- 3:35Speaker 1: Thank you so much for studio audience. Let's fucking make
- 3:37Speaker 1: some noise.
- 3:40Speaker 7: Yes, we should get a studio audience. That would be awesome.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Yeah, well that'd be fucking incredible.
- 3:46Speaker 7: Be a lot of pressure though, I don't know if
- 3:47Speaker 7: I like that.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Well, no, they have the applause signs, is true?
- 3:51Speaker 3: Yeah, pressure pressure, Yeah, the big would be overdoing it though,
- 3:54Speaker 3: I think, yeah, probably just run out of ship and
- 3:59Speaker 3: just press it. They just go doing serious ship. We
- 4:05Speaker 3: get into like Israel on talks. So thank you very much,
- 4:11Speaker 3: thank you hell to be here, thank you for having me.
- 4:15Speaker 7: Yeah, of course, thanks for coming on. We got a yeah,
- 4:18Speaker 7: so Nick uh. I guess if you ever have you
- 4:20Speaker 7: ever seen me perform in Atlanta? You've seen you've seen
- 4:22Speaker 7: Nick perform as well? Yeah, or if you probably just
- 4:25Speaker 7: have you ever gone to a comedy show in Atlanta?
- 4:27Speaker 7: I feel like you're always all over the place.
- 4:28Speaker 3: I bounce around.
- 4:29Speaker 7: I feel like you're like the You're like the dude
- 4:31Speaker 7: in Atlanta.
- 4:31Speaker 3: I don't know if we need to do all that.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Let's get that studio audience going on doing tricks on
- 4:39Speaker 3: it over here.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Control and like you have like a wu as like
- 4:44Speaker 1: as soon as you come in the room like that.
- 4:47Speaker 7: That kind of shickcom But like all Atlanta voices, there's
- 4:51Speaker 7: a bunch of black dudes.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Yes, got a bunch of those. Are you a big
- 4:57Speaker 3: fan of Outcast? Of course?
- 4:59Speaker 5: And ludicrous is this is the widest way Chris Bridges
- 5:05Speaker 5: I think his real name.
- 5:06Speaker 3: The sweater around your neck?
- 5:08Speaker 5: Oh I can pop this up. Keep the winds of
- 5:11Speaker 5: poverty off my.
- 5:12Speaker 3: I got some TI stories if you guys want some
- 5:14Speaker 3: of those. Oh yeah, yeah, I've met him.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I fucking love t I really I do.
- 5:20Speaker 3: Have you seen a stand up I'm aware that he does.
- 5:23Speaker 1: It wasn't it really? Was it really raunchy or what
- 5:25Speaker 1: was his tone when he was doing stand up?
- 5:28Speaker 5: Uh?
- 5:29Speaker 1: He he was.
- 5:30Speaker 3: I mean, he's like just a cool guy up there.
- 5:33Speaker 3: But it wasn't that good because stand up comedian. But
- 5:36Speaker 3: he never referred to himself as a comedian. He would
- 5:38Speaker 3: tell the crowd I'm a superstar, and I think that's
- 5:42Speaker 3: why he never felt like he was ever bombing. He
- 5:43Speaker 3: was like, well, I'm not a comic idiot. This is
- 5:46Speaker 3: performed superstar.
- 5:49Speaker 7: Was it you that was telling me that, I forget
- 5:52Speaker 7: if it was you or if it was my buddy
- 5:54Speaker 7: Guardini was saying that someone would Yeah, yeah, someone was
- 6:00Speaker 7: saying that he did a show at at Helium, I think,
- 6:02Speaker 7: and he did, like he would do jokes and then
- 6:05Speaker 7: he would bomb, and then he'd just start rapping.
- 6:07Speaker 3: I mean, that's a hell of a show. It's a
- 6:09Speaker 3: great show.
- 6:10Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, but he would just like he would just
- 6:12Speaker 7: you would just pivot halfway through the show.
- 6:13Speaker 3: And for the price of a t I comedy, yes, exactly,
- 6:17Speaker 3: But I bet, I bet a t I comedy show
- 6:19Speaker 3: is costing a little more than we'd think. But I mean,
- 6:21Speaker 3: what would what would you do if you were him?
- 6:22Speaker 3: You have skill? Yeah, you're not doing you know, it.
- 6:26Speaker 7: Is always good to pivot, just to pivot completely halfway through.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Yeah, but he had no way to cut his teeth,
- 6:32Speaker 1: like he couldn't like grind it out.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Yeah. No, that's the problem with starting stand up when
- 6:36Speaker 3: you're famous, you know, which is why I liked working
- 6:38Speaker 3: with you.
- 6:38Speaker 1: By the way, because you're not famous at all.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Well listen, you guys got your own ship here. But
- 6:45Speaker 3: like when I was gonna open for you. I was like, oh,
- 6:48Speaker 3: barstool guy, is he going to be whatever? He's got
- 6:50Speaker 3: a following. Yeah, but you were like the opposite of
- 6:53Speaker 3: what I was expecting. He gave a ship about stand up. Yeah.
- 6:56Speaker 3: I appreciate it that. Yeah, we did.
- 6:58Speaker 7: We did the earl that. Do you still do that
- 7:00Speaker 7: room at all?
- 7:01Speaker 3: I do? Yeah. It's a great onion with Casey Rocket
- 7:03Speaker 3: you know. Oh yeah, yeah, Casey's great man. Yeah.
- 7:05Speaker 7: I'm sure he packed that out. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 7:08Speaker 7: that was That's a fun room. We got fucking I
- 7:10Speaker 7: remember that was back when I was well, I haven't
- 7:12Speaker 7: been drinking, and but that was back when we were
- 7:15Speaker 7: putting him back.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Oh yeah yeah.
- 7:17Speaker 7: And I remember like because they just had that big
- 7:19Speaker 7: ass fridge of PBRs. I must have drank twenty p
- 7:23Speaker 7: going on. Yeah.
- 7:25Speaker 3: Yeah, you have rowdy as fans though, which I do,
- 7:27Speaker 3: like I do show.
- 7:30Speaker 7: Yeah, I do that. That was the Yeah, that was
- 7:33Speaker 7: the weekend where that where that girl went down.
- 7:35Speaker 3: I was just gonna say, yeah, she was so hammered,
- 7:38Speaker 3: yeah to get up, but she was being a bitch
- 7:40Speaker 3: the whole night. Yeah already, you know, hitting her with
- 7:43Speaker 3: some stuff. Yeah, and then she fell on her face
- 7:45Speaker 3: trying to get out of her seat. Yeah, and then
- 7:47Speaker 3: I started counting her like a box.
- 7:51Speaker 7: Was great, and when she fell, like a massive bottle
- 7:54Speaker 7: of like gray Goose slid out of her purse. Yeah,
- 7:58Speaker 7: and then she I remember the cl was saying that
- 8:00Speaker 7: she I think I've told this story before on the podcast,
- 8:03Speaker 7: but I remember the club was saying that they had
- 8:05Speaker 7: to call nine one one because she was like projectile
- 8:07Speaker 7: vomiting outside.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:09Speaker 7: Yeah, and then she was They were like, no, we
- 8:11Speaker 7: don't need an ambulance, and they were like, we're just
- 8:12Speaker 7: trying to get an uber and they were like, where
- 8:14Speaker 7: you going and they were like Florida. They were trying
- 8:16Speaker 7: to get a nuber from Atlanta to Florida.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Yeah, that's how far they came to see you.
- 8:21Speaker 7: I don't think they knew what was going on.
- 8:23Speaker 3: I think they were just that fu.
- 8:24Speaker 7: Yeah, they were probably staying it. They were probably they
- 8:26Speaker 7: probably live in Atlanta. They were probably just like, now
- 8:28Speaker 7: we want to go to Florida right now.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Yeah, they were that embarrassed by trying to get down
- 8:32Speaker 1: to Miami. I forgot about the Greg Goose part of
- 8:35Speaker 1: that story. I remember the rest of it, but I
- 8:37Speaker 1: don't know. She was just oh yeah, Sonics rings falling
- 8:40Speaker 1: out of her Greg goo'se bottles smawning. Yeah, good for her,
- 8:43Speaker 1: What a queen. I went to a club in Atlanta
- 8:46Speaker 1: that smelled like sneezes. That's all I fucking remember about it. Well,
- 8:50Speaker 1: just you know, you know that smell.
- 8:53Speaker 3: I thought you said, you know that club.
- 8:56Speaker 1: They're famous for it, Magic City.
- 9:00Speaker 3: A Yeah, no, but you remember the day of it.
- 9:03Speaker 1: No, it was like it was in buck Buckhead Saloon. Maybe.
- 9:08Speaker 3: Ah, Yes, it burned down, did it? I mean I
- 9:10Speaker 3: think they fixed it. I'd have to google that. We
- 9:13Speaker 3: have a Jamie like on Rogan.
- 9:14Speaker 1: You sorry, write a letter to someone.
- 9:18Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, but it burned out at least part of
- 9:21Speaker 3: it did. Yeah.
- 9:22Speaker 1: I could see that insurance.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Closed for a long time. It could have been Yeah,
- 9:26Speaker 3: I don't know. I never like followed up.
- 9:27Speaker 7: On that, but definitely could have been an insurance thing.
- 9:30Speaker 1: But it smelled like sneezes. We were doing a radio
- 9:32Speaker 1: show from there, and it smelled like sneezes every day. Yeah,
- 9:36Speaker 1: like the first day. I was like, all right, this
- 9:38Speaker 1: could be an anomaly, but for it to continuously smell
- 9:42Speaker 1: like sneezes it's fucking insane.
- 9:44Speaker 3: I don't know what a sneeze smells like.
- 9:46Speaker 1: A hard time really really, it's none. You're got none
- 9:51Speaker 1: of your guys sneezes ever smell bad.
- 9:53Speaker 3: No, like explaining the color of water.
- 9:55Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, are you saying like it smelled like when
- 9:59Speaker 7: you knees and you like that, like, uh yeah, like
- 10:03Speaker 7: that smell you get in the back of.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Yeah, I try to capture it, like.
- 10:09Speaker 3: You sneeze.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Underneath French and Hill.
- 10:16Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 10:17Speaker 1: No, huh.
- 10:19Speaker 3: It burnt down for one, on the fact.
- 10:23Speaker 1: I used to go to.
- 10:25Speaker 7: I used to go to a bar in New York.
- 10:28Speaker 7: Uh that I forget what it was called. It was
- 10:30Speaker 7: like kettle Kettle, Kettle of fish. Used to go there
- 10:33Speaker 7: all the time. And then one day, I remember I
- 10:34Speaker 7: went to go and it was completely it burnt down completely,
- 10:37Speaker 7: and then they stayed open and it was just it
- 10:40Speaker 7: was like the summer. So they just had like four
- 10:42Speaker 7: lawn chairs outside and a cooler and it was like
- 10:45Speaker 7: that was that was now the bar. Yeah, just sit
- 10:53Speaker 7: outside and just like it's literally you're just paying extra
- 10:57Speaker 7: money to just pretty much tailgate like outside out of
- 11:00Speaker 7: your apartment.
- 11:01Speaker 3: That's pretty awesome.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Yeah, were they banging you for beers was expensive?
- 11:04Speaker 7: I didn't I mean, I didn't go.
- 11:07Speaker 3: It might be because.
- 11:10Speaker 7: Yeah, probably it was a great bar though.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Yeah. Was there a cover ticket to stand outside?
- 11:19Speaker 3: Stand outside? Probably? Yeah?
- 11:21Speaker 7: They were probably trying to make their money back anyway
- 11:22Speaker 7: they could.
- 11:23Speaker 1: You're too drunk to stand outside?
- 11:24Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you're.
- 11:25Speaker 7: Getting kicked out, getting kicked out of the fucking lawn chairs.
- 11:32Speaker 1: There is a bar that has lawn chairs out front,
- 11:34Speaker 1: but that's on purpose. They have it every time. What
- 11:35Speaker 1: is that called. It's not far from here. It's like
- 11:38Speaker 1: garage bar or something, or tailgate bar or something kind
- 11:41Speaker 1: of fun. It's not a bad, bad vibe.
- 11:45Speaker 7: Yeah it sounds fun.
- 11:46Speaker 1: It's too white trash for you. Francis's that?
- 11:49Speaker 3: I mean? I don't you know.
- 11:50Speaker 5: I like lumbar support uh booths. I find to be intimate, cozy.
- 11:56Speaker 5: I'm actually thinking about building a breakfast nook banquette like
- 12:01Speaker 5: face to face corner and having you know, two sort
- 12:04Speaker 5: of benches with high backs and leather, and then a
- 12:08Speaker 5: table that you have to scooch into. You got to
- 12:10Speaker 5: scooch in to get behind it.
- 12:12Speaker 1: How often do you think you'd use it your banquet.
- 12:14Speaker 3: All the time, because I would get I think you
- 12:16Speaker 3: just only do that.
- 12:16Speaker 5: Then I would get rid of my dining room table
- 12:18Speaker 5: and I would use only that as my table.
- 12:21Speaker 1: It's efficient because you're not jamming your table up against
- 12:23Speaker 1: the wall. Probably.
- 12:24Speaker 5: I like working in a banquette. It locks you in,
- 12:27Speaker 5: It keeps you focused. You folks would hear from you
- 12:30Speaker 5: ever again the time, and that's okay. Yeah, nobody needs
- 12:34Speaker 5: to hear.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Yeah, just get off the grid and get in your banquette.
- 12:40Speaker 7: I'd like a nice booth in my in my apartment.
- 12:42Speaker 3: That'll be awesome. Booth. A booth is good, right, yeah,
- 12:45Speaker 3: a booth seat yeah yeah.
- 12:47Speaker 7: Just one individual, not even like another side.
- 12:54Speaker 5: Harry would face in with no view of the world.
- 12:57Speaker 7: If I could like get my PlayStation, yeah yeah, against
- 13:00Speaker 7: the wall, get my like monitor up, play video games
- 13:03Speaker 7: in the booth of like a belly, that'd be awesome.
- 13:08Speaker 1: That's kind of what Kay Sanatt does. He kind of
- 13:10Speaker 1: is just like facing the wall. Isn't he like a streamer?
- 13:12Speaker 1: Your average streamer is just like up against the wall
- 13:14Speaker 1: with the big ass room behind him.
- 13:15Speaker 3: I'm not a fan of streamer. Now, you're not a
- 13:17Speaker 3: big kay guy. I don't get it.
- 13:19Speaker 7: Yeah, I don't get it at all, like.
- 13:20Speaker 3: People that watch it. I think. I don't know if
- 13:22Speaker 3: I talked about this, watch is it? You do you
- 13:25Speaker 3: know Ky does this? Yeah? Yeah, I heard. He did
- 13:29Speaker 3: a spot once at the Laughing School, one of my
- 13:31Speaker 3: home clubs in Atlanta, and he went up his tiny penis.
- 13:35Speaker 3: That is the story. I was told. That's pretty funny,
- 13:38Speaker 3: and he he like packed the whole place because he
- 13:39Speaker 3: just brought all his friend Yeah, I'm sure it went great.
- 13:41Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm sure he killed.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Was he build his tiny penis? Like did you know
- 13:44Speaker 1: you were coming out of.
- 13:47Speaker 3: It? Wasn't like he was headlining or anything. He just
- 13:49Speaker 3: did like a five minute thing.
- 13:50Speaker 1: He's uh.
- 13:52Speaker 7: I watched there was like I was home for Thanksgiving
- 13:55Speaker 7: and it was like that one where it was like
- 13:56Speaker 7: Kevin Hart and Drewsky were on and I was like,
- 13:59Speaker 7: I'm gonna into this live and see what like what's
- 14:02Speaker 7: going on?
- 14:02Speaker 3: And it was like.
- 14:03Speaker 7: Judu is just the most like all over the place,
- 14:07Speaker 7: just like I got. I was getting like physically on.
- 14:10Speaker 7: I watched for like thirty seconds and I was getting
- 14:12Speaker 7: like overwhelmed by how much was happening. Yeah, it's like
- 14:15Speaker 7: people like dancing in the background, like Kevin Hart's like
- 14:17Speaker 7: falling out of his chair.
- 14:19Speaker 3: Keep the thing rolling, I guess, yeah, exactly twenty four
- 14:22Speaker 3: hours going sleepovers. Yeah yeah, Evan Heart sleeping over with
- 14:26Speaker 3: you know, twenty year old.
- 14:27Speaker 7: Yeah, he's like fifty.
- 14:29Speaker 3: I don't get it.
- 14:30Speaker 7: I don't get it.
- 14:31Speaker 1: In some ways, it's like you'd think that it's the
- 14:33Speaker 1: next modern thing, but it's almost reverted to like an
- 14:36Speaker 1: old fashioned thing where it's just a guy in front
- 14:39Speaker 1: of a camera trying to do a million things to
- 14:41Speaker 1: entertain you like.
- 14:43Speaker 3: But they don't like some of them, like the Aiden
- 14:45Speaker 3: Ross kid.
- 14:45Speaker 7: Oh yeah, he doesn't do any's just he's just.
- 14:47Speaker 3: Twiddling his thumbs and the chat what do you guys think? Yeah,
- 14:50Speaker 3: it's just like there's people typing, why are you watching it?
