- 50:07Well, how is it any different so this
- 50:10coalition of the willing is gone wait Wait,
- 50:13wait, wait, wait, wait, we're losing this ain't
- 50:16right We're losing and how do we save
- 50:19face and claim that we're not losing?
- 50:22we put a Multinational NATO force led by
- 50:26the United States who was all over Ukraine
- 50:29before this started hell There's probably still u
- 50:32.s What do you call it?
- 50:35Trainers and Advisors or whatever you want to
- 50:38call them whether they're mercenary type whether they
- 50:41are contractor type or whether they're really in
- 50:44a You know have been assigned there by
- 50:48the US government by the military They're still
- 50:51there these they are there and there was
- 50:55a article I read last week that said
- 50:57that they took a bunch of special forces
- 50:59guys on the Russian side and they're currently
- 51:01in in in Custody they have surrendered, you
- 51:05know surrendered captured whatever you want to put
- 51:07it But I haven't seen anything in the
- 51:08West on that when we saw that in
- 51:10in the east Which doesn't surprise me because
- 51:13the the news is always quite different Zelensky
- 51:16said on Monday that Kiev's not gonna recognize
- 51:19the Donbass as Russian neither de jour nor
- 51:23de facto you know not for today and
- 51:26not not not because they already occupy it
- 51:28basically and Other European proposals include Significant support
- 51:34to Ukraine to build its armed forces.
- 51:36They want to rebuild it They were they
- 51:38want to they still are trying to suck
- 51:41them into this NATO Light, I guess I
- 51:45don't know.
- 51:45They you know, there's been talk about Trump
- 51:47giving some kind of article 5 protections to
- 51:51Ukraine outside of NATO Well, that's gonna be
- 51:55unacceptable too, I think this war is only
- 51:59going to end by capitulation and That capitulation
- 52:04sadly could be another three to five years.
- 52:07I was watching a military summary Channel and
- 52:12on the The next so I was telling
- 52:16you the other day about how you cross
- 52:18the plains and you come to a couple
- 52:20of cities Seversk is one of them the
- 52:24cities of Pokrovsk and Myrgorod are another you
- 52:28know a little bit south of that and
- 52:30there's one more in between there and that
- 52:32after that you have nothing but flat plains
- 52:35for quite a while and the jump of
- 52:39once Russia gets past these trench parts that
- 52:43the Ukrainians built back in 2020 as a
- 52:47last defense or whatever once they get past
- 52:50those and they already crossed this other River
- 52:52that I forget the name of I don't
- 52:54remember the name of it.
- 52:55I'm gonna look here for a second This
- 53:02River, I forget the name of Oskol or
- 53:04something like that I don't remember but once
- 53:06they cross that River which they have in
- 53:08three points already and so they're gonna now
- 53:12they have they control three parts of that
- 53:14River and Once they cross it completely it's
- 53:17a run all the way to South Paris
- 53:21a great big city million people on the
- 53:24banks of the the Donetsk River and you
- 53:28know They consider a lot of people consider
- 53:32and I said this several years ago a
- 53:33lot of people consider east of that River
- 53:36to be Slavic West of that River to
- 53:40be European.
- 53:41Okay, that's the way it's been You know
- 53:43now history Kiev is on that River further
- 53:47north, right and But if they get to
- 53:50Zaporizhia, there's been talks that Zaporizhia within the
- 53:54next six months will be Russian.
- 53:57That's a big deal and that is the
- 54:01western I believe border of Zaporizhia the obelisk
- 54:04the region and But a million people at
- 54:07least pre-war and it's still standing.
- 54:10It's still nice there's been take out of
- 54:12some some of the Infrastructure, you know electricity
- 54:17grids stuff like that and so there's still
- 54:20things there but you know, the talk is
- 54:24right now with 300,000 desertions with the
- 54:29inability to Resupply new soldiers stuff like that
- 54:37That it's very likely that Russia in the
- 54:40next six months nine months will be in
- 54:45Zaporizhia They've already taken Prokhorovsk Mirna grad savers
- 54:49can one of the city.
- 54:50I forget the name of it in That
- 54:54that loop I can't remember doesn't matter the
- 54:57the city and once they get there It's
- 54:59just farmland west of their small small villages
- 55:02small stuff and they'll just roll through there
- 55:07relatively quickly now Russia is moving and Incrementally,
- 55:12they're doing it on purpose and everybody's taught
- 55:14in it and they don't lose as many
- 55:17men the way they are doing it It's
- 55:19not an all-out on schluss, you know
- 55:21a big a big, you know Panzer blitz,
- 55:26you know with all these with all these
- 55:28tanks running across and taking this the the
- 55:31cities of Belgorod back in the 45, you
- 55:34know, that's not what's going on Russia is
- 55:36doing incremental advances and doing a very good
- 55:39job of it.
