Man Shoots At Police Camera In Front Yard | Texas News
A 64-year-old man, Kevin Smith, was arrested after allegedly firing a shotgun at a Delaware State Police camera mounted on a sign—putting nearby homes and residents in grave danger. Found sitting calmly on a swing in his front yard, Smith was unarmed and taken into custody without resistance. Police recovered the shotgun and ammo from his home, charging him with reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, firearm possession while intoxicated, and discharging a weapon near occupied dwellings.
