- 1:21Speaker 5: How are we doing? Is everybody okay this morning?
- 1:25Speaker 6: I'm great?
- 1:25Speaker 7: All the stitch heads out there, well, it's.
- 1:28Speaker 6: Fully your fault. I know, just so that you know,
- 1:31Speaker 6: I don't.
- 1:31Speaker 3: I know you're new to the baseball thing, but it's
- 1:34Speaker 3: a very superstitious sport. You have not been keeping up
- 1:38Speaker 3: this whole entire time. And these are your words. You
- 1:42Speaker 3: watched for three fourths of an inning, which is not
- 1:47Speaker 3: a thing.
- 1:49Speaker 4: You were halfway you were halfway through the third out.
- 1:51Speaker 7: If you go by time, you can you could quarter it.
- 1:57Speaker 6: I'm I don't think that's how that works. But I
- 2:00Speaker 6: just this is your fault. I'm gonna blame it on you.
- 2:03Speaker 7: Yeah, we tried, guys, we tried.
- 2:07Speaker 6: You're not allowed to watch LSU baseball for the rest
- 2:09Speaker 6: of the season.
- 2:10Speaker 5: Actually, you texted the group yesterday and said, Matt, are
- 2:13Speaker 5: you watching the game?
- 2:14Speaker 7: And I was like, oh no, I forgot. I turned
- 2:16Speaker 7: it back on.
- 2:16Speaker 6: I turned it on and I said, no, turn it
- 2:20Speaker 6: off off.
- 2:21Speaker 7: You can't watch this. Yeah, that's on me. That's on me, guys.
- 2:26Speaker 4: I mean they were losing before you turned it on.
- 2:28Speaker 6: They were losing, but it was because they knew you
- 2:30Speaker 6: were going to put it on.
- 2:31Speaker 5: But by the time I turned it on, they didn't
- 2:34Speaker 5: score any more runs. Did l They had scored a couple,
- 2:40Speaker 5: so they LSU won after.
- 2:44Speaker 6: So I like the way you flip that. I respect it.
- 2:52Speaker 5: I gotta say though it was I was on vacation
- 2:56Speaker 5: last week. I hadn't been able to tune in. You know,
- 2:58Speaker 5: I'm starting to get my up but I still haven't
- 3:01Speaker 5: watched a game yet. I gotta say McNee is the
- 3:04Speaker 5: best team I've seen play this year. I mean that's
- 3:07Speaker 5: that's fair. They're one and oh and Metaline watch game.
- 3:10Speaker 7: They are one to know?
- 3:11Speaker 4: Now are they three and five overall? Yes they are.
- 3:14Speaker 6: Did they just lose an entire series to Kansas?
- 3:17Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 3:18Speaker 7: Kansas? Phydrated from Kansas?
- 3:22Speaker 4: He's your best picture right now?
- 3:24Speaker 6: Are they hydrated?
- 3:25Speaker 7: Oh yeah? One of my OG hydration team.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Oh yeah, okay, so let's get Cooper Moore. Okay, since
- 3:32Speaker 3: he was at Kansas and now he's at l s U,
- 3:34Speaker 3: he must be like, hella hydra.
- 3:36Speaker 7: I bet he was like, oh thank god.
- 3:39Speaker 6: Probably is what got him over here. Jay was like,
- 3:41Speaker 6: we got my high and he was like say less less, Well.
- 3:46Speaker 5: You don't even need to pay me. I don't need
- 3:49Speaker 5: any pack, just just tint the rehydration FU punch.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:55Speaker 4: Pose a question to the room, because yesterday we we're
- 4:00Speaker 4: talking about, you know, making new video commercials and everything,
- 4:02Speaker 4: because we're nerds and that's what we do a lot
- 4:04Speaker 4: of times. After the show, how do you be got
- 4:06Speaker 4: a stock footage actor? Like you're just the random person
- 4:10Speaker 4: in stock photos, like when you buy like a picture frame,
- 4:14Speaker 4: it no like you're just on deaddy images looking for
- 4:17Speaker 4: random generic stock photo. How do you become the person
- 4:21Speaker 4: in that picture? Because I feel like I could do that. Okay,
- 4:24Speaker 4: we're having this discussion generic.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Yeah, like.
- 4:30Speaker 4: Just because I'm just a generic white guy, blonde hair,
- 4:33Speaker 4: no facial hair, But like, how do you get into
- 4:35Speaker 4: that profession? Because we were discussing this yesterday we were
- 4:39Speaker 4: putting generic stock photo over a video spot and somebody
- 4:43Speaker 4: was like, no, use different stock footage, like stock footage
- 4:46Speaker 4: you care, But they were like, we need the same
- 4:48Speaker 4: person in every stock photo. Like, how do you get
- 4:51Speaker 4: that job?
- 4:52Speaker 7: It's called a model? Really?
- 4:55Speaker 4: I mean sure? But talking on a cell phone, boy,
- 5:00Speaker 4: do I have a job for you? Yeah, sit at
- 5:03Speaker 4: a desk and smile awkwardly while I take a picture
- 5:06Speaker 4: of you. Come on in.
- 5:07Speaker 5: It's kind of like being like a probably like an
- 5:09Speaker 5: extra in a soap opera. So how do you get
- 5:12Speaker 5: that gig? That's the that's to me, it'd be like
- 5:16Speaker 5: the equivalent of like a stock photo person, but it is.
- 5:20Speaker 5: They're they're models. They get paid for that or probably
- 5:22Speaker 5: not a lot.
- 5:23Speaker 4: No, No, I get that, but like I just feel
- 5:25Speaker 4: like it's really easy, like the people you see on
- 5:27Speaker 4: the commercials when all they have to do is walk.
- 5:29Speaker 4: They don't actually have any lines like.
- 5:32Speaker 5: You see like the ability. I kind of like on
- 5:34Speaker 5: a medicine commercial Abilify.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Anti depress and the guy comes out and he's just
- 5:38Speaker 4: smiling as happy as he's ever been. And how hard
- 5:41Speaker 4: is that?
- 5:41Speaker 6: Yeah, well you gotta act like you're happy.
- 5:43Speaker 5: With How ridiculous are those? Like the drug commercials are
- 5:47Speaker 5: the ridiculous things in the world.
- 5:48Speaker 7: Right.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Symptoms may include your entire skin falling off, like and
- 5:53Speaker 3: they're all happy.
- 5:54Speaker 5: It's like me reading like the uh what what did
- 5:57Speaker 5: I have to read? When we were doing the the
- 6:00Speaker 5: sports book stuff. It's like the last thirty seconds was reclaim. Yeah,
- 6:05Speaker 5: the disclaimer. They read as fast as I could for
- 6:07Speaker 5: thirty seconds.
