- 0:34Speaker 1: criminal prosecutions related to the 2020 election. On that front,

- 0:58Speaker 1: Department of State, is going to give us an overview
- 1:00Speaker 1: of why President Trump is overseas, what the value of

- 2:40Speaker 3: Oh, yes.
- 2:41Speaker 1: We begin the show with breaking news. I love breaking news.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Big breaking news guy. I don't know if you know
- 2:45Speaker 1: that about me. Love breaking news. President Trump this morning
- 2:50Speaker 1: at the in Davos. He goes he goes overseas to
- 2:53Speaker 1: smack the Europeans around the globalists around, which, by the way,
- 2:56Speaker 1: his whole administration is doing right now. Every one by
- 2:59Speaker 1: one by one, they're going up. Remember that scene from Airplane?
- 3:02Speaker 1: You ever see that movie Airplane? where the whole airplane
- 3:05Speaker 1: lines up to try and smack some passenger who's getting hysterical.
- 3:09Speaker 1: They just like each walk up and they're like, and
- 3:11Speaker 1: they're just smacking them. They're just smacking them over and over.
- 3:14Speaker 1: It's hilarious. And they're like all lined up. They got
- 3:16Speaker 1: weapons and shit. This is what's happening today in Davos.
- 3:20Speaker 1: This is at the World Economic Forum. As Trump administration
- 3:23Speaker 1: official after Trump administration official just walks up to Europe's
- 3:27Speaker 1: seat and just smacks the passenger. Pull yourself together, you idiot.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Pull yourself together. And so here's President Trump. Let me
- 3:34Speaker 1: start with the breaking news on what's going on with
- 3:37Speaker 1: the 2020 election. He says this morning, this is the
- 3:40Speaker 1: president saying this. This is probably breaking news, but it
- 3:45Speaker 1: should be. Prosecutions, we're doing them. Cut six. Here's the
- 3:50Speaker 1: president of the United States.
- 3:52Speaker 4: It's a war that should have never started, and it
- 3:54Speaker 4: wouldn't have started if the 2020 U.S.
- 3:57Speaker 5: Presidential election weren't rigged. It was a rigged election. Everybody
- 4:00Speaker 5: now knows that. They found out.
- 4:03Speaker 6: People will soon be prosecuted for what they did. It's
- 4:06Speaker 6: probably breaking news, but it should be. It was a
- 4:09Speaker 6: rigged election. Can't have rigged elections. You need strong borders,
- 4:13Speaker 6: strong elections, and ideally a good press. I always say it.
- 4:16Speaker 5: Strong borders, strong elections, free, fair elections, and a fair media.
- 4:23Speaker 5: The media is terrible. It's very.
- 4:25Speaker 1: So there you have the president of the United States
- 4:28Speaker 1: saying the following. He says prosecutions are coming. People will
- 4:32Speaker 1: soon be prosecuted for what they did. It's probably breaking news,
- 4:36Speaker 1: but it should be. It was a rigged election. He
- 4:39Speaker 1: was referring to that 2020 election. Now, what is he referencing?
- 4:47Speaker 1: What is he talking about? Well, if I'm sorting through
- 4:50Speaker 1: the tea leaves, which is, of course, what I always do,
- 4:53Speaker 1: and I'm phenomenal at it, There is this grand jury
- 4:57Speaker 1: investigation that's been going on in Florida that is supposed
- 5:01Speaker 1: to produce indictments. And there's been a lot of chatter,
- 5:05Speaker 1: including chatter that we've talked about on this show last year,
- 5:09Speaker 1: that those indictments would show up in January. Now, I
- 5:12Speaker 1: told this audience, not everybody's here for every show, so
- 5:14Speaker 1: I'll remind you here. I told this audience a couple
- 5:16Speaker 1: of weeks ago that I had heard from a knowledgeable
- 5:19Speaker 1: source that January may be a little rosy. That may
- 5:23Speaker 1: be a little overly optimistic. We are approaching the end
- 5:27Speaker 1: of January. Of course, what comes next, February. And so
- 5:31Speaker 1: the expectation is that we do get charges here. Importantly,
- 5:36Speaker 1: in a criminal conspiracy case, the statute of limitations keeps
- 5:40Speaker 1: going from the last overt act in the furtherance of
- 5:44Speaker 1: the conspiracy. And that includes when the Justice Department discovers it.
- 5:49Speaker 1: That begins to trigger the statute of limitations. So we've
- 5:54Speaker 1: got some space here. You know, normally a lot of
- 5:55Speaker 1: these cases is like, hey, you can't do that. It's
- 5:57Speaker 1: outside the statute of limitations.
- 5:59Speaker 7: Tough.
- 5:59Speaker 1: That crime was committed years ago. But we've got something
- 6:02Speaker 1: very different here if they're charging this as a conspiracy case.
- 6:05Speaker 1: So there's a there's a lot to unpack here. President
- 6:08Speaker 1: Trump indicating that he is clearly being kept apprised of
- 6:13Speaker 1: charges here. He's again, that makes sense. He's the head
- 6:15Speaker 1: of the Justice Department. But just keep that hold on
- 6:18Speaker 1: to that one. because that's the president of the United States.
- 6:20Speaker 1: It's not some idle source that's about as good as
- 6:23Speaker 1: it gets. The president saying, quote, people will soon be
- 6:26Speaker 1: prosecuted for what they did. It's probably breaking news, but
- 6:29Speaker 1: it should be. It was a rigged election. All right, good.
- 6:33Speaker 1: That's the president of the United States in Davos. And
- 6:36Speaker 1: while I'm on the subject of Davos, let's concentrate a
- 6:38Speaker 1: little bit more on what everybody's saying there in Switzerland
- 6:41Speaker 1: as a part of the Trump administration coalition. Here is
- 6:46Speaker 1: Scott Besson, just in the last 24 hours, I want
- 6:50Speaker 1: to show you, first I'm going to show you a
- 6:51Speaker 1: picture and then we'll talk about how Besson reacted to it.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Everybody's showing up in Davos. In fact, you know, I've
- 6:58Speaker 1: seen some people be like, why is President Trump going
- 7:00Speaker 1: to Davos? Shouldn't he stay here in America? Don't we
- 7:02Speaker 1: have enough problems? President Trump is a president who has
- 7:05Speaker 1: to handle a lot of things, including our relationship with Europe.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I just need people to remember something here. The president
- 7:14Speaker 1: has the long view of our country. You know, in
- 7:17Speaker 1: political science, if we look back through world history, there's
- 7:19Speaker 1: a theory in political science, it's called long cycle theory.
- 7:22Speaker 1: And it goes basically like this. Every century, a different
- 7:26Speaker 1: country is considered the hegemon of the planet, the hegemon,
- 7:30Speaker 1: that you have hegemonic power over the rest of the
- 7:33Speaker 1: planet's affairs. For the last nearly century, that country has
- 7:38Speaker 1: been the United States of America. Now, what has that
- 7:41Speaker 1: done for us by being in charge of the planet? Well,
- 7:44Speaker 1: it's put us in a position to have wealth and
- 7:47Speaker 1: prosperity and success that's never been seen before in world history.
- 7:52Speaker 1: And it's not concentrated into the hands of a few,
- 7:54Speaker 1: but instead it is a population that is doing extraordinarily
- 7:58Speaker 1: well in contrast to certainly all of human history and
- 8:02Speaker 1: certainly in contrast to many other places around the world.
- 8:05Speaker 1: But one of the wonders of America's success is our
- 8:07Speaker 1: success lifts up countries all over the planet as we
- 8:11Speaker 1: do business with them. It's been extraordinarily great. The free market,
- 8:16Speaker 1: Respect for liberty, respect for American sovereignty. It's been a
- 8:20Speaker 1: wonderful thing. What's the alternative? The alternative is we let
- 8:24Speaker 1: the communists win. We let the authoritarians win. We let
- 8:28Speaker 1: the people who are responsible for the deaths over over
- 8:30Speaker 1: 100 million people in the last century become the dominant
- 8:34Speaker 1: force on the planet. Now, that can't happen. President Trump
- 8:38Speaker 1: views this really clearly. It's not something that's as simple
- 8:41Speaker 1: as like a 12 hour news cycle. It's not about
- 8:44Speaker 1: a 24-hour news site. It's not some flash-in-the-pan moment. President
- 8:48Speaker 1: Trump's view, very clearly, is we need to protect America
- 8:52Speaker 1: at all costs, and we need to be able to
- 8:55Speaker 1: leave this country in charge of the planet's affairs for
- 8:59Speaker 1: the next century at least. This is about what's good
- 9:01Speaker 1: for our descendants, for our children, and for our grandchildren.
- 9:04Speaker 1: And how do we do that? Well, we guarantee our
- 9:06Speaker 1: national security. We make sure that our hemisphere is protected.
- 9:10Speaker 1: We rid South America of of people like Maduro, who's
- 9:14Speaker 1: a phony leader of Venezuela, and then we ensure that
- 9:18Speaker 1: the people there actually get to exercise their will, and
- 9:21Speaker 1: it doesn't become some sort of breeding ground for the
- 9:23Speaker 1: planet's authoritarians, where China sets up shop, where Iran sets
- 9:27Speaker 1: up shop, where Russia sets up shop. No, none of that.