- 14:55Speaker 3: It doesn't make any sense. I mean, I'm gonna sound
- 14:57Speaker 3: like an old ass. No, I think that's the next
- 14:59Speaker 3: thing we've all.
- 15:00Speaker 7: I had the same thoughts about that on this podcast specifically.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Who's watching this dumb ass podcast?
- 15:07Speaker 1: I don't get They just sit there but they're not.
- 15:10Speaker 3: They don't do any better.
- 15:11Speaker 7: But it really is.
- 15:12Speaker 3: But this is funny, Like Aiden Ross is just like
- 15:15Speaker 3: talking about how he's gonna buy Trump another cyber truck
- 15:18Speaker 3: or something.
- 15:18Speaker 7: Yeah, it doesn't make sense because it's also like at
- 15:20Speaker 7: least this it's like it's one hour.
- 15:22Speaker 3: Yeah, so it's like it's like one hour.
- 15:23Speaker 7: Of conversation and then that it's like it's like seventy
- 15:27Speaker 7: two hours and like hoping for like a good thirty
- 15:30Speaker 7: seconds every hour, right where like all of a sudden,
- 15:32Speaker 7: aiden Ross is like like chat like if your girlfriend
- 15:36Speaker 7: is not cooking you a five star meal every single night,
- 15:39Speaker 7: she's a whore.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Kickers to the street. Shit, Yeah that's what they get
- 15:44Speaker 3: rubbed off.
- 15:44Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 15:45Speaker 5: I did watch the highlights from the Drew Ski Kevin
- 15:48Speaker 5: Hart Guy's not stream, and they.
- 15:49Speaker 3: Were very funny, that's the thing. But like the highlights
- 15:52Speaker 3: are like it was like a top ten place. Yeah,
- 15:55Speaker 3: they're so funny. Yeah.
- 15:56Speaker 5: When Kevin Hart calls out uh Bryce James for lying,
- 16:00Speaker 5: Yeah that was hilarious.
- 16:02Speaker 7: Yeah, lying about what because you know, like everyone says
- 16:04Speaker 7: like Lebron lies.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 16:06Speaker 7: Yeah, it was just like it was like pretty much.
- 16:08Speaker 5: Lebron's son, uh not Brownie, the other one that was
- 16:12Speaker 5: there for a bit, and they he said that he cooks,
- 16:17Speaker 5: and they were like, what do you cook?
- 16:19Speaker 3: And his answer was like, you.
- 16:20Speaker 5: Know, I'll do a I'll do a steak or and
- 16:23Speaker 5: he gave it in a way that had clearly showed
- 16:25Speaker 5: he had No.
- 16:27Speaker 3: That's like the onlyady that told Catwalliam she makes a
- 16:29Speaker 3: good broccoli, she just died. I think she sure did.
- 16:34Speaker 5: That's that, Yeah, the one who marked him for on
- 16:37Speaker 5: the radio shows.
- 16:42Speaker 3: I did the open mic at the club. Cat was
- 16:44Speaker 3: at the weekend after a dude shut up with a
- 16:47Speaker 3: gun to try to I think it was her husband, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 16:50Speaker 3: we can fact check to. I think it was more
- 16:52Speaker 3: of like a threat and he was gonna.
- 16:55Speaker 7: I never heard of that, that's crazy, yeah yeah.
- 16:57Speaker 3: And so then when I showed up for the open
- 16:58Speaker 3: mic the following Wednesday, there was a signed no firearms allowed,
- 17:02Speaker 3: as if like that wasn't clear this guy shut up
- 17:06Speaker 3: rate of Popcat Yeah, have.
- 17:07Speaker 7: You ever seen the photo of the dude on stage
- 17:10Speaker 7: with a gun just pointed straight at someone in the
- 17:12Speaker 7: front row.
- 17:12Speaker 3: No, that sounds awesome. And then the cat it's like
- 17:15Speaker 3: a screenshot off like a top of the nude.
- 17:17Speaker 7: Yeah, and the captions like I'm not allowed to perform
- 17:20Speaker 7: at whatever it is anymore?
- 17:23Speaker 3: Killed too hard?
- 17:24Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, It is a great it's a great way
- 17:26Speaker 7: to get Like, if you have like a bad heckler,
- 17:28Speaker 7: you just pull out the strap on him.
- 17:30Speaker 3: Pull the strap.
- 17:31Speaker 7: Yeah, keep heckling. See what happens. I'll kill you.
- 17:33Speaker 1: I got the heckler for real, different type of heck
- 17:37Speaker 1: both of.
- 17:37Speaker 3: Our last shows. I didn't mean to cut you off, though, Francis,
- 17:41Speaker 3: so he called him out for saying he cooked steak, right, No,
- 17:44Speaker 3: that was it?
- 17:45Speaker 5: Yeah, And then they and then Kevin Hart just pounced
- 17:48Speaker 5: on him and said, see, I know when people are
- 17:51Speaker 5: lying and you just lied.
- 17:52Speaker 3: Yeah. And then and then he's like, what kind of
- 17:55Speaker 3: just going.
- 17:57Speaker 1: W He said what kind of steak? And he was
- 17:59Speaker 1: like wag, Like I cook wagou Yeah, it's just like
- 18:02Speaker 1: such a specific ye.
- 18:03Speaker 5: Why And they were like how do you prepare it?
- 18:06Speaker 5: And it didn't really have an answer or something.
- 18:08Speaker 7: So, dude, there's no way that anyone in that household cooks.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Ever.
- 18:12Speaker 7: Sure, they definitely have like a rotating staff of cooks,
- 18:15Speaker 7: of chefs that just come in and I mean there's
- 18:18Speaker 7: Lebron's like forty and he has abs, Like definitely they
- 18:21Speaker 7: have like a formula for him.
- 18:23Speaker 3: That's a fun thing to make fun of each other.
- 18:24Speaker 3: For it's very like rich guy, Yeah, gotta make his
- 18:27Speaker 3: own fucking food over.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Fuck did you cook it?
- 18:32Speaker 3: Yeah? Kick them off the stream, man, it's embarrassing.
- 18:35Speaker 7: But it is like so like the Yeah, I watched
- 18:37Speaker 7: the highlights of those two because I think Drew ski
- 18:39Speaker 7: is hilarious. So it's like but then the highlights, they're
- 18:42Speaker 7: like it'll be like a thirty minute highlight video and
- 18:44Speaker 7: then you'll the stream. But the stream is like nineteen
- 18:47Speaker 7: hours long, so it's.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Like you're a great ratio of highlights.
- 18:50Speaker 7: You're watching the stream the entire time for that one
- 18:53Speaker 7: moment of browny. I mean, how many people do you
- 18:56Speaker 7: think they are watching those streams or just watching them
- 18:58Speaker 7: to try and clip it out and post it on
- 19:00Speaker 7: Twitter and like make money off of it. Sure, it's
- 19:02Speaker 7: got to be like seventy.
- 19:03Speaker 3: There's so many secondary tertiary like clip guys that are
- 19:07Speaker 3: making all that shit with whatever it is. You know.
- 19:09Speaker 7: I saw an Instagram. I saw an Instagram reel of
- 19:11Speaker 7: a dude who was like breaking down the day in
- 19:14Speaker 7: the life of someone who like does like engagement farming
- 19:17Speaker 7: for a living, and it was like him and he
- 19:20Speaker 7: was like so things that I'll do. And he'll be like,
- 19:21Speaker 7: I'll go and I'll check out Aiden Ross's stream. I'll
- 19:24Speaker 7: watch that for thirty minutes.
- 19:25Speaker 3: I'll clip it out.
- 19:26Speaker 7: And then he's like and then I will find a
- 19:28Speaker 7: Fortnite clip and and he like does the thing where
- 19:31Speaker 7: he like puts the Fortnite clip on top of it.
- 19:33Speaker 7: And all the comments were like, dude, you just you're
- 19:35Speaker 7: just making brain rot, like you're just like people.
- 19:38Speaker 3: He's like a heroine exactly.
- 19:40Speaker 5: Yeah, it's bad, but it's not as bad as the
- 19:42Speaker 5: people who create cumshot compilations.
- 19:45Speaker 7: Yeah, is that like something that people do?
- 19:48Speaker 5: Dude, the amount of compilations there are in porn of
- 19:53Speaker 5: you know that you can tell it's from it was
- 19:57Speaker 5: made by somebody that probably had like a media degree
- 20:02Speaker 5: in college and you know, spent their time in the
- 20:05Speaker 5: like graphics room cutting stuff up. And then they clearly
- 20:09Speaker 5: were like, well, what how can I apply this? What
- 20:11Speaker 5: are my two great loves? Okay, editing and pornography? Keep
- 20:15Speaker 5: it simple, and you know, like it's so big compilations
- 20:21Speaker 5: or like first insertion compilations.
- 20:24Speaker 3: Just see that. Now they got to think of the
- 20:25Speaker 3: new compilations.
- 20:26Speaker 5: Yeah, and you can tell I've watched a lot of these.
- 20:30Speaker 1: They seem fresh in your mind. Oh yeah, this sounds
- 20:33Speaker 1: like this morning.
- 20:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 20:35Speaker 7: Uh.
- 20:35Speaker 5: There's just so many and they some of them are
- 20:37Speaker 5: super long and eighteen hours. I always think there there
- 20:42Speaker 5: are there's just a huge amount of people who love
- 20:47Speaker 5: porn who also know their way around Adobe Premiere.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Sure.
- 20:52Speaker 1: I think it'd be a good way to learn to edit.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Like if you were in the if you were at
- 20:56Speaker 1: like college and they just like gave you a ton
- 20:58Speaker 1: of porn and we're like, make a fuck sweet ast
- 21:00Speaker 1: compilation out of this, right, I think people will get the.
- 21:02Speaker 3: Whole class off and send it with this everybody know.
- 21:08Speaker 1: I feel like that would be an engaging way to
- 21:10Speaker 1: edit instead of like.
- 21:11Speaker 3: I'm only need seven, I got it.
- 21:15Speaker 1: First. One to be done? Is there like some student
- 21:18Speaker 1: news reporter, Like no one wants to see that.
- 21:20Speaker 7: It's got to be like a pretty demoralizing job. Like
- 21:23Speaker 7: when you said comshot compilation, I thought you meantly the
- 21:25Speaker 7: dudes that are like like they build the compilations of
- 21:28Speaker 7: like best of moments like try Not to Come. You
- 21:31Speaker 7: ever see those Try to Last?
- 21:33Speaker 3: Oh yeah, Like and the.
- 21:34Speaker 7: Caption will be like there's no fucking shot you're gonna.
- 21:36Speaker 5: And they give you like a drum beat and it's
- 21:39Speaker 5: like increases as it's coming on.
- 21:42Speaker 7: There's no way in hell you're going to last ten
- 21:44Speaker 7: minutes with this compilation.
- 21:46Speaker 3: Yeah, and then.
- 21:48Speaker 5: God, by the end, it's like berserk mode. It's like Yo,
- 21:52Speaker 5: who hasn't come yet?
- 21:54Speaker 1: Sandstorm, who is like, I've.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Come a long way since last year. I'm so good
- 22:02Speaker 3: at the now.
- 22:03Speaker 7: That's got to be a defeating moment, though, is when
- 22:04Speaker 7: you don't you don't actually get there and be like yeah,
- 22:08Speaker 7: they're like, fuck, dude, those ten minutes of my life.
- 22:10Speaker 3: And they call it doctor I said four hours longer shot. Yeah,
- 22:14Speaker 3: it took nine viagra to get through this.
- 22:18Speaker 7: Now I gotta fucking now, I gotta find another compilation.
- 22:21Speaker 7: Then there's like a part two. You didn't make it
- 22:24Speaker 7: through this one. Try, there's no way in the hell
- 22:26Speaker 7: you're getting through this one. Level two Yeah.
- 22:29Speaker 5: Yeah, hot ones, Yeah.
- 22:34Speaker 7: No one's ever lasted this entire the bomb.
- 22:41Speaker 3: You think there should be a red.
- 22:42Speaker 7: Zone for uh, for streamers.
- 22:45Speaker 1: I thought you're gonna say for porn.
- 22:47Speaker 7: Well, we did that sketch a while ago.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Zone for porn.
- 22:50Speaker 7: Yeah, there should be a red zone for like streamers like, Okay,
- 22:53Speaker 7: something interesting is happening six hours in eight and Ross's
- 22:56Speaker 7: stream We're going to tune in for this, and then
- 22:59Speaker 7: it's like, oh, she it. Kevin Hart just fell out
- 23:01Speaker 7: of his chair. We're gonna put you quad box.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, exactly. Drewsey's taking up two of the boxes.
- 23:08Speaker 3: We got Kevin Hart and the other one.
- 23:11Speaker 5: Uh, did you guys watch some speaking of ball? Do
- 23:14Speaker 5: you guys watch any ball this weekend?
- 23:15Speaker 3: We did? I did? Yeah, I was okay, So what
- 23:20Speaker 3: was not the Texas one? But I'm already blanking. Oh yeah,
- 23:23Speaker 3: the Tech Georgia, Georgia, Tech Georgia, george So that was
- 23:26Speaker 3: huge and our in Atlanta obviously. Yeah yeah, even though
- 23:28Speaker 3: the game was in Athens, but Tech, I mean they
- 23:29Speaker 3: had it, they had it. I was all in stage
- 23:32Speaker 3: during overtime number five. There were still three more overtimes
- 23:37Speaker 3: ago yeah, three different tables all streaming it on their phone.
- 23:39Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 23:40Speaker 3: So I did like funk with that. There were no
- 23:41Speaker 3: jokes to be told at this point. Now I had
- 23:43Speaker 3: that happen to me.
- 23:44Speaker 7: And I was in Baltimore and there was some college
- 23:46Speaker 7: game going on, and I was like, I was, I was,
- 23:50Speaker 7: I was doing this.
- 23:51Speaker 3: I was doing all my jokes.
- 23:52Speaker 7: I was just doing material, but I was noticing that,
- 23:54Speaker 7: like all the dudes in the room were.
- 23:56Speaker 3: Like looking down and then when.
- 23:59Speaker 7: But they were still like it was weird because they
- 24:00Speaker 7: were still a good audience.
- 24:01Speaker 3: They're watching cumpshot complies.
- 24:04Speaker 7: Yeah, they were all they're all looking down, and then
- 24:07Speaker 7: when I would make a joke, they'd all raise their
- 24:09Speaker 7: heads up and laugh hilarious. And I was like, all right,
- 24:11Speaker 7: I mean, at least they gave you something. Yeah, at
- 24:12Speaker 7: least they're paying attention to the at least they're listening
- 24:15Speaker 7: to what I'm saying.
- 24:16Speaker 3: I can multi time, Yeah, I could get.
- 24:18Speaker 7: I could get with like just a show where no
- 24:20Speaker 7: one's looking at me, but they're all laughing and they're
- 24:22Speaker 7: still all laughing.
- 24:23Speaker 3: Better yeah, way less.
- 24:25Speaker 7: I could have just like sat down and just told
- 24:27Speaker 7: the jokes.
- 24:28Speaker 1: You're also on your phone, yeah, yeah, it was pretty
- 24:31Speaker 1: ideal just telling jokes.
- 24:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I watched a lot.
- 24:33Speaker 7: Are you a college football guy?
- 24:35Speaker 3: Sure?
- 24:35Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 24:36Speaker 3: You like NFL? Yeah, I mean the Falcons can't get
- 24:38Speaker 3: out of the goddamn mud, you know. Yeah, we had
- 24:40Speaker 3: a great start. Now, Kirk Cousins, I think has thrown
- 24:43Speaker 3: eight interceptions, interceptions and zero touchdowns. It's pretty cool. Yeah,
- 24:47Speaker 3: one eighty million.
- 24:48Speaker 7: Yeah, that's pretty brutal.
- 24:51Speaker 1: That's all guaranteed too, right.
- 24:53Speaker 3: I don't know the extent that. I'm not a big
- 24:54Speaker 3: contract guy. I just see the bottom line. But that
- 24:57Speaker 3: sounds worse. It's got it, it's got it, right, I
- 25:00Speaker 3: mean he could throw twenty interceptions. Yeah, it's still he's
- 25:04Speaker 3: bringing it.
- 25:04Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:04Speaker 3: Look, I don't want to be that guy.
- 25:05Speaker 7: But seeing seeing how bad Kirk Cousins is playing and
- 25:10Speaker 7: how awful Aaron Rodgers is, it kind of makes like
- 25:14Speaker 7: Tom Brady even like like better, more goaded, like it
- 25:17Speaker 7: just makes you realize, like how much like how good
- 25:19Speaker 7: Tom Brady was because he's I mean, he was playing,
- 25:22Speaker 7: he's older than those guys are. He was older than
- 25:24Speaker 7: those guys are now when he was still winning super Bowls.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Yeah it was. I mean he had a great run.
- 25:29Speaker 3: Yeah, best of all time.
- 25:30Speaker 1: That's such a crazy New England thing to do to
- 25:34Speaker 1: pivot it all back to Tom Brady.
- 25:35Speaker 7: Well, no, I mean I was thinking about I was
- 25:37Speaker 7: watching Kirk Cousins.