- 55:40And are they losing men?
- 55:42Absolutely, are they losing it?
- 55:44You know, there's a lot of infantry, you
- 55:46know that they are they are losing and
- 55:48they have some heavy losses to Manpower wise
- 55:51but they are turning and steadily moving forward
- 55:56and the loss of four large cities in
- 55:58The last four to six months is a
- 56:01big deal and Taking of Pokrovsk Mirna grad
- 56:05sabers can whatever the other one is is
- 56:09Is a big deal and there's been other
- 56:11reasonably good sized territories that have been taken
- 56:14and the combination of it all means This
- 56:18is this is bad and Europeans trying to
- 56:22say that this isn't the case It's the
- 56:26Lenski trying to say this isn't the case
- 56:28Here's my AI video of me standing in
- 56:31Seversk when he knows that Seversk is gone
- 56:34It's only done for Western propaganda.
- 56:37No, no.
- 56:38No, those Russians are liars All you can
- 56:41do is find out that it's a I
- 56:43generated He can't even post that thing on
- 56:46his Instagram without a geolocation.
- 56:49He's got to put a geolocation He can't
- 56:51do it because it's not a they can
- 56:55tell whether it's fake and generating.
- 56:57That's exactly what they did and It is
- 57:00completely fake.
- 57:01So Zelensky is just like all the rest
- 57:03and all the rest of the the the
- 57:07corrupt a-holes that are just taking our
- 57:09money and Lying in their pocket taking our
- 57:12government's money and lying in their pockets Let's
- 57:17see, I already told you about German reunification
- 57:22Here It is here's the poll, let's see
- 57:25if I got the numbers right I found
- 57:28the poll Ukrainians trust in NATO has collapsed
- 57:35550 citizens the survey says that the trust
- 57:41in NATO is They only 34% and
- 57:47it was 44% last year the public
- 57:51trust in the US Had an even steeper
- 57:55drop here are the numbers.
- 57:57I got those incorrect.
- 57:58So let's make sure they're right 21%
- 58:00was 41% last year and the poll
- 58:05suggests Ukrainians Are ready to withstand the conflict
- 58:10as long as necessary with some 62%
- 58:15Responding affirmatively to this question indicated that confidence
- 58:19in the z-monster is relatively high at
- 58:21around 61% and get this I forgot
- 58:26about this one.
- 58:27This is interesting only 9% of the
- 58:30respondents Said that presidential elections need to be
- 58:33held as soon as possible While others argued
- 58:36they should only happen when the conflict with
- 58:39Russia is over Isn't that crazy so they're
- 58:44you know, they're believers apparently and That's that's
- 58:50loopy I Already told you about the unwillingness
- 58:54to compromise.
- 58:55I wanted to talk about euro clear.
- 58:58There was a where's that article?
- 59:00Because that's important The Here you go, Moscow
- 59:06court, so they filed in Moscow With the
- 59:11seizure or this EU thing over the weekend
- 59:14to Indefinitely seize I told you a little
- 59:17bit about this yesterday indefinitely hold Indefinitely block
- 59:21access to whatever whatever they want to use
- 59:25as the terms of the day for stealing
- 59:27Money from Russia and giving it to Ukraine
- 59:31Moscow has Sued Euro clear Belgium's euro clear
- 59:38and this is a bad deal no matter
- 59:39how you slice it and the impact is
- 59:43gonna be felt by euro clear because There's
- 59:46still legal processes you have to get through
- 59:48and the EU is ignoring them and the
- 59:51EU is wrong from a legal standpoint they
- 59:54can't do it under the articles of the
- 59:57of the EU in fact, they can't do
- 1:00:00what they are doing, but they have anyway,
- 1:00:02they changed it from a unanimous vote to
- 1:00:04a majority of people and so Russia's central
- 1:00:08bank sued euro clear Seeking damages over the
- 1:00:15sovereign like sovereign means country owned they're owned
- 1:00:20by the country a Moscow court has agreed
- 1:00:24to hear the 230 billion dollar lawsuit filed
- 1:00:29by central bank of Russia Against euro clear
- 1:00:32over the immobilization of Russia's assets and last
- 1:00:36week the CBR central bank of Russia Initiated
- 1:00:40legal proceedings against the depository and the depository
- 1:00:44is not really a bank It's a depository
- 1:00:46that holds the bulk of its frozen assets
- 1:00:49after the EU Announced it would keep the
- 1:00:53funds Temporarily immobilized using its emergency powers now
- 1:00:59Moscow condemns that freeze as illegal as do
- 1:01:02I and called any use of the funds
- 1:01:05theft If they start if they immobilize them,
- 1:01:08that's one crime giving them to Ukraine That's
- 1:01:10another and I believe they've already conducted them
- 1:01:13by giving the interest off of those assets
- 1:01:15and to Ukraine Which they've done or seizing
- 1:01:18it and playing legal shenanigans and games to
- 1:01:21keep that money We talked about that yesterday,
- 1:01:24you know, you're not part of the club
- 1:01:26You got to be part of the club,
- 1:01:28you know, if you're not part of the
- 1:01:29club screw you this is basically what's happened
- 1:01:31But a Moscow arbitration court says the lawsuit
- 1:01:35was registered on Friday or shows that the
- 1:01:37lawsuit was registered on Friday the claim exceeds
- 1:01:4018 trillion rubles 230 billion dollars according to
- 1:01:47the Business Daily the Regulator reportedly plans to
- 1:01:52seek a closed hearing and any ruling would
- 1:01:56apply within respective jurisdictions with proceedings in Russia
- 1:02:01separate from any dispute in the EU or
- 1:02:04a third country court with enforcement depending upon
- 1:02:08where assets and Counterparties are located.