- 9:31Speaker 1: The president of the United States is also in pursuit
- 9:32Speaker 1: of Greenland. He wants Greenland for national security. Are there
- 9:37Speaker 1: resources there? Yes, there are. He even acknowledged it again today.
- 9:40Speaker 1: in his address in Davos to the World Economic Forum.
- 9:43Speaker 1: And yes, that will be to our benefit as well.
- 9:46Speaker 1: But this is about assuring American dominance in America's hemisphere.
- 9:51Speaker 1: That's it. And President Trump wants us to succeed not
- 9:55Speaker 1: only now, but in the century that's ahead. That's what
- 9:58Speaker 1: this is all about. And we would all do well
- 10:01Speaker 1: to remember that as he tackles these big challenges. So
- 10:03Speaker 1: is it good that he's in Davos?
- 10:05Speaker 3: Yes.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Is it good that he's bitch slapping Europe right now?
- 10:08Speaker 2: Yes.
- 10:09Speaker 1: He doesn't want Europe to fail. He wants it to succeed.
- 10:12Speaker 1: But he's taking their faces and planting those faces directly
- 10:15Speaker 1: in the mess that they've created. It's got to be done.
- 10:19Speaker 1: And who else better to do it than Donald Trump? Now,
- 10:22Speaker 1: as I mentioned, we get a bunch of Trump officials
- 10:26Speaker 1: who are now speaking, have been speaking to all these
- 10:28Speaker 1: Europeans at Davos and just telling them clearly what's going on.
- 10:32Speaker 1: So here's what I wanted. This is what I was
- 10:34Speaker 1: bringing up a moment ago. I'll get back to. Gavin
- 10:38Speaker 1: Newsom is, of course, the governor of California. Newsom is there.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Newsom has flown out to Davos. And guess who he's
- 10:45Speaker 1: meeting with? George Soros' boy, Alex. Here's a picture. This
- 10:51Speaker 1: was posted by Alex Soros in the last 24 hours.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Alex Soros is out there. And he says the following.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Photo with Gavin Newsom. Great catching up with the real
- 10:59Speaker 1: star of the 2026 World Economic Forum. My friend, Gavin Newsom.
- 11:05Speaker 1: So glad he's here calling out world leaders for believing
- 11:09Speaker 1: appeasement works when it comes to Trump. It doesn't. It
- 11:12Speaker 1: only emboldens him to become more chaotic and destructive. You
- 11:17Speaker 1: understand what Alex Soros is saying? Look at this picture
- 11:19Speaker 1: of these two idiots. Alex Soros is saying that world
- 11:22Speaker 1: leaders who work with the president of the United States
- 11:27Speaker 1: are leading to chaos. I'm sorry, what? That's the duly
- 11:31Speaker 1: elected leader of our country. He represents our shared interests
- 11:33Speaker 1: here as American citizens. We should want world leaders to
- 11:39Speaker 1: bend to his will. That's world leaders bending to our will.
- 11:43Speaker 1: That's not chaos. That's order. That's a world that's rightly
- 11:48Speaker 1: ordered around the priorities of freedom-loving, prosperity-loving American citizens. And
- 11:55Speaker 1: once again, you got Soros rooting against it. So here's
- 11:58Speaker 1: Soros meeting, Alex Soros meeting with Gavin Newsom. And he's
- 12:02Speaker 1: saying that Newsom is there because he wants to counter Trump.
- 12:06Speaker 1: That's a sitting governor of California. That's an American state,
- 12:10Speaker 1: to be clear. Rooting against President Trump and rooting for
- 12:14Speaker 1: our adversaries. Just insane. So Alex Soros says world leaders
- 12:19Speaker 1: can take a page out of Newsom's book. It's time
- 12:22Speaker 1: to stand tall, stand firm and stand united before it's
- 12:25Speaker 1: too late. So so there they are standing together. Now,
- 12:28Speaker 1: Scott Besson saw all of this and he thought this
- 12:30Speaker 1: is this is crazy. So speaking of bitch slapping, here's
- 12:33Speaker 1: Scott Besson, bitch slapping Gavin Newsom. Take a look.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Got seven Newsom who strikes me as Patrick Bateman meets
- 12:39Speaker 2: Sparkle Beach. Ken may be the only Californian who knows
- 12:43Speaker 2: less about economics than Kamala Harris. He's here this week
- 12:49Speaker 2: with his billionaire sugar daddy, Alex Soros. And Davos is
- 12:55Speaker 2: a perfect place for a man who, when everyone else
- 12:58Speaker 2: was on lockdown, when he was having people arrested for
- 13:01Speaker 2: going to church, he was having $ 1, 000 a night meals
- 13:05Speaker 2: at the French Laundry. And I'm sure the California people
- 13:08Speaker 2: won't forget that. And I can tell, my message to
- 13:11Speaker 2: Governor Newsom is the Trump administration is coming to California
- 13:16Speaker 2: We are going to crack down on waste, fraud, and abuse.
- 13:19Speaker 2: And I was told he was asked to give a
- 13:22Speaker 2: speech on his signature policies, but he's not speaking because
- 13:27Speaker 2: what have his economic policies brought? Outward migration from California,
- 13:33Speaker 2: a gigantic budget deficit, the largest homeless population in America,
- 13:37Speaker 2: and the poor folks in the Palisades who had their
- 13:41Speaker 2: homes burned down.
- 13:42Speaker 8: He is here hobnobbing, with the global elite while his
- 13:48Speaker 8: California citizens are still homeless. Shame on him. He is
- 13:53Speaker 8: too smug, too self-absorbed, and too economically illiterate.
- 13:57Speaker 1: To know anything. Thank you very much.
- 14:01Speaker 8: Let me know if you need any further clarification.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Yes, oh my goodness, my man, Scott Bessett, are you
- 14:07Speaker 1: listening to this? That's so good, it's ridiculous. There used
- 14:10Speaker 1: to be an expression for international politics as it relates
- 14:12Speaker 1: to American politicians. There used to be an expression, which
- 14:15Speaker 1: is politics ends at the water's edge. In other words,
- 14:17Speaker 1: you don't take your domestic political squabbles overseas. We demonstrate
- 14:21Speaker 1: a unified front that way when we deal with international interests.
- 14:25Speaker 1: We deal with it as American citizens. So you have
- 14:28Speaker 1: deference for the president of the United States. But here's
- 14:30Speaker 1: what's happening. President Trump goes overseas. He's trying to fight
- 14:33Speaker 1: for American interests. Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom sitting in the cheap seats,
- 14:37Speaker 1: hanging out in the peanut gallery with Alex Soros, plotting
- 14:40Speaker 1: against President Trump. And so what's Scott Besson going to do?
- 14:44Speaker 1: Beat him into a pulp. Good for Scott Besson. Way
- 14:48Speaker 1: to go. It's just hilarious. I just love that clip.
- 14:51Speaker 1: And Besson's not alone in smacking around these idiots. Here's
- 14:54Speaker 1: Howard Lutnick, the Commerce Secretary. He says, I have a
- 14:57Speaker 1: very clear message for you all. The United States is
- 15:00Speaker 1: here to tell you that globalism has failed. Here's Howard Lutnick.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Cut seven. Cut eight. Watch.
- 15:07Speaker 9: We are in Davos at the World Economic Forum. And
- 15:11Speaker 9: the Trump administration and myself, we are here to make
- 15:15Speaker 9: a very clear point. Globalization has failed the West and
- 15:21Speaker 9: the United States of America.
- 15:23Speaker 5: It's a failed policy. It is what the WEF has
- 15:26Speaker 5: stood for.
- 15:27Speaker 10: I viewed the WEF as not a flagpole in the middle,
- 15:32Speaker 10: but in.
- 15:32Speaker 5: Fact, they are the flag. Whichever way the wind blew.
- 15:36Speaker 10: So it blew. You should have solar. You should have wind.
- 15:39Speaker 10: Why are you going to do solar and wind? Why
- 15:43Speaker 10: would Europe agree to be net zero in 2030 when
- 15:47Speaker 10: they don't make a battery?
- 15:48Speaker 5: They don't make a battery.
- 15:53Speaker 10: So if they go 2030, they are deciding to be
- 15:56Speaker 10: subservient to China who makes the batteries.
- 16:00Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 16:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:01Speaker 1: This gets back to the point I'm making. You want
- 16:03Speaker 1: China to be in charge of the planet or do
- 16:04Speaker 1: you want the United States? Those are your questions. That's
- 16:07Speaker 1: the core question. You want China to be in charge?
- 16:10Speaker 1: You want the CHICOMs to be in charge? Or do
- 16:12Speaker 1: you want Americans, American citizens, to be in charge of
- 16:16Speaker 1: the future of this planet? Take your pick. Howard Letnick
- 16:20Speaker 1: points it out. He's like, look, you all are suckers.
- 16:22Speaker 1: You're playing into this stupid stuff about global warming and
- 16:26Speaker 1: climate change, and you're buying windmills. Who makes the windmills? China.
- 16:31Speaker 1: What is China doing to the environment? Destroying it. They're
- 16:34Speaker 1: destroying it. How many coal plants does China build every week? Tons.
