- 0:19Speaker 2: one of my favorite sister and laws.
- 0:22Speaker 3: I mean, you do have to so you'll get you
- 0:24Speaker 3: into trouble.
- 0:24Speaker 2: I think ladies and gentlemen on the podcast today, this
- 0:27Speaker 2: is very, very exciting. We've got Jonas. A couple of
- 0:30Speaker 2: podcasts ago, when we were kind of going around with
- 0:32Speaker 2: our dream guests, Kevin said, Tony Stark, so that would
- 0:35Speaker 2: be Robert Downey Junior playing and I said Pachopra and
- 0:38Speaker 2: he Nick was like it's pro Jonas. I was like, no,
- 0:40Speaker 2: I want her to be a pocket chopa. So if
- 0:42Speaker 2: you don't mind, because you're a great actor, I'm just
- 0:45Speaker 2: gonna introduce you guys. Just catch it. There's a vibe.
- 0:47Speaker 2: We're gonna put like some brown brown music underneath. Maybe
- 0:50Speaker 2: if there's a vibe. Okay, you're an actor, Nick too,
- 0:52Speaker 2: You've done great work. We talked about a lot on
- 0:54Speaker 2: the pod. Setting the scene. We're gonna introduce you guys,
- 0:58Speaker 2: all right on the pod today. We have an amazing person.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Please make some noise for a Preanca Choprah, Welcome to
- 1:03Speaker 2: the podcast. It's nice to meet you. This is Nick.
- 1:07Speaker 2: He also is here.
- 1:08Speaker 3: Oh sorry I didn't see you, so good to meet you.
- 1:10Speaker 3: Pretty nice to meet you too.
- 1:13Speaker 2: So we were just talking about, uh, some of your work,
- 1:16Speaker 2: and Nick was mentioning that he was he just discovered
- 1:19Speaker 2: work through Kevin cot Ago. I actually just looked on
- 1:22Speaker 2: Twitter and so you follow me? Would you like me
- 1:26Speaker 2: to get in contact with you?
- 1:27Speaker 3: I was actually looking for Jonas brothers and then just
- 1:30Speaker 3: went on, it's just.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Funny you don't follow me, Nick or me. Yeah, we
- 1:35Speaker 2: should link up sometime.
- 1:37Speaker 3: He should text me because my team, you know, I
- 1:41Speaker 3: like privacy.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Okay, I'm sure I think that and the rest is history.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Kids hot in here, it is thank you call this
- 1:52Speaker 2: off campus. All right, here we go. It's great. I
- 1:54Speaker 2: think that's a boy some boys mails and some of
- 1:57Speaker 2: these will be helpful to have you on pre than you. Guys,
- 2:00Speaker 2: have you played a therapist before a movie or TV
- 2:03Speaker 2: except the one that you wrote? Well yeah, but that
- 2:05Speaker 2: didn't come out now, so you haven't. Now, so this
- 2:08Speaker 2: is your opportunity, is why not ask your brother in
- 2:14Speaker 2: laws and your husband questions that we professionally probably shouldn't answer.
- 2:17Speaker 2: I would actually really enjoy that we can still have
- 2:19Speaker 2: an opinion. Hi, Kevin, Joe, and Nick. My name is Shelby.
- 2:23Speaker 4: I have a question or I guess advice to reach
- 2:27Speaker 4: out for you guys from I am a freshly new
- 2:33Speaker 4: mom to a beautiful little baby girl and I think
- 2:38Speaker 4: believe it, live in California, so we've got some maternity leaves,
- 2:42Speaker 4: but I am now freshly back at work and I
- 2:47Speaker 4: know you're all girl dads, just wondering how you deal
- 2:50Speaker 4: with that work life balance of being away from your.
- 2:55Speaker 5: Little girls and knowing you're going to miss the little an,
- 3:00Speaker 5: the big moments and the milestones, and any advice how
- 3:04Speaker 5: to deal with all of that as a new first
- 3:08Speaker 5: time mom.
- 3:09Speaker 4: I thanks appreciate it.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Congrats on being a mother.