- 1:02:12So Russia is doing this to seize money
- 1:02:16Inside of Russia held by Euro clear for
- 1:02:20other countries Western countries Western dominated countries globalist
- 1:02:25countries that have been part of this Effort
- 1:02:30to steal Russia's to earn 30 billion.
- 1:02:32They're gonna win, you know in Moscow You'd
- 1:02:34say they're not a judgment against euro clear
- 1:02:37and it could actually be enforced according to
- 1:02:40international Clearinghouse rules they could be enforced anywhere.
- 1:02:45So this is a smart move legally, you
- 1:02:48know for for Russia It carries risks of
- 1:02:51reputation damage Naturally, their reputation is destroyed already
- 1:02:55because everybody knows you got to put your
- 1:02:58money somewhere else Telling you people are hedging
- 1:03:01and pulling money out of there right now
- 1:03:03I guarantee it and that is what Belgium
- 1:03:06is afraid of is that they're you know
- 1:03:07Sovereign nations won't keep money in euro clear
- 1:03:10They're all buying gold and keeping it somewhere
- 1:03:13else and they're sucking it out of Europe
- 1:03:15So the decline of Europe continues because they
- 1:03:18aren't and they are no longer the big
- 1:03:20bad You know clearing house for international trade
- 1:03:25of the euro and just like the u
- 1:03:27.s And the dollar we're subject to the
- 1:03:29same thing because people are sucking them away
- 1:03:31Sanctions are not a pal to the rest
- 1:03:33of the world.
- 1:03:34They don't just impact Russia the impact Financial
- 1:03:37systems all over.
- 1:03:40Okay, so a judgment carries a risk of
- 1:03:43also potentially leading to bankruptcy of Euro clear
- 1:03:48if other countries continue to withdraw funds Euro
- 1:03:53clear said it complies with EU sanctions acts
- 1:03:56in line with binding legal requirements and jurisdictions
- 1:03:59where it operates Not so sure that's going
- 1:04:04to be true here after because last week
- 1:04:06the EU Immobilized Russia's assets invoking article 122
- 1:04:10an Emergency treaty clause that allows approval by
- 1:04:15a qualified majority rather than unanimity European Commission
- 1:04:20head Ursula von der Leyen Proposes using the
- 1:04:24funds to back loans to Ukraine But legal
- 1:04:28experts say the clause was never meant article
- 1:04:31122 to fund wars or to seize Foreign
- 1:04:35assets, but only for economic emergencies in the
- 1:04:41block Here it is freezing the third country's
- 1:04:46sovereign reserves by definition is a restrictive measure
- 1:04:51governed by article 215 not 122 this requires
- 1:04:57unanimity according to law professor Christina van Bergen
- 1:05:01who calls it a legal and political misstep
- 1:05:05to seize Russia's money or to continue to
- 1:05:09hold it and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban
- 1:05:12accuses EU of raping European law in broad
- 1:05:16daylight is what he said and he called
- 1:05:19the move to bypass his country's veto a
- 1:05:23Declaration of War now, that's scary people should
- 1:05:27take that seriously so far.