- 6:07Speaker 6: Nailed it, And I'm like, you know you don't have
- 6:09Speaker 6: to do that because speed it up over here. No,
- 6:11Speaker 6: that was like the live Yeah I had to.
- 6:17Speaker 4: You killed it though, but no, for real, Like, how
- 6:20Speaker 4: do you get the job? Like I kind of want
- 6:21Speaker 4: to be don't know.
- 6:23Speaker 5: I mean, I'm sure you probably look it up. Get
- 6:26Speaker 5: an agent, like I'm talking on the phone. Standard by
- 6:29Speaker 5: guy dot Com and white dot COM's gotta be something, right,
- 6:33Speaker 5: It's gotta definitely gotta be something.
- 6:34Speaker 4: I don't know if I google it on this, we're
- 6:37Speaker 4: a computer be fine, they'll understand.
- 6:40Speaker 7: It's for research, research and development. How did you ahead
- 6:44Speaker 7: we get on this?
- 6:46Speaker 6: Taylor literally just randomly changed the subject to it.
- 6:49Speaker 7: You know, it's random, and like, I'm thinking, it's really
- 6:51Speaker 7: that's how we were doing.
- 6:52Speaker 4: It was on my mind.
- 6:53Speaker 7: Okay, you're right, I talked about for left work. You're right,
- 6:58Speaker 7: uh uh of.
- 7:00Speaker 4: White guy dot com is not a or standard white
- 7:02Speaker 4: guy dot I'm.
- 7:02Speaker 6: Not a not a what about random?
- 7:08Speaker 7: Ah Man, We're just guys.
- 7:10Speaker 5: We're just trying to cheer ourselves up right now because
- 7:13Speaker 5: I'm really not You're not.
- 7:15Speaker 7: I'm not not that bad.
- 7:16Speaker 6: I'm not that upset by it.
- 7:19Speaker 7: Actually either.
- 7:19Speaker 3: We I told you before the show started we got
- 7:22Speaker 3: run ruled by Nichols last season and we won the
- 7:25Speaker 3: national championship. I'm not saying that's gonna happen now. I
- 7:30Speaker 3: keep trying to speak it into existence as much as possible,
- 7:34Speaker 3: But you know, the starter didn't do what the starter
- 7:37Speaker 3: was supposed to do, and all snowballs from there.
- 7:42Speaker 4: I'm totally kidding that was trying to trigger a lot.
- 7:46Speaker 4: We had a whole discussion about it last week.
- 7:50Speaker 5: Yeah, you started, doesn't do what he's supposed to do,
- 7:53Speaker 5: and what that turns into? Ten pictures, yes, going to
- 7:57Speaker 5: the mound.
- 7:59Speaker 4: If you didn't, if you didn't pitch last night, Like,
- 8:01Speaker 4: oh wait was it at the bottom?
- 8:04Speaker 7: How many pictures the team carry at least?
- 8:09Speaker 6: I mean several.
- 8:14Speaker 5: Ten pictures yes, last night, seven of which either walked
- 8:19Speaker 5: or hit a batter.
- 8:20Speaker 3: This is why I said that, because I think you
- 8:22Speaker 3: had turned it off by this point. Yeah, this is
- 8:25Speaker 3: why I said we need to ask Jay because at
- 8:28Speaker 3: one point, as soon as they walk somebody, he was
- 8:31Speaker 3: pulling them. As soon as they got a hit, he
- 8:33Speaker 3: was pulling them. So I'm like, because we asked Will
- 8:37Speaker 3: Helmer's on Monday, Remember you were like this Jay a yeller.
- 8:41Speaker 3: He's like he he yells sometimes, but he's not like
- 8:44Speaker 3: a huge yeller. Right, That's what he was saying, Will.
- 8:46Speaker 7: Yeah, he said he can get after it a little bit.
- 8:49Speaker 6: Yeah, for sure.
- 8:49Speaker 7: A lot of it's kind of like psychological games.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Right.
- 8:52Speaker 6: So now I'm like, he was definitely trying to send
- 8:55Speaker 6: them a message like if you can't strike somebody out.
- 8:58Speaker 6: If you can't throw.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Strikes, I'm pulling you immediately. Like Zach Collen walked somebody
- 9:02Speaker 3: and he was like, get out of there.
- 9:03Speaker 4: Calvin looked confused as he'll be.
- 9:08Speaker 6: As soon as he watched somebody.
- 9:10Speaker 4: Jason a message. You walk or hit one batter, you're
- 9:12Speaker 4: out of the game.
- 9:13Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 9:14Speaker 5: I could see someone coming to the dugout last night
- 9:17Speaker 5: and him be like, hey, look, keep your chin up,
- 9:20Speaker 5: keep your head up.
- 9:21Speaker 7: Not your fault. I shouldn't have pitched you.
- 9:23Speaker 6: Yeah, exactly.
- 9:24Speaker 4: You suck tonight, but I'm sure you'll be better next time.
- 9:26Speaker 4: I'm sure you'll be better in three weeks when I
- 9:28Speaker 4: trust you again.
- 9:30Speaker 7: Sure, sure you'll be better once we start SEC play.
- 9:34Speaker 4: There you go. See that's a positive spin on McNeice.
- 9:37Speaker 4: Isn't in the SEC. We don't have to worry about
- 9:39Speaker 4: them again.
- 9:40Speaker 7: Thank god.
- 9:41Speaker 4: That's Matt's favorite to win the Natty.
- 9:43Speaker 7: I told you his best team I've seen play all year.
- 9:48Speaker 4: There was there were some positives last night. The man
- 9:50Speaker 4: Reagan Ricken was really good. Yeah, faced six batters, struck
- 9:54Speaker 4: out four of them, gave up a hit, no runs
- 9:57Speaker 4: like Rigan. Riccon had a really nice outing. He's a
- 10:00Speaker 4: guy that's added two or three back to back really
- 10:02Speaker 4: get out. And I mean they were high on him
- 10:04Speaker 4: coming end of the year. So like reag and Rigging
- 10:06Speaker 4: did good me curiol with Jake Brown, they continue to
- 10:09Speaker 4: get timely hits, like they came up big for you
- 10:11Speaker 4: down the stretch. John Pearson, it's tough to keep him
- 10:14Speaker 4: out of the lineup. Yeah, and he went two for
- 10:15Speaker 4: four last night RBI scored two runs. Like there were
- 10:19Speaker 4: guys that made plays. You just you dug yourself in
- 10:21Speaker 4: a seven to two hole and could not get out
- 10:23Speaker 4: of it.