- 25:38Speaker 1: We're so far removed from Tom Brady being good. The
- 25:40Speaker 1: Patriots sucked now.
- 25:42Speaker 3: Mark Jackson gets stopped for like a two yard running
- 25:44Speaker 3: like Tom's the goat.
- 25:46Speaker 7: Tom would have had Tom's crazy.
- 25:50Speaker 5: I do think, though, unfortunately for you, that Tom Brady's
- 25:54Speaker 5: great super Bowl was the one he won with Tampa Bay.
- 25:57Speaker 3: That was such a fun one. Man.
- 25:59Speaker 5: That's the one that to me solidifies his legacy more
- 26:02Speaker 5: than any other.
- 26:02Speaker 3: Because he got away from BELLI.
- 26:03Speaker 5: Yeah, no, I agree, and it and it's probably the
- 26:06Speaker 5: one that you know is the most important in his legacy.
- 26:09Speaker 7: No, I don't think that's true. I mean the twenty
- 26:11Speaker 7: eight to three Falcons one is obviously his.
- 26:13Speaker 4: No.
- 26:13Speaker 3: But and then we could talk about something else.
- 26:17Speaker 1: In the Tampa Bay world. It was to show his wife. Dude,
- 26:20Speaker 1: it was because he was getting divorced from his wife,
- 26:22Speaker 1: and he was like, I'll fucking show it wasn't it
- 26:24Speaker 1: was about more than ball.
- 26:25Speaker 3: No, I agree that that was a huge side side pot.
- 26:28Speaker 7: Yeah, I agree that Tampa Bay one was definitely the
- 26:31Speaker 7: one that like solidified like he is the greatest of
- 26:34Speaker 7: all time. Yeah, Like he could go to another team,
- 26:37Speaker 7: play with new receivers, new coach, new weather, right, I
- 26:42Speaker 7: mean better yeah, better weather.
- 26:44Speaker 1: How is he doing it in better weather?
- 26:45Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 26:46Speaker 7: Still still win and.
- 26:47Speaker 3: A better defense. Did they have an awesome defense defense?
- 26:50Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, yeah, and they also had a great.
- 26:53Speaker 3: I mean the Pats had a lot of legendary defenses too,
- 26:56Speaker 3: necessarily better.
- 26:57Speaker 1: But of course I think there's.
- 26:58Speaker 5: A lawyer malloy right, Yeah, sounds like a Teddy Bruski
- 27:06Speaker 5: because an analyst.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Now, yeah, that's how long time he played.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I know all of them. They're all coaches and analysts,
- 27:11Speaker 1: all of his former teammates.
- 27:12Speaker 3: Yeah, most pro athletes stuff.
- 27:16Speaker 7: Yeah, I think that's the goal. I think the goal
- 27:18Speaker 7: is to go into ship like that. After there's then
- 27:21Speaker 7: there's the guys that just they don't make it in
- 27:22Speaker 7: the NFL, and then they don't get a job in
- 27:24Speaker 7: media after and now they're.
- 27:25Speaker 3: Just Delante West trying to text more Cuban can can
- 27:32Speaker 3: somebody get in touch with this guy? Please? Smoking crack
- 27:35Speaker 3: right now.
- 27:36Speaker 1: So many people have tried to help Delantay West.
- 27:38Speaker 3: To shout out to know. I think I think he rebounded.
- 27:41Speaker 1: I think I don't think never mind rebound.
- 27:48Speaker 7: Yeah, I thought he had a rebound, and then it
- 27:49Speaker 7: was like immediately maybe he just went back.
- 27:51Speaker 1: I think he's spent a couple of money and then
- 27:54Speaker 1: was Yeah, I think people are just trying to help.
- 27:57Speaker 1: I think everybody's trying to have Lebron is trying to
- 27:59Speaker 1: help him. Mark Cuban. People are just throwing the hell
- 28:02Speaker 1: of a drug money. I know it must be fucking incredible.
- 28:05Speaker 3: Imagine like like, uh, not accepting Lebron's call because you
- 28:09Speaker 3: want to do drugs. That's tough, dude.
- 28:11Speaker 7: It's probably I mean when you're doing or whatever.
- 28:14Speaker 3: What was he doing, crack? I don't know whatever the drug? Yeah,
- 28:17Speaker 3: I think it is crack. I think it was crack.
- 28:19Speaker 7: You're probably like crack, Like you got the crack pipe
- 28:22Speaker 7: in one hand and you got Lebron and calling in
- 28:24Speaker 7: the That's what I'm saying, dude, I'm taking like, if
- 28:27Speaker 7: you're a crackhead, you're taking that phone, you're throwing it
- 28:29Speaker 7: in the water. Obviously, I'm going with the crack here.
- 28:31Speaker 3: Yeah, he doesn't have a phone. He sold it.
- 28:34Speaker 5: At that point, I think about crack, and I think
- 28:38Speaker 5: about you know, in the Odyssey with Odysseus, sure, the
- 28:43Speaker 5: scene where he really wants to experience the siren song.
- 28:48Speaker 5: There are the sirens. Yeah, and this song is so
- 28:52Speaker 5: beautiful that any man who hears it throws himself overboard
- 28:57Speaker 5: and gets dashed upon the rocks and dies. And the
- 29:00Speaker 5: way that Odysseus decides to do this is he has
- 29:04Speaker 5: all the rest of his men on the boat plug
- 29:06Speaker 5: their ears with like broccoli or fucking parsley or weeds
- 29:11Speaker 5: or something so that they can't hear it. And then
- 29:14Speaker 5: they have they lash him to the mast, and he
- 29:17Speaker 5: says that under no circumstances, no matter what I say,
- 29:20Speaker 5: no matter how much I beg and plead, can you
- 29:23Speaker 5: untie me? And they go past the sirens. His men
- 29:27Speaker 5: can't hear it. He hears it. It's the most beautiful
- 29:29Speaker 5: thing he's ever heard. He's desperately writhing to try to
- 29:32Speaker 5: get away from the mast, telling his men, please, please,
- 29:35Speaker 5: please untime me, and they won't, and so he's the
- 29:37Speaker 5: only man who has heard the siren song and lived
- 29:41Speaker 5: to tell the tale. I want to smoke crack in
- 29:46Speaker 5: a way where I don't fall victim to the addiction
- 29:52Speaker 5: or all the typical people, the brown teeth, the delaunte
- 29:57Speaker 5: westism of it all. And I wonder if there is
- 30:01Speaker 5: some way, some some analogous way to experience crack and
- 30:05Speaker 5: heroin and some of these, you know, life ruining drugs
- 30:09Speaker 5: where I have some solution, like what Odysseus did you
- 30:13Speaker 5: just want to taste?
- 30:14Speaker 3: Does that make sense?
- 30:15Speaker 1: It does, but there's no way because it's about your
- 30:18Speaker 1: impulse to get access to it, so like it is everywhere,
- 30:22Speaker 1: So like if you just try it one time, I mean,
- 30:24Speaker 1: I'm not guaranteeing that you'll get I know people have
- 30:26Speaker 1: tried heroin once and not become addicted to it, But
- 30:30Speaker 1: I think that you'll pursue it into the world. If
- 30:32Speaker 1: it really is that siren song that you're talking about.
- 30:35Speaker 3: You right to tell you up like the legend, that's
- 30:36Speaker 3: what I mean.
- 30:37Speaker 1: We might put him on the mast.
- 30:39Speaker 7: I'd be great for the podcast if we just like
- 30:41Speaker 7: hoisted you right here to talk.
- 30:42Speaker 3: About talk about a stream that's getting numbers right there.
- 30:47Speaker 3: Can't you're smoking crack? Kevin Hert's in the background, bulls dreaming,
- 30:53Speaker 3: I can't, I can't show you, and he's like he's lying,
- 30:56Speaker 3: he's lying.
- 30:58Speaker 1: How'd you prepare the crack?
- 31:00Speaker 3: I can't think of the way.
- 31:02Speaker 5: I can't think of the way that what the equivalent
- 31:05Speaker 5: of that is because the pitfall of it is, as
- 31:08Speaker 5: you said, pursuing it because you're addicted and if that
- 31:12Speaker 5: is the equivalent of dashing oneself on the rocks and
- 31:14Speaker 5: dying after hearing the song, I don't know what the
- 31:17Speaker 5: equivalent of tying meat of the mast is.
- 31:20Speaker 1: Yeah, there's no way, there's no way you could do it.
- 31:22Speaker 5: But the only thing I think of is then I
- 31:25Speaker 5: therefore come back to Okay, there's one day left to
- 31:27Speaker 5: live on Earth. Asteroids coming, I'm gonna do heroin.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Yeah, well they give it to old people, they give
- 31:34Speaker 1: them a heroin equivalent.
- 31:35Speaker 3: Pharmaceuticals, Well, when there's a I used to work in pharmacy.
- 31:38Speaker 3: That fedanol is like regularly prescribed for people cancer and
- 31:42Speaker 3: old folks and stuff like that.
- 31:43Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a normal and accessible thing for the people
- 31:45Speaker 1: that need it. You worked in pharmaceuticals, yes, use sales.
- 31:49Speaker 3: No, No, I was like in the pharmacy. I was
- 31:51Speaker 3: a technician.
- 31:52Speaker 1: Oh really Yeah, damn, I know you had some crazy
- 31:55Speaker 1: people a lot.
- 31:56Speaker 5: Can you tell me a little bit about that job.
- 31:59Speaker 5: I'm so confused by it. You order a prescription and
- 32:03Speaker 5: they say it's almost ready. Are you filling the pill
- 32:07Speaker 5: capsules or are you just dumping the pills? Do you
- 32:10Speaker 5: have some big vat? So some drugs are hard to find.
- 32:14Speaker 7: No.
- 32:14Speaker 3: No, so it's well, the problem is is it's your
- 32:18Speaker 3: prescription plus like five hundred more that already got dropped off.
- 32:21Speaker 3: So that's why it's not like immediate. But no, it's not.
- 32:24Speaker 3: The the manufacturer makes all the drugs. We just have
- 32:28Speaker 3: them on the shelf and then dump them into the
- 32:30Speaker 3: thing that we give to you with your name on it.
- 32:33Speaker 3: So you just you you.
- 32:34Speaker 5: Have the pill bottle and you put that in the
- 32:37Speaker 5: brown back and that is that, by and large.
- 32:40Speaker 3: The well, that's the last step. The first step. You know,
- 32:42Speaker 3: you got to run somebody's insurance. They might not cover stuff,
- 32:45Speaker 3: and you got to call them get a prior authorization.
- 32:47Speaker 3: Then they're bullshitt with you on the phone. You guys
- 32:50Speaker 3: are yelling at us because you don't we're the face. Yeah. Yeah,
- 32:55Speaker 3: the insurance is just a voice on the phone. So
- 32:57Speaker 3: nobody really fucks with them, but it's us.
- 33:00Speaker 5: Even though it's not. People are starting to with insurance.
- 33:03Speaker 5: I don't know if you're familiar. Oh well, I would
- 33:06Speaker 5: keep that whole pharmaceutical thing quiet around these parts.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Yeah a pharmacist that did it.
- 33:14Speaker 3: No, No, that's hilarious that you bring that up. Yeah, no,
- 33:16Speaker 3: if that had happened back when I was working there,
- 33:18Speaker 3: that'd be crazy. But no, I've been out of the
- 33:20Speaker 3: game for like four or five years now. You have
- 33:21Speaker 3: to get a special degree in order to work, not
- 33:24Speaker 3: to be the technician. I was just like the assistant.
- 33:27Speaker 3: You just need a high school diploma for that. Oh yeah,
- 33:30Speaker 3: are people off the street some of them were bad.
- 33:34Speaker 1: Was it ever one for you one for me type
- 33:35Speaker 1: of situation?
- 33:37Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure to keep pretty good account of well exactly,
- 33:40Speaker 3: Like especially the controlled ship. I mean it's like if
- 33:43Speaker 3: they're missing one, it's like a big deal. Yeah.
- 33:45Speaker 7: Really, was there every situation where you guys were like,
- 33:48Speaker 7: there's one oxy missing employees?
- 33:57Speaker 3: Like a guy would be streaming soccer on his phone, Yeah,
- 34:00Speaker 3: while someone's waiting at the register. Yeah, and he would
- 34:02Speaker 3: literally go to them like one second, it's like, yeah,
- 34:05Speaker 3: do your job. Yeah.
- 34:06Speaker 7: Is it like what he was saying, Is it like
- 34:09Speaker 7: like so if you because so you take the pills out,
- 34:11Speaker 7: Say someone gets a prescription of like thirty fucking X
- 34:14Speaker 7: and X. Yeah, is there is there just like a
- 34:16Speaker 7: vat of Xenax thousand? Yeah, there's massive bottle of XX.
- 34:21Speaker 3: Yeah, it's from the manufacturer.
- 34:22Speaker 5: That's crazy, But they're sending it to you based on
- 34:26Speaker 5: the sort of demand that they see coming in.
- 34:30Speaker 3: Or that we need. I mean, we'll just order based
- 34:32Speaker 3: on like yeah, but yes, per Look.
- 34:34Speaker 5: So there are certain drugs that are much more frequently
- 34:38Speaker 5: prescribed and you need to have those stuff.
- 34:42Speaker 3: Yeah, those are like the number one stuff for fat people.
- 34:45Speaker 3: And then birth control is huge. Yeah, yeah, that's just
- 34:49Speaker 3: a constant gil.
- 34:51Speaker 5: Do you have that all the time in big supply. Yes,
- 34:55Speaker 5: But then if someone wants a much harder to find
- 34:59Speaker 5: drug or is something that's a little more complicated, then
- 35:03Speaker 5: the major manufacturer has to send that to you specific.
- 35:07Speaker 3: To that special order. Sometimes prescription, right, Sometimes if somebody
- 35:11Speaker 3: needs like brand, nameless brand versus generic, generic's cheaper, but
- 35:14Speaker 3: sometimes the generic doesn't work for a person. Everybody's different,
- 35:17Speaker 3: so they gotta go brand name. Whatever it is that's
- 35:19Speaker 3: harder to get. Insurance doesn't want to cover it because
- 35:22Speaker 3: they're being asshole. So like, did you try the generic? Yeah,
- 35:24Speaker 3: I tried the generic. Well we're not going to pay
- 35:26Speaker 3: for it. Well we're going to kill you in the
- 35:27Speaker 3: street in New York. Then how about that?
- 35:29Speaker 1: That's crazy that they don't pay for it because it's
- 35:31Speaker 1: it's literally shrug sometimes like it will affect people completely differently,
- 35:36Speaker 1: the generic versus the actual name brand.
- 35:38Speaker 3: Yeah, crazy sign like they some people actually medically have
- 35:42Speaker 3: to take the brand name as opposed to the generic
- 35:45Speaker 3: because it just doesn't work for him, which is fine
- 35:47Speaker 3: unless you're the insurance and you're like, fuck that. We
- 35:50Speaker 3: don't want to pay for the brand because they are
- 35:51Speaker 3: way more expensive. That's why generics exists, right, there's patents
- 35:54Speaker 3: and stuff.
- 35:54Speaker 5: So we've talked about it on the pod, but I
- 35:57Speaker 5: just started taking well butrin. Yeah, and I can't take
- 36:01Speaker 5: the brand name. There's some molecule that is in a
- 36:05Speaker 5: slightly different or I can't take the generic, and it's
- 36:08Speaker 5: because so many different companies make it that the formula
- 36:12Speaker 5: changes based on and something like that. So I have
- 36:16Speaker 5: a slightly different prescription, but it's a version of wellbutrin
- 36:19Speaker 5: that has a different molecule that I apparently need. The
- 36:23Speaker 5: price of one bottle of thirty pills is two thousand dollars.
- 36:30Speaker 3: Ye, what insurance, that's what you pay.
- 36:33Speaker 5: No, my insurance covers fifty dollars go.
- 36:37Speaker 3: So each month, so you're still dropping fifty bucks.
- 36:40Speaker 5: I have to spend fifteople a lot, but each month.
- 36:41Speaker 1: So you love your insurance, You're gonna first.
- 36:45Speaker 5: Time that I have had I mean, I guess I've
- 36:49Speaker 5: I've had surgeries and things like that, But now, all
- 36:52Speaker 5: of a sudden, my insurance does not feel that expensive
- 36:55Speaker 5: to me. Sure, because they're paying for a huge portion
- 36:58Speaker 5: of this.
- 36:59Speaker 3: Was there any pushback? Did they have to do any paperwork?
- 37:01Speaker 3: I had to get I had to get my doctor yep,
- 37:03Speaker 3: to fight hard. And here's the craziest part. And I
- 37:06Speaker 3: don't know if they do this now, but your doctor
- 37:08Speaker 3: will prescribe something without knowing what your insurance covers. That's
- 37:11Speaker 3: the most frustrating part. If they could like make a
- 37:15Speaker 3: system to fix that, because like the personal show up
- 37:18Speaker 3: and go, well, why did my doctor prescribe well putrin?
- 37:20Speaker 3: If they don't cover it, because your doctor doesn't call
- 37:22Speaker 3: your insurance, that's us. We have to communicate to both.