- 1:05:28They are not International financial institutions including the
- 1:05:33European Central Bank and the IMF Gee, there's
- 1:05:38a bunch of geniuses have cautioned that using
- 1:05:41immobilized Sovereign assets will undermine confidence in the
- 1:05:46euro yep, and I'm telling you this is
- 1:05:51a huge deal Why is it a you
- 1:05:54know, you know this this could tell about
- 1:05:56things to come this is only the first
- 1:05:58move and what's gonna be a long chess
- 1:06:01game about this money and I'm telling you
- 1:06:05I'm gonna keep an eye on it because
- 1:06:08this is huge, it's very huge and I
- 1:06:13think it's Something that is completely wrong and
- 1:06:19it How do we want to put it
- 1:06:24it's like a bad plot It's a bad
- 1:06:29plot in a in a play Here's the
- 1:06:31bad guys taking all the stuff and will
- 1:06:33the good guy win or will he not
- 1:06:35so the Central Bank announced its lawsuit in
- 1:06:38arbitration court, that's important and You know the
- 1:06:43Euroclear has around the 220 billion is held
- 1:06:47there That's the largest part of Russia's money
- 1:06:50is held in euro clear.
- 1:06:51And so this announcement was made in a
- 1:06:53press conference Not no commentary they just put
- 1:06:56it out there and didn't say what you
- 1:06:58know what the legal consequences were I've had
- 1:07:01to look to find some right and Figure
- 1:07:04out where where it went in this The
- 1:07:07timing though is not an accident.
- 1:07:10They did it right after the EU Expected,
- 1:07:14you know, we expected anyway those of us
- 1:07:16who pay attention this thing expected them to
- 1:07:19continue to attempt to steal this money and
- 1:07:21The so the timings no surprise it came
- 1:07:25right after this contentious plan to tap those
- 1:07:28assets for a zero interest loan to Ukraine,
- 1:07:31right and this this play is coming to
- 1:07:34a Conclusion right and the move by the
- 1:07:37bank a legal step with no fanfare This
- 1:07:41is an interesting part of the article because
- 1:07:42it's true with no fanfare No, not broadcasting
- 1:07:46it everywhere not hey, we're gonna get you
- 1:07:48a holes, you know, we're getting none of
- 1:07:49that That's just a little a little press
- 1:07:52release.
- 1:07:52That's it.
- 1:07:53That's typical for Moscow.
- 1:07:55They tend not to front-run complicated cop
- 1:07:59policy endeavors over social media Now that's a
- 1:08:03slap it everywhere in the West because we
- 1:08:05govern by social media we've governed by Instagram
- 1:08:08by X by true social is how we
- 1:08:11put stuff out to try and don't think
- 1:08:14it's not a it's not a Politics and
- 1:08:17a propaganda game because that's exactly what it
- 1:08:20is You need to get your facts from
- 1:08:22other places people like me people like JR
- 1:08:24who dig a little bit further into it
- 1:08:27than just oh Gee, here's what somebody said
- 1:08:29on X, you know, we get we get
- 1:08:31you more We get you statements from people
- 1:08:33and they don't but Russia Typically does not
- 1:08:36do it in social media or through provocative
- 1:08:39public statements so far They tend to put
- 1:08:42you know, just the facts, you know, just
- 1:08:45the facts, please We the government including the
- 1:08:48central bank are doing everything to protect our
- 1:08:51assets said deputy prime minister Alexander Novak You
- 1:08:56ever heard that name before I have not
- 1:08:58he's a lower-level guy, you know in
- 1:09:01the deputy prime minister's office He said illegal
- 1:09:04conflict Confiscation is unacceptable Western observers accustomed to
- 1:09:10acrimonious and public policy implementations in their own
- 1:09:14countries May be puzzled by Russian officials reluctance
- 1:09:18to spell out potential implications But the signal
- 1:09:22is clear Russia has moved to the realm
- 1:09:25of action with regard to protecting its interests
- 1:09:28the threat of Russian retaliation has hung over
- 1:09:32the entire EU led asset theft episode Like
- 1:09:36the sword of Damocles says this author but
- 1:09:40now an opening shot has been fired at
- 1:09:43Face value the lawsuit against euro clear in
- 1:09:47Moscow doesn't mean a whole lot The Russian
- 1:09:50Central Bank will almost certainly win in Moscow
- 1:09:53and euro clear Probably won't even mount a
- 1:09:57defense in a Russian jurisdiction Russia's legal case
- 1:10:01is widely seen as strong Even if you
- 1:10:04disregard their home field advantage Absolutely true for
- 1:10:09both euro clear and the EU the risk
- 1:10:13is far greater Than whatever amount they could
- 1:10:17look to be on the hook for in
- 1:10:18light of a potential Russian court ruling if
- 1:10:22Russia's legal case spills into other jurisdictions Which
- 1:10:26it will messy and protracted litigation will be
- 1:10:30extremely damaging for euro clear Not to mention
- 1:10:34for the EU's reputation globally and its own
- 1:10:37investment climate and Ursula's clown car is She's
- 1:10:41an idiot.