- 16:39Speaker 1: It's just nonstop. The whole thing is so poisonous and stupid.
- 16:44Speaker 1: So poisonous. And they don't do coal like we do coal.
- 16:46Speaker 1: We do coal environmentally. We do clean coal. We do
- 16:48Speaker 1: it well. China just degrades everything it touches. And they're
- 16:53Speaker 1: reaching out all across the entire planet. We've seen this
- 16:56Speaker 1: act before. We saw it with the Soviets. Here are
- 16:57Speaker 1: the Chinese doing it again. And President Trump is working
- 17:01Speaker 1: to fight back against that, whether it's kicking their power
- 17:04Speaker 1: cord out in Venezuela or kicking their power cord out
- 17:06Speaker 1: in Iran or stopping their encroachment in the Western Hemisphere.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Trump's on it. And I love that these guys are
- 17:14Speaker 1: not sugarcoating any of this. Howard Letnick goes there, and
- 17:17Speaker 1: he's reading them the Riot Act. They deserve it. And
- 17:20Speaker 1: then President Trump joined this today. President Trump joined this today.
- 17:24Speaker 1: He gets up in front of the World Economic Forum,
- 17:28Speaker 1: and he said today that he just walloped the globalists.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Take a look here. Cut nine. Here's the president of
- 17:34Speaker 1: the United States.
- 17:37Speaker 4: Very foolishly followed, turning their backs on everything that makes
- 17:41Speaker 4: nations rich and powerful and strong.
- 17:44Speaker 5: And there's so much potential in so many nations.
- 17:48Speaker 4: The result was record budget and trade deficits and a
- 17:52Speaker 4: growing sovereign deficit driven by the largest wave of mass
- 17:56Speaker 4: migration in human history.
- 17:58Speaker 5: We've never seen anything like it.
- 18:01Speaker 4: Quite frankly, many parts of our world are being destroyed
- 18:03Speaker 4: before our very eyes, and the leaders don't even understand
- 18:07Speaker 4: what's happening. And the ones that do understand aren't doing
- 18:10Speaker 4: anything about it. Virtually all of the so-called experts predicted
- 18:14Speaker 4: my plans to end this failed model. would trigger a
- 18:18Speaker 4: global recession and runaway inflation.
- 18:21Speaker 5: But we have proven them wrong. It's actually just the opposite.
- 18:26Speaker 4: In one year, our agenda has produced a transformation like
- 18:29Speaker 4: America has not seen in over 100 years.
- 18:34Speaker 1: He's talking about core issues. You know, Europe opened its
- 18:38Speaker 1: doors to wave after wave of third world destructive migration.
- 18:42Speaker 1: And now Europe's living with the consequences of that. Joe
- 18:45Speaker 1: Biden attempted to do it here, and he did have
- 18:48Speaker 1: some unfortunate success in doing that. President Autopen opens our borders,
- 18:54Speaker 1: welcomes the whole planet inside, and now we're dealing with
- 18:56Speaker 1: the deportation of tens of millions of people, including some
- 19:00Speaker 1: very vile human beings who've done some disgraceful things to
- 19:03Speaker 1: American citizens. President Trump is cleaning that mess up, and
- 19:07Speaker 1: so he's proud of that. Look, yesterday was one year
- 19:10Speaker 1: of this Trump presidency, and the president- has a long
- 19:14Speaker 1: record of accomplishments to be proud of. In fact, he
- 19:16Speaker 1: did a two-hour press conference yesterday just to run down
- 19:20Speaker 1: the list of successes, and he barely scratched the surface.
- 19:23Speaker 1: A lot to be proud of. Let me put that differently.
- 19:26Speaker 1: You have a lot to be proud of by putting
- 19:27Speaker 1: this president in the position to do something for our country,
- 19:30Speaker 1: securing that border, deporting millions of people, 3 million people
- 19:33Speaker 1: from our country. These are not small things. These are
- 19:36Speaker 1: massive things, improving the economic picture, bringing wages up, bringing
- 19:40Speaker 1: costs down, slowing inflation, dropping the murder rate to record lows.
- 19:44Speaker 1: These are not small things. These are big things. Fixing
- 19:47Speaker 1: America's health agenda, getting us out of the crony corruption
- 19:50Speaker 1: that has made Americans so much less healthy, skyrocketed health
- 19:53Speaker 1: care costs and killed so many. He's fixing that. Dropping
- 19:57Speaker 1: the drug deaths that we've seen. How many people died
- 19:59Speaker 1: to drugs each year before Donald Trump came back into office?
- 20:03Speaker 1: Over 100,000 people. Those numbers are dropping precipitously. That homicide
- 20:08Speaker 1: rate reaching record lows. Children are being saved by the
- 20:11Speaker 1: thousands in the United States, rescued from the absolute worst fates.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Bad guys are being picked up like crazy, including in
- 20:19Speaker 1: recalcitrant sanctuary states like Minnesota. Are they having successes? Hell yes,
- 20:25Speaker 1: they are. And he deserves to take a victory lap
- 20:27Speaker 1: for that. This is one of the most historic presidencies
- 20:31Speaker 1: our country has ever seen. And boy, that's a concentrated
- 20:34Speaker 1: pattern of success in just a year's time. I didn't
- 20:36Speaker 1: even get to the big, beautiful law. I didn't even
- 20:38Speaker 1: get to the tax cuts. I didn't even get to
- 20:40Speaker 1: no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax
- 20:42Speaker 1: on social security. You should not just pat yourself on
- 20:46Speaker 1: the back. You should be celebrating what you've achieved. But
- 20:49Speaker 1: as you know, the fight is not over. It continues.
- 20:52Speaker 1: And I'm going to talk to you in a moment
- 20:53Speaker 1: about some of the latest that's developing in that fight.
- 20:56Speaker 1: And then moments from now, of course, we'll be joined
- 20:58Speaker 1: by a great guest from the United States Department of State,
- 21:01Speaker 1: get an update on the president's trip to to Switzerland,
- 21:04Speaker 1: what that agenda is all about, and what the president
- 21:06Speaker 1: is now saying about Greenland. He's got new updates on
- 21:09Speaker 1: that subject. We've got a lot to get to. Glad
- 21:11Speaker 1: you're here with me to do it. All right, let
- 21:12Speaker 1: me talk to you about something I've been watching really closely.
- 21:16Speaker 1: You guys familiar with Cauchy? Cauchy? It's really cool. Cauchy
- 21:19Speaker 1: is one of the only places you can actually trade
- 21:21Speaker 1: on real world events in all 50 states. And I
- 21:26Speaker 1: like looking at Cauchy because there's a thing that I'm observing.
- 21:30Speaker 1: I just told you about Gavin Newsom. Who's going to
- 21:34Speaker 1: win the next presidential election? You have a beat on this?
- 21:38Speaker 1: Who's going to win the next presidential election? You know
- 21:40Speaker 1: the answer to that question? Well, right now, the good
- 21:42Speaker 1: money is on J.D.
- 21:43Speaker 11: Vance.
- 21:44Speaker 1: People think J.D. Vance is going to win the 28% chance,
- 21:47Speaker 1: according to the Kaushik data on this subject, that J.D.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Vance is going to be the winner. And then Gavin Newsom,
- 21:55Speaker 1: who we just– Gavin Newscombe. Thank you, Chad. Who we
- 21:58Speaker 1: just heard from hanging out with Alex Soros. He's at 18%.
- 22:01Speaker 1: His chances keep dropping, by the way. And then Marco
- 22:04Speaker 1: Rubio is at 11% right now in terms of just
- 22:08Speaker 1: what people think is going to happen. I'm not surprised
- 22:10Speaker 1: by this, and that is good news. It looks like
- 22:11Speaker 1: Republicans are the favorites right now to pick up the
- 22:14Speaker 1: next election either way. But, yeah, if you want to
- 22:17Speaker 1: keep tracking this, if you want to keep tracking where
- 22:19Speaker 1: people are placing the good money, you can do that
- 22:22Speaker 1: with Calshi. It's a great operation and a super helpful
- 22:25Speaker 1: way just to kind of observe the news and how
- 22:28Speaker 1: people are actually putting their own coin on the line
- 22:30Speaker 1: as they assess it. You can go to calchi.com slash
- 22:33Speaker 1: Vince right now and get a free $ 10 credit when
- 22:36Speaker 1: you trade $ 100. That's calchi.com slash Vince. Once again, calchi.com
- 22:42Speaker 1: slash Vince, K-A-L-S-H-I.com slash Vince. You must be 21, and
- 22:46Speaker 1: the purchaser must be present in the state where the
- 22:48Speaker 1: trade is placed. See important disclosures at calchi.com. Calchi is
- 22:52Speaker 1: subject to U.S. regulatory oversight by the CFTC. All right.
- 22:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Vance is doing all right. I like J.D.
- 22:59Speaker 7: Vance.
- 23:00Speaker 1: He's a, you see the news about JD Vance? He's
- 23:03Speaker 1: having another baby. Vice president of the United States. They're
- 23:07Speaker 1: having a baby. Usha's having a baby. Usha is that,
- 23:10Speaker 1: isn't that great news? Baby number four is on the way.