- 10:23Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 10:24Speaker 6: Well, that and I feel like some of them were
- 10:25Speaker 6: just trying a little too hard on the plate.
- 10:27Speaker 4: Yeah, you mentioned that. You mentioned that right before she
- 10:29Speaker 4: walked in. You were watching the thing. You're like, why
- 10:31Speaker 4: are these guys swinging for the fences every Yeah, and
- 10:33Speaker 4: that's why.
- 10:34Speaker 6: Like everything was a chop, like they were chopping every
- 10:38Speaker 6: single ball.
- 10:39Speaker 7: Yeah. Yeah, they just looked like they were swinging out
- 10:42Speaker 7: their shoes.
- 10:43Speaker 4: I mean, you get a seven to two hole, you're
- 10:45Speaker 4: trying to fight back. You know, you're better than this team,
- 10:47Speaker 4: Like you get it. You hate to see it, but
- 10:49Speaker 4: like you you get it. They'll be fine.
- 10:52Speaker 5: Usually first segment. We just kind of like to do
- 10:54Speaker 5: vibe checks and and talk about what's what's on her
- 10:56Speaker 5: mind a little bit. Taylor, you gave us your random model.
- 10:59Speaker 4: But I mean, but usually feel eaten at me.
- 11:03Speaker 7: Yeah, I know it has a model real bad, I know.
- 11:06Speaker 5: I mean it seems like a good game. You can
- 11:08Speaker 5: make tens of hundreds of dollars asking to be.
- 11:11Speaker 4: A victorious secret angel here. Okay, I mean I'm trying
- 11:13Speaker 4: to start at the first male one.
- 11:16Speaker 7: M hm.
- 11:16Speaker 4: See that's too much pressure. Yeah, just make me random
- 11:20Speaker 4: computer guys, sit there, you take a picture of me. Boom,
- 11:22Speaker 4: it's up there.
- 11:23Speaker 6: Do we not know anybody that makes commercials in baton rouge?
- 11:26Speaker 6: Come on, it is a hit, Taylor.
- 11:27Speaker 7: Up.
- 11:28Speaker 4: Yeah, he wants me to be walking out of a building.
- 11:31Speaker 4: I can do that. I walked out of my back
- 11:32Speaker 4: door this morning, didn't trip or nothing. We're good.
- 11:36Speaker 5: Hell yeah, congratulations for not falling on the ground this
- 11:39Speaker 5: morning as an adult human commercial.
- 11:45Speaker 7: When's the last time you fell to the ground?
- 11:49Speaker 6: Probably recently. Okay, I fall quite a.
- 11:51Speaker 4: Bit last Monday at the movie theater.
- 11:54Speaker 7: Oh my god, are you serious?
- 11:57Speaker 4: So we did the Scream Unseen, which is like you
- 11:59Speaker 4: could see a scary movie before it before it actually
- 12:02Speaker 4: comes out, but you don't know what it is until
- 12:04Speaker 4: you sit down. We've done it two or three times.
- 12:06Speaker 2: It's fun.
- 12:07Speaker 4: I don't know what happened. I'm walking in and this the.
- 12:10Speaker 6: Scared fell back.
- 12:11Speaker 4: No, this theater's got a pretty good amount of people
- 12:13Speaker 4: in it. I was like, oh, Victoria, that's embarrassing. I
- 12:16Speaker 4: should stand I come back. I am walking up the
- 12:19Speaker 4: steps face planted.
- 12:20Speaker 8: Oh my god, are you serious? Yes, I don't know
- 12:24Speaker 8: it as a human adult. Step was a little too
- 12:27Speaker 8: tall for me. I get up and try to brush
- 12:29Speaker 8: it off. The guy behind Victoria's like, oh, sitting.
- 12:32Speaker 4: Up trying to figure out what's going on.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Yeah, it was bad.
- 12:35Speaker 4: So yeah, last week actually.
- 12:37Speaker 7: We've seen the uh I think it's His name is
- 12:40Speaker 7: Nate Brigatsy.
- 12:43Speaker 5: He's got a great joke about that, talking about children
- 12:47Speaker 5: and elderly people like they always had to worry about them,
- 12:50Speaker 5: like falling into the ground. He's like, I've never even
- 12:54Speaker 5: thought about it in forty years.
- 12:56Speaker 7: I haven't.
- 12:56Speaker 5: My body has not touched the ground since I was
- 12:58Speaker 5: a child. Yeah, that's what I thought about. When Taylor
- 13:01Speaker 5: just said that. I was like, yeah, I don't think
- 13:03Speaker 5: I've ever really just tripped and fallen.
- 13:06Speaker 3: I feel like I tripped quite a bit. I don't
- 13:08Speaker 3: know if I ever go like all the way down trip.
- 13:11Speaker 3: I'm trying to remember the last time. I mean, we
- 13:14Speaker 3: all know I had that incident at the Cody Johnson concert,
- 13:16Speaker 3: so I don't know sure that might have been the
- 13:19Speaker 3: last time.
- 13:21Speaker 4: Probably at least a little inebriation.
- 13:24Speaker 7: Things that happened that make you off balanced, that you
- 13:26Speaker 7: can do to yourself.
- 13:28Speaker 4: A movie theater on a Monday night, drinking water.
- 13:31Speaker 5: There's not a huge A medium popcorn and a sprite
- 13:33Speaker 5: over there, just falling for no reason.
- 13:37Speaker 4: Now before that, though, in fairness, before that it had
- 13:40Speaker 4: probably been years, but I mean we had to restart
- 13:43Speaker 4: the close floor nothing. No, it was the carpet stairs
- 13:47Speaker 4: in the movie. I felt going up the stairs. It
- 13:49Speaker 4: wasn't even down like that. Victoria like fall up top.
- 13:53Speaker 4: Victoria like it took her a second to laugh. She
- 13:56Speaker 4: was just in shock. She was like, what did you do?
- 13:58Speaker 4: I was like, I don't know.
- 14:00Speaker 5: Yeah, She's like, she got the ick. Let's put a
- 14:04Speaker 5: chair between.
- 14:04Speaker 4: It wasn't mid movie, it was right before it started,
- 14:07Speaker 4: so people probably forgot about it. By the end, nobody
- 14:10Speaker 4: came up to me and was like, okay, buddy, I
- 14:12Speaker 4: didn't get any of that, so we were probably good.
- 14:16Speaker 6: I love when people fall.
- 14:18Speaker 7: It is funny.
- 14:19Speaker 6: It's one of my favorite things.
- 14:20Speaker 4: I laughed it was.
