  SPEAKER_01: But right now, what is happening is that there is an incongruence between what you are claiming or what you say you are claiming and how you are showing up and how you are embodying it.

  SPEAKER_01: And so what happens is right now you are getting presented with opportunities to be strengthen your leadership.

  SPEAKER_01: You're getting presented with challenges, you're getting presented with resistance, chances for you to actually be who the hell you say you are.

  SPEAKER_01: To be the woman who leads that movement, to be the woman who leads that company, who has this impact in the world, who helps people with this, or to write that book, to do the thing.

  SPEAKER_01: You are being presented with opportunities.

  SPEAKER_01: But what is happening is right now you are contracting instead of leveraging those opportunities for growth and strengthening who you are.

  SPEAKER_01: There are all of these little incongruencies where you say you want something, but how you are behaving in the opportunity, right?

  SPEAKER_01: It's easy to be that person when things are quote unquote working, you're having your highest cash months ever, all of this stuff.

  SPEAKER_01: It's harder when you're getting met with resistance, but who are you then?

  SPEAKER_01: Because that is the person who quantum leaps, right?

  SPEAKER_01: They're not just playing when it's easy, they're not just playing when everything is quote unquote going right.

  SPEAKER_01: And so, what I really want you to think about are where are the places right now where you actually need to play bigger, where you actually need to become a bigger version of yourself.

  SPEAKER_01: Where are the places where your system is getting thrown off right now?

  SPEAKER_01: You know, whether you want to grow your company, impact more people, double your income, I don't care, 10x your income, write a best-selling book, be on stages, I don't know, be on Oprah, be world-renowned, have a podcast, it doesn't matter.

  SPEAKER_01: But you are getting met with an opportunity to strengthen that.

  SPEAKER_01: And instead of leveraging it for growth, you go into shame.

  SPEAKER_01: Instead of leveraging it for growth, you make it a pity party about yourself, or you go maybe into victim, you go into it's not working, or you go into comparisonized, you go, you don't step into your power, essentially.

  SPEAKER_01: You let that derail you, you let that throw you off.

  SPEAKER_01: Yet you say you want more.

  SPEAKER_01: You say you want bigger, and that's why like you're on the cusp of it now, you can feel it.

  SPEAKER_01: But it there are these micro shifts, these things that you need to shift in order to be her, right?

  SPEAKER_01: Because you be her now first, and then your reality rearranges around you to match them.

  SPEAKER_01: So, like, how are the ways that this is showing up?

  SPEAKER_01: Let's say you got a troll comment on Instagram.

  SPEAKER_01: Does that throw you off?

  SPEAKER_01: Because I guarantee you, if you want 10x the income, try 10xing those comments.

  SPEAKER_01: Can you handle it?

  SPEAKER_01: Alright, maybe someone one person defaulting on a payment doesn't throw you off.

  SPEAKER_01: What if it was$30,000 of defaulted payments?

  SPEAKER_01: Someone writing a very emotional email, projecting their money drama and their stuff onto you.

  SPEAKER_01: What if you were to get five of those emails?

  SPEAKER_01: Ten of those emails, would that throw you off?

  SPEAKER_01: Because you right now there is duality.

  SPEAKER_01: You cannot say, oh, I want the impact, the income, the money, the visibility, the happiness, the joy, but you can't hold the other side of the spectrum.

  SPEAKER_01: The only reason you get to experience one end of the spectrum is your ability to hold the depth of the other.

  SPEAKER_01: But this is where you're like, no, no, I want the money, but like when you're met with the challenges, you're met with the leadership of having to be the one who can hold it all with ease.

  SPEAKER_01: All right, it doesn't have to throw you off.

  SPEAKER_01: You get to hold it with ease.

  SPEAKER_01: It feels light, it doesn't feel heavy.

  SPEAKER_01: But you have to become the person where it feels light.

  SPEAKER_01: Become the person who can easily hold it and not get thrown off.