- 23:13Speaker 1: This is a, this is going to be great. So,
- 23:15Speaker 1: so a new baby coming to the Naval Observatory. She's
- 23:19Speaker 1: due a couple months from now. What did they say? July.
- 23:21Speaker 1: It's great. It's on the, the baby's on the way. Um, and, uh,
- 23:26Speaker 1: I think this is going to be good for J.D.
- 23:27Speaker 1: Vance politically too, which is going to assess this. Because
- 23:29Speaker 1: I do hope J.D.
- 23:31Speaker 7: Wins.
- 23:31Speaker 1: I think it would be wonderful. I think it will
- 23:33Speaker 1: be good for him politically. It's always humanizing to have
- 23:35Speaker 1: a baby. It's a wonderful experience to have a child.
- 23:37Speaker 1: He's already got three of them. Now a fourth is
- 23:38Speaker 1: on the way. It's going to be fun. And then,
- 23:41Speaker 1: of course, meanwhile, pay attention to the left overplaying its
- 23:44Speaker 1: hand as they attack J.D. Vance's child for existing. That's
- 23:48Speaker 1: always a lot of fun, isn't it? When the left
- 23:51Speaker 1: tries to take something innocent and sweet and then they
- 23:54Speaker 1: demonstrate how demonic they are by attacking it. Yeah, that's typical.
- 23:58Speaker 5: All right.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Let me see here. Somebody goes, can J.D. Vance be trusted?
- 24:02Speaker 1: Make sure he's not a plant for the globalists. I
- 24:05Speaker 1: promise you J.D. Vance is not a plant for the globalists.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Scouts on her, I swear. The guy's legit. He's great.
- 24:14Speaker 1: There's a reason President Trump chose him. You know, actually,
- 24:16Speaker 1: on that question, if you're sincere, if you really think
- 24:18Speaker 1: that there's a chance J.D. Vance is Mr. Globalist– Remember,
- 24:22Speaker 1: all of the big money forces were trying to stop
- 24:26Speaker 1: Donald Trump from choosing him. It was there was a
- 24:29Speaker 1: lot of money dedicated to stopping Donald Trump from selecting J.D.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Vance as his running mate. And and as he does,
- 24:37Speaker 1: President Trump followed his instincts. He rejected that and he
- 24:41Speaker 1: went with J.D. Charlie Kirk loved J.D. That's right.
- 24:47Speaker 7: And.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Ed Duncan, 16, says Charlie trusted J.D.
- 24:51Speaker 7: Vance.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Yeah, Charlie Kirk loved J.D. Charlie wasn't on Team Globalism.
- 24:54Speaker 1: That's obviously. You know, Don Jr. loved J.D. So we've
- 24:58Speaker 1: got J.D. 's good people. And Marco's good people, by
- 25:02Speaker 1: the way. I'm not saying this at the expense of
- 25:03Speaker 1: Marco Rubio. Marco's, that guy's a proven commodity now. He's
- 25:07Speaker 1: come a long way. Remember Marco Rubio used to be for, like,
- 25:10Speaker 1: amnesty for illegal aliens? He was a part of the
- 25:14Speaker 1: Gang of Eight, you know, Gramnesty bill. A long time ago.
- 25:17Speaker 1: That's not the case anymore. Rubio's like Rubio's on fire.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Rubio's reached another level and he's got a great reputation.
- 25:24Speaker 1: President Trump really likes both of them. He really likes J.D.,
- 25:27Speaker 1: really likes Marco Rubio. And the media is constantly trying
- 25:30Speaker 1: to pit those guys against each other. Have you noticed that? Like,
- 25:32Speaker 1: who do you like better? Who's going to be the
- 25:34Speaker 1: guy you think, you know, is is Rubio better than J.D.?
- 25:37Speaker 1: And like Trump doesn't fall for any of it because
- 25:39Speaker 1: he's not going to be sucked into this like this
- 25:41Speaker 1: tornado of toxicity. He's like, yeah, no, they're both great.
- 25:44Speaker 1: And he keeps saying that they both should run together. So, oh,
- 25:48Speaker 1: we'll see what happens. We'll see what happens. But there's
- 25:51Speaker 1: the great J.D.
- 25:52Speaker 5: Vance.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Okay, let me see. Let me plot out what we're
- 25:56Speaker 1: going to do next because I do have some interesting
- 26:00Speaker 1: stuff going on. Minnesota, I want to talk to you
- 26:02Speaker 1: about Minnesota because I don't know about you, but I
- 26:07Speaker 1: desperately want people who invade Christian churches to be arrested.
- 26:11Speaker 1: for invading Christian churches. That's a violation of federal law.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Put handcuffs on these jackasses and throw away the key
- 26:17Speaker 1: if I had my way. So we have some updates
- 26:20Speaker 1: on that subject. And I won't be able to fully
- 26:23Speaker 1: flesh this out now because we have a great guest
- 26:24Speaker 1: coming up in just a moment. But I do want
- 26:26Speaker 1: to tease you a little bit with something that Kristi
- 26:29Speaker 1: Noem just shared with us last night. Kristi Noem was
- 26:32Speaker 1: on Newsmax last night with Greta Van Susteren. And she
- 26:38Speaker 1: had this to say, cut three, Now, pay attention. This
- 26:42Speaker 1: is about her saying, you know, we've got arrests coming
- 26:44Speaker 1: in just a few hours, hours. So you hear hours
- 26:48Speaker 1: and you kind of think when I hear hours, I
- 26:49Speaker 1: think like two hours. I thought it would be before
- 26:52Speaker 1: midnight last night. As far as I can tell, it
- 26:54Speaker 1: didn't happen before midnight. But, you know, again, we're recording
- 26:56Speaker 1: this podcast right now. It may very well be that
- 26:58Speaker 1: we find out that some consequential arrests were made even
- 27:02Speaker 1: before we started broadcasting this podcast at 10 a.m. Eastern time.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Here's Christine Noem last night, though. I'll just let you
- 27:08Speaker 1: see the see the video.
- 27:09Speaker 11: I imagine I felt and feel intimidated.
- 27:12Speaker 1: And they did.
- 27:14Speaker 12: And there's going to be arrests in the next several hours. Greta,
- 27:17Speaker 12: there will be arrests tied to that. And people will
- 27:19Speaker 12: be brought to justice for how they violated the law
- 27:22Speaker 12: in that situation.
- 27:22Speaker 11: With Don Lemon as a journalist. And so I thought
- 27:25Speaker 11: he was going. And so when I first saw it,
- 27:27Speaker 11: I assumed he was going in as a journalist covering it.
- 27:29Speaker 11: I mean, I go into bad place and ask questions
- 27:31Speaker 11: all the time. But when his comment about the white
- 27:34Speaker 11: supremacy all of a sudden made me think, well, maybe
- 27:36Speaker 11: he wasn't there as a journalist.
- 27:38Speaker 12: Yeah, well, Greta, not only that comment, but the fact
- 27:40Speaker 12: that ahead of time before this even happened, he said
- 27:43Speaker 12: that he had conducted some surveillance before they went into
- 27:46Speaker 12: this church. He identified individuals that were going in with
- 27:49Speaker 12: him that were activists and the work that they'd done
- 27:51Speaker 12: in the past. The fact that this entire situation was
- 27:54Speaker 12: then posted on the Black Lives Matter website, all of
- 27:57Speaker 12: that is something that they're going to be responsible for.
- 28:00Speaker 3: Okay.
- 28:02Speaker 1: That's kind of fun. So there you have Kristi Noem
- 28:05Speaker 1: saying we have arrests over the next hours and Don
- 28:07Speaker 1: Lemon definitely in play. That's– come on now. Just hear
- 28:11Speaker 1: her clearly there, what she's talking about. Two other big
- 28:15Speaker 1: pieces of information that are relevant to this, and then
- 28:17Speaker 1: we'll get to our great guest from the State Department. One,
- 28:21Speaker 1: Pam Bondi is in Minneapolis right now. She's in Minnesota.
- 28:25Speaker 1: She just arrived overnight. That was being reported by the
- 28:29Speaker 1: media that that was happening without any really declaration as
- 28:32Speaker 1: to why she would be there. Kind of seems like
- 28:34Speaker 1: there's a reason for it. So Pam Bondi into Minnesota. Additionally,
- 28:38Speaker 1: speaking of J.D. Vance, J.D. is arriving Thursday. He's arriving
- 28:44Speaker 1: Thursday in Minnesota, in Minneapolis, to tackle what's going on there.
- 28:50Speaker 1: We've got a lot more on that subject. That's all
- 28:52Speaker 1: ahead on the program. But I do think in the–
- 28:56Speaker 1: What's happening? I think something very big is happening is
- 29:00Speaker 1: probably what you can safely deduce from all of this.
