- 0:08Speaker 1: Get advice sell Hello, welcome to the Naughtyman I Show.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I'm your headstrap shooter, and it is Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday Wednesday,
- 0:20Speaker 1: which means I to you a friend. Donnie Meetcham is
- 0:22Speaker 1: joining us. Hey, Donnie there, Hello Lollo. Wednesday my favoritely
- 0:28Speaker 1: in the week. I love being here seeing your face
- 0:30Speaker 1: talking to other naties. But in the cast, we love
- 0:33Speaker 1: having you. We missed you on Friday. We used to
- 0:36Speaker 1: go out on Fridays and get very drunk. Dannie and
- 0:39Speaker 1: so I was with miss d and we bumped into
- 0:41Speaker 1: Wendy Willie Ms. You both looked fabulous. We both looked fabulous.
- 0:48Speaker 1: I know it's a fun night, but I miss not
- 0:50Speaker 1: having you here. It's one of those special New York
- 0:52Speaker 1: nights when I honestly I missed that you've moved to
- 0:56Speaker 1: La Although you're thriving there. You love it there. When
- 0:58Speaker 1: are you coming back for a visit very soon? I
- 1:01Speaker 1: hope we need to have a Bertino's name, you know,
- 1:04Speaker 1: running to missus Williams. Let's add she gave me her
- 1:08Speaker 1: phone number, so we should add Wendy to our mix.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Say no, she's been texting me. Okay, let's jump into
- 1:14Speaker 1: the show What time is it? My Friends? It is
- 1:17Speaker 1: Tea Times. So Amanda Bynes family has decided not to
- 1:22Speaker 1: move forward with a conservators ship during the psychiatric hoole.
- 1:26Speaker 1: So Amanda's parents are not considering another conservator ship for
- 1:30Speaker 1: their daughter, despite the fact that she recently had a
- 1:33Speaker 1: psychiatric episode. Sources close to the family tell TMZ that
- 1:38Speaker 1: despite the mental breakdown, Lynn Bynes and Rick Bynes, that's
- 1:43Speaker 1: the mom and the dad find solace in the fact
- 1:46Speaker 1: that the actress did call the police herself. So she's
- 1:50Speaker 1: been living by herself. Amanda is thirty six years old now, gosh,
- 1:55Speaker 1: remember when she was just a baby. She's thirty six
- 1:58Speaker 1: years old and she's attending cosmetology classes. She broke up
- 2:02Speaker 1: with her ex, Paul Mitchell, but he's been on the
- 2:05Speaker 1: phone to Page six telling them that she's off her
- 2:08Speaker 1: meds and that this weekend was very, very scary. A
- 2:12Speaker 1: source told NBC News that Binds Amanda Binds, has not
- 2:16Speaker 1: been in contact with her family for a very, very
- 2:20Speaker 1: long time. On Sunday, she was placed on a psychiatric
- 2:25Speaker 1: hold after she was spotted roaming the streets of La naked.
- 2:30Speaker 1: This incident comes nearly one year after Bines was freed
- 2:34Speaker 1: from her conservatorship that lasted nine years. We've talked about
- 2:38Speaker 1: conservatorships a lot, really, I think because of Britney Spears. However,
- 2:43Speaker 1: I think it's very difficult because clearly Amanda needs some help.
- 2:48Speaker 1: But can you take over somebody's life, can you take
- 2:52Speaker 1: their rights really away from them? Which is what happened
- 2:56Speaker 1: for nine years. Now, some people argue, on one hand,
- 2:58Speaker 1: for nine years a man was doing okay like this,
- 3:01Speaker 1: This wasn't happening. She wasn't being caught walking the streets
- 3:05Speaker 1: of La nakeds during those nine years. But yet for
- 3:07Speaker 1: nine years she had no rights, not even down to
- 3:10Speaker 1: her money or owning your cell phone. And Brittany it
- 3:13Speaker 1: was what longer was it thirteen years with Brittany, But
- 3:17Speaker 1: when Brittany was under the conservatorship of her father, she
- 3:21Speaker 1: seemed to be in a much more steady place. It's
- 3:24Speaker 1: really hard, Donnie, because I want people to live their
- 3:27Speaker 1: lives and it's your money, it's your life. You worked
- 3:30Speaker 1: hard to make all that money. But at the same time,
- 3:33Speaker 1: do we have to just sit by and let people
- 3:37Speaker 1: hip rock bottom hard? It's actually it's very sad because Amanda,
- 3:43Speaker 1: I thought was doing very well there for a while.