- 1:10:42You know for pushing this and and they're
- 1:10:44they're gonna lose many advocates of this seizure
- 1:10:47Plan they point out that Russia can hardly
- 1:10:51be expected to win a lawsuit in an
- 1:10:54EU jurisdiction So if they went to Brussels
- 1:10:57and filed suit, you know Somebody'd figure out
- 1:11:00a way to screw them because that's how
- 1:11:01the system works how the system works here,
- 1:11:03too you find you pick your jurisdiction or
- 1:11:07you're gonna win so Russia filed in In
- 1:11:10Russia because they're gonna win and then they
- 1:11:12can try to enforce it in other places
- 1:11:14But even more importantly they can for enforce
- 1:11:16it inside of Russia So the battleground is
- 1:11:20elsewhere if Russia is able to secure an
- 1:11:22injunction in a neutral country Where euro clear
- 1:11:25operates?
- 1:11:27Victor Orban hungry, you know picket euro clear
- 1:11:31has offices all over the place and Russia
- 1:11:33has friends all over the place and they
- 1:11:36could enforce it in other places and Take
- 1:11:40the money from other places.
- 1:11:43This is a big international law deal, right?
- 1:11:45It could create extreme logistics difficulties and tremendous
- 1:11:50Reputational risk for euro clear euro clear by
- 1:11:54its own admission is holding client assets amounting
- 1:11:58to around 16 billion in Russia Those funds
- 1:12:03Russia has already frozen So of the 230
- 1:12:06of Russia Russia when in return froze 16
- 1:12:09billion, so it's only 214, right?
- 1:12:13But a worse fate could await if Russia
- 1:12:16were to retaliate Friday's announcement of the lawsuit
- 1:12:19made no mention of those funds and whether
- 1:12:23further action would be taken with regard to
- 1:12:25them but the Announcement didn't need to discuss
- 1:12:30that the implication is quite clear euro clear
- 1:12:34CEO Valerie urbane Has also made reference to
- 1:12:38those funds and she admits that she fears
- 1:12:40that Russia will take them She has generally
- 1:12:43been outspoken in her own opposition to the
- 1:12:45loan scheme and has warned that her company
- 1:12:48would face bankruptcy if sanctions against Russia are
- 1:12:51Lifted but Europe has stolen this money and
- 1:12:54put it elsewhere of course given euro clear
- 1:12:57central role in the financial system the EU
- 1:13:00would step in and It is true that
- 1:13:04EU has invoked this emergency article 122 that
- 1:13:08keeps the Russian funds immobilized Indefinitely to hedge
- 1:13:12against sudden removal of sanctions So if the
- 1:13:14sanctions are gone Russia could get their money
- 1:13:16back if the u.s Lifted sanctions Russia
- 1:13:18can have their money.
- 1:13:19So and if that happened that would screw
- 1:13:22this euro clear I'm still in your money
- 1:13:24deal and given it to Ukraine as a
- 1:13:27loan, right which will never be paid back
- 1:13:30They'll just forgive it right but this doesn't
- 1:13:33alleviate the risk that an agreement to end
- 1:13:35the war Wouldn't facilitate a lifting of the
- 1:13:38freeze on Russian assets Even if the funds
- 1:13:40being returned to their rightful owner wouldn't be
- 1:13:43very straightforward now the u.s for our
- 1:13:46part You know We have proposed allowing American
- 1:13:49companies to get some of that money member
- 1:13:51Trump and his last deal was like 100
- 1:13:53million comes to us You know a hundred
- 1:13:55billion I mean hundred billion goes to you,
- 1:13:58you know But we use the first hundred
- 1:13:59billion which we get the profits off of
- 1:14:01remember that that was part of the 28
- 1:14:03-point peace plan But for both euro clear
- 1:14:05and the EU this is much more than
- 1:14:08a question of tallying numbers on a spreadsheet
- 1:14:10The clearing house is not a physical asset
- 1:14:13that can withstand poor management and remain intact
- 1:14:17To be passed on to new owners.
- 1:14:20So the clearing house Isn't a bank.