- 29:04Speaker 1: More ahead on this edition of Vince. Hey, our great sponsors,
- 29:09Speaker 1: just absolutely wonderful, who make this all happen. You know,
- 29:12Speaker 1: it's flu season, which means it's also been flu shot season,
- 29:15Speaker 1: and it's been reported that the number of people getting
- 29:17Speaker 1: flu shots is at a record low. And according to
- 29:19Speaker 1: the CDC's own opinions— They say the flu shot is
- 29:22Speaker 1: moderately effective at best, and that's not even accounting for
- 29:25Speaker 1: what some believe are vaccine injuries. There's a much better
- 29:28Speaker 1: way for you to stay healthy. Grab a contagion emergency

- 31:28Speaker 1: Bone Charge, baby. Yeah, I do like the president's remarks
- 31:31Speaker 1: today to the World Economic Forum. You know what's funny?
- 31:36Speaker 1: Every time President Trump gives a speech to an international body,
- 31:39Speaker 1: whether it's the United Nations or, you know, a G8 summit,
- 31:44Speaker 1: or just take your pick, every single time he... overperforms
- 31:50Speaker 1: the very low expectations the media have for him every
- 31:53Speaker 1: single time. Like, people think, like, what is he going
- 31:56Speaker 1: to say? How is it even going to be interesting?
- 31:58Speaker 1: And then he goes and he delivers a full-blown pro-America, pro-sovereignty, pro-borders,
- 32:04Speaker 1: anti-globalism banger every time. He just did it again this morning.
- 32:10Speaker 1: He just showed up today and he, like, beat the
- 32:13Speaker 1: brakes off of Europe and it makes a lot of
- 32:17Speaker 1: sense for a million reasons. Let me just emphasize a
- 32:20Speaker 1: really big detail. Europe has been buying all of its
- 32:24Speaker 1: energy from Russia. Talk about how stupid you could possibly be.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Europe is financing the war against Ukraine and then whining
- 32:34Speaker 1: that Russia invaded Ukraine. Well, then stop giving them money,
- 32:37Speaker 1: you dummies. Stop decommissioning your nuclear plants. Stop turning to wind.
- 32:43Speaker 1: Stop wrecking energy in Europe. It's insanity. So President Trump's
- 32:50Speaker 1: forcing them to actually think about the well-being of their
- 32:53Speaker 1: own people. And additionally, like these guys need to restore
- 32:59Speaker 1: their borders. It is not good. I realize that they're
- 33:02Speaker 1: overseas and it feels like a faraway issue. It's like, oh,
- 33:04Speaker 1: my gosh, it's like, oh, well, I guess Europe's over.
- 33:07Speaker 1: It's not good. That their borders have been overrun and
- 33:11Speaker 1: that the interior of their countries have been utterly destroyed
- 33:14Speaker 1: by wave after wave of their world migration. The president.
- 33:17Speaker 1: is crystal clear. You've got to fix this problem. We've
- 33:20Speaker 1: got to restore Europe. I mean, he was talking today
- 33:23Speaker 1: about how this is his heritage, too. His family immigrated
- 33:27Speaker 1: to the United States from Europe. He cares a lot
- 33:29Speaker 1: about this. He doesn't want to see Europe collapse. So
- 33:34Speaker 1: that's the president's attitude on it. What is the Don
- 33:37Speaker 1: Roe doctrine, though? What is President Trump up to? For
- 33:39Speaker 1: more on that, we do bring in Mignon Houston now,
- 33:41Speaker 1: the deputy spokeswoman for the United States Department of State. Mignon,
- 33:44Speaker 1: it is good to have you with us. Thank you
- 33:45Speaker 1: so much.
- 33:46Speaker 7: It's great to be here. Thank you for having me.
- 33:48Speaker 7: It's an exciting day.
- 33:49Speaker 1: It is exciting. Okay, let's talk about the president's overarching ideology.
- 33:55Speaker 1: He referred to it recently as the Don Roe Doctrine.
- 33:59Speaker 1: As he talked about getting peace in Venezuela, he's clearly
- 34:02Speaker 1: trying to secure control over Greenland right now. Give us
- 34:06Speaker 1: a sense from your perspective, what is the Don Roe Doctrine?
- 34:08Speaker 1: What does the president believe in here?
- 34:10Speaker 7: Well, let me just say that this is an exciting day.
- 34:14Speaker 7: Because as we celebrate the first year of this administration,
- 34:17Speaker 7: we also celebrate foreign policy that has fundamentally changed. We
- 34:21Speaker 7: shifted from Americans thinking about foreign policy in a very
- 34:24Speaker 7: abstract way, meetings taking place overseas in conference rooms that
- 34:28Speaker 7: didn't affect them, And today, you can see Americans see
- 34:32Speaker 7: that foreign policy affects their daily lives, that the president,
- 34:36Speaker 7: under the leadership of Secretary Rubio, every foreign policy decision
- 34:39Speaker 7: is a decision that affects U.S. citizens, making us stronger, safer,
- 34:43Speaker 7: more prosperous. And we've seen that through the course of
- 34:45Speaker 7: this entire year, in such a short amount of time,
- 34:48Speaker 7: unprecedented achievements. And as it relates to these achievements, we're
- 34:51Speaker 7: really focused on the American and what is best for
- 34:54Speaker 7: the American. responsible humanitarian assistance that is done in a
- 34:57Speaker 7: way that's not wasteful, making sure we're safe at home,
- 35:00Speaker 7: expanding vetting as it relates to visas, ensuring that individuals
- 35:04Speaker 7: who are here as nationals, immigrants to our country, are
- 35:07Speaker 7: not committing crimes, harming American citizens, theft, driving under the influence, assault,
- 35:13Speaker 7: that's unnecessary. And also ensuring that every tariff Every tariff relationship,
- 35:19Speaker 7: every tariff partnership is balanced, that it's not disadvantaging the
- 35:23Speaker 7: American worker. These are incredible achievements that have been made
- 35:25Speaker 7: throughout the course of a very short amount of time
- 35:28Speaker 7: to ensure America is safe, strong, and prosperous. And we're
- 35:31Speaker 7: grateful for that.
- 35:32Speaker 1: But why is it so important that we have control
- 35:35Speaker 1: of the affairs of, say, Venezuela or Greenland? What's the
- 35:38Speaker 1: priority there for the president?
- 35:40Speaker 7: Well, the priority and the focus is always U.S. national security.
- 35:45Speaker 7: Let's take Greenland, for instance. We heard the president speak
- 35:47Speaker 7: today in Davos. Very important speech. What's most important is
- 35:50Speaker 7: this geography. It hasn't changed.
- 35:53Speaker 2: No.
- 35:54Speaker 7: But what has changed are threats, technology. And the president
- 35:57Speaker 7: is asking a very important question. What does it take
- 36:00Speaker 7: for American leadership to be well positioned in the 21st century?
- 36:05Speaker 7: The Arctic is an important solution for that. And that's
- 36:07Speaker 7: why we're looking at Greenland. We're looking at Greenland because
- 36:09Speaker 7: we're focused on U.S. national security, what is best for
- 36:12Speaker 7: the American people. As it relates to Venezuela, we have
- 36:15Speaker 7: seen the Maduro regime use Venezuela as a safe haven
- 36:19Speaker 7: for malign actors, for drug traffickers. And this administration has
- 36:24Speaker 7: said enough is enough. The drugs that are being brought in,
- 36:26Speaker 7: the poison that's being brought in through these routes, it
- 36:29Speaker 7: is the leading cause of death, overdoses, in the United
- 36:32Speaker 7: States for ages 18 to 45. This is unacceptable. Communities
- 36:36Speaker 7: are suffering, and the American people deserve better. That's what
- 36:40Speaker 7: this administration is delivering, and that's what we're going to
- 36:42Speaker 7: continue to do.
- 36:43Speaker 1: President Trump was describing some of his conversations with world
- 36:46Speaker 1: leaders today, and he mentioned in particular Emmanuel Macron. He
- 36:51Speaker 1: was basically telling them like, hey, you're going to raise
- 36:53Speaker 1: your drug prices now because we've got this situation where
- 36:58Speaker 1: it's like absurd that Americans pay for the development of
- 37:00Speaker 1: all of these drugs. And then they're sold at these
- 37:03Speaker 1: ridiculous cut rates in France. So we've got new rules
- 37:07Speaker 1: in the United States imposed by President Trump. It's basically that,
- 37:10Speaker 1: you know, Americans don't pay any more than the lowest
- 37:14Speaker 1: price around the planet. And so he's he's hassling Americans. Macron,
- 37:18Speaker 1: and it's like, you've got to take care of your prices.
- 37:19Speaker 1: You don't like this? Raise your prices. And he kind
- 37:22Speaker 1: of beat him into the corner, it sounds like, he
- 37:24Speaker 1: revealed today. How much of a difference maker is it
- 37:26Speaker 1: when the president gets involved in these, quote unquote, diplomatic negotiations?
- 37:31Speaker 7: Absolutely. I mean, who can do it better than the
- 37:34Speaker 7: president of the United States? He is our lead negotiator.
- 37:37Speaker 7: The president's experience, the president's presence in a room makes
- 37:41Speaker 7: a significant difference. I mean, what we saw when the
- 37:44Speaker 7: president announced those tariffs around the globe to ensure more
- 37:48Speaker 7: fair and balanced trade was huge criticism, that people could
- 37:52Speaker 7: not believe it, that countries were in shock. But the
- 37:55Speaker 7: truth is, the impetus for that decision is the American people.