- 3:45Speaker 1: She seemed to be on the men she broke up with,
- 3:48Speaker 1: ex attended cosmetology classes. I think the biggest difference here is,
- 3:52Speaker 1: and it's a sad difference, is that Brittany and Amanda's
- 3:56Speaker 1: Brittany had millions of dollars dollars amandabyds. I don't know
- 4:00Speaker 1: her financial situation. I'm going to say it's probably pretty bleak. Ye.
- 4:05Speaker 1: She has not worked in a really long time, and
- 4:08Speaker 1: She'm sure she still makes some residuals, but those over
- 4:11Speaker 1: the time will eventually stop coming. And so I think
- 4:14Speaker 1: that that's what the biggest difference here is. Brittany's people
- 4:18Speaker 1: saw that she was a cash cow, so they had
- 4:20Speaker 1: to step in for Amanda. Her parents are going, we
- 4:23Speaker 1: don't have anything more to gain here now. I think
- 4:26Speaker 1: they see the situation as a little different and there's
- 4:29Speaker 1: not a lot at stake except their daughter's health, which
- 4:32Speaker 1: to me should be more important. Yeah, I think I
- 4:34Speaker 1: hope that's the priority. I understand with Brittany. Brittany herself
- 4:38Speaker 1: said it was all about money, so I understand that.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I think Amanda's parents wasn't about money. They didn't make
- 4:43Speaker 1: any money from looking at her, after her, and they
- 4:45Speaker 1: looked after her for nine years. At some point you've
- 4:47Speaker 1: got to live your life like they're a married couple.
- 4:50Speaker 1: They're not that young, they're not that old, they've got
- 4:54Speaker 1: many years ahead of them. But yet nine years of
- 4:56Speaker 1: somebody's life as a caregiver. It's a lot like we
- 5:00Speaker 1: always talk about the people under the conservatorships, and we should,
- 5:04Speaker 1: but there's an awful lot of pressure straining on the
- 5:07Speaker 1: care giver, the one that's got the reigns of the conservatorship.
- 5:11Speaker 1: You know, recently there was a friend of mine friendly
- 5:14Speaker 1: I don't know them that well, actually not a colleague
- 5:16Speaker 1: of mine, who clearly needs an intervention, needs some help,
- 5:20Speaker 1: and a few people talked about it and in the
- 5:23Speaker 1: end we all agreed that it wasn't really our place.
- 5:26Speaker 1: We don't know this person that well, and so it's
- 5:30Speaker 1: awfully tricky, isn't it. Hopefully it's a family member that
- 5:34Speaker 1: can step up, but if they step up, then they
- 5:37Speaker 1: take charge, and then we're back to the Britney Spears situation.
- 5:41Speaker 1: I think we've got to live with the fact that
- 5:43Speaker 1: Amanda has severe mental health issues. There's going to be days, hours, minutes,
- 5:48Speaker 1: when she's good and times when she's not. If the
- 5:52Speaker 1: conservatorship is not regained, which is not going to be,
- 5:57Speaker 1: that's the big report of the day. We should expect
- 5:59Speaker 1: for this to happen again. We should not be shocked
- 6:02Speaker 1: if she goes off her medication. So hopefully, hopefully, I'm
- 6:05Speaker 1: not wishing this clearly, hopefully everything works out here. But
- 6:08Speaker 1: I'm a realist about this too. It's very difficult people
- 6:12Speaker 1: mental health issues. It's really complicated. You know. I wish
- 6:16Speaker 1: there was like a silver bullet. I wish there was
- 6:18Speaker 1: a solution. It's not. It's ongoing. You know. You know
- 6:21Speaker 1: people too, Donnie that have struggled with mental health problems.