- 1:14:23It's a transfer mechanism where the money goes
- 1:14:27or it holds big-time Funds like this
- 1:14:30it lives by the trust Investors place in
- 1:14:34it to be reliable custodian of those assets,
- 1:14:38you know when people are in New York
- 1:14:40and they're there There what do you call
- 1:14:44it trading on the value of assets assets
- 1:14:47held by a place like euro clear are
- 1:14:50a huge part of funds that huge managers
- 1:14:54take and people are running from those because
- 1:14:57the assets are you know not secure and
- 1:15:01They're you know, the history has shown how
- 1:15:04quickly Financial institutions find themselves in peril once
- 1:15:08trust is broken trust Russia's Lawsuit in Moscow
- 1:15:12is hardly decisive, you know Nobody agrees that
- 1:15:15this is gonna mean anything huge because they
- 1:15:18still got to find somewhere to enforce it
- 1:15:20once they win but it has pushed matters
- 1:15:22to a very Uncomfortable realm for those wanting
- 1:15:26to steal Russia's money because now they're gonna
- 1:15:29have to come out you know not out
- 1:15:31of the closet because we all already know
- 1:15:32what the EU wants to do with it
- 1:15:34and You know that what they've already decided
- 1:15:37so it's World is Heating up even further
- 1:15:43with Trump sued BBC for 10 billion dollars
- 1:15:48he accused them of a state broadcaster of
- 1:15:52attempting to influence last year's election and this
- 1:15:55is a It's a medium-sized article, so
- 1:15:59I'll go ahead and share it with you
- 1:16:02Trump sued he accuses the state broadcaster of
- 1:16:05doctoring video of his January 6 2021 speech
- 1:16:09to make it appear that he incited violence
- 1:16:12at the US Capitol And the lawsuit filed
- 1:16:15in federal court in Miami on Monday he
- 1:16:18claims that the BBC Spliced Remarks made an
- 1:16:25hour apart and Juxtaposed them with scenes of
- 1:16:29protesters marching to Congress footage that was recorded
- 1:16:32before Trump had even begun speaking They had
- 1:16:37me saying things I never said actually put
- 1:16:39terrible words in my mouth the BBC Admitted
- 1:16:42last month that the edit gave the mistaken
- 1:16:45impression that President Trump made a direct call
- 1:16:49for violent action Why would you admit that
- 1:16:53Even if you did it, you know, they're
- 1:16:55gonna settle Trump won't get his 10-billion,
- 1:16:58but you know, he might get some money
- 1:17:00out of this Because now they've admitted it
- 1:17:02and they issued a formal apology Chairman Samir
- 1:17:06Shah wrote directly to Trump to express her
- 1:17:09sincere regret and pledged not to rebroadcast the
- 1:17:12segment ever so This is what they this
- 1:17:18is what they put in the lawsuit was
- 1:17:20filed Complaint in demand.
- 1:17:23It doesn't tell you.
- 1:17:24Let's see where it is.
- 1:17:25Cuz here's the pleadings US District Court Southern
- 1:17:29District of Florida Doesn't have a case number
- 1:17:32yet.
- 1:17:33Yeah, it does 25 CV 2 5 8
- 1:17:369 4 And this is all e-filed
- 1:17:4033 pages, I don't have I don't have
- 1:17:42the whole 33 pages I'm gonna have to
- 1:17:44find it I'm gonna download that for us
- 1:17:47and maybe we'll go into that It'll be
- 1:17:49kind of fun to get the whole 33
- 1:17:51pages and see how Trump's lawyer would file
- 1:17:54this suit Hell, maybe I'll use it as
- 1:17:56an example for for one.
- 1:17:58I got work, you know in the works
- 1:18:01Trump previously accused the BBC of attempting to
- 1:18:04influence the vote with the documentary which was
- 1:18:07aired a week before the presidential election last
- 1:18:10year The lawsuit denounces it as a brazen
- 1:18:14attempt to interfere in and influence The elections
- 1:18:18outcome to President Trump's detriment he seeks five
- 1:18:24billion in damages for defamation an additional five
- 1:18:28billion under Florida's Deceptive and unfair trade practices
- 1:18:32act his legal team describes the broadcasters conduct
- 1:18:36as malicious arguing that the selective editing could
- 1:18:41never have occurred by accident a Spokesman for
- 1:18:44Trump said the BBC has a long pattern
- 1:18:48of deceiving its audience in coverage of President
- 1:18:51Trump all in the service of its own
- 1:18:54leftist political agenda Well, that's where we are
- 1:18:58today.
- 1:18:58It is 1984 it is George Orwell.
- 1:19:01It is propaganda wins propaganda fight all over.
- 1:19:05We got the Z monster creating stories a
- 1:19:10Victory him in Green Goblin attire hanging out
- 1:19:13in Seversk, which is really under Russian control
- 1:19:16and we got the BBC creating editing stories
- 1:19:20to make it sound like people said something
- 1:19:22that they didn't and Then apologizing later that
- 1:19:25was foolish if he had done something you
- 1:19:27should have done it privately by phone only
- 1:19:29hopefully that nobody ever recorded and Now you
- 1:19:33got the admission.