- 37:59Speaker 7: And we voted in a president that would take our interests,
- 38:03Speaker 7: our considerations, our needs first. And that policy has not changed.
- 38:07Speaker 1: Finally, it seems like the big message from everybody who
- 38:11Speaker 1: has been speaking from the Trump administration is that globalism
- 38:15Speaker 1: is a dead experiment, that it's been a complete disaster
- 38:19Speaker 1: for the United States and for every other country that
- 38:21Speaker 1: seems to have sold out its population. Is that one
- 38:23Speaker 1: of the themes here?
- 38:24Speaker 7: Well, we saw with the national security strategy that this
- 38:28Speaker 7: administration is focused on what is in the best interest
- 38:31Speaker 7: of the United States. And what that comes down to
- 38:33Speaker 7: is every partnership, every deal, every trade, economic partnership and
- 38:40Speaker 7: negotiation comes down to is it in the best interest
- 38:43Speaker 7: of the United States? And I think that's fundamentally what
- 38:46Speaker 7: makes this foreign policy so different, so special, so important
- 38:49Speaker 7: for the American people. And that's how we'll continue to
- 38:52Speaker 7: prioritize our interests. our activities, our relationships, our engagements moving forward.
- 38:57Speaker 7: It's important for the Department of State to be seen
- 38:59Speaker 7: by the American people, foreign policy that's made personal, that's
- 39:02Speaker 7: trickled down into their homes, into their living rooms. I
- 39:05Speaker 7: have family members and friends who say, I saw the
- 39:07Speaker 7: State Department today. Can you explain this to me? Now
- 39:09Speaker 7: this makes sense. This is making sense now. It actually
- 39:12Speaker 7: is important for every American to understand that they have
- 39:15Speaker 7: a president who is defending U.S. national interest every single day.
- 39:19Speaker 5: All right.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Mignon Houston, spokeswoman for the Department of State. Thank you
- 39:22Speaker 1: for your time this morning. Appreciate you being here.
- 39:24Speaker 2: You're so welcome.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Good to talk to you.
- 39:26Speaker 5: All right.
- 39:27Speaker 1: There she is again, the president in Davos today. World
- 39:30Speaker 1: Economic Forum, smacking other world leaders around, which is always
- 39:33Speaker 1: a fun thing to see. And luckily, it's also a
- 39:36Speaker 1: productive event for the United States. So that's great. Let
- 39:40Speaker 1: me let me get back to Minnesota now, because, again,
- 39:43Speaker 1: we've got this breaking news overnight that it looks like
- 39:46Speaker 1: we have arrests of church The church invaders going on,
- 39:50Speaker 1: according to Kristi Noem. You've got Pam Bondi arriving in
- 39:52Speaker 1: the state. You've got J.D. Vance arriving in the state tomorrow, Thursday.
- 39:57Speaker 1: This is all in anticipation of some real action on
- 39:59Speaker 1: the ground, which is great. And I want to just
- 40:03Speaker 1: tap into the feelings around this story because– As we've
- 40:08Speaker 1: been expressing all week on this story in particular and
- 40:12Speaker 1: on every other story that involves lawbreaking in our country,
- 40:15Speaker 1: the big thing we all want is accountability. We want arrests,
- 40:18Speaker 1: and we want them as quickly as humanly possible. I
- 40:21Speaker 1: had Armie Dillon on our show earlier this week, and
- 40:24Speaker 1: she was trying to lay out that, look, there is
- 40:27Speaker 1: a federal criminal procedure that's required to be used here.
- 40:31Speaker 1: in order to actually place handcuffs on bad guys, on,
- 40:34Speaker 1: in this case, the church invaders. And I do think
- 40:38Speaker 1: it's worth understanding the details, like how this works in particular.
- 40:42Speaker 1: The way handcuffs end up as a constitutional and as
- 40:45Speaker 1: a legal matter on a bad guy, if a federal
- 40:50Speaker 1: law enforcement officer is directly in front of a crime,
- 40:53Speaker 1: physically there as a crime is being occurred, as occurring,
- 40:57Speaker 1: and it's a violation of federal law, They can place
- 40:59Speaker 1: handcuffs directly on the bad guy right there. They've got
- 41:02Speaker 1: probable cause at that moment to put handcuffs on that person.
- 41:06Speaker 1: But if there's no federal law enforcement there, the way
- 41:09Speaker 1: this works is you look at the evidence as a U.S. attorney,
- 41:13Speaker 1: and then you have to approach a federal magistrate in
- 41:16Speaker 1: order to begin the legal proceeding to arrest the person.
- 41:19Speaker 1: That's just the way it works under the law. And
- 41:23Speaker 1: a federal magistrate, by the way, is a judge is
- 41:25Speaker 1: what I'm referencing. So when Harmey Dillon tells us, hey, look,
- 41:29Speaker 1: here's the challenge. It was a Sunday, and then on
- 41:31Speaker 1: Monday we had MLK Day, which is a federal holiday.
- 41:33Speaker 1: It means almost nobody who's even involved in this process
- 41:36Speaker 1: is available to us right now. Yesterday, Tuesday, becomes the
- 41:39Speaker 1: full actual first working day where they can tackle all
- 41:43Speaker 1: of this. The gears are grinding, and they're grinding fast.
- 41:47Speaker 1: I don't know about you, but I can tell what's
- 41:49Speaker 1: going on here. I can tell there's a meaningful difference
- 41:52Speaker 1: in this story in terms of the way the Trump
- 41:54Speaker 1: administration has been reacting to it. at every single level,
- 41:58Speaker 1: whether it's DHS or DOJ, the U.S. Attorney, in this case,
- 42:02Speaker 1: the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, the White House,
- 42:04Speaker 1: they've all been 100% locked in on what's happening in Minnesota.
- 42:09Speaker 1: And to a T, they've all promised that these arrests
- 42:12Speaker 1: are coming and they're coming very rapidly. Okay. And so
- 42:16Speaker 1: I get it. I get the big anticipation like, hey,
- 42:19Speaker 1: where is it?
- 42:19Speaker 5: Where is it?
- 42:20Speaker 1: Where is it? I'm right there with you. I want it.
- 42:22Speaker 1: I want it too. But you have to maintain a
- 42:24Speaker 1: realistic perspective as to How do these things actually work
- 42:27Speaker 1: in order to get the outcome that we want, which
- 42:29Speaker 1: is justice for the bad guys? We want them to
- 42:32Speaker 1: be smacked with the consequences of their own actions. So
- 42:36Speaker 1: here we are today in what I'm telling you seems
- 42:40Speaker 1: like we've got something very real developing today. And if
- 42:43Speaker 1: it doesn't, we'll talk about it tomorrow too. I'm happy
- 42:45Speaker 1: to do that. But I just want to maintain the
- 42:47Speaker 1: perspective as to how the hell this is supposed to work.
- 42:50Speaker 1: So with that said, I can tell you right now
- 42:54Speaker 1: the United States Department of Justice is also very busy,
- 42:56Speaker 1: not just going after the random street thugs who are
- 42:59Speaker 1: pouring into churches. They're also going after the leadership who
- 43:03Speaker 1: are making all this insurrection garbage happen. And that includes
- 43:07Speaker 1: the governor of the state, Tim Walz. That includes the
- 43:10Speaker 1: mayors of St. Paul and the mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Fry.
- 43:14Speaker 1: That includes the attorney general of the state, Keith Ellison.
- 43:18Speaker 1: And this is– A massive story that we get just
- 43:24Speaker 1: in the last 24 hours that subpoenas have now gone
- 43:28Speaker 1: out to all of those people from grand juries who
- 43:32Speaker 1: are now investigating them. They're under criminal investigation for their
- 43:38Speaker 1: obstruction of law enforcement. Not a small deal. This isn't
- 43:43Speaker 1: like a congressional censure. It's not some blue ribbon commission.
- 43:46Speaker 1: It's not some random wrist slap. All of these guys
- 43:49Speaker 1: are now under investigation. And here's how this developed. I've
- 43:53Speaker 1: got this, Alexis McAdams was over at Fox News and
- 43:56Speaker 1: shared this with us originally yesterday. She says, breaking sources
- 43:59Speaker 1: are telling Fox, the United States Department of Justice has
- 44:02Speaker 1: served grand jury subpoenas today to five Minnesota government offices,
- 44:06Speaker 1: including the governor's office, the attorney general's office, and the
- 44:09Speaker 1: Minneapolis mayor's office. These subpoenas are a part of a
- 44:12Speaker 1: federal investigation into, you ready? Here's the specifics, alleged conspiracy
- 44:18Speaker 1: to coerce or obstruct federal law enforcement. during ongoing ICE
- 44:23Speaker 1: operations in Minnesota. So these guys are obstructionists getting in
- 44:28Speaker 1: the way of federal law enforcement. And by the way,
- 44:30Speaker 1: to be clear, they're insurrectionists. I still, to this day
- 44:33Speaker 1: and beyond, am I going to maintain I think President
- 44:35Speaker 1: Trump needs to invoke the Insurrection Act as quickly as possible.
- 44:39Speaker 1: No more talking about it. I think we just do it.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Just announce you're doing a limited invocation of the Insurrection Act.