- 37:26Speaker 3: We're the middleman, brutal. If the doctor could run it
- 37:28Speaker 3: before he gives it to you, then he would already know. Yeah,
- 37:31Speaker 3: but the system was all meant. I don't know if
- 37:32Speaker 3: they fixed it since I've been I mean, like I said,
- 37:34Speaker 3: I've been out of the game for like three or
- 37:35Speaker 3: four years now, but they'll prescribe it. Then you go
- 37:39Speaker 3: to the pharmacy and your farcet it goes well, they're
- 37:40Speaker 3: not covering it. So now we got to call these guys.
- 37:43Speaker 3: Then we got to call your doctor back to get
- 37:44Speaker 3: something else. Like it's a it's a mess.
- 37:46Speaker 5: You know where they don't have this problem everywhere else?
- 37:49Speaker 3: Well?
- 37:50Speaker 5: Sure, yeah, I don't know for sure, but I'm pretty
- 37:53Speaker 5: confident Sweden does not have this problem.
- 37:56Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 37:57Speaker 5: In fact, I don't think anyone's on any medication there.
- 37:59Speaker 3: They don't have an NF hell either, number one over here.
- 38:02Speaker 1: Like what's your name? Any street?
- 38:04Speaker 3: You get the good and the bad over here?
- 38:07Speaker 7: Yeah, we have to pay two thousand dollars a month
- 38:09Speaker 7: for a well be trend, but we also have eagles panthers.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Wait, can we just just I just want to completely
- 38:17Speaker 1: scrub all the ways to steal drugs? So do they
- 38:20Speaker 1: Is there a pill counter? Yes, so it counts.
- 38:23Speaker 3: There's vending machines now that do it forty. If it's
- 38:26Speaker 3: that common of a drug, it'll just dispense it. I
- 38:29Speaker 3: mean you just you just like they'll submit what the
- 38:31Speaker 3: prescription is, vending machine knocks it out, spits out bottle, ready.
- 38:35Speaker 1: To go, got it? Got it? So nobody's going one, two, three.
- 38:39Speaker 3: It depends on the size of the pharmacy. But I
- 38:42Speaker 3: mean from where what I saw when I was about
- 38:44Speaker 3: to be done working there, like a lot of them
- 38:47Speaker 3: had vetting machines.
- 38:48Speaker 1: And stuff, and I just wonder how many people get
- 38:50Speaker 1: home and they're counting out to be like, Okay, there's
- 38:52Speaker 1: forty in here.
- 38:53Speaker 3: Yeah, probably take it. I mean, if it's if it's
- 38:56Speaker 3: xanax or something. Maybe if they're like hooked on it
- 38:59Speaker 3: it's blood pressure stuff, No, they.
- 39:01Speaker 5: Probably don't really care them. I'm also want to receive
- 39:03Speaker 5: a stat.
- 39:03Speaker 3: And receive a stat that's cholesterol.
- 39:05Speaker 5: Yeah, cholesterol, lip it sticky lippet pro protein I had. Okay,
- 39:09Speaker 5: so I needed to get things moving through the bloodstream
- 39:12Speaker 5: a little. And then I take a hair loss pill
- 39:15Speaker 5: as well. Uh, Finasteroid does not seem to be working anymore.
- 39:19Speaker 3: Is that what it's called. I beat it. Yeah, that's
- 39:24Speaker 3: like the the finaster I think is the generic from Yeah.
- 39:28Speaker 3: I think. So.
- 39:28Speaker 5: Now I am now on three prescription pills. They're starting
- 39:32Speaker 5: to add up, and I remember taking care of your health.
- 39:35Speaker 5: My grandfather had this weekly pill box organized and I
- 39:40Speaker 5: remember meals watching as he would just scoop seven nine
- 39:46Speaker 5: pills out and take three at a time with what
- 39:50Speaker 5: real man, I'm getting there, Yeah, I'm getting there.
- 39:53Speaker 3: You know.
- 39:53Speaker 5: You get to a point where you just chew them.
- 39:56Speaker 3: Huh.
- 39:56Speaker 5: You don't even swallow, You just eat them like tic tac.
- 40:01Speaker 7: But I always prescribed adderall when I was young, when
- 40:06Speaker 7: I was really young, I got to a point where
- 40:07Speaker 7: I would just take them with no water or anything.
- 40:09Speaker 3: I could just swallow it, smack your neck yeah on
- 40:12Speaker 3: the way down.
- 40:12Speaker 5: Yeah, I can sometimes, but it can't be first thing
- 40:16Speaker 5: in the morning when my mouth is all yeah, you know,
- 40:19Speaker 5: dry from sleeping.
- 40:21Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, I got I'm on a pretty big concoction myself.
- 40:25Speaker 3: Yeah, quit drinking.
- 40:27Speaker 9: Got the shakes, Yeah yeah, no, I uh well, the
- 40:31Speaker 9: last thing I was going to ask about the pharmacy stuff,
- 40:34Speaker 9: because I'm sure that's probably not what you were expecting
- 40:36Speaker 9: to talk about when you came on the podcast.
- 40:37Speaker 3: Yeah, we started at Kirk Cousins and his goddamn interceptions.
- 40:41Speaker 3: We got to come back to that, and we need we'll.
- 40:44Speaker 7: Get back to oh God, into New York to promote
- 40:46Speaker 7: your special and then we're just drill and you were like,
- 40:48Speaker 7: so when is there a dispenser for the oxy cottony?
- 40:52Speaker 3: I walk out of here and I'm like, we didn't
- 40:53Speaker 3: even mention the special I just talked about cholesterol for
- 40:57Speaker 3: fucking two hours. Man, those guys are good.
- 41:01Speaker 5: By the way, there's a scene in the movie. Have
- 41:03Speaker 5: you ever seen the movie The Place Beyond the Pines?
- 41:06Speaker 5: I heard about it, but yeah, there's a scene film. No,
- 41:10Speaker 5: it sounds like it would be Okay, it's Bradley Cooper
- 41:15Speaker 5: and Ryan Gosling. Okay, it's a really good movie. It's
- 41:20Speaker 5: kind of haunting. But anyway, there's a scene where Bradley
- 41:25Speaker 5: Cooper's son, or maybe Ryan Gosling's son, a bully at school,
- 41:31Speaker 5: tells him he needs him to go get oxy cotton
- 41:35Speaker 5: for a party, and he has no idea how to
- 41:38Speaker 5: do it, so he just goes into a pharmacy, waits
- 41:41Speaker 5: till the pharmacist is looking the other way, hops the counter,
- 41:46Speaker 5: finds it, and then runs out with it.
- 41:48Speaker 3: This has happened, actually not in one I was working at.
- 41:51Speaker 3: But they were like teams of guys. They would pretend
- 41:54Speaker 3: to be interacting with the pharmacist and then their other
- 41:57Speaker 3: guy would jump in the back window, because there's always
- 41:59Speaker 3: two when does And I think they stole like a
- 42:01Speaker 3: whole bunch of coughs r up or something like that.
- 42:03Speaker 3: But that is a thing.
- 42:04Speaker 7: Wow, that was a huge thing during the like the
- 42:07Speaker 7: whole opioid. I mean, I guess the epidemic is still
- 42:10Speaker 7: going out, but that was, like, wasn't that a big thing?
- 42:13Speaker 7: Like people were just like robbing pharmacies all the time.
- 42:16Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean sometimes they're all I mean, I don't know,
- 42:19Speaker 3: you see more than that. You see like fake prescriptions.
- 42:21Speaker 3: People try to just scam you. I went to get
- 42:25Speaker 3: I had.
- 42:25Speaker 7: To get a prescription field for Zoloft, and I was like,
- 42:29Speaker 7: I hadn't taken it in like a week, and like
- 42:31Speaker 7: when you don't take it for a while, you start
- 42:33Speaker 7: getting like I was getting like brains apps and shit.
- 42:36Speaker 7: And I had to go to a city MD and
- 42:39Speaker 7: then they told me a twenty four hour pharmacy And
- 42:41Speaker 7: I went to a twenty four hour pharmacy in New
- 42:44Speaker 7: York on Friday night. I think I was the only
- 42:47Speaker 7: person there was like twenty people in line. I think
- 42:49Speaker 7: I was the only person in line that actually had
- 42:51Speaker 7: a prescription. Everyone else was just like no, But my
- 42:54Speaker 7: doctor told me I could get it, yeah, And they're like, yeah,
- 42:56Speaker 7: but there's nothing saying that, And they're like, well.
- 42:59Speaker 3: Would I lie about it? Like why wouldn't my.
- 43:01Speaker 7: Doctor tell me I could get it if I can't?
- 43:03Speaker 3: You know? When you put it that way, sir, why
- 43:07Speaker 3: didn't you start with a trustworthy outfit on it?
- 43:12Speaker 5: But I can see by the brown of your fingernails
- 43:16Speaker 5: need the drugs right.
- 43:19Speaker 1: That forged signature shit is tough too. How do you
- 43:21Speaker 1: even know?
- 43:22Speaker 3: You even tell the pharmacists like that's part of their club,
- 43:25Speaker 3: that's part of their schooling. I couldn't on some of them,
- 43:27Speaker 3: Like I would handle the pharmacists think he was real
- 43:30Speaker 3: and he'd be like, no, that's fake. And then I
- 43:31Speaker 3: go back to the guy and the guys already like
- 43:33Speaker 3: you can tell that the pharmacists new, you know, but yeah,
- 43:37Speaker 3: they know what to look for and ship like that. Wow.
- 43:39Speaker 1: In Grede School, I couldn't go to San Antonio because
- 43:42Speaker 1: I forged my mom's signature on a spelling test where
- 43:44Speaker 1: I got a six out of ten. I was so
- 43:46Speaker 1: fucking ashamed that I got a six out of ten
- 43:48Speaker 1: that I forged my mom's signature. Teacher fucking snitched on me.
- 43:52Speaker 1: I lost my fucking San Antonio privileges. I still haven't been.
- 43:57Speaker 3: Oh wait, this was for a field trip.
- 43:59Speaker 1: It was like my mom, I was going to go
- 44:00Speaker 1: to San Antonio. She said I could come with their fucking.
- 44:03Speaker 3: Oh you got busted.
- 44:05Speaker 1: I still haven't been.
- 44:06Speaker 3: Why did you need your signature for this? I missed it.
- 44:08Speaker 1: You need your parents signature on every test.
- 44:12Speaker 3: To confirm how dumb you are.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Basically what it was.
- 44:16Speaker 3: Yeah, that's my kid.
- 44:17Speaker 7: God damn.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Brutal.
- 44:23Speaker 7: I mean, dude, I had that, but I never got caught.
- 44:26Speaker 1: Fucking Frank abagnanilovers.
- 44:28Speaker 7: My mom would just do her initials, so I did,
- 44:30Speaker 7: and I just knew what to so I just wrote
- 44:32Speaker 7: her initials and I got Also, like doing a parent
- 44:35Speaker 7: signature is so easy because like they just scribble it.
- 44:39Speaker 3: School stuff's not as crazy like pharmacists actually have to
- 44:42Speaker 3: like scan it, and like, yeah, you know they're doing
- 44:45Speaker 3: that at your school, like scanning.
- 44:48Speaker 1: Dude, they fucking got my.
- 44:50Speaker 7: I'm sure forging a signature is a lot harder than.
- 44:52Speaker 3: He's like on a computer, like looking at what the
- 44:55Speaker 3: jewel thing? Somebody's not going to San Antonio.
- 44:59Speaker 1: So pissed, dude, I wanted to see the river walk.
- 45:01Speaker 3: Do you remember any of the words that you missed
- 45:03Speaker 3: on the spelling?
- 45:04Speaker 1: No, I I'm a bad speller today. Restaurants still just
- 45:08Speaker 1: fucking restaurant.
- 45:10Speaker 3: And that, yeah, a bit about.
- 45:13Speaker 1: It, Yeah, yeah, restaurant. What else? Fucking did you know?
- 45:18Speaker 1: What it gets me is.
- 45:21Speaker 7: Connecticut.
- 45:24Speaker 1: You have to say the connect in your Connecticut and.
- 45:28Speaker 7: I feel like there's a lot of eyes and a
- 45:29Speaker 7: lot of teas I missed on.
- 45:32Speaker 5: Massachusetts is a tough one.
- 45:34Speaker 7: Yeah, I never had a problem with that from there.
- 45:37Speaker 3: Everyone struggling with locations. Yeah. Mine was poisonous. That's when
- 45:41Speaker 3: I missed fourth grade.
- 45:43Speaker 1: Poisonous is tough?
- 45:44Speaker 3: Was in front of the whole school to poison house. Yeah,
- 45:48Speaker 3: it's o us. I think I just said us. Yeah,
- 45:51Speaker 3: poison sounded like us. Yeah, it makes sense, poison us.
- 45:57Speaker 1: We've done spelling bees here, like no adults can spell
- 45:59Speaker 1: even I mean Francis one one of them, and then
- 46:01Speaker 1: the most recent one, they tripped him up with an
- 46:03Speaker 1: intentionally tough word.
- 46:05Speaker 5: They got me with. What was it?
- 46:08Speaker 3: It was? It was.
- 46:11Speaker 5: Something phone something phone.
- 46:14Speaker 1: Homo phone.
- 46:15Speaker 3: No, I knew the telephone.
- 46:18Speaker 5: I can't I knew the word too, and I just couldn't.
- 46:20Speaker 5: I think about it from time to time.
- 46:23Speaker 1: You would It makes me angry. I know that was
- 46:26Speaker 1: yours to win.
- 46:27Speaker 3: Yeah, what was the prize?
- 46:29Speaker 1: What was the I think it was like ten thousand dollars.
- 46:32Speaker 3: Maybe five grand? Yeah, I mean you guys work here.
- 46:35Speaker 7: That's anytime that Dave is involved in like a competition,
- 46:38Speaker 7: the prize is like a retarded amount of money.
- 46:40Speaker 5: Jesus.
- 46:41Speaker 7: He's like, well, we're not doing this because like yeah,
- 46:43Speaker 7: in his head he's like I'm not I'm not going
- 46:45Speaker 7: to compete in it unless it's but I think it
- 46:47Speaker 7: was like I think it was like five thousand dollars.
- 46:50Speaker 3: It was like if he won, we all.
- 46:51Speaker 7: Had to like pitch in him the five thousand.
- 46:54Speaker 3: Dollars day to have that kind of money to just
- 46:56Speaker 3: throw away.
- 46:56Speaker 1: Dude.
- 46:57Speaker 7: The barstool they're doing like the Surviving Barstool Now.
- 47:00Speaker 3: I saw it on the TVs out there, Yeah.
- 47:02Speaker 7: Which is like bars, like Survivor, but it's with the
- 47:04Speaker 7: barstool cast.
- 47:05Speaker 3: Okay, and you were in that soun Yeah, they're both. Yes.
- 47:09Speaker 7: The prize for that is two hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
- 47:12Speaker 3: And it's already over. It's still going. No, it's still going.
- 47:14Speaker 7: It's like not even closed over.
- 47:16Speaker 3: So you get like breaks, No, no, it's filmed. Oh
- 47:20Speaker 3: oh that's what I'm meant, Like, is it over or
- 47:23Speaker 3: is it?
- 47:23Speaker 1: Like yeah, it's been a live finale, so it's like
- 47:26Speaker 1: they don't know who actually wins, like it's all been filmed.
- 47:29Speaker 1: The voting has been filmed, but we find out at
- 47:32Speaker 1: the last finale or whatever.
- 47:34Speaker 3: So you guys know, but we can't. We can't talk
- 47:37Speaker 3: about it.
- 47:37Speaker 5: No, we're not going and even I think having we're
- 47:41Speaker 5: afraid talking about it.
- 47:43Speaker 3: It's no problem if you spoil it.
- 47:44Speaker 7: If you spoil it, it's like.
- 47:46Speaker 1: I mean, the first three can we talk about the
- 47:48Speaker 1: first three?
- 47:48Speaker 5: We can talk about the first three episodes?
- 47:49Speaker 3: Yes?
- 47:50Speaker 5: Absolutely.
- 47:50Speaker 3: I was gonna say we just plugged my special or whatever. No, No,
- 47:55Speaker 3: I want to hear about it. Whatever we can hear
- 47:58Speaker 3: about it.
- 47:58Speaker 5: I'd like to hear about it all already.
- 48:00Speaker 3: Let's talk about game time.
- 48:02Speaker 7: Game Time is focused on together in this this holiday season.
- 48:05Speaker 7: When you bring people together at live events, the experience
- 48:08Speaker 7: is that much better and it's the perfect gift. It
- 48:11Speaker 7: is the perfect gift. Getting someone tickets is a great gift.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Well, because it's the experience. It's something that you're never
- 48:15Speaker 1: going to forget exactly exactly. You don't know, You don't
- 48:18Speaker 1: remember who wanted to lost the game. You remember who you.

- 48:31Speaker 1: the game time picks.
- 48:32Speaker 3: I'm on the game time picks.

- 48:44Speaker 7: And what are the cheapest What tickets are you looking at?
- 48:47Speaker 1: Give us a price, he just said the J Cole
- 48:49Speaker 1: wants and they're basically a dollar.