- 1:19:34You're you're just screwed, you know, and this
- 1:19:37can't have occurred by accident It's absolutely true
- 1:19:40because you you obviously didn't do something Maybe
- 1:19:44you have to add a count in there
- 1:19:46for all kinds of stuff Negligent hiring negligent
- 1:19:48retention who the hell put this in there
- 1:19:50in the first place.
- 1:19:51Why'd you hire such a dirtbag?
- 1:19:53I mean, you know in order to get
- 1:19:54this done the BBC made no comment Following
- 1:19:59the filing of the case, but previously they
- 1:20:01stated they'd received no contact from Trump's lawyers
- 1:20:04after the apology Now if you're stuck in
- 1:20:06a in a position like that and you
- 1:20:08got a case that you want to file
- 1:20:10a lot of times It's common or it's
- 1:20:12an effort you you have your lawyer your
- 1:20:14legal team contact them and say look because
- 1:20:17BBC knew this was coming and I mean
- 1:20:20there's no doubt and so the the lawyers
- 1:20:22what what typically the the Strategizing would take
- 1:20:26place thusly you would sit there and say
- 1:20:29well listen, maybe we should contact these BBC
- 1:20:33folks and try to get some money out
- 1:20:35of them.
- 1:20:36So this isn't about money for Trump.
- 1:20:39It really isn't it's about the Propaganda to
- 1:20:45it's about the picture I'm I'm standing up
- 1:20:48to these a-holes on your behalf America.
- 1:20:51You don't give a crap about ten billion
- 1:20:53dollars You don't give a crap about any
- 1:20:55of that.
- 1:20:55You know, if I had a billion I'd
- 1:20:57never care about money again in my life.
- 1:20:59I mean hell probably have 1 million I
- 1:21:03don't have those high tastes, you know more
- 1:21:05is better obviously, but I don't really care
- 1:21:08I just want to be able to live
- 1:21:10comfortably and do the things I like to
- 1:21:12do 10 billion Oh, I'm in you're throwing
- 1:21:14to throw it my way, you know But
- 1:21:16if somebody somebody said something bad about me,
- 1:21:19I'm kind of thinking I couldn't sue for
- 1:21:2110 billion Maybe I will but I haven't
- 1:21:23lost a presidential election And so but the
- 1:21:26typical strategizing would be all right Have my
- 1:21:30legal team call BBC and get some money
- 1:21:32Trump didn't do that and they would have
- 1:21:34paid him They would have paid him off
- 1:21:35But you know what that maybe they could
- 1:21:37agree to meet and negotiate and do something
- 1:21:39but allegedly that has not happened and they
- 1:21:43stated they haven't gotten any any contact from
- 1:21:46Trump the BBC Network funded through a compulsory
- 1:21:49license fee in the UK says that there
- 1:21:53is no legal basis for the defamation claim
- 1:21:56and Said that they will contest the lawsuit
- 1:21:59in court to protect our license fee payers
- 1:22:05Because in order to get BBC you got
- 1:22:07to pay so Keep your head on that
- 1:22:12here's something an act of vandalism following the
- 1:22:16deadly shooting at a Jewish celebration on Sunday
- 1:22:19a Muslim cemetery has been vandalized in Sydney
- 1:22:24with butchered pig heads an apparent act of
- 1:22:28retribution following Sunday's massacre at a Jewish celebration
- 1:22:33The cemetery was targeting but was targeted Monday
- 1:22:38morning and police received reports before 6 a
- 1:22:41.m. The animal remains had been left at
- 1:22:43the entrance Officers attended the scene removed the
- 1:22:47pig heads and opened an investigation The act
- 1:22:52of vandalism and they have pictures showing the
- 1:22:55pig heads laying around The act of it.
- 1:22:59They don't eat pork Obviously the act of
- 1:23:01vandalism followed the attack at a Hanukkah celebration
- 1:23:04at Bondi Beach 16 people killed dozens injured
- 1:23:08the suspects were Sajid a crumb and his
- 1:23:12son Naveed Akram and The incident is being
- 1:23:15treated as a terrorist attack They said that
- 1:23:18explosives were discovered in a vehicle linked to
- 1:23:21one of the gunmen and the Australian broadcaster
- 1:23:24ABC Reported that investigators believe the pair had
- 1:23:28pled allegiance to the Islamic State Isis Muslims
- 1:23:32consider pigs ritually impure under Islamic law Acts
- 1:23:37involving pig remains are widely understood as deliberately
- 1:23:41Offensive it is you know Prominent funeral director
- 1:23:47the guy over the cemetery It's owned by
- 1:23:51the Lebanese Muslim Association Contempt the attack is
- 1:23:55senseless and hateful.
- 1:23:56I happen to agree Nonsense local Muslim man
- 1:23:59was praised for intervening.