- 6:24Speaker 1: It's ongoing, isn't it. And some days you never quite
- 6:27Speaker 1: know who you're gonna get. Yeah, it happens. Also a
- 6:29Speaker 1: lot of people my family have mental health. Is my
- 6:32Speaker 1: mom especially, it's one of them. And there are a
- 6:35Speaker 1: lot of times for me people have accused me of
- 6:38Speaker 1: being cruel or whatever. But at times it's like, you
- 6:40Speaker 1: know what, I can only do so much, and at
- 6:44Speaker 1: times it's like they are living their own life. I
- 6:47Speaker 1: can only do so much, but I also I have
- 6:48Speaker 1: to protect myself. You have to look after yourself. But
- 6:51Speaker 1: I am there for them, but I can't control their
- 6:54Speaker 1: life for them. Yeah, I have a sister that's really difficult,
- 6:58Speaker 1: and I'm there for her big picture, I just can't
- 7:00Speaker 1: be there every day. I can't be. Now, you make
- 7:04Speaker 1: a really good point. If she had multimillion dollars in
- 7:09Speaker 1: her bank account, then that is something that clouds the picture,
- 7:12Speaker 1: doesn't It doesn't make it easier, It makes it actually
- 7:15Speaker 1: probably more difficult. But this brings us to our pole
- 7:17Speaker 1: question of the day, A really complicated discussion we're having here.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Amanda binds his family and not considering moving forward with
- 7:25Speaker 1: a conservatory ship amid her psychiatric hold. Is this the
- 7:28Speaker 1: right move or is it the wrong move? Or is
- 7:31Speaker 1: it really somewhere in between? Hey, go vote on our
- 7:34Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice rub our facebook pages GUILSIP
- 7:39Speaker 1: and be sure to check back tomorrow to your results. Hey,
- 7:45Speaker 1: Donny Love, what are you working on? It's quite a
- 7:47Speaker 1: bit of a messy thing going on here in the
- 7:49Speaker 1: trail and Gwyneth Paltrow's alleged hit and run at ski
- 7:53Speaker 1: incident is about to begin. So it goes all the
- 7:56Speaker 1: way back to twenty sixteen in Park City, Utah. The
- 8:00Speaker 1: found I just love saying I don't know why so
- 8:02Speaker 1: much skiing and a retired optometrius Terry Sanderson alleges that
- 8:10Speaker 1: she was skiing downhill and she ran into him. Now
- 8:14Speaker 1: he it's obviously really hurt because he suffered a brain
- 8:17Speaker 1: injury and broken ribs. According to the lawsuit, which was
- 8:20Speaker 1: filed in twenty nineteen, originally he was looking out for
- 8:23Speaker 1: three point one million dollars, but now that it's going
- 8:25Speaker 1: to court, a jury will decide how much he gets,
- 8:28Speaker 1: if anything. But the problem here is is Gwyneth is
- 8:32Speaker 1: saying no, he actually collided with her. It's very much
- 8:37Speaker 1: a he said, she said, yeah. Now you see, I
- 8:39Speaker 1: would be like, all right, maybe the celebrity is in
- 8:42Speaker 1: the wrong here and is thank using their fame. But
- 8:45Speaker 1: to go to court you kind of have to stand
- 8:48Speaker 1: behind what you're saying. Yeah you did, you have truth
- 8:50Speaker 1: on your side. I felt this would be settled, but
- 8:52Speaker 1: sources probably close to Gwyneth, no, she's not going to
- 8:55Speaker 1: settle it because she doesn't believe that she did anything wrong,
- 8:57Speaker 1: and in fact, he asked for three million dollars a
- 9:00Speaker 1: counter suit as for a dollar. She's not doing this
- 9:02Speaker 1: for the money. And so this happens when you're really famous.