- 48:51Speaker 7: Basically a dollar.
- 48:52Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly. Save she don't want to be saved only once?
- 48:57Speaker 5: Shame on me, Yes, two times.
- 49:00Speaker 3: Put the blame on you.
- 49:01Speaker 1: Yes.

- 49:33Speaker 7: It's game time.
- 49:34Speaker 1: No, you're gonna pluck your special for holiday. They kid,
- 49:37Speaker 1: but it was I mean the first three episodes, Francis
- 49:41Speaker 1: is just like the star of it. He's just fucking
- 49:43Speaker 1: that's kind.
- 49:44Speaker 3: You had a lot of screen time out on the
- 49:45Speaker 3: lobby out there.
- 49:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 49:48Speaker 7: I showed up and he was he was in the
- 49:49Speaker 7: lobby and he was like, what is this.
- 49:53Speaker 3: Off?
- 49:54Speaker 7: The rest of the Yeah, he's watching watching zero audio
- 49:58Speaker 7: video of just his shirt off walking around.
- 50:01Speaker 3: I could I could tell who are the standouts a
- 50:03Speaker 3: lot of screen.
- 50:06Speaker 5: I had a very lucky moment in the first episode.
- 50:10Speaker 5: I found I mean spoilers, I found uh an immunity
- 50:15Speaker 5: idol in the first episode. So that was like a
- 50:18Speaker 5: big moment.
- 50:20Speaker 3: You ever watch Survivor, is that a thing that like
- 50:23Speaker 3: what it sounds like. It prevents.
- 50:24Speaker 5: Yeah, it means that if people vote me out or
- 50:26Speaker 5: and if I play it, any votes cast against me
- 50:29Speaker 5: or not.
- 50:30Speaker 7: But you can only use it once, sure, yeah, and
- 50:32Speaker 7: you only can use it before the votes are read.
- 50:36Speaker 3: Oh, like it's a preventative.
- 50:38Speaker 7: Yeah, so like you could use me so you use
- 50:41Speaker 7: it and nobody Yeah exactly. Yeah, so like if you
- 50:44Speaker 7: think you're about to get voted out, you can play.
- 50:46Speaker 3: That's hilarious though, Yeah, but you'd probably know you're, like,
- 50:48Speaker 3: that was a fucking asshole this week.
- 50:50Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean it happened. Some people get like in
- 50:52Speaker 7: another again spoilers again, but if you haven't seen it
- 50:55Speaker 7: these first three episodes, these are not spoilers for the
- 50:58Speaker 7: other episodes because I actually don't even know what's going
- 50:59Speaker 7: on on.
- 51:00Speaker 1: So did you watch the first three?
- 51:01Speaker 3: I've watched the first three.
- 51:03Speaker 1: What'd you think at the end of the second episode
- 51:05Speaker 1: with you Yeah, there you go.
- 51:06Speaker 5: I mean that was the other major moment.
- 51:08Speaker 7: Yeah, so like he bought on like Etsy, he bought
- 51:12Speaker 7: like fake idols and like planted them.
- 51:15Speaker 3: We're back to the pharmacy and he got he got
- 51:20Speaker 3: Arian Foster.
- 51:21Speaker 7: Are you familiar with Arian?
- 51:22Speaker 1: Oh?
- 51:23Speaker 3: Yeah, of course Texans Texan's running back. Yeah, did I
- 51:25Speaker 3: know they were fake because your mom's signature was on him.
- 51:28Speaker 1: Wait a second, you're not going to San Antonio again, idiot?
- 51:32Speaker 7: We tried, no, he he he knew he was going
- 51:34Speaker 7: to get voted out, so he played the idol and
- 51:37Speaker 7: then and then they were like, this isn't a real idol, dude,
- 51:41Speaker 7: who But it was.
- 51:43Speaker 5: Such a good idol that Roan had gotten made that
- 51:47Speaker 5: even the hosts of the show had to look at
- 51:50Speaker 5: the producers and be like, yo, what is this?
- 51:53Speaker 3: Wait a second, so is you forging these things in
- 51:56Speaker 3: the show? So, like the audience knows you're forging them
- 52:00Speaker 3: until they said it was.
- 52:01Speaker 1: Fake until the very end of the second episode. So
- 52:03Speaker 1: the guy finds the idol, they you think that it's
- 52:05Speaker 1: real the entire episode that he plays that. Then everyone
- 52:08Speaker 1: he finds out everyone's going to vote for him. He
- 52:10Speaker 1: plays the idol perfectly, and then at the end you
- 52:13Speaker 1: find out that it was a fake idol because.
- 52:16Speaker 5: We were both on his team. Were you on that
- 52:19Speaker 5: team that I was, and we were voting him out?
- 52:23Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, even though I didn't.
- 52:24Speaker 5: Want to because I love black people. Okay, But the
- 52:28Speaker 5: rest of my team insisted we need to get him
- 52:31Speaker 5: out and I was like, no, you know, I'm an ally,
- 52:35Speaker 5: but they wouldn't have it, so I had to go
- 52:37Speaker 5: with the group in spite of my better judgment.
- 52:39Speaker 3: So what was the giveaway? How did they figure out
- 52:41Speaker 3: it was fake?
- 52:42Speaker 1: They did it? He I mean the host of the
- 52:45Speaker 1: show was just like the host had to ask the production.
- 52:48Speaker 1: He's like, did we put this in the game? And
- 52:49Speaker 1: they're like no, and so he'd be like, this is
- 52:52Speaker 1: actually fake.
- 52:52Speaker 7: So as Arian's gone, wow, yeah.
- 52:55Speaker 1: So there was like it was in like this. It
- 52:58Speaker 1: was a sick move. It was I was fire enough
- 53:00Speaker 1: to do it. But there was like a leather pouch
- 53:02Speaker 1: and I had this it was like the shell on
- 53:04Speaker 1: twine with like beads around it or whatever. It was
- 53:07Speaker 1: fucking like this big. It was huge. I could It
- 53:09Speaker 1: wasn't like rinky dink at all. And then it had
- 53:11Speaker 1: actual like the instructions of when you find an idol
- 53:16Speaker 1: from Survivor and it was like just all these details
- 53:20Speaker 1: like you they can't use a vote. It was in
- 53:22Speaker 1: the perfect text. And the one thing that was specific
- 53:25Speaker 1: to the show Survivor was like when you find this,
- 53:28Speaker 1: bring it to Jeff, like Jeff Probe's the host of Survivor,
- 53:30Speaker 1: and I was like, fuck, I'm gonna have to get
- 53:32Speaker 1: that out. But then I realized our host is also
- 53:34Speaker 1: named Jeff. So it just looks it looks so specific
- 53:38Speaker 1: to this show. It was just like a very lucky
- 53:41Speaker 1: like spelled the same.
- 53:42Speaker 3: I mean, that's almost fate, Like you're like, I gotta
- 53:44Speaker 3: do it.
- 53:44Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly is already there.
- 53:47Speaker 5: But there is there is some wonderful irony too, where
- 53:50Speaker 5: this other guy in the show, yeah, named Rico, who's
- 53:54Speaker 5: an absolute psycho, had created fake clues, just bullshit, nothing
- 54:00Speaker 5: to the masterful level that what of what Roan did.
- 54:04Speaker 5: But he created these little kind of scrolls clues that
- 54:07Speaker 5: you know, had little rhymes on them, and Roan found
- 54:10Speaker 5: one and then was misled himself to look I.
- 54:14Speaker 1: Looked for forty five minutes going through books and ducks
- 54:18Speaker 1: and ship like that, Like I look like a fucking jackass.
- 54:21Speaker 1: I've fully embarrassed myself.
- 54:23Speaker 3: Such highs and lows for you emotionally.
- 54:25Speaker 1: I mean, I watched I'd never even watched Survivor before,
- 54:28Speaker 1: and then I found out I was gonna be on
- 54:29Speaker 1: the show. I watched ten seasons, and so I was
- 54:31Speaker 1: just so excited to do the survivor things of like
- 54:33Speaker 1: looking for things and like finding things that as soon
- 54:36Speaker 1: as I found a clue, I was like blinded. I
- 54:38Speaker 1: was just so gung ho to fucking a dog. I
- 54:40Speaker 1: was a dog, dude. Yeah, it was just a truffle pick.
- 54:43Speaker 7: It's pretty good. The great it's pretty good.
- 54:46Speaker 3: It's fun.
- 54:47Speaker 7: And I don't really like consume a lot of Barstool
- 54:49Speaker 7: and I'm watching.
- 54:50Speaker 3: You're allowed to say that, Yeah, okay, And uh, I
- 54:54Speaker 3: mean I watch obviously.
- 54:55Speaker 1: I watch every episode of Son of a Boy Dad
- 54:57Speaker 1: and listen on every platform.
- 55:00Speaker 3: You make your own compilations, yeah, yeah, top ten moments,
- 55:04Speaker 3: the shot compilations.
- 55:07Speaker 7: Here's a quick pivot here is that the why do
- 55:11Speaker 7: we have that.
- 55:11Speaker 1: The original Barstool Sports newspaper.
- 55:13Speaker 7: Weren't they like demanding that someone returns that? Why is
- 55:15Speaker 7: it now in our possession?
- 55:19Speaker 1: What do you mean someone was demanding that?
- 55:21Speaker 3: It was like a artifact.
- 55:22Speaker 7: There was like tweets and like emails being like returned,
- 55:25Speaker 7: the return the copy of the original. This is like
- 55:27Speaker 7: the original newspaper.
- 55:31Speaker 3: That's the original first edition.
- 55:33Speaker 7: It looks like its edition.
- 55:36Speaker 1: Volume one, issue sixteen run.
- 55:39Speaker 3: Did you did you make this run?
- 55:40Speaker 1: And then yeah, see it's my watermark right on the
- 55:44Speaker 1: bottom here if you hold it up to the light.
- 55:46Speaker 1: I'll never be a bank robber, but it would be
- 55:48Speaker 1: so fucking fun to just come up with a scheme
- 55:50Speaker 1: like that, a bank robin scheme or just some kind
- 55:52Speaker 1: of fucking an art d I did an art heist
- 55:55Speaker 1: one time. Oh my boy, I like switched his art out.
- 55:58Speaker 1: I like flew to California. I had like a unterfit made,
- 56:00Speaker 1: but like it was a painting that he made of
- 56:02Speaker 1: like a Buddha and on like the small representation I did,
- 56:05Speaker 1: I just had like the only difference was the Buddha
- 56:07Speaker 1: was flipping him off. And like three days later he
- 56:09Speaker 1: found this fucking painting was furious at me. But it
- 56:13Speaker 1: was a good video. I mean, it's just really mad.
- 56:15Speaker 3: It was It's like content.
- 56:17Speaker 1: It was for content. It was like I was making
- 56:19Speaker 1: a video classic. Yeah maybe not. Maybe I'm a bad
- 56:23Speaker 1: person deep down, but it's just fun. It's just fun
- 56:26Speaker 1: fun for me. I don't know.
- 56:27Speaker 7: Did you see this kettlebell?
- 56:28Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 56:29Speaker 3: I noticed it in another episode of your of your
- 56:31Speaker 3: thing there. What's the significance do you know?
- 56:34Speaker 7: Who it is.
- 56:34Speaker 5: Oh, you saw that a whole face, then, in all
- 56:37Speaker 5: likelihood you've watched more Son of a White Ad than Harry.
- 56:41Speaker 1: One other episode.
- 56:42Speaker 3: Pleasure to help out? You know what is it? Really?
- 56:48Speaker 3: That's hilarious? I met him like three weeks ago.
- 56:50Speaker 1: Really, yeah, no way, what did bro say? Did he
- 56:54Speaker 1: talk about his kettlebell that he just saw to us.
- 56:57Speaker 3: Like, oh, you bought that from Rogan?
- 56:59Speaker 7: It was a collab with Rogan and you.
- 57:01Speaker 5: Just sit very still for a long time.
- 57:04Speaker 3: I feel like you guys are fucking with me.
- 57:05Speaker 7: No, I spent a lot of money on that kettlebell.
- 57:09Speaker 3: That's hilarious.
- 57:10Speaker 7: Yeah, I got it for the podcast just so we
- 57:11Speaker 7: could say that Rogan was on.
- 57:13Speaker 5: He didn't spend that much, wasn't.
- 57:14Speaker 3: Oh but you haven't actually met.
- 57:16Speaker 1: Him though, No, no, no, I have not got it.
- 57:18Speaker 3: Is this just on like his website or something.
- 57:19Speaker 7: It was like he like posted on Instagram and it
- 57:21Speaker 7: was like a limited edition and I'd like submit my
- 57:24Speaker 7: email to get like.
- 57:25Speaker 3: That's going on the coffee table done.
- 57:28Speaker 7: I signed up for a raffle to win it, and
- 57:31Speaker 7: then I for a raffle to buy it, and then
- 57:34Speaker 7: I was selected and then I bought it, okay for
- 57:37Speaker 7: the podcast studio.
- 57:38Speaker 1: Yeah, where'd you meet him?
- 57:40Speaker 3: Mother ship?
- 57:42Speaker 7: That's a little bit cooler. I think that's however, you
- 57:45Speaker 7: have a mold of his head.
- 57:47Speaker 3: No, that's true that you bought just a handshake. I'll
- 57:50Speaker 3: remember forever. How wasn't meeting him? He was super chill.
- 57:56Speaker 3: I mean, he's just a normal guy. I I just
- 57:59Speaker 3: it's a funny to me meeting people that are that famous. Yeah,
- 58:03Speaker 3: I'm just like, oh, you're you're a guy exists, yeah
- 58:08Speaker 3: around you his uh well, now, once you're in the
- 58:11Speaker 3: green room, but like the club itself is like, yeah,
- 58:13Speaker 3: they're like swat team in peace like yeah. But once
- 58:16Speaker 3: you're like in, they're cool dude. Yeah. My first time
- 58:20Speaker 3: going there's like, who the fuck are you? But I'm
- 58:21Speaker 3: like I kind of appreciate that because it's like really well,
- 58:24Speaker 3: then once you get in, You're like, i'me in, you know, Yeah,
- 58:27Speaker 3: I don't know. I got in.
- 58:28Speaker 7: I went with Gardini and sure, and I was I
- 58:31Speaker 7: was more nervous sean.
- 58:33Speaker 3: Yeah, I was.
- 58:34Speaker 7: More nervous for that than I've been for anything in
- 58:37Speaker 7: a while. And then I got in and then we
- 58:39Speaker 7: were hanging out at the bar, and then I was like,
- 58:41Speaker 7: I gotta go to the bathroom or the bathroom at
- 58:42Speaker 7: And then I went to the bathroom and I went
- 58:44Speaker 7: I went to come back into the bar, I was
- 58:47Speaker 7: met with the force of twenty armed guards. What do
- 58:50Speaker 7: you know here, bro, Yeah, they were like, what's your name?
- 58:52Speaker 7: I don't think I saw you in there? Yeah, And
- 58:54Speaker 7: I was like, no, my my friends are in there.
- 58:56Speaker 7: We don't have a check the name and ship.
- 58:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 58:59Speaker 7: Yeah, it's tight, tight ship over there for sure.
- 59:02Speaker 3: Yeah. Cam Patterson got me in the first time. I
- 59:04Speaker 3: think I went in, but there was like the wristband thing.
- 59:07Speaker 3: It's like a intense.
- 59:09Speaker 7: Yeah, especially it's more intense if Rogan's there. Probably I
- 59:13Speaker 7: wasn't there when Rogan was there. You were there when
- 59:15Speaker 7: Rogan was there.
- 59:17Speaker 3: I was like watching a show. And then I just
- 59:18Speaker 3: walked back into the green room. He's just standing right there.
- 59:21Speaker 3: Damn up, Joe. He's cool.
- 59:24Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, he'd sometimes I would never.
- 59:29Speaker 3: I take a very like speaking and spoken to approach.
- 59:32Speaker 3: Yeah I did. We did have a similar bit though,
- 59:35Speaker 3: and so I did bring it up because I'm like,
- 59:37Speaker 3: this is a one in a million opportunity here, and
- 59:40Speaker 3: I said that to him. And we both agreed parallel thought,
- 59:43Speaker 3: not a big deal. It's about not calling someone with
- 59:46Speaker 3: down syndrome retarded. Yeah, you know, and they were just similar.
- 59:50Speaker 3: But he was just like, yeah, it just sounds like yeah,
- 59:52Speaker 3: because I've been doing mine for like three or four years. Yeah,
- 59:55Speaker 3: and finally had the opportunity to record, So there's no
- 59:58Speaker 3: way I would have seen anyone else. Yeah, a version
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: of that. But then Ron White walked over and he
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: was like, hey, man, he doesn't own the word retarded.
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: He might he might buy it. Ron's hilarious. Man, that's hilarious. Yeah,
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: but you know, they were all super cool. Man. The
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: Mothership's great.
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: I met Ron White in the green room there and
- 1:00:20Speaker 5: we were talking about he loves golf o cessed and oh.
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: Yeah he plays all the time.