- 1:24:01I'm not positive that he was there's been
- 1:24:03a lot of different Talk about that was
- 1:24:07an interesting video though.
- 1:24:08I saw the video I'm not so sure
- 1:24:11I wouldn't have shot the guy if it
- 1:24:13was me that did it You know that
- 1:24:14if you've seen that video because he held
- 1:24:16the gun on the guy and the guy
- 1:24:18was running away I think he later sat
- 1:24:20down and the guy kind of held him
- 1:24:22there at gunpoint But he may have wandered
- 1:24:24off too, but I think they ultimately caught
- 1:24:27him and the guy attacked him took the
- 1:24:30gun and Pointed it at him.
- 1:24:33I'm not so sure.
- 1:24:34I wouldn't have fired at him in the
- 1:24:35leg or something hold him up I might
- 1:24:39have done something On The note and I
- 1:24:43brought up this Muslim cemetery.
- 1:24:45I went to a Muslim funeral once for
- 1:24:49a guy I knew in Russia and it
- 1:24:53was in Russia that I went to this
- 1:24:54Muslim funeral and it was very interesting my
- 1:24:59obviously never have done anything like that before
- 1:25:02and but it was Quite the learning experience
- 1:25:07to go to a Muslim funeral and The
- 1:25:14guy's name was Farid and Farid served in
- 1:25:16the Russian Army Real good guy.
- 1:25:19He gave me a once a mink hat.
- 1:25:22I still have the mink hat and one
- 1:25:25of those Russian style hats that you you
- 1:25:27know wearing the winter that just covered top
- 1:25:29your head and It's a it's cool, and
- 1:25:32it's made out of real mink, and it's
- 1:25:34very nice and At any rate the funeral
- 1:25:39with an imam so that there's an imam
- 1:25:41that comes and the family of the of
- 1:25:47the Muslim person who passed away They provide
- 1:25:52they give everybody gifts, and you go.
- 1:25:54It's a it's a feast You know you
- 1:25:55sit there, and you have a full dinner.
- 1:25:57It goes on for a couple hours the
- 1:26:00imam does certain rituals that they that they
- 1:26:04go through he sits sits at the head
- 1:26:05of the table and it was Extremely interesting
- 1:26:10to me especially as you know I don't
- 1:26:13know I'm not a non-believer.
- 1:26:14You know I'm a religious guy, but I
- 1:26:17In my own way and but I don't
- 1:26:20have a particular Belief that I subscribe to
- 1:26:25and and I'm one of those guys that
- 1:26:27believes that you know the there's Any God
- 1:26:33that I would believe in wouldn't condemn half
- 1:26:36of the world to die because they're non
- 1:26:38-believers I got a problem with that and
- 1:26:41so maybe that's wrong I don't know, but
- 1:26:43if they believe a different way You know
- 1:26:46they're they have a different path that doesn't
- 1:26:48mean they're not a ton of good people
- 1:26:50involved in in other religions to do it
- 1:26:53and and killing them on beaches in Bondi
- 1:26:57is Bullshit pardon my French leaving pig heads
- 1:27:01at a cemetery is also bullshit.
- 1:27:03It's it's just wrong and If you can't
- 1:27:07honor the people of the world for being
- 1:27:10people of the world Maybe I'm naive to
- 1:27:14believe that we do, but I lived in
- 1:27:16Qatar.
- 1:27:16It's a Muslim country.
- 1:27:17You know and it was It wasn't a
- 1:27:22horror Event to live there in fact quite
- 1:27:26the opposite it is safe.
- 1:27:29It's Structured you know there It's different.
- 1:27:34Maybe I'll give a lecture on that sometime,
- 1:27:36but as the show winds down.
- 1:27:38I'd like people to consider these sorts of
- 1:27:43things Let's see should we share one more
- 1:27:50story Well there's some more about the euro
- 1:27:55clear thing the The seizure of these Russian
- 1:28:01funds will erode the international financial system, which
- 1:28:04was built around Us Interests and u.s..
- 1:28:08Funding this according to senior aid to Russian
- 1:28:13President his name is Kirill Dmitriev.
- 1:28:15He's always he's pretty vocal the EU wants
- 1:28:18to issue Kiev a reparation loan backed by
- 1:28:21Russian assets the president's advisor President Putin's advisor
- 1:28:27on international investment matters said that the panicked
- 1:28:31EU Officials that are backing Kiev are making
- 1:28:34a serious miscalculation by asserting a claim to
- 1:28:38the assets they undermine the current system of
- 1:28:42national reserves Globally and drive up costs for
- 1:28:46all participants in the global financial system Russia
- 1:28:51will win in court.