- 44:45Speaker 1: Just strap the word limited in there to make people
- 44:48Speaker 1: realize that you're being very deliberative about it. But it
- 44:50Speaker 1: doesn't really change the impact of it. You invoke the
- 44:53Speaker 1: Insurrection Act. You send the troops in. You calm everything down.
- 44:56Speaker 1: You arrest bad guys who are breaking the law. You
- 44:58Speaker 1: restore order to the state of Minnesota. This can all
- 45:02Speaker 1: be done very quickly, and it will demonstrate the love
- 45:06Speaker 1: that this administration has for our country. It's not going
- 45:09Speaker 1: to be some sort of political downside. The left is
- 45:12Speaker 1: going to attack Trump no matter what he does. They
- 45:14Speaker 1: make up things. They're pretending like ICE is killing American
- 45:17Speaker 1: citizens in cold blood. Actually enforcing the law is not
- 45:21Speaker 1: going to come with a political cost. It'll come with
- 45:23Speaker 1: a political benefit. And plus, more importantly, it's going to
- 45:26Speaker 1: protect American lives. We don't want to be in a
- 45:28Speaker 1: situation where an ICE officer is killed in the streets
- 45:31Speaker 1: of Minnesota because the Insurrection Act wasn't invoked to prevent
- 45:34Speaker 1: that horrible outcome. Come on. But we do have consequences
- 45:39Speaker 1: now coming for these officials in Minnesota. And they're all
- 45:44Speaker 1: responding to it. They're all freaking out in their own ways.
- 45:47Speaker 1: Tim Walz reacted very quickly yesterday. He released a statement
- 45:52Speaker 1: bitching about all of this. He's attacking President Trump right
- 45:57Speaker 1: now for all of this. Now, let me remind you
- 46:01Speaker 1: of something. Tim Walz did not release a statement about
- 46:05Speaker 1: a Christian church in his state being invaded by left-wing
- 46:08Speaker 1: lunatics and children being menaced and tormented with him. He
- 46:12Speaker 1: didn't release a statement about it for over 24 hours.
- 46:15Speaker 1: And when he did, it was unsigned. It was a two-sentence,
- 46:18Speaker 1: burped-out statement. Nobody took credit for it in the governor's
- 46:22Speaker 1: office that they put out. But yesterday, when the news
- 46:25Speaker 1: of these subpoenas broke, the consequences are coming for Tim
- 46:28Speaker 1: Walz for obstructing law enforcement, they release a four-paragraph statement
- 46:32Speaker 1: about how this is just some act of tyranny. Of course,
- 46:35Speaker 1: he's the one who's engaged in insurrection right now. He says,
- 46:38Speaker 1: let me be absolutely clear, says Tampon Tim. The state
- 46:41Speaker 1: of Minnesota will not be drawn into political theater. This
- 46:44Speaker 1: Justice Department investigation, sparked by calls for accountability in the
- 46:48Speaker 1: face of violence, chaos, and the killing of Renee Good, who,
- 46:51Speaker 1: by the way, she got herself killed, does not seek justice.
- 46:56Speaker 1: It's a partisan distraction. Minnesotans are more concerned with safety
- 47:00Speaker 1: and peace rather than with baseless legal tactics aimed at
- 47:03Speaker 1: intimidating public servants. Oh, screw you. Standing shoulder to shoulder
- 47:08Speaker 1: with their community. Shoulder to shoulder? With your community?
- 47:12Speaker 10: Really?
- 47:13Speaker 1: Hey, look, tampon Tim, if you're doing anything to your community,
- 47:16Speaker 1: it's pushing them in front of the train. That's what
- 47:19Speaker 1: you're doing. The community is being wrecked by your vile behavior.
- 47:24Speaker 1: Tim Walz is not the only one to react to this.
- 47:26Speaker 1: Keith Ellison also got on television yesterday with Ms. Now
- 47:33Speaker 1: and said, they shouldn't be investigating me. They should be
- 47:35Speaker 1: investigating ICE. Listen to Keith Ellison, the corrupt criminal who
- 47:39Speaker 1: got on the air yesterday. The attorney general of the
- 47:41Speaker 1: state of Minnesota cut for a watch.
- 47:43Speaker 3: I can tell you, though, they're announcing investigations from all
- 47:47Speaker 3: of us. And you mentioned three of us here in Minnesota. Actually,
- 47:51Speaker 3: they're actually messing with the brand new mayor of St.
- 47:54Speaker 3: Paul and the Canopy County attorney. But they're not investigating
- 47:59Speaker 3: the person who ended the life of Renee Good. There's
- 48:03Speaker 3: no investigation on that at all. And so it's a
- 48:07Speaker 3: little bit ironic as we're doing the work that we're
- 48:10Speaker 3: elected to do by our constituents. standing up for our states,
- 48:15Speaker 3: insisting upon the dignity and the rights of the members
- 48:19Speaker 3: of Minnesota. They have not done anything close to what
- 48:23Speaker 3: they should do when it comes to investigating a homicide.
- 48:29Speaker 1: So isn't that rich? First of all, look at that guy.
- 48:31Speaker 1: He buttoned his shirt all the way up to his collar.
- 48:34Speaker 1: He's not even wearing a tie. Unbuttoned the top button,
- 48:38Speaker 1: you dork. And then he goes on, more importantly, to
- 48:41Speaker 1: say that, you know, the real problem is not me.
- 48:44Speaker 1: The real problem are ICE officers who are enforcing the law.
- 48:47Speaker 1: They're just murdering people and there's no investigation into them.
- 48:49Speaker 1: Everything he says is a lie. Everything. The attorney general
- 48:53Speaker 1: of an entire state just lying to you. Renee Good
- 48:56Speaker 1: died because she decided to drive her car directly into
- 48:58Speaker 1: an ICE officer who fired his gun to defend himself
- 49:01Speaker 1: and his fellow ICE officers. It's as clear as it
- 49:03Speaker 1: possibly gets. It's on video. It's on video. Just like
- 49:07Speaker 1: Keith Ellison's corruption. It's on video. And then he says
- 49:11Speaker 1: there's no investigation whatsoever into that shooting. That's also bullshit
- 49:15Speaker 1: because the federal government in every shooting goes. through and
- 49:20Speaker 1: reviews the police officer's decision to fire the gun what
- 49:25Speaker 1: led to that circumstance they are doing that it's a
- 49:28Speaker 1: basic administrative task that every law enforcement agency does anytime
- 49:33Speaker 1: an officer has to discharge their weapon in the line
- 49:36Speaker 1: of service it's just the way it works So he's
- 49:38Speaker 1: even lying about that. What he's upset about is that
- 49:42Speaker 1: he's being held accountable for his criminal actions, that a
- 49:46Speaker 1: grand jury of his peers has determined that he stands
- 49:51Speaker 1: reasonably accused of breaking the law. And now he has
- 49:54Speaker 1: got to answer some damn questions in a criminal investigation.
- 49:57Speaker 1: He's mad that we noticed. Well, tough, tough. The law
- 50:02Speaker 1: is coming for you. And it's very deserved, Keith Ellison. Now,
- 50:10Speaker 1: with these guys, this is the way it's supposed to work.
- 50:13Speaker 1: This is when the system is working as intended. In fact,
- 50:16Speaker 1: here's the deputy attorney general, Todd Blanche, who came out
- 50:20Speaker 1: yesterday and said, I can't get into all the details
- 50:22Speaker 1: here because it's ongoing, but this is the way we investigate.
- 50:26Speaker 1: Cut five.
- 50:26Speaker 11: Watch.
- 50:27Speaker 13: We said for the past two weeks that the federal
- 50:30Speaker 13: government and this administration would not tolerate local officials doing
- 50:35Speaker 13: what they were doing and have been doing, impeding federal
- 50:37Speaker 13: officers and doing everything they could to encourage rioters to
- 50:42Speaker 13: do what they have been doing, which is assaulting and
- 50:44Speaker 13: getting in the way of federal officials.
- 50:46Speaker 5: We said that we were investigating.
- 50:48Speaker 13: I've seen the reports today. Laura, you know, I'm not
- 50:50Speaker 13: going to comment on on exactly what we're doing in
- 50:53Speaker 13: this investigation. But this is exactly what we do when
- 50:56Speaker 13: we investigate. We send grand jury subpoenas. We talk to
- 50:59Speaker 13: witnesses to understand what's happening. And that's what you see
- 51:02Speaker 13: happening right now.
- 51:04Speaker 1: Yeah, this is the system working the way it's supposed to.
- 51:06Speaker 1: All right. So these guys are all under criminal investigation.
- 51:09Speaker 1: They're all freaking out about it. And it's also very
- 51:11Speaker 1: well deserved. And here's one more gigantic thing for you.
- 51:19Speaker 1: On this program, and it's not the only one, but
- 51:21Speaker 1: it's one of the only ones, we've been talking extensively
- 51:26Speaker 1: about the kinds of people who are being picked up
- 51:27Speaker 1: in Minnesota. You know who's being picked up in Minnesota?