- 9:06Speaker 1: I'm not sure if it's happening in this case, but
- 9:08Speaker 1: we'll find out. People sometimes can come after you. We
- 9:10Speaker 1: were just talking about money with Brittany. Money. Honestly, it
- 9:13Speaker 1: can really make things really really tricky here. But Gwenne'
- 9:16Speaker 1: she was in court yesterday. She turned up. She's planning
- 9:19Speaker 1: to take the stand. They're painting a picture of her
- 9:22Speaker 1: as somebody really heartless, almost like a hit and run
- 9:24Speaker 1: but on skis, and she's saying absolutely not. It was
- 9:27Speaker 1: the other way and he hit her and she didn't
- 9:29Speaker 1: run because she gave him a piece of her mind.
- 9:31Speaker 1: She was furious that he had just hit her. So
- 9:33Speaker 1: this is going to be really really complicated without any videotape,
- 9:37Speaker 1: let's hope. I mean, it's a really fancy ski resort,
- 9:40Speaker 1: so let's hope there are other people around. There might
- 9:42Speaker 1: even be videos, Donny, because this is fancy people, this
- 9:45Speaker 1: is ch rich skiing, so there might be some cameras around,
- 9:49Speaker 1: but we shall definitely keep you in the loop. And yeah,
- 9:52Speaker 1: if Gwenne takes the stand, I mean, yeh three one million,
- 9:57Speaker 1: that's chump changed to grinyth Pato. I know, yeah, she could.
- 10:00Speaker 1: The judge through that out there. The judge said the
- 10:02Speaker 1: maximum he could get was three hundred thousand. It's a
- 10:05Speaker 1: civil case too, so there's no prison time here. It's
- 10:07Speaker 1: all about the money. And I know Gwyneth on the stand.
- 10:12Speaker 1: What will she wear? HBO Max special coming out of
- 10:16Speaker 1: this one? Goopy goopy, goopy Hey. Adam Sandler has reacted
- 10:21Speaker 1: to Chris ronx jokes about will Smith and Jada, and
- 10:25Speaker 1: he said he was very real to himself. So he
- 10:27Speaker 1: shared his reactions to Chris's Netflix comedy special that we
- 10:33Speaker 1: spoke about. He said the following quote. I thought he
- 10:36Speaker 1: was unbelievably relaxed, funny and thoughtful. He crushed it and
- 10:40Speaker 1: was real to himself, and it was as exciting to
- 10:44Speaker 1: watch as when the super Bowl is on. He's comparing
- 10:47Speaker 1: this to the super Bowl. I thought about an all
- 10:49Speaker 1: week end, Adam went on to say, and he said
- 10:52Speaker 1: that he watched it on Saturday night. I was in
- 10:54Speaker 1: the kitchen laughing my ass off. Immediately afterwards, I watched
- 10:58Speaker 1: it again. It's one of the best experiences. I thought
- 11:01Speaker 1: it was amazing. I have watched it twice too. N Donnie,
- 11:04Speaker 1: it's very funny. Chris Rock is very very funny. The
- 11:08Speaker 1: thing is, though, is that when you speak out about
- 11:11Speaker 1: a special like this, you're also really speaking at about Will.
- 11:15Speaker 1: It's not just Chris here, it's a comment on Will.
- 11:18Speaker 1: And it's interesting most of Hollywood have took Chrissy's side,
- 11:22Speaker 1: not Will's. Yeah, and it seems like Adam Sandler might
- 11:25Speaker 1: be subtly also taking Chris Rock's side. Feel like he
- 11:29Speaker 1: was just authentically himself. But yeah, I watched it as well,
- 11:32Speaker 1: and Chris, look, he said some things about Jada, but
- 11:36Speaker 1: it was nothing harsh, nothing like pointed. I thought he
- 11:39Speaker 1: did a good job of explaining it, making it funny.