- 1:00:25Speaker 5: He plays all the time, and I was we were
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: talking about different courses we played, and after I had
- 1:00:29Speaker 5: listed a few, he goes, how are you able to
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: play these courses if you're a comedian, And I was like, oh, yeah,
- 1:00:42Speaker 5: you know, I just got lucky, you know whatever, Like
- 1:00:45Speaker 5: he just assumed that because you know, he's a comedian
- 1:00:50Speaker 5: who's done residencies in Vegas and is one of the
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: most successful comedians ever. Yeah, why would some comedian he's
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: never heard of be able to play these golf courses?
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: And I didn't have the heart to tell him that
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: my dad was successful.
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: You think you think it would have just like not
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: respected you because of that. I just didn't.
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: I felt, I don't know, it was embarrassed to be like, yeah, no,
- 1:01:13Speaker 5: I just because I'm a comedian doesn't mean i'm poor.
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: Ron done?
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: Fine, How did you play? So did you plan them
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: through four player barstool or anything like that?
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: I mean, but but by that, like the answers more embarrassed.
- 1:01:34Speaker 5: Like I have rich friends who belonged to some of
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: these places. I've been brought out by cool people who
- 1:01:42Speaker 5: know me based on what I do, and then I
- 1:01:44Speaker 5: do golf stuff, and I just didn't want to get
- 1:01:46Speaker 5: into all that. So I think I lied to him.
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: But he does like I mean, you know, he golf
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: was like the top one percent of human beings played
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: Augusta and they'll like, well, he'll like take a private
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: jet helicopter to go play some private course. So yeah,
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: I guess he's just like I think he just thought,
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: doctor Phil, who the fuck are you? Or something? Yeah,
- 1:02:09Speaker 3: like that's who he plays with.
- 1:02:11Speaker 5: I think he thought I was maybe playing them the
- 1:02:14Speaker 5: same way that he was.
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: Not the case.
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: Flight commercial, Yeah, took.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: A jets sometimes.
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: Well, the big one that we needed to discuss today
- 1:02:26Speaker 7: was Eagles Panthers, in which I was right, per usual.
- 1:02:30Speaker 5: Yeah, it didn't matter at all.
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: It are we were? We lost actually a lot of
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: our legs.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: Yeah, we put in a fat parlay every week just
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: to try and like get rich and get the fuck
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: out of this one horse town.
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: How many legs are we talking? Like?
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: We bet every game? Like okay, yeah, we try to
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: put it the outcome of every single.
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: Time you ever, like every gamey game one? I hit
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: twelve or twelve games, and what's the take home on that?
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: That was like five dollars to pay out, like a
- 1:02:58Speaker 7: thousand bucks or something.
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: That's awesome.
- 1:03:00Speaker 7: It wasn't as awesome as you probably were expecting.
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: Well if you only put five bucks in, but yeah,
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: you would, I guess that makes sense because you're like,
- 1:03:07Speaker 3: there's no way, yeah exactly.
- 1:03:08Speaker 5: I was getting so much shit because everyone was saying, oh,
- 1:03:13Speaker 5: I can't believe because I had insisted that I thought
- 1:03:16Speaker 5: the Eagles were going to cover twelve.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: This was one hundred dollars twelve one hundred dollars to
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: win one hundred and sixty thousand dollars. I think was
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: our was this.
- 1:03:24Speaker 7: I said, I was very demanding that there's no way
- 1:03:28Speaker 7: that the Panthers are losing by twelve because the Panthers
- 1:03:30Speaker 7: have been playing great, They've been playing better. Yes, dude,
- 1:03:32Speaker 7: Bryce Young is like a legitimately good quarterback.
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: And then apparently I was actually watching a lot of
- 1:03:36Speaker 3: this on ESPN on the flight over today. The Eagles
- 1:03:38Speaker 3: already like a turmoil in the locker room. Offensively, Oh,
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: they always have problems. Long, Yeah, that's what I said
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: before the season started. You could pull the tapes. I
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: said that they got too many superstars on that team.
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: You just said last week, I think they're going to
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: the super Bowl.
- 1:03:50Speaker 7: I do, but I but I do. I mean, I
- 1:03:53Speaker 7: am so positive. I said this when they signed Saquana said,
- 1:03:56Speaker 7: they have way too many.
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: It was pretty funny. Back who's their top receiver? A J. Brown?
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: Either him or the other one. But they go because
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: he's mad at the quarterback, Yeah it hurts. And the
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: reporters they're surrounding him, they go, uh, can you can
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: you point out to any problems you guys are having.
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: He literally just goes passing. Yeah, a J.
- 1:04:15Speaker 7: Brown is always it's never DeVante Smith because he's just
- 1:04:18Speaker 7: a humble brother. He's a brother, he loves the ball.
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: He just wants the team to win.
- 1:04:22Speaker 4: A J.
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: Brown, you could win by forty points.
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: In the super Bowl, but if he doesn't, he'd still
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: be on the sidelines. I was wide open.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: Yeah, he was wide open on a bunch of throws though.
- 1:04:32Speaker 7: Yeah, but it's like, Okay, he wasn't looking at you. Sorry, Yeah,
- 1:04:35Speaker 7: but that's a jail and Hurts problem.
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: No, that's an a J. Brown problem. You guys won
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: the game. You shouldn't be mad about it. We're finding
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: what's going on here. Yeah, it's not so simple.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: I think it's a jailed Hurts problem.
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: It all comes down to it's a Nick Sirianni problem.
- 1:04:45Speaker 7: And that's why you guys know, it's actually a Kirk
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: Cousins problem.
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: So bad he's affected the rest of the naturally.
- 1:04:53Speaker 7: Yeah, you know what the problem is with the Falcons
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: is that they didn't hire Bill Belichick.
- 1:04:57Speaker 3: Did we have the opportunity? Oh that yeah?
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: Did they get blocked or what happened with no he
- 1:05:02Speaker 7: went down and interviewed twice and we just said no.
- 1:05:05Speaker 7: They said they didn't want him. Well, but we want
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: to Kirk Did they want.
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: To Kirk Man? Guy, We're so stupid and you guys,
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: I mean everyone's screaming for We've been screaming for Panics
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: for like since since week like four. It's just hard.
- 1:05:19Speaker 7: It's got to be hard to bench a quarterback that
- 1:05:21Speaker 7: you're paying that much money, money.
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: Money man on half an Achilles. Yeah, some cost fallacy, exactly,
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: and exactly that's exactly go on.
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: The money's gone, right, there's no benefit to trying to
- 1:05:34Speaker 5: justify the spencer.
- 1:05:35Speaker 3: We'll tell Arthur blank or we gotta have somebody pop
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: them in the street.
- 1:05:39Speaker 5: Speaking of exactly, what is the drug that people try
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: to steal or forge the most?
- 1:05:46Speaker 3: U I mean probably those painkillers, the pain stuff adderall
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: cough syrup, yeah, all the controlled stuff. Wow.
- 1:05:56Speaker 5: For some reason, I thought nobody.
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: Nobody's forging like a life in no prill for their
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: blood pressure. Right, yeah, right, I need a fucking stat
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: we'd probably just give you that one. It's like quite sudden.
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: Yeah, needs these yeah, yeah, that is.
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: It could be a funny movie where it's just like
- 1:06:14Speaker 3: not a big medical issue, he still takes over the
- 1:06:17Speaker 3: whole hospital.
- 1:06:19Speaker 7: It's like something that you don't even like. Yeah, it's
- 1:06:21Speaker 7: just like fucking ib profn.
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, exactly. Is over the counter, Denzel, there's
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: something right behind it. The gun. I won't get one free.
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: What's going on? Ripped the packet? I'm sorry about your son.
- 1:06:36Speaker 7: The CVS brand is literally three dollars.
- 1:06:38Speaker 5: I know it's behind locked glass, but you just need
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: to press the button, just summon.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: So we have a key.
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: Yeah, but uh yeah, man, the Atlanta Sports are just
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: constantly stuck in the mud. That's why we're riding that
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: Braves World Series till the wheels come off there.
- 1:06:53Speaker 7: Yeah, it makes sense.
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: That was so sick. That was so sad that we
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: dumped Freddy, but it is what it is.
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: It was. It was great.
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: I mean, it was so legendary. Dude, never forget that
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: blast out of the goddamn stadium. I didn't mean to
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: switch it to baseball, but that's all we have.
- 1:07:07Speaker 7: Yeah, that makes sense.
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: Yeah. A couple of years ago, I know, and I
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: honestly I think we had a shot at the championship
- 1:07:14Speaker 3: if Trey Young didn't roll his ankle on a fucking referee,
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: which is amazing. We were taking down the Bucks and
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: then Joannis hyper extended one of his knees, so there
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: was a fair fight, and then we were like up
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: on him and then Trey rolled his ankle and it
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: was done and we couldn't win at So the Bucks
- 1:07:32Speaker 3: won that. There was no day won. They beat the
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: Suns in the finals. Oh right, you guys in the
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: Coppers finals.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: And you guys beat the Sixers.
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: Yeah, that dude, that run was so great. Trey beat
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: the Knicks and the Sixers back to back. I'm pretty
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: sure I have that correct. That was the year where
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: he was like, it's real quiet in here in the
- 1:07:48Speaker 3: garden right down the street. Yeah yeah, across the street. Okay,
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: across the street. Five Bucks I'd never seen in person before.
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: It was cool. The garden well, like I just walked
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: by it. Yeah, yeah, I've never done that.
- 1:08:04Speaker 5: That's one of those weird stadiums where it doesn't look
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: cool from the street, but from an aerial what you're saying, I.
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: Was like, I thought it would be a little more something.
- 1:08:13Speaker 5: You just can't even tell really what you're looking at.
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: Bullshit offices right on top of it are there. They're
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: like stupid offices. It's on the base of a high road.
- 1:08:21Speaker 7: It's also like that's like also like the most homeless
- 1:08:24Speaker 7: people in all of New York are just surrounding it,
- 1:08:26Speaker 7: so it kind of takes It's also a bus station.
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, yeah, yeah, the highs and the lows. But
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: once you get in there, yeah you go damn right.
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: But yeah, that's when Trey and those were some fun
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: you talk about fun compilations, the guy that the guy
- 1:08:41Speaker 3: dressed to Spider Man interviewing the yeah, leaving the game. Yeah,
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: I mean, man, that was good stuff. Like Trey Young, Yeah.
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: Yeah, they were they anytime you get a fuck Tray Young. Yeah,
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: you know that he's living in your head. Oh yeah,
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: he ritt you guys ripped so.
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: Good man, He's so good. Oh dude. Well, and then
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: that was also the beginning of the collapse of Ben Simmons. Yes,
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: when he gets dunk, that was Trey Young too.
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: Yeah, that was brewing.
- 1:09:07Speaker 3: And now now Ben Simmons is you know, missing every
- 1:09:10Speaker 3: shot and warm ups on like the nets or something.
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: Yeah, like that was the precipitous moment that just like
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: ruined him forever. Yeah, man, it gave him the permanent yips.
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: Straight people up.
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: That sucks.
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: So we can't but we can't figure it out. I
- 1:09:24Speaker 3: don't know. We're like below five hundred already this year.
- 1:09:27Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:09:28Speaker 5: We just haven't figured out the right. They don't have
- 1:09:31Speaker 5: enough guys, that's yeah. I mean since that run, they
- 1:09:34Speaker 5: have not replenished that they needed to. No, I'm afraid
- 1:09:38Speaker 5: we'll probably just lose them eventually. If we can't get
- 1:09:40Speaker 5: it together. He'll go.
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: You know, the Lakers already want him or something like, yeah,
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: the Lakers trash probably give you a terrible what's your
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: what's your?
- 1:09:49Speaker 3: Wy Mill? Hawks will trade for his son. We'll trade
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: Trey Young for.
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: Yeah, like the rights to Brice his line as what's
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: your thoughts on wa House?
- 1:10:00Speaker 3: It's great? Yeah, I love it. Yeah, yeah, Clutch always
- 1:10:05Speaker 3: talk about twenty four hour pharmacy. That's ours. Yeah, that's true.
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: Always open dude. Yeah, then all start special night. All's good.
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: You know the night that the Braves won in what
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: game six or Game five?
- 1:10:18Speaker 3: I believe it. Oh, that's a great question. Was it
- 1:10:21Speaker 3: was it six games?
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: Because it was game it was they were both in Atlanta,
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: like they lost in Atlanta one night, and then they
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: won in Atlanta the next night. Yeah, but I was
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: in Atlanta to try to shoot a video like if
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: they had won that night, and like just ready like
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: waiting for it outside of the stadium. Yeah, and it's
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: fucking sick out there. Like that little area around the
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: stadium is beautiful. There's like apartments and fucking bars and
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: stuff like that. And it didn't wind up popping off,
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: And then they won the next night. Caleb was there.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: But that night when we were down there, we just
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: like we just licked our wounds and went to waffle House.
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: It was decent. I feel like it was a good,
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: solid Atlanta night. But I just like, uh, I just
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: can't get around on waffle House love it. I just don't.
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: I just don't think it's like what did you not
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: like about it? I think that there's just it's not
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: the best version of that food, you know what I mean?
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: Oh yeah, just like eggs grits, and yeah, it's not
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: the best version of just like eggs breakfast.
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: But that's not really the point of waffle out.
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: I agree. I think it's just the fact that it's
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: convenient or accessible at any time. Absolutely, Yeah, I think
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: that people from like the Philadelphia area over romanticized wah
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: Wah in the same way people might over romanticize, like
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: people fucking love wah Wah. People are obsessed with wa.
- 1:11:32Speaker 7: Yeah, people, but that doesn't even like I feel like
- 1:11:34Speaker 7: loving waffle house makes even more sense than loving wah Wah.
- 1:11:37Speaker 7: Why because wah Wah is a fucking gas station.
- 1:11:40Speaker 3: I never got it. I just love going there, man. Yeah,
- 1:11:43Speaker 3: it browsing, the.
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: Smell of gas.
- 1:11:46Speaker 7: It's the same as any other gas station.
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: But they have sandwiches, and like that's it.
- 1:11:51Speaker 3: Yeah, but you don't go to the only difference you
- 1:11:53Speaker 3: don't go to gases they make sandwiches.
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what I mean. People are acting like you're
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: going for the cuisine. Like I think it's over romanticized.
- 1:11:59Speaker 7: I think that I got such I got so sick
- 1:12:03Speaker 7: when we went.
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: To wause at a different type of gas station. Yeah,
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: they'll have you shipped.
- 1:12:08Speaker 7: I got the lobster bisk at waffle house.
- 1:12:15Speaker 3: Yeah. I was gonna say they don't have lobster at.
- 1:12:20Speaker 7: A gas Yeah. I went with Roan and we were
- 1:12:22Speaker 7: fucking hammered, and I got Roan was stealing.
- 1:12:25Speaker 3: You got to be so careful with seafood.
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: Dude.
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: Yeah, one of the worst things I ever got was
- 1:12:29Speaker 3: a group of sandwich at a diner. I'll never make
- 1:12:31Speaker 3: the mistaken it. I didn't finish.
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: It sounds good, it's grouper good.
- 1:12:35Speaker 7: I've never had grouper, but like the fish itself does
- 1:12:37Speaker 7: not look like it was not this.
- 1:12:39Speaker 3: It's not this sandwich excellent when you have it. It's
- 1:12:43Speaker 3: not a gas in Florida.
- 1:12:46Speaker 5: There's a grouper that the group of run in Florida,
- 1:12:50Speaker 5: and a group of sandwich down there is I'm sure.
- 1:12:53Speaker 3: I'm sure that's perfect good.
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: Literally talk it encrusted.
- 1:12:57Speaker 5: Yeah, like a blackened grouper in which or even just
- 1:13:01Speaker 5: even just file a or whatever. It's such a good,
- 1:13:04Speaker 5: flaky white fish. It's fantastic. Huge group are huge.
- 1:13:10Speaker 3: I didn't even think it was just bad. It was.
- 1:13:12Speaker 3: I didn't get sick, it was just I just didn't
- 1:13:14Speaker 3: like it. Yeah, I just threw it away. But as
- 1:13:17Speaker 3: far as waffle house, yeah, I mean, it's not like
- 1:13:20Speaker 3: it's Gordon Ramsey's not making your ad.
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: I'm even talking about like a guy.
- 1:13:25Speaker 3: That's about to knock your ass out around.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: Even the grease level is fucking insane, and.
- 1:13:31Speaker 3: They watch him make it because I don't make you sick.
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: They don't get paid enough either. I think there's no
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: chance to get paid enough. But even like I hop level,
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: or like fucking Denny's level, I feel like that's not
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: even It's not necessarily gourmet, but it would hit the bottle.
- 1:13:44Speaker 3: Of borderline gourmet.
- 1:13:47Speaker 7: Denny's is so good.
- 1:13:49Speaker 3: It's all personal preference, you know, It's like what you
- 1:13:51Speaker 3: grew up on, and Denny's is better.
- 1:13:54Speaker 7: Than I hoped Denny's.
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
- 1:13:57Speaker 7: Denny's all the time when I'm on the road.
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: But it's the same vibe though it's not that different
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: of a level.
- 1:14:03Speaker 5: Days goes for that Americana nostalgia diner feel sure where
- 1:14:08Speaker 5: I hoop is.
- 1:14:09Speaker 7: Like you're in a hotel lobby.