- 14:24Speaker 5: Yeah, falling is objectively hilarious unless somebody gets hurt, then
- 14:29Speaker 5: it's not funny at all.
- 14:31Speaker 3: One time I ordered a pizza and the pizza guy
- 14:34Speaker 3: came knocking at my door. And I used to have
- 14:36Speaker 3: my dog with me, right and she was like one
- 14:38Speaker 3: of those dogs that barks at literally anything that they hear.
- 14:42Speaker 3: So the pizza guy is knocking at my door and
- 14:44Speaker 3: she's barking. She's trying to get out the door, so
- 14:45Speaker 3: I'm holding her so she won't leave the door. And
- 14:49Speaker 3: there's I had just got back into town. So my
- 14:52Speaker 3: suitcases are by the door, and I tripped over the
- 14:54Speaker 3: suitcases with dog and pizza in hand in front of
- 14:58Speaker 3: the pizza delivery guy.
- 14:59Speaker 6: Did you get the The pizza survived, but it was
- 15:03Speaker 6: just so like. My sister still brings that up because
- 15:05Speaker 6: I was on FaceTime. I was on FaceTime with them
- 15:08Speaker 6: at the same time, so they kind of witnessed it.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:11Speaker 4: I don't even need it.
- 15:12Speaker 6: She was like, I bet, I bet that guy still
- 15:14Speaker 6: thinks about you falling?
- 15:17Speaker 5: Was that random person to learn this pizza there? Yeah,
- 15:20Speaker 5: it's good. Were you a little bit embarrassed?
- 15:23Speaker 3: No, just because, like I think it's funny when people fall.
- 15:27Speaker 3: So I thought it was funny that I fell, and
- 15:29Speaker 3: stuff like that is typical.
- 15:30Speaker 7: Did you hit the ground and roll and try to
- 15:32Speaker 7: play it all? I just gotcha.
- 15:34Speaker 9: But like the way that I was falling was like
- 15:37Speaker 9: I was kind of squatting on the way down, so
- 15:39Speaker 9: I was trying to Like, yeah, I was trying to
- 15:42Speaker 9: prevent it as long as possible.
- 15:45Speaker 6: I just let myself go.
- 15:47Speaker 4: Nobody nobody looks good, slowly.

- 19:29Speaker 7: yours off.

- 19:36Speaker 7: You probably should just go.
- 19:37Speaker 4: I probably really should.
- 19:39Speaker 7: Now hang in the air.
- 19:41Speaker 5: I don't do a normal like annual thing like or

- 19:49Speaker 5: I'm a family does.
- 19:55Speaker 6: Go to Hood Dental.
- 19:56Speaker 7: Go to Hoo Dental.
- 19:57Speaker 6: Taylor has one right in.
- 19:59Speaker 4: The his woods. I'm pretty sure the last time I
- 20:02Speaker 4: went it was well, there he go, buddy, there you go.
- 20:05Speaker 4: It was great.
- 20:07Speaker 6: Foxhole.
- 20:08Speaker 4: It was a great experience fox Hood.
- 20:11Speaker 6: Like this shout out.
- 20:14Speaker 5: All right, we touched on it a little bit in
- 20:17Speaker 5: the first segment, but if you're the listeners of the show,
- 20:20Speaker 5: you know we don't get into anything too serious in
- 20:23Speaker 5: the first segment. But of course, the big news for
- 20:26Speaker 5: LSU fans this morning waking up, especially if you didn't
- 20:30Speaker 5: stay up for the entire thing, you're you go.
- 20:33Speaker 7: To bed early.
- 20:35Speaker 5: LSU baseball falls to McNeice seven to six in a
- 20:40Speaker 5: game where LSU certainly had his chances. I just couldn't
- 20:44Speaker 5: really see an opportunity, couldn't take advantage of their chances.
- 20:49Speaker 5: Sloppy pitching early especially and then but later shut him down.
- 20:53Speaker 5: And so we're gonna kind of go through exactly how
- 20:56Speaker 5: it all happened. First sitting looked pretty good. First any looked.
- 21:00Speaker 5: It was very exciting. First baseman Zach York watched two
- 21:04Speaker 5: run homer his fourth dinger of the season in the
- 21:08Speaker 5: first inning to give the Tigers a two nothing lead,
- 21:11Speaker 5: and then McNeice responded with four runs in the second inning,
- 21:14Speaker 5: taken a lead that it would not give up. The
- 21:17Speaker 5: Cowboys benefited in that inning from a walk a hit
- 21:20Speaker 5: by pitch a wild pitch, and that was kind of
- 21:24Speaker 5: the story of the early parts of the game. I
- 21:27Speaker 5: believe there was six total walks, five hit batters throughout
- 21:31Speaker 5: the game, and you watch it and that's that what
- 21:35Speaker 5: leads that's what leads you to throwing ten pitchers and
- 21:39Speaker 5: nine innings, which is something you never really want to do.
- 21:43Speaker 5: Mcmeans then tacked on three more runs in the fourth
- 21:45Speaker 5: to take a seven to two advantage. That's a lead
- 21:48Speaker 5: that they just would not give up. LSU bullpen blank
- 21:51Speaker 5: the Cowboys over the final five innings, and LSU was
- 21:54Speaker 5: able to reduce the deficit to one run. Right Fielder
- 21:57Speaker 5: Jake Brown delivered an RBS single in the fifth. Center
- 22:00Speaker 5: field Derek Derek Curiele scored later in the inning on
- 22:03Speaker 5: a pass ball. Carrie Ill lifted a sacrifice fly in
- 22:06Speaker 5: the sixth to narrow the gap to seven to five.
- 22:09Speaker 5: Designated hitter John Pearson unloaded another danger in the seventh
- 22:13Speaker 5: to reduce the deficit to seven to six, and that's
- 22:16Speaker 5: how it would finish it up. But Devin Shearon and
- 22:19Speaker 5: Jaden Newton retired mcneise in order in the eighth and
- 22:22Speaker 5: ninth innings to give l s U at least a
- 22:24Speaker 5: fighting chance, and they did have a chance in the ninth.
- 22:27Speaker 5: I had runners first and second, two out spot of
- 22:29Speaker 5: the ninth, but mcneesse reliever Brady Corkoran got them all out.
- 22:36Speaker 5: Seth the arter hit a fly ball. It looked like
- 22:38Speaker 5: it was going go blow wind, blow track down at
- 22:43Speaker 5: the warning track game over. LSU loses midweek game though,
- 22:49Speaker 5: how do we feel? I know we're nobody's worried about it.
- 22:51Speaker 5: It's week three, We're in February. Still, Michael Andre said,
- 22:56Speaker 5: we lost, we got we got run rolled last year.