- 11:42Speaker 1: But also for him, I think it was his way
- 11:45Speaker 1: of putting kind of the nail on the coffee. Yeah,
- 11:48Speaker 1: like this is it. I'm right dressing it now. It's
- 11:51Speaker 1: gonna make it funny. Now my next special, I'm not
- 11:55Speaker 1: going to bring it up. Yeah, it's like the period
- 11:56Speaker 1: at the end of the sentence. We'll wait and see it. Though,
- 11:59Speaker 1: Like a lot of people watched it, so maybe there
- 12:01Speaker 1: is more money to be made. My goodness, it's a
- 12:03Speaker 1: theme of today's episode. Maybe there's more money to be
- 12:05Speaker 1: made by continuing to talk. Hey, what's going on with
- 12:09Speaker 1: Chris Hemsworth and his wife? They're getting slammed? What have
- 12:13Speaker 1: they done well? Christmsworth and his wife Elsa Battaki were
- 12:17Speaker 1: slammed over a violent birthday in prank on their son.
- 12:22Speaker 1: So they were celebrating their son's birthday. Also took a
- 12:25Speaker 1: video to where she kind of shoved the kid's face
- 12:28Speaker 1: into the birthday cake. De Well users were not mat
- 12:34Speaker 1: Instagram people. They were like, why do people think it's funny?
- 12:38Speaker 1: It's violent? Now? Look, I will say this, there are
- 12:42Speaker 1: times where if you don't know what's in the cake,
- 12:44Speaker 1: you do have to be careful because sometimes it's there's decorations,
- 12:47Speaker 1: people can use those wooden spikes, and there's something violent,
- 12:50Speaker 1: something bad. It's the cake. But this is her kid.
- 12:54Speaker 1: She knew what was in the cake. Yes, she knew
- 12:56Speaker 1: what was going on. She knew there was nothing there.
- 12:58Speaker 1: It was a smoke. It's funny. The kids are laughing.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Everybody's laughing. We've all become very sense And I do
- 13:10Speaker 1: think though, I must say, when I've gone to weddings
- 13:13Speaker 1: and the bride or the groove has shoved cake in
- 13:16Speaker 1: each other's faces, I know that marriage is not going
- 13:19Speaker 1: to last. I know it's quite an aggressive thing to do.
- 13:21Speaker 1: It is quite aggressive. It's passive aggressive. Isn't it really
- 13:24Speaker 1: like to shove someone's face in the cake? The thing
- 13:27Speaker 1: that really annoyed me was I like to eat cake.
- 13:30Speaker 1: It shouldn't be wasted like that. Donny, what a slice
- 13:34Speaker 1: of that after your big nose has been in it? No?
- 13:37Speaker 1: I know, I love cake. I love it. I thought
- 13:40Speaker 1: it was funny in the videos up on Naughty gossip
- 13:42Speaker 1: dot com. Hey quickly, before we get a break. Nick
- 13:44Speaker 1: Lache has been ordered into Anger Management and A after
- 13:48Speaker 1: attacking accosting a Papa Ranzzi. So he's been ordered to
- 13:52Speaker 1: attend anger management classes. He looks like an angry little devil,
- 13:56Speaker 1: doesn't he. There's some anger about him an alcohol anonymous
- 14:00Speaker 1: meeting so. Police records obtained showed that the ninety eight
- 14:03Speaker 1: degrees member was charged with the salt and battery in
- 14:07Speaker 1: March twenty twenty two, but he did not receive any
- 14:11Speaker 1: formal punishment until the photographer started to push the Beverly
- 14:15Speaker 1: Hills Police department for months now. The photographer has told
- 14:19Speaker 1: The Daily Mail that Nick has to complete Anger Management
- 14:23Speaker 1: and AA within a reasonable time. This is not good
- 14:27Speaker 1: when a court sends you to AA to alcohol anonymous
- 14:32Speaker 1: not good. Yeah, it's kind of shocking because if you
- 14:36Speaker 1: watch Nick Lasha, he hosts the show Love is Blind
- 14:40Speaker 1: with his wife on Netflix, he come across as just
- 14:42Speaker 1: like a lovely, kind of simple human being. But I
- 14:46Speaker 1: guess this thinks you actually don't know people when you
- 14:49Speaker 1: go back. I worked with him so when we were
- 14:51Speaker 1: at VH one. My show was on before his, and
- 14:54Speaker 1: he was not the nicest, not the meanest, sort of blah.