- 1:14:10Speaker 3: You're that's it does kind of feeling.
- 1:14:12Speaker 7: Yeah, you know, Denny's feels like you're at a restaurant
- 1:14:15Speaker 7: getting breakfast. I hop does not feel like that. But
- 1:14:19Speaker 7: also there are better eye hops. There's some good eye hops,
- 1:14:22Speaker 7: some shitty eye hops. You know how it is the.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: Last time I went, it wasn't bad. Though the last
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: time I might have just crushed like a burger or
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: something that's a nice zag that they have there, no noise.
- 1:14:34Speaker 7: I hop has a pretty good burger.
- 1:14:35Speaker 3: They have like paddy melts and stuff. I don't know
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: if I've had a burger, maybe it was a paddy melt,
- 1:14:39Speaker 3: a sandwich.
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: I just don't want to disparage your culture. I don't
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: want you to come up. I take no offense to
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: feel unwelcome, as if I'm dispared.
- 1:14:45Speaker 3: I really think it's personal preference. You guys have your stuff.
- 1:14:47Speaker 3: There's other stuff, but it's like, yeah, that's that's what
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: I grew up eating, So you know it is.
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: Twenty four to seven is huge, and I don't.
- 1:14:54Speaker 3: Think you're like trashing it. You're just like it's just
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: not different for different folks. Yeah. I would never force
- 1:14:59Speaker 3: you to go to a a waffle house.
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: I would glad to go with you if it if
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: there was ever for the content, yeah, just if there
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: was a chance, just like different world.
- 1:15:07Speaker 3: Yeah, three years after the Braves won the world, here
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: we'll go back.
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: Just having a They're constant like making it a ritual
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: type of thing. I think would be really nice. Okay,
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: just continuing to go back, I think it would be
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: really really fun and nice, But that was fucking sick
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: for the Braves and now the Mets looks like the
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: Mets are gonna win for the next fucking that was
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: Oh I.
- 1:15:25Speaker 3: Saw that contract. Yea, so people are freaking out. There
- 1:15:29Speaker 3: was rumors that he was.
- 1:15:29Speaker 7: Going to the Socks, but looks like we just couldn't
- 1:15:31Speaker 7: get it done.
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: Fifty one million a year is fucking nuts. I know,
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: that's insane.
- 1:15:38Speaker 3: Say he's the.
- 1:15:38Speaker 7: Highest paid athlete ever, right, yeah.
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: Just fifteen years of that.
- 1:15:43Speaker 3: I think it was the last.
- 1:15:44Speaker 7: Yeah, but I don't understand that because I thought a million.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: He had like nine hundred million.
- 1:15:50Speaker 3: The contract they put on ESPN today was like seven
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: the seven hundred. It was like seven eighty five and
- 1:15:54Speaker 3: sixty five for one. So but then they also made
- 1:15:57Speaker 3: a big deal about how much is deferred on a
- 1:15:59Speaker 3: lot of the Dodgers players, because like that's how they
- 1:16:03Speaker 3: made it work to get that many stars on the
- 1:16:04Speaker 3: same like show. Haes is like then he get like
- 1:16:08Speaker 3: the majority of it towards the end.
- 1:16:10Speaker 7: Yes, yeah, he he like renegotiated I think right after
- 1:16:13Speaker 7: he signed it, so that like a I can't keep yeah,
- 1:16:17Speaker 7: I can't get gambling it away, right, But I think
- 1:16:19Speaker 7: like ten years in like ten years, he's just getting
- 1:16:21Speaker 7: get like the fucking bag.
- 1:16:23Speaker 3: But I mean it paid off, right, they just did
- 1:16:25Speaker 3: this year.
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: So yeah, when you were talking earlier about how like
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: celebrities are, like, oh, I can't believe that guy's real.
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: I feel like sho he Tani is like the least
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: real to me. Like I wouldn't know what to do
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: if I saw him in person, because you.
- 1:16:36Speaker 3: Guys meet a lot of athletes, so like, yeah, is
- 1:16:38Speaker 3: there is there? Is he your guy?
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: I think when we first said it, I think that
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: he was really who I was. I was going from
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: as far as athletes, I guess like messy or something
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: walks in here.
- 1:16:48Speaker 3: I'll be like, what the soccer guys are like another
- 1:16:50Speaker 3: level of fame because it's the worlds.
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: Yeah, like Neymar just sitting which was who was a
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: soccer guy that made a YouTube channel and now he's
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: like has like he's like the most subscribed person on
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: YouTube or something, or.
- 1:17:02Speaker 7: He's like I don't know if he's the most of
- 1:17:03Speaker 7: the tribe, but.
- 1:17:03Speaker 5: He hit like he has the most Instagram followers in
- 1:17:05Speaker 5: the world. Yes, Christiano Ronaldo.
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: Yes, I know, Speed told him to make one I'm
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: pretty sure I show.
- 1:17:13Speaker 3: That's the other streamer.
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: Dude.
- 1:17:14Speaker 3: I don't get it, man, at least he's just racing
- 1:17:17Speaker 3: around celebrities. Yeah that's what he does.
- 1:17:20Speaker 7: Yeah, always every time.
- 1:17:22Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know who.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: He's a good athlete, he like, but that's another throwback
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: to like that's like Herculean feats of strength. That's like
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: the early Olympics. Like we're regressing as far as like
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: the entertainments. Just like the most famous people just box
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: or like race.
- 1:17:36Speaker 3: Dude, the boxing is crazy.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:17:38Speaker 7: Feel like of what celebrity would be that I would
- 1:17:40Speaker 7: or like not celebrity, what athlete would be that I
- 1:17:42Speaker 7: would be like starstruck.
- 1:17:45Speaker 3: Because I was talking about this before.
- 1:17:46Speaker 7: Tom Brady isn't one because with how like Dave and
- 1:17:51Speaker 7: Tom Brady like he like tweets a hankers yeah, and
- 1:17:55Speaker 7: he like come like he's like being in the office
- 1:17:57Speaker 7: and ship.
- 1:17:57Speaker 3: Can I throw this out there? I think it takes
- 1:17:59Speaker 3: away some of the mistique. Also that he's a broadcaster
- 1:18:01Speaker 3: now you just like see him every Sunday. Yeah, that
- 1:18:04Speaker 3: is true to me. It takes away some of the
- 1:18:06Speaker 3: like you know, yeah, the cool factor. I feel like
- 1:18:08Speaker 3: if I met Tom Brady. I'd be like, no, you're wrong.
- 1:18:11Speaker 3: Like if Michael Jordan was doing broadcasting, I'd be.
- 1:18:14Speaker 5: Like, dude, Tom Brady, if you saw him in the person,
- 1:18:20Speaker 5: you'd be.
- 1:18:21Speaker 7: But like, for some reason, but for some reason, I
- 1:18:23Speaker 7: think I will.
- 1:18:25Speaker 5: You know what I mean, Yeah, I get what you mean.
- 1:18:26Speaker 7: For some reason, I feel like I am going to
- 1:18:29Speaker 7: meet Tom Brady at some point.
- 1:18:31Speaker 3: It's like surprise for you.
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:18:35Speaker 7: No, I don't even think it's self confidence. I just
- 1:18:37Speaker 7: feel like there's going to be a situation where like
- 1:18:39Speaker 7: maybe we'll go to the super Bowl for something for
- 1:18:42Speaker 7: Barstool within the next five years. I also resigned my
- 1:18:46Speaker 7: contract like a day ago. Dave just texted me congratulations,
- 1:18:48Speaker 7: like do you want to do another year? And I
- 1:18:50Speaker 7: was like sure and then that was it.
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: But no, no boost.
- 1:18:55Speaker 7: No, I didn't even I didn't even consider asking for
- 1:18:57Speaker 7: a boost. I was like, I'm happy with what I have,
- 1:18:59Speaker 7: and but like, I feel like there's like you by
- 1:19:02Speaker 7: one one year at a time, Yeah, going one year
- 1:19:04Speaker 7: at a time, why not it's a boost like raise? Sorry, yeah,
- 1:19:09Speaker 7: I don't lingo, I'm just.
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: Gonna pay boost. I didn't mean to make it. Uh,
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: that's hilarious. Though, but like I feel up in one year,
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: like a fucking month to month's tenant.
- 1:19:19Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:19:20Speaker 7: Yeah, but it's like, so like what if, like what
- 1:19:21Speaker 7: if like Son of a Boy Dad really takes off
- 1:19:23Speaker 7: and then they're like, we want you guys, because like
- 1:19:25Speaker 7: with Barstool, they send a ship ton of people from
- 1:19:27Speaker 7: media Week to go to the super Bowl, or like
- 1:19:30Speaker 7: like this show the Yak they used to do, they
- 1:19:32Speaker 7: do like a live show every day of the week
- 1:19:35Speaker 7: in where is it this year? New Orleans and they'll
- 1:19:38Speaker 7: go to New Orleans and they'll do a live show
- 1:19:39Speaker 7: every day. So it's like, I like, and what if
- 1:19:42Speaker 7: some what if one year they're like Son of a
- 1:19:44Speaker 7: Boy that we want you guys to go to a
- 1:19:45Speaker 7: live show at the super Bowl and then we go
- 1:19:47Speaker 7: and then we're like all hanging out and then like, oh, ship,
- 1:19:49Speaker 7: there's Tom Brady.
- 1:19:50Speaker 3: I mean, you thought this fact you think this is
- 1:19:53Speaker 3: likely is I don't think magazine.
- 1:19:56Speaker 5: The only way we are going to the super Bowl
- 1:19:58Speaker 5: for Barstool is if like we land some gigantic deal
- 1:20:02Speaker 5: with like x lax or some like anti diarrhea medication
- 1:20:06Speaker 5: and they're like who at Barstool talks about Diarrye?
- 1:20:09Speaker 3: A lot.
- 1:20:09Speaker 5: Oh yeah, sass on Sign of a Boy Dad. Every
- 1:20:11Speaker 5: single episode done, and uh, we got to send these
- 1:20:15Speaker 5: guys because all the players on the team.
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: And Tom Brady also has a contract with the x
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: Slax thing and you guys meet up in a bathroom.
- 1:20:22Speaker 3: Also, thank you guys, money and Crypto.
- 1:20:24Speaker 7: I think that's I think you guys are wrong.
- 1:20:26Speaker 5: We don't do anything that.
- 1:20:28Speaker 7: First of all, I think if if we pushed hard
- 1:20:31Speaker 7: enough to go to the super Bowl, I think we
- 1:20:32Speaker 7: absolutely could, if we had a plan, And like, I
- 1:20:35Speaker 7: think it's just none of us want to do that.
- 1:20:36Speaker 5: No, it's not that we don't want.
- 1:20:38Speaker 7: We're probably going this year.
- 1:20:40Speaker 3: Add value.
- 1:20:41Speaker 7: I've been I've done it with the Act. Yeah, right, dude,
- 1:20:46Speaker 7: I could do if we were like if we had
- 1:20:47Speaker 7: a plan where we were like, we're going to do
- 1:20:49Speaker 7: three live shows at the super Bowl. We're going to
- 1:20:51Speaker 7: film a bunch of shit, I think we could get
- 1:20:53Speaker 7: them behind us be like, yeah, you can go to
- 1:20:55Speaker 7: the super Bowl.
- 1:20:55Speaker 5: Maybe maybe I don't necessard.
- 1:20:57Speaker 7: All it takes there is we have to be at
- 1:20:59Speaker 7: the right place the right time and meet Tom Braby.
- 1:21:03Speaker 5: We could also find out where he's gonna be.
- 1:21:07Speaker 3: Place.
- 1:21:08Speaker 7: So now I'm thinking, yeah, like I'm expecting to meet
- 1:21:10Speaker 7: Tom Brady in the next five years.
- 1:21:13Speaker 3: That's the plan.
- 1:21:15Speaker 7: Yes, the next five years. I do plan on meeting
- 1:21:17Speaker 7: Tom Brady at some point. So that's why he would
- 1:21:18Speaker 7: not be my top guy to meet, because.
- 1:21:21Speaker 3: It's already gonna happen.
- 1:21:22Speaker 7: Yeah, like no one on the Patriots, like like like
- 1:21:24Speaker 7: Drake may I would love to meet and just shake
- 1:21:27Speaker 7: shake his hand and be like, you're the best ever
- 1:21:30Speaker 7: next to Tom, but you might surpass Tom.
- 1:21:33Speaker 3: But we're talking like starstruck. I'm talking starstruck. Who's that guy?
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: So who if you're not fantasized, Like, it's hard.
- 1:21:40Speaker 7: It's hard to say because like you could see it
- 1:21:43Speaker 7: with everybody like to be fully honest, and it's gonna
- 1:21:48Speaker 7: sound crazy. It's gonna be a terrible answer. I mean,
- 1:21:51Speaker 7: I know people are gonna get mad that I'm gonna
- 1:21:53Speaker 7: say this. I think my top dog right now would
- 1:21:55Speaker 7: be Jamior Gibbs.
- 1:21:57Speaker 3: I don't know who that is. I think I think
- 1:22:00Speaker 3: if is running back, that's right. I think if Jami
- 1:22:05Speaker 3: Gibbs walked.
- 1:22:05Speaker 7: Into the building right now, I would be like, oh
- 1:22:08Speaker 7: my god.
- 1:22:09Speaker 5: So you're telling me you think that more likely scenario
- 1:22:12Speaker 5: where we find ourselves Tom Brady, then Jamiir Gibb one.
- 1:22:17Speaker 3: Yeah, Jamiir is just a phone call.
- 1:22:23Speaker 5: He's my friend of mine.
- 1:22:25Speaker 3: You might be watching.
- 1:22:26Speaker 7: The guys are down playing Jamior Gibbs like crazy, dude.
- 1:22:29Speaker 7: Jamior Gibbs has top five rushing yards in the NFL
- 1:22:31Speaker 7: and he only plays half the snaps. He's the best
- 1:22:33Speaker 7: running back in the NFL. He's not Tom Brady, but
- 1:22:35Speaker 7: he's fucking awesome. That's cool, okay, due, Jamier Gibs my
- 1:22:38Speaker 7: favorite player in the NFL. There's no one that's watching
- 1:22:40Speaker 7: Jamior Gibbs run a touchdown in there's.
- 1:22:42Speaker 3: I bet, I bet, I bet we could do it
- 1:22:44Speaker 3: in four text messages. Agrees on the bed we could not.
- 1:22:52Speaker 3: Pat is going to text Benjamin that's in Yahoo.
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: Exactly and to reach out. Yeah, and then I will
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: just plug you right in with he's a superstar.
- 1:23:02Speaker 7: And there's no one at barstool that's connected with Jamior Gibbs.
- 1:23:04Speaker 5: I bet you big, they'll probably have Jamiir Gibbs on
- 1:23:07Speaker 5: Pardon my Take any day, and if you find a
- 1:23:11Speaker 5: way to get to Chicago on that day, boom solved.
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: I bet I bet if I bet Will Compton has
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: his number, Jamior Gibbs, because they guys.
- 1:23:20Speaker 3: He said that he's got your number. He's serious. I
- 1:23:24Speaker 3: don't know.
- 1:23:24Speaker 5: I've been going through talking about Jamier Gibbs here right going.
- 1:23:27Speaker 7: Through a big running back phase where I feel like
- 1:23:29Speaker 7: I used to sounds like.
- 1:23:30Speaker 3: You're dating them.
- 1:23:31Speaker 7: I used to think that wide receivers were like the
- 1:23:34Speaker 7: coolest players in the NFL, and then like quarterbacks obviously,
- 1:23:38Speaker 7: and now I'm like, I'm all about running.
- 1:23:39Speaker 3: Well, somebody actually tweeted out on how many of them
- 1:23:42Speaker 3: switched teams and how differently the teams were affected at
- 1:23:45Speaker 3: the point being like running backs are actually doing.
- 1:23:47Speaker 7: Running back, Like if if Derek Henry walked in here
- 1:23:50Speaker 7: right now, I would be like, but then also like
- 1:23:54Speaker 7: now because we already saw Saquon, Like in my head,
- 1:23:56Speaker 7: I've already met Takuon because you saw because he ran
- 1:23:59Speaker 7: right by at the Nney Lion statue line statue, So
- 1:24:02Speaker 7: it's like and even then I was like that was
- 1:24:04Speaker 7: pretty cool, but I was like whatever, And also like,
- 1:24:09Speaker 7: I know, I don't really want to meet anyone on
- 1:24:10Speaker 7: the Eagles because I feel like those guys are all
- 1:24:12Speaker 7: like hot heads, like they're all like, like, I'm the
- 1:24:14Speaker 7: best if I could meet anyone on the Eagles easily
- 1:24:17Speaker 7: at Sakuan.
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: I can't believe Jamiir Gibbs is your fucking guy.
- 1:24:21Speaker 7: I think it's just that he's my favorite player.
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: And that's so that's such a random fucking selection now person,
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: he probably wasn't on part of my tape because like
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: he wasn't until this year big enough to go on
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: part of my take.
- 1:24:33Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:24:34Speaker 7: Jamior Gibbs, Jamar Chase would definitely be up there.