- 23:00Speaker 6: No, it was actually northwestern Northwest. Yeah, my bad. I
- 23:03Speaker 6: mixed them up.
- 23:04Speaker 7: I believed it.
- 23:05Speaker 4: I mean that was on me.
- 23:06Speaker 6: I mixed them up.
- 23:08Speaker 4: He said, I believe.
- 23:10Speaker 7: I believe that I was there.
- 23:11Speaker 6: I gave you no reason not to believe.
- 23:13Speaker 7: Nichols, you were confident.
- 23:16Speaker 4: About three times last week.
- 23:18Speaker 5: Last week. Yeah, So when I was watching, I didn't
- 23:21Speaker 5: watch a ton of it. I watched a little bit
- 23:22Speaker 5: of it. Then I watched the recap afterwards.
- 23:24Speaker 7: So there's that good. There's a good video on youtwo.
- 23:27Speaker 5: It's like fifteen gives you all all the hits, all
- 23:29Speaker 5: the outs, it gives you everything, all the moments in
- 23:31Speaker 5: the game for about fifteen to twenty minute highlight and
- 23:35Speaker 5: it certainly looked like there was a lot of chances,
- 23:37Speaker 5: but it looked like it was just sloppy pitching. Like
- 23:39Speaker 5: I don't think again, I'm becoming, I'm entering. I'm in
- 23:44Speaker 5: the cocoon of being a stitchhead. I have never seen
- 23:48Speaker 5: like that many people get hit by pitch on both sides.
- 23:51Speaker 5: And I think McNeese they weren't trying to win it either.
- 23:53Speaker 7: Towards the end. They kept letting know what you get
- 23:57Speaker 7: on base.
- 23:57Speaker 3: Well, they didn't score after the fifth inning, So yes,
- 24:02Speaker 3: mckneze gave you plenty of chances to come back and.
- 24:06Speaker 6: Get in there, and you were in the game, you
- 24:08Speaker 6: were within one. You just couldn't get it done.
- 24:10Speaker 3: And I don't think that LSU had a lot of
- 24:12Speaker 3: patience at the plate last night, and they were just
- 24:16Speaker 3: kind of swinging out of their shoes. Had Yeah, And
- 24:19Speaker 3: you know, you don't have to go up there and
- 24:22Speaker 3: do too much like you are if you're a good
- 24:25Speaker 3: offensive team, which I believe that LSU is, you don't
- 24:28Speaker 3: have to go up there and swing out of your
- 24:31Speaker 3: shoes every single time like you don't have to play
- 24:33Speaker 3: gorilla ball. Just put the ball in play, get some
- 24:37Speaker 3: runners in scoring position and move them.
- 24:39Speaker 6: You don't have to hit a home run.
- 24:41Speaker 3: It's cool when Zach York's first swing of the bat
- 24:44Speaker 3: is a home run. That's great, that's awesome.
- 24:46Speaker 7: That's awesome.
- 24:47Speaker 6: But yes, sometimes you just gotta like chip away at
- 24:51Speaker 6: the lead.
- 24:52Speaker 3: You don't have to hit like obviously John Pearson's home
- 24:55Speaker 3: runs great too, but just get some runners on base,
- 24:58Speaker 3: take smart at bats, don't be swinging at balls out
- 25:02Speaker 3: the strike zone. Have some patients at the plate, which
- 25:05Speaker 3: is something that Jay really preaches and teaches. So I
- 25:08Speaker 3: don't know, like I think it's one of those things
- 25:10Speaker 3: where you go against the small school in your state,
- 25:13Speaker 3: you know, quote unquote little brother, and you want to
- 25:16Speaker 3: show up and show out, and they are also going
- 25:19Speaker 3: to give you their all because this is like a
- 25:21Speaker 3: huge game for them.
- 25:22Speaker 5: That was one thing I was so impressed with the
- 25:24Speaker 5: team last year want watching once I joined the show.
- 25:28Speaker 5: It was like their plate discipline and their eye discipline.
- 25:30Speaker 6: Yeah, in the batter spot, it's usually really good.
- 25:32Speaker 4: Yeah, they've had they've had it so far this year.
- 25:34Speaker 7: And I get that.
- 25:35Speaker 5: I get that mentality. It's like, hey, it's Tuesday, it's
- 25:38Speaker 5: a night game. I think there's there's people in the stands,
- 25:41Speaker 5: but it's not crazy like. This is almost like and
- 25:45Speaker 5: I don't want to say this because I believe in
- 25:47Speaker 5: every game, right, and I know Jay Johnson does too,
- 25:50Speaker 5: But these are eighteen nineteen to twenty two year old kids, right,
- 25:55Speaker 5: and you get the mentality of all right, this is
- 25:58Speaker 5: almost like an exhibition in for me, I'm gonna go
- 26:01Speaker 5: and I'm gonna swing because this is this is McNeese.
- 26:04Speaker 5: I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna hit this about five
- 26:06Speaker 5: hundred feet. So I I under I can understand putting
- 26:11Speaker 5: myself in their shoes and having mentality like that, but
- 26:14Speaker 5: I I know it was driving Jay Johnson crazy. The
- 26:17Speaker 5: plate played discipline and just the inaccuracy on the pitcher's
- 26:21Speaker 5: moulland we were talking about it last segment a little bit.
- 26:23Speaker 5: It's like, yeah, you walk somebody, you're out. Next person in, Oh,
- 26:27Speaker 5: you hit somebody, you're out. Like it was the one
- 26:29Speaker 5: striking you're out type of situation.
- 26:31Speaker 4: Yeah, like she said, there was just pressing a little bit, right,
- 26:35Speaker 4: because I mean, yes, you're playing a little brother in midweek.
- 26:38Speaker 4: But when you fall down seven to two, you're like,
- 26:40Speaker 4: what's happening. You're like trying to force your way back
- 26:43Speaker 4: into this game.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Matt.
- 26:44Speaker 4: It's like you see a quarterback in football, right, he
- 26:46Speaker 4: goes out there, he throws a pick and now you're
- 26:50Speaker 4: down multiple scores, and instead of taking the easy first down,
- 26:52Speaker 4: he takes a shot, trust to take another pick, and
- 26:54Speaker 4: he's like, Hey, I'm just trying to make a play.
- 26:57Speaker 4: That's That's kind of what it seemed like. Less like
- 26:58Speaker 4: just you had opportunities. We were talking about it before
- 27:01Speaker 4: the show. Sixth inning, one out, bases loaded, McNee pulls
- 27:05Speaker 4: their pitcher, nothing, and I mean that was an opportunity
- 27:09Speaker 4: for you to take the lead. You couldn't. Everyone wants
- 27:11Speaker 4: to talk about all the hit batters and free passes
- 27:13Speaker 4: for LSU. McNeice walked eight batters. Yeah, they struck out eight.