  SPEAKER_01: Become the person who keeps going, become the person who doesn't need instant gratification, become the person who's rooted in who they are.

  SPEAKER_01: And so, with so much love, where you claiming you're playing bigger, you claiming you want these things, but you're probably A, not showing up, B, maybe you're not even doing the bare minimum.

  SPEAKER_01: But really, like this is where you need to stay open and curious.

  SPEAKER_01: Stay open to these opportunities instead of contracting or going to a shame spiral, making it mean something about you.

  SPEAKER_01: And instead, leverage them for growth.

  SPEAKER_01: Because that's exactly what they're supposed to do.

  SPEAKER_01: They're like, okay, you claim this bigger level.

  SPEAKER_01: Okay, in order to reach that, you need to be able to handle this with ease.

  SPEAKER_01: So, universe gives you opportunity, but instead of handling it with ease, instead of like developing that skill set, right, regulating your system, stepping into your power, you just contract and maybe sweep it under the rug, hoping if you just work more, it'll all kind of go away.

  SPEAKER_01: Or you own to fear, right?

  SPEAKER_01: And that becomes embedded in your system.

  SPEAKER_01: And then you have fear about showing up, or fear about growing bigger, or fear about raising your prices, fear about delivering a program, and what if they don't get the result, or whatever it is.

  SPEAKER_01: Fear about people not liking your book, fear about what people are gonna say about you if you actually were to say what you mean.

  SPEAKER_01: Fear about leaving people behind, fear, fear, fear, fear, fear, fear, fear.

  SPEAKER_01: It's not the woman who plays bigger.

  SPEAKER_01: It's not the woman who steps into all that she can, be, and is.

  SPEAKER_01: The thing is, she's already there.

  SPEAKER_01: Like she's already hiding underneath you, right?

  SPEAKER_01: It's really a deconstruction of these layers, and that's why when I talk about identity deconstruction, it is a deconstruction.

  SPEAKER_01: You're not becoming anything other than who you are, it's a shedding of the outer layers.

  SPEAKER_01: But I guarantee you, there are at least five places right now that you can see this, that you can shift this, that you can say, oh yeah, that's an opportunity for growth for me right there.

  SPEAKER_01: That's where I need to step stronger into my leadership, that's where I need to become regulated, that's where I need to have uncircumstantial personal power.

  SPEAKER_01: I was listening to something about Howard Schultz and Starbucks.

  SPEAKER_01: And I didn't know, I learned this recently, that he didn't oh forget the statistic.

  SPEAKER_01: But essentially, he basically made next to no money in Starbucks for seven years.

  SPEAKER_01: Now, this is not saying you don't have to make money for seven years.

  SPEAKER_01: Like, luckily we we get to collapse time, we get to do other things, but this just points to the lack of instant gratification.

  SPEAKER_01: And at one point, he needed to borrow money from the guy that they got the shoes from from the employees, right, who did that in order to make payroll.

  SPEAKER_01: Right, that's being able to hold, that's being able to take risks.

  SPEAKER_01: That's being able to hold a lot, that's being able to not play in instant gratification for the long-term haul.

  SPEAKER_01: And there's so many more examples of this.

  SPEAKER_01: We can think about J.K.

  SPEAKER_01: Rowling, we could think about Meryl Streep, like all of these people.

  SPEAKER_01: Again, not saying it's gonna take seven years for you to be profitable.

  SPEAKER_01: No, we get to be profitable month one, day one, get to make sales, day one, all of those things.

  SPEAKER_01: But it's more about the mindset that I want you to be aware of, right?

  SPEAKER_01: It's about are you actually willing to play bigger?

  SPEAKER_01: Like I said, there's probably like five places you can see right now to clean this up for yourself, but sometimes you can't see all of these blind spots.

  SPEAKER_01: Sometimes you can't see where you need to strengthen or where you need to give out more personal power.
