A second suspect, 29-year-old Rene Moreno, has been arrested in the brutal May murder of Eric Perez, allegedly beaten to death with a baseball bat in an abandoned house. Surveillance footage captured three masked men entering the property, one armed with a bat. A key witness claims 50-year-old Victor Sigala confessed to striking Perez, while another witness says Moreno also attacked the victim — and that a third person was present.