- 27:18Speaker 4: You struck out fourteen. You actually go look at the
- 27:20Speaker 4: box score. You should win this game. It was just
- 27:23Speaker 4: McNeice took advantage of the opportunities and you didn't. You
- 27:26Speaker 4: were pressing to get back into things, and I mean
- 27:28Speaker 4: you just fall up a little short.
- 27:30Speaker 6: Yeah, eighteen pitchers between both teams.
- 27:33Speaker 5: Wild right on this random Tuesday night. It was a
- 27:36Speaker 5: little sleepy Tuesday l She was three for seventeen with
- 27:40Speaker 5: runners on base, two of ten with runners in scoring position,
- 27:43Speaker 5: McNeese on hand for four of seventeen with runners on
- 27:46Speaker 5: and two of twelve with runners in scoring positions. So
- 27:50Speaker 5: kind of to the point, like nobody wanted this game.
- 27:53Speaker 3: Three of eighteen with runners in scoring position is crazy
- 27:57Speaker 3: because like we we were just talking about how LSU's
- 28:02Speaker 3: really good at the timely hitting, and I was curious
- 28:05Speaker 3: to know like Jay's philosophy on it and how he
- 28:08Speaker 3: teaches that and preaches it during the off season, and
- 28:11Speaker 3: like gearing up to the season is like timely hitting
- 28:13Speaker 3: because LSU's really good at it, you weren't last night.
- 28:17Speaker 6: Three of eighteen.
- 28:19Speaker 4: Yeah, Like it's spots, like Jake Brown's RBI late in
- 28:22Speaker 4: the game was huge. Kurio had a big rb I
- 28:24Speaker 4: but like outside of that, like Pearson had a good game,
- 28:27Speaker 4: but it was kind of too little, too late at
- 28:29Speaker 4: that point, just to her point, like really one through nine, Like, yes,
- 28:32Speaker 4: Jake Brown's RBI was big. He was one for five
- 28:34Speaker 4: last night though, so I mean he came up big
- 28:37Speaker 4: down the stretch. But you just you got yourself into
- 28:39Speaker 4: a hole because you came out, like you said earlier,
- 28:42Speaker 4: trying to play guerrilla ball.
- 28:43Speaker 5: What well, McNee snaps a sixteen game win streak four
- 28:48Speaker 5: LSU that dates all the way back to last year's
- 28:50Speaker 5: in CAA regional.
- 28:55Speaker 7: Well, we gotta look forward. We're gonna put the We're
- 28:57Speaker 7: gonna put Tuesday. We're gonna put that to bed.
- 28:59Speaker 6: Yeah, cause we got to say twenty four hour rule.
- 29:02Speaker 7: Yeah, I think so.
- 29:03Speaker 5: I think for Tuesday, it's we gotta be like a
- 29:05Speaker 5: twelve twelve hour rule, maybe eighteen tops. But they're back
- 29:09Speaker 5: at it today. They got a big weekend in the box.
- 29:13Speaker 5: Tigers will play Dartmouth Friday and Sunday and then Northeastern
- 29:19Speaker 5: on Saturday and Monday.
- 29:20Speaker 4: You were saying yesterday, you were when you were leaving,
- 29:23Speaker 4: you're not worried about dart But they're they're studying. Yeah,
- 29:25Speaker 4: they're practice in baseball.
- 29:27Speaker 5: Just a bunch of nerds. So Ivy League nerds coming
- 29:31Speaker 5: down here. Don't worried about it. We're gonna good play discipline.
- 29:35Speaker 5: That's great swing. Swing for the fences. See guy, let's
- 29:40Speaker 5: start with guys.
- 29:41Speaker 4: All right, Well, well, I don't know.
- 29:43Speaker 6: I feel like base baseball is like a nerd sport.
- 29:46Speaker 4: Oh, it could be like if I swing the bat
- 29:49Speaker 4: at this trajectory by lawn chingle is gonna be like
- 29:52Speaker 4: they could be like calculating all that crap, like billy being.
- 29:55Speaker 7: Yeah, this is a Billy being type team. I don't
- 29:58Speaker 7: love it. Don't love the matchup.
- 30:02Speaker 4: You were all about it.
- 30:05Speaker 5: I mean, you made a really good point, nerd stuff,
- 30:08Speaker 5: got it all right? Well anyway, elsu baseball, we got
- 30:12Speaker 5: this natty back.
- 30:14Speaker 7: Let's go.
- 30:16Speaker 5: We'll be counting jealous shots here in a couple of months. People,
- 30:19Speaker 5: don't worry.
- 30:20Speaker 6: I can't wait. I can't wait for another fifteen hour
- 30:22Speaker 6: road trip.
- 30:24Speaker 7: You know, never let you do, katy z yep. That's

- 31:10Speaker 5: them your budget, what you're working with, what you're thinking,

- 32:22Speaker 2: Oviously want to do one little act. And that's for
- 32:24Speaker 2: anyone asking.
- 32:25Speaker 1: From the locker room to the airwaves. It's off the
- 32:28Speaker 1: bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 32:32Speaker 2: So picking the ticket.
- 32:33Speaker 10: Let's you can see belt passing, trunk rattling like too
- 32:35Speaker 10: minutes in the back seat, rattling speaker box by break
- 32:37Speaker 10: the tag, make it sound like a lot cans in
- 32:39Speaker 10: the bag.
- 32:39Speaker 2: But I know, y'all one of that ade old way.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Can you build that be a yes?
- 32:43Speaker 7: S spee?
- 32:43Speaker 2: But I know y'all one of that ade old way?
- 32:45Speaker 2: Can you build that be a yes?
- 32:46Speaker 1: S spe.
- 32:49Speaker 10: All?
- 32:49Speaker 7: Right, welcome back here off the bench. When's the show?
- 32:54Speaker 5: Brought to you by Hoodel live in the Raisin King Studio.
- 32:59Speaker 4: Who how do we do?
- 33:00Speaker 7: Guys? It was the first time trying to lead the
- 33:04Speaker 7: show with baseball.
- 33:07Speaker 4: I thought you sounded like a ten year major league
- 33:11Speaker 4: manager watches watch Out Hunt.
- 33:13Speaker 6: It sounds like what you're talking about.
- 33:17Speaker 7: I'm not a big deal.
- 33:18Speaker 4: The way you recap the scoring by any yeah, incredible.
- 33:22Speaker 7: Definitely wrote that myself.