- 3:12Speaker 6: Ye.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Graduation, it's a great one for you to jump right
- 3:15Speaker 2: into someone that deals with obviously being away from the
- 3:17Speaker 2: little one when you're just fly to various amazing locations
- 3:21Speaker 2: for work.
- 3:21Speaker 3: Yes, absolutely, congratulations. The best thing that could ever happen
- 3:24Speaker 3: to your life has just happened to you. And I
- 3:26Speaker 3: think for us, we do travel a lot for our jobs.
- 3:32Speaker 3: We're not usually local, so We rely a lot on
- 3:34Speaker 3: our grandparents, not our grandparents, our daughter's grandparents and next
- 3:38Speaker 3: parents and my mom to help with staying with her
- 3:43Speaker 3: and sort of like alleviating the pressure of the fact
- 3:46Speaker 3: that we're both away. We also both try to not
- 3:49Speaker 3: be away at the same time. If I'm filming, he'll
- 3:52Speaker 3: be home if he's filming.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Albeous, really nice.
- 3:54Speaker 3: We try to touch base, you know, so you kind
- 3:58Speaker 3: of have to like prioritize with your part as well
- 4:00Speaker 3: to make sure that you know you're especially as working parents,
- 4:04Speaker 3: that you're both sort of carrying the the the idea
- 4:09Speaker 3: of this new parenthood and it's not just you doing
- 4:12Speaker 3: it alone. And I think Nick and I do a
- 4:14Speaker 3: really good job of finding that balance. And I'm really
- 4:18Speaker 3: blessed about that.
- 4:20Speaker 2: It's beautifully said, well well done, and we'll en rolled
- 4:22Speaker 2: the next because that was perfectly said. Perfect.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Hey, this is Raquel from California. This question, I guess
- 4:30Speaker 1: is kind of directed at Nick. So I have a
- 4:34Speaker 1: boyfriend right now and he's six years younger than me,
- 4:39Speaker 1: which is not a big difference, but for me it
- 4:43Speaker 1: kind of is because I've always been known to go
- 4:47Speaker 1: for like the older guy or like, you know, never
- 4:50Speaker 1: the younger and so I'm twenty seven, he's twenty one.
- 4:57Speaker 7: Do you have, like any tips on how to more
- 5:00Speaker 7: reassured in my relationship with the younger man? Like, I'm
- 5:05Speaker 7: just kind of freaked out a little bit, but I
- 5:08Speaker 7: think for now we're going in a good direction. But
- 5:12Speaker 7: you know, I'm a big overthinker.
- 5:14Speaker 2: He's twenty Thanks for your question, twenty one, she said,
- 5:17Speaker 2: twenty one. It's a great question for brigging you out
- 5:19Speaker 2: drinking with you. Yeah, for pret I both answer. We
- 5:21Speaker 2: have an age difference, as you know, of ten years,
- 5:26Speaker 2: which was not a thing for me at all. I
- 5:31Speaker 2: think to answer the question, the sort of related to
- 5:35Speaker 2: our situation. It's just about the person. I think when
- 5:37Speaker 2: you connect with somebody and you you feel that there's
- 5:42Speaker 2: that there's life to be spent with that person, and
- 5:44Speaker 2: and that there's things you want to share, I think
- 5:47Speaker 2: that the age shouldn't matter. Of course, if they're twenty
- 5:51Speaker 2: one or older or whatever. It's just a matter of
- 5:54Speaker 2: time and when you find that that person, when they
- 5:55Speaker 2: come into your life, and what those experiences are going
- 5:58Speaker 2: to be. Was it challenging for you at all?
- 5:59Speaker 3: And in any way I think to your point when
- 6:02Speaker 3: you find a person who you feel like checks all
- 6:05Speaker 3: the boxes that you had in your head. No, it
- 6:08Speaker 3: wasn't a challenge for me. But I understand her question,
- 6:10Speaker 3: like I understand, you know, going to do life with
- 6:14Speaker 3: someone and you know, you're like, is this person a
- 6:17Speaker 3: grown up compared to where I am?