- 51:31Speaker 1: Illegal aliens who've committed strong-arm sodomy of children. That's a
- 51:35Speaker 1: real English sentence, real criminal charges that have been leveled
- 51:40Speaker 1: against real illegal aliens who've been in the country hurting
- 51:43Speaker 1: kids inside of this country. They're picking up murderers, they're
- 51:47Speaker 1: picking up rapists, they're picking up child abusers, and they're
- 51:50Speaker 1: getting them the hell out of our country. There are
- 51:53Speaker 1: people who are here, who have been here with final
- 51:56Speaker 1: orders of deportation since the Clinton administration, violent illegal alien
- 52:00Speaker 1: criminals who are being removed from our country right now.
- 52:04Speaker 1: In fact, the latest numbers tell us that the Trump
- 52:08Speaker 1: administration has deported 10,000 such people from Minneapolis and Minnesota. 10,000
- 52:17Speaker 1: have been deported. And that work continues. This is news
- 52:21Speaker 1: that's not widely known, though. The legacy media never talk
- 52:24Speaker 1: about this. Minnesota local press don't talk about this. So
- 52:28Speaker 1: the only way this information gets out there is if
- 52:30Speaker 1: you and I get it out there or if President
- 52:33Speaker 1: Trump forces it down the throats of the legacy media.
- 52:38Speaker 1: And the good news I have for you today is
- 52:39Speaker 1: that's exactly what the president did yesterday for his for
- 52:43Speaker 1: his first year press conference. First year as president, the
- 52:47Speaker 1: United States, 47. He walks out yesterday to the White House,
- 52:52Speaker 1: Brady Press briefing room, stands behind the lectern and he goes,
- 52:56Speaker 1: you want you want to know who we're picking up?
- 52:57Speaker 1: How about this? I'm going to force it down your throat.
- 53:01Speaker 1: Cut one. The president yesterday.
- 53:05Speaker 5: People vicious.
- 53:08Speaker 14: Many of them murderers. These are all out of Minnesota,
- 53:11Speaker 14: just Minnesota. I say, why don't you talk about that more?
- 53:17Speaker 14: Because people don't know. Do you want to live with
- 53:19Speaker 14: these people? International murder. These are people that are living
- 53:30Speaker 14: where they're apprehended. and either put in jails in their
- 53:34Speaker 14: country from where they came, and the countries respect us,
- 53:36Speaker 14: and so they actually put them there. In the old days,
- 53:40Speaker 14: they didn't respect our country. Biden wouldn't do this because he.
- 53:44Speaker 8: Let them all in.
- 53:46Speaker 14: You know, if you didn't have open border policies of Biden,
- 53:48Speaker 14: none of this, all of the things that we, all
- 53:50Speaker 14: of the time that we spend talking about Minnesota and
- 53:53Speaker 14: everything else, most of them are coming from out of
- 53:56Speaker 14: the country.
- 53:57Speaker 5: And it's been caused by, My previous administrator. Look at this.
- 54:04Speaker 5: One after one.
- 54:08Speaker 14: Boy, these are rough characters. These are all criminal, illegal
- 54:13Speaker 14: aliens that, in many cases, they're murderers. They're drug lords,
- 54:18Speaker 14: drug dealers. They're the mentally insane. Some of them who
- 54:24Speaker 14: are brutal killers, they're mentally insane. They're killers, but they're insane.
- 54:27Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 54:30Speaker 5: These are just in Minnesota and California. It's worse.
- 54:35Speaker 1: He's holding up the images. If you can hear it,
- 54:38Speaker 1: for those of you listening on the audio podcast, he's
- 54:40Speaker 1: got a big stack of basically wanted posters is what
- 54:44Speaker 1: they look like. Instead, they're captured. And he's holding up
- 54:46Speaker 1: the images of each of these scumbags that shows what
- 54:50Speaker 1: crime they've committed, the horrors they've committed against children, the
- 54:53Speaker 1: murders they've committed, the drug dealing they've been doing. And
- 54:56Speaker 1: he's saying, this is who we're picking up. This is
- 54:58Speaker 1: who we're picking up. And again, he forced it down
- 55:01Speaker 1: the throats of the media. Now, there were members of
- 55:03Speaker 1: the media yesterday who were acting like they've never heard
- 55:05Speaker 1: this information before. Wait, wait a second. They're picking up murderers.
- 55:09Speaker 1: This is really happening. Check out the coverage over on
- 55:12Speaker 1: NBC yesterday afternoon as the host is stunned. He said
- 55:17Speaker 1: this is the first time we've ever heard this information. Now,
- 55:21Speaker 1: it's not, but it is the way NBC is treating it.
- 55:24Speaker 1: Watch this cut to.
- 55:25Speaker 15: This is the White House trying to make a case
- 55:28Speaker 15: for the first year of this administration. This is something
- 55:30Speaker 15: that they have said repeatedly over and over again that
- 55:35Speaker 15: they used to justify their crackdown on illegal immigration. You
- 55:38Speaker 15: see the president right there in those live pictures in
- 55:40Speaker 15: the briefing room. just a few feet from where I'm standing,
- 55:43Speaker 15: referring to these undocumented immigrants who he says have criminal histories. Certainly,
- 55:50Speaker 15: the president, from his supporters, has gotten a lot of
- 55:52Speaker 15: credit over his first year for reducing illegal border crossings
- 55:56Speaker 15: at the southern border to the lowest in recent memory,
- 56:01Speaker 15: a dramatic drop from the Biden administration. We should point out, though,
- 56:05Speaker 15: according to recent ICE data, as NBC News reported back
- 56:09Speaker 15: in December, of those who were arrested uh... during uh.
- 56:13Speaker 5: his uh.
- 56:14Speaker 15: during ices crackdowns uh... more than a third of them uh.
- 56:18Speaker 5: have no are.
- 56:19Speaker 15: Criminal history so although if the administration will come back
- 56:22Speaker 15: and set up.
- 56:23Speaker 1: With this guy so he does because a third of
- 56:25Speaker 1: them have no further criminal history you know other than
- 56:27Speaker 1: illegally entering the country so on a percent of a
- 56:30Speaker 1: criminal history so you're telling me let me just sort
- 56:33Speaker 1: through that ladies and gentlemen let me pull through that
- 56:34Speaker 1: news for a moment so you're telling me two-thirds of
- 56:38Speaker 1: all of the people they've arrested not just criminally immigrated
- 56:42Speaker 1: into our country, criminally came in, invaded our country, but
- 56:46Speaker 1: they then went on to commit other horrific crimes inside
- 56:49Speaker 1: of our country. It sounds like an amazing story of
- 56:52Speaker 1: success by the Trump administration that we should be rooting on.
- 56:56Speaker 1: NBC's not doing that. Now, that was the reporter, Gabe Gutierrez,
- 57:00Speaker 1: who was responding to the host, Tom Yamas. I want
- 57:03Speaker 1: you to hear Tom's question. This is important because Tom
- 57:07Speaker 1: acts like this information about these guys being murderers was
- 57:10Speaker 1: never present anywhere. Like, nobody knew about this. Take a look, fellas,
- 57:13Speaker 1: pull my screen up here. Here's Tom Yamas actually asking
- 57:16Speaker 1: the question yesterday.
- 57:18Speaker 16: The news conference started, and if you've been following along,
- 57:20Speaker 16: he's been holding photos. of people he says are undocumented immigrants,
- 57:24Speaker 16: in his words, illegal aliens, who have committed crimes in Minnesota.
- 57:28Speaker 16: I want to bring in our senior White House correspondent,
- 57:30Speaker 16: Gabe Gutierrez. Gabe, we don't know really anything about these people.
- 57:33Speaker 16: We've seen some of their images, but we don't have
- 57:35Speaker 16: their names yet. We hope at some point the White
- 57:37Speaker 16: House will tell us who he's talking about.
- 57:40Speaker 5: But this was.
- 57:40Speaker 16: New to everyone that was covering this news conference today.
- 57:43Speaker 1: This was new. This is completely new. We had no idea.
- 57:47Speaker 1: That is such bullshit. It's unbelievable. We knew.
- 57:51Speaker 5: You knew.
- 57:52Speaker 1: We've been talking about this for many weeks now. In fact,
- 57:57Speaker 1: over at Fox News, Bill Malusion was handed a massive
- 58:01Speaker 1: list of of these killers, of these rapists. And we
- 58:04Speaker 1: were talking about this forever. It's not new to the
- 58:07Speaker 1: whole press corps. It's new to anybody who is refusing
- 58:11Speaker 1: to tell the truth to their audience. How is it
- 58:13Speaker 1: that a news operation can say out loud that they
- 58:16Speaker 1: weren't aware of these very publicly known details? They're either
- 58:21Speaker 1: lying or their politics are making them ignorant. Either one
- 58:26Speaker 1: is a disaster for a news operation. So this is great,
- 58:30Speaker 1: you know, that we're getting these people out of the country.
- 58:32Speaker 1: This is, do you want to talk about a victory?
- 58:34Speaker 1: Get these people the hell out of our country. Everything
- 58:39Speaker 1: else that's breaking today, I'm going to cover it on
- 58:40Speaker 1: the big national radio show. We've got that coming up.

- 59:51Speaker 17: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 59:53Speaker 17: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 59:56Speaker 17: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