- 33:24Speaker 4: I was gonna say, it looks like it was right
- 33:25Speaker 4: in front of you, but like you were so natural
- 33:26Speaker 4: with it.
- 33:27Speaker 5: I didn't even tell nailed it. H NFL combines today.
- 33:37Speaker 5: All week, mister Jacob Hester has been at the NFL Combine.
- 33:41Speaker 5: That is why he is not at the show. That's
- 33:43Speaker 5: why our lovely dog Kane is sitting across the desk
- 33:46Speaker 5: from me selling the set a word all week.
- 33:51Speaker 7: But it's okay. She looks cute.
- 33:56Speaker 5: So Jay joined the show yesterday for quite a bit,
- 33:58Speaker 5: but they are a lot of the player is taking
- 34:00Speaker 5: a podium today and he's going to try to jump
- 34:02Speaker 5: in at some point in the show today. We're not
- 34:06Speaker 5: going to hold our breath because he's like having an interview.
- 34:09Speaker 5: I think he's interviewing EDG. Dresher's right now, NFL network stuff.
- 34:13Speaker 7: You know, not a big deal.
- 34:15Speaker 5: I don't know why he wouldn't be able to come
- 34:16Speaker 5: on the sixth orinth show though, min Market Morning Show.
- 34:20Speaker 5: I gave him a pass for Super Bowl. True Colors
- 34:23Speaker 5: are kind of coming out. Like when I heard the
- 34:25Speaker 5: rejoin earlier, it was like purple and gold to the core.
- 34:28Speaker 5: I'm like, not, yes, Ja, jury's still out on that one.
- 34:33Speaker 5: Jake's whatever colors in front of him.
- 34:35Speaker 6: We'll forgive Jake if he tells Ben Johnson how much
- 34:38Speaker 6: I love him.
- 34:39Speaker 7: Okay, that's your he's on your.
- 34:41Speaker 6: He's on my I met two of them. I met
- 34:47Speaker 6: Bob Chesney, Bob es. There's another one that I'm like,
- 34:52Speaker 6: that's on my list, which one he was.
- 34:54Speaker 4: In, which also had a plot twist there. Not to
- 35:01Speaker 4: take a shot at a man's name, but when I
- 35:03Speaker 4: hear the name Bob Chestney, I don't think heart throb
- 35:06Speaker 4: by any means. I think old hard news guy that
- 35:09Speaker 4: has too much dip in his lip. Bob Chesney, though,
- 35:13Speaker 4: I meant a little bit of a little bit of
- 35:15Speaker 4: a smoke show, if we're being honest.
- 35:16Speaker 6: Well, he was on Cowboy u.
- 35:19Speaker 4: Y Kenny's younger brother.
- 35:21Speaker 5: Yes, talented family, very talented. Well, there's a handful of
- 35:30Speaker 5: athletes at the Combine this week that are very talented
- 35:33Speaker 5: as well. Okay, everybody's talented, but specifically in the speed category,
- 35:42Speaker 5: there are let's see there are five guys that are
- 35:47Speaker 5: projected that have an opportunity, a potential opportunity to break
- 35:51Speaker 5: the all time NFL speed record for the forty yard dash.
- 35:56Speaker 7: Two of five of those players guess what school they
- 35:58Speaker 7: went to?
- 35:59Speaker 5: LSU Losingna State University, LSU Tigers, Barry and Brown, Chris
- 36:05Speaker 5: Hilton all have an opportunity to run.
- 36:08Speaker 7: A blazing time.
- 36:09Speaker 5: Now, the record, the all time record was set two
- 36:12Speaker 5: years ago, I believe by Xavier Worthy. Four two one
- 36:16Speaker 5: got a big deal.
- 36:17Speaker 6: So if you get like a four to twenty, yeah, yep,
- 36:21Speaker 6: like just by like zero point one second, yep, we
- 36:24Speaker 6: just call it.
- 36:25Speaker 5: Four two Oh okay, big four two. I like the
- 36:28Speaker 5: four twenty though, like that, then you get the record.
- 36:32Speaker 5: That's a that's a really that's a blazing time. What
- 36:34Speaker 5: did Deon Sanders run backwards? Was it a four to six?
- 36:37Speaker 4: Was that the Did they ever actually clock him back?
- 36:40Speaker 4: I mean, I know they said, like, but you gotta
- 36:42Speaker 4: believe it.
- 36:43Speaker 6: Remember, Barryon was like leading at the Senior Bowl.
- 36:46Speaker 5: The speed Yeah, like so yeah, the stats they had
- 36:51Speaker 5: like the satellite tracker on all of them. Now, he
- 36:54Speaker 5: was definitely trying to win that award, yeah, because he
- 36:56Speaker 5: was doing. They were doing like the punt catches like
- 36:58Speaker 5: before practice, like the warm up. It's not even a
- 37:01Speaker 5: live drill. It's it's just the punters right kicking to
- 37:03Speaker 5: the returners. And he would take every single one eighty
- 37:06Speaker 5: yards as fast as as fast as he could. Yeah,
- 37:08Speaker 5: they would take it to the ends out smart. Yeah
- 37:10Speaker 5: he's smart. He's trying to get his name up on
- 37:11Speaker 5: the on the jumbo trone. Yeah, he's got a shot there.
- 37:13Speaker 4: I mean remember coming into last year, any article you
- 37:17Speaker 4: saw CBA sports where someone comes from two, four to seven,
- 37:19Speaker 4: all of them were like Baron Brown, fastest player in
- 37:22Speaker 4: college football, everybody across the board. Chris Hilton track speed fast.
- 37:26Speaker 4: I mean Chris Hilton like state champion, performer in track
- 37:31Speaker 4: for a number of years in the high school ranks.
- 37:33Speaker 4: Like these guys all have the ability to do have
- 37:35Speaker 4: Brendan Thompson's on this list from Mississippi State, Like I
- 37:38Speaker 4: didn't realize he was as fast as he was. Uh
- 37:41Speaker 4: he clock twenty three point seven miles per hour. Before
- 37:43Speaker 4: last season, that would have been Thompson the SEC. Now
- 37:47Speaker 4: he needs it because he's about five to nine a
- 37:49Speaker 4: buck sixty five soak and wet so Thompson's going to
- 37:52Speaker 4: need that speed. But I think Barry Brown, I think
- 37:55Speaker 4: Chris Hilden, I think they got a shot at this
- 37:56Speaker 4: thing for sure.
- 37:57Speaker 6: I think so too.
- 37:58Speaker 5: They definitely have a shot. A sub fourth three like
- 38:00Speaker 5: for four to two one, man, that's that's a that's
- 38:03Speaker 5: that's hard to beat.