- 6:20Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 6:20Speaker 3: Are you going to be a partner and the big things, like,
- 6:24Speaker 3: you know, will you be able to handle the pressure
- 6:27Speaker 3: of becoming parents? Will you be able to do like
- 6:29Speaker 3: the big stuff in life with the maturity and the
- 6:35Speaker 3: approach that probably I don't know. I feel like girls
- 6:37Speaker 3: we kind of like grow up a little bit faster,
- 6:41Speaker 3: and so it really does depend on the person. And
- 6:43Speaker 3: I think I would say to Raquel that you know, like,
- 6:46Speaker 3: do you have faith that your man is going to
- 6:49Speaker 3: hold your hand and be able to stand side by
- 6:52Speaker 3: side with you and do life and the you know,
- 6:56Speaker 3: the hard stuff in life. And if you answer that
- 6:59Speaker 3: question affirm it, then he's your guy.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Yeah, one hundred percent. Again, guys, well done, Kevin. This
- 7:05Speaker 2: is very easy. Kevin. What do you guys said about that?
- 7:07Speaker 2: I think that if it's your person, it's your person,
- 7:09Speaker 2: doesn't matter, I think, or if you're just looking to
- 7:12Speaker 2: have fun. Yeah, game next one twenty one, it's twenty
- 7:15Speaker 2: one after it.
- 7:16Speaker 6: Hey, my name's Alyssa. I've been a fan for about
- 7:20Speaker 6: twenty plus years. This is for Nick. I was just
- 7:25Speaker 6: wondering how you and Priyanca dealt with multi coming early.
- 7:31Speaker 6: My daughter was also born at twenty eight weeks at
- 7:35Speaker 6: one pound twelve ounces. She's now currently twelve and going
- 7:39Speaker 6: into seventh grade, and I just wanted to know, as
- 7:42Speaker 6: that being your first child and she was my first child,
- 7:45Speaker 6: how did you guys navigate the.
- 7:47Speaker 2: Nick you well, thank you for the question, and I'm
- 7:49Speaker 2: so glad to hear your child is doing well and thriving.
- 7:52Speaker 2: It was a crazy journey for us, but I think that,
- 7:55Speaker 2: you know, trusting and leaning on each other during that
- 7:58Speaker 2: time was crucial and taking it day by day. I
- 8:01Speaker 2: mean it's it's kind of easier said than done when
- 8:04Speaker 2: you're in a situation like that, but just trying to
- 8:06Speaker 2: focus on, you know, staying level headed and being there
- 8:11Speaker 2: for each other throughout the entire journey and process.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Just feels like a blur to me. Still. It was
- 8:17Speaker 3: also COVID, so there was the added pressure of you know,
- 8:21Speaker 3: we could not all be together. We had to be
- 8:24Speaker 3: in there one at a time, and you just said
- 8:26Speaker 3: that you know your childs Wait, and I guess when
- 8:31Speaker 3: you for those parents who have been nick you parents,
- 8:34Speaker 3: like when they're that tiny, it's so tiny, it's like
- 8:40Speaker 3: so small, that feeling of holding them, and like I
- 8:46Speaker 3: can never forget that. So I think navigating having a
- 8:50Speaker 3: partner again with you who can kind of sense your
- 8:55Speaker 3: fears and your joys without you having to say it
- 9:00Speaker 3: like that was really helpful to me. That every time
- 9:03Speaker 3: there was something that I couldn't handle, my husband would
- 9:06Speaker 3: like see it on my face and head step in
- 9:09Speaker 3: and ad step out and vice versa. And I think
- 9:12Speaker 3: being able to have somebody to lean on, which is
- 9:14Speaker 3: not everyone's case. And I consider our situation in that sense,
- 9:19Speaker 3: like I feel like we're really blessed that way that
- 9:22Speaker 3: we always try to fill in the gaps whenever it
- 9:25Speaker 3: comes to the other person. That was very helpful.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Thank you guys for Saron, Thank you, You're welcome.
- 9:30Speaker 8: So my name is Stephanie and I live in Lansing, Michigan.