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: What about like pop stars or something? Do any of
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: those people? Would any of them? Like I think if
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: I saw Sabrina Carpenter right now, my eyes might pop
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: out of my head.
- 1:24:46Speaker 7: Yeah, I can't relate to that at all. If I saw
- 1:24:48Speaker 7: Sabrina Carpenter, I'd be like, oh this, Suprina. I've thought
- 1:24:50Speaker 7: about this like someone and again we're going back to
- 1:24:53Speaker 7: someone that you would be shocked to see.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm saying i'd be shocked. I wouldn't be shocked
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: to see Taylor Swift. I feel like she's in New
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: York every other weekend.
- 1:24:59Speaker 7: My eminem, Like, that's a decent answer.
- 1:25:03Speaker 3: You were just you were just out and about and
- 1:25:05Speaker 3: you were like, holy ship, have a way until he's like,
- 1:25:07Speaker 3: I'm gonna meet. We're gonna go super Bowl. Eminem's do
- 1:25:09Speaker 3: the halftime show. He's hanging out with Tom Brady.
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: I'm not afraid. Comes on. I walked in.
- 1:25:15Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you meet. I only have one shot. You
- 1:25:18Speaker 3: can definitely meet Jamir. Definitely that's the crew. Eminem.
- 1:25:21Speaker 7: Yes, absolutely, Oh there you go.
- 1:25:25Speaker 3: We're building it.
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: Maybe you're closer to Eminem, yeah yeah, yeah.
- 1:25:29Speaker 3: Other way is easier to meet. I saw.
- 1:25:32Speaker 5: I was in La many many years ago, and I
- 1:25:35Speaker 5: was doing this like career exploration thing that I had
- 1:25:39Speaker 5: applied for, and it was some bullshit thing. I was
- 1:25:41Speaker 5: in college and we went to an agency. We went
- 1:25:44Speaker 5: to c A A. They're headquarters, just to go, you know,
- 1:25:47Speaker 5: hear a panel of agents kind of talked to we
- 1:25:50Speaker 5: were students, and we were in the lobby and Sean
- 1:25:53Speaker 5: Penn was walking out the door and walked right by
- 1:25:58Speaker 5: me and stared at me the whole time. And I
- 1:26:01Speaker 5: stood and I remember feeling that my mouth was open
- 1:26:06Speaker 5: and I was just like looking at him, and he
- 1:26:09Speaker 5: was looking at me as if to say, you're fucking right,
- 1:26:13Speaker 5: I am who I am? And Uh, that effect of
- 1:26:19Speaker 5: me being frozen will forever stay with me.
- 1:26:23Speaker 3: I saw some of the super famous guys will do that.
- 1:26:25Speaker 3: I saw TikTok Tom cruise on the subway and he
- 1:26:28Speaker 3: had like a hat on, but one girl could tell
- 1:26:30Speaker 3: it was him from the angle, and he just he
- 1:26:33Speaker 3: just like like winked at her kind of thing, and
- 1:26:35Speaker 3: then he like, I think he let her take a
- 1:26:37Speaker 3: picture or something, but without like he was like, don't
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: tell everyone. Yeah, but it's like the super famous guys
- 1:26:44Speaker 3: will give you a little.
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: So he would get reckoned there to be like, I'm
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: a fucking normal guy, just like everybody else.
- 1:26:51Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:26:51Speaker 5: I've run into Louis three times in the city. That's
- 1:26:55Speaker 5: not an exaggeration. And the first time I was walking
- 1:26:58Speaker 5: out of a coffee shop. I had had my coffee
- 1:27:00Speaker 5: in my hand and he was coming up the steps.
- 1:27:02Speaker 5: I think I've told the story with his little daughter,
- 1:27:05Speaker 5: and I held the door for him and he goes,
- 1:27:07Speaker 5: thank you, and I went like this that's all I did.
- 1:27:10Speaker 5: I raised my cup and he went that was it.
- 1:27:13Speaker 3: It was an acknowledgment.
- 1:27:14Speaker 5: I know who you are, ye, I love you, and
- 1:27:18Speaker 5: him I think this was my subtext reading, which was
- 1:27:21Speaker 5: thank you for not making a thing of this.
- 1:27:23Speaker 7: Sure, yeah, I got this happened. This is not my story,
- 1:27:27Speaker 7: and I'm not going to say the person's name who
- 1:27:29Speaker 7: had happened to, but this is pretty funny. One of
- 1:27:31Speaker 7: my one of my friends, a comedian who has met
- 1:27:34Speaker 7: Louie a couple of times, was getting a haircut and
- 1:27:39Speaker 7: he was he was like in the barber chair getting
- 1:27:41Speaker 7: a haircut, and then Louie walked in and he went
- 1:27:44Speaker 7: he turned around and went, hey Louie, and then Louie
- 1:27:47Speaker 7: turned around and left. This was like, this was like
- 1:27:52Speaker 7: this week. And he texted me he was like, I'm
- 1:27:53Speaker 7: fucking done, dude. He's like, I fucked up so bad.
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: Wait this just happened this week.
- 1:27:58Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, it's so brutal. He's been clear in interviews
- 1:28:07Speaker 3: he doesn't like he doesn't like and recognized the New
- 1:28:11Speaker 3: York at all.
- 1:28:12Speaker 7: He's like that from the beginning to like if you
- 1:28:14Speaker 7: go back and listen, like the old Ob and Anthony stuff.
- 1:28:16Speaker 7: He is like like when he was like still like
- 1:28:17Speaker 7: a club comic, people would come up and be like
- 1:28:19Speaker 7: can I get a photo? And he'd be like no,
- 1:28:22Speaker 7: some people are like that.
- 1:28:23Speaker 5: I saw Ben Stiller walking down the street right outside
- 1:28:26Speaker 5: I was in a cafe just crossed.
- 1:28:28Speaker 3: That was cool. I'm just trying to think.
- 1:28:30Speaker 5: I've seen so many celebrities in New York.
- 1:28:33Speaker 3: Oh, Bill Burr was the one for me.
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: I was at the stand and I knew Bill Burr
- 1:28:37Speaker 7: was there, but I never saw him. And then I
- 1:28:39Speaker 7: was standing at like you know that like a like
- 1:28:41Speaker 7: the bar next to like the pizza, like the kitchen area.
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: I was standing there and I went and I turned
- 1:28:47Speaker 7: and I bumped into someone like pretty hard. And then
- 1:28:50Speaker 7: I turned around. I was like, oh my god, I'm
- 1:28:51Speaker 7: so sorry, and it was Bill Burr and he was like, dude, no, no,
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: no worries.
- 1:28:55Speaker 5: He's been he's been in here. I shot something with him.
- 1:28:58Speaker 7: Yeah, well I know.
- 1:28:59Speaker 3: I'm just mean it were easy to see him.
- 1:29:01Speaker 5: He's the guy. But that's wrong because he's a guy.
- 1:29:04Speaker 7: We were just exchanging stories of when we ran into
- 1:29:07Speaker 7: getting fired.
- 1:29:08Speaker 5: Up, because that's your Tom Brady times one thousand.
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: Yeah. I don't know.
- 1:29:14Speaker 7: Maybe to us, if I saw Louis in person, I
- 1:29:18Speaker 7: would ship my pants. I wouldn't know what to say.
- 1:29:21Speaker 3: So you're supposed to say nothing.
- 1:29:23Speaker 7: Yeah, I guess nothing. Yeah, I guess just wink. Maybe
- 1:29:25Speaker 7: that seems to be the move.
- 1:29:26Speaker 3: I wouldn't even do that.
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: Say like a password or something like that. The crow
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: flies at midnight, mister, damn. Any any names you want
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: to drop or anything, or we just we just spent
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: ten minutes name dropping on you.
- 1:29:42Speaker 3: A guy I did let who did let me take
- 1:29:44Speaker 3: a photo with him at the airport was boosy about that.
- 1:29:48Speaker 3: Yeah that was awesome.
- 1:29:49Speaker 7: Yeah that's sick.
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:29:50Speaker 3: St. Louis. I did the Saint Louis Helium and then
- 1:29:53Speaker 3: I was on the way out and it was the
- 1:29:54Speaker 3: earliest fuck flight, and uh, I was going through security
- 1:30:01Speaker 3: and I see him standing there, just decked out with
- 1:30:04Speaker 3: just everything, but they're going through his bag and he
- 1:30:08Speaker 3: looked so angry, and I was like, this is not
- 1:30:11Speaker 3: the time to say hello. Yeah, So I waited until
- 1:30:17Speaker 3: he got through and then just was like, hey, man,
- 1:30:21Speaker 3: I'm a fan. I would kill myself if I didn't
- 1:30:23Speaker 3: at least ask. This is exactly what I said, at
- 1:30:27Speaker 3: least ask for a picture. And he said, hurry up, man,
- 1:30:30Speaker 3: I'm in a rush. Even though I would come to
- 1:30:33Speaker 3: find out I knew he was not in a rush
- 1:30:35Speaker 3: because we were on the same flight, but I didn't
- 1:30:39Speaker 3: call him on that, and he did give me a
- 1:30:41Speaker 3: smile and threw up. I still have the picture on
- 1:30:43Speaker 3: my phone, so I appreciated that that that he at least,
- 1:30:46Speaker 3: you know, faked it.
- 1:30:47Speaker 5: So I have this bullshit theory in my head that
- 1:30:53Speaker 5: when I meet a celebrity, if I have a good
- 1:30:55Speaker 5: exchange with them and don't ask them for a photo,
- 1:31:00Speaker 5: they will remember that I.
- 1:31:01Speaker 3: Didn't sure and think highly of that guy was cool. Yeah,
- 1:31:05Speaker 3: that guy, I owe him a photo?
- 1:31:06Speaker 5: Did to chase him down and offer him work?
- 1:31:09Speaker 3: Yeah? No, Suddenly it flips and then I'll be like,
- 1:31:11Speaker 3: I'm sorry, I'm sure, thank you for not acknowledging who
- 1:31:13Speaker 3: I am.
- 1:31:14Speaker 5: Yeah, but of course they're never going to think of
- 1:31:17Speaker 5: me again.
- 1:31:18Speaker 3: But I when you when you said a Jason, I
- 1:31:19Speaker 3: kind of think the same way like meeting a famous comedian,
- 1:31:22Speaker 3: and to me is not the same as meeting like
- 1:31:24Speaker 3: a Tom Brady, Like I don't.
- 1:31:26Speaker 1: Or Sabrina Carpenter. I feel like we're kind of gloss.
- 1:31:28Speaker 3: Over because it's like I want to be in the
- 1:31:30Speaker 3: photo because we did a show together or something. I
- 1:31:32Speaker 3: don't want to be like a fanboy if we're in
- 1:31:34Speaker 3: the same green room you.
- 1:31:35Speaker 5: Know what I mean, that feels weird if Leonardo DiCaprio,
- 1:31:39Speaker 5: I think remember, and that's probably remains the number one.
- 1:31:42Speaker 1: Yeah, you're not taking a picture with Leonardo. You're you're
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: going to ask Leonardo DiCaprio for a picture.
- 1:31:47Speaker 3: No, No, I wouldn't.
- 1:31:48Speaker 5: But I'm saying if I saw him, it would be
- 1:31:50Speaker 5: the Sean Penn thing times ten.
- 1:31:52Speaker 7: Yeah, the one that the one that meet because I
- 1:31:54Speaker 7: had this conversation with my friends a while ago and
- 1:31:56Speaker 7: the one that we the one that we landed on
- 1:31:57Speaker 7: was Eminem and Leonardo DiCaprio would be the one that
- 1:32:00Speaker 7: you'd be like, why are you even?
- 1:32:01Speaker 3: They don't leave, they don't leave the house. Man. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:32:04Speaker 3: Eminem certainly. Yeah right all.
- 1:32:08Speaker 7: Right, well, h Nick Nick tell us talk about the special.
- 1:32:11Speaker 3: Uh yeah, man, it's on YouTube on my YouTube channel
- 1:32:15Speaker 3: just Nick Murphy Comedy. It's called Live in Tempe was
- 1:32:18Speaker 3: shot in Tampere's own tampm Prov Great Club. It's a
- 1:32:22Speaker 3: lot of fun. It's half an hour short and sweet.
- 1:32:24Speaker 3: Some fun jokes talk about election ship on there, talk
- 1:32:28Speaker 3: about retarded and uh it's a great pitch just so
- 1:32:33Speaker 3: there's some fun bits on there. Man. Yeah, I mean, listen, man,
- 1:32:36Speaker 3: people are people seem to be happy with. I'm happy
- 1:32:38Speaker 3: with how it came out. It looks really nice. It
- 1:32:41Speaker 3: was set up through a couple of mutual contacts that
- 1:32:44Speaker 3: were very good to me, and Michael Yo was the
- 1:32:48Speaker 3: main contact point on there. I don't know if you
- 1:32:52Speaker 3: guys know who that is. Yeah, comic, Okay.
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: I don't know who he is. Who is it?
- 1:32:59Speaker 3: From what he told me, he started out doing Chelsea
- 1:33:02Speaker 3: Lately stuff. He was like a guy they would bring
- 1:33:04Speaker 3: on Chelsea Handler, you know, oh yeah, yeah. He was
- 1:33:07Speaker 3: doing a lot of stuff with her show, and from
- 1:33:11Speaker 3: there decided to get into stand up comedy and has
- 1:33:14Speaker 3: been rocking out. I think he's like thirteen years in
- 1:33:17Speaker 3: or something like that, he told me. But he put
- 1:33:20Speaker 3: a thing out like a year ago and that went crazy,
- 1:33:22Speaker 3: so they gave him another one. But he was like,
- 1:33:25Speaker 3: he's like the nicest guy in the world. He was like,
- 1:33:27Speaker 3: we got eight cameras on this thing. I don't want
- 1:33:29Speaker 3: it to just be me. Let's get some other guy.
- 1:33:32Speaker 3: So this guy, Josh Sandoval, who has been paired with us,
- 1:33:36Speaker 3: he hit him up and was like, who do you
- 1:33:38Speaker 3: think we could do? He's like, give Murphy half an hour,
- 1:33:41Speaker 3: so I would do thirty and then Mike would close
- 1:33:43Speaker 3: it with forty five. But it was all the same. Shoot.
- 1:33:45Speaker 3: It's very cool setup.
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: So it's gonna look sick.
- 1:33:48Speaker 3: It looks very sick. Yeah, I'm very grateful that they
- 1:33:51Speaker 3: tapped me to do that. So give it a watch.
- 1:33:54Speaker 3: It's a lot of fun. It's doing I mean, solid numbers,
- 1:33:57Speaker 3: I guess for guy with no fall so far, but
- 1:34:02Speaker 3: I think I think it could go. And I love
- 1:34:04Speaker 3: your fan base. Every time I do shows with you. Yeah,
- 1:34:07Speaker 3: we rock out in the beginning.
- 1:34:08Speaker 7: If you've ever seen me perform in Atlanta, you've seen
- 1:34:10Speaker 7: Nick as well.
- 1:34:11Speaker 3: It's the best. The barstool guys are freaks, but in
- 1:34:14Speaker 3: the best way. Go check out Nick Murphy comedy. What's
- 1:34:17Speaker 3: the name of the Special Life from Live and Temping?
- 1:34:19Speaker 3: Nick Murphy Live and Tempy, That's the name of it.
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: How long is your pressed to her? Where are you going?
- 1:34:25Speaker 3: I mean, you're you're looking at it? Brother, I was.
- 1:34:29Speaker 3: I was briefly dming with Kevin. I had mentioned that. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:34:33Speaker 3: but I mean I'm sure that guy's busy as hell,
- 1:34:35Speaker 3: so I don't know. But yeah, I have no clue
- 1:34:37Speaker 3: due a little of KFC radio. Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: You guys would tell me that would definitely be worth it.
- 1:34:43Speaker 3: Yeah, worth it to me. I don't know if it
- 1:34:44Speaker 3: would be worth it to him.
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: It definitely would. They're great well, but.
- 1:34:47Speaker 3: But he he reposted one of my jokes that's where
- 1:34:49Speaker 3: that started, which I was also very grateful for, which
- 1:34:52Speaker 3: was very cool. So uh yeah, man, just happy to
- 1:34:56Speaker 3: be here. This is a sick office. Man.
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: How much there's that side of the room then this
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: side of the room.
- 1:35:02Speaker 3: Have you guys argued about that because I argued about
- 1:35:04Speaker 3: that as well. I mean they're like nice like chairs.
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: I guess fristan set that's we we're not even allowed
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: to touch it.
- 1:35:09Speaker 3: Well, Francis should just sit over there. He's like the
- 1:35:13Speaker 3: therapist or something for everybody else. And then and then
- 1:35:16Speaker 3: you guys lay down on the couch. Yeah, you know,
- 1:35:19Speaker 3: it's not a bad idea. Prescribe you some drugs, but
- 1:35:23Speaker 3: then you're the therapist that also is take you. Yeah,
- 1:35:26Speaker 3: that's the stuff. Yeah, this is awesome and it's great
- 1:35:31Speaker 3: to meet you toobe. Yeah, man, I appreciate it, Thank you.
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: Thanks, that was fun.
- 1:35:36Speaker 7: Yeah, we'll see you guys on Thursday, goodbye.