- 38:04Speaker 6: What was it before Exavier Worthy?
- 38:05Speaker 4: It was a four to two two I believe it
- 38:07Speaker 4: was was a dree Archery.
- 38:09Speaker 7: It could have been Chris Johnson. Was it for a while?
- 38:11Speaker 5: That was like a four to two eight or something
- 38:13Speaker 5: like that? Running back. I remember training with him at
- 38:17Speaker 5: the Wide World of Sports for the Combine. When I
- 38:19Speaker 5: was going to the Combine, it was John Ross. John Ross, right, dude,
- 38:24Speaker 5: he turned that into a first round pick. Yeah, I
- 38:26Speaker 5: mean that's John Ross, solid receiver at Washington.
- 38:28Speaker 2: He turned that.
- 38:29Speaker 4: I think the Bengals took him like top fifteen because
- 38:32Speaker 4: of that forty yard dash like that's.
- 38:34Speaker 5: That's probably the same with Xavier Worthy too. Like we've
- 38:37Speaker 5: talked about all last week and leading up to the Combine, like,
- 38:39Speaker 5: there are a few guys that really helped themselves at
- 38:43Speaker 5: the at the Combine. Most of the people are just
- 38:45Speaker 5: trying not to hurt themselves. Most people are trying to
- 38:47Speaker 5: like go do the interviews and and not get crossed
- 38:50Speaker 5: off a teams less. But there are guys that go
- 38:53Speaker 5: every single year and they run a crazy forty or
- 38:56Speaker 5: they do a crazy bench rep max and they do
- 38:59Speaker 5: help them. It's just so many people are few and
- 39:03Speaker 5: far between running a four to two. But if you do,
- 39:06Speaker 5: there's gonna be like we like to say this term
- 39:10Speaker 5: all the time, but like gms and scouts, they can't
- 39:12Speaker 5: unsee that time that is in your face and it's like,
- 39:16Speaker 5: holy hell, we can do this. Then you talk to
- 39:18Speaker 5: coaching staff, and coaching staff coach coaches are cocky. They're like,
- 39:21Speaker 5: you give me that speed, I'll turn them into an
- 39:23Speaker 5: all pro receiver. You give me that talent, I can
- 39:25Speaker 5: do it.
- 39:26Speaker 7: I can teach him. Now, we haven't really seen it
- 39:28Speaker 7: pan out with Xavier Worthy yet.
- 39:30Speaker 4: He's been injured.
- 39:31Speaker 7: I tak about.
- 39:33Speaker 5: Certainly been there a lot of those underneath routes and stuff.
- 39:36Speaker 5: I haven't really seen him as a deep threat yet,
- 39:39Speaker 5: but he takes a lot of shorter intermediate throws.
- 39:41Speaker 7: The flashes to me have been those types of points.
- 39:43Speaker 5: That's the years and I think that's the way like
- 39:48Speaker 5: if Barran Brown and Chris Hilton are going to make
- 39:50Speaker 5: it at the next level, which they absolutely can't. They wonder.
- 39:53Speaker 5: We saw it at at the Senior Bowl when Chris
- 39:55Speaker 5: Hilton was there for one period. He had just got
- 39:58Speaker 5: off a plane. They put him in for one period
- 40:00Speaker 5: that help price. He did no team, he didn't do
- 40:02Speaker 5: something else, and they put him in two on two. Yeah,
- 40:05Speaker 5: nobody could keep up with him. He kept running slot
- 40:08Speaker 5: receiver run like a slot fade. He'd run a corner
- 40:10Speaker 5: out and the quarterbacks couldn't throw it far enough. He
- 40:14Speaker 5: didn't catch one pass because every single one was underthrown,
- 40:16Speaker 5: but he had his dB beat by three or four
- 40:19Speaker 5: yards every time.
- 40:19Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 40:20Speaker 5: Now it was their first time seeing him as well,
- 40:22Speaker 5: so they probably made their adjustments as well from the
- 40:24Speaker 5: angles and the speed of which they flipped their hips
- 40:26Speaker 5: and turned their shoulders and covered him. But they couldn't
- 40:29Speaker 5: cover him that first day.
- 40:30Speaker 6: Yeah, we didn't get to see him the next day.
- 40:32Speaker 7: Yeah, I don't think I was there. I think I
- 40:34Speaker 7: had left before that next day practice.
- 40:36Speaker 3: I was there, but it was kind of the same
- 40:38Speaker 3: where I think he was still trying to learn their stuff,
- 40:42Speaker 3: so they weren't playing him a whole bunch.
- 40:44Speaker 5: It was his fourth game in four weeks that he
- 40:47Speaker 5: was going to But we, just as LSU fans, we
- 40:51Speaker 5: hoped that they have successful careers. They certainly have a
- 40:54Speaker 5: chance at putting up one hell of a time and
- 40:57Speaker 5: helping themselves a ton this week and the combine can't
- 40:59Speaker 5: wait to watch.
- 41:00Speaker 7: That's not gonna be until later this week or this weekend.
- 41:02Speaker 7: But we talked about that yesterday and.
- 41:03Speaker 3: Then that viral video of Barryon burning Malik Mohammad. Oh, yeah,
- 41:09Speaker 3: it's completely speaking of falling flat.
- 41:11Speaker 7: On your face, sorry about it.
- 41:14Speaker 6: Seeah. I think both of them are set to have
- 41:15Speaker 6: a pretty good combine.
- 41:16Speaker 5: Yeah, and they can help themselves a lot because they
- 41:18Speaker 5: can run that good time, and we've seen people run
- 41:20Speaker 5: a good time and bump up a couple of rounds.
- 41:22Speaker 5: And Chris Hilton, I don't know, he's probably an undrafted
- 41:24Speaker 5: free agent guy right now. I mean, running four to two,
- 41:27Speaker 5: you could potentially get in that fifth, sixth, at least
- 41:29Speaker 5: seventh round.
- 41:30Speaker 4: Well, you were you were talking about Xavier Worthy with
- 41:33Speaker 4: the UH with the screens not necessarily deep threat, it's
- 41:35Speaker 4: gonna be a learning curve for Bearying Brown and Chris Hilton.
- 41:37Speaker 4: They've never been in an offense that ran properly.
- 41:39Speaker 7: Ran it properly.
- 41:40Speaker 5: Yeah, that's they're gonna behind the eight ball for sure.
- 41:43Speaker 5: All right, well we'll keep talking. We're gonna go to
- 41:45Speaker 5: break here.
- 41:46Speaker 7: Stick with us.
- 41:46Speaker 5: We're gonna close out our number one right here. Enough,