- 9:33Speaker 8: I just wanted to say I've been a fan of
- 9:35Speaker 8: you guys for a long time, seeing you multiple times,
- 9:38Speaker 8: planning on seeing you in Mount Pleasant in August. I
- 9:42Speaker 8: wanted to share a little bit with you. Little Bird
- 9:45Speaker 8: has become probably one of my favorite songs because we
- 9:49Speaker 8: did suffer a miscarriage a few years back and have
- 9:53Speaker 8: been struggling to you know, get pregnant with our next
- 9:56Speaker 8: little bird for a little while.
- 9:59Speaker 6: But through out all of this.
- 10:00Speaker 8: My husband and I are still very close and we're
- 10:03Speaker 8: still you know, trying to do you know, the whole
- 10:05Speaker 8: thing is like dating your spouse, right, So I was
- 10:07Speaker 8: just wondering what you and your partner like to do
- 10:11Speaker 8: when you go out on a date. Is it like
- 10:14Speaker 8: a coffee date? I know, Nick, you always mentioned bowling.
- 10:17Speaker 8: Is it a bowling thing?
- 10:18Speaker 6: Like?
- 10:18Speaker 8: What what is your thing?
- 10:20Speaker 6: What do you like to do?
- 10:22Speaker 8: I really appreciate you guys taking some time and I
- 10:25Speaker 8: will see you in August.
- 10:26Speaker 2: I love that I can see in August. I think
- 10:27Speaker 2: she's you know, maybe asking for some ideas. So that's
- 10:30Speaker 2: quite funes go on bowling dates with This was advice
- 10:33Speaker 2: I gave another caller. She was double down on bowling.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Pretty I've never been on a bowling date with him ever.
- 10:39Speaker 2: We were bowling on Sunday.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Yeah, as a family for the first time in like years,
- 10:43Speaker 3: because who have you been bowling with?
- 10:45Speaker 2: Was advice for another caller?
- 10:47Speaker 3: Why was it like, use have you been on bowling dates?
- 10:53Speaker 2: This podcast is over? No ideas weird.
- 10:58Speaker 3: I just wanted to know he has a custom bowling
- 11:00Speaker 3: ball and custom bowling shoes that are going to now the.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Girl, I think, well, there's a lot of advice giver,
- 11:08Speaker 2: and my advice for this caller was to go on
- 11:10Speaker 2: a bowling day because it's an activity. The vibe isn't good.
- 11:13Speaker 2: She thought it was interesting, but she's thinking for you know,
- 11:15Speaker 2: date your partner. So what else can you do? We
- 11:17Speaker 2: need a cooking class ones, which was nice. That's great
- 11:19Speaker 2: at home?
- 11:20Speaker 6: You know?
- 11:20Speaker 2: Did that a really nice way to because we don't
- 11:23Speaker 2: really cook and so we we can? And she made Yeah,
- 11:27Speaker 2: she made an amazing pesto sauce with a secret ingredient, with.
- 11:31Speaker 3: A secret much credit.
- 11:33Speaker 2: What was the secret ingredient? Changed the game? It's the secret.
- 11:36Speaker 2: I a good ingredient. You guys were teasing me because
- 11:39Speaker 2: I'm talking about ceramics a lot, but I did go
- 11:40Speaker 2: on a ceramic date in London. You're obsessed with ceramics.
- 11:43Speaker 2: He just wanted to hear around with his wife. I'm
- 11:49Speaker 2: not carrying around clay is We just went on, David,
- 11:52Speaker 2: I just yeah, we made a bowl, coffee cup and
- 11:57Speaker 2: my birthday press cup. That's nice, Yeah, expressive, that's so
- 12:01Speaker 2: wonderful you're saying that would be a good date and play.
- 12:03Speaker 2: I made a plate as well. Actually that's great because
- 12:05Speaker 2: you know you like you gotta be off your phones.
- 12:07Speaker 2: You obviously can't touch your from your your hands are
- 12:09Speaker 2: covered in clay, and it's really fun and you get
- 12:11Speaker 2: behind the next the person, not the next yerson, to
- 12:13Speaker 2: get behind your partner and help them sculpt. I actually
- 12:16Speaker 2: got you a ceramics class for your birthday couple years ago.