- 14:59Speaker 1: And obviously I worked for Jessica Simpson for yours. He
- 15:01Speaker 1: hates me. Nick does I know I should put them
- 15:03Speaker 1: out there? He's not a fan of mine because I'm
- 15:05Speaker 1: team Jessica. Jessica, I know you had to make a
- 15:09Speaker 1: decision when they when they got divorced. It was one
- 15:11Speaker 1: of those situations where you had to choose, and I'm
- 15:15Speaker 1: team Jesse. I still am. Okay, let's take a quick
- 15:17Speaker 1: break and we will be right back. Welcome back to
- 15:20Speaker 1: the Nordy but Ni Show. I'm Rob Shore with a
- 15:22Speaker 1: good friend Donny Chum. Hey, Donnie, let's get to the polls.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Thank you very much. So yesterday we talked about Kate
- 15:29Speaker 1: Middleton was reportedly given a fertility test before royal wedding
- 15:35Speaker 1: to make sure the line of succession would continue. Is
- 15:39Speaker 1: this barbaric or is it part of the job. Let's
- 15:43Speaker 1: have a look. Oh, sixty percent say it is barbaric.
- 15:47Speaker 1: It's actually both. It is part of the job, like
- 15:50Speaker 1: you've got to be able to have a successor that's
- 15:53Speaker 1: part of what this job is. In the job criteria,
- 15:57Speaker 1: it would make that quite clear if it was an
- 15:59Speaker 1: ad for a job. But it's just said barbaric. It's
- 16:02Speaker 1: really made me wonder about the royal family. And I've
- 16:05Speaker 1: loved the Royal family for a really long time. But
- 16:08Speaker 1: giving somebody a fatility test, I don't know. Don't forget
- 16:12Speaker 1: to vote on today's pole, going about Twitter page at
- 16:15Speaker 1: naughty nice ram, at Facebook paint naughty girlsip and he
- 16:18Speaker 1: Shuret's check back to morrow to hear your results are.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Now it's time for a very surprising nicest of the day.
- 16:26Speaker 1: No So Angela to Jolie brad Pitt's divorced. It has
- 16:30Speaker 1: literally been lingering forever, but allegedly at least one of
- 16:35Speaker 1: their kids is ready to put it all behind and
- 16:38Speaker 1: move good for them, So now their divorce has really
- 16:41Speaker 1: been contentious, and there's a lot of talk about the
- 16:44Speaker 1: kids being basically talking about choosing sides. The kids, a
- 16:47Speaker 1: lot of them chose Angela to Jolie's side and have
- 16:50Speaker 1: not talked to Brad Well. According to and Touch, Shiloh
- 16:54Speaker 1: Jolie Pitt sixteen years old, allegedly wanting the divorce proceedings
- 17:00Speaker 1: just to end. Wow, she said. Apparently, the source says
- 17:04Speaker 1: that teen has forgiven her father, which is a huge
- 17:06Speaker 1: step if true, for not being there and for the
- 17:08Speaker 1: trouble he's caused. Now, look, I think sixteen years old, like,
- 17:12Speaker 1: there's still time for this family can reconcile and get back.
- 17:16Speaker 1: There's a lot of years left and there's a lot
- 17:18Speaker 1: of time to make up. But you have more time
- 17:20Speaker 1: in the future and let go of the past. Yeah,
- 17:23Speaker 1: let go when the children are being more adults than
- 17:26Speaker 1: the adults. There is a problem here. Shiloh is our nicest.
- 17:29Speaker 1: The other day and now I noticed the day somebody
- 17:32Speaker 1: is pooping in Broadway theaters. You heard me, right, So
- 17:35Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton and Chelsea Clinton went to see some like
- 17:38Speaker 1: it hard and somebody left something in the aisle. Now
- 17:41Speaker 1: pay six of reporting that this could be a serial pooper. However,
- 17:45Speaker 1: people inside the theater are saying it was just somebody
- 17:47Speaker 1: who had an accident. I don't know. It's just so shocking.