- 12:19Speaker 2: We still have look at the turning that voucher together.
- 12:23Speaker 2: I think. Also another fun date is like, you know,
- 12:25Speaker 2: going to going for a picnic in the summertime, super nice,
- 12:29Speaker 2: get outside. We went to Warwick Winery up there recently
- 12:32Speaker 2: and Daniel and there's a drive in movie theater. Oh
- 12:34Speaker 2: would you guys say? Nice, I'm planning this date. That's
- 12:37Speaker 2: what I'm doing. I'm planning it right now with you guys.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Oh oh great, So there's a drive in movie theater
- 12:43Speaker 2: Warwick Winery. Yes, and I'm going to drive up. We're
- 12:45Speaker 2: gonna have dinner at this but I'm gon like set
- 12:47Speaker 2: up the back of the car. Some be perfect minion.
- 12:48Speaker 2: It's the perfect date movie. Yeah, like you know, seat down,
- 12:51Speaker 2: blanket in the back lot. All right, we've got a
- 12:56Speaker 2: bowl of questions. We don't know what's in them. We
- 12:58Speaker 2: didn't write our magic eight ball? Please?
- 13:04Speaker 3: How many do you get? To pick one as soon
- 13:06Speaker 3: as you like? If you had to delete all but
- 13:10Speaker 3: three apps from your phones, which ones would you keep?
- 13:13Speaker 3: Thank God? Say which ones would you delete?
- 13:15Speaker 2: What's your answer?
- 13:17Speaker 6: This is for me?
- 13:18Speaker 3: Yeah, gosh, you guys. I thought, Oh, if I had,
- 13:21Speaker 3: what would I keep? I would keep messages, I would
- 13:24Speaker 3: keep WhatsApp, and I would keep Instagram.
- 13:28Speaker 2: That's good, right, practical?
- 13:30Speaker 3: Yeah, what about you?
- 13:32Speaker 2: Probably the cameras that I see with my children on
- 13:34Speaker 2: cameras would also keeps With TikTok.
- 13:39Speaker 3: Yeah, you would definitely keep TikTok.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Don't come at me with that. I would. It's not
- 13:46Speaker 2: I don't need it, Okay to keep TikTok real fun
- 13:52Speaker 2: And then I'll keep this. I'm not going to not
- 13:55Speaker 2: paying me. I'll keep the workout after I use it,
- 13:57Speaker 2: really like it, So until they pay me. Okay, I
- 14:00Speaker 2: like it. You know why, I don't know, it's wishful thinking.
- 14:03Speaker 4: I like it.
- 14:04Speaker 2: What would I keep messages? Yeah, dex com Master's app.
- 14:10Speaker 2: Check my glucose the Master's on my phone.
- 14:13Speaker 7: Uh.
- 14:14Speaker 2: And then I would probably Instagram as well. I mean
- 14:17Speaker 2: photos are pretty important for me too. Yeah. But and
- 14:19Speaker 2: obviously the cameras first. It's three developing a lot of apps.
- 14:25Speaker 2: So I am actually created.
- 14:29Speaker 3: I think that's really cool.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Thank you. I actually just finished one. I think you're
- 14:32Speaker 2: going to love. Tell me about it later, Okay in
- 14:35Speaker 2: the car, I'll tell about it now, sell it now? No,
- 14:38Speaker 2: So I think I would keep messages. Actually, I'll keep FaceTime,
- 14:42Speaker 2: and I would keep a food delivery app. Didn't think that, Yeah,
- 14:50Speaker 2: I would one. Which one do you use for it? Yeah?
- 14:54Speaker 2: Is it like Jersey on the gate door Dash Door
- 14:56Speaker 2: Dash from Jersey? Huh. It's pretty pretty episode brought to
- 14:59Speaker 2: you by Uber Eats.
- 15:02Speaker 6: Just Radio.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Let's keep the iHeartRadio app, yes, of course, and listen
- 15:09Speaker 2: to the Hey Jones podcast all the time or wherever

- 15:14Speaker 2: Bye bye,
